- 1:53Speaker 5: two decades. And when you say, hey, you ready to
- 1:56Speaker 5: go on something? He gives you, eh.
- 1:58Speaker 6: We can give you another segment or two.
- 2:00Speaker 3: Have they been ready to go?
- 2:04Speaker 5: It's not like we're a day past when they were.
- 2:06Speaker 3: What did you just say?
- 2:07Speaker 6: What did you say? No, literally, what did you just.
- 2:10Speaker 3: What words just.
- 2:11Speaker 6: Came out of your mouth?
- 2:13Speaker 5: That former Fred, what are you....
- 2:18Speaker 3: I said they've been ready to go, but chat GPT,
- 2:21Speaker 3: George Paul Thomas, was messing around. He wasn't putting in
- 2:24Speaker 3: the same format as he has the last couple weeks.
- 2:26Speaker 5: Buddy, you're a day late already.
- 2:28Speaker 6: You have been beefing with chat for like a week straight.
- 2:31Speaker 5: I told y'all, it's a love-hate. It's a love-hate.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Stop using it.
- 2:34Speaker 5: Why?
- 2:37Speaker 3: Situations like this.
- 2:38Speaker 5: Don't talk crazy.
- 2:39Speaker 3: It's all I got, man.
- 2:41Speaker 6: Taylor, don't be unreasonable.
- 2:42Speaker 3: I know. Dumbest thing anyone's ever said on this show.
- 2:45Speaker 3: You should just stay upset.
- 2:47Speaker 5: You're right. Thank you.
- 2:49Speaker 3: Hey, I just emailed it to you, though. So it
- 2:51Speaker 3: is ready. I told you it was ready. It's been ready.
- 2:54Speaker 3: He had it finally got in the format. And then
- 2:56Speaker 3: it was ready. Then the internet stopped. A lot going
- 3:00Speaker 3: on right now. A lot going on. Guys, people don't
- 3:02Speaker 3: understand my hardships.
- 3:05Speaker 6: People don't know what goes into doing a three-hour radio show.
- 3:07Speaker 6: They just don't get it.
- 3:08Speaker 3: They just don't know.
- 3:09Speaker 6: They don't get it. They don't get dealing with chat.
- 3:17Speaker 5: This is totally random, but while you're getting ready, I'm
- 3:19Speaker 5: sitting here and I'm watching some baseball highlights in the
- 3:22Speaker 5: studio and the Yankees lose and it's showing the Padres
- 3:25Speaker 5: and Brewers game. Is anybody watching these games nationally?
- 3:32Speaker 6: I did not watch a little. I usually watch postseason.
- 3:36Speaker 7: I'll watch MLB here and there throughout the season, but
- 3:39Speaker 7: I'm usually locked in on postseason baseball because it's so
- 3:42Speaker 7: fun to watch.
- 3:43Speaker 6: I haven't watched a single second of postseason baseball.
- 3:47Speaker 3: There's too much going to win right now.
- 3:49Speaker 5: Yeah, I would love to see the numbers that all
- 3:52Speaker 5: three games yesterday did, and I'd love to compare them
- 3:55Speaker 5: to a Florida-South Carolina game this weekend.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Oh, I think Florida-South Carolina beats it.
- 4:04Speaker 5: Maybe.
- 4:05Speaker 6: I'll do some research.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:07Speaker 3: I normally tune into the World Series. I mean, I'm
- 4:09Speaker 3: not a big Major League guy, but... College doesn't get
- 4:13Speaker 3: as much viewership as we think here in Louisiana.
- 4:16Speaker 5: That's what I'm saying. NFL regular season blows every single
- 4:21Speaker 5: one of them. You can probably combine them. Yeah, for sure.
- 4:24Speaker 5: I'm just curious, college. Because you don't hear people talking
- 4:33Speaker 5: Major League Baseball anymore. If it wasn't for being in
- 4:39Speaker 5: this studio right now, and look, I watched the Braves
- 4:41Speaker 5: game because I'm a Braves fan, but if it wasn't
- 4:43Speaker 5: for being in this studio right now, I'm not sure
- 4:45Speaker 5: that I would know what was going on. That was
- 4:50Speaker 5: a nice rob of a home run that would have
- 4:51Speaker 5: tied the game.
- 4:58Speaker 3: So this is just like an initial search here. Division
- 5:05Speaker 3: series is averaging 3.27 million viewers. Now, I don't know
- 5:10Speaker 3: if that's accurate, but that's what it's telling me.
- 5:12Speaker 8: This is four weeks through 2026. Average SEC football game, 4.54 million.
- 5:18Speaker 5: Okay.
- 5:19Speaker 7: So game one of just Tampa Bay Yankees averaged 3.51 million.
- 5:25Speaker 7: And then game two was $ 4.
- 5:27Speaker 6: 3 million.
- 5:28Speaker 5: So, yeah. And that's the Yankees. College football is the
- 5:33Speaker 5: number two sport in America, right?
- 5:35Speaker 8: Yeah, well, and I specifically went SEC, too, because you
- 5:38Speaker 8: mentioned Florida, South Carolina.
- 5:39Speaker 5: A random game. I'm not talking Alabama, Georgia. That number
- 5:44Speaker 5: is going to be big. Just trying to think of, like,
- 5:48Speaker 5: an unranked South Carolina team. I mean, college football has
- 5:56Speaker 5: officially taken over.
- 5:58Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 6:00Speaker 6: Is your list ready?
- 6:03Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 6:04Speaker 3: I got it. You got it?
- 6:06Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 6:06Speaker 3: Hey, here's a random one. Missouri-Florida game.
- 6:10Speaker 5: Average 4.44.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Wow.
- 6:11Speaker 5: Wow.
- 6:14Speaker 3: Wow. But to compare, that's an average, like a random.
- 6:19Speaker 3: A random NFL game is about 20 million.
- 6:21Speaker 6: Yeah, you just put Mizzou in that.
- 6:24Speaker 3: Does that count as an SEC game? I actually said it,
- 6:27Speaker 3: and that was a mistake. I wonder what Missouri-Kansas did.
- 6:31Speaker 3: That did numbers. It probably did better. I'm just saying, like,
- 6:36Speaker 3: it's crazy. You think about some of these contracts.
- 6:38Speaker 5: You think about all this money, and the playoff games
- 6:40Speaker 5: are getting less than a random SEC regular season game.
- 6:46Speaker 5: It's interesting.
- 6:47Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 6:47Speaker 5: All right, Matthew. Sorry. Take it away.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Are you all ready?
- 6:52Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 6:53Speaker 5: Oh, boy.
- 6:54Speaker 3: Everybody but you is ready. Can I be honest with y'all?
- 6:56Speaker 3: A day late and a dollar short. Can I be
- 6:57Speaker 3: honest with y'all?
- 6:58Speaker 6: Please be honest.
- 6:59Speaker 3: This is quarterback rankings.
- 7:00Speaker 5: Right here.
- 7:00Speaker 3: These are my honest rankings.
- 7:02Speaker 6: I can't.
- 7:03Speaker 3: You're not lying? I'm not lying. These are quarterback rankings
- 7:08Speaker 3: in the National Football League through, count, one, two, three,
- 7:13Speaker 3: four weeks. There's been a lot of surprises this year.
- 7:17Speaker 3: Who's at the.
- 7:17Speaker 5: Bottom, Matt?
- 7:18Speaker 3: Oh, dude, I told him to use the real pictures.
- 7:20Speaker 6: God.
- 7:21Speaker 3: He still plays for the Vikings. Well, I didn't check this.
- 7:24Speaker 3: Y'all pushed me. Y'all rushed me. I didn't check them.
