Transcript
- 0:11Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to Peak Shade. It's Mary Payne here.
- 0:15Speaker 2: I've got Keisha.
- 0:16Speaker 1: We are talking about Lets Blind.
- 0:19Speaker 3: UK the fastest season of them all.
- 0:24Speaker 1: It has been super super fast and I loved every
- 0:28Speaker 1: second of it.
- 0:29Speaker 3: I mean, they I don't know if they say, look,
- 0:31Speaker 3: we either make the episodes shorter quicker, or I don't know,
- 0:37Speaker 3: we have Harry Style's music. It's like somewhere there was
- 0:40Speaker 3: a budget.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Could You're so right?
- 0:42Speaker 1: Because definitely this is definitely one episode shorter than normal.
- 0:47Speaker 1: I think normally we get eleven episodes and twelve is
- 0:50Speaker 1: the reunion. Here we're getting ten and eleven is the reunion.
- 0:55Speaker 3: Yeah, because I was totally shocked. So when I was
- 0:59Speaker 3: watching nine and at the end of nine, I'm like, oh, okay,
- 1:02Speaker 3: so the next episode is next week? I was all confused, Yeah,
- 1:06Speaker 3: and then I was like, oh, these are like the
- 1:08Speaker 3: wedding weddings. I mean, they didn't fuck around all that
- 1:11Speaker 3: extra stuff when they're trial on dresses and stuff like.
- 1:15Speaker 2: And you know something.
- 1:16Speaker 1: That they always do is they always show you that
- 1:20Speaker 1: last date that they have before they have to separate
- 1:23Speaker 1: for like two days, and it's.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Always something needed. It's always something special.
- 1:27Speaker 1: They didn't show us, yep, any of the dates that
- 1:31Speaker 1: these people did here and there.
- 1:32Speaker 2: They'd show them in a restaurant. But that was it.
- 1:34Speaker 3: That's it, and that's really what The exception of that
- 1:38Speaker 3: one season where the guy broke up with a girl
- 1:42Speaker 3: who says she looked like Megan Fox, she totally catfished them.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Because they.
- 1:49Speaker 3: Broke up with her ass. Now, that was epic right there.
- 1:52Speaker 3: But other than that, I don't need that last date
- 1:55Speaker 3: in nothing Burgers.
- 1:56Speaker 1: And they have said, we've seen past castman per se
- 2:01Speaker 1: that when they're in the apartment that they do have
- 2:03Speaker 1: them scheduled, like three four nights a week doing these.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Dates that they're filming.
- 2:07Speaker 1: Wow, And they're like, you're trying to go to work
- 2:10Speaker 1: and every night, almost every night, you got to like
- 2:13Speaker 1: go out and like be camera ready and be ready
- 2:16Speaker 1: to have a commerce. You know, They're like, it really
- 2:17Speaker 1: does wear you out. I don't want to do that
- 2:20Speaker 1: in the real world. That's what either I went out
- 2:23Speaker 1: last night. Can I tell you to a friend's sixtieth
- 2:25Speaker 1: birthday party? Okay, and my friend's husband and we're all
- 2:28Speaker 1: at their house. We're all very good friends. They you know,
- 2:30Speaker 1: had wonderful food out and a gorgeous cake and all this,
- 2:34Speaker 1: and then I mean when I tell you at nine
- 2:37Speaker 1: forty five, everybody was like, could we go? Can we
- 2:41Speaker 1: believe it is that?
- 2:43Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 2:44Speaker 2: I love it just because we're all like, we all.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Want to be asked on our own couch by like
- 2:49Speaker 1: ten thirty.
- 2:50Speaker 3: You know. I agree, I get it, you know, trying
- 2:54Speaker 3: to explain it to young people. Well, I don't know
- 2:56Speaker 3: about yours, but scholar understands that. She's like, uh, it's
- 2:59Speaker 3: ten o'clock. I need to be in my bed with
- 3:01Speaker 3: that face mask on. Yes, but yeah we need to
- 3:04Speaker 3: be those are at home hours.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Like we were happy to co to the party, but
- 3:08Speaker 1: happy it started at seven, you know, so not at nine.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Yes, I agree.
- 3:14Speaker 1: One, Oh my lord, Well let's get into this. This
- 3:18Speaker 1: is season three, episode nine. If you're listening on the
- 3:21Speaker 1: free feed, you'll be able to get nine and ten
- 3:23Speaker 1: together over on pink Shade Prime. Only nine is going
- 3:26Speaker 1: to be on the free feed, and then the reunion
- 3:27Speaker 1: will also be over on pink Shade Prime. And but
- 3:31Speaker 1: I'm giving you nine for free just to show how
- 3:34Speaker 1: much fun we are having with this show. We're having
- 3:36Speaker 1: a great time.
- 3:38Speaker 3: And I think part of the reason we're having such
- 3:40Speaker 3: a good time. The cast is great, it is. This
- 3:43Speaker 3: is a good cast, but it's also going by so fast,
- 3:46Speaker 3: so fast.
- 3:46Speaker 2: We love it.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Thank you Netflix, Thank you heard all right, So the
- 3:51Speaker 1: name of this episode is are you ready for the
- 3:53Speaker 1: real world? We've got ten days until the weddings, and
- 3:57Speaker 1: we get just like a bunch of quick clips of everybody. Again,
- 3:59Speaker 1: they don't linger, nope, nothing, it's just quick clips everybody
- 4:04Speaker 1: in their apartments. And we see Cuba and Ryan and
- 4:08Speaker 1: they're just sort of quietly being around each other in
- 4:11Speaker 1: their apartment, sort of eating fruit and you know, and
- 4:16Speaker 1: it's talking head. He says, so much is going on
- 4:18Speaker 1: with my nan passing and my work, and now my
- 4:22Speaker 1: mind is just like mush.
- 4:24Speaker 3: And here's a confusing part with them. They both, especially him,
- 4:27Speaker 3: they need that quiet time. Yes, so with a normal
- 4:31Speaker 3: culp you be like there's something wrong, But with them,
- 4:33Speaker 3: you're like, this is just what they do. They just decompressing,
- 4:37Speaker 3: like just walk around, they eat fruit. They have fruit
- 4:39Speaker 3: in every scene.
- 4:40Speaker 1: But did he have to decompress after his grandmother died
- 4:43Speaker 1: or just after he works boom? Yeah, he just needs
- 4:47Speaker 1: anytime he does anything outside of the home.
- 4:49Speaker 2: He needs two days to decompress.
- 4:51Speaker 3: He's like, I have bereavement over here, Like I cannot
- 4:54Speaker 3: be bothered with that. Like give me mangoes and quiet time,
- 4:57Speaker 3: that's all he needs. M such a jerk.
- 4:59Speaker 1: So she says to him, she says, you know, I've
- 5:01Speaker 1: got no clarity on anything, and you know, I know
- 5:05Speaker 1: you're going through a lot, so I've just been going
- 5:07Speaker 1: with it. But I don't know what you want from me.
- 5:11Speaker 1: And he says, what you feel is what you feel.
- 5:14Speaker 1: And I understand that you've been here and only focused
- 5:17Speaker 1: on what we're doing, but I haven't had that luxury
- 5:21Speaker 1: because I've had to deal with real life in addition
- 5:24Speaker 1: to being drained from work, coming back from the speaking
- 5:28Speaker 1: and all this, and then I obviously lost my grandmother
- 5:31Speaker 1: last week. You know, I've had to be questionable. It's
- 5:34Speaker 1: unclear if it's true, it's unclear. I also had to
- 5:37Speaker 1: be there for my family and be in the experiment.
- 5:41Speaker 1: It's been really hard, and I've never felt like i've
- 5:43Speaker 1: been in such a pressure cooker before. And I want
- 5:46Speaker 1: to give you clarity and I want to give you
- 5:48Speaker 1: decisive this, but right now I don't have it.
