  [SPEAKER_00]: We already know the Jaguars are going to be hosting at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the Philadelphia Eagles in week five.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The Jaguars only have six games in Jacksonville, and they're two most difficult on paper opponents of their home slate.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And I say superpowers because that's a term that Jaguar's DM, James Gladstone often uses like what are those areas of your roster, of your team that are just

  [SPEAKER_00]: And to me, you look at the Jaguar's run defense clearly up there.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And I think that they did a fair amount to keep that going and maybe even improve it in 2026.

  [SPEAKER_00]: You look at the 11 personnel passing offense, on the field out there, Trevor Lawrence, Brian Thomas Jr., Jacobi Myers, Parker Washington, Britain Strange, maybe Travis Hunter at times, right?

  [SPEAKER_00]: can't forget about Travis Hunter, and then at running back, you know, basultoon, liquid, Allen, I think those guys can get the job known in that regard for sure.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So those are the areas that I think are clear, superpowers right now for the Jaguars.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They're trying to level up, they're trying to get more physical.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They want that 12 personnel to be just as good if not better than the 11 personnel.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They hope their past coverage defensively, the past rush and the past coverage.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Mary's up a little bit more consistently with Travis Hunter out there.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The third phase of the game and special teams as a whole, I believe, is a super power for your Jacksonville Jaguars.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you just look at the players they have, the coaching they have, it's absolutely ridiculous.

  [SPEAKER_00]: You cannot forget about special teams.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The Jaguars, I think, one of the biggest things that Liam Cohen had to adjust.

  [SPEAKER_00]: in becoming a head coach was starting to think about, okay, how does this player fit on offense, how does this player fit on defense, but how do they fit on special teams?

  [SPEAKER_00]: If you're not a starter, you have to be thinking about, okay, does this player help us on special teams in some way?

  [SPEAKER_00]: And that's been a big adjustment for him.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I know having Heath Farwell here has been unbelievable.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Like I think that was like one of the number one priorities of the ownership and Tony Bicelli and stuff like bringing in a new head coach.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They're like, we're keeping Heath Farwell in this building.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And yeah, he's as good as anyone at this job, special teams coordinating.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I think he's done a really good job navigating that stuff, but talking about the Jaguar special teamers, you know, Camfork and Little, right?

  [SPEAKER_00]: as he has already been tested in a very big way, he was tested, the guy like

  [SPEAKER_00]: Whatever you want to call it, he got the yips, lost confidence, wasn't striking the ball, the way he normally is able to strike the ball.

  [SPEAKER_00]: He missed a field goal the next week as well.

  [SPEAKER_00]: He then had a good week against the chiefs, but then the next week, he missed a field goal and an extra point.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Like, I get it if you wanna bring in competition, but I'm sticking with Camlittle.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And again, if you eliminate that little stretch where he had a tough go of it, which you don't eliminate because it did happen.

  [SPEAKER_00]: If you're in a comfortable place to kick a field goal, you feel damn good about it, but end of game.

  [SPEAKER_00]: end of half huge advantage for the Jaguars with Camlittle, such a talented player, and bouncing back the way he did.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So it's a really good measure of how effective a punter and a coverage unit really is.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, he had five special teams tackles last year, and he could down there and he looks like he's a linebacker sometimes hit in these returners.

  [SPEAKER_00]: and I know probals aren't really that indicative of like actual success, but when you're a Jacksonville Jaguar and you're making the probal as a special teamer, you're doing something right.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so he was first team all pro last year and in 2023, second team all pro in 2024, which those awards do mean something, and then three time probal from 2023-2024-2025.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So, they have super star kicker, great punner, super star long snapper, great coach, and

  [SPEAKER_00]: One of the best punt returners in football, Parker Washington, he scored two touchdowns on punt returns last year was top 10 and average per return.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And he got one called back against the Rams that should not have been called back.

  [SPEAKER_00]: That was a clean job by the Jaguar's return unit.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Even without that, he had two return touchdowns and great average just dynamic returner.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Earlier this week, Amir Abdullah, as average over 30 yards per kicker turn, the last couple years, DJ Dallas has been a consistent kicker turner for them as well.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And then when it comes to special teams, players outside of your core specialists, rail and lane, elite coverage, special teamer, France and Colms, Lee Quint Allen, I think Parker Hughes is going to be in that category as well.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Then you go in the fourth round, you trade up for Wesley Williams, part of that is defense, part of that is the fact that he's blocked five kicks in his career and made a big impact on a lot more.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe the biggest super power they have, and that's saying a lot, because Trevor Lawrence was liked out down the stretch in 11 personnel.