- 7:26Speaker 3: We didn't rush you.
- 7:27Speaker 5: You're a day late.
- 7:28Speaker 3: We're off to a great start. Okay. Let's not talk
- 7:31Speaker 3: about this day late thing. Okay.
- 7:32Speaker 6: Let's let him get through the rankings.
- 7:34Speaker 5: Yeah. Okay.
- 7:35Speaker 6: I didn't check it.
- 7:36Speaker 3: Y'all pushed me. We don't usually do this till 830.
- 7:38Speaker 3: Just want y'all to know that.
- 7:40Speaker 5: On Wednesday. On Wednesday. Today's Thursday. Okay.
- 7:44Speaker 6: Matt, you have the floor.
- 7:45Speaker 7: Okay.
- 7:45Speaker 3: I won't spend.
- 7:46Speaker 5: We just want to do.
- 7:48Speaker 3: We want to do eye in the sky next week.
- 7:49Speaker 5: Give the people your. Quarterback rankings. Where he did it.
- 7:52Speaker 3: That's why these weren't ready.
- 7:53Speaker 6: Okay, let's go.
- 7:56Speaker 3: Kirk Duggins. Number nine. Lamar Jackson. He falls down a
- 8:04Speaker 3: little bit. He's always going to be, you know, as
- 8:06Speaker 3: long as they're winning and he's playing pretty decent, he's
- 8:09Speaker 3: going to be in this top ten. I don't know.
- 8:12Speaker 3: The top five is going to be hard to crack.
- 8:15Speaker 3: It's going to be tough for him. I think for
- 8:16Speaker 3: the last couple years, Lamar Jackson has... Ben, a guy
- 8:20Speaker 3: that has probably most people put him in the top five.
- 8:23Speaker 3: I mean, he's won MVP twice. But right now, we
- 8:25Speaker 3: got him at number nine. He's thrown for almost 1,000
- 8:28Speaker 3: yards this year. Rushed for a few more. Let's go
- 8:32Speaker 3: to number eight.
- 8:33Speaker 8: Nice.
- 8:34Speaker 5: There you go. Jared Goff.
- 8:35Speaker 3: He stays the same. I don't know if he's ever
- 8:36Speaker 3: going to go anywhere.
- 8:39Speaker 6: Steady Eddie.
- 8:39Speaker 3: He's just steady Eddie. Always. I'm upset right now.
- 8:46Speaker 5: Why?
- 8:47Speaker 6: Because... Those stats are wrong?
- 8:50Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 8:52Speaker 3: I just looked at them.
- 8:53Speaker 6: I'm shocked that these stats are wrong.
- 8:56Speaker 3: Wait, what? I've been working on this for an hour, too.
- 8:58Speaker 3: I confirmed stats with him. He's got more touchdowns than not.
- 9:02Speaker 3: Then he made the graphics.
- 9:03Speaker 6: He's got nine touchdowns.
- 9:04Speaker 3: He's got nine touchdowns and zero interceptions. Yeah, this is 8-3. 1,214 yards.
- 9:09Speaker 6: Where did you get this stuff?
- 9:12Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 9:14Speaker 5: We should pull the plug on this. Keep going. I'm
- 9:16Speaker 5: loving it. Seven. Dak Prescott. Whoa!
- 9:20Speaker 3: We're just going to say the names. We're not even
- 9:22Speaker 3: going to read the stats. We're going to read them
- 9:24Speaker 3: right here. He's got eight touchdowns, one interception on the year, 1,066 yards.
- 9:28Speaker 3: He's having, I think they're 2-2 right now, and they've
- 9:32Speaker 3: lost some games. The Cowboys have been a little bit
- 9:34Speaker 3: of a joke here and there. They always kind of are,
- 9:36Speaker 3: but you can't argue with his play. He's playing well. Yeah,
- 9:39Speaker 3: he's got two really good receivers, but, man, this is
- 9:42Speaker 3: two years in a row. Like, last year played, had
- 9:44Speaker 3: his best season this year, so I couldn't ignore it.
- 9:48Speaker 3: I tried to ignore it. but I couldn't any longer.
- 9:50Speaker 3: He's going to be number seven. Let's go number six.
- 9:56Speaker 5: Boom.
- 9:57Speaker 6: Hey, still on it.
- 10:00Speaker 3: Tyler shuck number six okay i made a tweet the
- 10:02Speaker 3: other day i thought he's top five after looking at
- 10:06Speaker 3: it and trying to figure out this top 10 list
- 10:10Speaker 3: i realized is that will levis's picture i think no
- 10:13Speaker 3: that's that's like he's a little bit that's a little
- 10:15Speaker 3: bit more standard looking which is hard to do um
- 10:22Speaker 3: Tyler Shuck, nine touchdowns, three interceptions, 1,198 yards on the season.
- 10:28Speaker 3: We all know. I don't have to explain it. The
- 10:30Speaker 3: Saints aren't very good right now.
- 10:33Speaker 9: No.
- 10:34Speaker 3: Now, what a difference one game makes because last week
- 10:37Speaker 3: at this time we were saying the Saints are really good.
- 10:40Speaker 3: Their one and two is actually pretty decent just because
- 10:43Speaker 3: of the schedule they played, how they've looked, how they've played.
- 10:46Speaker 3: You can't ignore this past Monday for the team. But
- 10:49Speaker 3: one of the bright spots has been Tyler Shuck. And
- 10:52Speaker 3: a lot of this list that I make is like,
- 10:55Speaker 3: how would I go about creating a team myself? And
- 10:59Speaker 3: he has been a huge, like even in that loss
- 11:02Speaker 3: on Monday, I was watching, I was like, man, he's
- 11:04Speaker 3: doing some really good things. He's just, there's nobody helping
- 11:08Speaker 3: this dude. So Saints fans, at least from a quarterback standpoint,
- 11:14Speaker 3: You are in a good spot at that position, which
- 11:16Speaker 3: is the hardest one to get right. It's the hardest
- 11:18Speaker 3: one to find. They just got to help a man,
- 11:22Speaker 3: and I'm going to write this past game off as
- 11:26Speaker 3: a bad game.
- 11:26Speaker 5: It's one game. You got to give them something in
- 11:28Speaker 5: the running game.
- 11:29Speaker 3: Yeah, guess what? A lot of football left.
- 11:31Speaker 6: So much football left.
- 11:32Speaker 3: 13 games in the regular season, then plus the obvious
- 11:34Speaker 3: playoff run they're going to make. Let's go to number five.
- 11:38Speaker 5: Whoa.
- 11:41Speaker 3: I get it. What's up, Josh Allen?
- 11:42Speaker 5: Hey, Brett. Guess what?
- 11:44Speaker 3: You were number one, then you were number two, then three.
- 11:49Speaker 3: We skipped over four. Guess what? Now you're number five.
- 11:55Speaker 3: Josh Allen is Josh Allen. He is still one of
- 11:57Speaker 3: the best players overall, but from a quarterback standpoint, still
- 12:02Speaker 3: not doing the best, man. He's six touchdowns on the year,
- 12:05Speaker 3: three interceptions, and... As long as they're winning, you can
- 12:09Speaker 3: ignore mistakes that he makes. Because he's always, like, he's
- 12:13Speaker 3: got this, he's got this, like, gunslinger mentality. He's got this,
- 12:19Speaker 3: he makes mistakes every now and then, right? And he's, like,
- 12:21Speaker 3: especially early in his career, he always made, like, a
- 12:23Speaker 3: mistake a game, right? He still makes these mistakes a
- 12:26Speaker 3: little bit. They're few and far between now. But he's
- 12:29Speaker 3: going to fall three spots in my top ten list
- 12:33Speaker 3: to top, to number five.