- 5:51Speaker 2: And she goes let's just say what it is. You've
- 5:54Speaker 2: got cold feet.
- 5:55Speaker 3: I don't even think he has cold feet. He knows
- 5:59Speaker 3: he's not going to get mary. I think he wanted
- 6:01Speaker 3: to bang a chick. I think he wanted to be
- 6:03Speaker 3: on television. I think he wanted the social media stuff.
- 6:06Speaker 3: Because here's the thing, all of his talks, you could
- 6:10Speaker 3: have been on a zoom with ten people where he
- 6:13Speaker 3: could have said, you guys, meet me out in the
- 6:14Speaker 3: courtyard real quick and we can have this speech. And
- 6:17Speaker 3: I just don't think how convenient his grand would die
- 6:20Speaker 3: right now.
- 6:21Speaker 2: I know that's crazy.
- 6:22Speaker 3: I don't see it.
- 6:24Speaker 2: So she goes, let's say what it is, you have
- 6:26Speaker 2: cold feet?
- 6:26Speaker 1: And she says, ultimately, the problem is deep, deep down,
- 6:31Speaker 1: I don't know if you're ready to have your independence stripped.
- 6:35Speaker 1: And that was before the breathement, And she says, it
- 6:39Speaker 1: doesn't make you a bad person if you're not fully
- 6:41Speaker 1: ready to commit. It doesn't mean I'm going to stop
- 6:44Speaker 1: loving you or hate you. I'm never going to be
- 6:46Speaker 1: annoyed at you. I just want you to make me
- 6:49Speaker 1: feel reassured in some way so I could still fight.
- 6:54Speaker 3: I cannot believe that she is. What is she fighting for? Right,
- 6:59Speaker 3: What has this man done since you guys have been
- 7:01Speaker 3: out of the pause that makes you say that is
- 7:03Speaker 3: my soulmate, that is who I would. I mean all
- 7:06Speaker 3: you do. The only thing you have a comment is fruit.
- 7:08Speaker 3: They don't even do yoga or anything like that together.
- 7:10Speaker 2: And telling you what.
- 7:12Speaker 3: I tested out one of her theories and I went
- 7:14Speaker 3: out aside and hugged a fucking tree and immediately regretted it.
- 7:17Speaker 3: I got ship all over my shirt and it was
- 7:19Speaker 3: a fucking spider on the other side. Like I'm out,
- 7:22Speaker 3: I'm done.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't, I don't go. I don't go doing
- 7:25Speaker 1: tree hugging. No, I was in danger.
- 7:29Speaker 3: It was a danger. You were danger.
- 7:32Speaker 2: A bird, A spider was on the other side.
- 7:35Speaker 3: Do you know how fast up to sake we had
- 7:38Speaker 3: to run for our lives.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Sake was looking at you like she's lost her mind.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Mom is lost.
- 7:44Speaker 3: I love her so much, but something what is she doing?
- 7:46Speaker 3: You love her so much?
- 7:49Speaker 1: So she says, Honestly, this whole time has been about
- 7:54Speaker 1: you and not about me. And every day I have
- 7:57Speaker 1: to be strong for you because I'm I'm trying to
- 8:00Speaker 1: fight for this relationship, but I feel like I'm getting
- 8:03Speaker 1: nothing back. Now she is really actually.
- 8:05Speaker 3: She's getting it. She's getting it.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Yeah, And he says, well, I can't fight against what
- 8:10Speaker 1: is true for me right now in my body there
- 8:14Speaker 1: is resistance. So she says, well, what stops you from leaving?
- 8:20Speaker 1: And I don't know a free place to live?
- 8:23Speaker 2: Look at this gorgeous.
- 8:24Speaker 4: View, and I'm you, yeah, that's at six. Yeah, well
- 8:29Speaker 4: maybe their souls did.
- 8:30Speaker 1: But he says, I want to be clear before I
- 8:33Speaker 1: make a decision. And maybe I'm scared or running away,
- 8:37Speaker 1: but maybe I need to check in with myself to
- 8:40Speaker 1: know if that's true. So I'm going to go and
- 8:43Speaker 1: get my head clear. And she's like, bye bye.
- 8:46Speaker 2: So he leaves.
- 8:48Speaker 1: So and talking to it, she says, I feel like
- 8:51Speaker 1: it just boils down to he has an issue with commitment.
- 8:54Speaker 3: I don't.
- 8:54Speaker 1: I don't know if he's intentionally selfish, but I am
- 8:58Speaker 1: very selfless and a reallylationship and I'm not getting any
- 9:01Speaker 1: of that back. I do think he's intentionally selfish.
- 9:04Speaker 3: I think he is too, and I think that he's
- 9:06Speaker 3: on the show so that he could get a larger
- 9:09Speaker 3: audience for whatever this fucking culty business is that he is. Yeah,
- 9:13Speaker 3: I think he's totally using it so for more visibility,
- 9:15Speaker 3: and she's just like a cult. She's a victim of it.
- 9:19Speaker 2: Yeah, I think you're right.
- 9:21Speaker 1: So Sophie and Taylor are working on their wedding plans,
- 9:25Speaker 1: which is funny, and she goes, have you ever heard
- 9:27Speaker 1: of this? I'm going to get like a semi naked
- 9:28Speaker 1: cake where it's only like frosted on one side. He goes, oh,
- 9:32Speaker 1: when you're talking about cake, I thought you want to
- 9:33Speaker 1: talk about flavors. She goes, okay, we could talk about that.
- 9:37Speaker 1: He goes, what about Oreo?
- 9:40Speaker 3: You know what? You know how I am about cake?
- 9:43Speaker 3: And I was like, Taylor, you were your nose may
- 9:45Speaker 3: be onto something. So I've never had a cookies What
- 9:48Speaker 3: do you say an Oreo?
- 9:50Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 9:50Speaker 3: Or cookies and cake got a wedding.
- 9:52Speaker 1: And she goes what and he goes, yeah, like you
- 9:56Speaker 1: know like Oreo. She goes, no, I think we do
- 9:59Speaker 1: like like a vanilla.
- 10:00Speaker 2: He goes okay.
- 10:02Speaker 1: He goes all right, and then she goes, now we're
- 10:04Speaker 1: thinking about like food and he goes, you know what,
- 10:06Speaker 1: I like brishetta.
- 10:08Speaker 2: She goes okay.
- 10:10Speaker 1: So he spells it, spells it incorrectly and he goes but.
- 10:15Speaker 3: She doesn't know the difference because she can't.
- 10:17Speaker 1: She goes, okay, she writes it down, and then he says,
- 10:20Speaker 1: what about you know what?
- 10:21Speaker 2: I like?
- 10:21Speaker 1: I like to go to a party and they hit
- 10:23Speaker 1: you little sticks with cheese and pineapples on them and
- 10:26Speaker 1: like a little pickle. And she goes, what And he goes, sometimes,
- 10:31Speaker 1: what about a cocktail sausage? She says, they can't just
- 10:33Speaker 1: walk around with a cocktail sausage on a on a toothpick?
- 10:37Speaker 1: Was this was like the dumb talking to the dom
- 10:40Speaker 1: and I loved it.
- 10:41Speaker 3: And really I was like, Okay, I got it before,
- 10:44Speaker 3: but now I really get the relationship because they're both
- 10:47Speaker 3: kind of dumb.
- 10:48Speaker 2: It was hilarious.
- 10:49Speaker 1: I love when somebody gives me a past app at
- 10:52Speaker 1: a party and it's something like on.
- 10:53Speaker 2: A toothpick and then you can eat it toothpick down.
- 10:56Speaker 2: You're like done.
