- 0:09No, it is enough. I don't have any show series shuck and we
- 0:14hold the world ranchom for excuse me while I whip this out broadcasting live,
- 0:22and it led her to George chooses, this is a sports shock show with
- 0:27Wayne Candy. You may began, Jack began, show freak me down comes,
- 0:36comes, and it comes to month. Isn't just I'm a doper.
- 0:45I'm gonna go on the way you made Vegan. Welcome, Welcome, Welcome.
- 0:51You're listening to the Sports Shock Show. I am the Sportshock Wayne Candy,
- 0:56and we are here on the fourth of July. I wanna believe that
- 1:00this is greatly possibly the first time we have come to you live on the
- 1:06fourth of July. It is our pleasure to wake up this morning and get
- 1:11ready for a great hot day here and land to make sure you hydrate right
- 1:18now so you can drink later. For you alcoholics out there that just don't
- 1:25you know, I found a lot of people don't even drink water. You
- 1:27ever met a person don't drink water. I'm starting to meet two or three
- 1:33a year where you just don't drink water. It's odd. It's like those
- 1:38people who say they don't eat vegetables. It's like you just feel like there's
- 1:42gonna be some problems if they get to forty six. Well, just feel
- 1:48like something. You know, science is changing though they say that you don't
- 1:51need eight glasses of water no more. Excuse me. The science has changed
- 1:55and they say that eight eight ounces eight eight. Always watch change say I
- 2:00don't really need science is part of the capitalistic equation to get you to change
- 2:05everything, because there's always science, said science. I don't really need what
- 2:12is science? Though? They blinded me with science, with science, which
- 2:16which science said, it's like when the bad producers bring the stories and them
- 2:21and they the way which science said that. Oh boy, no boy.
- 2:27The scientist people, now they said, the one that got that science,
- 2:30the one that grant said regular science. Science, science said that water isn't
- 2:37really necessary like that. Okay that those scientists, those science, Okay got
- 2:43you. But happy forward to July. As we always do anytime there's a
- 2:46holiday in the summer, we quickly jump on the understanding that if you are
- 2:53around any kind of water that's ocean, pool, lake, please be attentive.
- 3:00Please, as I always say, everybody, don't jump in. Somebody
- 3:06be the responsible party. Typically, that's all. It takes one in the
- 3:09group to be the person who just today, I'm going to drink doctor pepper
- 3:15and coke or you know, non alcoholic drinks. I'm gonna be the vangue.
- 3:21I'm gonna be the person who, you know, makes the rounds and
- 3:23check on people. And it usually only takes one if they can stand strong
- 3:29and keep their eye. Everybody get into the party. And that's when you
- 3:31start coming in. In a couple of days, and especially here in Atlanta
- 3:37around Lake Lanier, you start hearing things like somebody went missing, and you
- 3:44be thinking, how can somebody go missing? It's because all eight people decided
- 3:49to get in on the fund. Now there's no one responsible. If you
- 3:53can't swim, stay on shore. Please stop that. I'll just put my
- 4:00feet in. I'll do that. If you're out there boating, wear your
- 4:06vest. I was in my car the other day and it was driving and
- 4:15forgot to put on my seat belt. It felt so strange, and I
- 4:18hadn't call maybe a quarter of a mile, but it was actually felt strange
- 4:24not to put it on. So if you're out there, you know,
- 4:27and we used to feel like that was more macho, even when they changed
- 4:30the law for seat belts. You might not might be listening. People would
- 4:34fasten the seat belt and then fold the seat belt behind them. So I
- 4:39don't know what it was about. The machoness of not wearing a seat belt.
- 4:47Well, that shouldn't be in your car either. I'm talking about you.
- 4:51That's improper driving technique too. You didn't take your test leanting, did
- 4:59you. No, that's the thing about driving, I tell you. And
- 5:02if you tried it, they say it, sit up straight, full of
- 5:06transparency. If you tried it, they said, sit up straight because I
- 5:11try to be careful, be mindful someone you know, take the role of
- 5:15leadership and be the warden of the crew. If you're around water today,
- 5:24command you. Greg is in the building. Bad Producer is in the building.
- 5:28Big Kenny, the funny man himself is in the building. Who won't
- 5:31be in the building today is Joey Chestnut. Remember we talked about Joey will
- 5:39not be part of Nathan's hot dog eating contest because he is now under a
- 5:44different hot dog vendor trying to make that money. I guess someone came in
- 5:50and outbid Nathan's. I don't know. I think it's too late in his
- 5:54career to be jumping jumping ship up or you know Joey almost forty now of
- 6:02those sixteen eighteen years of yeah, we know him for the Nathan hot dog
- 6:10context. So I don't know, And I wondered what was the the final
- 6:17domino that failed that made him go, I'm going with like a bad producer
- 6:25joke, the Max deal? What what? What was it that Nathan wasn't
- 6:29giving him, because like you said, he's been probably almost two decades.
- 6:33They probably wasn't. They probably weren't throwing in free relish, and that's important
- 6:40though. Probably they they probably was just giving ketchup and mustard. Well see,
- 6:44I'm a mustard guy, and I would have been okay with that.
- 6:46Onions out of had to Hey hey look now, Nathan, sweet real these
- 6:53these people that said onions included, and you over here playing around, So
- 7:00you know, I'm making light of it because typically in those kind of negotiations,
- 7:03it just it's something like that the money, the money part be the
- 7:06same because I know I got to offer you that, I know what they're
- 7:11offering you. Yeah, I gotta get you eighteen millions. So it becomes
- 7:14some particular that the owner of the team said you could use the yacht in
- 7:20the summer, right, and this is summer, and you say it no,
- 7:25And so I'm a free agent someone like even he was mentioning, Lebron
- 7:29signed back with the Lakers. Lebron's most of his deals probably have just been
- 7:33on the particular, especially as he's gotten older, right of what he's going
- 7:38to come to, what he's not going to come to. That that kind
- 7:43of because you get in your ways and you understand your nephew birthday party off
- 7:47my list. Even though I can contell myself when I left the Steelers and
- 7:51went to the Saints, I was going into I was going into year ten.
- 8:00And part of the deal was I didn't have a running test. I
- 8:05was done with running tests. I'm not running these tests. When you come
- 8:11back to camp all this, We're gonna run fourteen forties and I'm done with
- 8:16that, sir. So if you're looking for me to be doing all that,
- 8:20I can't. So it's small little things like that. So when I
- 8:26say relish, it's a joke and I'm just making a joke about it,
- 8:30but it for trusts me, it has to be something we're gonna send you
- 8:33wheat buns or it's something that we know. He's with a plant based company
- 8:37now and they use like a whole grains and nuts, so maybe he's got
- 8:41the chest nut brocketters coming out. No think about it, though, the
- 8:46joke you did, because he I'm gonna need you to get need you to
- 8:52wake up. You know what's coming. You just got off the p Street
- 8:56Roads. You what I'm saying. You got off the road race. You
- 8:58started drinking already. The p Stree road Races, which is about a mile
- 9:03from here where we're sitting. Uh. It started at six forty five.
- 9:07It is the world's largest ten k, which equates about six and a half
- 9:13miles somewhere in there, six point two five miles. It is a straight
- 9:20run as last time I checked. Oh you want, it's just down It's
- 9:24just down Pea Stree. It's about the route. I'm just talking about the
- 9:28route. Oh yeah, yeah. They started off. I think the first
- 9:31contestants are professional runners, like the fast one. Now. I think they
- 9:35let the wheelchair oh yes, yes, the wheelchair everyone and that they have
- 9:41those kinds of disabilities start first for that first hour. They let them go.
- 9:48I think the professionals start at like eight, and then they let the
- 9:52other non professionals start like eight thirty, right, and because the professionals started
- 9:58eight, done by eight fifty in the room, yeah, six miles,
- 10:05six miles, about eight twenty seven. Because I could just take it eat.
- 10:11I'm gonna take of this hot, it says, yeah, too hot.
- 10:16And then most and most of the ones who and most of the ones
- 10:20who started eight thirty don't get finished about ten thirty eleven. In your reward
- 10:24is a T shirt? Yeah you Oh yeah, I ain't gonna make no
- 10:28shame. I know it's gonna be be. I'm gonna walk run, No,
- 10:31just walk. I don't ever actually see the running part happening. Oh
- 10:35I could how many votes that he would add running into his is there is
- 10:39there a minimum distance he'd have to run, like a block or I don't
- 10:46just run a certain amount of time? Like yeah, man, that's what
- 10:50I'm saying, because I think he would. I think he would just rain.
- 10:54Only time he would run if you was walking with him and told a
- 10:58funny joke and then and that kind of run, and that would take us
- 11:07about three hours. I wanted to see him referee one time a basketball game.
- 11:09He always fight for the top ref the guy that only has to work
- 11:15from top of the three to top of the three point line. That don't
- 11:18ever actually really run. They just flip and turn around and talk to at
- 11:26two one, but sit back. Today we got an apology from Shannon Sharp.
- 11:33Nascar has let the wings go. There their their wing free now uh
- 11:39at Nascar, which is an interesting story. Drew Carey says, people are
- 11:43drunk and high at the price is right. I guess if the price is
- 11:48right, what they're making deals everywhere. Caitlyn Clark angel Ree is part of