- 12:35Speaker 1: And.
- 12:36Speaker 3: They lose this past weekend, I believe, to the Patriots.
- 12:40Speaker 3: Drake May finally put something together and had a day. But, yeah,
- 12:44Speaker 3: I'm going to keep him in the top five. Obviously,
- 12:46Speaker 3: he's Josh Allen, reigning MVP two years ago. And I
- 12:51Speaker 3: don't know. When they lose, it kind of leaves a
- 12:54Speaker 3: bad taste in your mouth. But there's other guys that
- 12:56Speaker 3: are playing so well, I could not ignore them. So
- 12:58Speaker 3: let's go to number four. T-Law, Trevor Lawrence, Jaguars. Are
- 13:06Speaker 3: they the best team in the NFL right now?
- 13:08Speaker 5: Duval. Nice.
- 13:10Speaker 6: I love that so much.
- 13:11Speaker 3: That's the best, right? They are at least a top
- 13:14Speaker 3: two team in the AFC right now, them and the Chiefs.
- 13:18Speaker 3: And he is playing very well, seeing the field very well,
- 13:21Speaker 3: operating the offense, making really good throws. Not these, like,
- 13:24Speaker 3: big gaudy stats or anything. He's thrown for 843 yards.
- 13:28Speaker 3: He's got eight touchdowns to two interceptions. but operating the
- 13:32Speaker 3: offense very well. They're throwing things at him, and he's
- 13:36Speaker 3: not being affected. Just go watch him play, and their
- 13:40Speaker 3: offense is operating efficiently, and he's been fun to watch.
- 13:44Speaker 3: I mean, a guy that was, I don't know if
- 13:46Speaker 3: anybody ever mentioned Bust next to his name, but he
- 13:50Speaker 3: certainly wasn't ever at the top of anybody's list.
- 13:53Speaker 8: No, I mean, dude, he had a two-year stretch where
- 13:56Speaker 8: he looked like he was going to be replaced.
- 13:57Speaker 3: Absolutely. It wasn't until Cohen got there last year he
- 14:00Speaker 3: kind of revamped things. He's been awesome. Yeah, what Cohen's
- 14:03Speaker 3: been to him is the same thing as Ben Johnson's
- 14:07Speaker 3: been to Caleb. He's just a little bit younger in
- 14:09Speaker 3: his career. T-Law's been in the NFL a little bit longer.
- 14:12Speaker 3: But excited to watch him play. That's a good football team.
- 14:15Speaker 3: That is a really good football team. So look out
- 14:17Speaker 3: for them.
- 14:18Speaker 5: All right. Number three. Ooh.
- 14:22Speaker 3: Six spots. That's a big jump. That is a big jump.
- 14:25Speaker 3: I think it's well-deserved. This is one of those deals
- 14:27Speaker 3: that I couldn't ignore. Bryce Young, my third-best quarterback. In
- 14:32Speaker 3: the NFL thus far through four weeks. Do I have
- 14:36Speaker 3: doubts that he will stay there? Yeah, I got some
- 14:39Speaker 3: big doubts. I don't know. But I can't ignore it.
- 14:42Speaker 3: So this is the first time I watched a full
- 14:44Speaker 3: game of theirs. I watched his play because in the past,
- 14:48Speaker 3: he has not been that good. He's been inconsistent. He'll
- 14:50Speaker 3: have flashes. He'll have moments. He'll have these games where
- 14:53Speaker 3: he's pretty good. But he's consistently put four nice weeks together.
- 14:56Speaker 3: So I watched him play this past week in detail.
- 15:00Speaker 3: And I was like, this guy understands what they're trying
- 15:04Speaker 3: to do offensively. He's running these, it's kind of like
- 15:08Speaker 3: an RPO that they do. But he has the option
- 15:11Speaker 3: to pull it and, like, throw it to the slot
- 15:13Speaker 3: guy just, like, on a little, like, a hot seam.
- 15:16Speaker 3: He's not really running around. He's doing some really nice things.
- 15:20Speaker 3: And it is not by accident. that he's thrown for 1,268 yards.
- 15:26Speaker 3: He's got nine touchdowns to two interceptions. Just impressive body
- 15:30Speaker 3: of work. And I kind of rolled my eyes at
- 15:34Speaker 3: myself when I was thinking about it. I mean, how
- 15:36Speaker 3: do I put anybody else that's behind him right now,
- 15:40Speaker 3: how do I put them in.
- 15:41Speaker 5: Front of him right now? He's playing incredible.
- 15:43Speaker 3: He's playing at an MVP level, and I still think
- 15:45Speaker 3: he's like plus 3,000. Oh, so they moved a lot?
- 15:47Speaker 5: Huh?
- 15:50Speaker 6: It was plus 5,000 when we looked the other day.
- 15:51Speaker 3: It was plus three on one and plus five on another.
- 15:53Speaker 4: Oh, okay.
- 15:54Speaker 5: Plus eight on another.
- 15:55Speaker 3: Oh, okay. Never mind then.
- 15:56Speaker 5: Dang.
- 15:57Speaker 3: So.
- 15:59Speaker 6: So we putting 10 on that?
- 16:01Speaker 5: I put 10 on it already.
- 16:02Speaker 3: All right. Let's go to number two.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Boom.
- 16:05Speaker 3: Patrick Mahomes. These, my top two, are going to remain
- 16:09Speaker 3: the same. I'm pretty sure Patrick was number two last week.
- 16:12Speaker 3: It says it moved up one. He's Patrick Mahomes, y'all. 1,037.
- 16:18Speaker 3: Nine touchdowns, two interceptions. The Chiefs are back. They look good.
- 16:23Speaker 3: They look dangerous. Is it the Chiefs and then everybody
- 16:26Speaker 3: else this year? We will see. But history, if history
- 16:30Speaker 3: can tell us anything, when they're good, they're going to
- 16:33Speaker 3: be in the Super Bowl.
- 16:34Speaker 5: If that's what the history tells us.
- 16:36Speaker 3: I don't necessarily mean they're going to win it, but
- 16:38Speaker 3: it means they're probably going to be in it as
- 16:40Speaker 3: long as he stays healthy. And I don't know how
- 16:42Speaker 3: he did it, but he's healthy. Number one, Mr. Brock Burgess.
- 16:48Speaker 3: I don't think you did anything real sexy. There weren't
- 16:50Speaker 3: any viral clips of you playing this past week, but
- 16:53Speaker 3: you know what?
- 16:53Speaker 5: You win.
- 16:53Speaker 3: What did he throw for there? Like 220, two touchdowns?
- 16:56Speaker 5: Yeah, super boring.
- 16:57Speaker 3: He was clean.
- 16:57Speaker 5: Super boring. Efficient.
- 16:59Speaker 3: Both the teams. Quarterbacks for the number one and two
- 17:02Speaker 3: spot on my list, 4-0.
- 17:06Speaker 5: Yeah, we had Mike McDonald on the show, Seahawks head
- 17:09Speaker 5: coach yesterday, and he was just waxing poetic about Brock
- 17:12Speaker 5: Purdy and All the things that he can do and
- 17:15Speaker 5: all the things that you try to prepare for when
- 17:17Speaker 5: you're playing against Rock Purdy and just had the highest
- 17:19Speaker 5: praise for him. He doesn't get the love that a
- 17:22Speaker 5: lot of these other quarterbacks get, but let me just
- 17:25Speaker 5: tell you, when you're preparing for him, he should get
- 17:28Speaker 5: all of it.
