- 0:01Speaker 1: Now on the Voice of New York. It's the Mark
- 0:04Speaker 1: sim Own Show on seven tenor well.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Shutdown is over. We'll get to that. We'll get to
- 0:12Speaker 2: the BBC. They're in big trouble reputation wise. We'll get
- 0:17Speaker 2: to Mom Donnie exactly who is he putting in City
- 0:20Speaker 2: Hall and what does it mean. We'll get to Tiss James.
- 0:22Speaker 2: We'll get to MSNBC. It's in its final week right now.
- 0:26Speaker 2: Friday's the final day of MSNBC. We'll get to Jimmy
- 0:30Speaker 2: Kimmel and his a nutty wife, and a whole lot more.
- 0:32Speaker 2: The shutdown is over, as is the career of Chuck Schumer.
- 0:36Speaker 2: It comes to an end with this. He'll never recover
- 0:39Speaker 2: from this disaster. The Senate voted to end things. They
- 0:44Speaker 2: decided to do it with the same exact deal they
- 0:46Speaker 2: could have had forty five days ago. Nothing changed, absolutely nothing.
- 0:51Speaker 2: A lot of people think they wanted that shutdown on
- 0:54Speaker 2: during the election, thinking it would in some way help
- 0:57Speaker 2: him in the election. But it's over, it's done, and
- 1:03Speaker 2: the House will vote on it. They won't be able
- 1:04Speaker 2: to do it today, probably tomorrow, the House will vote
- 1:06Speaker 2: on it and then the government reopens. As far as
- 1:09Speaker 2: the air traffic controllers, it'll take till the weekend to
- 1:12Speaker 2: get them back. That'll be a slower process. So by
- 1:18Speaker 2: there's still canceling flights today and tomorrow and probably Thursday
- 1:23Speaker 2: as well, but by Friday or Saturday it should be fixed.
- 1:26Speaker 3: Hey.
- 1:26Speaker 2: President Trump said that, you know, a lot of the
- 1:28Speaker 2: air traffic controllers decided if they weren't getting paid, they're
- 1:31Speaker 2: not coming to work. And a lot of them decided
- 1:33Speaker 2: to come to work even without getting paid. And President
- 1:36Speaker 2: Trump said he's going to try to arrange a ten
- 1:39Speaker 2: thousand dollars bonus for every controller that worked through the shutdown,
- 1:44Speaker 2: which is which is a great idea. So it's over.
- 1:48Speaker 2: The shutdown ended. It's now the longest one in history.
- 1:51Speaker 2: The longest before had been twenty eighteen thirty five days.
- 1:55Speaker 2: That was during Donald Trump's presidency. They get shut down
- 1:59Speaker 2: crazy when Trump is in office. So this was the
- 2:01Speaker 2: longest one ever went past the thirty five days. It's
- 2:06Speaker 2: over nothing. They didn't get anything as a result of
- 2:10Speaker 2: the shutdown, but that's always the case. There's never been
- 2:12Speaker 2: a case where any party ever achieved anything with a shutdown.
- 2:17Speaker 2: The shutdown Caucus is zero for fourteen they've never gotten
- 2:20Speaker 2: anything out of it. It's a good thing that's over
- 2:23Speaker 2: finally and everything gets back to normally. He's the president based.
- 2:27Speaker 4: On everything I'm hearing. They haven't changed anything, and we
- 2:30Speaker 4: have support from enough Democrats, and we're going to be
- 2:34Speaker 4: opening up our country. Too bad it was closed, but
- 2:36Speaker 4: we'll be opening up our country very quickly. The deal
- 2:40Speaker 4: is very good. We're not going to be giving one
- 2:42Speaker 4: and a half trillion dollars to people that came in
- 2:44Speaker 4: from jails and from the gangs and drug dealers and
- 2:49Speaker 4: all of these others that they wanted to be given healthcare,
- 2:52Speaker 4: which would have hurt our healthcare system.
- 2:54Speaker 2: Yeah, that was part of the ridiculous fight on the
- 2:57Speaker 2: Democrats health care for illegals. Now, the other problem is
- 3:00Speaker 2: they're going to have to redo the whole health care plan.
- 3:02Speaker 2: This Affordable Care Act is not affordable, and Democrats proving
- 3:07Speaker 2: that by saying it needs subsidies. It's not affordable. The
- 3:12Speaker 2: Affordable Care Act, the whole idea was affordable health care
- 3:14Speaker 2: for everybody. Well, apparently nobody can afford it because you
- 3:17Speaker 2: need a subsidy to pay for it. If it was affordable,
- 3:20Speaker 2: you wouldn't need that. Now, The real problem is a
- 3:23Speaker 2: Liz Peek explained to us yesterday. The original idea with
- 3:27Speaker 2: Obamacare is you'd force everybody on it, and all the
- 3:33Speaker 2: younger people, say under forty, don't really use much health care,
- 3:36Speaker 2: so they're just paying into the system. And the older
- 3:40Speaker 2: people who use all the healthcare, they might be draining
- 3:44Speaker 2: the money, but all the young people kicking in money
- 3:47Speaker 2: makes up for it and it all evens out. The
- 3:49Speaker 2: problem is the courts didn't like it, and there was
- 3:52Speaker 2: an Act of Congress where they redid the whole thing
- 3:55Speaker 2: where they realized and there was a fear they would
- 3:58Speaker 2: lose this in court. The idea of a mandate you
- 4:01Speaker 2: have to buy this healthcare that the government couldn't do that.
- 4:04Speaker 2: So the legislation changed that so they were no longer
- 4:07Speaker 2: younger people forced to buy it. And younger people generally
- 4:10Speaker 2: don't buy healthcare if they don't have to. So it
- 4:13Speaker 2: was all just people draining the system, and that's how
- 4:16Speaker 2: it got all screwed up. So they'll have to redo Obamacare.
- 4:20Speaker 2: President Trump knows that.
- 4:22Speaker 4: We want a healthcare system where we pay the money
- 4:24Speaker 4: to the people instead of the insurance companies. And I
- 4:26Speaker 4: tell you we're going to be working on that very
- 4:28Speaker 4: hard over the next short period of time.
- 4:30Speaker 1: Where the people get the money.
- 4:32Speaker 4: We're talking about trillions and trillions of dollars, where the
- 4:35Speaker 4: people get the money.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Yeah, now it's his plan. He's got someone are calling
- 4:38Speaker 2: it trump care. Problem is, if you call it trump care,
- 4:44Speaker 2: every Democrat's going to get sick immediately and going to
- 4:46Speaker 2: need some health care. If you call it trump care,
- 4:49Speaker 2: will any Democrats sign up for it? But the idea
- 4:52Speaker 2: of trump Care is they'll give you the money and
- 4:53Speaker 2: you go pick your plan. You remember the Obama lie,
- 4:56Speaker 2: The big Obama lie was if you like your doctor,
- 4:59Speaker 2: you can keep your doctor. If you like your plan,
- 5:01Speaker 2: you can keep your plan. Well, none of that turned
- 5:03Speaker 2: out to be true. You couldn't keep your doctor, you
- 5:05Speaker 2: couldn't keep your plan, you lost the choice and all
- 5:08Speaker 2: that with Obamacare. But with the President's plan of just
- 5:11Speaker 2: giving everybody the money, well you can then go out
- 5:16Speaker 2: and pick your own plan. It's a pretty good idea.
- 5:18Speaker 3: You know.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Another thing President wants to do with the tariff situation.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Tariffs will be coming down slowly but surely. But the
- 5:25Speaker 2: tariffs also bring in a lot of revenue, a ton
- 5:29Speaker 2: of revenue. Come the trillions. President says, seventeen trillion. It's
- 5:33Speaker 2: not seventeen trillion. It's more like seven trillion, but you
- 5:37Speaker 2: know him. But it's trillions of dollars coming in in revenue,
- 5:41Speaker 2: and he wants to start distributing that couple thousand dollars
- 5:44Speaker 2: to everybody from the tariffs. You know, the United States
- 5:47Speaker 2: didn't have income tax. There was no income tax at
- 5:50Speaker 2: all in the United States still about nineteen fifteen. And
- 5:54Speaker 2: you'd say, well, how did they find the how did
- 5:58Speaker 2: they pay for the government, how do they fund the government? Well,
- 6:01Speaker 2: with tariffs, there was enough revenue to fund the entire
- 6:04Speaker 2: government just off teriffs.
- 6:06Speaker 4: President Trump, the tariffs are very high on India because
- 6:09Speaker 4: of the Russian oil. And they've stopped doing the Russian oil.
- 6:13Speaker 4: It's been reduced very substantially. Yeah, we're going to be
- 6:15Speaker 4: bringing the tariffs down.
- 6:16Speaker 2: Yeah, one by one, each country will get their tariffs
- 6:18Speaker 2: to come down, and then you could start distributing some
- 6:20Speaker 2: money too from the tariffs.
- 6:21Speaker 4: So we're going to issue a dividend to our middle
- 6:25Speaker 4: income people and lower income people of about two thousand dollars,
- 6:29Speaker 4: and we're going to use the remaining tariffs to lower
- 6:31Speaker 4: our debt. We're going to be lowering our debt, which
- 6:33Speaker 4: is a national security thing.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Yeah, so they'll get the check. Now, as you said,
- 6:37Speaker 2: lower and middle income, upper income, the wealthy will not
- 6:41Speaker 2: get a check. Now you're going to say, well, that
- 6:43Speaker 2: screws up the tax cuts for the billionaires. These tax
- 6:47Speaker 2: cuts for billionaires as well, There was never any truth
- 6:51Speaker 2: to that. Every study of the tax cuts show it
- 6:55Speaker 2: was almost all entirely for middle and lower income study
- 7:00Speaker 2: even the Biden Irs study showed that. But it doesn't
- 7:03Speaker 2: matter as long as you got the media covering for you.
- 7:06Speaker 2: He yelled tax cuts for the wealthy, tax cuts for billionaires,
- 7:10Speaker 2: and they keep repeating it, and after a while you
- 7:12Speaker 2: repeat something enough everybody believes it. So the big casualty
- 7:16Speaker 2: of the shutdown is Chuck Schumer. Republicans can't stand him,
- 7:20Speaker 2: but now Democrats can't stand him either. He's just a
- 7:23Speaker 2: tired old dinosaur, an old relic, and all his silly
- 7:27Speaker 2: tricks don't work anymore. He did one yesterday. He does
- 7:31Speaker 2: this trick where he's not going to vote for it.
- 7:33Speaker 2: He is going to fight and stand up to this settlement.