- 10:57Speaker 3: But really he was scrubby appetizers, Yeah.
- 11:02Speaker 2: Yeah, apps, yes, yeah.
- 11:04Speaker 3: And I think she was confusing it with like he
- 11:07Speaker 3: really wants to have that for dinner? What a side
- 11:09Speaker 3: of oreos of oreos cake? I mean, I can dig it.
- 11:15Speaker 1: I mean it was it was funny, y'all. You know
- 11:20Speaker 1: how much I love quins. They are the best summer pieces.
- 11:24Speaker 1: These are the ones you reach for over and over again.
- 11:27Speaker 1: And right now I am obsessed with this white linen
- 11:30Speaker 1: popover shirt. I'm wearing it right this minute. I wore
- 11:34Speaker 1: it for all my recordings this week. It is so
- 11:36Speaker 1: easy to throw on, and I have some white linen
- 11:39Speaker 1: shorts to go with it. It's an adorable set.
- 11:42Speaker 2: It's my new thing. You know.
- 11:44Speaker 1: They have one hundred percent European linen their pants, dress
- 11:47Speaker 1: as tops. These are the pieces that you reach for

- 12:55Speaker 1: gone out, he's done a jackwalk he's he's.
- 12:58Speaker 3: Yeah, he's walkers, he's got the slide.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Yeah, he walked two hours away and came back. And
- 13:02Speaker 1: Ryan comes in and he goes, I got my thoughts clear,
- 13:05Speaker 1: and I've decided that it's not fair to you that
- 13:08Speaker 1: I'm uncertain and I can't force the certainty. So yeah,
- 13:14Speaker 1: it's been hard to come to this place, but I
- 13:16Speaker 1: have to trust it, and I don't think it's right
- 13:18Speaker 1: for us to continue. And then she's just staring at him.
- 13:21Speaker 1: He says, I feel like it's been amazing, and I
- 13:23Speaker 1: think about the pods and the connection we had. There's
- 13:26Speaker 1: so much of the experiment and our time together that
- 13:29Speaker 1: I've loved She just stares at him, and he goes,
- 13:31Speaker 1: how do you feel?
- 13:33Speaker 3: Well, what do you want her to say?
- 13:36Speaker 2: She says disappointed.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Yeah, and she says, I question how you can love
- 13:42Speaker 1: me and do this to just run away. I guess
- 13:46Speaker 1: I just fell in love with the person you were
- 13:48Speaker 1: in the pods, but you're different now and I would
- 13:51Speaker 1: have never opened up to someone like this, But I
- 13:53Speaker 1: guess that's my fault.
- 13:55Speaker 3: It was because we saw what you did and see
- 13:57Speaker 3: even in the pods. Yeah, yeah, she didn't pick up
- 14:00Speaker 3: on I don't know if she didn't have like good
- 14:02Speaker 3: days with other people. So she's like, I've got to
- 14:05Speaker 3: get a ring out of this deal, and she has
- 14:07Speaker 3: picked I don't.
- 14:09Speaker 1: The minute somebody says my children will never go to school,
- 14:13Speaker 1: I'm like, I'm out of here.
- 14:15Speaker 3: No no, no, no, no, no no no no no,
- 14:17Speaker 3: you can't do it. Can't be bothered.
- 14:18Speaker 1: And she says, at the end of the day, you
- 14:21Speaker 1: chose you, and that's okay.
- 14:24Speaker 2: I want someone who chooses me.
- 14:26Speaker 1: And does it make me feel like it's the end
- 14:28Speaker 1: of the world to commit and give part of themselves
- 14:31Speaker 1: up for a selfless relationship. I feel like I've given
- 14:34Speaker 1: everything to you and I didn't get it back. You're
- 14:37Speaker 1: not able to give emotionally, you find it hard, and you.
- 14:41Speaker 3: Guys, he sat there emotionally. I can't say the word
- 14:44Speaker 3: with zero emotions that are done. It was like he
- 14:47Speaker 3: was listening to one of his talks, just death face,
- 14:50Speaker 3: dead faced.
- 14:51Speaker 1: And she says, you're not able to give anything emotionally,
- 14:54Speaker 1: you find it hard, and he just stirs her and
- 14:56Speaker 1: he goes, right now, I do yeah, and she goes, hmmm,
- 15:00Speaker 1: at least you can go now, you.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Could go home. He doesn't have a home, and he goes,
- 15:05Speaker 2: I'm sorry, it had to be. This is what it is.
- 15:08Speaker 1: And then they hug, which seemed kind of forced, and
- 15:10Speaker 1: then he looks right at her and goes, you want
- 15:13Speaker 1: some mango.
- 15:15Speaker 3: I don't know if you've ever seen someone shove a
- 15:17Speaker 3: mango up someone's ass, but this would have been the
- 15:19Speaker 3: moment that everyone got to see a mango being shoved
- 15:21Speaker 3: up someone's ass.
- 15:23Speaker 1: He just goes over and is like peeling it or
- 15:26Speaker 1: whatever you do with the mango, I don't know, and
- 15:28Speaker 1: he's just like cutting off pieces, looking at her like, yeah,
- 15:31Speaker 1: good mango.
- 15:32Speaker 3: Every season we get a psycho homeless man. Yeah, every
- 15:37Speaker 3: single and without fail, we get one. It's just like,
- 15:40Speaker 3: here's this season's loser right here.
- 15:43Speaker 1: I mean, I cannot wait to see in the reunion.
- 15:47Speaker 1: I hope everybody rips him.
- 15:49Speaker 3: Do you even think he'll come?
- 15:51Speaker 2: Uh huh yeah, he's trying to promote his shit.
- 15:53Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, yeah, all right.
- 15:56Speaker 1: So talking to it, he says, I didn't want to
- 15:58Speaker 1: hurt her, but I had to speak my truth. And
- 16:01Speaker 1: my body is stopping and resisting, and I have to
- 16:05Speaker 1: trust my body. It might not make logical sense, but
- 16:10Speaker 1: I know something is off. Like we align on so
- 16:13Speaker 1: many things, but not marriage right now, well.
- 16:17Speaker 3: Not ever ever. No, And if your body stopped, you
- 16:20Speaker 3: be dead. It corects.
- 16:24Speaker 1: So talking to she says, I wanted love, but I
- 16:27Speaker 1: just have to move on because I know that I
- 16:29Speaker 1: can spread my light. And literally they just keep going
- 16:34Speaker 1: over to him like that mango.
- 16:36Speaker 3: Like, and she's just looking off the window, like.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Aren't you gonna leave? Aren't you going to let you
- 16:41Speaker 1: just broke up with me. I've got this apartment for
- 16:43Speaker 1: three more days, get out of here.
- 16:45Speaker 3: He's got nowhere to go, Like this was just a weird.
- 16:48Speaker 3: I liked her, but not with him. Agree and I
- 16:53Speaker 3: go back to it, she could date anyone.
- 16:55Speaker 2: I think so.
- 16:56Speaker 3: Yeah, I think so.
- 16:57Speaker 1: All right, eight days until wedding Wedding Dress try on? Now,
- 17:01Speaker 1: I watched episode nine just like kind of in the like,
- 17:05Speaker 1: I wasn't taking notes.
- 17:06Speaker 2: I just had it on.
- 17:06Speaker 1: It was doing some things because generally wedding dress try
- 17:11Speaker 1: on and Tuck's nothing happens, nothing happens, we just go
- 17:15Speaker 1: blah blah. They found some dresses because nothing happens. But
- 17:18Speaker 1: I was so afraid they're doing it so fast that
- 17:20Speaker 1: interesting things would happen. So I wanted to really pay attention.
- 17:24Speaker 1: So if wedding dress try on, by the way, why
- 17:26Speaker 1: do all the girls look like they literally tried on
- 17:28Speaker 1: the exact same dress.
