- 1:22Speaker 4: so excited to be here.
- 1:24Speaker 2: Well, welcome to Australia. Lookche she's glowing, isn't she? You
- 1:27Speaker 2: are going? Welcome to us?
- 1:28Speaker 3: Thank you?
- 1:29Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, I'm so excited to be here. It's
- 1:31Speaker 4: my first time in Australia. Ever, and I'm my first
- 1:35Speaker 4: toob is obviously Sydney, and I'm so excited. I've done
- 1:37Speaker 4: all the touristy things, climbed the Bridge Opera House, so
- 1:41Speaker 4: I'm loving you.
- 1:42Speaker 3: I'm happy to be here.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Yes, And I want to say before we even start,
- 1:46Speaker 1: congratulations because you got the sold out tour which which
- 1:50Speaker 1: has had a huge venue upgrade as well, Which does
- 1:53Speaker 1: that blow your mind that you can be literally couldn't
- 1:56Speaker 1: be further away from home and the fans. I've seen
- 2:00Speaker 1: a lot of pop stars in my time, Okay, I
- 2:02Speaker 1: can imagine, okay, the fan reaction to the in studio
- 2:05Speaker 1: audience and having them here.
- 2:07Speaker 2: They showed up for you.
- 2:09Speaker 3: It's just it's insane.
- 2:11Speaker 4: Honestly though, Like when we were announcing the show dates
- 2:15Speaker 4: in Australia and New Zealand, I think it's really hard
- 2:18Speaker 4: to kind of like test the water, is that a
- 2:19Speaker 4: place like this, because it's just like so far away
- 2:22Speaker 4: that if you're gonna go, you're like you're gonna go,
- 2:24Speaker 4: so like.
- 2:25Speaker 3: Let's just do it.
- 2:25Speaker 4: And we started with like smaller venues which were still awesome,
- 2:29Speaker 4: and people were just so excited, which was really unexpected
- 2:32Speaker 4: because I've never been here before, so seeing the way
- 2:34Speaker 4: that people cared all the way on the other side
- 2:37Speaker 4: of the world and wanted me to come here, and
- 2:38Speaker 4: I felt very wanted, which is a lovely feeling.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Isn't that great? What's better than not being wanted?
- 2:43Speaker 1: You're right, that's a terrible feeling if you were put
- 2:46Speaker 1: tour and no one came. So I'm glad they've showed
- 2:49Speaker 1: up for you. Now tell me for people who don't
- 2:52Speaker 1: know the Frayer Sky story. Took me through it, like,
- 2:55Speaker 1: because I need people to not use sixteen right.
- 2:58Speaker 3: Yeah, wow.
- 3:00Speaker 1: When I was sixteen, I could barely get out of
- 3:03Speaker 1: bed before midday.
- 3:05Speaker 4: I can't got our bed go on mid day. I
- 3:07Speaker 4: like to sleep until like ten. I like a sleep in.
- 3:10Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, the story of Frayskuy. That's a really
- 3:12Speaker 4: hard question, I think honestly, just to give you, like
- 3:14Speaker 4: I guess my general backstory. I'm just like a very
- 3:16Speaker 4: normal girl from a small town in England outside of
- 3:19Speaker 4: London with the countryside there's like donkeys and horses and
- 3:24Speaker 4: I just love to sing.
- 3:25Speaker 3: Like that's really like.
- 3:26Speaker 4: It's not as much more complicated than loving music and
- 3:30Speaker 4: loving to sing. And yeah, I guess I just started
- 3:33Speaker 4: posting covers on Instagram and sharing my love with with people,
- 3:36Speaker 4: and people started connecting to it. I started writing my
- 3:38Speaker 4: own music, and then I guess from there everything's spiraled
- 3:41Speaker 4: from like doing my first ever movie, to releasing my
- 3:43Speaker 4: first ever song, to then Silent Truman being my first
- 3:45Speaker 4: song that I guess kind of really put me into
- 3:48Speaker 4: like real music, I guess the real music industry and
- 3:51Speaker 4: feeling that world too. So it's been a very cool journey,
- 3:54Speaker 4: but definitely not a quick one. I think I've I've
- 3:56Speaker 4: been loving music and passionate about this honestly my whole life.
