- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey everybody, welcome to Vince. Glad to have you with
- 0:02Speaker 1: us on a Thursday. The best audience anywhere, and boy
- 0:05Speaker 1: do we have an epic show for you today. The
- 0:07Speaker 1: left is now admitting, yes, they've been rigging elections as
- 0:12Speaker 1: we head into these midterms now just five days away.
- 0:16Speaker 1: A staggering recitation of all of the ways the Democrats
- 0:20Speaker 1: have been trying to steal a Senate seat in just
- 0:23Speaker 1: one state. But as I go through this today, the
- 0:26Speaker 1: most obvious thing is, well, of course, it's not just
- 0:28Speaker 1: happening in Alaska. It's happening everywhere. But the Alaska story
- 0:32Speaker 1: is very instructive. We're going to take you through, again,
- 0:35Speaker 1: the staggering revelations from this New York Times piece. It
- 0:38Speaker 1: is not shocking, but it's totally appalling. It's all ahead
- 0:42Speaker 1: on this edition of Vince. Also, the left has finally
- 0:45Speaker 1: found voter fraud that they think is worth prosecuting. Well,
- 0:50Speaker 1: it's not voter fraud at all. It's just people trying
- 0:52Speaker 1: to expose voter fraud. They've gone after James O'Keefe and
- 0:56Speaker 1: Cam Higbee. Felony charges for them for exposing voter fraud?
- 1:00Speaker 1: I'll get into the details of that breaking story And
- 1:04Speaker 1: so much more. And a reminder that you're in good company.
- 1:07Speaker 2: J.D.
- 1:08Speaker 1: Vance follows this program, the vice president of the United States,

- 2:47Speaker 3: Hello.
- 2:49Speaker 1: I didn't even know we were at 400. That's incredible.
- 2:51Speaker 1: We're at episode 400. It feels wonderful. It feels like
- 2:55Speaker 1: we just started yesterday. So somehow we got to 400
- 2:57Speaker 1: in no time. And today, talk about important topics. This
- 3:03Speaker 1: election rigging stuff that's going on. Holy crap. I mentioned
- 3:06Speaker 1: a moment ago. Thank you, by the way. So many
- 3:08Speaker 1: in the chat. I've been here. Oh, 400. I've been here. Well,

- 3:15Speaker 1: your punch card, you get a free sandwich. So get
- 3:17Speaker 1: in touch with me. I'll get you a free sandwich.
- 3:20Speaker 1: We've got the vice president of the United States reacting
- 3:23Speaker 1: to this big news yesterday. And here's what that looked like.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Perhaps you saw it. Here's the vice president yesterday. saying
- 3:32Speaker 1: even the New York Times now admits that Mary Paltola
- 3:36Speaker 1: is a total crook who tried to rig the Alaska
- 3:39Speaker 1: Senate race in her favor. I look forward to the
- 3:41Speaker 1: great state of Alaska reelecting the real Dan Sullivan next week, Tuesday.
- 3:47Speaker 1: And then he's, of course, retweeting your humble servant here.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Who is that?
- 3:52Speaker 1: Oh, that's right. That's Vince. That's me. That's me, which
- 3:55Speaker 1: is really nice. There's the vice president reacting to my
- 3:57Speaker 1: summary yesterday. I was I was frantically putting a thread
- 4:01Speaker 1: together of all of the jaw-dropping revelations inside of this
- 4:05Speaker 1: New York Times report, and I'm glad it served the
- 4:07Speaker 1: vice president well. It came to his benefit. And so
- 4:10Speaker 1: let me go through it with you today, because, man,
- 4:13Speaker 1: I got to say, it's got some big stuff in it.
- 4:16Speaker 1: And here's the top line.
- 4:18Speaker 4: You ready?
- 4:19Speaker 1: From the very top of the Democrat Party, from Chuck
- 4:22Speaker 1: Schumer on down, they have been trying to steal the
- 4:25Speaker 1: election in Alaska. They all knew what they were doing.
- 4:29Speaker 1: They were all very intimately involved in this, and they've
- 4:33Speaker 1: been lying about it brazenly, nonstop. When people would ask, hey,
- 4:38Speaker 1: why is there a second Dan Sullivan on the ballot?
- 4:40Speaker 1: Did the Democrat Party have any role in that? Did
- 4:43Speaker 1: you put him on that ballot? Why are there so
- 4:45Speaker 1: many Democrat operatives who are associated with this guy? Why
- 4:48Speaker 1: did Dan Sullivan, the second, the fake Dan Sullivan, when
- 4:51Speaker 1: he applied to join the ballot, why did he apply
- 4:54Speaker 1: to use the same middle initial as the actual incumbent
- 4:56Speaker 1: Republican Dan Sullivan? His middle initial isn't an S, it's
- 5:01Speaker 1: a J. Why would he apply with an S? And that,
- 5:05Speaker 1: of course, led us to a conclusion a while ago
- 5:07Speaker 1: that you and I talked about, that of course this
- 5:09Speaker 1: fake Dan Sullivan is an attempt to rig the election.
- 5:14Speaker 1: The thing I didn't anticipate was that the New York
- 5:15Speaker 1: Times would give us the rest of the story, and
- 5:18Speaker 1: they did yesterday. Here's what they've told us. Inside Democrats'
- 5:23Speaker 1: secret effort to stack Alaska's ballot. In the summer of 2025,
- 5:28Speaker 1: a staffer for Mary Peltola, who is the Alaska Democrat
- 5:32Speaker 1: eyeing a run for Senate, received unusual instructions from a
- 5:35Speaker 1: top campaign aide. Find as many people named Dan Sullivan
- 5:41Speaker 1: in Alaska as you can. Wow. Okay. So right away,
- 5:49Speaker 1: paragraph one, Mary Peltola's campaign is looking for every Dan
- 5:53Speaker 1: Sullivan they can in Alaska because... They've got a ballot-rigging
- 5:57Speaker 1: operation underway. The staff are complied. They combed through voter records.
