- 3:07Speaker 3: A uh see, fucking see my brother Rowan is back
- 3:12Speaker 3: from his birth. Yeah, fine, out of the womb, born again. Yeah,
- 3:19Speaker 3: it's uh daunting to be back here cracking jokes with you.
- 3:23Speaker 3: I know. I haven't cracked a joke in four weeks.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Nothing's been funny. What's what's been to laugh about?
- 3:28Speaker 3: What's funny about having kids? What's funny about the miracle?
- 3:30Speaker 3: But this ship is dead serious.
- 3:33Speaker 2: I haven't even tried to laugh.
- 3:36Speaker 3: I haven't put on. I watched every episode, though, I'll
- 3:38Speaker 3: get up first thing in the morning put on.
- 3:41Speaker 2: That's crazy.
- 3:43Speaker 3: Why, I don't know.
- 3:44Speaker 2: I guess you. I guess you're at home a lot.
- 3:46Speaker 3: So I've at home all day every day, just like
- 3:49Speaker 3: watching Manhattan across the water looking at and yeah, just
- 3:54Speaker 3: looking out into the distance. I just wanted some sense
- 3:56Speaker 3: of normalcy and community. Basically, you guys have been my
- 4:00Speaker 3: children's midwives.
- 4:01Speaker 2: When you when you were out, like like you said,
- 4:06Speaker 2: you like you said your wife wasn't able to like
- 4:08Speaker 2: get around a lot in the first couple of weeks.
- 4:10Speaker 2: So when you when you went out and like walk
- 4:11Speaker 2: the dogs, did you find yourself like trying to like
- 4:13Speaker 2: spark up conversations with like strangers and.
- 4:15Speaker 3: Ship Yeah, it was like you see the big game yea,
- 4:19Speaker 3: and they're like German tourists, how about these fucking terrorists.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Sometimes when I don't see people for a while and
- 4:28Speaker 2: I and I like go to a show or something.
- 4:30Speaker 2: After the show, I'll just like start talking to random
- 4:32Speaker 2: people until like they get to the point where they're like,
- 4:34Speaker 2: all right, man, we gotta go.
- 4:36Speaker 3: Yeah, the stink of desperation. Yeah, has definitely been clean
- 4:41Speaker 3: to me. I also have been like calling people, Oh yeah,
- 4:44Speaker 3: sure it's up man.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I do.
- 4:46Speaker 3: That all and they're like, do you need anything? Yeah,
- 4:48Speaker 3: Like what do you want to talk about?
- 4:49Speaker 2: Yeah? If I got like a slow Saturday, I'm on
- 4:52Speaker 2: the phone most of it. I'm like one of those
- 4:53Speaker 2: uber Uber drivers. I'm on the phone most.
- 4:56Speaker 3: Of the day, just like having a quiet conversation into
- 4:59Speaker 3: an earpiece. It is nice. But and I will be
- 5:01Speaker 3: like relentless about getting somebody on the line, Like if
- 5:04Speaker 3: someone won't call, I'll just come through my list, like
- 5:06Speaker 3: I need to somebody.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Just keep scrolling through that contact.
- 5:10Speaker 3: About absolutely nothing. I need to get to the bottom
- 5:12Speaker 3: of it. But I feel like I've been having the
- 5:13Speaker 3: conversations with you guys, because I've been watching the show.
- 5:17Speaker 3: It's a good podcast.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Yeah, true, I guess if you're on the show too.
- 5:21Speaker 3: Yeah, I've never I've never seen it. I never watched it.
- 5:24Speaker 3: Oh and I like who you do with the intro.
- 5:27Speaker 3: I don't really watch it.
- 5:28Speaker 2: I've never I watched the part of the episode when
- 5:31Speaker 2: it was you and Francis. Yeah, and then I watched
- 5:34Speaker 2: when you and call Him did it.
- 5:36Speaker 3: It's interesting, it's like fun to watch. And also then
- 5:39Speaker 3: I just hear all my favorite podcasters like the show too,
- 5:42Speaker 3: so I'm like, oh, yeah, Gillis watched it. Watch it.
- 5:44Speaker 2: A lot of buzz, a lot of buzz around the
- 5:47Speaker 2: boy Dad world.
- 5:47Speaker 3: Right now, I was going through uh, like I found
- 5:50Speaker 3: some other people that that follow you and Francis and
- 5:54Speaker 3: uh and the show, and I was like, fucking are
- 5:57Speaker 3: our sister's page Disorbo and Hannah Berner get the Giggly
- 6:01Speaker 3: Squad they're tapped in. Yeah, shout out to those sisters.
- 6:04Speaker 3: And then uh Noah Kahan, Oh really yeah, he follows
- 6:07Speaker 3: you as well.
- 6:08Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I know he follows me.
- 6:09Speaker 3: Yeah, and he started following me too, So it has
- 6:12Speaker 3: to be tapped into the world. So it was like,
- 6:14Speaker 3: I think that all these people are are tapped in,
- 6:16Speaker 3: and fans like they know Kahan can't be wrong. No,
- 6:20Speaker 3: shout out to Noa Kahan stick, You're the Noah Kahan.
- 6:25Speaker 3: And I'm like kind of the Hogier of the show,
- 6:32Speaker 3: kind of oh Man, and Francis is the Zach Bryan.
- 6:36Speaker 2: Oh yeah, big time. Francis is in Paris right now
- 6:39Speaker 2: getting his masters. That's why he's not here.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Dude, I've been seeing I don't know if it's because
- 6:44Speaker 3: I've missed you guys, but I've been seeing both of
- 6:47Speaker 3: you guys in my twin boys.
- 6:49Speaker 2: Really yeah, surprised.
- 6:51Speaker 3: I see I see like Francis and West like he's like, uh,
- 6:55Speaker 3: he's like he's like the bigger of the two of them,
- 6:58Speaker 3: but just like a little bit like he has like
- 7:00Speaker 3: lighter eyes, lighter hair or whatever. And then I see
- 7:04Speaker 3: you and Finn because whenever close, whenever he ships, it
- 7:10Speaker 3: goes all the way down the back. Every time he
- 7:14Speaker 3: takes a dump, it's on his shoulder blades, and I'm like, oh,
- 7:18Speaker 3: just like little its like my friend hair. I was
- 7:23Speaker 3: not prepared for their fucking dump stuit.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Oh yeah, they're dumping like crazy.
- 7:26Speaker 3: I'll unzip that fucking swaddle and sometimes there's just poop
- 7:30Speaker 3: on the bottom of their foot.
- 7:32Speaker 2: Like you can get how how babies can ship that much?
- 7:35Speaker 2: So they're not eating that much.
- 7:37Speaker 3: And it's just eating this they're they're turning fucking liquid
- 7:40Speaker 3: into liquid. No, it's like, yeah, it's like solid ship
- 7:44Speaker 3: on the caked on the bottom of a foot. Damn,
- 7:47Speaker 3: it's insane. I don't understand. All they're on is like
- 7:50Speaker 3: they're they're just drinking you know what I mean, the milk.
- 7:54Speaker 2: But I guess a strictly milk diet will probably get
- 7:57Speaker 2: it to you.
- 7:58Speaker 3: Yeah, whenever I drink milk up, so they gotta be
- 8:02Speaker 3: the same way. It's just a fucking mess. They're just
- 8:04Speaker 3: messes all the time.
- 8:06Speaker 2: What are you feeding them? Like almend or skim I got.
- 8:09Speaker 3: Them on oat.
- 8:11Speaker 2: They prefer open half.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Yeah, their whole babies. It's crazy they do uh. Since
- 8:18Speaker 3: they are twins, they'll do some stuff in like they'll
- 8:22Speaker 3: kind of like stir in like unison, Like they'll be
- 8:25Speaker 3: at different sides of the room and they'll kind of
- 8:27Speaker 3: just like both like move at the same time. It's like,
- 8:30Speaker 3: is their twin telepathy going on? And then they started
- 8:33Speaker 3: throwing up in unison. Just two guys ors going off
- 8:38Speaker 3: on the other ends of the I'm just trying to
- 8:41Speaker 3: stop up eat one of them simultaneously. Damn d The
- 8:46Speaker 3: one yesterday threw up like a fucking uh parabola into
- 8:51Speaker 3: the air projectile projectile and I'm just it got into
- 8:56Speaker 3: its ears. I never I had no idea what to
- 9:00Speaker 3: do about it. They're just bio hazards. They're just fucking
- 9:04Speaker 3: cuking all over the place.
- 9:05Speaker 2: That's crazy, just the beginning of your life. You're just
- 9:08Speaker 2: shitting and throwing up all day.
- 9:10Speaker 3: It's insane. It's all you do. And it's like there's
- 9:13Speaker 3: really there's not that much wrong with them, like like uh,
- 9:15Speaker 3: like they'll cry, but it's like they'll cry because they're hungry,
- 9:20Speaker 3: because they're like gas you have to ship, because they're tired.
- 9:22Speaker 3: It's like one of three things that you you really
- 9:25Speaker 3: just have to not even really tired, honestly, Like they'll
- 9:27Speaker 3: just go to sleep if they're tired. They're pretty easy
- 9:29Speaker 3: to figure out. But there is just a lot of
- 9:31Speaker 3: bodily fluid flying.
- 9:33Speaker 2: Around that's brutal.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Like they took their first bath. I fucking cracked open
- 9:39Speaker 3: uh or like they one just wouldn't stop crying, and
- 9:43Speaker 3: so I was like, let me do some like skin
- 9:45Speaker 3: to skin. Skin to skin is good for them, and
- 9:47Speaker 3: fucking just put the screaming baby on my chest and
- 9:49Speaker 3: he just pissed all my face. Every single lit me up.
- 9:58Speaker 2: That's crazy.
- 9:59Speaker 3: They've gotten me out of every orifice.
- 10:00Speaker 2: So they're kissing on you, they're shipping on you, they're
- 10:03Speaker 2: puking on you.
- 10:04Speaker 3: Yeah. So I mean they're my bros. They're my fucking
- 10:09Speaker 3: they're my absolute brothers. I've never been more Ferda in
- 10:13Speaker 3: my life. You know Ferda. Now you don't know Ferda. No,
- 10:18Speaker 3: you don't listen to these podcasts of like the college kids,
- 10:21Speaker 3: Oh no no, who are like the Arizona State, Like yeah,
- 10:24Speaker 3: you're seeing that.