- 15:05Now it's time to present the Jock of the Day on the Sports Jock Show.
- 15:09He's taken it to a completely different level this year where we highlight an
- 15:13appolete that has taken their game to the next level. Sait Wach to the
- 15:46Sportshock Show. I'm the Sports Shock Wing Candy ex coach player Daniel Muir has
- 15:50been arrested along with his wife after their son have been missing for two weeks
- 15:58to fourteen year old Bryce and Mureor have been missing. He has been found
- 16:04safe in Sounds Authority. And maybe that was part of the deal as this
- 16:11case continued that maybe once they found their son, they already knew charges was
- 16:18presented against them, They just didn't want to necessarily arrest them and not have
- 16:23them there to try to find their son. Some interesting facts that I didn't
- 16:30know. His father, Daniel has been arrested in charge with obstruction and battery.
- 16:40When this case started, there was a picture showing price in the fourteen
- 16:45year old looked like he had been in a fight. He had ran away.
- 16:51Daniel the father played with the Colts for a couple of years. And
- 16:56Big Kenny, you said parties. Is that the Daniel and Christian the parents
- 17:03mirror are part of some kind of religious order. Yes, they are part
- 17:12of a a church. And let me get the name of the church correctly.
- 17:23They were at a religious compound. And the Stairway Truth Ministries is the
- 17:32that wasn't one of those that Jim Jones started years ago. Now it's a
- 17:36Tennessee based organization and it's led by Pastor Charles Dowell do W E l l
- 17:42And has twelve branches across the United States and Canada. And Daniel is listed
- 17:48as the Stairway to Heaven Stairway Truth Minister, and Daniel's listed as the pastor
- 17:55of the Indiana branch. And it says that it's got It's described as a
- 18:00cult that has drawn in several former NFL players as members. And one of
- 18:06the things that they assert is as they describe themselves as a nation of Hebrew
- 18:12Israelites. Okay, okay, Now I'm familiar with the Hebrew Israelites and a
- 18:18lot of their beliefs, and it's asserted that the prosecutors were looking for the
- 18:26boy. The parents had made arrangements to turn the child in and then neglected
- 18:34to meet those arrangements, so a warrant was issued. They went to the
- 18:40compound and found the child in the home with the parents, so the parents
- 18:45knew where the child was. He was missing to the parents, they were
- 18:48just trying to do the welfare check because the grandmother had reported that the last
- 18:52time she saw the child, he was battered, and that was the black
- 18:56guy, the busted flip kind of thing that you were talking about. So
- 19:00I don't I don't know how this. I know that the Hebrew Israelites here
- 19:04in Georgia had a lot of trouble and some of them went to prison.
- 19:08I believe they disbanded the compound that they had here and they had to relocate
- 19:15it because the county, I think they were in Clayton County shut the compound
- 19:19here down. Yes, they have. Robert Mathis, former coach player as
- 19:26part of this group describes as the Southern Poverty Last Center, which is a
- 19:33hate group over anti l g B t Q and anti Semitic ideology. Kabir
- 19:42Baja Balamilla is how you say his name? Remember the d N Camerja,
- 19:52I remember defensive end back in the day. He is also part of the
- 20:00this ministry after denouncing Christianity. So the Stairway Truth ministries, which a lot
- 20:07of these ministries are started by people who are not necessarily registered in a sense
- 20:18as many I'm just as ministers. It's just more of a store front type
- 20:22religion. They have those kind of interesting names because they are not under any
- 20:30kind of actual religious order, that is being recognectioned by a church, by
- 20:37a church or body, but a Baptist Sociation, Methodist association. They have
- 20:41no governing body to look over these things that they're being accused of or investigate.
- 20:48So this could just turn out to be a father offering discipline. And
- 20:53we know in this country the kind of discipline that was okay in the seventies
- 20:59and eighties is not something that we had local preachers. Yeah, I was
- 21:03just thinking about dollars with his daughter for whooping her. Well, even back,
- 21:10you remember that was the pastor on the southwest side. You remember he
- 21:12went to jail several times for spanking, chilling Williams was his last name.
- 21:18He was, but I'll look it up. But he went to jail several
- 21:21times and he said he's died since then. But he was gonna spank children.
- 21:26That's part of now God fair Rod spoiler child well, And I think
- 21:29the problem in the Williams case was that he was spanking parishioners children in front
- 21:33of the congregation. And now I'm sure that it takes two parties to do
- 21:38that. It takes the pastor himself and then the parent to allow that to
- 21:44happen. But that was he was bruising children, and the community at large
- 21:49had a problem with that practice. His parishioners were willing to accept it,
- 21:55but people cried foul because their sensibilities are different now. And he ended up
- 22:00doing some prison time for that. And it was funny. The young man's
- 22:03grandmother says that she really feels like the young man Bryce in the fourteen year
- 22:08old ran away because he was not basically was not accepting the brainwashing to the
- 22:17religion that the father and I know since we've been on air. The couple
- 22:22here in Atlanta that had the kids in the basement, Georgia Tech guy he
- 22:26played. They went to Georgia Tech. Yeah, they were on the something
- 22:30they were in under certain religious religious beliefs that the kids didn't go to school.
- 22:37Uh, they would put kids in a pin or something for punishment in
- 22:41the basement. It was something like that. So interesting case. I'm quite
- 22:45sure we'll talk more about it here. With Daniel Mehr and his wife Kristen
- 22:49being arrested now and as I said, they probably already knew this was going
- 22:53to happen. But the welfare as a child is first, Yeah, and
- 23:00it makes it more complicated if I take you all down here and rest you
- 23:03trying to find your child. And then with the leader of this church,
- 23:08he released a statement standing in front of a backdrop of automatic weapons. So
- 23:14the police are very on high alert, especially because of the past experience we've
- 23:18had with law enforcement and religious groups, so they were super on the high
- 23:23alert this time. We'll be back in more to Sports Shock Show. Right
- 23:26after this, I got humorous. You thought you couldn't reflect my finger chap
- 23:32that was humorous? Consumer person that mee that is tumorous or the person in
- 23:37the ear I'm an errant to it. Don't go awayne More of the Sports

- 25:23at fifteen years old. Her life was full of uncertainty. She thought she'd
- 25:30never have a permanent place to call home. Before I was adopted, I
- 25:34felt like I wasn't enough. I had this hole in my heart and I
- 25:38never knew what I needed to patch that hole. But when my mom asked
- 25:42to adopt me, that hole was closed. It feels so normal now to
- 25:45say that I'm a part of this family. I am surrounded by love,
- 25:49I feel safe, and that hole inside of me is gone. I am
- 25:55whole. I'm finally enough, just as I am. The Dave Thomas Foundation

