- 0:00Today, ladies, I'm giving you something very, very special.
- 0:02So you got to wait till the end, especially for the best part of
- 0:06this whole video. OK.
- 0:08OK, get ready. I know you ladies love for me to
- 0:11talk about how to meet men in real life or where to meet men
- 0:14in real life. So today I'm giving it to you.
- 0:16All right, hang on. Of course you can go to, you
- 0:20know, big events, right? You can Google where the rich
- 0:23and famous are going for the best art shows. 2024 OK, Best.
- 0:30Best places to meet wealthy, affluent men.
- 0:33Golfing events, 2024 best tech conferences.
- 0:37All right, you can do that stuff.
- 0:39But the problem is, all right, that's both good and bad.
- 0:42I don't discourage it. Why not?
- 0:44I say go down every Rd. But what you got to do when you
- 0:47get there, ladies, is you got to be very, very friendly because
- 0:52you have a limited window while you're at that event to meet
- 0:55that guy. So you can't waste a second.
- 0:58You got to get very friendly. You got to me making eye
- 1:01contact. You got to separate from your
- 1:03girlfriends because huddling up with your girlfriends also is
- 1:06going to make it harder for a guy to approach you.
- 1:08I know that even when I'm out scouting women, if there's a
- 1:11group of ladies and I know one is great for the client, even I
- 1:14even I feel awkward just approaching one lady.
- 1:17So you got to separate ladies and you got to mingle and you
- 1:20got to be willing to strike up conversations with men, even if
- 1:22it's like, hey, you know, I don't know much about golf, but
- 1:26I'm trying to learn. How long have you been playing?
- 1:28Or, man, I like that watch or I like those shoes or, you know,
- 1:32anything brainstorm. But the best piece of advice I'm
- 1:36about to give you hang on. Even better than going to
- 1:40specific events is this. No matter where you live, I'm
- 1:45sure there is some surrounding area that's probably a little
- 1:48more affluent and you want access to more affluent men than
- 1:52what you meet in your typical day-to-day life, right?
- 1:54So that's what you got to do. You have to go to a new
- 2:00neighborhood, you go to more affluent areas, you go to more
- 2:04affluent areas in and around your town and you do this once a
- 2:09week. Even if you do this, that's your
- 2:11Saturday thing. It's your new Saturday thing
- 2:13that every Saturday or Sunday or whatever day you want to pick
- 2:17one day a week. But you got to commit to this.
- 2:19So what you're going to do is you're going to do your grocery
- 2:21shopping there. It doesn't have to be your major
- 2:23grocery shopping if you can't afford the more expensive
- 2:25groceries in the more expensive areas, But you should go and
- 2:28invest in a smoothie at the place you can go in on a weekly
- 2:32regular basis. Or the dry cleaner or the Home
- 2:36Depot in that area, the Lowe's in that area.
- 2:39Take your dog walking in that area once a week on a regular
- 2:44basis. Don't try it once and go.
- 2:46I didn't mean anybody. It doesn't work that way.
- 2:48You've got to get friendly and start talking to people every
- 2:50time you see them. You got to get to know the
- 2:52people at the grocery store. You got to get to know the
- 2:53people at the cafe. You got to get to know the
- 2:55people who now see you walk your dog in the neighborhood and
- 2:59don't be nervous if they say, oh, do you live around here?
- 3:02Oh no, I have. I have a friend that lives
- 3:04nearby or oh, I'm thinking of relocating.
- 3:06So I love this area. Anything.
- 3:09Don't be nervous. Don't feel intimidated.
- 3:12You belong. Wherever you think you belong,
- 3:14you have to go on a regular basis and get friendly.
- 3:16OK, last but not least. Last but not least, if you're
- 3:19not meeting men in real life and it is extremely difficult to
- 3:23meet people in real life these days.
- 3:25As much as you don't want to hear it, all roads do lead to
- 3:27the dating apps. And I recently interviewed this
- 3:30woman named Kim. She's adorable.
- 3:32She's great. She's in her 40s, so she's not a
- 3:35young, young spring chicken. She met a billionaire on Bumble.
- 3:38Yep, and I interviewed her for my private Zoom events that I do
- 3:42for my ladies going through my program.
- 3:43I interview special guests every month.
- 3:45She was my guest a few months ago.
- 3:47She tells you how she met her billionaire husband on Bumble.
- 3:50She tells you what to look for, how she did it and how you can
- 3:54do it too, because they are great guys on Bumble.
- 3:57There are even billionaires on Bumble.
- 3:59There are even celebrities on Bumble.
- 4:00How do I know? Because I know a lot of these
- 4:02guys. You get a snippet for my
- 4:04interview I did with her. So you can see Kim.
- 4:07You can meet Kim and you can hear Kim tell you how she met
- 4:10her billionaire husband. Do everything you can, but you
- 4:13got to go down every Rd. if you're really, really set on
- 4:16finding that guy. All right.
- 4:18Hope it helps.
