- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, everybody. Welcome to Vance on Monday. Great to have
- 0:02Speaker 1: you with us. The Democrats, well, they just had their
- 0:05Speaker 1: asses handed to them in Virginia. We've got a great

- 0:16Speaker 1: Democrats are just, well, they're still trying to figure out
- 0:20Speaker 1: ways to rig all of this. We'll discuss that and
- 0:23Speaker 1: so much more. President Trump dealing with Iran. President Trump
- 0:26Speaker 1: headed to China. And then we've got a United States
- 0:30Speaker 1: senator who seems to be just sharing classified information in public.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Are you allowed to do that? Well, the Pentagon says, no,

- 2:04Speaker 1: in the state Supreme Court in Virginia as the justices
- 2:08Speaker 1: there in a 4-3 decision strike down the Democrats and
- 2:14Speaker 1: their attempts to rig the Virginia elections. Can it get
- 2:19Speaker 1: any better than this, Chad? This is wonderful news. You know,
- 2:21Speaker 1: this is what, of course, we've been talking about for
- 2:23Speaker 1: some time now, we've been fighting for. I want to
- 2:25Speaker 1: thank Ken Cuccinelli, who stopped by our program about a
- 2:29Speaker 1: month or so ago and told us, Vince, look, don't
- 2:32Speaker 1: worry here. This is headed for defeat for these Democrats.
- 2:36Speaker 1: The Supreme Court is going to strike this down. And
- 2:39Speaker 1: I think we're going to get this result at the
- 2:40Speaker 1: latest by mid-May. Ken Cuccinelli was right. The only thing
- 2:44Speaker 1: that he didn't get right on this was he expected
- 2:47Speaker 1: a 7-0 decision, or at least he was hoping for one.
- 2:49Speaker 1: We didn't get a 7-0 decision. We got a 4-3
- 2:52Speaker 1: decision out of the state Supreme Court. That would be
- 2:55Speaker 1: the four Republican appointees. came in on the side of
- 2:59Speaker 1: decency and the state constitution, and they said, this cannot stand.
- 3:04Speaker 1: You cannot steal the election in this way. You can't
- 3:06Speaker 1: redraw these districts in this way. In fact, it was
- 3:10Speaker 1: completely unconstitutional. And this is, of course, that's the point.
- 3:13Speaker 1: That's what the court has to assess. Is it or
- 3:15Speaker 1: is it not constitutional based on the version of the constitution?
- 3:18Speaker 1: And it was unconstitutional. They did not allow, the Democrats,
- 3:24Speaker 1: did not allow time for an intervening election to play out.
- 3:29Speaker 1: When they began this scheme, they began it after early
- 3:33Speaker 1: voting had already begun last year in 2025. In light
- 3:38Speaker 1: of that, there was no intervening election when they attempted
- 3:43Speaker 1: to redraw these maps. Thus, it's invalidated completely. Now, does
- 3:47Speaker 1: it mean that they won't be able to do this
- 3:49Speaker 1: in the future?
- 3:50Speaker 2: No, it doesn't.
- 3:51Speaker 1: No, it doesn't. They will still undoubtedly continue to pursue
- 3:55Speaker 1: these schemes. But for the moment, a massive setback for
- 3:59Speaker 1: the Democrats in their attempts to rig four congressional seats.
- 4:04Speaker 1: You don't get them. And that's great news. That's really
- 4:07Speaker 1: good news for America. That means that they are four
- 4:10Speaker 1: fewer seats away from straight up stealing the entire United
- 4:13Speaker 1: States House of Representatives. So a massive victory for fairness
- 4:16Speaker 1: in Virginia. Democrats are suffering here a humiliating setback after
- 4:21Speaker 1: attempting to rig the elections. Ken Cuccinelli did weigh in
- 4:25Speaker 1: on this, and he said this is precisely as I
- 4:28Speaker 1: predicted it would play out. He said it was based
- 4:31Speaker 1: on the failure of the Virginia General Assembly to pass
- 4:34Speaker 1: its proposed gerrymandering amendment on both sides of an intervening election.
- 4:39Speaker 1: The court laid out the special session had massive issues
- 4:42Speaker 1: and clearly thinks these issues are very serious and lists
- 4:48Speaker 1: much law that's against the General Assembly, but didn't decide
- 4:53Speaker 1: on those issues because it's deciding on this one issue.
- 4:57Speaker 1: So in other words, Ken Cuccinelli points out that there's
- 4:59Speaker 1: a lot of other constitutional flaws with how the Democrats
- 5:05Speaker 1: were attempting to steal this. But the court decided just
- 5:08Speaker 1: on the one, just on the one within the Constitution
- 5:11Speaker 1: that there was no intervening election here. So what is this? Well,
- 5:17Speaker 1: it's the court upholding the rule of law. That's what
- 5:19Speaker 1: it is. You know, you were hearing from Democrats all
- 5:22Speaker 1: weekend long whining about this. Oh, they didn't respect the
- 5:25Speaker 1: will of the people. They explicitly respected the will of
- 5:30Speaker 1: the people. How do you respect the will of the people?
- 5:32Speaker 1: You uphold the rule of law. You follow the Constitution
- 5:35Speaker 1: as created by the leaders of the state. You follow
- 5:40Speaker 1: the rules. If you don't follow the rules, you are
- 5:43Speaker 1: not respecting the people. You are undermining the people. If
- 5:46Speaker 1: you are the kind of person who advances chaos, you're
- 5:50Speaker 1: not doing that to the benefit of the populace. You're
- 5:53Speaker 1: doing it at their expense. Now, we need law and order,
- 5:56Speaker 1: which is why it's such a good decision out of
- 5:58Speaker 1: the state Supreme Court and why you shouldn't for a
- 6:01Speaker 1: moment take seriously all these Democrats who are whining about this.
- 6:04Speaker 1: And there are a lot of them. There are a
- 6:07Speaker 1: lot of them. But before we get to the whiners,
- 6:09Speaker 1: we have the victors. President Trump here celebrated this victory.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Here he is. Cut one. Take a listen. Here's the
- 6:17Speaker 1: president of the United States.
- 6:19Speaker 3: We had a lot of great victories. We had a
- 6:22Speaker 3: big victory today in Virginia, as you know, and we
- 6:25Speaker 3: have a lot of victories.
- 6:29Speaker 1: We had a big victory today in Virginia. We've had
- 6:31Speaker 1: a lot of victories. Nice to see the president uplifted
- 6:33Speaker 1: by this, and he should be. Again, the rule of
- 6:35Speaker 1: law wins the day. It wins the day. Virginia Attorney
- 6:40Speaker 1: General Jay Jones. You remember that guy? Remember him, Chad?
- 6:43Speaker 1: Homicidal maniac. the guy who wanted to kill a sitting
- 6:47Speaker 1: Republican speaker of the house and his children in order
- 6:50Speaker 1: to achieve his political goals. And then subsequently the Democrats
- 6:53Speaker 1: in Virginia elected him to be the attorney general of
- 6:56Speaker 1: the state. He's a psycho and he's pissed off. He's
- 7:00Speaker 1: very pissed off by what the court did. His goal
- 7:03Speaker 1: was to undermine the people. His goal was to screw
- 7:06Speaker 1: over the rule of law. His goal was to tear
- 7:08Speaker 1: up the constitution and his goals were thwarted by the
- 7:12Speaker 1: state Supreme court. Again, Thank God. Here's the assessment here.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Virginia Attorney General Jay Jones saying in a statement, today
- 7:22Speaker 1: the Supreme Court of Virginia has chosen to put politics
- 7:25Speaker 1: over the rule of law, which is not true. It's
- 7:28Speaker 1: the precise opposite of that. It's exactly the opposite. Perfect
- 7:32Speaker 1: inversion of the truth. By issuing a ruling that overturns
- 7:36Speaker 1: the April 21st special election on redistricting. This decision... silences
- 7:41Speaker 1: the voices of the millions of Virginians who cast their
- 7:45Speaker 1: ballots in every corner of the Commonwealth. Boy, I tell
- 7:47Speaker 1: you what, these Democrats really hate constitutions, don't they? They
- 7:51Speaker 1: hate restraints on their attempts to steal everything. And thank God,
- 7:58Speaker 1: thank God we have a Virginia constitution. Thank God we
- 8:01Speaker 1: have an American constitution as a bulwark against their designs
- 8:06Speaker 1: to rig our system. He says, as Attorney General, it's
- 8:10Speaker 1: my job to enforce the laws on the books and
- 8:12Speaker 1: defend the will of the people. Before the court, my
- 8:15Speaker 1: office clearly laid out, both in filings and oral arguments,
- 8:18Speaker 1: that this constitutional amendment process and voter ratification occurred in
- 8:21Speaker 1: a timely, constitutionally compliant, and legally sound manner. No, it didn't.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Not in any sense. In fact, if you just read
- 8:28Speaker 1: the decision from the court, everything Jay Jones says here
- 8:32Speaker 1: is false. It's completely false. And again, he remains the
- 8:35Speaker 1: Attorney General of the Commonwealth. Virginia. So what are they
- 8:38Speaker 1: doing now? What are Democrats doing? Well, the rigging schemes
- 8:43Speaker 1: never end. And here's step one. So on Friday, immediately
- 8:49Speaker 1: after this decision by the state Supreme Court, Virginia Democrats
- 8:54Speaker 1: decided to try and appeal the entire decision to the
- 8:57Speaker 1: United States Supreme Court. Now, the U.S. Supreme Court has
- 9:00Speaker 1: nothing to do with this. Nothing. This is a state
- 9:03Speaker 1: constitutional question that has just been resolved by a state
- 9:08Speaker 1: Supreme Court. And yet, that hasn't stopped Democrats from trying
- 9:13Speaker 1: to take it somewhere else. Like, what can we do?