- 10:25Speaker 2: I've seen clips, but I've never listened.
- 10:27Speaker 3: And you know, so you don't know Ferda. It's like
- 10:29Speaker 3: if you're like for the boys, the boys, oh ship
- 10:33Speaker 3: and so they'll go to parties and they'll start like,
- 10:35Speaker 3: furdada up.
- 10:42Speaker 2: And so you're saying your for your Yeah, of course
- 10:45Speaker 2: you're Ferda.
- 10:47Speaker 3: My wife's Ferdile. I'm ferd Ferdo, and I just have
- 10:52Speaker 3: these fucking boys. It was not so the day that
- 10:55Speaker 3: they that I had them, I was in here. We
- 11:00Speaker 3: recorded Son of a Boy Dad that day, no, or
- 11:03Speaker 3: day before, and we were supposed to record the next day, right,
- 11:07Speaker 3: we were supposed to record on that when we were.
- 11:08Speaker 2: Like on the fence of recording on Thursday, I think.
- 11:14Speaker 3: With a skip bayless shoot the next day, right, so
- 11:16Speaker 3: we were so it was it was Tuesday night. We
- 11:18Speaker 3: recorded Son of a Boy Dad on Monday. Then it
- 11:22Speaker 3: came out on Tuesday, yes, and then we were gonna
- 11:25Speaker 3: do another episode later that week or maybe we had
- 11:27Speaker 3: one bank or something like that. Two banks, right, So
- 11:31Speaker 3: I uh went home that night. They were scheduled they
- 11:35Speaker 3: had a like scheduled sea section because one of them
- 11:38Speaker 3: was up the other one was down, you had to
- 11:40Speaker 3: do a sea section. They had a scheduled sea section
- 11:41Speaker 3: on Saturday. But my wife was just like, could not
- 11:45Speaker 3: have been more pregnant. I just don't even know how
- 11:47Speaker 3: she's doing it because there's so much baby. When they
- 11:51Speaker 3: come out, it's like there's not only do they weigh
- 11:54Speaker 3: with they way, but and they're fucking just like this
- 11:58Speaker 3: at all times. They were just like so she was
- 12:02Speaker 3: just fucking I think she just wanted them out of her.
- 12:07Speaker 2: So what So Tuesday night she was just like, we're
- 12:09Speaker 2: going no, I mean, but once she had the date,
- 12:12Speaker 2: she was like she was relatively anxious about it.
- 12:15Speaker 3: And Tuesday, So Tuesday, we had three doctor's appointments, got it,
- 12:18Speaker 3: We had a fucking ton of doctors appoint Yes, they're
- 12:21Speaker 3: just like one after the other. We looked at them,
- 12:23Speaker 3: we saw their wage, we saw everything. Came into the office, recorded,
- 12:29Speaker 3: got home and just like she's just like tired of it,
- 12:33Speaker 3: but she also wants to get to the specific date
- 12:36Speaker 3: just so they're like fully cooked. She wants you want
- 12:38Speaker 3: them to be as cooked as possible, and like she
- 12:41Speaker 3: just throughout the like evening, it's just getting worse. She's
- 12:44Speaker 3: like brutal. Her ankles are swelling. I'm fucking first team
- 12:47Speaker 3: all husband rubbing her feet. But first team all I
- 12:55Speaker 3: was going for all pro dude, I was fucking doing
- 12:58Speaker 3: the most, being like super positive. Give her her feet rough.
- 13:03Speaker 3: She's like she can't even the beds too soft. She
- 13:05Speaker 3: needs to sleep on the couch. She needs like something
- 13:09Speaker 3: firm and like, so like twelve o'clock, I'm just in
- 13:13Speaker 3: bed scrolling. Haven't even fucking brushed my teeth. Yeah, I
- 13:16Speaker 3: think she just I can't even eat. She has such
- 13:18Speaker 3: badassi reflex. I think I have hell like some pre
- 13:22Speaker 3: made So I'm eating spicy food for the both of us.
- 13:24Speaker 3: I'm pre made ramen, of course, fucking seven chili peppers
- 13:28Speaker 3: so good. Pouring black sauce onto the fucking pre made ramen.
- 13:32Speaker 3: It's so dark and spicy. It's like twelve twelve thirty.
- 13:36Speaker 3: I'm just scrolling the phone. She's in the other room,
- 13:38Speaker 3: and I just hear I don't her water broke fucking
- 13:43Speaker 3: going to I mean, I'm you know, you're all Madden
- 13:47Speaker 3: team Dad, fucking Max contract, fucking husband super Max comments
- 13:57Speaker 3: can be she's fucking water breaking. You take that water
- 14:02Speaker 3: break is like a balloon pop. It's a continuous no.
- 14:09Speaker 3: It's like, uh, I don't even know what to tell
- 14:12Speaker 3: my dog. This is normal, trying to calm it all down.
- 14:16Speaker 3: Like earlier that night, I know.
- 14:18Speaker 2: She like screaming at this point. No, it's like it's
- 14:21Speaker 2: like pretty calm.
- 14:22Speaker 3: It's it's it's not. It's more like a like a
- 14:24Speaker 3: quiet panic, like I want to do this, and I'm like,
- 14:28Speaker 3: we got this to be fine. I had repacked all
- 14:31Speaker 3: my bags everything's by the door. She's like cycling through sweatpants.
- 14:40Speaker 3: I don't even know if I should say that cats
- 14:43Speaker 3: out of the bag and uh. And I like call
- 14:48Speaker 3: the where our parking garage is. They're not even open.
- 14:51Speaker 3: I'm like calling them, getting them on the line. And
- 14:54Speaker 3: our hospital. I'm just like your pick pick up the
- 14:59Speaker 3: fucking phone, just like blown up the work. It's just
- 15:01Speaker 3: like like Sudanese guy who's like.
- 15:03Speaker 2: Has his he's in there though.
- 15:05Speaker 3: Yeah, he's somewhere in there, but just like sleeping on
- 15:07Speaker 3: a folding chair. I'm like, you need what we need
- 15:09Speaker 3: this car? Yeah, I need to get to the hospital.
- 15:11Speaker 2: Stat It's fucked that when parking garage is clothes, Like
- 15:14Speaker 2: you're just fucked.
- 15:15Speaker 3: Yeah, I didn't think that I would have to fucking
- 15:20Speaker 3: And I'm like I like tipped him extra for the car,
- 15:22Speaker 3: just like trying to buy good karma. Yeah, so like
- 15:25Speaker 3: I'm like, Okay, we got this, just like trying to
- 15:27Speaker 3: project calm onto the situation, like walked down, got got
- 15:32Speaker 3: everything through it in the back of the car. It
- 15:35Speaker 3: usually takes forty minutes to get from our apartment in
- 15:38Speaker 3: Brooklyn to like the Upper east Side, like where the
- 15:44Speaker 3: hospital is Yeah, it's like whatever, seventieth Street or some
- 15:47Speaker 3: shit like that. I get in the car. I got
- 15:49Speaker 3: there in twelve minutes. Well, what time is it. It
- 15:54Speaker 3: was like twelve thirty. It was the middle.
- 15:56Speaker 2: That's pretty good timing for New York City.
- 15:59Speaker 3: It was perfect.
- 16:00Speaker 2: That's like, yeah, I mean that's better. Imagine if it
- 16:02Speaker 2: was like five pm.
- 16:03Speaker 3: Would we met another person in the hospital. Uh, And
- 16:07Speaker 3: they said that this woman, uh the cops found her
- 16:11Speaker 3: pulled over on the side of the road and she
- 16:14Speaker 3: was just having contractions. Holy, And so the cops like
- 16:17Speaker 3: abandoned her car there. They put her in their car
- 16:19Speaker 3: fucking just zoomed in. Like but there's not even probably
- 16:25Speaker 3: exactly you have the like we had.
- 16:29Speaker 2: They're just in dead stop traffic. Like we thought this
- 16:31Speaker 2: was gonna be a way better idea. In the moment,
- 16:34Speaker 2: you should probably go back and get your car.
- 16:36Speaker 3: You would just hop out and walking here.
- 16:38Speaker 2: It's just sitting on the Brooklyn Bridge.
- 16:42Speaker 3: And so we're like flying there and then my wife
- 16:44Speaker 3: starts having contractions in the car and she's like I'm
- 16:47Speaker 3: like I'm not having this fucking baby in the car,
- 16:49Speaker 3: smoking red lights, fucking flying like going and and like.
- 16:53Speaker 2: They're, dude, this is like something that they should like
- 16:55Speaker 2: train you for, like from the day you're born. Yeah,
- 17:00Speaker 2: if you're just expected to just start driving like you're
- 17:02Speaker 2: in fucking fours of Motorsport three, It really.
- 17:05Speaker 3: I felt like one of those like what are the
- 17:07Speaker 3: commercials of the of the are the videos the YouTube
- 17:11Speaker 3: videos of the guys of the criminals? Oh yeah, yeah yeah,
- 17:15Speaker 3: and the one is like the guy who just weaves
- 17:16Speaker 3: in and out of traffic, like the Russian guy who
- 17:19Speaker 3: goes one hundred and twenty miles an hour to do
- 17:20Speaker 3: that shit. That basically was me. Yeah, And every single
- 17:23Speaker 3: time that I had driven to the hospital, I like
- 17:25Speaker 3: knew that I was gonna have to go through this,
- 17:27Speaker 3: but nothing's paved like you're you know, like she's telling
- 17:30Speaker 3: me to smoke red lights, but like there's still cars coming,
- 17:33Speaker 3: so I have to beat judicies about it. But she's
- 17:35Speaker 3: not thinking about the road, So I have to get
- 17:37Speaker 3: us there on time. Uh, I fucking pull up to
- 17:40Speaker 3: the hospital.
- 17:41Speaker 2: I should give you like a siren. Yeah, she had
- 17:44Speaker 2: like if if your wife's pregnant, they should be like, dear,
- 17:47Speaker 2: take the siren.
- 17:47Speaker 3: I didn't care. Like there were cameras like on most
- 17:50Speaker 3: of the I was just ready to take the camera.
