- 0:00Speaker 1: This week on Stay Out of My Fridge, I was watching,
- 0:03Speaker 1: obviously the World Series. Freddy Freeman's up to bat for
- 0:06Speaker 1: his first at bat, and I was like, man, the
- 0:07Speaker 1: old guy in baseball right now? And then I instantly
- 0:10Speaker 1: was like, how old is he? I looked it up
- 0:13Speaker 1: for thirty five. I'm almost five years older than the
- 0:16Speaker 1: who was somebody I just called an old man in baseball.
- 0:18Speaker 2: So if I'm using my brain here and I'm thinking
- 0:21Speaker 2: about how many times there have been people in space together,
- 0:24Speaker 2: you have to imagine something has gone down. In fact,
- 0:28Speaker 2: there was that one lady who drove you remember that,
- 0:30Speaker 2: Oh my god, Oh my god.
- 0:31Speaker 3: Okay, okay, okay.
- 0:32Speaker 2: There was these two former astronauts. They were either fooling around.
- 0:36Speaker 2: They're both married, I do believe, and they got back
- 0:39Speaker 2: down to Earth and one yes, yes, here we go.
- 0:42Speaker 1: He's like, let me find it real quick. He went
- 0:45Speaker 1: control h click.
- 0:46Speaker 4: It was writing a history.
- 0:49Speaker 2: I want to try to go get a quarter ponder
- 0:50Speaker 2: because I was going to do a video on it,
- 0:51Speaker 2: and they're gone.
- 0:52Speaker 4: Apparently there was a huge outbreak, and a lot of
- 0:55Speaker 4: it was in kind of our area, where a lot
- 0:56Speaker 4: of people were getting sick and the missus had just
- 0:59Speaker 4: had one. I'm like, how much is your life insurance? Again?
- 1:04Speaker 4: We have a multi million dollar Netflix special at our
- 1:07Speaker 4: hands where we can just have like twenty five people
- 1:11Speaker 4: eat something that looks delicious, normal stuff, right, and then
- 1:15Speaker 4: three bathrooms and they're all getting sick and want to
- 1:18Speaker 4: see how they survive and how they adapt. Will it
- 1:21Speaker 4: be orderly? Will they wait and align patiently or will
- 1:24Speaker 4: they fight to the death to get to this bathroom?
- 1:26Speaker 3: Is there's system too week? Will they die?
- 1:28Speaker 1: Probably a lot. That's how Uncle Frank was made. Anyways,
- 1:33Speaker 1: we were talking about pupils and all sorts of awesome
- 1:36Speaker 1: stuff backstage. But if you want to, you know, check
- 1:39Speaker 1: it out, go to our patreon that doesn't exist, and
- 1:41Speaker 1: then come back and continue to listen to this. But
- 1:42Speaker 1: the voice you're hearing is me as mad as Beard
- 1:43Speaker 1: Laws joining me as always you've been quacking off in
- 1:47Speaker 1: Brandon Jay McDermott, What is Upfells? Happy Halloween? The day
- 1:52Speaker 1: of the recording comes out, It is Halloween O.
- 1:56Speaker 4: Happy Hollow Still halloweeners candy.
- 1:59Speaker 1: Yeah, you guys, I think I think we kind of
- 2:01Speaker 1: talked about it at some point, you guys, I don't
- 2:03Speaker 1: do the handout of the candy because I live in
- 2:05Speaker 1: the middle of nowhere, so it would be, you know,
- 2:07Speaker 1: defeat the purpose. And I know you've been also does
- 2:10Speaker 1: but what do you guys have on the agenda for
- 2:13Speaker 1: the old kiddos? Any anything good? I don't have. I
- 2:15Speaker 1: don't have my daughter, so I think I do not
- 2:19Speaker 1: have to do the trick or treating this year. The
- 2:21Speaker 1: wife will take her. We'll take a couple of the
- 2:24Speaker 1: kids in the town where they grew up, which is
- 2:26Speaker 1: about an hour away, probably after school, and I think
- 2:28Speaker 1: I'm just gonna hang out and eat some candy, watch
- 2:30Speaker 1: some Thursday night football.
- 2:32Speaker 3: There you go.
- 2:33Speaker 2: I got two young daughters, of course toddlers, and we're
- 2:37Speaker 2: just gonna go to trunk or treat events. But then
- 2:38Speaker 2: I've got a friend of mine who lives in a
- 2:40Speaker 2: nicer neighborhood who's.
- 2:42Speaker 3: Like, bring your girls over. We'll have a basket for them.
- 2:44Speaker 2: So I'm gonna have ever stop over there. We'll stop
- 2:46Speaker 2: over there, pick up their baskets, and sick they're gonna
- 2:49Speaker 2: get more candy from their trunk or treat events. They
- 2:51Speaker 2: don't know what.
- 2:52Speaker 3: They're missing, you know what I'm saying, Like my life
- 2:55Speaker 3: going out on your own. Okay, good luck, because here's
- 2:58Speaker 3: the conversation I always having. And I don't me to
- 3:00Speaker 3: just hijack this and take it everywhere we're going.
- 3:02Speaker 2: But I had this conversation on the show this week
- 3:04Speaker 2: because there's there's conversation in town of traditional trick or
- 3:08Speaker 2: treating is too dangerous and razor blades and and and
- 3:12Speaker 2: and drugs in your candy, And well, I said, we've
- 3:15Speaker 2: always had that that fear, Like it didn't just start
- 3:20Speaker 2: with fentanyl or whatever you know it. I mean, it's
- 3:22Speaker 2: obviously that's a scarier proposition, but we always had that fear.
- 3:26Speaker 2: And uh, these trunk or treat events that they they
- 3:29Speaker 2: people have are nice, But what do kids learn by
- 3:31Speaker 2: going to a parking lot of a church when it's
- 3:34Speaker 2: sunny outside or when the when the sun is out,
- 3:37Speaker 2: walking two steps this way and getting candy and two
- 3:40Speaker 2: steps that way and getting candy.
- 3:41Speaker 3: There's nothing they learn, you know what? I remember.
- 3:44Speaker 2: I remember being so cold my toes were going to
- 3:47Speaker 2: fall off, that I was so wind beaten, my face,
- 3:50Speaker 2: my lips were so chapped. I had my second pillowcase
- 3:55Speaker 2: halfway full of candy. We've we've reached like mile number five.
- 4:00Speaker 2: You know, we're we're dodging cars in the middle of
- 4:03Speaker 2: the street. It's so dark out, we don't know is
- 4:05Speaker 2: it too late to go home or is it too
- 4:07Speaker 2: late to continue?
- 4:08Speaker 3: Should we go home?
- 4:09Speaker 2: How many lessons did you learn as a kid trick
- 4:12Speaker 2: or treating with your neighbors and your neighbor friends or
- 4:15Speaker 2: the kids that you probably grew up to realize, Hey,
- 4:17Speaker 2: he was going to go to jail and I probably
- 4:19Speaker 2: should have been hanging out with him. Valuable lessons These
- 4:21Speaker 2: adolescents and kids are learning on their own in the dark,
- 4:25Speaker 2: knocking on strangers doors. Oh my god, is this going
- 4:28Speaker 2: to be somebody who's gonna pull me in or somebody
- 4:30Speaker 2: who's gonna give me candy?
- 4:31Speaker 1: Yeah, not to mention, then you're you're dodging the kids
- 4:34Speaker 1: that potentially, like you said, might be going to jail,
- 4:36Speaker 1: shaving cream egging, you know what I mean. Like you,
- 4:39Speaker 1: there's there was a feary for a little while where
- 4:41Speaker 1: I was trick or treating, where people were doing paintballs.
- 4:44Speaker 1: So you were getting either shaving creamed, you were getting
- 4:46Speaker 1: egg because again, you weren't walking around with your parents.
- 4:48Speaker 1: They were like, go, oh, go with your friends. Go
- 4:50Speaker 1: trick or treat you felt safe with your friends most
- 4:52Speaker 1: of the time. But yeah, yeah, it's I.
- 4:56Speaker 4: Mean, we're kind of doing the similar thing too. We
- 4:58Speaker 4: did the trunck or treats I'm not a huge fan of.
- 5:01Speaker 4: And a lot of people started like early October as well,
- 5:04Speaker 4: so it's like a whole month long event, which I'm like,
- 5:07Speaker 4: I like candy, but Jesus Christ, we really need this much.
- 5:10Speaker 4: Speaking of Jesus Christ, like you said, a lot of
- 5:12Speaker 4: them are at churches, so they're all decorated as Jesus
- 5:15Speaker 4: is King and all this other stuff, and I'm like,
- 5:17Speaker 4: this is Halloween, Like what the fuck? Yeah, I want
- 5:19Speaker 4: to see people dead. I want to see corpses and everything.
- 5:24Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 5:25Speaker 1: And sluty, sludy members of the PTA.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Absolutely, And there was such a you didn't get to
- 5:33Speaker 2: wear your costume eighteen times in the month of October.
- 5:36Speaker 2: You had to wait until trigger trading time. Sure you
- 5:38Speaker 2: tried it on, but like you couldn't go to school
- 5:41Speaker 2: with it. And now these kids are going and getting
- 5:43Speaker 2: to do it eight times a month, and it's like
- 5:44Speaker 2: there's no there's no value in it anymore.
- 5:47Speaker 1: They're not three or four different costumes for each event,
- 5:49Speaker 1: and then of course we got those goddamn Halloween stores
- 5:52Speaker 1: that pop up in my area, so they charge you
- 5:54Speaker 1: sixty seventy dollars. So next thing you know, you got
- 5:56Speaker 1: three hundred dollars into Halloween for a kid. Like you said,
- 6:00Speaker 1: I don't. We've been. We went to a trunker treat event.