- 17:28Speaker 3: Yeah, on this show he gets the praise because he's
- 17:30Speaker 3: the best quarterback in the NFL through four weeks. Who
- 17:33Speaker 3: got kicked out, Taylor?
- 17:35Speaker 5: Next slide. Perfect.
- 17:40Speaker 3: Joe Burrow got kicked out, previous number four. You're out
- 17:43Speaker 3: of here. You're going to be back in, but for
- 17:45Speaker 3: this week, you're out of here. Your team's got a booty.
- 17:49Speaker 8: It's going to be tough going. There's a chance Chase
- 17:52Speaker 8: and Higgins both don't play this weekend.
- 17:54Speaker 6: I picked up Gusecki.
- 17:56Speaker 3: Yeah, that's a good pickup. I mean, he's still throwing
- 17:58Speaker 3: for yards, and he's still playing pretty well. He got
- 18:00Speaker 3: some interceptions this past week, but, like, he did it
- 18:02Speaker 3: without his number one target. For those reasons, you're out
- 18:06Speaker 3: of the top ten. Who's feeling frisky, Taylor? Got a few.
- 18:10Speaker 3: Marcus Mariota feeling frisky. The Sean Massage Watson feeling frisky. Yeah,
- 18:16Speaker 3: he's always.
- 18:17Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 18:18Speaker 6: I mean, he's like always in that list.
- 18:20Speaker 3: That's what got him in trouble. Stafford feeling frisky. Here's
- 18:23Speaker 3: my preseason one. Yeah, he's feeling frisky. What's this next category, Taylor?
- 18:29Speaker 3: This is bad with a chance to be decent. Jordan Love,
- 18:31Speaker 3: you're bad. Baker Mayfield, you're bad. But there is hope
- 18:36Speaker 3: for y'all. Both these guys chance to be decent. There
- 18:39Speaker 3: is one person who does not have a chance. Jake,
- 18:43Speaker 3: you want to read this one?
- 18:47Speaker 5: It says booty cheeks.
- 18:49Speaker 6: Who is it?
- 18:50Speaker 5: Madison Beer's fiance. Dang.
- 18:55Speaker 6: That's degrading.
- 18:56Speaker 3: You don't even get to name the guy? He's just
- 18:58Speaker 3: a plus one? He gets a fake picture, though.
- 19:02Speaker 5: Look.
- 19:03Speaker 3: I feel like Sean Watson's picture.
- 19:05Speaker 5: I am realistic with what the Chargers are and who
- 19:08Speaker 5: Justin Herbert has been. Flynn's still hanging on to a
- 19:12Speaker 5: little bit of hope.
- 19:13Speaker 3: I said bad with a chance to be decent.
- 19:15Speaker 5: Jordan Love's booty cheeks, too.
- 19:17Speaker 3: No, dude. It ain't the same.
- 19:18Speaker 5: He's booty cheeks.
- 19:20Speaker 3: He's got better receivers, but he hasn't been great either. That's, like,
- 19:23Speaker 3: the only difference.
- 19:24Speaker 5: Booty.
- 19:25Speaker 3: He's got better receivers. Jordan Love does. Lad's been in
- 19:29Speaker 3: and out of the lineup. They got nobody outside of that.
- 19:32Speaker 6: Reed's not in the Packers one.
- 19:34Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 19:35Speaker 3: But, I mean, they got Christian Watson and Matthew Golden
- 19:37Speaker 3: have been great this year.
- 19:38Speaker 5: True. Tucker Kraft's not bad.
- 19:39Speaker 3: Tucker Kraft's not bad.
- 19:40Speaker 5: He was Look, they're both cheeks. Just keep yourself open.
- 19:44Speaker 3: One guy was, he's super booty cheeks and he shouldn't be.
- 19:47Speaker 3: You attach yourself to a bad woman, that's what happens.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Whoa.
- 19:50Speaker 5: Hey, hey.
- 19:51Speaker 6: Medicine beer catching straights.
- 19:53Speaker 5: We are not about to do that. That is wild
- 19:56Speaker 5: behavior that he just did that.
- 19:58Speaker 3: All I can say.
- 19:59Speaker 6: Oh, you want to blame the woman?
- 20:00Speaker 5: That's wild that he just did that.
- 20:02Speaker 7: Justin Herbert's playing like ass and it's her fault?
- 20:05Speaker 3: It's the first time.
- 20:06Speaker 5: That's wild.
- 20:07Speaker 8: That's like, clearly it's the toxic female.
- 20:09Speaker 3: First time's the.
- 20:10Speaker 6: We're about to get so many phone calls.
- 20:12Speaker 5: We should, too. Oh, my God.
- 20:14Speaker 3: We're going to get so many.
- 20:15Speaker 7: Now I get why that guy called saying that we
- 20:17Speaker 7: hate women.
- 20:18Speaker 3: That has nothing to do.
- 20:20Speaker 6: You made it to do with her.
- 20:21Speaker 5: You did.
- 20:22Speaker 6: You said that bad woman.
- 20:24Speaker 5: You just said bad woman. You don't even know this person.
- 20:28Speaker 3: He was drafted in 2020. I'm dead. They said he
- 20:34Speaker 3: might be the greatest quarterback to ever play the game.
- 20:36Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 20:36Speaker 3: He's played good. Really good. His entire career. Except for
- 20:40Speaker 3: this one. What's different? You know, Matt, like, a lot
- 20:43Speaker 3: of people don't want to hear it.
- 20:44Speaker 5: Maybe a new offensive coordinator. I don't know.
- 20:46Speaker 3: But your investigative journalism, it's been pretty good. Like, that's
- 20:49Speaker 3: the common denominator.
- 20:50Speaker 1: It is.
- 20:51Speaker 3: The more you think about it.
- 20:53Speaker 5: No. He's got a new coordinator.
- 20:55Speaker 3: He does.
- 20:55Speaker 5: My big Daniel.
- 20:58Speaker 3: How bad has that been?
- 20:59Speaker 5: Well, obviously, that's the reason.
- 21:01Speaker 6: I don't think that.
- 21:01Speaker 5: Okay.
- 21:02Speaker 6: So they had that video on. Actually, never mind.
- 21:06Speaker 5: I'm not.
- 21:06Speaker 6: We're, like, way past a break.
- 21:08Speaker 5: Never mind. That's fine. We'll make it up. Go ahead.
- 21:10Speaker 7: Well, there was a video from the other day where
- 21:13Speaker 7: they had, like, Justin Herbert handed it off, and then
- 21:17Speaker 7: he was in the end zone, and they passed.
- 21:19Speaker 6: It to Justin Herbert. Do you know what I'm talking about?
- 21:21Speaker 6: Did you see this clip? Well, you probably watched the game.
- 21:24Speaker 7: And they were like, what is Mike McDaniel talking about?
- 21:26Speaker 7: Or what was he smoking? And the only thing I can, like, try,
- 21:30Speaker 7: I just don't think that would work with Justin Herbert.
- 21:33Speaker 7: I do think it would work with the other Harbaugh
- 21:34Speaker 7: in New York with Jackson Dart maybe, but Justin Herbert's
- 21:38Speaker 7: not that kind of quarterback.
- 21:40Speaker 5: You're not that guy.
- 21:41Speaker 3: Good comment in the chat. She's going to be pissed
- 21:43Speaker 3: when she sees that.
- 21:43Speaker 6: She really is. She's going to be really mad.
- 21:45Speaker 3: For sure. She's going to catch this one.
- 21:47Speaker 5: She's probably a very nice lady. How do you know?
- 21:53Speaker 6: You indicted her already.
- 21:54Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know if you can take it back now.
- 21:56Speaker 3: You just got to roll with it. Look, I said
- 21:59Speaker 3: there's a common denominator. It's one of two things.
