- 0:01$85 silver, $6000 gold. I'm going to give you all the
- 0:07reasons why we can look forward to that in the future and some
- 0:11examples in this video. This is probably one of the
- 0:14biggest, best live stream videos we've done.
- 0:16Guys, we are living through historic times in the precious
- 0:19metal sector. I just wrapped up an interview
- 0:22with the CEO of a Canadian precious metals mining company,
- 0:27and he's the one that said $85 silver.
- 0:30I'm like, I agree. Actually, it can go much, much
- 0:34higher than that. OK.
- 0:35The reason why is that as the dollar continues to go down in
- 0:40value, if we use the US dollar to measure right the price of
- 0:44silver, it can almost go to Infinity.
- 0:46I know that's nearly impossible even for me to comprehend, but
- 0:52that is the absolute fact we're going to talk about in this
- 0:55video. Examples and reasons why that's
- 0:58the case. Also gold.
- 1:00OK, we got a lot to cover. The biggest thing I want to say
- 1:03though, biggest thing is thank you for being here.
- 1:07This is just a cold, lonely basement.
- 1:09Just me by myself. If it's not you joining, it's a
- 1:12big deal. You're important, you matter.
- 1:14Leave a comment in the comment section, send this out, share it
- 1:18with your friends. We got a lot of great things to
- 1:20talk about with gold and silver and please subscribe to the
- 1:24channel. I'll only beg one more time
- 1:27later in the video for you to do that.
- 1:29Let's talk about what is happening right now.
- 1:32We'll start with how about $720 per oz silver?
- 1:36You want to hear about that? Our friend Make Gold great Again
- 1:40brought that up. And then we'll come back to this
- 1:42screen to get an update on the silver and gold price.
- 1:45But this came from, I'm sorry, a gold silver HQ.
- 1:49I apologize, $720 per oz silver guys, that is the M2 adjusted
- 1:59all time high. What that means is it takes the
- 2:02previous all time highs for silver around $50 and adjusted
- 2:07for the increase in the M2 money supply, which is basically from
- 2:12the Federal Reserve, a measurement of all the cash and
- 2:15liquid, the dollars that are out there in the economy.
- 2:18And if you adjust the all time high of silver for the increase
- 2:23in M2 money supply that we've had, we are at $720 per oz.
- 2:29He says since all official government numbers are rigged,
- 2:33it's safe to say that the true money supply currency units is
- 2:37actually much larger, which could put that number much even
- 2:40higher than $720. Hence the true silver price is
- 2:44much higher to look, no matter how you you cut it, no matter
- 2:49what numbers you use. And the reason why we want to
- 2:52look at that is numbers do matter.
- 2:54And when we hear numbers like $700.00 silver, $85 silver,
- 3:00$6000 gold, 10, or $12,000 gold, we all kind of react the same
- 3:05way. But the reason why we want to
- 3:07pay attention and be open to this is these are real numbers,
- 3:11real math behind all this. I'm hearing it more and more
- 3:16from the top analyst that really the heights that we could go to
- 3:19with the silver and gold price are truly unlimited.
- 3:22But we had a big day, big, big day.
- 3:24Yesterday was September 30th. That was the end of the quarter
- 3:28and we marked a major milestone. And there's a reason why that's
- 3:32important. Let's go out to see what Tavi
- 3:34Costa. You know what, we'll come back
- 3:36to Tavi, I promised you and I want to be a man of my word that
- 3:40we would check on do an update on the gold and silver price.
- 3:43Here we are at CNBC. We'll go to the gold tab and we
- 3:47will see. Wow, wow.
- 3:50Gold is up $21.00 per oz silver. We got to make that big.
- 3:55Let's take a look here. Up $0.95 per oz.
- 4:00That's for the December futures contract.
- 4:04Unbelievable, unbelievable guys. And look at, you know, one more
- 4:08time we'll look at this, look at that five year chart and what
- 4:11the heck, since I know you always want me to get my crayons
- 4:15out, this really started back in what, July of 2022, so really
- 4:21only three years ago, but look at that.
- 4:23Nice steady increase in the silver price this was not a
- 4:29spike. This has been a long building
- 4:32upward trend in the silver price, which is provided ample
- 4:37opportunity for things like consolidation, a strong base
- 4:41from which to go forward. It is so different from the
- 4:441980s. We'll get to that in a second.
