- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, gorgeous. It's La La Kent.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Welcome to untraditionally, La La, Hello, gorgeous, Welcome back to untraditionally,
- 0:09Speaker 2: La La. I'm so excited to have tea Tea back.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Welcome Tea.
- 0:13Speaker 1: I'm back.
- 0:14Speaker 2: You're beck Adam, and we need to squash some shit.
- 0:19Speaker 1: What is being said now? I don't read anything well.
- 0:22Speaker 2: I think people are confused by the comfortability that this
- 0:26Speaker 2: family has, and I find it very important to let
- 0:31Speaker 2: the listeners know. Are we a weird family? Yes, the
- 0:35Speaker 2: dynamic is close. We are tight knit. We joke very inappropriately,
- 0:43Speaker 2: sometimes about sex, sometimes about drug use, sometimes about.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Oh, sex and drug use at the same time.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Just uncomfortable topics that maybe some people wouldn't joke about,
- 0:54Speaker 2: especially in front of their families.
- 0:56Speaker 1: But it is very important.
- 1:00Speaker 2: That you guys know when I come home after doing
- 1:05Speaker 2: whatever with the opposite sex, I never in a million
- 1:11Speaker 2: years would share those moments with my fucking brother.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Okay, is that what people think? People?
- 1:19Speaker 2: Yes, people are like, why is why are they so
- 1:22Speaker 2: comfortable talking about this stuff in front of each other?
- 1:25Speaker 2: And I'm like, because it's like mostly just made up
- 1:28Speaker 2: in my head, but like actual intimacy that I had
- 1:33Speaker 2: with someone.
- 1:34Speaker 1: I would not with my mom.
- 1:37Speaker 2: Yes, I share everything with my mom like she birthed me,
- 1:40Speaker 2: like she pushed me out of her body, So of
- 1:43Speaker 2: course I feel comfortable.
- 1:44Speaker 1: Do you have to share things with your mom? No?
- 1:47Speaker 1: Is it weird? I don't don't with you.
- 1:51Speaker 2: I don't know when Easton's talking to a girl, let
- 1:54Speaker 2: alone you guys, doing whatever it is he may or
- 1:56Speaker 2: may not be doing.
- 1:57Speaker 1: These vultures, these two vultures at home. You think I
- 2:01Speaker 1: would talk to tell anything to you two about women? Guys.
- 2:06Speaker 1: I lie about going places when I'm going to hang
- 2:09Speaker 1: out with a girl because it's easier to tell them
- 2:12Speaker 1: I'm going shopping with a buddy or to a movie
- 2:15Speaker 1: with a group of friends, then to go I'm talking
- 2:19Speaker 1: to a girl, and then go what's her Instagram? What
- 2:22Speaker 1: does she do? Where's she from? Yeah? No, so no,
- 2:25Speaker 1: I don't tell anything about anyone I'm talking to to
- 2:30Speaker 1: now vultures at home.
- 2:31Speaker 2: But I make inappropriate jokes, whether it's with my family
- 2:35Speaker 2: on TV, to a group of strangers.
- 2:37Speaker 1: I make inappropriate jokes all the time, no matter who
- 2:42Speaker 1: is around. Because I'm sorry my dad, Yeah, my dad
- 2:47Speaker 1: was really made the most inappropriate jokes at the most
- 2:51Speaker 1: inappropriate times, and guess what, it was the best and
- 2:54Speaker 1: most funny moments that have ever been embedded in those
- 2:58Speaker 1: are all the things.
- 3:00Speaker 2: I remember when you came down the stairs after he
- 3:02Speaker 2: died and everyone was crying, and you were like, why
- 3:04Speaker 2: is everyone so sad?
- 3:05Speaker 1: It's like someone died. Yeah, I go, so this, just
- 3:08Speaker 1: to put it that way, this is every my dad
- 3:11Speaker 1: has just passed. People are in the house and like
- 3:15Speaker 1: it was a grandiose entrance where you got to look
- 3:17Speaker 1: over and see down the stairs from their from their bedroom. Yes,
- 3:22Speaker 1: And I walk down the stairs and everybody looks up
- 3:28Speaker 1: at me because nobody wants to go in there. Nobody
- 3:30Speaker 1: wants to go in and see him except the the
- 3:33Speaker 1: you know, corner and all that. So I go down
- 3:36Speaker 1: the stairs and I go, guys, he's in there, still sleeping,
- 3:41Speaker 1: And not one person laughed. And I thought, oh, no,
- 3:45Speaker 1: misfire And like I say, wind loser, maybe wind loser, draw. Yeah,
- 3:51Speaker 1: gotta be said, wind lose or draw. And guess what,
- 3:56Speaker 1: I don't know if that was a draw or a lose.
- 3:58Speaker 1: But you know, you didn't take the w long story longer.
- 4:03Speaker 1: We're very inappropriate. But when it comes to real life,
- 4:07Speaker 1: I'm not sharing a lot.
- 4:08Speaker 2: I feel more comfortable sharing it on like Vanderpump Rules
- 4:12Speaker 2: or I guess now the Valley in front of a
- 4:16Speaker 2: bunch of people that just maybe watching. I We're weird.
- 4:19Speaker 2: We're weird, We're weird, we're weird.
- 4:21Speaker 1: I don't care. A lot is talking to a guy
- 4:25Speaker 1: had no idea, honestly, and tell my mother because she
- 4:29Speaker 1: goes she was outside in the main room because I
- 4:32Speaker 1: could hear her talking to him, and I think they
- 4:35Speaker 1: were talking of her.
- 4:35Speaker 2: An hour.