- 4:00Speaker 3: But I'm just like a girl from a small town.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, you might be a girl from a
- 4:04Speaker 2: small town.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Who who has like, in the space of the few
- 4:07Speaker 1: years that you have been post posting and people have
- 4:11Speaker 1: known your name, like you have amassed a collection of
- 4:15Speaker 1: celebrity fans.
- 4:16Speaker 3: Oh interesting, Well, I.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Just see Meghan Trainer in your comments section. I see
- 4:23Speaker 1: Harper Beckham in your comment section, Like, I.
- 4:26Speaker 4: Love the Beckhams so much, So that's that's a cool one.
- 4:29Speaker 4: I'm not gonna lie.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Don't we all love the Beckhams. Oh?
- 4:31Speaker 3: Who doesn't that royalty?
- 4:33Speaker 1: No, disrespect to my family. But if I could be
- 4:35Speaker 1: in the Beckhams, I would be in the Beckhams.
- 4:37Speaker 3: Honestly, me too.
- 4:39Speaker 4: I love actually no, I love my parents so much,
- 4:41Speaker 4: but like David and Victoria's parents, Oh, I'm not gonna
- 4:45Speaker 4: lie in the siblings, the family, they're like they're like
- 4:47Speaker 4: an army.
- 4:48Speaker 3: I don't know that awesome, but no, it's really cool.
- 4:51Speaker 4: Honestly, I think something that's been cool in the past,
- 4:53Speaker 4: maybe like honestly, only five months, I would say, since
- 4:56Speaker 4: I have really stepped into like the real music industry
- 4:59Speaker 4: from doing like the jingle Pools and being surrounded by
- 5:01Speaker 4: artistry in that way, I feel like I found some
- 5:03Speaker 4: awesome like peers like Alex Warren like to think like
- 5:07Speaker 4: a year ago, I was just like singing Ordinate and
- 5:09Speaker 4: I was like, this is the biggest song of the year.
- 5:11Speaker 3: It's so awesome.
- 5:11Speaker 4: He's so cool and loving him from his TikTok days
- 5:14Speaker 4: to then him being like checking in on me and
- 5:16Speaker 4: catching up and seeing how things are going. And Audrey
- 5:19Speaker 4: Hobert like people who I just love so much, and
- 5:21Speaker 4: like you said, Megan Training, like it's just it's very
- 5:22Speaker 4: bizarre and I can't write my head around it because
- 5:25Speaker 4: I'm still learning tickbook dances to their songs and screaming
- 5:28Speaker 4: the songs the.
- 5:28Speaker 3: Lyrics with my friends. So it's very crazy.
- 5:31Speaker 4: But I'm lucky to have peers and people who genuinely
- 5:34Speaker 4: have good hearts and just want to kind of look
- 5:35Speaker 4: out for me. Yeah, I'm young and I don't know
- 5:37Speaker 4: what I'm doing, so they can help me.
- 5:39Speaker 2: I want to you.
- 5:40Speaker 1: You're wise beyond your years, and I want to ask
- 5:43Speaker 1: you obviously at sixteen years old, when I guess a
- 5:47Speaker 1: lot of your school friends would just be, you know,
- 5:50Speaker 1: going to their casual weekend job, you know, at Tesco
- 5:53Speaker 1: or whatever, stacking shelves, and here you are, you know,
- 5:56Speaker 1: a movie star and touring the world.
- 5:57Speaker 3: Is it?
- 5:58Speaker 1: Are you having an out of body experience? How do
- 6:01Speaker 1: you process? I don't even know if you know how
- 6:03Speaker 1: to answer that question, because you're sixteen, and I wouldn't
- 6:05Speaker 1: have had the capacity to when I was that age.
