- 0:10Speaker 2: The Root! The Root! The Root's on fire!
- 0:14Speaker 3: You're about to experience the most high-octane, pedal-to-the-metal controversial show
- 0:18Speaker 3: of your life. Please buckle up and hold on tightly.
- 0:21Speaker 3: This station is not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne
- 0:25Speaker 3: Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital of the world,
- 0:28Speaker 3: Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:30Speaker 2: It's time for War!
- 0:34Speaker 3: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior,
- 0:40Speaker 3: Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Alright, way down the route, the route, the.
- 0:59Speaker 2: Route, the route's on fire. By the way, set the camera, Pitar,
- 1:02Speaker 2: the usual way where I'm wide on the screen and
- 1:04Speaker 2: I can see it. Right now it's in that old
- 1:06Speaker 2: way that I can't stand. So I can see what
- 1:08Speaker 2: I'm looking at here. There we go, that's the way
- 1:11Speaker 2: to do it. Welcome to the show. Welcome to the show.
- 1:14Speaker 2: I want to see my new suit. My new suit
- 1:16Speaker 2: is a Roger Stone collection. Roger Stone, as in the
- 1:21Speaker 2: great Roger Stone, who keeps the list, by the way,
- 1:23Speaker 2: of the best dressed men in the world. And I
- 1:25Speaker 2: was on it two years ago. And Roger Stone has
- 1:28Speaker 2: a new collection of suits out and jackets out and
- 1:31Speaker 2: shirts out. And I just purchased a whole bunch of them.
- 1:33Speaker 2: They're all coming on Saturday. But the first one came today.
- 1:37Speaker 2: And this was his blue blazer. And I think it's
- 1:39Speaker 2: a Beautiful blue blazer. Very, very classy. Very classy. Thank you,
- 1:43Speaker 2: Roger Stone. Everybody should try and get it. It's very
- 1:47Speaker 2: reasonably priced, too. So everybody can get a part of
- 1:52Speaker 2: the Roger Stone collection and look the part of a
- 1:54Speaker 2: best-dressed man.
- 1:57Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:57Speaker 2: So I keep saying my signature achievement, my signature line
- 2:04Speaker 2: is that President Donald Trump achieves more in a week
- 2:07Speaker 2: than than any other president, including my hero, Ronald Reagan,
- 2:10Speaker 2: achieved in eight years. And he keeps doing it again.
- 2:14Speaker 2: And the media won't cover it. So nobody, you know,
- 2:16Speaker 2: the average person doesn't know. If you don't watch this podcast,
- 2:19Speaker 2: you don't know. If you don't watch my Real America's
- 2:22Speaker 2: Voice TV show, you don't know. I've been talking all day.
- 2:25Speaker 2: My voice is already dead as I start the show.
- 2:27Speaker 2: How about that one? So a record $ 12. 5 billion debt buyback. Treasury,
- 2:36Speaker 2: the U.S. Treasury under Trump, has pulled off the largest
- 2:39Speaker 2: rescue move in U.S. history, the largest U.S. Treasury debt
- 2:43Speaker 2: buyback in history, $ 12. 5 billion injecting fresh cash into the
- 2:49Speaker 2: banking system. This move, reminiscent of the 2019 market conditions,
- 2:55Speaker 2: could temporarily boost assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum. However, the
- 2:59Speaker 2: large scale suggests underlying banking system stress, potentially leading to
- 3:04Speaker 2: increased caution and long-term inflation concerns that favor Bitcoin. See,
- 3:09Speaker 2: and that's my big thing. You've got to own gold
- 3:11Speaker 2: and you've got to own Bitcoin. That is my baby.
- 3:14Speaker 2: But it is the largest buyback of debt in the
- 3:18Speaker 2: history of the United States of America. Great job, President Trump.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Other big news today, and there's lots of it, lots
- 3:26Speaker 2: of it. State Department to require social media review of
- 3:31Speaker 2: for H-1B visa applicants. Again, conservatives and MAGA always complaining
- 3:37Speaker 2: President Trump isn't doing enough, should stop all the H-1B
- 3:42Speaker 2: visas from coming into the United States. Well, first he
- 3:45Speaker 2: set a gigantic figure. I think it's $ 100, 000. Companies have
- 3:48Speaker 2: to put up $ 100, 000 per H-1B visa applicant. So that's
- 3:52Speaker 2: number one. You don't have to shut off the whole market.
- 3:54Speaker 2: You just make it unaffordable. That's what he's done. And secondly...
- 4:00Speaker 2: Now he's requiring our social media reviews. So let's go
- 4:04Speaker 2: see what you say on X. Let's go see what
- 4:05Speaker 2: you say on X slash Twitter. Let's go see what
- 4:08Speaker 2: you say on Facebook. Let's see what you say on Instagram, TikTok,
- 4:11Speaker 2: et cetera, et cetera. And if it's anti-American, if it's anti-Jew,
- 4:15Speaker 2: if it's anti-Christian, if it's anti-democracy, if it's anti-capitalism, you're gone.
- 4:19Speaker 2: You don't come in our country. And if you're here already,
- 4:21Speaker 2: we kick you out. It will add an online presence review.
- 4:26Speaker 2: To the vetting requirements for all H-1B visa applicants and
- 4:29Speaker 2: their dependents. And their dependents. Starting on December 15th. How
- 4:35Speaker 2: many good things in a row do you have to
- 4:37Speaker 2: see before you say President Trump is doing a great,
- 4:42Speaker 2: great job. Great, great job. And if you want to
- 4:44Speaker 2: know what it would be like if you weren't living
- 4:50Speaker 2: in the United States and you were living in UK
- 4:52Speaker 2: as an example. England. It's really scary. So England has
- 4:56Speaker 2: a liberal guy in charge, basically a communist in charge.
- 5:01Speaker 2: And here's what he's done to England. A United Kingdom
- 5:04Speaker 2: woman recalls being arrested by multiple officers for a hate
- 5:10Speaker 2: crime while she was naked after sending a harmless text message.