- 6:01Speaker 1: They produced a list of Dan Solivans from all across
- 6:03Speaker 1: the state. Now, this was no random request. Dan S.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Sullivan is the name of the state's Republican senator. And
- 6:09Speaker 1: if the Peltola campaign or its allies could track down
- 6:12Speaker 1: and persuade another Dan Sullivan to run for Senate, presto chango,
- 6:17Speaker 1: the confusion could cost the senator crucial votes on the
- 6:20Speaker 1: state's unusual four-person ballot. The plan worked.
- 6:24Speaker 2: It worked.
- 6:24Speaker 1: This spring, a retired teacher from a tiny fishing village
- 6:27Speaker 1: along the Alaska Panhandle, reachable only by errancy, announced his
- 6:31Speaker 1: candidate for Senate. Candidacy, rather, for Senate. His name? Dan J. Sullivan.
- 6:38Speaker 1: The Paltola campaign has repeatedly denied, this is another way
- 6:42Speaker 1: of saying lied, any involvement in his candidacy. But the
- 6:48Speaker 1: Times has found, based on interviews and text messages, along
- 6:51Speaker 1: with documents prepared for a potential lawsuit against the campaign,
- 6:54Speaker 1: that not only did Ms. Paltola's team work with people
- 6:57Speaker 1: trying to recruit Mr. Sullivan to run for Senate, but
- 7:01Speaker 1: the effort was much broader. The group worked to coax
- 7:06Speaker 1: other would-be spoilers into the race to dilute the incumbent's
- 7:10Speaker 1: support and help catapult the Democrat to victory. So, But
- 7:16Speaker 1: even before we get in, and trust me on this,
- 7:19Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, there are so many important details in this.
- 7:22Speaker 1: I think that will reveal, this is going to reveal
- 7:24Speaker 1: to you some of the inner machinations of how the
- 7:27Speaker 1: Democrats rig elections all across the country, the operatives they
- 7:31Speaker 1: use to do it, the underhanded tactics they employ, the
- 7:34Speaker 1: assumed identities they're using. They're using fake names. They're lying
- 7:39Speaker 1: to people. They're trying to solicit candidates in. They're promising
- 7:42Speaker 1: them all sorts of kickbacks. There's a lot in here.
- 7:45Speaker 1: But what you're seeing in Alaska, and of course across
- 7:49Speaker 1: the country, is Democrats don't actually have a positive vision
- 7:53Speaker 1: for the country. They're not running on something of value
- 7:56Speaker 1: to voters. So in the absence of some sort of
- 7:59Speaker 1: popular message, something that voters can adhere to, a reason
- 8:03Speaker 1: to cast legitimate ballots for them, what you're instead getting
- 8:08Speaker 1: is an attempt to flood the entire ballot with fake
- 8:11Speaker 1: Republican candidates to diminish the chances that the incumbent can
- 8:15Speaker 1: hold the seat and the Democrat can coast in through
- 8:18Speaker 1: a kind of illegal game theory that has nothing to
- 8:22Speaker 1: do with appealing to voters and everything to do with
- 8:25Speaker 1: trying to manipulate them and mislead them and rig the
- 8:28Speaker 1: actual ballot. Now we've seen this before in other contexts.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Remember in Maine and Colorado, the left tried to remove
- 8:34Speaker 1: Donald Trump from the ballot entirely to forbid voters from
- 8:38Speaker 1: even having him as an option on their ballot. There
- 8:42Speaker 1: is There is no basement to the lows that these
- 8:46Speaker 1: guys will go to try and steal an election. And
- 8:48Speaker 1: this is an expression of it. Here's more. Here's more.
- 8:54Speaker 1: The endeavor was internally called the Ballot Composition Project. Talk
- 8:59Speaker 1: about a bland, euphemistic Orwellian name. The Ballot Composition Project.
- 9:05Speaker 1: It involved secret trips to far-flung Alaskan communities and the
- 9:09Speaker 1: appearance of a mysterious Midwestern operative. He would traverse the
- 9:12Speaker 1: state using a fake name and made his pitch to
- 9:14Speaker 1: would-be candidates over beers at brewpubs. It also involved the
- 9:20Speaker 1: Peltola campaign's lawyers. These are all really important details. So
- 9:23Speaker 1: you get the mystery guy. I'll tell you about him
- 9:25Speaker 1: in a moment. He's a Midwestern operative. He's from Ohio.
- 9:28Speaker 1: And he's using fake names to meet with these guys.
- 9:31Speaker 1: His name is Jarrett. His real name is Jarrett. They
- 9:33Speaker 1: went to Jarrett. Also, they say that Peltola's campaign's lawyers
- 9:38Speaker 1: were very involved. Who are the lawyers for Peltola's campaign?
- 9:43Speaker 1: I'll give you a little tease. You ready? Mark Elias'
- 9:46Speaker 1: law firm is involved in this. Peltola's campaign lawyers. Is
- 9:52Speaker 1: that Mark Elias? You know, for those of you who
- 9:55Speaker 1: have been with me for a while, those of you
- 9:56Speaker 1: who follow the news closely, you know that name, don't you, Chad? Man,
- 9:59Speaker 1: Mark Elias. This guy Mark Elias is always, he always
- 10:03Speaker 1: pops up in all of the left-wing election rigging schemes.
- 10:09Speaker 1: Anytime you're like, man, that election sure seems suspicious. Or
- 10:13Speaker 1: anytime conservatives get closer to cleaning up elections, Mark Elias
- 10:18Speaker 1: pops up. Like that guy in what, Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory?