- 7:37Speaker 2: He'll vote against it. Meantime, he tells eight other Democrats
- 7:41Speaker 2: go switch over and vote for it. He make sure
- 7:43Speaker 2: it gets passed. He tells eight other people to vote
- 7:46Speaker 2: for it, and he votes against it just to cover himself.
- 7:49Speaker 2: But everybody knows he gave the wink in the nod
- 7:52Speaker 2: to the other people to do it. He's supposed to
- 7:53Speaker 2: hold the line and make sure nobody voted for well,
- 7:56Speaker 2: he arranged for it to pass. But everybody's wise to him.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Now nobody falls for this. Nobody likes the new glasses.
- 8:04Speaker 2: The big swift delos are glasses. But Schumer is done.
- 8:09Speaker 2: The crazy wing of the party, the socialist wing, the
- 8:13Speaker 2: angry woke left wing, obviously they were out to get him,
- 8:15Speaker 2: primary him, chase him out. But now the moderates, the
- 8:19Speaker 2: middle class realize he's a useless guy. He's just old
- 8:22Speaker 2: and tired and his way of doing He's the Mitch McConnell.
- 8:25Speaker 2: He's a Mitch McConnell. Mitch McConnell, Schumer, tired old fossils.
- 8:29Speaker 2: They all gotta go Schumer. I don't know if he
- 8:32Speaker 2: knows it or he realizes it. Republicans now own this
- 8:35Speaker 2: healthcare crisis.
- 8:36Speaker 3: They knew what was coming. We wanted to fix it.
- 8:40Speaker 5: Republicans said no, and now it's on them.
- 8:43Speaker 2: The problem is this, Mom Donnie is pretty slick. Mom Donnie.
- 8:46Speaker 2: You know, he talks fast. He talks really fast, a
- 8:48Speaker 2: mile a minute, and he's just sprays things out. Schumer
- 8:50Speaker 2: puts on the old glasses and reads his index cards
- 8:53Speaker 2: and slowly reads them and you can tell he's reading
- 8:57Speaker 2: it off a card. Not effective anymore, especially in the
- 9:00Speaker 2: fast Mom Donnie age and Schumer just out of touch. Hey,
- 9:04Speaker 2: speaking to mom Donnie. All right, he's appointing more people,
- 9:07Speaker 2: naming more people. What's this administration going to be like?
- 9:10Speaker 2: Look like he's appointed Dean fully Hand to be the
- 9:17Speaker 2: first deputy mayor. That's the big job. That's the guy
- 9:20Speaker 2: that actually runs things. That's how Eric Adams turned around
- 9:25Speaker 2: his administration. He brought in the great Randy Mastro, who
- 9:29Speaker 2: was Juliani's a first deputy mayor. He brought in Randy
- 9:33Speaker 2: Mastro a year ago, and Randy Mastro ran city Hall
- 9:36Speaker 2: and he you know, they got Jessica Tistion, they got him.
- 9:38Speaker 2: So that's why you Adam straighten out the first deputy mayor.
- 9:42Speaker 2: That's what really determines how an administration is going to run.
- 9:46Speaker 2: So Mam Donnie has brought in Dean fully Hand. Now
- 9:49Speaker 2: who is he, Well, he was Deblasio's chief of staff.
- 9:53Speaker 2: He was Deblasio's budget director in the beginning, then became
- 9:56Speaker 2: chief of staff for many years under Deblasio. So as
- 9:59Speaker 2: we keep telling you, this is going to look exactly
- 10:01Speaker 2: like Deblasio. We got through. It was not great Deblasio. Obviously,
- 10:07Speaker 2: crime went up and things got bad, but we got
- 10:09Speaker 2: through it. We got through eight years of Deblasio. You'll
- 10:13Speaker 2: probably be able to get through, Mom Donnie. Dean full
- 10:16Speaker 2: of Hand will run things. He's a Deblasio guy. He'll
- 10:19Speaker 2: run it de Blasio style.
- 10:21Speaker 3: Now.
- 10:22Speaker 2: The only problem is this Dean full of Hand is
- 10:25Speaker 2: the most connected guy in Albany with the Assembly, with
- 10:29Speaker 2: the legislature. He's worked up there. That's how I got
- 10:31Speaker 2: to know Mamdanni. He kind of mentored Mam Donni. But
- 10:34Speaker 2: he's a powerful guy with the legislature. The problem there
- 10:37Speaker 2: is if he's the first deputy mayor, if he's the
- 10:40Speaker 2: key guy in the Mamdani administration, he's a guy will
- 10:43Speaker 2: have klout with the legislature. If they want to get
- 10:45Speaker 2: something passed, he can really push it through. That's a
- 10:48Speaker 2: problem that he'll have a lot of influence with the legislature. Now,
- 10:54Speaker 2: remember anything that passes, Hulkal has to sign it. Of course,
- 10:57Speaker 2: he's a terrible coward. If there's any political pressure, she'll
- 11:01Speaker 2: usually cave. But Hokel is the one pushing Mom Donnie
- 11:05Speaker 2: to keep Jessica Tish. Mom Donnie would have no interest
- 11:10Speaker 2: in keeping Jessica dish, but it's Hokal that keeps pushing that.
- 11:12Speaker 3: Now.
- 11:13Speaker 2: I don't know in the end, once Ma'm Donnie's in
- 11:16Speaker 2: there and feels comfortable, I don't know if Hkal have
- 11:18Speaker 2: any influence over him anymore. Probably not promise Jessica Tish.
- 11:24Speaker 2: She's a good police commission but she's very tough and strong,
- 11:28Speaker 2: and if you look at the Adams administration, she was
- 11:30Speaker 2: pretty tough standing up to Eric Adams, pushing back on things.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Adams put up with it. Mom Donnie probably won't. Probably won't.
- 11:41Speaker 2: He's not looking for somebody to push back on him,
- 11:44Speaker 2: so he would not tolerate it. And Jessica Tish, very
- 11:49Speaker 2: wealthy woman, doesn't need the job, would leave in a second.
- 11:53Speaker 2: Who would Mam Donnie bring in? He's a high on
- 11:56Speaker 2: his list, as Rodney Harrison, former and IPD Chief of Department,
- 12:02Speaker 2: Big big NYPD guy. He left a few years ago,
- 12:05Speaker 2: became the Suffolk County Police chief. Did a good job.
- 12:10Speaker 2: You ask people in the NYPD, they'll say, yeah, Rodney
- 12:13Speaker 2: here says he's good. He's good. They don't rave about him.
- 12:17Speaker 2: They wouldn't be thrilled about him, but they wouldn't be
- 12:19Speaker 2: too upset. He's a he's pretty good. But look for
- 12:23Speaker 2: him high on the list if Jessica Tish leaves. Now,
- 12:27Speaker 2: all this Mamdani stuff, the free buses, he has absolutely
- 12:32Speaker 2: no authority to make. He has no control of the buses.
- 12:35Speaker 2: That's strictly the MTA, and that's controlled by the governor.
- 12:38Speaker 2: Does Hulko want free buses now?
- 12:40Speaker 3: I cannot set forth a plan right now that takes
- 12:44Speaker 3: money out of a system that relies on the fares
- 12:47Speaker 3: of the buses and the subways. Yeah.
- 12:50Speaker 2: So, however, he could kind of do the free buses
- 12:55Speaker 2: by what the Blasio did with the subway. Just tell everybody,
- 12:59Speaker 2: you're you're not going to do anything about turnstile jumping.
- 13:02Speaker 2: You're not going to arrest anybody for that. And remember
- 13:05Speaker 2: during Deblasio nobody paid on the subject. Well, normal people did,
- 13:08Speaker 2: but everybody else just jumped the turnstile so he could announce,
- 13:12Speaker 2: if you don't pay the bus fare, we're not going
- 13:14Speaker 2: to arrest you. That kind of stuff. But Mom Donnie,
- 13:16Speaker 2: he did promise those buses.
- 13:17Speaker 6: I continue to be excited at the work of making
- 13:23Speaker 6: the slowest busses in America fast and free, and I
- 13:25Speaker 6: appreciate the Governor's continued partnership and delivering on that agenda
- 13:31Speaker 6: of affordability.
- 13:32Speaker 2: The slowest busses in America, well, that's the result of traffic.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Has nothing to do with making the bus free. That's
- 13:38Speaker 2: a traffic thing. Now, one good thing about mom Donnie,
- 13:41Speaker 2: And everybody's threatening to leave, So Mom Donnie may solve
- 13:45Speaker 2: our traffic problem. He may end gridlocked just by everybody leaving,
- 13:48Speaker 2: So you've got to give him credit for that.
- 13:49Speaker 7: I'm just as excited as I was about free buses
- 13:52Speaker 7: today as I was more than a year ago. This
- 13:53Speaker 7: is the work that will animate so much of what
- 13:55Speaker 7: the three of us in what our City Hall will
- 13:57Speaker 7: do is to ensure that we are living up to
- 13:59Speaker 7: those promises and transforming politics as we know.
- 14:02Speaker 2: Yeah, now, if you have free buses, everybody says that well,
- 14:06Speaker 2: they'll just turn into homeless shelters. The homeless. We'll just
- 14:09Speaker 2: get on the bus and just stay there, just sleep
- 14:11Speaker 2: there all day and night. So hey, Tish James are sleazy,
- 14:17Speaker 2: dirty Attorney General Letitia James. You know she's got these indictments.
- 14:22Speaker 2: She's got probably hear there's more indictments coming mortgage fraud.
- 14:27Speaker 2: She bought these houses. We had no idea about this
- 14:31Speaker 2: because the media totally corrupt, never ever investigates anything, so
- 14:35Speaker 2: we didn't know while she's our attorney general why she's
- 14:39Speaker 2: conducting lawfair against Donald Trump. She's also a slum lord.
- 14:42Speaker 2: That's her hobby, being a slum lord, buying these broken
- 14:45Speaker 2: down houses in Virginia, and a couple of them she's
- 14:49Speaker 2: stuck family members and this the one, the famous one
- 14:52Speaker 2: with the mortgage fraud that she said was her primary residence.
- 14:55Speaker 2: She stuck her niece in there, and apparently a lot
- 14:58Speaker 2: of criminals in this family pieces jump parole. She's a
- 15:02Speaker 2: wanted fugitive. She's been staying in the house and apparently
- 15:07Speaker 2: since Letitia James bought that house and put her relative
- 15:10Speaker 2: in there, police have been called to the house multiple times,
- 15:14Speaker 2: dozens and dozens and dozens of times police have been
- 15:17Speaker 2: called there for domestic issues, for suspicious characters, all sorts
- 15:22Speaker 2: of stuff. According to police reports, they were sometimes called
- 15:26Speaker 2: there multiple times in one day. This is a Tis
- 15:30Speaker 2: James family. Pretty sleezy, pretty sleezy. It's in the genes,
- 15:36Speaker 2: I guess. Anyway, Hey, we'll take some calls in a minute.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten is the number.
