- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, so we're going to jump into our article today,
- 0:05and the article we're going to discuss is about the
- 0:09unsealed testimony that dropped, and specifically we're going to be
- 0:14talking about the massage portion. Now, we have an article
- 0:20from New York Post and the author is Ben fure Heard.
- 0:25The headline is massage testimony Guielaine Maxwell fault to keep
- 0:29hidden is unsealed. Now, obviously we know that this does
- 0:33not fall under the blanket of private interactions that PRESCA
- 0:42talked about. This is obviously something that is pertinent to
- 0:46the case. This is something that is important to understand
- 0:53what occurred and to understand why Maxwell is under fire.
- 0:58So that's why PRESCO released to this portion of it
- 1:01and unredacted it. It is very, very crucial that everybody
- 1:05understands that Gilayne Maxwell is a liar and according to
- 1:11all of this evidence that we have, the circumstantial evidence.
- 1:15Sureley points that way, the deposition Sureley point that way,
- 1:19and the prosecution seems to think the same. Gilaine Maxwell's
- 1:25own lawyers aren't jumping up and down and going crazy
- 1:29like it's a house of pain video saying that she's innocent.
- 1:33It's all about technicalities. It's all about looking for these
- 1:37loopholes or trying to find a way to wiggle off
- 1:40of the hook. This time around, though, I think that
- 1:46the fish has found themselves completely and utterly at the
- 1:54mercy of the fishermen, and that would be the prosecution
- 1:59at this point, because Maxwell certainly doesn't seem to be
- 2:03wriggling off of this hook anytime soon. Testimony is showing
- 2:09Gilayne Maxwell claiming to have never given a massage to
- 2:13her perverted ex co conspirator, fellow child abuser, general all
- 2:17around scuzbag pale and pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, or to anyone else.
- 2:24Was unsealed in a civil case Thursday after she lost
- 2:27a legal fight to keep it under wraps. So she's
- 2:31never given a massage to anyone else ever in her life. Huh,
- 2:36never once gave anyone a massage. Hmm. Interesting. We know
- 2:41that's a bunch of bs. And it's funny that she
- 2:46corners herself like this in the deposition and that she
- 2:50answers so forcefully in the deposition when she could have
- 2:53easily pleaded the fifth just like Epstein. But what she
- 2:56did was well, she sunk herself. This is why I
- 2:59talk about perjury traps. This is what they do. This
- 3:03is what the FBI does. They will set a perjury
- 3:05trap like this. And if you're not slick, and if
- 3:09you think that you're smarter, well this is the end result.
- 3:16Most times, even if they don't have something on you, well,
- 3:20they'll figure something out. They'll find a way to get
- 3:23you to lie to them. And then once you lie
- 3:25to the FBI, that's a crime. So yeah, the last
- 3:32thing you want to do is lie to people like
- 3:37this because it will come back to haunt you in
- 3:39a deposition, especially when the federal government is gunning for you.
- 3:46The excerpt, which is at the heart of a perjury
- 3:49case against the British socialite co conspirator General all Around Scusbag,
- 3:55was part of a July twenty sixteen deposition Maxwell gave
- 4:00even a civil defamation suit brought against her by Virginia Roberts,
- 4:04who claims she was recruited by Maxwell to be abused
- 4:08by Epstein and his associates. So once again you can
- 4:12see why they have so much venom for Virginia and
- 4:18why they're so gung ho and looking forward to trying
- 4:24to destroy her reputation because she has brought the goods.
- 4:29It's all of this testimony by Virginia that really opened
- 4:33the door for this and it's what moved the spotlight
- 4:37back on them. And it also gave voice to all
- 4:43of those girls who were voiceless, all of these survivors
- 4:46who have come forward and have spoken out in public.
- 4:50They have become the voice and the de facto face
- 4:53of all of the unnamed girls that have been lost
- 4:59to time or to history, or who have never even
- 5:03been reported. In this case, did you ever give a
- 5:09massage to anyone other than mister Epstein at any of
- 5:13mister Epstein's properties, An attorney for Roberts asked Maxwell, So
- 5:19right there there, the attorneys setting it up right, open
- 5:22ended question. Let's let's get the tires kicked here, Let's
- 5:26let's get her on record, and let's see how truthful
- 5:29she's going to be. And it worked. It most certainly
- 5:36worked because the way they walked her in to the
- 5:40perjury here, well, it was quite well crafted by the prosecution.
- 5:48They did their homework, they knew what they were dealing with,
- 5:51they knew the factors in the case, and then they
- 5:56used all of that to add the perjury charges on
- 6:00top of the other charges that they were preparing for her,
- 6:05And as you well know, I think that that's just
- 6:08the beginning of the end for these people, right. I
- 6:12believe that a superseded indictment is on its way, and
- 6:15that superseded indictment will contain vicious rico charges. First of all,
- 6:23I never said I gave mister Epstein a massage, Maxwell responded,
- 6:27which is absolute bs. I mean, people talked about how
- 6:32she gave Jeffrey Epstein a massage, and she's talked about
- 6:36it as well. So it's pretty funny that she thought
- 6:39that would never come back to haunt her. And here
- 6:42we are, the year twenty twenty one, twenty twenty and
- 6:46right back boomeranging around, Karma comes and smashes her directly
- 6:52in the mush Boy. It's joyful to watch, isn't it.
- 6:58Part of the excerpt is included in the Southern District
- 7:01of New York's criminal indictment against Maxwell, who faces two
- 7:05perjury charges and four charges related to her allegedly procuring
- 7:10young women for Epstein to abuse. So the federal government
- 7:18has proven here as they go after Maxwell, that they've
- 7:22been capable of this the whole time, and they sat
- 7:26on their hands, They sat on a mountain of evidence,
- 7:29the highest ranking members of the DOJ signing off on
- 7:33Epstein's non prosecution agreement. Even but now the pressure gets
- 7:40turned up on the public officials and all eyes are
- 7:43on the Department of Justice, and all of a sudden, well,
- 7:47things are moving in a different direction, aren't they. And
- 7:53while that is certainly good to see, that doesn't mean
- 7:59that there are off the hook for their non action
- 8:02and their terrible behavior previously. I truly believe that after
- 8:07all is said and done, when the smoke clears and
- 8:10convictions happened, that Senate and Congress need to convene and
- 8:15hold meetings and hold all sorts of hearings about what
- 8:22occurred here and how it was allowed to occur. And
- 8:26anybody that was involved in harboring Jeffrey Epstein's image that
- 8:33was a federal official or somebody who was elected to
- 8:36office or anything like that needs to be censored or
- 8:40needs to be charged criminally if they were involved in
- 8:43criminal acts, because what occurred previously, for the decades leading
- 8:49up to the arrest, the second arrest of Epstein and
- 8:52then Maxwell, is unacceptable and it can never ever ever
- 8:56be allowed to happen again. The Feds alleged she knowingly
- 9:03lied about the massages. Yeah, for sure she did what.
