- 1:17Speaker 1: My wife wants to say something. Play the song, Casey,
- 1:21Speaker 1: come down here, tell me what to do. Hey, I
- 1:34Speaker 1: just have to tell you. So yesterday I was picking
- 1:36Speaker 1: Wilder up at art camp and she was refusing to
- 1:38Speaker 1: get in the car, and I was like, Wilder, we
- 1:41Speaker 1: gotta go. And and somebody said, well, what time is it?
- 1:44Speaker 1: She goes, It's wine time? And I think it's what
- 1:49Speaker 1: because first of all, I don't even drink wine. I
- 1:51Speaker 1: barely drink it all. Is that in the movie? Yes,
- 1:54Speaker 1: I guess yes, someone says it's wine time. Yeah. I
- 2:01Speaker 1: was like, oh my god, we've got to cut her off.
- 2:03Speaker 1: That's number one fan right there. She's got. She she
- 2:07Speaker 1: sits and repeats the dial she says the dialogue with
- 2:10Speaker 1: the I put the video. Casey posted this video that
- 2:13Speaker 1: was so adorable of what time was it in the morning. Oh,
- 2:16Speaker 1: it's like seven thirty in the morning, seven thirty in
- 2:19Speaker 1: the morning. She's got. The movie opens with a Beyonce
- 2:22Speaker 1: song and she's like dancing around the living room getting
- 2:25Speaker 1: getting her breakfast underneath her blanket all ready to watch it.
- 2:29Speaker 1: She's like, and he goes, you're gonna watch it again? Well,
- 2:32Speaker 1: because and they're on Spreme break, so we don't have
- 2:35Speaker 1: a lot going on, so they're watching a lot of TV.
- 2:38Speaker 1: I just love the Donald repeat. I just love that
- 2:40Speaker 1: Donald's being forced to watch me over and over and again.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Oh he laughs. He's not going to tell you that,
- 2:45Speaker 1: but I'm not gonna lappen. Yeah good, yeah, he laughs.
- 2:48Speaker 1: All right, thank you, love I love you too. That's
- 2:52Speaker 1: just funny, though, man, I'm not gonna lie it's funny.
- 2:55Speaker 1: Before you got on, Daniel was just like, because Daniel
- 2:58Speaker 1: and Joel came to the premiere and before you got on,
- 3:00Speaker 1: Daniel was like, I gotta tell you that movie is
- 3:02Speaker 1: really funny. It was really funny. That's it's funny man.
- 3:05Speaker 1: And uh you know, uh, the uh the Daniel sisters
- 3:10Speaker 1: are great in it. Man, it's good to see them
- 3:11Speaker 1: in something again. Man. There. Yeah, you know, I don't
- 3:14Speaker 1: know if you were a Sweet Valley Sweet Valley High,
- 3:17Speaker 1: but I knew that that was there. That was their jam.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Oh man. I had crushes on the both of them. Men. Uh,
- 3:23Speaker 1: they they were great in it. Uh. I got to
- 3:26Speaker 1: work with Brittany uh uh in Skyline Action, the whole cast,
- 3:31Speaker 1: all the amazing freaking gab, the kids, Uh, the the dad. Uh.
- 3:41Speaker 1: What's he? He nickname his tree? He goes by tree.
- 3:45Speaker 1: He's uh because he's probably as big as a tree.
- 3:47Speaker 1: He's a giant. But his acting is fucking amazing. He's
- 3:51Speaker 1: great to uh Uh Erica, She's amazing, like, oh, you know,
- 3:57Speaker 1: just like it's at it. It's familiar faces too, you know,
- 4:02Speaker 1: and everybody's in it. You know. It's just such an
- 4:07Speaker 1: amazing it's a it's an amazing family movie. I have
- 4:09Speaker 1: no idea of man, thank you. Yeah, I'm so happy
- 4:13Speaker 1: that people love. It's funny. I had a really funny
- 4:15Speaker 1: moment because I'm trying to help my parents buy a
- 4:17Speaker 1: house and I never get recognized by kids because I've
- 4:21Speaker 1: never done anything for kids, um and other than Chicken
- 4:25Speaker 1: Little obviously, which they're not gonna recognize you from that.
- 4:28Speaker 1: And this is my very first thing that's ever been
- 4:31Speaker 1: you know, most of my stuff, you know, obviously Scrubs
- 4:33Speaker 1: was risque and and and kids weren't watching that, and
- 4:37Speaker 1: all my movies are pretty much So I'm walking down
- 4:40Speaker 1: the street and this was like the next day and
- 4:43Speaker 1: I'm I'm holding my mind. I got my mom's arm
- 4:45Speaker 1: because she's walking with a cane these days. And this
- 4:47Speaker 1: woman comes out of nowhere with two little young boys,
- 4:50Speaker 1: probably seven, and she goes sauce king. It's the sauce
- 4:54Speaker 1: King because my character creates a sauce in the movie.
- 4:57Speaker 1: And the two little boys face is lit up, and
- 5:00Speaker 1: I was like, I had this beautiful moment that was like,
- 5:02Speaker 1: you know, I've been used to getting recognized since since
- 5:05Speaker 1: since I got famous with Scrubs, But this moment was
- 5:08Speaker 1: like seeing a kid's face light up seeing me. It
- 5:11Speaker 1: was something I don't know, it's something cool about it,
- 5:13Speaker 1: because it's amazing. Can I tell you something? And on
- 5:16Speaker 1: the selfish level, just as sauce king, as as a
- 5:21Speaker 1: as a it just it's it's longevity. Also with your career,
- 5:27Speaker 1: you're touching a new audience or audience that had no
- 5:30Speaker 1: idea who you were, right is now you know what
- 5:33Speaker 1: I mean? I child has any idea who I am? No,
- 5:36Speaker 1: Well they do now they do. Now they do now
- 5:40Speaker 1: they do. Now that's you know what I mean. And
- 5:43Speaker 1: they're gonna grow up with you now too. You know
- 5:45Speaker 1: what I'm saying, I hope we get this is It's
- 5:49Speaker 1: so amazing, dude. I'm so happy for you. Thank you brother,
- 5:52Speaker 1: thank you, and thanks for being so supportive and and
- 5:54Speaker 1: thank you. You missed. We weren't able to come to
- 5:56Speaker 1: the premiere and because you had to work. But it
- 5:58Speaker 1: was so fun watching, uh, your kids watch the premiere.
- 6:01Speaker 1: And every time there's a there was a music queue
- 6:04Speaker 1: because Kenyan got Disney to pay for them songs. There's
- 6:07Speaker 1: the soundtrack from He Got That. I don't know what
- 6:11Speaker 1: got Beyonce. I don't know what this soundtrack wants to cost,
- 6:14Speaker 1: but Kenya said, make it happen, and h every time
- 6:18Speaker 1: there was a song, your daughter hopped up out of
- 6:21Speaker 1: her seat and she was just dancing along. She was
- 6:23Speaker 1: having the best time, telling you it's her new favorite movie. Um,
- 6:28Speaker 1: I love it. I love it so that. Okay, there's
- 6:30Speaker 1: our There's Our Sheeper by the Doesn't Plug. Please check
- 6:33Speaker 1: it out if you haven't, it's on Disney Plus. Um
- 6:36Speaker 1: it came out last week and it's been It's been
- 6:41Speaker 1: a lot of fun hearing people and their families enjoy it.
- 6:44Speaker 1: There she is? What up? Queen? Joel and Joel are
- 6:50Speaker 1: you doing anything to propagate the rumors that the people
- 6:54Speaker 1: want me to play Ted Cord. Um, you are dialed
- 6:58Speaker 1: into this universe. Yes, listen. I posted it in my
- 7:02Speaker 1: stories like maybe two weeks ago, when I got a
- 7:04Speaker 1: bunch of messages being like when will Zach suit up?
- 7:08Speaker 1: I'm here for it. I will tell all of the
- 7:11Speaker 1: DC people anytime I see them. It's right there in
- 7:14Speaker 1: front of you, guys. We're ready and hold on now,
- 7:17Speaker 1: hold on, now, listen, here's the thing. Now, if you
- 7:21Speaker 1: get to play Ted Chord, do I get to still
- 7:24Speaker 1: play Blue Beetle? Because I'm a little worried. I'm a
- 7:27Speaker 1: little worried. Man freaking CW didn't pick up Legends or
- 7:31Speaker 1: Tomorrow yet, and I don't know, you know what I'm saying.