- 10:22Speaker 1: What was that guy's name again? I want to say Snurdly,
- 10:24Speaker 1: but it's not Snurdly. That was Rush Limbaugh's guy. Who
- 10:28Speaker 1: was that guy? Whatever. Somebody in the chat will remember
- 10:31Speaker 1: who I'm talking about. But this guy just pops up
- 10:33Speaker 1: all the time. Every single time. Every single time. And
- 10:38Speaker 1: they say, so Paltola's campaign's lawyers are involved in this,
- 10:41Speaker 1: as well as senior aides at the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee,
- 10:44Speaker 1: the DSCC. That's Chuck Schumer, ladies and gentlemen. That's the
- 10:48Speaker 1: top forces of the Democrat Party. Slugworth, thank you. Thank you, Slug.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Snurdly's not right. Slugworth is correct. The S is the
- 10:59Speaker 1: alliteration is what got me. Yes, he's like the Slugworth
- 11:02Speaker 1: of the Democrat Party. Just appears everywhere. And so the
- 11:09Speaker 1: DSCC is involved. Mark Elias is involved. And from Washington
- 11:14Speaker 1: to Anchorage, these advisors are participating in regular conversations about
- 11:18Speaker 1: the effort. And they even considered forming a new political party,
- 11:22Speaker 1: a fake political party, to try and draw votes away
- 11:26Speaker 1: from Dan Sullivan. These people are responsible for the Democrat
- 11:31Speaker 1: Party's campaign strategy in Senate races all across the country.
- 11:36Speaker 1: So again, this is not just Mary Palpola. This is everywhere.
- 11:42Speaker 1: Now they go on to suggest that, oh, this is
- 11:44Speaker 1: very common. And this is, by the way, this is
- 11:47Speaker 1: what the left is hanging its hat on today. They're
- 11:49Speaker 1: trying to use this as some kind of cope. They're like, well,
- 11:51Speaker 1: there's always this kind of ballot stacking tactic and parties
- 11:54Speaker 1: are always trying to get people to run in order
- 11:56Speaker 1: to mitigate their opponent's strength and these types of things.
- 12:01Speaker 2: No, no, no.
- 12:02Speaker 1: What you're reading in this article is, is a full
- 12:06Speaker 1: blown conspiracy that is now in plain sight to mislead
- 12:11Speaker 1: the voters. And we have attorneys who are already saying
- 12:14Speaker 1: that this is a conspiracy against rights and especially voting rights.
- 12:20Speaker 1: These are cases, I will remind you, these are cases
- 12:25Speaker 1: that we've seen before. We've seen cases that were prosecuted
- 12:29Speaker 1: in which people were accused of attempting to mislead voters.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Does anybody remember Doug Mackey? You remember Doug Mackey? Yeah,
- 12:39Speaker 1: Doug Mackey was the man who, Trump supporter, who made
- 12:42Speaker 1: a meme that was, it was a joke. It was
- 12:46Speaker 1: the most obvious joke in the world. That if you
- 12:48Speaker 1: want to cast your vote for Hillary Clinton, you can
- 12:50Speaker 1: text your vote today. It's hilarious because the joke is
- 12:54Speaker 1: that lefties are so stupid, they would think that they
- 12:56Speaker 1: could text their vote in to support Hillary Clinton. And then,
- 13:00Speaker 1: of course, that joke went over really well. It was
- 13:04Speaker 1: perfectly fine. Four years later, when Biden takes office, what
- 13:09Speaker 1: does the Biden DOJ do? They prosecute Doug Mackey. The
- 13:13Speaker 1: Biden DOJ, four years later, prosecutes Doug Mackey, accusing him
- 13:18Speaker 1: of misleading voters with a meme. That's what they did
- 13:23Speaker 1: to Doug. Now you're looking at a full-blown conspiracy orchestrated
- 13:29Speaker 1: by the Democrat Party at the highest levels. Is that
- 13:31Speaker 1: not a conspiracy against rights? We'll be joined coming up
- 13:34Speaker 1: later in the program here with Ken Cuccinelli, who's a
- 13:37Speaker 1: real attorney, who really cares about election integrity, who was
- 13:42Speaker 1: really the attorney general of an entire state, who really
- 13:44Speaker 1: worked in immigration enforcement. The guy's got his head on right.
- 13:48Speaker 1: We'll talk to him about this. What are the legal
- 13:50Speaker 1: options here and how much criminal peril are these Democrats in? Again,
- 13:55Speaker 1: as I go through these details, but keep that in mind.
- 13:57Speaker 1: That's ahead on the program. So how did the New
- 14:00Speaker 1: York Times get this? Well, I'm glad you asked. Alyssa
- 14:03Speaker 1: Rios is the name of the woman. She is Ms.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Paltola's former campaign manager and a longtime aide. She was
- 14:10Speaker 1: just fired in August. Oh, I see. So she's got
- 14:17Speaker 1: something to share. She's a campaign manager scorned. So she
- 14:22Speaker 1: gets fired, and now she's running her mouth through the
- 14:24Speaker 1: New York Times. She has been over the last few weeks.
- 14:27Speaker 1: She says Alaskan voters need to know. There was a
- 14:31Speaker 1: lot of speculation about this, she says, and voters should
- 14:34Speaker 1: get the full picture when making their decisions. Now, Mary Peltola,
- 14:40Speaker 1: the candidate, was not directly involved in the project, says
- 14:43Speaker 1: the campaign manager, but she was definitely aware, definitely aware.