- 26:22the sports. John Wayne Gandy in the Red Zoe Trump, we don't care
- 26:41it's going down because I'm a bride. I just dawn down. What up?
- 26:48What up? What up? What up? What up? Uh?
- 26:56What? What? What up? Gangs the Welcome back to this Sportshock Show.
- 27:00I'm the Sportshocks Wing Againdy, Good morning to you out there in listening
- 27:04land. Now, this story might be something you've gone through yourself. It
- 27:11might be something that a spouse, a brother, or a sister, a
- 27:15great friend, or just a coworker has brought to your life. And that
- 27:22is arrest panic. That panic that comes on you when you get arrested.
- 27:33This comes into the Sportshock Show via Cameron Paine, who was arrested. He
- 27:42was put over for DUI did not want to give his name and he gave
- 27:48a fake name, kept referring to himself as Terry Johnson. Now usual,
- 27:59as you know, you're on this four Shock show. This has ocean ridden
- 28:06all over it. Matter of fact, it's it right now. We in
- 28:10an hour. We might steals throw Cameron Pain in the ocean. But it
- 28:15was so oceanic. It was so awful. Man, excuse me, I
- 28:22said, there's statue. Okay, you said I can, I can come
- 28:26back, come back around, you can circle back around. But you said
- 28:30it was so nautical. It was that I needed you guys on this hot
- 28:37day to jump in and talk to me about what I called it as I
- 28:45read it, because I have friends, I have people who have gotten jammed
- 28:49up and all of a sudden want to give somebody else's name. And you
- 28:56know it didn't work. They still ended up with our handcuffs made of steel.
- 29:03Yes, okay, so they still ended up with the steel around them
- 29:07and arrested. But Cameron Payne been in the NBA here good, what six
- 29:15seven years? Ten ten? Oh, that makes it even worse. Gets
- 29:22jammed up, big Kenny man, you Greg Babby Deuce. So it made
- 29:26me think, you know what, there must be a thing called panic arrest
- 29:32panic. Right, Yeah, I'm sure there is. I'm sure there is.
- 29:34But now, well, nothing you say on the Sport show show will
- 29:37be admissible in court. You never know, you never know how they're doing
- 29:44it. Now, spoils can tell that to the y S people. I
- 29:49ain't gold or none of it. But in full transparency, I've viewed somebody
- 29:55else's name, but it wasn't pulled over. They had a warrant for me.
- 30:00They showed up, Hey, ain't you Kenny? No, you look
- 30:06like Kenny Man. A lot of people say that, Well who are you?
- 30:10I'm the dude they say, look like Kenny. Well are you sure?
- 30:14I'm sure you wouldn't me go down in station with us if I got
- 30:19to, I guess I will. And it took us a couple of hours,
- 30:22but they eventually proved that it was me. And at the time my
- 30:27stance that I took with them was look because the gentleman said, why don't
- 30:32we just make this easier? And I'm for who you know what I'm saying,
- 30:36for you or for me? So I but pulled over. You still
- 30:40ask for your license now. And that's the one thing. One correction.
- 30:44It was the cops were called out for an argument. Oh that's different that
- 30:48he was having at about three am. Oh see, domestic with his girlfriend.
- 30:53Domestic. Yeuh yeah, I'm giving a different name too. You don't
- 30:56want to get jammed up in the domestic and when this is a rise at
- 31:00the scene, he and his girlfriend told the police services, which I have
- 31:06said this on air several times. And this comes from one of my best
- 31:11friends, officer James Boston. He was my college running back. He actually
- 31:17got drafted to the Rams with me, played and won a Super Bowl with
- 31:22the Green Bay Packers back in what was that ninety five ninety six when they
- 31:27won in New Orleans with Brett fav and won a Super Bowl. Yeah,
- 31:33bad Moon won a Super Bowl. He's a police officer now, been one
- 31:37for about the last of maybe fifteen years. And we always because whenever I
- 31:44see something in the media, I don't do the reaction. I like to
- 31:47get me some good facts. Yes, yes, So when something goes down
- 31:51right or wrong, we brothers. He can tell me the true opinion it's
- 31:56safe, whether he agreed with it, whether it was wrong, whether you
- 32:00know those incidents like at the wind Y's and all running away. I always
- 32:05go to him or I even try to formulate. I need to know who
- 32:08was in the right, who was in the wrong. I said all that
- 32:12to say in these cases when you call law enforcement, now it could be
- 32:16state the state, So you need to check your state but I do not.
- 32:22Under State of Florida, there is no Oh man, we were just
- 32:28playing man, you know we good, We're good. We worked it out
- 32:31in that ten minutes it took you to get here. No you didn't.
- 32:35Now you didn't. You thought were forced her to say that that's what victims
- 32:38always do when the police. They started calculating the danger that they're in and
- 32:45the harm that they may face in the future. And he says that it's
- 32:49more prevalent with when the parent might have to call on their child. Yes,
- 32:57that they then the cops get there, it becomes real to the parent
- 33:01that these cops don't see them as my child. These cops see us staying
- 33:07with you. I need to see your hands. I need to see your
- 33:10hands, sir. So the parents get a rest panic? Then is that
- 33:14what like any human can get a rest panic? And what I'm saying,
- 33:19I'm saying in this case where they try to tell the cops, no,
- 33:22we get somebody, it's sounding they're like, nobody got to go down to
- 33:25this jail. That brings a question for me. Like in the well in
- 33:30the story, it says that he called the police. Don't you have to
- 33:36give some give your name. When you call nine one one or something,
- 33:44Uh, they'll ask you for your name, okay if you A lot of
- 33:47times people are in too much panic to give names. Sometimes people want to
- 33:52report anonymously because they don't really want to be involved involved. But I do
- 33:55know when the police are called, especially if there's some sort of domestic issue
- 34:00with danger to someone in a residence, when they show up, I don't
- 34:06care what you tell them. They have to physically see the people involved,
- 34:09and they will want to check the home. They want to know if there
- 34:12are any weapons in the home currently. Does anybody here have a permit for
- 34:16a weapon? Do you have a weapon on you? Where is the weapon
- 34:20right now? Can you come with us? All of that stuff will be
- 34:23addressed because of the past experience that law enforcement has had showing up everybody going
- 34:30noah, everything cool, Then twenty minutes later we back over there because somebody
- 34:34has been murdered. Now in this situation, why he was such an ocean
- 34:37candidate is why would he think these officers wouldn't recognize him? Panic? He
- 34:49plays had a son, well, he used to play for the Suns.
- 34:52But they're still excuse me, Kenny, you Kenny right now? I can
- 34:58pray arrested you days to come. We know you can't. I'm saying,
- 35:01we know you can't. He why did you? I don't know. Why
- 35:06would he not imagine they would recognize him? Man, I at least recognized
- 35:14one enough to know his name. Ain't Terry Johnson. Well I ain't put
- 35:17it all together, but I know you from somewhere and look you sitting there
- 35:22telling me Terry Johnson is a horrible alias. I'm not. I'm not trying
- 35:28to encourage people to false identify them sounds, but come up with something.
- 35:31Well, maybe he didn't. I've been around some former professional athletes, such
- 35:36as yourself as like, you know, maybe he didn't want to get an
- 35:38art give autograph because they will deny. Oh I'm not that person of that
- 35:43player. This is this is law enforcement though, but stay in that mold
- 35:47though. This is not a fan just coming up. This is an officers.
- 35:52I don't know, man, they want campaigns autograph. He who plays
- 35:57for the Sons. It's not like it's not like you don't play for the
- 36:01home team. There's been just here working out like some guys like to come
- 36:06in Atlanta and work out in the off season. So maybe the cops,
- 36:08but a falcon. You know, our man Michael Vick trot that somebody's name
- 36:14is run Mexico, which you don't look nothing like a run Mexico. You
- 36:20ever seen Michael Vick? Come on, come on, you ever seen Michael
- 36:29Vick? Since? Have you ever looked over and think? But they are
- 36:31the police officers that are fans nd Mexico. There are police officers that are
- 36:38fans once they pull you over, because it's been proven and I know back
- 36:43in my hometown, in my county. They are where you pass through to
- 36:46go to the mountains. They pulled Michael Jordan over, guys took let him
- 36:51go, but they took a picture with him. He made a call.
- 36:53Those guys lost their jobs. They pulled him over as for speeding, but
- 36:57they turned into super fans. What does that have to do it? I'm
- 37:00just I'm just saying that some people just you just you don't know if the
- 37:05cop is gonna be a super fan or not. Why do you like to
- 37:12spin stuff into the matrix? We was having a good segment and then you
- 37:15go to trying to throw nuggets of ideas that make actually no sense. You
- 37:22asked, you asked me a question. You said, why would he Why
- 37:23do you think he did not give his name? And I'm saying from my
- 37:27experience of saying, you tell whether it's anybody. Sometimes those people pulled Michael
- 37:32Jordan over because they saw that it was Michael Jordan. These cops showed up
- 37:40because of police They were called to a domestic violence case. They had to
- 37:45know. Well, if you get the address somebody, is there not a
- 37:51name on who owns the home or when you pull up? And right now
- 38:01from Nick Cray who We'll be back with more of the Sports Duck Show.

- 40:06teachers are shaping our tomorrows, starting their students on journeys that will change
- 40:10the course of history. Right now, in a classroom somewhere in the United
- 40:15States, there's a teacher inspiring a future scientist who'll make preventing pandemics their life's
- 40:21work, sharpening the mind of an aspiring environmentalist who'll help come back climate change,
- 40:27and generating possibilities for a student who'll be the first in their family to

- 41:07now back to the sports Johnny Wing Yanny between between lock on, say you
- 41:30can see the sports Jaint, I'll see even big Jenny. Welcome back to
- 41:37this hoy Shock showing the wort Shock Wing Candy. NBA free agency started a
- 41:44couple of days ago. Paul George went to the Sixers, Klay Thompson went
- 41:51down to the Dallas Mavericks to join up with Luca and ky ree Uh.
- 41:58Some people thought that Klay Thompson may make a pit stop in a La la
- 42:02land with the Lakers. But right now, as it seems, the Lakers
- 42:07haven't done anything with the free agent market other than re signed Lebron. They
- 42:15drafted Brunnie in the second round. They did with that pick from Tennessee.
- 42:22It's name Neck Dalton. Yeah, seems like they got a good draft pick
- 42:28in that first round, but no impactful player yet to make that third person.
- 42:34I think that the Laker is seeking to give them a better chance as
- 42:37a championship when you look at how deep the West is, when you're talking
- 42:43about Okac and Denver and Dallas and those teams, they're gonna need another person.
- 42:50Now, the Lakers, as we know, are very famous of making
- 42:52some kind of in season trade for someone. But right now, as the
- 42:58free agent market go, they haven't done anything of note but re sign a
- 43:05player that is already there. Now, that's the beauty of what Genie Buffs,
- 43:09the owner, was able to accomplish by drafting Lebron's son. You continue
- 43:15to fill the seat regardless of whatever the record. You bring the attraction of
- 43:23Lebron James, Lebron James Jr. And in this society where people just want
- 43:30to be in the building, it's not even a thing where they both have
- 43:32to play. Bronnie could just be in the layup line and people want to
- 43:37run down to the court and get that photo of them doing anything together,
- 43:43showing arriving at the game. Now, I wonder where they ride together.
- 43:50I can see Lebron making him driving swing by and pick me up. Okay,
- 43:54okay, can you see that swing by and pick me up? Or
- 44:00I'm not going today? What you mean you gonna be late? You know
- 44:01what I'm saying, you rookie, you need to get where you need to
- 44:05be. I'm Lebron, you just Briani is one of the teams you you
- 44:10still love, I still you know, talk about your team. The Lakers.
- 44:15We're in the rebuilding stage right now. We're going through brook We're gonna
- 44:19be like Brooklyn. And when Kadi took hostage and said this is what I
- 44:24want. I want to do this, and I want to do that,
- 44:27and they're giving them what they want and this they're giving Lebron what he wants
- 44:32and he's getting it. And like I said, if we don't get any
- 44:36players like a Klay Thompson or someone there, as a Laker fan, you
- 44:40know, we're looking at Boston continuously to win, possibly put more championships on
- 44:45top of us. But at the same time, the after effect, it's
- 44:49what's what a lot of real Laker fans is like. Once Lebron is gone,
- 44:52where we stay and what do we have there at that moment? So
- 44:57well, that's not real pandemonium thinking about the future. Come on, don't
- 45:04think about the future. No, Okay, win winning is about as soon
- 45:08as possible. Because I was going to ask as a fan, as a
- 45:12fan of that team, when you see free agency coming go and you know
- 45:15that this is this is not eighteen, this is one of Americas. Well,
- 45:20this is what I'm saying. Okay, you've got the resources to not
- 45:23make any moves that they've made. Do you feel like, like the sports
- 45:28has alluded to, we can still feel the seats. We're not concerned about
- 45:31your feel the seats. Their seats are sold out. That's that's gonna be
- 45:36sold out at you just still I'm not true. Now you're now you're getting
- 45:43into the emotional and you start the Lakers. No, the Lakers do not
- 45:46sell like when Lebron's there. That's why they always keep them a superstar.
- 45:55Right when are they gone to when Nick Van Exel and Eddie George was there?
- 46:01Oh Eddie Jones, excuse me, they wasn't selling out the same rate.
- 46:07They've gone at the most four years without having a superstar, and that
- 46:15was between Magic and when they got Shock. But this you still had the
- 46:21celebrity, still had that La thing going on there in La and you're still
- 46:25going to have I mean, Jack Nicholson might be there, it was like,
- 46:29but we might see some games where he's not sitting in that seat he
- 46:31normally sits. But my thing is that Clay Thompson's dad was the announcer for
- 46:37the play for the Lakers, and Jenny knows, his father knows him.
- 46:43We couldn't. We can't. She couldn't get Clay I mean we, I
- 46:45mean we really would that have been great man to get Clay Well. And
- 46:51I'm asking as a I don't know if they made a play for Clay.
- 46:54I don't know if the firm enough, whatever it was, he didn't want
- 46:59to go there. So and they haven't made any more moves to shore their
- 47:06lineup. So as a fan of the Lakers, if this is your team
- 47:09and you see other people, you see Dallas, you know, look,
- 47:14we ain't finna get like it was last time. We're gonna do what we
- 47:16can to get over that hump. If you see the Lakers just trying to
- 47:21feel the seats, does that upset you? Does that make you feel like
- 47:23I'm supporting a team that isn't trying to win as hard as I'm supporting them.
- 47:29It is what I'm asking you, because again, the Lakers have the
- 47:32pedigree that they could have, in my opinion, found somebody. They could
- 47:37have shipped somebody off to make some kid. There wasn't a deep free agent
- 47:43market, no, not really not a deep free agent market, and the
- 47:46team but you have some good players that from Paul George to Clay Thompson,
- 47:52you could have. You can afford Paul George, they didn't. They didn't
- 47:54have a much cap space, and I'm quite sure they lost Clayton based on
- 48:01the mav said, I got somewhere to start you, and the Lakers probably
- 48:05have We're in flux on whether we're going to start you or not, right
- 48:08right. I think that probably was the biggest component. I'm not I don't
- 48:15know that to be true, but I imagine Dallas was eager they got rid
- 48:17of Derrick Jones Junior, who was starting last year, to open up that
- 48:23spot for clay In my opinion, would they to have a shoot a shooter
- 48:29right, Yes, yes, because Derick Jones he was good at defense,
- 48:31He's good at running the floor, but very hesitant to take the three.
- 48:36Wasn't a good three point shooter. And I think they instantly was able to
- 48:40whereas he would have got la and it been more of a battle. I
- 48:45can't promise you the kind of offense that they run like him and Golden State,
- 48:50there was a lot of movement. He can be off the ball playing
- 48:54with Lebron he might just be standing in the corner and probably won't feel very
- 48:59useful. Man. We'll be back with more Sports Shock Show right after this.