- 7:33Speaker 1: I'm starting to get a little worried. They picked up Flash,
- 7:36Speaker 1: they picked up Kung Fu, picked up the football shit,
- 7:44Speaker 1: they picked up all that other stuff. I didn't hear
- 7:46Speaker 1: Legend or Tomorrow. Does that mean that if you get
- 7:49Speaker 1: chosen as Ted Chord, I still get to play Blue Beetle?
- 7:53Speaker 1: We should call Greg Berlany live on the show and
- 7:56Speaker 1: surprise and ask him. By the way, we've got some
- 7:58Speaker 1: new sound effects Donald, because I have expanded my repertoire
- 8:02Speaker 1: a little bit. This is when I this is my
- 8:05Speaker 1: Donald phase on intro track. Wait, do it again? Do
- 8:14Speaker 1: it again? It's a I'm like a Seinfeld drum. No,
- 8:22Speaker 1: it's gonna scratch, bro, it's still Seinfeld dish. What is
- 8:28Speaker 1: it so black? Seinfeld? It's blind. It's blind. Now, when
- 8:35Speaker 1: you have a joke that doesn't work, that's what I hurt.
- 8:44Speaker 1: This is gonna hurt. You can't discriminate, though, you better
- 8:47Speaker 1: not discriminate that. Now. I can tell you. You You got
- 8:52Speaker 1: a new job, and you gotta job you're really excited about. Yeah,
- 8:56Speaker 1: but make that money, make that money. Um, we got this.
- 9:02Speaker 1: Who's gonna get this? That's fire, dude, that's fire. When
- 9:16Speaker 1: does that come in? I don't know. We're gonna we're
- 9:18Speaker 1: how about drop it right now? One more time? Hey
- 9:24Speaker 1: the show, y'all? Yeah, it's our new intro music after
- 9:30Speaker 1: the theme song goes after our theme song. But it's
- 9:34Speaker 1: the breakdown, like when James Brown breaking down and he
- 9:37Speaker 1: just and he just dafinis it. Oh, come on, man, Donald,
- 9:43Speaker 1: I I'm getting back in shape. I'm back on the wagon. Well,
- 9:46Speaker 1: if you gotta play ted Cord, you gotta get back
- 9:48Speaker 1: in shape. You can play. I gotta get in that suit,
- 9:52Speaker 1: and you gotta get in that. You can't if it happens,
- 9:54Speaker 1: you can't have Come on, you can't have a fopa
- 9:57Speaker 1: in a suit. Donald, Oh my god, I'm just telling you.
- 10:10Speaker 1: If we're gonna strap on, strap in, not strap on
- 10:13Speaker 1: both boy your foot, you're just sticking your foot deeper
- 10:19Speaker 1: and deeper. This episode of the show has so much
- 10:22Speaker 1: homo eroticism. Oh, it's got racist shit. Who wrote this stuff?
- 10:27Speaker 1: I don't know. Elliott is clearly a Republican. Clearly clearly
- 10:31Speaker 1: a Republican. We can talk about that. We're gonna get
- 10:33Speaker 1: into all that. All I know is one thing's for sure.
- 10:35Speaker 1: I'm documenting the Keith's body and claiming it is my own. Yeah,
- 10:44Speaker 1: you know what, How about we started like this seven
- 10:47Speaker 1: eight about show we made about a bunch of time nurses.
- 11:11Speaker 1: I laughed a bunch. Yeah, I was confused a little
- 11:13Speaker 1: bit too, my friend with money. Guys, we are in
- 11:17Speaker 1: six oh five, and um, I got a very interesting
- 11:21Speaker 1: proposition last night about this podcast. I'm so excited to
- 11:23Speaker 1: tell you guys about it, but I don't know if
- 11:25Speaker 1: I can. I don't think I can tell the fans
- 11:27Speaker 1: yet ready, Daniel exactly, or I'll tell you and then Daniel,
- 11:33Speaker 1: you'll assess how you bleep it out. Okay. I met
- 11:36Speaker 1: the CFO of and she said I love the podcast,
- 11:41Speaker 1: why don't you guys? And and fuck you. Yeah that happened.
- 11:51Speaker 1: And then this morning and I thought she like had
- 11:53Speaker 1: a buzz or whatever. And then this morning she texted
- 11:55Speaker 1: me about it. Oh she's for real. Then yeah, she's
- 11:58Speaker 1: our next day follow up, the next day early. This
- 12:02Speaker 1: has to happen. All right, fans, we can't tell you yet,
- 12:05Speaker 1: but put it this way. The podcast is on such
- 12:07Speaker 1: fuego that people are hitting us up from all over.
- 12:13Speaker 1: That's amazing. Exactly how you do all this business, that's incredible. Wow.
- 12:18Speaker 1: That's the thing about Hollywood is you can go to
- 12:20Speaker 1: you can you can. I got to hang out with Alpaccio.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Listen to what's happened last week. I went to a
- 12:25Speaker 1: I went to a Shabbat dinner where I hung out
- 12:27Speaker 1: with Alpaccino. Wow, Okay, I sat next to Alpuccino and
- 12:31Speaker 1: I was so nervous and he's so cool, and everyone
- 12:35Speaker 1: at the table obviously basically just like, come on, tell
- 12:37Speaker 1: us stories, and he was telling stories and apparently there's
- 12:42Speaker 1: like the secret club that if you're friends with Puccino
- 12:45Speaker 1: or you know someone where he screens old thirty five
- 12:48Speaker 1: millimeter prints at at either the New Beverly that's Tarantino's
- 12:53Speaker 1: theater right or wherever. And and then after does Q
- 12:56Speaker 1: and A's And it's not like charge. It's not like
- 12:58Speaker 1: charged or anything. It's just like you gotta know someone.
- 13:01Speaker 1: And then but guys, I'm like, I got my foot
- 13:03Speaker 1: in the door. The woman who organizes it, I met her,
- 13:06Speaker 1: I gave her my number. I go, I love al
- 13:08Speaker 1: so much, Please UM invite me, and she goes, yeah,
- 13:10Speaker 1: I'll make sure you're invited, and I'll try and get
- 13:12Speaker 1: you guys invited, but like like not necessarily like super
- 13:15Speaker 1: famous ones like he referenced he's done so many movies. Yeah,
- 13:18Speaker 1: like the referenced Scarecrow, which I've never seen, which I
- 13:21Speaker 1: guess is him and Hackman Wow. And then um and
- 13:24Speaker 1: Eli Roth was also at the table, and he's like,
- 13:27Speaker 1: he's like best buddies with Tarantino, and Eli Roth was like,
- 13:30Speaker 1: I think Tarantino might have a print of Scarecrow. I
- 13:33Speaker 1: could get it from him. And I would be like,
- 13:35Speaker 1: I was like, oh, that would be great, and I
- 13:37Speaker 1: was just like, I can't how dream dream? Then Eli
- 13:43Speaker 1: Roth and I started doing impressions of him from Glen
- 13:46Speaker 1: Garry Glen Roth, and then oh my god, they have
- 13:51Speaker 1: the craziest story he's got. Hold on. I just gotta
- 13:54Speaker 1: say one thing before you get to this craziest story.
- 13:56Speaker 1: This is just a a little interlude into my love for
- 13:58Speaker 1: Appucino as motivational talk in a movie ever, is any
- 14:07Speaker 1: given Sunday. Oh, he's in the locker room talking at
- 14:11Speaker 1: the end of the movie when they're about to go
- 14:13Speaker 1: into the playoff game. That shit is so powerful and
- 14:18Speaker 1: I'm gonna I'm gonna keep it one hundred. I don't
- 14:19Speaker 1: know how much Alpaccino knows about football, but whoever that
- 14:24Speaker 1: character was, he was playing. If you ever want to
- 14:27Speaker 1: get motivated, if you ever want to feel some type
- 14:30Speaker 1: of emotion and go out into the world charged and
- 14:32Speaker 1: ready to go, listen to that monologue in the locker
- 14:37Speaker 1: room at the end of the morning. Well, I love him.
- 14:39Speaker 1: I think he's I mean, such a fucking genius. And
- 14:42Speaker 1: it was just cool to sit next to him and
- 14:44Speaker 1: hear him tell stories and He was just so personal.