- 4:46Let's go out and look at what Tavi Costa like one one of the
- 4:50absolute sharpest minds in the silver and gold sector.
- 4:54He posted yesterday. It's official silver just
- 4:58reached its highest quarterly close in history.
- 5:03Where's the bell here? Ring the bell, baby.
- 5:08Why is that important? Because when we look at the long
- 5:10term cup and handle pattern that we've only looked at now for the
- 5:14838th time and we get the crayons out right, we go back to
- 5:191980, right, These are quarterly closes and we go all the way to
- 5:242011 quarterly closes that creates a giant cup.
- 5:29And then from 2011 through today that creates a handle.
- 5:33And as you can clearly see, as Tavi circled and I'm circling in
- 5:37red on a quarterly basis, we have broken out from the there's
- 5:42the cup, there's the handle. Can we make it more clear?
- 5:46But the important part thing, important, important part thing,
- 5:50the important thing for us to remember is that this is one of
- 5:54the most reliable and predictable chart patterns in
- 5:58all of technical analysis. And as a special added bonus to
- 6:03you, OK, the fact that it's gone on for that, it built over what,
- 6:07a 45 year period, the longer the period of time, the more
- 6:11powerful and predictable things are.
- 6:13So as you can clearly, well, maybe not so clearly, hold on,
- 6:18let me erase all that. There we go.
- 6:20Now that we've broken out, we will go higher and higher.
- 6:24I can't draw up beyond the screen, but envision that going
- 6:28so much higher. Envision numbers like $85 per oz
- 6:31silver, $720 per oz silver. It can go unlimited.
- 6:36It just depends on how long we live.
- 6:38Guys, I've I've said that all along.
- 6:40I said it when silver was $18.00 an ounce.
- 6:43I know you remember hearing me say it and that is that silver
- 6:46really or gold could go to Infinity.
- 6:49It just depends on what happens with the US dollar, All right?
- 6:54Is it a big deal? This is a big deal.
- 6:56ETF flows which are a good barometer or indicator for us
- 7:02about the amount of silver coming, I'm sorry, the amount of
- 7:05money, Fiat dollars coming into the silver market both from the
- 7:09retail investment side and the institutional side.
- 7:13I didn't realize this, right? And I'm going to show you the
- 7:16example here in a second, but we got a huge runway ahead of us.
- 7:21We talked about the major sources of demand for silver,
- 7:24right, Industrial, we know that growing, OK Jewelry, which is
- 7:29almost 1/5 of all silver demand growing OK.
- 7:33But on top of that, investment in investment demand hasn't even
- 7:37started yet. And I'm going to show you this
- 7:40example right now, which makes it crystal clear and shows us
- 7:43that we've got just a massive opportunity, a massive runway
- 7:48for improvement. I mean, like the flood, the
- 7:50Silver floodgates could open. Honza Serenade.
- 7:54Hello. Hanza.
- 7:55Put this out. If silver were in a bubble, ETF
- 7:58allocations would be blowing out.
- 8:01They're not fresh. Data show price up.
- 8:04Allocations still very light. Let's dig in.
- 8:09And then I gotta tell you something that that CEO said to
- 8:12me. And you can watch the video
- 8:13interview. We're gonna get it edited and
- 8:15out tomorrow. But back to this chart, this is
- 8:19ETF market share of the silver ETF versus all other ETF assets.
- 8:27And as you can see on this chart, so this is, you know how
- 8:31much of the entire ETF market do the silver ETFs account for?
- 8:37As you can see back in 2011, last time we got $50 silver, it
- 8:41was almost right there at 2%. If we look at today right here,
- 8:49OK, we are maybe, maybe right, let's put that about right here
- 8:56at .3 per, I'm getting good at this percent, OK, to get from
- 9:05.3% to 2% would be at least 6X more money coming into the ETFs.
- 9:15This is all. And so that's the reason why
- 9:17that's important. And because that's also all part
- 9:20of this big picture for the fundamental argument that silver
- 9:24is still undervalued. Now look, I'm not a financial
- 9:27advisor. Don't make any financial
- 9:29decisions based on what I'm saying.
- 9:31Always be responsible, all that great stuff.
- 9:34But from a fundamental perspective.
