- 0:05Speaker 1: Drama Darling. Drama Darling, Drama Darling.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Hello, Darlings, welcome in. It's Tuesday, October twenty second, and
- 0:25Speaker 2: I am flanked by a couple of darlings that I'm
- 0:27Speaker 2: really excited about today. Now we have Emily Dreesa's here.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Always excited to see you, Emily. But guess who also
- 0:35Speaker 2: is here today? Welcome Stephen Gavis to the podcast. Steven,
- 0:41Speaker 2: welcome in for the first time.
- 0:44Speaker 3: Thank you. I'm so excited to be here.
- 0:47Speaker 2: And you might know him as Stephen from Philly. I've
- 0:52Speaker 2: talked about him. He's called in many a time to
- 0:55Speaker 2: serious XM. He's also You've been here on a drama Darling,
- 0:59Speaker 2: but not for a it was a quick thing. But
- 1:02Speaker 2: you're here now for the full recap. And Stephen is
- 1:06Speaker 2: an incredible I mean, let me just extol you for
- 1:08Speaker 2: a second and just say that you are a podcaster
- 1:11Speaker 2: in your own right, and you host a podcast called
- 1:14Speaker 2: Creek Talk, which we've given a lot of shout outs
- 1:17Speaker 2: here for on Drama Darling. Creak Talk, and he hosts
- 1:22Speaker 2: it with his best friend Jamie. It's a Dawson's Creek
- 1:25Speaker 2: recap show. So if you haven't listened to that check
- 1:29Speaker 2: it out if you're a creekhead. And then also what
- 1:34Speaker 2: he's up to now is you're doing a Buffy the
- 1:37Speaker 2: Vampire Slayer rewatch recap. Isn't that correct?
- 1:41Speaker 3: That is correct? Amy, We finished out Dawson's and we
- 1:46Speaker 3: still wanted to do a podcast, so we were like, well,
- 1:48Speaker 3: why don't we do Buffy because like, Buffy and Dawson
- 1:52Speaker 3: sort of like go together. They were like two of
- 1:54Speaker 3: my favorite shows when I was a kid, and I
- 1:56Speaker 3: mean my friend Jamie loves it too, so we just
- 1:59Speaker 3: can decided to continue on and do it with with Buffy.
- 2:01Speaker 3: And it's been fun so far. I mean, it's a
- 2:04Speaker 3: great I mean we did a whole seven or six
- 2:06Speaker 3: series of Dawson's Creek, so I mean, wow.
- 2:10Speaker 2: How many seasons is Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
- 2:14Speaker 3: That's seven?
- 2:15Speaker 2: Oh, okay, great, So that's gonna be exciting. I remember,
- 2:19Speaker 2: like I never watched it, but and I never watched
- 2:22Speaker 2: Dawson's Creek. You're literally covering two shows that I've never
- 2:26Speaker 2: seen in my life, which is hilarious. But I know
- 2:30Speaker 2: so many people who are just gaga over those shows,
- 2:33Speaker 2: especially Vampire Slayer, like that was huge. Emily did you
- 2:37Speaker 2: ever watch either one of them.
- 2:39Speaker 4: I did not, but it seems like if I would have,
- 2:43Speaker 4: Like it seems like you don't just casually watch these shows.
- 2:46Speaker 4: You become like immersed in them and obsessed about those worlds.
- 2:51Speaker 4: And there are definitely shows that I have like that
- 2:54Speaker 4: those two. I haven't done it, but you.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Know, and Steven has I'm gonna go. If you're watching
- 2:59Speaker 2: this on the Patreon app, you'll see I'm gonna put
- 3:03Speaker 2: Stephen in a solo the Jumbo trre, the Jumbo trunk. Yeah,
- 3:09Speaker 2: there he is in the Jumbo Tron. And so please
- 3:11Speaker 2: explain to us what you have in your background there, Steven,
- 3:13Speaker 2: it looks so lovely.
- 3:15Speaker 3: It's no wait here you go. It's just my collection
- 3:20Speaker 3: of stuff that I've had since I was a kid.
- 3:23Speaker 3: Like I have all the Buffy and Dawson's memorabilia. And
- 3:27Speaker 3: I'm a big fan of Kevin Williamson, who created Dawson's Creek,
- 3:31Speaker 3: so I collect a lot of his books and stuff
- 3:33Speaker 3: like that. But that's it. I was trying to make
- 3:35Speaker 3: it look nice for you.
- 3:36Speaker 2: It looks so nice, I you know, god.
- 3:41Speaker 3: On there.
- 3:42Speaker 2: No, I understand when people are collectors of such And
- 3:46Speaker 2: my husband loves like wrestling figures, as you guys know,
- 3:49Speaker 2: like WWE. It's a whole world. I'm also not a collector.
- 3:55Speaker 2: I have nothing going on in my life. So there's
- 3:58Speaker 2: that Emily is bringing to the table today. If we're
- 4:01Speaker 2: really doing show and tell a gorgeous gorgeous yes, Garfield sweatshirt?
- 4:07Speaker 2: Want you show that off? Can I get you in
- 4:08Speaker 2: a solo shot?
- 4:09Speaker 4: Here?
- 4:09Speaker 2: Oh wow, Johnbotron.
- 4:12Speaker 4: It says from the mean Streets of Lasagnols And this
- 4:18Speaker 4: is from friend of the pod, Jessica Joy.
- 4:20Speaker 2: Jessica Joy, shout out Jessica.
- 4:24Speaker 5: Yes, and I love it.
- 4:26Speaker 2: I love it.
- 4:26Speaker 5: Maybe laugh so hard?
- 4:29Speaker 2: Yeah, come, I got it?
- 4:32Speaker 5: Do you get it?
- 4:32Speaker 4: Because if you can just hang on Garfield, the cat
- 4:37Speaker 4: likes Lasagna. I live and I'm Emily now speaking. I
- 4:42Speaker 4: live in Los Angeles. Now, if you have a minute,
- 4:47Speaker 4: what we did here is we combined had questions at
- 4:52Speaker 4: the end.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Oh how about questions in November. We're gonna take questions
- 4:56Speaker 2: on November for this. I feel like I'm going to
- 4:58Speaker 2: give Emily a hard time today. I'm kind of I'm
- 5:00Speaker 2: kind of excited at it. I don't know why. Ready
- 5:03Speaker 2: Stephen had mentioned earlier that Lasagna. I was gonna say,
- 5:07Speaker 2: Lazangnia is having a comeback, Garfield is having a comeback.
- 5:10Speaker 2: Lazangnia doesn't need a comeback. Lasagna is always trending.
- 5:14Speaker 4: Yes, right, yes, it's been welcomed in forever.
- 5:20Speaker 2: So you guys, we have a lot to cover today
- 5:22Speaker 2: because we're going to do a double recap. We're gonna
- 5:25Speaker 2: do Potomac first and then we're going to do some
- 5:29Speaker 2: you know, windy strokes of blowdeck sailing out. We can't
- 5:32Speaker 2: land there for very long. We can't land on that
- 5:34Speaker 2: Mermaid island long because our focus really needs to be
- 5:37Speaker 2: on Potomac. But we will talk about it. We will, okay, right, sirens.
- 5:43Speaker 4: We like the thing is like below deck sailing out.
- 5:46Speaker 4: We're just starting, so it's it is hard, you know,
- 5:50Speaker 4: it is hard to like really.
- 5:52Speaker 5: Chew the fat off.
- 5:53Speaker 2: Yeah, yes, we just left port. You know. Yeah, we
- 5:56Speaker 2: haven't even like dropped Anchor. We're yeah, no, I guess
- 6:01Speaker 2: we well, yeah, we haven't dropped Anchor yet.
- 6:03Speaker 5: Right.
- 6:05Speaker 3: I'm still learning all their names, so I'll try my best.
- 6:10Speaker 4: Just say Diana or Deanna, because that's half the boat.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Your subay Davida. I actually have question marks like for
- 6:23Speaker 2: blank said this blank, like, you know, question Mark does
- 6:26Speaker 2: this because I don't know, and I'm like, I don't
- 6:28Speaker 2: really feel like looking it up anyway, without further ado,
- 6:32Speaker 2: let's welcome ourselves into the Potomac Recap.
- 6:34Speaker 6: Oh but duh, Wow, you.
- 6:37Speaker 2: Guys, this is a very This was an intense episode
- 6:41Speaker 2: on so many levels and so good, and I just
- 6:46Speaker 2: want to say, off the top, I am very concerned
- 6:50Speaker 2: about the Grand Dame.
- 6:52Speaker 6: Anyone else, Yeah, I mean there is a shot of
- 6:57Speaker 6: her that for next week where she's yelling and the veins,
- 7:04Speaker 6: I mean just in a physical way.
- 7:06Speaker 4: I was like, oh my god, Like I don't know
- 7:08Speaker 4: if that's the lighting, the angle, makeup, but but just
- 7:13Speaker 4: everything she's going to and to see her her face
- 7:17Speaker 4: and forehead physically take a different shape, I was like, oh.
- 7:21Speaker 2: Dear, okay, yeah, okay, well that is interesting. I felt
- 7:27Speaker 2: like in this episode she looks different, she's acting different,
- 7:33Speaker 2: and it's concerning me. Like her eyes actually they're very
- 7:39Speaker 2: much like Garfield eyes. I don't mean to like bring
- 7:42Speaker 2: Garfield into every pre cap today, but they're kind of
- 7:47Speaker 2: at half masked and she seems like something's off. Oh yes,
- 7:57Speaker 2: too much. Soasagna she needs more, she needs more lasagna,
- 8:02Speaker 2: or she's had too much lasagna. Okay, so you know,
- 8:05Speaker 2: much like James Kennedy referred to something as pasta, we'll
- 8:10Speaker 2: just have to refer to whatever is happening with Karen
- 8:13Speaker 2: as lasagna because you know, and perhaps it is. She
- 8:17Speaker 2: did say that she was on some sort of medication
- 8:21Speaker 2: right now, So maybe it's the medication that she's on
- 8:24Speaker 2: that is causing her to look and act the way
- 8:27Speaker 2: that she is, but it's not.
- 8:29Speaker 4: Maybe it's that she's has an insane amount of things
- 8:34Speaker 4: she needs to deal with legally, and she could have
- 8:38Speaker 4: killed somebody and she now has to answer it in
- 8:41Speaker 4: the court of her peers on camera and all this stuff.
- 8:45Speaker 5: I'm like, good, But.
- 8:48Speaker 4: It also seems like this is like we're seeing how
- 8:52Speaker 4: someone acts when they don't take any accountability and it's
- 8:55Speaker 4: starting to affect them. I think that I hope that's
- 8:58Speaker 4: what's happening. I hope that's starting to like form that
- 9:03Speaker 4: Karen has to take some kind of accountability.
- 9:05Speaker 2: I can't believe how she's projecting, Stephen.
- 9:08Speaker 3: I know she's just she's not, like you said, taking
- 9:13Speaker 3: accountability for anything, and she literally is putting it onto
- 9:16Speaker 3: like her friends now and whether or not they support
- 9:19Speaker 3: her or not, but like you're and also I feel
- 9:21Speaker 3: like she's she wants to maybe talk about it, but
- 9:24Speaker 3: she she can't because of the court case. But she's
- 9:29Speaker 3: never been like completely upfront about anything the whole time
- 9:32Speaker 3: she's been on the show. So it's like they call
- 9:35Speaker 3: her out and she wants to hide it, and like
- 9:38Speaker 3: just be honest, be honest, Like I think people might
- 9:44Speaker 3: like respect her more like I do love her as
- 9:47Speaker 3: a character on the show, But like there was always
- 9:50Speaker 3: something about Karen when I started watching this show that
- 9:52Speaker 3: she just reminded me like she wasn't a real person,
- 9:55Speaker 3: where like she was like kind of like a grifter.
- 9:58Speaker 3: But I mean, watching it all these years, I don't
- 10:01Speaker 3: know that it was just like the thing.
- 10:02Speaker 2: I got from her, Karen the grand dom grifter.
- 10:06Speaker 3: Nothing she did was real. And I don't know, but
- 10:10Speaker 3: I feel like she put herself in a situation that
- 10:12Speaker 3: she could have just not put herself in.