- 9:06She never gave Epstein a massage. She was the one
- 9:08who showed these girls how to give these massages. Her
- 9:10and Sarah Kellen, I mean, who does she think she's kidding?
- 9:14There are dozens and dozens of witnesses that are lined
- 9:17up against her. It's going to be absolutely insane to
- 9:24see how many people come out and act as witnesses
- 9:28against Maxwell. I bet you there's going to be a
- 9:30procession of them. Maxwell's attorneys had nevertheless sought to keep
- 9:36the excerpt redacted in the civil case, but Judge Loretta
- 9:40Presco ruled earlier this week that it should be made
- 9:43public because it does not deal with consensual sexual activity
- 9:48between adults. And this is what I talk about with
- 9:50the cross referencing. Right, we see in the criminal report,
- 9:54in the criminal charges against Maxwell, the same thing we
- 9:58see here in the de information suit. And this is
- 10:01how they got from A to B. So it's important
- 10:04for the cross referencing and as a blueprint and as
- 10:07a receipt, it does not relate to private sexual activity
- 10:14of consenting adults, but only to massages. Presca wrote in
- 10:17her decision, any private interest she has in sealing this
- 10:21portion of testimony does not outweigh the presumption of public
- 10:25access that attaches to it, that is for sure, and
- 10:29again PRESCO understands. I believe that this adds great context
- 10:33to it, and the fact that receipts are being provided
- 10:36can only be a good thing moving forward as far
- 10:40as transparency is concerned, because at the end of the day,
- 10:44there has been a complete and total breakdown when it
- 10:47comes to not only the system, but the transparency that
- 10:52we're supposed to have within the system. There has been
- 10:56none of that. So it's nice to see somebody in
- 11:00position of power like Presca trying to change things. Maxwell
- 11:08is pleaded not guilty to all the counts she is facing.
- 11:11She's awaiting trial in federal jail in Brooklyn. Epstein's survivors
- 11:16have accused Maxwell of acting as his recruiter in the
- 11:19nineteen nineties, convincing girls and young women to visit his
- 11:22properties in Florida, the Virgin Islands, and New York, where
- 11:26he would abuse them. Not only that, she is being
- 11:30accused of actually partaking in the abuse. Remember that's a
- 11:33whole different level of scum, right, that is a whole
- 11:36different level of scum. It's one thing to help Epstein
- 11:39refurbish his image, it's a whole nother thing entirely to
- 11:43be involved on the ground with the abuse. The multi
- 11:49millionaire pedophile who killed himself in a Lower Manhattan jail
- 11:53cell allegedly in twenty nineteen often groomed his survivors by
- 11:58asking them to massage. On air quotes massage. That's why
- 12:04it's laughable at best when Dershowitz acts like, oh, I
- 12:07only got a massage at Jeffrey Epstein's when everybody knows
- 12:10that massage was code word for something entirely different for Maxwell,
- 12:20big mistake for her was answering questions during that deposition
- 12:24and not following the path of her pal Jeffrey Epstein
- 12:28and pleading the fifth Sometimes, Hubris and your big mouth,
- 12:36well they come back to haunt you. I'd like to

- 13:05another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Hope that all of
- 13:09you are having a great mourning out there so far,
- 13:12and hopefully the rest of your day is even better.
- 13:16As we sit and await the verdict from the jury
- 13:21in the Galain Maxwell trial, I'm left with several questions,
- 13:26hell a lot more than several, but we'll try and
- 13:28keep the scope small here this morning. And one of
- 13:32the questions that keeps popping up in my mind is
- 13:35the massage table and what sort of relevance that had
- 13:41as far as them providing it as evidence inside of
- 13:45the courtroom. And then when you look at some of
- 13:48the other charges, the interstate charges, the charges of bringing
- 13:54girls from across state lines for sex, it starts to
- 13:58make a little bit more sick events what they were
- 14:01doing with a massage table. And this morning we're going
- 14:05to talk a little bit more about that as we
- 14:08wait for this verdict, and we're going to discuss a
- 14:11little bit more about how that massage table is relevant
- 14:16and why they were introducing it in the first place
- 14:20as evidence. Now, obviously the jury is going to take
- 14:28as much time as needed will there be a verdict today?
- 14:31I don't know, quite possible. Like I said last night,
- 14:34I have a gut feeling that there will be a
- 14:36verdict today, But that doesn't, you know, mean much. It's
- 14:40just a guess on my part. But one thing we
- 14:45do know is that the jury is going through things
- 14:49with a fine tooth comb, and they're definitely being very deliberate.
- 14:55Now does that bode well for the prosecution. Does that
- 14:59bode well well for the defense? I don't know. But
- 15:04what I will tell you is this, we are almost
- 15:08at the point where all the questions are going to
- 15:12be put to rest, and hopefully they're going to be
- 15:16replaced with some answers. Because throughout this whole entire thing,
- 15:20at least for the three years or so that I've
- 15:23been covering it, all we seem to get are a
- 15:26lot more questions and no answers. So hopefully today, tomorrow,
- 15:35next day, or two, whatever it may be, we get
- 15:38the answer at the very least on Glane Maxwell's fate.
- 15:43Because I'll tell you what, folks, after all of the
- 15:47stuff that we have read, all of the articles that
- 15:49we have been through, all of the information that we
- 15:52have porn over, it is very obvious to me that
- 15:57Glane Maxwell, the core for and the rest of Jeffrey
- 16:01Epstein's associates, should have all been arrested the first time
- 16:06around when he originally got arrested, and they were all
- 16:11let off the hook, all because of that non prosecution
- 16:14agreement and the spaghetti spined prosecutors in Florida that played
- 16:21ball with Epstein. So for all of these years, Maxwell
- 16:26has been able to avoid being in the spotlight, really
- 16:30being put under the microscope, having to answer the allegations
- 16:35presented before her. But all of that that's all ended,
- 16:42and now Glenne Maxwell is sitting there with her fate
- 16:45in the hands of what I would guess are a
- 16:48bunch of working class, middle class, lower were middle class Americans,
- 16:56and that does not seem like it's going to be
- 16:59a a good feeling for Gallainne Maxwell. When those she
- 17:03hates the most are the ones that are going to
- 17:06decide her fate. And when they do decide her fate,
- 17:10they're going to be taking a lot of things into account.