- 22:04Speaker 6: Lady Di about to come up here.
- 22:08Speaker 3: Come on, guys. Yeah, right.
- 22:12Speaker 5: All right, I'm going to take this break before he
- 22:14Speaker 5: incriminates himself anymore. More OTV when we come back here

- 23:56Speaker 3: All right, welcome back in OTV here live from the
- 24:01Speaker 3: Raising Cane's studio.
- 24:25Speaker 9: I'm sitting there.
- 24:30Speaker 5: And I'm listening to the quarterback list and one thing
- 24:35Speaker 5: that is I think apparent in the NFL this year
- 24:41Speaker 5: is you can still be really good even if you
- 24:46Speaker 5: don't have a top 10 quarterback. For sure. Minnesota Vikings.
- 24:51Speaker 5: Good football team.
- 24:52Speaker 1: I know.
- 24:53Speaker 5: And they've had four I know three different quarterbacks, maybe
- 24:57Speaker 5: four throw passes. You've had Carson Wentz. You've had Kyler Murray.
- 25:03Speaker 5: And I think at some point they had.
- 25:06Speaker 3: The Brisbane throw pass?
- 25:07Speaker 5: I think he did. Either way, they've been through the quarterback.
- 25:10Speaker 5: They traded one of them, J.J. McCarthy. But they've had
- 25:13Speaker 5: multiple quarterbacks. They're 4-0. They're really, really good. Seattle has
- 25:18Speaker 5: played Drew Locke, Sam Darnold, back and forth. They're really,
- 25:20Speaker 5: really good. So it is a little bit of a throwback.
- 25:25Speaker 5: to like the early 90s where you can, I'm not
- 25:28Speaker 5: saying to every team, but you can lean a little
- 25:30Speaker 5: bit on the run game. You can play great defense,
- 25:35Speaker 5: and you can still be a really good football team.
- 25:37Speaker 3: Aaron Jones has been awesome.
- 25:39Speaker 5: He's been really good. He's been really good for a
- 25:42Speaker 5: long time. I'm just looking at teams. Okay, so Cleveland,
- 25:45Speaker 5: three and one. Sean Watson, not on your list, and
- 25:48Speaker 5: I get it. All right. The Las Vegas Raiders, three
- 25:52Speaker 5: and one. Kirk Cousins is way down on your list,
- 25:55Speaker 5: and I get it. The New York Giants, two different quarterbacks,
- 25:58Speaker 5: nowhere to be seen on the list. And, again, I
- 26:00Speaker 5: agree with your list. Chicago Bears have had an injury, but, again, 3-1,
- 26:04Speaker 5: not on the list. We're seeing teams kind of go
- 26:09Speaker 5: back to, hey, we're going to establish a run. We're
- 26:11Speaker 5: going to run the football. Quarterbacks take care of the football.
- 26:14Speaker 5: Make the plays when we ask you to make a play,
- 26:16Speaker 5: and let's play some good defense. Let's play winning defense.
- 26:18Speaker 5: It doesn't have to be the 85 Bears. Let's play
- 26:21Speaker 5: winning defense, and let's move forward.
- 26:23Speaker 3: Mm-hmm. I, this really started to come to light last
- 26:29Speaker 3: year with the best offense in the league ran 13 personnel.
- 26:33Speaker 3: Like I know it's been kind of a slow evolution
- 26:36Speaker 3: to this, like throughout the last couple of years. But
- 26:39Speaker 3: the best offense is like, that's why, you know, that's
- 26:44Speaker 3: why when you see something, I hate to shift like
- 26:47Speaker 3: gears here, but that's why when you see something like
- 26:49Speaker 3: Kentucky's offense, it looks different. So like when I watch
- 26:52Speaker 3: Kentucky's offense.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 26:54Speaker 3: That else you'll be facing this weekend, it looks so
- 26:57Speaker 3: much different because it's not in the shotgun every single play.
- 27:01Speaker 3: It's under center, and they do some different things. Hell, Jake,
- 27:04Speaker 3: they even run up with a fullback. And you're seeing, like,
- 27:07Speaker 3: how many teams now in the NFL are carrying a fullback?
- 27:10Speaker 3: There's way more now than there was a couple of
- 27:11Speaker 3: years ago. Now, it's not every team. Hell, when I
- 27:14Speaker 3: was in Green Bay.
- 27:15Speaker 5: We carried two fullbacks every year. Two of them. Yeah.
- 27:19Speaker 5: It's unheard of.
- 27:20Speaker 3: Kuhn actually, like, got the ball.
- 27:23Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 27:23Speaker 3: He was the third down. Yeah, he was a third
- 27:25Speaker 3: down back. A lot because of the trust factor and protection.
- 27:28Speaker 5: Well, yeah. I mean, that's why we're always in there.
- 27:31Speaker 5: It's not to be dynamic with the ball at our hands.
- 27:34Speaker 5: What do you mean by we? White running backs?
- 27:40Speaker 3: There you go.
- 27:41Speaker 8: I mean, it's like Hunter Lipke with the Cowboys. Yeah, he's... Like,
- 27:44Speaker 8: if Javante Williams goes down, Lipke's probably the guy.
- 27:47Speaker 5: Oh, yeah. All right, as you're talking... I'm charting up
- 27:55Speaker 5: the one, two, three, four, five, six, the top six
- 27:58Speaker 5: running teams in the NFL. All right. Of the top.
- 28:03Speaker 5: What's up, Moose? How we doing, brother?
- 28:04Speaker 3: Hey, guys.
- 28:07Speaker 5: Morning. How's it going?
- 28:10Speaker 3: Can't complain.
- 28:11Speaker 5: Yeah, because you didn't have to get up super early.
- 28:13Speaker 3: Exactly. This was easy here.
- 28:16Speaker 2: Just come in, you know, a little call out of
- 28:18Speaker 2: the bullpen, a little just mid-inning change here.
- 28:21Speaker 3: It's a morning show here. Right here, yeah. Then we went,
- 28:24Speaker 3: give me Moose.
- 28:27Speaker 5: The righty. The top six teams in the NFL. What
- 28:30Speaker 5: do you think their combined record is? The teams that
- 28:33Speaker 5: run the football the best in the National Football League.
- 28:39Speaker 5: The Niners.
- 28:40Speaker 3: Definitely the Chiefs. The top six, you said?
- 28:42Speaker 5: Top six teams that run the football.
- 28:44Speaker 3: Chiefs, Niners, Jaguars? No.
- 28:48Speaker 5: They're not in there. I'll give you the teams, and
- 28:49Speaker 5: I'll tell you the record. Chicago 1, Atlanta 2, Kansas
- 28:54Speaker 5: City 3, Baltimore 4, Buffalo 5, San Francisco 6. The
- 28:59Speaker 5: top six teams in the NFL running the football are
- 29:02Speaker 5: combined 19 and 5.
- 29:05Speaker 3: Matters.
- 29:05Speaker 5: If we went to the other side of it and
- 29:07Speaker 5: did passing, not even close. Not even close. It's finding
- 29:14Speaker 5: its way back. And, of course, look, I'm the running back,
- 29:16Speaker 5: so I'm going to point all these things out. But
- 29:19Speaker 5: it is getting closer. to what we knew, and it
- 29:23Speaker 5: was like Thurman Thomas and Emmitt Smith and Barry Sanders,
- 29:26Speaker 5: all the Jerome Bettis, all those 90s running backs, because
- 29:31Speaker 5: the top six teams in passing the football, the Panthers,
- 29:35Speaker 5: the Rams, the Lions, the Saints, the Bengals, the Texans.
