- 0:01Speaker 1: Alright folks, so the phone call took place today between
- 0:05Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's representatives, his new lawyers that are based in Hollywood,
- 0:10Speaker 1: and the prosecutors and the judge. And it looks like
- 0:14Speaker 1: from the reports we're hearing that the judge wasn't having
- 0:17Speaker 1: any of Prince Andrew and his legal team's nonsense. In fact,
- 0:21Speaker 1: went as far as admonishing them for making things way
- 0:25Speaker 1: more difficult than they had to be. pretty much figured
- 0:31Speaker 1: that would be the case, right? Look, these judges, like
- 0:34Speaker 1: I said earlier, they're like feudal lords, right? You mess
- 0:39Speaker 1: with these dudes, it's like going into a badger den
- 0:42Speaker 1: and taking a whiz on one and expecting it not to,
- 0:44Speaker 1: you know, go crazy on you. So with Andrew and
- 0:49Speaker 1: his team, all of the bluster about how they were
- 0:53Speaker 1: just going to ignore all of this, we knew that
- 0:55Speaker 1: wasn't going to be the case because being... tried in
- 0:59Speaker 1: absentia is never the proper route to go if you're
- 1:02Speaker 1: looking to prove your innocence. So I figured that they'd
- 1:06Speaker 1: be ready to field this call. But it's nice to
- 1:10Speaker 1: see the judge giving them a bit of a slap
- 1:12Speaker 1: here and telling them that he's not playing games pretty much.
- 1:16Speaker 1: No more BS. Let's get down to it is basically
- 1:20Speaker 1: what the judge is telling them. So let's jump into
- 1:24Speaker 1: this article from LawAndCrime.com. and author Adam Klasfeld, and let's
- 1:29Speaker 1: see exactly what in the hell went on today during
- 1:33Speaker 1: that phone call. Headline, Federal Judge Skewers Lawyer for Prince
- 1:39Speaker 1: Andrew for making service more complicated than it is. And again,
- 1:44Speaker 1: that's really what it comes down to, right? This guy
- 1:48Speaker 1: is ducking and dodging like Rip Torrance throwing wrenches at
- 1:52Speaker 1: him and he's in dodgeball. When in reality, He should
- 1:57Speaker 1: accept this summons and come and challenge these accusations in court.
- 2:01Speaker 1: He's such a big tough guy, right? He's such a
- 2:04Speaker 1: war hero. Such an honorable dude. Then what are you
- 2:08Speaker 1: running for, bro? What are you hiding out at your
- 2:11Speaker 1: mom's house for? Don't make it more complicated than it
- 2:16Speaker 1: needs to be. Prince Andrew has disputed that the woman
- 2:25Speaker 1: accusing him of sexually abusing her as a 17-year-old served
- 2:28Speaker 1: him properly with a lawsuit. That argument appeared to land
- 2:32Speaker 1: poorly in court on Monday when a federal judge signaled
- 2:36Speaker 1: that this is a losing battle. Look, there was no
- 2:40Speaker 1: doubt in my mind that this was going to be
- 2:43Speaker 1: the result, right? He wasn't going to get off on
- 2:46Speaker 1: the service of this warrant. They weren't going to be
- 2:50Speaker 1: able to... use that as a way for him to
- 2:55Speaker 1: wiggle off the hook. I was pretty confident that Boyes
- 3:00Speaker 1: and Schiller and the rest of the legal team would
- 3:02Speaker 1: have been very thorough leading up to all of this.
- 3:06Speaker 1: This is very high profile. This isn't something you throw
- 3:09Speaker 1: together in a day or two, right? And with the
- 3:11Speaker 1: legal office, I am sure that this is something they've
- 3:14Speaker 1: been preparing for for quite some time. So I am
- 3:17Speaker 1: sure that they went through everything they needed to go through,
- 3:20Speaker 1: you know, had a mock situation that they ran before
- 3:24Speaker 1: them and and came up with the best way to
- 3:27Speaker 1: go about serving this guy that would have some weight
- 3:31Speaker 1: with the court it's not like they just woke up
- 3:34Speaker 1: one day and they were like all right we'll show
- 3:36Speaker 1: up at insert castle here and we'll just do whatever
- 3:40Speaker 1: we want and say we serve them there's a certain
- 3:43Speaker 1: process that goes along with it and those steps have
- 3:46Speaker 1: to be followed And according to this judge, those steps
- 3:51Speaker 1: were obviously followed, and Andrew and his team are the
- 3:55Speaker 1: ones playing games. You have a pretty high degree of
- 4:00Speaker 1: certainty that he can be served sooner than later, U.S.
- 4:03Speaker 1: District Judge Louis Kaplan told the Prince's lawyers during a
- 4:06Speaker 1: telephone conference. Let's cut out all the technicalities and get
- 4:10Speaker 1: to the substance, he added. Man, is this judge hanging
- 4:13Speaker 1: out listening to the podcast? This guy, me and this
- 4:16Speaker 1: guy might be kindred souls. I am so tired of
- 4:20Speaker 1: technicalities when it comes to these trials and these situations
- 4:24Speaker 1: of law. How about we get down to who's innocent
- 4:26Speaker 1: and who's guilty? Shouldn't that matter? Shouldn't that be like
- 4:31Speaker 1: the most important thing? But it's really not, right? It's
- 4:34Speaker 1: a game of technicalities and loopholes that these people are playing.
- 4:38Speaker 1: And the one who's the most proficient at that, the
- 4:41Speaker 1: one who is the most skilled at that is going
- 4:44Speaker 1: to be the best lawyer in the room. It has
- 4:46Speaker 1: nothing to do with guilt or innocence anymore. And hell,
- 4:49Speaker 1: maybe it never has. Again, I'm not some kind of
- 4:52Speaker 1: expert in the field of judicial law. I most certainly
- 4:58Speaker 1: am not. But I'm also not going to be gaslit
- 5:01Speaker 1: or bullshitted by these people. So, when it comes down
- 5:06Speaker 1: to this kind of situation, it's nice to see the
- 5:10Speaker 1: judge himself Bringing up technicalities and pointing out that he's
- 5:16Speaker 1: not going to stand for it. Let's get to the substance.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Let's get to the meat on the bone. Why are
- 5:21Speaker 1: we dicking around, around the edges? With that remark, the
- 5:29Speaker 1: judge made clear that ducking service is not likely to
- 5:32Speaker 1: be a successful gambit. to avoid a lawsuit by Virginia Roberts,
- 5:37Speaker 1: one of the most outspoken victims of the now-deceased pedophile
- 5:41Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. And so this can only be considered a
- 5:45Speaker 1: W for Virginia here in round one, right? So they're
- 5:49Speaker 1: going to have to answer for this. There's going to
- 5:51Speaker 1: be no running. There's going to be no avoiding the service.