- 17:12And one of those things, like I discussed here a
- 17:15second ago in the opening, is this massage table. So
- 17:20we're gonna talk a little bit more about this massage
- 17:22table right now and how it's relevant moving forward. This
- 17:28is an article from the New York Post headline Here's
- 17:33why Epstein's massage table could land Maxwell a forty year sentence.
- 17:39This article was authored by Ben Fuerhard. Jeffrey Epstein's green
- 17:45massage table was rolled into the courtroom as evidence in
- 17:48Glaine Maxwell's trial because it's key to the top charge
- 17:52the accused madam co conspirator General all around Scusbag faces.
- 17:58The unorthodox piece of evidence was raised by Assistant US
- 18:02Attorney Alison Moe in her closing argument Monday, as she
- 18:05explained the loan sex trafficking charge against Maxwell, which involves
- 18:10an element of interstate commerce, and that's where the massage
- 18:15table comes in. Right. The interstate commerce part the sex
- 18:21trafficking count relates only to testimony from maxwell accuser Carolyn,
- 18:25who said she was groped by the disgraced socialite co
- 18:29conspirator General all around scuzbag and bipedal serpent at age
- 18:33fourteen while preparing the massage Epstein. So the idea here
- 18:40is that this table was made in California but shipped
- 18:46to Florida, and according to Alison Moe, and the prosecutors
- 18:51that would affect the interstate commerce clause, and that would
- 18:55also move forward the charges of Glen Maxwell and sex trafficking.
- 19:02So it seems like a mundane a bit of information, right,
- 19:07and kind of like a situation where when it was happening,
- 19:11we're like, why are they even introducing this massage table?
- 19:14What sort of role is that going to play? But
- 19:17it makes sense when you hear their closing statement, the
- 19:20closing arguments from the prosecution and what they're positing the
- 19:27table to mean. The charge carries a maximum sentence of
- 19:36forty years in prison, the stiffest penalty of the six
- 19:39counts against Maxwell. Because Carolyn was abused by Epstein on
- 19:43a massage table that was made in California and shipped
- 19:45to Florida. That alone affects interstate commerce, most said in
- 19:49or closing argument, and it also bolsters the argument that
- 19:54these girls were being shipped across state lines for sexual purposes.
- 20:00We all know that that was the case. We know
- 20:02that Ghlainne Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein weren't flying these girls
- 20:06all over the place out of the kindness of their hearts. Ah,
- 20:11you know, we know that you've had it rough. You
- 20:13come from a broken home, parents were on drugs, you
- 20:16were abused by your relatives. So we're gonna make your
- 20:19life better. We just want you to come hang out
- 20:21with us and get a taste of a good life. Now,
- 20:24if that was what Epstein and Maxwell were doing, boy,
- 20:27this wouldn't even be a conversation, would it. But that's
- 20:30not what they were doing. That's how they would set
- 20:33it up. We want to take care of you. We're
- 20:35gonna help you. Here's some money. Oh no, this is
- 20:40an abuse. This is normal behavior. Look at all the
- 20:42other girls doing it. Even Gallayne Maxwell, Oxford educated Posh
- 20:47Galene Maxwell is involved. And that was their whole shtick,
- 20:55wasn't it, the whole entire scam. When she was abused
- 21:04on a massage table that was manufactured in California, that
- 21:08proves that there was at least a minimal effect on
- 21:10interstate commerce, which is all that is required for this count,
- 21:14Mole told jurors. And while it seems like a weak connection,
- 21:18she is not wrong. That is all that really, uh,
- 21:22all that really matters to prove that there was minimal
- 21:26effect on interstate commerce here, and if you're going by
- 21:29the letter of the law, which they should be. Then
- 21:32that should affect Maxwell and how the jurors read these accusations.
- 21:41You can't use interstate commerce in the pursuit of criminal
- 21:46activities such as human trafficking. And again I ask you,
- 21:50like a broken record at this point, where is the
- 21:54man at charges? Where are all of the heavy ass
- 21:58federal charges that they love to drop on people. Those
- 22:04of you who have listened to this podcast, you know
- 22:07I've screamed from mountaintops about this. I've seen Rico unleashed
- 22:12on regular folks, people I care about, for things as
- 22:16ridiculous as quote unquote illegal sports gambling. Yet these people
- 22:23are able to get away with this shit for so long.
- 22:27They're able to use stuff like the massage table and
- 22:31engage in inner state commerce in the pursuit of human trafficking,
- 22:38and there's no gigantic federal pop for that. The two
- 22:43tier justice system is alive and well, folks, and it's
- 22:46right there in front of all of your faces. You
- 22:49just have to be willing to see what's going on here.
- 22:52And I don't care what side of the political aisle
- 22:54you're on. Guess what, it doesn't matter to them either. Okay,
- 22:58if you're your work class. You're the working poor. You're
- 23:03nothing to them. You are a piece on the game board.
- 23:10Just look at the way they treat their endless wars.
- 23:12Look at the way they treat the poor. Ah, you
- 23:16know what, the people are starving. That's right, Let them
- 23:18meet war. And on and on and on it goes.
- 23:24Jurors must also weigh a number of other elements to
- 23:27convict Maxwell on the count, including whether she knew Carolyn
- 23:30was under eighteen, that she knowingly recruited her, and that
- 23:35she caused Carolyn to engage in a commercial sex act.
- 23:38Most said, check, check, check, check, she knew Carolyn was
- 23:41under eighteen, she knowingly recruited her, and she caused Carolyn
- 23:45to engage in a commercial sex act. All of that,
- 23:49all the boxes are checked. So with that, the jury
- 23:55should take a look at this and see exactly what
- 23:57we're seeing as well. And again it seems like a
- 24:00mundane fact, right, the massage table. And it's not a
- 24:05huge piece of evidence, right, like a huge piece of
- 24:08evidence that you would traditionally see. But it does put
- 24:12the pieces together here and it ties together their commercial
- 24:17sex act in an interstate manner. So that is what
- 24:22the whole entire premise behind this table is and was.