- 17:30Speaker 3: Yeah, I wasn't blown away by so I wasn't.
- 17:34Speaker 2: But they didn't wear those dresses.
- 17:36Speaker 3: No, I wasn't blown away by any of the dresses
- 17:38Speaker 3: that they tried on, nor that they wore.
- 17:42Speaker 2: Was it either?
- 17:42Speaker 1: So Francesca's mom is there now. Remember Francisca's mom is
- 17:47Speaker 1: the one that was like no, and she says, I
- 17:51Speaker 1: have not given my approval, So I'm.
- 17:53Speaker 2: Hoping today is the day.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Okay, I mean I think I think Francesca saying I'm
- 18:00Speaker 1: hoping my mom right get today. So she is explaining
- 18:04Speaker 1: that the bridesmaids and the groomsmen will be in black
- 18:08Speaker 1: and that they will be in white. Their wedding was
- 18:12Speaker 1: my favorite one we've had, by the way, when we
- 18:15Speaker 1: get to.
- 18:16Speaker 3: It, I agree, yeah, I think for a second. Yeah.
- 18:20Speaker 2: So Emma walks in. He's like, hello, you know, I'm Emma,
- 18:24Speaker 2: I'm famous. How are you?
- 18:26Speaker 1: Are you ready to decide if love is blind?
- 18:28Speaker 2: Or say goodbye forever? Bye bye, and leaves.
- 18:32Speaker 1: We see all the women, the moms, the friends, the sisters, whatever,
- 18:35Speaker 1: looking at the dresses. Matt walks in, Hello, welcomes the guys.
- 18:40Speaker 1: The funniest thing is that Aj is saying to.
- 18:43Speaker 2: His dad, Dad, he's the host. Dad, he's the host
- 18:46Speaker 2: that the show. He's the host.
- 18:48Speaker 1: He's not not getting married host. It's hilarious, like what
- 18:54Speaker 1: his dad is Like all of us.
- 18:55Speaker 3: We don't know who the fuck this guy is. We
- 18:57Speaker 3: don't know why he's famous, Like why is he there? Yeah? Yeah,
- 19:00Speaker 3: I felt that.
- 19:00Speaker 2: I was like, yeah, right now, very funny.
- 19:03Speaker 1: So he welcomes the guys and he asked, Jack, when
- 19:06Speaker 1: was the last time you wore a suit? Now I
- 19:08Speaker 1: will say when Jack got engaged. He did wear a
- 19:10Speaker 1: jacket in the pods, but he says the last time
- 19:14Speaker 1: he wore a suit was year eleven, prom So they
- 19:18Speaker 1: laugh about that. Then we see Matt and Emma saying
- 19:21Speaker 1: to the guys and the girls, Jordan and Yasmin and
- 19:25Speaker 1: Cuba and Ryan have decided to not go forth on
- 19:27Speaker 1: their journey, and we wish them the best. Now, in
- 19:31Speaker 1: other seasons past, we would have at least gotten Yasmine
- 19:36Speaker 1: and Cuba or somebody in Francesca coming in and talk,
- 19:40Speaker 1: how are you doing holding hands?
- 19:41Speaker 2: After they break up? No, they're like, nope, they're gone goodbye.
- 19:44Speaker 3: And here's the thing, how are you supposed to be
- 19:46Speaker 3: doing in a situation like that? I think the answer
- 19:49Speaker 3: is pretty like I'm fucked up, Like I don't believe
- 19:51Speaker 3: I'm wasting my time, and oh, I'm so sad. I mean,
- 19:54Speaker 3: And we didn't really want to see Yasmin cry for
- 19:57Speaker 3: the fifteenth time, I know.
- 20:01Speaker 1: So we wish them the best on their journey. So
- 20:03Speaker 1: we get all the clips of the guys talking to
- 20:06Speaker 1: their guys. We get the women trying on dresses and chatting.
- 20:09Speaker 1: Now Sophie comes out in her dress and her mom says,
- 20:12Speaker 1: and her mom says this again later she's like, oh,
- 20:15Speaker 1: you look so pretty, Sophie, of course because she's gorgeous,
- 20:17Speaker 1: and the mom's like, I'm so proud of you. I'm like, so,
- 20:21Speaker 1: I'm glad you noticed that. Are you for putting on
- 20:24Speaker 1: a dress, for landing a man?
- 20:26Speaker 2: What are you proud about? Yeah?
- 20:28Speaker 3: And like I always think it's odd and I'm like,
- 20:30Speaker 3: I because I didn't have like a wedding that the
- 20:33Speaker 3: parents always say I'm so proud of you, And I'm
- 20:36Speaker 3: always like, what are you proud of that? They're getting married? Right? That?
- 20:40Speaker 3: Like something like you worked really? I mean these people
- 20:43Speaker 3: didn't work that hard. Like literally there was a castine
- 20:45Speaker 3: agency that we've out found these people and brought them together.
- 20:48Speaker 3: It's like, is that really their proudest moment?
- 20:52Speaker 1: I'm proud of you is a weird thing to say
- 20:54Speaker 1: to somebody getting married.
- 20:55Speaker 3: I'm proud, Like, I'm so happy for you, Happy for you?
- 20:58Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 21:01Speaker 1: Kiara comes out, she looks great. Faye's mom, Marina Fey,
- 21:05Speaker 1: comes to her. Mom goes, you know, it's okay, and
- 21:10Speaker 1: she goes, Mom, you're looking at me like you don't
- 21:12Speaker 1: like it. She goes, I just think.
- 21:14Speaker 2: It's too plain.
- 21:16Speaker 1: You deserve the world and more and you're beautiful, but
- 21:19Speaker 1: maybe not in that dress.
- 21:21Speaker 3: I love because she was right, that was not the
- 21:25Speaker 3: right dress for her at all, and she picked another one.
- 21:28Speaker 1: She well, the other one she picked out was also boobs,
- 21:30Speaker 1: but was it fits? It fit, and it wasn't that
- 21:34Speaker 1: flat white like all of them have that flat white,
- 21:37Speaker 1: you know. And then as she walks out, she looks
- 21:40Speaker 1: at all the other girls and goes, am, I horrible mother,
- 21:43Speaker 1: and they all just laugh, like, no, girl, you said
- 21:46Speaker 1: it like it was so Francesca's dress. I did not
- 21:50Speaker 1: like this dress she tried on. This got like the
- 21:51Speaker 1: tulip on the top. But then the dress that she
- 21:55Speaker 1: did pick was similar but not and then so poofy
- 21:58Speaker 1: on the bottom, which was I'm always surprised when people
- 22:01Speaker 1: pick that big poofy on the bottom.
- 22:04Speaker 3: So whenever I think of like big poofy dresses, I
- 22:08Speaker 3: think of child brides, uh huh, I think of a
- 22:11Speaker 3: sweet sixteen and I think of like a Kate Topper,
- 22:15Speaker 3: I just do.
- 22:16Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 22:16Speaker 3: So I was really surprised that she and she has
- 22:19Speaker 3: a little bit of a box of your frame, so
- 22:21Speaker 3: I felt like something more fitted would have been better.
- 22:24Speaker 3: But hey, whatever makes you happy on your prideful wedding.
- 22:27Speaker 2: Day, that's right. Be proud of yourself.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Okay, so the mom says, Francesca's mom says, everything happened quickly,
- 22:36Speaker 1: but we've never seen you so happy, and that's all
- 22:39Speaker 1: anyone could want for their children, exactly. It's so interesting
- 22:43Speaker 1: to me that that they're so focused on Francesca's mom
- 22:47Speaker 1: giving the approval, not the dad, because generally.