- 15:43Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Set up sat on the iHeartRadio app to do woor
- 15:51Speaker 1: to hear Mark live. Set another for Mark's podcast to
- 15:54Speaker 1: hear him anytime. Now back to Mark Simone on woor.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Hey, let's take some calls. Let's go to uh Frank
- 16:04Speaker 2: in Arizona. Frank, how you doing?
- 16:07Speaker 8: Hi?
- 16:07Speaker 3: Mark?
- 16:08Speaker 8: Mark?
- 16:08Speaker 9: Every time to cap or a Korean War or Vietnam War,
- 16:14Speaker 9: had the World wars, Let's say thank you for your service.
- 16:18Speaker 9: And I always asked them to shake their hands to
- 16:21Speaker 9: anybody like where you were and what you did, and
- 16:24Speaker 9: now you.
- 16:24Speaker 8: Ever sit down.
- 16:27Speaker 9: Nobody's interested. And I said, you know, you have to
- 16:29Speaker 9: get the same answer in school anymore. These kids today
- 16:34Speaker 9: have to know what you guys.
- 16:35Speaker 8: American history, Well.
- 16:36Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the big the biggest problem, too big. The
- 16:39Speaker 2: two biggest problems trying to run in deomocracy is when
- 16:41Speaker 2: you have totally corrupt media, totally slanted biased. Then the
- 16:45Speaker 2: university's got hijacked a couple of decades ago and they've
- 16:48Speaker 2: become woke in doctrine nation centers and not teaching real
- 16:52Speaker 2: American history and all that stuff. Let's go to UH
- 16:55Speaker 2: Phil and Queens Phil. How you're doing?
- 16:59Speaker 10: Hey, how you doing? Happy Veterans Day to all the veterans.
- 17:02Speaker 10: I think they're fifteen million or so. I had a
- 17:05Speaker 10: crazy idea last night. I wanted to run it by you.
- 17:08Speaker 10: I think President Trump should invite bib Netanyahoo to New
- 17:12Speaker 10: York City and they should show up at the inauguration,
- 17:17Speaker 10: and also invite everybody else who should have a mostly
- 17:19Speaker 10: peaceful protest. Maybe a lot of the people who show up.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Well, I don't think he's gonna do that, but there
- 17:25Speaker 2: has been mom Donnie has said he will arrest bb
- 17:28Speaker 2: netna if he comes to New York, which of course
- 17:30Speaker 2: is just absolutely ludicrous. But President Trump has said if
- 17:35Speaker 2: bb netnah who wants to come to New York, he
- 17:38Speaker 2: will have federal agents escort him and guard him and
- 17:41Speaker 2: protect him from any crazy crap. Mom Donnie might try
- 17:44Speaker 2: to pull so at some point, not the inauguration, but
- 17:47Speaker 2: at some point they may. He may have to come
- 17:49Speaker 2: here to address the un or something. The President has
- 17:52Speaker 2: said he will protect Netna who at all times from
- 17:55Speaker 2: Mom Donnie. Let's go to Dave in Chicago. Dave, how
- 17:58Speaker 2: you doing.
- 18:00Speaker 5: Good morning, Mark.
- 18:00Speaker 11: I'm doing very well, Thank you.
- 18:02Speaker 12: Mark.
- 18:02Speaker 11: I watched in fascination yesterday President Trump's swearing in of
- 18:08Speaker 11: the Syrian president by Vice President j. D.
- 18:12Speaker 12: Vance.
- 18:12Speaker 8: A couple of things stuck out.
- 18:14Speaker 11: Judge Janine Piro is all business, and she was directing
- 18:19Speaker 11: where a number of the officials should stand behind President Trump.
- 18:22Speaker 12: I believe this was buy his requests.
- 18:25Speaker 11: And amongst other things, President Trump said that at some
- 18:29Speaker 11: point soon we are going to see gas prices dropped
- 18:32Speaker 11: to two dollars a gallon. And lastly, Mark, he was
- 18:36Speaker 11: speaking about taking a lot of those tariffs money and
- 18:39Speaker 11: giving it to the poor and middle Yeah.
- 18:41Speaker 12: We just as we just said what you just mentioned, Yes, sir.
- 18:45Speaker 2: Yeah, but gas prices are coming down all over the
- 18:48Speaker 2: place now. People in New York saiy I don't matter.
- 18:49Speaker 2: I still have four dollars ago well, that's New York,
- 18:52Speaker 2: that's New York State, that's New Jersey. That taxing the
- 18:55Speaker 2: hell out of every goawn of guests. But they are
- 18:58Speaker 2: down dramatically. The places where they're coming down very slow
- 19:02Speaker 2: rate in New York and California. But that's due to
- 19:05Speaker 2: state tax and city tax, all sorts of gas taxes.
- 19:07Speaker 2: But if you look around the country, state by state,
- 19:10Speaker 2: they've come down. Trump loves this new Syrian leader.
- 19:12Speaker 4: I've had an agreement with him. He's a very strong leader.
- 19:16Speaker 4: He comes from a very tough place and he's tough guy.
- 19:21Speaker 1: I liked him.
- 19:21Speaker 3: I get along with him.
- 19:22Speaker 4: The president, the new president of Syria.
- 19:24Speaker 2: Yeah, so it'll be a gill get something out of him.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Let's go to Patrick and east Chester. Patrick.
- 19:29Speaker 13: How you doing, hey, Mark? Yes, I'm actually a veteran
- 19:33Speaker 13: and I was drafted a number of years ago.
- 19:35Speaker 2: You were in the military.
- 19:37Speaker 13: Yes, you know Vietnam conflict.
- 19:39Speaker 2: But were you on our side?
- 19:42Speaker 13: Yes, I it was on our side. But what might
- 19:45Speaker 13: might bring a smile to the face of several of
- 19:47Speaker 13: you New York listeners when they drafted you years ago,
- 19:51Speaker 13: they would actually send a subway token in the mail.
- 19:54Speaker 13: When you'd get a letter in the mail, a formal
- 19:56Speaker 13: draft notice that you were drafted and inducted and you
- 19:58Speaker 13: had to report on a certain day and David Scott
- 20:00Speaker 13: Staper Subway to the kidding, yes, and it'll bring a
- 20:04Speaker 13: smile to the face of a lot of your New
- 20:07Speaker 13: York area listeners. So you couldn't say A person couldn't say, well,
- 20:10Speaker 13: like the reason why I couldn't report, I had no money,
- 20:13Speaker 13: you know, to get to right Roll Street, you know,
- 20:15Speaker 13: for the induction.
- 20:17Speaker 2: Congratulations, We thank you for your service. Another great veteran here.
- 20:21Speaker 2: Now for your kids listening right now, going, what the
- 20:24Speaker 2: hell is a subway token? This is going to sound
- 20:26Speaker 2: crazy to you. It was just look like a coin,
- 20:29Speaker 2: like a big coin. You had to have this token.
- 20:32Speaker 2: You know, if you're a kid today, you don't know
- 20:34Speaker 2: what we're talking about. You even never heard of a
- 20:36Speaker 2: phone booth. You don't know what a TV antenna is.
- 20:41Speaker 2: You had to put the token in a slot. You
- 20:43Speaker 2: had to buy tokens and carry them around in your pocket.
- 20:48Speaker 2: You know, the kids today they don't even know what
- 20:49Speaker 2: a metro card is. You just pay with your iPhone.
- 20:52Speaker 2: But let's go to Tom and Queen's Tom, how.
- 20:54Speaker 5: You doing Hey, Mark, good morning again slut to the
- 20:58Speaker 5: veterans today. Question for you, now that we know that
- 21:02Speaker 5: Schumer is going to be out, does that open up
- 21:05Speaker 5: the door for Andrew Cuomo?
- 21:08Speaker 4: Right?
- 21:08Speaker 2: Yeah? Please? I just ate? Oh my god, yes, what
- 21:15Speaker 2: do you think?
- 21:16Speaker 10: Uh?
- 21:16Speaker 2: You know, Culomo is finished. I don't know that he
- 21:21Speaker 2: knows it. I think he thinks he can run again
- 21:26Speaker 2: for something. He can't. He's finished, but he cannot run
- 21:28Speaker 2: for Schumer's seat because when Schumer leaving, it's going to
- 21:32Speaker 2: be the AOC types that we're going to go after
- 21:34Speaker 2: that seat, the progressives, the woke, and't remember Schumer looks
- 21:40Speaker 2: like an old, old old relic, like a tired old dinosaur,
- 21:45Speaker 2: and Cuomo has that same look. He's another Schumer's that
- 21:49Speaker 2: they're not gonna They're all out to get Schumer, but
- 21:52Speaker 2: they're not going to replace him with another Schumer. So
- 21:54Speaker 2: Clomo had no shot at that seat. Rumor has he
- 21:58Speaker 2: wants to move to Florida. You never know, you never know.
- 22:03Speaker 2: You know, all these people he hangs out with, his donors,
- 22:05Speaker 2: they're all also in Florida, so they may be you know,
- 22:08Speaker 2: maybe thinks he's got a shot down there at something.
- 22:11Speaker 2: But again he's he's just Chuck Schumer. He's the same look,
- 22:15Speaker 2: the same era, the same everything. So he can't run
- 22:18Speaker 2: for that. Hey, when we come back, Bill O'Reilly will
- 22:20Speaker 2: be with us next. Lots to talk about with him
- 22:22Speaker 2: on seven to ten wor.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Here's more Mark Simone on seven Game wr Well. Bill
- 22:29Speaker 1: O'Reilly the number one TV anger for decades, the.
- 22:32Speaker 2: Number one best selling nonfiction author on Earth. His latest book,
- 22:37Speaker 2: Confronting Evil. Excellent book if you haven't gotten it yet,
- 22:40Speaker 2: it's a big best seller, Confronting Evil.
- 22:43Speaker 14: Order that.
- 22:43Speaker 2: Make sure you watch Bill O'Reilly's YouTube channel. Excellent stuff there,
- 22:47Speaker 2: and of course the TV show, the column. Everything's at
- 22:50Speaker 2: Bill O'Reilly dot com. Bill O'Reilly dot com. Bill O'Reilly,
- 22:54Speaker 2: how you doing all right?