- 24:26After her summation, Maxwell defense attorney Bobby Sternham objected to
- 24:30the characterization of the table affecting interstate commerce, but was
- 24:34overruled by Judge Alison Nathan. Of course, the massage table
- 24:38was used in the course of the crime here, Prosecutor
- 24:41Andrew Roorback said after Sternham raised the objection on Monday.
- 24:46So they tried to object to it the table being
- 24:49used to affect interstate commerce, meaning Maxwell's defense team, and
- 24:54they were shot down by Judge Nathan. And that's another
- 24:56reason why I'm bringing this up, because I think it's
- 24:59going to prove relevant moving forward here, obviously to get
- 25:02the charges locked in on Maxwell. So with Nathan giving
- 25:09the okay that the table did affect interstate commerce, that
- 25:13signals to the jury that this, in fact is what
- 25:17the prosecutors are asserting, that it is a piece of
- 25:22evidence used in a crime of human trafficking interstate lines
- 25:28with commerce attached to it. The massage table from the
- 25:34multimillionaire pedophiles Palm Beach estate was brought into the Manhattan
- 25:38courtroom and briefly examined by a police officer who testified
- 25:43on December third. Now, remember this massage table, this green
- 25:48massage table, was taken in the raid of Jeffrey Epstein's
- 25:53house in two thousand and five in Palm Beach, and
- 25:56Officer Parkinson, who was one of the witnesses, was the
- 25:59one who who gave the testimony in the courtroom about
- 26:02the massage table that it was the exact massage table,
- 26:06all of that stuff, confirmed that it was the evidence
- 26:09that they seized and even set it up in the courtroom.
- 26:16The dark green, collapsible table was shown to jurors as
- 26:19Assistant US Attorney Maureen Comy quizzed former Palm Beach police
- 26:24officer Gregory Parkinson about a search warrant he and other
- 26:28cops executed at the estate in two thousand and five.
- 26:31Parkinson put on black disposable gloves and briefly examined the
- 26:36table in the middle of the courtroom, about ten feet
- 26:39away from where Maxwell sat with her defense attorneys. So
- 26:43remember think back to December third, all the way back
- 26:47to the very beginning of this basically and Parkinson's testimony,
- 26:51and we talked about it a little bit then about
- 26:54the table and how you know it was seems to
- 26:58be a bit inconstant Quenchel. But later on down the road,
- 27:03when you get all of the arguments locked in, things
- 27:05start to make a little bit more sense. And that
- 27:08certainly is the case with this massage table, no doubt
- 27:11about it. He then told Komy that it was indeed
- 27:16the massage table seized from Epstein's estate on October twentieth,
- 27:20two thousand and five, the day he and other officers
- 27:23searched the mansion. Now they found a whole bevy of
- 27:27stuff in that mansion, folks, all kinds of videos and pictures,
- 27:32and who knows what the hell else they found. The
- 27:36question is where is all of that stuff? And why
- 27:41wasn't any of it used to get more convictions here?
- 27:46We also know that at some point Epstein's lawyers left
- 27:50Epstein's house in Palm Beach after the first arrest with
- 27:54a hard drive and a bag full of other stuff.
- 27:57So where did all of this stuff go? And why
- 27:59were all of Epstein's properties raided at the very same time. Oh, sure,
- 28:05we saw the raid in New York, and we saw
- 28:07in Florida. Oh we saw them head on down to
- 28:11the Virgin Islands, but not all at the same time.
- 28:14The second this asshole was arrested, the second that plane
- 28:17landed in Teterborough, they should have took him into custody.
- 28:21And at the same time they took him into custody,
- 28:23every single one of his homes should have been raided
- 28:27from New Mexico all the way down to the Virgin Islands,
- 28:31every one of them at the same time should have
- 28:33had those doors kicked in. But that didn't occur. So
- 28:36when you piecemeal it, and you do it a little
- 28:39bit out of time, of course evidence is going to
- 28:42be hidden. Of course you're going to miss things, and
- 28:44of course Epstein's going to be able to continue with
- 28:48his disgusting deviancy. It's from the second floor south bathroom
- 28:56where the shower was, he said. The jury and the
- 28:59max Well trial deliberated for a full day Monday and
- 29:02sent four notes to the judge requesting transcripts of testimony
- 29:06and clarifications on what evidence they can consider for the
- 29:10counts against her. So as we sit here today, folks,
- 29:14and we wait for this verdict, as we wait for
- 29:16the jury to come back with a decision on Glaine
- 29:19Maxwell's future, We're left with a lot of questions still
- 29:26and a lot of people have legitimate questions. Hopefully we
- 29:32get some more answers, because I'll tell you, up until
- 29:36this point, every time you get one question answered, well,
- 29:42there's about ten more questions that come right after it.
- 29:47And it's been like that since, at the very least
- 29:50since I started looking into this case three years ago,
- 29:53and I don't see it changing anytime soon. So we'll
- 29:58see what the jury comes up with. We'll see if
- 30:00today is the day, if it's gonna take them a
- 30:03little bit longer, whatever it is, we're gonna be here
- 30:06for it every single morning, every single evening, now tomorrow,
- 30:13day after you name it, until we get this verdict.
- 30:17And then after the verdict, Oh what you think the
- 30:19conversation is over. These people are still out there running
- 30:23the streets, the people who were working with Epstein, the
- 30:28remnants of his operation, the Core four. There is still
- 30:33a very very long and sordid story to be told here, folks,
- 30:38And hopefully with a conviction of Glenn Maxwell, we start
- 30:44moving towards that whole entire story unfolding. As for this morning,
- 30:52that's gonna wrap it up, folks, And we're gonna sit
- 30:55back now and we're gonna wait to see what occurs
- 30:57throughout the day. Obviously, like usual, context episodes come in
- 31:01your way, and then tonight the evening update, hopefully the
- 31:07Verdict edition. So I hope that all of you have
- 31:10a great day and I will be back later on.