- 17:53Speaker 3: I was ready to take whatever tickets. Yeah, like yeah,
- 17:55Speaker 3: I'm getting to the fucking hospital. Like there was, there
- 17:58Speaker 3: was nothing that was gonna stop me. I just like
- 18:00Speaker 3: pulled the car up right out front of the hospital
- 18:03Speaker 3: basically just like leave it there.
- 18:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 18:06Speaker 3: And the guy was like you could just come down
- 18:07Speaker 3: like a little bit and like like grab the ticket.
- 18:10Speaker 3: I was like, come down a little bit. It's what
- 18:15Speaker 3: the fuck are you talking about? Come down a little bit, man.
- 18:19Speaker 3: And so we got upstairs and uh, like my wife
- 18:23Speaker 3: hadn't been able to eat, but she had like a
- 18:25Speaker 3: cheese stick or something. So they were like we want
- 18:27Speaker 3: like because of she'd eaten something. There was like they
- 18:30Speaker 3: wanted to postpone the postpone as much as possible so
- 18:34Speaker 3: the anesthesia would work, because you can't eat before anesthesia
- 18:37Speaker 3: or whatever. And there's like it's happening like that. She's
- 18:42Speaker 3: like feeling the pain of contractions. Yeah, and her doctor
- 18:46Speaker 3: is not there, and this is like something.
- 18:49Speaker 2: That seems to be like what, Yeah, you even assigned
- 18:52Speaker 2: someone to doctor just doesn't She was going to be
- 18:55Speaker 2: on vacation, all was going to be somewhere else.
- 18:57Speaker 3: It was like basically a knock up. But we had
- 19:00Speaker 3: met the other doctor before, but uh I had like
- 19:04Speaker 3: heard that this doctor that she had, her original doctor
- 19:07Speaker 3: is like this girl's girl fucking like beast of a doctor.
- 19:12Speaker 3: She's like fucking awesome, Like she'll I heard that. She's
- 19:15Speaker 3: like in these women's ears, like you fucking got You're
- 19:20Speaker 3: fucking like a strength coach in Alabama. What fucking push
- 19:24Speaker 3: you beast? And so I was like, I'm taking that role.
- 19:31Speaker 3: I'm gonna be like that. I heard what, you know
- 19:33Speaker 3: what her playbook was like. So I'm like, I'm gonna
- 19:36Speaker 3: fucking be like this. And uh so she she's like,
- 19:40Speaker 3: you know, feeling the pain, and I'm fucking holding her hand,
- 19:44Speaker 3: fucking you know, couldn't be more first team all that.
- 19:49Speaker 3: Like they're writing headlines in the newspaper about how first
- 19:52Speaker 3: team all that. I am, how first team all husband.
- 19:55Speaker 3: I am holding her hand and I'm like, you fucking
- 19:57Speaker 3: got this, and she like, uh she at me. She's like, Adam,
- 20:01Speaker 3: like I love you. Your breastmelts. I had to brush my teeth.
- 20:07Speaker 3: I had the spicy ramen bread coming from the back
- 20:11Speaker 3: of my fucking tonsils just trying to be like, from
- 20:18Speaker 3: my fucking lungs. Luckily I packed the bags, brush my teeth.
- 20:24Speaker 3: They put me on ice for like.
- 20:28Speaker 6: They put you on the bench, buddy, Oh no, what's cool. No,
- 20:37Speaker 6: it wasn't because of that, because cool off and go
- 20:39Speaker 6: get a fucking aloy.
- 20:40Speaker 2: Yeah, go pay that park.
- 20:43Speaker 3: I really think they were like but uh uh, she
- 20:55Speaker 3: was like they were like she she They took her
- 20:57Speaker 3: in to the you know, to the room. They're like, well,
- 21:01Speaker 3: come grab you in like ten fifteen minutes and you'll
- 21:05Speaker 3: be in there. It took you out, dude. They're like,
- 21:11Speaker 3: your breast mil is too fucking bad. Dude.
- 21:12Speaker 2: We're all like, we're worried it's gonna fuck up.
- 21:14Speaker 3: The pregnancy is not gonna take it because your breast
- 21:18Speaker 3: smell is so fucking bad from the dollar bringing her back,
- 21:25Speaker 3: like everybody had masks and they're like, we smelled through
- 21:29Speaker 3: the masks, so I can't imagine what she's going through.
- 21:31Speaker 3: We're gonna have to intubate.
- 21:32Speaker 7: Oh my god.
- 21:34Speaker 3: So they're like ten to fifteen minutes, we'll bring you
- 21:36Speaker 3: into the room once you cool down, you know, once
- 21:40Speaker 3: like they have to take her in, put it, put
- 21:42Speaker 3: it through the anesthesian and get the process going.
- 21:45Speaker 2: So what do you do for those ten to fifteen minutes?
- 21:47Speaker 3: Fucking just roll? I was on farm Bill, let me
- 21:55Speaker 3: water my plants.
- 21:57Speaker 2: Your clan is being raised.
- 22:04Speaker 3: I was fucking in the other room. It's like they
- 22:07Speaker 3: basically they put you in like the the hazmat suits
- 22:12Speaker 3: from like you know, like full on COVID, like head
- 22:16Speaker 3: to toe because you're getting scrubbed into an operating room.
- 22:20Speaker 3: And I just waited, but it was like fifteen minutes,
- 22:22Speaker 3: twenty minutes, thirty minutes, thirty five minutes, and I'm like,
- 22:25Speaker 3: I got to get a nurse, Like, I don't know
- 22:26Speaker 3: what the fuck's going on. I already went five minutes
- 22:29Speaker 3: and they told me it was gonna be ten to
- 22:30Speaker 3: fifteen and I'm watching, like every second on the pack
- 22:34Speaker 3: feels so fucking long. But we get I like went
- 22:39Speaker 3: to a nurse. Finally got outside and found one, and
- 22:43Speaker 3: they're like, it's fine, don't worry about it. We're gonna
- 22:45Speaker 3: bring you in like ten more minutes. Like you just
- 22:48Speaker 3: stunk up the room so far. We had to move rooms,
- 22:53Speaker 3: but they brought me in. She was getting a C section,
- 22:56Speaker 3: and uh, I was gonna be on her side. I
- 22:59Speaker 3: had like a play a list of like fucking like
- 23:01Speaker 3: beautiful songs, ready to go, first team, all husband, and like, uh,
- 23:06Speaker 3: I'm gonna be next to her, like Pep talking her ass,
- 23:08Speaker 3: like on the one side, the right side of the
- 23:11Speaker 3: tarp basically they have a tarm. But they brought me
- 23:15Speaker 3: into the room, you know, ten minutes after that, and
- 23:18Speaker 3: they brought me in toe side where it's.
- 23:22Speaker 2: Just like, yeah, front row seat.
- 23:24Speaker 3: I could I couldn't look at it, but just like
- 23:27Speaker 3: out of the corner of your eye, it's just a
- 23:30Speaker 3: crime scene. Yeah, yeah, And I just couldn't, like I
- 23:32Speaker 3: couldn't look at it, but like still you just see
- 23:36Speaker 3: like you hear like power tools. It's terrible. And they
- 23:47Speaker 3: pulled me to the other side of the and it's
- 23:50Speaker 3: like back illuminated by like lights and it's like you
- 23:56Speaker 3: see a splatter of blood, dark sweating. Do you have
- 24:02Speaker 3: any more of it? They're putting her on fentanyl literal
- 24:05Speaker 3: fenl I cannot, yeah, but she can't go on anxiety medicine.
- 24:11Speaker 3: And I'm there just like putting on the Vivaldi spring
- 24:15Speaker 3: on the fucking four season like playlist or whatever. Pep
- 24:19Speaker 3: talking the ship out of her, you fuck, I got
- 24:21Speaker 3: this and uh, probably like ten minutes after I'm in there, Uh,
- 24:29Speaker 3: I hear one cry. One minute later, here another cry.
- 24:32Speaker 3: Damn uh babies pop out. Just sick, sick, sickest moments
- 24:39Speaker 3: literally of my life, best moments of my life.
- 24:42Speaker 2: What time was it like around then three thirteen?
- 24:45Speaker 3: Damn so water broke like twelve thirty or something like
- 24:49Speaker 3: that where the hospital like one and then.
- 24:52Speaker 2: That's not terrible though, three hours.
- 24:55Speaker 3: Yeah, between from the from my home to Yeah, to
- 24:58Speaker 3: imagine time, huh, imagineat like if she knew that it's
- 25:02Speaker 3: gonna be over in three hours. Yeah, that's what I
- 25:04Speaker 3: was trying to tell her. I was like just trying
- 25:05Speaker 3: to be like, hey, like there's like multiple days of
- 25:07Speaker 3: anxiety that we're kind of fast forwarding through and got
- 25:13Speaker 3: got it done. Snipped umbilical cords.
- 25:15Speaker 2: Yeah, uh you bring them?
- 25:18Speaker 3: Oh yeah, one for you, one for Francis. Francis isn't here.
- 25:21Speaker 3: I have a little placented too, if you want a milkshake.
- 25:25Speaker 3: It's incredible for your microbiomes. Yeah, and just I mean
- 25:31Speaker 3: we didn't sleep that day, We didn't like, so it
- 25:34Speaker 3: was just forty eight hours of being up. Yeah, but
- 25:37Speaker 3: slept in the hospital for a few days and uh
- 25:42Speaker 3: then like drove as fast as I drove in, Like
- 25:45Speaker 3: I drove home as slow as I'm sure, yeah, because
- 25:49Speaker 3: she had like a C section, Like there are two
- 25:52Speaker 3: babies in the back seat. I'm literally driving one mile
- 25:54Speaker 3: and or just in neutral, just drifting home. But yeah,
- 25:58Speaker 3: everybody's great. It's been fucking incredible.
- 26:02Speaker 2: It's awesome.
- 26:03Speaker 3: Piss and ship factories. Yeah, yeah, it's been good.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Bro, that's great. Yeah, what a story so funny.
- 26:10Speaker 3: Yeah, it's been Uh, it's truly been, uh an eye
- 26:15Speaker 3: opening experience. I'm sure, what are you been up to?

- 28:35Speaker 3: deal out of it.

- 28:38Speaker 2: had at g NC.
- 28:40Speaker 3: Because from listening to this podcast, I heard that you're
- 28:43Speaker 3: back at the gym.
- 28:43Speaker 2: Oh big time.
- 28:44Speaker 3: That's so shick, big time. I think it shows.