- 10:15Speaker 2: She is in over her head. She obviously is saying
- 10:19Speaker 2: that she needs to focus on Karen right now, and
- 10:23Speaker 2: she's referring to herself in the third person. She's saying
- 10:26Speaker 2: that she's always soldiering for someone in her family. And
- 10:31Speaker 2: this is how she sums up what happened with the
- 10:35Speaker 2: accident by saying like, it all came to a head
- 10:39Speaker 2: and it kind of hit her, and I thought, well,
- 10:44Speaker 2: she hit something, you know, but it was I mean,
- 10:47Speaker 2: it hit her and then she hit something. Thank god
- 10:50Speaker 2: it wasn't a person. And the fact that Ashley brought
- 10:53Speaker 2: that up when Karen tried to victimize her own self
- 10:58Speaker 2: in that moment by saying, like, I almost died. You know,
- 11:03Speaker 2: I'm in a situation where I almost died, and I
- 11:06Speaker 2: and and Ashley's like, yes, and you could have taken
- 11:08Speaker 2: the life of someone else. Well, and thank goodness that
- 11:11Speaker 2: didn't happen, so I had to get my awards.
- 11:14Speaker 3: You know.
- 11:14Speaker 2: It's like, what are we watching you guys?
- 11:19Speaker 3: Yeah, she's on another planet. It's crazy.
- 11:22Speaker 4: Well, she in the last couple of seasons especially, has
- 11:26Speaker 4: always been like the orchestra leader, and she is demanding
- 11:30Speaker 4: to still play that part. And none of the sections
- 11:33Speaker 4: are participating, oh except for the new like I think
- 11:36Speaker 4: Stacy is Stacy's willing to play the game.
- 11:39Speaker 2: Yeah, and we're talking like percussion sections but not trying drums. Yeah,
- 11:44Speaker 2: like the xylophones and the triangle and like, you know,
- 11:48Speaker 2: maybe a timpany. Yeah, it's like none of the main
- 11:52Speaker 2: orchestra players are there to go along with Karen as
- 11:56Speaker 2: much as she tries. I just feel really scared and concerned.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Last night I felt like, Wow, I feel like I'm
- 12:03Speaker 2: having to come to Jesus with Karen right now, because,
- 12:07Speaker 2: like I'm looking at her, I'm feeling like there's so
- 12:10Speaker 2: much darkness behind what we're seeing. I mean, we obviously
- 12:14Speaker 2: know about what's going on in her real life about
- 12:16Speaker 2: you know, the Dui, But behind that veil, I'm just
- 12:20Speaker 2: I'm questioning her entire life. I'm questioning her marriage, I'm
- 12:24Speaker 2: questioning what's going on in her family. I'm questioning everything.
- 12:28Speaker 2: It's just all a facade, it seems. I mean, her
- 12:30Speaker 2: kids seem to be doing well, which is thank goodness,
- 12:33Speaker 2: but I'm really worried for her.
- 12:36Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't know.
- 12:38Speaker 4: I mean, Mia seems to be dealing with something not
- 12:42Speaker 4: of equal value legally, but it's a lot and Mia
- 12:48Speaker 4: is kind of open to discussing it. I don't I
- 12:52Speaker 4: don't begrudge Karen for like not wanting to fully lean
- 12:56Speaker 4: in before she has a court hearing, but I but
- 13:01Speaker 4: there's also like you know, we're just seeing it. Also
- 13:04Speaker 4: to compare it to Shannon, and yeah, Shannon is there's
- 13:09Speaker 4: as much accountability as she can. I just that's all
- 13:13Speaker 4: I need. I need one vulnerable moment from Karen so
- 13:16Speaker 4: I know she's human and and and I don't know
- 13:20Speaker 4: if we'll get it. I just don't know if it's there.
- 13:23Speaker 3: And not blaming on her. I know this sounds terrible,
- 13:26Speaker 3: but like I hate that she keeps blaming it on
- 13:28Speaker 3: her parents' death. Oh yeah, Like I had a parent
- 13:33Speaker 3: that died and I wasn't, you know, blaming that for
- 13:35Speaker 3: every bad decision I made. Like that's ridiculous. You can't
- 13:38Speaker 3: keep putting that on your issues that you you made
- 13:42Speaker 3: a choice and got behind the wheel, like you have
- 13:44Speaker 3: money apparently.
- 13:45Speaker 4: Like also, like if a parent's death is that h
- 13:50Speaker 4: impactful for you, then surely you could show a little
- 13:53Speaker 4: respect to Giselle.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Oh yeah, nap, that was I'll tell you what. The
- 13:59Speaker 2: fact that she's going so hard for that award presentation
- 14:03Speaker 2: to have those people there and take them from Giselle's
- 14:06Speaker 2: is so absolutely crazy to me, considering yes, that her
- 14:11Speaker 2: dad was at the center of this so disrespectful, so disrespectful.
- 14:19Speaker 2: All right, well, why don't we kind of like circle
- 14:22Speaker 2: back to the beginning and just kind of work our
- 14:25Speaker 2: way through this. But I just had to acknowledge the
- 14:28Speaker 2: Karen situation because it's really taking me out right now.
- 14:32Speaker 2: First of all, the charcuterie count in this episode was
- 14:35Speaker 2: upwards of what six to ten? I mean, how many sharkoups?
- 14:38Speaker 2: How many sharkoots did we see, guys?
- 14:41Speaker 4: I mean at least well, it was mentioned at least
- 14:45Speaker 4: four or five times. And something I've known is across
- 14:48Speaker 4: the board with Housewives is a cracker, just crackers on
- 14:52Speaker 4: a plate, and she's on a different plate. Is now charcuterie.
- 14:55Speaker 4: It's been everybody is taking full advantage of the word,
- 14:58Speaker 4: and it's really just snacks on the counter.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 15:03Speaker 3: I said the same thing when they walked into Stacy's
- 15:05Speaker 3: and Jazzy was like a charcooterie board.
- 15:09Speaker 2: She's in crackers, shout out, shar shout out. Stacy is
- 15:17Speaker 2: giving so much lilith from from Cheers or Fraser. It's
- 15:23Speaker 2: killing God. Yeah, I've loving it so much. She's just
- 15:28Speaker 2: like I will never be happy about a divorce Fraser.
- 15:31Speaker 2: I mean, she's just always just I live in Washington,
- 15:34Speaker 2: DC and I serve on the boards. Everything is just
- 15:38Speaker 2: very I haven't quite gotten it down, but my god,
- 15:41Speaker 2: I'm so here for it. And you kind of feel
- 15:44Speaker 2: like everything that she says, you're it's like a little
- 15:47Speaker 2: bit of admonishment in it, but it takes you off guard.
- 15:51Speaker 4: You know, well, yeah, you're one hundred percent right, and
- 15:56Speaker 4: but there's definitely admonishment. And whoever that guy friend of
- 16:01Speaker 4: hers is who's like, I don't want you at all?
- 16:04Speaker 2: Oh you guys, we have to talk about Lilith and TJ.
- 16:09Speaker 2: Lilith wait, so this was a big deal, Like we
- 16:13Speaker 2: got to see TJ because we've never met him before.
- 16:16Speaker 2: I don't know. Here's what I was thinking, because you
- 16:19Speaker 2: know how she called everybody out at that dinner like
- 16:22Speaker 2: this is my personal life and I protect my daughter
- 16:24Speaker 2: at all costs. So was she not? And and I
- 16:28Speaker 2: was like, uh, isn't this out there? Like didn't you
- 16:31Speaker 2: just shoot a scene with him? So are we thinking
- 16:34Speaker 2: that she wasn't gonna bring TJ into this and then
- 16:39Speaker 2: was forced to and that scene was shot with TJ
- 16:42Speaker 2: after the dinner? What are we thinking?
- 16:46Speaker 3: Maybe that's a good call.
- 16:48Speaker 4: I mean that's a yeah. I don't know that's a
- 16:51Speaker 4: great call. I mean, she the thing is, she's never
- 16:54Speaker 4: said anything more than we're just friends. I don't understand
- 16:57Speaker 4: why she got so pissed at Ashley for how her
- 17:00Speaker 4: daughter's going to see this. I I just thought, like, well,
- 17:04Speaker 4: you said friends, that's fine.
- 17:07Speaker 2: I mean, we all know what that means though. Yeah,
- 17:09Speaker 2: but I guess if you're trying to if you're from
- 17:12Speaker 2: Salt Lake City and you're Britton Britannic cut, this is
- 17:17Speaker 2: what it means if you're heart shape besties.
- 17:21Speaker 3: When she did that, I got so angry. I hate
- 17:25Speaker 3: that's hard hands. I hate too old.
- 17:30Speaker 2: No, that's exactly what it is. You're too old. Look,
- 17:33Speaker 2: my daughter does that to me, and in the privacy
- 17:36Speaker 2: of our own home, I will do that back. But gals,
- 17:38Speaker 2: you're not you gonna catch me in lasagna liss like this.
- 17:46Speaker 2: You're just not and thumbs down on that one.
- 17:52Speaker 4: But that is an even better heart.
- 17:55Speaker 5: It's a better heart.
- 17:56Speaker 3: Yeah, getting screwed up with the camera. Sorry, It's like
- 18:01Speaker 3: Star Trek.
- 18:04Speaker 5: So TJ.
- 18:05Speaker 2: They go and they're so awkwardly, you know, at this
- 18:08Speaker 2: workout situation and they're with a trainer and she's kind
- 18:13Speaker 2: of giving him an awkward hug and then she's like
- 18:16Speaker 2: speaking of balls, and he's like, I'm not sleeping with you.
- 18:19Speaker 2: I'm I Am just not going to do it. And
- 18:22Speaker 2: she's like I want to hear what I want to hear?
- 18:24Speaker 2: How much do you want to sleep with me? And
- 18:26Speaker 2: he's like on a scale of one to ten k,
- 18:29Speaker 2: which means zero, And I was like, I got to
- 18:30Speaker 2: get out of here. I got to get out of here.
- 18:33Speaker 2: This is this is a fun house. I don't like
- 18:35Speaker 2: it here. It was a weird scene. It was a
- 18:37Speaker 2: weird scene, so.
- 18:38Speaker 4: Weird, I don't know why he agreed to film it.
- 18:41Speaker 4: And then in her interview she said he has been
- 18:46Speaker 4: intimate with other partners. He doesn't want to be intimate
- 18:49Speaker 4: with a woman unless she's going to be his wife.
- 18:51Speaker 4: And I was like, yeah, okay, so he's out.
- 18:54Speaker 2: Yeah, so I okay. I wrote the exact same thing
- 18:58Speaker 2: down Emily, and then I went back and I saw
- 19:02Speaker 2: that they cut. There's a cut there. Okay, So she
- 19:05Speaker 2: did not say that all in one sentence. And this
- 19:07Speaker 2: is where the editors really f you, because that sounds
- 19:12Speaker 2: like to me, he's slept with men.
- 19:17Speaker 5: And then yeah, and he's open just sleeping with women.
- 19:21Speaker 2: But I have I take issue with the fact that
- 19:25Speaker 2: or just Stacy, right, but like, why are you leading
- 19:29Speaker 2: us down this path if in fact that's not what
- 19:31Speaker 2: it is. I feel like that is pretty, I don't know,
- 19:35Speaker 2: defamatory if you ask me, if that's not true. That's
- 19:38Speaker 2: what everyone was thinking. He's not a virgin, he has
- 19:41Speaker 2: had other partners. He just doesn't want to be intimate
- 19:44Speaker 2: with women unless she is a wife. It just is
- 19:48Speaker 2: the most asidine statement I've ever heard, and it's misleading
- 19:51Speaker 2: and it's confusing, and I think if they were trying
- 19:54Speaker 2: to be messy editors, I think they went too far
- 19:59Speaker 2: because because there's an underlying tone there of like, you know, homophobia.
- 20:07Speaker 3: You know, it's so funny. I honestly didn't even pick
- 20:09Speaker 3: that up. I just was really I was so I'm
- 20:14Speaker 3: always so interested in her, her tone of voice. It
- 20:16Speaker 3: just cracks me up. Like when she's she's got that
- 20:19Speaker 3: like QBC host happening all the time. Yeah, Like, and
- 20:22Speaker 3: I loved them when she was like, oh I have
- 20:24Speaker 3: to go to a referral.
- 20:25Speaker 2: I love it.