- 5:15Speaker 2: So picture yourself lying in the bath, taking a bath naked,
- 5:18Speaker 2: and you send out, in your hand is your phone,
- 5:21Speaker 2: and you send out a harmless text message, and the
- 5:24Speaker 2: government is watching and they come and send the police
- 5:27Speaker 2: to arrest you. The United Kingdom is an authoritarian regime now.
- 5:32Speaker 2: They're a communist regime. The United States was headed for
- 5:36Speaker 2: that same exact course, except Trump is in charge now.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Elizabeth Kinney, 34-year-old care assistant, was naked in the bathtub
- 5:44Speaker 2: when 11 police officers barged into her home. So I
- 5:48Speaker 2: assume that means kicked down the front door to arrest her.
- 5:51Speaker 2: And her crime was sending insults to another woman via text. McKinney,
- 5:56Speaker 2: a mother of four, was detained under the Malicious Communications Act.
- 6:00Speaker 2: She had sent texts to a woman involved with a
- 6:03Speaker 2: man who had allegedly assaulted her. In those texts, she
- 6:07Speaker 2: used the words F-A-you-know-what, you know, the term for a
- 6:12Speaker 2: gay man, to describe him. And according to UK's Daily Mail,
- 6:17Speaker 2: she has been convicted of a hate crime and is
- 6:19Speaker 2: ordered to do 72 hours of unpaid work, complete 10
- 6:23Speaker 2: rehabilitation activity days, and pay a fine of 364 pounds.
- 6:28Speaker 2: And according to International Business Times, she initially faced 10
- 6:33Speaker 2: years in prison for calling someone a bad word for
- 6:39Speaker 2: a gay man, starting with an F. Per the Daily Mail,
- 6:42Speaker 2: prosecuting attorney Jacqueline writing, said the defendant and the victim
- 6:46Speaker 2: in this matter have been friends but a falling out
- 6:48Speaker 2: resulted in an incident whereby abusive and homophobic text messages
- 6:53Speaker 2: were sent to the victim causing her alarm and distress.
- 6:58Speaker 2: The Crown, meaning England, placed this offense in the highest
- 7:04Speaker 2: category of its type due to the effect related to
- 7:08Speaker 2: sexual orientation and the greater harm because it had moderate
- 7:13Speaker 2: impact So her lawyer tried to help his client by
- 7:18Speaker 2: telling the court she was distressed over being allegedly assaulted
- 7:22Speaker 2: and was simply venting after an awful situation. This guy
- 7:25Speaker 2: assaulted her. In terms of hostility, I do not suppose
- 7:29Speaker 2: there was much thought process other than unloading a lot
- 7:32Speaker 2: off her chest, he said. She was simply upset by
- 7:35Speaker 2: what had happened to her. There is a reference to
- 7:37Speaker 2: another male they had both been connected to, and this
- 7:40Speaker 2: led to an incident not before the court that Miss
- 7:42Speaker 2: Kinney was a victim of. Kinney insisted her words were
- 7:45Speaker 2: a thoughtless rant, not an attack on anyone's sexuality. And
- 7:51Speaker 2: she appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored. So now we switch topics.
- 7:55Speaker 2: To this article, which is a Piers Morgan uncensored write-up
- 7:59Speaker 2: about word for word what she said. And so a
- 8:03Speaker 2: judge sentenced her. She was physically assaulted by male acquaintance.
- 8:10Speaker 2: She shared photos of her injuries and confided in a friend.
- 8:13Speaker 2: The friend didn't report the alleged attacker. Kinney was reported instead.
- 8:18Speaker 2: because she used the word F-A-you-know-what to equal gay people
- 8:23Speaker 2: in a private text describing the man who beat her.
- 8:28Speaker 2: And that was enough for her to be deemed by
- 8:30Speaker 2: prosecutors homophobic. And in November of 2025, meaning this past November,
- 8:36Speaker 2: last month, a judge sentenced her to a 12-month community order,
- 8:40Speaker 2: 72 hours of unpaid work, 10 rehabilitation activity days, and
- 8:44Speaker 2: 364 pounds, which is $ 486, 000. And Piers Morgan said, I've
- 8:52Speaker 2: heard 11 police officers turned up. That's completely ridiculous. And
- 8:55Speaker 2: she said, yes. Oh, I'd left my front door open.
- 8:58Speaker 2: I was waiting for my dad to come in the house.
- 9:00Speaker 2: I was in the bath. 11 police officers opened the
- 9:04Speaker 2: door and came in. And you're in the bath, Piers says.
- 9:08Speaker 2: What did they say to you? Well, I heard my name,
- 9:10Speaker 2: which is one female out of a lot of them.
- 9:12Speaker 2: 10 male officers, Piers says. She says, yeah. Then I
- 9:16Speaker 2: heard my name and I thought, oh, it might be
- 9:18Speaker 2: my sister because it didn't sound like someone who was,
- 9:21Speaker 2: because obviously I was upstairs in the bath. And then
- 9:23Speaker 2: they just come up the stairs. Didn't give me any privacy.
- 9:27Speaker 2: Piers Morgan says, you were naked. She says, yes. How
- 9:29Speaker 2: did that make you feel? Disgusted and upset. I was
- 9:31Speaker 2: crying my eyes out. What did they say to you?
- 9:33Speaker 2: What did they say they were there for? I was
- 9:35Speaker 2: asking them, could they just leave the female officer? Can
- 9:38Speaker 2: they please go downstairs? Obviously, I was upset. I had
- 9:42Speaker 2: no clothes on. And he wanted to watch me get changed.
- 9:46Speaker 2: And I was very upset about that. In the end,
- 9:48Speaker 2: they did send the males down the stairs. The female
- 9:50Speaker 2: sat with me. I was crying my eyes out. And
- 9:52Speaker 2: I said, what are you even here for? Gee, you
- 9:55Speaker 2: think you'd get to that one quicker, right? Because I
- 9:58Speaker 2: was shocked. I was in shock. And she said, for
- 10:00Speaker 2: malicious communications, hate crime. And I said, what for? She said,
- 10:05Speaker 2: we'll discuss that when we get to the police station.