- 6:08Speaker 3: It's really difficult to process everything. I would say.
- 6:11Speaker 4: I think out of body experience like alter egos, like
- 6:13Speaker 4: the wrong way to even describe it.
- 6:15Speaker 3: It's more just like I sometimes watch.
- 6:17Speaker 4: Videos of like the Stars and line tour and things
- 6:19Speaker 4: I've done and I'm like, that's awesome, that's not me.
- 6:22Speaker 3: Like I just like Tesco meal deals.
- 6:24Speaker 4: And I like, I like watching movies, and I like,
- 6:27Speaker 4: you know, like going to the park and buying clothes online.
- 6:30Speaker 4: Like I do feel like I live a very normal
- 6:33Speaker 4: life within my abnormal moment.
- 6:36Speaker 3: So I think it is hard on my head around.
- 6:38Speaker 3: I think I'm always so present.
- 6:39Speaker 4: I try to be so present in everything I do,
- 6:41Speaker 4: but I think there are also moments where you come
- 6:43Speaker 4: away from things and I'm like, that girl seems pretty cool.
- 6:46Speaker 3: She's not me, but she's doing all right.
- 6:48Speaker 1: You know.
- 6:48Speaker 4: It's a kind of out of body, like separation moment.
- 6:52Speaker 4: But I do try every day on stage and shows,
- 6:54Speaker 4: I try to have a moment where I'm like cool,
- 6:57Speaker 4: Like I've me and my team and we've all worked
- 7:00Speaker 4: so hard and I love this so much and this
- 7:02Speaker 4: is happening and this is real.
- 7:04Speaker 3: It's kind of hard to take it in.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Have you do you? I mean, I don't know.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Do you have anyone in your like wideer team who
- 7:10Speaker 1: have worked on or worked with pop stars of the
- 7:14Speaker 1: past who were coming up at a young age and
- 7:17Speaker 1: have been like guiding you to keep you Like I mean,
- 7:19Speaker 1: I do mean to be like a dad, but like
- 7:21Speaker 1: on the straight and narrow. Its like you are not
- 7:23Speaker 1: freyer going to that party with that man in La.
- 7:27Speaker 1: We are not allowing you. You will be home.
- 7:31Speaker 4: No, it's so funny you say that, definitely, But even
- 7:34Speaker 4: also like I think team and everyone like they will
- 7:36Speaker 4: have my best interest and I'm grateful to have a
- 7:38Speaker 4: team who like look out for me in that way too.
- 7:40Speaker 4: But also like my parents, I think I'm very lucky.
- 7:42Speaker 4: My parents haven't when they were young, so they're like
- 7:44Speaker 4: young cool parents.
- 7:46Speaker 2: All parents are parents.
- 7:48Speaker 3: My parents are like pretty pretty freaking cool.
- 7:52Speaker 4: But what I think I'm so grateful for is they
- 7:55Speaker 4: want me to always just be I think rounded is
- 7:57Speaker 4: the most important thing, because.
- 7:58Speaker 3: Like all this stuff is so cool, but it's like.
- 8:00Speaker 4: The reminder of like you're not different, you're not special,
- 8:04Speaker 4: like make your bed, like tidy your room, like tech cool,
- 8:07Speaker 4: go like FaceTime friends, and that's the stuff that I
- 8:10Speaker 4: love doing as well. I think there's so there's something
- 8:13Speaker 4: so special about having people as well around you who
- 8:15Speaker 4: don't tell you what you want to hear, and tell
- 8:17Speaker 4: you the truth what you need to hear, what you
- 8:19Speaker 4: need to hear. I think that's so much more important.
- 8:21Speaker 4: So I think any advice I would give to anyone,
- 8:23Speaker 4: even if any of you, so I feel my back
- 8:25Speaker 4: is towards all of you, like get into music or
- 8:28Speaker 4: in the industry or any of that kind of thing.
- 8:30Speaker 4: Just have people around you who tell you the truth.
