Meet Breana, my dear friend and former colleague, who’s hiked Cape Town’s highest peaks, motorbiked her way to her next meal in Hanoi, and (much to her parents’ relief) made it home with little more than a few scrapes and bruises.
But this episode isn’t just about taking risks. It’s about learning when to let go: of preconceived ideas, carefully planned itineraries, and sometimes, quite literally, of whatever you’re holding onto. A reminder for all, sometimes the best adventures start when you stop trying to control the outcome ;)