- 9:16Speaker 1: Virginia Democrats are appealing the ruling now to the United
- 9:20Speaker 1: States Supreme Court. This is NBC4 Washington. After the Virginia
- 9:25Speaker 1: Supreme Court on Friday struck down the plan by the Democrats.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Democrat lawmakers in the Commonwealth notified the court, the state court,
- 9:33Speaker 1: that is, that they intend to appeal the ruling to
- 9:36Speaker 1: the United States Supreme Court, where, by the way, the
- 9:39Speaker 1: court's going to laugh it right out.
- 9:40Speaker 4: The U.S.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Supreme Court is going to laugh this right out of
- 9:42Speaker 1: the room. Friday's ruling by the state Supreme Court delivered
- 9:45Speaker 1: another major setback to the Democrats in their nationwide battle
- 9:50Speaker 1: to rig every election they can. Democrats led by House
- 9:53Speaker 1: Speaker Don Scott and Attorney General Jay Jones, there he is,
- 9:56Speaker 1: the homicidal maniac, filed a motion late Friday asking the
- 10:00Speaker 1: state Supreme Court to pause its ruling from taking effect
- 10:05Speaker 1: while they appeal for an emergency hearing before the United
- 10:09Speaker 1: States Supreme Court. So they want an emergency hearing. Now,
- 10:13Speaker 1: how sloppy and rushed was this entire operation to appeal
- 10:17Speaker 1: to the Supreme Court? Well, let me show you this.
- 10:21Speaker 1: The move, the actual motion, what they sent to the
- 10:25Speaker 1: state Supreme Court, which is, hey, can you pause this
- 10:27Speaker 1: while we file an appeal to the Supremes? The actual
- 10:31Speaker 1: motion is filled with misspellings. Look at this, this idiocy.
- 10:39Speaker 1: The Commonwealth of Virginia, look at this. Don Scott, in
- 10:43Speaker 1: his official capacity, let me lower this for you so
- 10:45Speaker 1: you can see it. In his official capacity, as the
- 10:49Speaker 1: Speaker of the Virginia House of Delegates. Virginia, V-I-R-G-N-I-A. They
- 10:59Speaker 1: can't even spell, the Virginia House of Delegates. And then
- 11:04Speaker 1: if you go down, they also misspelled the word Senator.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Ryan McDougal is the name of the state Senator who's
- 11:13Speaker 1: on the other side of this case. Virginia State Senator. S-E-N-T-A-T-O-R. Guys,
- 11:23Speaker 1: they rushed this appeal and they can't even spell. That's
- 11:27Speaker 1: how frazzled and emotionally incontinent they are right now. They
- 11:30Speaker 1: can't even run it through spell check. That's how quickly
- 11:32Speaker 1: they're trying to still salvage what's left of their rigging operation.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Pretty funny. Pretty funny. Yes, that's right, Bandit Darville. I
- 11:41Speaker 1: is S-M-R-T. That's Jay Jones.
- 11:45Speaker 3: God.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Now, There's no chance that this is going to succeed.
- 11:50Speaker 1: None whatsoever. This nonsense is not going to succeed. In fact,
- 11:54Speaker 1: the former Virginia Attorney General Jason Meares, Republican, told Nick Minock,
- 11:59Speaker 1: local reporter in the D.C., Virginia area, the following. He
- 12:04Speaker 1: said that it has no chance of succeeding. The adequate
- 12:07Speaker 1: and independent state grounds doctrine is a key principle of U.S.
- 12:10Speaker 1: federalism that limits the United States Supreme Court's jurisdiction to
- 12:15Speaker 1: review decisions from state courts. This is a motion that
- 12:19Speaker 1: has zero chance to succeed and is a Hail Mary
- 12:21Speaker 1: to save face after wasting $ 70 million in political money
- 12:27Speaker 1: and $ 10 million in taxpayer money on an illegal, unconstitutional
- 12:32Speaker 1: gerrymandering amendment. This motion will be declared dead on arrival.
- 12:37Speaker 1: I'm glad Jason Mears brought this up and I should
- 12:39Speaker 1: have dwelled on this before. In addition to defeating them
- 12:43Speaker 1: on this election rigging operation, you realize how much money
- 12:46Speaker 1: they just set on fire? $ 70 million. Yeah, you're right, Katrina. Yeah,
- 12:55Speaker 1: they do need to go to the Learing Center. They
- 12:57Speaker 1: need to spend more time at the Learing Center. Maybe
- 12:59Speaker 1: then they won't spend $ 70 million. Or maybe they will.
- 13:04Speaker 1: I guess that's actually the end product of the Learing Center.
- 13:07Speaker 1: You're just bad at everything. They burned through $ 70 million.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Isn't that amazing? The Democrats didn't have the war chest
- 13:15Speaker 1: to begin with. They're in debt right now. Hakeem Jeffries
- 13:19Speaker 1: dumped tens of millions of dollars into this race. Barack
- 13:22Speaker 1: Obama exerted all of the possible political capital he could.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Abigail Spanberger, all of the political capital that she could.
- 13:31Speaker 1: All of these guys were moving heaven and earth in
- 13:35Speaker 1: order to try and steal this election in Virginia and failed,
- 13:39Speaker 1: completely failed.
- 13:42Speaker 3: Ah, yes.
- 13:43Speaker 1: It's very nice. What a nice weekend. I was very
- 13:47Speaker 1: encouraged by this. I love this. I love this. Very exciting.
- 13:52Speaker 1: I don't know about you. In my house, it was
- 13:53Speaker 1: a big conversation this weekend. Yes! Destroyed these assholes. Love it.
- 13:59Speaker 1: The other thing is what the left is trying to
- 14:02Speaker 1: do now. The latest election rigging thing that they're trying
- 14:09Speaker 1: to do in Virginia is wild. is wild. So I
- 14:13Speaker 1: told you about the Supreme Court appeal. It's a feckless
- 14:18Speaker 1: Supreme Court appeal. But here's something that they're attempting to
- 14:21Speaker 1: pull off, which isn't, let's say, quite so obviously fruitless.
- 14:29Speaker 1: We just got a big update this weekend that Democrats
- 14:32Speaker 1: are deciding they really want to go for broke. And
- 14:35Speaker 1: here's how. Democrats are hatching a plan right now to
- 14:40Speaker 1: fire the whole state Supreme Court. Yeah, I'm not kidding.
- 14:45Speaker 1: They mean it. It's a 4-3 court right now. They
- 14:48Speaker 1: want to fire all seven justices, all of them, replace them,
- 14:54Speaker 1: and have a new bench of justices allow them to
- 14:58Speaker 1: steal Virginia's elections.
- 15:03Speaker 3: Yes.
- 15:04Speaker 1: Here's how this is going.
- 15:05Speaker 3: Ready?