- 4:36Speaker 1: I was like, who the hell is she talking to?
- 4:38Speaker 1: And then she said the name and I was like.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Oh, well, it just goes to show that you don't
- 4:42Speaker 2: listen to the podcast either.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Sorry, Okay, it's all good, anyway, let's move. Okay, it's fine.
- 4:50Speaker 1: We're weird. We got it.
- 4:52Speaker 2: But I also sometimes think it's weird when someone's like,
- 4:55Speaker 2: I would never tell my mom that, and I'm.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Like, oh, that's strange. But I also like, that's your normal.
- 5:01Speaker 1: This is our normal. I'm gonna put it this way,
- 5:03Speaker 1: and we're gonna end it right here. I've said it
- 5:05Speaker 1: before and I'll say it again. There's a time where
- 5:07Speaker 1: you guys are my family, and there's a time when
- 5:09Speaker 1: you guys are my friends. Yeah, and when you guys
- 5:12Speaker 1: I make the inappropriate jokes, you guys are my friends.
- 5:14Speaker 1: I know where the line is and I know where
- 5:17Speaker 1: to stop and where I can, but that's where it stops. Yeah,
- 5:20Speaker 1: you're my friends and family. There's a fine line. So
- 5:23Speaker 1: there it is. I got it. Idiots.
- 5:28Speaker 2: If we are a little aggressive on this podcast today,
- 5:30Speaker 2: if you guys follow me on social media, Easton and
- 5:33Speaker 2: I decided to give up the vape. Now this was
- 5:36Speaker 2: not something that I wanted to do. I gave it
- 5:39Speaker 2: up because I told you guys that I am having
- 5:42Speaker 2: work done on my upper body. You guys think I'm weird,
- 5:45Speaker 2: so god forbid I say the word job in front
- 5:48Speaker 2: of Easton. Anyway, they told me that I had to
- 5:54Speaker 2: give up the vape.
- 5:55Speaker 1: So I did dragged my ass into it.
- 5:58Speaker 2: Well it's it's horrendous for you and we all know this.
- 6:01Speaker 2: And the way Easton smokes it, you would think he's
- 6:03Speaker 2: smoking a blunt, you guys.
- 6:05Speaker 1: He doublechokes and it is just like puff the magic.
- 6:14Speaker 2: It's not how the vape works. So of course I
- 6:16Speaker 2: dragged him into it. And I'm telling you what I
- 6:22Speaker 2: have been tweaking. I got okay, one pound bag of
- 6:26Speaker 2: popcorn jelly beans and devoured them in less than forty eight.
- 6:31Speaker 1: Hours, so those were gone the way I was shoe
- 6:33Speaker 1: gone like this. Literally, it was the most annoying.
- 6:38Speaker 2: I was like, who am I chewing this gum like
- 6:41Speaker 2: a cow with cud?
- 6:43Speaker 1: It was awful. It's still is awful, Eastan. How's it
- 6:47Speaker 1: going for you? And the better days? I've ripped Mom's
- 6:52Speaker 1: head off a couple of times.
- 6:53Speaker 2: Your head Lisa is taking the brunt of it, for sure,
- 6:56Speaker 2: She's being dragged.
- 6:57Speaker 1: To filth, but it's just on points. There was something
- 7:01Speaker 1: that I said to her the other day and she
- 7:03Speaker 1: goes like this. She stops dead in her truck.
- 7:05Speaker 2: She goes, Oh, what you just said might make me cry,
- 7:09Speaker 2: And I felt so bad.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Oh, and I doubled down. We both doubled down.
- 7:13Speaker 2: So we went to Palm Springs this weekend, you guys.
- 7:15Speaker 2: And we went with my older brother and my nephew
- 7:19Speaker 2: because he had a lacrosse tournament in Palm Springs. So
- 7:23Speaker 2: I'm driving out day one of this tournament and there's
- 7:27Speaker 2: three lanes of traffic right one's coming from this way.
- 7:32Speaker 2: One's coming from just straight down the middle and then
- 7:35Speaker 2: opposite direction of me, and it's like they're flagging people
- 7:39Speaker 2: when it's each line's turn. It is now my turn
- 7:42Speaker 2: in this fucking Hyundai comes out of nowhere.
- 7:46Speaker 1: She's beautiful vehicle. She was going.
- 7:49Speaker 2: She was going all of like maybe maximum three to
- 7:53Speaker 2: five miles an hour, but she was aggressive and completely aggressive.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Yeah, she was easton.
- 7:58Speaker 2: I looked over and she was like literally ready to
- 8:03Speaker 2: side swipe me. She was gonna side swipe me before
- 8:06Speaker 2: she ever let me go in front of her.
- 8:08Speaker 1: I'm lived. It was a long day at the lacrosse tournament.
- 8:12Speaker 1: It's a wonderful day. I had a great day.
- 8:14Speaker 2: I had the best time, so says in the back
- 8:16Speaker 2: talking and like that also made me upside because I'm like,
- 8:18Speaker 2: my kid is.
- 8:19Speaker 1: On this side of the car.
- 8:20Speaker 2: I'm curious, but there are cops around, Okay, So initially
- 8:25Speaker 2: I'm like, because now we're stacked right like she makes
- 8:28Speaker 2: it through the line, we pull out, I'm right in
- 8:31Speaker 2: front of her.
- 8:32Speaker 1: Traffic is stopped.
