Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to tea sign with Amy and Bev
- 0:04Speaker 1: except girl.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Good day. I don't know. There's all kinds of things
- 0:08Speaker 2: going on. It seems like the world is in constant shifting.
- 0:13Speaker 2: And the crazy thing too, is I could look at
- 0:15Speaker 2: the time I was just mentioning yesterday. It's it's strange
- 0:20Speaker 2: to me that we could talk about an occurrence that
- 0:22Speaker 2: happened yesterday, but it feels like it was a few
- 0:24Speaker 2: days ago. It seems like that's how time is these days.
- 0:27Speaker 2: And I know that you're in a totally different environment
- 0:29Speaker 2: and stuff, so I imagine things are probably a lot different
- 0:31Speaker 2: for you too. But there's just so much stuff that's
- 0:34Speaker 2: going on, and all of it is leading me back within.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Like we've talked about a lot of this stuff, and
- 0:40Speaker 2: it's like it's really for me to be like in
- 0:42Speaker 2: total relationship with my higher self. For me, this is
- 0:46Speaker 2: where I'm at right now. And I was having a
- 0:49Speaker 2: conversation with my higher self yesterday and I was getting
- 0:51Speaker 2: like full body goose pumps, and it's like, Okay, I mean,
- 0:55Speaker 2: I know this is this is the route for me
- 0:56Speaker 2: to go. This is for my benefit in all facets,
- 1:01Speaker 2: and it's not just for my benefit, it's for everybody
- 1:03Speaker 2: else's benefits as well, because I'm gonna do this and
- 1:07Speaker 2: it's going to affect those around me, and it's going
- 1:08Speaker 2: to affect my family, and it's going to affect well,
- 1:11Speaker 2: it totally affects me. But that with all that being said,
- 1:14Speaker 2: it has such an effect and impact on the world.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Uh, it's funny you say that about the time we
- 1:22Speaker 1: were in my I'm in Texas. This is why my
- 1:25Speaker 1: background is different on this video. Uh, my mom's in
- 1:30Speaker 1: the hospital and she has a clock in a room
- 1:35Speaker 1: and she's been in this room for almost two weeks.
- 1:44Speaker 1: At the recording of this, she is two days shy
- 1:48Speaker 1: of two weeks being in this room, and just a
- 1:51Speaker 1: few days ago her Uh, there's somebody in the room
- 1:57Speaker 1: with us and they're like, get the clock. And they
- 2:02Speaker 1: turned to me and they're like watch the clock. And
- 2:05Speaker 1: the second hand will stop and then advance like five
- 2:11Speaker 1: to ten seconds, and then it'll stop and go five
- 2:16Speaker 1: to ten. It was just so bizarre. We're just like
- 2:18Speaker 1: tripping on this clock. And I'm still doing it now.
- 2:20Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know if it has been
- 2:24Speaker 1: like that the entire time, because neither one of us
- 2:26Speaker 1: had noticed it, but time has been very distorted for
- 2:32Speaker 1: me going through this. It's I had said this before
- 2:38Speaker 1: in another video.
- 2:39Speaker 2: It's like.
- 2:42Speaker 1: It seems like it's going really slow but really fast
- 2:45Speaker 1: at the same time. It's just weird. We'll be sitting there,
- 2:49Speaker 1: it's one o'clock. Next thing I know, it's four o'clock. Yeah,
- 2:53Speaker 1: but it didn't seem like time went by that fast,
- 2:58Speaker 1: if that makes sense. It's not like I sit there
- 3:00Speaker 1: watch the clock all the time, but it's just like,
- 3:03Speaker 1: where did the time go? Because it didn't feel like
- 3:07Speaker 1: it was that long. So I'm just yeah, time is
- 3:12Speaker 1: just very interesting, and it's been like that entire time
- 3:16Speaker 1: I've been here. Doesn't seem like the days are long.
- 3:25Speaker 1: I begin up trying to get six to seven hours
- 3:29Speaker 1: of sleep based on the time zone, like all these factors,
- 3:34Speaker 1: and get ready. I have to drive an hour and
- 3:36Speaker 1: a half to get to where my mom is, where
- 3:39Speaker 1: we stay until ten sometimes eleven o'clock at night, have
- 3:44Speaker 1: to drive an hour and a half back. Energy is
- 3:47Speaker 1: great the entire time, even driving doesn't even seem like
- 3:53Speaker 1: we're driving for an hour and a half, two hundred
- 3:56Speaker 1: miles a day that we're going and it's it seems
- 4:01Speaker 1: like nothing. My energy level is good the entire time.