- 15:06Speaker 1: Ready? Here's the New York Times this weekend. This is
- 15:09Speaker 1: the thing to pay attention to. I'm telling you, this
- 15:12Speaker 1: is a clear sign. This is how these Democrats always operate,
- 15:15Speaker 1: by any means necessary. They have a piece this weekend
- 15:19Speaker 1: in the New York Times. A private call reveals Democrats'
- 15:22Speaker 1: desperation over tossing of map. Jeffries reflected the fury and
- 15:32Speaker 1: desperation that has gripped the party after Friday's ruling in
- 15:35Speaker 1: the state. Democrats are struggling to respond to a major
- 15:39Speaker 1: redistricting setback in Virginia, with some party leaders discussing an
- 15:43Speaker 1: audacious and possibly, and possibly, what do you mean possibly?
- 15:47Speaker 1: It is a far-fetched idea for trying to restore a
- 15:51Speaker 1: congressional map voided by the court, but showing little indication
- 15:55Speaker 1: that they have a clear plan. During a private discussion
- 15:58Speaker 1: on Saturday that included Democrat House members from Virginia and
- 16:01Speaker 1: Representative Hakeem Jeffries of New York, the minority leader, The
- 16:06Speaker 1: lawmakers vented anger at their defeat at the Virginia Supreme Court.
- 16:11Speaker 1: They spoke about a collective determination to flip two or
- 16:13Speaker 1: three Republican-held seats under the existing map, and they discussed
- 16:18Speaker 1: a bank shot proposal to redraw the lines anyway, according
- 16:24Speaker 1: to three people who participated in the call and two
- 16:27Speaker 1: others who were briefed on it. Now, they didn't land
- 16:31Speaker 1: on a specific course forward. And Hakeem Jeffries and other
- 16:35Speaker 1: members of Congress agreed to consult with their lawyers about
- 16:39Speaker 1: the most prudent way to proceed. But here's what they
- 16:43Speaker 1: were discussing. They were talking about, quote, an unusual gambit
- 16:49Speaker 1: to replace the entire Supreme Court with a goal of
- 16:53Speaker 1: reinstating their gerrymandered map. The plan drew mixed reactions on
- 16:59Speaker 1: the call, said the people, and it wasn't clear that
- 17:02Speaker 1: it would even be viable or palatable to Governor Abigail
- 17:06Speaker 1: Spanberger and Democrats in the Virginia General Assembly. All right,
- 17:09Speaker 1: stop with that crap. palatable. They had just attempted to
- 17:13Speaker 1: steal four seats. Of course it's palatable. They're just trying
- 17:16Speaker 1: to figure out a way to spin this so that
- 17:18Speaker 1: people don't look at this and go, this is demented.
- 17:22Speaker 1: This is not in any way constitutional. This is totally
- 17:25Speaker 1: tearing down the system for your own power, which this
- 17:28Speaker 1: is exactly what it is. Now, how would this work?
- 17:33Speaker 1: How could they possibly do this under the law? Glad
- 17:37Speaker 1: you asked. This comes down to lowering the retirement ages,
- 17:43Speaker 1: mandatory retirement ages, for judges on the court, for the justices.
- 17:50Speaker 1: One key to the plan would be having Democrats in
- 17:52Speaker 1: Richmond lower the mandatory retirement age for state Supreme Court justices.
- 18:00Speaker 1: That's the idea. They would lower it. Thus, basically, by
- 18:04Speaker 1: lowering it, they would get rid of every single judge.
- 18:09Speaker 1: on the court. They wanna lower the mandatory retirement age
- 18:14Speaker 1: from 74 to 54, which is the age of the
- 18:18Speaker 1: youngest current justice. So what they wanna do is they
- 18:29Speaker 1: wanna replace the entire State Supreme Court with children. They're
- 18:33Speaker 1: gonna get rid of all the adults, replace them with kids,
- 18:38Speaker 1: And then those kids will do exactly what they're told
- 18:41Speaker 1: by the Democrats. Virginia judges are appointed by the General Assembly.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Democrats hold majorities in both chambers. They can then fill
- 18:50Speaker 1: the vacancies on the court with sympathetic Democratic lawyers. Now,
- 18:56Speaker 1: notice that as I'm reading through this, the New York
- 18:58Speaker 1: Times does not pause for a moment to say that
- 19:00Speaker 1: this is a tyrannical scheme. They don't pause for a
- 19:03Speaker 1: moment to say that this would violate entire purpose of
- 19:10Speaker 1: having a dispassionate Supreme Court, that this would be a
- 19:15Speaker 1: complete rigging of our elections. They don't caution the Democrats
- 19:19Speaker 1: against this at all. They, in fact, they just treat
- 19:21Speaker 1: this like this is like some neutral event that, oh,
- 19:24Speaker 1: that makes sense. Donald Trump's awful. So they might replace
- 19:27Speaker 1: the entire state Supreme Court in order to thwart Trump voters.
- 19:36Speaker 1: What was President Trump subjected to after the 2020 election?
- 19:40Speaker 1: Take you back in time. What was President Trump subjected to?
- 19:44Speaker 3: A nightmare.
- 19:46Speaker 1: For what?
- 19:47Speaker 3: Why?
- 19:48Speaker 1: Because he challenged the way the election was conducted in
- 19:51Speaker 1: a court of law. He had lawyers advise him on
- 19:55Speaker 1: ways to approach those challenges during the 2020 election. He
- 20:00Speaker 1: was accused of trying to rig the entire system in
- 20:03Speaker 1: some sort of insurrection or subversion of our, quote, democracy.
- 20:08Speaker 1: Do you remember all of that? What the hell is this? Democrats,
- 20:17Speaker 1: as we speak, are openly plotting to rig an entire
- 20:23Speaker 1: state Supreme Court to fire all of the current justices,
- 20:27Speaker 1: to replace them with children who will do the bidding
- 20:30Speaker 1: of the Democrat Party and steal the entire United States
- 20:34Speaker 1: House of Representatives. They are openly conspiring. to stage an
- 20:41Speaker 1: insurrection in the United States of America. And it's Donald
- 20:44Speaker 1: Trump who was on the receiving end of that tyranny
- 20:48Speaker 1: for merely raising challenges in court. It's just amazing. Yeah,
- 20:57Speaker 1: this is the real insurrection. Jacek too says in our chat.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Ghetto democracy, blue sky 84. Now, again, Continue to pray
- 21:11Speaker 1: for your country, and you can feel like what I feel,
- 21:16Speaker 1: which is just feel some hope that the wins that
- 21:19Speaker 1: we've been having lately can be sustained, can be continued.
- 21:23Speaker 1: But understand something about these Democrats. They will never relent
- 21:27Speaker 1: on plotting against you. This scheme is designed to rob
- 21:33Speaker 1: you of representation. It's designed to light on fire this
- 21:38Speaker 1: idea that the American voter has any say whatsoever about
- 21:43Speaker 1: our leadership in this country. So Democrats right now are
- 21:48Speaker 1: plotting this very thing, destroy the state Supreme Court and
- 21:52Speaker 1: steal the entire United States of House of Representatives. Keep
- 21:57Speaker 1: your eyes open on that. Keep your eyes open on
- 21:59Speaker 1: that as we come out of a pretty big victory.
- 22:04Speaker 1: One more element for you on this. we've got, um,
- 22:10Speaker 1: where did this idea come from that these Democrats would
- 22:12Speaker 1: do this? Well, it came from a left-wing blog called
- 22:15Speaker 1: the down ballot. And this is the blog post that
- 22:19Speaker 1: they wrote, um, going into the weekend, how Virginia Democrats
- 22:23Speaker 1: can overturn the redistricting ruling, retire the Supreme court. And, uh,
- 22:30Speaker 1: The piece goes on to say Virginia Democrats are looking
- 22:33Speaker 1: for a way to overturn the court. What can they do?
- 22:37Speaker 1: And the left-wing blog says they have a simple and
- 22:39Speaker 1: lawful solution. Send the entire court into early retirement. And
- 22:45Speaker 1: basically the scheme I just described to you, which is
- 22:48Speaker 1: to lower the retirement age to 54, fire all the adults,
- 22:52Speaker 1: and then bring in impressionable children to run the operation.
- 22:58Speaker 3: So.
- 22:59Speaker 1: In case you're wondering where that idea come from. It
- 23:01Speaker 1: came from that blog. That's where it came from. And
- 23:04Speaker 1: that's why they're doing it now.
- 23:05Speaker 3: All right.
- 23:05Speaker 1: More ahead on the program as we as we get
- 23:08Speaker 1: into some other things here. I've got I've got more
- 23:10Speaker 1: good news for you. You know, because of the Louisiana v.