- 28:46Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I think.
- 28:47Speaker 3: You're one of those guys where you lift once and
- 28:49Speaker 3: it pops out.
- 28:50Speaker 2: Newbie games.

- 29:24Speaker 2: Full body? Mostly?
- 29:26Speaker 3: Full body? Every day?
- 29:27Speaker 2: No, no, not every day, four days a week. Last
- 29:29Speaker 2: week I went five days. Had to put me on
- 29:31Speaker 2: your reg had to squeeze it an extra day.
- 29:34Speaker 3: But uh dedicated.
- 29:36Speaker 2: Yeah, today I did uh did squats.
- 29:39Speaker 3: Look what I mean, walk me through it. I don't
- 29:41Speaker 3: want to just hear squats.
- 29:42Speaker 2: I did barbell squats five sets of five.
- 29:46Speaker 3: What waits?
- 29:47Speaker 2: Are we talking light sixty to seventy percent effort? Of
- 29:50Speaker 2: course this is just intro week Week one and uh, well,
- 29:53Speaker 2: last week was warm up week. This is week one.
- 29:55Speaker 3: How many reps?
- 29:56Speaker 2: Five sets of five five?
- 29:58Speaker 3: Five? Yeah, sevent effort and how sore were you after
- 30:02Speaker 3: the first day that was today? Okay, what about last
- 30:05Speaker 3: we last week?
- 30:06Speaker 2: Last week was a shit sholl couldn't even move. It's
- 30:09Speaker 2: so brutal, so brutal that my legs are kind of
- 30:12Speaker 2: like that today.
- 30:12Speaker 3: You need a bro to stretch you out. I know
- 30:14Speaker 3: you need a crodia.
- 30:16Speaker 2: Now I need a crody.
- 30:17Speaker 3: So it was really ferd stretch you out.
- 30:21Speaker 2: Bro. Tommy apparently goes to that gym, but I never
- 30:23Speaker 2: see him there.
- 30:24Speaker 3: Yeah, that is weird.
- 30:25Speaker 2: I never have seen him, and I've asked employees.
- 30:28Speaker 3: He said he hasn't been for the last month or so.
- 30:30Speaker 2: Yeah. I think he went just to prep for Fiji
- 30:32Speaker 2: and then bailed.
- 30:34Speaker 3: Yeah, but I don't think he realizes that he blew
- 30:38Speaker 3: his chance to be on Survivor by going to Fiji,
- 30:41Speaker 3: and like publicity going to Fiji also has shown that
- 30:45Speaker 3: there is a better content creator that came out of
- 30:48Speaker 3: the barstool content tree that will like automatically get the
- 30:52Speaker 3: nod you think they want. That fucking cis white dude,
- 30:55Speaker 3: Nothing going on survivor.
- 30:57Speaker 2: Now they want a white girl who survived barstool.
- 31:01Speaker 3: Yeah, fat guy survived barstool exactly. That's a real story. Yeah,
- 31:05Speaker 3: that she proved she could get a real survivor.
- 31:07Speaker 2: I hate it'sa Fiji.
- 31:09Speaker 3: Yeah, he's not working out anyway. I mean, his best
- 31:11Speaker 3: chance is to not work out at all. I told
- 31:14Speaker 3: him this and go By, go By, Yeah, to get
- 31:17Speaker 3: fat and by Yeah. I feel like that's the only
- 31:19Speaker 3: way that he has a chance.
- 31:20Speaker 2: I mean, I feel like that's inevitable for Tommy's going
- 31:23Speaker 2: going by, going fat and By.
- 31:26Speaker 3: It's only a matter of time how far he can
- 31:29Speaker 3: stave it off. He should be. I mean, he's the
- 31:33Speaker 3: kind of guy who said he how old Tommy now
- 31:35Speaker 3: twenty nine and he I think he acted like he
- 31:38Speaker 3: wanted to be like, no, the love of his life.
- 31:40Speaker 3: By twenty seven he's cooked. Yeah, Yeah, he's going to
- 31:45Speaker 3: be fat and by.
- 31:46Speaker 2: I think Tommy had himself. I think Tommy had himself
- 31:49Speaker 2: being like a billionaire by twenty nine.
- 31:51Speaker 3: He definitely had himself being more successful than Coop. Yeah,
- 31:55Speaker 3: he like said that publicly. What a crazy thing to
- 31:57Speaker 3: put on record. I'll never put my hope some dreams
- 32:00Speaker 3: out into the ether. Hell, no, fuck speaking things into
- 32:03Speaker 3: existence now. The chance that like you don't live up
- 32:07Speaker 3: to the things that like you want for yourself, it's
- 32:09Speaker 3: so hot. Yeah, And he's like, I'm going to probably
- 32:12Speaker 3: be in like movies and.
- 32:13Speaker 2: Stuff and expectations for himself, like be dating Alex or
- 32:17Speaker 2: we're filming this show and we keep on being like,
- 32:20Speaker 2: you know, like it'll probably come out September YouTube and
- 32:23Speaker 2: he's like, Amazon's not off the table or like yeah,
- 32:27Speaker 2: I mean it's not, but like he's he's positive it's
- 32:31Speaker 2: going to Amazon. I know it must like not not
- 32:35Speaker 2: not Netflix or HBO or it's Amazon.
- 32:37Speaker 3: I wonder what his parents' parenting style was that like
- 32:40Speaker 3: gave him, that industrialized him with like such hope in himself. Yeah,
- 32:45Speaker 3: because whatever they're doing, I want to do like maybe
- 32:48Speaker 3: forty five percent less than that, because it's they're setting
- 32:51Speaker 3: him up to fail by giving him such high Yeah,
- 32:54Speaker 3: let's keep it realistic. I know there's authoritative authoritarian. Yeah,
- 32:58Speaker 3: I'm getting super trying to figure out the parenting style.
- 33:03Speaker 3: And I'm also like, uh, you're you're on your fitness
- 33:06Speaker 3: journey on the gym, on the squad rack. Ye, I'm
- 33:09Speaker 3: trying to get back into running.
- 33:11Speaker 2: Really. Yeah, I think that's good. I think that's smart.
- 33:13Speaker 2: I think that's good, especially for people who have kids,
- 33:15Speaker 2: because it's quick, it's quick, it's conductive right off the top.
- 33:19Speaker 3: And I need to walk the dog. Yeah, so it's
- 33:21Speaker 3: I'm just going to take the dog for a run.
- 33:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 33:23Speaker 3: It killed two birds with one stone. And also it
- 33:26Speaker 3: has this in the back of my mind, like I'm
- 33:28Speaker 3: trying to think of like how they can have a
- 33:31Speaker 3: good time in sports while being blessed with my unathletic ass.
- 33:35Speaker 2: Jeans, you know what I mean.
- 33:37Speaker 3: And it's like they need to have pretty good stamina,
- 33:40Speaker 3: Like I feel like you can have a decent.
- 33:42Speaker 2: Part So you're trying to do wake up work.
- 33:43Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 33:44Speaker 3: Yeah, Well I'm saying, like.
- 33:46Speaker 2: I don't know, if you're working out now is going
- 33:47Speaker 2: to impact their stamina.
- 33:49Speaker 3: I'm saying, I want to I want to teach them
- 33:51Speaker 3: early on that.
- 33:52Speaker 2: It's already done. Brother.
- 33:53Speaker 3: No, no, I'm saying to teach Yeah. It's like I can't.
- 33:56Speaker 3: I can't give them the jeans now they're but I
- 34:01Speaker 3: want to teach them that, like if you're not a
- 34:04Speaker 3: good soccer player, if you can just like run for
- 34:06Speaker 3: the entire time. You'll have a decent time, you know
- 34:10Speaker 3: if you're not like wheezy. Yeah yeah, and like you
- 34:13Speaker 3: can have a fucking okay time playing the sports. You
- 34:16Speaker 3: can just keep up.
- 34:17Speaker 2: You know, what, are you getting them on?
- 34:20Speaker 3: Trend?
- 34:22Speaker 2: Trend's good?
- 34:23Speaker 3: They need to be on the the What was was
- 34:26Speaker 3: my brother Smidy on that when he fought in Rough
- 34:30Speaker 3: and Rowdy? No no, it is on you're on the
- 34:35Speaker 3: something he's on the No no, but not jus it
- 34:39Speaker 3: was like a specific brand regardless. I don't know, fuck whatever,
- 34:44Speaker 3: but I'm getting I'm getting them on everything. It wasn't
- 34:47Speaker 3: the trend, but I'm getting the kid. I'm gonna gonna
- 34:50Speaker 3: get him on early on. And just like uh, Ashton Gents.
- 34:56Speaker 3: I know the dude Ashon Gent who got drafted. His
- 34:59Speaker 3: dad was like military God. He had him doing like
- 35:01Speaker 3: fifty push ups fucking before breakfast after breakfast, and I
- 35:04Speaker 3: think it maybe it stuns their growth.
- 35:06Speaker 2: I think that actually was what Christian McCaffrey's dad did too. Really,
- 35:09Speaker 2: I don't think Christian McCaffrey like had fast food until
- 35:11Speaker 2: he was like twenty. Yeah, people are like something like
- 35:14Speaker 2: insane or like you like only drank milk until he
- 35:17Speaker 2: was twenty something. Weird like that.
- 35:19Speaker 3: It's fucking nuts that, like parents are like for the
- 35:21Speaker 3: first forty months yea, you can't have sugar, Yeah, like
- 35:25Speaker 3: forty months.
- 35:25Speaker 2: Yeah, Like I think he's just a product of his father.
- 35:28Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, so I guess, like, yeah, but that shit.
- 35:32Speaker 2: Can work, and it can't work because that's what my
- 35:34Speaker 2: dad tried to do with me, right, Like, I like
- 35:36Speaker 2: every day I'd be like I could go run to
- 35:38Speaker 2: the end of the street and back. I'd run and
- 35:40Speaker 2: then I'd get to the part where they couldn't see
- 35:42Speaker 2: the street, and then I would just stand there for
- 35:43Speaker 2: five minutes and then run back.