- 22:49Speaker 3: So dad doesn't talk. The dad does sign language, that's true, Dad,
- 22:53Speaker 3: he does had nods and like his dad is Helen Keller,
- 22:56Speaker 3: Like I don't, poor man, I don't, I don't know,
- 23:00Speaker 3: I don't, I don't know. We just know his name
- 23:02Speaker 3: and that that's Francesca's dad.
- 23:04Speaker 2: Yeah, that's true.
- 23:05Speaker 3: Nothing else.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Okay, Now we're going to go right to the Stagno,
- 23:09Speaker 1: and they call Joseph, who has torn attendant in his shoulder, Like, God, bless,
- 23:16Speaker 1: I was nervous. Why you were nervously? It was gonna
- 23:19Speaker 1: not be able to attend the wedding because of his shoulder.
- 23:21Speaker 3: I was like, is this like the beginning of an
- 23:23Speaker 3: excuse not to get married? Like you're not going to
- 23:27Speaker 3: the bachelor bachelor's party, like, what's going on? I was like,
- 23:31Speaker 3: I'm a little bit concerned.
- 23:32Speaker 1: But they call him like where are you and he
- 23:36Speaker 1: says he tore his shoulder. But they go on a
- 23:38Speaker 1: hot tub boat in the Thames. I one of them
- 23:41Speaker 1: has to drive it. This does not look fun to me.
- 23:43Speaker 3: I didn't look fun at all.
- 23:44Speaker 1: I don't want some I don't want my friend driving this.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Hot tub boat.
- 23:49Speaker 3: I don't want to be in a hot tub. You're
- 23:51Speaker 3: like tub or anything with somebody else.
- 23:54Speaker 1: No, I live over and then you're in the river. Okay,
- 23:57Speaker 1: they hit the chimney on the bridge. They think it's hilarious.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Then I'm just gonna do the guys first and the girls.
- 24:03Speaker 1: So the guy, the guys go out to the club
- 24:05Speaker 1: and all their friends are there and that's really fun.
- 24:09Speaker 1: And Taylor talks about Sophie and the friend is like,
- 24:12Speaker 1: how's your dad?
- 24:13Speaker 2: You know, because his mom died, dad loves her.
- 24:16Speaker 1: And he says, you know, it's really important to me
- 24:18Speaker 1: that my dad and my sister both said my mom
- 24:21Speaker 1: would have really loved her.
- 24:22Speaker 2: That meant a lot.
- 24:23Speaker 1: That the friends are like, we're so proud of you,
- 24:25Speaker 1: we love you, proud of you for what, and he says,
- 24:30Speaker 1: I really believe everything happens for a reason, and we
- 24:33Speaker 1: Sophie and I both really connected being close to family,
- 24:35Speaker 1: and yeah, she got three brothers, three brothers her.
- 24:40Speaker 2: Right, And so then AJ is talking to his friends.
- 24:44Speaker 1: He says he and Kiera did have one issue, but
- 24:48Speaker 1: they worked through it, and yeah, he has teetered on
- 24:52Speaker 1: do we need more time because it is really quick.
- 24:55Speaker 3: I feel like they need more time apart.
- 25:00Speaker 1: I have Jack talks all his guys and he goes,
- 25:04Speaker 1: you know, because of the way I grew up with
- 25:05Speaker 1: my parents being divorced, I only want to get married
- 25:07Speaker 1: the one time. I'm very clear that I want to
- 25:10Speaker 1: get married. I have tunnel vision. Faye and I are
- 25:12Speaker 1: like two peas in a pod. I walked into those
- 25:15Speaker 1: pods a boy. I came out of man. We see
- 25:19Speaker 1: all the bottle service girls, We see Jack spraying everybody
- 25:22Speaker 1: with champagne. Of course, and then we're led to believe
- 25:25Speaker 1: something terrible happens, but it doesn't.
- 25:27Speaker 3: It doesn't. No, I really thought something was I thought
- 25:30Speaker 3: like some big secret was going to be revealed.
- 25:32Speaker 1: I know, I know it's like going to be there.
- 25:37Speaker 3: We ain't got time we ain't got time. Just carry on,
- 25:39Speaker 3: carry on.
- 25:39Speaker 1: We don't have time to delve into Jack's clear drug problem.
- 25:43Speaker 1: So yes, okay, Now we're at the Hindoo and the
- 25:48Speaker 1: girls go to Magic Mike Live.
- 25:51Speaker 2: They look cute, they're having fun. They yell and.
- 25:53Speaker 1: Wow, they do so many woos, and they they keep
- 25:57Speaker 1: going to like a talking head with them alone, like.
- 26:01Speaker 2: They are you best time?
- 26:03Speaker 3: Yeah, you would think they were like on some I
- 26:05Speaker 3: don't know now month long mission where they didn't see
- 26:07Speaker 3: any men and they came home to this, so it's
- 26:10Speaker 3: like they are really excited for women who we know
- 26:13Speaker 3: are fucking what is And then and then in most
- 26:16Speaker 3: cases their fiancees looked.
- 26:19Speaker 1: Like the guys a magic light, all good looking, Okay,
- 26:22Speaker 1: all right, they it is just like so minutes so
- 26:25Speaker 1: much like mouth wide open, like ah, I'm just like
- 26:28Speaker 1: they're having the best time. So then they after all that,
- 26:32Speaker 1: they go and meet their friends and some of their
- 26:35Speaker 1: friends Okay, so like like Kara's got two friends there,
- 26:38Speaker 1: Flora and John j A w N who is the
- 26:41Speaker 1: star yes, meant for TV.
- 26:45Speaker 3: Excuse me, this is my moments. I grussed from this moment, I'm.
- 26:49Speaker 2: Like he was ready he was ready.
- 26:52Speaker 1: And then her other friend, there's Floor, who's probably short
- 26:54Speaker 1: for Flora, is also very funny, and so that kind
- 26:57Speaker 1: of makes everything together. It kind of makes me think
- 27:00Speaker 1: Kiara is cooler than we thought, because she's got these
- 27:02Speaker 1: friends that like her and are cool.
- 27:05Speaker 3: You know, I thought the same thing.
- 27:08Speaker 1: You gotta think we would be friends with those funny people,
- 27:11Speaker 1: and they're friends with her, So maybe she's more fun
- 27:14Speaker 1: than we think.
- 27:15Speaker 4: Well, there's always one bitch in every group. Well that's true,
- 27:18Speaker 4: you know, she's that bitch. That's Grist's true.
- 27:21Speaker 1: So she hasn't even seen these friends, Flora and John,
- 27:24Speaker 1: and so she's like, okay, so you already know his
- 27:27Speaker 1: name is a J. She shows the picture and they're like,
- 27:29Speaker 1: oh my god, he's so hot, and they talk about
- 27:31Speaker 1: his being so. The funniest thing though, was she goes
- 27:34Speaker 1: his arm is like this big, and they go, oh
- 27:36Speaker 1: my god, she's bigger than you. She's like, I know,
- 27:38Speaker 1: because I'm so tiny. I thought that was funny.
- 27:41Speaker 3: I like that too. I mean, if I would look
- 27:43Speaker 3: look if I'm tiny, I mean that's a compliment. You know,
- 27:46Speaker 3: it was funny. It was funny.
- 27:48Speaker 1: They her talk about the ring and she says they
- 27:54Speaker 1: will love him. He's wonderful, makes her feel so safe,
- 27:56Speaker 1: and then she goes and the sex is unreal and
- 27:59Speaker 1: John was.
- 27:59Speaker 2: Like, oh, I didn't know if I was allowed to
- 28:01Speaker 2: ask that, like probably on camera. He didn't know if
- 28:03Speaker 2: he was allowed. Yeah, and she's like best ever. So
- 28:09Speaker 2: then we see Sophie.