- 23:13Speaker 1: Calais decision out of the states, the United States Supreme Court.
- 23:17Speaker 1: We just defeated racial district drawing in the United States
- 23:21Speaker 1: of America. And when you get rid of racism, Democrats
- 23:24Speaker 1: lose power. They're in an all out panic about this
- 23:27Speaker 1: right now, which is so fun. It's so wonderful. I've
- 23:30Speaker 1: got more details on that coming up. I'll share that
- 23:33Speaker 1: with you. And also, we've heard more from the president
- 23:35Speaker 1: of the Save America Act. So we've got to talk
- 23:37Speaker 1: about that as well. A lot to get to all
- 23:39Speaker 1: on ahead on this edition of this. Hey, let me
- 23:42Speaker 1: thank Patriot Mobile for supporting the show. You know, every day,
- 23:45Speaker 1: Americans do have to make choices that shape our country's future,
- 23:48Speaker 1: right down to the cell phone provider we support. And
- 23:51Speaker 1: here's what a lot of people don't realize. Patriot Mobile,

- 25:00Speaker 1: works really great.
- 25:01Speaker 4: All right.
- 25:03Speaker 1: By the way, happy Mother's Day to all the mothers.
- 25:05Speaker 1: God bless you. Happy late Mother's Day, I know. It's
- 25:08Speaker 1: the day after, but I hope you had a nice
- 25:10Speaker 1: Mother's Day weekend. Appreciate the moms out there. Let's take
- 25:15Speaker 1: a look at why the left is panicking today, though.
- 25:17Speaker 1: We've got some other panic going on. Don't you love it, Chad?
- 25:20Speaker 1: Don't you love when the left is panicking like crazy?
- 25:23Speaker 1: They do get kind of dangerous when they panic, but
- 25:25Speaker 1: it is a clear sign that we are destroying them
- 25:28Speaker 1: when it comes to the rule of law. And it's great.
- 25:31Speaker 1: It's super great. So here's what's happening right now. So
- 25:35Speaker 1: we got the Louisiana v. Calais decision, no more racist
- 25:37Speaker 1: districts in the United States. And as a result, when
- 25:40Speaker 1: you get rid of racially segregated districts, Democrats lose power.
- 25:43Speaker 1: So there's a piece this weekend in Politico out of Washington, D.C. Actually,
- 25:51Speaker 1: technically out of Virginia. They're in Arlington. Politico says that
- 25:57Speaker 1: the Congressional Black Caucus, you aware of this organization, the
- 26:01Speaker 1: Congressional Black Caucus? It's not really a Congressional Black Caucus.
- 26:06Speaker 1: It's a Democrat Black Caucus. It's a Democrat operation in Congress.
- 26:12Speaker 1: It's a, well, in other words, it's a racially segregated caucus.
- 26:15Speaker 1: They're in an all-out panic right now about the end
- 26:19Speaker 1: of race-based districts in the United States, which is a
- 26:23Speaker 1: very good sign. They have a piece up this weekend
- 26:26Speaker 1: inside the Congressional Black Caucus's existential crisis, which is hilarious.
- 26:35Speaker 1: The Congressional Black Caucus is facing an existential crisis, Politico writes.
- 26:40Speaker 1: As red states rush to ax majority-minority districts across the South,
- 26:45Speaker 1: that's another way of saying get rid of racially segregated districts.
- 26:49Speaker 1: The ascendancy of one of the premier power centers in
- 26:52Speaker 1: the House, Democrat caucus is at stake.
- 26:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 26:58Speaker 1: Now, why is that? Why would that be the case?
- 27:01Speaker 1: Why would that be a Democrat caucus? Aren't there black
- 27:04Speaker 1: Republican voters? Yes, there are. Yes, there are. Don't voters
- 27:09Speaker 1: of all races support Republicans? Yes, they do. So if
- 27:13Speaker 1: you notice, what's happening is Democrats use and abuse black
- 27:17Speaker 1: voters for Democrat power. They draw racially segregated districts in
- 27:24Speaker 1: order to give themselves power. It's not about representing Americans
- 27:28Speaker 1: or making sure that their will is fulfilled. It's about
- 27:31Speaker 1: empowering the Democrat party. The coalition was primed for one
- 27:36Speaker 1: of its biggest electoral years yet. The caucus has a
- 27:39Speaker 1: record 62 members right now, 62 Democrats. They're playing in
- 27:44Speaker 1: major primary battles. They represent a loyal base of black
- 27:48Speaker 1: voters that has been the backbone of that party. Politico
- 27:51Speaker 1: leads out that black voters are moving towards Trump right now.
- 27:53Speaker 1: We just saw more data for that. More and more
- 27:56Speaker 1: black voters are moving in Trump's direction. They have a
- 27:59Speaker 1: shot at elevating the first black Speaker of the House,
- 28:02Speaker 1: says Politico. Notice Politico capitalizes black, which is idiotic, to
- 28:08Speaker 1: be clear. This thing about capitalizing the word black, for
- 28:11Speaker 1: those of you who can see it, rumble.com slash Vince,
- 28:13Speaker 1: you can see it. It's a form of like, It's
- 28:16Speaker 1: like a head pat to black voters. It's patronizing. It's like, oh,
- 28:20Speaker 1: you're so special. We've capitalized your B for you. What?
- 28:24Speaker 1: Do you do this for anybody else? No, just for you.
- 28:28Speaker 1: This is stupid. You realize that, right? This is a
- 28:30Speaker 1: racist style to do this. That's what they do. Now,
- 28:35Speaker 1: the CBC is bracing for new maps across the South,
- 28:38Speaker 1: the Congressional Black Caucus, that threatens to draw members out
- 28:43Speaker 1: of their districts. After the Supreme Court's landmark ruling earlier
- 28:47Speaker 1: this month, all but erased, Politico is lying to you,
- 28:51Speaker 1: protections from the Voting Rights Act. It didn't erase protections.
- 28:55Speaker 1: It upheld the Voting Rights Act. It didn't erase any protections.
- 28:58Speaker 1: It didn't weaken the Voting Rights Act. That's all bullshit.
- 29:03Speaker 1: I don't know how many times you can see this
- 29:04Speaker 1: stuff written in the news. They're lying to you. It
- 29:10Speaker 1: upheld protections. the purpose of the Voting Rights Act, which
- 29:13Speaker 1: is that nobody should be reduced to their race when
- 29:17Speaker 1: it comes to our elections. The Virginia Supreme Court's ruling
- 29:24Speaker 1: nullifying the voter referendum on the state's new Dem-leaning map
- 29:28Speaker 1: only added to the blows. Upward of 19 members of
- 29:33Speaker 1: the caucus, about one-third of its ranks are at risk
- 29:37Speaker 1: of losing their seats. The Congressional Black Caucus was looking
- 29:40Speaker 1: at 19 Democrats getting thrown out now if they don't
- 29:45Speaker 1: have racially segregated districts. A worst case scenario could look
- 29:51Speaker 1: like the complete erasure of black representation across the South,
- 29:58Speaker 1: according to 10 CBC members who spoke with Playbook. Really? 10?
- 30:03Speaker 1: Does Byron Donalds know about this? Does Tim Scott know
- 30:07Speaker 1: about this over in the Senate? Do these guys know
- 30:10Speaker 1: that they would be erased by this? Because I'm pretty
- 30:13Speaker 1: certain they would not be erased by this. It's, again,
- 30:18Speaker 1: Democrats who would be erased by the fact that we
- 30:21Speaker 1: are removing racism from the districting. It's a generational moment.
- 30:29Speaker 1: CBC lawmakers compared to the Reconstruction era and civil rights
- 30:33Speaker 1: movement is testing how far the caucus will be willing
- 30:35Speaker 1: to go to preserve their political might. This is a
- 30:39Speaker 1: battle of life and death. What? Said Emanuel Kleep. No,
- 30:46Speaker 1: it's not. You're not going to die if we remove
- 30:49Speaker 1: your rigged district. You're just not going to be in Congress.
- 30:53Speaker 1: Holy crap. Look at the way these guys talk. It's existential.
- 30:57Speaker 1: It really is a cult. Emanuel Cleaver said it's life
- 31:00Speaker 1: and death whether or not he has a rigged district.
- 31:08Speaker 1: You're going to see the outrage, said Representative Andre Carson.