- 14:49Speaker 1: This is like the Hillary Clinton distance, isn't it? Hillary
- 14:52Speaker 1: Clinton knows all about the effort to make the Steele
- 14:54Speaker 1: dossier and accuse Donald Trump of Trump-Russia collusion. And the
- 14:57Speaker 1: way she does this is she takes campaign funds, gives
- 15:00Speaker 1: it to a law firm at the time, Perkins Coie,
- 15:03Speaker 1: with a lawyer. Who was that lawyer? Mark Elias. Mark
- 15:08Speaker 1: Elias turns around, gives the money to Fusion GPS. Fusion
- 15:11Speaker 1: GPS gives the money to Christopher Steele. Christopher Steele draws
- 15:14Speaker 1: up the fake allegations against President Trump. And again, presto chango.
- 15:19Speaker 1: You've got an election scheme. You've got an election scheme.
- 15:21Speaker 1: Now it fails, and then they use that oppo, that
- 15:24Speaker 1: fake oppo, as a means to try and bring the
- 15:27Speaker 1: entire Trump administration to a halt in the first term.
- 15:29Speaker 1: But we've seen this construction before. You change a couple
- 15:32Speaker 1: of the proper nouns, it's always the same scheme. So
- 15:35Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton knows all about it, but she wasn't directly
- 15:37Speaker 1: involved in it. Mary Paltola knows all about it, but
- 15:40Speaker 1: she wasn't directly involved in it. That's what the campaign
- 15:42Speaker 1: manager's explaining. The operation had impact. This Tuesday, Mary Peltola
- 15:48Speaker 1: will be the only Democrat on the ballot. And she'll
- 15:50Speaker 1: be facing off against two Mr. Solomons and a long
- 15:53Speaker 1: shot candidate named Gerald Heikas, who was also recruited by
- 15:58Speaker 1: the Democrats into the race. So you got that Alaska voters,
- 16:04Speaker 1: when they go to the polls, they've got three Democrats
- 16:08Speaker 1: selected candidates and one incumbent.
- 16:11Speaker 5: One.
- 16:12Speaker 1: And voters aren't even having that disclosed to them.
- 16:16Speaker 2: At all.
- 16:17Speaker 1: This is all designed to mitigate the strength of Dan
- 16:21Speaker 1: Sullivan's campaign, including through straight up putting another Dan Sullivan
- 16:24Speaker 1: on the ballot. Now, both the Peltola campaign and the
- 16:29Speaker 1: DSCC have denied participating in these efforts, the New York
- 16:32Speaker 1: Times said. That's what they claim. But they're lying. They're lying.
- 16:40Speaker 1: This article is based on interviews over the past two months.
- 16:42Speaker 1: 12 people, 12 people. Now, you should Keep doggier that detail,
- 16:47Speaker 1: because why didn't the New York Times tell us sooner
- 16:49Speaker 1: than six days before the election? Two months? Twelve people?
- 16:54Speaker 1: But they're finally telling us. Maybe just check the box. See,
- 16:58Speaker 1: we'll report on Democrats, too. The Times also obtained dozens
- 17:01Speaker 1: of text messages that provide updates on the progress of
- 17:03Speaker 1: the effort. The reporting included extensive interviews with Ms. Rios.
- 17:07Speaker 1: during which she shared details of the operation. But last week,
- 17:11Speaker 1: this is kind of a fun detail, as the New
- 17:12Speaker 1: York Times was about to publish the article, the fired
- 17:15Speaker 1: campaign manager, Ms. Rios, tried to stop them from publishing
- 17:19Speaker 1: this information. She said she wanted to take back her
- 17:22Speaker 1: previous statements all of a sudden. Why is that? They
- 17:27Speaker 1: say it's rare for a source to do this, and
- 17:29Speaker 1: the Times does not feel obligated to do it, so
- 17:32Speaker 1: therefore it's publishing the story. But they do mention that
- 17:37Speaker 1: she is in the midst, she has been in the
- 17:39Speaker 1: midst of considering a wrongful termination suit against the Peltola campaign,
- 17:46Speaker 1: which leads me to the following conclusion. I'm just sussing
- 17:49Speaker 1: this out. I think she was trying to hold onto
- 17:51Speaker 1: her leverage. I think she gets fired by the campaign.
- 17:55Speaker 1: She's furious about it. She starts airing all of their
- 17:58Speaker 1: dirty laundry to the New York Times and then realizes
- 18:01Speaker 1: if she's going to file a wrongful termination suit, She's
- 18:04Speaker 1: got to have some leverage over the campaign for them
- 18:06Speaker 1: to actually settle. You following my logic here? And so
- 18:09Speaker 1: she goes back and she realizes, wait a second, I
- 18:11Speaker 1: can't let this go public now. They know that I
- 18:14Speaker 1: know this. So in exchange for signing a non-disclosure agreement,
- 18:18Speaker 1: they'll give me some massive amount of money and I
- 18:19Speaker 1: can go my merry way.
- 18:21Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 18:22Speaker 1: So sorry. Sorry, sweetheart. Your leverage is gone. You told
- 18:25Speaker 1: the New York Times and now the world gets to know.
- 18:27Speaker 1: And this is of much more value than whatever money
- 18:29Speaker 1: you were going to take out of the campaign for
- 18:30Speaker 1: your own enrichment. That's it. So that's what seems to
- 18:34Speaker 1: have happened here. So they go on and say that
- 18:37Speaker 1: the operative, the ringer that they bring in, the Democrats,
- 18:40Speaker 1: is a guy called Jared. It's J-E-R-I-D, Jared. I'll tell
- 18:45Speaker 1: you about Jared in a moment. And the reality here
- 18:49Speaker 1: is that they call him a specialist in secret ballot maneuvers.
- 18:55Speaker 1: How does one become a specialist in something, chat? Do
- 18:59Speaker 1: you do it once or do you do it many times?