- 14:46Speaker 1: You know, you think a lot of old school legends
- 14:48Speaker 1: like that would be like, you know, let's just have
- 14:50Speaker 1: a glass hall and I don't want to talk about
- 14:52Speaker 1: my work that. He was the opposite. He was holding
- 14:54Speaker 1: court at the table. People are asking him questions. He's like, oh,
- 14:56Speaker 1: I got a funny story about that. Now let me
- 14:58Speaker 1: tell you something. And it was just amazing. It was
- 15:01Speaker 1: so cool. You said you had something else that was crazy.
- 15:04Speaker 1: The other story, that's hilarious. Okay, So make long story short.
- 15:07Speaker 1: Donald and I. We've told you about the loft we
- 15:10Speaker 1: stayed in when we were our first hiatus from Scrubs
- 15:13Speaker 1: in Manhattan and soho, and we put a ping pong
- 15:16Speaker 1: table in there, right, Yeah? Was there one in there?
- 15:19Speaker 1: Did we buy one? I don't know if we bought one,
- 15:22Speaker 1: but there was a ping pong table, and yes, and
- 15:25Speaker 1: we hung and we told you about the stories there,
- 15:27Speaker 1: and we had some really fun nights there. We were
- 15:30Speaker 1: just Donald's had been famous before, but it was my
- 15:33Speaker 1: first time being a known actor, and I was doing
- 15:36Speaker 1: Shakespeare in the Park, which was like a lifelong dream,
- 15:39Speaker 1: and I was cranking Michelle branch Um. Everything was perfect.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Turned me inside out, so I can see that was
- 15:47Speaker 1: the summer of every to me. I had my CD player,
- 15:52Speaker 1: remember I had my yellow CD player that yeah, you know,
- 15:56Speaker 1: you know, you know that I had that thing that
- 15:58Speaker 1: you clamped over and locked the sony. Yet I don't
- 16:05Speaker 1: have everywhere skipping. You know this, This this episode has
- 16:10Speaker 1: a lot of shit like that. Anyway, But yeah, go on,
- 16:12Speaker 1: so we gotta get in the episode. But let me
- 16:13Speaker 1: just tell you the story. So when we left Donald,
- 16:16Speaker 1: I don't even know if you know this, but when
- 16:18Speaker 1: we left this woman, we hadn't done anything in the place.
- 16:21Speaker 1: The place was it was not it was not set
- 16:23Speaker 1: up nice. It was an artist studio. It just happened
- 16:25Speaker 1: to have like a bathroom in two beds, and it
- 16:27Speaker 1: was it was. It was pretty rough, it was. But
- 16:29Speaker 1: we were just so happy to be in a giant loft,
- 16:31Speaker 1: pretending we were in the movie Big in soho um.
- 16:35Speaker 1: But it was not like a redone, right. It was
- 16:37Speaker 1: like a rough, raw space. And this woman who rented us,
- 16:42Speaker 1: had rented it to us, had the audacity to try
- 16:45Speaker 1: and keep our deposit. And she sent me this long
- 16:48Speaker 1: list of all the things that were wrong, um that
- 16:52Speaker 1: she needed to repaint. There was a missing missing cont
- 16:55Speaker 1: shell in the bathroom, that like that, like this, that
- 17:00Speaker 1: other thing, and it was so it was such bullshit
- 17:03Speaker 1: because we hadn't done anything to her fucking loft. Okay,
- 17:08Speaker 1: So for some reason, I took the time. I was
- 17:10Speaker 1: so mad, I took the time to write the sassiest,
- 17:14Speaker 1: funniest response to her claims. And it wasn't I wasn't
- 17:19Speaker 1: like being a dick. I was just being like a
- 17:21Speaker 1: wise ass. But I was being a funny wise ass.
- 17:23Speaker 1: And it was a It was a letter for one.
- 17:25Speaker 1: No one would ever see it, but this woman. It
- 17:27Speaker 1: wasn't like I was going to litigate it or anything.
- 17:29Speaker 1: It wasn't we probably she probably kept our fucking deposit
- 17:31Speaker 1: for all I know. But I but I took the
- 17:34Speaker 1: time to really sit there and write the the funny
- 17:39Speaker 1: as hell, you've got to be fucking kidding me letter, right.
- 17:43Speaker 1: I haven't thought about it since this was two thousand
- 17:45Speaker 1: and one, one two, whenever freaking scrubs for we had
- 17:49Speaker 1: one thousand two. Okay, So I'm coloring my movie, which
- 17:53Speaker 1: is when you go into um, what's um? When you
- 17:57Speaker 1: go into a studio and you sit with a colorist
- 18:01Speaker 1: and that you're cinematographer and you're adjusting all the color
- 18:04Speaker 1: and making it look as pretty as possible. Think of
- 18:06Speaker 1: it like a zillion dollar Instagram room. And and all
- 18:13Speaker 1: of a sudden, my DP says, Yannish Kaminski is here.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Would you like to meet him? Now? For those you
- 18:17Speaker 1: don't know, Jannish Kaimiski is one of the most famous
- 18:20Speaker 1: cinematographers of all time. He's shot nineteen of Spielberg's movies.
- 18:25Speaker 1: He's got two oscars. He shot Schindler's List, He's shot
- 18:29Speaker 1: the recent Western I mean basically the last nineteen Spielberg movies,
- 18:32Speaker 1: and many other movies. He's he's a living legend. And
- 18:36Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, and Mauro Fiori, who's my cinematographer from
- 18:40Speaker 1: my film that I made, used to be his gaffer.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Gaffer is right underneath the cinematographer. He's in charge of
- 18:47Speaker 1: all the lighting. So they're friends. So he says, Yannish
- 18:50Speaker 1: happens to be here. Do you want to meet him? So?
- 18:52Speaker 1: I say, oh, my god, you're kidding me. Yeah, Yannish
- 18:54Speaker 1: Kimiski is so. Jannish Kaimiski comes into the room. He's
- 18:57Speaker 1: a Polish guy, he's loud, he's funny. He's just clearly
- 19:00Speaker 1: pounded a cup of coffee because he's speaking a mile
- 19:02Speaker 1: a minute. And he goes, zach Zack, Zack, Zack. I
- 19:06Speaker 1: read that letter that you wrote that woman, and that
- 19:10Speaker 1: was the funniest fucking thing I ever read in my life.
- 19:18Speaker 1: And I go, what, how could you possibly have read?
- 19:21Speaker 1: He goes, because I rented that place right after you
- 19:24Speaker 1: and your friend, and the letter was somehow on the table,
- 19:28Speaker 1: And I gotta tell you, all these years later, I'm
- 19:30Speaker 1: still laughing about how fucking funny that letter was. Oh
- 19:34Speaker 1: my god, amazing, amazing. Yeah, man, isn't that is wild?
- 19:45Speaker 1: He was cracking up. He was quoting it. This is
- 19:48Speaker 1: twenty years ago. He's quoting it. Oh my god. He's like,
- 19:53Speaker 1: you made me laugh so hard. I can't do a
- 19:55Speaker 1: Polish accent, sorry, but he's like, you made me laugh
- 19:57Speaker 1: so hard. He goes, And I had to deal with
- 20:00Speaker 1: that lady for two years. I rented that place and
- 20:02Speaker 1: um and so yeah, but anyway, I just thought that's
- 20:05Speaker 1: that's the end of the story. But it was I'm like,
- 20:07Speaker 1: I'm like sitting there like mega fan geeked out, and
- 20:10Speaker 1: he's telling me that I'm hilarious for a letter I
- 20:13Speaker 1: wrote twenty years ago. Anyway, let's get into the show.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Hit it. We already did that. Oh, then don't hit it.
- 20:25Speaker 1: You know what you should instead of hitting that, hit this. Hey,
- 20:35Speaker 1: we also have this too. I know you know what,
- 20:39Speaker 1: I like you know what? That should be the first
- 20:41Speaker 1: one that you did when we come back from commercial break. Yeah,
- 20:45Speaker 1: a lot of responsibilities now, all right, listen to the show. Um,
- 20:48Speaker 1: there's swanky new suites right that rich folks, the rich
- 20:52Speaker 1: folks can afford um, which is a commentary and a
- 20:56Speaker 1: real thing. Um, we all know. Um they have that
- 21:00Speaker 1: here in uh, definitely in Los Angeles and New York
- 21:03Speaker 1: stater sign. I got it for sure, because we got
- 21:05Speaker 1: that when the kid, Yeah you guarded it, I believe
- 21:08Speaker 1: by one of your friends, and and I remember walking
- 21:11Speaker 1: in and it was nice. And I'm sure there's levels
- 21:14Speaker 1: above what you had even Yeah, absolutely we got the
- 21:17Speaker 1: lower level one. We got the we got was you know,
- 21:19Speaker 1: it's not common and you're not sharing it with someone else.