- 28:10Speaker 1: Doing cheers with her friends and she's like, you know,
- 28:13Speaker 1: when I first met him, I couldn't believe it because
- 28:15Speaker 1: of his accent. She says she loves the guy with
- 28:17Speaker 1: the down South accent. So she loves that accent. So
- 28:22Speaker 1: they're like She's like, sometimes I just close my eyes
- 28:24Speaker 1: and make them talk to me.
- 28:25Speaker 3: So is that like what would be the equivalent of
- 28:27Speaker 3: like a New York accent for us, like our Jersey accent.
- 28:31Speaker 1: Or yeah, like I just love a guy with a
- 28:33Speaker 1: Southern accent. Or I'm a sucker for a guy with
- 28:36Speaker 1: a Boston accent.
- 28:37Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, Okay.
- 28:39Speaker 1: So she says he's just a sweetheart and he respects
- 28:43Speaker 1: me and he worships me, and I know he would
- 28:45Speaker 1: do anything for me. I never have to question it.
- 28:48Speaker 1: His actions show it every day. And she says we
- 28:52Speaker 1: had one little issue, but we worked it out.
- 28:55Speaker 2: What was Sophia Taylor's issue. I don't remember the Oreo
- 28:58Speaker 2: cookie cake.
- 28:59Speaker 3: The Oreo cake that.
- 29:02Speaker 2: Was huge.
- 29:04Speaker 1: Now Francesca talks to Kiera. Kiara apologizes for what happened
- 29:10Speaker 1: at the Pod Squad thing, and Francesca says, it was
- 29:15Speaker 1: irrit irritating to me for Chev to come in. It
- 29:18Speaker 1: was not productive for her to come in and cause
- 29:20Speaker 1: this ruckus. You and I have built a friendship and
- 29:23Speaker 1: I didn't like that. And Kiera says, I was called
- 29:27Speaker 1: over and I sat there to support Chev and you
- 29:31Speaker 1: never heard me say anything bad about the two of
- 29:33Speaker 1: you as a couple, because you're wonderful. I would never
- 29:34Speaker 1: want to take anything from you as a couple. And
- 29:37Speaker 1: they hug it out. But I'm sure that Francesca's like, bitch,
- 29:40Speaker 1: I don't trust you.
- 29:40Speaker 3: As much as I could throw you. She probably went
- 29:42Speaker 3: home and saved her whole body. It's like, ooh, I
- 29:44Speaker 3: don't want her bad juju on me. Yeah, here's she
- 29:47Speaker 3: was wrong, but she instigated that whole thing.
- 29:49Speaker 2: Yeah she did.
- 29:50Speaker 3: So.
- 29:51Speaker 1: Now Faye talks to her friends and tells them about
- 29:54Speaker 1: like it was crazy. He disappeared. Now Here is an
- 29:57Speaker 1: interesting new piece of information we got on that this
- 30:00Speaker 1: is our investigation that we're still on. She said they
- 30:03Speaker 1: went to bed at four thirty am, so he really
- 30:09Speaker 1: wasn't gone that long.
- 30:10Speaker 2: Kesha if if she she says she was looking for
- 30:14Speaker 2: him at six.
- 30:15Speaker 1: He says, I wake up at five, so really it
- 30:19Speaker 1: wasn't that long.
- 30:20Speaker 3: It also does it doesn't take that long to go
- 30:23Speaker 3: get drugs.
- 30:24Speaker 2: I mean they're right in the middle of London downtown.
- 30:27Speaker 2: You can get anywhere.
- 30:29Speaker 3: Because we still think it has something to do with drugs.
- 30:31Speaker 1: Yeah, yes, but that is interesting because my thought was
- 30:36Speaker 1: so she went to bed at one and woke up
- 30:38Speaker 1: at five, and he had been gone, but she'd only
- 30:40Speaker 1: been asleep maybe an hour.
- 30:41Speaker 2: It seems.
- 30:42Speaker 3: I'm like, why are you even up at six? You
- 30:44Speaker 3: should have still been asleep.
- 30:45Speaker 2: Yeah, what would make you wake up? Yeah?
- 30:47Speaker 1: Yeah, So she says, and you know what I told him, like,
- 30:51Speaker 1: it's fine if you want to go on.
- 30:53Speaker 2: A walk, you just have to text, you just have
- 30:55Speaker 2: to communicate.
- 30:55Speaker 1: And they're like, he went completely off grid, and she goes, yeah,
- 31:00Speaker 1: like I don't know why he did that. And so
- 31:03Speaker 1: they said, you know the problem is if you're in
- 31:04Speaker 1: a relationship, somebody can do that one time and then
- 31:07Speaker 1: the next time you do it, you break up with them.
- 31:09Speaker 2: But not if you're married, right, yep.
- 31:13Speaker 1: But she says, I don't care. I'm gonna marry this
- 31:15Speaker 1: fucker anyway.
- 31:16Speaker 3: So she may know the reason, and she's just choosing
- 31:20Speaker 3: not to say what it is.
- 31:21Speaker 1: You're right, You're absolutely right. She could say, I'm protecting him.
- 31:24Speaker 2: Right now.
- 31:26Speaker 1: See, the girls are all dancing, having a great time,
- 31:29Speaker 1: and literally Faye is doing the worm in her short
- 31:33Speaker 1: dress on the floor.
- 31:34Speaker 2: She and Jack maybe.
- 31:35Speaker 3: Girl right then, at that moment, I said, it all
- 31:38Speaker 3: makes perfect fucking sense right there.
- 31:42Speaker 1: Yes, if your girl in a short white dress is
- 31:46Speaker 1: going to get on a dirty floor into club and
- 31:48Speaker 1: do the worm, that may be your girl.
- 31:50Speaker 3: They are meant to be together. Yeah, She's like, next time,
- 31:53Speaker 3: just bring me a line or two. Don't just do
- 31:54Speaker 3: it all by yourself for me. Sheez.
- 31:57Speaker 2: It's probably what she's mad about. Okay.
- 31:59Speaker 3: Right, So.
- 32:02Speaker 1: Now it's time, uh no, now now it's nighttime and
- 32:05Speaker 1: Francesca comes in. I didn't know why she was holding
- 32:07Speaker 1: her dress, I went, I didn't know if she had
- 32:09Speaker 1: like unzipped it in the back. She had her hand
- 32:11Speaker 1: was holding it up the whole time. Yeah, and he
- 32:14Speaker 1: was like, ah, you look so good, you look so
- 32:16Speaker 1: cute and everything, and they he says, the guys called.
- 32:20Speaker 2: Me and uh.
- 32:22Speaker 1: Then they're making a joke about aj being two inches
- 32:25Speaker 1: taller than Joseph. And then she says, what he has
- 32:30Speaker 1: in inches, you have in personality.
- 32:32Speaker 2: And here's what he does.
- 32:33Speaker 3: He lost his mind. There it is.
- 32:39Speaker 2: We'll put it in a loop and see if that works.
- 32:43Speaker 1: There it is.
- 32:51Speaker 2: Oh, he's so funny.
- 32:52Speaker 3: Okay, what how What kind of left would he do
- 32:55Speaker 3: if he were like around us for five minutes?
- 32:58Speaker 1: Like I think he would need like a breathing machine. Yeah,
- 33:04Speaker 1: I'll tell you all right. So now it is four
- 33:07Speaker 1: days into the wedding. Everybody's hungover. Yes, people are drinking coffee,
- 33:13Speaker 1: people are having advil. Kiara's in her sunglasses and making
- 33:18Speaker 1: a joke like she's gonna frame her rose for magic mic,
- 33:21Speaker 1: which is funny.
- 33:22Speaker 3: I'm like, where was that? Where was that rose at?
- 33:25Speaker 2: Where did it come from?
- 33:27Speaker 3: Where did it comes from? Uh?