- 35:45Speaker 3: Why are you taking him time? He should be getting faster,
- 35:48Speaker 3: but he's spending more time out of my sight. He's
- 35:51Speaker 3: probably just running far. Yeah. I really don't know how to,
- 35:55Speaker 3: Like it's like you don't want to like undo your
- 35:59Speaker 3: own mistakes through your children, which maybe is what your
- 36:03Speaker 3: dad and I guess me and yeah, I am trying
- 36:05Speaker 3: to do, Yeah, but I just want them to have
- 36:07Speaker 3: like a decent time doing the things they do totally,
- 36:12Speaker 3: And I think, like I can't tell them to go
- 36:14Speaker 3: run unless I have some fucking some running.
- 36:16Speaker 2: It's true, you gotta be running too. I do think
- 36:18Speaker 2: running is the best you could you get like a
- 36:20Speaker 2: solid workout in it, like twenty five minutes.
- 36:23Speaker 3: Yes, exactly, just run a couple of miles.
- 36:25Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a productive workout.
- 36:26Speaker 3: And they ran the fucking Brooklyn Marathon like right past
- 36:29Speaker 3: my uh or like very close to my apartment. I
- 36:31Speaker 3: like saw it one day and I felt like such
- 36:33Speaker 3: shit about myself.
- 36:35Speaker 2: Oh yeah, so.
- 36:35Speaker 3: I was like, I gotta fucking maybe I'll run a
- 36:38Speaker 3: fucking marathon or some shit like that.
- 36:39Speaker 2: It is insane how much just simple working out makes
- 36:43Speaker 2: you feel so much better.
- 36:44Speaker 3: Yeah, you look, your skin is fucking glowing right now.
- 36:47Speaker 2: I feel so much better lately because I had like
- 36:49Speaker 2: a week I think it was not this weekend. Yeah,
- 36:53Speaker 2: it was last weekend where I didn't have any spots
- 36:56Speaker 2: and I didn't do anything, just played video games. Yeah,
- 37:00Speaker 2: for like for like seventy two hours straight.
- 37:03Speaker 3: Did you feel hungover?
- 37:04Speaker 2: I felt like I wanted to kill myself. I was like,
- 37:06Speaker 2: this is the worst I've ever felt.
- 37:08Speaker 3: It's so insane.
- 37:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I was like, I didn't drink, I didn't like,
- 37:11Speaker 2: this is easily the worst I've ever felt. We go
- 37:14Speaker 2: and going to the gym, and it was like that
- 37:15Speaker 2: since the first day of going to the gym, I
- 37:17Speaker 2: felt completely fun.
- 37:18Speaker 3: It's crazy, how like it will it will snap you
- 37:20Speaker 3: out of it immediately.
- 37:21Speaker 2: Yeah. Well it's also like especially like I'm not going
- 37:23Speaker 2: to stop playing video games. I downloaded I just downloaded
- 37:27Speaker 2: Valor Int and Rainbow six Seeds, so like I'm getting
- 37:29Speaker 2: even more into video games.
- 37:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 37:31Speaker 2: So now it's like, but as long as I worked out,
- 37:33Speaker 2: then I played video games and I'm like, I don't
- 37:35Speaker 2: feel bad.
- 37:36Speaker 3: When I was like right out of college, I would
- 37:39Speaker 3: call it like the fun to run ratio. Yeah, like
- 37:40Speaker 3: you need to have a good fun to run ratio.
- 37:42Speaker 3: It's like you're not gonna stop having your fun, but
- 37:45Speaker 3: you have to make sure you're getting here runs it.
- 37:46Speaker 2: Yeah, especially it is like an hour and then you're
- 37:49Speaker 2: done for the day.
- 37:50Speaker 3: So tell me about the rest of the workouts. What
- 37:52Speaker 3: else have you been on?
- 37:52Speaker 2: What really just like like manageable weightlifting, nothing crazy.
- 37:58Speaker 3: Are you doing anything for the on your legs or
- 38:00Speaker 3: just the back just your ass?
- 38:02Speaker 2: No? I did uh yeah, no, nothing for the front.
- 38:05Speaker 2: I guess squats would be like my quads. Yeah, but
- 38:08Speaker 2: what else would be the front like your shins, like
- 38:10Speaker 2: what are you doing shin?
- 38:11Speaker 3: Maybe some leg extensions for oh yeah yeah, and maybe
- 38:15Speaker 3: the thing where you put on your ankles and just raising.
- 38:18Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that one's good.
- 38:19Speaker 3: That thing is fucking sick.
- 38:21Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, I'm not really going I don't really
- 38:23Speaker 2: have any goals, you know. It was weird. Today was
- 38:25Speaker 2: my first workout of the day was squatting, and there
- 38:28Speaker 2: was a dude on the leg press, not like the
- 38:30Speaker 2: machine leg press, like the actual leg press. Huh, the
- 38:33Speaker 2: one where like you put plates on it. He had
- 38:36Speaker 2: like six plates on both sides. He was like five
- 38:38Speaker 2: hundred pounds.
- 38:39Speaker 3: Jesus, he was fat.
- 38:40Speaker 2: But he's also obviously like his legs are full.
- 38:42Speaker 3: What was his range of motion looking like.
- 38:44Speaker 2: Terrible like like this, because it would be like his
- 38:49Speaker 2: belly would be sticking to hear.
- 38:51Speaker 3: Yeah, it's so nice for short armed fact that yet
- 38:54Speaker 3: the gym he was just getting satisfaction.
- 38:56Speaker 2: He was leg pressing like a million pounds. But the
- 38:59Speaker 2: fucking he had a trainer, like one of the employees
- 39:02Speaker 2: at the gym was his trainer, and uh, and he
- 39:05Speaker 2: was like strong, I gain. He wasn't like a dude
- 39:08Speaker 2: that you would see on the street and be like,
- 39:10Speaker 2: holy fuck the tin trainer. Yeah, and he was I
- 39:14Speaker 2: was squatting, like looking at the mirror because like I
- 39:16Speaker 2: was in one of those squat racks and he's behind
- 39:20Speaker 2: me and he's pulling his shirt up like showing off
- 39:23Speaker 2: his abs and looking at the fat like this could
- 39:26Speaker 2: be you one day. No, I swear to God, what
- 39:29Speaker 2: swear to God? Like, look at this is motivation? He
- 39:32Speaker 2: was dang, yes, what he was insane?
- 39:36Speaker 7: I was blown away.
- 39:38Speaker 2: I was like, what the fuck was that? What was like,
- 39:43Speaker 2: It's like, dude, like no offense to the fat. Dude,
- 39:45Speaker 2: like that.
- 39:46Speaker 3: Probably won't be.
- 39:48Speaker 2: Like it's like he could get in shape, but like
- 39:51Speaker 2: getting like abs like that. It's like that's never gonna happen.
- 39:54Speaker 3: Yeah, Bro, you're just gonna have sag.
- 39:55Speaker 2: That's like surgery Like that's like we're talking like multiple
- 39:58Speaker 2: surgeries from that.
- 39:59Speaker 3: What the fuck? That's not even what Like I'm not
- 40:03Speaker 3: working out because I think I'll ever have that. No,
- 40:06Speaker 3: I know that ship sailed like the day I was born, Yeah,
- 40:09Speaker 3: the day I was came out of the womb. I
- 40:11Speaker 3: was never gonna have that. I just want to feel
- 40:13Speaker 3: a little bit better, Yeah, and my shirts to.
- 40:15Speaker 2: Like, yeah, exactly. That's why I said, like I'm not
- 40:19Speaker 2: I mean, on the workout plane, it has like sixty
- 40:21Speaker 2: to seventy percent effort, but like I'm trying to just
- 40:23Speaker 2: have it be like manageable so that I get like,
- 40:25Speaker 2: I know, I'm never gonna be I'm never gonna look
- 40:27Speaker 2: at myself in the mirror and be like, look what
- 40:29Speaker 2: we've created. But meanwhile, I'm gonna for my entire life,
- 40:33Speaker 2: I'll look at myself in the mirror and go, I
- 40:34Speaker 2: fucking hate myself.
- 40:36Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, this is disgusting, and you'll have a level
- 40:39Speaker 3: of dysmorphia that even when you look pretty good, like
- 40:42Speaker 3: you'll probably hate yourself equally as much, if not yet
- 40:44Speaker 3: a little bit more like why don't I look like
- 40:46Speaker 3: a fucking trainer? But I can only see that working
- 40:50Speaker 3: is if those two men are gay lovers. Yeah, and
- 40:53Speaker 3: he's trying to get like a little testosterone boost by
- 40:56Speaker 3: having him extra horny, just horned up by the abs. True,
- 40:59Speaker 3: I could that the only thing that could do it is.
- 41:01Speaker 2: It had to have been that. It was if I
- 41:04Speaker 2: had a trainer and they did that to me, I'd
- 41:05Speaker 2: be like, I'm leaving, like what don't ever do that again.
- 41:08Speaker 3: It's so insane thinking that that's like, is that part
- 41:11Speaker 3: of the package.
- 41:12Speaker 2: It must be, like do.
- 41:13Speaker 3: You buy into that? Be like I'll get twelve training sessions, yeah,
- 41:17Speaker 3: and uh twenty four peaks at your delicious abs.
- 41:21Speaker 2: He also wasn't even like a dude that you would
- 41:24Speaker 2: see and be like, man, if only that could be
- 41:27Speaker 2: me one day. Like it was like, yeah, he had
- 41:29Speaker 2: fucking abs, and also you're doing he was skinny.
- 41:34Speaker 3: Yeah, I fucking hate I hate genetically skinny guys selling out.
- 41:39Speaker 2: Dude, that's all of my friends, my fat dude, I
- 41:43Speaker 2: just do I just run for ten minutes and do
- 41:45Speaker 2: like fifteen pull ups. Yeah, and you're like, yeah, dude,
- 41:47Speaker 2: you also have better, Like that doesn't work for me.
- 41:50Speaker 3: One abs like this, he's like yeah, but like you
- 41:52Speaker 3: got him from your fucking yeah.
- 41:54Speaker 2: And that's worse than any nepotism. Yeah it is, yeah,
- 42:00Speaker 2: any people thinking they have abs.
- 42:02Speaker 3: And but but even worse than that is like selling
- 42:04Speaker 3: it to oh yeah, like you want the secret sauce. Yeah,
- 42:07Speaker 3: have my dad, fuck your mom. It's like it's not
- 42:13Speaker 3: it's not attainable.
- 42:14Speaker 2: That shit drives me fucking it's.