- 8:32Speaker 4: That's all I could say. Like people who will be.
- 8:35Speaker 3: Honest and like cow for you in a genuine way.
- 8:38Speaker 1: See. See, this is why you're more mature than I am,
- 8:41Speaker 1: because I would surround myself with people for the bad reasons,
- 8:44Speaker 1: the people.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Who tell me what I want to hear, not what
- 8:47Speaker 2: I need to hear.
- 8:47Speaker 3: You have my moments.
- 8:48Speaker 2: You have my moments.
- 8:49Speaker 3: It's hard. Sometimes it's like a trance and you're like
- 8:52Speaker 3: you're fun.
- 8:53Speaker 4: I like you, but then you're very quickly snapped back
- 8:56Speaker 4: into reality.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Congratulations on the debut EP number one vinyl in the
- 9:00Speaker 1: UK and the USA.
- 9:02Speaker 2: Thank you, that's.
- 9:03Speaker 3: Huge, I screamed.
- 9:05Speaker 4: Honestly, I've never been number one in anything, so it
- 9:07Speaker 4: was really exciting to wake up to that news. I
- 9:10Speaker 4: think I spent the past three months in New Zealand,
- 9:13Speaker 4: and while I wasn't getting to be on tour and
- 9:14Speaker 4: like doing interviews and stuff, I was kind of like
- 9:16Speaker 4: in my apartment working on a movie, which was so fun.
- 9:19Speaker 4: But like seeing like me entering the Billboard Hot one
- 9:22Speaker 4: hundred for the first time and why two hundred for
- 9:25Speaker 4: the first time, and all these things, I was like,
- 9:27Speaker 4: this is like real stuff, you know.
- 9:28Speaker 3: What I mean? It was. It was very crazy.
- 9:30Speaker 4: Seeing my name as well, like surrounded by some of
- 9:32Speaker 4: my favorite artists, like yeah, Noah Can's new album. I
- 9:36Speaker 4: love it so even being anywhere near him and his
- 9:39Speaker 4: like perfectness of perfection of a piece.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Of work, which is crazy. So yeah, thank you very much.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Now quickly prast guys here, We're gonna do some fan
- 9:49Speaker 1: questions in just a second. But I wanted to quickly
- 9:51Speaker 1: say to you. I saw you say that some people
- 9:53Speaker 1: think you are American.
- 9:55Speaker 3: Oh yeah they do.
- 9:56Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 9:56Speaker 1: And then and because you do a ripen American accent, right,
- 10:00Speaker 1: but can you do a good Australian accent. You've you've
- 10:04Speaker 1: been in Australia, New Zealand, Vicinity for the last three
- 10:06Speaker 1: months filming the Zombies movie.
- 10:10Speaker 2: How well do you do an Aussie accent?
- 10:13Speaker 3: Okay, oh my god, Okay, okay.
- 10:16Speaker 4: Okay, okay, okay. Let me talk a little bit about
- 10:20Speaker 4: my life and what I'm doing right now. Okay, Hi,
- 10:23Speaker 4: my name is Freya Scott.
- 10:25Speaker 2: That you know.
- 10:26Speaker 3: Wait, it's gone bad.
- 10:27Speaker 4: It's so much better when I'm not in an interview.
- 10:29Speaker 4: Can you give me something to say? No, you did perfectly, No,
- 10:32Speaker 4: you did perfectly fine?
- 10:33Speaker 3: Was that good?
- 10:34Speaker 2: That was really? That was really good.
- 10:36Speaker 3: You're being nice? You're being nice?
- 10:37Speaker 4: No, no, no, cleo, like you're just being nice.
- 10:42Speaker 3: You're just being nice.
- 10:43Speaker 4: But honestly, I people think I'm Australian a lot in
- 10:46Speaker 4: the US. I think in the US some people get
- 10:48Speaker 4: English and Australian and I'm flattered every time because I
- 10:52Speaker 4: love Australians.