- 10:09Speaker 2: All because she sent a text message to a friend
- 10:12Speaker 2: about a man who beat her up and she called
- 10:14Speaker 2: him a bad word for a gay man. And I
- 10:17Speaker 2: don't care if she called him the N-word for a
- 10:19Speaker 2: black man. I don't care if she called him the
- 10:21Speaker 2: worst word in the world for a Jew, and I'm
- 10:23Speaker 2: a Jew. This is insanity. Sticks and stones can break
- 10:29Speaker 2: my bones, but words can never hurt me. Has anyone
- 10:32Speaker 2: not heard of that? All right. This could be very
- 10:36Speaker 2: big news. I didn't lead off with it because I
- 10:38Speaker 2: don't know yet. whether it's going to turn out to
- 10:40Speaker 2: be huge news, but it looks like it's monstrous news
- 10:43Speaker 2: because if this is true, we're going to put a
- 10:46Speaker 2: lot of Democrats in prison for a long time because
- 10:49Speaker 2: they stole the 2020 election. We know that. We all
- 10:51Speaker 2: know that. I know it because of mail-in balloting. I
- 10:54Speaker 2: know it because six states stopped counting at midnight, which
- 10:58Speaker 2: has never been done in the history of the United States.
- 11:00Speaker 2: When they started counting again in the middle of the night,
- 11:02Speaker 2: when they told everyone they wouldn't start counting, suddenly Trump's
- 11:05Speaker 2: lead was gone. 100,000 at a time disappeared, 100,000 to nothing.
- 11:10Speaker 2: Ballots were delivered in the middle of the night. Ballot
- 11:13Speaker 2: drop boxes, ballot harvesting, it was all a scam. But
- 11:16Speaker 2: is it possible that Venezuela coordinated it all? That Nicolas
- 11:20Speaker 2: Maduro of Venezuela stole the election from Donald Trump and
- 11:23Speaker 2: literally helped Democrats steal the country? I think it's very
- 11:26Speaker 2: likely based on the evidence we've got from a witness now.
- 11:30Speaker 2: And I'll tell you about it when we get back.
- 11:31Speaker 2: I'm Wayne Allyn Root. This is The War Zone. This

- 15:12Speaker 2: way down the road the route the route the route
- 15:13Speaker 2: is on fire welcome back to the show just uh
- 15:17Speaker 2: getting all these stories downloaded stories at the last minute
- 15:20Speaker 2: lots of great stories so i said i would tell
- 15:22Speaker 2: you about the possibility of us breaking the news just
- 15:26Speaker 2: breaking out everything about the stolen 2020 election it's all
- 15:30Speaker 2: democrats have got to be scared to death a lot
- 15:33Speaker 2: of people are going to go to jail for a
- 15:34Speaker 2: long long time long long time so here's the deal
- 15:38Speaker 2: um In an explosive development that connects multiple national security threats,
- 15:43Speaker 2: Hugo Carvajal Barrios, a former three-star Venezuelan general and director
- 15:49Speaker 2: of Venezuelan military intelligence, has issued a sweeping confession from
- 15:54Speaker 2: federal prison that validates President Trump's stance towards Nicolas Maduro.
- 16:00Speaker 2: Carvajal's testimony... arrives as the Trump administration escalates military operations
- 16:05Speaker 2: against alleged Venezuelan drug traffickers, with the president announcing this
- 16:09Speaker 2: week that strikes will soon expand from maritime targets to
- 16:13Speaker 2: land-based operations in Venezuela. We know every route. We know
- 16:18Speaker 2: every house Trump declared Wednesday signaling imminent action against narco-terrorist infrastructure.
- 16:26Speaker 2: The timing is significant. Carvajal's statement reveals... The Venezuelan regime
- 16:32Speaker 2: operates as what the general calls the Cartel of the Sons,
- 16:36Speaker 2: a state-sponsored criminal enterprise. In other words, they're the same
- 16:39Speaker 2: as the Mexican drug cartel. The president of Mexico is
- 16:42Speaker 2: the head of a drug cartel. He's a drug kingpin
- 16:45Speaker 2: designed to weaponize drugs and other tools against America. Michigan
- 16:51Speaker 2: Senator Patrick Kohlbeck, former Michigan Senator Patrick Kohlbeck, characterized the
- 16:56Speaker 2: general statement as turning state evidence. So the regime I
- 17:03Speaker 2: served is not merely hostile, he said. It's at war
- 17:06Speaker 2: with you, using drugs, gangs, espionage, and your own democratic
- 17:12Speaker 2: process as weapons. President Trump's policies against the Maduro criminal
- 17:16Speaker 2: regime are not just justified, but necessary and proportionate to
- 17:21Speaker 2: the threat. So first of all, since 2021, over 250,000
- 17:24Speaker 2: Americans have died from overdoses, mostly fentanyl. And the general
- 17:31Speaker 2: confirms these deaths are not collateral damage from ordinary drug trafficking.
- 17:35Speaker 2: They're the result of a deliberate policy coordinated between Venezuela, Cuba, FARC, ELN,
- 17:41Speaker 2: and Hezbollah. FARC is the Fuerzas Armadas Revolutionaries de Colombia.
- 17:48Speaker 2: ELN is El Éxito de Liberación Nacional in Colombia, far-left
- 17:55Speaker 2: Marxist-Leninist guerrilla groups founded in Colombia, Hezbollah-based in Lebanon, Shi'ite
- 18:01Speaker 2: Muslim political party, militant group and social movement. And possibly
- 18:06Speaker 2: most alarming, Carvajal directly addresses election security. states unequivocally that Smartmatic,
- 18:17Speaker 2: a company whose technology is incorporated into Dominion, as well
- 18:22Speaker 2: as ES & S and Hart InterCivic Systems, all the
- 18:26Speaker 2: ways we vote in America, was created as an electoral
- 18:29Speaker 2: tool for the Venezuelan regime. All three tabulator systems are
- 18:34Speaker 2: used in Michigan elections and nationwide. Carvajal revealed, I placed
- 18:40Speaker 2: the head of IT of the National Electoral Council in
- 18:44Speaker 2: his position and he reported directly to me, the Smartmatic
- 18:47Speaker 2: system can be altered. This is a fact. While careful
- 18:52Speaker 2: to note he does not claim every election is stolen,
- 18:54Speaker 2: the former intelligence chief warns the software can be used
- 18:58Speaker 2: to rig elections. He said the Maduro regime operatives maintain
- 19:04Speaker 2: current relationships with American election officials and voting machine companies.