- 20:30Speaker 3: But I I feel like, in a weird way, she
- 20:36Speaker 3: was making it seem like he he he is straight
- 20:41Speaker 3: because he will only sleep with women, because it's weird
- 20:44Speaker 3: that he is so at his age and he's holding
- 20:46Speaker 3: out having sex with his part I don't know, Like
- 20:51Speaker 3: I think it's weird. I'm going to be judgmental. I
- 20:53Speaker 3: don't really care. I think it's so weird that she
- 20:56Speaker 3: is willing to wait for him even though he's not
- 20:58Speaker 3: a virgin, and she like is okay with waiting and
- 21:01Speaker 3: potentially what if they don't get married. I would be like,
- 21:04Speaker 3: this is like a lot of waste of time. Yeah,
- 21:07Speaker 3: I don't know, Like I just think I know is
- 21:10Speaker 3: like a big deal to people, but like it's weird.
- 21:14Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 21:15Speaker 2: I don't think it's odd because if she's trying to
- 21:19Speaker 2: cover her bases by with her divorce, like if she's
- 21:22Speaker 2: not officially divorced yet and she just doesn't want to
- 21:24Speaker 2: like actually.
- 21:26Speaker 3: Have she's not getting to any basis, then.
- 21:32Speaker 2: Maybe is she trying to protect herself from sort of
- 21:35Speaker 2: the the divorce proceedings, if you will. It just doesn't
- 21:41Speaker 2: make sense to me.
- 21:42Speaker 5: But that wouldn't matter.
- 21:44Speaker 4: It wouldn't matter if she even if she was having
- 21:48Speaker 4: a crazy affair, it wouldn't matter because it's unless they
- 21:52Speaker 4: it's something in their prenup or something. But they're just
- 21:56Speaker 4: staring at each other.
- 21:59Speaker 2: Awkwardly. Okay, I really want to get out of that
- 22:02Speaker 2: scene because it's like freaking me out again because it
- 22:04Speaker 2: was so weird and I'm loving Stacy, except I can't
- 22:06Speaker 2: take TJ again. We can't get those two together again.
- 22:09Speaker 2: We just can't see them again.
- 22:11Speaker 4: Our whole thing makes Stacy not mysterious to me but confusing, yes,
- 22:19Speaker 4: because everything she's like asexual and we're we haven't like,
- 22:24Speaker 4: maybe that'll become a thing, like I don't know, maybe
- 22:27Speaker 4: there's something to that where she's finding a benefit.
- 22:31Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 22:32Speaker 3: You can tell she's really attracted to him too, like
- 22:35Speaker 3: she really really likes him, but he's I don't think
- 22:39Speaker 3: he's anything special. I think that the trainer was more attractive,
- 22:43Speaker 3: but certainly I don't think he's I don't know there's
- 22:48Speaker 3: and he was trying to be a QVC host, so
- 22:50Speaker 3: maybe he was.
- 22:51Speaker 2: That's the other thing. Well, but I was also thinking like, oh,
- 22:55Speaker 2: that's interesting. They met during his audition and then they
- 22:59Speaker 2: got together, Like are you trying to go get somewhere?
- 23:02Speaker 3: You know?
- 23:02Speaker 2: What's your plan here, buddy? Well, yeah, we ended up.
- 23:07Speaker 2: You know. Hey, listen, I'd do it in a heart. No,
- 23:11Speaker 2: I'm kidding. I have no intention, no intention, But listen,
- 23:15Speaker 2: let's let's head on back to when Gizelle kicks the
- 23:18Speaker 2: ladies out of her GNA brain tumor rebrand event and
- 23:24Speaker 2: Nia and Stacy and Kierana leave And this is the best.
- 23:28Speaker 2: When Stacy was leaving because she was like Ashley Actually,
- 23:32Speaker 2: when she got there, She's like, Ashley, did you not
- 23:34Speaker 2: tell us to be here by eight o'clock? It's eight o'clock?
- 23:37Speaker 2: And Ashley's like, it's eight o four And I was like, damn, Ashley,
- 23:40Speaker 2: you really jumped ship and you got your girl Gazelle's back.
- 23:44Speaker 2: And then Gizelle being like security or whatever, you know,
- 23:48Speaker 2: and then Ashley going down the steps being like, I've
- 23:50Speaker 2: never been so offended in my life. That means we
- 23:53Speaker 2: were in Washington, DC. Who did I say, Ashley? Oh sorry, actually.
- 23:57Speaker 4: Comes down to those steps in a few minutes and
- 23:59Speaker 4: it hilarious.
- 24:00Speaker 2: Yeah, which she was. I mean it was the best.
- 24:04Speaker 4: Yeah, chasing them down with that QR code.
- 24:07Speaker 2: Oh yeah, god, that was great.
- 24:09Speaker 3: It was so Ashley. She didn't. She doesn't care.
- 24:13Speaker 2: Ashley doesn't care. She's like, I'm so excited to sit
- 24:15Speaker 2: this season out and let these gals just run them up.
- 24:20Speaker 2: I mean, I've never seen anything like it except for
- 24:24Speaker 2: I I guess we have kind of seen this before.
- 24:27Speaker 2: But Ashley just making waves because she knows how to
- 24:31Speaker 2: make them, can do it like water off of a
- 24:34Speaker 2: duck's back. She's like, this is great.
- 24:38Speaker 5: Then the Whitney Rose done right.
- 24:42Speaker 4: You can see the strings with Whitney and you're just
- 24:45Speaker 4: like it's annoying. But when Ashley does it, for some reason,
- 24:50Speaker 4: she does it with a little twinkle in her eye
- 24:52Speaker 4: even and I'm still like, no, this is real.
- 24:55Speaker 2: Oh. I mean it's both like so fake, but you
- 25:00Speaker 2: can Ashley has more of a finesse about it, if
- 25:05Speaker 2: that's a better word. I don't know how to put it.
- 25:07Speaker 5: You know what it is too.
- 25:08Speaker 4: Like she'll let she'll give you a little the wink sometimes,
- 25:12Speaker 4: like she did it this episode and we'll get to
- 25:15Speaker 4: it when when she's like, Okay, I'm laughing out like
- 25:17Speaker 4: you know what I mean, Like it makes me believe
- 25:20Speaker 4: her more when she's calling like kind of just calling
- 25:24Speaker 4: it out or breaking.
- 25:25Speaker 5: The fourth wall just a little bit.
- 25:27Speaker 4: Yeah, and I'm like, Okay, well I believe for whatever reason,
- 25:30Speaker 4: I just believe it now with her.
- 25:33Speaker 3: I also think that they're at a point too, especially
- 25:36Speaker 3: the like the the longest the og is did they
- 25:40Speaker 3: know that, Like if they're gonna be like shady to
- 25:43Speaker 3: one another, they're gonna end up making up and like
- 25:45Speaker 3: move forward. Like Karen even said it kind of in
- 25:47Speaker 3: that scene. So it's it's funny when she does it.
- 25:50Speaker 3: And like you said, when she was laughing about the
- 25:51Speaker 3: Bunyan thing, oh yeah, yeah, yeah, so bitchy. But it
- 25:55Speaker 3: was funny because then Karen was just like, whatever, Ashley,
- 25:58Speaker 3: let's move on with their weird friendship.
- 26:04Speaker 5: You know.
- 26:04Speaker 2: Actually that scene was wild because it felt like to me,
- 26:10Speaker 2: Ashley was throwing a lifeline to Karen when she put
- 26:14Speaker 2: her foot up on the counter. Oh yeah, like she
- 26:17Speaker 2: suck because Karen came in there, I mean in the
- 26:21Speaker 2: most bizarre way, like.
- 26:23Speaker 5: Screaming, yeah the fuck up was?
- 26:27Speaker 2: She said, what the fuck is going on? Are you
- 26:30Speaker 2: all working it out? I was like, Mama, That's how
- 26:37Speaker 2: I felt. I was like, she is acting wasted. She
- 26:41Speaker 2: looks like she's drunk. It just was a weird vibe,
- 26:44Speaker 2: That's what I mean, Like it freaked me out. And
- 26:47Speaker 2: then she's just loud, and then Ashley is like, well,
- 26:50Speaker 2: you told Jaselle you weren't go to invite the girls
- 26:52Speaker 2: so that there wouldn't be a conflict, and then at
- 26:54Speaker 2: six point thirty the next day you invited him. And
- 26:57Speaker 2: then Karen's like, I certainly did. This was very This
- 27:01Speaker 2: was a very prestigious moment in my life, and I
- 27:04Speaker 2: wanted to share it with the girls. And that, I mean,
- 27:05Speaker 2: this is where I can't argue with my love for Karen,
- 27:09Speaker 2: because she was like, I certainly did. This was prestigious.
- 27:13Speaker 2: I mean, it was like and then actually calling rout
- 27:16Speaker 2: by saying, oh, you didn't even know the name of
- 27:19Speaker 2: this award when I asked you ago.
- 27:24Speaker 5: Oh my god, but I think they.
- 27:27Speaker 2: Carry her a lifeline.
- 27:28Speaker 4: Yeah, go ahead, Well she was throwing her a lifeline.
- 27:32Speaker 4: After then Karen was like like corn foot whatever, what
- 27:37Speaker 4: did that mean?
- 27:38Speaker 3: It's such a terrible, terrible like diss. I was like,
- 27:43Speaker 3: the other one were even like what is she talking about?
- 27:45Speaker 2: What was she talking about?
- 27:47Speaker 4: Ashley's bundy looked like acorns, I guess. I also, I
- 27:52Speaker 4: was like, how long was Karen sitting on that right
- 27:55Speaker 4: like she was like, oh, I got to mention that.
- 27:58Speaker 5: I'll mention this.
- 27:59Speaker 4: I'm like, she'dn't go after She's got a physical thing
- 28:03Speaker 4: on each of them, I'm sure, but that one, it's like, oh, man,
- 28:08Speaker 4: Ashley's that beautiful that you're Yeah, she had to go
- 28:11Speaker 4: under her feet, down to the side of her foot.
- 28:14Speaker 2: It was a half baked insult, which is not like Karen,
- 28:17Speaker 2: which tells me she's not all there.
- 28:20Speaker 3: You know, she stumpled on it. She's stumbled on her delivery.
- 28:24Speaker 2: So that's something that's so langry.
- 28:27Speaker 4: She went at it as though it was like like
- 28:31Speaker 4: the rage was felt very legit.
- 28:34Speaker 2: Because now she has had time to process, I guess.
- 28:37Speaker 2: And then she was like, well, I was in an inquisition
- 28:39Speaker 2: at my birthday and don't tell me I was deflecting.
- 28:42Speaker 2: And then she starts talking about Michael was pinching ass
- 28:45Speaker 2: and you couldn't talk about it.
- 28:46Speaker 5: I'm like, oh my.
- 28:47Speaker 2: God, this is like crazy, what are you talking about?
- 28:49Speaker 2: You know, yeah, they're both bad things, but now you're talking,
- 28:52Speaker 2: you're now projecting, and you're getting Michael involved. And uh,
- 28:58Speaker 2: that's when I just thought actually bringing up the acorns
- 29:02Speaker 2: and laughing was throwing her a line because she was
- 29:06Speaker 2: all over the place and she needed to make it
- 29:09Speaker 2: funny in order to lighten up the mood.
- 29:11Speaker 3: That's true. I agree with that.
- 29:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I think she had her back.
- 29:15Speaker 4: But I think that Karen really was like going for
- 29:19Speaker 4: I mean when she brought up the Michael stuff, I
- 29:21Speaker 4: was like, oh, she thought that this was going to
- 29:24Speaker 4: change the whole dynamic off of her, Like she went
- 29:27Speaker 4: for the Artisrael thing and it and and it's kind
- 29:31Speaker 4: of like nobody takes her that serious anymore, No, because
- 29:37Speaker 4: she's still there.
- 29:38Speaker 2: No, No, actually I don't.
- 29:41Speaker 3: Care about him. Like what he did I had nothing
- 29:43Speaker 3: to do with me.
- 29:45Speaker 4: Candice has gone too with that whole like lawsuit with
- 29:49Speaker 4: Michael and everything. Now Ashley really doesn't give a shit.
- 29:54Speaker 4: So yeah, I can see her being like whatever.
- 29:57Speaker 2: And then after she did take the lighten up the
- 30:01Speaker 2: mood a little bit, then Ashley was like, well then
- 30:03Speaker 2: you should be the one worried about going to jail.