- 51:23I'm the Sports Shop Queen Candy. The New York Giants are on a
- 51:28special edition of Hard Knocks. The Bad Producer brings to us this morning.
- 51:32They are on heart Knocks off season, Heart Knocks off season, and this
- 51:40basically is they're taking you through what the business side, the GM, the
- 51:49player personnel, the owner, the moves in the off season. Most times
- 51:53we've seen Hart Knocks, which I honestly, haven't seen Heart Knock since season
- 51:59one. I've never seen Fortune was whenever. That was twenty years ago.
- 52:05One, Yeah, that was the last watch ratings. But this one is
- 52:09about the off season and how they come up with the moves and where and
- 52:15how scouts work in the front office. Have you seen an episode of it
- 52:21bad? Yes, sir, this one right here, the first one.
- 52:22I always try to catch the first one because that's those are the inmost interesting
- 52:25one that they're from. There you'll forget about them. And it was about
- 52:30Sae Kwon Barkley and Daniel Jones, and they was like they were trying to
- 52:36trade sa Kawon Barkley or cut him. But the my take on it was
- 52:42that they were wanting to as you always say, a good a quarterback has
- 52:46to have a running back to be able to somebody that could take that pressure
- 52:52off of him. And and I think that's what I took. What drew
- 52:57me in was like and the owner you could hear him like, I wan't
- 53:01I like this guy. I want to keep him. He's been like he's
- 53:05been through a lot here, he's been true to us as Giants. But
- 53:09then they lose him and he goes to your rival, and it seems like
- 53:14the owner, the GM and the coach wanted like, well, you know,
- 53:19we want to get rid of him. We know you like him,
- 53:21but let we know football, so we're gonna go ahead and let him go.
- 53:25And so. And I thought that was interesting because a lot of times
- 53:29we give Jerry Jones a hard time, not just myself, but you see
- 53:34people because it's shown that he's always hands on and a lot of the things.
- 53:37But to me, that show that the owners are really really involved more
- 53:42than you would think. Well, I don't think we have ever felt like
- 53:51the owners are not involved. They're just not playing the GM like Jerry Jones.
- 53:59Jerry Jones just doesn't own the Cowboys. He's the general manager. Oh
- 54:05yeah, so in the Giants case, their owner is not the general manager.
- 54:09Well that if you I'm the owner and the general manager, then basically
- 54:14I have sole power and that's where there is no negotiation. But that's what
- 54:21I'm saying that it shows that most of the owners they're great negotiators. They
- 54:24don't they are not negotiating but a delegating of to others. They don't mind
- 54:31letting someone who knows football understands football run the business. Whereas you know.
- 54:37I'm not saying Jerry Jones doesn't know football, he doesn't understand the business.
- 54:39But he's one of the few owners that owner GM and and and that's why.
- 54:45What style do you like? Man? I probably be like Jerry Jones.
- 54:52Really, yes, sir, I'm a style of you like command you
- 54:58I like if they owner was just the owner and had a someone who is
- 55:04the GM like someone else if he delegated. I've always thought that the owner,
- 55:10even if he didn't hold the GM title, wield enough influence that whatever
- 55:15he wanted would be done with the GM. Anyway, I'm surprised when I
- 55:19see GMS and owners butting heads. When I see head coaches and gms.
- 55:23I thought we were all supposed to be here on the same team with the
- 55:27understanding of the rank structure. You're the man that signs the checks. So
- 55:30if you want it done, we're gonna get. But you don't want yes
- 55:32man, that's I want a yes man. Why would why would you to
- 55:39run a business your way? It's my business. I need you to run
- 55:44the business the way that I asked you to. These are my goals,
- 55:46but direct because of my thoughts. Listen to me how I do business.
- 55:52Excuse me. I hire you because of your expertise. I give you my

