Only you get to decide if your day, in totality, is good or bad. Sure, there are lots of bad moments in some days. But if you look for them, I'm sure there's lots of good ones, too. The night my dad passed away, I was in Charlotte in a hotel room by myself, trying to go to sleep. That was a bad moment. But the love I received from my brothers, cousins, aunts, uncles, my wife, and so many more people was inspiring. It's your choice in the end. Find all the bad in a day, or look for the good.