- 30:04Speaker 2: I was like, whoa, Ashley, you well you really took
- 30:07Speaker 2: a turn there.
- 30:09Speaker 4: Yeah, And I could use a little bit more Tamera
- 30:13Speaker 4: in our gals and Potomac.
- 30:14Speaker 5: I could use just.
- 30:15Speaker 4: A little bit of like I need I need to
- 30:19Speaker 4: hear them saying like when Karen says something brushing off
- 30:24Speaker 4: what she did, I need someone to be like you
- 30:27Speaker 4: could have killed somebody, or like I need somebody at
- 30:30Speaker 4: that lunch in the other episode to I needed more.
- 30:34Speaker 2: Because of that.
- 30:35Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, because in the at the end of the day,
- 30:38Speaker 4: that is not Those kind of questionings are not enabling.
- 30:44Speaker 4: They're helpful, I think, to be like, here's your reality,
- 30:48Speaker 4: and I need a little of that.
- 30:50Speaker 2: Well, Ashley tried, and thank goodness that no one got hurt.
- 30:53Speaker 2: So I went to get my award for not hurting
- 30:56Speaker 2: anyone that day. The award is congratulations grand Dom for
- 31:01Speaker 2: not killing anyone today. That was dark.
- 31:05Speaker 3: Yeah, like what what what was it?
- 31:08Speaker 4: Like?
- 31:08Speaker 3: She saws and said it, Like, what the hell did
- 31:10Speaker 3: she got an award for? It was so stupid. I
- 31:12Speaker 3: don't understand.
- 31:13Speaker 2: Fem powered. Oh yeah she did. Yeah. It was for business.
- 31:21Speaker 2: It was for business, Okay, it was business awards her perfume.
- 31:25Speaker 2: I guess, yeah, it was the perfume. That's right. I
- 31:30Speaker 2: was just you're right, No, you're right. I think it
- 31:32Speaker 2: was that.
- 31:33Speaker 5: I thought it was something about her.
- 31:35Speaker 4: Oh, I guess it was the community recognizing her.
- 31:37Speaker 2: That's community, community of perfume. Can we just talk about
- 31:44Speaker 2: Wendy's house the reenactment scenes there. I just mean, I
- 31:54Speaker 2: just mean that her mom and her it was like
- 31:57Speaker 2: a sitcom, you know, And it was like, Okay, here's
- 32:00Speaker 2: what mom, this is what I need you to do.
- 32:02Speaker 2: We're gonna talk about this. I'm gonna ask you about that.
- 32:05Speaker 2: I'm gonna give you some looks. Mom, you have what
- 32:08Speaker 2: in the freezer? Laugh track?
- 32:11Speaker 3: I was like, she did not see that in her freezer?
- 32:13Speaker 5: Like that's what.
- 32:15Speaker 2: I'm talking about, Like, all right, let's cute, the cute
- 32:19Speaker 2: and fun like quirky mom, who's you know, who's Nigerian?
- 32:24Speaker 2: That's hilarious. And and then it got a little bit crazy.
- 32:28Speaker 2: After all that, they did get into the whole situation
- 32:33Speaker 2: between Wendy's mother in law and how like, so this
- 32:38Speaker 2: is nuts. So Eddie's it's mom.
- 32:40Speaker 4: It's her father in law, right.
- 32:43Speaker 2: No, well it's her father in law that sent her
- 32:46Speaker 2: the mother Happy Mother's Day. Okay, but it's the her
- 32:49Speaker 2: mother in law. So her mom and Eddie's mom used
- 32:52Speaker 2: to be best friends. That's the got it. The relationship
- 32:57Speaker 2: that is tumultuous and right, you know, so they were friends,
- 33:02Speaker 2: they were engaged, and then that's when Eddie's mom was like, Nope,
- 33:06Speaker 2: cutting it all off, don't agree with this, won't have
- 33:08Speaker 2: anything to do with you guys, so on and so forth.
- 33:11Speaker 2: It's so and then the last time that Wendy's mom
- 33:17Speaker 2: saw Eddie's mom, she tried to hug her and she
- 33:20Speaker 2: like pushed shoved her away or something like that. And
- 33:26Speaker 2: then Wendy was like, so, I'm thinking I would invite
- 33:29Speaker 2: them to the birthday party. I mean, it's just like
- 33:32Speaker 2: so set up. And then the mom is turned towards
- 33:34Speaker 2: the oven or the stove, and then she turns back around.
- 33:37Speaker 2: It's like this dramatic music and she pauses and she's like,
- 33:40Speaker 2: please do I'm for peace. And I'm like, wow, how
- 33:44Speaker 2: many takes did you guys do of this scene? Because
- 33:46Speaker 2: it's very well rehearsed, but there's some that's the drama
- 33:51Speaker 2: in her house.
- 33:53Speaker 4: The gal that's not on the show anymore now that
- 33:55Speaker 4: had the whole beef with Wendy's mom from last season.
- 33:59Speaker 4: The other Nigeria next, Oh thank you Mecca. Yeah, Wendy's
- 34:04Speaker 4: mom has rubbed me the wrong way since that whole situation.
- 34:07Speaker 4: So I'm always a little reluctant to be excited about
- 34:12Speaker 4: Wendy's mom.
- 34:13Speaker 2: That's fair, since then, that is fair.
- 34:18Speaker 3: To be a little bit of a shit stir.
- 34:20Speaker 2: Yeah, she sure.
- 34:21Speaker 4: Does, but in a very deep way, like using her
- 34:27Speaker 4: like core values to put like a curse on somebody
- 34:31Speaker 4: off camera.
- 34:34Speaker 2: Letting you do, let you know different stroke and you
- 34:39Speaker 2: know different folks. It would be before we before we

- 36:58Speaker 4: It's such a bachelor pea. Who the sound guys because
- 37:02Speaker 4: they didn't like Greg And I was like.
- 37:04Speaker 2: Come on, he was a marble mouth because he just
- 37:07Speaker 2: had that root canal. You could literally see his face drooping.
- 37:11Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 37:11Speaker 4: Well this happened another time too, oh later with Jamal
- 37:15Speaker 4: he wasn't miked.
- 37:17Speaker 5: That's right, some of these guys miked, what is going on?
- 37:21Speaker 2: Jamal should have been miked. I don't take issue with
- 37:25Speaker 2: Greg's house not being miked, because I don't know if
- 37:29Speaker 2: they had planned on him even coming down, because he
- 37:32Speaker 2: was up there getting his you know, killing Christ. Yeah,
- 37:35Speaker 2: but this is what kind of made it look more
- 37:37Speaker 2: real to me. I really liked this scene. I like
- 37:39Speaker 2: that it was Kina and her mom in the kitchen
- 37:43Speaker 2: and she's cooking eggs and pancakes. I'm like, oh my god,
- 37:47Speaker 2: if why can't I get that for me? I want
- 37:49Speaker 2: breakfast at any time during the day, if I need
- 37:52Speaker 2: to put something in my tummy before I take a medication,
- 37:54Speaker 2: I wanted to be pancakes and eggs. Okay, So shout
- 37:58Speaker 2: out Abbey on it, shout out for that. I just
- 38:01Speaker 2: want to say. And then he comes like trickling in
- 38:06Speaker 2: and we got to see him for a second. But
- 38:09Speaker 2: you know, one of the things that I noticed about
- 38:12Speaker 2: Greg's house, not only just the bachelor pad that it
- 38:15Speaker 2: is from the looks of that cupboard, I do wash
- 38:17Speaker 2: that cupboard with those dishes, Yeah, a sort of sorted
- 38:20Speaker 2: mugs and those black dishes. I mean, no offense, but
- 38:23Speaker 2: who has black dishes except for a b I.
- 38:25Speaker 3: Know, I hate them. I don't know what it is.
- 38:29Speaker 3: I don't like them.
- 38:30Speaker 2: I hate them so much, and they.
- 38:35Speaker 3: Either I don't know why people use them. I don't know.
- 38:37Speaker 3: You don't like what plastic cups?
- 38:40Speaker 2: Oh right, I'm like, why around the house? Yeah, get
- 38:46Speaker 2: a glass?
- 38:48Speaker 4: Well, unless you're a child, I can understand, sure, sure, sure.
- 38:52Speaker 2: I mean yeah, but listen. Yeah, they kept showing that
- 38:56Speaker 2: cupboard and I was like, wow, I get let's get
- 38:58Speaker 2: out of that cupboard.
- 38:59Speaker 6: But like a lot of dudes do like dark dishes
- 39:04Speaker 6: that You're right, Yes, it.
- 39:05Speaker 5: Is a bachelor thing, isn't it.
- 39:07Speaker 4: I didn't even think about that, but of course that's
- 39:10Speaker 4: schoo has Okay, go ahead.
- 39:14Speaker 2: Kierna is so young looking, and I was like looking
- 39:18Speaker 2: at her and her mom, and I was like, well,
- 39:19Speaker 2: which one is the housewife because the mom is more
- 39:22Speaker 2: the demographic. Yeah, in a way, sure, Kierna. I was like,
- 39:25Speaker 2: oh my god, are you a child? Are you her child?
- 39:28Speaker 2: Going to college? She looks so young. But I guess
- 39:31Speaker 2: that's where they're skewing. I guess that's why they want
- 39:33Speaker 2: her on the show.
- 39:35Speaker 4: Yeah, this, I will say, is one of the better
- 39:38Speaker 4: transitions to it almost a whole new cast, because it's
- 39:42Speaker 4: not we we kind of know enough about these scales
- 39:46Speaker 4: from being friends of that it's not such a like
- 39:51Speaker 4: shock to the system. So yeah, it's flowing like really nicely.
- 39:56Speaker 4: Like I don't mind.
- 39:57Speaker 2: It, no, But it just makes sense that they want
- 40:00Speaker 2: her on the show because she is bringing a newer,
- 40:02Speaker 2: younger vibe. But I'll tell you what Greg's house, and
- 40:06Speaker 2: knowing that he's got three kids, he's divorced. No, no,
- 40:09Speaker 2: not divorced, but he had a girlfriend. He has three kids,
- 40:12Speaker 2: and she's living with him, and you know this is
- 40:15Speaker 2: going to get really messy, and I'm here for it.
- 40:17Speaker 2: I just already know it is.
- 40:19Speaker 3: Well, they're having a house built, right, it's not why
- 40:21Speaker 3: she's staying there because they're having what it is.
- 40:23Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, they're having a house built. Okay, so it's
- 40:26Speaker 2: Greg's house. Part two.
- 40:30Speaker 3: I whenever Kierana and gregor together, I feel like I
- 40:38Speaker 3: feel like he's her dad. I got so confused. I
- 40:42Speaker 3: feel he looks so much older than her. They they
- 40:46Speaker 3: look like they're related to me. Man. I, Oh that's
- 40:52Speaker 3: her boyfriend. I thought it was her dad.
- 40:53Speaker 2: This isn't utah, No, I'm kidding, I know, but that's
- 40:58Speaker 2: what I'm saying about her age so young.
- 41:01Speaker 3: Yeah, like when her mom came in too, I was like, oh,
- 41:03Speaker 3: oh that's our mom. Oh my god, she's so young. Yeah,
- 41:08Speaker 3: Kierana's I'm sort of like not vibing with Kierana yet.
- 41:12Speaker 3: She hasn't really done anything for me to be like
- 41:15Speaker 3: super like, you know, to do anything. I like Jazzy though,
- 41:19Speaker 3: I think she's more interesting than Kierana.
- 41:23Speaker 2: Jazzy is amazing. I love JAZZYO. But yeah, so nothing
- 41:28Speaker 2: really much happened in the scene except for Kierana doesn't
- 41:31Speaker 2: really want to get married and because she doesn't want
- 41:34Speaker 2: to be thirsty, she doesn't want to be thirsty ringer.
- 41:36Speaker 2: So you guys, when Angel and a Door were dressed
- 41:42Speaker 2: up for prom, that was emotional, Like at the very
- 41:45Speaker 2: end when I saw how old they were, I was like,
- 41:47Speaker 2: oh my gosh, like they're all grown up now. We
- 41:49Speaker 2: saw them when they were tiny, and uh interesting. Always
- 41:54Speaker 2: interesting to see Jamal He's always talk about a mysterious character.
- 41:59Speaker 4: Yeah that, and like I guess he just breezes in
- 42:04Speaker 4: and out on big events.