- 19:04Speaker 1: Let you contemplate that for a moment while we thank
- 19:06Speaker 1: one of our fine sponsors who do make today's show possible. Man,
- 19:09Speaker 1: we've got a lot to get to. Let me thank
- 19:11Speaker 1: the people at Brickhouse Nutrition for making this truth-telling possible today. Look,
- 19:15Speaker 1: whether you've got 50 pounds to lose or those last

- 19:20Speaker 1: are your options? You can go on a weekly injection,

- 20:14Speaker 1: And thank you for supporting our truth-telling today, as always.
- 20:17Speaker 1: All right. So let me tell you about Jared, whatever
- 20:19Speaker 1: the hell this guy's name is. Secret ballot maneuver specialist. Huh?
- 20:25Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 20:25Speaker 1: How do you become a secret ballot maneuver specialist? Oh,
- 20:29Speaker 1: you do this crap all the time. This is an
- 20:34Speaker 1: important thing. And we're learning a lot about this guy, Jared,
- 20:38Speaker 1: by the way. His name is Jared Kurtz. Apparently, he's
- 20:41Speaker 1: worked for all sorts of Democrats. Would it surprise you
- 20:44Speaker 1: to know that he worked for Raphael Warnock in 2020?
- 20:49Speaker 1: Anybody surprised by that? He was working for Raphael Warnock
- 20:54Speaker 1: in 2020. Fascinating. He worked for Gretchen Whitmer. Fascinating. This
- 21:02Speaker 1: guy is going into races across the country as a
- 21:06Speaker 1: specialist in secret ballot maneuvers all across the country. I'm
- 21:13Speaker 1: telling you right now, if you like for anybody who's
- 21:16Speaker 1: not listening to this program, you are missing out on
- 21:19Speaker 1: some of the most important details in the country. Look
- 21:21Speaker 1: at this. Jared, his name is Jared Kurtz. The DSCC
- 21:28Speaker 1: brings him into the Mary Paltola campaign. And he is
- 21:33Speaker 1: a specialist in secret ballot maneuvers, they say. Months later,
- 21:37Speaker 1: early 2026, Jared participates in a video call with members
- 21:41Speaker 1: of the ballot composition team. He tells the group he
- 21:45Speaker 1: made contact with a Dan Sullivan in Alaska, a Dan Sullivan.
- 21:51Speaker 1: That Mr. Sullivan lives in the tiny village of Petersburg,
- 21:54Speaker 1: and Mr. Kirsch described him as amenable to running if
- 21:57Speaker 1: it would help Ms. Paltola. So they meet with the guy,
- 22:01Speaker 1: and what does he find out? This is Dan Sullivan,
- 22:05Speaker 1: this fake Dan Sullivan says, he, quote, hates Trump. And
- 22:10Speaker 1: if it's going to help Mary, he likes Mary. And
- 22:14Speaker 1: he doesn't have any interest in being a politician. But
- 22:16Speaker 1: if this could help, what is this? What am I
- 22:19Speaker 1: looking at here? It certainly looks like the element of
- 22:21Speaker 1: a conspiracy. This guy getting on the ballot, not because
- 22:24Speaker 1: he actually wants to be elected. Most candidates join the
- 22:26Speaker 1: ballot because they want to be elected. This guy gets
- 22:28Speaker 1: on the ballot, not because he wants to be elected,
- 22:30Speaker 1: but because he wants to stop somebody else from being
- 22:32Speaker 1: elected and help a completely different candidate. He hates Donald Trump.
- 22:36Speaker 1: He supports Mary Paltola. And he's not telling the voters
- 22:39Speaker 1: any of this. He's leading a fraud on them right now.
- 22:42Speaker 1: This is all designed to try and mislead Alaskan voters.
- 22:47Speaker 2: Mr.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Sullivan has maintained that he entered the race of his
- 22:49Speaker 1: own volition, the Times notes, and he did not respond
- 22:53Speaker 1: to repeated requests for comment. They go on to say
- 22:56Speaker 1: that the firms involved here have paid Jared Kurtz at
- 23:01Speaker 1: least $ 87, 000. There's coordination with a super PAC, by the way. Huh,
- 23:07Speaker 1: wait a second. I thought campaigns weren't allowed to coordinate
- 23:10Speaker 1: with super PACs. This kind of looks like another element
- 23:12Speaker 1: of a crime.
- 23:13Speaker 4: Mr.
- 23:13Speaker 1: Kurtz did not respond to repeated requests for comment. In
- 23:16Speaker 1: recent days, he took his LinkedIn profile off the internet.
- 23:19Speaker 1: He made his ex-account private. Text messages show that officials
- 23:25Speaker 1: with Chuck Schumer's DSCC and the Peltola campaign were communicating
- 23:29Speaker 1: for months about the project. That would be deeply, intimately
- 23:34Speaker 1: involved in this scheme. They would have campaign officials were
- 23:38Speaker 1: asking for updates from Jared, our friend. DSCC officials were
- 23:43Speaker 1: quickly scheduling calls. The campaign manager regularly participated in the calls.
- 23:49Speaker 1: She said members sometimes chatted casually. Jared Kurtz occasionally grew
- 23:53Speaker 1: animated when describing his tactics. He said he used pseudonyms.
- 23:57Speaker 1: He lied to people. And he would use cover stories.
- 23:59Speaker 1: He lied to people to keep his activities under wraps.