- 56:02accomplish. Well, I need you to do that in the best way that
- 56:06you can without giving me a whole bunch of problems that I'm not gonna get
- 56:09in your way. But for you to be on some you don't know what
- 56:13you're talking about. I'll get another head coach. I'll get another GM because
- 56:16I know business, and I'm asking. What I'm saying is so you do
- 56:22that? You do that. Let's let's make sure understand something. Now,
- 56:30basically there's two gms. So y'all know there's the GM of football and then
- 56:40there's the GM of the business. Y'all are you're talking to the GM of
- 56:46football. He doesn't run the business, the business part, right. He
- 56:51doesn't get the programs out, he doesn't make flight arrangements, he doesn't do
- 56:55those kind of That's that's a whole nother guy, right, So why are
- 57:01you hiring me to run your football team when you don't do football? No,
- 57:10I'm saying, you're a tech billionaire and you're trying to tell me I
- 57:15need to make your team for you the way you see it. Now,
- 57:19I'm saying, this is my goal now if if that's what I want done,
- 57:23and in my opinion, if that's what I want done, I'm asking
- 57:27you to do that now. If you don't want to do it, I'll
- 57:30find someone who will. Now that causes me problems. If that stagnates my
- 57:35growth, I'll have to Absorbers saying you want a yes, man, I
- 57:43don't know if it's a yet. Yeah, I want to yes because I'm
- 57:49trying to think I need it now. I am with you. I believe
- 58:00that I'm the owner and me and the GM supposed to fight, and the
- 58:06GM and the coach is supposed to fight. That's what we if there's no
- 58:09riff. I believe in what the Patriots. When people old Robert krat they
- 58:14don't like, they are not supposed to like. Yeah, this should be
- 58:16someone this like I tell guys when they're investing their money, your accountant and
- 58:22your financial guy and your agent shouldn't all be friends. They gotta fight.
- 58:29Your account should be telling you that he's upset with your agent or and vice
- 58:34versa. Like it supposed to be a riff to bring out the best product.
- 58:38So when people I don't know why people think it's supposed to be this
- 58:42harmony. No I can't. I'm not going to get this guy for you.
- 58:46That guy is not helping us because you like him. That's what it
- 58:51showed me. That's why I said. It showed me that. Hey man,
- 58:53but we'll be back. I like how you begin. It's anything,
- 58:57yes, man, we'll be right after the no man warri up sweet swarts
- 59:04like colonnn missing me pinny hand writing lines. No when the source of holy
- 59:07when I die, don't we just the same thing is holy? Don't bowl?
- 59:12Wayne Bore of The Sports Josh Show with Wayne Gamvidio's coming up next.
- 59:19Hear that that's the sound of your life, perfectly imperfect, beating in rhythm
- 59:28to the world you've created. But every time you drive after drinking, music
- 59:34gets drowned out. Your life sounds pretty great. Don't let a buzz ruin
- 59:42it. Buzz driving is drunk driving. Don't drive buzzed. A message from
- 59:45Knits in the ad Council. My simple solution to the problem was remove people
- 59:51from the scene and help them feel safer. In response to attacks, against
- 59:54Asian Americans. Maddie Park raised over two hundred and fifty thousand to donate camp
- 1:00:00rights to the Asian community. There is so much more work to be done.
- 1:00:04We really need to come together and tackle this issue as a community.
- 1:00:08Support the Asian community. Learn how a Love Has No Labels dot Com brought
- 1:00:14to you by Love has No Labels and the AD Council. Enough is enough?
- 1:00:23Why so serious? And we hold the world ransom for excuse me while
- 1:00:30I will this out broadcasting live and Atlanta, Georgia. This this is the
- 1:00:37sports with Wigan you make, Vegan Council cons Is it just the I'm gonna
- 1:00:57do? Yeah, I'm gonna go on the way you made. Welcome back
- 1:01:00to the Sports Shock Shue, the Sports Shock Wing kind. The price is
- 1:01:06right Drew Carrey running a show that has been on since TV was black and
- 1:01:13white. Yeah, the price is right to the point when y'all brought I
- 1:01:16thought the price is right, it went off TV. It's still on today.
- 1:01:21When you when you heard that music then Dunn, you had to go
- 1:01:24look if it was red. My mother watches it daily, she watches it.
- 1:01:30It's funny too, because we watched Bob Barker go from young Bob to
- 1:01:37ancient Bob, and then Drew Carrey took over, and the same thing's happening
- 1:01:44with him. He's gone from young Drew Carey to he's about sixty five,
- 1:01:49elder Statesman Drew k Right. He looks like Bob Barber. Drew Carrey is
- 1:01:55saying that a lot of contestants that come to the show are high or been
- 1:02:04drinking. I'm flabbergasted and appalled both. That's a lot means they would have
- 1:02:10had brought this stuff to the studio. That's what I was gonna say.
- 1:02:14It's you gotta wait in line, so you gotta have something to occupy your
- 1:02:17time while you're waiting in line before the thing come in. So now this
- 1:02:21is the thing. Drew carry had asserted that a lot of it may be
- 1:02:24edibles, because you know it's it's it's not the same presentation if they go
- 1:02:31to patch you down, got some candy in your pocket and then la,
- 1:02:36it's natural then recreational as well, from what I understand, when you stand
- 1:02:43online, that's what they call waiting to get into these game shows. They
- 1:02:45pick them randomly. There are people who will come by to solicit Hey,
- 1:02:51while you waiting, got a little that you know, got some shots,
- 1:02:53got some you know what do you need? Like if you go into them
- 1:02:57and you mean people from the price is right right now? No no no
- 1:03:00no no no no no no no no no studio much like Shangri lat you
- 1:03:06know what I'm saying, That would be too much like things that go right.
- 1:03:07But just like when you're going to sporting events here in Atlanta, there
- 1:03:13are mobile bartenders, people with coolers and wagons that just roll around and go,
- 1:03:17hey, I'll make you a margarita for four dollars and they just mix
- 1:03:22it right there. I imagine it's surprising it in this it's just the idea
- 1:03:28that you're going on a competition, right, and people feel like more or
- 1:03:32less you would want to be as alert, especially on the side of the
- 1:03:37alcohol. The gummy could be something that is stimulating, right, you know
- 1:03:44with all the different kinds now, but the alcohol is alcohol. It all
- 1:03:46depresses and lords the senses. So but remember when we used to watch the
- 1:03:52prices right, and people cared about winning. You know what I'm saying.
- 1:03:55You you would want to do the plink o game, right. You wanted
- 1:03:59to know the prices. Now it's more of a just look at me.
- 1:04:02I get to get my shout out, I get to jump up and and
- 1:04:06everybody sees me on TV. So I don't think that they have that same
- 1:04:11focus or desire to be focused anymore. That's just my opinion that they don't
- 1:04:15seem like they really care if they win or not. When it used to
- 1:04:17be a time when you know, my mama still get bad when you you
- 1:04:21know that stovetop don't cost no eighteen dollars. Do they still have those everyday
- 1:04:29items like that? Oh? Yeah, okay, No I haven't. I'm
- 1:04:31serious, I had. I mean I didn't know. I haven't seen it
- 1:04:35since college and sports. I thought it went off air when Bob Bob got
- 1:04:41to be like one hundred and eight. No, no it didn't. And
- 1:04:45I thought I thought it was the ghost of Bob Barker there, and I
- 1:04:48wouldn't have known. Who has not been for mother? What was your favorite
- 1:04:51game on it? I like the little Mountain Climbing Guy your lady, You
- 1:04:55know, the one when he climb up the mountain and you got it.
- 1:05:00I think that's probably the only one I remember where I could just call it
- 1:05:03out. Yeah, they still have that. I don't remember the other games
- 1:05:09they have. A plinko game. My favorite is the one where they roll
- 1:05:13the phone dice and you get trying to get the shape of the front or
- 1:05:16the back of the car, and then get both of them. You win
- 1:05:18the car. Yeah, we get like four rolls something like that. Okay,
- 1:05:23the price is right? Still anything? What comes on on? What
- 1:05:27is an hour long? Or yeah it's still one hour long? I think
- 1:05:30comes on right after Let's Make a Deal, hosted by Wayne Brady. I
- 1:05:36never I don't think I ever watched. Oh they got there at nighttime.
- 1:05:41They got the right now, they got the service addition away Brady man,
- 1:05:45they were giving away. They weren't even giving those zunks. They gave away
- 1:05:47three trips, the curtain and the box. They let everybody. My favorite
- 1:05:51show growing up was Family Few really Yeah, I like Family You you you
- 1:06:00like Richard Dartmore were Yeah, I was gonna watch something. But I think
- 1:06:03that used to come on like after the news. Wasn't that like a seven
- 1:06:08o'clock show or something. It was more it wasn't it wasn't a morning show.
- 1:06:12Now it was more prime time leading into leading into the eight o'clock hour
- 1:06:16when you would watch that so get high and drunk on the prices, right
- 1:06:21with Drew Carey. But we've all done that. I'm a rightness Caitlyn Clark,
- 1:06:29Angel Reese w NBA All Stars. So at least, uh the powers
- 1:06:34in the w n b A are listening and making sure that these young ladies
- 1:06:40are represented and be able to help promote their sport. Now, I did
- 1:06:45read somewhere Angel Reese was crying for making the team and her continuation of saying
- 1:06:53they against who is day against her? Who? Who are the people?
- 1:06:59The people, mister Charlie I did. I'm sure, I'm sure she's not
- 1:07:04on my lookout for, mister Charlie. Did I miss those people? I
- 1:07:10don't know anyone is rooting against injuries. Well, like when we talked about
- 1:07:14her before, I feel like she still reads the the tweets or whatever is
- 1:07:21being said about her on social media, and I think she's still like reads
- 1:07:29that stuff and supposed to, which is at twenty three, which would be
- 1:07:34her her natural her natural idea of life. I honestly think it's it's part
- 1:07:41fomo, like the fear of missing out this generation if you don't have haters,
- 1:07:45you're not relevant. So if nobody's hating on me, if nobody's hating
- 1:07:49on me, I'm not I'm not out here. I ain't got no mobs
- 1:07:54at no motion because don't nobody hate on me. So I got for me
- 1:07:59to remain relevant, I've got to constantly focus you on the fact that folks
- 1:08:02are out to bring me down, right, I hear you, But I
- 1:08:08haven't found those folks, and that's what I'm but I don't need you to
- 1:08:10look for I don't like that. I don't fear of missing out. That's
- 1:08:15they I didn't come up with that. That's something they developed as a result
- 1:08:18of social media. That people are more depressed. People have more anxiety because
- 1:08:24they look at lives that they're not living, and they try to emulate that
- 1:08:28because they don't want to miss out on stuff. You didn't go to Coachella,
- 1:08:31so now you depressed for a whole week because you keep seeing Coachella videos
- 1:08:35and and and the the younger generation has made that where if you're not hating
- 1:08:42me, I don't have any emotion and I'm irrelevant. So I've got to
- 1:08:45make you feel like someone is out to get me, so that I'm relevant.
- 1:08:50You got some motion going, so that I got motion. Yeah,
- 1:08:55okay, And and there's one thing I guess to find that as a motivating
- 1:08:59factor in your head. But I guess speaking on it makes me feel like
- 1:09:04you have You're wed anyone's comment that your game wasn't going to be all star
- 1:09:13level like people been champion the fact that you're finl to change the game,
- 1:09:17I mean to the fact that, and that's what see And now it starts
- 1:09:21to become almost a bit you think it's a pressure on her. Is she?
- 1:09:26I mean, is she feeling the pressure that because people really are saying
- 1:09:30that you and Caitlin are cant. I don't know those people other than Angel
- 1:09:34telling me, I don't know who they are what they're saying. She's saying,
- 1:09:40well, I would imagine she saying the media and then the people.
- 1:09:45But I haven't read anything in the media, and this is happening, and
- 1:09:48this is what I'm saying, Ball, she's just hearing what Jason Whitlock says
- 1:09:53about her exactly exactly. You're part of the media, so we researched.
- 1:10:00I don't hear anybody Jason Whitlock. Maybe she is listening to Jason I mean,
- 1:10:09I mean, I guess, I mean she probably thinking. I mean,
- 1:10:12if you if you have a person that's like a Jason Whitlock and you
- 1:10:15don't know any better, you might think, wow, he has a lot
- 1:10:18of he has a fan base, so the people that listen to him thinks
- 1:10:23thinks as he thinks. And I think that's part of the detraction with social
- 1:10:28media is you imagine that Jason Whitlock's fan base, no matter how broad it
- 1:10:33is, is all of America, all of the world. It's if he's
- 1:10:38got fifteen million followers, do you know how many people are in the world.
- 1:10:42And that's that's the problem with social media. People get so caught up
- 1:10:45in believing that what they see on their timeline is all of the world's opinions
- 1:10:53and thought processes and sensibilities, and so you get boxed into thinking everybody thinks
- 1:10:59and feel the way you do. And when they don't, now all of
- 1:11:01a sudden, you hate on me. And I'm just saying, Joey Chestnut
- 1:11:05eat a beef hot dog. That's all I'm saying. I hating on you.
- 1:11:09I'm just saying I don't understand this. The thing with the plant based
- 1:11:13people and some people their hate. I've heard witness set around and ear hustled.
- 1:11:19Yeamn, like you know they you hate Lebron. You lie to yourself
- 1:11:26or a lot of the show and say you don't, but you actually have
- 1:11:30gone on record of saying it to me about your hate. I've seen people
- 1:11:33get hate for no reason. I just never really heard anybody talk about or
- 1:11:41expect that Angel Reaes wouldn't dominate. All I ever said was if she get
- 1:11:46back to the girl when before all the distractions, before the Lotto video,
- 1:11:50before you got fat and got out of and that was just a function of
- 1:11:55you doing all this stuff stuff and you came in with you know, with
- 1:12:00another national champion as yourself. Y'all could change the league as far as being
- 1:12:03winners. So you know, I'll see what else she upsaid about. But
- 1:12:08they will be in the All Star Game. Remember the WNBA will stop for
- 1:12:12those two or three weeks for the Olympics and then pick up when the Olympics
- 1:12:17is over. We'll be back with more of the Sports Job Show right after
- 1:12:20this and the third sat Tad fight up. Yes, who was that yo?
- 1:12:30But who was that John Bowl? Wayne Moore of the Sports John show
- 1:12:34with Wayne Gandias coming up next. Attention, high school sports fans. Are