- 9:36And then when you factor in, OK, a potential for increased
- 9:40investor demand with what's going on with industrial demand
- 9:44and the Super duper silver cherry on top, the fact that
- 9:482016 marked peak silver, why is that important?
- 9:53Because in 2016, the silver mining in the industry produced
- 9:57more silver, I guess, than any other time in history.
- 10:00And since 2016, the silver mining industry has been in a
- 10:05declining state. There's been less and less
- 10:07silver produced every year, which explains why when you look
- 10:11at this like this beautiful 10 oz Folds of Honor bar that I
- 10:15have in my hands right there from channel sponsor first meant
- 10:18that we can say today there is less of this on the face of the
- 10:23earth than there was yesterday. Oh, and coincidentally, we've
- 10:26been able to say that for the last five years straight.
- 10:28I do want to say thank you. Take a look one more time at
- 10:31that. This thing, it's so heavy I can
- 10:33barely hold it up. And it's beautiful.
- 10:35It's the Folds of Honor 10 oz American flag are from channel
- 10:40sponsor first meant. I'm very grateful for their
- 10:43sponsorship. First meant is owned by Keith
- 10:45Newmyer's first majestic silver. So they mine the silver in
- 10:50Mexico ship at the Las Vegas NV where it's transformed into
- 10:54those world class silver bullion products.
- 10:57But then it goes straight to you.
- 11:00So the silver you get from First Mint goes from the mind to the
- 11:03meant to you. The COMEX in the LBMA.
- 11:06Did you notice something? The electronic exchanges,
- 11:10they're not involved in it at all.
- 11:11It is Comex and LBMA free silver.
- 11:14It's beautiful and it's the freshest silver out there,
- 11:18right? It is literally straight from
- 11:20the ground. Thank you to 1st Mint for
- 11:22sponsoring Ron's basement. You can go to their website,
- 11:25rightfirstmint.com. Check them out.
- 11:28Free shipping over $299. Great selection, great service,
- 11:32a company you can trust, right? Keith Neumeyer heads up the
- 11:36whole operation and Susie told me the other day she was reading
- 11:41through some of the comments you guys are leaving, how happy
- 11:44everyone is with the products that they're getting from First
- 11:46Mint. So thank you to 1st Mint.
- 11:49Though Speaking of the Comex, there's a reason why we want to
- 11:53pay attention to what's going on at the COMEX and the LBMA.
- 11:56The London Bullion Market Association, those fine boys and
- 12:00girls over in the United Kingdom who've been exerting undue
- 12:05influence upon the price of silver and gold now for decades,
- 12:08some might even say centuries, right?
- 12:11There's big, big, big dislocations going on between
- 12:14the COMEX and the LBMA, both from an inventory level, both
- 12:18from an EFP perspective. Oh you, I don't know what EFP
- 12:22stands for. Well, Google it or stay here
- 12:27with me. It means exchange for physical.
- 12:30It's the difference between the London spot price, I think it is
- 12:33in the COMEX futures price, which we just looked at for
- 12:36silver at CNBC, which is up $0.95 per oz.
- 12:40Anyway, there's all kinds of nutty stuff going on.
- 12:42They've been manipulating the price of silver down for
- 12:45decades. That's been proven.
- 12:46JP Morgan got almost a billion dollar a dollars in fines,
- 12:51right? It's the reason why the supply
- 12:53of silver is so far down because they pushed the price down for
- 12:56years and years. So nobody had money to explore
- 12:59and there was no incentive to explore and find new silver
- 13:04projects or develop them through the permitting phase to create
- 13:07new mines. Which is why we are sitting so
- 13:11beautiful right now because it takes like 10 years to go
- 13:14through the whole process of exploring, developing, building
- 13:17minds. That's if you can then.
- 13:19And then you got to actually mine it, which is also
- 13:21difficult. Anyway, I digress.
- 13:23It's all thanks to our friends at the Comex and the LBMA.
- 13:27And let's look and see just how much really like pure
- 13:31manipulation is going on with the price of silver.
- 13:34We're going to head out to our friend.
- 13:36If I got the right screen here, the dude right on X the dude and
- 13:43it this is Monday's data and yesterday was crazy as well, but
- 13:46Monday was really crazy. The silver market traded
- 13:50606,000,000 paper papel ounces of silver on Monday.
- 13:58OK, guys, guys that represents are you, are you a mathematical
- 14:03wizard? Can somebody do the math for me?