- 22:56Speaker 12: Just spend and cruising into another busy newsweek.
- 23:03Speaker 2: Hey, the shutdown it looks like, but you know the
- 23:07Speaker 2: history of this, no party's ever achieved anything with a shutdown.
- 23:10Speaker 2: You never get anything out of it, do you.
- 23:14Speaker 8: Not?
- 23:14Speaker 12: For the American people, sure securely political play. Democrats believe
- 23:21Speaker 12: that they did have a victory because of the election results.
- 23:27Speaker 12: So that's what they believe, and that might be true,
- 23:32Speaker 12: that people were so angry about high food prices in
- 23:35Speaker 12: the government shutdown, and when historically when the folks get mad,
- 23:41Speaker 12: the American people, they vote against the incumbency. That goes
- 23:45Speaker 12: all the way back to John Adams, by the way.
- 23:47Speaker 12: So I mean, this is what Americans are. We're an
- 23:53Speaker 12: impatient people. We don't see the big pictures sometimes. But
- 23:57Speaker 12: the government will reopen this week and then we'll have
- 24:00Speaker 12: to go through this again in January, the same thing.
- 24:03Speaker 12: It's crazy.
- 24:04Speaker 2: Yeah. Is the president serious about giving everybody a check
- 24:07Speaker 2: for two thousand dollars from the tariff revenue?
- 24:10Speaker 12: Sure, he's very serious. I did a Message of the
- 24:14Speaker 12: Day on Bill O'Reilly dot com and it's a little
- 24:17Speaker 12: bit more to it than people know. I don't know
- 24:20Speaker 12: logistically if he's going to have an easy time getting
- 24:23Speaker 12: the money out of the treasury or not, because Congress
- 24:26Speaker 12: is going to try to say, hey, we have to
- 24:29Speaker 12: have a say in this, and then it gets litigated,
- 24:32Speaker 12: you know how that goes. But the reason that Trump
- 24:36Speaker 12: is able to get all the tariff money in here
- 24:39Speaker 12: is because of us, we the people. Because he's essentially
- 24:44Speaker 12: charging an admissions fee to all the countries around the
- 24:48Speaker 12: world to do business in the United States like a
- 24:50Speaker 12: cover charge because we buy more stuff by far than
- 24:59Speaker 12: any other people on Earth, and so everybody wants to
- 25:03Speaker 12: send their stuff to America because we buy it, and
- 25:08Speaker 12: under the other administrations, they could do that without any
- 25:12Speaker 12: admission fee. And it was hurting our domestic sales because
- 25:18Speaker 12: those countries Japan, Korea, China, on and on India wouldn't
- 25:24Speaker 12: take a lot of American goods. And Trump got in
- 25:28Speaker 12: and said, this is ridiculous. So you're gonna have to
- 25:31Speaker 12: take our stuff, and you're gonna have to pay a
- 25:33Speaker 12: cover charge to sell your stuff in Indianapolis, so that
- 25:38Speaker 12: we the people are part of this tariff money flowing
- 25:44Speaker 12: into the US treasury. So we earn the money the
- 25:48Speaker 12: two thousand. But it's not gonna be easy for him
- 25:51Speaker 12: to get that out.
- 25:53Speaker 2: Yeah, now you put it out. It's like the Democrats,
- 25:55Speaker 2: you know, they'd love to give away free stuff. Is
- 25:57Speaker 2: Trump learning a lesson from that, copying that?
- 26:00Speaker 12: Yeah, but this is this is the easiest way. So
- 26:04Speaker 12: it's pretty hard to bring down the price of steak
- 26:07Speaker 12: because he's got fifteen people involved in the steak. You
- 26:10Speaker 12: got the cowboys, got the meat packing plants, you got
- 26:14Speaker 12: the truckers. You got the grocery stores. It's pretty hard,
- 26:20Speaker 12: but saying, okay, that's going to take me two years
- 26:25Speaker 12: to get that under control, but it will take me
- 26:27Speaker 12: twenty minutes to send you a two thousand dollars check
- 26:30Speaker 12: to cover the high cross to food. That's what this
- 26:33Speaker 12: is and that's what he's doing.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Yeah, now, Bill, O'Reilly, Are we done with Andrew Cuomo?
- 26:39Speaker 2: I love the way you describe him. I'm reading your
- 26:41Speaker 2: message to Bella Lagosi. That's the perfect description.
- 26:44Speaker 12: Didn't he looks like it looked like though. I told him,
- 26:47Speaker 12: you know, if you just turned into a bat just twice,
- 26:51Speaker 12: he would have been elected itself. He was looking grayer
- 26:57Speaker 12: and grayer, and paler and paler, and just I said,
- 27:00Speaker 12: that's Bella Lgoti out there, reincarnated. Are you through with
- 27:05Speaker 12: Andrew Crmo as far as an elected official, you are? Oh?
- 27:09Speaker 3: Goody?
- 27:10Speaker 14: Well.
- 27:10Speaker 12: What he is going to do, and I know this
- 27:13Speaker 12: to be a fact, is behind the scenes, try to
- 27:16Speaker 12: reorganize the New York Democratic Party and purge the radical elements.
- 27:23Speaker 12: So that's what he's going to do, and I hope
- 27:26Speaker 12: he's successful.
- 27:27Speaker 2: We watched him in the primary try to battle the relic,
- 27:32Speaker 2: you know, radical elements, and he was useless at that.
- 27:36Speaker 12: Yeah, but now it's mad, so he'm a little bit
- 27:41Speaker 12: more motivated.
- 27:42Speaker 8: Now.
- 27:42Speaker 12: It's personal, as they say in The Godfather. But that's
- 27:47Speaker 12: what he's going to do.
- 27:48Speaker 2: Well, that would be great if he did that, But
- 27:49Speaker 2: isn't that like Schumer trying to take on AOC. It's
- 27:52Speaker 2: not going to work.
- 27:54Speaker 14: I don't know whether.
- 27:55Speaker 12: To work or not. It's all about money, you know.
- 27:59Speaker 12: The money asked of the far left is the Sorows people.
- 28:04Speaker 12: That's where it all comes from. And then there's other
- 28:07Speaker 12: organizations that tie in Ford Foundation all of those. But
- 28:11Speaker 12: the erradical left has an enormous amount of money, way
- 28:14Speaker 12: more than the moderate Democrats. And I think that's what
- 28:18Speaker 12: they're going to try to work on, is to build
- 28:20Speaker 12: up the war chest for moderate Democrats that may want
- 28:24Speaker 12: to run against the aocs. And Schumer, by the way
- 28:29Speaker 12: he's done, he's not going to even run again. You
- 28:32Speaker 12: heard it here on the Mark sim Own show, because
- 28:34Speaker 12: they'll lose Toucosio Cortes and he doesn't want to go
- 28:38Speaker 12: out that way.
- 28:40Speaker 2: Yeah. You know the problem is if you give the
- 28:42Speaker 2: erradical Mamdani zillions of dollars. He does these very effective
- 28:46Speaker 2: TikTok stuff and if you don't, if you give it
- 28:50Speaker 2: to a Schumer or a Cuomo, they do these tired
- 28:52Speaker 2: old commercials. I'm Andrew Cuomo, vote for you the Can
- 28:56Speaker 2: they be effective in today's world even with the money?
- 28:59Speaker 12: Look, it's a rapidly changing world. I've hung in there
- 29:04Speaker 12: in journalism for more than fifty years. There are only
- 29:07Speaker 12: two of us on the national scene, two that have
- 29:13Speaker 12: this kind of longevity, me and Brick Hume. And I
- 29:19Speaker 12: have to tell you I don't know anything about TikTok.
- 29:23Speaker 12: I don't care about any of it. But my younger
- 29:30Speaker 12: staff they are in charge of marketing my products on
- 29:38Speaker 12: social media because that's where it is. That's where all
- 29:42Speaker 12: the action is, and it's never coming back to the
- 29:45Speaker 12: networks or cable TV. Never it's over. So even though
- 29:51Speaker 12: I don't know anything, I'm a ludite. Means you can't
- 29:55Speaker 12: do technology, and I can't. I'm spart enough to hire
- 29:58Speaker 12: people who can't. And that's where we are.
- 30:02Speaker 2: You're an expert on content. That's the secret of you.
- 30:04Speaker 2: You come up with great content.
- 30:05Speaker 12: I have to spend all my time actually thinking.
- 30:09Speaker 14: Yeah, which separates.
- 30:10Speaker 12: Me from every other, not every other, but most other pundits,
- 30:15Speaker 12: particularly on television. You don't think they get talking points
- 30:19Speaker 12: in the morning and.
- 30:20Speaker 14: They spit them out.
- 30:22Speaker 8: I hate that.
- 30:23Speaker 12: Oh, you guys me crazy.
- 30:25Speaker 2: So I'm watching the Sunday shows. Every single Democratic guest
- 30:28Speaker 2: used the same phrase. If President Trump didn't spend all
- 30:30Speaker 2: his time on the golf course, every guest on.
- 30:33Speaker 12: Every show, that's what they got in the morning, that
- 30:37Speaker 12: was sent to them.
- 30:38Speaker 2: Where is it sent from? Who coordinates this?
- 30:40Speaker 12: The K Street in Washington. There are three or four
- 30:44Speaker 12: firms that work for the Democratic Party. They get paid
- 30:48Speaker 12: enormous amounts of money to do that. And every morning
- 30:52Speaker 12: they have a list of people MANI Media and a
- 30:55Speaker 12: lot of Congress people and they get faxes. Uh, this
- 31:00Speaker 12: is the talking points of the day. And the Republicans
- 31:03Speaker 12: do it too, but they're not nearly as good at it.
- 31:06Speaker 12: And the people go out then they go out on
- 31:10Speaker 12: their programs and they spit the same verbiage at almost
- 31:14Speaker 12: word for word. That's how it's done. That's called propaganda, okay.
- 31:20Speaker 12: And you know the guy that perfected that is Goebels,
- 31:23Speaker 12: who worked for Hitler. He was the Minister of Propaganda
- 31:28Speaker 12: in the third Reich and what he did once Hitler
- 31:31Speaker 12: took over in nineteen thirty four was he basically sent,
- 31:37Speaker 12: you know, a faction center or anything, but messengered all
- 31:41Speaker 12: the news media in Berlin saying this is what you
- 31:45Speaker 12: are to say todight or today, or this is what
- 31:50Speaker 12: you put in your newspaper. And they did have radio
- 31:54Speaker 12: d or in Santa Radio and if you didn't say it,
- 31:58Speaker 12: guess what happened. Wow.