- 6:04Speaker 1: We were in line. It took us on an hour
- 6:06Speaker 1: and forty minutes to get through this and it was
- 6:10Speaker 1: twenty like twenty three different vehicles or something like that,
- 6:14Speaker 1: and it was there was over fourteen to fifteen hundred
- 6:17Speaker 1: people that waited in line to go to this event.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Was it a good event? Yes, like the community loved it.
- 6:22Speaker 1: It's very good, and the people that put it on,
- 6:24Speaker 1: they do a lot for the community school. But it's
- 6:26Speaker 1: like this is three weeks ago. Like you said, we're
- 6:28Speaker 1: doing truck or treat events. These kids are getting more
- 6:30Speaker 1: candy than the goddamn local drug store that puts out
- 6:33Speaker 1: that already has Christmas candy and shit. Like you said,
- 6:37Speaker 1: one night, just do the one goddamn night.
- 6:39Speaker 4: Yes, and another topic too, you already see Christmas stuff
- 6:41Speaker 4: out everywhere as well, so it's like you've already done
- 6:44Speaker 4: a few trunk or treat events and you're going to
- 6:46Speaker 4: the store like, oh, we got to now we have
- 6:49Speaker 4: to be in one of the ones that add ten
- 6:50Speaker 4: these and actually like host one and hand out candy.
- 6:53Speaker 4: Let's go ahead and grab some where the hell's all
- 6:55Speaker 4: the Halloween candy? Oh now it's Christmas candy. Son of
- 6:58Speaker 4: a bitch, it's I don't know. And a lot of
- 7:02Speaker 4: people start decorating right after Halloween for Christmas. That's a
- 7:05Speaker 4: good way for me to be over Christmas before Thanksgiving.
- 7:10Speaker 1: A lot of people around here, obviously, like Brandon was saying,
- 7:12Speaker 1: with the cold toes and stuff like that, Obviously it
- 7:14Speaker 1: gets really cold. It's in the twenties already at night
- 7:16Speaker 1: up here. Yeah, so what a lot of people do
- 7:18Speaker 1: is they just leave a lot of their Christmas lights
- 7:20Speaker 1: up year round. They just don't plug them in until
- 7:23Speaker 1: it's Christmas season. And I'm okay with that, But like
- 7:26Speaker 1: you said, you're driving around, there's already people they got
- 7:28Speaker 1: the goddamn Christmas lights, the decorations, and it's like, hold up,
- 7:33Speaker 1: we're not even in you know what I mean, November
- 7:35Speaker 1: yet we just woke up. Billy Joel and not Billy
- 7:37Speaker 1: Joel Billy Joe Armstrong and all the boys for waking
- 7:40Speaker 1: me up in September ends. We don't need the Christmas.
- 7:43Speaker 1: We don't need Mariah Carey already ms.
- 7:45Speaker 4: She's sawing out already. They said that her playtime for
- 7:49Speaker 4: her song already has already trended up to where they
- 7:53Speaker 4: said that usually when that happens, it's officially Christmas time,
- 7:56Speaker 4: and that has already begun.
- 7:57Speaker 3: My DA's not time for Mariah Carrey. We need to
- 7:59Speaker 3: en way November rain, you know what I mean.
- 8:02Speaker 1: I like that. Yeah, I love spooky season. Let's just
- 8:07Speaker 1: get through it. Let's watch the horror movies that's getting there.
- 8:10Speaker 1: But the youngest has been singing Christmas tunes for like
- 8:13Speaker 1: a month or two already. It's like, what the hell's
- 8:14Speaker 1: wrong with you?
- 8:15Speaker 3: See when it comes out.
- 8:16Speaker 2: I'm a little different with with Christmas music than I
- 8:19Speaker 2: am with horror horror movies. I watch horror movies only
- 8:22Speaker 2: all year round because I love horror.
- 8:24Speaker 3: Oh horror. Oh yeah yeah.
- 8:27Speaker 4: I'm also in the hub.
- 8:33Speaker 1: But in the in the youngest kids defense, the reason
- 8:38Speaker 1: they're singing Christmas tunes already is because in school they
- 8:41Speaker 1: are learning their Christmas concert already. So she comes home
- 8:44Speaker 1: singing the Christmas tunes having to you know what I mean,
- 8:47Speaker 1: because there are a lot of kids that do struggle
- 8:49Speaker 1: and hate the concert. So they've been working on it
- 8:50Speaker 1: for months, and I'm like, I guess I can't really
- 8:53Speaker 1: be mad at you, because there's worse songs that you
- 8:56Speaker 1: can sing and worse things that you could say. Like
- 8:58Speaker 1: we were, I was telling you in quickly we we
- 9:01Speaker 1: had we went to something. Oh, we had a basketball
- 9:03Speaker 1: game yesterday. So then I was like, man, pizza sounds good.
- 9:06Speaker 1: I haven't a pizza in like six days. I think
- 9:07Speaker 1: I'm going through withdraw. So naturally they said, Pizza Hu,
- 9:11Speaker 1: Pizza Hut. All right, Well, I know what's gonna happen there.
- 9:14Speaker 1: So we go to Pizza Hut and this one. I
- 9:17Speaker 1: don't know if they do it at your guys pizza
- 9:18Speaker 1: huts or if you guys sit in there, but they
- 9:19Speaker 1: do the trivia game. So they have the big TV
- 9:22Speaker 1: you can get on your phone, have a code, and
- 9:24Speaker 1: you can play against other people in the in the
- 9:26Speaker 1: pizza hut and around the world. So it's look up.
- 9:29Speaker 1: I'm like God, They're like, can we play?
- 9:31Speaker 4: Ay?
- 9:31Speaker 1: So I pull out the phone first, question is the
- 9:34Speaker 1: popular slang term rizzing is short for what, and I go,
- 9:39Speaker 1: we are not playing this goddamn game. Do you guys
- 9:43Speaker 1: know what it's short for? Though I didn't know. Yeah,
- 9:47Speaker 1: I put grizzly. So then I eat my slica pizza,
- 9:53Speaker 1: I get my breadstick, and then I get uh oh,
- 9:58Speaker 1: so I went run into the bathroom a monster. Dump
- 10:01Speaker 1: didn't have a traveling biday, which me and you have
- 10:03Speaker 1: been discussed. We have an idea for an invention that
- 10:06Speaker 1: he's going to because they're essentially, I guess, douches. I've
- 10:09Speaker 1: never used one, and I've called a lot of people
- 10:11Speaker 1: a douche, but apparently that's what a traveling today is.
- 10:14Speaker 1: It's just a thing that holds water, You turn it
- 10:15Speaker 1: upside down, you squeeze it, spraise your buttsoles clean. But
- 10:19Speaker 1: having to carry one around in public unless I could,
- 10:22Speaker 1: you know, put it in my you know, Vermont flannel
- 10:24Speaker 1: hoodie pocket or something. I'm not going to just walk
- 10:26Speaker 1: through a store or a pizza hut carry in one of
- 10:28Speaker 1: these goddamn things.
- 10:29Speaker 2: Could you imagine getting caught in the bathroom trying to
- 10:31Speaker 2: fill one up in the sinking man?
- 10:34Speaker 4: Oh nothing, I really wish it was drugs right now,
- 10:38Speaker 4: but unfortunately this.
- 10:41Speaker 1: Or that's just what do you do drugs?
- 10:45Speaker 4: Yeah, this is cocaine. Yeah, I'm doing it a different way. Okay,
- 10:50Speaker 4: that's I go.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Next, speaking speaking of drugs, have you guys ever had
- 10:54Speaker 1: to take a like drug test for an employment or
- 10:58Speaker 1: or whatever reasons or you have to go when you know,
- 11:01Speaker 1: give a urine sample and they have like all the
- 11:03Speaker 1: sinks taped off and the toilet all this stuff. Have
- 11:05Speaker 1: you guys ever had to do that for a job?
- 11:08Speaker 3: No?
- 11:08Speaker 4: Uh? Yeah, So, I mean, but I had to do mine.
- 11:11Speaker 4: I ended u pissing a cop right in front of
- 11:13Speaker 4: a nurse. Yeah, I didn't have to go, so I
- 11:17Speaker 4: tried to like force it farted. So that was a
- 11:23Speaker 4: really good, genuine time for the both of us in there.
- 11:25Speaker 1: So little was he Did he think it was funny?
- 11:28Speaker 1: Or was it a female nurse?
- 11:29Speaker 4: It was a female, so it was even worse. Yeah.
- 11:31Speaker 4: So and she had to be the one to inform my,
- 11:34Speaker 4: uh my employers that I was clean.
- 11:36Speaker 1: So oh did she sing it like snow?
- 11:40Speaker 4: Get it?
- 11:42Speaker 1: So I got, I went and gave and gave blood.
- 11:45Speaker 1: But you know, just part of the health thing as
- 11:46Speaker 1: we're getting older, you know, talking about you know, old
- 11:49Speaker 1: people's stuff. I gave blood and I had to give
- 11:51Speaker 1: a urine sample. So I went in there and they're
- 11:53Speaker 1: just like, yeah, just go in the room, you know,
- 11:54Speaker 1: peeing the cop come out, put in this little bag.
- 11:56Speaker 1: I was like cool, and I walked down. I was like, what,
- 11:58Speaker 1: that's the first time I've ever had to do it.
- 11:59Speaker 1: That was somebody else looking or I'm able to actually
- 12:02Speaker 1: wash my hands, everything's not taped off, and they're.
- 12:04Speaker 3: Like, what do you mean.
- 12:06Speaker 1: I was like, And they were younger, like nurses and
- 12:08Speaker 1: phlebotomus and so I was like, you never had to
- 12:10Speaker 1: take a you know, like a drug test for a job.
- 12:13Speaker 1: And they're like, well, I don't think so. And I'm like,
- 12:16Speaker 1: even when I started at the place that you're working,
- 12:19Speaker 1: I had to go into this room and nurse had
- 12:20Speaker 1: to watch me pee in the cup and all. And
- 12:22Speaker 1: they're like for what. I was like, well, they tested
- 12:26Speaker 1: for drugs, like marijuana wasn't a thing, and oh, well
- 12:28Speaker 1: it's legal now. And I was like I understand that.