- 29:40Speaker 5: Let's see. Two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine.
- 29:46Speaker 5: So that record. Nine and 15. Got to do it.
- 29:55Speaker 5: Pretty drastic. Yeah, it's pretty drastic.
- 29:58Speaker 1: Hmm.
- 30:00Speaker 5: That's going to be in a tweet later. Uh-oh. Kind
- 30:03Speaker 5: of comparing those. Just to, you know, point out some
- 30:05Speaker 5: love from our bees.
- 30:06Speaker 3: Yeah, dude. It's a difference maker. And, you know, NFL
- 30:11Speaker 3: changes so much. NFL is on the cutting edge of
- 30:13Speaker 3: kind of everything when it comes to what's in style,
- 30:18Speaker 3: what's not in style, coming up, creating the best ways
- 30:21Speaker 3: to beat other people. And then when you have GMs
- 30:25Speaker 3: and front offices developing their defenses based on on stopping
- 30:31Speaker 3: a certain type of offense, well, you get a little
- 30:35Speaker 3: bit worse at stopping another type of offense. And then
- 30:37Speaker 3: the offense will catch up to the defense, the defense
- 30:40Speaker 3: will catch up to the offense, and it all happens
- 30:42Speaker 3: over multiple years. But when defenses are built to be
- 30:47Speaker 3: fast and to move side to side, sideline to sideline,
- 30:53Speaker 3: and be able to run a little bit more and
- 30:55Speaker 3: catch up with these high-flying offenses, well, when you throw...
- 31:00Speaker 3: you know, six, six offensive linemen on the field and
- 31:02Speaker 3: a fullback, they're not really built to stop that. And
- 31:05Speaker 3: when you can do it creatively, like the Shanahan's of
- 31:07Speaker 3: the world, like it's, it makes a big difference. And
- 31:11Speaker 3: my God, I mean, Kenneth Walker with the chiefs, you
- 31:13Speaker 3: just throw that guy out there. You throw a guy
- 31:15Speaker 3: like Derek Henry out there. They're definitely not built to
- 31:17Speaker 3: stop that anymore. It's fun to watch honestly. And then
- 31:25Speaker 3: the success that teams have in the NFL doing that, it,
- 31:29Speaker 3: drives me crazy to see colleges do 100 shotgun yeah
- 31:34Speaker 3: it there is i have a pet peeve and it
- 31:37Speaker 3: has taken a knee or spiking the ball out of
- 31:40Speaker 3: shotgun it is i it makes my skin crawl when
- 31:44Speaker 3: i watch it and everybody does it and it's on
- 31:46Speaker 3: a knock on anybody yeah everybody but middle schools high
- 31:50Speaker 3: schools colleges that are 100 gun it's it's it's frustrating
- 31:53Speaker 3: and i get it If you want to be majority that,
- 31:56Speaker 3: it's hard because getting a snap, teaching a center to
- 31:59Speaker 3: snap and all that stuff, like beginner football, it's hard
- 32:02Speaker 3: to do. It's hard to coach that if you don't
- 32:04Speaker 3: do it a lot. But you did it every time.
- 32:07Speaker 3: That was the only way to do it. I remember
- 32:10Speaker 3: in high school, I was like, how cool am I?
- 32:13Speaker 3: I get to go in shotgun for this one running play.
- 32:16Speaker 5: Yes, shotgun. Here we go. Dang, this is so sweet.
- 32:21Speaker 5: All right, we'll take a break. We'll see if Matt
- 32:24Speaker 5: can apologize to Alondra and get her back in here.
- 32:26Speaker 5: But we've got Moose with us right now. More OTB
- 32:28Speaker 5: when we come back.
- 32:30Speaker 4: Off the bench.
- 32:31Speaker 3: What did I do?
- 32:32Speaker 5: I don't know. Alondra stormed out after you said something

- 34:17Speaker 5: We in the bed like All right, welcome back in.
- 34:20Speaker 5: OTB here live from the Razor Cane Studio. Now, tomorrow
- 34:23Speaker 5: is a football Friday, so we're going to be live
- 34:26Speaker 5: at Rouse's Burbank and Lee. Going to be there from
- 34:29Speaker 5: 7 to 10 a.m. Come see us. Come hang out
- 34:32Speaker 5: with us. Come eat breakfast with us. About 7.35 typically
- 34:36Speaker 5: on Fridays. Flynn goes over to the breakfast bar, gets
- 34:39Speaker 5: some eggs, gets some hash browns.
- 34:41Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 34:41Speaker 5: About 9 a.m., your boy here is going to go
- 34:44Speaker 5: get some sushi. That hit last week. That was popping.
- 34:47Speaker 5: I'm just saying.
- 34:48Speaker 3: My guy.
- 34:49Speaker 5: We had a couple of people over from Lafayette that
- 34:52Speaker 5: were sitting there enjoying the show. We appreciate you hopping over. And, well,
- 34:57Speaker 5: one of them got sushi, and I was like, well,
- 34:59Speaker 5: I know what I'm getting.
- 35:00Speaker 3: They got the breakfast bar and sushi.
- 35:01Speaker 5: They did. A little combination, a little combo. Moose, you
- 35:05Speaker 5: with us in the morning? Tomorrow?
- 35:07Speaker 9: No.
- 35:07Speaker 5: No, no, no.
- 35:08Speaker 3: Cassie. That's why Moose was here today.
- 35:10Speaker 5: I was about to say.
- 35:12Speaker 4: No, no, no.
- 35:12Speaker 3: Well, I mean, that was, what was that? We did
- 35:16Speaker 3: two in a row, I think, one time.
- 35:18Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 35:18Speaker 2: But no, Cassie, I'm back with you all next week
- 35:21Speaker 2: for Mississippi State.
- 35:25Speaker 5: Shout out. Mr. Big inside the chat confirmed. Musso doesn't
- 35:30Speaker 5: want to work for Scone anymore. No, he's just filling in.
- 35:34Speaker 5: He's filling in. Alondra's going to Lake Charles to do
- 35:38Speaker 5: Hunt's show live from Lake Charles because LSU and McNeese
- 35:42Speaker 5: have a scrimmage, basketball scrimmage, and so they're going to
- 35:45Speaker 5: do his show and then go stay for the actual scrimmage.
- 35:49Speaker 5: And Alondra's in charge of any remotes here with the station.
- 35:53Speaker 5: So even though she's our producer, Hunt, she does. Wait, she's.
- 35:58Speaker 3: Y'all had me believing she stormed out of here. She did.
- 36:01Speaker 5: Well, she did. Like, that pissed her off. She wasn't
- 36:03Speaker 5: supposed to leave until 9.
- 36:04Speaker 3: Oh, got it, got it, got it. She said, I
- 36:06Speaker 3: can't even look at Matt right now. Can't work with
- 36:09Speaker 3: this guy.
- 36:10Speaker 5: But, hey, don't ever forget where Moose was an OG.
- 36:15Speaker 5: Before the afternoon.
- 36:16Speaker 3: It's true.
- 36:17Speaker 5: Did he love getting up at all? Any of those mornings?
- 36:20Speaker 1: No.
- 36:20Speaker 5: Not one of them.
- 36:23Speaker 2: There was not a single time that I was like, man,
- 36:27Speaker 2: it's 5.30 in.
- 36:28Speaker 3: The morning and I'm on my way to work. This
- 36:30Speaker 3: is great. That never happened. That never happened.
- 36:33Speaker 5: Never felt that runner's high.
- 36:34Speaker 3: No ninja get-ups for Moose.
- 36:35Speaker 5: Never, man.