- 42:16Speaker 3: Not attainable at all. Yeah, and it's like maybe I'm
- 42:19Speaker 3: fucked by thinking that I can undo it with my kids,
- 42:22Speaker 3: but just have them be able to run a little
- 42:24Speaker 3: bit and just like enjoy life and realize that you
- 42:27Speaker 3: do get a decent endoor from rush. Like my like
- 42:32Speaker 3: I went, I went up to the gym like a
- 42:34Speaker 3: couple of times. Like my wife was like, yeah, I
- 42:36Speaker 3: got them for whatever, an hour, like thirty minutes. Just
- 42:39Speaker 3: go to the gym. You feel so much better even
- 42:42Speaker 3: after just a little bit just doing some absolute bullshit.
- 42:45Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm kind of just on that wave of like
- 42:47Speaker 2: it's not even like I just have to go. Yeah,
- 42:50Speaker 2: that's pretty much what came down to.
- 42:53Speaker 3: What time are you going?
- 42:53Speaker 2: Was like I'm gonna die if I don't go.
- 42:57Speaker 3: You're like a six hundred pound month.
- 43:00Speaker 2: When I was playing video games that last weekend, like
- 43:03Speaker 2: I was getting like like pains and shit that I
- 43:07Speaker 2: was like if it pretty much was like if this
- 43:09Speaker 2: doesn't if I don't change something, there's gonna be consequences.
- 43:14Speaker 3: Have you ever watched six hundred pound Life? No, the
- 43:17Speaker 3: doctor is this dude, doctor Nauzard, and who's like from
- 43:21Speaker 3: like some Eastern European country, and he's like, if you
- 43:24Speaker 3: don't change your actions with in six months, you won't die. Yeah,
- 43:27Speaker 3: it is fucking exactly that. It's crazy that that is
- 43:30Speaker 3: a nasty feeling to have, but you're in You're not
- 43:33Speaker 3: about to die.
- 43:34Speaker 7: No, No, I don't know.
- 43:34Speaker 2: I'm actually about to die. But also but it's like,
- 43:36Speaker 2: I don't know. My heart disease runs in my family.
- 43:38Speaker 3: My dad had really heart.
- 43:39Speaker 2: My dad had to get a double bypass when he
- 43:41Speaker 2: was like in his thirties.
- 43:43Speaker 3: That is terrifying.
- 43:44Speaker 2: Yeah or no, I guess he was probably in his
- 43:45Speaker 2: forties early forties.
- 43:48Speaker 3: Can I ask how old your dad is?
- 43:50Speaker 7: No?
- 43:51Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, he's thirty four.
- 43:55Speaker 3: I think about that. The other day. I was like,
- 43:57Speaker 3: am I closer to your what? I like that? Along
- 43:59Speaker 3: better with your dad than you? Am I closer to
- 44:01Speaker 3: his age than yours? I think I might split you
- 44:03Speaker 3: in your dad's age right in half.
- 44:07Speaker 2: You're what thirty six, and there's a thirteen year difference
- 44:11Speaker 2: between me and you. There's probably it's probably closer to
- 44:17Speaker 2: a twenty year difference between you and my dad. Okay,
- 44:20Speaker 2: because my dad's in his fifties.
- 44:21Speaker 3: Okay you uh, yeah, you got to take care of
- 44:25Speaker 3: that heart, though, there's not like you can't do too
- 44:27Speaker 3: much for it.
- 44:28Speaker 2: No, no, I'm already fucked.
- 44:30Speaker 3: You, like you can't. There's like anything that you do
- 44:32Speaker 3: for your heart. But also, like you also hear about
- 44:35Speaker 3: like running being like bad for your heart. Do you
- 44:37Speaker 3: hear about like long distance runners like dropping dead and shit, Like, yeah,
- 44:40Speaker 3: it's just spooky.
- 44:41Speaker 2: I'm not looking too much into any of that. Like
- 44:43Speaker 2: I feel like every time I get into the gym,
- 44:44Speaker 2: I just look too much into shit and then I
- 44:46Speaker 2: try to get too technical with it and I burn
- 44:48Speaker 2: myself out. There's it's I'm just gonna work out. And
- 44:52Speaker 2: then you hear like the whole like, oh yeah, if
- 44:54Speaker 2: you run, running is actually the worst way to burn fat,
- 44:58Speaker 2: And it's like, no, it's not. It's probably actually the
- 45:00Speaker 2: best way.
- 45:00Speaker 3: Yeah, it's probably great, or I mean another good way.
- 45:02Speaker 3: It's just not eating a cheese, not eating a fucking
- 45:06Speaker 3: chocolate bar, not having the Dubai chocolate fifth time. Yeah,
- 45:11Speaker 3: d Bui chocolate so fucking good. Have you you know
- 45:13Speaker 3: what I'm talking about? To do buy chocolate, it's like
- 45:15Speaker 3: a chocolate bar with like some green ship inside of that,
- 45:18Speaker 3: you know, Oh my god, bro, it's so fucking phenomenal
- 45:21Speaker 3: as a as a former fat boy, Snow, they got
- 45:24Speaker 3: it on. I think go puff.
- 45:27Speaker 2: I think you can get it, go puff. They got
- 45:29Speaker 2: it on.
- 45:29Speaker 3: Go puff.
- 45:30Speaker 2: There's like just oh there's a store.
- 45:32Speaker 3: Yeah, there's like a store where.
- 45:33Speaker 2: It's like I don't go in person places.
- 45:36Speaker 3: But then there's also like a Turkish knockoff with the
- 45:38Speaker 3: Dubai chocolate. Yeah, funk that absolutely, it's way worse.
- 45:43Speaker 2: Yeah, fu those Turkish freaks, I got I got nothing
- 45:49Speaker 2: against I got nothing against the Turkish.
- 45:50Speaker 3: Yeah, the Turk's great Empire.
- 45:52Speaker 2: I grew up with a Turkish boy.
- 45:54Speaker 3: Yeah. I used to have turkey on Thanksgiving.
- 45:56Speaker 2: Oh yeah, court, Yeah, fucking phenomenal job.
- 46:00Speaker 3: I love their culture, love it. It's a damn respectable culture. Yeah.
- 46:04Speaker 3: I gotta get back in the gym, but I don't
- 46:06Speaker 3: know where to, Like, I don't know to how to
- 46:08Speaker 3: find the balance of doing things for me.
- 46:10Speaker 2: I think I'm just gonna go to the gym until
- 46:12Speaker 2: I can do cardio, and then I'm just gonna start
- 46:14Speaker 2: running and just stop going to the gym.
- 46:15Speaker 3: Are you gonna actually run?
- 46:17Speaker 2: Yeah, but I'm not. I'm not in good enough shape
- 46:19Speaker 2: right now to run.
- 46:20Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, I feel like I went for a run
- 46:23Speaker 3: like a couple of years ago, and I came back
- 46:25Speaker 3: in such pain that I was like genuinely scared.
- 46:28Speaker 2: It's like every run that I go on, I have
- 46:30Speaker 2: to see it. I run on the like on the
- 46:33Speaker 2: water rap by my apartment. Yeah, and uh, I would
- 46:37Speaker 2: have to like sit on the bench and like like
- 46:39Speaker 2: straight up, like I'd like be looking at my phone,
- 46:41Speaker 2: like I might have to call my mom and be
- 46:43Speaker 2: like I'm I think I'm gonna die right now. Like
- 46:46Speaker 2: you like you can't breathe, your your head is spinning.
- 46:51Speaker 3: I know that I know that you ran in converse,
- 46:55Speaker 3: and I know those things were probably slapping the pa
- 46:58Speaker 3: It sounded like a Johnny's.
- 47:00Speaker 2: And it sounded like there was an active shooter.
- 47:05Speaker 3: Those things are loud, and I think that like good
- 47:07Speaker 3: running form is supposed to be like fully silent.
- 47:10Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, the.
- 47:13Speaker 3: Ship was sounding like two clown shoes, like a tally
- 47:16Speaker 3: whacker slapping.
- 47:18Speaker 2: Slapping and smacking the pavement around.
- 47:21Speaker 3: But it's also like I want to run and I
- 47:22Speaker 3: also want to sprint. I want to like get to
- 47:25Speaker 3: a point because I heard some crazy stat like after
- 47:27Speaker 3: like the age of like thirty five.
- 47:29Speaker 2: Like most people don't ever sprint, yeah.
- 47:32Speaker 3: Never sprint again. But then and I would hear Dion
- 47:35Speaker 3: talk about that. When I was doing the show with Dion,
- 47:37Speaker 3: he'd be like, I seen it, Like I've seen fat
- 47:40Speaker 3: people like jog I've never seen a fat person sprint.
- 47:43Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 47:44Speaker 3: Yeah, And he would sprint every day, like he would
- 47:47Speaker 3: go on a fucking sprint every day, and then they
- 47:49Speaker 3: had to take two of his toes off his foot.
- 47:51Speaker 3: It's like, what is good for you?
- 47:53Speaker 7: What is that?
- 47:53Speaker 3: What is it healthy for you?
- 47:55Speaker 2: I think we're all just fucked.
- 47:57Speaker 3: Yeah badly.
- 47:58Speaker 2: It's like working out kind of just delayed is being fucked.
- 48:01Speaker 3: I know. And then fucking bitch ask Brian Johnson acting
- 48:04Speaker 3: like he's gonna live forever. Oh, I fucking liar.
- 48:07Speaker 5: Well.
- 48:07Speaker 2: The part of the reason that I want to get
- 48:08Speaker 2: back in that I'm getting back in the gym too,
- 48:10Speaker 2: is because like I'm not if I'm not drinking. I
- 48:11Speaker 2: feel like the only perk to that that I've noticed
- 48:14Speaker 2: is that I'm not gaining as much weight fast. So
- 48:17Speaker 2: it's like, may as well work out and just take
- 48:19Speaker 2: advantage of that. Yeah, because outside of that, I'm like,
- 48:21Speaker 2: I don't even at this point, I'm I don't even
- 48:23Speaker 2: know why I'm not drinking anymore.
- 48:29Speaker 3: It is nasty, I think. I'm I mean, I'm not
- 48:31Speaker 3: off the train, but I'm like, I never really got
- 48:34Speaker 3: afternoon drinking. I never understood why people do it in
- 48:37Speaker 3: the afternoon.