- 24:03Speaker 1: Late May, just before Dan Sullivan filed his papers to run,
- 24:06Speaker 1: the fake Dan Sullivan, Mr. Kurtz spoke by phone to
- 24:09Speaker 1: a Peltola campaign aide saying he had just gotten off
- 24:12Speaker 1: a plane in Petersburg, according to the campaign manager and
- 24:15Speaker 1: another person familiar with the conversation. The Peltola campaign worried
- 24:20Speaker 1: that his efforts would be discovered because Jared got a
- 24:23Speaker 1: little sloppy. He started posting photos of himself at the
- 24:26Speaker 1: Anchorage airport on his Instagram account. Campaign official, I'm hearing
- 24:32Speaker 1: that our friend in the state is being noticed. He
- 24:35Speaker 1: wrote in a text message reviewed by the Times. Andrew Piat,
- 24:39Speaker 1: the DSCC's director of campaigns, replied, we will check in.
- 24:44Speaker 1: The director of campaigns is controlling the ballot manipulation specialist
- 24:51Speaker 1: for the DSCC. These are all things that the Democrats
- 24:55Speaker 1: have been denying in public. Oh, we're not involved. There's
- 24:58Speaker 1: no involvement. We're not putting fake Dan Sullivan's on the ballot.
- 25:01Speaker 1: It's just your imagination. What happened this past weekend? You
- 25:04Speaker 1: saw on the Sunday shows this weekend, on CNN and
- 25:08Speaker 1: on CBS, Todd Blanch goes in, does interviews, And in
- 25:11Speaker 1: the process, the interviewers, these left-wing media goons, spend the
- 25:15Speaker 1: whole time scolding him for trying to look into, using
- 25:18Speaker 1: the DOJ, the shenanigans playing out in Alaska right now.
- 25:22Speaker 1: They're like, how dare you? What are you trying to do,
- 25:23Speaker 1: rig the election in Alaska? Meanwhile, all he's doing is
- 25:26Speaker 1: taking a close look at what is so obviously a
- 25:29Speaker 1: Democrat election rigging. Of course he should be in there
- 25:32Speaker 1: looking at it. Now, They got these guys on the ballot.
- 25:41Speaker 1: That's what they say. They got these guys on the ballot.
- 25:44Speaker 1: This year, as soon as Mr. Sullivan entered the race,
- 25:48Speaker 1: Republicans denounced him as a Democrat plant, but they haven't
- 25:50Speaker 1: been able to prove it, although we all knew.
- 25:52Speaker 5: Come on.
- 25:53Speaker 1: We went through all the details. We did prove it, candidly.
- 25:57Speaker 1: The Times is just coloring in the extra lines here.
- 26:00Speaker 1: They attempted to remove him from the ballot, arguing he
- 26:02Speaker 1: was not a good faith candidate, citing his registration switch
- 26:04Speaker 1: from unaffiliated to Republican just before the deadline to run. Yada, yada, yada.
- 26:09Speaker 1: They rolled through a lot of the history that you
- 26:11Speaker 1: and I already know because we've covered it with such aggression.
- 26:15Speaker 1: And then they talk about how this guy, Jared, was
- 26:19Speaker 1: misrepresenting himself to other would-be candidates that he was trying
- 26:22Speaker 1: to solicit, including a guy called Matthew Salisbury of Anchorage.
- 26:29Speaker 1: He got a call from an unfamiliar Google voice number
- 26:31Speaker 1: last December, Ohio area code. The guy identifies himself as Zane,
- 26:37Speaker 1: doesn't give a last name. And he asked to meet
- 26:39Speaker 1: with him, flies into Anchorage, meets with him. A bunch
- 26:44Speaker 1: for over months says he was looking for independent candidates,
- 26:48Speaker 1: that his backers would support him with outside spendings. Here
- 26:51Speaker 1: he is promising money. Salisbury recalled that the guy seemed
- 26:57Speaker 1: friendly and intelligent, but didn't provide many details about his background.
- 27:03Speaker 1: He said to the New York Times, quote, I'm not naive.
- 27:05Speaker 1: I had to have that general idea that they're not
- 27:08Speaker 1: in it for me. When the Times sent Mr. Salisbury
- 27:12Speaker 1: a photograph of Jared Kurtz, Salisbury identifies him as the
- 27:17Speaker 1: man who called himself Zane. Oh, so he was lying.
- 27:21Speaker 1: He was lying the whole freaking time. the whole time.
- 27:26Speaker 1: They said it was a multi-pronged strategy that they were leading.
- 27:30Speaker 1: The campaign was dealing intimately with the DSCC on potential
- 27:34Speaker 1: candidates to shape the ballot. Paltola's advisors were making fun
- 27:39Speaker 1: of Alaskan voters while watching a focus group. They determined
- 27:44Speaker 1: that the participants in the focus group, just imagine this,
- 27:47Speaker 1: they're looking at Alaskan voters in this focus group. They
- 27:50Speaker 1: determined that these Alaskans would be susceptible to being tricked
- 27:54Speaker 1: into voting for a ballot spoiler. Quote, do we have
- 27:58Speaker 1: a scheme for you that, okay, if this phrase does
- 28:03Speaker 1: not end up in an indictment, I don't know what should.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Do we have a scheme for you, wrote a consultant
- 28:11Speaker 1: for the Paltola campaign. A pollster on the chat wrote
- 28:14Speaker 1: that one voter seemed like the perfect audience for our
- 28:17Speaker 1: ballot strategy plan. Their spirits went up August 18th after
- 28:23Speaker 1: the primary as both Dan Solivans advanced to the four-way
- 28:27Speaker 1: general election. They were very excited about this. They got
- 28:30Speaker 1: a Democrat candidate to drop out of the race to
- 28:32Speaker 1: clear the field for Mary Paltola. And then what was left?
- 28:36Speaker 1: Just a bunch of hand-picked, like, distraction candidates designed to
- 28:42Speaker 1: try and to pull the wool over the eyes of
- 28:45Speaker 1: Alaska voters. They said there were also efforts to support,
- 28:49Speaker 1: now again, you look at this, and we're going to
- 28:50Speaker 1: ask our lawyer buddy in a second, Ken Cuccinelli is
- 28:52Speaker 1: going to join us. You look at this and go,
- 28:54Speaker 1: wait a second, and they're trying to pay these people.