- 14:06If the entire mining sector produces 800 million ounces of
- 14:11silver the entire year, working 24 hours a day, seven days a
- 14:17week, 365 days a year, the silver mining industry produces
- 14:22about 800 million oz. If the COMEX.
- 14:26The COMEX trades 600 million paper ounces in one day.
- 14:33And like I said before, right, they only do it like five days a
- 14:37week, and they got all kinds of holidays and it's open for what,
- 14:39like 6 1/2 hours, whatever. Doesn't that mean that the COMEX
- 14:46in one day traded the equivalent of 3/4 of an entire year's
- 14:50mining output for the entire silver mining industry one day?
- 14:563/4 of an I mean, it's insane, but no, no, no, no.
- 15:01Well, we'll just ask our good friends at JP Morgan and Goldman
- 15:05Sachs. They'll tell us.
- 15:06We know it's a free market. We are not manipulating the
- 15:09price of silver or gold for that matter.
- 15:12Of course they're not. It just seems a little funny to
- 15:15me. I don't know how you feel about
- 15:17that. OK, look, one of, and there's a
- 15:23big reason why this is important.
- 15:24One of the one of the key components that's really been
- 15:28missing in the overall precious metals.
- 15:32Hold on, fix my chair. You can watch me struggle.
- 15:34I'm going to fall out of my chair.
- 15:36One of the things that's been missing in this precious metals
- 15:38rally is involvement by the Western investors.
- 15:42OK, And look at this data that is showing us at least on the on
- 15:47the gold side. Oh, and then we've got news
- 15:49also, I'll share with you on the silver side.
- 15:51But on the gold side, we are starting to see some pick up.
- 15:56Here we go. And in ETF flows, OK, we'll set
- 16:02aside the whole argument. Do they really have the silver?
- 16:05Do they really have the gold? But in this chart is you can
- 16:07clearly, clearly see on the left hand side you have the US
- 16:11dollars price of gold in ounces, which is the gold line or red
- 16:17line, I guess orange line, I don't know on this chart.
- 16:21And then the black line represents total holding and
- 16:24gold back ETS. And as you can see they are now
- 16:27beginning to rise in tandem. People are waking up the
- 16:34sheeple, not you. You're not a sheeple, right?
- 16:36You're one of the persons who got on the gold and silver
- 16:38lifeboat, got off the Titanic on the 1st lifeboat.
- 16:42But the people who are still on the, on the Titanic partying
- 16:45with Jerome Powell and in the in the New York Stock Exchange,
- 16:49like, hey, everything's awesome, everything's great, right?
- 16:51They are starting to wake up. And guys, look, we are early.
- 16:56We are likely and still the second.
- 17:00OK, thank you Susie. I'll ring the gold.
- 17:02I'll hold on. Let me get this back up.
- 17:04I'll ring the Golden Dawn here in a little bit when they come,
- 17:07when they join, there's not going to be any silver at your
- 17:10local coin shop. There's not going to be any gold
- 17:12at your local coin shop. Now I don't have a crystal ball.
- 17:15Like I said before, don't make any financial decisions based on
- 17:18what I'm saying, but be prepared before I forget, I want to say
- 17:22thank you to someone very special first mining gold.
- 17:25That's the stock I owned long before they sponsored my
- 17:28channel. OK, you're before I own the
- 17:31stock, believed in the company. Again, I'm not a stockbroker,
- 17:34I'm not a financial advisor, but I believe the First Mining Gold
- 17:38is well positioned to capitalize on what is happening not only in
- 17:42the precious metals price arena, but also in the gold and silver
- 17:46mining sector. They're a development stage
- 17:48company. They have two multi million
- 17:51ounce projects in Canada, Spring Pole in Ontario and Du Parquet
- 17:56located in Quebec. Millions of Oz of gold in the
- 18:00ground. It's been drilled, it's been
- 18:01defined, and now they're working through the development phase,
- 18:05permitting all the work that goes into that.
- 18:07The cool thing is right there in a very unique situation.
- 18:11These are huge projects in a great jurisdiction like Canada
- 18:14in the big mining companies who are basically printing money
- 18:18right now. The barracks, the Newmont's, all
- 18:21the big mining companies, right? They've kind of and neglected
- 18:24their pipeline over the years. So they need to replace all
- 18:27those Oz that that they've been digging up over the last 10
- 18:31years. And not only do they have to do
- 18:33that, but now suddenly they're all focused not only on
- 18:37replacing, but growing their production as well.