- 19:09Speaker 2: So basically, everything going on today in America is a
- 19:13Speaker 2: communist color revolution. They hate us. They want to kill us.
- 19:17Speaker 2: They want to enslave us. They want to steal our assets.
- 19:20Speaker 2: They want to put us out of our jobs. They
- 19:22Speaker 2: want to silence us. They want to accuse us of
- 19:25Speaker 2: hate crimes. And they want to steal our elections, rig
- 19:28Speaker 2: and steal our elections. It's all just sitting there. Lots
- 19:32Speaker 2: more to tell you about. Trump signaling that he's going
- 19:34Speaker 2: to get rid of the income tax. I mentioned that yesterday.
- 19:37Speaker 2: We arrested the J6 pipe bomber. The suspect in the
- 19:40Speaker 2: J6 pipe bomber will say the alleged guy who did it.
- 19:44Speaker 2: The evidence was sitting there for years. Biden didn't do
- 19:47Speaker 2: a thing about it. He didn't want it. He turned
- 19:50Speaker 2: it down. And now we got the guy. He's from
- 19:52Speaker 2: an anarchist family that's involved in illegal immigration is my understanding.
- 19:57Speaker 2: But let's say allegedly. VRA is the sponsor of this
- 20:00Speaker 2: segment of the show, Vertical Research Advisory. After 15 years
- 20:04Speaker 2: on Wall Street at the highest levels, in 2003, Kip
- 20:07Speaker 2: Herridge founded VRA, his global investment and economic newsletter. Since then,

- 23:44Speaker 1: You're the best.
- 23:45Speaker 2: We appreciate everything you do. On your latest show, you
- 23:48Speaker 2: interviewed a big whistleblower, a retired Marine colonel who exposes
- 23:53Speaker 2: who is in command and control of the deep state.
- 23:56Speaker 2: You want to tell us about it? Because I want
- 23:58Speaker 2: to hear about this.
- 24:00Speaker 4: Yes, Dr.
- 24:01Speaker 5: Timothy Schindler, who has five degrees and is 35 years
- 24:05Speaker 5: of public service as a colonel in the Marines. He
- 24:08Speaker 5: worked with the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He worked at
- 24:10Speaker 5: the highest levels. you know, inside of our government. And
- 24:14Speaker 5: one of his jobs was— you know, he ended up in
- 24:17Speaker 5: a place where he was in charge of planning and oversight.
- 24:21Speaker 5: Congress paid $ 17 or $ 18 million, you know, to have
- 24:24Speaker 5: a proper plan with oversight for the wars in Iraq
- 24:27Speaker 5: and Afghanistan.
- 24:28Speaker 4: And instead, what he.
- 24:29Speaker 5: Stumbled across was a secret operation called Operation Timber Sycamore,
- 24:35Speaker 5: which was basically a black operation for the CIA— where
- 24:39Speaker 5: a lot of the resources that were allocated for Iraq
- 24:42Speaker 5: and Afghanistan were going instead to Syria. And, of course,
- 24:45Speaker 5: this is Obama's time. This is Benghazi time. But when
- 24:48Speaker 5: he realized that they were asking him to commit fraud
- 24:52Speaker 5: on the government by writing a report that says that he,
- 24:55Speaker 5: in planning for the oversight of the wars in Iraq
- 24:59Speaker 5: and Afghanistan, that he consulted with all of his associates,
- 25:02Speaker 5: fellow planners in the fellow agencies that normally do this
- 25:05Speaker 5: together in DOD and, you know, and other agencies. And
- 25:08Speaker 5: they didn't want him doing that. They didn't want him
- 25:10Speaker 5: talking to anybody else. And so he was like, well,
- 25:13Speaker 5: how does that make sense? First of all, why don't
- 25:14Speaker 5: they want me to talk to the people responsible? And
- 25:18Speaker 5: why are they trying to get me to lie and
- 25:20Speaker 5: say that I did and sign off on this fraudulent report?
- 25:23Speaker 5: So when he became a whistleblower was the beginning of
- 25:25Speaker 5: his journey. And where it led him was to this
- 25:28Speaker 5: place inside the executive branch, where President Obama, with the assistance,
- 25:33Speaker 5: the bipartisan support of Chuck Grassley, created this office called
- 25:38Speaker 5: the Council for Inspectors General for Integrity and Efficiency.
- 25:44Speaker 4: Don't you love how they always give it a nice,
- 25:45Speaker 4: fancy name?
- 25:46Speaker 2: Nice name. A name that sounds so great.
- 25:48Speaker 1: Sounds like a great name, right? Yeah.
- 25:53Speaker 4: I mean, isn't that good?
- 25:54Speaker 5: Don't we need a council for inspector generals for integrity
- 25:56Speaker 5: and efficiency?
- 25:57Speaker 4: Sure we do. OK, but guess what we don't need?
- 26:00Speaker 5: We don't need a command and control operations center for
- 26:05Speaker 5: basically that shuts down every investigation that they don't want. So,
- 26:09Speaker 5: for example, when Eric Holder illegally uses the Justice Department
- 26:13Speaker 5: to traffic weapons to Mexico and gets people killed.
- 26:18Speaker 4: What do they do?
- 26:19Speaker 5: Oh, well, that inspection goes nowhere, does it? Because the
- 26:21Speaker 5: inspector general of the Department of Justice.