- 28:56Speaker 1: So there were also efforts to support the new candidates financially.
- 29:00Speaker 1: Back in March, Paltola's campaign had dinner with a local
- 29:03Speaker 1: political consultant named Jim Lotzfeld.
- 29:06Speaker 3: Mr.
- 29:06Speaker 1: Lotzfeld, who works with Super PACs aligned with Mary Paltola,
- 29:09Speaker 1: agreed to lead an effort to boost the long-shot candidates
- 29:11Speaker 1: with outside spending. Quote, we were talking about how we
- 29:15Speaker 1: would balance the different distinct universes and create basically a
- 29:17Speaker 1: Republican war inside of the primary, said the campaign manager.
- 29:22Speaker 1: Federal filings show that the money started flowing. Now, Lotzfeld
- 29:28Speaker 1: denied any knowledge of her involvement in the effort and
- 29:30Speaker 1: said no such topic was discussed. Of course, these guys
- 29:32Speaker 1: are all lying here. He also denied an association with
- 29:35Speaker 1: the Alaska Values PAC, but could not explain how his
- 29:38Speaker 1: name ended up on all of the filings. How did
- 29:41Speaker 1: that happen? All these people are lying. Every single one
- 29:45Speaker 1: of them. He said it was an auto form. That
- 29:47Speaker 1: was what happened. Finally, one more thing, and then we've
- 29:50Speaker 1: got to move on. Then we've got to get to
- 29:51Speaker 1: our great guest, because I've got to get to the
- 29:52Speaker 1: legal consequences for all of this. A new MAGA party.
- 29:57Speaker 1: They also contemplated, at one point, launching a fake political
- 30:01Speaker 1: party to try and draw votes away from Dan Sullivan.
- 30:04Speaker 1: They wanted to launch a, quote, MAGA party. This was
- 30:08Speaker 1: the Peltola campaign that was plotting this. The DSCC's director
- 30:12Speaker 1: of campaigns responded smartly Let's see. And so they underwent
- 30:16Speaker 1: some planning. And guess who was involved? The Elias Law Group,
- 30:20Speaker 1: which is Mark Elias. Again, the slug worth of Democrat
- 30:25Speaker 1: campaign election interference. The guy just pops up everywhere. That's
- 30:32Speaker 1: been the plan. Now, the MAGA party plan fizzled out
- 30:35Speaker 1: in May, but they continued here in this effort to
- 30:39Speaker 1: rig the election in Alaska. And again, I want you
- 30:41Speaker 1: to remember something. This is just one race. This is
- 30:45Speaker 1: a theatrical expression of Democrat election rigging. Nobody's even denying
- 30:50Speaker 1: it anymore. The Democrats in the last 24 hours have
- 30:53Speaker 1: arrived at the, yes, it's happening, and it's good that
- 30:55Speaker 1: it is. That's what they're doing right now. Of course,
- 30:59Speaker 1: ignore those idiots. We have an election rigging underway. We
- 31:03Speaker 1: have to stop it, and not just in Alaska, but
- 31:05Speaker 1: across the country. In a moment, my great guest, Ken Cuccinelli,
- 31:07Speaker 1: is going to tell us more about his thoughts on
- 31:09Speaker 1: all that. especially the legal consequences that could be on
- 31:12Speaker 1: the line for these Democrats. More ahead on this edition

- 33:05Speaker 1: have joining us my friend Ken Cuccinelli is here. He's
- 33:08Speaker 1: the chairman of the Heritage Action Election Transparency Initiative, a
- 33:12Speaker 1: former acting deputy secretary of Homeland Security, and the former
- 33:15Speaker 1: Virginia attorney general. He's literally done it all, including The
- 33:18Speaker 1: Vince Show. And I'm so glad to have him with
- 33:20Speaker 1: us today. Hello. Good to see you, Ken.
- 33:23Speaker 2: Even The Vince Show.
- 33:25Speaker 1: Even The Vince Show. He's done. You've been everywhere, brother.
- 33:28Speaker 2: I can retire unindicted. Well, one to beat.
- 33:33Speaker 1: Tell me about your thoughts on this Alaska rigging scheme.
- 33:37Speaker 1: It seems pretty transparent. This is a full-blown conspiracy on display.
- 33:41Speaker 2: Well, you mentioned the Dems are to the point of, well, yeah,
- 33:44Speaker 2: it's happened and it's a good thing. Of course, they
- 33:46Speaker 2: went through the denial stage. Let's acknowledge something that's unusual
- 33:51Speaker 2: for us, and that is that the New York Times
- 33:53Speaker 2: broke this. And the significance of that is it dramatically
- 34:00Speaker 2: shortens the Democrats' denial cycle.
- 34:05Speaker 1: Yes.
- 34:06Speaker 2: If Breitbart broke it, they'd still be in the denial
- 34:09Speaker 2: cycle and they'd be trying to fight over Breitbart. You know,
- 34:13Speaker 2: if you broke it, same thing, right? But it came
- 34:17Speaker 2: out in the New York Times. And so that really
- 34:20Speaker 2: cuts down their ability to deny and deflect. So they're
- 34:27Speaker 2: now at, hey, everybody does this and it's a good thing.
- 34:31Speaker 2: I would like to point out an election side of this.
- 34:34Speaker 2: You noted I run the Election Transparency Initiative at Heritage.
- 34:38Speaker 2: And Alaska is one of only two ranked choice voting states.