- 42:06Speaker 5: Is that what's happening there?
- 42:08Speaker 3: He flies in? Yeah, me go back to church, got to.
- 42:12Speaker 5: Go to the church.
- 42:13Speaker 2: Yeah, the scene felt somewhat real. I mean, she's getting
- 42:18Speaker 2: her gland one for the prom. They're talking about the curfew.
- 42:22Speaker 2: I did love that Angel speaks my language was like
- 42:25Speaker 2: my social light dims at eleven thirty, but mine's more
- 42:29Speaker 2: like nine o'clock. And then a Door wants to party
- 42:33Speaker 2: like a rock star, which is super cute, and then
- 42:35Speaker 2: they just agree on the twelve thirty curfew.
- 42:38Speaker 4: And then there was like that Tom Cruise stunt double
- 42:41Speaker 4: that showed up was once of their dates. Just he
- 42:45Speaker 4: was like ten feet ten we need a ten foot
- 42:48Speaker 4: Tom Cruise look alike.
- 42:50Speaker 3: Yeah. I was like, wait, that's a grown man. Oh wait,
- 42:55Speaker 3: because then they showed it cheers and I was like, oh, yeah,
- 42:57Speaker 3: he's a kid.
- 42:58Speaker 2: I was like, is this a limo driver?
- 43:03Speaker 3: I like that all three of her kids are there though.
- 43:05Speaker 3: I like that we saw Grace because I really do
- 43:08Speaker 3: love Giselle and her like when they show her being
- 43:11Speaker 3: a mother because her kids are so cute and seeing
- 43:15Speaker 3: them grown up and going to prom. I remember, like
- 43:18Speaker 3: watching the first season and they're around the kitchen making
- 43:20Speaker 3: like cake or something, and they were like kids, Like
- 43:24Speaker 3: they're growing up. And I don't know what she's gonna
- 43:26Speaker 3: do when they all leave. I don't know man's going
- 43:29Speaker 3: to talk about.
- 43:30Speaker 5: But I don't think Gell knows.
- 43:32Speaker 3: No.
- 43:33Speaker 2: Yeah, by the way, when they were in that van
- 43:36Speaker 2: coming back from the GNA brain tumor rebrand event, NIA
- 43:43Speaker 2: was like, damn, Willy Wonka asked furniture that was great?
- 43:54Speaker 2: Poundtown does anybody know what that is?
- 43:57Speaker 3: Sure the kids, Poundtown just means like, you know, you're
- 44:02Speaker 3: fucking going to the Poundtown.
- 44:04Speaker 4: It is, but it's also like it's either a song
- 44:08Speaker 4: or a person.
- 44:09Speaker 5: And now I feel.
- 44:10Speaker 2: Yeah, because because Calsa.
- 44:12Speaker 4: The look, I'm like really proud of myself.
- 44:16Speaker 2: But it does mean that Stephen.
- 44:17Speaker 4: What Chapel Roone. I'm like, way into Chapel Roone. That's
- 44:20Speaker 4: as cool as I'm going to.
- 44:22Speaker 5: Be this year. Yeah, yeah, that's it. You tapped out Poundtown.
- 44:26Speaker 2: I'm good.
- 44:26Speaker 3: I know two of her songs, and Sabrina Carpenter is
- 44:30Speaker 3: a thing.
- 44:30Speaker 4: That's all I know really right, Yeah, I need to
- 44:33Speaker 4: learn about that.
- 44:33Speaker 5: In twenty twenty five.
- 44:34Speaker 2: I need to learn about that as well. T J
- 44:37Speaker 2: and I are going to get on that.
- 44:39Speaker 3: I need referrals.
- 44:41Speaker 2: Referrals. So you guys, when they get to Mia and
- 44:48Speaker 2: Ink in their staycation rental, and the first scene is
- 44:52Speaker 2: like all the scenes are him in front, you know,
- 44:56Speaker 2: and she's in the back, and and she's bending down
- 45:00Speaker 2: to smell the flowers, you know, And I had to
- 45:03Speaker 2: take a screenshot because it makes him look taller, you know,
- 45:06Speaker 2: She's like bending down, and I was like, this is
- 45:08Speaker 2: just this joke is ever gonna And when they.
- 45:12Speaker 3: Plan that out? Do you think they planned that out?
- 45:14Speaker 3: When they're like all right, she's like yes, hi voices,
- 45:18Speaker 3: She's like, so, what are you gonna do? I stand
- 45:21Speaker 3: over here and they not be back behind the refrigerator.
- 45:28Speaker 7: Jackline said that they you know, they dated in high
- 45:36Speaker 7: school and he wanted to produce to his DJ career
- 45:39Speaker 7: and he went to Atlanta.
- 45:40Speaker 2: So we all we've all heard this before. But she's like,
- 45:43Speaker 2: he's my best friend. Thank god she didn't do hearthands.
- 45:47Speaker 2: Gordon is living in the same building, and so, I mean,
- 45:50Speaker 2: that's tough. He's coming down with his hangnail. He's coming
- 45:53Speaker 2: down because he can't find his socks. Yeah, and I
- 45:56Speaker 2: like the fact that she's really taking one for the
- 45:59Speaker 2: team because she wants her daughters to have you know,
- 46:02Speaker 2: I'm sorry, the kids.
- 46:04Speaker 5: Not that suned. Okay, Oh my god.
- 46:06Speaker 3: I feel like.
- 46:09Speaker 2: I actually kind of feel like I'm about to be
- 46:11Speaker 2: admonished by Stacy because when Giselle was like, I know
- 46:15Speaker 2: that you have two kids, and Stacy was like, no,
- 46:19Speaker 2: that is not true. I have one one daughter, I
- 46:24Speaker 2: was like, Jesus, okay, but yeah, So and I like
- 46:30Speaker 2: that she's taking one and having her kids be close
- 46:34Speaker 2: to their dad. I mean, that's really really nice, but obviously,
- 46:37Speaker 2: you know, tough for she and Ink. And uh, that's
- 46:40Speaker 2: why they go to a staycation rental, which is how
- 46:44Speaker 2: often are they doing this, you guys? And what is
- 46:46Speaker 2: what is?
- 46:47Speaker 4: I mean? I think if it's like a night or
- 46:50Speaker 4: two here and there, I mean, or whatever. I think
- 46:53Speaker 4: it's just the whole vibe is weird. I'm I'm happy
- 46:57Speaker 4: that me is having this thing with Ink, But then
- 46:59Speaker 4: for Jacklin right out of the gate pretty much to
- 47:02Speaker 4: be like yeah when jack when when she when Mia
- 47:05Speaker 4: wasn't around, then he came to me, I'm like, whoa,
- 47:09Speaker 4: that was a bomb drop.
- 47:11Speaker 3: Yeah, their friendship is so weird to me. I don't
- 47:15Speaker 3: understand why she's on the show when they had it
- 47:18Speaker 3: out a couple of seasons ago and then now you're beat.
- 47:20Speaker 3: I mean, I guess because they had been friends for
- 47:22Speaker 3: so long, but like, oh no, that's that's really like
- 47:26Speaker 3: rude to talk about.
- 47:27Speaker 5: I thought so.
- 47:28Speaker 4: But it was also like, is she telling us like,
- 47:31Speaker 4: don't get too invested in Ink because yeah, yeah, I don't.
- 47:36Speaker 3: Know, sure is yeah secrets, it's weird. She like you know,
- 47:41Speaker 3: when you're friends with somebody for a really long time,
- 47:43Speaker 3: like you keep you know, in the in the chest.
- 47:46Speaker 3: But she doesn't.
- 47:47Speaker 2: Yeah, she's got no vault, no loyalty.
- 47:51Speaker 4: That seems like it should have been something that we
- 47:53Speaker 4: don't understand what's going on. But they are screaming at
- 47:55Speaker 4: each other at the reunion because they're not saying it,
- 47:59Speaker 4: but they're both it.
- 48:00Speaker 5: Yes, yeah, but I guess we're going to get it.
- 48:05Speaker 2: Jacqueline. Is that her ex? That's her ex boyfriend Patrick, right,
- 48:10Speaker 2: and they are off again. Peep. They're parental partners and
- 48:14Speaker 2: they're trying to parent in a peaceful way. Get out
- 48:18Speaker 2: of here with that. I don't need it, need it?
- 48:22Speaker 3: How about Many said? Oh, I guess he was joking
- 48:24Speaker 3: when he was when Inca's like, are they looked? Your
- 48:28Speaker 3: princesses look just like you? And it was like I
- 48:30Speaker 3: tried to deny them. I hear it now I think
- 48:36Speaker 3: it's Yeah.
- 48:38Speaker 2: I think he seems like he's got a good sense
- 48:39Speaker 2: of humor, a good sarcastic sense of humor. And I'm
- 48:42Speaker 2: okay with that. Uh, all right, Well let's see what
- 48:46Speaker 2: else do we have here? Oh Mia, you know she
- 48:49Speaker 2: moved again, by the way, where she lives and it's
- 48:52Speaker 2: in Baltimore. Now, Emily, I know, Stephen, Yeah, I mean
- 48:57Speaker 2: not that. I mean it's simple. I mean it's whatever.
- 49:00Speaker 2: It's over there, it's Philly. How close is Philly to Baltimore.
- 49:05Speaker 5: Train ride?
- 49:06Speaker 2: Oh all right, yeah, okay, let me get my maps out.
- 49:12Speaker 3: Well, let me oh wait.
- 49:17Speaker 2: When Mia is with Ink and she's like, Karen's got
- 49:20Speaker 2: a cord date and they're whispering about it was really
- 49:23Speaker 2: funny to me, and it's like she's like criminal court
- 49:26Speaker 2: with a jury. And then I think when Mia said, no,
- 49:30Speaker 2: wonder she's on a campaign trail trying to get these awards,
- 49:33Speaker 2: and I thought, well, that's a really interesting point. Actually yeah,
- 49:37Speaker 2: I mean.
- 49:38Speaker 4: I thought that was kind of what was being I
- 49:41Speaker 4: thought that was unsaid as to why she was doing
- 49:45Speaker 4: this roundup of awards. I mean, like her lawyers probably
- 49:51Speaker 4: like take accept everything, create awards, like we need to
- 49:56Speaker 4: go in there like you are the pillar, not like
- 49:59Speaker 4: the only pillar of the community. Without you, there's no
- 50:02Speaker 4: potomac exactly.
- 50:05Speaker 3: I really thought it was funny when Mia got her
- 50:07Speaker 3: her words mixed up and she was like, Karen needs
- 50:10Speaker 3: to go shake some babies. So Karen literally like shaking babies.
- 50:16Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, and Karen's like, oh no, now I've got
- 50:22Speaker 2: another rumor out there about me. Oh I've got to go.
- 50:25Speaker 2: I've got to go to a pediatric hospital. Make the
- 50:29Speaker 2: rounds uh.
- 50:31Speaker 5: Well.
- 50:32Speaker 2: Jizzy finally apologizes to Stacy and Kirna for kicking them
- 50:37Speaker 2: out of her party. Okay, which is nice, And this
- 50:42Speaker 2: is we kind of already talked a little bit about
- 50:44Speaker 2: this at this dinner or lunch or wherever this was.
- 50:46Speaker 2: And Gizelle's like, when Stacy was telling her her story about,
- 50:50Speaker 2: you know, getting having a getting a divorce, and Gizelle's like,
- 50:54Speaker 2: you look so sad. Are you sure you want the divorce?
- 50:58Speaker 2: Stacy's like, I'm never going to be happy about a divorce.
- 51:07Speaker 2: And then and I thought, well, that's fair, don't I
- 51:12Speaker 2: don't exactly know what Giselle was expecting at that, you know, like, no,
- 51:17Speaker 2: here's the thing.
- 51:21Speaker 3: I felt like Gizelle was trying to get something from Stacy.
- 51:23Speaker 3: I don't know what, because kind of it was a
- 51:26Speaker 3: little bit like pushing her buttons a little bit, even
- 51:28Speaker 3: when she gave her advice later and she got upset.
- 51:30Speaker 3: I thought it was funny.