- 1:18:31man thirty years of age. And one of the more famous characters that's ever
- 1:18:38been invented in Hollywood is Rocky. I was trying to think of something that
- 1:18:45was more, but I don't know a more famous character. You have to
- 1:18:49start getting the Superman and bugs bunny fictional? Can you think? You know?
- 1:18:56Like and they don't want it. I'm saying, I'm saying Superman the
- 1:19:00bug funny kind of sitting back, like, no, let the Italian status
- 1:19:02do his thing. Let him cooking. How many Rockies have have we had?
- 1:19:09It was like six? See See, that's when you know it's a

- 1:19:21got Rockies, We've got the Jurassic Parks, We've got the Star Wars.

- 1:19:30saying with Luke Skywalk, Yeah, We've we've got how many Rockies? Seven
- 1:19:34nine? Rocky Rocky was such a successful franchise. Is he started coming back
- 1:19:41to coach people fighting. You see what I'm saying, Like he had a
- 1:19:45whole career and then became a coach. In Florida, a young stripper is
- 1:19:50fighting the state for age restrict. What age you think should young men and
- 1:19:58women be allowed to strip? I'll say twenty one? Twenty one? Yeah,
- 1:20:03and that's what Florida moved it to twenty one. This young lady is
- 1:20:06nineteen. I guess they must have just changed the law and moved it up
- 1:20:10to twenty one. She's nineteen, so she can't dance anymore. But she's
- 1:20:15fighting the state of Florida. And I thought it would be twenty one.
- 1:20:18I thought you had to be twenty one anyway because of the alcohol, because
- 1:20:21I was gonna say, because you know, the alcohol just as long because
- 1:20:25the owner, you get to find them underage drinking if you get one of
- 1:20:28the girls get caught drinking, So you're in a situation, right. They
- 1:20:30always thought that with bars period, And then I know you have to be
- 1:20:33a certain agent certain counties in Georgia, you can't. You have to be
- 1:20:36twenty one to even serve alcohol. It's depending. If not, you have
- 1:20:40to get a permit, and as an ad excuse me as a dad,
- 1:20:45I mean, okay, fight the good fight, but it's just really the
- 1:20:48hell you want to die on. You gonna let me strip baby? Baby
- 1:20:59girl said that down, shut down. I'm looking at our mama like,

- 1:24:14a shock show. Wimbleton is going on. They should be in the third
- 1:24:18round here going into the weekend. I do know in the second round we
- 1:24:25lost Sloan Stevens, she got knocked out and Naomi Osaka also already knocked out
- 1:24:32in that second round. Two de France is going on now too. Yes,
- 1:24:38it's going on as well. So a lot of I want to ask,
- 1:24:44are you oversaturated? Are you overstimulated with sports yet? Have you gotten
- 1:24:47to that point where I can't keep up with the stuff I used to keep
- 1:24:51up with. I'm not watching as much as I used to watch because it's
- 1:24:55just too much on. I've come to the point where I don't try to
- 1:24:59absorb it all all anymore. I used to, especially when we first started
- 1:25:03this show, feel like I needed to absorb every moment of every and it's
- 1:25:08like it's just too much going on, and a lot of it is overlapping.
- 1:25:11Yeah, you know, you have the three different things going on at
- 1:25:15the same time, of three different sports, and it's just not enough time
- 1:25:20in the day to It can hold you hostage trying to absorb it all in
- 1:25:27that kind of amount. So typically as it gets closer, like in a
- 1:25:32tournament, I'll watch more early on. I just kind of keep an eye
- 1:25:38on it before next week. You know, some in the quarterfinals and those
- 1:25:44kind of things, and it pulls you in a little more to see.
- 1:25:47It's like the first rounds of the playoffs. You don't watch as much in
- 1:25:50the NBA like that, but you know, semis in the finals, like
- 1:25:57get all your attention. Yeah so, but those are some of the young
- 1:26:00ladies. They are out already. And and I don't even know who as
- 1:26:05Americans we sin as men. I'm not even gonna sit here and lie to
- 1:26:10the public that I would know our male Who are our top two male?
- 1:26:16How is our guy Nathan Pasha doing? Remember yeah, when we were following,
- 1:26:21Uh, Nathan has I think he is going into coaching? Okay,
- 1:26:26okay, yeah. What about Selfie's friend? That's that's him. That's him?
- 1:26:31Okay, all right, Oh don't Young? Yeah that that wasn't I
- 1:26:35thought it was a selfie's friend. Is Donald? That's the two different people
- 1:26:40you think about. Nathan was on the show, he's good friends of the
- 1:26:44sports Stock show. But dun Donald Young is Selfie Queen's friends. Yeah.
- 1:26:48So I don't know if he's in the tournament or not. Okay, yeah
- 1:26:51so. Uh. Shannon Sharp apologizes to Megan the Stallion over some past sexual
- 1:26:59cons that he made about her. And I do like that. Shannon took
- 1:27:04his time to apologize and for whatever purpose, whether it was his agent,
- 1:27:14whether it was the station, whatever, but on Club Shaysha, he took
- 1:27:17the time to apologize. When you read some of the things, this one
- 1:27:24thing to indicate to a lady that you might want to be involved with him.
- 1:27:33Right, But the description that Shannon was playing and having fun with with
- 1:27:42his other co hosts and things were, in my opinion, a little beneath
- 1:27:47him. When I remember, you know, a couple of weeks of months
- 1:27:54whenever he was I remember reading him and I thought, man, that's not
- 1:27:59Shannon's sharpest, right, That's not You're not some young twenty six year old
- 1:28:04upstart to be even that conversation with he had with Coach Prime, like,
- 1:28:10yeah, that was that's not that's beneath both of you. Not saying how
- 1:28:15you might think a woman is attractive, or you know, saying that you
- 1:28:20wish you could bump into her one day. But when you go into all
- 1:28:25this where I'm gonna have it and do it, and it's like, aren't
- 1:28:29y'all fifty five with grandkids? R right? Kind of mentality? Is it
- 1:28:34me? Or what I'm saying at that point where and I think that what
- 1:28:39happens a lot is people imagine that there's a landscaping media that you have to
- 1:28:46crest that horizon, Like there is a level of disrespect and debauchery that people
- 1:28:54almost expect, especially from the podcast platforms, and you don't have to do
- 1:29:00that. We seemed to think that carrying yourself in a respectable manner is somehow
- 1:29:06lame now and nothing's wrong with not wanting to embarrass the people that you love
- 1:29:12and that love you on them. Recently, with sitting down with Cam Newton
- 1:29:15on his podcast, he was just confessing that or saying that he had two
- 1:29:21incidents where he in thirty one years, he hasn't never slept at another woman's
- 1:29:28house, or he hasn't slept at a woman's house, closed his eyes at
- 1:29:31a woman's house because two times he was One time a guy got was their
- 1:29:39boyfriend came and he was cool with him because he's like, hey man,
- 1:29:42she lined them. And then he said the next time it was a guy
- 1:29:45he came in. They had guns on him and he said that he dude
- 1:29:49let him leave, but he said he left his rolex and something else and
- 1:29:53he went back to go get that. Say buddy, can I get my
- 1:29:55watching my roller in my chain? And he said, to god, that's
- 1:29:59the funny point said, this guy said, Okay, yeah, you can
- 1:30:00come in here, get your chain and watch but don't come back. And
- 1:30:03he said for thirty one years he was just telling that story to Cam Newton
- 1:30:06also, so he's confessing a lot of different things at this moment. Shannon
- 1:30:13was confessing this, or Cam was confessed Shannon, okay, okay, but
- 1:30:17he was confessing to get Cam that you know, hey, even after the
- 1:30:21first time he didn't learn he did the thing. Well, those things,
- 1:30:25in my opinion, are consensual. You go to some woman's house and whatever,
- 1:30:29she didn't lie to you or whatever. But Megan just sitting around and
- 1:30:32you go you know who. I think, find Megan, and when I
- 1:30:35get my hands on her, I'm a blah blah blah blah. I think
- 1:30:40it's very much Well, well, I'm just saying that he's confessed with him
- 1:30:43apologizing for the Megan and then now he's bringing out all these like confessional apologies
- 1:30:47about things that he's done and bragging it for thirty one years. Hey,
- 1:30:53I learned my lesson. I'm never ruled on one O sleep at a woman's
- 1:30:58house if you don't know her, I get and thank you for that for
- 1:31:01those two subjects don't have He's not apologizing. Wow, I look at it
- 1:31:08as like he's I mean, he's trying to If he's saying that he's sorry
- 1:31:12about Megan, he's saying a lot of things. I'm just saying that he's
- 1:31:15putting out a lot of things from his past that he's done. I don't
- 1:31:18know if he's trying to build up the podcast even more, don't I don't
- 1:31:23know. I mean, it's just he's confessing this. This is apologizing.
- 1:31:28Apologizing and confessing are two different, very much, two different things. Different.
- 1:31:34I'm saying because I apologized without admitting to nothing but apologize. I mean,
- 1:31:43so you got it, Okay, you can apologize with our confession.
- 1:31:45What I'm saying right there, it's not true, it's not real. He
- 1:31:48said he can apologize without confessing not doing anything. What you apologize the story
- 1:31:54you told? What's he is he apologizing about something? He's not apologizing your
- 1:32:00story. He's confessing something. That they are two separate things. I'm just
- 1:32:04telling you a rule of thumb that he lives by. That's not a confess
- 1:32:09that's not an apology at all. That they don't have anything to do.
- 1:32:15Okay, I'm just okay, he's just he's given a lot of nuggets right
- 1:32:21now. Well, I think and this even apologizing, that's showing maturity then
- 1:32:28well, and and and for me, I think that apologizing, apologizing and
- 1:32:35leaving it at the apology is mature. Apologizing and then hitching that wagon to
- 1:32:42some salacious comments you made to Cam Newton is just self promotion. He's still
- 1:32:48in that salacious And that's what I'm saying. You can apologize for one thing,
- 1:32:54but then you and another podcast bragging or saying hey I did this or
- 1:33:00that's why. That wasn't bragging he was telling. I'm not saying, Okay,
- 1:33:02I choose the wrong word. I shouldn't say bragging. But I'm saying
- 1:33:04he's making I'm just saying he's doing shock value right now at the moment,
- 1:33:14because you said that his people, whoever his people is, told him.
- 1:33:17Someone had to tell him he needs to go apologize. So this is shock
- 1:33:20I mean, No, I didn't tell you his people said that. I
- 1:33:24said, for whatever reason, whether it was on him or his people or
- 1:33:30some No, I didn't say it had to be somebody I start off with.
- 1:33:33It could be him. Maybe he went and heard what he said and
- 1:33:39realized I need to apologize this young lady. Now what that has to do
- 1:33:44with him telling Cam Newton he lives by a rule of thumb where he just
- 1:33:46doesn't spend the night with ladies any anymore. I don't see how you put
- 1:33:54those in the same bowl. But that's okay. So you don't have no
- 1:34:00comments on Megan, the stallion and the apology, no, sir, okay.
- 1:34:10He felt like she kind of deserves some of them coming, you know.
- 1:34:15And then until I say that about his daughter and see that's that's the
- 1:34:20next time his daughter come over. What I'm gonna do is I'm gonna throw
- 1:34:23over here that's on his ice hockey machine, and I'm gonna put her a
- 1:34:28quarter past five. Come on, we don't do all that. You're making
- 1:34:31me uncomfortable. Just even that's exactly just even play what I'm saying, and
- 1:34:39that's what I'm saying. And Shannon, you you better than that, b
- 1:34:43Come on, Shannon Is. Shannon loves to put out there that he is
- 1:34:49a NFL Hall of Famer. I think that comes with a certain level of
- 1:34:56dignity that should be maintained at all times. And his I don't know why.
- 1:35:00I don't know why you're explaining dignity to a man who just said that
- 1:35:02the lady deserves I don't deserve it. More Sports Shock Show right after this