- 10:53Speaker 3: I think that means I'm just extra nice.
- 10:54Speaker 2: Absolutely.
- 10:55Speaker 1: You know, Frey's guys here, we got the fans in
- 10:58Speaker 1: the studio, say hello, fans say hello. Now, I think
- 11:02Speaker 1: we're gonna pull them up to ask a question. Would
- 11:04Speaker 1: you like to do some fan questions?
- 11:05Speaker 3: I would love to. How do I turn more to you?
- 11:07Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 11:08Speaker 2: You look right? That's alright, that's good h doing? Where
- 11:10Speaker 2: zoehos Zoey? Where's Zoey?
- 11:12Speaker 3: Hi? Zoey Wait? I love that hoodie. I love that
- 11:14Speaker 3: brand them all the time.
- 11:16Speaker 2: What's the what's the brand?
- 11:17Speaker 1: Mad, happy new talking to the microphone, talking closer, closer, Yep,
- 11:21Speaker 1: they go good, there we go.
- 11:22Speaker 3: My question is, if you could relieve any moment so
- 11:25Speaker 3: far through throughout your career, will riphy such a hard question?
- 11:32Speaker 3: I would say maybe.
- 11:35Speaker 4: I think maybe my first ever acoustic headline show in
- 11:38Speaker 4: New York at the Grammar Sy. I never ever performed
- 11:41Speaker 4: on my own before, like at a show like that.
- 11:43Speaker 4: So the first moment I came out with my guitarist Johnnie,
- 11:46Speaker 4: we both like sat on the store and started performing,
- 11:48Speaker 4: and everyone was singing so loud we couldn't even hear ourselves.
- 11:52Speaker 3: We were like, wow, we were so taken aback, And.
- 11:54Speaker 4: I remember that moment I just felt so much like
- 11:57Speaker 4: love and just kind of like, I don't know, just
- 12:00Speaker 4: it felt really nice that people had turned up to
- 12:02Speaker 4: see my show, and it's like the beginning of a
- 12:04Speaker 4: really fun kind of like touring journey. So maybe then,
- 12:07Speaker 4: but honestly, everything's and so fun. I think Australia's gonna
- 12:10Speaker 4: be my new favorite.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Sorry, no you hey, I was gonna say, when was
- 12:15Speaker 1: the first time when you were posting covers?
- 12:17Speaker 2: Right?
- 12:18Speaker 1: Or even forget the Eurovision thing for a second, but
- 12:20Speaker 1: like when you when did you think, oh my god,
- 12:22Speaker 1: there's something happening here, Like was there when you cracked
- 12:25Speaker 1: your first million views or was it when you the
- 12:28Speaker 1: followers went up, Like what was it that you were like, oh,
- 12:31Speaker 1: this is doing way better online than and than I
- 12:33Speaker 1: realized it was gonna do.
- 12:35Speaker 3: I mean, I think when I got my first ten comments,
- 12:37Speaker 3: I was like, oh my gosh, I've made it.
- 12:40Speaker 4: I think honestly it was it's the small milestones, and
- 12:42Speaker 4: three of them were my family, and then like four.
- 12:45Speaker 3: Were my friends, so really it was three, right. I think, honestly,
- 12:49Speaker 3: there's never really been a moment.
- 12:50Speaker 4: I think everything has been such a cool, gradual process,
- 12:53Speaker 4: whereas like in Eurovision, throughout that moment, I was like, Wow,
- 12:55Speaker 4: this is like my life is changing. And then I
- 12:58Speaker 4: come home and I was like, oh that was awesome.
- 12:59Speaker 4: And then I did zbies and I was like, this
- 13:01Speaker 4: is a new level of a new life, and I
- 13:03Speaker 4: did and I was like, this is even a new
- 13:05Speaker 4: level of that kind of feeling.
- 13:06Speaker 3: So I think there's many moments that you say your
- 13:09Speaker 3: moment when you're like this is crazy. But I've seen
- 13:12Speaker 3: different milestones seem.