- 8:33Speaker 2: I'm like, I'm getting out of the fucking car and
- 8:35Speaker 2: I am beating her window until she starts to record
- 8:39Speaker 2: me and I get canceled. That's where my head's at, right,
- 8:41Speaker 2: That's how livid I was. There's a cop there, and
- 8:46Speaker 2: so I was.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Like, like the way her car is driving, like it's
- 8:50Speaker 1: like gasp, It's like okay. And I even said, I
- 8:55Speaker 1: was like, fucking ease up, my mother, watch my language.
- 9:01Speaker 1: And I was like, Laurenie, you're escalating it more. Oh,
- 9:05Speaker 1: I was.
- 9:05Speaker 3: No.
- 9:06Speaker 1: I I kept it under control by just flipping her
- 9:10Speaker 1: off and honking at her. Well, no, I hadn't done
- 9:13Speaker 1: that yet.
- 9:13Speaker 2: I get through three lights until we're finally home free
- 9:17Speaker 2: out of Lacrosse Territory, where there's cops at every stop sign,
- 9:20Speaker 2: because I'm certainly not going to get out when there's
- 9:23Speaker 2: the popo right there.
- 9:24Speaker 1: But you guys, I was in rare form, like I'm
- 9:26Speaker 1: not a confrontational person. Really, I don't know about that.
- 9:31Speaker 2: When I say that, I mean physically, oh, mentally, I'll
- 9:35Speaker 2: go Mentally I'm a confrontational but when somebody slaps, I.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Do not shy away from conflict.
- 9:43Speaker 2: Unless you get But recently I have been taking a beat.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Right the vape tested the beat. There's the beat. So
- 9:51Speaker 1: we get through Lacrosse Territory. I'm on her x we
- 9:55Speaker 1: come to a tee and you either go left or right.
- 9:58Speaker 1: She sto for the cars. We're making a right hand turn,
- 10:03Speaker 1: and I'm like, fuck it. I lay on my horn
- 10:05Speaker 1: and start flipping her off for a really long three seconds,
- 10:11Speaker 1: maybe ten. And then that's where I like coming from.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Like usually i'm the driver and they're usually yelling at
- 10:19Speaker 1: me the way I was yelling at Lauren. I know
- 10:21Speaker 1: I was in the right for this, because she give it.
- 10:25Speaker 1: I'd just gotten an accident, by the way, not a
- 10:27Speaker 1: great one, not a bad one. I took the easy one.
- 10:30Speaker 1: We're gonna talk about that, by the way. But coming
- 10:32Speaker 1: off an accident that I just came from, and then
- 10:35Speaker 1: her saying we almost got it, I'm like, okay, we
- 10:40Speaker 1: were going three miles an hour. It could have been worse. Yes,
- 10:43Speaker 1: your child is in the car. She probably none wouldn't
- 10:47Speaker 1: have felt it. But she is fucking lipping her off.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Just honky hovered the if this is the steering wheel,
- 10:54Speaker 1: she's fucking over it, just nern and I go, what
- 10:57Speaker 1: are you fucking doing? I go, you're fucking escu what
- 11:00Speaker 1: you don't want. And these are the type of these
- 11:03Speaker 1: women right here, this these bitches, these bitches. Mom and sister,
- 11:09Speaker 1: by the way, they fucking yell at me. They're like,
- 11:12Speaker 1: why would you do that? You're gonna escalate it, and
- 11:14Speaker 1: now people have guns and you don't know what they're
- 11:16Speaker 1: gonna do. And so I'm yelling at her like fucking stop,
- 11:20Speaker 1: they're gonna fucking come out, and She's like, that is
- 11:23Speaker 1: half the thought I wanted to do. I was gonna
- 11:26Speaker 1: get out the fucking car and bang on the door.
- 11:28Speaker 1: And I was like, oh, were you. Let's fucking escalate
- 11:31Speaker 1: it further. And I told her, I said, if that
- 11:33Speaker 1: door would have opened, I would have jumped. I would
- 11:37Speaker 1: have fucking wrinkled your neck. And I just said, breathe
- 11:40Speaker 1: and I had have typed in the nearest bape because
- 11:45Speaker 1: no assault is worth not hitting a vape. I'm sorry,
- 11:49Speaker 1: but guys, I'm going through it because I'm now getting
- 11:53Speaker 1: yelled at by my mom, going she just needs to
- 11:56Speaker 1: get it out. She's not vaping.
- 11:59Speaker 3: And I'm thinking we're getting in like I've seen this,
- 12:04Speaker 3: We're not on a good end. They get out with
- 12:06Speaker 3: a bet and ship and I'm thinking, oh, we had
- 12:09Speaker 3: a child.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Yeah, you know. It wasn't a proud moment. I made
- 12:12Speaker 1: an amend I wrote her a note. I spat a
- 12:15Speaker 1: little bit on the mic, but I will say the
- 12:18Speaker 1: key thing that Lisa is taking the brunt is her
- 12:21Speaker 1: just dead mindless in the car as we are just
- 12:25Speaker 1: yelling at each other going through it. She didn't move
- 12:29Speaker 1: and she just goes. I'm very proud of you guys
- 12:33Speaker 1: for not hitting the veil, and that right there almost
- 12:38Speaker 1: made me want to hit my mother. Fuck moving on.
- 12:43Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, I may hit the vabe. She's doing well.
- 12:50Speaker 1: I'm new to sobriety again, you know, working on it,
- 12:53Speaker 1: little relapse. We're staying strong today. Baby. In Easton's sobriety journey.
- 13:02Speaker 2: It's fourth time to the charm.
- 13:06Speaker 1: I'm gonna drink tomorrow and tomorrow. I'm gonna drink tomorrow, yeah,
- 13:11Speaker 1: because tomorrow never comes. Yeah for real.