- 51:31Speaker 4: I think Gizelle's just being Gizelle. But Stacy's been so
- 51:34Speaker 4: warned by Karen about Gizelle and also Karen Stacy's alliance
- 51:39Speaker 4: so much this season that she's probably thrown so much
- 51:43Speaker 4: poison at Gizelle's direction in terms of Stacy that Stacy's like,
- 51:47Speaker 4: Gizelle will not be able to win. It's going to
- 51:50Speaker 4: be everything she says is going to be the most
- 51:52Speaker 4: offensive thing that Stacy's heard.
- 51:56Speaker 3: Good point.
- 51:58Speaker 2: Yeah. Then Ash's like, no, no, it's fine, She's got a friend,
- 52:02Speaker 2: and that was really her opening up, like she's moved on.
- 52:06Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 52:07Speaker 2: So then of course Stacy being like Ashley, I've spent
- 52:11Speaker 2: multiple days with you at my home talking about my
- 52:14Speaker 2: marriage when I cured, and you came here over charcotery
- 52:19Speaker 2: and drinks and just spills all of my business and
- 52:22Speaker 2: did you buy any Chancey Wendy, she was like snake,
- 52:28Speaker 2: you know. I was like, oh, because Wendy has Ashley's
- 52:32Speaker 2: number on some level, and I think she's got a
- 52:34Speaker 2: point to it. But I don't necessarily think in this situation. Right,
- 52:39Speaker 2: in this situation, I don't think Ashley was trying to
- 52:41Speaker 2: be messy. I think she was just saying, no, she's fine,
- 52:43Speaker 2: she's moving on, she wants the divorce.
- 52:46Speaker 4: Yeah, I thought I thought it was totally fine, unless,
- 52:49Speaker 4: like you said, it's being we're seeing things out of
- 52:52Speaker 4: out of whack. And then you know, Stacy was forced
- 52:55Speaker 4: to like really loop him into the season. But I
- 52:59Speaker 4: don't even that then just edit, I you know, now
- 53:02Speaker 4: that I'm thinking about it, they would have just edited
- 53:04Speaker 4: that scene out. They wouldn't have forced her to start
- 53:08Speaker 4: talking about him on camera because of one dinner scene.
- 53:12Speaker 4: They would have just not had him on you know,
- 53:14Speaker 4: they would have edited that scene.
- 53:15Speaker 5: That would have been a.
- 53:15Speaker 4: Lot easier, Like Stacy clearly wants to talk about this
- 53:19Speaker 4: guy in film with him.
- 53:21Speaker 5: Oh you know, like it's.
- 53:24Speaker 4: A lot easier for production to edit out one scene
- 53:27Speaker 4: than film five talking about him or showing him.
- 53:31Speaker 2: Do you what do you think, Steven?
- 53:33Speaker 3: I didn't think. I don't think as she was being
- 53:37Speaker 3: like a snake in that scene either. I thought she
- 53:38Speaker 3: was just making conversation. And yeah, she's a little messy
- 53:42Speaker 3: bringing out her like her business. But maybe Stacy feels
- 53:45Speaker 3: like she wants to tell everybody herself, but it's it's
- 53:50Speaker 3: her personal business, like she wants to let the girls
- 53:54Speaker 3: know each individually, which is so dumb. They're all there
- 53:57Speaker 3: together in one sharcooter. But I don't know, I didn't
- 54:02Speaker 3: think it was that big of a deal. But she
- 54:04Speaker 3: she got really like upset. I'd even like relax, like
- 54:10Speaker 3: you're on the Potomac Housewives, Like, no.
- 54:12Speaker 2: They're all so chill, like they they are not uptight people.
- 54:17Speaker 3: She gets so angry. Her face gets like.
- 54:20Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah again because she thinks. I think she thinks
- 54:25Speaker 4: she's going to be able to control it because she's
- 54:26Speaker 4: been watching Karen and that's not going to happen.
- 54:29Speaker 2: No, ma'am.
- 54:31Speaker 4: I thought it was unfair that Gizelle and that that
- 54:33Speaker 4: whole thing was like they were all shocked that Gazelle
- 54:36Speaker 4: was going to apologize, and I was like, Gazelle apologizes,
- 54:38Speaker 4: just not to canvas.
- 54:41Speaker 2: Ah, that's really funny. Yeah, I mean it was a
- 54:44Speaker 2: matter of time before she was going to apologize. I mean,
- 54:46Speaker 2: it was so silly for her to cut throw them
- 54:49Speaker 2: out of that party at that time. But yeah, I
- 54:52Speaker 2: mean she did the right thing. And now I thought
- 54:56Speaker 2: it was interesting what Gizelle said after she talked about
- 55:02Speaker 2: after Stacy said, you know, I'm really cautious about talking
- 55:05Speaker 2: about this because of the mental health of my daughter.
- 55:08Speaker 2: And then she actually was really she really slammed Ashley
- 55:12Speaker 2: by saying like, I'm not ashamed of my friend, I'm
- 55:14Speaker 2: ashamed that you brought this to this table. I was like,
- 55:16Speaker 2: whoa drama, Darling. I mean, that was too much drama.
- 55:21Speaker 5: Uh, it's going to be a great housewife.
- 55:23Speaker 2: Yeah. But Gazelle, at the end of this conversation, she says, well,
- 55:27Speaker 2: you know what they say, a child gets its sense
- 55:30Speaker 2: of worth from their mother's happiness, So like, go for it.
- 55:33Speaker 2: And I just thought that was a really nice button
- 55:35Speaker 2: on concluding the conversation because it wasn't going anywhere, and
- 55:39Speaker 2: I think it was a very positive thing that Gazelle said.
- 55:43Speaker 2: Great kudos to her. So we're going to Lake Norman
- 55:47Speaker 2: and I was like, oh, we're setting this up for
- 55:49Speaker 2: like next week when I'm like, oh, we're going out, we're.
- 55:52Speaker 5: Going out, We're getting a girls trip.
- 55:54Speaker 2: We're going now, and we're there. Okay. So we're at
- 55:56Speaker 2: Lake Norman and that was like very abrupt Yeah, yeah, I.
- 56:00Speaker 3: Was taking it back. Oh, oh, we're in the car.
- 56:04Speaker 3: Are there?
- 56:06Speaker 2: It was kind of crazy. We need more packing. We
- 56:10Speaker 2: need more filler scenes. It just was like very strange,
- 56:14Speaker 2: but yeah, Mia invited them, this is where she grew up.
- 56:17Speaker 2: And Wendy's very excited about her birthday. Definitely not how
- 56:21Speaker 2: Emily handles her birthday at all.
- 56:23Speaker 4: I hate my birthday. I love Wendy's birthday. For Wendy,
- 56:27Speaker 4: I love everybody else's.
- 56:29Speaker 2: You should as you should Jizzy. I love calling her Jizzy.
- 56:33Speaker 2: Jizzy and Wendy are getting along really well in the car,
- 56:36Speaker 2: and I thought this was really fun because Geselle's talking
- 56:39Speaker 2: about like going to Catholic church and but she went
- 56:41Speaker 2: to Baptist church when she was married to Jamal, and
- 56:44Speaker 2: Wendy's like that had to have been like culture shock,
- 56:47Speaker 2: you know. So I just thought that was a really
- 56:50Speaker 2: great conversation and a real one to boot.
- 56:54Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm enjoying.
- 56:56Speaker 4: I enjoy Wendy Moore this season. And I'm not a
- 56:58Speaker 4: Wendy fan, but I enjoy her more because Gizelle is
- 57:03Speaker 4: enjoying her and I love Giselle so much.
- 57:07Speaker 3: Yeah, I agree. I think Wendy is so much lighter
- 57:10Speaker 3: this season. And I feel like you said it on
- 57:14Speaker 3: the podcast before, but both of their like like besties
- 57:19Speaker 3: are gone. So I feel like production was like you
- 57:23Speaker 3: got to sort it out because like you can't be
- 57:26Speaker 3: separate like you were last year. So I like that
- 57:29Speaker 3: they're starting over and it's a little bit like they're
- 57:32Speaker 3: trying to be fresh about it. And I do like
- 57:34Speaker 3: that Wendy has like chilled out a little bit because
- 57:37Speaker 3: she was like a lot last season. I was like,
- 57:40Speaker 3: fire her, but I like that she's being like a
- 57:42Speaker 3: little bit more like, you know, she's easier.
- 57:47Speaker 2: I feel like completely agree. When me and Kara Karen
- 57:51Speaker 2: are in the car, I don't know who Karen is,
- 57:53Speaker 2: but welcome her in sometime, and Mio's like, Karen's trying
- 57:58Speaker 2: to talk through her turvenirs, you know, and it's always hard,
- 58:02Speaker 2: especially when you're in a car and it's a little muffled,
- 58:04Speaker 2: and she's like, when it's you can try to talk
- 58:07Speaker 2: about it, you know. It's like and then me as like, Karen,
- 58:12Speaker 2: it's on internet.
- 58:15Speaker 3: It's on internet. It's on the interwebs.
- 58:18Speaker 2: Karen, it's on the www, dot.
- 58:23Speaker 4: Down, cold TTP, backslash, backslash.
- 58:29Speaker 2: But then Karen's like, then read it. I'm like, I
- 58:32Speaker 2: love you so much.
- 58:33Speaker 4: It's just like I don't know.
- 58:36Speaker 2: Sometimes their responses are so childish, but they're so funny
- 58:39Speaker 2: to me. It's on the internet. Karen then read it.
- 58:43Speaker 2: That's my bus.
- 58:44Speaker 4: That's why she is a great housewife.
- 58:47Speaker 5: I mean, I do love her on the.
- 58:49Speaker 2: Show and then me as like I did. That's why
- 58:53Speaker 2: I'm that's why I'm checking in with you get it. Oh,
- 58:57Speaker 2: it's so good, It's so so good. And that's where
- 59:00Speaker 2: she was talking about. You know that she's always soldiering
- 59:05Speaker 2: for someone in her family and it got to be
- 59:07Speaker 2: too much for her and she can't talk about it
- 59:09Speaker 2: because she doesn't want to incriminate herself. And by the way,
- 59:15Speaker 2: and sorry, Mia says in her confessional that Karen has
- 59:19Speaker 2: not admitted it yet. I mean she just hasn't, but
- 59:22Speaker 2: off the show, I believe at this point, I think
- 59:26Speaker 2: I saw in the news that Karen has enlisted. Her
- 59:29Speaker 2: lawyer has made a what do they call it in
- 59:35Speaker 2: legal terms, filed a claim that the officer that pulled
- 59:39Speaker 2: her over did something wrong or did something illegal legal search.
- 59:44Speaker 3: I just heard about this, Yeah, yes, didn't read her
- 59:46Speaker 3: rights or something.
- 59:49Speaker 4: Oh, I only read the headline me too, I meant
- 59:55Speaker 4: to read it.
- 59:56Speaker 5: I think I saved it.
- 59:58Speaker 4: I don't know what that does for care or the case.
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: But I will get to favor well eventually. But but
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: something's happening there, so concriminate che. But we'll wrap up
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: this episode of Potomac. Do you guys have any anything
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: else you would like to say about it?
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: I have a dumb gripe and this is like Bravo
- 1:00:22Speaker 3: like related. They film in DC all the time, and
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: one of them lives in d C, and they never
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: brought back real real houses of d C. I love
- 1:00:33Speaker 3: that show so much. I understand why, but they film
- 1:00:37Speaker 3: in that city all the time. I'm like, they need
- 1:00:39Speaker 3: to just bring it back. That's my stupid gripe with Potomac.
- 1:00:43Speaker 4: And do you think that they film because I know
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: they do like drone shots and b roll of d C,
- 1:00:51Speaker 4: But I do they actually film film in DC?
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: Are you saying in general or for on Potomac?
- 1:01:00Speaker 4: On Potomac, A lot of the places I think that
- 1:01:03Speaker 4: they're going to aren't in d C proper.
- 1:01:06Speaker 5: But they do b roll of like the Memorial jet
- 1:01:10Speaker 5: for some memorial we saw it.
- 1:01:11Speaker 4: Like the Bend with the with the cherry blossoms or yeah,
- 1:01:14Speaker 4: and we're all the way on like normal.
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: It's like, yeah, you can see it, but I.
- 1:01:19Speaker 4: Don't know because I just had assumed that we don't
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: get d C because it was impossible to film there.
- 1:01:24Speaker 5: But maybe I'm maybe you're right and I'm just not
- 1:01:28Speaker 5: clocking things as Washington d C. But I mean Potomac
- 1:01:32Speaker 5: is like right there, Yeah, d C.