- 13:13Speaker 2: To beat it every time. Yeah, Australia's the next one.
- 13:17Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I think so, Like it's my first ever
- 13:19Speaker 4: arena show I've ever done, like on my own, and yeah,
- 13:22Speaker 4: I just have dreamt of coming here and I heard
- 13:23Speaker 4: the crowds here of the best.
- 13:25Speaker 3: So I think, pinch me moment.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Thank you, Zoey, Thank you, Zoey, Thank you.
- 13:29Speaker 1: Now, Holly, step on forward. This girl she is a
- 13:32Speaker 1: dead set doppleganger of you.
- 13:34Speaker 3: Like my twin is here? Are you my long little sister?
- 13:38Speaker 1: Into the into the microphone, into the I knew I
- 13:41Speaker 1: was Australian.
- 13:42Speaker 2: I like when I saw her, I was like, is
- 13:44Speaker 2: this like if we planning it as what's going on?
- 13:47Speaker 3: You're so beautiful, like a better version of me? If
- 13:51Speaker 3: you could collabse with anyone, who would it be?
- 13:54Speaker 4: Oh my gosh. The question gets harder and harder every day.
- 13:57Speaker 4: I feel like I get asked this all the time
- 13:59Speaker 4: and it changes a lot. But I think one that
- 14:02Speaker 4: stands and I'm gonna say it again because I've said
- 14:03Speaker 4: it many times, because I think I know him slightly
- 14:06Speaker 4: more as a person now. I think Alex Warren is awesome.
- 14:08Speaker 4: I think, yeah, you're like saw that one coming.
- 14:11Speaker 3: You said that before but I don't know.
- 14:12Speaker 4: I think the more you get to know someone, I
- 14:14Speaker 4: think at first I just loved his art and his
- 14:15Speaker 4: music and it was just amazing because it is. And
- 14:18Speaker 4: then he's just a nice human too, which I think
- 14:22Speaker 4: also adds like ten trillion extra points if you're just
- 14:25Speaker 4: like a good person, and he is.
- 14:27Speaker 3: So I would say, oh my gosh, you're focus. That's
- 14:30Speaker 3: so cool.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Sorry, hang on, what was that the phone case?
- 14:32Speaker 3: Was it that took me by surprise? So yeah, I
- 14:37Speaker 3: think him.
- 14:38Speaker 4: But there's so many people I would dream of collaborating with,
- 14:40Speaker 4: and I hope that there's a day when I actually
- 14:42Speaker 4: get to because I say my dreams a lot, but
- 14:44Speaker 4: oftentimes I'm like, yeah, maybe some day in the future,
- 14:47Speaker 4: but some day is a long way away. So I
- 14:48Speaker 4: look forward to days when I actually get into collaborations.
- 14:51Speaker 4: Maybe it's like on the album or on someone else's song.
- 14:53Speaker 4: Like I think, there's a couple of things where I'm like,
- 14:56Speaker 4: now is the actual time? So fingers crossed?
- 14:58Speaker 3: Thanks, thank you, Oh my gosh, so cool?
- 15:01Speaker 2: Where's Ava?
- 15:03Speaker 3: Hey? Ava?
- 15:04Speaker 2: Step on? Come on down.
- 15:06Speaker 4: Everyone's wearing something I would genuinely wear to and off.
- 15:09Speaker 4: The shoulder jumper is my favorite.
- 15:11Speaker 3: Thank you, I have a little country today. What is
- 15:15Speaker 3: your favorite song lyrics that either A written? And why? Oh?
- 15:18Speaker 4: My favorite song lyric I've ever written. I mean, I
- 15:21Speaker 4: feel like this is gonna come at a surprise to
- 15:23Speaker 4: note one, but I think it's probably you're a narcissist.
- 15:26Speaker 3: I'm an optimist. Name of deadly a combo? Maybe great choice.
- 15:29Speaker 4: I think it came very naturally, just kind of happened.