- 13:13Speaker 2: And you know, but I don't know about you, but
- 13:16Speaker 2: I get so annoyed with people when they're like.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Yeah, you gotta get up the babe, it's so bad
- 13:22Speaker 1: for you is they're like sipping a odd casoda. The
- 13:24Speaker 1: fuck up. I'm not kidding you, guys. I'm cussing on
- 13:28Speaker 1: this pot. I know, but I can't promise you with
- 13:30Speaker 1: me giving up the vape. There's just like one thing
- 13:32Speaker 1: at a time. Right now it's the vape. Then it'll
- 13:34Speaker 1: be my mouth. How much What do you mean you've
- 13:38Speaker 1: given up the oh? Saying that? Can I ask you
- 13:41Speaker 1: a question? Yeah? How many? How many months of sobriety
- 13:45Speaker 1: do you have? Now? Honestly, let's let's look.
- 13:49Speaker 2: You have been counting days, which is weird because in
- 13:52Speaker 2: the program we count days, but you are doing things
- 13:54Speaker 2: slightly differently this round than you have in the past.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Yeah, And here's the thing. People count days, And to
- 14:00Speaker 1: people who count days, I love that count days for you.
- 14:03Speaker 1: For me, if this is a forever thing, so why
- 14:07Speaker 1: do I need to know what day it is? Totally?
- 14:09Speaker 1: I understand that, you know. Yeah, So it's just like
- 14:11Speaker 1: why count Why look at it and be like it's
- 14:13Speaker 1: only been or wow, I've made it this far. It's
- 14:16Speaker 1: like it's just a forever thing. So like today is today,
- 14:19Speaker 1: it's just a sober day, just like tomorrow will be.
- 14:22Speaker 1: And what day is it? Don't know?
- 14:24Speaker 2: Well, you're just as shy. You're two days shy of
- 14:27Speaker 2: five months sober.
- 14:28Speaker 1: Hey, y'all applaud myself that I will say, like this
- 14:32Speaker 1: one is very different. I'm very honest with you guys.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Like I was in the car and I was like,
- 14:36Speaker 1: I may need a bad You don't know. I feel
- 14:39Speaker 1: good obviously.
- 14:40Speaker 2: My mom is like she I don't know if she
- 14:42Speaker 2: has an addictive personality, like she gave up alcohol a leaders.
- 14:47Speaker 1: I don't think she does.
- 14:47Speaker 2: I think it's my mom hasn't had a sip of
- 14:51Speaker 2: alcohol since I got sober. She stopped drinking a year
- 14:56Speaker 2: after I got sober, and she kind of just did
- 14:59Speaker 2: it out of.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Solidarity. Yeah, support, she did, support for her kids.
- 15:06Speaker 2: Yeah, So I think her addiction is more towards like
- 15:09Speaker 2: she loves chips and sweets, and I try to tell her, like,
- 15:14Speaker 2: not a great.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Call, let's start, let's do this. We shouldn't be having ape.
- 15:21Speaker 2: And I tell her this, But I also had to
- 15:23Speaker 2: explain to her, like Easton is basically a handful of
- 15:32Speaker 2: days months sober. I'm seven years in and I'm just
- 15:37Speaker 2: giving up the vape. So I understand that the vape
- 15:40Speaker 2: is not good for any of us. But I will
- 15:43Speaker 2: be damned if Easton starts gittering saying I need something
- 15:49Speaker 2: I and he picks up a drink instead. I would
- 15:52Speaker 2: much rather him say you know, I need this for
- 15:54Speaker 2: now because the the vape really got me through really
- 15:58Speaker 2: tough times going out with friends, going even you know,
- 16:02Speaker 2: something as simple as filming a show, and the amount
- 16:06Speaker 2: of pressure in those moments where everyone else is like
- 16:09Speaker 2: I need to have a drink. In this moment, I said,
- 16:12Speaker 2: get me to my purse. I need to smack the vape.
- 16:15Speaker 1: Yeah, And I mean, I don't know. I don't go
- 16:17Speaker 1: out really at all. If I do, I go with
- 16:20Speaker 1: like close friends who know that, like I'm sober. But
- 16:23Speaker 1: it's just something. Even when I go out, it's like
- 16:25Speaker 1: I have a red Bull or something, but it's just
- 16:27Speaker 1: like hitting the vape. It's I don't know. It's like
- 16:33Speaker 1: you guys sip in Aquila soda and you guys getting that.
- 16:36Speaker 1: It's like I I get something from it as well.
- 16:39Speaker 1: And it's like for people to come up to me though,
- 16:41Speaker 1: and they're like, dude, giving up the vape, It's like
- 16:45Speaker 1: it gets better. It's like, oh, really, are you fucking
- 16:47Speaker 1: drunk right now? It gets better. I know you want
- 16:51Speaker 1: to I want to hit him. I want to fucking
- 16:53Speaker 1: I'm like, I'm like chan jaw and then smack it
- 16:56Speaker 1: because it's like you don't know. I'm aggressive a vibe.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Now I'm gonna do well today. It's gonna be great.
- 17:02Speaker 1: You're gonna have a great day.
- 17:05Speaker 2: I know a lot of people were writing in for
- 17:06Speaker 2: like tips and things like that.
- 17:08Speaker 1: I got a tip. I what is your tip for? It? Sprite?
- 17:16Speaker 1: Just something, oh, just having something to drink at all times,
- 17:20Speaker 1: just a little can of something.
- 17:22Speaker 2: I like I said, went heavy on the jelly bellies,
- 17:24Speaker 2: heavy on the gum.