- 31:12Speaker 1: It's the kind of disenfranchisement that has driven voter turnout
- 31:15Speaker 1: throughout the decades. OK, so look what's happening here. I'm
- 31:19Speaker 1: going to forecast to you something that's going to happen
- 31:21Speaker 1: going into the midterms. Now, we get rid of racism
- 31:25Speaker 1: and districting. And that's cause for celebration. Every American should
- 31:31Speaker 1: celebrate that of every skin color. You know what's going
- 31:33Speaker 1: to happen here. These morons, these sinister morons are going
- 31:38Speaker 1: to turn this into something that it's not. It'll be
- 31:42Speaker 1: an inversion of the truth. Going into the midterms, they're
- 31:45Speaker 1: going to make claims. that there's some sort of racial
- 31:48Speaker 1: attack going on on black Americans. Black Americans are being attacked.
- 31:51Speaker 1: That's the stunt. You just heard it from Andre Carson.
- 31:54Speaker 1: Congressman Andre Carson saying that this is going to drive
- 31:58Speaker 1: voter turnout. It's the same garbage that Democrats constantly attempt
- 32:04Speaker 1: on black voters. And black voters would do well not
- 32:07Speaker 1: to fall for it. This reminds me of Joe Biden.
- 32:10Speaker 1: Remember Joe Biden standing on a rally stage campaigning against
- 32:13Speaker 1: Mitt Romney? And then he looks at a crowd of
- 32:16Speaker 1: black voters and he goes, Mitt Romney is, quote, going
- 32:18Speaker 1: to put you all back in chains. Well, that's evil.
- 32:24Speaker 1: I mean, not least of all, because it's a lie.
- 32:26Speaker 1: It's just a lie. What are you talking about? Straight
- 32:29Speaker 1: up attempting to scare black voters into compliance. To comply
- 32:34Speaker 1: with what? To give Democrats power to further destroy the
- 32:38Speaker 1: lives of black voters. And not just black voters, all
- 32:41Speaker 1: of us. All of us. That's the game plan. You're
- 32:48Speaker 1: watching it be born before your very eyes. And it's
- 32:51Speaker 1: a routine playbook. That's why it's so easy to identify.
- 32:54Speaker 1: Because the Democrat Black Caucus, and trust me on this,
- 32:57Speaker 1: they're Democrats. They hate Republicans. It was never, as much
- 33:02Speaker 1: as it is a racially segregated caucus, it's not about
- 33:06Speaker 1: every black person gets to be involved. They straight up
- 33:09Speaker 1: refuse to let Byron Donalds be a part of it.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Byron Donalds, back in 2021, attempted to join the so-called
- 33:17Speaker 1: Congressional Black Caucus. And he was blocked from it. Republican
- 33:22Speaker 1: Representative Byron Donalds blocked from Congressional Black Caucus. I was shocked,
- 33:26Speaker 1: he said. He wasn't shocked. He says he was shocked
- 33:29Speaker 1: because he was trying to emphasize how ridiculous they are.
- 33:33Speaker 1: Because they are ridiculous. Congressman Byron Donalds is reportedly being
- 33:36Speaker 1: denied membership into the Congressional Black Caucus, an organization that
- 33:42Speaker 1: its founding members, there's a typo here, envisioned as a
- 33:45Speaker 1: nonpartisan organization. Other lawmakers who won in 2020 were inducted
- 33:50Speaker 1: months ago. While Representative Donald has spoken to some members
- 33:54Speaker 1: of the caucus, he has not received an invitation. Representative
- 33:57Speaker 1: Donald said he was shocked when reports emerged Wednesday night
- 33:59Speaker 1: that his membership was being blocked. That's their decision, he said. Yeah, no,
- 34:07Speaker 1: they blocked him. They blocked him because he's a Republican
- 34:11Speaker 1: who means it. He's not faking it. He means it.
- 34:16Speaker 1: And so they said, you can't be with us. We're
- 34:18Speaker 1: an organization that's about Democrat power. And now they're watching
- 34:23Speaker 1: their power disappear because it was rigged to begin with.
- 34:27Speaker 1: Isn't that nice? What a nice story. But get ready.
- 34:32Speaker 1: Get ready for the midterms. The racism charges that the
- 34:37Speaker 1: Democrats are going to throw around, false ones, are going
- 34:40Speaker 1: to become as absurd as ever. And don't say I
- 34:43Speaker 1: didn't warn you. They're coming.
- 34:45Speaker 3: All right.

- 37:20Speaker 1: that would be, I would join that caucus. The Congressional
- 37:23Speaker 1: Blackout Caucus, I'm in. Oh my, I'm in. Dude, how
- 37:27Speaker 1: good would that be? Delicious caucus to join. All right,
- 37:30Speaker 1: so we got the Congressional Black Caucus freaking out the Democrats.
- 37:34Speaker 1: They're really upset that their rigged districts are going away.
- 37:37Speaker 1: It couldn't happen to a better group of people. It
- 37:39Speaker 1: couldn't happen to a better group of people. They really
- 37:41Speaker 1: deserve it. You steal a district, get the hell out.
- 37:44Speaker 1: That's my view on the subject. Now, what are we
- 37:49Speaker 1: looking at right now? I mean, on this run of
- 37:52Speaker 1: good news in terms of fighting back against the Democrats
- 37:54Speaker 1: rigging operations, we've got some estimates here that I want
- 37:56Speaker 1: to take a look at. for the midterms. Republicans could win,
- 38:00Speaker 1: according to PBS, 14 new seats now. 14 new seats,
- 38:07Speaker 1: which is a lot of fun. Here is PBS's claim.
- 38:12Speaker 1: Republicans have opened up an advantage now in the national
- 38:15Speaker 1: redistricting battle among states after a pair of court rulings
- 38:19Speaker 1: that weakened Federal Voting Rights Act protections. Didn't weaken them.
- 38:22Speaker 1: Didn't weaken them. PBS is lying to you. Strengthened the
- 38:26Speaker 1: Voting Rights Act. Upheld the Voting Rights Act. Protected Americans
- 38:30Speaker 1: from being judged on their skin color when it comes
- 38:33Speaker 1: to voting. It's just so disgusting the way that they lie.
- 38:38Speaker 1: And invalidated a key Democrat redistricting effort. They're talking about Virginia.
- 38:44Speaker 1: So what are the numbers right now? Let's scroll down
- 38:48Speaker 1: to that. Here's what PBS claims. So far, Republicans believe
- 38:51Speaker 1: they could win up to 14 additional seats from new
- 38:55Speaker 1: districts in Texas, Florida, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, and Tennessee. Democrats, meanwhile,
- 39:05Speaker 1: think that they could gain up to six seats from
- 39:08Speaker 1: new districts in California and Utah. But those tallies presume
- 39:13Speaker 1: past voting patterns are Historically, the president's party tends to
- 39:18Speaker 1: lose seats in the midterms. Okay, so this is the
- 39:22Speaker 1: legacy media math. They say, first of all, the claim
- 39:28Speaker 1: is Republicans have the advantage. in the redistricting battle. Now,
- 39:32Speaker 1: that's only true if you narrow the timeline to this year,
- 39:37Speaker 1: to the last two years, basically. If you just narrow
- 39:41Speaker 1: the timeline to the last two years, yeah, Republicans have
- 39:43Speaker 1: the advantage. But if you widen the lens over the
- 39:46Speaker 1: course of the last two decades— What you determine pretty
- 39:51Speaker 1: quickly is that Democrats have stolen over 40 seats across
- 39:55Speaker 1: our country. That's the White House's position on this. Over
- 39:59Speaker 1: 40 seats right now are ill-gotten by Democrats. Stolen by
- 40:02Speaker 1: virtue of illegal aliens pouring into blue states, apportionment that
- 40:06Speaker 1: they didn't deserve. Electoral college, by the way, as a
- 40:10Speaker 1: spillover problem. The Democrats have picked up a bunch of
- 40:14Speaker 1: electoral college votes by virtue of importing illegal aliens into
- 40:18Speaker 1: their states. The census was jacked up in 2020. Democrats
- 40:21Speaker 1: got more seats than they deserved. Republican states got fewer
- 40:24Speaker 1: seats than they deserved. It's a massive problem. And then,
- 40:28Speaker 1: of course, you've got the issue of racist districting, which
- 40:31Speaker 1: has given Democrats ill-gotten power. So you add all of
- 40:34Speaker 1: it up, Democrats have a 40-seat advantage that they should
- 40:37Speaker 1: not have. So we have a lot of ground to
- 40:40Speaker 1: make up. So no, we're not, Republicans aren't ahead in
- 40:44Speaker 1: the redistricting battle. They're just ahead in the current round
- 40:47Speaker 1: of the redistricting battle. But the war, we still have
- 40:50Speaker 1: a long way to go. We still have a long
- 40:52Speaker 1: way to go. That's the legacy media math on this.