- 15:31Speaker 4: But if I were to give another one, that's maybe
- 15:33Speaker 4: a less obvious. I love and maybe tomorrow I say,
- 15:36Speaker 4: I can't burn a fire you keep putting out And
- 15:38Speaker 4: I like that one too, But I feel like Sient
- 15:40Speaker 4: Truman is always a go to. I think Sentry is
- 15:42Speaker 4: one of my favorite songs I've ever written. And the
- 15:45Speaker 4: bridge moment I think was just like such a gut
- 15:47Speaker 4: punch moment that I loved it.
- 15:49Speaker 3: So I think that how about you? What was yours?
- 15:51Speaker 4: I was gonna say, London, Oh my heart, Oh that's
- 15:56Speaker 4: so And when you dropped it last week, it's beautiful.
- 15:59Speaker 3: Oh thank you. That means a lot, that means so much,
- 16:01Speaker 3: Thank you so.
- 16:02Speaker 2: Much, beautiful question, thank you, Phoie.
- 16:07Speaker 3: I love these hoodies, star girl.
- 16:10Speaker 4: Yes, what advice would you give to aspiring young performers
- 16:15Speaker 4: like me who want to follow in your footsteps?
- 16:17Speaker 3: Hey? Wait, what do you just perform in all three?
- 16:20Speaker 3: Do you have a favorite? Probably singing, singing, Let's go, Yeah,
- 16:24Speaker 3: Blood's go. Okay.
- 16:26Speaker 4: If I were to give advice, I think my number
- 16:29Speaker 4: one would be just like, keep going for the love
- 16:31Speaker 4: of it. I think that's so important that it's just
- 16:33Speaker 4: like every day you're going at it, and but it's
- 16:35Speaker 4: because you love it so much. I think love is
- 16:38Speaker 4: like the biggest driving force behind dreams and all of
- 16:41Speaker 4: that kind of thing. So I would say, just like,
- 16:42Speaker 4: keep going for the love of it. But I mentioned
- 16:44Speaker 4: this briefly earlier, but I would say, like surround yourself
- 16:47Speaker 4: with people who keep you grounded and who will also
- 16:49Speaker 4: support you and uplift you, but also like be honest
- 16:52Speaker 4: with you and guide you in the right direction. I
- 16:53Speaker 4: think that's been the biggest thing for me as well.
- 16:56Speaker 4: And another one just keep going because it's such a
- 16:59Speaker 4: crazy world and place, and some people are wild in
- 17:04Speaker 4: good ways and bad ways. So I would say just
- 17:06Speaker 4: keep going, Like if you really love it in your
- 17:08Speaker 4: core and it's your dream and your passion, never stop.
- 17:11Speaker 4: Keep going and don't let anyone tell you anything.
- 17:15Speaker 2: Love that.
- 17:15Speaker 3: That's your parents.
- 17:16Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, thank you, Thanks Chloe.
- 17:19Speaker 1: And then Mikayla, where are you come on down?
- 17:22Speaker 3: Tayla? Your hair is so gorgeous.
- 17:26Speaker 4: I just wanted to ask when you started your songwriting journey,
- 17:30Speaker 4: what made you pursue and keep going no matter what
- 17:34Speaker 4: anyone said?
- 17:35Speaker 3: Oh wait, that's great.
- 17:36Speaker 4: That kind of connects to what I was just speaking about.
- 17:38Speaker 4: I think the love for it. But also I think
- 17:41Speaker 4: another one is you like the fans and everyone who
- 17:43Speaker 4: supported me, Like that's the biggest inspiring kind of like
- 17:47Speaker 4: force behind everything. I think when it gets hard and
- 17:50Speaker 4: there are people who are saying negative things or also
- 17:53Speaker 4: not everyone's always gonna connect with things because art is
- 17:55Speaker 4: such like a personal preference kind of thing, I think
- 17:59Speaker 4: the love of it. And also even if it was
- 18:01Speaker 4: ten people, five people, and I'm lucky enough to have
- 18:04Speaker 4: thousands of people who were there like keep going, we
- 18:06Speaker 4: love this music and we want more. I think that's
- 18:08Speaker 4: also really cool. So even if you find your five people,
- 18:12Speaker 4: for me growing up, it was my parents and my
- 18:13Speaker 4: best friend and my granny, and they were the ones
- 18:15Speaker 4: who were like, you keep going, You're so good at this,
- 18:18Speaker 4: and that's what kept me going. So I think, find
- 18:20Speaker 4: your people who motivate you, and that's that's what helped me.
