  [SPEAKER_03]: He actually suspended his own campaign earlier this year after his fundraising cratered in this poll numbers went nowhere.

  [SPEAKER_03]: And outgoing Democrat Governor Tony Evers came calling personally recruiting Crowley back into the race on behalf of the Democrat establishment just three weeks before this primary.
