- 4:03Speaker 1: Here are some bad morning habits to avoid and some
- 4:06Speaker 1: good morning habits. Don't wake up to an alarm, which
- 4:09Speaker 1: I think everybody here wakes up to an alarm.
- 4:10Speaker 3: YEP, a couple of them, Otherwise we probably wouldn't.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Make it in I'll time, I don't wake up to alarm.
- 4:14Speaker 1: It's very rare for my alarm to go off. Don't
- 4:16Speaker 1: immediately try to solve a problem. Don't dive straight into emails.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Don't focus on what went wrong yesterday. Instead, when you
- 4:25Speaker 1: wake up, focus on what you want to achieve and
- 4:27Speaker 1: make a list. Start with some deep breathing, look at
- 4:31Speaker 1: something that makes you smile, and get moving. It doesn't
- 4:33Speaker 1: have to be full workout, but get some light stretching in,
- 4:36Speaker 1: get some stuff in rich, wait it for life hacks
- 4:39Speaker 1: all right.
- 4:39Speaker 5: So, anybody have problems paying attention on zoom or in meeting? Yes,
- 4:46Speaker 5: I do this thing where I'm paying attention. But what
- 4:48Speaker 5: I'm paying attention to is I'm watching people that are
- 4:50Speaker 5: paying attention. My boy, they really focused on this meeting.
- 4:54Speaker 5: But I don't know what the person talking is saying.
- 4:56Speaker 5: I'm watching other people pay attention. That's not what's going
- 4:59Speaker 5: to help you. This is what's gonna help you, either
- 5:02Speaker 5: having peppermint tea or some type of peppermint drop. Peppermint
- 5:07Speaker 5: actually lights up that part of your brain that stimulates
- 5:10Speaker 5: the sensors that help you concentrate. So next time you're
- 5:13Speaker 5: going into a meeting, peppermint gum would work. A peppermint tea,
- 5:17Speaker 5: a little a little mint, peppermint. It's the stuff that
- 5:19Speaker 5: helps you concentrate. Try it next time you walk into
- 5:22Speaker 5: one of those long meetings, we're like, hey, we gotta
- 5:24Speaker 5: have a meeting in the in the conference room. Try
- 5:26Speaker 5: it and get back. Oh I just said that, and
- 5:28Speaker 5: Kyle freaked out that there was a meaning.
- 5:31Speaker 4: I know they do that for like tests and stuff
- 5:33Speaker 4: like if you have finals coming up. Like I remember
- 5:35Speaker 4: my teachers always having little peppermints on our desks.
- 5:38Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I remember we had that teacher gave out
- 5:39Speaker 5: peppermint and said that it made her students all have
- 5:41Speaker 5: to go to the bathroom.
- 5:44Speaker 2: I have pepperman dude. Wives.
- 5:46Speaker 5: Oh wealth, that's taking care of it on both ends.
- 5:48Speaker 2: Good for you, all right, that life haack A. Manymore