- 26:23Speaker 4: Reports to who? The counsel of these inspectors general, right?
- 26:27Speaker 5: Same thing, remember Lois Lerner and that whole thing with
- 26:30Speaker 5: targeting conservative groups?
- 26:32Speaker 4: Why didn't that go anywhere? Oh, yeah, again, inspector general.
- 26:35Speaker 5: So every whistleblower, you know, we're looking at each other saying,
- 26:39Speaker 5: Where are all the decent people in the United States government?
- 26:43Speaker 5: Where are the people standing up to the weaponization of
- 26:45Speaker 5: the FBI and the DOJ and the intel community and
- 26:48Speaker 5: so on?
- 26:49Speaker 4: You know where they are?
- 26:51Speaker 5: They have been retaliated against. When they make their reports
- 26:55Speaker 5: inside their agencies, who do they turn to? They turn
- 26:59Speaker 5: to the inspectors general. And what do the inspectors general do?
- 27:02Speaker 5: They shut down the investigations they don't want. They make
- 27:06Speaker 5: sure the people that they are after, like the Pete
- 27:09Speaker 5: Hegseths of this world, they make sure that those people
- 27:12Speaker 5: are investigated. And, you know, then they hold their sort
- 27:16Speaker 5: of their annual gala kind of event. And they have,
- 27:19Speaker 5: who do they have there as the honored guest?
- 27:22Speaker 4: Well, people like Anthony Fauci. And that is sending.
- 27:25Speaker 5: A message to all of the people under their command
- 27:28Speaker 5: and control that you don't touch Anthony Fauci. So the
- 27:32Speaker 5: inspector general of the National Institutes of Health, well, he's
- 27:35Speaker 5: not doing his job, is he?
- 27:36Speaker 4: Because he hasn't done anything about Anthony Fauci. And why
- 27:40Speaker 4: is this so significant?
- 27:41Speaker 5: Well, if you actually look at the statement on which
- 27:44Speaker 5: this council was founded, it declares that they are an
- 27:47Speaker 5: independent body within the executive branch.
- 27:52Speaker 4: OK, so wait a minute. Like the Federal Reserve, the
- 27:55Speaker 4: executive branch.
- 27:55Speaker 5: But you don't answer to the chief executive who is
- 27:58Speaker 5: the president of the United States.
- 28:00Speaker 4: And guess what else, Wayne? You can't fire their records.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Right.
- 28:03Speaker 4: They are not subject to fire. Isn't that something else?
- 28:07Speaker 2: Well, I'm not sure. I'm not sure it matters if
- 28:10Speaker 2: you if you try and FOIA, because as an example,
- 28:12Speaker 2: you may not know this, but a very big law
- 28:14Speaker 2: firm in Los Angeles represents me because from the moment
- 28:17Speaker 2: I started talking about the deadly covid vaccine, I'm talking
- 28:20Speaker 2: going back five years. I was a silent so badly
- 28:24Speaker 2: by social media, especially companies like X. and Facebook and
- 28:29Speaker 2: Instagram and YouTube. They wiped me out. They took me out.
- 28:33Speaker 2: They made sure no one could hear me. So I've
- 28:36Speaker 2: put into effect a $ 100 million lawsuit against all of them,
- 28:40Speaker 2: including Stanford University, which we believe coordinated all of it.
- 28:44Speaker 2: And my law firm has FOIAed the government, all the
- 28:47Speaker 2: government agencies involved, and it's been going on for months.
- 28:49Speaker 2: And you know what response they got from the government? Nothing.
- 28:52Speaker 2: This is the Trump government. Doesn't matter. They will not
- 28:55Speaker 2: answer our FOIA request. They are scared to death and
- 28:59Speaker 2: they are they are just going totally dead silent. They
- 29:01Speaker 2: won't respond to FOIA requests saying, who is it that
- 29:05Speaker 2: censored Wayne Allen Root? They won't respond. So does it
- 29:08Speaker 2: even matter if you FOIA someone in the U.S.
- 29:10Speaker 3: Government?
- 29:10Speaker 2: You can't even get an answer if they don't want
- 29:12Speaker 2: to answer you.
- 29:13Speaker 4: Here's why it matters, Wayne.
- 29:15Speaker 5: Because there are legal, there are actually legal obligations on
- 29:21Speaker 5: all of these government service.
- 29:23Speaker 2: Yeah, I know. I'm aware.
- 29:25Speaker 5: Right. And I think there's 2.3 million federal workers in
- 29:28Speaker 5: the United States government.
- 29:29Speaker 2: Correct.
- 29:29Speaker 5: So every single one of them, when they are sworn
- 29:32Speaker 5: into office, they take an oath. And in that oath,
- 29:35Speaker 5: they swear to protect the United States from all.
- 29:38Speaker 4: Of its enemies, both foreign and and domestic.
- 29:42Speaker 5: And so when they deny your FOIA, If we have
- 29:46Speaker 5: people in power who are actually willing to uphold their
- 29:50Speaker 5: oath of office and to not commit crimes, federal crimes,
- 29:54Speaker 5: by failing the American people, then you have the ability
- 29:58Speaker 5: to prosecute.
- 29:59Speaker 4: Those who block FOIAs.
- 30:01Speaker 5: So, for example, there are a number of whistleblowers who
- 30:04Speaker 5: have come forward and reported the fact that FOIA requests
- 30:09Speaker 5: are being blocked, right?
- 30:10Speaker 4: FOIA requests like yours.
- 30:11Speaker 2: There you go.
- 30:12Speaker 4: Yes. Here's the problem, Wayne.
- 30:14Speaker 5: Who do they make that when you're working in an
- 30:16Speaker 5: agency like the National Records Agency.
- 30:18Speaker 4: Or the FBI or the Department of Justice?
- 30:20Speaker 5: You know who you have to go to as a
- 30:22Speaker 5: whistleblower to make that report?
- 30:25Speaker 2: Who do you go to?
- 30:26Speaker 4: The inspector general.
- 30:28Speaker 5: Aha.
