Three General Observations about Belonging

Christians belong to God through Jesus Christ in the covenant of salvation.

Belonging to God through Jesus means that spouses belong to each other through the marriage covenant.

This covenant belonging, first to God, then to each other requires certain marriage behaviors.

Three Marriage Behaviors

Embrace a biblical sexual ethic.

Remain together.

Live the gospel in your marriage/home.