- 17:27Speaker 1: And then you know what else I started doing.
- 17:28Speaker 2: You guys, when I wanted to hit the babe and
- 17:30Speaker 2: I started tweaking, I would take a big breath in
- 17:33Speaker 2: and hold it for like kind of a while and
- 17:36Speaker 2: then let it out and I feel a little lightheaded.
- 17:38Speaker 2: Maybe that's not the best way to do it, but
- 17:40Speaker 2: it did cure.
- 17:42Speaker 1: The one thing, can I be honest. The one thing
- 17:44Speaker 1: that I do is I'll find just a quiet area
- 17:46Speaker 1: and I just breathe for yeah, five minutes. I'll just
- 17:50Speaker 1: focus on my breathing just and I don't hold in
- 17:54Speaker 1: crazy like I'm not like Infra eight hold for six
- 17:57Speaker 1: out for eight, like. I just find my breathing rhythm
- 17:59Speaker 1: that I'm comfortable, and I just breathe and then I
- 18:02Speaker 1: figure out, and there's just a time where I'm like,
- 18:04Speaker 1: all right, I'm good and go yeah, out of time
- 18:08Speaker 1: to myself, just breathing through moments.
- 18:10Speaker 2: There was a lot of football happening though, and that's
- 18:12Speaker 2: when Easton and I do our best work with the.
- 18:14Speaker 1: Vape, don't we. Yeah? Can I be honest? Yeah? Always
- 18:19Speaker 1: I was. I was playing video games with my friends
- 18:21Speaker 1: last night. I was worried about you last night.
- 18:22Speaker 2: When you said I'm gonna play video games, I was like,
- 18:24Speaker 2: this is when he's gonna tweet.
- 18:26Speaker 1: I was tweaking, but I told him. I was like,
- 18:28Speaker 1: I quit the vape and I was like, sod, just
- 18:30Speaker 1: to let you motherfuckers now I'm going to be a dickhead,
- 18:33Speaker 1: do you They're like all right. The amount of times
- 18:35Speaker 1: Easing called me and my mom bitches this weekend was like,
- 18:38Speaker 1: stupid batches. I love them to go.
- 18:41Speaker 2: You know who that sounds like you've never seen, Oh
- 18:44Speaker 2: g rony. But Sonya's dating this really young guy frenchie.
- 18:48Speaker 2: She's like and he's They're laying in bed and she's like,
- 18:51Speaker 2: you know, they want to know who you are, and
- 18:53Speaker 2: he's like all of these bet cheds.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Have seen it. I think I have because I'm not
- 18:59Speaker 1: kidding you. There's something like I've seen, because it's something
- 19:01Speaker 1: that's it literally is like these are my bitches, Like
- 19:06Speaker 1: I didn't come up with that, Like I heard.
- 19:07Speaker 2: It, but it got to the point where you were
- 19:09Speaker 2: dropping it in front of Dreyson, like our sweet seventeen
- 19:12Speaker 2: year old nephew and I my sweet older brother who
- 19:16Speaker 2: like would never tell us to stop doing anything.
- 19:20Speaker 1: It got I was like, Easton, you got you gotta
- 19:22Speaker 1: real it in. You gotta real it in. People gotta know.
- 19:26Speaker 1: People gotta know what I don't know. Know your mouth,
- 19:30Speaker 1: know what you can and cannot say. I can't say
- 19:33Speaker 1: I'm getting there. I cannot say what I was saying.
- 19:36Speaker 1: I was tweaking out. I'm understanding. Yes, there are some
- 19:40Speaker 1: things that I'm writing down in my good old book
- 19:42Speaker 1: of goodies. There was there was a I'll say about
- 19:47Speaker 1: that there.
- 19:47Speaker 2: Were fates all over the house in Palm Springs. I
- 19:51Speaker 2: kept finding that in freaking urs.
- 19:54Speaker 1: So my mother walked in on me with one and
- 19:56Speaker 1: I didn't know what to do with it. I felt
- 19:58Speaker 1: like I was like my mom was like, you hit it.
- 20:01Speaker 2: You had a guilty look, and I was like, I
- 20:02Speaker 2: think it was a look of contemplation.
- 20:04Speaker 1: It was do I do I? So one of the
- 20:09Speaker 1: nights I was driving down and I was like, okay,
- 20:11Speaker 1: I don't need this because I'm gonna wake up and
- 20:12Speaker 1: I'm not hitting it. I'm gonna throw it away. So
- 20:15Speaker 1: I took a big old head and my my addicted
- 20:18Speaker 1: ass was like, I'm not gonna throw it away. I'll
- 20:20Speaker 1: throw it in the bag just in case. So I
- 20:22Speaker 1: threw out my duffel bag forgot about it, and then
- 20:26Speaker 1: I was going through my socks and did you get
- 20:29Speaker 1: I don't. Just the feelings were all crazy. I don't
- 20:32Speaker 1: know what I was feeling, but it was wild because
- 20:34Speaker 1: like I found it, and I was like, oh my god,
- 20:36Speaker 1: do I hit it? Do I tell my my Do
- 20:39Speaker 1: I tell my homie that I found one? Yeah? My
- 20:42Speaker 1: vape p hopy. That's why I was called. I was like,
- 20:45Speaker 1: do I show her? Do I just hit this and
- 20:47Speaker 1: fucking be a piece of shit? What do I do?
- 20:49Speaker 1: And then my mother walks in and I found a head.