- 31:33The link that we discussed can be found in the
- 31:35description box. Come back to the Epstein chronicles. Recently, we've
- 31:41heard from several people about the way Prince Andrew conducts
- 31:45himself when interacting with people that are considered the hired
- 31:50help or people that are working for him. And let's
- 31:54say the Yelp reviews were not great. We heard that
- 32:00he would make one of the people that take care
- 32:03of the house, one of the household, you know, butlers
- 32:06or whatever, go upstairs and close the curtains even though
- 32:10he was sitting a couple of feet away. We know
- 32:13about the weird ass hide and seek game. We know
- 32:18how he would brate the hired help if his Teddy
- 32:21Bear collection wasn't put the way he likes it. But
- 32:25what we're going to hear about tonight this one is
- 32:28this is the worst, honestly, And if this lady's account
- 32:33of her interactions with Andrew are true, then it just
- 32:37goes to show you, once again the kind of person
- 32:39we're dealing with here. If he's this brazen with hired
- 32:44help with people that are not part of a human
- 32:47trafficking ring, how brazen do you think he would have
- 32:50been with girls that are provided by Epstein? And once
- 32:55again we're going to hear in this article about the massages,
- 33:00all of these dudes in their massages, and we all
- 33:04know after you dig a little bit deeper, what the
- 33:07massage really was in Epstein's circle code word for sex,
- 33:13and Prince Andrew Dershowitz all of these guys that, oh,
- 33:18it was just a massage. Yeah, that's fine. And well,
- 33:20if you're at an actual, you know, massage joint, and
- 33:23I don't mean one that Robert Kraft would be visiting.
- 33:27I'm talking about an actual legitimate spot here in Las Vegas.
- 33:30There's a bunch of them all over the strip, in
- 33:32these casinos where you're paying a boatload a doe to
- 33:35go and get worked on. And I'm sure that there's
- 33:38tons of those kinds of places in New York as well,
- 33:41wherever you are, to be honest with you, and when
- 33:44you have the kind of money that these people have,
- 33:46they could have the access to the best massage therapists
- 33:49in the world. Right. What are they doing bringing in
- 33:52girls with no experience? Oh? I get it. They're just
- 33:55such charitable people. They want to teach them the right
- 33:57way to perform a massage. Right. So, like I said,
- 34:01this article is from the Sun and the headline is
- 34:06Royal creep. Prince Andrew was my creepiest massage client and
- 34:10kept asking X rated questions about my sex life, says
- 34:13royal massage therapist. This article was authored by Rachel Dale
- 34:20and a bit of unsolicited advice. If you're getting a massage,
- 34:24you should probably save the X rated questions. Okay, it's
- 34:28probably uncomfortable enough for these massage therapists to be rubbing
- 34:32their hands all over these gross mf's bodies. Add in
- 34:36the comments and the commentary from the Peanut Gallery and
- 34:39it makes it much harder to perform their job. Nobody
- 34:42should be subjected to that nonsense. A massage therapist who
- 34:47was told to treat Prince Andrew in his bedroom, claims
- 34:50he was her creepiest client and a constant sex pest.
- 34:54This is the Prince of England, the guy that is
- 34:57being accused by Virginia of having sex with her when
- 35:02she was under age and being trafficked a bunch of receipts.
- 35:07We've seen, We've heard corroborating statements from people, we have
- 35:11the picture. But this guy who is being called a
- 35:14sex pest by this massage therapist, who I'm sure has
- 35:17no ax to grind, and he wants us to believe
- 35:21that there's no validity to what Virginia has to say
- 35:24and we should just take his word for it, zero chance.
- 35:31And that's the biggest thing for me, folks. He's provided
- 35:36nothing in the way of evidence, and all we do
- 35:39is keep hearing stories from people who are coming out
- 35:42of the woodwork now basically every other day, that have
- 35:45another story about their interactions with Andrew and how it
- 35:49made them uncomfortable or how he demeaned them or now
- 35:53in this case, had all kinds of sexual type comments
- 35:57towards this lady who's just trying to make a living.
- 36:02Emma Groombaum forty says he quizzed her on her love
- 36:05life and tried to hug her after sessions at Royal Lodge, Windsor.
- 36:09And again, why would you do that? Do you? I mean,
- 36:12do you go and hug the gas station attendant after
- 36:15he rings up your snickers bar? So why are you
- 36:18hugging your massage therapist unless, of course you guys are
- 36:21friends and you have an established relationship. Stop making people uncomfortable.
- 36:26And people like Prince Andrew, they're just so tone deaf
- 36:28and they can't read the situation. Ever. They think everybody
- 36:32wants to have his hands on them, right, nobody's ever
- 36:35told them no in his whole life, so he just assumes,
- 36:39and the reality is nobody wants this guy touching them.
- 36:43She says she swore at the Duke and stared at
- 36:45him after a remark about her bottom, adding it was
- 36:49just so tense and weird, And she says one crew
- 36:53to remark led to her, telling him it's none of
- 36:56your fucking business. So obviously he's said a few things
- 37:00to her that have crossed a line. To say that
- 37:03to the Prince of England, to say that to anybody,
- 37:06you have to be pretty fired up, you would think, right,
- 37:09And again we're talking about Prince Andrew here, so I
- 37:13don't doubt for a minute what this lady is talking about.
- 37:17What she's saying. Emma fifty speaks out today after Andrew's
- 37:23legal team said his sex case accuser, Virginia Roberts may
- 37:27suffer from false memories. Oh yeah, I'm sure that's exactly
- 37:31what it is, of false memories. So and ring up
- 37:34Elizabeth Loftus speaking of there's an article out with her
- 37:38talking about this Prince Andrew situation. We're gonna get to
- 37:41that article eventually and added to the catalog the next
- 37:43couple of days. Emma told the son, I don't want
- 37:47to sit by and not speak out about the way
- 37:49he was towards me as he calls Virginia delusional. See,
- 37:52this is what I'm talking about. Prince Andrew's playing with fire.
- 37:56And there's a lot more people out there that Andrew
- 37:59is shitt on on his way up, right, well, not
- 38:01even on his way up from his perch that he
- 38:03was born into a top of the tree. And you
- 38:06know what they say, right, you shouldn't shit on people
- 38:08on your way up the ladder because you never know
- 38:10on the way down, and you're definitely seeing it here.