- 4:04Speaker 1: I could be sitting in a room and just be like, ooh,
- 4:07Speaker 1: I could just close my eyes right now. But we'll
- 4:11Speaker 1: pack up, get in the vehicle. I'm been the driver
- 4:15Speaker 1: every day for most of the days, and I have
- 4:21Speaker 1: all the energy I need to make that drive at
- 4:25Speaker 1: eleven o'clock at night, and boy, when I hit the bed,
- 4:30Speaker 1: bo I am out. So it's just been very very
- 4:34Speaker 1: interesting process.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Nice And then we were talking a little bit before
- 4:39Speaker 2: we started the meeting, just maintaining your own energy with everything,
- 4:44Speaker 2: you know, because it's so easy for a lot of
- 4:46Speaker 2: people to lose focus on themselves and totally devote all
- 4:49Speaker 2: the focus onto someone else. And that's where we actually
- 4:52Speaker 2: do a disservice to ourselves and others, because then we're
- 4:55Speaker 2: trying to nurture someone or feed someone with love from
- 4:58Speaker 2: an empty cup or not a not an overflowing cup.
- 5:01Speaker 2: And so you've been managing that as well. So that's
- 5:04Speaker 2: pretty pretty awesome.
- 5:07Speaker 1: It's so many less so we could do so many
- 5:10Speaker 1: videos just off this experience. As you talk about that,
- 5:15Speaker 1: one of the things I started recently. It's an interesting
- 5:20Speaker 1: thought process. You know, we go through school and they
- 5:22Speaker 1: grade us on our work ABC D F right as
- 5:28Speaker 1: a plus, you're somewhere in this scale of how you're
- 5:32Speaker 1: doing with your schoolwork. So I started doing that with
- 5:35Speaker 1: just me in general, and I was thinking about, actually
- 5:42Speaker 1: this morning, if I were to give myself a grade
- 5:45Speaker 1: on how well I've been taking care of myself C
- 5:50Speaker 1: plus B minus reason, I've been inside so much. I've
- 5:56Speaker 1: not spent much time outside to get you know, that
- 6:00Speaker 1: breath of fresh air or move my body. So in
- 6:04Speaker 1: that aspect, not so good. But in the aspect of
- 6:08Speaker 1: making sure I'm hydrated, i'm eating, I've been eating fairly
- 6:13Speaker 1: well things like that B plus. You know, somewhere in
- 6:19Speaker 1: there attitude. Out of the entire time I've been here,
- 6:24Speaker 1: I had one day for about a two hours where
- 6:30Speaker 1: my stress lid popped. So as far as attitude goes
- 6:36Speaker 1: a minus overall, Like you know, so I just when
- 6:39Speaker 1: I think about those things, it's like, Okay, well, if
- 6:42Speaker 1: I think about grading myself in those ways, the next
- 6:46Speaker 1: step is how do I improve? And I'm always going
- 6:49Speaker 1: to have opportunities, so the next then when the next
- 6:53Speaker 1: when the next experience comes where it's kind of a
- 6:57Speaker 1: stressful time. Maybe I'm at an A sit of an
- 7:00Speaker 1: as right, and then always the goal is to get
- 7:05Speaker 1: an A plus. So I just I don't know. I
- 7:09Speaker 1: just started thinking about that about two weeks ago. I
- 7:11Speaker 1: think of, Wow, if I were to grade myself, what
- 7:16Speaker 1: kind of grades would I give? What would I assign
- 7:19Speaker 1: to me? And it's really been a helpful process in
- 7:23Speaker 1: another way of scaling my personal development.