- 20:52Speaker 1: I just rat it on myself because I was so
- 20:55Speaker 1: I was like, I found of had she goes you
- 20:57Speaker 1: hit it? Didn't you? I was like, now now smile
- 20:59Speaker 1: now smile. Let's give in mind you guys, we are
- 21:01Speaker 1: thirty two and thirty five. Okay. I thought I hadn't
- 21:06Speaker 1: been like yeah, but she like she caught me on
- 21:08Speaker 1: her Yeah.
- 21:09Speaker 2: I'll like spill on the couch and be like, oh
- 21:11Speaker 2: my gosh, my mom was gonna kill me. And I'm like, no,
- 21:13Speaker 2: I wouldn't be a good couch in.
- 21:15Speaker 1: My whole house. Just spray this ship with dik coke.
- 21:19Speaker 1: I'm dumbing the whole can on the couch. Mom does
- 21:22Speaker 1: that just on an accident. It's just a tub of
- 21:25Speaker 1: nice oily peanut butter. But to each their own.
- 21:28Speaker 2: No, but you did come out, and so we threw
- 21:30Speaker 2: it in just the regular trash can in the house.
- 21:36Speaker 1: No found we really, That's what I told you. I
- 21:39Speaker 1: found him in every pocket. Yeah, do you have another? One?
- 21:42Speaker 1: To two green ones? And then a water moon.
- 21:47Speaker 2: And I was tweaking so hard that I had to
- 21:49Speaker 2: throw it in the dumpster outside that was filled with
- 21:52Speaker 2: so this is dirty diapers, just to not think about
- 21:55Speaker 2: pulling it out anymore. And I still thought about pulling
- 21:57Speaker 2: it out tightly.
- 21:59Speaker 1: The has me the dirty diver. I would have just
- 22:03Speaker 1: taken that thing out.
- 22:20Speaker 2: So I wanted to tell you, it makes me sad
- 22:24Speaker 2: how little I talk about Sosa.
- 22:26Speaker 1: She talks and I always talk about her.
- 22:30Speaker 2: To you guys, but when I get on the podcast,
- 22:32Speaker 2: I feel like I'm always talking about Ocean, which is great,
- 22:34Speaker 2: but I have to explain something. It may not make
- 22:37Speaker 2: sense to you guys, but maybe, uh, I mean, obviously,
- 22:42Speaker 2: there's a lot of things within my family that don't
- 22:44Speaker 2: make a lot of sense.
- 22:45Speaker 1: I want to say this.
- 22:47Speaker 2: There is at this point in time with Sosa and
- 22:52Speaker 2: her age.
- 22:53Speaker 1: There's not a lot going on.
- 22:55Speaker 2: There's not only that, but I feel such a tremendous
- 22:59Speaker 2: amount of peace being her mom. Does that make sense? Yeah,
- 23:06Speaker 2: not that I don't feel peace being Ocean's mom.
- 23:08Speaker 1: I but there's more. There's more fear for Ocean because
- 23:13Speaker 1: of she's older. There's there's there's bullying that can start,
- 23:18Speaker 1: there's so and so wasn't nice.
- 23:20Speaker 2: But it's more about the split households of me really yeah, okay,
- 23:24Speaker 2: me sending her there and having no communication on that
- 23:30Speaker 2: side of things, and when she comes back to my
- 23:32Speaker 2: house kind of having to maneuver her back on the
- 23:36Speaker 2: right path. And yeah, there's just a lot that goes
- 23:41Speaker 2: through my mind and a lot of uncertainty. Uh, And
- 23:44Speaker 2: it's probably so that I that I make up in
- 23:46Speaker 2: my head the uncertainty because there's a pretty clear cut agreement.
- 23:50Speaker 2: But with so so there it's just peace on every level.
- 23:57Speaker 2: And I'm sure she gets older that's going to change.
- 24:00Speaker 2: But I would like to start filling you guys in
- 24:05Speaker 2: more about like what she's doing, because I have to
- 24:08Speaker 2: be honest. There's another reason why I go back and
- 24:10Speaker 2: forth on a third kid. I already feel like I'm
- 24:12Speaker 2: not giving both of my kids the proper amount of attention.
- 24:17Speaker 2: Ocean and where she's at in life right now, I
- 24:18Speaker 2: feel gets most of my attention and sometimes Sosa, I
- 24:24Speaker 2: don't even want to say, fades into the background. But
- 24:25Speaker 2: she's just so chill, and she's here all the time,
- 24:27Speaker 2: and she's not in school. You know, Ocean, I'm having
- 24:30Speaker 2: to like plan play dates and okay, you want to
- 24:33Speaker 2: do gymnastics, let's figure that out. She's asking for this,
- 24:36Speaker 2: she's wanting to do that. Oh my god, we have
- 24:37Speaker 2: to apply for schools. It's just much more attention that
- 24:42Speaker 2: I that I must give, and I need to give
- 24:43Speaker 2: it to Sosa as well, which we're finding the balance.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Well, she's going to get that attention and due to
- 24:49Speaker 1: the other thing. It's like sosays she love.
- 24:53Speaker 2: She loves lu yes, and she's learned that a dog
- 24:57Speaker 2: says wolf. The horse we're still working. She always says
- 25:00Speaker 2: mu when I say no, horse says may. And then
- 25:02Speaker 2: she says Nate.
- 25:03Speaker 1: Loves Bosh says she can get. She's getting. She can
- 25:07Speaker 1: like she needs a little help, but she can get
- 25:09Speaker 1: up on the couch. She knows how, she knows how
- 25:11Speaker 1: to get down the stairs. She knows how to go
- 25:13Speaker 1: up this stairs. A little wonky on her feet. Yeah,
- 25:15Speaker 1: like we're you have to be there, but like, honestly,
- 25:17Speaker 1: there's just not there's what are you talk about?