- 18:24Speaker 2: So great advice. Thank you, Mikayla.
- 18:27Speaker 3: Thank you so much. Mikayla.
- 18:28Speaker 2: You're so bubbly frayer. I love that.
- 18:30Speaker 4: I'm just excited. I think if I was a dog,
- 18:32Speaker 4: I'd be a gonen retriever. I want to be a
- 18:34Speaker 4: black cat so bad, but I'm not.
- 18:36Speaker 2: Can I Mom? Did she come out of the womb
- 18:38Speaker 2: with this much bubbly energy? Get her whole entire life?
- 18:41Speaker 2: Bless you?
- 18:42Speaker 3: It's exhausting, isn't it.
- 18:44Speaker 1: I'm excited to have met my match.
- 18:47Speaker 3: Oh my god.
- 18:48Speaker 1: Sometimes people are like, gee, small, this enthusiastic, isn't it.
- 18:51Speaker 1: That's the best thing.
- 18:52Speaker 4: Enthusiasm, charisma, energy, It's the best thing we like people. Oh,
- 18:57Speaker 4: I think that's the most cool thing in life for
- 18:59Speaker 4: people excited. And also it's because I'm talking about things
- 19:02Speaker 4: I love too, like I love this, So I love
- 19:04Speaker 4: that bubbles me up.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Okay, So the tour is coming, starts this weekend, and
- 19:08Speaker 1: then where do you go?
- 19:09Speaker 2: What do you do after that?
- 19:11Speaker 4: So then I have a few amount of days of
- 19:13Speaker 4: home I have like five days to to to see
- 19:16Speaker 4: my dog. But then I start to begin the next
- 19:20Speaker 4: the world tour, No, the next, the next piece of work,
- 19:23Speaker 4: the next body Okay, album, I don't know, but the
- 19:28Speaker 4: next the next thing I didn't say anything, No, but.
- 19:31Speaker 1: She's saying is that she's got a studio booking.
- 19:34Speaker 4: You're saying she has a few months where she's going
- 19:36Speaker 4: to be working hard.
- 19:38Speaker 3: No, I have a lot of life.
- 19:39Speaker 4: Experiences I think I'm excited and ready to talk about now.
- 19:42Speaker 4: I haven't written in a while, so I'm so excited
- 19:45Speaker 4: to have some like head down focused time after tour
- 19:47Speaker 4: to compile my thoughts, but also begin the next chapter.
- 19:52Speaker 4: I'm very excited to start. Us has been fun. Stars
- 19:55Speaker 4: of Line has been a dream, and I still have
- 19:57Speaker 4: fifty shows left of that tour, so it's not over
- 20:00Speaker 4: just yet.
- 20:00Speaker 3: Yeah, to get everything ready in time. It starts pretty.
- 20:04Speaker 1: Soon, I can only imagine, and I hopefully when it
- 20:08Speaker 1: comes to Mother's Day and Father's Day, you give Mum
- 20:10Speaker 1: and Dad the biggest presence that they've ever gotten.
- 20:12Speaker 3: They get a lovely hug.
- 20:14Speaker 2: Yeah, perfect. Fans say thank you to prayer.
- 20:19Speaker 3: No, thank you, thank you for coming.
- 20:21Speaker 1: And I know they're all ticket holders, so they're all
- 20:23Speaker 1: going to be seeing You're like, oh, got to can't wait.