- 21:23Speaker 1: You got your own private one. They got the ones
- 21:25Speaker 1: that are like, you know, like this, like we're spoofing
- 21:28Speaker 1: in the show. And in fact, I did that for
- 21:30Speaker 1: my dad once, say, when he was ill. They had
- 21:33Speaker 1: him in like a four bedroom or something, and I
- 21:35Speaker 1: remember it's like take out my credit card, Like what
- 21:38Speaker 1: do I gotta pay? Because I'm blessed enough that I
- 21:41Speaker 1: can do that and uh and it was on offer.
- 21:44Speaker 1: So obviously you're gonna do anything you can for your
- 21:46Speaker 1: parents when they're sick. But yeah, so that's a real
- 21:49Speaker 1: thing that exists. Um, if you're listening in another country, Um,
- 21:52Speaker 1: that might not happen in your country, or maybe it does.
- 21:55Speaker 1: I don't know. You took the candy, Jad took the
- 21:58Speaker 1: candy from the that was they took them. I took
- 22:00Speaker 1: the mint off his chest. Yeah, that was funny. Post oppression,
- 22:06Speaker 1: I have to say. Uh. Um, I thought was handled.
- 22:09Speaker 1: You know, the theme one of the main themes of
- 22:11Speaker 1: this is Carla and turk Um and their new baby
- 22:15Speaker 1: and Carla suffering from postpartment depression, which I thought this
- 22:17Speaker 1: was a great public service announcement really for for for
- 22:21Speaker 1: so many women that must go through this. And I
- 22:24Speaker 1: know this aired in two thousand and six, but um,
- 22:28Speaker 1: the way that it was deal with, and the and
- 22:30Speaker 1: the and the beautiful mole speech that Jordan gives Carla
- 22:34Speaker 1: at the end. Was was just I don't know. I
- 22:36Speaker 1: was just proud of us for for putting a positive
- 22:38Speaker 1: message out in the world. Right. Not only that I
- 22:40Speaker 1: thought it was played well. I thought Judy did such
- 22:42Speaker 1: an amazing job. You know, we talked about how great
- 22:45Speaker 1: of an actress she is, but she's really flexing her
- 22:47Speaker 1: chops in this. You know, she's being funny and dramatic
- 22:51Speaker 1: at the at the same time, and that's really hard
- 22:53Speaker 1: to do. Um uh and and she's nailing it. And
- 22:57Speaker 1: then also Christa's speech at the end is is beautiful
- 23:01Speaker 1: and uh so needed and made me laugh so hard.
- 23:05Speaker 1: Also where you know when she turns around and she's like, dude,
- 23:08Speaker 1: shut the fuck up. Turt pretty much a line was
- 23:11Speaker 1: play don't in this play. I laughed at every one
- 23:16Speaker 1: of your reality If you speak again, I will eat you.
- 23:18Speaker 1: I laughed when she said I had this night. You know,
- 23:20Speaker 1: she says, I've had these feelings like I might throw
- 23:24Speaker 1: and then they cut to you or you're like like
- 23:26Speaker 1: the faces you are the faces God? Yeah, man, But
- 23:34Speaker 1: I just I just I was really, I was really
- 23:36Speaker 1: you know, it was my favorite storyline in the in
- 23:39Speaker 1: the show. Uh, this this time around. Elliott made me
- 23:43Speaker 1: really mad in this episode for some reason, and it
- 23:46Speaker 1: wasn't because I'm jealous of her getting off at five o'clock.
- 23:49Speaker 1: Like some of the ship. She was saying, like I
- 23:52Speaker 1: stopped right before and got to ghetto in a neighborhood,
- 23:55Speaker 1: you know what I mean. And you know, she said
- 23:57Speaker 1: like a lot of things where I was like, why, yeah,
- 24:02Speaker 1: this was that key And if this was that key
- 24:04Speaker 1: in Peel Sketch, I would have been like, all right,
- 24:12Speaker 1: we'll get into that. So Elliott walks in. This clearly
- 24:16Speaker 1: is a time in electronics where all these things are
- 24:20Speaker 1: coming out, because all of a sudden this episode, you've
- 24:22Speaker 1: got webcams, You've got taken pictures with phones, You've got
- 24:27Speaker 1: um video chatting, right, You've got texting is a lot.
- 24:32Speaker 1: It just felt like this episode also was a sort
- 24:35Speaker 1: of a trend. Must have been a transitional phase in
- 24:38Speaker 1: in at the time when everyone was sort of switching
- 24:40Speaker 1: over to all these gadgets. Um, well, I remember, I
- 24:44Speaker 1: remember the whole OMG LOL thing. I had no idea
- 24:47Speaker 1: what that was at the time, so it was still
- 24:49Speaker 1: very that was very very new to text and use
- 24:54Speaker 1: those as ways to describe how you were feeling. Now,
- 24:58Speaker 1: it's just like common like we use it in our
- 25:01Speaker 1: everyday language. But right, although sometimes a young person will
- 25:03Speaker 1: send you something and you're like, what I have to
- 25:05Speaker 1: I have to google? What what that that one means?
- 25:08Speaker 1: My kids walking around saying everything is sus I'm like,
- 25:12Speaker 1: what the heck? Because that's suspects, right, I know what
- 25:15Speaker 1: suspect means. Yeah, but everything is such far asy. You're
- 25:18Speaker 1: acting so suss right now. She's talking about the dog
- 25:22Speaker 1: and I'm like, what, how suspicious is this dog acting? Right?
- 25:28Speaker 1: What You're gonna learn lingo from the kids, but I
- 25:32Speaker 1: made cheaper by the dozens. Those kids were speaking like
- 25:34Speaker 1: a different language and like doing things like she meant
- 25:42Speaker 1: like you got spice in your veins or something? Do
- 25:49Speaker 1: you know that one? No, but that's very funny. Shit kids,
- 25:55Speaker 1: Yeah this is. But I don't know if this is
- 25:57Speaker 1: out of I'm sure it's out of style now because
- 25:58Speaker 1: it's been a year. But they were it would like
- 26:00Speaker 1: we go like I think it was at thing. It
- 26:05Speaker 1: was a basketball thing, was vice in your veins? But
- 26:07Speaker 1: then they paired it, which I think was a TikTok
- 26:09Speaker 1: thing with she which meant something else. I don't know,
- 26:16Speaker 1: but they used it for everything. It was like, you know,
- 26:18Speaker 1: the Smurf seems smurf for everything. Yeah, yeah, that's how
- 26:21Speaker 1: they use shesh. Yeah. Anyway, Elliot walks in when I'm
- 26:27Speaker 1: trying to show off to Kim that I've got a
- 26:29Speaker 1: nice body, but I'm using Keith's body. I'm using Keith
- 26:32Speaker 1: and I'm taking a picture of his abs and I go, no,
- 26:35Speaker 1: I've no, I've always had a ninny Oh yeah, that's funny.
- 26:39Speaker 1: Elliot walks in while I'm photographing Keith's ass and she goes,
- 26:41Speaker 1: this reminds me of the time I found you at
- 26:43Speaker 1: that bus stop bent And then you assume it's gonna
- 26:47Speaker 1: be nothing like that. What are you talking about? Yeah?
- 26:50Speaker 1: And then you assume it's gonna be like him hooking
- 26:52Speaker 1: up with a guy or something, and and it's actually
- 26:55Speaker 1: me again taking a picture of his ass, and I go,
- 26:58Speaker 1: I'm getting a little flare off the urinal right yeah,
- 27:01Speaker 1: And then you go, actually this is exactly Yeah, so
- 27:07Speaker 1: JD you know, not saying he's DTF, but he he's
- 27:11Speaker 1: definitely interested in Keith's body very much. So I was
- 27:16Speaker 1: going to ask you about that. I I think JD
- 27:20Speaker 1: does have some fantasies that I think he appreciates the
- 27:25Speaker 1: male form, let's just put it that way. Yes, but
- 27:29Speaker 1: fantasies that his form looked like that form as well. Yes,
- 27:32Speaker 1: I don't think he wants to touch Keith, but he
- 27:34Speaker 1: does maybe. I think I don't think it's wait, hold
- 27:38Speaker 1: on now, is it gay to touch another man? Um? Well,
- 27:41Speaker 1: that's all debatable. Um uh, you know, on the scale,
- 27:46Speaker 1: on the Kinsey scale of of of queerness. Is that
- 27:49Speaker 1: the right way to frame it? Joel? Yeah, it's it's
- 27:52Speaker 1: a spectrum. It's a spectrum, so you might you might
- 27:55Speaker 1: not want to put your peep in in a man,
- 27:57Speaker 1: but you might go ooh that was abs feel nice.