- 25:19Speaker 2: That's actually not that's not true. There to talk about,
- 25:22Speaker 2: and there was something that happened. Keep in mind, she
- 25:27Speaker 2: loves saying t T. She is obsessed with him right
- 25:30Speaker 2: now and it makes my heart so warm.
- 25:31Speaker 1: I love her.
- 25:32Speaker 2: But we were outside, uh the other day, and they
- 25:36Speaker 2: were playing on the basketball court Ocean and Sosa, and
- 25:39Speaker 2: I was a little bit worried about her playing on
- 25:43Speaker 2: the basketball court because it's she's a little wonky on
- 25:45Speaker 2: her feet. Anyway, I didn't want to be a hovering
- 25:49Speaker 2: parent so I back off a little bit and I'm
- 25:52Speaker 2: bending down at eye level and I'm a few feet
- 25:54Speaker 2: away from Sosa and she's looking at me, and Ocean
- 25:57Speaker 2: comes around the corner and she jumped onto my back,
- 26:01Speaker 2: and I just I make this noise, you know, when
- 26:04Speaker 2: someone kind of like hits you in the back.
- 26:06Speaker 1: It's like when you're breathing in and somebody hitch you
- 26:09Speaker 1: in your Yeah, Sosa.
- 26:13Speaker 2: Starts crying, like the look on her face, starts running,
- 26:19Speaker 2: waddling up to me, is hitting Ocean as she cries
- 26:26Speaker 2: and pushing her off of me. Once Ocean gets off
- 26:29Speaker 2: of me, Sosa collapses into me, arms wrapped around my neck.
- 26:35Speaker 2: Mom saw the whole thing. Mom starts crying because it
- 26:39Speaker 2: just you know, and I hate to go to a
- 26:41Speaker 2: dark place, a dark place this time, but I'm like this,
- 26:48Speaker 2: not even eighteen months old. My daughter looked at me
- 26:52Speaker 2: and thought that I was being hurt.
- 26:55Speaker 1: And that's a dark place. That's how incredible that like
- 26:59Speaker 1: at that age you're instilled with protecting. Well, yeah, that's
- 27:05Speaker 1: just it's incredible to see because honestly, I've never really
- 27:08Speaker 1: seen you see it in like mammals and like wildlife
- 27:12Speaker 1: that they just like drop the kid out and they're like,
- 27:14Speaker 1: all right, start walking. Yeah, you know that I've seen,
- 27:17Speaker 1: but like, I've never seen a baby instilled with that
- 27:22Speaker 1: and seen it. I wish I had.
- 27:23Speaker 2: Well, now, I think you kind of understand because I'm
- 27:25Speaker 2: addicted to twenty twenty in dateline. But when police are
- 27:28Speaker 2: talking about, you know, something horrific that happened, and they
- 27:30Speaker 2: start getting choked up when they talk about how the
- 27:33Speaker 2: child thought everything, and you know that's just in our
- 27:38Speaker 2: like of course, you sit there and you're like, oh
- 27:40Speaker 2: my gosh, that's devastating. But to watch my sixteen month
- 27:44Speaker 2: old look at me as if I was being hurt
- 27:50Speaker 2: and already feel that and go into protection mode at
- 27:53Speaker 2: such a young age, it was like like I said, mom,
- 27:57Speaker 2: will tell you the story right now and start crying.
- 27:59Speaker 2: I mean, I'll cry about everything.
- 28:01Speaker 1: But well no, I just I could. I mean yeah,
- 28:04Speaker 1: I could get teary aid right now because you think
- 28:06Speaker 1: of like yeah, I mean the dark things, but like
- 28:09Speaker 1: the family, the ups family, like the little kids, Like
- 28:12Speaker 1: there's seeing the little boy I think he was four,
- 28:15Speaker 1: like ripping his little brother off because he didn't want
- 28:19Speaker 1: him to see his mom and dad like that. So
- 28:22Speaker 1: it's just like it's crazy. H really is wild. It's
- 28:26Speaker 1: so wild.
- 28:27Speaker 2: Anyway, I want to be better about sharing stories about Sosa.
- 28:32Speaker 1: That's that's one of the other story. She bunked her head.
- 28:35Speaker 2: She did a short time after she was running and
- 28:38Speaker 2: fell and went to catch yourself.
- 28:39Speaker 1: But the booty kind of you know, when the butt
- 28:42Speaker 1: goes up a little bit and the hands. So she's
- 28:45Speaker 1: got like this bruise on her nogget. By the way,
- 28:49Speaker 1: you guys just came in the house big.
- 28:51Speaker 2: Old when when you're a kid, and I'm sure all
- 28:54Speaker 2: of you know this, but for any of my parents
- 28:56Speaker 2: out there, when they fall, it is so triggering and traumatizing.
- 29:02Speaker 2: But here are things to look for because you immediately
- 29:06Speaker 2: go into panic, especially when it's the head. You obviously
- 29:09Speaker 2: want them to be screaming. You want them to be
- 29:11Speaker 2: screaming the moment that they stop screaming. If it happens quickly,
- 29:16Speaker 2: be on the look at. Also look at their pupils
- 29:21Speaker 2: because if they're dilated, that's something that you should definitely
- 29:25Speaker 2: be getting medical attention for. So what I did was
- 29:28Speaker 2: she continued to scream. She calmed down after a while,
- 29:32Speaker 2: but I put a flashlight because it was kind of dark.
- 29:34Speaker 2: Put a flashlight in her eyes, and they obviously like
- 29:37Speaker 2: retracted into is that the word into very small pupils,
- 29:41Speaker 2: and then I take them off and then they went back.