- 5:55Speaker 1: And if him and his law team don't show up
- 5:58Speaker 1: to any of these trials or whatever, then this judge
- 6:02Speaker 1: is going to render... a decision in absentia, and it's
- 6:05Speaker 1: not going to turn out well for Prince Andrew. So
- 6:09Speaker 1: like I thought from the jump, old boy is over
- 6:11Speaker 1: the barrel. And all of those people who thought, oh,
- 6:13Speaker 1: because he's a royal, he's going to avoid this. Well,
- 6:16Speaker 1: a lot of people didn't have any clue about what's
- 6:19Speaker 1: really going on here. There are all sorts of different
- 6:25Speaker 1: levers and methods put into place via treaties and For
- 6:31Speaker 1: these exact kinds of situations. Now of course him being
- 6:34Speaker 1: a royal. Definitely throws a wrench into things. But obviously.
- 6:39Speaker 1: This judge. And I'm sure other judges. Don't really care
- 6:42Speaker 1: about that. And pretty much proving it right here. By
- 6:46Speaker 1: telling Andrew. He's going to have to answer for this
- 6:48Speaker 1: in court. You're not going to get off on this
- 6:49Speaker 1: on a technicality. You're not going to just push this away.
- 6:53Speaker 1: You're going to have to sit down. And you're going
- 6:55Speaker 1: to have to. You know defend yourself here. Roberts alleges
- 7:04Speaker 1: in her lawsuit that the Duke of York sexually assaulted
- 7:07Speaker 1: her as a teenager in three places. Epstein's New York
- 7:11Speaker 1: mansion in Private Island in the U.S. Virgin Islands and
- 7:14Speaker 1: accused sex trafficking Ghislaine Maxwell's London home. So, Prince Andrew,
- 7:20Speaker 1: it wasn't a one-time thing either, right? Multiple times he's
- 7:24Speaker 1: accused of this. You would think that a guy like
- 7:30Speaker 1: Prince Andrew... wouldn't need to be hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 7:36Speaker 1: And furthermore, imagine Jeffrey Epstein or anybody showing up with
- 7:40Speaker 1: their buddy Ghislaine Maxwell and some little young girl who
- 7:43Speaker 1: looks like she's about, oh, if you look at the picture, 16, 17, maybe.
- 7:48Speaker 1: They show up with her in tow and you're the
- 7:50Speaker 1: Prince of England. You don't ask any questions. You don't say,
- 7:53Speaker 1: all right, hold up. Who's the kid, guys? What's going
- 7:55Speaker 1: on here? Is it someone's niece? What are you guys
- 7:58Speaker 1: doing with this kid here? Is she on like a
- 8:00Speaker 1: school field trip or something? Can I see her parents
- 8:04Speaker 1: release form that's allowing her to go? I mean, nobody
- 8:08Speaker 1: asks any questions with all these young looking girls hanging out. Oh,
- 8:13Speaker 1: it's not my business. Oh, it's not... Bitch, it is
- 8:16Speaker 1: your business. Do you think that if you're hanging out
- 8:20Speaker 1: at the dope spot and it gets raided, you're not
- 8:22Speaker 1: going to jail? So why should these motherfuckers be allowed
- 8:26Speaker 1: to get away with enabling? And in some spots... Even
- 8:29Speaker 1: being an accessory, it would seem. Because the law is
- 8:35Speaker 1: not put on the books for you or me. It's
- 8:38Speaker 1: meant for people like Prince Andrew. It's meant for people
- 8:41Speaker 1: like his whole circle, his whole entourage, all of his friends.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Notice how long they were able to get away with
- 8:48Speaker 1: the shit they were getting away with. Doesn't work like
- 8:55Speaker 1: that for everybody else, does it? So again, it's nice
- 8:58Speaker 1: to see this judge, at the very least, make this
- 9:01Speaker 1: guy wiggle on the hook for a little while. Maxwell,
- 9:10Speaker 1: whom Roberts claimed turned her into a sex slave, can
- 9:13Speaker 1: be seen in the background of a photograph showing the
- 9:15Speaker 1: prince's arm around the then-teenager's waist. Roberts made the same
- 9:19Speaker 1: allegations against the prince during her since-settled 2015 lawsuit against Maxwell. So,
- 9:27Speaker 1: this dude has been under the microscope for all of
- 9:29Speaker 1: this time, right? Everybody has, at the very least, gotten
- 9:33Speaker 1: a whiff of what's going on. And still, nobody has
- 9:39Speaker 1: forced him to speak to the authorities. So that shows
- 9:41Speaker 1: you what the royal family thinks about these survivors of
- 9:44Speaker 1: sexual abuse. It shows you what the queen herself thinks
- 9:49Speaker 1: about these girls. And it's pretty pathetic. Sometimes, you have
- 9:55Speaker 1: a defective child and the Queen most certainly has a
- 9:58Speaker 1: defective child with Prince Andrew. Andrew. Dude's head is not right.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Hanging out with Jeffrey fucking Epstein. After he was a
- 10:06Speaker 1: convicted sex offender. Look remember. Before you. These guys can
- 10:09Speaker 1: make the excuse. Oh we had no idea what he was.
- 10:13Speaker 1: Even though they did right. But they can at least
- 10:15Speaker 1: make that excuse. Afterwards. Well that excuse goes bye bye.
- 10:21Speaker 1: So there is no excuse for you hanging out with
- 10:23Speaker 1: him at that point. But Monday's hearing revolved less around
- 10:30Speaker 1: the allegations of the lawsuit than the proprietary of U.S.
- 10:33Speaker 1: courts to hear the case at all. And that exactly
- 10:38Speaker 1: was what the meat and potatoes of today was. Will
- 10:41Speaker 1: this case stand on its own two feet here in America?
- 10:45Speaker 1: Will this case... be something that is worth the court
- 10:49Speaker 1: looking at. That's what this whole entire thing was today.