- 36:37Speaker 3: Moose, when you were driving to work, was like, I'm
- 36:38Speaker 3: ready to conquer this day.
- 36:39Speaker 5: Who was our video producer? Was it Danny back then?
- 36:42Speaker 3: Was it Danny or Nathan?
- 36:43Speaker 2: I think it was a little bit of both. Well,
- 36:46Speaker 2: for you and T-Bob, it was Danny.
- 36:48Speaker 5: It was me, you, and Danny.
- 36:50Speaker 3: Yeah. No jumping like Irish heel kick. It feels like it.
- 37:02Speaker 5: Tay-Tay, give us the LSU Kentucky injury report.
- 37:07Speaker 3: Yeah, it came out about 7 o'clock last night. Bad
- 37:11Speaker 3: news for LSU.
- 37:12Speaker 5: A lot of outs.
- 37:13Speaker 8: The good news is nobody added that wasn't on there
- 37:15Speaker 8: last week. So you're outs for LSU. Traders Green, Whit Weeks,
- 37:19Speaker 8: Deshaun Spears, Phillip Wright, Charles Ross. All of those guys
- 37:22Speaker 8: are out for a while. Spears, Wright, Charles Ross out
- 37:26Speaker 8: for the season. We know that.
- 37:28Speaker 3: For Kentucky, Antoine Smith, who you were asking about yesterday, out.
- 37:33Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 37:34Speaker 8: Jaden Smith, who you were also mentioning, also out. So
- 37:37Speaker 8: there's a lot of guys on their list that are
- 37:39Speaker 8: listed as out. Not on there is Patterson, who had
- 37:43Speaker 8: been banged up. He is not listed as questionable or probable.
- 37:46Speaker 8: He is good to go.
- 37:47Speaker 3: Yeah, that's great.
- 37:47Speaker 8: And DJ Miller, one of their starting receivers that did
- 37:50Speaker 8: not play against South Carolina, he is probable, so he
- 37:53Speaker 8: will probably suit it up.
- 37:54Speaker 3: So a lot of guys that were on the fence
- 37:57Speaker 3: for Kentucky one way or the other.
- 37:59Speaker 8: For LSU, the good news is no new entries.
- 38:02Speaker 5: Yeah, you kind of– you knew– all of that information
- 38:05Speaker 5: for LSU before it was even released. So that is
- 38:09Speaker 5: good news. For Kentucky, TayTay, I would say their linebacker
- 38:14Speaker 5: depth right now is getting tested, to say the least.
- 38:17Speaker 5: And so it's the best part of what they do. Matt,
- 38:20Speaker 5: you broke that down yesterday. But they're missing a couple
- 38:24Speaker 5: of guys. They're missing some pieces that have played some roles.
- 38:28Speaker 5: We mentioned– A DB going to be out for them
- 38:31Speaker 5: as well in Jaden Smith. So they're a little banged
- 38:33Speaker 5: up on the defensive side of the football. We'll have
- 38:35Speaker 5: to see, you know, what happens as far as if
- 38:39Speaker 5: they have one more injury. But for the most part,
- 38:42Speaker 5: the stars of this game for both teams are going
- 38:44Speaker 5: to play. Yeah.
- 38:46Speaker 3: And from what we already did when I was doing
- 38:48Speaker 3: the breakdown, I didn't really realize who, you know, the
- 38:51Speaker 3: injury report did not come out.
- 38:52Speaker 5: I didn't realize who was in, who was out.
- 38:55Speaker 3: That the best, you know, the best pass rushers for
- 38:58Speaker 3: Kentucky are linebackers. Like, the most, the biggest disruptors. Now,
- 39:02Speaker 3: I'm not saying they're, like, it's not Patrick Willis or
- 39:05Speaker 3: anything back there, but, like, they, their defensive line does
- 39:08Speaker 3: not create much of a pass rush. They can't get
- 39:10Speaker 3: off blocks in the running game, and I'm big on
- 39:12Speaker 3: that right now. Like, I'm just hoping, like, the weather doesn't, like,
- 39:16Speaker 3: if the weather stays away for that game, at least,
- 39:20Speaker 3: and I know there's a lot of bigger implications with
- 39:22Speaker 3: the hurricane, so I don't want to, like, skirt over
- 39:24Speaker 3: that fact that get everything. to serious situation, but just
- 39:28Speaker 3: for like, from this game standpoint, if it's not like
- 39:31Speaker 3: a sloppy game, like I would expect LSU's offense to,
- 39:35Speaker 3: to have a day. I think that the play design,
- 39:41Speaker 3: I think the game plan, I think the play callers are,
- 39:44Speaker 3: you know, focused, mature, good enough to realize that there
- 39:48Speaker 3: are some, some deficiencies on the Kentucky defense that other
- 39:53Speaker 3: teams have not realized.
- 39:57Speaker 5: I would say Jaden Smith, by the way, to the
- 39:59Speaker 5: question in the chat is the one of note here.
- 40:01Speaker 5: The other guys were linebackers that have played a little bit.
- 40:05Speaker 5: Now you still got Elijah Barnes right there in the middle,
- 40:07Speaker 5: wearing number zero. If you watched high in the sky,
- 40:10Speaker 5: that was the heavy headed linebacker that was rushing to
- 40:13Speaker 5: South Carolina. Grant Godfrey going to be there. Number 22
- 40:16Speaker 5: as well. Jaden Smith, to me, is going to be
- 40:19Speaker 5: the one that, you know, that's a guy that last week,
- 40:23Speaker 5: just last week against South Carolina, he had four tackles
- 40:26Speaker 5: and a TFL. So he was very involved a week
- 40:28Speaker 5: ago against South Carolina. He is going to be out.
- 40:31Speaker 5: And another name to add to the, hey, that guy
- 40:35Speaker 5: looks familiar list, Ahmad Breaux is on this Kentucky defense,
- 40:39Speaker 5: somebody we hadn't talked about. So you've got Lance Hurd,
- 40:41Speaker 5: you've got Ahmad Breaux, you've got Nick Anderson, you've got
- 40:44Speaker 5: Joe Sloan on the sidelines or up in the booth.
- 40:46Speaker 5: They'll know where he does it, but you know what
- 40:48Speaker 5: I'm saying. So some familiar faces there going to be
- 40:51Speaker 5: in Lexington getting ready for LSU and Kentucky. All right,
- 40:55Speaker 5: we are going to step away. We've got more OTB
- 40:58Speaker 5: coming your way when we jump back here live from
- 41:00Speaker 5: the Raising Cane Studio.
- 41:02Speaker 3: Off the bench.
- 41:03Speaker 5: All right, go see our friends over at Pelican Roofing. Pelicanroof.com

- 42:31Speaker 4: Bench with Jacob Hester and Matt Flynn.
- 42:36Speaker 5: All right, welcome back in, OTV. Introduced my voice to
- 42:44Speaker 5: Three Doors Down recently. I'm like, you're going to listen
- 42:47Speaker 5: to it. I don't care if you like it. You're
- 42:50Speaker 5: going to finish this song.
- 42:51Speaker 3: Gosh darn it, you're going to respect it.
- 42:53Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 42:54Speaker 5: They got about four bangers. We're going to listen to
- 42:56Speaker 5: all four of these, bud. That was probably their favorite
- 42:59Speaker 5: of the four. Okay. Kryptonite.
- 43:02Speaker 3: Did they like it, though?
- 43:04Speaker 5: I don't think they hated it. I mean, how could
- 43:06Speaker 5: you hate Three Doors Down, honestly?
- 43:07Speaker 2: I feel like Kryptonite being their favorite. I mean, it
- 43:09Speaker 2: just tracks. I mean, it's everybody's favorite.