- 28:01Speaker 1: You could certainly appreciate a body form without wanting to
- 28:04Speaker 1: be intimate with it. Right there you go, Thank you
- 28:08Speaker 1: Joell for guiding me through. Ll turns it into like
- 28:10Speaker 1: all of a sudden, turns into vulcan, She turns straight
- 28:13Speaker 1: up into it gets all big, It gets all big
- 28:18Speaker 1: language to everything. Man, I love being a queer vulcan. Well,
- 28:25Speaker 1: I just want to I don't want to upset anyone,
- 28:27Speaker 1: so I want to say everything correctly. So I let Joel,
- 28:30Speaker 1: make sure we're using the correct syntax, right, Joel, Yeah, right,
- 28:37Speaker 1: So I think Joe. I don't think j D wants
- 28:39Speaker 1: to play hide the People with Keith, but I do
- 28:42Speaker 1: think that he it seems as a little into his body.
- 28:47Speaker 1: Oh absolutely, this ex's new partner. What's going on over there?
- 28:52Speaker 1: It's happening. But it's funny though when he watches, when
- 28:55Speaker 1: he's involved with their sex play, he never he never
- 28:59Speaker 1: participates her any he was invited to. He's always just
- 29:01Speaker 1: sort of, oh no, he's participates. He's jumped on the
- 29:04Speaker 1: bed before in that episode, he jumps on the Bed's right,
- 29:08Speaker 1: that's right. We don't know what they We don't know
- 29:10Speaker 1: what happened with them. Elliot must have shut that down. Yeah, absolutely,
- 29:18Speaker 1: we don't really know. Jordan needs a ram um. Yeah,
- 29:21Speaker 1: that was crazy. It was crazy. It was a fantasy
- 29:24Speaker 1: that was crazy. We thought it was crazy for a fantasy.
- 29:29Speaker 1: That was She threw the ram's head on the ground
- 29:34Speaker 1: and she said, he pulls it out and she says,
- 29:37Speaker 1: I'm not done yet. Yeah, that's the show that women
- 29:41Speaker 1: have when they're pregnant, have crazy food cravings. She ate
- 29:45Speaker 1: a live ram. Did Casey ever have food cravings like that.
- 29:54Speaker 1: I M no. She does like her steak medium rare,
- 29:58Speaker 1: but she does not eat live animals. So are you
- 30:02Speaker 1: gonna watch the Oscars in my house? By the way,
- 30:04Speaker 1: the Oscars will have already happened by the time this airs.
- 30:06Speaker 1: But I want to know if you're watching it with us.
- 30:08Speaker 1: The problem with your family is got basketball and shit,
- 30:12Speaker 1: and we do a babysitter. We're going to Palm Springs.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Rocco has a tournament for best. It sounds like you're
- 30:18Speaker 1: gonna watch the Oscars. I know, Joel, you're gonna be
- 30:20Speaker 1: watching the Oscars. Uh yeah, right now. I'm doing a
- 30:22Speaker 1: mad dash to watch all of the films I haven't
- 30:25Speaker 1: seen yet. Have you seen Denzel's performance that's on the
- 30:31Speaker 1: list for Friday Night? You know what? Every what is up?
- 30:34Speaker 1: Why is everybody scared to watch that? Shit? Man? You
- 30:36Speaker 1: know it's gonna be fire? You know what I mean?
- 30:38Speaker 1: I have an idea why it's his performance. I don't
- 30:42Speaker 1: end Frances mcdorman's performance. I don't think anyone downs will
- 30:44Speaker 1: be Holy shit. It's a very artistically done rendition in
- 30:49Speaker 1: that the way that it is filmed and shot is
- 30:53Speaker 1: um You know they're not like in a castle per se.
- 30:56Speaker 1: It's it's done with like light and mood, and it's
- 31:02Speaker 1: Joel Cohen being incredibly artistic, and it's probably brilliant. But
- 31:07Speaker 1: I think a traditional set and traditional Denzel and Francis
- 31:14Speaker 1: McDorman in a real believable environment might have been more
- 31:18Speaker 1: enticing to people. I'm making this up, Daniel, any thoughts
- 31:21Speaker 1: on on my theory, I haven't seen it. I'm also,
- 31:25Speaker 1: you know, a little bit lacking in the Oscar department,
- 31:27Speaker 1: so I would trust your analysis more. I trust your
- 31:30Speaker 1: analysis primarily. I don't know. Well, I haven't seen a
- 31:33Speaker 1: lot of these movies, you know what I mean this
- 31:35Speaker 1: time around? And you know I would Well, she was
- 31:40Speaker 1: a story, Yeah, Donald, I started it, I couldn't finish it. WHOA,
- 31:45Speaker 1: but why didn't you finish it? I thought it's dope,
- 31:51Speaker 1: and I think it's great performances and all of that stuff.
- 31:53Speaker 1: It's just boring. Whoa script? Though it's so good. I
- 32:02Speaker 1: thought I thought the reu White was really really well
- 32:04Speaker 1: done if there was so much talent, and I thought
- 32:06Speaker 1: it was beautifully shot by my new best friend Jannest Kaminsky.
- 32:10Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I didn't say. I didn't say it wasn't beautiful.
- 32:14Speaker 1: I didn't say it wasn't well directed. I didn't say
- 32:16Speaker 1: there were great performances. I just it wasn't my cup
- 32:21Speaker 1: of tea. I'm sorry. Yeah, it's okay, that's real talk. Hey,
- 32:24Speaker 1: let him have his opinion. As asked me if I
- 32:26Speaker 1: watched Spider Man, did you watch fu? Yeah? Man, I
- 32:30Speaker 1: should have spied dude, you know who shot Spider Man? Who?
- 32:37Speaker 1: Maro Fiori, the cinematographer who shot my film, A good person.
- 32:40Speaker 1: Oh look at that, Look at that? So I'm fancy.
- 32:45Speaker 1: All right, let's get back into the show. Oh, should
- 32:47Speaker 1: we take a break. We're gonna take a quick break,
- 32:48Speaker 1: and when we come back, we're gonna talk more about
- 32:50Speaker 1: this episode of Scrubs, the television show. Let's go out
- 32:55Speaker 1: with this and we're back. We are back, We are back.
- 33:11Speaker 1: All right, We're back. So trampoline floors? Hey, I like that,
- 33:15Speaker 1: I go. I like bouncing, but it is dangerous. Also
- 33:22Speaker 1: a Scrubs Wicki pointed out that why is jd drinking
- 33:26Speaker 1: beer in the fantasy when he doesn't like beer? Right,
- 33:30Speaker 1: it's Jad's fantasy. Well, they clearly wanted to do the
- 33:33Speaker 1: gag with the beer on the trampoline. But and that's
- 33:35Speaker 1: probably very tricky to do with apple teeny. But if
- 33:38Speaker 1: it's Jad's fantasy, he's not drinking beer. No, Todd can't
- 33:44Speaker 1: see the nipple. That shit made me laugh, man, That
- 33:47Speaker 1: was my last biggest the biggest laughing the whole show
- 33:50Speaker 1: once again, Rob mass show comes through. God, Rob, we
- 33:53Speaker 1: are sorry for ever doubting you on set and making
- 33:56Speaker 1: fun of you from running line. But every time he
- 34:00Speaker 1: says something, it's funny. That is the funniest. I can't
- 34:03Speaker 1: see the nipple. I can't see the nipple. Why is
- 34:06Speaker 1: Rob in the lactation because I don't know why the
- 34:09Speaker 1: Todd is there? Man? What is he doing in that?
- 34:11Speaker 1: And how did he hide behind these two ladies before
- 34:15Speaker 1: you know what I mean, he's hiding behind them and
- 34:17Speaker 1: they can't see him, and Turk and Carla can't see
- 34:20Speaker 1: him either, and he pops up out of nowhere. That
- 34:23Speaker 1: is the biggest laugh of the episode is Todd jumping
- 34:26Speaker 1: out in the lactation meaning saying, I can't see the nipple.