- 38:13All of these people that he wronged and demeaned and
- 38:16treated like less, then they're all going to have something
- 38:18to say now. And that builds a huge profile of
- 38:21Andrew and a look behind the scenes that people weren't
- 38:25privy to before. And remember, he was being protected all
- 38:28the way up until at least twenty fifteen with Amy
- 38:31Robach and the interview being quashed by ABC. She also
- 38:38said that Andrew Andrew was a constant sex pest and
- 38:42tried to hug her after sessions, always insisted on being
- 38:45naked apart from one of his own towels. Sounds like
- 38:48it's good, buddy, Jeffrey Epstein, doesn't it same way Jeffrey
- 38:51Epstein was conducting himself. Now, I'm not saying he was
- 38:54physically raping anybody. We haven't heard that yet besides from Virginia.
- 38:59But let's be very clear here, this is the same
- 39:02kind of mo the same kind of nonsense. Fellow travelers,
- 39:05as I always say, demanded full body massages were always
- 39:10carried out in his bedroom despite her objections. How within
- 39:13minutes of their first session, he asked her a highly
- 39:16personal question about her sex life. Again, not the place
- 39:20nor the time. You're the Prince of England. You're getting
- 39:24a massage. Why are you asking this woman about her
- 39:27sex life making her uncomfortable? And you mean to tell
- 39:30me he was only in Thailand to see the sites
- 39:32right when him and Epstein were hanging out topless on
- 39:35the boat. He's just there to see the sights. But
- 39:37he's asking this massage therapist who is in the royal,
- 39:41on the royal grounds, these personal questions about her sex
- 39:44life and all sorts of other nonsense. You see why
- 39:48I don't believe the BS that's being pitched by him
- 39:51and his surrogates. I don't believe it because it is
- 39:54not believable. Emma was a thirty four year old sports
- 39:59massage therapist at the Wentworth Club in Surrey when she
- 40:03started treating Andrew's ex wife Sarah Ferguson in early two
- 40:06thousand and five. Fergie recommended her services and Andrew staff
- 40:12got in touch. I'm sure Emma rude the day. Huh
- 40:15and Fergie again, another person who is sitting around acting
- 40:19like Andrew's this great guy. I'm sure that he never
- 40:22goes off the handle when it's just you guys. I'm
- 40:24sure he treats the staff fantastically when it's just YouTube
- 40:26behind closed doors and everybody else has the wrong idea.
- 40:32Fergie recommended her services, and Andrew's staff got in touch.
- 40:37Emma first met him that summer, a few months after
- 40:39the first sex claims against the Duke's pal Jeffrey Epstein
- 40:43emerged in the US. Now again, we know that Jeffrey
- 40:48Epstein loved his massages too, And it all goes hand
- 40:51in hand, right, you know, we talk about the big
- 40:53the big puzzle, and putting the pieces together, starting at
- 40:56the corners and working your way towards the middle. And
- 40:59we're starting to see a real clear picture of what's
- 41:03going on here and the kind of person that Andrew
- 41:06is was and always will be. And we don't need
- 41:09to have any kind of like excavation here either, Right,
- 41:12It's a pretty easy picture to see. Emma, a freelancer
- 41:19who was not knowingly vetted by palace staff, visited Andrew
- 41:23six times that year. She said, I had a lot
- 41:25of high profile clients and I often visited their homes,
- 41:29but Andrew was very different. He was a constant sex
- 41:32pest right from the start. I just don't get it. Honestly,
- 41:36I really don't get it. You're the Prince of England.
- 41:38You literally could have just about any woman you want.
- 41:41If you're not being an animal. Just have at least
- 41:44a little bit of drip, a little bit of swag,
- 41:47a little bit of game, and you could have just
- 41:50about any woman you want. Man. But here you are
- 41:53harassing this lady who's trying to give your fat ass
- 41:56a massage, your gross ass and massage. Oh then again,
- 41:59maybe not. Maybe Emma is misremembering too. Maybe this was
- 42:03a stunt double she was giving the massage to. Did
- 42:05anybody call a old lady Victoria and get a scoop
- 42:09from her? Emma says that she first got a call
- 42:14from the Duke's personal secretary inviting her to the Royal
- 42:17Lodge in Windsor Great Park. She added, that was unusual
- 42:21to ask me to come on a Sunday afternoon, but
- 42:24I said yes, and one along at about six pm
- 42:26as arranged. And I'm not gonna talk about that. Even
- 42:30I don't know what is the normal what's the normal
- 42:32schedule to get a massage? I guess whenever your back hurts, right,
- 42:35So I don't know anything about that I knew the
- 42:37park because my horse was kept there. I took my
- 42:40own table, which I always use because it is set
- 42:43at the right height for me to do the massage properly.
- 42:46But when I got there, I got told no, he
- 42:49will only use his own table. So right off the bat, no,
- 42:53he'll only use his own table. Now again, I could
- 42:55understand that, right if you're some rich guy, some prince,
- 42:58I guess you don't want to, you know, lay on
- 43:00some other table where other people have been laying with
- 43:03their nether regions splayed across it. I guess I can
- 43:06get that. Can't really give them too much shit for that,
- 43:08as much as I love piling on this clown. I
- 43:12was led through the house by a member of staff.
- 43:15I followed him up a couple of flights of stairs
- 43:17and ended up in the bedroom a very impressive master suite.
- 43:21I said, oh, I'm not really comfortable doing this in
- 43:23his bedroom. I looked at the massage table and I said,
- 43:27and that is much too high. It was up to
- 43:30my hips, so I'd be kind of massaging at boob level,
- 43:33which is something I obviously didn't want. So I said,
- 43:37can we move it out of the bedroom? I'm not comfortable.
- 43:40So again, right away she shows up and she has
- 43:43one thing in mind, thinking, you know, all right, well,
- 43:45it's gonna be a regular old massage. I'll show up,
- 43:47got my table, I'll give this dude a massage, and
- 43:50I'll be on my way. But it's not like that,
- 43:52not in a common room, or a sports medicine room,
- 43:56or the family room, his bedroom. But I was told
- 44:02it wasn't an option. This is the way the Duke
- 44:05liked it. He always had massages in his bedroom, and
- 44:08he liked to be close to his bed to roll
- 44:10into bed after. I mean, God forbid, you gotta walk
- 44:14five hundred feet or up a flight of stairs. Huh,
- 44:16your Royal highness, Uncle Touchy the Joe exotic of the
- 44:21Windsor family. I was told not to make a fuss.
- 44:25I didn't know what else to say, and the staff
- 44:28member left. Emma says she then attempted to lower the
- 44:31table to a level for a deep tissue massage. So
- 44:35the staff members like, look, I'm not good. I'm not
- 44:37dealing with this shit. You can deal with old Jeoffrey
- 44:41the senior over here and deal with his nonsense. I'm out.