- 10:52Speaker 1: And it certainly looks like the judge is signaling that
- 10:56Speaker 1: Andrew better bring his lunch. We believe that this is
- 10:59Speaker 1: a baseless, non-viable, and potentially unlawful suit, argued the prince's lawyer,
- 11:05Speaker 1: Andrew B. Brettler, a Los Angeles-based attorney known for representing
- 11:10Speaker 1: Hollywood luminaries accused of sexual misconduct. Look at this cast
- 11:14Speaker 1: of characters. Armie Hammer, I mean, did his parents hate him,
- 11:18Speaker 1: by the way? Who's gonna, your last name's Hammer already.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Now you're gonna name me Army? Dude was bound to
- 11:24Speaker 1: be a sicko from the jump, huh? Danny Masterson, another
- 11:28Speaker 1: fine member of society. Bryan Singer's gross, disgusting, gross ass.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Did I say gross enough? And then Brett Ratner as well. Boy,
- 11:37Speaker 1: this guy has a nice stable. Almost one to rival Mr.
- 11:41Speaker 1: I Kept My Underpants on Dershowitz, huh? Pretty nice how
- 11:45Speaker 1: that works. Look, these lawyers, they're going to do whatever
- 11:49Speaker 1: they possibly can to make sure that this case does
- 11:52Speaker 1: not go to trial. They don't want this in front
- 11:54Speaker 1: of a jury or a judge. They don't want that.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Everything that they do, every move that they make is
- 12:02Speaker 1: to try and set this up as an illegal service
- 12:06Speaker 1: of this warrant or the whole entire thing in general
- 12:09Speaker 1: is illegal. All about technicalities. You notice nobody's running around
- 12:14Speaker 1: screaming from the rooftops about how innocent Prince Andrew is, right?
- 12:18Speaker 1: Where's his legal team with oppressor? Talking about here's this evidence,
- 12:21Speaker 1: that evidence, this, this, and this. And this is why
- 12:24Speaker 1: our client is innocent. They can't even do that. They
- 12:29Speaker 1: can't even bring that to the table and try and
- 12:31Speaker 1: swing the narrative in their way. That's how hard oppressed
- 12:34Speaker 1: they are here for the facts. And when the facts
- 12:38Speaker 1: are in short supply... it's probably a good idea to
- 12:42Speaker 1: keep your yap shut. Robert's attorney, David Boyes, insisted that
- 12:48Speaker 1: the service was proper. We've proceeded to serve Prince Andrew
- 12:52Speaker 1: in several ways pursuant to Article 10 of the Hague Convention,
- 12:56Speaker 1: Boyes said. And that's what I was talking about a
- 12:59Speaker 1: little bit ago. There's all kinds of different conventions that
- 13:02Speaker 1: have been signed, treaties between the United States and the
- 13:05Speaker 1: UK and elsewhere, obviously. But in this case specifically, between
- 13:10Speaker 1: these two nations. And to think that David Boies and
- 13:14Speaker 1: his team wouldn't know what they're doing here as far
- 13:17Speaker 1: as making sure all their ducks are in a row
- 13:19Speaker 1: and everything's lined up correctly, that was a step too
- 13:23Speaker 1: far for me to take. I highly doubt that a
- 13:27Speaker 1: legal team such as this is not going to have
- 13:30Speaker 1: everything in order, right? So... When people were talking about
- 13:36Speaker 1: how it wasn't even going to get by the judge,
- 13:39Speaker 1: the judge is going to get rid of it because
- 13:41Speaker 1: it wasn't served correctly, I just had my doubts that
- 13:45Speaker 1: would be the resolution. Now, from here, who the hell knows?
- 13:49Speaker 1: But I kind of figured from the jump that he
- 13:54Speaker 1: wasn't going to be able to ignore this, right? I've
- 13:57Speaker 1: been pretty consistent in that messaging. He can't just ignore this.
- 14:01Speaker 1: He's going to have to face it one way or
- 14:02Speaker 1: the other. That is the treaty under which Prince Andrew
- 14:08Speaker 1: disputes service. But Judge Kaplan skewered the prince's lawyer for
- 14:12Speaker 1: making matters more complicated than they need to be. And
- 14:15Speaker 1: that's the MO of these guys, right? These high-profile lawyers,
- 14:20Speaker 1: they're looking to make things way more complicated than they
- 14:23Speaker 1: need to be. The longer they can draw this out,
- 14:27Speaker 1: the more chance that the prosecution's case crumbles. That's exactly
- 14:31Speaker 1: how it always works with these guys. And that's what
- 14:34Speaker 1: you're seeing here. They want to battle over technicalities until
- 14:37Speaker 1: the cows come home. What they don't want to battle
- 14:40Speaker 1: over is truth and lies. I'm sure you know that
- 14:47Speaker 1: the Hague Convention is supplemental, Kaplan told Brettler, adding that
- 14:51Speaker 1: he can order service effected upon a foreign national under
- 14:55Speaker 1: Federal Rule 4F3 of the United States Code. Again, anyone
- 15:01Speaker 1: who thinks that the long arm of the federal government
- 15:05Speaker 1: can't reach out and touch you if you're in a
- 15:07Speaker 1: different country, they are sorely mistaken. It all comes down
- 15:12Speaker 1: to the will of the United States. If the federal
- 15:15Speaker 1: government wants to pressure allies into turning people over, they're
- 15:19Speaker 1: going to turn people over. If they want to press
- 15:23Speaker 1: their allies into getting statements, they're going to get whatever
- 15:26Speaker 1: cooperation that they want for the most part. But the
- 15:30Speaker 1: caveat is, does the federal government have the willpower to
- 15:34Speaker 1: to expend the political capital necessary to do so. And
- 15:40Speaker 1: in this instance, I do not think that we will
- 15:43Speaker 1: see that, right? The extra pressure, the complete tightening of
- 15:49Speaker 1: the fist, if you will, because I don't think it's
- 15:51Speaker 1: going to be necessary. I think that Andrew is in
- 15:55Speaker 1: a position now, especially now, Where he's going to have
- 15:59Speaker 1: to answer these charges. And all of the technicalities. All
- 16:02Speaker 1: of the loopholes. All of the slippery slopes on earth.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Or in the universe. Aren't going to be able to
- 16:08Speaker 1: help him. From the eventual reality. That the train. Of justice.
- 16:15Speaker 1: Has left the station. That rule offers wide latitude. For
- 16:21Speaker 1: serving a foreign person. By other means not prohibited. By
- 16:25Speaker 1: international agreement. As the court orders. Judge Kaplan indicated that
- 16:30Speaker 1: he would likely grant that order and is unlikely to
- 16:32Speaker 1: change his mind on that front. So Judge Kaplan looks
- 16:37Speaker 1: like he's gung-ho here on, at the very least, hearing
- 16:40Speaker 1: all of the evidence in this case. And at the
- 16:42Speaker 1: end of the day, that is exactly what you have
- 16:44Speaker 1: to hope for, right? It's the first step. Getting this
- 16:47Speaker 1: through the first barrage of anti-aircraft fire that the defense
- 16:53Speaker 1: is going to throw up into the sky. And thankfully,
- 16:57Speaker 1: it looks like Judge Kaplan has seen the BS here,
- 17:00Speaker 1: has seen the nonsense, and doesn't want to deal with it,
- 17:03Speaker 1: and wants to get right to the substance of the matter.