- 32:01Speaker 2: Well we're at a time. But everybody, if you want
- 32:03Speaker 2: to read more stuff like this, get Bill O'Reilly's latest book,
- 32:06Speaker 2: Confronting Evil. It is a fascinating book. All of his
- 32:10Speaker 2: books are, they're all great bestsellers. And check out his
- 32:13Speaker 2: YouTube channel, and of course get the TV show, the column,
- 32:16Speaker 2: the Message of the Day. Everything's at Bill O'Reilly dot com,
- 32:20Speaker 2: Bill O'Reilly dot com. Bill O'Reilly thanks for being with us.
- 32:23Speaker 12: I appreciate it. I want everybody to look at the
- 32:25Speaker 12: Bill maher stuff.
- 32:27Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I forgot to ask about that.
- 32:28Speaker 12: Well, yeah, so that that was a rollicking shootout. Yeah,
- 32:33Speaker 12: and so if you missed it, we have it posted
- 32:36Speaker 12: on Bill O'Reilly dot com. Well worth a look.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Yeah, it's great stuff. If you didn't see it went
- 32:41Speaker 2: viral too. Just take a look at Bill O'Reilly dot
- 32:43Speaker 2: com watch him on Bill Maher. We'll get back to
- 32:45Speaker 2: that next week. But thanks, thanks for being with us,
- 32:49Speaker 2: Thanks for having me, Mark, take care and don't forget
- 32:52Speaker 2: coming up at noon, Buck Sexton, Clay Travis excellent show
- 32:55Speaker 2: today and then the most listened to radio show in America,
- 33:00Speaker 2: Sean Hannity coming up at three o'clock. Hey, Jimmy Fayla,
- 33:03Speaker 2: excellent show every night at nine on seven to ten WR. Hey,
- 33:08Speaker 2: another hour Togo. We'll get to it right after the news.
- 33:11Speaker 2: Don't go away seven to ten WR.
- 33:14Speaker 1: Here's more of the Mark Simo Show on WR.
- 33:21Speaker 2: Well, we've got a lot to get through this Houra.
- 33:24Speaker 2: It's Veterans Day. Happy Veterans Day, and we salute all
- 33:27Speaker 2: of our veterans. The parade will begin at twelve thirty.
- 33:31Speaker 2: Just remember that if you're trying to get around Manhattan.
- 33:33Speaker 2: The parade starts at Fifth Avenue about twenty fifth Street,
- 33:37Speaker 2: goes up to about forty fifth Street, so it starts
- 33:41Speaker 2: at twelve thirty. We'll go to about three thirty four o'clock.
- 33:44Speaker 2: It's a Veterans Day. Also, the first snow fell this
- 33:48Speaker 2: morning in New York City, just a couple of flakes
- 33:51Speaker 2: here and there. It didn't stick, obviously, but if you're
- 33:55Speaker 2: watching early morning TV, they had reporters out there showing
- 33:57Speaker 2: you these little flakes of snow. They discribed it as dandriff,
- 34:01Speaker 2: like just a few little white spots here and there,
- 34:04Speaker 2: but it did not stick. We probably will not get
- 34:08Speaker 2: a lot of snow this winter because the Farmer's Almanac
- 34:11Speaker 2: predicted very cold winter with heavy snow. And remember Farmer's
- 34:15Speaker 2: Almanac is wrong like ninety percent of the time, so
- 34:19Speaker 2: that's good news. The Democrats, they're kind of in a
- 34:26Speaker 2: shambles right now after this shutdown cave in. They're calling
- 34:30Speaker 2: for Schumer to step down. You know, his term is
- 34:33Speaker 2: up pretty soon and somebody's going to run against him.
- 34:38Speaker 2: But word is from the Schumer camp, inside the Schumer camp,
- 34:43Speaker 2: he's not going to run again. He will he will
- 34:45Speaker 2: step down. He will probably finish his term, but he'll
- 34:48Speaker 2: announce he's not going to seek reelection. Now that's not
- 34:51Speaker 2: enough for these crazy, angry Democrats. They want him out now,
- 34:55Speaker 2: they want him to step down, But he thinks if
- 35:00Speaker 2: he just announces, he won't seek reelection, that that'll shut
- 35:03Speaker 2: down that step down talk that that'll quiet him down,
- 35:06Speaker 2: keep him happy. I don't know if he were to
- 35:09Speaker 2: step down, Kathy Hokeel would appoint a new Senator to
- 35:14Speaker 2: finish out the term. I don't think anybody wants Kathy
- 35:16Speaker 2: Hockle picking anybody. Fetterman, who's the only honest Democrat out there.
- 35:22Speaker 2: He's like the Bill Clinton of Democrats in it. Back then,
- 35:27Speaker 2: same thing was going on in the Democratic Party. The
- 35:30Speaker 2: crazy left had taken over, the extremists were running the party,
- 35:34Speaker 2: and then Bill Clinton rose up. Is this moderate, common
- 35:38Speaker 2: sense sort of Democrat to lead them back to the
- 35:41Speaker 2: middle of the road where they could win again. Fetterman
- 35:44Speaker 2: trying to be that. But Fetterman last night he was
- 35:48Speaker 2: on Hannity and thanks to Sean Hannity who gave me
- 35:50Speaker 2: a couple of nice plugs last night on his show.
- 35:53Speaker 2: But Fetterman was on, and Fetterman just came run out
- 36:00Speaker 2: and said it. The Democratic Party has no leader. There's
- 36:02Speaker 2: nobody in charge. It's just that old inmates running the
- 36:06Speaker 2: asylum kind of situation. Nobody's in charge. There's no leader. Now, normally,
- 36:11Speaker 2: if you're the Senate leader, Schumer you might be the leader,
- 36:15Speaker 2: but he's again an outcast right now. They want him gone.
- 36:19Speaker 2: They don't even want him to finish this term. They
- 36:20Speaker 2: want him to step down now. Hakeem Jefferies House leader
- 36:27Speaker 2: might be the leader, but he just talks like a robot.
- 36:30Speaker 2: He just talks like this all the time. He's just
- 36:32Speaker 2: something's wrong with the guy. He's very robotic. And I
- 36:34Speaker 2: don't have much to say about those individuals, and they're
- 36:37Speaker 2: going to have to explain themselves to their constituents and
- 36:40Speaker 2: to the American people. I certainly, and he you know,
- 36:45Speaker 2: Trump does those wonderful AI memes with the sombrero on
- 36:48Speaker 2: him and the Mexican music, and it works because he's
- 36:51Speaker 2: such a stiff. So he's no leader. Who's the leader
- 36:54Speaker 2: of the party As far as twenty twenty eight, who's
- 36:57Speaker 2: the candidate?
- 36:58Speaker 3: Do well?
- 37:00Speaker 2: It looks like Newsom's in the lead right now, but
- 37:02Speaker 2: he's no leader. He's more of a he's just sort
- 37:06Speaker 2: of a slick, fast talker. He's like a fancy, fancy,
- 37:09Speaker 2: upscale mom. Donnie may be the lead twenty twenty eight
- 37:14Speaker 2: right now, but he's no leader. Normally the vice president
- 37:19Speaker 2: would be the leader. Mon Dale at the time, or
- 37:22Speaker 2: Al Gore or whoever. But Kamala Harris just a goofball.
- 37:26Speaker 2: She's certainly not the leader. So it's just ruddless right now.
- 37:28Speaker 2: And that's why the crazy crazy left he is running
- 37:32Speaker 2: around trying to take control of the party. Hey, speaking
- 37:34Speaker 2: of crazy left, Jimmy Kimmel, all right, we all know
- 37:38Speaker 2: he's a crazy left winger. But we didn't really know
- 37:42Speaker 2: about Kimmel's wife till they did this podcast. And I
- 37:45Speaker 2: had no idea that Jimmy Kimmel's wife name is Molly McNerney, McNerney,
- 37:53Speaker 2: whatever her name is. I didn't know this. She's the
- 37:56Speaker 2: head writer of the show and she's the executive producer
- 37:59Speaker 2: of the show. Well that explains a lot. You know,
- 38:04Speaker 2: it's very very tough to work with your wife. It's
- 38:06Speaker 2: really tough to work with your wife. It's not easy
- 38:09Speaker 2: to do. And it's really tough if your wife runs
- 38:13Speaker 2: your show, if she's the executive producer, she's the head writer.
- 38:17Speaker 2: You go back to very early David Letterman living girlfriend
- 38:21Speaker 2: was Meryl what was a named Meryl Marko. She was
- 38:25Speaker 2: the head writer, but there was someone else running things,
- 38:28Speaker 2: an executive producer. So his wife is the head writer
- 38:31Speaker 2: and the executive producer, and she's these are two completely
- 38:34Speaker 2: nutty Trump to arrangement syndrome lunatics, Kimmel and his wife.
- 38:40Speaker 2: So on the podcast, she reveals that there are many
- 38:43Speaker 2: people in their family. They've got a big family, aunts, uncles, relatives, nieces,
- 38:48Speaker 2: all sorts of stuff, in laws. Some of them are
- 38:51Speaker 2: Trump supporters and some of them voted for Trump. So
- 38:54Speaker 2: she says that she got no big fight with all
- 38:56Speaker 2: the family. She sent them many many emails right before
- 38:59Speaker 2: the election. I'm begging you, begging you not to vote
- 39:03Speaker 2: for him. And she sent an email to everybody, here's
- 39:06Speaker 2: ten reasons not to vote for this guy. Please don't
- 39:10Speaker 2: And she was very upset. She said, I got ignored
- 39:13Speaker 2: by ninety percent of them. I got truly insane responses
- 39:17Speaker 2: from a few. But this is the problem with these
- 39:21Speaker 2: trumped arrangements syndrome lunatics. They don't realize they're the ones.
- 39:25Speaker 2: They're the ones that are completely insane. It's insane hatred
- 39:29Speaker 2: of Trump. If you don't like them, don't vote for him,
- 39:32Speaker 2: but don't worry about it. I don't like Chuck Schumer,
- 39:36Speaker 2: but I don't run around yelling and screaming about it.
- 39:39Speaker 2: And I don't get in a fight with somebody that's
- 39:42Speaker 2: voting for him. Who cares. I mean, this Trump derangement
- 39:45Speaker 2: syndrome is insane. And the idea of this woman that
- 39:49Speaker 2: she'll tell you who to vote for. You must listen
- 39:52Speaker 2: to her, you cannot do what you want, and then
- 39:54Speaker 2: she goes, ah no. It hurts me so much because
- 39:58Speaker 2: of the personal relationships I don't have, where my husband
- 40:01Speaker 2: is out there fighting this man. He is fighting this man.