- 34:30Speaker 1: But why does this kid come over and point out
- 34:32Speaker 1: that you're African American? That's what I'm saying. What the
- 34:35Speaker 1: fuck was up with the show, yo, Like I'm sitting
- 34:38Speaker 1: here like wait, I don't know, I don't get it.
- 34:39Speaker 1: Where did that come from? That was just like random,
- 34:43Speaker 1: well it was a very weird. It makes me believe. Well,
- 34:46Speaker 1: they needed to set up the idea that Carla would
- 34:50Speaker 1: leave the baby with a child. That's how that's how
- 34:53Speaker 1: out of it she is with her postpartment depression. So
- 34:56Speaker 1: they had to introduce a child neighbor. But what his
- 34:58Speaker 1: line is is, since you're African, I wrote it down.
- 35:02Speaker 1: Since you're African American. I was wondering if I could
- 35:05Speaker 1: borrow some of your Marvin Gay CDs. And and you're not.
- 35:10Speaker 1: You're not taking it back. You're offended in any way
- 35:12Speaker 1: you reach right because I can't come on in, kid, Yeah,
- 35:15Speaker 1: come on in, kid. And by the way, here here
- 35:17Speaker 1: they are. I happen to have my Marvin Gay CDs
- 35:20Speaker 1: at the ready on account of being African American. I
- 35:23Speaker 1: always keep them close by. The fucked up shit is
- 35:25Speaker 1: that everybody should have Marvin Gay CDs back then, you
- 35:28Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, That's just what it is. Let's
- 35:30Speaker 1: just keep it one hundred. That's good music. Good music
- 35:32Speaker 1: is good music is good music. I know, but you
- 35:34Speaker 1: ripped them out like they were in your Marvin Gay CD. Holster.
- 35:37Speaker 1: You don't got him a fucking Marvin Gay catalog, My fucker.
- 35:42Speaker 1: I don't think I ever bought him Marvin Gay CD?
- 35:45Speaker 1: What but I have? You don't have? Let's get at home?
- 35:49Speaker 1: Oh no, I don't. You don't have. What's going on?
- 35:52Speaker 1: Do you? When you're getting busy with your lady? Do
- 35:55Speaker 1: you like go hold on? I don't even married a
- 35:57Speaker 1: long time. You go hold on? Sometimes? You go hold on? Girl?
- 36:00Speaker 1: Let me put on the right song. I'm gonna tell you.
- 36:01Speaker 1: You do that in the movies, but I don't think
- 36:03Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you something right now. Yeah, keep it
- 36:05Speaker 1: one thousand like you did last week, because that was
- 36:07Speaker 1: very funny. If you had people on my Twitter write
- 36:10Speaker 1: me about how fucking hilarious it was about you slurping
- 36:13Speaker 1: all over your wife's face and my suggestion and I
- 36:16Speaker 1: suggested to put bread in your bedside. Sorry, go ahead,
- 36:30Speaker 1: I forgot what we were talking about. We're talking about
- 36:32Speaker 1: whether you put on music when you're gonna get busy
- 36:34Speaker 1: with you there. Yeah, that's right. Yeah, So look, if
- 36:37Speaker 1: you put the music on, sorry, you gotta put on you,
- 36:44Speaker 1: Let's get it all. I'm Marvin Gaye. Marvin gay got
- 36:50Speaker 1: some real good music to fuck too. I'm just keeping
- 36:52Speaker 1: one hundred one. What other ones besides Let's get it on?
- 36:56Speaker 1: That's the one I know. You could fucking pretty much
- 37:00Speaker 1: fun to anything. Really, it's got to beat to Land's
- 37:03Speaker 1: phase on here to say you can have sex to
- 37:06Speaker 1: any Marvin gay song? Well, yeah, man, think about it. Yeah,
- 37:10Speaker 1: what's going on? Oh no, no, what's going on? But
- 37:16Speaker 1: it's not like a civil rights anthem? Yes, absolutely, but
- 37:20Speaker 1: when you but but when you're hitting that, But when
- 37:23Speaker 1: you're hitting that, that beat is kicking. What's going on?
- 37:26Speaker 1: You know what? Sex without going on without fail? And
- 37:32Speaker 1: I have to time it out right. It's not a
- 37:34Speaker 1: long song. But when I'm I'm getting ready to finish,
- 37:37Speaker 1: I play this song. What you're trying to get into,
- 37:41Speaker 1: what you're trying to do? That helps me finished? What
- 37:51Speaker 1: about when do we but we reference our friend Chugsky died. Yeah,
- 37:56Speaker 1: I miss purse amount for our homies and we poe
- 37:59Speaker 1: with what's going on? What the hell is going on
- 38:02Speaker 1: in this episode? Who wrote this episode? Gabby Allen? Gabby
- 38:06Speaker 1: Allen wrote this episode. But we know the heck. As
- 38:10Speaker 1: we all know, there are many people in the writer's
- 38:12Speaker 1: room that contribute. That might not have been Gabby's joke.
- 38:15Speaker 1: She's just the one with a name on on hikay um.
- 38:18Speaker 1: But we did pour them out for our homies. Yeah,
- 38:21Speaker 1: we pour it out and then I do the with
- 38:23Speaker 1: a Turk's dance once I you know what I mean.
- 38:25Speaker 1: That was very funny by the way, I laughed at
- 38:27Speaker 1: you're with the Turks dance. That's one of my with
- 38:30Speaker 1: the Turks. I like that my kids with a phase on.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Everybody thinks Barbie is a sellout. I think I think
- 38:39Speaker 1: he's I think he's jealous. That's real talk. I know
- 38:42Speaker 1: he's in it to win it as a doctor. Well,
- 38:45Speaker 1: he has his moral compass is telling him and that
- 38:47Speaker 1: he's not going to be a private practist doctor. That's
- 38:50Speaker 1: not the kind of person he is. That's not who
- 38:52Speaker 1: he wants to be. He's not going to do that life.
- 38:54Speaker 1: But there don't want that money. There he is sneaking
- 38:57Speaker 1: in with a with a with a repelling with like
- 38:59Speaker 1: a batman what do you call that thing? Repelling clok
- 39:02Speaker 1: grappling grappling hook because the janitor has sealed over the
- 39:07Speaker 1: entrance to the luxury suite, I assume at night with
- 39:11Speaker 1: a wall. Yes, so Cox figures out the only way
- 39:15Speaker 1: back into the luxury suite is via grappling hook. Yes.
- 39:21Speaker 1: I laughed at her. I laughed at that. First. I
- 39:23Speaker 1: was like, that shit's never gonna hold onto the wall.
- 39:25Speaker 1: And then it obviously does, and he climbs up. But
- 39:29Speaker 1: Batman has a grappling hook that shoots out of a gun, right, yeah,
- 39:33Speaker 1: but he still has then he still has to call,
- 39:35Speaker 1: then he still has to come. No, he has a
- 39:37Speaker 1: zip line too, he has he has a zip line too?
- 39:40Speaker 1: Does he have at if? I think if I were
- 39:43Speaker 1: a super Ted Court has something some Ted Court has
- 39:46Speaker 1: something similar to that. He's kind of man, Yeah, he's
- 39:48Speaker 1: kind of like. Okay, if you're listening Greg Borlaney or
- 39:51Speaker 1: Warner Brothers. When I played Ted Court, I want a
- 39:54Speaker 1: grappling hook that shoots right the gun that shoots a
- 39:57Speaker 1: grappling hook, and then I hit a button and it's
- 40:00Speaker 1: starts pulling me up up the line. How dope is that?
- 40:05Speaker 1: So does Batman have that? Of course I want that.
- 40:11Speaker 1: Of course Batman has that. Batman, Oh, that's weird fantasy
- 40:16Speaker 1: about that about maybe it'll happen. We never know. Look, man, life,
- 40:20Speaker 1: life is so crazy. We're white boarded. I'm gonna put
- 40:22Speaker 1: it on the white board. I wanted to happen, but
- 40:25Speaker 1: I don't know if I don't know what to there's
- 40:28Speaker 1: this new merger, there's all of this stuff that's going on. Man.
- 40:31Speaker 1: I mentioned it to Greg, and I think he thought
- 40:33Speaker 1: I meant the film version, because he said I don't.