- 17:05Speaker 1: What kind of evidence do you have? Let's see it.
- 17:08Speaker 1: I'm busy. I want to go play golf. Me and
- 17:10Speaker 1: the rest of my so-called elite buddies have a $ 10, 000
- 17:13Speaker 1: a day, a $ 10, 000 a plate function to go to.
- 17:16Speaker 1: Let's go. Let's get things moving. So I don't think
- 17:22Speaker 1: we'll see any sort of... tomfoolery going on here with
- 17:26Speaker 1: this judge. Seems like he wants to streamline this and
- 17:29Speaker 1: get it rocking and rolling. The Duke of York denies
- 17:34Speaker 1: the allegations. For years, federal prosecutors in the Southern District
- 17:38Speaker 1: of New York described the prince as unhelpful in their
- 17:42Speaker 1: investigation into the Epstein case. The district's former U.S. attorney,
- 17:46Speaker 1: Jeffrey Berman, released a statement declaring that Prince Andrew provided
- 17:51Speaker 1: zero cooperation in connection with the matter. And when that happened,
- 17:56Speaker 1: we discussed how irregular that is. That is not the
- 18:00Speaker 1: kind of thing that the federal government usually does, especially
- 18:04Speaker 1: in a high profile case like this. What it looks
- 18:07Speaker 1: like is they were trying to leverage him. They were
- 18:09Speaker 1: trying to use public opinion in their favor to get
- 18:14Speaker 1: him to start to yap. While it was a decent try,
- 18:21Speaker 1: there's no way that this guy is speaking to anybody
- 18:24Speaker 1: at this point. I mean, is there anybody out there
- 18:29Speaker 1: listening that thinks he's innocent of these charges? And if so, look,
- 18:33Speaker 1: I would love to hear why you think he's innocent
- 18:37Speaker 1: and see some of the at least circumstantial evidence that
- 18:39Speaker 1: points in that direction. Because every path I take, every
- 18:45Speaker 1: alley I look down, every trail I traverse, I come
- 18:52Speaker 1: to the same destination. And that destination is this dude
- 18:57Speaker 1: is guilty as fuck. His successor, current U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss,
- 19:05Speaker 1: made a point to say that her office would like
- 19:07Speaker 1: to have the benefit of the Prince's statement when Maxwell's
- 19:10Speaker 1: charges were made public. Yeah, it would definitely help, right?
- 19:15Speaker 1: And it's another reason why he didn't give that statement.
- 19:19Speaker 1: Him and Ghislaine Maxwell are thick as thieves, aren't they?
- 19:22Speaker 1: Real close friends. And they understand that their fates are
- 19:26Speaker 1: intertwined at this point. Andrew's more so than Ghislaine's because
- 19:31Speaker 1: Ghislaine's already rotting in a cell. So I would not
- 19:38Speaker 1: even think for a second that, you know, the old
- 19:43Speaker 1: princely boy here is feeling comfortable. Maxwell's criminal case will
- 19:49Speaker 1: go to... trial in November inside the Southern District of
- 19:52Speaker 1: New York, the same courthouse where Roberts filed her civil
- 19:55Speaker 1: lawsuits against the prince and Maxwell. All right, folks, well,
- 20:00Speaker 1: there you have it. Figured I'd Hop in the studio
- 20:03Speaker 1: and we'd update that right now while it was hot
- 20:05Speaker 1: off the press. And then we'll move on tomorrow morning
- 20:08Speaker 1: and we'll add some meat to the bone, some context,
- 20:10Speaker 1: whatever it may be. But one thing you can guarantee
- 20:14Speaker 1: is that we will be back tomorrow morning and we
- 20:17Speaker 1: will do it all over again. Have a great... What's
- 20:24Speaker 1: up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Earlier today,
- 20:30Speaker 1: Judge Kaplan made a ruling and Prince Andrew is going
- 20:34Speaker 1: to have to face these accusations brought against him by
- 20:38Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts in a court of law. Now, he's been
- 20:42Speaker 1: trying to get these dismissed for quite some time and
- 20:46Speaker 1: he has attempted to use loopholes and technicalities to get
- 20:52Speaker 1: it tossed. Thankfully, Judge Kaplan is not having it. And
- 20:58Speaker 1: Prince Andrew is going to have to answer these accusations
- 21:01Speaker 1: in a court of law. Now, of course, this is
- 21:04Speaker 1: not a criminal case, right? So it's not like he's
- 21:07Speaker 1: going to go to prison because of this. But at
- 21:10Speaker 1: the very least, he's being held responsible in some aspect
- 21:16Speaker 1: of justice here. As opposed to him just sliding underneath
- 21:22Speaker 1: the radar here. and never being held to account, at
- 21:26Speaker 1: the very least, the spotlight's being put on him. And
- 21:29Speaker 1: people who might not have been aware of what was
- 21:31Speaker 1: going on are going to become aware of what's going
- 21:34Speaker 1: on very quickly. Just like with Epstein and then the
- 21:38Speaker 1: Maxwell trial, how many folks out there had no idea
- 21:41Speaker 1: what was really going on with these two? I'm guessing
- 21:44Speaker 1: a lot of people, and I'm guessing a lot of
- 21:46Speaker 1: people that found their way to this podcast. I've got
- 21:50Speaker 1: a lot of emails from a lot of listeners who
- 21:54Speaker 1: really had no idea the true scope of what was
- 21:56Speaker 1: going on here. You know, they heard the rumors and
- 21:59Speaker 1: the innuendo. And then, of course, some of the more
- 22:02Speaker 1: batshit crazy conspiracy theory stuff. And, you know, that drives
- 22:06Speaker 1: people away. They're like, oh, the whole thing's a conspiracy theory.
- 22:10Speaker 1: But then they start to get some real information about
- 22:13Speaker 1: what went on here. information backed up with sources from
- 22:17Speaker 1: the media, such as I do, or with court documentation
- 22:21Speaker 1: or whatever, and people start to realize that this was
- 22:24Speaker 1: never a conspiracy theory. This was a criminal conspiracy from
- 22:29Speaker 1: the very beginning. And somebody like Prince Andrew, of his status,
- 22:35Speaker 1: of his wealth, of his power, being involved with someone
- 22:39Speaker 1: like Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell... It would seem absurd
- 22:43Speaker 1: to people who are not following something like this closely.