- 30:28Speaker 2: There you go. And they're all Obama people. They're deep
- 30:31Speaker 2: state people. I get it.
- 30:32Speaker 4: I get it.
- 30:34Speaker 5: You see how they managed to coordinate this across all
- 30:37Speaker 5: of these agencies.
- 30:38Speaker 2: It's one big happy family.
- 30:39Speaker 4: Yes, it's one big happy family. And they go round
- 30:43Speaker 4: and round and round. You hear the same old names.
- 30:45Speaker 5: You know who's the inspector general at the Federal Reserve
- 30:48Speaker 5: right now? Who?
- 30:49Speaker 4: This is a name you'll remember.
- 30:50Speaker 1: Horowitz.
- 30:51Speaker 2: Yeah, of course I know Horowitz.
- 30:53Speaker 5: Yeah. Mm-hmm.
- 30:53Speaker 2: Unbelievable. Hey, listen, Laura, I got to tell you a
- 30:57Speaker 2: couple of things. First of all, I grew up, I'm
- 30:58Speaker 2: an old, I was the only Jew in an all
- 31:00Speaker 2: Italian neighborhood in New York. And I was in this
- 31:03Speaker 2: all Italian mafia neighborhood in New York. So I've been
- 31:06Speaker 2: around the mafia my entire life. The sons of big
- 31:08Speaker 2: shots in the mafia. I know how the mafia thinks.
- 31:11Speaker 2: I know how they operate and how they intimidate. Democrats
- 31:14Speaker 2: are the mafia. Everything they do is like the Gambino
- 31:17Speaker 2: crime family only wishes they could have carried out things
- 31:21Speaker 2: the way Obama did. Obama crime family, Biden crime family,
- 31:26Speaker 2: the Kamala crime family, all these people are so criminal.
- 31:30Speaker 2: And the way they do things and the way they intimidate,
- 31:32Speaker 2: the way they take out whistleblowers, it's like you're dealing
- 31:35Speaker 2: with organized crime except they're government. So they really do
- 31:39Speaker 2: have a license to steal because who watches government? And
- 31:42Speaker 2: as you say, only the inspector general is above government itself.
- 31:45Speaker 2: And if that guy is on the take, then there's
- 31:48Speaker 2: nobody watching government. We're dealing with the mafia.
- 31:52Speaker 5: Yes.
- 31:52Speaker 4: And it's worse than that.
- 31:54Speaker 5: OK, so first of all, if you really look at
- 31:56Speaker 5: the mafia, Rudy Giuliani showed with RICO cases in New
- 31:59Speaker 5: York City.
- 32:00Speaker 2: Yes.
- 32:00Speaker 5: How you dismantle the mafia if you choose to do so.
- 32:04Speaker 2: Right.
- 32:04Speaker 1: Right.
- 32:05Speaker 4: But if you go back like everyone's talking about Epstein.
- 32:08Speaker 3: Right.
- 32:09Speaker 4: So but why do they not ask? Epstein is dead yet.
- 32:13Speaker 5: The same system of exploitation, right, using corruption, using the
- 32:17Speaker 5: trafficking of young girls and others, using children as a
- 32:21Speaker 5: commodity for exploitation, that system is still in place.
- 32:26Speaker 4: So who's the Epstein of today? It's not P.
- 32:28Speaker 5: Diddy because we know that that he was stopped. He
- 32:31Speaker 5: lost his protection. And who was Epstein before Epstein?
- 32:34Speaker 4: Well, it was Ghislaine Maxwell working for her father, Robert Maxwell,
- 32:37Speaker 4: from MI6.
- 32:38Speaker 5: She recruited Jeffrey Epstein. Who was it before Robert Maxwell?
- 32:41Speaker 5: Remember Meyer Alansky? Yeah.
- 32:43Speaker 4: What did Meyer Alansky do? He was the lawyer for
- 32:46Speaker 4: the mob.
- 32:47Speaker 5: Right. Right.
- 32:48Speaker 4: And he was friends.
- 32:48Speaker 2: He was the lawyer for the mob. He was the
- 32:50Speaker 2: CEO of the mob. He really ran the mob of
- 32:53Speaker 2: the United States of America.
- 32:54Speaker 4: That's exactly right. And guess who he worked with? All
- 32:56Speaker 4: of these people. Whose payroll were they on?
- 32:58Speaker 2: They're all dirty. They're all dirty.
- 33:00Speaker 1: Hey, Lara.
- 33:01Speaker 2: Lara, we're running to a break. Give me a count.
- 33:02Speaker 2: Can you stay for one more segment?
- 33:04Speaker 1: You bet.
- 33:04Speaker 2: Hang around. Don't go anywhere. Lara Logan's going to be back.
- 33:07Speaker 2: Award-winning investigative journalist, host, Going Rogue with Lara. Lara Logan
- 33:12Speaker 2: is available on all platforms. Her website, laralogan.com. I'm Wayne
- 33:17Speaker 2: Allyn Root. RootforAmerica.com. We'll be right back. More with Lara Logan.
- 33:32Speaker 2: All right, a special treat for you. I want to
- 33:33Speaker 2: introduce you to a real hero of the American energy industry,
- 33:37Speaker 2: a legend, Mark Bruner, founder and CEO of Lost Soldier
- 33:41Speaker 2: Oil and Gas. In the United States, Lost Soldier is
- 33:44Speaker 2: the last major BCGA, Basin Centered Gas Accumulation. This is
- 33:50Speaker 2: code for a monster field where gas or oil is
- 33:53Speaker 2: in a basin, which makes the drilling and production much easier. Mark,
- 33:58Speaker 2: you're a legend in the oil industry and the gas industry.
- 34:01Speaker 2: Tell us about your track record.
- 34:03Speaker 6: Well, I'm a second-generation oil and gas guy. My father,
- 34:07Speaker 6: in the early 1950s, started a company called Techstar. It
- 34:10Speaker 6: later became Texas Oil and Gas. When it sold out
- 34:13Speaker 6: to U.S. Steel, it was the largest independent in the world.