- 40:36Speaker 1: He said something like, um, I don't want to see
- 40:39Speaker 1: what he said. But but I don't think he thought
- 40:41Speaker 1: I meant this led leagues of legend versions tomorrow. Yeah,
- 40:48Speaker 1: it's just would be an arrow verse, that's what it
- 40:50Speaker 1: would be, you know what I mean. But then we're
- 40:52Speaker 1: gonna spin off and do an HBO Max show. That's me.
- 40:56Speaker 1: Put it on the white board. Put it on the whiteboard.
- 40:58Speaker 1: What's the show um um with um with Anthony Mackie
- 41:02Speaker 1: and Sebastian stand. Oh yeah, we're gonna we're gonna do that.
- 41:08Speaker 1: But our show, that would be dope. That would be
- 41:12Speaker 1: so fire, Oh my gosh. Yeah, we'd have to stay
- 41:15Speaker 1: in good shape to be in those tights. I can't
- 41:17Speaker 1: have your food out. Okay, listen, I think it should
- 41:21Speaker 1: be better, better, better better. Um. So, then Carla leaves
- 41:37Speaker 1: the baby with the with the with the Jewish little boy.
- 41:40Speaker 1: We assume he's Jewish because he says masl tough to
- 41:43Speaker 1: her on the baby because he sees that her nipples
- 41:46Speaker 1: are leaking through her shirt. Yes so, um Turk walks
- 41:52Speaker 1: in defined the baby with the Marvin Gay listening Jewish
- 41:57Speaker 1: kid who appreciates Carla's leaky nipples. Yes. Now, Churk runs
- 42:08Speaker 1: to the hospital with the babies and I say, hi,
- 42:12Speaker 1: whatever I call you, brown Baron, I go Hi, Mocha cub. Yes, well,
- 42:17Speaker 1: that's this is forever on my Instagram feed. Whenever I
- 42:21Speaker 1: post pictures of my kids, look Atsmocha cubs. Moca cubs,
- 42:26Speaker 1: Look at the Mocha cub, very beautiful children. Every time
- 42:29Speaker 1: I post them, they say, oh my goodness, his children
- 42:31Speaker 1: are so beautiful. Thank you to any And then they
- 42:35Speaker 1: say they look so much like Donald. So they're really
- 42:37Speaker 1: indirectly giving you a compliment, not only on your seed
- 42:40Speaker 1: but on your face because they're like, oh my god,
- 42:42Speaker 1: they're so beautiful. They look so much like Donald. Their
- 42:45Speaker 1: beauty comes from their mother. Man, it doesn't come from me.
- 42:48Speaker 1: I promise you that I agree anyway, Zaly love you.
- 42:54Speaker 1: Let's talk about Keith and a singlet again. Back to
- 42:56Speaker 1: the Homoway ronicism. Keith shows up in a singlet with
- 43:00Speaker 1: a very large package. By the way, I don't know
- 43:01Speaker 1: if Keith augmented, but he was representing. I think that
- 43:06Speaker 1: was I think that's the point I say, nice single,
- 43:09Speaker 1: it does it come in hetero? I bet you. So
- 43:18Speaker 1: many wrestlers were like, what I think wrestling the sport
- 43:25Speaker 1: is pretty homo erotic. I mean, I'm not I mean
- 43:29Speaker 1: it's fighting, It's it's combat. Yeah, so everything is homo
- 43:33Speaker 1: erotic when it comes to fighting. That's just what it is. Man.
- 43:40Speaker 1: When you're in high school, you are in this heightened
- 43:42Speaker 1: state of blaring testosterone in pub and I remember wrestling
- 43:47Speaker 1: with my friends. I'm not saying the sexual, but you're
- 43:49Speaker 1: like you're like letting it out, and you're like you're
- 43:52Speaker 1: like a young You're like an animal. It needs to
- 43:55Speaker 1: Like I look at my you know, it's like it's
- 43:56Speaker 1: like animals, like dogs, we need to wrestle and get
- 43:59Speaker 1: it out. And um so I just see that. I
- 44:04Speaker 1: don't know, I just think that I don't mind all
- 44:06Speaker 1: of that shit. I don't mind wrestling and stuff like
- 44:08Speaker 1: that and rolling around and stuff. It's when the sweat
- 44:10Speaker 1: drips on you that I got an interview with. That's
- 44:12Speaker 1: when I'm like, God, man, why you gotta sweat so much?
- 44:15Speaker 1: Like that's the one thing that I fucking fear about
- 44:19Speaker 1: MMA and grappling. That's just the worst. Man. You'll be
- 44:23Speaker 1: wrestling and you'll be sweating, and shit, I don't care.
- 44:26Speaker 1: I don't give a fuck if you're nuts on my
- 44:28Speaker 1: head while you're sucking trying to choke me out on
- 44:30Speaker 1: all of that shit. That's fine. I get it. We
- 44:32Speaker 1: are in combat. It is, you know, that's what it is.
- 44:35Speaker 1: But mofucker, why the sweat? You know what I mean?
- 44:39Speaker 1: And I'm a sweating guy too. That shit drifts in
- 44:42Speaker 1: your eyes, in your mouth, on your face. That shit
- 44:46Speaker 1: is not fun. It's like when you're playing basketball and
- 44:48Speaker 1: Pat Ewan's next year and you're like, God, throw this
- 44:50Speaker 1: motherfucker a towel or something. Are you not allowed to
- 44:54Speaker 1: have a towel on you when you when you play basketball? No, man,
- 44:57Speaker 1: you're not allowed to have a to No man, No
- 45:00Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. You could tuck a towel in
- 45:01Speaker 1: your shorts. That's no no no no no no no
- 45:03Speaker 1: no no no no no. Like the hype man always
- 45:05Speaker 1: has a code basketball player, right, the hype man always
- 45:10Speaker 1: has that hyde man always has a towel. That's the
- 45:17Speaker 1: title of my autobiography. I don't know why a basketball
- 45:23Speaker 1: player isn't allowed to tuck a little wash cloth or
- 45:26Speaker 1: not a wash cloth, but a little tallet in his pants.
- 45:29Speaker 1: When I got the jersey. You can wipe it off
- 45:31Speaker 1: with the jersey, or you can wear a headband, right, yeah,
- 45:34Speaker 1: but that don't really stop it either. Listen, So when
- 45:36Speaker 1: you were wrestling, though, that's what happens. Man. The wrestling
- 45:40Speaker 1: part is to find that. I don't know, I don't
- 45:41Speaker 1: think anybody cares about that. It's the sweat, Okay, Um,
- 45:47Speaker 1: very funny. Christ's entrance a La Jurassic Park, isn't child
- 45:56Speaker 1: They even did the cup of water that they even
- 46:00Speaker 1: did the couple of water thing where the like in
- 46:03Speaker 1: Jurassic Park when you see like the water. Yeah, and
- 46:07Speaker 1: then I'm scared and she looked scary. Um, I'll be
- 46:14Speaker 1: honest with you, she looked beautiful. Well I'm gonna keep her.
- 46:18Speaker 1: You can't help but look beautiful. But she did look
- 46:20Speaker 1: they did make her out to seem like a scary character. Yeah,
- 46:24Speaker 1: but it didn't work. I'm sorry, Chris, Chris, it's too beautiful,
- 46:28Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. So, Chris, the whole thing,
- 46:31Speaker 1: that whole thing that's this is what I don't get.
- 46:33Speaker 1: The whole thing about being big and pregnant and everything
- 46:37Speaker 1: like that, and being full and that not and that
- 46:40Speaker 1: being scary is some bullshit, man. That's some straight up bullshit.
- 46:44Speaker 1: And beauty and everything, man, And the fact that the
- 46:47Speaker 1: fact that these motherfuckers act like they scared of that shit,
- 46:50Speaker 1: it's some bullshit as well. Man. That's just me personally.
- 46:54Speaker 1: I get it. In the show, they're trying to make
- 46:55Speaker 1: jokes about she's supposed to she ain't a ram dude. Um,
- 46:59Speaker 1: she's scared. I know that's that's yeah. I get that.