- 1:37:33Shock show. I'm the Swatch Shock Wayne Gandy. Good morning to you out
- 1:37:39there on the fourth of July. I hope you have some great weather.
- 1:37:44One of the worst times to ever have rain is on days that are kind
- 1:37:48of set to be outside. Those are typically the days you just hope the
- 1:37:53rain don't come by. And I'm keeping my fingers crossed here in Atlanta because
- 1:37:59you know, we are unpredictable with our weather around here. It just it
- 1:38:04says one thing on Google and then something else happens in this city. But
- 1:38:10it's supposed to be around ninety four ninety five today here and at Land NASCAR
- 1:38:16we talked about this early in this show. For the first time in a
- 1:38:19while, we will not have Hooters as a sponsor. The wing business,
- 1:38:26as you know, is very expensive to go get a ten piece lemon pepper
- 1:38:31lu because you about eighteen dollars. Now what is a ten piece? Now?
- 1:38:39I cook it home? Just got that much, It's like eighteen years
- 1:38:46because if you want to drink in the fries with it, well, I'm
- 1:38:49saying tenpiece, I'm talking out of a wing, not running through zaxbies.
- 1:38:54No, No, I'm saying, yeah, the win the ten piece wing,
- 1:38:57just the wing itself. At these a dollar fifty a wing is what
- 1:39:00they're starting to charge about minimum. I know, eighteen pieces like twenty four
- 1:39:08dollars, So ten pieces probably somewhere like seventeen dollars just for wings. But
- 1:39:15Hooters has not been able, as Hendrix Sports says, been able to keep
- 1:39:23up and pay their bills. They have closed about forty locations of the franchise
- 1:39:30Hooters, and Hooters kind of started falling off in my opinion when they got
- 1:39:39sued and people tried to frame them up as they were in a special spot
- 1:39:46where they were they were pandering for particular customers. It was a niche market.
- 1:39:54Yes, they were not asking for everybody to come, and they were
- 1:39:58very successful. The world kind of changed on them where people wanted it to
- 1:40:02just be every day, all anyone sports bar, when that's not what they
- 1:40:09was actually offering. That's not what they were offering. They got sued,
- 1:40:14They got sued by the ladies that it was discriminative to as for a certain
- 1:40:21body part size and all that, and it just started being an American.
- 1:40:28Yeah. They got caught up in a lot of things and a lot of
- 1:40:30communists, like a lot of communism ideology, and it was one of those
- 1:40:36first things that started happening where I was, I started missing out on I
- 1:40:44thought your protest was just not to go to a place that used to be
- 1:40:48the protest and that and that you keep that I don't go to. That's
- 1:40:55the that's it. They made it seem like, no, you're gonna make
- 1:41:00your place available to me. You're gonna replace in the world. Like when
- 1:41:08they started making everyone like if I refused to make a cake for you because
- 1:41:12my religious or something views don't see that. Then we started saying, no,
- 1:41:16you're going to do this in your business or not, you're gonna be
- 1:41:19sued. And that's what's causing people everyone. A lot of small business or
- 1:41:23people like Hooters are going out of business. Hooters. They started happening with
- 1:41:28the airlines when the airlines no longer could have a quote unquote particular prerequisite for
- 1:41:40their body type, body type for their flight attendance. You know, all
- 1:41:44that kind of it was never written, but it was always Even a cheerleads
- 1:41:49in high school, there used to be more of they were handled more like
- 1:41:54an athlete because on a football team a basketball team, a coach has the
- 1:41:59demand that he could tell you what to wait. Yeah, And that's how
- 1:42:02they used to run the cheerleading squad. It was in the same way where
- 1:42:05they because it was supposed to be about promoting the ability to be in shape,
- 1:42:12and they weren't trying to get you all to the same size, but
- 1:42:15they was telling you, well, you need to. And then they said
- 1:42:18that's no longer you know. Yeah, that changed the whole change, And
- 1:42:23it hadn't been so long ago that those things changed. We've been doing this
- 1:42:26show about what twelve years now, And I remember very early on we were
- 1:42:30still at the goat Farm and the mediocre producer was looking for someone to come
- 1:42:39on the show, and he was sending out feelers and he said, it's
- 1:42:43really hard to ask for what I want because of how the sensibilities are,
- 1:42:48Like I can I told them what in entertainment, they don't care about that
- 1:42:51stuff. They can still say, look, we need you about one hundred
- 1:42:55and forty five pounds, about six ye six y four, dark skin,
- 1:43:00light eyes, and if you don't meet that next we don't have to go
- 1:43:03through that kind of stuff. But everywhere else, all other business entities are
- 1:43:09being boxed into some sort of you can't keep me out. It's no longer
- 1:43:14I won't go there, it's I'll go there and you'll change it to fit
- 1:43:17my taste and sensibility. Yeah, Casting call for a model, they would
- 1:43:23specifically tell you one or two things, Yes, that we're looking for something
- 1:43:28that's five ten and up, yes, and brunette. Yes, one hundred
- 1:43:32thirty one hundred and thirty hundred and forty five pounds. We could save you
- 1:43:35some time if you're the five to seven model. Why are you here?
- 1:43:40Then? Why did you come here? And you can say it like that
- 1:43:43in entertainment, why are you here? So? But Hooters no longer a
- 1:43:46sponsor, and uh, NASCAR, they've been on the cars for a long
- 1:43:51time. You used to have like a whole Hooters car one time. Yeah,
- 1:43:56I did, got those prices for you, prices for Hooter the wings.
- 1:44:02Oh from which restaurant? Well, I mean, I guess this is
- 1:44:05a national menu because I pulled it up. It says a ten piece of
- 1:44:09just the regular Hooter style wings or eleven ninety nine or smoke wings or thirteen
- 1:44:15ninety nine. Okay, but you do know I wasn't talking about Hooters wings.
- 1:44:19He was talking about just wings. But I was just saying what the
- 1:44:24Hooters wings were, just giving you know, giving you information you never asked
- 1:44:28for. But he said, but someone might have heard eighteen dollars and might
- 1:44:32have thought about going to Hooters to dance. Man, I'm not gonna go,
- 1:44:34so I'm just by show off hands. Who has ever thought of going
- 1:44:39to Hooters? I go to Hooters? They got one, they got too.
- 1:44:43Still working on probably sewing my wings in general. That's that's all.
- 1:44:49That's all. We'll be back more, will we will we go go go
- 1:44:59f in that house. Bounce. Y'all already know what I'm about. The
- 1:45:02flow sell stick over Drake drums. I see that that my dope. Come

- 1:45:28even to my doctor, but I'm glad I did. She told me
- 1:45:30it was postpartum depression, and that is very treatable. These days, things