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: Well, perhaps the solution is more or less getting some
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: housewives in there that are more involved in the political
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: community in d C.
- 1:01:44Speaker 5: Yeah, get on that, Stephen.
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: I know I should make things happen.
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: All right, guys, Well let's take a quick break before
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: we get into below deck sailing yacht. All right, you guys,
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: we're back and it's time to get into below decks
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: sailing yacht and we're in Ebida's important and I still
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: can't say it all that correctly, but you know, we're
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: doing We're doing what we can do.
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: Wow, Glenn with that iPad on his face learning more
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: about Abitha.
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: I'm like, that's like how my daughter holds her iPad.
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: You know, she's seven. I did love that we got
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: a little bit of a foreshadowing to the Mermaid Island
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: that we're going to based on seeing him like left
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: behind uh at crew night out and he's back there
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: watching videos. And I also feel like they set him up.
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: I don't really know if he's actually watching any of
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: the stuff or listening to any of the things that
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: they have him doing, but they always put him in
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: a position where they have him listening to some kookie
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: cookie stuff and I just love it.
- 1:03:05Speaker 4: Or like rummaging the cupboards for snacks, that was always
- 1:03:08Speaker 4: his crew night out was always like looking for snacks
- 1:03:11Speaker 4: in the back of the cupboards.
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: We got a lot in commons, you know. Yeah, but
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: I'm I'm very much here for this Glen that's all
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: about you know, sirens and essentially like in the in
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: the preference sheet meeting and he was like, oh, hey, guys,
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: I had an interesting idea about the mermaids. And we're
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: gonna be going up north into an Igland.
- 1:03:36Speaker 4: There it's not too far for me.
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: And oh, I know that there are mermaids on the
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: island that go out onto the boats, and uh, you
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: gotta be careful because seamen have been brought to their
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: death and uh, so maybe we just hire some fake
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: mermaids so that they don't kill and murder us and
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: the uh, the guests. What do you think everybody because legend,
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: legend has it, did that their eatings were involved in.
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: And then and Daisy's like, what the fuck are you
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: talking about? Glenn a fucking crazy seamen, lost stover loving
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: fucking mind.
- 1:04:13Speaker 4: And then she gets on orders a mermaid in two
- 1:04:16Speaker 4: seconds with provisions. Provisions is like, yep, no problem.
- 1:04:20Speaker 3: I know, Like this world is crazy. Every time I
- 1:04:23Speaker 3: watch this show, they just kid. Yeah, they make a
- 1:04:25Speaker 3: phone call and they get it, They get whatever they
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: need unless you're on med and you.
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, you gotta call Norma. But you know,
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: I have to tell you I would be able to
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: make that phone call and have a mermaid in an instant.
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: And that is because my daughter is a mermaid for hire.
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: She would love She told me that when she gets older,
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: she wants to be a mermaid at parties.
- 1:04:51Speaker 5: Oh well, there you go.
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: So if she has a mermaid tail, she's ready to
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: go if anyone wants to hire her. Just kidding, available,
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: but you get the idea.
- 1:05:02Speaker 4: I think for a price, she'd be available.
- 1:05:04Speaker 5: Everybody, let's mash me on this start sending bids.
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: Oh my god, Mermaddie, that's cute.
- 1:05:15Speaker 6: I like that.
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: Yeah, I told you didn't I a long time ago
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: when she was a mermaid and she her her tail
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: is like rainbow, and so her name was Rainbow and
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: and I had a mermaid tail and like a blanket,
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: and I was like, what's my my mermaid name, Maddie
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: And she goes seaweed like seaweed at your service, So
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: that's my siren song. Kind of reminded me Emily of
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: when we did uh what was the show? Oh my god,
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: how come have do I forgetting? I don't know the
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: detective show? Oh true detective yeah true atack the sirens
- 1:06:06Speaker 2: for a second.
- 1:06:07Speaker 4: Yes, yeah, there was a whole like, yeah, that was
- 1:06:12Speaker 4: some of the like the loure around the the darkness
- 1:06:16Speaker 4: of the town or something.
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: Right right, Well they have But we pick up with
- 1:06:21Speaker 2: Crew night out and Daisy and Gary are arguing and
- 1:06:24Speaker 2: then they are fine. It's the same thing over and
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: over again. Big deal.
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: Yeah, she says that it's a vicious cycle, like but
- 1:06:33Speaker 3: you're continuing it just you know, She's like, make amends
- 1:06:36Speaker 3: and just move on. Daisy, Like, I didn't watch last season.
- 1:06:40Speaker 3: I watched like the first couple of episodes, so like
- 1:06:44Speaker 3: I never got caught up on that. But I'm understanding
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: that it had a lot to do with Daisy and
- 1:06:50Speaker 3: Colin and Gary and Gary being like a part of
- 1:06:53Speaker 3: their breaking up. I have no idea.
- 1:06:55Speaker 2: Well, yeah, it's fair and it is. It's a toxic triangle,
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: but their relationship is very toxic. I almost am keen
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: to say that Daisy is always being called by Gary's
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: siren song, you know, except it's not as beautiful. It's
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: more like yeah, yeah, yeah, but she's very toxic. Yes,
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: and he loves her siren song, which is Gary. They
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: kind of sound the same. She loves that toxicity though
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: She's just brought right into it, you know.
- 1:07:30Speaker 3: I's great though. I love her ever, Like I feel
- 1:07:33Speaker 3: like she's really on par with Kate Chastein, Like they're
- 1:07:36Speaker 3: very different, but I like watching her. Yeah, so I'm
- 1:07:40Speaker 3: glad that they brought her on the show.
- 1:07:44Speaker 4: In fairness to Daisy, though, it's like she's actually needing Gary.
- 1:07:48Speaker 4: She's not trying to have anything but maybe a little
- 1:07:51Speaker 4: flirtation back with Gary, but really she's trying to get
- 1:07:55Speaker 4: some shit done for the boat, and Gary is just
- 1:07:59Speaker 4: like growing blocks up for that, and it's like no,
- 1:08:03Speaker 4: I almost feel like Gary's like no, no, no, You've
- 1:08:05Speaker 4: got to connect with me on this level and then
- 1:08:07Speaker 4: I'll do my job properly for you. That's the vibe
- 1:08:10Speaker 4: I'm getting from Gary with Daisy right.
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: And days is always like I'm just looking out for
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: the girls. The girls need to get back on the boat,
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: and the girls need to get off the boat. Gary,
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: get the girls, take the girls there, bring the girls back.
- 1:08:24Speaker 3: Gary.
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: I did love the Gary and Klois oysters and wine.
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: I was kind of into that. I'm here for that.
- 1:08:32Speaker 5: Yeah, where are you though? On the check split? I mean,
- 1:08:35Speaker 5: we know what this is.
- 1:08:37Speaker 4: We know everybody gets a night and they cover it.
- 1:08:40Speaker 4: For Chloas to be that upset about it, I and
- 1:08:45Speaker 4: he was not understanding it.
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: No, did they explain it properly?
- 1:08:51Speaker 5: I thought they did.
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: They said, yeah, you get one night and then that's it.
- 1:08:54Speaker 4: Then yeah, there's somebody else, so it's not like every
- 1:08:57Speaker 4: week you're doing that. But he was just like obsessive
- 1:09:02Speaker 4: about it.
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: Obsessive.
- 1:09:03Speaker 3: Yeah, that's that's triggered me. Triggered me situation. I'm like,
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: just pay the goddamn check, Like it's not that big.
- 1:09:10Speaker 5: Of a cat.
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, Because it's always somebody that you're like
- 1:09:15Speaker 2: just really like you again, especially when you're an adult.
- 1:09:20Speaker 2: It's one thing when you're in your you know, nineteen
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: twenty twenty one, twenty two, twenty five top it keeps doing,
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: keep sitting.
- 1:09:28Speaker 4: Anywhere he is drinking. I did like that he should
- 1:09:33Speaker 4: put that shot right in the centerpiece of the table.
- 1:09:36Speaker 4: Though when he was on Crew Night he was like
- 1:09:38Speaker 4: a tiny sip and then dumped it in the centerpiece.
- 1:09:41Speaker 4: But like I could see if he's like not drinking,
- 1:09:45Speaker 4: that's different because there is something too if like you're
- 1:09:48Speaker 4: in AA and then you don't want to take on
- 1:09:51Speaker 4: the the bill because you're participating in this thing.
- 1:09:55Speaker 5: But interesting, I don't think that's what's happening here.
- 1:09:59Speaker 4: And I'm like, dude, it's it's not that complicated.
- 1:10:03Speaker 2: A cork that we don't like, cork, not cork that
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: couldn't come out of that bottle. So what else? Oh,
- 1:10:14Speaker 2: Emma didn't tie up the tender properly.
- 1:10:17Speaker 5: Okay, Emma's rubbing me wrong.
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: Yeah, she's not doing a good job at all.
- 1:10:23Speaker 4: I mean, how did you not hear that you're sitting
- 1:10:25Speaker 4: there smoking? How do you not hear that boat banging
- 1:10:28Speaker 4: and know that that's your job? Yeah?
- 1:10:31Speaker 3: Because she doesn't understand what her job is yet. That's
- 1:10:34Speaker 3: the problem. That's why she's been in so many careers
- 1:10:36Speaker 3: her whole thirty five years of life. She's not going
- 1:10:40Speaker 3: to be able to stick with this one either, So
- 1:10:41Speaker 3: I don't know why she's even wasting her time. Like yeah,
- 1:10:45Speaker 3: Like when she's sitting there, I'm like, I would have
- 1:10:46Speaker 3: been like, what is that? Did I do something wrong?
- 1:10:48Speaker 3: I would have panicked. But yeah, I don't think she's
- 1:10:51Speaker 3: good at anything.
- 1:10:53Speaker 2: I don't think she has a sense of urgency or
- 1:10:55Speaker 2: fear at all, or a sense of high stakes or dane.
- 1:11:00Speaker 2: I've a little concerned.
- 1:11:02Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:11:04Speaker 2: So they're sailing. They sail, and I always love to
- 1:11:08Speaker 2: hear Glenn be like, oh the Genua, you know, I
- 1:11:12Speaker 2: don't know, one of my favorite parts. And then the
- 1:11:14Speaker 2: woman who's like, she's like, oh look, how enormous the
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: sail is made me laugh. It was like these people,
- 1:11:23Speaker 2: they just they like sailing. Okay, Uh so Daisy loves
- 1:11:27Speaker 2: attacking table scape. What was your take on this whole
- 1:11:29Speaker 2: boho chic dinner?
- 1:11:31Speaker 5: Wait a second, what happened with the the bar downstairs?
- 1:11:35Speaker 6: Oh?
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: Sorry, yeah, she went everywhere. I forgot to mention that
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: but I didn't understand that.
- 1:11:39Speaker 4: Did the door swing open, but that didn't latch?
- 1:11:43Speaker 5: Like wrong?
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: No, they shut the cupboards but they came undone anyway. Okay, God, like, hello,
- 1:11:49Speaker 2: what's happening.
- 1:11:50Speaker 5: That's an engineer's job. Yea right, David's gotta.
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: Do yeah, davidad at la navidad. Yeah, that was crazy.
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: I mean there was shit everywhere and up and down
- 1:12:05Speaker 2: the stairs, and.
- 1:12:07Speaker 4: Then Daisy's picking it up with her bare hands.
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: I was like, they should get the same thing. Don't
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: we learn from our predecessors. They should have gloves on
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: them at all times.
- 1:12:17Speaker 3: And she and someone's gonna step on a tiny piece
- 1:12:20Speaker 3: of glass and it's going to be latched their big
- 1:12:22Speaker 3: toe for weeks weeks on end. To me, that's all
- 1:12:26Speaker 3: I thought about.
- 1:12:27Speaker 2: Oh no, were you yachting again, Stephen?
- 1:12:32Speaker 3: Yes, I was on my yacht, my selling yacht, and
- 1:12:34Speaker 3: all of my wine fell out of the unlocked cabinets.
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: Always complaining about this. Oh I'm so sorry. So October,
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: what a bitch? You know, I love the Daisy things
- 1:12:50Speaker 2: that like Taki is like American, you know, tacky like Americans,
- 1:12:54Speaker 2: like whatever fucking Americans do. Just like a lot of
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: shit and like, you know, just that's what I meant.