- 47:02Speaker 1: I get all of that Ram. I get all of
- 47:05Speaker 1: that stuff. Can I just love that Bill is clearly
- 47:09Speaker 1: still in his animal face because they're bringing rams to
- 47:13Speaker 1: set um so um. I thought the scene with Krista
- 47:20Speaker 1: and you and Judy was really beautiful. That that song
- 47:23Speaker 1: was so beautiful. I wrote it down. It's the Crane
- 47:25Speaker 1: Wife three by the DECEMBRS and it's such a pretty
- 47:29Speaker 1: song as Jordan is consoling Carla and telling her not
- 47:32Speaker 1: to be afraid to seek help for postpartum depression and
- 47:35Speaker 1: how common it is and not to feel like a failure,
- 47:37Speaker 1: and telling Turk to shut the fuck up every time
- 47:41Speaker 1: he tries to weigh in. And I just thought that
- 47:43Speaker 1: was really great, As I said it being an episode,
- 47:45Speaker 1: I like it when Scrubs has messages that really can
- 47:49Speaker 1: help people and resonate with people. And there's so many
- 47:51Speaker 1: women who suffered from postpartment depression, and I felt like
- 47:54Speaker 1: we were, in a sense doing a public service by
- 47:57Speaker 1: by normalizing it and explaining that you can get helpful it.
- 48:01Speaker 1: I was gonna have Casey come on a show. I
- 48:03Speaker 1: don't know if she experienced postpart and depression, but you know,
- 48:08Speaker 1: I you know, I'm I think you'd know it. I
- 48:11Speaker 1: think you would know well, you know there's something like
- 48:13Speaker 1: like we were talking about spectrums. Yeah, lets to it,
- 48:17Speaker 1: of course, um and uh, but I was gonna I
- 48:22Speaker 1: asked her if she wanted to talk about it. She
- 48:24Speaker 1: was like, yeah, now that's okay. Um, why would you
- 48:28Speaker 1: The episode ends um and and Carl has chosen to
- 48:32Speaker 1: um go on some manual presence which are clearly helping,
- 48:35Speaker 1: and she says, if you talk openly about this, I'm
- 48:38Speaker 1: gonna show everyone that time you tried to grow your
- 48:41Speaker 1: hair out. Now, what I don't understand is why is
- 48:44Speaker 1: that a framed picture that's that's that's on in the
- 48:47Speaker 1: living room? Why why that? And why would he take
- 48:51Speaker 1: a picture of it? Why would he be like at
- 48:54Speaker 1: some point Turk would be like, Yo, you know what,
- 48:57Speaker 1: this shit ain't working way before. Why is it in
- 49:02Speaker 1: the living room? I don't know, dude, I don't know.
- 49:06Speaker 1: It's just I don't I don't know. This is a
- 49:08Speaker 1: wacky season. Things are things are crazy. It's very funny.
- 49:13Speaker 1: There are very funny jokes in all of these shows. Uh,
- 49:17Speaker 1: but some of these things aren't tracking anymore. It's like
- 49:20Speaker 1: we're starting to you know, like like you said, the
- 49:23Speaker 1: whole beer instead of the apple teeny. I get the
- 49:26Speaker 1: joke is funny, but you know, all right six huh
- 49:31Speaker 1: And it ends with me really missing Elizabeth. Now we
- 49:34Speaker 1: all know what's coming with Elizabeth. I won't give any
- 49:37Speaker 1: spoilers if you're happy to be someone that doesn't know.
- 49:40Speaker 1: But um, it ends it ends on a melancholic note
- 49:44Speaker 1: of Jad really missing her and um well it also
- 49:49Speaker 1: ends with something that, uh, we don't talk about and enough, Actually,
- 49:57Speaker 1: Elliott's love for Jade is still very very strong, regardless
- 50:04Speaker 1: of you know, regardless of you know, what's going on
- 50:10Speaker 1: between the two of you know, she has a boyfriend now,
- 50:13Speaker 1: he has a baby mama on the way. But Elliott
- 50:17Speaker 1: truly still Elliott truly still loves j d. She did
- 50:22Speaker 1: the whole the webcamp thing so he can talk to
- 50:27Speaker 1: his girlfriend and everything like that. These are things that
- 50:29Speaker 1: someone who is a true friend. But do you think
- 50:32Speaker 1: that she realizes that it's more than just oh, I
- 50:37Speaker 1: love you so much, You're such a good friend. We've
- 50:39Speaker 1: been through a lot together. Or do you think she realizes, like,
- 50:42Speaker 1: I still, I'm gonna keep this to myself, but I
- 50:45Speaker 1: still have feelings for him. I don't know. I think
- 50:48Speaker 1: she's keeping it to herself. I think I think she
- 50:51Speaker 1: knows inside she still has feelings for him, and she's
- 50:54Speaker 1: doing this because, you know, I don't know how to
- 50:58Speaker 1: put it. She involves him in everything, man, she involves
- 51:00Speaker 1: him in her sex life, she involves him, they live together,
- 51:04Speaker 1: like all of these things, you know, she's given him
- 51:05Speaker 1: a place to stay. All of these things are things
- 51:08Speaker 1: that people when somebody loves you, that's what they do
- 51:11Speaker 1: for you, you know what I mean. But we know
- 51:13Speaker 1: they're gonna end up together, and that's what I'm saying.
- 51:16Speaker 1: So those feelings of love next level of like I'm
- 51:21Speaker 1: in love with you love are I think she has.
- 51:24Speaker 1: They're lying, they might be lying, dormant, and she's not
- 51:27Speaker 1: really like present to them, but they're there, right because
- 51:31Speaker 1: look at all the wonderful things she does for this guy. Yeah,
- 51:35Speaker 1: but also he's been such an asshole to her. I mean,
- 51:37Speaker 1: he's still an asshole to her. She got a fucking
- 51:40Speaker 1: fancy new job and he's fucking shitting on her for well,
- 51:43Speaker 1: he's he's trying to hold the same moral compass as
- 51:46Speaker 1: as doctor Cox. Um, because Cox is his hero. He's
- 51:50Speaker 1: he's not doing He's following the footsteps of Cox and saying, no,
- 51:53Speaker 1: I don't. I'm not gonna sell out right now and
- 51:55Speaker 1: go to private practice. I'm gonna I'm gonna work for
- 51:58Speaker 1: this hospital. I wish I could carry this slad sound
- 52:08Speaker 1: around in me all day. Um, that's our show, every buddy.
- 52:15Speaker 1: We don't have a color today because I'm sorry, I
- 52:17Speaker 1: have to race off to to work on my film. Um,
- 52:21Speaker 1: please forgive me. I know everybody loves The Caller, but
- 52:23Speaker 1: I am in the final stages of finishing a Good
- 52:26Speaker 1: Person starring the legendary Morgan Freeman and the legendary Florence
- 52:31Speaker 1: Pugh and the legendary Molly Shannon. Um and UM, I
- 52:35Speaker 1: have to go um to coloring where I'm gonna make
- 52:38Speaker 1: it look even prettier and maybe see honest Kaminski again.
- 52:41Speaker 1: But UM tell you, I will. But he doesn't care
- 52:45Speaker 1: about you because you didn't write the most funny letter
- 52:47Speaker 1: he's ever Um, but um the letter? Did you mention
- 52:54Speaker 1: me in the letter? I don't remember the letter I
- 52:56Speaker 1: wrote it twenty years ago, but this dude wrote if
- 52:59Speaker 1: he remember, if I ask him, be like listen, I
- 53:01Speaker 1: don't want to bring up my best friend. But did
- 53:04Speaker 1: I mention him in the letter? He wanted to know?
- 53:06Speaker 1: I will. I will ask him if I see him. Um,
- 53:09Speaker 1: And then that's when you bring up you know, and
- 53:11Speaker 1: he's a really good actor. So I don't know what
- 53:14Speaker 1: you know you got going on nowadays. I don't think,
- 53:16Speaker 1: but I don't think Yannish decides who Spielberg casts. I
- 53:19Speaker 1: think he just photographs it beautifully. But if he would
- 53:22Speaker 1: be like Spielberg checked this young brother out Spielberg, you
- 53:26Speaker 1: think coming from you think so in your mind. There's
- 53:31Speaker 1: a scenario where Yannish called Spielberg and is like, I
- 53:35Speaker 1: read a letter twenty years ago and there's some African
- 53:38Speaker 1: American who's mentioned in it. I think we should consider
- 53:41Speaker 1: for some of your films. That's well, that's what's in
- 53:44Speaker 1: your mind. Yes, okay, this Hollywood man, anything can happen.
- 53:50Speaker 1: And on that No, six seven eight, sure we made
- 54:00Speaker 1: up here. I said, here's the stories net all should know.
- 54:05Speaker 1: So gather around you here are gather around