- 29:43Speaker 1: Huge when it's dark, and then when it's light, there's.
- 29:46Speaker 2: Say, you just want to make sure that those are
- 29:47Speaker 2: still still working and keep an eye on them, keep
- 29:49Speaker 2: them up for I get my kids up for an
- 29:51Speaker 2: hour after they hit their.
- 29:52Speaker 1: H Also, you can, I mean, I don't know how old,
- 29:55Speaker 1: because usually they're not going to follow. But you're supposed
- 29:58Speaker 1: to move the light because if they're flickery, you're supposed
- 30:02Speaker 1: to you should be able to steadily look side to side.
- 30:06Speaker 1: If your eyes like flick Yeah, that also is like
- 30:09Speaker 1: an indicator that something could be wrong. I'm pretty sure
- 30:11Speaker 1: that's the test. Okay, Well, I like all of these tests.
- 30:15Speaker 2: One times Ocean dropped sous into the wall after I
- 30:17Speaker 2: had told her a million in one time, so don't
- 30:19Speaker 2: pick the baby up. Don't pick the baby up. Smashes
- 30:22Speaker 2: her head into the wall. It's like scraped up big
- 30:25Speaker 2: goose egg. I took her to urgent care. I actually no,
- 30:32Speaker 2: I took her to the er in Palm Springs, and
- 30:35Speaker 2: it was so interesting because they were not interesting. It
- 30:38Speaker 2: actually made me very happy. Multiple doctors coming in asking
- 30:41Speaker 2: me what happened, and then they checked her entire body
- 30:45Speaker 2: and moved all of her limbs. I was so confused
- 30:48Speaker 2: by that, and then I realized, I'm sure that these
- 30:50Speaker 2: people have seen some shit and they have to make
- 30:52Speaker 2: sure that, like my story's adding up and that this
- 30:56Speaker 2: is not a situation that they need to come in
- 30:59Speaker 2: ve to gate. No, I was very appreciative that they
- 31:02Speaker 2: were doing. Yes, right, Yeah, how did we go from
- 31:06Speaker 2: like vaping to like child protective.
- 31:08Speaker 1: Services Because we're not vaping, so we're everywhere. If I
- 31:13Speaker 1: had the vape i'd be right on target, right on
- 31:15Speaker 1: target today in every group moving on very quickly.
- 31:29Speaker 2: Did you see that Brooklyn Beckham is like coming out
- 31:32Speaker 2: against his family.
- 31:33Speaker 1: Yes, I'm taking notes right now from him. No, I
- 31:39Speaker 1: didn't see that. I mean I saw it, but like
- 31:42Speaker 1: I was, like, what the hell is going on in
- 31:43Speaker 1: that family? That's so terrible?
- 31:45Speaker 2: Well, I think the white I could imagine has not
- 31:49Speaker 2: is not great.
- 31:50Speaker 1: Who knows, I'm not in the family. This is just
- 31:52Speaker 1: what I've gathered. Tell me that you've gathered, because I've
- 31:55Speaker 1: gathered nothing.
- 31:56Speaker 2: And what I've gathered is he got married to this
- 32:01Speaker 2: rich woman. The family, Yeah, her family is rich Victoria
- 32:07Speaker 2: and the dad do not connect with this woman while
- 32:09Speaker 2: this is now his wife, and so there's a rift.
- 32:12Speaker 2: But now he's speaking out because the family has never
- 32:14Speaker 2: truly said, like what exactly the problem is. They just
- 32:18Speaker 2: don't see each other, they're never together. But now David
- 32:23Speaker 2: Beckham's no, his assistant, his old assistant has come forward
- 32:30Speaker 2: saying like the truth always comes out, and I just
- 32:34Speaker 2: feel bad.
- 32:35Speaker 1: I just feel real bad because every single.
- 32:40Speaker 2: Person on the planet has some sort of complicated relationship
- 32:44Speaker 2: with somebody in their family inner circle, and it's enough
- 32:49Speaker 2: of a freaking headache and heartbreak without adding the microscope
- 32:54Speaker 2: of the entire freaking world and the press wanting to
- 32:57Speaker 2: know every single detail of everything.
- 33:00Speaker 1: It's a lot where I'm like, just let them beef.
- 33:04Speaker 1: Just let them beef.
- 33:05Speaker 2: So that's where get along with the fucking wife. Yeah,
- 33:09Speaker 2: but sometimes you can't get along with the see you
- 33:11Speaker 2: next Tuesday. Not sure if she is one.
- 33:14Speaker 1: I could see it being the other way around.
- 33:18Speaker 2: By the way, though, the wife's face is giving see
- 33:21Speaker 2: you next Tuesday and the best way possible.
- 33:24Speaker 1: No, she is so stunning. Where's she from?
- 33:27Speaker 2: I don't know, but she's got this cute little nose.
- 33:29Speaker 2: He's like powdy little lips and these like sexy cat eyes.
- 33:32Speaker 2: I'm like, oh my gosh, you're really hot. If I
- 33:36Speaker 2: were Brooklyn, I too would turn against my family.
- 33:39Speaker 1: I'm finding mine. Sorry, don't you dare say that?
- 33:44Speaker 2: You guys, thank you for listening to another chaotic episode
- 33:47Speaker 2: of Untraditionally La La. If you are anyone you know
- 33:50Speaker 2: is struggling with the vape, we see you, you are heard,
- 33:54Speaker 2: and we are wishing you the best of luck.
- 33:56Speaker 1: Love you, guys. Bye Mack