- 22:46Speaker 1: But the reality of the situation is, the reality of life,
- 22:52Speaker 1: these so-called elites, it seems like all of them are
- 22:55Speaker 1: wired incorrectly and that all of them are effed up.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Once you get a certain amount of money, you automatically
- 23:02Speaker 1: become some kind of robber baron, it would seem. Now,
- 23:06Speaker 1: when I talk about the rich, I'm not talking about
- 23:08Speaker 1: people that are making, you know, a couple of million
- 23:10Speaker 1: dollars or anything like that. I'm talking about generational wealth,
- 23:15Speaker 1: the kind of wealth you see with these hedge fund
- 23:19Speaker 1: type people, with the Maxwells of the world. Those are
- 23:22Speaker 1: the uber elite, the super elite, not what I call
- 23:26Speaker 1: the working rich. The working rich are the people who
- 23:28Speaker 1: might have accumulated a few million dollars throughout their years
- 23:31Speaker 1: of working, but they're not part of the party either.
- 23:35Speaker 1: And they're not invited up to the top floor no
- 23:39Speaker 1: more than you or I are welcome. So when I
- 23:43Speaker 1: talk about the rich, I'm talking about, you know, the
- 23:46Speaker 1: Trumpian class of rich, the billions. When you have that
- 23:49Speaker 1: B after your name, even the hundreds of millions, right?
- 23:51Speaker 1: These people are, they're all wired funny. And then they'll
- 23:56Speaker 1: get up there and they'll talk about, oh, I give
- 23:58Speaker 1: to this charity or I give to that charity. And
- 24:00Speaker 1: then you hear two weeks later that they were involved
- 24:03Speaker 1: in a trafficking ring or they were involved in NXIVM
- 24:07Speaker 1: or whatever it is. The truth of the matter is,
- 24:12Speaker 1: is that these people, the so-called elite, the robber barons,
- 24:15Speaker 1: the people in the financial sector, they don't care about
- 24:19Speaker 1: any of us. And if you think someone like Prince
- 24:22Speaker 1: Andrew cares about, you know, the most vulnerable amongst us
- 24:27Speaker 1: or the poor or the downtrodden, he doesn't care. All
- 24:32Speaker 1: he cares about is enriching himself, increasing his wealth, and
- 24:36Speaker 1: continuing to, you know, climb that social ladder that all
- 24:40Speaker 1: of them are trying to climb. And if anybody thought
- 24:45Speaker 1: he was ever going to take responsibility for what he
- 24:49Speaker 1: did here of his own accord, you weren't paying attention.
- 24:53Speaker 1: I saw someone post earlier on Twitter talking about how
- 24:57Speaker 1: it's time for Prince Andrew to hire some lawyers that
- 25:00Speaker 1: are going to try and ruin Virginia Roberts. Breaking news, dumbass.
- 25:04Speaker 1: He's already done that. What do you think Brettler is?
- 25:07Speaker 1: What do you think Marty Singer and the firm that
- 25:09Speaker 1: they work at and that Marty Singer owns does? They
- 25:13Speaker 1: specialize in this. I uploaded two episodes, both about Marty
- 25:20Speaker 1: Singer and Prince Andrew, episode one and two. Episode one
- 25:27Speaker 1: will be uploaded at 8.30, and then episode two will
- 25:32Speaker 1: come after that. But It's a look back episode of
- 25:36Speaker 1: when Prince Andrew first announced that he was hiring Brettler
- 25:40Speaker 1: and what my response to it all was. I knew
- 25:42Speaker 1: exactly what the strategy was going to be then because
- 25:46Speaker 1: that's the kind of lawyers that these dudes are. So
- 25:50Speaker 1: there's so many people who have no idea about this case,
- 25:53Speaker 1: but who like to interject themselves into it. It's so
- 25:56Speaker 1: beyond odd to me. Like, if you don't know about something,
- 26:00Speaker 1: why are you popping off about it? You know, one
- 26:04Speaker 1: thing I've learned in my 41 years on this planet
- 26:07Speaker 1: is that I don't know anything. Barely know my name
- 26:11Speaker 1: at half the time. Never mind, you know, thinking I
- 26:13Speaker 1: know everything about everything. But Prince Andrew hiring these lawyers
- 26:21Speaker 1: signaled right away what his strategy was going to be.
- 26:24Speaker 1: And this ruling today from Judge Kaplan is also signaling
- 26:28Speaker 1: that this strategy might not be the best one for
- 26:31Speaker 1: him and might not be the way to victory. In fact, honestly,
- 26:36Speaker 1: I don't think there is a way to victory for
- 26:38Speaker 1: this dude. I think that he's going to have to...
- 26:44Speaker 1: Pay up civilly here. There's going to be a judgment
- 26:46Speaker 1: against him one way or the other. If it ever
- 26:49Speaker 1: comes down to if he ever pays it, that's a
- 26:51Speaker 1: whole nother matter. But I think the judgment eventually is
- 26:54Speaker 1: going to go against him. And as far as criminally speaking,
- 26:59Speaker 1: I highly doubt it. But this is this signals bad
- 27:03Speaker 1: news for his civil case here with Judge Kaplan already
- 27:08Speaker 1: basically saying, look, this this getting off on the technicality
- 27:11Speaker 1: stuff isn't going to work. You're going to have to
- 27:13Speaker 1: prove it in the court of law and prove the
- 27:16Speaker 1: merits of what you're saying here. So let's jump into
- 27:20Speaker 1: this article from CNN and let's see what Eric Levinson
- 27:25Speaker 1: and Lauren DeValley have to say. Headline. Judge rules sexual
- 27:31Speaker 1: assault lawsuit against Prince Andrew can move ahead. A federal
- 27:37Speaker 1: judge in New York on Wednesday denied a motion to
- 27:40Speaker 1: dismiss a lawsuit against Prince Andrew filed by Virginia Roberts,
- 27:45Speaker 1: who alleges she was sexually trafficked to the royal when
- 27:49Speaker 1: she was underage. Now, all of this alleges and this, that,
- 27:52Speaker 1: the other thing, that's fine and well when we're talking
- 27:55Speaker 1: about the situation with Andrew. Nothing has been proved. It
- 27:57Speaker 1: hasn't been proved in court, right? So, of course, it's alleged.