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: Fourth of July tacky.
- 1:13:03Speaker 4: What was very offensive was that Danny was burning incense
- 1:13:10Speaker 4: at the dinner table, like that is you don't do that?
- 1:13:15Speaker 4: No think have we not learned one thing from Top Chef.
- 1:13:18Speaker 4: I don't scented candles or incense.
- 1:13:21Speaker 2: I would be disgusted if any sense was at my table.
- 1:13:25Speaker 5: I know you don't do it.
- 1:13:28Speaker 2: You don't do it. But Danny was really worried about
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: her brand being associated with Taki. She took that hard
- 1:13:34Speaker 2: guys hard wow with her.
- 1:13:39Speaker 3: She's one, I don't think she's interesting, okay. And two
- 1:13:44Speaker 3: I agreed with what Daisy said when she was like,
- 1:13:47Speaker 3: she's very sensitive. I need to watch my words because
- 1:13:50Speaker 3: she took this very seriously with the tablescape thing. I
- 1:13:55Speaker 3: would have been like if I was Daisy and after
- 1:13:58Speaker 3: I had that conversation with her, I have been like,
- 1:14:00Speaker 3: what the fuck? Like seriously, this is what I have
- 1:14:03Speaker 3: to deal with. She's crying over a tablescape.
- 1:14:07Speaker 2: And I kind of kind of respected it. Actually, I
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: want to see tears over tablescapes. That's what I want
- 1:14:15Speaker 2: to see on the show.
- 1:14:17Speaker 3: But it felt so forced to me. I don't know.
- 1:14:19Speaker 3: It just seemed it didn't seem like it was like
- 1:14:21Speaker 3: a legit thing to be that upset about, Like.
- 1:14:24Speaker 2: Yeah, wait, it was a major overreaction.
- 1:14:27Speaker 3: It was bizarre, bizarre, so bizarre.
- 1:14:33Speaker 4: Ye I was saying, I think she was hungover, and
- 1:14:35Speaker 4: I think she's not getting enough attention that she wants
- 1:14:38Speaker 4: from Keith, and I think she's like starting to the
- 1:14:41Speaker 4: wheels are coming off.
- 1:14:43Speaker 3: What is with this?
- 1:14:44Speaker 2: Like, oh, I pinch your ass, Like this is just
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: next level sexual harassment.
- 1:14:50Speaker 3: It's just brea, It's weird. I don't I don't like
- 1:14:53Speaker 3: that either, because if it was reversed, it'd be totally
- 1:14:56Speaker 3: a bigger deal.
- 1:14:57Speaker 4: Than you know what.
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: Yeah, it would be.
- 1:15:00Speaker 3: Yeah, if I was working with with somebody like that,
- 1:15:02Speaker 3: I would be so annoyed. I'd be like, oh my god,
- 1:15:05Speaker 3: I can't deal with us, and you cry over tablescapes.
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: Yeah, let's figure out where the problem actually is, Like,
- 1:15:12Speaker 2: let's put your correct emotions with the correct scenario.
- 1:15:16Speaker 5: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:15:19Speaker 3: Also, didn't the guy that she likes, what is his name?
- 1:15:22Speaker 3: It's Keith Keith? Yeah, okay, because I'm still trying to
- 1:15:25Speaker 3: figure out their names. Keith told her in the previous
- 1:15:28Speaker 3: episode that she was punching up and I didn't understand
- 1:15:34Speaker 3: what that meant, and I was like, oh, and then
- 1:15:36Speaker 3: they explained it. He so she's upset with him for
- 1:15:40Speaker 3: calling her basically on attractive or ugly, and she's still
- 1:15:44Speaker 3: saying she's into him. I was like, this is so weirdoul.
- 1:15:47Speaker 3: I would not want to even look at this guy
- 1:15:49Speaker 3: ever either.
- 1:15:50Speaker 2: I'd done with it.
- 1:15:52Speaker 4: Emily did that finally, I think he yeah, I was
- 1:15:56Speaker 4: totally fine. I thought like, he's right, and now he's
- 1:16:00Speaker 4: more attractive.
- 1:16:06Speaker 3: That's oh my god.
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: So Daisy is on one because at dinner there's this
- 1:16:14Speaker 2: issue obviously that happened after the piea and they cleared
- 1:16:19Speaker 2: the table, but Daisy told someone on the deck crew
- 1:16:24Speaker 2: to tell chef Chef Clois that they were cleared. But
- 1:16:28Speaker 2: Daisy didn't tell Chef Clois right and told, uh, okay,
- 1:16:36Speaker 2: I don't, I don't care, do not And someone told
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: him from the deck group and then I guess he
- 1:16:47Speaker 2: didn't hear it, and or maybe he did and didn't understand,
- 1:16:50Speaker 2: because he's saying that that's two different things. Saying that
- 1:16:54Speaker 2: when the table is clear is one thing, but are
- 1:16:56Speaker 2: they clear to serve dessert? Is another and now Daisy's like,
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: I'm not going to be thrown outo the fucking boss
- 1:17:03Speaker 2: and it's to all not So she's really mad, and
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: I'm just wondering, like what I feel like Daisy goes wrong? Okay,
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: a lot. I'm seeing a lot of chinks in her armor,
- 1:17:15Speaker 2: in the way that she runs her boat. I'm gonna
- 1:17:18Speaker 2: say it plainly, Okay, she takes a lot of smoke breaks,
- 1:17:22Speaker 2: She's always complaining about Gary nutt helping enough, and now
- 1:17:28Speaker 2: she's having another person tell communicate with the chef when
- 1:17:34Speaker 2: we know from below deck med that it is incredibly
- 1:17:38Speaker 2: important for the cheap stew to be the communicator with
- 1:17:41Speaker 2: the chef and that that lands with them. So I
- 1:17:45Speaker 2: don't understand what she's up to.
- 1:17:48Speaker 4: This was the first thing I thought Daisy did wrong.
- 1:17:50Speaker 4: I don't agree that with Gary. That was Gary, and
- 1:17:54Speaker 4: the other Cloise problem was on Clois I forget it
- 1:17:58Speaker 4: clearing oh oh, the like an episode or two ago,
- 1:18:01Speaker 4: but I remember thinking, is ordering the food the yeah right,
- 1:18:08Speaker 4: like like she yeah right, So what did you she
- 1:18:11Speaker 4: like talk to one person in front of everybody, so yeah, yeah.
- 1:18:16Speaker 2: Yeah, we both had a problem with that. Okay, So
- 1:18:18Speaker 2: But getting back to this, what did you think you
- 1:18:21Speaker 2: had You didn't have a problem with her.
- 1:18:23Speaker 5: No this time I did. I did think, like, no, Daisy,
- 1:18:26Speaker 5: there's like a order, there's a protocol. You got to
- 1:18:29Speaker 5: follow it.
- 1:18:30Speaker 2: Okay, that's what I heard. So Kloy's kind of going
- 1:18:35Speaker 2: back and forth about, you know, the semantics of cleared,
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: ready to clear, ready, ready to clear for. I don't
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: know whatever I thought he was being of it. Yeah,
- 1:18:47Speaker 2: I thought he was seemed to be being a little
- 1:18:50Speaker 2: nitpicky in that with the wording, when he should have been, like,
- 1:18:54Speaker 2: I should only be hearing this from you as the chiefs,
- 1:18:57Speaker 2: do not anyone else. So I was just kind of
- 1:18:59Speaker 2: all over the place. But I still think it was
- 1:19:01Speaker 2: Daisy's fault. And but the people loved the dinner.
- 1:19:05Speaker 5: Yeah they did.
- 1:19:06Speaker 4: I just think when you're dealing with that the such
- 1:19:08Speaker 4: tight time frames and and and an exact delivery you've got,
- 1:19:14Speaker 4: you have to do.
- 1:19:15Speaker 5: It in the way that everybody knows.
- 1:19:17Speaker 2: According to the stripes. Yes, well, Emma screwed up again
- 1:19:22Speaker 2: and didn't inflate and tie together those things.
- 1:19:25Speaker 4: So Emma, sorry, I think I called her Diana Dina. No, No,
- 1:19:31Speaker 4: I'm was the one that didn't deliver the message to
- 1:19:34Speaker 4: or did deliver the message to Cloise.
- 1:19:37Speaker 2: She was, oh, okay, Emma's really been in the.
- 1:19:42Speaker 3: Thea. She was like, I did, because she did deliver it.
- 1:19:47Speaker 3: I told Emma to tell you, and she was like
- 1:19:48Speaker 3: I did.
- 1:19:50Speaker 5: She did deliver it.
- 1:19:51Speaker 2: But Cloyce was like, that's not you won't accept it. Yeah,
- 1:19:58Speaker 2: so now we got ys Is just like, all right,
- 1:20:01Speaker 2: I'm gonna take a day off and not prepare any food.
- 1:20:04Speaker 2: And now he goes to mrmaid Island, uh to fucking
- 1:20:08Speaker 2: deliver something wine. He's then he's pouring wine and he's
- 1:20:11Speaker 2: on the he's in a bathing suit.
- 1:20:14Speaker 5: He changed.
- 1:20:16Speaker 2: Yeah, we've never seen it up.
- 1:20:19Speaker 5: And then he started to do the everybody else's jobs.
- 1:20:23Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:20:23Speaker 2: Crazy.
- 1:20:24Speaker 3: Then the other blonde girl upset.
- 1:20:26Speaker 4: I don't know Diana, who knows right, one of them
- 1:20:30Speaker 4: it's spelled Diana, but she likes Dina because that's what
- 1:20:33Speaker 4: everybody else's name on the boat is.
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: So yeah.
- 1:20:39Speaker 2: And now Glenn, when Glenn gets word of this. I
- 1:20:42Speaker 2: love un angry Glenn because he's always so sweet as
- 1:20:45Speaker 2: always like oh I want to have a friendly regatta.
- 1:20:48Speaker 2: But when he's mad, he's like, oh my God, get
- 1:20:50Speaker 2: this fucking motherfucking chef back over here. We've got some fucking.
- 1:20:54Speaker 3: Work to do.
- 1:20:54Speaker 5: Oh my god.
- 1:20:55Speaker 2: The food prep, Like I love it. When he goes off,
- 1:20:58Speaker 2: it's gonna be great.
- 1:20:59Speaker 4: So we get to seem thing about this fucking cloise.
- 1:21:03Speaker 4: He's probably right, that's what's annoying, you know what I mean.
- 1:21:07Speaker 4: So when he's out there like having the time of
- 1:21:09Speaker 4: his life, I think he's probably actually done all the prep.
- 1:21:13Speaker 5: And knows exactly. Like, as long as I get to
- 1:21:16Speaker 5: the boat.
- 1:21:16Speaker 4: In ten with ten minutes to spare, I'm gonna be
- 1:21:19Speaker 4: able to get this five star meal out.
- 1:21:21Speaker 5: It'll be fine.
- 1:21:22Speaker 4: That's what I keep running into with this guy and
- 1:21:25Speaker 4: an annoys he'll probably have it together.
- 1:21:28Speaker 3: Yeah. I thought the same thing Emily, because I was like,
- 1:21:32Speaker 3: why is uh Glenn getting so worked up over this?
- 1:21:37Speaker 3: He's like, where's the where's the chef? Like lunch is
- 1:21:41Speaker 3: however hours away? There should be prep, Like I don't
- 1:21:44Speaker 3: think Glenn's sitting in there with him the whole time.
- 1:21:46Speaker 3: He's working, like he doesn't know exactly what Kloise is doing.
- 1:21:50Speaker 3: I feel like it was almost like produced. I don't know,
- 1:21:53Speaker 3: they were like, yeah, maybe.
- 1:21:57Speaker 2: Right, it just was so odd. It seemed against the
- 1:21:59Speaker 2: pro call for him to be out. And it's also
- 1:22:03Speaker 2: a bit of a risk, right, He's the only chef.
- 1:22:05Speaker 2: He shouldn't be out there doing that, and anything could
- 1:22:08Speaker 2: happen on the seas as we know. I mean, he
- 1:22:10Speaker 2: could be taken in by siren and killed. So they
- 1:22:14Speaker 2: already are risking that. And so that being said, I
- 1:22:18Speaker 2: kind of feel like Glenn is doing the right thing
- 1:22:20Speaker 2: by freaking out and I'm here for it. Well, we