- 7:27Speaker 2: So and it's nice because you're taking inventory about how
- 7:32Speaker 2: you're responding and how you're traveling through the day. It's
- 7:37Speaker 2: it's it brings you into more of an awareness. I
- 7:40Speaker 2: feel like focused on them now.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Because when you think about your day, for me example,
- 7:47Speaker 1: in this whole thing, like just talking to the doctors
- 7:53Speaker 1: and the nurses, how am I interacting with them? What
- 7:56Speaker 1: are my thought processes about them? How am I feeling
- 7:59Speaker 1: around them? How am I feel about what they're saying? Like,
- 8:01Speaker 1: there's so many components just in interacting with one person,
- 8:06Speaker 1: and we have multiple people coming in and out of
- 8:09Speaker 1: a room I'm a hospital room, and the different tasks
- 8:13Speaker 1: that they're doing and the different information that they're giving. Okay, well,
- 8:16Speaker 1: how am I doing and retaining that information? I mean
- 8:19Speaker 1: I've been I have been on my game with that
- 8:21Speaker 1: that has been I've even surprised myself because you know,
- 8:25Speaker 1: a lot of time, I don't even know what I
- 8:26Speaker 1: did two hours ago. I'm just like, I don't know.
- 8:28Speaker 1: I'm just going through the motions, doing it and moving on.
- 8:31Speaker 1: But you know, having these conversations, I have been on
- 8:36Speaker 1: my a game. And then there's you know, again taking
- 8:40Speaker 1: care of myself. How am I doing within myself? How
- 8:42Speaker 1: am I doing with my spirituality? How am I doing
- 8:44Speaker 1: with myself talk? How am I doing about keeping staying
- 8:49Speaker 1: in alignment with what my facts are right now instead
- 8:53Speaker 1: of going down a worry road? You know. So so
- 8:57Speaker 1: just so many components when you looking, when you're looking
- 9:00Speaker 1: at any given situation.
- 9:03Speaker 2: And so you're being in the now all the time, even.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Driving and I'm driving, I'm just like looking around and
- 9:11Speaker 1: and it's a great when you're on the road for
- 9:13Speaker 1: an hour and a half or three hours a day,
- 9:15Speaker 1: it gives you a lot of time to think about
- 9:17Speaker 1: what you want. And that's been it. It's like, Okay,
- 9:22Speaker 1: my mom is an hour and a half away. The
- 9:24Speaker 1: rehab facility that that would provide the care that she
- 9:27Speaker 1: needs is forty five minutes away, So where's focus. I'm
- 9:30Speaker 1: focusing on. She's there, she's our They've are PaperWorks done, transport,
- 9:35Speaker 1: transportation's done. She's like so much time just to focus
- 9:39Speaker 1: on what I want to happen. And that's been Actually,
- 9:47Speaker 1: this these past two weeks has been the easiest thing
- 9:50Speaker 1: for me to do ever, is focusing on what I
- 9:53Speaker 1: want to see happen. And uh uh oh overachiever in
- 10:00Speaker 1: that one, A plus plus plus plus overachiever.
- 10:03Speaker 2: It's been great, well master creator. Right, So you've been
- 10:06Speaker 2: in this school the whole time. Yeah, so the grading
- 10:11Speaker 2: makes sense. It makes sense to grade yourself because you're
- 10:13Speaker 2: in the school right now about this learning and you're
- 10:15Speaker 2: doing it, and you're doing it. That's awesome. It's it's
- 10:19Speaker 2: so amazing because you're doing it with awareness.
- 10:21Speaker 1: And I'm doing it, like you said earlier, I'm doing
- 10:24Speaker 1: it outside of my comfort zone because I'm around people
- 10:27Speaker 1: I'm not around. I'm in a completely different state in
- 10:31Speaker 1: our country for the past two weeks with people I
- 10:35Speaker 1: hardly ever talked to and they're family members, right, And
- 10:42Speaker 1: so having that ability to bring me and my package
- 10:48Speaker 1: into other people's spaces and still maintain me and not
- 10:52Speaker 1: get caught up in them. So so many lessons have
- 10:58Speaker 1: been learned, so many it's been great.
- 11:02Speaker 2: I think that's the trend these days, though. I feel
- 11:05Speaker 2: like a lot of people are going to understand this
- 11:08Speaker 2: because they're going through a lot of things as well.
- 11:10Speaker 2: And it is a growth, it's and it's not a
- 11:13Speaker 2: growth if we're in a victim mentality or a victim
- 11:16Speaker 2: state of it, because then it doesn't feel like a growth.