- 28:01Speaker 1: But when we talk about jeffrey epstein i don't know
- 28:04Speaker 1: why they still say one of his accusers pretty obvious
- 28:08Speaker 1: that jeffrey epstein did what these girls are saying to
- 28:12Speaker 1: them it's pretty obvious he did it or the estate
- 28:15Speaker 1: wouldn't pay out all that money he wouldn't have gotten
- 28:17Speaker 1: arrested the second time maxwell wouldn't be indicted you pick
- 28:21Speaker 1: up what i'm putting down here folks so there's no
- 28:24Speaker 1: alleged when it comes to jeffrey epstein come on that's
- 28:26Speaker 1: ridiculous Ms. Roberts' complaint is neither unintelligible nor vague nor ambiguous,
- 28:34Speaker 1: Judge Lewis Kaplan wrote in the ruling. It alleges discrete
- 28:37Speaker 1: incidents of sexual abuse in particular circumstances at three identifiable locations.
- 28:44Speaker 1: It identifies to whom it attributes that sexual abuse. So basically,
- 28:49Speaker 1: Kaplan is saying there's grounds here. There is grounds here.
- 28:53Speaker 1: She is saying that the exact spots where it took place.
- 28:56Speaker 1: She's saying that the locations are identifiable and she's identifying
- 29:02Speaker 1: whom it happened with. So I don't know how anyone
- 29:06Speaker 1: who's looking at this from a non-biased view like a
- 29:11Speaker 1: judge should be could say, ah, yeah, I'm going to
- 29:13Speaker 1: dismiss this. There's nothing there. And the fact that Andrew's $ 2, 000
- 29:18Speaker 1: an hour lawyers thought that this strategy was going to work,
- 29:21Speaker 1: it's just crazy to me. It is just crazy to
- 29:25Speaker 1: me that they can't read the temperature of the room
- 29:27Speaker 1: at this point still. Roberts alleged in the lawsuit that
- 29:32Speaker 1: the late financier, the late financier, that's what they're still
- 29:36Speaker 1: calling this guy, the late financier. But if it was
- 29:39Speaker 1: one of their political... opponents, they'd be calling him, you know,
- 29:43Speaker 1: Himmler or some other crazy insert name here. You see
- 29:48Speaker 1: what they do, folks? They pick and choose what they
- 29:50Speaker 1: want to pour down your throat. And they act like
- 29:54Speaker 1: attacking their political opponents is more important than You know,
- 29:57Speaker 1: naming Jeffrey Epstein for what he is, the late financier. What,
- 30:01Speaker 1: are you going to offend Jeffrey Epstein? What, is he
- 30:03Speaker 1: going to come back from the dead and sue you?
- 30:06Speaker 1: Let's just call the guy what he is, okay? A pedophile,
- 30:09Speaker 1: a human trafficker, a piece of trash. You know, all
- 30:12Speaker 1: of that works. Trafficked her and forced her to have
- 30:16Speaker 1: sex with his friends, including the prince, and that Andrew
- 30:19Speaker 1: was aware she was underage, 17 in the US at
- 30:22Speaker 1: the time, She alleges the prince sexually abused her at
- 30:25Speaker 1: Epstein's private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands, at his
- 30:29Speaker 1: mansion in Manhattan, and at his former girlfriend, co-conspirator, fellow
- 30:34Speaker 1: human trafficker, general all-around scuzzbag and bipedal serpent Ghislaine Maxwell's
- 30:39Speaker 1: home in London. Prince Andrew has denied the allegations and
- 30:46Speaker 1: has moved to dismiss the suit. CNN has reached out
- 30:49Speaker 1: to his attorneys for further comment. You know they're not
- 30:52Speaker 1: going to comment. They have nothing to say. They don't
- 30:55Speaker 1: want to say anything because they know the deal. What
- 30:57Speaker 1: can they possibly say at this point that is going
- 31:00Speaker 1: to help their cause? Everything they say, they've said in
- 31:03Speaker 1: the courtroom already, and it's not good. They're not out
- 31:08Speaker 1: here to try and win the PR battle anymore. It's
- 31:11Speaker 1: a hatchet job. That's why Brettler was hired. The ruling
- 31:16Speaker 1: sets up a dramatic series of legal proceedings for Queen
- 31:19Speaker 1: Elizabeth II's third child that could have major ramifications for
- 31:23Speaker 1: Buckingham Palace. The long-running allegations against Andrew 61 have already
- 31:28Speaker 1: dramatically tarnished his public standing, and he stepped back from
- 31:32Speaker 1: royal duties in late 2019. Or did he? They gave
- 31:38Speaker 1: that perception, but it sure seems to me like he
- 31:40Speaker 1: was still, uh, you know... Hanging out around Balmoral, hanging
- 31:45Speaker 1: out with Mom. What did he really have taken from him?
- 31:48Speaker 1: Some of those patronages? Still can come up with enough
- 31:51Speaker 1: money to spend two grand an hour for lawyers, right?
- 31:55Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I know, I know. Mom's not paying for that, right?
- 31:59Speaker 1: Stop it. You know that the Queen is paying for
- 32:01Speaker 1: his legal fees one way or the other. And you
- 32:04Speaker 1: know that if there was a settlement here, she'd be
- 32:06Speaker 1: paying for that as well. Andrew has until July 14th
- 32:10Speaker 1: to potentially answer questions about the case under oath, following
- 32:14Speaker 1: a ruling made by Kaplan last year. If the case
- 32:17Speaker 1: is not settled, Prince Andrew could face a trial date
- 32:20Speaker 1: between September and December of 2022. So, obviously, not any
- 32:26Speaker 1: time soon soon, but it is on the horizon. And
- 32:30Speaker 1: you know it's going to be keeping Uncle Touchy up
- 32:32Speaker 1: at night, sweating, even though he says he can't. This
- 32:36Speaker 1: guy is... Really dug himself a hole, hasn't he? Going
- 32:40Speaker 1: on to that Emily Maitlis interview was one of the
- 32:43Speaker 1: worst decisions of this man's life. Well, besides, you know,
- 32:47Speaker 1: hanging out with Epstein and abusing trafficked girls. But going
- 32:51Speaker 1: on to Emily Maitlis' show just made it so much
- 32:54Speaker 1: worse for him. Because he can't even fall back on
- 32:58Speaker 1: the I don't knows anymore or anything like that because
- 33:00Speaker 1: he was completely exposed in that interview. And anyone who
- 33:04Speaker 1: watches it can tell the dude's lyin'. It's not like
- 33:07Speaker 1: he's up there being truthful with anybody, providing receipts, pointing
- 33:11Speaker 1: to this or that to say, hey, look, I'm innocent.