- 18:40That could put first mining gold in a very, very enviable spot as
- 18:45we move into the future. Look, no guarantees.
- 18:48It's just something a company that I really believe in.
- 18:50If you want to learn more about them, go out to 1st
- 18:53mininggold.com and you can check them out.
- 18:55Are things really different? You know what, I'm going to go a
- 18:58little bit extra long. Are things really different now
- 19:02than they were, let's say in 2011, 2019, 80, especially with
- 19:07silver, We're going to hit on that.
- 19:08But let's look at what's going on in India because you know
- 19:12that the eastern countries are becoming the go to for what is
- 19:16happening in the silver and gold market.
- 19:19This came from Reuters. Reuters mainstream media paying
- 19:24attention to gold and silver India September gold and silver
- 19:29imports nearly double despite record prices.
- 19:34That's what their sources are telling them.
- 19:37Let's just read a couple quick paragraphs.
- 19:40India's imports of gold and silver nearly doubled in
- 19:43September from August. Define record high prices as
- 19:48banks and Jewelers rush to build inventories ahead of festivals
- 19:52and escape higher taxes on imports, trade and government
- 19:56and government sources said. OK, so that's happening there.
- 20:01Let's talk about what's different now than the 1980s.
- 20:04I'm going to pull up some notes because people say, oh, you
- 20:07know, silver hit $50.00 in 1980s, silver hit $50.00 in
- 20:132011. The guy?
- 20:14Mike Maloney. I was listening to him last
- 20:17night. He had some.
- 20:18There's a reason why things are different now and they brought
- 20:22up some very, very good points. Number one, this like we looked
- 20:25at that chart earlier in terms of the amount of time that
- 20:29silver in particular has stayed above $40 is much longer now
- 20:33than any of these previous times in the past.
- 20:36Those price increases that we had in silver in 1980 and 2011
- 20:40were much more spiky in nature. They were like super spikes.
- 20:44They shot up and they came back down.
- 20:46As I've already shown you, what we are experiencing now is not a
- 20:49squeeze, it's more like a squeeze.
- 20:58Right. A long drawn out period of
- 21:00support consolidation up and down, OK.
- 21:05And this, these aren't all things that he said.
- 21:06I don't want to put words in the in his mouth.
- 21:09Back in 1980, only the United States and Europe were driving
- 21:12the price increase. Now we've got these big and
- 21:15we're going to look at some crazy more.
- 21:17Well, I'll tell you another crazy fact about India in a
- 21:20second, but we've got India, China, Russia, Asia, the rest of
- 21:24the world that are the major players in the pressure precious
- 21:27metals guys. OK now, and this is the shocking
- 21:31part, this this goes along and adds even more evidence to what
- 21:34we talked about later. We now have sit down, take a
- 21:38big, big breath. We now have 80 times more
- 21:42currency on the planet now than we did back then. 80 times more
- 21:48of this. Haven't had this out for a
- 21:50while. I'd like to introduce you to
- 21:52paper Fiat money. There's 80 times more of this.
- 21:56The more of this you print. You can print this all day long,
- 22:00right? But here's a beautiful here's a
- 22:02Las Vegas silver round from our friends at first met.
- 22:06We already talked about them. But look at that, beautiful.
- 22:08You can't print this. This gets mined out of the
- 22:11ground. There's 80 times more of this
- 22:13printed now than what we had back during the last times that
- 22:17we had $8050 per oz on silver. And think about the debt levels
- 22:22in the world, the debt to GDP ratios, all that we have 340
- 22:27trillion dollars, $340 trillion in debt in the world right now,
- 22:33OK. And we know the simple math that
- 22:36a lot of people done, even if we use the official inflation
- 22:40numbers, right, the the 1980 high in silver, if we adjust
- 22:46that for inflation since then that would be the equivalent.
- 22:49Some people say close to 200. I've heard $150.00 per oz today.
- 22:54Keep smiling guys. We got a lot lot going on.
- 22:57Oh, the other thing about India, Indian housewives, yes, Indian
- 23:03housewives own 11% of the world's gold.
- 23:07Let that sink in. India just had record or massive
- 23:12huge increase in imports of silver and gold in September.