- 12:31Speaker 4: Never mind, see, like it's it is difficult talking to
- 12:36Speaker 4: some of the youths nowadays. I'm like because I was like, oh,
- 12:38Speaker 4: I'm I'm hip with Lyn. You know, I know, I
- 12:40Speaker 4: know what riz means, you know, you know skibbety, you know.
- 12:45Speaker 4: But I'm like, no, they start talking to me about
- 12:48Speaker 4: half the stuff nowadays, and I'm just like, oh, I
- 12:50Speaker 4: tried to explain things to them, and they're like, so
- 12:52Speaker 4: I don't understand. Would you like salt on the fries
- 12:55Speaker 4: or not? Sorry, yes, I dot just go ahead and
- 12:57Speaker 4: just put it in the bag. Thank you. I'm old.
- 13:00Speaker 4: I feel fifty, and like we were talking about the
- 13:03Speaker 4: people on the bucks who didn't know what a VCR
- 13:06Speaker 4: or a VHS tape was and stuff like that. I'm like,
- 13:09Speaker 4: damn or not officially reached that time, dude.
- 13:12Speaker 1: I was watching, obviously the World Series Game one. Freddy
- 13:16Speaker 1: Freeman's up to bat for his first at bat, and
- 13:17Speaker 1: I was like, man, I was telling the wife. I'm like, yeah,
- 13:19Speaker 1: he gotta go through like four hours of treatment just
- 13:21Speaker 1: to be able to play in the game. I was like,
- 13:23Speaker 1: he's kind of like the old guy in baseball right now.
- 13:26Speaker 1: And then I instantly was like, how old is he?
- 13:30Speaker 1: I looked at up for thirty five and I'm like,
- 13:33Speaker 1: son of a bitch, I'm almost five years older than
- 13:36Speaker 1: the who was somebody I just called an old man
- 13:38Speaker 1: in baseball, Like sometimes I forget that I'm like almost forty.
- 13:42Speaker 1: That's a shitty feeling.
- 13:44Speaker 4: Kind of like in the NFL when they're talking about
- 13:46Speaker 4: this seasoned veteran. This guy's been in the league for
- 13:49Speaker 4: years and everything. You know, he's probably got one or
- 13:51Speaker 4: two years left. How old is he? He's twenty nine,
- 13:53Speaker 4: And I'm like, fuck.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Here, what we got Lebron? You know what I mean?
- 13:59Speaker 1: Hate him, er love He's about our age. So he's
- 14:02Speaker 1: still doing his thing, and I love seeing all the
- 14:05Speaker 1: memes of messing with him and the Bronni and all
- 14:08Speaker 1: that stuff. But at the end of the day, it's
- 14:10Speaker 1: frigging cool. I mean, whether the Lakers did it just
- 14:12Speaker 1: to sell tickets or to keep Lebron, I don't really
- 14:15Speaker 1: give a shit about the NBA, let alone that, but
- 14:17Speaker 1: all the stats of yep, there's the most scoring duo
- 14:21Speaker 1: and father son duo or relative duo or whatever, and
- 14:23Speaker 1: it's got Lebron James forty thousand whatever, Bronnie zero.
- 14:30Speaker 4: It is. It is cool to see. It's I'm not
- 14:32Speaker 4: a big Lebron fan in by any means, but it's
- 14:35Speaker 4: it is. It is cool to see. You know, every
- 14:37Speaker 4: dad would dream of something like that.
- 14:38Speaker 1: Yeah, did you guys see I don't know why this
- 14:41Speaker 1: triggered in my brain. It was a weird brain train.
- 14:43Speaker 1: But the guy that blew out his ACL kicking the
- 14:46Speaker 1: kick for the college game.
- 14:47Speaker 2: Day, I've watched that over and over again wondering where
- 14:52Speaker 2: because he didn't slip, but the problem was, from what
- 14:55Speaker 2: I understand and the way I've seen it was the
- 14:57Speaker 2: last step he took was too large of a step
- 15:01Speaker 2: for his short legs, and so it threw his balance
- 15:04Speaker 2: off and that's why he fell down. And it was
- 15:07Speaker 2: like wow, so his momentum took him too far forward
- 15:10Speaker 2: to where he if that makes sense, But yeah, it
- 15:12Speaker 2: was wild.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Do you think it's gonna ruin that college game day kick? Like,
- 15:15Speaker 1: are they gonna maybe get rid of it because somebody
- 15:17Speaker 1: got hurt that bad? Or you think they're just gonna
- 15:19Speaker 1: be like I mean, if you're gonna blow it out,
- 15:21Speaker 1: I guess that's probably a good spot because I have
- 15:23Speaker 1: to imagine that they're gonna take care of this kid.
- 15:25Speaker 1: I would I would think right they did it on
- 15:27Speaker 1: the show. I know he probably signed a waiver that
- 15:30Speaker 1: they're covered. But when you when you're going viral over
- 15:33Speaker 1: something like that, I have to imagine they're going to
- 15:35Speaker 1: hook him up, maybe with a scholarship or something, you know.
- 15:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know. I didn't hear anything. I would
- 15:42Speaker 2: not be surprised if they didn't.
- 15:44Speaker 1: But yeah, because McAfee and the boys are kind of
- 15:47Speaker 1: involved in that, I feel like he's at least got
- 15:48Speaker 1: a heart where he's gonna be and especially being like
- 15:50Speaker 1: a kicker, and I don't know, I would like to think,
- 15:53Speaker 1: you know, in my brain that he's gonna be like,
- 15:54Speaker 1: you know, I'm due. This sucks, like let us let
- 15:56Speaker 1: us help you out here.
- 15:58Speaker 4: No, I didn't see the whole clip, but or I
- 16:00Speaker 4: didn't see the whole video. I just saw the clip
- 16:02Speaker 4: on I think TikTok or something. But the other guy
- 16:07Speaker 4: that filled in for him, wasn't he going to he
- 16:10Speaker 4: was gonna make a hundred thousand? And didn't they offer
- 16:12Speaker 4: the kid who got injured also the opportunity to get
- 16:15Speaker 4: a hundred thousand.
- 16:16Speaker 1: I think if he made it, yeah, or something like that.
- 16:18Speaker 4: Yeah, so I figured they already were doing something like
- 16:20Speaker 4: that for him, But I wouldn't be surprised since it's
- 16:23Speaker 4: America if he doesn't try to sue or something in
- 16:26Speaker 4: the long run.
- 16:27Speaker 1: And it was an for anybody that didn't know was
- 16:28Speaker 1: an Indiana University football fan. And this is just a
- 16:32Speaker 1: quick post from the New York Post that says ruin
- 16:35Speaker 1: his chances in winning a hundred thousand dollars when he
- 16:36Speaker 1: towards acl warming up for Pat McAfee's kicking contest Saturday morning.
- 16:41Speaker 1: It was Jake, not from State Farm. Looks like Jake
- 16:45Speaker 1: was probably having some beverages or something early in the morning.
- 16:51Speaker 1: I mean, this is just again, this is from the
- 16:53Speaker 1: New York Post. I feel like it's not really getting
- 16:58Speaker 1: any bigger, all right, Well, trying to enhance there, but you,
- 17:01Speaker 1: I don't know, said he's giving me some I'm pretty
- 17:05Speaker 1: buzzed up vibes, which either way, you hate to see it.
- 17:10Speaker 1: I was looking through it real quick just to see
- 17:12Speaker 1: if if they said anything that they were going to
- 17:14Speaker 1: take care of them. But hmm, Jake ultimately blew out
- 17:19Speaker 1: his knee was taking to the hospital. Like we said,
- 17:21Speaker 1: the challenge chooses participants through a raffle the fans that
- 17:24Speaker 1: arrive at the pitt for College Dame day. The randomly
- 17:27Speaker 1: selected cannot be current or former college athletes and aren't
- 17:30Speaker 1: only given one shot at the thirty three year old
- 17:33Speaker 1: thirty three year the yardfield goal. Hmm. Interesting, So they
- 17:39Speaker 1: pick a couple. Yikes, that sucks.
- 17:43Speaker 4: That sucks, and you know that's going to be on
- 17:45Speaker 4: the internet forever too, So that sucks.
- 17:50Speaker 3: Welcome to the job interview.
- 17:51Speaker 2: Hey are you that guy that blew out his ACL
- 17:53Speaker 2: that time on game day?
- 17:55Speaker 1: Like I said, I mean, look at he is just
- 17:57Speaker 1: warming up. He's just backstage, just warming up.
- 18:03Speaker 3: And just.
- 18:07Speaker 1: This guy Red Solo Co having some beverages.
- 18:11Speaker 4: Oh and you know his best friends were there too,
- 18:13Speaker 4: just already just the group chats, just going crazy.
- 18:17Speaker 2: Dude, I've i as a fat man, like a couple
- 18:20Speaker 2: of years ago, fell down my front stairs just like
- 18:23Speaker 2: that foot got caught behind me. Luckily, nothing tore. You know,
- 18:28Speaker 2: I was a little sore or whatever. But that shit's scary.
- 18:31Speaker 4: Man. Do you have a ring camera?
- 18:35Speaker 3: You would not have seen that.
- 18:37Speaker 1: We've seen that. We've seen you been falling on Ring
- 18:40Speaker 1: and his little scooter.
- 18:42Speaker 4: And multiple times. You know it's I had one of
- 18:46Speaker 4: my son's friends come up to me. He goes, how
- 18:48Speaker 4: many times, do you think you've broken your ankle? And
- 18:50Speaker 4: I'm like the fund that come from, like I'm not
- 18:54Speaker 4: wearing a boot right now or anything, you know. And
- 18:56Speaker 4: he's like, don't you think it's time? And I'm like,
- 18:58Speaker 4: are you trying to curse me?