- 48:37Speaker 2: Oh it's crazy.
- 48:38Speaker 3: But now I basically that's my only window I have
- 48:41Speaker 3: it because I'm up at six. Yeah, I'm gonna have
- 48:45Speaker 3: to fucking.
- 48:45Speaker 2: You'll crush a beer around like with lunch.
- 48:48Speaker 3: Basically, I'm like in mad Men.
- 48:50Speaker 2: Now sounds fucking phenomenal. I gotta get back on that.
- 48:54Speaker 3: Maybe if you just have like only drink when the
- 48:56Speaker 3: sun's up. Yeah, true, Maybe that's a nice way to
- 48:59Speaker 3: do it.
- 49:00Speaker 2: That will never last. Yeah yeah until the sun comes up,
- 49:07Speaker 2: sun's back. Let's get some more drinks rules.
- 49:12Speaker 3: It's like pure alcoholic drinking, like vodka out of a
- 49:16Speaker 3: plastic container at fucking seven am that the sun comes out.
- 49:21Speaker 3: Maybe me and you go on runs together.
- 49:24Speaker 2: Definitely not. Maybe we do, like some India never understood.
- 49:26Speaker 2: That's insane. The whole running together thing. I'll get fucking wheezing.
- 49:31Speaker 3: I'll see it with like on the runs that I
- 49:34Speaker 3: go on, and I'll get blown by like an older couple.
- 49:37Speaker 3: They'll run past me having a full conversation.
- 49:41Speaker 2: That's insane. So it's also those people probably be doing
- 49:43Speaker 2: cardio for like fifty years.
- 49:45Speaker 3: Yeah, it's tough though. You do cardio for fifty years
- 49:48Speaker 3: and you still are like flabby.
- 49:49Speaker 2: Oh yeah, especially when you get older.
- 49:51Speaker 3: When I watch the marathon, it's like half the people
- 49:52Speaker 3: were flapped up.
- 49:53Speaker 2: Oh it's made in the kitchen, brother, that's what I'm saying,
- 49:56Speaker 2: made in the kitchen.
- 49:57Speaker 3: Too much of this du Bai chocolate.
- 49:59Speaker 2: I think running is not not bad for you until
- 50:01Speaker 2: you get to the point where you're running like thirty
- 50:03Speaker 2: miles a day. Yeah, you're good. I think we're good.
- 50:07Speaker 2: Our fucking three mile jogs are good. No doctors are dying.
- 50:12Speaker 3: Yeah. Where I feel like in the bottom of my
- 50:14Speaker 3: lung it's like a prickly heat.
- 50:16Speaker 7: On the bottom of my lung.
- 50:17Speaker 2: Mine's more like someone is grabbing my lungs from the
- 50:20Speaker 2: bottom and just squeezing.
- 50:22Speaker 3: Them, ringing them out like a wet sock. But it's
- 50:27Speaker 3: the worst when you catch like diagonal window that shows
- 50:32Speaker 3: you your reflection while you're running, because you're like, I'm
- 50:35Speaker 3: actually probably booking it. And then you catch yourself and
- 50:38Speaker 3: your fucking foot is barely coming off the ground.
- 50:41Speaker 2: You're walking.
- 50:42Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm not even like kicking my leg up. No,
- 50:45Speaker 3: it's just like going past me a little bit. Yeah,
- 50:48Speaker 3: like I'm dragging. It's for me.
- 50:49Speaker 2: It's like it's like very clearly, like there's no flow state.
- 50:53Speaker 2: It's like one leg at a time. You're like, all right,
- 50:57Speaker 2: You're like right, leg time. Yeah.
- 51:03Speaker 3: And I'll and so I'll see myself in the reflection
- 51:06Speaker 3: and I'll be like I'll try to get some like
- 51:08Speaker 3: aesthetic looking like gate swings of my legs, and it's
- 51:13Speaker 3: like I feel like I'm like getting hip surgery on
- 51:16Speaker 3: my side.
- 51:16Speaker 2: I got, dude, when I'm running, it's like my legs
- 51:19Speaker 2: like swing around. No, it's not just like a simple
- 51:26Speaker 2: like right, It's like it's like the worst form anyone
- 51:33Speaker 2: you could even come up with.
- 51:35Speaker 3: They showed me video on myself running to catch a
- 51:39Speaker 3: flight at the La Airport, and I took the video
- 51:42Speaker 3: to a Cairo because it looked like I was doing
- 51:46Speaker 3: the same. It looked like I was doing a skippet,
- 51:48Speaker 3: like my leg was going around the side, was going
- 51:51Speaker 3: around the side. It looked like I was just avoiding
- 51:53Speaker 3: the ground. Like I wasn't kicking back at all.
- 51:57Speaker 2: It's like you're trying to take off. You're trying to
- 51:59Speaker 2: lift off from running.
- 52:01Speaker 3: Yeah, I thought I was flying like it was like
- 52:04Speaker 3: kicking around the outside. I was like, is this an imbalance?
- 52:06Speaker 3: Is one of my legs six inches longer than the
- 52:09Speaker 3: other one?
- 52:09Speaker 2: What it feels like? I I first noticed that when
- 52:11Speaker 2: I would be like walking to the bathroom in high school,
- 52:13Speaker 2: and I remember I would see myself walking and I
- 52:15Speaker 2: would do it, and then I try I would try
- 52:16Speaker 2: to correct myself. Yeah, and then running was always a problem.
- 52:22Speaker 2: And then like going upstairs, like I remember when I
- 52:24Speaker 2: was going to see Sebastian at uh MSG and I
- 52:27Speaker 2: remember I was with my friends and we were walking
- 52:29Speaker 2: up the stairs at the subway, and I remember I
- 52:31Speaker 2: remember BO said that when I walk up the stairs,
- 52:33Speaker 2: like instead of just like stepping up, he said that
- 52:36Speaker 2: I go, I go like this, like I put my
- 52:39Speaker 2: leg to the side, and then like play like every step,
- 52:42Speaker 2: every step, it's all just like this.
- 52:45Speaker 3: Like a paraplegic throwing their legs into bed. Yeah, Like, yeah,
- 52:51Speaker 3: it's so nasty.
- 52:52Speaker 2: Now when I walk upstairs, I go on my tippy toes.
- 52:54Speaker 3: It's probably because like you're hit, you don't have like
- 52:56Speaker 3: loose hip FlexIt.
- 52:57Speaker 2: It's definitely something like that.
- 52:59Speaker 3: Yeah, it's so crazy how much of your body you
- 53:01Speaker 3: have to keep loose.
- 53:02Speaker 2: Yeah. I also think that working out my back's gonna
- 53:05Speaker 2: help my posture a lot. I think so, which is
- 53:07Speaker 2: what I'm going for. Yeah, because because I read some
- 53:09Speaker 2: shit that said that like people that have the leaning
- 53:11Speaker 2: forward head gaming from gaming Technic Yeah tech nek. They
- 53:15Speaker 2: said that apparently, like every inch that you lean forward
- 53:18Speaker 2: adds like five pounds of weight that you're gonna feel
- 53:22Speaker 2: on like your neck and your head.
- 53:24Speaker 3: It's so insane.
- 53:25Speaker 2: So, I mean some something like that. I don't quote
- 53:26Speaker 2: me on that, but it was something.
- 53:27Speaker 3: Like, but that's what. Have you ever heard of tummy
- 53:29Speaker 3: time for babies to spend like I did, I didn't
- 53:32Speaker 3: even know what it was. Like I'd have like my
- 53:35Speaker 3: nephew would be doing to I'm like, what what is
- 53:36Speaker 3: tummy time? But you're supposed to like ten to fifteen
- 53:38Speaker 3: minutes to just slam on the stomach, on their stomach
- 53:41Speaker 3: and so they can find the way to like support
- 53:43Speaker 3: their own neck and like back and stuff like that.
- 53:46Speaker 3: Interesting fucking flopping, yeah, like your phone asleep on an airplane.
- 53:50Speaker 3: But like they also say that if adult humans just
- 53:53Speaker 3: did tummy time for ten to fifteen minutes, it could
- 53:56Speaker 3: cure technic.
- 53:57Speaker 2: Really, I don't know if I buy that. I try
- 54:00Speaker 2: out like the you see the one the Instagram ad
- 54:02Speaker 2: that's like the thing that's like shaped like that and
- 54:06Speaker 2: you put it under your neck and you lay down
- 54:08Speaker 2: on it.
- 54:08Speaker 3: Oh, but that's like laying back. Yeah. Yeah, but if
- 54:11Speaker 3: you just spent some time on your stomach, like engaging
- 54:13Speaker 3: your back muscles or like engaging your neck muscles, you
- 54:19Speaker 3: just need to do a little tunny time.
- 54:20Speaker 2: But just I just don't even understand how it works though,
- 54:22Speaker 2: because like the way that I'm naturally leaning my head
- 54:24Speaker 2: over so much, like when I'm on my phone, I
- 54:27Speaker 2: like rest my chin on my chest and then look
- 54:30Speaker 2: at my phone like that. So when normal people look
- 54:33Speaker 2: at their phone, are they looking at it like they're
- 54:35Speaker 2: just like this, there is a posture all the time.
- 54:37Speaker 3: There is no either, Like people don't spend as much
- 54:40Speaker 3: time on me.
- 54:40Speaker 2: I gotta send this tweet real quick.
- 54:43Speaker 3: Let me get this tweet. It doesn't but have you
- 54:45Speaker 3: try holding it above your head and see how nice
- 54:48Speaker 3: it feels on your lower back.
- 54:49Speaker 2: Oh yeah, do you immediately feel that.
- 54:52Speaker 3: It's like a new stretch of my lower back when
- 54:54Speaker 3: I hold it up?
- 54:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 54:55Speaker 3: And I think Zuckerberg tried to counter that with like
- 54:58Speaker 3: them metaglasses or whatever, like whenever people were trying to
- 55:01Speaker 3: add glasses that would just like have a screen in
- 55:04Speaker 3: front of you.
- 55:04Speaker 2: Yeah, it makes sense.
- 55:05Speaker 3: I think that's what they're trying to counter, like being.
- 55:07Speaker 2: Down said, those people are probably just laying down doing it.
- 55:13Speaker 2: Oh my god, we're all fucked. I watched Bruhn THEO.
- 55:17Speaker 2: Yeah I wasn't. It was.