- 11:18Speaker 2: It feels well, it feels like a growth, all right,
- 11:20Speaker 2: but it doesn't feel like growth. You don't feel like
- 11:22Speaker 2: you're evolving, But the whole time, you are. As soon
- 11:24Speaker 2: as you learn how to surrender, and that's what you've
- 11:28Speaker 2: done being around people that you don't know how to
- 11:31Speaker 2: navigate around. Because we can learn how to navigate around others,
- 11:34Speaker 2: we know what you know, what's going to trip their triggers,
- 11:37Speaker 2: what's not going to trip their triggers, And we kind
- 11:38Speaker 2: of modify in a lot of ways ourselves, and so
- 11:43Speaker 2: being able to maintain self and you know, if you're
- 11:47Speaker 2: always doing everything or speaking from a loving space, that
- 11:50Speaker 2: makes all the difference in the world too. Doesn't matter
- 11:52Speaker 2: how you're showing up, really, as long as you're showing up.
- 11:54Speaker 2: When that space of love, it's always going to be
- 11:56Speaker 2: the right thing that needed to be said. Then that
- 11:59Speaker 2: the right thing that needs to be felt or created.
- 12:03Speaker 1: And another part of that loving yourself is asking for
- 12:06Speaker 1: what you want, even verbally. So even for this, even
- 12:12Speaker 1: for this today, to be able to sit here and
- 12:17Speaker 1: record this podcast, I had to act because I'm staying
- 12:19Speaker 1: with my aunt and I had to ask her. I'm like,
- 12:24Speaker 1: she leaves in the morning to go do some things,
- 12:26Speaker 1: and I said, when will you be back? I said,
- 12:30Speaker 1: I have a here. We're an hour head. So I
- 12:33Speaker 1: was like, you know, at this time, I have a
- 12:35Speaker 1: podcast to do to record, and I just kind of
- 12:41Speaker 1: need an idea where I could set up to do that.
- 12:45Speaker 1: And she's like, oh, I want to do go do
- 12:48Speaker 1: my things. I'll just make sure I don't come back
- 12:50Speaker 1: till after twelve our time. And I said, I said, okay, Well,
- 12:57Speaker 1: you know there's another area in that and the house
- 13:00Speaker 1: where I could go set up. And I'm okay with no.
- 13:03Speaker 1: She says, the lighting's great in here. You just sit
- 13:06Speaker 1: up in here and I'll just go do my things
- 13:07Speaker 1: and I'll come back later. I said, okay, So in again,
- 13:13Speaker 1: as you know, each time we do a recording, I
- 13:16Speaker 1: typically am comparing myself to what I've would have done before,
- 13:20Speaker 1: and I would have been a basket case just thinking
- 13:22Speaker 1: about having to do this recording.
- 13:24Speaker 2: Okay, I would have.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Been like I don't know what to do and not
- 13:29Speaker 1: like in the past few years. But my old self,
- 13:33Speaker 1: old self, I would have felt like I was being
- 13:38Speaker 1: a burden to other people because I'm taking up their space.
- 13:41Speaker 1: They have to leave their home so I can do
- 13:43Speaker 1: my thing. You know, it's just all these components, and
- 13:46Speaker 1: it's like, well, I'm out of my element. You know,
- 13:51Speaker 1: when I'm at home, I know my space where I
- 13:53Speaker 1: can do this. I'm out of my element. So I
- 13:56Speaker 1: have to ask for what I need, what I want,
- 14:01Speaker 1: or find a way to pivot and be flexible and
- 14:05Speaker 1: work around each other. And you know, when my natural
- 14:11Speaker 1: state of being as being an introvert, and for us
- 14:14Speaker 1: to communicate what we want, it takes a lot of practice.
- 14:17Speaker 1: So I've been practicing this for a very very, very
- 14:20Speaker 1: very long time and to be able to be where
- 14:21Speaker 1: I'm at right now to say here's what I have
- 14:24Speaker 1: to do, what's the best way to do it? How
- 14:28Speaker 1: can you know? I accommodate you and your home, and
- 14:30Speaker 1: you accommodate me, Like, how can we work through this?
- 14:34Speaker 1: And everything's been working well, so she said, you know,
- 14:39Speaker 1: we hardly see each other. We actually, I've been here
- 14:41Speaker 1: for two weeks and we hardly ever see each other.