- 33:29Speaker 1: Francesca is hungover. She's like making the bed. He goes,
- 33:33Speaker 1: are you okay?
- 33:33Speaker 2: She's like no, not.
- 33:35Speaker 3: She was making up that bed like she was high. Yeah.
- 33:38Speaker 2: He was like, what are you doing.
- 33:39Speaker 3: No concept of making up of it. It's me making
- 33:41Speaker 3: up a bit.
- 33:43Speaker 1: Jack brings face some coffee. He's fine, He's fine with
- 33:46Speaker 1: nothing happen. Yeah, this this is his life.
- 33:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 33:49Speaker 1: Yes, But everybody's starting to pack because we know that
- 33:54Speaker 1: they keep them apart, like three days, two nights before
- 33:57Speaker 1: the wedding, and they really do that, I think, so
- 33:59Speaker 1: they really separate them to make them think.
- 34:03Speaker 3: Do I really want to do this?
- 34:05Speaker 1: And don't you think that a lot of them tell
- 34:09Speaker 1: each other we're going to have a special signal at
- 34:12Speaker 1: the altar that you know I'll say to you if
- 34:15Speaker 1: I say this, then you know that I'm going to
- 34:17Speaker 1: say yes, So you say yes.
- 34:18Speaker 2: Don't you think they do that?
- 34:22Speaker 1: I would?
- 34:23Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm most definitely like, you're not going to make
- 34:25Speaker 3: a fool out of me without me nothing, without me
- 34:27Speaker 3: knowing a little bit in the bed, So you're going
- 34:29Speaker 3: to make a fool out of me? I would do that.
- 34:31Speaker 1: I don't.
- 34:31Speaker 3: I don't know if they I don't know.
- 34:33Speaker 1: I think you know when you walk up, if I
- 34:35Speaker 1: say you look amazing, then you.
- 34:38Speaker 2: Know that's code. Yeah.
- 34:40Speaker 1: Okay, okay, So Kara and aj are talking, she's when
- 34:44Speaker 1: you move into my flat.
- 34:45Speaker 2: I have a few rules, and it is shocker. Do
- 34:49Speaker 2: the dishes, take out.
- 34:50Speaker 1: The bins, keep your shoes off, make up a bed
- 34:52Speaker 1: before what and this and that.
- 34:55Speaker 2: He's like, got it, got it.
- 34:57Speaker 3: He's the maid, he's the man maid. He likes you
- 35:00Speaker 3: boss around, you know the more Kiara says things as
- 35:04Speaker 3: much as I don't like her, I mean, some of
- 35:07Speaker 3: that shit sounds real familiar.
- 35:10Speaker 2: Yeah it does.
- 35:13Speaker 1: And faye, they're saying they're gonna miss each other. He's like,
- 35:16Speaker 1: we've been together almost every day for two months. And
- 35:20Speaker 1: he goes, he goes, what will I do?
- 35:21Speaker 2: I'll have to start setting alarm clocks.
- 35:23Speaker 1: Now, Sophie and Taylor say goodbye, and he's like, don't
- 35:27Speaker 1: get cold feet.
- 35:28Speaker 2: She goes, how can I get cold feet? You're gonna
- 35:29Speaker 2: be my husband. Now. I noticed that.
- 35:33Speaker 1: All the guys leave, but Sophie is the only girl
- 35:37Speaker 1: that leaves, not Taylor. So I don't know if they
- 35:41Speaker 1: move them out of this apartment and one person stays
- 35:43Speaker 1: in the apartment and somebody else goes to the hotel
- 35:47Speaker 1: and they chose this or what, but that is something.
- 35:49Speaker 1: I noticed that three of the guys left except three
- 35:53Speaker 1: of the girls. No, three of the guys left, and
- 35:55Speaker 1: then Sophie left and Taylor stayed.
- 35:57Speaker 4: I was like, well, I'm most definitely got to be
- 35:58Speaker 4: a girl who went to the hotel because I love
- 36:00Speaker 4: a hotel.
- 36:01Speaker 2: Me too, me too.
- 36:03Speaker 1: So okay, Sophie and Taylor's wedding day, I mean, we're here.
- 36:09Speaker 2: It was quick.
- 36:10Speaker 3: I was just like, hoh shit, Okay.
- 36:12Speaker 1: Now, I don't know if you have your fascinator handy,
- 36:15Speaker 1: I don't, you don't, Okay.
- 36:16Speaker 3: We will.
- 36:17Speaker 1: We will have it on for episode We'll have our
- 36:18Speaker 1: fascinators on for episode ten. So we get a recap
- 36:22Speaker 1: of their love story, and now you know, if they
- 36:24Speaker 1: have Sophie and Taylor go first, then they're definitely getting married.
- 36:28Speaker 3: Yes, they knew that they would.
- 36:30Speaker 1: They don't put any drama until the end.
- 36:33Speaker 3: They make us wait it out.
- 36:34Speaker 1: So we get a recap of their love story, and
- 36:36Speaker 1: they say a million nice things about how they think
- 36:39Speaker 1: they found the right person in soul mate. Well, but
- 36:41Speaker 1: now Taylor tells us that he went for a meal
- 36:45Speaker 1: with her dad and three brothers and the dad was like,
- 36:48Speaker 1: we hardly know you, and he says it has been
- 36:54Speaker 1: such smooth sailing that it's hard, you know, And I
- 36:56Speaker 1: think all of them kind of have this like they're
- 36:58Speaker 1: in this bubble, and then, like with Francesca and Joseph,
- 37:00Speaker 1: they get slapped with somebody going do you realize how
- 37:03Speaker 1: crazy this is?
- 37:04Speaker 3: You know, because it is?
- 37:06Speaker 2: Because it is so.
- 37:08Speaker 1: She talks to her friends and her cousin and is saying, Oh,
- 37:12Speaker 1: I'm so excited your families are going to meet. I'm
- 37:14Speaker 1: like just nervous. We see Taylor talk to his sister Rio.
- 37:19Speaker 1: She's trying not to cry. She's written him.
- 37:22Speaker 3: A card saying, did you noticeashes?
- 37:26Speaker 2: They were They were there, they were big, they were more.
- 37:30Speaker 3: They were too wish. Yes, I did, okay too much.
- 37:34Speaker 1: I thought Sophie's eyelashes looked perfect because they were extra long,
- 37:37Speaker 1: but they weren't too thick.
- 37:39Speaker 3: You think everything about Sophie is perfect.
- 37:42Speaker 2: I do. I'm in love with her kind of yeah.
- 37:44Speaker 3: And I like Rio's look.
- 37:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I like Rio.
- 37:48Speaker 3: It describes our personalities.
- 37:53Speaker 1: He cries and said, you know, saying the mom would
- 37:55Speaker 1: have been so proud and everything. The one thing I
- 37:57Speaker 1: don't like about Taylor is the tattoo on the hand.
- 38:00Speaker 3: You don't like hand tattoos.
- 38:02Speaker 2: I don't like. I don't like because I again.
- 38:04Speaker 1: I just think you should have it where when you're
- 38:06Speaker 1: in clothes, you should be able to hide it if
- 38:07Speaker 1: you want to.
- 38:08Speaker 3: Oh, your age just shows so big time when you
- 38:11Speaker 3: said that, because that is exactly what my mother says.
- 38:15Speaker 2: Come not as old as your mother stuff like off.
- 38:17Speaker 3: Well, so I want you to not sound like my
- 38:18Speaker 3: mother when you talk.
- 38:20Speaker 2: Okay, oh my god.
- 38:21Speaker 3: That was exactly what she said. I mean, say something
- 38:24Speaker 3: like scandal. It's like, I don't like a dick tattoo.