- 1:46:35about you? Will you be leaving benefits or bills? When I was forty,

- 1:47:12benefits or bills dot com. That's benefits or bills dot com. And now
- 1:47:19back to the sports John Wayne Gandy. Now it's time for the school board,
- 1:47:28when we put a spin on life and sports and how they intermingle on
- 1:47:32the Sports Jack Show with Wayne Gandy. Yeah, word up, look out
- 1:47:42for the cops, cash food ship, word up too for files overhead,
- 1:47:45baby worried out tooop for files. Niggas got garbage down to wait order that
- 1:47:50cash shave everything around me quinging. Yeah, check the flash flight from Detroit
- 1:47:58to Amsterdam. Be kinny, is we're something that you? Oh there we
- 1:48:04go? That must be a great with the wove flight from Detroit to Amsterdam
- 1:48:12had to divert to New York. Fourteen passengers, ten crew members. Uh.
- 1:48:16Some of the food had gotten spoiled, And reports like this amazed me
- 1:48:21sometimes because when they put this stuff out here, people, we don't live
- 1:48:28in a perfect world, these idea y'all, y'all be trying to out things.
- 1:48:35Stuff happens. One of the cans of coke that got made today,
- 1:48:44it's flat. Somebody's gonna open it and it's gonna be flat, and I
- 1:48:48hope it's made because then on my own is gonna be stale, yes sir,
- 1:48:58And I'm sewing one of the packages of berries that publics get they're gonna
- 1:49:04have to throw away because it got smashed on the way. Some of that
- 1:49:09za ain't really zo. So when it's like there's people be reacting as in
- 1:49:14this way like how can that happen? Because life is imperfect, That's that's
- 1:49:24why. And you hope it doesn't happen a lot. But it's no surprise.
- 1:49:30Okay, food on the plane, somebody set got it mixed up forgot
- 1:49:34to throw you know why, because humans get involved make mistakes. At least
- 1:49:40a dot in fly off and we're gonna start pointing out or it could just
- 1:49:49just the same week, they had some turbulence and it was so severe that
- 1:49:55a passenger's head was thrown through the roof of the plane and they had to
- 1:50:00actually physically pull him out of the roof. So I'm in our own homes.
- 1:50:08You've gone in the kitchen and something was spoiled that you didn't know.
- 1:50:13We act like that everything. It's always what it is. You was about
- 1:50:17to pour that four month old salad dressing on your salad too, until the
- 1:50:24number caught you out the side of the eye. This was October twenty twenty
- 1:50:30four. It's twenty twenty six. Let me smell it. It's silent dressing.
- 1:50:38How spoiled can it be? Right? In? At least a three
- 1:50:42days? That's a young man game. It was old folks game. Take
- 1:50:44that. Yeah, we trying to take your little bit. You can gamble
- 1:50:48when you're young and some spoil stuff. Don't do that stuff and you're still
- 1:50:51betting three days on your milk? You know. No, I don't do
- 1:50:56no, do none of that. I don't try to test it. Oh
- 1:50:59I used to, right, which I know I'm talking. I know what
- 1:51:00you're talking about, But no, not that meets that could sit on the
- 1:51:03stone days and I open that box, ain't nothing known it. I'm finna
- 1:51:10track, heat it up and eat stephen A. Smith, who's always out
- 1:51:13spoken. And I saw a couple of other people upset about the BT Awards,
- 1:51:17including OJ Simpson. And it's uh memorial at the end. You know
- 1:51:25how they put a picture up of whoever has passed away. Stephen A.
- 1:51:30Smith goes in and and I just don't like when they try to handle OJ
- 1:51:34like this or anyone's the years that we've had these kind of memorials. At
- 1:51:44the end, there's a lot of people up there have been arrested. It's
- 1:51:48a lot of people in the black culture, stephen A that we celebrate every
- 1:51:54day, who raped and pillaged, who made millions of dollars after they shot
- 1:52:03some people, and you put them on in your car every day as much
- 1:52:10as you want. OJ wasn't convicted and the letter of the law, he
- 1:52:14was not convicted for those murders unless something changed. And something changed I missed
- 1:52:18no, okay, So all they had him on was when he went to
- 1:52:21get his stuff, when he went to get his stuff, Okay, So
- 1:52:26and we didn't all went and took people hostage to get our stuff back.
- 1:52:29At my right, am I right? We didn't all done it. Some
- 1:52:32of them old saxophonies back in the days, I know they ran over there
- 1:52:35and got they stuff. Come on, man, I'm gonna need that twenty
- 1:52:39two. I'm gonna need that in the in the pocket with his hands.
- 1:52:44We've all done it. We've all done I'm not judging. We've all done
- 1:52:47it. So I have to ask you, guys, your opinion is BT
- 1:52:53or even if at the end of the year, the NFL does something or
- 1:52:57the sp are you wrong? O J I think he was included, Yeah,
- 1:53:03yeah, he was okay, and then Stephen to say something. Now
- 1:53:09I think it's I'm hoping that the Buffalo Bills do something real nice, at
- 1:53:13least wear thirty two patch or something on their uniforms this year. Because he
- 1:53:17was what he was as far as the NFL. He was playing football from
- 1:53:21college to the NFL. He was the juice and for people to be upset,
- 1:53:27I'm like, I'm with sports Jock all the way. He was convicted
- 1:53:30of taking his trying to get his stuff back, never convicted of murder or
- 1:53:34anything. In that manner. So we we as human race, we need
- 1:53:40Really, it seems like it's been a really since OJ has died. It's
- 1:53:45like a revamp of we're gonna go with kill OJ, Like even the TMZ
- 1:53:48guy, he's dropped a special com It's it's it's more complex than than that.
- 1:54:00And however anyone reacts. I think everyone has a right to do whatever
- 1:54:09they want as far as this goes. If you feel like he shouldn't have
- 1:54:12been honored, okay, it's fine to say that. If you feel like
- 1:54:15he should have it's fine to say that too. No, we're talking about
- 1:54:19where should be T have been on this, not not individual what you think
- 1:54:27you know. I'm saying like, even even in this in this case,
- 1:54:30if they wanted to have him in that segment, that's fine by me.
- 1:54:34But I guess they they I think they went into it knowing that there could
- 1:54:40be a reaction in the opposite direction. So if they hadn't done it,
- 1:54:45there might have been someone saying, oh, how could they not include OJ?
- 1:54:49So it's whatever they felt comfortable going with. They live, they can
- 1:54:55live with that. Big Kenny. I think that b T as an entity
- 1:55:00is welcome to do what it likes to do. This is my show.
- 1:55:03I will acknowledge who I care to acknowledge. I think that if I had
- 1:55:10a problem with anything, it'd be with a lot of the torquet and stuff
- 1:55:13going on between the acknowledging people who have passed on, whatever happened to rest
- 1:55:18in peace? Oh Jay gone. Let that man be gone and live his
- 1:55:24life. And stephen A, have your complaints directed toward the network that you
- 1:55:29work for. Mind your business. In my mind as we go is just
- 1:55:33the hypocrisy similar what you're saying. I don't know how y'all divide hypocrisy.
- 1:55:41So evenly you'll go make money about movies about killing people. You'll let people
- 1:55:47get up here on your stage and rap and sing about killing people. But
- 1:55:54then in somebody's less do something. And then, as I said, let's
- 1:55:59go through the fifty years of B Tier, I have a loan, and
- 1:56:01how many people that you have made millions of dollars? Who was criminals?
- 1:56:09I worked for the Soul Training War the year we gave R Kelly a Lifetime
- 1:56:13Achievement Award. I worked for the network the show and we gave R Kelly
- 1:56:21a Lifetime Achievement Award. And he still got it. Nobody took it back
- 1:56:26from him, and he's actually serving time in prison right now. So save
- 1:56:30that, stephen A. And that's all I'm saying. Save it, and
- 1:56:33we are in the ocean. The truth is he will throw your in the
- 1:56:40ocean. It's time to wrap things up on the Sports Junk Show with Dwayne
- 1:56:45Gandy. When you decided an ocean against the sports shot testa minute to Vin.
- 1:57:15We'd like to thank you first and foremost for tuning in this week to
- 1:57:18any minute segment of the show. We appreciate you. If you missed any
- 1:57:24of this week's shows, you can go to Apple Podcasts, Amazon podcast,
- 1:57:29Dezer, iHeartRadio, Audible, or Spotify and hear the replay. Big Kenny
- 1:57:36command you, Greg Bad Producer, thank you for your contributions. I was
- 1:57:42gonna circle back around to Terry Johnson aka Cameron Payne aka or is it Cameron
- 1:57:50aka Terry Johnson one of them two guys or what are the same guy?
- 1:57:56Elizabeth is gonna tell you, brother, Yes, absolutely rest, but we're
- 1:58:02gonna try to leave on a nice positive note being in That is the fourth
- 1:58:06of July, and I'm really thinking this might have been in our first Fourth
- 1:58:11of July show, is it? I really think so. But in that
- 1:58:15spirit, as we said at the beginning, cannot press upon us enough as
- 1:58:21we go out and the sun comes up and the jet skis get warmed up
- 1:58:27to be safe around the water. As I said, have someone their whole
- 1:58:35job today is to keep the rest of us, get us back to the
- 1:58:39car, and get us back home. Typically, the fourth of July is
- 1:58:44one of those holidays where there's numerous accidents and deaths based on drowning and DWI
- 1:58:55let's see if we can at least save one. It's kind of like that.
- 1:59:00If just saying this saves one person, that's a life, which is
- 1:59:04a value thing. So be safe on this fourth that July. Command you,
- 1:59:09I know you can't swim, so stay away from the water. I
- 1:59:12know you just got this. I can't swim by about you can you swim?
- 1:59:15No, that wasn't stereotyping at all. I didn't even know. I'm
- 1:59:23just thinking that you just had this aura, he says. Command you don't
- 1:59:27do a lot, he says, throw him from the Sports Shock show.
- 1:59:32We'll see in the future. Peace