- 55:19Speaker 3: It was very uncomfortable.
- 55:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean he's autistic.
- 55:23Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know. It was like a plenty of
- 55:25Speaker 3: a people who have like more successful. He's just off putting.
- 55:30Speaker 2: I think he's really autistic.
- 55:32Speaker 3: Yeah. I think it's just it's more than that.
- 55:34Speaker 2: Yeah. I don't think they really show that that well
- 55:36Speaker 2: in the social network and the social network. He's just
- 55:38Speaker 2: like a nerdy, cool guy.
- 55:40Speaker 3: Cool.
- 55:41Speaker 2: Oh he's a fucking billionaire.
- 55:43Speaker 3: Yeah, he's a nineteen But as Gilly said to uh
- 55:48Speaker 3: Rick Ross, money.
- 55:49Speaker 2: Can I think it might though, when you become when
- 55:58Speaker 2: you get the.
- 55:58Speaker 3: B I think you just surround yourself with Like.
- 56:03Speaker 2: I think Zuck is way cooler than Elon Musk.
- 56:07Speaker 3: Well he must has to be.
- 56:09Speaker 2: Yeah, but I think Elon Musk might be like the
- 56:10Speaker 2: most off putting person on the planet. Like just like
- 56:14Speaker 2: everything he does, you get like physical that you feel
- 56:17Speaker 2: it in your spine. The hat, the hat on hat thing.
- 56:21Speaker 2: You're like, oh, my hat has a hat. Look my
- 56:26Speaker 2: hat has a hat. You're like, dude, you're a freak.
- 56:29Speaker 3: That actually is a good Elon that.
- 56:33Speaker 2: Impression. I can do impressions of people once and then
- 56:37Speaker 2: every other time I try to replicate it, I fuck
- 56:39Speaker 2: it up.
- 56:40Speaker 3: I want to see an episode of Love on the spectrum,
- 56:44Speaker 3: but it's just like Mark Zuckerberg and like Elon with
- 56:48Speaker 3: a billionaire.
- 56:49Speaker 2: Yeah. The problem is though, with being a billionaires, like
- 56:52Speaker 2: you can only really be a billionaire if like I'm
- 56:55Speaker 2: talking like billion not like like I know there are
- 56:58Speaker 2: billionaire there's a lot of there's what like two thousand
- 57:00Speaker 2: of them or something like that, and most of them
- 57:02Speaker 2: probably have like a billion dollars, which is obviously still.
- 57:05Speaker 3: Or they're in the Walton family. Yeah, they're like a
- 57:07Speaker 3: descendant of the people.
- 57:08Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm talking like the dudes that have like you know,
- 57:12Speaker 2: fifty plus, yeah, one hundred plus, the real ones, the
- 57:15Speaker 2: real ones. But it's like you can be like like
- 57:19Speaker 2: Zuck and Elon, you think of them and you're like,
- 57:21Speaker 2: those are billionaires. That's their billionaires. But bezos, Like, he's
- 57:25Speaker 2: not autistic, so you're kind of just like, Oh, that
- 57:28Speaker 2: guy's just an asshole.
- 57:29Speaker 3: Right, he's evil. Yeah, you're just like, oh, that guy's
- 57:32Speaker 3: just no excuse.
- 57:34Speaker 2: Yeah, these guys can't help themselves from being successful. You're
- 57:37Speaker 2: just a dick.
- 57:38Speaker 3: Yeah, you're like a power hung exactly. It's not like
- 57:42Speaker 3: you just like stumbled into it because you're so fucking smart,
- 57:45Speaker 3: because the brain operates on such a fucking aggressively hot
- 57:49Speaker 3: or you're just I mean, I don't know, Warren Buffett, Yeah,
- 57:52Speaker 3: it is fucking wild. I don't know what I would do.
- 57:55Speaker 3: Or I mean Belichick like kind of is like autistic
- 57:58Speaker 3: like that too.
- 57:58Speaker 2: Oh yeah, he just.
- 58:00Speaker 3: He's like a matchmaker to.
- 58:01Speaker 2: The Yeah, yeah, nothing wrong with that.
- 58:04Speaker 3: Do you ever watch Love on the Spectrum?
- 58:06Speaker 8: No?
- 58:06Speaker 3: Never, so fucking good.
- 58:07Speaker 2: I haven't even I've never even seen like a trailer.
- 58:10Speaker 3: It's so good.
- 58:11Speaker 2: I've ever heard jokes about it.
- 58:13Speaker 3: It's the least mean spirited show ever, Like, you're not.
- 58:17Speaker 3: They're not making fun of the people on the show
- 58:19Speaker 3: at all. It's like so feel good. I thought that
- 58:21Speaker 3: it would kind of like feel like a little dirty, like, yeah,
- 58:26Speaker 3: fucking jokes at the expense of somebody who's on the spectrum.
- 58:28Speaker 3: It's so fucking amazing interesting. I'm gonna give you some homework.
- 58:32Speaker 3: Watch a Little Love on the Spectrum, brother.
- 58:33Speaker 2: I'll make sure to check that out.
- 58:35Speaker 3: What about Uh? What about The Last of Us?
- 58:39Speaker 2: I haven't watched that either?
- 58:41Speaker 3: Are you watching, bro?
- 58:42Speaker 2: Right now? I'm watching The Studio Phenomenal. Have you watched that?
- 58:45Speaker 3: Three episodes?
- 58:46Speaker 2: It's stud It's like it's just a straight up. They
- 58:49Speaker 2: add there's seven this week.
- 58:52Speaker 3: They added for four more after the okay.
- 58:55Speaker 2: Seven on Wednesday.
- 58:56Speaker 3: Yeah, cool, cool, cool.
- 58:58Speaker 2: That shows fucking good. It's funny too. I've also been
- 59:01Speaker 2: watching like, uh, that new show. It's another show on
- 59:04Speaker 2: Apple TV. It's like your Friends and Neighbors or something
- 59:08Speaker 2: like that.
- 59:08Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah with.
- 59:09Speaker 2: What's his name?
- 59:10Speaker 7: Happened?
- 59:10Speaker 3: Neighbors and Friends was the show that Jo Frey did,
- 59:13Speaker 3: the guy who worked with Buddha Ben Uh Uh? What
- 59:17Speaker 3: was the fucking company that they had together. It was like, uh,
- 59:21Speaker 3: I'm shmacked. Do you remember I'm shmacked? Yeah, of course
- 59:25Speaker 3: I'm shmacked. The guy who ran I'm Shmacked made a
- 59:28Speaker 3: show called Neighbors and Friends. Really, and now there's a
- 59:30Speaker 3: show on Netflix that almost has the same name. They're
- 59:32Speaker 3: basically treading on the I'm smacked interesting, not very Ferda interesting.
- 59:37Speaker 3: It's the opposite of being Ferdi. What's this one about?
- 59:39Speaker 2: Though?
- 59:39Speaker 3: It's like neighbor what's it called?
- 59:41Speaker 2: It's called friends and Friends? And I don't know. Something
- 59:43Speaker 2: weird's with John hamm I heard that.
- 59:45Speaker 3: I heard that's pretty good.
- 59:46Speaker 2: It's right.
- 59:47Speaker 3: The new rehearsals good too.
- 59:49Speaker 2: I heard the new rehearsals great. Yeah, I have to
- 59:51Speaker 2: check that out. Still that that that show was a
- 59:55Speaker 2: little much for me. I get uncomfortable.
- 59:57Speaker 3: Yeah, because you're an extreme EmPATH.
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: It's very funny, but it's like almost like like John.
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: You ever watched Johnny Hamcheck's videos. Of course, like Hamcheck.
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: I used to be big into Hamcheck. Still love Hamcheck,
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: but like some of them, I'm like, I got to
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: turn them off half but I'm like I can't. I
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: can't even finish this dude. Yeah, this is so uncomfortable.
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: But where he like hicks dudes up pretending to be
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: like their uber driver and just drops them off at
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: like the library, and you're like.
- 1:00:22Speaker 3: Holy shit, yeah, because a lot of the times it's
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: you guys have.
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: No idea, she has no idea that it just wasn't
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: his uber driver.
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: It's like a victimless interaction. But when you drop someone
- 1:00:33Speaker 3: off at the library, like it's a little bit victim.
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like.
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: You somebody had a little bit of their time. But yeah,
- 1:00:39Speaker 3: like we just talked to somebody in the park about
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: a coconut corn husky. Like that's funny.
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: That's funny, that's good old fashioned fun low low steaks. Yeah.
- 1:00:47Speaker 3: But I think that he did. Hamchack just say he
- 1:00:49Speaker 3: had to get like sober or something like that. Yeah,
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: he almost killed himself because he was on like shmack
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: or something or he was shmacked.
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: He was smacked.
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: I'm shmacked. It was actually about Johnny Hamschack's real life.
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: I didn't know that, but I know I think Guardini
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: and Shane met him. Yeah, like very recently, Guardini was
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: texting me that he but I guess he came to
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: a show the chain did maybe.
- 1:01:12Speaker 3: Really, Yeah, he's the kind of guy who I don't
- 1:01:14Speaker 3: even want to see what he looks like in real life.
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: I think he's pretty normal looking.
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: I have another friend that met him and he said
- 1:01:21Speaker 3: it was and he brought him to a work party
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: and like.
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: It's a mistake.
- 1:01:26Speaker 3: He was like normal. But then he would meet work
- 1:01:28Speaker 3: friends and he just like would slip into it with
- 1:01:30Speaker 3: no camera. Yeah, he would just start talking about like
- 1:01:33Speaker 3: a balboni to like like not not for content, he
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: would just do it for love of the game.
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: Yeah. But we said before when we first started talking
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: about Hamshack, like over like years like years ago. I
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: remember we said, we were like, I feel like this
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: some of these guys had to have been doing.
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: You don't get that good at it, you don't just
- 1:01:49Speaker 3: turn it.
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: Yeah, and he just started filming.
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: That's like you start to run and you're running a
- 1:01:53Speaker 3: marathon the first day. It's like, you know, you have
- 1:01:54Speaker 3: to have trained your whole life for a fucking with this. Absolutely,
- 1:01:58Speaker 3: that's something that like, yeah, he had to escape from
- 1:02:00Speaker 3: his own childhood or something.
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: Legend though, all right, has that been to wrapping up?