- 18:59Speaker 1: Right now?
- 19:00Speaker 4: Get that he here, you little bastard. I wanted to
- 19:02Speaker 4: kick him down the hill pits a bitch.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Yikes, that's a that's a tough one. That's a tough one. Huh.
- 19:11Speaker 4: All right, I'm a I'm gonna take a ten second,
- 19:14Speaker 4: just if you don't see him in the screen. This
- 19:17Speaker 4: heater sounds like a jet's taken off. I gotta I'm
- 19:19Speaker 4: trying to turn it off real quick.
- 19:21Speaker 2: And I came in here this morning. Down here this morning,
- 19:23Speaker 2: usually it's like really chilly, seventy or sixty seventy degrees.
- 19:27Speaker 3: It's warm down here. I had to turn my hair
- 19:29Speaker 3: back on.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Yeake, see it was the opposite. I'm in the same
- 19:33Speaker 1: as you've been. I walked in the studio. Oh this hell.
- 19:36Speaker 1: I so I turned up the heat and I'm finally
- 19:38Speaker 1: starting to feel a little bit toasty. You still don't
- 19:41Speaker 1: have heat in my bedroom. From the addition that we
- 19:44Speaker 1: built so hopefully, hopefully we'll get some heat in there
- 19:48Speaker 1: pretty soon, because when it's twenty at night, the the
- 19:50Speaker 1: old room is pretty chilly, so it's not insulated yet
- 19:54Speaker 1: on the floor. So you get out and it's like
- 19:58Speaker 1: it's like taking a freaking ice bath or whatever all
- 20:00Speaker 1: the cool kids do, but on your feet.
- 20:04Speaker 4: Well, I was gonna have two holes in this hoodie
- 20:06Speaker 4: if we filmed any earlier, because I had to turn
- 20:08Speaker 4: that heater on. These things were these nipped about to
- 20:10Speaker 4: poke through. It's cold in here. But now it's sounded
- 20:14Speaker 4: like those astronauts just landed safely in my shop. Now
- 20:18Speaker 4: that that heater turned off, that thing.
- 20:20Speaker 1: Is loud elon. He saved the day again.
- 20:25Speaker 4: So I think one of them had a back injury
- 20:28Speaker 4: or something they had. I didn't see any update on it,
- 20:30Speaker 4: but they were like trying to lift them out and
- 20:33Speaker 4: they apparently looked like they were injured landing.
- 20:36Speaker 1: But yeah, it could be worse.
- 20:40Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, I'm just can you imagine being up
- 20:42Speaker 4: in space for eight months? No, do you think they banged?
- 20:46Speaker 1: Yes, they had to. I mean that's got to be
- 20:51Speaker 1: if you're an astor out, that has to be on
- 20:53Speaker 1: your bucket list. Like a lot of people want to
- 20:54Speaker 1: be in the what is it the thousand mile or
- 20:56Speaker 1: whatever the club is where you have sex on an airplane. Yeah,
- 21:01Speaker 1: they have to be. That's got to be like why
- 21:03Speaker 1: they got into.
- 21:04Speaker 4: It, you know, And I mean I would imagine they
- 21:09Speaker 4: have some space lube. You know, They're like, hey, we
- 21:12Speaker 4: already tried it this way. It's been like heavy anniversary.
- 21:15Speaker 4: You want to put it in my butt? Yes? Yes?
- 21:19Speaker 4: Do you want to see another black hole out here?
- 21:21Speaker 1: Yes?
- 21:23Speaker 4: I do.
- 21:25Speaker 1: Just make sure you pull out so you don't get
- 21:27Speaker 1: it on me, and then just and then it's just
- 21:29Speaker 1: floating around the capsule.
- 21:32Speaker 4: Oh no, is that a space peanut? I saw that
- 21:35Speaker 4: in Joe Dirt once. What is that?
- 21:36Speaker 1: So much? So much easier of a cleanup having sex
- 21:39Speaker 1: in space. It's why there's so many UFOs. I think,
- 21:42Speaker 1: imagine she came back pregnant. I want to be the
- 21:49Speaker 1: first baby conceived in space. I want to know, you know,
- 21:54Speaker 1: in loan to be passed.
- 21:55Speaker 4: He'd be like, God, damn it, I was gonna name
- 21:57Speaker 4: my kid something x y thirty five six because of that.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Has anyone I'm gonna ask you, let's ask the inn.
- 22:04Speaker 1: Has anyone ever been conceived in space.
- 22:10Speaker 2: To our podcast, leverage like you'd have to you literally
- 22:14Speaker 2: have to like hook on a belt that would secure
- 22:18Speaker 2: you to like the machine that you're in, the spaceship
- 22:24Speaker 2: or whatever, because you'd have no leverage. You wouldn't be
- 22:27Speaker 2: able to be like from a waterbed. Worse than that,
- 22:30Speaker 2: even the water you have, you still have gravity for.
- 22:33Speaker 4: I think you highly underestimate how easily I can bust.
- 22:36Speaker 4: I think, uh, but like.
- 22:38Speaker 2: Listen, you're you're you're floating in mid air. You're inserted. Okay,
- 22:43Speaker 2: how are you getting any action to you know, it's.
- 22:47Speaker 4: A mental I don't even have to touch it, you
- 22:49Speaker 4: know what I mean. I'm not saying she's gonna enjoy it,
- 22:51Speaker 4: but it's.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Just in there, like the marmon, so you have you
- 22:58Speaker 1: have other people. So then the buddies, you just have
- 23:00Speaker 1: somebody just like them. With the bed shaking, you just
- 23:03Speaker 1: have somebody that's got to shake it for you.
- 23:05Speaker 4: That's right.
- 23:06Speaker 1: According to the Internet, no one has given birth in
- 23:09Speaker 1: space yet. However, some scientists believe that it is possible
- 23:13Speaker 1: to conceive, get pregnant, and give birth in space, and
- 23:17Speaker 1: that it may happen in the future. Mmm.
- 23:21Speaker 4: DIBs.
- 23:23Speaker 1: But there's things to consider with giving birth and space.
- 23:26Speaker 1: The radiation from space can actually damage DNA, reproductive organs,
- 23:30Speaker 1: and sperm and egg cells. It leads to a variant failure, cancer, miscarriages,
- 23:36Speaker 1: premature burst. And then of course the gravity that you said,
- 23:39Speaker 1: the absence of gravity can make it difficult to walk
- 23:40Speaker 1: around to ease labor pain, and it could be difficult
- 23:43Speaker 1: for an anasthesiologists to administer an epidural. Imagine that you
- 23:49Speaker 1: can even be in the goddamn room sometimes when they're
- 23:51Speaker 1: giving an epidural, let alone one in space.
- 23:54Speaker 2: So if I'm using my brain here and I'm thinking
- 23:57Speaker 2: about how many times there have been people in space together,
- 24:01Speaker 2: you have to imagine something has gone down. In fact,
- 24:05Speaker 2: there was that one lady who drove you remember that
- 24:08Speaker 2: She stalked, Oh my god, oh my god. Okay, okay, okay,
- 24:10Speaker 2: let me try to find it. There was these two
- 24:12Speaker 2: former astronauts. They were either fooling around. They're both married,
- 24:16Speaker 2: I do believe, and they got back down to Earth
- 24:22Speaker 2: and one, yes, yes, here we go.
- 24:25Speaker 1: He's like, let me find it real quick. He went
- 24:27Speaker 1: control h click. It was read in the history.
- 24:32Speaker 2: It was under spank bank in my task. Former NASA
- 24:35Speaker 2: astronaut Lisa Nowak, charged with attacking a romantic arrival at
- 24:39Speaker 2: an Orlando airport, is seen in surveillance video stalking the
- 24:42Speaker 2: woman around.
- 24:43Speaker 3: Okay, okay, so those two women I get.
- 24:45Speaker 2: But anyway, this woman, they got down here, and she
- 24:48Speaker 2: drove hundreds of miles, if not thousands of miles across
- 24:52Speaker 2: the United States to like stalk this lady. My point
- 24:54Speaker 2: being is you're in a closed in space place with them,
- 24:57Speaker 2: in space where nobody else is. Of course you're gonna
- 24:59Speaker 2: catch feelings and or that's the only person you get
- 25:02Speaker 2: a kind of conversation with. Side note, there may have
- 25:06Speaker 2: there may have never been in somebody conceived in space,
- 25:08Speaker 2: but there's definitely been some fucking.
- 25:10Speaker 3: And you know, there's been a lot.
- 25:12Speaker 2: Of oh uh huh, because you know when they go
- 25:16Speaker 2: to sleep, they they sleep their sleeping bags or whatever
- 25:19Speaker 2: it is. They're a little sleeping space. It is connected
- 25:21Speaker 2: to the I think, to the spaceship itself, so they
- 25:24Speaker 2: can be secured when they're sleeping. So it's if you're secured,
- 25:29Speaker 2: what find a little dark corridor.
- 25:33Speaker 1: It does say that body fluids clumped together and can
- 25:36Speaker 1: actually float through the capsule, so they don't know if
- 25:39Speaker 1: the insertion if it would actually stay in or clump
- 25:42Speaker 1: and somehow come out.
- 25:43Speaker 2: Bro, twelve year old Brandon's already solved that you take
- 25:46Speaker 2: a towel, jam it, you wrap it around yourself, you
- 25:51Speaker 2: jam it full of lotion, and then you just use
- 25:54Speaker 2: it as a.
- 25:56Speaker 4: Well you're talking about prison pussy like you're talking about Yeah, now,
- 26:03Speaker 4: how long before whatever, like this whole space travel thing
- 26:07Speaker 4: becomes easier or they put people up there as easy
- 26:10Speaker 4: as Elon's talking about. I'm gonna subscribe to the only
- 26:15Speaker 4: fans of people fucking in space.
- 26:17Speaker 2: Bro.