- 34:16Speaker 6: Delhi Pipelines was the largest gas distribution system in the
- 34:20Speaker 6: United States when it sold out to U.S.
- 34:22Speaker 3: Steel.
- 34:23Speaker 6: I worked with him for four years. I've been in
- 34:25Speaker 6: the oil and gas business ever since. You would probably
- 34:28Speaker 6: know me better as the chairman of Ultra Petroleum. And
- 34:32Speaker 6: I Ultra had a pretty good track record, which you're
- 34:36Speaker 6: very familiar with, I think.
- 34:37Speaker 2: Well, I think $ 10, 000 investor in Ultra turned it into
- 34:41Speaker 2: $ 13 million. Is that correct? In the nine-year run of your.
- 34:45Speaker 1: Publicly traded company.
- 34:46Speaker 2: Yeah, at the high, that's true. $ 10, 000 turned into $ 13 million.
- 34:51Speaker 2: That means $ 100, 000 turned into $ 130 million. That's an incredible
- 34:54Speaker 2: track record. Now tell me why this deal, Lost Soldier,
- 34:58Speaker 2: this project is so special. I hear about projects and
- 35:01Speaker 2: deals all the time. What makes this one special, Mark?
- 35:05Speaker 6: What's special about this is all the other basins in
- 35:08Speaker 6: the United States have been drilled. We've known for 50
- 35:10Speaker 6: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 35:13Speaker 6: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 35:16Speaker 6: was reclamated three years ago, no one could drill it.
- 35:19Speaker 6: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 35:23Speaker 6: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point is
- 35:27Speaker 6: 85% empty. So we made this discovery. We are the
- 35:30Speaker 6: only operator in this field And right now we can
- 35:34Speaker 6: see that we've got enough room for 500 horizontal wells
- 35:37Speaker 6: out here with what we've drilled so far. Very exciting.
- 35:41Speaker 6: It's the new basin in the United States. And as
- 35:44Speaker 6: far as I'm concerned, this is an order of magnitude
- 35:47Speaker 6: bigger than Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.
- 35:50Speaker 1: All right. The website is lostsoldier.com.
- 35:53Speaker 2: Pretty simple stuff.
- 35:55Speaker 1: Lostsoldier.com.
- 35:56Speaker 2: The project, 40,000 acres, took 40 years to piece together.
- 36:01Speaker 1: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas LLC.
- 36:03Speaker 2: That's the company. That's the project.
- 36:05Speaker 1: But the website, Lostsoldier.com.
- 36:08Speaker 2: If you're an accredited investor, Mark wants to hear from you.
- 36:11Speaker 2: If you want to hear more information, check it out.
- 36:13Speaker 2: Fill out the form and you get to Lost Soldier.
- 36:15Speaker 2: Mark and his people will get back to you as CFOs.
- 36:18Speaker 2: and let you know all the details you need to know, LostSoldier.com.
- 36:22Speaker 1: Thanks, Mark, for being with us today.
- 36:24Speaker 6: Hey, thank you, Wayne.
- 36:25Speaker 4: Good to see you again.
- 36:50Speaker 3: All right.
- 36:51Speaker 2: War zone. Wayne, I will root with you. Listen, we've
- 36:56Speaker 2: got a great guest, Lara Logan. I want to mention
- 36:58Speaker 2: this sponsor real quick and we'll get right back to Lara.
- 37:01Speaker 2: Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. It's the golden age of
- 37:05Speaker 2: Trump prosperity and it's all about making America the energy
- 37:07Speaker 2: capital of the world. and it's completely energy independent. Enter
- 37:11Speaker 2: lost soldier oil and gas. It took 40 years, 40 years,
- 37:16Speaker 2: talk about patience, to piece together this 40,000 acre giant
- 37:20Speaker 2: gas discovery. It's estimated to contain up to 6 trillion
- 37:25Speaker 2: cubic feet of gas. I said trillion with a T,
- 37:29Speaker 2: making it one of the largest natural gas discoveries in
- 37:31Speaker 2: the Rocky Mountain region in the last 30 years, with
- 37:35Speaker 2: a management forecast projecting the first 25 wells to produce
- 37:39Speaker 2: 400 million cubic feet per day. That's to start with
- 37:45Speaker 2: the first 25 wells. And by 2035, targeted production of
- 37:49Speaker 2: over a billion cubic feet per day. The surge in
- 37:52Speaker 2: AI data centers is what's driving all this soaring demand
- 37:56Speaker 2: for energy. And this is how we power the AI
- 37:59Speaker 2: future of America with inexpensive, clean, natural gas. Headed by
- 38:03Speaker 2: oil and gas legend Mark Bruner, second president. generation legend.
- 38:07Speaker 2: His dad was a legend. And Mark had previous public
- 38:10Speaker 2: companies that delivered spectacular returns for investors. At their peaks,
- 38:15Speaker 2: Pinnacle Energy grew about 100 to 1. So for every
- 38:19Speaker 2: dollar you put in, you made back 100. For every thousand,
- 38:22Speaker 2: you made back 100,000. for every 100,000 millions. And Ultra
- 38:26Speaker 2: Petroleum soared from 15 cents to $ 200 per share at
- 38:31Speaker 2: its peak as a public company. A $ 10, 000 investment turned
- 38:34Speaker 2: into 13 million over 10 years. To learn more about
- 38:39Speaker 2: Lost Soldier Oil and Gas, go to lostsoldier.com, fill out
- 38:42Speaker 2: the contact form. That's lostsoldier.com. And by the way, I
- 38:46Speaker 2: am an investor. All right. Lara Logan is with us.
- 38:49Speaker 2: Award-winning investigative journalist, host, Going Rogue with Lara Logan is
- 38:53Speaker 2: available on all platforms, laralogan.com. Lara, my director, Batar, was
- 38:59Speaker 2: asking where you're from, and I believe South Africa is
- 39:01Speaker 2: your native country, correct?