- 33:13Speaker 1: You can talk to so-and-so. Has he ever done any
- 33:16Speaker 1: of that? And you would think that if Buckingham Palace
- 33:20Speaker 1: had evidence that would help exonerate him, they would bring
- 33:22Speaker 1: it forward. I'm guessing none of that exists because when
- 33:26Speaker 1: he was going to hang out with Epstein, I'm sure
- 33:28Speaker 1: it was a wink, wink, nudge, nudge to whatever the
- 33:30Speaker 1: security detail is to, you know, how about we keep
- 33:33Speaker 1: this one off the books, boys? Let's keep this one
- 33:35Speaker 1: off the record. Now, do I have evidence of that? No.
- 33:38Speaker 1: But you don't think that happens? You don't think these
- 33:42Speaker 1: guys are buddy-buddy with the prince? You don't think his
- 33:44Speaker 1: security detail wants to be boys with the prince? Of
- 33:47Speaker 1: course they do. Buckingham Palace declined comment saying, we would
- 33:53Speaker 1: not comment on what is an ongoing legal matter. And
- 33:57Speaker 1: that's been their approach pretty much throughout this whole thing,
- 34:00Speaker 1: to not comment. But you would think that they'd come
- 34:02Speaker 1: out and they'd show empathy towards the survivors. But they
- 34:06Speaker 1: don't really care about that. It's all about protecting the firm.
- 34:09Speaker 1: Making sure the monarchy is protected. Making sure the queen
- 34:13Speaker 1: isn't tarnished. Who cares about the girls that were abused
- 34:16Speaker 1: by Jeffrey Epstein's BFFs. I mean by Prince Andrew's BFFs.
- 34:21Speaker 1: I mean, it's absurd, right? You would think that the monarchy,
- 34:25Speaker 1: the queen, they'd be coming forward and they'd be saying, look,
- 34:28Speaker 1: we have a lot of empathy for what happened to
- 34:29Speaker 1: these girls. We're going to let this legal process play out. And,
- 34:34Speaker 1: you know, we want everyone to understand that, you know, something.
- 34:38Speaker 1: But no, it's, oh, we have no idea. No comment.
- 34:41Speaker 1: It's crazy. You people represent England and that's the best
- 34:45Speaker 1: you can do, huh? Robert's attorney, Sigrid McCauley, said the
- 34:50Speaker 1: judge's ruling is another important step in Virginia's heroic and
- 34:53Speaker 1: determined pursuit of justice as a survivor of sex trafficking.
- 34:58Speaker 1: The civil suit stems from the sprawling and disturbing allegations
- 35:01Speaker 1: against Epstein, the wealthy sex offender, pedophile, who befriended a
- 35:05Speaker 1: series of powerful men despite a sketchy history. A group
- 35:09Speaker 1: of powerful women as well. Let's not forget all of
- 35:12Speaker 1: those powerful women that were around Jeffrey Epstein as well. Remember, folks...
- 35:17Speaker 1: Everyone's a gray character, men and women alike. And Jeffrey
- 35:22Speaker 1: Epstein sure had his collection of both, didn't he? Epstein
- 35:27Speaker 1: pleaded guilty in 2008 to state prostitution charges, and in
- 35:32Speaker 1: July 2019 was indicted on federal sex trafficking charges. Prosecutors
- 35:38Speaker 1: accused him of carrying out a decades-long scheme of sexual
- 35:41Speaker 1: abuse of underage girls... flying them on private planes to
- 35:44Speaker 1: his properties in Florida, New York, New Mexico, and the U.S.
- 35:49Speaker 1: Virgin Islands. He died by suicide, allegedly, in prison before
- 35:53Speaker 1: he could face trial. And it wasn't just him, obviously, right?
- 35:56Speaker 1: How about those pilots that were flying all those girls around?
- 35:59Speaker 1: They just get carte blanche? They just get off because
- 36:02Speaker 1: they go and give a few words at the trial?
- 36:04Speaker 1: I want, did they get an agreement? What kind of
- 36:06Speaker 1: agreement did they get? Did they get clemency? Did they
- 36:09Speaker 1: get immunity for their testimony? Or did they just do
- 36:11Speaker 1: it out of the kindness of their souls? Where were
- 36:14Speaker 1: they after the first arrest? So what about all of
- 36:17Speaker 1: the other people that were involved here? You know, you
- 36:20Speaker 1: have sex trafficking and Epstein wasn't flying the plane, right?
- 36:25Speaker 1: So everybody who was involved needs to be caught up
- 36:27Speaker 1: in this net. Maxwell, his former girlfriend, a co-conspirator, general
- 36:34Speaker 1: all-around scuzzbag, and human trafficker, was arrested in 2020 and
- 36:38Speaker 1: accused of facilitating the abuse scheme. A federal jury convicted
- 36:42Speaker 1: her in December on five federal counts, including sex trafficking,
- 36:46Speaker 1: a minor, and conspiracy. Roberts was not one of the
- 36:50Speaker 1: four women who testified in Maxwell's trial that they had
- 36:53Speaker 1: been abused, still. She was mentioned in the trial when Carolyn,
- 36:58Speaker 1: one of the survivors, testified that Roberts had recruited her
- 37:01Speaker 1: to come to Epstein's home in Palm Beach, Florida. So again,
- 37:06Speaker 1: I don't know how Virginia wasn't called at this trial.
- 37:09Speaker 1: I don't know how some of the other survivors weren't
- 37:12Speaker 1: called at this trial. But hopefully, at the sentencing portion,
- 37:16Speaker 1: they will be called for those witness impact statements. Kaplan's
- 37:24Speaker 1: ruling Wednesday allowed the lawsuit to continue, but he did
- 37:27Speaker 1: not determine the facts or validity of the case. So
- 37:30Speaker 1: he's letting it continue, meaning he wants to see more.
- 37:33Speaker 1: He didn't determine one way or the other what's true
- 37:36Speaker 1: or what's not true yet, but there is enough there
- 37:39Speaker 1: for him to want to see more and to get
- 37:41Speaker 1: this ball rolling. The Prince's attorneys had argued that Roberts'
- 37:46Speaker 1: lawsuit violated the terms of her 2009 settlement agreement with
- 37:50Speaker 1: Epstein in Florida, in which she agreed to a general
- 37:53Speaker 1: release of claims against Epstein and others. That settlement, which
- 37:57Speaker 1: was released to the public last week, shows that Epstein
- 38:00Speaker 1: paid Roberts $ 500, 000 to drop the case without any admission
- 38:05Speaker 1: of liability or fault. The Prince's name does not explicitly
- 38:09Speaker 1: appear as a party. So again, very vague. It goes
- 38:14Speaker 1: against everything that Andrew was saying previously. So I'm glad
- 38:18Speaker 1: that Kaplan recognized it as the BS that it is. However,
- 38:23Speaker 1: Robert's attorney, David Boyes, argued the settlement is irrelevant to
- 38:26Speaker 1: her claims against the prince, noting Andrew did not know
- 38:30Speaker 1: about it at the time and it didn't apply to him.