- 26:17Speaker 4: I am trying to see every single one of them shots,
- 26:22Speaker 4: and I want to see how it works, Like I
- 26:24Speaker 4: would subscribe two hundred bucks, take my money.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Elon is probably gonna come out and be like, all right, listen,
- 26:30Speaker 1: I'll pay for the whole thing. But the first person
- 26:33Speaker 1: that actually has a baby has to be named Elon.
- 26:37Speaker 4: Space x x X. Oh my god, there's.
- 26:41Speaker 1: The site just named the kid Orbit.
- 26:43Speaker 3: You're good.
- 26:44Speaker 1: Oh, then then the gum company is gonna suit you,
- 26:47Speaker 1: though maybe you'd get free gum for life. We named
- 26:50Speaker 1: our kid.
- 26:51Speaker 4: Orbit just so so many gum references that.
- 26:55Speaker 1: Just apparently some companies are working currently on developing ways
- 27:01Speaker 1: to reproduce in space, so there has to be some
- 27:06Speaker 1: people are already hooking up in space. Spaceborne United apparently
- 27:09Speaker 1: is working on developing a disc that would mix the
- 27:12Speaker 1: cells in space too.
- 27:13Speaker 3: See.
- 27:13Speaker 4: I want to actually see the action happen. I don't
- 27:16Speaker 4: want to see DNA mixtures and shit. Nah.
- 27:20Speaker 2: So I want to go back if I could, because
- 27:22Speaker 2: I knew this was an old story. This is going
- 27:24Speaker 2: back like fifteen years. This is dated twenty eleven. A
- 27:28Speaker 2: former NASA astronaut, least In Noak, was made media waves
- 27:32Speaker 2: back in two thousand and seven when she was arrested
- 27:35Speaker 2: at the Orlando Airport suspicion of attacking her perceived romantic rival.
- 27:39Speaker 2: As details emerged, the story became legendary. Noak made a
- 27:42Speaker 2: nine hundred mile drive from her home in Houston to Orlando,
- 27:45Speaker 2: stalking her victim through the airport in disguise and later
- 27:48Speaker 2: attacking her with pepper spray. And what it was was
- 27:54Speaker 2: she was dating this guy who was the astronaut, and
- 27:56Speaker 2: this chick was actually his side piece or something like that.
- 27:59Speaker 2: Noak later pleaded charges to felony burglary by a conveyance,
- 28:03Speaker 2: and for reaching into shipman's car this person's car, for
- 28:05Speaker 2: the attack and missmeter battery. Most notably, this is why
- 28:09Speaker 2: I wanted to get to the accusation that no act drove.
- 28:12Speaker 2: The entire distance wearing diapers to avoid bathroom breaks was
- 28:15Speaker 2: almost too much for the night late night comedy circuit
- 28:17Speaker 2: to handle. This was a huge, like for like two minutes,
- 28:20Speaker 2: a huge story, like fifteen years ago. That's why you
- 28:23Speaker 2: brought that up. I thought somebody was gonna remember it.
- 28:25Speaker 4: Okay, I did not know that, but as soon as
- 28:29Speaker 4: you said her name, I googled it because I'm like,
- 28:31Speaker 4: I wonder smash her pass, Like would I do it?
- 28:35Speaker 4: Initially yes, now I was like, yeah, I would definitely
- 28:39Speaker 4: do this, And then you mentioned her wording diver. The
- 28:43Speaker 4: entire time shows me how committed she is to that
- 28:46Speaker 4: relationship and it's a definite yes now, yeah I would.
- 28:51Speaker 4: I would change her diver, I.
- 28:53Speaker 1: Like, because she yep, she became the bad asternat. Oh
- 28:57Speaker 1: look at scrolled are using on the Google present image
- 29:00Speaker 1: is right there and scroll down up right second, roll
- 29:08Speaker 1: right there? What is going on there? Is that the mugshot?
- 29:12Speaker 3: Yeah, so so this is her.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Can you see my No, you can't see my Yeah,
- 29:15Speaker 1: I can see my mouse turn her.
- 29:17Speaker 3: This is the love interest, this is the rival.
- 29:19Speaker 2: She attacked her because he was he and her were
- 29:22Speaker 2: together and they either I don't know if what what
- 29:24Speaker 2: what the story was was, were they together?
- 29:26Speaker 3: Did she just have a crush on him, whatever it was.
- 29:29Speaker 4: But yeah, look it's that buzz cut.
- 29:33Speaker 3: Well look at that.
- 29:33Speaker 2: Look at that title painted love the afternut love triangle
- 29:36Speaker 2: that led to adult diapers and battery.
- 29:42Speaker 4: This is that just goes to show you two that
- 29:44Speaker 4: even the smartest woman is bad shit crazy.
- 29:48Speaker 3: That's zip My watches this show.
- 29:56Speaker 4: I don't even apologize.
- 29:58Speaker 3: Oh, hold on, hold on. Speaking of Halloween, somebody won
- 30:03Speaker 3: this one? Huh uh.
- 30:09Speaker 4: The most relevant one I've seen this year that I
- 30:13Speaker 4: was like, all right, that's a damn good one was
- 30:15Speaker 4: the Olympic ones as some guy dressed up like the
- 30:18Speaker 4: pole vaulter and he had like a PBC pipe right
- 30:21Speaker 4: below his nether regions and had a like obviously stuffed apparatus.
- 30:27Speaker 1: You think it stuff. Maybe he's just well and down,
- 30:31Speaker 1: could be could be you know, goods to him. You
- 30:34Speaker 1: can't relate, How do you any of like I know
- 30:38Speaker 1: we're a little bit older now. Sticking with the thing,
- 30:40Speaker 1: like you guys your workplaces and stuff. You guys don't
- 30:43Speaker 1: do anything for Halloween, right, Like nope, no, you know,
- 30:46Speaker 1: bring stuff in for lunches or anything like that, like
- 30:49Speaker 1: a like a what are they pot lucks or something?
- 30:53Speaker 4: Unfortunately, my work does do a potluck. But I don't
- 30:56Speaker 4: know if you guys saw the recent news of I
- 31:00Speaker 4: think it was in Maryland. Forty six people were hospitalized
- 31:05Speaker 4: due to I don't know if I'm pronouncing this correctly.
- 31:09Speaker 4: Pants it. It's a Filipino dish.
- 31:13Speaker 1: Pants It doesn't sound very Filipino to me, but I.
- 31:16Speaker 4: Looked at it. I looked it up on TikTok, and
- 31:19Speaker 4: that's something. I'm going three videos that all said the
- 31:22Speaker 4: same thing. But apparently some.
- 31:24Speaker 1: Noodles protest some pants shit? Am I right?
- 31:30Speaker 4: But apparently these people are very, very sick from getting
- 31:34Speaker 4: this and it's it's like a big story up in
- 31:37Speaker 4: the northeast. Apparently not too big.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Is this pants it?
- 31:42Speaker 4: See?
- 31:42Speaker 1: I don't know, looks good idea you wouldn't Filipinos. Let's
- 31:50Speaker 1: see it is general item referring to various traditional noodle
- 31:55Speaker 1: dishes and Filipino cuisine. They're numerous types of pantsa often
- 31:59Speaker 1: based on the new those method of cooking, place of
- 32:01Speaker 1: origin or ingredients.
- 32:03Speaker 3: Have you guys brought up or talked about.
- 32:07Speaker 2: The Golden Arches that we've been talking about the last
- 32:09Speaker 2: few weeks, because we've been talking about that, and like,
- 32:13Speaker 2: you heard what happened this week?
- 32:14Speaker 4: Didnia the quarter pounders?
- 32:16Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 32:17Speaker 2: I like, it wasn't even in my state. I want
- 32:19Speaker 2: to try to go get a quarter pounder because I
- 32:20Speaker 2: was going to do a video on it, and they're
- 32:21Speaker 2: gone struck through on the menu.
- 32:28Speaker 4: What was it? Oh, the.
- 32:30Speaker 3: Quarter pattis or was it the onions?
- 32:33Speaker 4: The onions? It came from a company in California that
- 32:37Speaker 4: apparently has now been like that's a big boobooy. So
- 32:42Speaker 4: either they took the heat or I don't know, but
- 32:47Speaker 4: they apparently there was a huge outbreak and a lot
- 32:49Speaker 4: of it was in kind of our area where a
- 32:52Speaker 4: lot of people were getting sick and the missus had
- 32:55Speaker 4: just had one and I'm like, how much is your
- 32:58Speaker 4: life insurance?
- 32:58Speaker 3: Again?
- 33:02Speaker 4: I feel fine, and I'm like, oh, that's great.
- 33:04Speaker 1: CDC dot Gov obviously put out the thing It says
- 33:07Speaker 1: since October twenty second, which obviously the time in the
- 33:10Speaker 1: recording is a little bit older. There was twenty six
- 33:12Speaker 1: new illnesses, bringing the total to seventy five. There's actually
- 33:15Speaker 1: three new states Michigan, New Mexico, Washington, Welcome added to
- 33:19Speaker 1: the number of states that the total was thirteen totll.
- 33:22Speaker 1: More people have been hospitalized, bringing it to twenty two.
- 33:26Speaker 1: And apparently there was a death in Colorado and a
- 33:30Speaker 1: child with complications of I don't know what that is,
- 33:34Speaker 1: hemolytic uremic syndrome, each US, each US and an adult.
- 33:41Speaker 1: Forty two people interviewed said that all forty two were
- 33:44Speaker 1: ported dating McDonald's before their illness and mentioning a quarter
- 33:48Speaker 1: pounder handburger. Norther retail retailers have been identified as a
- 33:51Speaker 1: source of ALI. That's the thing though that I'm curious
- 33:54Speaker 1: because it says it was Taylor Farms is the supplier
- 33:57Speaker 1: of the silvered onions for affected McDonald's oktions. They did
- 34:01Speaker 1: a recall of yellow onion. Stores are contacted directly from
- 34:05Speaker 1: That's what I was thinking, Like they must be selling
- 34:07Speaker 1: to other places, you know what I mean? Like, is
- 34:09Speaker 1: anybody else getting sick?