- 40:04Speaker 2: It's supposed to be a late night show. You're supposed
- 40:06Speaker 2: to be a comedian. You're supposed to come out and
- 40:07Speaker 2: make people laugh and make jokes. You're not there to
- 40:10Speaker 2: fight this man. He's fighting this man into me. Them
- 40:14Speaker 2: voting for Trump is not voting for my husband, not
- 40:19Speaker 2: voting for me and our family. And unfortunately I've kind
- 40:23Speaker 2: of lost relationships with people in my family because of it. Well,
- 40:27Speaker 2: you really, if the family is listening, take this woman
- 40:30Speaker 2: to a mental institution, get power of attorney for her,
- 40:35Speaker 2: get her in a straight jacket. That's insane.
- 40:40Speaker 14: You know.
- 40:40Speaker 2: If I run into crazy left wing MSNBC host, we're
- 40:47Speaker 2: very cordial. Hey, how are you, how's it going? You know,
- 40:50Speaker 2: I don't start yelling and screaming at them. And you
- 40:54Speaker 2: may not know this, but off the air, they don't
- 40:56Speaker 2: start yelling and screaming. Either's actually pretty friendly. Off the air,
- 41:00Speaker 2: they affect a lot of them, aren't that left wing?
- 41:03Speaker 2: They just pretend to be on TV. But again, if
- 41:07Speaker 2: somebody hates Trump, good knock yourself out. But I have
- 41:12Speaker 2: to sit there and argue with them all day. Speaking
- 41:15Speaker 2: of MSNBC, what's today, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and then
- 41:21Speaker 2: that's it. After today, there's only three more days of
- 41:24Speaker 2: MSNBC and then it's gone. It becomes ms Now. It'll
- 41:30Speaker 2: be a whole new network now. It'll look the same,
- 41:32Speaker 2: it'll have the same anchors and all this, but they're
- 41:34Speaker 2: moving to a cheaper, junkier studio, a little cheap, smaller studio.
- 41:39Speaker 2: They're going to lose the logo, the MSNBC name. They're
- 41:42Speaker 2: gonna call it ms Now. And they also lose NBC News.
- 41:47Speaker 2: They won't have those an those reporters to go to
- 41:50Speaker 2: and those correspondents in the field. But you can make
- 41:53Speaker 2: a deal with a network to you know, I think
- 41:56Speaker 2: we do that. We have NBC News and ABC News.
- 41:59Speaker 2: You can make a deal to use their resources and
- 42:01Speaker 2: their you know, their correspondence. So they'll probably do that,
- 42:07Speaker 2: but they will no longer be associated with NBC. They've
- 42:10Speaker 2: been tossed out a Rockefeller Center. They will operate out
- 42:14Speaker 2: of this little studio in Times Square forty third Street
- 42:17Speaker 2: while they look for permanent headquarters. But we'll see they're
- 42:22Speaker 2: very worried about you know, it could be a problem.
- 42:25Speaker 2: You're saying, well, it's going to be the same people,
- 42:26Speaker 2: just different name, different logo, different You never know. Sometimes
- 42:30Speaker 2: you do a little thing like change the logo and
- 42:32Speaker 2: it screws up the whole thing. Look at Cracker Barely.
- 42:35Speaker 2: It just changed the logo and all hell broke lose
- 42:37Speaker 2: and the stock dropped in half and people stop going.
- 42:40Speaker 2: You never know, changing the logo, rebranding, it can.
- 42:44Speaker 3: Be very very very tricky.
- 42:47Speaker 2: Speaking of Rockefeller Center, the Christmas tree is there, it's up,
- 42:51Speaker 2: it's covered with scaffolding right now as they put all
- 42:53Speaker 2: the lights on and all that stuff. There are people
- 42:56Speaker 2: that say they start Christmas too early every year, you know,
- 43:01Speaker 2: like it's almost not even Halloween and they're selling Christmas
- 43:05Speaker 2: stuff in the stores. And you're over there on top
- 43:08Speaker 2: of Radio City they got the Christmas tree up already
- 43:11Speaker 2: on the marquee, that Christmas tree that lights up above it.
- 43:14Speaker 2: So there's one complex down in Florida, Bell four Betty Communities.
- 43:21Speaker 2: This is like an old older folks community down in Florida.
- 43:26Speaker 2: And you know these condo communities, these kind of places,
- 43:29Speaker 2: they make these regulations and they can be a little strict.
- 43:32Speaker 2: But some people were putting up Christmas lights early, and
- 43:36Speaker 2: this community sent a message to everybody, No Christmas decorations
- 43:40Speaker 2: are allowed yet, you have to wait till after Thanksgiving.
- 43:43Speaker 2: You have to wait till the Christmas season begins. I
- 43:46Speaker 2: don't know. That may not be a bad rule, like
- 43:49Speaker 2: no one's allowed to put up any Christmas stuff till
- 43:51Speaker 2: after Thanksgiving. Residents apparently went along with it. The memo.
- 44:00Speaker 2: All the residents said, one holiday at a time, one
- 44:03Speaker 2: holiday at a time, nothing, no Christmas anything until Thanksgiving
- 44:07Speaker 2: was over. The okay, not a bad rule. I kind
- 44:10Speaker 2: of like it. Hey, the BBC. You know, here in
- 44:16Speaker 2: the United States, we saw a slanted partisan news MSNBC
- 44:20Speaker 2: all that kind of stuff, and CNN got very partisan.
- 44:24Speaker 2: But then you saw the the what were considered the
- 44:28Speaker 2: most prestigious news organizations go totally corrupt, The New York Times, NBC, ABC, CBS,
- 44:36Speaker 2: totally corrupt, slanted, biased, lots of fake news, literally fake news,
- 44:42Speaker 2: things that weren't true coming out. I could read you
- 44:43Speaker 2: a whole list of absolute nonsense. They made up about
- 44:47Speaker 2: Trump and pushed the Russia hoaks a big example. But
- 44:50Speaker 2: it happened in England. The BBC went totally corrupt. Sixty
- 44:55Speaker 2: minutes totally corrupt. You know, the Kamala Harris interview. They
- 44:58Speaker 2: doctored up the video to give you a completely different
- 45:02Speaker 2: impression instead of what actually happened. When Trump was talking
- 45:07Speaker 2: about the surveillance on his campaign in that famous interview
- 45:09Speaker 2: with Leslie Stall, they actually lied to the viewers. They
- 45:13Speaker 2: said there was no surveillance, it never happened. Well, of
- 45:16Speaker 2: course Trump was right, but it's happened with the BBC.
- 45:19Speaker 2: They've been caught in total corruption. Believe it or not.
- 45:23Speaker 2: They're still focused on January sixth. They did a documentary
- 45:26Speaker 2: on January sixth, and they literally doctored up what the
- 45:31Speaker 2: President said that day. President Trump, as you know, he said,
- 45:36Speaker 2: we're going to march to the Capitol right now, and
- 45:38Speaker 2: we're going to protest peacefully and patriotically, and so we
- 45:43Speaker 2: said all the right stuff. But they doctored up the video.
- 45:46Speaker 2: They literally edited it, chopped it up. So he said
- 45:48Speaker 2: something totally different. So if you're watching the documentary, he said,
- 45:52Speaker 2: we're going to march to the Capitol. I'm gonna go
- 45:53Speaker 2: with you, and we're gonna fight. We're gonna fight, like hell. Well,
- 45:56Speaker 2: that's not what he said. It was completely doctored, completely falsified.
- 46:01Speaker 2: They got caught. It's been a big scandal in England.
- 46:05Speaker 2: The BBC director General had to resign over it. The
- 46:09Speaker 2: BBC News chief had to resign over it. A lot
- 46:12Speaker 2: of executives had to quit over it. It's a major scandal.
- 46:16Speaker 2: President Trump says he may sue the BBC. Remember, he
- 46:19Speaker 2: got a lot of money. He got about fifteen million
- 46:21Speaker 2: out of ABC News when they lied about him. He
- 46:24Speaker 2: got but I think it was fifteen million plus. It
- 46:27Speaker 2: was a total of about thirty million from CBS when
- 46:30Speaker 2: sixty minutes lied about Kamala Harris. And I'm missing another one.
- 46:35Speaker 2: There's another lawsuit or two there where he's made some
- 46:38Speaker 2: money like that. I think the settlements, so he's up
- 46:42Speaker 2: to like forty fifty million in settlements now. He said
- 46:45Speaker 2: he might sue the BBC. The problem is it's really
- 46:48Speaker 2: tough to sue overseas. It's very difficult to do it
- 46:51Speaker 2: from another country. Now the British Prime Minister expect him
- 46:56Speaker 2: to get involved in this. He may even jump in
- 46:59Speaker 2: and try to settle something. BBC is controlled by the government,
- 47:03Speaker 2: so look for that to happen. Hey, we'll take some
- 47:05Speaker 2: calls in a minute. Oh hey, I wanted to mention
- 47:08Speaker 2: you know our great friend Nelson de Mill, the great author,
- 47:11Speaker 2: Nelson de Mill, who we used to have on the
- 47:12Speaker 2: show all the time. You know, he passed away last year,
- 47:16Speaker 2: but his son, Alex de Mill is continuing the series
- 47:20Speaker 2: the Great best Selling Novels. And if you're an Oyster
- 47:24Speaker 2: Bay tonight, Alex de Mill, it's actually the last book
- 47:28Speaker 2: he did with his father, Nelson Demill. There'll be at
- 47:30Speaker 2: Theodore Books tonight Alex de Mill seven o'clock book signing
- 47:35Speaker 2: if you want to meet him. That's a beautiful There's
- 47:37Speaker 2: not a lot of great bookstores anymore, but in beautiful
- 47:39Speaker 2: Oyster Bay, where you've got Cooper Bluff, you got Wild Honey,
- 47:43Speaker 2: you got all these great places. You got Theodore Roosevelt's house,
- 47:47Speaker 2: one of the last great bookstores, Theodore's Books. But tonight
- 47:49Speaker 2: at seven, if you want to see Alex de Mill,
- 47:51Speaker 2: he'll be there. We'll take some calls. Next. Eight hundred
- 47:55Speaker 2: three to two one zero seven to ten is the number.
- 47:58Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten.
- 48:02Speaker 1: If you're listening to Mark on the iHeartRadio app, save
- 48:05Speaker 1: time and tap the breset button.
