Most people don't grow because they don't stop long enough to tell the truth. The week moves fast, tasks get done, life keeps going, but very few people pause and ask what actually happened in them this week. And without that question, nothing really changes.
In 2 Corinthians 13:5, Paul says, "Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith." He doesn't tell believers to ignore themselves, he tells them to examine, to look honestly. Growth begins with that kind of clarity.