- 34:11Speaker 4: Right? And that's what like, where's I don't know, it's
- 34:15Speaker 4: it's kind of odd and so there even though it's
- 34:17Speaker 4: the the onion, they're still removing the whole item from.
- 34:22Speaker 2: So my question is what does ecola cost from as
- 34:26Speaker 2: it costs from somebody just like shitting' not washing their
- 34:28Speaker 2: hands and then handling onions is what it is. And like,
- 34:32Speaker 2: if that's the case, how much shit are we talking
- 34:34Speaker 2: about here? Because like how much shit got on these onions?
- 34:37Speaker 3: I mean, I'm just asking.
- 34:38Speaker 1: The symptoms of ecola are rough stomach cramps, diarrhea that
- 34:43Speaker 1: is often bloody, and vomiting, and it usually starts three
- 34:46Speaker 1: to four days after swallowing this bacteria, and most people
- 34:49Speaker 1: recover without treatment five to seven days, but some people
- 34:52Speaker 1: may develop that kidney problem that h us ugh, yeah,
- 34:58Speaker 1: how does he e? Coli? They are germs called bacteria.
- 35:01Speaker 1: Theyre found in many places including environment, foods, water, and
- 35:04Speaker 1: intestines of people and animals. Most of it's harmless. Get
- 35:07Speaker 1: you sick, oh okay, okay okay.
- 35:10Speaker 3: Usually a cow.
- 35:12Speaker 2: These animals have contaminated the water used for irrigation. They're
- 35:16Speaker 2: growing onions too close to a cattle feed lot or
- 35:18Speaker 2: something like that. It's usually what happens.
- 35:20Speaker 1: Yikes, educational show that.
- 35:23Speaker 3: Was Los Angeles Times. By the way, I didn't know
- 35:25Speaker 3: we Times.
- 35:26Speaker 1: But not to circle back, but I just googled the
- 35:30Speaker 1: story that you've been was talking about forty six people
- 35:35Speaker 1: got this food born illness after they shared that disk
- 35:39Speaker 1: in a workplace in Maryland. It was Howard Country. Howard
- 35:43Speaker 1: County Fire and Rescue set are responded at three forty
- 35:46Speaker 1: five pm, Oh sorry to the seventy seven hundred block
- 35:49Speaker 1: of Chesapeake Bay Court in Jesip, fifteen miles southwest of Baltimore,
- 35:54Speaker 1: because they all had the same food poisoning.
- 35:57Speaker 2: Could you imagine all the toilets are fit old? Where
- 36:00Speaker 2: are they going with this bloody shit due.
- 36:02Speaker 1: Like two crash cans one hour after eating it? Forty
- 36:07Speaker 1: six people are having to shit one hour. At least
- 36:13Speaker 1: they get an hour. I get ten minutes.
- 36:16Speaker 4: Could you imagine if we had eaten it two minutes?
- 36:20Speaker 1: Like, think of your workplaces right now. I mean you've
- 36:22Speaker 1: been you're out because you you have several bathrooms. But
- 36:27Speaker 1: a more traditional workplace where you know myself and brand
- 36:29Speaker 1: it would work. Could you imagine if forty six employees,
- 36:32Speaker 1: even if you have forty six employees. We don't have
- 36:34Speaker 1: that many at the place I work, But even if
- 36:37Speaker 1: seventy percent of the employees all had to go, we
- 36:40Speaker 1: have like three bathrooms and are I think and maybe four?
- 36:43Speaker 1: I think we have four bathrooms in the entire building.
- 36:46Speaker 1: Imagine even if twenty people all had to go at
- 36:48Speaker 1: the same time. Should you got employees shitting outside? You
- 36:52Speaker 1: got employees run into other bathrooms and sit in the
- 36:55Speaker 1: year and.
- 36:55Speaker 4: All sitting on the saints as we have a multi
- 36:59Speaker 4: million dollar Netflix special at our hands where we can
- 37:02Speaker 4: just have like twenty five people eat something that looks delicious,
- 37:07Speaker 4: normal stuff, right, and then three bathrooms and they're all
- 37:11Speaker 4: getting sick and well, to see how they survive and
- 37:14Speaker 4: how they adapt. Will it be orderly? Will they wait
- 37:16Speaker 4: and a ligne patiently? Or will they fight to the
- 37:19Speaker 4: death to get to this bathroom?
- 37:20Speaker 3: There's just a two week will they die?
- 37:24Speaker 1: As long as they sign a waiver, We'll get the guy.
- 37:26Speaker 1: We'll get the guy that just blew out his ACL
- 37:27Speaker 1: He's going to be selected as one of them. You know,
- 37:29Speaker 1: he's a warrior out of Indiana. Mister Beaest probably already
- 37:32Speaker 1: did this. So if he hasn't, he's listening. Probably Hey,
- 37:36Speaker 1: mister Beat, you know, not a big fan, but congrats
- 37:38Speaker 1: on all the good stuff you do, not the shitty stuff, depect.
- 37:42Speaker 1: But he's probably going to be doing this next and
- 37:44Speaker 1: he'd probably do it, but we should try it. And
- 37:46Speaker 1: they think that potentially one of your locations would let
- 37:49Speaker 1: us film there for a couple of days.
- 37:53Speaker 4: It's possible. But a clarification to mister Beast and his team,
- 37:57Speaker 4: these would be for eighteen plus yea individuals.
- 38:01Speaker 1: Yes, eighteen plus for sure, with waivers and consent.
- 38:05Speaker 2: So I was at wall Place yesterday and I only
- 38:11Speaker 2: joke around like that because I know you call it
- 38:13Speaker 2: something else.
- 38:14Speaker 4: Uh.
- 38:15Speaker 3: I saw all the mister Beast lunchboxes. Have you seen these?
- 38:18Speaker 3: The blue ones?
- 38:19Speaker 2: You know, like the feastables, the cool lunchboxes open up
- 38:22Speaker 2: the you know, it looks like a lunchbox. They were
- 38:24Speaker 2: all on markdown to clearance for four dollars.
- 38:27Speaker 4: Wow.
- 38:28Speaker 1: Are they like the old school style ones? The ten ones?
- 38:31Speaker 3: Yeah? When they weren't ten they were plastic, but yeah.
- 38:33Speaker 1: Ah gotcha. I had a buddy. I have a buddy.
- 38:36Speaker 1: I don't know if he still does, but for the
- 38:37Speaker 1: longest time he got into collecting pint glasses in lunch boxes,
- 38:42Speaker 1: and he'd walk into his house and he had shelving
- 38:44Speaker 1: throughout all of his rooms and he just had lunchbox
- 38:47Speaker 1: and every day from eBay. It was just an interesting
- 38:50Speaker 1: Some of them were awesome, still had the thermis in
- 38:52Speaker 1: it and everything with it. Some of them are questionable,
- 38:55Speaker 1: but it was It was an interesting thing. He was
- 38:57Speaker 1: the only person in the entire world that I've ever
- 38:59Speaker 1: known that collected hunchboxes.
- 39:01Speaker 4: People have amazing hobbies, like it's there's some guys that
- 39:05Speaker 4: I work with, like riding motorcycles, big old dudes, tatted
- 39:09Speaker 4: and everything, and you know, I'm like, what do you
- 39:12Speaker 4: what do you What do you do at home and stuff? Man,
- 39:14Speaker 4: He's like he's like no, He's like, you know those
- 39:17Speaker 4: uh little model die cast cars that you can like
- 39:20Speaker 4: paint and stuff. I'm like yeah. He I just sit
- 39:22Speaker 4: on there and he goes, I'll just turn on some
- 39:23Speaker 4: my classical music and fuck, dude, I'll just going to town.
- 39:26Speaker 4: And I'm like, you're fucking with me, Like are you
- 39:30Speaker 4: are you actually doing this? I was like classical music.
- 39:33Speaker 4: He's like yeah, and he started naming off stuff and
- 39:35Speaker 4: I'm like, I got a Spotify and I'm like, these
- 39:38Speaker 4: are legit, fucking like Symphony six what shit whatever.
- 39:41Speaker 3: I'm like, what the fuck.
- 39:43Speaker 4: He's like, yeah, man, that's kind of my peaceful place.
- 39:45Speaker 4: I'll go over there and just he wears, like the
- 39:47Speaker 4: the glasses that are like sticking out all the way
- 39:49Speaker 4: over here and so you can get find details and stuff,
- 39:52Speaker 4: and he goes he was therapeutic and ship out of
- 39:54Speaker 4: love it. And I'm like, you were in prison at
- 39:57Speaker 4: one point in time too, and he was yeah, dude,
- 39:58Speaker 4: like fucking like seven years. I'm like, okay, some of
- 40:02Speaker 4: this is making sense, okay, okay, Yeah, so.
- 40:05Speaker 1: The I was talking. I was talking to my mom
- 40:07Speaker 1: the other day and the Christmas list. You know, the
- 40:09Speaker 1: kids are starting to do the Christmas list, and a
- 40:11Speaker 1: lot of them think they're so cool because they just
- 40:12Speaker 1: put an Amazon list and send it to you whatever,
- 40:15Speaker 1: which is pretty convenient. So she's like, yeah, my nephew
- 40:20Speaker 1: wanted a couple of things and some legos and stuff.
- 40:22Speaker 1: He's like ten. So she's like, oh, yeah, that's a
- 40:25Speaker 1: cool set. So she clicks it four hundred dollars for
- 40:27Speaker 1: the one said he wanted. She's like, nope, clicks the
- 40:30Speaker 1: other one three hundred and something dollars. I'm like, she's like,
- 40:34Speaker 1: I can't believe legos, and it was like one of
- 40:36Speaker 1: these I don't know exactly what it was, but say
- 40:38Speaker 1: it was, you know, Harry Potter or something maybe like
- 40:40Speaker 1: a whole what's in Harry Potter castles or dragons or
- 40:43Speaker 1: I've never seen Harry Potter. That's a bad example, but
- 40:45Speaker 1: say the Millennium Falcon or something like that. But you
- 40:49Speaker 1: get something like that is that.