- 23:17This is crazy. This is a good one.
- 23:21OK, it's making all the headlines probably heard right.
- 23:25Because of the price of gold going up, the value of the gold
- 23:28held at Fort Knox in the United States has now surpassed $1
- 23:32trillion. And people are like, oh, not,
- 23:36not Mnuchkin. What's the guy's name?
- 23:38And not your own Powell, the guy who's the Treasury Secretary,
- 23:41that smug guy. Anyway, people are saying, oh,
- 23:44the US is going to monetize the gold because when you take the
- 23:488000 tons that we have at current prices, it's worth a
- 23:51trillion dollars. Think about this.
- 23:54Sorry, I'm this makes me mad because it makes the founding
- 23:57fathers mad too, right. Hamilton.
- 24:00I almost said Jefferson, but I don't think he was founded, but
- 24:02Washington. Right, right.
- 24:04Think about this guy's Yeah, sure, sure.
- 24:07Butter cups. We got a trillion dollars worth
- 24:09of gold. Whoop Dee whoop Dee whoop.
- 24:12You forgot to mention something very important.
- 24:15We also have 38 trillion with AT in debt in this country.
- 24:22Oh, I don't need do I need to pull it up the US debt clock
- 24:25whatever, 37, whatever. Let's say we have 37 trillion in
- 24:28debt. Think about that.
- 24:29OK, we have 1 trillion in gold, but we have 37 trillion in debt.
- 24:35That would be like, according to my to my calculations, that
- 24:39would be like you. I want you to imagine, OK, that
- 24:44you have $10,000 worth of gold. What about 3 oz.
- 24:49OK. But the exact equivalent of what
- 24:53the United States has in gold to debt would be you with $10,000
- 24:57in gold, but $370,000 in debt. OK, That doesn't really make a
- 25:05dent, right? 10,000 to 370,000, right?
- 25:09It's 37 times more. the US debt is 37 times more than the amount
- 25:16of gold that we have Now. If they want the gold price,
- 25:19what would that be? I don't know.
- 25:21I can't even do the math. What would that be?
- 25:23Over $100,000 per oz in gold to match the value of the gold to
- 25:28the debt? That would be one thing.
- 25:31But ignore the mainstream media when it comes to things like
- 25:37silver and gold. OK, guys.
- 25:39Hey, look, we have an unlimited situation, really, when it comes
- 25:44to the price of the precious metals.
- 25:46There's a lot going on out there.
- 25:48Oh, I do need to ring the golden gong.
- 25:50Let's do that real quickly. Gong.
- 25:52Here we go. There's Susie.
- 25:54We got 100 thumbs up. Hey, please subscribe to the
- 25:57channel. I want you to come back here and
- 25:58join me in the basement, but we'll do three rings of the gong
- 26:01for you since we got 100 thumbs up 1-2.
- 26:07Listen to it resonate. Oh yeah, we we hit.
- 26:14Thank you Susie guys, another big thing with the channel.
- 26:20I just want to say thank you right.
- 26:21What's really important is that we get together down here in the
- 26:24basement that you feel part of this community like I said
- 26:27earlier this is just a cold, damp, dark basement that I'm
- 26:32locked down thanks to my wife upstairs Susie and it's nothing
- 26:35without you so thank you for being part of this.
- 26:39You guys have now gotten us to a point where we have 59,000
- 26:42subscribers, which four years ago when I started this journey
- 26:46would have just blown my mind. So from the bottom of my heart,
- 26:49the bottom of Susie's heart, thank you for feeling like
- 26:53you're part of this. Thank you for for being part of
- 26:56the, I guess, shared mission that we have, right?
- 26:58Our love for precious metals, our love for non Fiat
- 27:02investments. It's a big, big, big deal.
- 27:05I appreciate each and everyone of you.
- 27:07We're in for some real exciting times in the future.
- 27:11Like I said four years ago when I started this journey learning
- 27:15about YouTube, it was me in the basement.
- 27:17I still have it. I have 6 light bulbs and $100
- 27:22cell phone. I do everything on my phone now
- 27:24I have a webcam. But but but what really made
- 27:27this is the community and the group of people coming together.
- 27:31So thank you so much have a great day.
- 27:33OK, take care of yourself and I will see you.
- 27:37Yes you soon take care. Bye bye.