- 44:44Don't touch the table. This is what he wants, this
- 44:46is what he likes, she added. I dropped to the
- 44:51floor and started to adjust the bed. I heard a voice, Hey,
- 44:55nice ass. All right, I'm not even gonna repeat this,
- 44:58do you? Uh? He says after that, Hey, nice ass?
- 45:02And then do you take it up the you know what,
- 45:06That's a delicate one there, huh. I'm not even gonna
- 45:10delve into that. But I mean, are you kidding me
- 45:11right now? You say that to somebody, someone that you
- 45:14hire to give you a massage, do you take it
- 45:18up the And hey, nice ass? I mean, wow, what
- 45:23a depraved six son of a bitch. And again, look,
- 45:26if you're gonna be this brazen with your massage therapist,
- 45:29how are you conducting yourself in the privacy of the
- 45:32home of one of the most prolific sex predators, child abusers,
- 45:39and human traffickers in modern history. Pretty sure it's a
- 45:43free for all. I stood up quickly and turned around.
- 45:47I was up against the massage table and he was
- 45:50up against me, eyeball the eyeball almost touching. He was
- 45:53really close, and I went, none of your fucking business,
- 45:56and he just looked at me in sort of a
- 45:58dead stare and said, you can't talk to me like that.
- 46:01I said, well, you can't speak to me like that.
- 46:04Good for her, Good for her, just because this dude's
- 46:06the Prince of England. Don't mean shit. Tell you what.
- 46:10So if this was my lady, my girl, and she
- 46:13was out giving this dude a massage, oh you better
- 46:15believe he's catching a fade. Talk to somebody like this,
- 46:19somebody's mom, somebody's sister, somebody's aunt. Dude acts like he
- 46:22doesn't have daughters or women he cares about. This is
- 46:25the way you conduct yourself. This is what you think
- 46:27of women. There was then a momentary silence where I
- 46:33was sort of staring at him, and I tried to
- 46:34step sideways and get away from being up against the table.
- 46:37It was just so tense. It was really weird. But
- 46:40I have had stupid comments over the years. And I
- 46:43just said, look, are you going to behave get your
- 46:45robe off and lie down and let me do my work,
- 46:47or I'm leaving. And he said, no, I think we're
- 46:49going to get on just fine. So he's used to
- 46:53this kind of stuff, right, talking to people in this manner.
- 46:55It wasn't out of character. He wasn't having a bad day,
- 46:58you know, he didn't get it, slipped an extra little
- 47:01blue pill. He wasn't on Molly. This is just who
- 47:05the dude is, showing you the character behind closed doors
- 47:09of the scoundrel scumbag that he really is. And he
- 47:14slipped off his robe and got on the table. I
- 47:18always looked away as he got on the table and
- 47:20made sure there was a towel covering his modesty, but
- 47:23he was always naked under the towel. We started the massage,
- 47:26but all the way through he was talking about anal
- 47:29sex and making anal sex jokes. He asked when when
- 47:32I had last had sex? It went on and on again.
- 47:36Who do you think you are, bro? This is not
- 47:39the time nor the place. What gives you the right
- 47:42to talk to somebody like this? And again, somebody that
- 47:46you're obviously exerting power over. Not only are you the
- 47:50prince and she's a subject under the crown, but you're
- 47:53hiring her to give you this massage. This is her
- 47:56livelihood and you're out here talking about what you're talking about.
- 48:04I kept telling him to shut up, but quickly quickly
- 48:06realized he was okay with being talked at like he
- 48:09was a naughty schoolboy kind of thing. So I just
- 48:12carry it on in that vein telling him to shut up.
- 48:14And that was the pattern I saw him. Six times.
- 48:17He'd say he would get someone to pay me because
- 48:19he doesn't deal with cash. Andrew's office sent checks to
- 48:22Emma's home address, including a compliment slip from the duke. Now, look,
- 48:27you mean to tell me you ain't got no petty
- 48:29cash on hand, send me a check. Stop it. I
- 48:32come over and I do some work for you, like
- 48:34a massage or something. You better have a couple of
- 48:37bucks waiting for me. Check my ass. He paid eighty
- 48:42pounds for a seventy minute session and requested Emma services
- 48:45almost every Sunday for a while. She added, every time
- 48:49I saw him, he would try to overstep the line.
- 48:51He tried to hug me without fail. I would have
- 48:53to put my hands on his chest and push him
- 48:56off and say, look, I don't do hugs. I mean,
- 48:59I thought he didn't do public displays of affection, But
- 49:03he's doing public displays of affection here with his massage therapist. Again,
- 49:08none of his story adds up when you start hearing
- 49:11from all of these people who know him, knew him,
- 49:13were working for him, and you get the whole entire picture.
- 49:17I don't know how his surrogates can go out there,
- 49:19get online, write articles, whatever it may be, and act
- 49:23like anyone's going to take them seriously, too busy to
- 49:26prioritize your help. He asked me to watch a movie
- 49:29a couple of times. Once he said he wanted to
- 49:31make me a cup of tea and led me off somewhere.
- 49:33As I was leaving, we ended up in the kitchen
- 49:36and he said he didn't know where the kettle was.
- 49:38I just wanted to leave. I said, firmly, look where's
- 49:41the way out? And I left. Now again, remember his wife,
- 49:45Thurgae is the one who hooked this all up, and
- 49:48he's out here talking to her like this. No respect
- 49:51for his wife, ex wife, friend, whatever it might be,
- 49:53no respect for anybody. After visiting the Duke almost weekly
- 49:59for around ti two months, Emma stopped getting calls from
- 50:02his staff to arrange appointments. She said, I think it's
- 50:05because he wanted more and he was clearly not going
- 50:08to get anywhere. His advances weren't working, and I think
- 50:11his patience ran out. He always tried to turn the
- 50:14conversation to sex or jokes about sex. I tell him
- 50:18it wasn't appropriate or it just wasn't funny. Now you
- 50:21know what's funny about this? No pun intended. But you
- 50:24have Prince Andrew's team out there talking about, oh, we
- 50:27want to speak to any girls or know anything about
- 50:29Virginia Roberts. Well, what about the flip side of that.