- 40:50Speaker 4: They are crazy priced.
- 40:53Speaker 1: And if you like I think we talked about it.
- 40:56Speaker 1: I don't know if it was on this show or
- 40:57Speaker 1: one of the other ones, where if you're able to
- 40:59Speaker 1: kind of buy them before they become like the resale
- 41:03Speaker 1: or something like that, they're actually one of the better
- 41:05Speaker 1: things that you can invest in with a crazy percentage
- 41:08Speaker 1: of resale.
- 41:11Speaker 4: I have a buddy now who is hoarding those. He
- 41:14Speaker 4: has several of the and it's like the Harry Potters
- 41:17Speaker 4: Star Wars. There's some like Pokemon ones and stuff like
- 41:20Speaker 4: that that you want to get the end of life
- 41:25Speaker 4: ones that are getting ready to no longer be produced,
- 41:28Speaker 4: and apparently if you can find those in targets, walmarts,
- 41:31Speaker 4: you know, wherever, those are the ones that get and
- 41:34Speaker 4: you can sit on them for a year or so
- 41:36Speaker 4: and make four times the amount of what you purchased
- 41:38Speaker 4: it for.
- 41:39Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, some of them you're buying for one hundred,
- 41:40Speaker 1: two hundred bucks and they're selling for like twelve hundred,
- 41:43Speaker 1: and you can make a grand just off one. That's
- 41:45Speaker 1: a good I'm not going to do that because I
- 41:48Speaker 1: would buy all of the wrong ones and then just
- 41:50Speaker 1: be like, here you go, kids, put these together so
- 41:54Speaker 1: you can lose all the pieces and I'll step on
- 41:55Speaker 1: them in the middle of the night. These sons of pitches. Yeah,
- 42:01Speaker 1: I'm dreading having to purchase things for Christmas already. As
- 42:04Speaker 1: I said, I know it's Halloween and everything, but I
- 42:06Speaker 1: know as soon as that Christmas candy and Christmas treet
- 42:09Speaker 1: cakes and those donuts which I sent a picture do
- 42:11Speaker 1: you boys, I still haven't tried yet because I just
- 42:12Speaker 1: forgot until right now. Yeah, they've lasted.
- 42:17Speaker 4: I would have. I would have already had those gone
- 42:20Speaker 4: before the morning, for sure. Honestly, when I saw the
- 42:23Speaker 4: picture of the donuts, I thought it was Brandon's ended
- 42:25Speaker 4: it at first, and I was like, oh shit, he
- 42:28Speaker 4: got it, and I was like, I'm gonna need to
- 42:30Speaker 4: go get the zebra cake once because I completely forgot
- 42:32Speaker 4: about it, and so you guys sent the picture. But yeah,
- 42:35Speaker 4: those would not have lasted, I mean easily thirty minutes.
- 42:39Speaker 4: Give me a glass of milk. I want to dunking
- 42:40Speaker 4: in there by myself a good old time.
- 42:43Speaker 1: Well, we walked into a DG because I needed some
- 42:47Speaker 1: new dry erase markers for coaching basketball and the wipe
- 42:51Speaker 1: off board. Apparently I'm writing way too much and the
- 42:53Speaker 1: markers were not good, and I found just a random
- 42:56Speaker 1: red one. I thought I thought all dry erase markers
- 42:58Speaker 1: were the same, but apparently they make sacific ones just
- 43:00Speaker 1: for dry erase boards compared to the classrooms. So the
- 43:03Speaker 1: only one I had was red. So I drew it
- 43:04Speaker 1: and it looked just like blood and the girls were like,
- 43:06Speaker 1: are you bleeding, coach, And I'm like, what, no, And
- 43:10Speaker 1: I just said red all over my hands wiping the board,
- 43:13Speaker 1: so it didn't work. As we walked in there, there
- 43:15Speaker 1: was two of those donuts left in the store, so
- 43:19Speaker 1: I was like, it's kind of a sign I gotta
- 43:21Speaker 1: get one, and then I don't know what it is.
- 43:23Speaker 1: I think I'm the only person in the potentially the
- 43:24Speaker 1: entire planet that enjoys it.
- 43:26Speaker 3: I love candy corn.
- 43:27Speaker 1: So I went to go buy some candy corn. Usually
- 43:29Speaker 1: I get the box big fan. That's how you say it, right,
- 43:32Speaker 1: box like the classical musician. Probably well, they had the
- 43:36Speaker 1: sale on Zachary's, and I was like, oh shit, I
- 43:40Speaker 1: know some Zacharyes. I'm gonna try it. I'm telling you
- 43:42Speaker 1: it tastes like the smell of dish detergent. They are,
- 43:46Speaker 1: I mean they're not. But it was a mixed one.
- 43:48Speaker 1: I had the pumpkins, had the chocolate, had them all there.
- 43:50Speaker 1: They were like two bucks, like perfect, let's try it.
- 43:53Speaker 1: Trash trash, trash trash. Am I still gonna eat them?
- 43:57Speaker 4: Probably see? And then I feel bad because I also
- 44:02Speaker 4: do enjoy some candy corn. Not my favorite, but if
- 44:05Speaker 4: I see it out there're like okay, I like the
- 44:07Speaker 4: ones with the chocolate ones too, And you mentioned the
- 44:09Speaker 4: pumpkin ones and that's I got the same package before,
- 44:13Speaker 4: the same.
- 44:14Speaker 1: Package, but the h ours are different. You've sent me yours.
- 44:19Speaker 4: Update. I gotta I've shaven. It looks bigger now. The
- 44:23Speaker 4: the uh so I was like I was sitting there
- 44:25Speaker 4: eating them and like the kids are like you like
- 44:28Speaker 4: those I'm like, they're not bad, and even the missus
- 44:31Speaker 4: like those are fucking trash. Those tastes like wax. She's like,
- 44:35Speaker 4: it looks like those are candles, and I'm like are they?
- 44:37Speaker 4: Did you make? Like the fuck? And she's like no,
- 44:40Speaker 4: but how do you like those? I'm like, no, it's
- 44:43Speaker 4: not that bad. So while you're going to the story,
- 44:45Speaker 4: I'm like, yeah, somebody else looks these fucking candy corn
- 44:48Speaker 4: and then you're like trash and I'm like, apparently my
- 44:51Speaker 4: palate is fucking garment, But you know what, still not
- 44:53Speaker 4: gonna eat that pants and stuff.
- 44:54Speaker 1: No, I would say Zackery's brand is trash. Specifically, that's
- 45:00Speaker 1: I still love the candy corn because every once in
- 45:02Speaker 1: a while, after you know, Halloween and stuff's over, I'll
- 45:05Speaker 1: get a random one on my desk, and of all things,
- 45:07Speaker 1: producers act he will just see him for like a
- 45:10Speaker 1: quarter or fifty cents, and he'll buy a bag and
- 45:11Speaker 1: just throw it at my my work desk. And then
- 45:13Speaker 1: so I sent it to him last night, assuming he
- 45:15Speaker 1: was highly elevated. I had a lot of fixed vodka,
- 45:18Speaker 1: way more than I wanted to drink. Did wake up
- 45:20Speaker 1: feeling fine. Gotta love it and he sent me. He's like,
- 45:24Speaker 1: that's the worst thing I've ever invented. And it didn't
- 45:27Speaker 1: really click, and I'm like, what the fuck are you
- 45:28Speaker 1: talking about. He's like the candy corn and I was like, yeah,
- 45:33Speaker 1: what about it? I mean candy and it was like
- 45:34Speaker 1: this five and then finally he like had to break
- 45:36Speaker 1: it down. You oh, because I didn't really look at
- 45:39Speaker 1: the brand name. I was like, got it, got it now,
- 45:42Speaker 1: and he's like, Jesus, I sat by a fire yesterday.
- 45:46Speaker 1: It was it was like the perfect bonfire day up here.
- 45:48Speaker 1: Was like forties, just sat on the back porch, had
- 45:51Speaker 1: some beverages, sat by the bonfire, ate some candy corn,
- 45:55Speaker 1: just being a real adult, you know. Hell yeah, I
- 45:58Speaker 1: had some football going. There wasn't really like, in my opinion,
- 46:01Speaker 1: you know, a great college football game. There wasn't one
- 46:04Speaker 1: that you know.
- 46:04Speaker 3: That I was.
- 46:05Speaker 1: I was excited for a couple just to watch a
- 46:07Speaker 1: couple of them. Was hoping Texas was going to lose
- 46:09Speaker 1: two in a row. They didn't.
- 46:11Speaker 2: But there were a couple of games that like like
- 46:14Speaker 2: Kansas Kansas State, but nobody was watching that.
- 46:17Speaker 1: Yeah. I just watched Nebraska just for you, Brandon and
- 46:20Speaker 1: I had a little bit of a you know, heartbreak.
- 46:23Speaker 2: But but you saw Kansas was two and six, Kansas
- 46:26Speaker 2: State went six and one, Kansas was winning most of
- 46:29Speaker 2: the game, and Kansas State came back to score six
- 46:31Speaker 2: points in the fourth quarter to win. There are a
- 46:33Speaker 2: couple of games like that, But to your point, there
- 46:35Speaker 2: were no upsets in the top twenty five, which is
- 46:37Speaker 2: always fun to watch. It was a and basically what
- 46:44Speaker 2: Vegas expected to happen happen.
- 46:47Speaker 1: Yeah, that's not That's not a good money making day
- 46:50Speaker 1: for a lot of people either.
- 46:51Speaker 3: College.