- 39:03Speaker 4: Yes, that's right. I'm from a city called Durban on
- 39:05Speaker 4: the coast. I was a beach girl growing up.
- 39:08Speaker 2: Well, so back 10 years ago, before I ever got
- 39:10Speaker 2: into politics, I was a Tony Robbins-esque motivational speaker all
- 39:14Speaker 2: over the world. And I spoke in Durban, Pretoria, Johannesburg
- 39:20Speaker 2: and Cape Town. I was back and forth four times
- 39:22Speaker 2: to South Africa in about a year and a half.
- 39:24Speaker 2: And there are some wonderful people. I really like the
- 39:27Speaker 2: people of South Africa. So now I know why I
- 39:29Speaker 2: like you so much. You're one of those wonderful people.
- 39:31Speaker 2: Good people.
- 39:32Speaker 4: Thank you, Wayne.
- 39:33Speaker 2: Your personal message to President Trump, I think, is important
- 39:36Speaker 2: because if I understand what my executive producer, Andrew Paul,
- 39:39Speaker 2: told me, it's you and I are in the exact
- 39:41Speaker 2: same place. He's got to arrest people. He's got to
- 39:45Speaker 2: indict people. He's got to make the MAGA crowd believe
- 39:49Speaker 2: that he's really trying to do what he always campaigned
- 39:52Speaker 2: and said he was going to do. Am I in
- 39:54Speaker 2: the ballpark here, Larry?
- 39:57Speaker 5: Well, it's even more serious than that, Wayne, because, you know,
- 40:01Speaker 5: so sure, conversationally, I understand what you're saying. But actually,
- 40:05Speaker 5: there's a legal picture to this, right, which is that
- 40:09Speaker 5: President Trump didn't just campaign on the promise of accountability.
- 40:15Speaker 3: Right.
- 40:15Speaker 5: What he did is when he got into office, he
- 40:18Speaker 5: actually signed an executive order that said that they would
- 40:22Speaker 5: end the weaponization of the government and that they would.
- 40:26Speaker 4: And remember, every public servant that goes into office takes
- 40:30Speaker 4: an oath.
- 40:31Speaker 5: Right. Where they swear to defend the Constitution against all enemies,
- 40:35Speaker 5: both foreign and domestic. And remember, every American citizen has
- 40:40Speaker 5: the right to. to redress of grievances. So, what has
- 40:43Speaker 5: been happening is that all these people who have been
- 40:45Speaker 5: blowing the whistle, who have been coming forward, have been
- 40:48Speaker 5: retaliated against in violation of the law, and the government
- 40:52Speaker 5: has not been prosecuting fraud, waste, abuse, corruption. What did
- 40:57Speaker 5: Elon Musk and Doge expose to us? They exposed that
- 41:00Speaker 5: the inspector generals, who in theory were set up to.
- 41:05Speaker 4: Be stewards, right, of the public money, the public trust, they.
- 41:09Speaker 5: Were there to make sure that these agencies did what
- 41:12Speaker 5: they were supposed to do, that they didn't abuse the
- 41:15Speaker 5: American people or the American tax dollars, and they were
- 41:17Speaker 5: really the oversight function. Well, they haven't been doing that.
- 41:21Speaker 5: In fact, when you look more closely at it, what
- 41:23Speaker 5: they've been doing is rubber stamping the fraud.
- 41:26Speaker 4: The waste, the abuse and the corruption. And they are
- 41:29Speaker 4: part of the corruption. So what happens now?
- 41:32Speaker 5: Well, President Trump has has actually signed executive orders that say,
- 41:38Speaker 5: we know this is happening and we're going.
- 41:40Speaker 4: To do something about it.
- 41:41Speaker 5: Plus, when he took an oath along with everybody else,
- 41:44Speaker 5: they said legally they made they have a duty.
- 41:47Speaker 4: Now to do something about it.
- 41:49Speaker 5: So now when you look at it, why is nobody
- 41:52Speaker 5: implementing his executive orders?
- 41:54Speaker 4: Why is Congress not legislating any of his executive orders?
- 41:58Speaker 2: Can I give you my answer? I think Pam Bondi
- 42:00Speaker 2: is no good. And I've said this from day one.
- 42:02Speaker 5: It's not just Pam Bondi, though, because it's not just
- 42:04Speaker 5: up to Pam Bondi. Sure, Pam Bondi is a key
- 42:07Speaker 5: figure and you could be right. She may not be good,
- 42:10Speaker 5: but it's all across the federal government. Why do we
- 42:13Speaker 5: still not have people in positions? There are just there
- 42:16Speaker 5: are countless positions across the government. Trump still has a
- 42:19Speaker 5: majority of his ambassadors are Biden era appointees.
- 42:22Speaker 3: Right.
- 42:23Speaker 5: And the deputies in all of these agencies from Department
- 42:25Speaker 5: of Defense, Intelligence, DOJ and so on.
- 42:30Speaker 2: It could all be solved in a minute. Kill the filibuster.
- 42:33Speaker 2: Push everyone through, every judge, every ambassador. Push them all through.
- 42:37Speaker 2: Kill the filibuster and push through voter ID for federal
- 42:40Speaker 2: elections and proof of citizenship and ban mail-in voting.
- 42:44Speaker 4: Wayne, it's much worse than that. It's much worse than that.
- 42:46Speaker 2: The problem is we're going to a break. We're going
- 42:48Speaker 2: to a break. This hour is ending, but I'd love
- 42:51Speaker 2: to have you start the next hour. Are you willing
- 42:53Speaker 2: to stay for another segment? Can you stay for one
- 42:56Speaker 2: more segment?
- 42:56Speaker 5: Yes.
- 42:57Speaker 2: Stay for one more.
- 42:58Speaker 5: I will stay.
- 42:59Speaker 2: It gets broken up. Sorry. Wayne Allen Root with Lara Logan.
- 43:02Speaker 2: We'll be right back. We'll have more with Lara in
- 43:05Speaker 2: a moment. Her website, laralogan.com, and her podcast, Going Rogue