- 38:33Speaker 1: In the ruling, Kaplan wrote that both sides put forth
- 38:36Speaker 1: reasonable interpretations of the settlement's meaning. So what that means
- 38:40Speaker 1: is he wants to see more. He wants both sides
- 38:42Speaker 1: to argue in front of him their case so he
- 38:45Speaker 1: can get to the bottom of it. That's basically what
- 38:48Speaker 1: Judge Kaplan is saying here. The agreement, therefore, is ambiguous. Accordingly,
- 38:54Speaker 1: the determination of the meaning of the release language in
- 38:57Speaker 1: the 2009 agreement must await further proceedings, he wrote. Roberts
- 39:02Speaker 1: brought her case under the Child Victims Act, a New
- 39:04Speaker 1: York state law enacted in 2019 that temporarily expanded the
- 39:09Speaker 1: statute of limitations in child sex abuse cases to give
- 39:13Speaker 1: survivors more opportunities to seek justice. Prince Andrew's attorneys argued
- 39:18Speaker 1: that the law is unconstitutional, but the judge rejected the argument,
- 39:22Speaker 1: citing another judge's analysis that this line of argument was creative,
- 39:27Speaker 1: but without merit. So, again, loopholes and technicalities. Oh, the
- 39:32Speaker 1: law is wrong. Oh, the law is unconstitutional. Not that
- 39:37Speaker 1: I'm going to defend myself with evidence at trial. None
- 39:39Speaker 1: of that. In claims made prior to filing her lawsuit,
- 39:46Speaker 1: Roberts alleged that in 2001, Epstein brought her to London,
- 39:50Speaker 1: where she was introduced to Prince Andrew, and went dancing
- 39:54Speaker 1: at a nightclub with Epstein, Maxwell, and the Prince. In
- 39:58Speaker 1: a BBC interview broadcast in 2019, Roberts said she had
- 40:02Speaker 1: been taken to the Tramp nightclub, where... Roberts alleged, Andrew
- 40:06Speaker 1: asked her to dance and was sweating all over me.
- 40:09Speaker 1: And now you know Andrew says he can't, uh, sweat. He,
- 40:12Speaker 1: you know, he's not a, uh, a sweater. He has
- 40:14Speaker 1: a condition that makes it so he can't sweat. Who's
- 40:17Speaker 1: ever heard of something so absurd? I know there's cases
- 40:20Speaker 1: out there, right? But all of a sudden, Andrew's one
- 40:23Speaker 1: of these people as well, right? He hits the lottery
- 40:26Speaker 1: for genetics as far as being born a royal, and
- 40:29Speaker 1: he just happens to have this condition too, huh? The
- 40:32Speaker 1: only one in the family with it? After Andrew has
- 40:38Speaker 1: denied the claims, telling the BBC in 2019, it didn't happen.
- 40:42Speaker 1: I can absolutely categorically tell you it never happened. I
- 40:46Speaker 1: have no recollection of ever meeting this lady. None whatsoever. Yeah,
- 40:50Speaker 1: see how the story has changed, huh? Now it's, wait,
- 40:53Speaker 1: it's unconstitutional. Wait, wait a minute. Hold on a minute.
- 40:56Speaker 1: I had no idea here. I'm protected. Oh, it's not
- 41:00Speaker 1: that I don't know her because now at the trial,
- 41:02Speaker 1: when he goes under oath, is he going to say
- 41:04Speaker 1: the same thing? He claimed in that same interview that
- 41:09Speaker 1: he could not sweat due to a rare medical condition
- 41:12Speaker 1: and that on the night he is alleged to have
- 41:14Speaker 1: had sex, assaulted you mean, with Roberts, he was in
- 41:18Speaker 1: fact taking his daughter to a party at a Pizza
- 41:21Speaker 1: Express restaurant in Woking, southwest of London. Imagine all of
- 41:25Speaker 1: these scumbags using their kids and their families as some
- 41:28Speaker 1: kind of alibi or a crutch. Oh, I was taking
- 41:31Speaker 1: my daughter to get pizza. Meanwhile, he's out molesting people
- 41:35Speaker 1: and abusing people. Absolutely disgusting. Robert's lawyers asked Andrew in
- 41:42Speaker 1: court filings to provide documents proving both of those claims.
- 41:46Speaker 1: Andrew's team responded that he was unable to do so
- 41:49Speaker 1: because he has no documents proving a medical condition that
- 41:52Speaker 1: prevents sweating and could not identify anyone he encountered at
- 41:56Speaker 1: the pizza restaurant. Now, remember, he's super famous, right? If
- 42:00Speaker 1: you were at the pizza restaurant that night, you would
- 42:02Speaker 1: remember if, you know, the queen's son was there. It
- 42:06Speaker 1: would be like us going to a pizza shop, I
- 42:08Speaker 1: don't know, a pizza hut, and the Obamas are hanging out.
- 42:11Speaker 1: You're going to remember that. You mean to tell me
- 42:13Speaker 1: not one person remembers you at this party? You can't
- 42:16Speaker 1: get one person to corroborate your story, huh? Oh, yeah,
- 42:19Speaker 1: we should all just believe you, though. There should never
- 42:21Speaker 1: be a trial here. You should never be deposed. Not you,
- 42:25Speaker 1: Prince Andrew. Give me a break already. And thankfully, finally,
- 42:31Speaker 1: after all this time, that's going to change. And it
- 42:35Speaker 1: looks like this dude's going to have to sit down
- 42:38Speaker 1: under oath and answer questions. And we all know how
- 42:42Speaker 1: well Andrew does when he's being interviewed. All right, folks,
- 42:47Speaker 1: that's going to do it for tonight. Tomorrow morning, we'll
- 42:51Speaker 1: be back with a little bit more. Obviously, we'll catch
- 42:53Speaker 1: up on the Ghislaine Maxwell situation. And obviously tonight, you
- 42:58Speaker 1: can also expect more context episodes to see you through.