- 46:52Speaker 2: I mean, and you you you're more familiar with this
- 46:54Speaker 2: than I on when it comes to the college and
- 46:56Speaker 2: the pro side, I'm telling you, man, college is much
- 46:59Speaker 2: more of a crapshoot it is. It's tougher to in
- 47:04Speaker 2: some ways because in on the money line, I could
- 47:06Speaker 2: probably always guess, okay, look, Ohio State's probably gonna beat Nebraska. Now,
- 47:12Speaker 2: they weren't going to cover twenty five points. I think
- 47:14Speaker 2: I even felt that in the whole time. I probably
- 47:15Speaker 2: should have told you guys that I didn't. I can't
- 47:17Speaker 2: legally bet here by.
- 47:19Speaker 3: I took it.
- 47:21Speaker 2: But when it comes to NFL, it's tough because like
- 47:24Speaker 2: the Broncos can beat the Chiefs like it can happen, right,
- 47:27Speaker 2: They're not better than the Chiefs. The Chiefs are a
- 47:29Speaker 2: better team, better coach, better everything. But on a wild Sunday,
- 47:34Speaker 2: the Jaguars can take on and beat the fucking Eagles.
- 47:38Speaker 2: I don't know who the good teams are this year.
- 47:39Speaker 2: You know they're rain or whoever. So it's tougher to
- 47:43Speaker 2: do those NFL games. And those NFL games are usually
- 47:46Speaker 2: twenty one seventeen, twenty four to twenty one right in
- 47:48Speaker 2: that wheelhouse.
- 47:50Speaker 3: So those over.
- 47:50Speaker 2: Unders so tough to like, I would pull my fucking
- 47:55Speaker 2: beard out trying to go to That's why I stay
- 47:57Speaker 2: with college.
- 47:58Speaker 1: So if you had to guess, take one team in
- 48:00Speaker 1: the NFL, who do you think so far this season
- 48:03Speaker 1: at the time of the recording is the best team
- 48:05Speaker 1: in football? Like their their win loss record against the spread?
- 48:10Speaker 3: Against the spread. Okay, that's the most important.
- 48:12Speaker 1: Part against the spread because obviously we know, you know,
- 48:15Speaker 1: Casey's undefeated, you know what I mean, Carolina, they stink,
- 48:19Speaker 1: but it doesn't always translate to winning, you know what
- 48:21Speaker 1: I mean? Against the spread In Vegas.
- 48:23Speaker 4: The Seahawks, I don't know I'm going to go with
- 48:26Speaker 4: there's one team that's been really close every at least
- 48:29Speaker 4: for the first four or five weeks, the Colts.
- 48:31Speaker 1: It's the Colts six in one against the spread eighty
- 48:34Speaker 1: five point seven percent. They're they're against the spread percentage
- 48:40Speaker 1: is plus point one four and Washington, Casey and Detroit
- 48:45Speaker 1: are both five and one and dub Bears for one
- 48:48Speaker 1: in one.
- 48:49Speaker 4: See Lions. If you would ask me what is the
- 48:53Speaker 4: best team currently? Uh, I love the Lions even though
- 48:57Speaker 4: they beat the shit out of my team. They look
- 49:02Speaker 4: like a really solid football team this year.
- 49:04Speaker 3: Who's your team?
- 49:05Speaker 4: The Cowboys? Unfortunately, they're just fucking tracked of Cowboys.
- 49:10Speaker 2: Making fun of the Cowboys the Jets, it's like making
- 49:14Speaker 2: fun of the Huskers. Like I feel you're pain more
- 49:16Speaker 2: so with the Jets than the Cowboys.
- 49:19Speaker 3: Cowboys.
- 49:20Speaker 2: Nebraska is very similar in that we haven't been good
- 49:22Speaker 2: since the nineties and it's always going to.
- 49:23Speaker 3: Be the year and you know, no matter who we
- 49:25Speaker 3: bring in or what we bring in and how the
- 49:26Speaker 3: team looks. I just spelled on myself. I'm so sorry
- 49:32Speaker 3: this has never happened before, but yet it has every.
- 49:34Speaker 4: Time, and it seems like it's gonna be worse for
- 49:36Speaker 4: Cowboys fans just because Jerry Jones keeps saying the most
- 49:39Speaker 4: outlandish ship to the media and hit to his own
- 49:44Speaker 4: media as well. And I'm like, he never wish ill
- 49:48Speaker 4: on somebody, but I'm definitely putting him on my celebrity
- 49:50Speaker 4: death pollman year just as just a hoping it happens.
- 49:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I saw something last year, and then that the
- 50:01Speaker 1: obviously the Yankees twenty seven World Series. A lot of
- 50:04Speaker 1: Yankee fans around here, so even when they lose, well,
- 50:08Speaker 1: but then you start to look and I think the
- 50:09Speaker 1: Cards were second with eleven, and it's like, you know what,
- 50:13Speaker 1: there's probably never gonna be another team that's gonna win
- 50:17Speaker 1: twenty eight World Series. Definitely not in our lifetime, but
- 50:20Speaker 1: potentially ever, because I mean they're the way that they
- 50:23Speaker 1: spend money and get players and stuff. They're eventually going
- 50:26Speaker 1: to win some more. I don't think anybody's ever gonna
- 50:29Speaker 1: cut that could be one of those records that'll just
- 50:32Speaker 1: never be broken, franchise records, you know.
- 50:35Speaker 4: And then honestly, you mentioned the Cardinals. They are the
- 50:39Speaker 4: version of the Yankees over here. I cannot stand Cardinal
- 50:43Speaker 4: fans just because they they're like, go, oh, well, we've
- 50:46Speaker 4: been to this movie, but this I'm like, what about recently? Brother,
- 50:49Speaker 4: Like how long ago? It's like the Royals has even been,
- 50:52Speaker 4: you know, to the World series more recently than you have.
- 50:55Speaker 4: You know, we've both been twice since eighty five. Calm
- 50:59Speaker 4: the fuck damn.
- 51:00Speaker 1: Being a Pirates fan, I can I can relate. I
- 51:02Speaker 1: also hate the Cardinals.
- 51:04Speaker 2: Brom from nineteen twenty three to nineteen sixty two. I
- 51:07Speaker 2: think that's about what thirty something years they won twenty
- 51:10Speaker 2: fucking titles.
- 51:11Speaker 4: Yeah, see yeah, And that's why it's like it's like
- 51:15Speaker 4: cowboys fans when they're holding on to like, no, we
- 51:17Speaker 4: were really good in the nineties. Like there's like, yeah,
- 51:18Speaker 4: we were really good in the twenties, the nineteen fucking twenties.
- 51:23Speaker 1: Yep, when there was what eight teams, Yeah, and.
- 51:26Speaker 4: There wasn't a black person on the entire fucking thing.
- 51:29Speaker 1: Like it just in Montreal.
- 51:31Speaker 3: You know.
- 51:31Speaker 1: Hockey fans are the same kind of way. You know,
- 51:33Speaker 1: we have all these titles. Grant cool, there was six
- 51:36Speaker 1: of you. Yeah, you won a lot, you were really good.
- 51:40Speaker 1: I get it, but they should just yeah, they should
- 51:42Speaker 1: have different categories or something. Be like all right, pasketball,
- 51:46Speaker 1: modern ball, let's.
- 51:49Speaker 2: It's and to be honest with you, dude, we all
- 51:52Speaker 2: know the talent back then on the baseball back in
- 51:54Speaker 2: the twenties, thirties, forties and fifties and sixties, because there
- 51:58Speaker 2: were so little teams, it was so like stacked at
- 52:01Speaker 2: the top, like you could have a great player like
- 52:03Speaker 2: the Washington Senators with you know, Walter Johnson, but never
- 52:07Speaker 2: be able to compete when it comes to the playoffs
- 52:09Speaker 2: and and actually winning championships with the Yankees or other
- 52:12Speaker 2: teams like that. Between I'm looking at this year, between
- 52:14Speaker 2: thirty six and fifty six, twenty years, they won thirteen
- 52:18Speaker 2: World Series thirteen and twenty years. That's unfucking believable. That's
- 52:22Speaker 2: like Boston Celtics, UCLA good and Yankees good. I mean,
- 52:27Speaker 2: I hate the Yankees because most of their like, oh,
- 52:30Speaker 2: we're great, happened Grandpa's fucking childhood ninety six, ninety eight,
- 52:35Speaker 2: ninety nine, two thousand, two thousand and nine. That's the
- 52:38Speaker 2: only titles they've won in the last twenty five years,
- 52:41Speaker 2: which is a lot to five.
- 52:43Speaker 3: It's good, but it ain't.
- 52:44Speaker 2: Fucking thirteen and twenty years. They're not what they were,
- 52:48Speaker 2: but they're still spending money and they should be winning.
- 52:50Speaker 2: People should be thinking of the Yankees like the Cowboys
- 52:53Speaker 2: because they never fucking win because they won in two
- 52:56Speaker 2: thousand and nine.
- 52:57Speaker 3: Where you know, you know what I'm saying, have you know?
- 53:00Speaker 4: Non stop? The MVP is judged, the MVP is judged
- 53:04Speaker 4: that dude has not done shit. Yeah zero, I think
- 53:10Speaker 4: they sa what to ten with runners in scoring position.
- 53:13Speaker 3: Love it.
- 53:14Speaker 4: That's why, to quote the great Tony right, you hate.
- 53:18Speaker 3: To see it.
- 53:22Speaker 1: On that note, they probably hate to see us say goodbye,
- 53:25Speaker 1: but looking at the clock, it's time to get out
- 53:27Speaker 1: of here. So hopefully you've been brandon You guys, have
- 53:30Speaker 1: a good rest of your day. Anybody listening for whatever reason,

- 53:35Speaker 1: listening to it, you know, right around Thanksgiving. That doesn't
- 53:38Speaker 1: make it as much sense. But either way, we can't
- 53:40Speaker 1: thank you enough. Check out the friends of the show
- 53:41Speaker 1: and all the descriptions and all of the places, or don't.