- 14:44Speaker 1: And she goes, it's like having a roommate I don't
- 14:46Speaker 1: ever see and I said, Okay, well, something's working.
- 14:50Speaker 2: So it's amazing because it's learning communication, right, and it's
- 14:56Speaker 2: learning not to put yourself last, it's learning to and
- 14:59Speaker 2: it's also tea teaching. It's not even just all the
- 15:01Speaker 2: learning stuff, it's the teaching stuff for those around you, Yeah,
- 15:06Speaker 2: teaching them how to communicate more and from a loving space,
- 15:10Speaker 2: from a neutral space.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Right. So, like I said earlier, there's just so many
- 15:17Speaker 1: things have come out of this experience. And that's one
- 15:20Speaker 1: of the things I just have kept saying to God
- 15:23Speaker 1: and the angels and you of ours. I'm like, okay, whatever,
- 15:26Speaker 1: I am open to learn, whatever it is I'm supposed
- 15:28Speaker 1: to learn from this experience. And I know it's not
- 15:31Speaker 1: just for me. It's for my mom, it's for the
- 15:33Speaker 1: other people involved. It's for the doctors and nurses. It's
- 15:36Speaker 1: like all of us matter. Everybody involved matters, and we
- 15:41Speaker 1: are all supposed to get something out of this experience.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Like the nurses, there's all the nurses I've taken care
- 15:50Speaker 1: of my mom. They're just like, she is such a delight.
- 15:52Speaker 1: We just love coming in our room and interacting with her.
- 15:54Speaker 1: She's just she's so nice and sweet. And of course
- 15:58Speaker 1: I chime in, I'm like, why nice to them and
- 16:00Speaker 1: not me type of thing. They're constantly laughing. We're laughing
- 16:04Speaker 1: all the time, even because my mom during her during
- 16:07Speaker 1: her shadow surgery procedure and through that, she had a
- 16:13Speaker 1: minor stroke. So she's had to learn to talk and
- 16:17Speaker 1: eat and use her right hand arm. And she's very cognitive.
- 16:27Speaker 1: She understands everything. She she she just is struggling. She
- 16:32Speaker 1: can't her mouth and her brain aren't at the same speed.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Like the thoughts are there and they're coming fast, but
- 16:39Speaker 1: she can't. Yeah right, I'm like I do that sometimes too,
- 16:44Speaker 1: Just so anyway, she can't articulate her words with the
- 16:49Speaker 1: thoughts that she's having, and so she'll just she'll just
- 16:53Speaker 1: ramble out some gimberish and we all just start laughing,
- 16:58Speaker 1: even her. We're just we're not you know, coddling to it.
- 17:02Speaker 1: Oh poor you. You know she's not depressed about it.
- 17:05Speaker 1: We just start laughing about her and tell her, you
- 17:08Speaker 1: know what, mom, let me ask some shots to quila
- 17:09Speaker 1: and I'll be able to understand you better, you know,
- 17:11Speaker 1: just really keeping it lighthearted and and fun and interesting.
- 17:18Speaker 1: So you know, that's the experience with the nurses because
- 17:23Speaker 1: they have other patients. They're just like this patient down
- 17:27Speaker 1: the hall. You know, I don't know, right, but they
- 17:29Speaker 1: don't tell us details, but they're just like, we love
- 17:31Speaker 1: coming into your mom's room.
- 17:34Speaker 2: That shifts the energy, right, So isn't that so interesting?
- 17:37Speaker 2: And then the timeframe that all of us is happening
- 17:38Speaker 2: is not by an accident. It's not even the person
- 17:41Speaker 2: that's down the hall is receiving this energy in some way,
- 17:44Speaker 2: shape or form. They might get a little bit grumpy
- 17:49Speaker 2: if they hear a but laughter down the hallway, but
- 17:51Speaker 2: it's all that is letting them know, is there's the
- 17:53Speaker 2: trigger because that their little child wants to be a
- 17:56Speaker 2: participant in that as well. Yeah, and then doesn't know
- 17:59Speaker 2: how to have know how to ask, doesn't know how
- 18:01Speaker 2: to communicate, and doesn't know how to have healthy boundaries
- 18:04Speaker 2: in all these amazing things.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Yep. So just all in all, it's been a great experience.