- 43:11Speaker 5: Yeah. I think the one that was probably the most popular.
- 43:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 43:15Speaker 5: I mean, I'm probably going to go here without you.
- 43:17Speaker 3: But that's my favorite Three Doors Down song.
- 43:19Speaker 5: Yeah. Right, Matt?
- 43:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 43:23Speaker 5: You know that one.
- 43:23Speaker 3: I can't hear it, though. I know it.
- 43:25Speaker 5: I know it all. Why don't you pull that up,
- 43:27Speaker 5: and we'll just play a little bit.
- 43:29Speaker 3: Just let that play.
- 43:30Speaker 5: The background just a little bit here. Smart.
- 43:35Speaker 3: The prototype of your life changed, Matt. I mean, I
- 43:37Speaker 3: know the song.
- 43:38Speaker 5: Jaden Daniels, by the way, as we're seeing on TV,
- 43:41Speaker 5: and Dan Quinn told me Tuesday he's playing. He's going
- 43:44Speaker 5: to have a huge elbow brace, and he's going to
- 43:46Speaker 5: look like Gronk out there.
- 43:47Speaker 3: The biggest elbow brace.
- 43:48Speaker 5: He's going to look like Gronk.
- 43:49Speaker 3: You want to go with Ethan Kaliakamanis?
- 43:54Speaker 5: Calicamanis.
- 43:55Speaker 3: Calicamanis.
- 44:01Speaker 5: Were you there now?
- 44:02Speaker 3: Yeah, bro.
- 44:02Speaker 5: No, no, no, no, no, no. You said I can't
- 44:04Speaker 5: hear it. You said I can't hear it.
- 44:06Speaker 3: Well, just the name of the song, I couldn't... I.
- 44:11Speaker 5: Can hear it. Oh, yeah.
- 44:12Speaker 3: I can hear it. Yeah. Looking at me.
- 44:19Speaker 5: What do I do? Because I want you to appreciate.
- 44:21Speaker 3: I do appreciate it. I... Tried to go to a
- 44:24Speaker 3: Three Doors Down and Shinedown concert when I was in college.
- 44:28Speaker 3: And they backed out because... Three Doors Down was sick.
- 44:33Speaker 5: All the way back in college? He just passed away, like, recently,
- 44:37Speaker 5: didn't he?
- 44:37Speaker 3: This year, yeah.
- 44:37Speaker 5: I don't know if he was.
- 44:39Speaker 3: He may not have been the same.
- 44:40Speaker 5: I would say he was just, like, sick. Well, he
- 44:42Speaker 5: passed away.
- 44:42Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 44:44Speaker 5: A couple years ago.
- 44:45Speaker 8: Yeah, they were supposed to have all performed with Creed
- 44:46Speaker 8: when they were in New Orleans, and they pulled out
- 44:48Speaker 8: of that.
- 44:48Speaker 1: Man.
- 44:49Speaker 3: What a show that would have been.
- 44:50Speaker 5: Three doors down in three?
- 44:53Speaker 3: It wound up being who?
- 44:54Speaker 5: It was Daughtry. Is that Utopia?
- 44:57Speaker 3: And then Daughtry took their place. It was Creed and Daughtry.
- 45:00Speaker 3: It's probably still good, but three doors down. There's no
- 45:02Speaker 3: way it was bad.
- 45:02Speaker 5: I mean, I'm Daughtry.
- 45:06Speaker 3: I'm surprised by that, Jake. I'm not going to lie. Really?
- 45:09Speaker 3: I'm very surprised. Daughtry seems right up your alley. Because
- 45:14Speaker 3: of American Idol.
- 45:16Speaker 5: I forgot you were a big American Idol guy.
- 45:19Speaker 3: First five seasons, it was pretty legit.
- 45:22Speaker 5: Nah, you made it longer than that.
- 45:24Speaker 3: There was a couple of years that me and Richard
- 45:26Speaker 3: Dixon dabbled. Dabbled.
- 45:30Speaker 5: Your favorite all-time American Idol contestant. Doesn't have to be
- 45:33Speaker 5: a winner. I know your answer. Do you? I think.
- 45:37Speaker 3: I don't know my answer.
- 45:41Speaker 5: Hayley Reinfeld.
- 45:42Speaker 3: Oh, she was good.
- 45:43Speaker 5: Yeah, I remember you really liking her. Yeah, she was good.
- 45:46Speaker 3: There's this one guy that beatboxed.
- 45:50Speaker 5: That really narrows it down. Taylor, I'm sure you have
- 45:53Speaker 5: one ready to go.
- 45:53Speaker 3: Oh, Carrie Underwood. Care Bear?
- 45:56Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 45:57Speaker 3: Okay.
- 45:57Speaker 1: Wrong.
- 45:59Speaker 5: Heard of her? Never heard of her.
- 46:01Speaker 3: My kids get fired up every single week on Sunday
- 46:04Speaker 3: night because we have it all. We have, like, the
- 46:07Speaker 3: Sunday night countdown, and she comes on, and my kids
- 46:09Speaker 3: just all go, Care Bear! I mean, very similar reaction.
- 46:13Speaker 5: Oh, Lane Hardy's from Louisiana, right? Yeah, he was on there. Yeah,
- 46:16Speaker 5: shout out Lane Hardy. For sure.
- 46:20Speaker 3: The guy that was just on it, John Foster?
- 46:21Speaker 5: Oh, Phillip Phillips.
- 46:23Speaker 3: Phillip Phillips.
- 46:23Speaker 5: That was a good one.
- 46:24Speaker 3: Great name, too.
- 46:26Speaker 5: He had two. At least two. Maybe three.
- 46:29Speaker 3: They had that one deep voice country singer guy.
- 46:32Speaker 5: Scotty McCreary. He was a little crazy.
- 46:34Speaker 3: He's done all right for himself.
- 46:36Speaker 5: He's done okay for himself?
- 46:37Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 46:38Speaker 5: Golly, Flynn. You're hating today. Hate, hate, hate.
- 46:41Speaker 6: Off the bench.
- 46:43Speaker 5: You get the player-hater's ball.
- 46:45Speaker 3: I don't hate.
- 46:46Speaker 5: I love.
- 46:47Speaker 3: I love Caterus. When you think about Louisiana, you think
- 46:50Speaker 3: about energy. And one company helping shape the future is Catalyst. Moose,
- 46:54Speaker 3: that's Catalyst, buddy. Catalyst, got it. Catalyst is developed in
- 46:58Speaker 3: the Commonwealth LNG Export Facility over there in Cameron Parish,
- 47:00Speaker 3: connecting American natural gas with customers around the world. Now
- 47:05Speaker 3: under construction after reaching its final investment decision in 2026,
- 47:08Speaker 3: the project represents a major investment in Louisiana's future.
- 47:13Speaker 1: But.
- 47:14Speaker 3: Guess what? It's about more than just exporting energy. It's
- 47:17Speaker 3: about creating jobs here in Louisiana. It's about supporting local businesses,
- 47:21Speaker 3: strengthening communities, and reinforcing Louisiana's position as one of the
- 47:24Speaker 3: world's leading energy hubs. Through its natural gas production and
- 47:28Speaker 3: the Commonwealth LNG project, Catalyst is helping build an integrated
- 47:32Speaker 3: energy platform that connects domestic resources with the growing global demand.
- 47:36Speaker 3: As construction continues on Louisiana's Gulf Coast, Catalyst is proud
- 47:39Speaker 3: to invest in American energy, American workers, and a stronger
- 47:41Speaker 3: economic future. Catalyst, connecting Louisiana energy to the world.
- 47:44Speaker 1: And.