- 40:56Speaker 1: What about on the MAGA side? What's the assessment from
- 41:01Speaker 1: Republicans who actually want to see Republicans win and to
- 41:04Speaker 1: support the president's agenda? Here's Sean Spicer. Sean Spicer is
- 41:08Speaker 1: the former White House press secretary. He just put up
- 41:10Speaker 1: his assessment. He said that right now, he said 11
- 41:15Speaker 1: House seats have just swung towards Republicans in the last
- 41:18Speaker 1: few days alone. He said, I have the current House
- 41:22Speaker 1: at the following, 212 Republicans, 207 Democrat, with 16 toss-up
- 41:28Speaker 1: elections this cycle. He says there's 16 competitive races this
- 41:34Speaker 1: cycle that we need to fight for. He said if
- 41:38Speaker 1: we win six of the 16, we keep the majority.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Six of the 16 to keep the majority. This, as
- 41:49Speaker 1: we get closer to the midterms, folks, I'm going to,
- 41:52Speaker 1: we'll dive in a little bit more deeply, granularly on
- 41:56Speaker 1: these districts. But this is kind of how close things are.
- 42:00Speaker 1: And also, it's an encouraging sign because we have 16 options.
- 42:04Speaker 1: If we can win six of them in Sean's math,
- 42:07Speaker 1: we can keep the United States House of Representatives out
- 42:09Speaker 1: of the hands of Democrats, which is great. Now, we
- 42:12Speaker 1: want bigger margins than that. We want to win all 16.
- 42:15Speaker 1: We need, we just need a lot of runway. to
- 42:18Speaker 1: get the Trump agenda passed. And you're always going to
- 42:21Speaker 1: have some Republican squishes. You're going to have people in
- 42:23Speaker 1: the House who poorly serve you, which is why we
- 42:26Speaker 1: have to grow the numbers meaningfully. So let's not just
- 42:30Speaker 1: win all 16. Let's win a lot more than that.
- 42:32Speaker 1: We've got to keep Democrats away from power, and we've
- 42:35Speaker 1: got to grow the ranks of people who are going
- 42:37Speaker 1: to help President Trump just absolutely dominate going into the
- 42:40Speaker 1: next year. But that's a That's an early indicator of
- 42:44Speaker 1: kind of like what the stakes are and why you
- 42:46Speaker 1: should be optimistic that it is possible. And the Senate
- 42:50Speaker 1: map is very difficult for Democrats this year. The Senate
- 42:52Speaker 1: map is very difficult. It doesn't mean they won't win.
- 42:54Speaker 1: They could. But that's the more difficult map for them.
- 42:57Speaker 1: The easier map is the House. And even with the
- 43:00Speaker 1: House now, it's going to be a real contest. It's
- 43:03Speaker 1: a real challenge. And it is very possible for President
- 43:05Speaker 1: Trump not merely to retain control of both houses, but
- 43:09Speaker 1: to grow his margins in both houses. And if we
- 43:12Speaker 1: do that, we can do a lot with the Trump agenda.
- 43:15Speaker 1: So keep your eyes on that. The last piece here
- 43:19Speaker 1: is the Save America Act. And as always, with the
- 43:22Speaker 1: Save America Act, we should gavel in. Yes, because we're
- 43:25Speaker 1: having a Save America Act conversation right now. Producer Jim
- 43:29Speaker 1: Verde will keep the meeting minutes on this subject, as
- 43:31Speaker 1: he always does. He keeps track of all of our
- 43:33Speaker 1: Save America Act conversations. President Trump is still pushing it
- 43:38Speaker 1: big time. Here's the president this weekend saying, we need
- 43:41Speaker 1: it because we need election integrity in the United States
- 43:44Speaker 1: of America. Watch.
- 43:46Speaker 3: Anytime you have mail-in voting, you're going to have a
- 43:48Speaker 3: rigged election. Anytime you're not using voter ID, the Democrats
- 43:52Speaker 3: don't want, they're fighting us on the Save America Act.
- 43:56Speaker 3: Anytime you don't have, when somebody says, we don't want
- 43:59Speaker 3: voter identification, that means they want to cheat. Then They say,
- 44:04Speaker 3: we don't want citizenship. We don't want proof of citizenship.
- 44:08Speaker 3: They don't want it to be a part of the
- 44:09Speaker 3: voting process. And yet, when it comes to voting, the
- 44:13Speaker 3: interesting thing is 97% of the Republicans want voter ID.
- 44:19Speaker 3: But if you had the Republicans and the Democrats together,
- 44:22Speaker 3: 86% want. Jimmy Carter, I mean, I wasn't a big
- 44:27Speaker 3: fan of him as a president, but Jimmy Carter had
- 44:29Speaker 3: a committee that was set up. and along with Scoop Jackson,
- 44:33Speaker 3: some very respected people. And the primary finding of the
- 44:38Speaker 3: committee on the election stuff, primary finding of the committee
- 44:41Speaker 3: was you can't have mail-in voting. It's crooked.
- 44:45Speaker 1: He's right about that. The Carter Baker Commission from the
- 44:47Speaker 1: early 2000s said that mail-in voting was the primary vector
- 44:53Speaker 1: for fraud. So they wanted to limit mail-in balloting. substantially
- 44:59Speaker 1: out of concern that that's the way that a lot
- 45:01Speaker 1: of fraud was being conducted. In fact, this was kind
- 45:05Speaker 1: of a widely held view by Democrats early this century,
- 45:08Speaker 1: which they've since abandoned since they've decided to adopt mail-in
- 45:11Speaker 1: ballots as a means for fraud. President Trump fighting back
- 45:15Speaker 1: against that, which is why he wants the Save America Act. Now,
- 45:19Speaker 1: are we getting it? Not yet. We're not getting it.
- 45:22Speaker 1: The pressure needs to stay on. Whether we get it
- 45:24Speaker 1: in this Congress or any other future Congress, the pressure
- 45:26Speaker 1: needs to stay on. This is what we want, and
- 45:28Speaker 1: we want it now. We want it yesterday. That's why
- 45:31Speaker 1: Turning Point USA, Turning Point Action, I told you about
- 45:35Speaker 1: on Friday, has decided that they're going to go after
- 45:37Speaker 1: John Thune in his primary. They're going to go after
- 45:42Speaker 1: any Republican who's failing to deliver on election integrity. You
- 45:46Speaker 1: want to fix this country? Do what President Trump's already
- 45:50Speaker 1: begun doing. Do what so many Republican states have already
- 45:54Speaker 1: begun doing. Do what the United States Supreme Court just did.
- 45:59Speaker 1: Do those things. Improve elections all across the board. Secure
- 46:04Speaker 1: the border. Stop the foreign invasion. Redraw the districts to
- 46:09Speaker 1: get rid of the racism, as the United States Supreme
- 46:12Speaker 1: Court just declared. Do those things. Fight for decency. Redo
- 46:18Speaker 1: that census so that only American citizens are counted in
- 46:21Speaker 1: it and that apportionment's only done based on American voters,
- 46:25Speaker 1: American citizens. These are straightforward things. In fact, for those
- 46:30Speaker 1: of you who watch both me and Dan Bongino, you'll
- 46:33Speaker 1: know that Dan has a five-point plan that is basically
- 46:36Speaker 1: all the elements that I'm laying out for you. His
- 46:39Speaker 1: also includes getting rid of the filibuster so we can
- 46:42Speaker 1: pass the Save America Act. So we can pass the
- 46:45Speaker 1: Save America Act. The president is staying on this. Love
- 46:49Speaker 1: that he's staying on this. It's of immense value that
- 46:51Speaker 1: he used the biggest bully pulpit on the planet to
- 46:53Speaker 1: do that. And we'll keep rooting for him because we
- 46:56Speaker 1: can really use this thing big time. All right. Thanks
- 46:59Speaker 1: to the president for that. We've got some foreign policy
- 47:03Speaker 1: stuff I want to hit with you right now. Just
- 47:05Speaker 1: a quick rundown of some of the big foreign policy
- 47:07Speaker 1: events this week, because we're getting a lot. We're getting
- 47:10Speaker 1: a lot. We were hoping for some kind of deal
- 47:13Speaker 1: or agreement to be reached going into the weekend with Iran.