- 18:14Speaker 1: I know what's happening for a reason I'm here. I'm
- 18:16Speaker 1: here for it and just rolling with it. So I
- 18:23Speaker 1: think one of the of course, as with any experience,
- 18:27Speaker 1: one of the biggest experiences, is UH taking care of
- 18:32Speaker 1: me maintaining my mental, emotional, physical, spiritual states in a
- 18:38Speaker 1: way that I can, and then also recognizing, as I
- 18:44Speaker 1: said earlier, where could I have improved or where can
- 18:48Speaker 1: I improve? And so.
- 18:51Speaker 2: Yeah, I love it.
- 18:55Speaker 1: So deep breath and staying a big piece of it too,
- 19:03Speaker 1: is remembering to breathe and stay relaxed because the other people,
- 19:12Speaker 1: I'm not kidding one bit. Since I have been here,
- 19:14Speaker 1: I've slept every single night. You know a lot of
- 19:20Speaker 1: times in situations I wouldn't years ago, I wouldn't have slept.
- 19:24Speaker 1: I'd be exhausted. There's no way I'd be able to
- 19:27Speaker 1: drive two hundred miles every single day. I've been driving
- 19:30Speaker 1: two hundred miles every single day for two weeks, so
- 19:34Speaker 1: almost three thousand miles that I've put on just driving
- 19:38Speaker 1: every day. So if I would if I would be
- 19:44Speaker 1: in that worry state or frustrated state, like angry, any
- 19:48Speaker 1: any other state than being able to be relaxed focusing
- 19:52Speaker 1: on what is focusing on what I want, like doing
- 19:56Speaker 1: those steps, I would be a back skit case. I
- 20:00Speaker 1: would be exhausted. There's no way I would be able
- 20:04Speaker 1: to clearly be thinking and be able to retain the
- 20:08Speaker 1: information that the doctors and nurses are telling us. And
- 20:16Speaker 1: the other people around me have been in a worry state,
- 20:20Speaker 1: They have lost sleep, They can feel the stress in
- 20:24Speaker 1: their body. You know when you carry stress for a
- 20:28Speaker 1: long time and then finally you take that breath and exhale,
- 20:31Speaker 1: and it just all like days of stress that you're
- 20:34Speaker 1: hanging on to and you finally exhale, and then they
- 20:36Speaker 1: start feeling the aches and pains. That's what they're all
- 20:40Speaker 1: going through. I'm me, I'm like.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Good, So.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Just keep doing what I'm doing and I can do better.
- 20:49Speaker 1: And I even know that.
- 20:52Speaker 2: Nice and you're the metronome for everybody else, or that
- 20:57Speaker 2: you come intose spaces so that everybody else can start
- 21:00Speaker 2: vibrating at your frequency. Why because it feels better.
- 21:04Speaker 1: That's right, Like I don't have time for your bs,
- 21:10Speaker 1: and it could be I don't have time for your
- 21:11Speaker 1: bullshit and I don't have time for your belief systems
- 21:14Speaker 1: because the way you think and the way I think
- 21:17Speaker 1: are on opposite ends of the spectrum. And that's okay, Yeah,
- 21:23Speaker 1: it is okay. So I love them where they're at.
- 21:26Speaker 1: They don't understand where I'm at, and it's okay.
- 21:30Speaker 2: But then they can only love from where they're at,
- 21:33Speaker 2: right right. So, and it's like when when you love yourself,
- 21:36Speaker 2: it doesn't matter where someone else is loving you're from,
- 21:38Speaker 2: because you love yourself.
- 21:40Speaker 1: Yep, yep. So these conversations people are seeking and as

- 23:00Speaker 1: have me?
- 23:00Speaker 2: Final words, just reminding people to be in the now.
- 23:04Speaker 2: And we can do that in so many different ways.
- 23:06Speaker 2: One of the ways I'd love to do is when
- 23:07Speaker 2: you're washing dishes and you're just watching the water come
- 23:09Speaker 2: out and watching it hit things, watching how your hands move,
- 23:13Speaker 2: just being in the now. That brings you right present
- 23:15Speaker 2: to now and that means you're not in anxiety and
- 23:18Speaker 2: you're not in fear or depressant. So simple fix to
- 23:23Speaker 2: pull you out of stuff.