- 48:07Speaker 12: Now.
- 48:08Speaker 1: Now back to the Mark Simone show on wor.
- 48:12Speaker 2: Hey, let's take some calls. Let's go to Pam in
- 48:15Speaker 2: New Jersey. Pam, how you doing.
- 48:18Speaker 11: Yeah, I've got a funny story about Trump thing sitting
- 48:22Speaker 11: room in a grocery store.
- 48:23Speaker 8: Hey, the garbage bags and a woman strikes up.
- 48:25Speaker 2: You better calls back here. It's not you. Your line
- 48:28Speaker 2: is all screwed up. There not your fault. Let's go
- 48:31Speaker 2: to Nolan in New Jersey. Nolan, how you're doing?
- 48:34Speaker 15: Hey, good morning, Mark. I googled the vote totals in
- 48:36Speaker 15: New Jersey. It seems that Mikey Cheryl got one point
- 48:39Speaker 15: eight million votes. That's five hundred thousand more votes than
- 48:43Speaker 15: Phil Murphy got in twenty one. Yeah, that was the
- 48:45Speaker 15: highest vote total ever at the time for a governor's race.
- 48:48Speaker 15: Does this seem plausible to you.
- 48:50Speaker 2: Yeah, absolutely, You know a Democrat should hire Jack Chitdarelli
- 48:53Speaker 2: just to run against them all the time. He's so
- 48:55Speaker 2: easy to beat. And there's something wrong with you. I'm
- 49:01Speaker 2: sure he's a nice guy.
- 49:02Speaker 3: He just.
- 49:04Speaker 2: I don't know what it is, something about the way
- 49:05Speaker 2: he looks. He just looks like and he's got that
- 49:09Speaker 2: shifty kind of salesman looked too. I don't know. Just
- 49:12Speaker 2: but again, he's the best thing that ever happened to Democrats.
- 49:14Speaker 2: It just beat him every time. Let's go to Steve
- 49:17Speaker 2: in Manhattan. Steve, how you doing all right?
- 49:20Speaker 3: Mark?
- 49:20Speaker 8: And it's time we get rid of the nineteenth.
- 49:22Speaker 2: Oh, it's a Buchanan guy. Let's go to uh Rich
- 49:25Speaker 2: in Myrtle Beach. Rich, how you doing? Wait a minute,
- 49:29Speaker 2: hang on, Rich, there you are, go.
- 49:31Speaker 3: Ahead, heah, go ahead.
- 49:33Speaker 8: That Buchanan guy. He's pretty funny. You know you talked
- 49:36Speaker 8: about the gas place, the two quick points. You know,
- 49:38Speaker 8: it's always bounced between two sixty nine and two eighty
- 49:41Speaker 8: nine here in Myrtle Beach. He was two forty five
- 49:43Speaker 8: yesterday and the very next day this morning, it's right
- 49:46Speaker 8: back up to two eighty nine. He sings, bounce up
- 49:48Speaker 8: twenty to forty to sometimes fifty cents in a matter
- 49:52Speaker 8: of twenty four hours. And then remember during the State
- 49:55Speaker 8: of Union when it was Obama was talking about Obamacare
- 49:58Speaker 8: and the guy from South Carolina called out, said, you're
- 50:00Speaker 8: a liar. The guy was one thousand percent right. We
- 50:03Speaker 8: knew Obama was lying by a time. It was a
- 50:06Speaker 8: fifteen hundred and fifteen thousand page document. Nobody, they'd all
- 50:09Speaker 8: those Democrats passed word out of her, reading a single
- 50:12Speaker 8: word of it. And I was living in New York
- 50:14Speaker 8: at the time, you know. I called up Schumer's office
- 50:16Speaker 8: said did he read this? And of course they're telling me, yes,
- 50:18Speaker 8: he read every single word. Nobody read that, and everything
- 50:21Speaker 8: we said was true. Like being called a conspiracy theorist,
- 50:24Speaker 8: We're right again, you know.
- 50:25Speaker 2: Yeah. I've asked all these congressmen, especially the x ones,
- 50:30Speaker 2: off the record, did you ever actually read the billion
- 50:33Speaker 2: and these bills are like three thousand pages. Nobody's going
- 50:35Speaker 2: to read them. So apparently when it's time to vote,
- 50:41Speaker 2: they all look to somebody that's different in each case,
- 50:44Speaker 2: but whoever that's somebody is they look over and he
- 50:46Speaker 2: either gives them a thumbs up or a thumbs down,
- 50:49Speaker 2: like vote for this bill. Ed Koch used to tell
- 50:52Speaker 2: the story about there there was one guy he trusted,
- 50:54Speaker 2: senior guy. You look over and the guy gave him
- 50:57Speaker 2: a thumbs up, and Kotch voted yes on it. It
- 51:00Speaker 2: turned out to be the worst thing in the world.
- 51:02Speaker 2: And he later said to the why did you tell
- 51:05Speaker 2: me to vote for these? Says Ed You can always
- 51:07Speaker 2: trust me, but not on oil. It was some kind
- 51:11Speaker 2: of oil build that was going to help this constituent.
- 51:14Speaker 2: Let's go to Vincent and Brooklyn. Vincent, how you doing.
- 51:17Speaker 14: Good morning, Mark, Good morning Marra, and I'd like to
- 51:19Speaker 14: give say thanks to all our veterans past and present
- 51:23Speaker 14: who laid down their lives for our great country. Mark.
- 51:28Speaker 14: I really hope Jessica Tish just stays until the end
- 51:33Speaker 14: of the year and does not become part of the
- 51:37Speaker 14: Mondamie administration. And this is why I say that. I
- 51:41Speaker 14: think she's absolutely great and I think she would make
- 51:44Speaker 14: a great mayor in the future. And I say this
- 51:48Speaker 14: because Mondami is an anti semi to the core. I
- 51:54Speaker 14: never believe these people when after they say something disgusting
- 51:59Speaker 14: or something controversial, two days later they try and walk
- 52:03Speaker 14: it back. That is a bunch of bs. As far
- 52:07Speaker 14: as I'm concerned, what you originally said is what you
- 52:10Speaker 14: originally meant, and I've believed that all these years of
- 52:14Speaker 14: my instincts are right. Let me tell you a little
- 52:17Speaker 14: brief story. Before I went to Italy recently. My girlfriend
- 52:23Speaker 14: orders all gets all my tickets, and I don't do
- 52:26Speaker 14: any of that stuff, all right. I could have flown
- 52:29Speaker 14: to Italy on Arab Emirates, paid three hundred dollars less,
- 52:35Speaker 14: probably got a better seat and a better meal, and
- 52:38Speaker 14: I absolutely refused to do it because I don't believe
- 52:43Speaker 14: in the values of any of those Arabic countries, because
- 52:48Speaker 14: the way they treat women, the way they treat gays.
- 52:52Speaker 14: And also, you try and find a synagogue or a
- 52:56Speaker 14: Catholic church in any of those freeze and you would
- 53:01Speaker 14: be at a loss. Mandami is a snake oil salesman
- 53:06Speaker 14: and he is an anti Semite. And please, Jessica, don't
- 53:11Speaker 14: do it. For the sake of your people. Follow Richard
- 53:14Speaker 14: Tucker's leave. Don't leave now. Do not become part of
- 53:19Speaker 14: that toxic administration.
- 53:22Speaker 2: You mean Robert Tucker.
- 53:23Speaker 14: Robert Tucker, excuse me, mother.
- 53:25Speaker 2: He's a fire commissioner.
- 53:26Speaker 14: He quit, He just stepped exactly.
- 53:28Speaker 2: But you know he's his father was the great opera
- 53:31Speaker 2: singer Richard.
- 53:32Speaker 14: Tucker Wonder, a phenomenal singer, a phenomenal singer. So why
- 53:38Speaker 14: why would you want to sully up your family's name
- 53:42Speaker 14: being associated with a biggot, a racist Mandami's mother.
- 53:47Speaker 2: Well, what about the Curtis theory don't run, stay and fight,
- 53:52Speaker 2: improve don't move. What about Curtis's theory?
- 53:54Speaker 14: Well, Curtis's all right, he wants to stay, he wants
- 53:57Speaker 14: to fight, he wants to Okay, fine, you know, in
- 54:01Speaker 14: his own small way, he could do that. And I
- 54:05Speaker 14: think Jessica tish she could be mad and even go
- 54:10Speaker 14: much higher because she has the right stuff. You don't
- 54:14Speaker 14: need the money, dear, I didn't need the three hundred dollars.
- 54:19Speaker 14: I would have save.
- 54:20Speaker 2: Good point, Vincent, excellent call, thanks for calling.
- 54:23Speaker 12: Hey.
- 54:23Speaker 2: When we come back, Howie Carr will be with us.
- 54:26Speaker 2: We'll get some advice from him, what to do about mom,
- 54:28Speaker 2: Donnie and more. Coming up on seven to ten w R.
- 54:31Speaker 1: The Mark Simone Show continues.
- 54:37Speaker 2: Well, Howie Carr one of the great talk show hosts
- 54:40Speaker 2: in the world. You can hear him on iHeart just
- 54:42Speaker 2: use the iHeart app, or you can get his podcast.
- 54:44Speaker 2: You can hear his radio show live that way. You
- 54:46Speaker 2: can also go to Howie Carrshow dot com and get
- 54:50Speaker 2: his great best selling books, the latest book, Mass Corruption.
- 54:54Speaker 2: You can get that and his column. Everything's at Howie
- 54:57Speaker 2: carshow dot com. Howie Carr, how you doing?
- 55:00Speaker 3: And very good, Mark, very good. It's it's it's a
- 55:04Speaker 3: fun time, happy veterans date everybody out there.
- 55:07Speaker 2: Yeah, the shutdown, I think we've been through fourteen of them.
- 55:13Speaker 2: Has anything ever been accomplished ever by any shutdown by
- 55:16Speaker 2: any party?