- 47:17Speaker 1: At the moment, no dice, no deal. In fact, the
- 47:20Speaker 1: president of the United States said this weekend that Iran
- 47:24Speaker 1: continues to play games. They have been for 47 years now.
- 47:29Speaker 1: And they've been, in his words, tapping American leaders along.
- 47:33Speaker 1: And the president says, we got to put an end
- 47:35Speaker 1: to that. He says Barack Hussein Obama was great to Iran,
- 47:40Speaker 1: actually going to their side, genociding Israel and all other
- 47:44Speaker 1: allies and giving Iran a major and very powerful new
- 47:46Speaker 1: lease on life. Hundreds of billions of dollars, $ 1. 7 billion
- 47:51Speaker 1: in green cash flown into Tehran. All of the banks
- 47:55Speaker 1: in D.C., Virginia, and Maryland emptied out.
- 47:59Speaker 3: Crazy.
- 48:00Speaker 1: So much money went and arrived. The Iranian thugs had
- 48:02Speaker 1: no idea what to do with it. They had never
- 48:04Speaker 1: seen money like that. He says, for 47 years, the
- 48:07Speaker 1: Iranians have been tapping us along. keeping us waiting, killing
- 48:12Speaker 1: our people with their roadside bombs, destroying protests, and recently
- 48:15Speaker 1: wiping out 42,000 innocent unarmed protesters and laughing at our
- 48:19Speaker 1: now great again country. They will be laughing no longer,
- 48:23Speaker 1: says President Trump. In a later statement Sunday evening, he
- 48:29Speaker 1: said he was unimpressed by Iran's latest offer. They had basically,
- 48:33Speaker 1: the United States had made an offer to Iran. Iran responded,
- 48:36Speaker 1: And the president saw it and he didn't like it.
- 48:39Speaker 1: He said, I just read the response from Iran's so-called representatives.
- 48:42Speaker 1: I don't like it. Totally unacceptable. Thank you for your
- 48:45Speaker 1: attention to this matter. President Donald J. Trump. So the
- 48:48Speaker 1: president is rejecting Iran's nonsense, whatever it was, and saying, yeah,
- 48:56Speaker 1: we're not going to do this. We're not going to
- 48:58Speaker 1: do this with you. So we'll continue to squeeze you
- 49:01Speaker 1: until we get an actual deal. Now, what is the
- 49:06Speaker 1: state of the Strait right now? What's the state of
- 49:07Speaker 1: the Strait of Hormuz? Well, the Central Command this weekend
- 49:10Speaker 1: announced that they've redirected 61 ships so far using that blockade,
- 49:16Speaker 1: that epic American military blockade. And they said over 20 U.S.
- 49:20Speaker 1: warships are enforcing the blockade right now against Iran. CENTCOM
- 49:24Speaker 1: forces have redirected 61 commercial vessels and disabled four, disabled
- 49:30Speaker 1: four of them. Yeah, the way they disable these ships
- 49:32Speaker 1: is they either blow out their rudder or drop something
- 49:34Speaker 1: down their smokestack through these precision strikes. But they're disabling ships.
- 49:39Speaker 1: Any ship that tries to make a run through the
- 49:41Speaker 1: blockade with coming to or from an Iranian port, they're
- 49:45Speaker 1: being disabled. And that's the American military. So Iran clearly
- 49:49Speaker 1: feeling the pressure here. Now, what is Iran doing about
- 49:53Speaker 1: all this? Well, they're spazzing out. Iran this weekend struck
- 49:56Speaker 1: a U.S.-owned ship with a drone. This is the shipping
- 50:02Speaker 1: company said as much, the U.S.-owned Neha Trade Strip. trade
- 50:07Speaker 1: ship rather, was attacked by two Iranian drones in the
- 50:10Speaker 1: Persian Gulf on Sunday. The chairman of the group told Fox,
- 50:15Speaker 1: one drone hit the ship while the other missed. The
- 50:18Speaker 1: vessel didn't have any cargo in it at the time
- 50:20Speaker 1: of the attack and was anchored over Doha, near Doha, over,
- 50:24Speaker 1: what am I talking about? Near Doha. The ship had
- 50:26Speaker 1: 23 sailors aboard, but nobody was injured. So kind of
- 50:30Speaker 1: a feckless little drone attack, apparently, nobody injured on the ship.
- 50:35Speaker 1: But the Iranians continue to spaz out and President Trump
- 50:39Speaker 1: continues not to agree to a crappy deal. You know,
- 50:42Speaker 1: this goes back to, so the media, there's a lot
- 50:46Speaker 1: of like concern trolling going on with President Trump here,
- 50:49Speaker 1: which is, you know, from every direction. But this idea
- 50:52Speaker 1: that President Trump is going to agree to some crappy
- 50:54Speaker 1: deal just because he wants to get out. I need
- 50:57Speaker 1: to get out. So I'm going to, I'll let the
- 50:59Speaker 1: Iranians have everything and we won't get anything for it.
- 51:02Speaker 1: That's not what's going to happen here. The president is
- 51:05Speaker 1: rejecting Iran's nonsense because he doesn't want to give them
- 51:10Speaker 1: some sort of sweetheart deal that doesn't result in resolving
- 51:13Speaker 1: the underlying fundamental question, which is, do we stop Iran's
- 51:17Speaker 1: nuclear program? That's it. That's what the president wants. Two things, right?
- 51:21Speaker 1: He wants to stop the nuclear program, end it, get
- 51:23Speaker 1: the material, take it out of Iran, and open up
- 51:26Speaker 1: the Strait of Hormuz. It's as simple as that. You
- 51:28Speaker 1: do those things, we've got a deal. You don't do
- 51:31Speaker 1: those things, we don't have a deal. So the president's
- 51:34Speaker 1: not rolling over for crap. He's insisting on excellence. And
- 51:39Speaker 1: so for now, no deal. Back home in the United
- 51:43Speaker 1: States of America, we've got a crazy United States senator
- 51:47Speaker 1: by the name of Mark Kelly. That guy's completely out
- 51:49Speaker 1: of control, Arizona senator. He was on CBS this weekend
- 51:53Speaker 1: on Face the Nation. And Mark Kelly's in some hot
- 51:56Speaker 1: water again. Remember, he was a part of organizing the
- 52:00Speaker 1: seditious six, all the people, basically he was telling the troops, hey,
- 52:04Speaker 1: you can ignore the commander in chief. If you think
- 52:06Speaker 1: he's telling you to do something unlawful or unconstitutional, just
- 52:09Speaker 1: ignore him. Just planting this idea that President Trump is
- 52:12Speaker 1: telling people to do unconstitutional things. President Trump's been doing
- 52:16Speaker 1: no such thing. But Mark Kelly has been encouraging the
- 52:18Speaker 1: troops to disobey him. And now Mark Kelly comes out
- 52:22Speaker 1: and he says, yeah, I just got a briefing from
- 52:23Speaker 1: the United States Pentagon. They told us all about our
- 52:28Speaker 1: current military capabilities and the size and strength of our stockpiles.
- 52:32Speaker 1: And America is very weak right now, says Mark Kelly. Wait,
- 52:37Speaker 1: hold on a second. You got a classified briefing and
- 52:40Speaker 1: you just told our enemies that we are vulnerable to attack?
- 52:46Speaker 1: You just announced this in public? Here's Mark Kelly creating
- 52:50Speaker 1: some real problems for himself this weekend on CBS.
- 52:54Speaker 4: Watch. Now to Arizona Democratic Senator Mark Kelly, who we
- 52:58Speaker 4: spoke with earlier and began by asking whether the Pentagon
- 53:01Speaker 4: has provided an answer on how depleted U.S. munitions are
- 53:06Speaker 4: because of the war with Iran.
- 53:09Speaker 2: Yes, Margaret, we have. We've been tracking it a number
- 53:12Speaker 2: of times. We've been briefed by the Pentagon on specific munitions. Actually,
- 53:17Speaker 2: it's been pretty detailed on Tomahawks, Atacoms, SM3s, THAAD rounds.