- 38:26Speaker 3: Come on now, well I had a hand tattoo do
- 38:29Speaker 3: I No, I don't have hand tattoos. But yeah, I
- 38:31Speaker 3: have to think for a second cause I have it
- 38:33Speaker 3: on my feet.
- 38:34Speaker 1: But my feet you can put on socks, and she's not.
- 38:37Speaker 1: You wouldn't put on socks, but you could put on shoes.
- 38:39Speaker 3: I don't. So here's the funny thing about it. I
- 38:42Speaker 3: just accused you of sounding like my mother, But I
- 38:44Speaker 3: have listened to her every single time I've gotten a tattoo.
- 38:47Speaker 3: I'm like, if I get it right, ferry something.
- 38:50Speaker 2: Yeah, because you can get covered that.
- 38:52Speaker 1: Work can't cover it up for all of us that
- 38:55Speaker 1: are one day gonna get a desk job at IBM
- 38:57Speaker 1: or something.
- 38:58Speaker 2: I don't know what we're thinking is happening.
- 39:00Speaker 3: Pain. I don't ever want us to have to have
- 39:02Speaker 3: get get desk jobs again. No, our desk job days
- 39:05Speaker 3: are over.
- 39:05Speaker 2: I hope, yeah, I hope. I hope so too. Okay.
- 39:10Speaker 1: Sophie's mom Amanda, same face, and her dad Steve, and
- 39:16Speaker 1: her stepdad Mark, who's mute, comes in. Mom again says Sophie.
- 39:22Speaker 2: It looks so beautiful. I'm so proud.
- 39:25Speaker 3: You know, all her life, her mom told her how
- 39:27Speaker 3: beautiful she was and probably tell her every day. I'm
- 39:30Speaker 3: so proud of how beautiful you are.
- 39:32Speaker 1: And she is beautiful, but like that's not something to
- 39:35Speaker 1: be proud of.
- 39:35Speaker 2: It you can't help it. I mean you know, well,
- 39:37Speaker 2: yes it is.
- 39:37Speaker 3: And she looks just like you.
- 39:39Speaker 2: True, true, true.
- 39:41Speaker 1: So the dad says, you're ready for the real world,
- 39:44Speaker 1: and she goes, yeah, and he says, I think you've
- 39:46Speaker 1: rushed it, and I think you can't know somebody in
- 39:49Speaker 1: that space of time. And I'm worried what happens when
- 39:51Speaker 1: all these people leave. He points to the cameras and
- 39:55Speaker 1: he goes and it's the real world.
- 39:57Speaker 3: Now?
- 39:57Speaker 1: Is he moving to London? Are you moving to Manchester?
- 40:00Speaker 1: And she goes, well, we're not going to rush into that.
- 40:02Speaker 1: He goes, well, you're a married couple, and he says, right,
- 40:05Speaker 1: I want you to make the right decision. This is marriage.
- 40:07Speaker 1: I don't want to see you get hurt. So the
- 40:10Speaker 1: mom goes, can I talk to Sophie alone so I
- 40:13Speaker 1: can tell her how proud I am of her being beautiful?
- 40:16Speaker 3: Beautiful? Yes.
- 40:17Speaker 1: So the guys leave and she says, it's very emotional,
- 40:22Speaker 1: you know, for us to give you away. And I
- 40:24Speaker 1: really do like Taylor, but you got to make sure
- 40:27Speaker 1: it's right. And they tell them to say all this stuff.
- 40:29Speaker 3: By the way, I mean, it didn't help when she's like,
- 40:32Speaker 3: we don't know where we're going to live or not,
- 40:34Speaker 3: but you're married. You should be living together.
- 40:37Speaker 1: I never understand that. They're like, we'll figure it out
- 40:39Speaker 1: after the wedding. I'm like, no, I need to figure
- 40:41Speaker 1: that out right now.
- 40:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 40:44Speaker 2: So outside, dad talks to one of the brothers.
- 40:47Speaker 1: I remember she's got three brothers, but only one is featured,
- 40:50Speaker 1: and he.
- 40:50Speaker 2: Goes, I'm not happy about any of it. They don't
- 40:52Speaker 2: know each other. They in this bubble.
- 40:55Speaker 1: He says, I don't know him. We went for a
- 40:56Speaker 1: curry for three hours. If he's going to stay in
- 40:59Speaker 1: London and I will never get to know him. Now,
- 41:01Speaker 1: this was confusing to me because Sophie lives in London.
- 41:05Speaker 2: Taylor, I think we.
- 41:07Speaker 3: Come to know that Sophie is very directional childe. She
- 41:10Speaker 3: can live in fucking Oxford for all we know, and
- 41:13Speaker 3: she doesn't realize it.
- 41:14Speaker 2: She's like West London, East London, South London. No. But
- 41:19Speaker 2: so the dad must live in the hometown.
- 41:22Speaker 1: Where she grew up. So the Dad's like, if they're
- 41:24Speaker 1: going to live in London, I'll never get to know them. Well,
- 41:26Speaker 1: they're not going to move back to the hometown. They're
- 41:28Speaker 1: gonna live where Sophie. Oh that's true to Yeah, so
- 41:31Speaker 1: dad goes, I really just hate reality TV. This is
- 41:34Speaker 1: just an experiment. It's just a pantomime. And the brother's like,
- 41:37Speaker 1: I hate it.
- 41:39Speaker 3: Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. I mean
- 41:40Speaker 3: we kind of love it a little bit, but I
- 41:42Speaker 3: mean we get it.
- 41:43Speaker 2: Yeah, we're offended, but that's fine.
- 41:45Speaker 1: Yes, And he says, I'm happy for Sophie if she's happy,
- 41:48Speaker 1: but for me personally, I'm fucking gutted.
- 41:53Speaker 3: I think he would be good at regardless because he
- 41:56Speaker 3: just doesn't want to give her away. But I mean,
- 41:58Speaker 3: I get he's not wrong in anything that he's saying. Yeah, two,
- 42:03Speaker 3: but like.
- 42:03Speaker 2: Not right now.
- 42:04Speaker 1: Yeah, you've been living with all these people around you,
- 42:08Speaker 1: you know, and he's probably really seeing how everything works
- 42:11Speaker 1: behind the scenes, and it's like you've been doing this
- 42:13Speaker 1: for two months.
- 42:14Speaker 2: This is not the real world, you know.
- 42:15Speaker 3: And he's right. Yeah.
- 42:18Speaker 1: So in her talking head, Sophie says, I can only
- 42:21Speaker 1: think right now about how my dad is struggling. I
- 42:24Speaker 1: understand why he feels that way, but the whole journey
- 42:27Speaker 1: Taylor and I have been on has built up to
- 42:28Speaker 1: this moment. I've never let my dad down. If I
- 42:32Speaker 1: let him down, there's not words to describe how that
- 42:34Speaker 1: would make me feel.
- 42:35Speaker 2: I'd be gooded. So he's gutted. She's gonna be gutted.
- 42:40Speaker 3: Now it's got to be a bloody budding.
- 42:45Speaker 1: And then they line up and you hear the music playing,
- 42:48Speaker 1: and she says, like you okay, okay.
- 42:50Speaker 2: We see the back of Dad's head.
- 42:52Speaker 3: And he showed up to walk her down.
- 42:55Speaker 1: Now he looks like an Irish drunk. I mean, yes,
- 42:58Speaker 1: he does, God bless And then they like open the
- 43:03Speaker 1: doors and that's the end of episode nine. It got
- 43:07Speaker 1: us now, guys, if you're listening here on the free feed,
- 43:10Speaker 1: episode nine and ten together are over on the paid feed.
- 43:13Speaker 1: If you're listening on the paid we're gonna roll right
- 43:15Speaker 1: into the episode.
- 43:16Speaker 2: Here and uh that will be episode ten.
- 43:20Speaker 3: Okay,