- 50:33How many massage therapists out there have had the same
- 50:36experiences with Prince Andrew. I'm sure there's some out there,
- 50:40and I'm sure that there are plenty of people that
- 50:42would be willing to let you tell their to tell
- 50:44your story. You all know my email addresses more than
- 50:49willing to give the microphone over for a little while.
- 50:56He was a pest, but it was always in a
- 50:58matron and schoolboy way. He seemed to want me to
- 51:00tell him to shut up. He was just a creep.
- 51:03I always used to tell my girlfriends what a total
- 51:05creep he was. And again, look, we're not saying he
- 51:08assaulted this lady or anything like that, because that's not
- 51:10the case. But when you look at the whole picture,
- 51:13and you look at all of the evidence built together,
- 51:16and you know, built on the foundation of him being
- 51:20a scumbag. It's a very hard image for him to
- 51:23shake when all of these stories keep coming out and
- 51:26the only people you have coming to your defense are
- 51:29shoddy characters Conrad black dude from the intelligence agency, and
- 51:37a socialite from yesteryear. Then I just stopped getting phone calls.
- 51:45I was playing hard to get too hard. It didn't
- 51:47bother me. I had a lot of great clients, but
- 51:50I didn't see Sarah again after I started seeing the duke,
- 51:52which was odd. I didn't complain to anyone at the
- 51:55time because I thought everyone would just know what he
- 51:57was like. I was a thirty four year old woman
- 52:00and I can handle myself, and I felt I could
- 52:02handle him, and you know there, look, let me be
- 52:05very clear, there are a lot of women out there
- 52:07that dudes like this have no chance against. You get
- 52:10stupid with a woman who is strong in her beliefs
- 52:15and you know isn't from the broken home or anything
- 52:18like that. Sometimes you pick the wrong target and these
- 52:21women will tell you where to stuff it. And thankfully,
- 52:25for her sake, she was one of those type of
- 52:27women and not somebody that was, you know, cowed by
- 52:30his power. But now I see the way he's treated
- 52:35younger women. It is scary to think how I might
- 52:37have felt if I was ten years younger and less experienced.
- 52:40Exactly right. When you have less life experience, or you're
- 52:43from a broken home, you're not as confident. You're confident
- 52:46in yourself, yet it's a lot harder for you not
- 52:49to break down in advances like that or to be intimidated.
- 52:55Emma's experience echoes that of massus Monique gia Nelone, who
- 53:00told two years ago how in two thousand, a valet
- 53:03showed her Andrew's bedroom at Buckingham Palace before he came
- 53:06out of a bathroom naked. Monique's unvetted visit sparked a
- 53:10security breach after it was revealed she was introduced to
- 53:13him by Epstein's lover and Andrew's pal, Glaine Maxwell. So
- 53:18what do you think she was over there for? Just
- 53:19for the regular old massage, right, because that's what Jeffrey
- 53:22Epstein provided, just regular old massages. This dude's basically using
- 53:28the palace and the palace grounds as a brothel for himself.
- 53:36Last month, The Sun reported on claims by Andrew's x
- 53:39maid Charlotte Briggs, that he made her run up four
- 53:42flights of stairs to close curtains. He was sitting next
- 53:44to Emma Now, a successful surveyor who lives in Windsor,
- 53:49said she was speaking out because there is more and
- 53:51more evidence and noise about how he has behaved. She added,
- 53:55I just really want to add my voice and my
- 53:57experience to help if it does help at all, to
- 53:59add add context to the sort of character he is
- 54:02and how he treated me. And if that helps Virginia,
- 54:05then for fantastic. And again that's big for me. Folks.
- 54:08How long have we been talking about that here? Building
- 54:11that profile. I don't make the news. I've told you
- 54:15that a bunch of times. My job is to put
- 54:17it all together for you to make a decision on
- 54:19the way you see it. And when you look at
- 54:23everything here and you hear all of these stories, you
- 54:26hear from Emma what she's saying, You hear about the
- 54:30quote unquote massage therapist that's provided by Maxwell, and you
- 54:34know exactly what he was up to. You know exactly
- 54:36what he was up to. Ms Roberts claims that she
- 54:40was trafficked by Epstein to have sex with Andrew when
- 54:43she was seventeen. He denies all of her claims and
- 54:46faces civil trial in New York later this year. A
- 54:49spokesman for Andrew did not want a comment on Emma's
- 54:53story A twenty year history of Rubbins. Just a quick
- 54:56little blurb on some of the other instances of Andrew
- 55:00being a scuzzbag. Nineteen ninety nine, Heidi Windell, then in
- 55:04her early sixties, gave Andrew several non sexual massages on
- 55:08Jeffrey Epstein's Little Saint James in the US Virgin Islands.
- 55:12She said Andrew told her he had been bitten by
- 55:14a mosquito on his royal arse. The island was to
- 55:18become known as Epstein's pedophile Island. And again not saying
- 55:22he was abusing anyone on that island in that instance,
- 55:24but it builds a profile that shows you that he
- 55:26was there. Two thousand he invited unvetted massus Monique gian
- 55:31Loney to his palace bedroom for a treatment, then emerged
- 55:35naked from the bathroom, coming out like the creep from
- 55:39under the sheets. Two thousand and five, Andrew was a
- 55:43sex pest and made wildly inappropriate sexual remarks to a
- 55:47sports therapist. Emma has revealed in Today's son twenty ten,
- 55:52reported to have had his feet massage by a woman
- 55:54while watching the King's speech at Jeffrey Epstein's New York mansion.
- 55:58I would love to speak to whoever that was as well.
- 56:01Twenty nineteen, a stylist claiming to be an ex girlfriend
- 56:05revealed to US media how Andrew was particularly fond of
- 56:09being massaged by two women at once. Yeah, because one's
- 56:13not enough. One professional's not enough. He has so much
- 56:15body he needs two sets of hands to give him
- 56:18a massage. Give me a fucking break. Already enough with
- 56:21this clown. Enough already, well, folks, again, there you have it,
- 56:27another episode, another update coming gone, and the profile continues
- 56:33to be built for Prince Andrew and the pictures looking grim.
- 56:36His five or six surrogates that are out there, they're
- 56:39gonna be hard pressed. I'm guessing they might come out
- 56:41and say that this was all photoshopped, or this is
- 56:44a memory issue, or maybe just another body double. All right,
- 56:51that's gonna do it for tonight. I'll be back tomorrow morning, obviously,
- 56:54with another morning update in between now and then. There