- 53:23Speaker 2: Patriot rounds, those interceptor rounds to defend ourselves. And the
- 53:28Speaker 2: numbers are, I think it's fair to say it's shocking
- 53:31Speaker 2: how deep we have gone into these magazines because this
- 53:36Speaker 2: president got our country into this without a strategic goal,
- 53:40Speaker 2: without a plan, without a timeline. And because of that,
- 53:44Speaker 2: we've expended a lot of munitions. And that means the
- 53:48Speaker 2: American people are less safe, whether it's a conflict in
- 53:52Speaker 2: the Western Pacific with China or somewhere.
- 53:56Speaker 1: Else in the world, the munitions are depleted.
- 53:59Speaker 2: You may have seen me ask the Secretary of Defense
- 54:01Speaker 2: this question about how long it's going to take to replenish.
- 54:04Speaker 1: We're talking about years.
- 54:05Speaker 4: Well, you know, Admiral Paparo, the head of U.S. Pacific Command,
- 54:09Speaker 4: was recently asked in front of Congress about American readiness
- 54:13Speaker 4: and whether the diversion to the Middle East was hurting it.
- 54:16Speaker 4: He said he did not see any real cost on
- 54:19Speaker 4: our ability to deter China. From what you have heard,
- 54:24Speaker 4: when you say it's shocking, do you think that the U.S.
- 54:27Speaker 1: Would be able.
- 54:28Speaker 4: To defend, for example, Taiwan if China tries to move
- 54:32Speaker 4: against it? Or are you saying we are not in
- 54:34Speaker 4: a position to do that right now?
- 54:37Speaker 2: Well, it all depends on the length of a conflict,
- 54:39Speaker 2: you know, a conflict that lasts a matter of days
- 54:42Speaker 2: or just weeks. I think we're well positioned to do that.
- 54:46Speaker 2: If a conflict goes on for months or years, when
- 54:49Speaker 2: it takes years to replenish some of these munitions, of
- 54:53Speaker 2: course we're going to be in a worse posture than
- 54:57Speaker 2: we otherwise would be in if this war in Iran
- 55:01Speaker 2: didn't happen. And by the way, Margaret, what are the
- 55:03Speaker 2: American people getting out of this? I mean, this president
- 55:06Speaker 2: said he wasn't going to start any new wars. He
- 55:08Speaker 2: was going to bring down costs. He's done exactly the opposite.
- 55:11Speaker 2: War against Iran, costs on everything are up.
- 55:15Speaker 1: Okay. Let's be really clear about what you just heard.
- 55:22Speaker 1: That's a United States Senator who was given a classified
- 55:25Speaker 1: intelligence briefing. United States Pentagon entrusted him with information. Now,
- 55:34Speaker 1: I can't speak to the accuracy of his claims. I
- 55:37Speaker 1: can tell you though, that our adversaries are watching what
- 55:41Speaker 1: he just said very closely. They're watching him as he says, oh,
- 55:47Speaker 1: we are vulnerable right now. We are not in a
- 55:49Speaker 1: position to defend our interests. China can invade Taiwan today.
- 55:54Speaker 1: We wouldn't be able to stop them, said a United
- 55:57Speaker 1: States senator who just came out of a classified briefing
- 56:01Speaker 1: making those claims. That is despicable. It's completely despicable. I mean,
- 56:08Speaker 1: it's one thing for those of us on the outside
- 56:11Speaker 1: who are not receiving classified briefings to assess this and
- 56:13Speaker 1: say like, hey, Joe Biden, why are you sending everything
- 56:17Speaker 1: to Ukraine right now? Doesn't that hurt us? Why are
- 56:22Speaker 1: you sending, why are you draining our stockpiles? Doesn't that
- 56:24Speaker 1: come at our expense? The underlying question, all of this
- 56:28Speaker 1: is like, what can we do to best secure America?
- 56:30Speaker 1: And you're telling our enemies that. hey, we're vulnerable to
- 56:33Speaker 1: attack right now. I just got a classified briefing. Then
- 56:36Speaker 1: why wouldn't they take advantage of that information, you psycho?
- 56:42Speaker 1: Margaret Brennan summarized her own conversation with Mark Kelly this way.
- 56:48Speaker 1: This is, I mean, you see this and you're like,
- 56:50Speaker 1: my God, this guy said all this. He just came
- 56:52Speaker 1: out of a briefing. Then he said all this on
- 56:54Speaker 1: national television. After hearing the Pentagon classified brief on Iran
- 56:58Speaker 1: war impact on U.S. weapons stockpiles, Senator Mark Kelly says
- 57:01Speaker 1: it is shocking how deep we have gone into these magazines.
- 57:04Speaker 1: He said the Tomahawks, Atacoms, SM-3, THAAD rounds, Patriot rounds,
- 57:09Speaker 1: so those interceptor rounds to defend ourselves have been hit hard.
- 57:13Speaker 1: He says it'll take years to replenish those stockpiles, which
- 57:15Speaker 1: could affect the hypothetical U.S. conflict with China. You know,
- 57:25Speaker 1: Pete Hegseth is reviewing this behavior. He announced immediately, the
- 57:31Speaker 1: Secretary of War immediately announced that the Pentagon is now
- 57:35Speaker 1: launching an investigation into Mark Kelly's behavior here. Captain Mark
- 57:40Speaker 1: Kelly strikes again, says Hegseth. Now he's blabbing on TV
- 57:45Speaker 1: falsely and dumbly about a classified Pentagon briefing that he received.
- 57:51Speaker 1: Did he violate his oath again? The Department of War's
- 57:54Speaker 1: legal counsel will review. So Mark Kelly, back under investigation
- 57:59Speaker 1: by the United States Pentagon, again, as he continues to
- 58:05Speaker 1: act like a complete jackass at the expense of our troops,
- 58:09Speaker 1: at the expense of our country. And, you know, China
- 58:14Speaker 1: really is the big question here. How is China viewing
- 58:16Speaker 1: all of this? Well, if Mark Kelly... would open his
- 58:21Speaker 1: eyes and open his ears and close his suck, he
- 58:24Speaker 1: would have seen several days ago that China is rubbing
- 58:31Speaker 1: its hands together in the hopes that the United States
- 58:34Speaker 1: is diminishing our stockpiles right now in Iran. The New
- 58:37Speaker 1: York Times had a piece just last week. China sees
- 58:41Speaker 1: a giant with a limp as U.S. drains weapons on
- 58:46Speaker 1: Iran war. And the top of the piece says, according
- 58:52Speaker 1: to Chinese analysts, Chinese military analysts, a grinding war in
- 58:56Speaker 1: Iran has so severely drained American firepower that these analysts
- 59:01Speaker 1: are now openly questioning Washington's ability to defend Taiwan. That
- 59:06Speaker 1: shifting calculus threatens to undercut President Trump's leverage in his
- 59:09Speaker 1: high summit next week with China's top leader, Xi Jinping.
- 59:15Speaker 1: So what Mark Kelly just did is he fed the
- 59:19Speaker 1: Chai Comm propaganda machine this weekend. saying, you know what?
- 59:25Speaker 1: You're right. Our stockpiles are dwindling. If you've ever been
- 59:28Speaker 1: looking for a chance to invade Taiwan, now's your moment.
- 59:32Speaker 1: American interests, screw them. Do whatever you want. That's the
- 59:36Speaker 1: message from Mark Kelly. And President Trump is headed to
- 59:42Speaker 1: China this week. Very high stakes event. He'll be set
- 59:46Speaker 1: to visit China for the first time since 2017. Remember
- 59:49Speaker 1: when he was there in 2017, he got an epic
- 59:52Speaker 1: state visit. Big red carpet, communist red carpet welcome to
- 59:57Speaker 1: the president of the United States. And now he'll meet
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: with Xi Jinping. He's got a good relationship with the guy,
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: but it's going to be interesting. What do they talk about?
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: They talk about fentanyl? Are they talking about energy? Are
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: they talking about Iran? Are they talking about Chinese intellectual
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: property theft? Are they going to talk about all of
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: the adversarial garbage that the Chinese have been pushing on us?
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: I think it's coming up. I think the president's going
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: to be talking about it. Meanwhile, they're going to try
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: and cultivate a good relationship. They do have a good relationship.
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: But the president with a very, very big event this week.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: So we'll keep our eyes on that. We've got a
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: lot more to get to today. Just a million things
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: to get to today. So we'll do more of it