- 55:18Speaker 3: No, it it just I think in this case, it
- 55:22Speaker 3: just shows how how corrupt the Snap program was. You know,
- 55:26Speaker 3: the fact that you know, one of my listeners said yesterday,
- 55:31Speaker 3: you know, the Democrats don't control the mainstream media anymore
- 55:34Speaker 3: than the one pays any attention to it. So the
- 55:39Speaker 3: problem this time they had was that all there, all
- 55:41Speaker 3: these Snap recipients with pink hair and purple hair and
- 55:45Speaker 3: weighing three hundred pounds and nose rings and tattoos. They
- 55:48Speaker 3: were all out on social media posting how angry they were,
- 55:52Speaker 3: and it was easy to round up the stuff. So,
- 55:54Speaker 3: I mean, I thought it was pretty devastating for their
- 55:56Speaker 3: for their their position. Oh, I can't afford How can
- 56:03Speaker 3: I afford to feed my my six kids? I will
- 56:05Speaker 3: be able to buy a tattoo. Well, you know these
- 56:08Speaker 3: people loading the guy yesterday, I've been using them a
- 56:12Speaker 3: lot on my show and putting out Instagram and tiktoks
- 56:16Speaker 3: on it. They had a guy yesterday he said I
- 56:18Speaker 3: was gonna have to dip into my Christmas money. Thank
- 56:20Speaker 3: goodness the snap payments resumed. He was loading like five
- 56:24Speaker 3: cases of soda into the back of his suv and
- 56:28Speaker 3: it looked like a nice suv too. You know, I
- 56:31Speaker 3: think it's it's kind of a reminder to people, you know,
- 56:34Speaker 3: the I guess if you go to the supermarket a lot,
- 56:37Speaker 3: you see it, you know, but some people don't or
- 56:40Speaker 3: they or they just you know, keep the blinders on
- 56:42Speaker 3: and don't don't worry about it. But I don't know.
- 56:45Speaker 3: I don't think this was you know, the more I
- 56:47Speaker 3: think about the elections last Tuesday, you know, the Democrats
- 56:50Speaker 3: were going to probably win Virginia and New Jersey anyway,
- 56:54Speaker 3: and and New York was just Democrats against Democrats. So
- 56:58Speaker 3: was it was it that bad? I don't I don't
- 57:00Speaker 3: think it really.
- 57:01Speaker 2: Was no, but the idea snap. You have forty two
- 57:05Speaker 2: million people on that program. That's a ridiculous number. It's
- 57:09Speaker 2: up forty percent since Biden became president. I mean he
- 57:14Speaker 2: You know a lot of it had to do with COVID.
- 57:17Speaker 2: You know, they were just getting first, they were jacked up.
- 57:19Speaker 3: They jacked up all be a monthly, allot months and
- 57:22Speaker 3: then they then they let you claim that if you
- 57:24Speaker 3: that you weren't quote unquote working, so you got it.
- 57:27Speaker 3: So at these people go back to work, or they
- 57:28Speaker 3: decide to work under the table, and they keep getting
- 57:30Speaker 3: the money. I saw Brooke Rollins, the Secretary of Agriculture,
- 57:34Speaker 3: said it's gone from I think got twenty billion in
- 57:39Speaker 3: twenty twenty, in twenty two thousand, year two thousand to
- 57:43Speaker 3: now it's one hundred billion. Yeah, that's a little above
- 57:45Speaker 3: the rate of inflation.
- 57:49Speaker 2: Hey, the Trump arrangement syndrome. You've been following this story
- 57:54Speaker 2: at Jimmy Kimmel's wife, who, yeah, went ballistic, screaming at
- 57:58Speaker 2: family members, don't have you vote for President Trump. My
- 58:01Speaker 2: husband is fighting him and you're voting. Isn't her husband
- 58:05Speaker 2: supposed to just be doing a comedy show. How did
- 58:07Speaker 2: they get themselves so worked up?
- 58:10Speaker 3: It's you know, it's a cult. You know, the Democrat
- 58:15Speaker 3: Party has become a cult. And you know you're a
- 58:19Speaker 3: trumped arrangement syndrome is some kind of fashion accessory, like
- 58:22Speaker 3: pink the purple hair.
- 58:24Speaker 14: You know.
- 58:25Speaker 3: Did you see the guy in Chicago, Raymond Lopez, the Alderman,
- 58:29Speaker 3: you know too. He represents a Hispanic district. I think
- 58:32Speaker 3: it's back of the yards and he so two of
- 58:35Speaker 3: his constituents were killed, a jeweler and his son. They
- 58:39Speaker 3: tried to stop a guy from stealing a necklace and
- 58:43Speaker 3: the guy shot shot both these guys. You know, just
- 58:45Speaker 3: kill them for over a gold necklace. And Lopez put out,
- 58:49Speaker 3: he said, hey, you know all your pain, where are
- 58:51Speaker 3: all the pink and purple haired ladies coming out to
- 58:54Speaker 3: demonstrate against this guy? My constituent's getting killed.
- 58:58Speaker 2: I thought it was beautiful, but this Trump derangement syndrome,
- 59:03Speaker 2: you know, the guy? What is it about this guy
- 59:05Speaker 2: that said some up? Is it that he's everything that
- 59:07Speaker 2: tried to stamp out like the old fashioned nineteen fifties
- 59:10Speaker 2: macho American kind of a five.
- 59:13Speaker 3: I think that has a lot to do with it,
- 59:15Speaker 3: you know, I mean, I think people from the Northeast especially,
- 59:18Speaker 3: you know, kind of kind of relate to the guy
- 59:20Speaker 3: because he's he's like he's like one of us, you know,
- 59:23Speaker 3: and that's that's what that's his whole strength. And actually
- 59:27Speaker 3: in all of Middle America, not just the Northeast, and
- 59:31Speaker 3: these people just think they're they're beyond all that. We
- 59:33Speaker 3: have this judge in Boston, his name was Mark Wolfe,
- 59:38Speaker 3: and he just he was a retired he's seventy eight,
- 59:41Speaker 3: he's a senior status and he retired in a big
- 59:45Speaker 3: huff and had a big piece in the Atlantic the
- 59:47Speaker 3: other day about how I am I can't take working
- 59:52Speaker 3: for trumpety more and I can't speak out. Yeah, I mean,
- 59:55Speaker 3: the guy is insane. He's just he's got Trump arrangement syndrome.
- 59:58Speaker 3: Mark I was forced to put out something from a
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: from an FBI file from nineteen eighty three when he
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: was leaking information to the to the mafia about about
- 1:00:10Speaker 3: the weather Hill Gang. And he didn't know, he was
- 1:00:12Speaker 3: just trying to brag. It was what Jerry and Julie
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: used to call an unconscious stool pigeon. And he would
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: talk to these guys and they'd run back and so
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: he's now he's making himself out like he's this hero
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: prosecutor and he was, and he was, as Jerry and
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: Julia used to say, an unconscious stool pigeon. Yeah, and
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: I got it all. I tweeted. I tweeted out the
- 1:00:31Speaker 3: whole thing yesterday, the FBI file on this guy. And
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: he's just a he's just such a but he said
- 1:00:38Speaker 3: all these judges are crazy, you know, the you know,
- 1:00:40Speaker 3: the the joke about judges. What's the difference between a
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: federal judge and God?
- 1:00:44Speaker 14: What?
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: God doesn't think he's a federal judge.
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: Make sure you follow how we car on Twitter. Great
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: stuff there. You're in Boston. You got a crazy left
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: wing kook of a mayor's socialist conrade, So give us
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: some advice. How are we going to get through this?
- 1:01:03Speaker 3: Call the moving van, that's what he lost. And if
- 1:01:08Speaker 3: you've got any real estate, especially commercial real estate, sell
- 1:01:12Speaker 3: you know, even to take a loss because the you know,
- 1:01:14Speaker 3: whatever loss you take today is going to be worse tomorrow.
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: And I think Nani is worse than than Michelle Wou.
- 1:01:22Speaker 3: I really do. I mean this guy, I there's just
- 1:01:26Speaker 3: there's there's not going to be any rains on him.
- 1:01:28Speaker 3: I don't think is.
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: There Well, everybody's appointed this from the Deblasio administration. So
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: we got through Deblasia. It wasn't good, but we got
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: through eight years of him. We'll get through that. Well,
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: you're laughing at me. We'll get through this. Well, we know.
- 1:01:44Speaker 3: Yeah, But I mean, you know, de Blasio was insane,
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: but you know he was. You know, there were there
- 1:01:49Speaker 3: were some checks and balances on There are there any
- 1:01:52Speaker 3: checks and balances on this guy? Is there? Is there
- 1:01:54Speaker 3: anybody left on the city council who's going to stand
- 1:01:56Speaker 3: up to him?
- 1:01:57Speaker 12: No?
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: Actually, they just voted in a lot more woke idiots
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: on this any council.
- 1:02:00Speaker 3: That's right. I mean, yeah, So Burrell he's gone. He was,
- 1:02:04Speaker 3: he was. You know, I don't know how much you
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: can do, you know, one out of fifty for fifty five.
- 1:02:09Speaker 3: But I mean at least he was out there to
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: you know, you know, beat the drums against him. I mean,
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: who's going to do that?
- 1:02:15Speaker 14: Now?
- 1:02:15Speaker 3: That's the problem I got in Boston. We're down to
- 1:02:18Speaker 3: like two people out of thirteen on the city council
- 1:02:21Speaker 3: who you know will say it, will you know, speak
- 1:02:24Speaker 3: speak out? Okay?
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: But you still live and work in Boston. It's okay, right,
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: I mean you're still there.
- 1:02:32Speaker 3: Well, I'm there for five months and twenty nine days.
- 1:02:35Speaker 3: I'm in Florida for the other the six months.
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: Today, if I went to Boston right now and walking around,
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: it seems fine, doesn't it.
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: Yeah, it's I mean, it's it's it's just not what
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: it used to be. I mean, the restaurants there, I mean,
- 1:02:50Speaker 3: it's it's you know, it's like it's like they said,
- 1:02:54Speaker 3: I think it was Hemingway said about going bankrupt first
- 1:02:56Speaker 3: gradually then suddenly you know you'll notice, You'll notice restaurants,
- 1:03:01Speaker 3: you know, like the marginal restaurants will we'll go and
- 1:03:04Speaker 3: and you know, the marginal neighborhoods will start to slip,
- 1:03:07Speaker 3: and you know it won't be you won't notice it
- 1:03:09Speaker 3: on you know, Park Avenue or something for I don't
- 1:03:12Speaker 3: think for a while. But it's I mean, who's who's
- 1:03:17Speaker 3: left in the middle class. I mean, you know the
- 1:03:19Speaker 3: how many far rockaway neighborhoods are left in New York City?
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: Mark, Well, you're right, not a lot. But well thanks
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: for sharing us up.
- 1:03:29Speaker 3: Wait, I go through the same thing in Boston. Now
- 1:03:32Speaker 3: we have like two hundred and fifty precincts, and like
- 1:03:34Speaker 3: maybe fifty of them are still you know, majority normal Americans.
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: Oh all right, this is getting very depressive.
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: I'm sorry, Mark, all right.
