A 35-year-old man from Kent, Washington, Raughshee Nelson, has been missing for 11 days and is considered at serious risk. Last seen near Central Avenue South on August 8th, he may be disoriented and unable to return home alone. Standing 6’1” and weighing 300 lbs, he was wearing a black shirt, black shorts, and a bright fluorescent vest and hat.
