Congressman James McGovern (D-MA) on the Issues of the Day
Congressman Jim McGovern discusses constituent concerns during a district visit, highlighting affordability as the primary issue facing Americans, with rising costs for groceries, gas, and housing affecting voters across party lines. Regarding the Senate debate between Ed Markey and Seth Moulton, McGovern emphasizes that voters should focus on candidates' policy positions and advocacy rather than tenure or age, while criticizing current debate formats that limit substantive discussion to brief soundbites.