- 34:45Speaker 2: The other one is Maine. And this kind of gamesmanship,
- 34:50Speaker 2: while people have recruited candidates, heck, my governor's race, the
- 34:55Speaker 2: third party candidate who was propped up by Obama money,
- 35:00Speaker 2: got six and a half points in my governor's race.
- 35:03Speaker 2: That's a lot, especially in a race decided by two
- 35:06Speaker 2: and a half points. So I have a little experience
- 35:10Speaker 2: with this, you know, personally. But that's a straight up
- 35:14Speaker 2: ballot vote. In this rank choice voting scheme, where they're
- 35:19Speaker 2: going after a guy with the same name, Dan Sullivan,
- 35:23Speaker 2: there's no question that they are counting on and encouraging
- 35:27Speaker 2: ballot confusion First, voting for the wrong Dan Sullivan. And
- 35:33Speaker 2: then second, they're counting on what is called ballot exhaustion.
- 35:39Speaker 2: That a guy who votes for Dan Sullivan, and that
- 35:42Speaker 2: in Alaska means rank number one, will not rank the
- 35:47Speaker 2: other Dan Sullivan number two. It'll just be confusing, and
- 35:52Speaker 2: they won't rank anything. And so when they get to
- 35:55Speaker 2: the second round of ballot counting... that ballot will be
- 36:00Speaker 2: thrown in the trash. And so all the Mark Eliases
- 36:04Speaker 2: who scream and yell all the time about, oh gosh,
- 36:07Speaker 2: we want everybody to be able to vote and so forth,
- 36:10Speaker 2: they have the exact opposite strategy here. The way their
- 36:15Speaker 2: strategy works here is people disqualify themselves from voting in
- 36:21Speaker 2: the second round for incumbent Senator Republican Dan Sullivan. These
- 36:26Speaker 2: people are hoping that to walk these folks right out
- 36:30Speaker 2: of the election. And when you think of how they
- 36:33Speaker 2: scream and yell against voter ID and everything else that
- 36:36Speaker 2: makes sense all over the place, that seems to take
- 36:41Speaker 2: hypocritical to a new level.
- 36:44Speaker 1: So it's one thing for it to be hypocritical, clearly.
- 36:46Speaker 2: Yes.
- 36:47Speaker 1: But the next question is, how criminal is this? There's
- 36:50Speaker 1: two We know of at least two major investigations that
- 36:53Speaker 1: are underway. The Justice Department has been very public about
- 36:55Speaker 1: its inquiries and its investigations and what's happening in Alaska.
- 36:59Speaker 1: And Alaska's governor last night just announced a state criminal
- 37:02Speaker 1: investigation into the revelations from the New York Times. Ken,
- 37:07Speaker 1: some of the commentary I've seen from lawyers online in
- 37:09Speaker 1: the last 24 hours is that, from the right, is
- 37:12Speaker 1: that this could be considered a conspiracy against rights, that
- 37:15Speaker 1: election law does fall into conspiracy against rights. And that
- 37:19Speaker 1: guys like, for instance, Doug Mackey was prosecuted for a
- 37:22Speaker 1: meme that suggested texting your vote to Hillary Clinton. And
- 37:26Speaker 1: yet here you have Democrats actively colluding now in full
- 37:30Speaker 1: daylight to mislead voters about who they vote for on
- 37:33Speaker 1: the ballot. Are there criminal consequences available here?
- 37:37Speaker 2: So the more likely criminal consequences are if he signs...
- 37:47Speaker 2: campaign papers under a penalty of perjury and while sending
- 37:54Speaker 2: people texts, hey, I'm just here to suck down votes.
- 37:59Speaker 2: And if he signs statements that suggest otherwise under oath,
- 38:05Speaker 2: that's the most likely. This is a kind of a
- 38:08Speaker 2: getting Al Capone for taxes type situation. The candidate and
- 38:14Speaker 2: the candidate's team, whoever his treasurer is, who's a brave
- 38:17Speaker 2: individual in this situation, are most exposed with respect to
- 38:25Speaker 2: all of those various documents they've had to sign, saying
- 38:29Speaker 2: all sorts of different things. That's for him. The more likely,
- 38:35Speaker 2: it seems to me, legal exposure is, is for super
- 38:39Speaker 2: PACs coordinating with the Peltola campaign, including the Democrat Senatorial Committee,
- 38:47Speaker 2: most particularly, that kind of coordination is illegal. And people
- 38:53Speaker 2: have gone to jail for it or had convictions with
- 38:56Speaker 2: lesser punishments. But that's a serious exposure here that realistically,
- 39:05Speaker 2: Mary Peltola may not have set up her committee until January,
- 39:10Speaker 2: but was that itself a bit of a fraud if
- 39:15Speaker 2: there are communications? And I understand there's evidence already collected,
- 39:19Speaker 2: documents and so forth. If they were having communications where
- 39:23Speaker 2: she said, I'm going to be a candidate, those things
- 39:28Speaker 2: may trigger election law where she was supposed to have
- 39:33Speaker 2: filed and of course didn't because she was playing around
- 39:37Speaker 2: behind the scenes being puppet master. And that could cause
- 39:42Speaker 2: her personal liability and it could also, of course, get
- 39:47Speaker 2: the super PAC in serious legal trouble. But I will
- 39:51Speaker 2: say this, having run investigations, you may see accusations here
- 39:56Speaker 2: and there. We're seeing investigations, as you noted, the governor
- 39:59Speaker 2: started one last night or announced that he had started
- 40:02Speaker 2: one last night. But you can't run a whole investigation
- 40:06Speaker 2: in a couple of days. You just can't do it.
- 40:08Speaker 2: And so there aren't going to be formal charges by
- 40:12Speaker 2: Tuesday and so forth. Really, Alaskans option here is to
- 40:18Speaker 2: realize just how bad this open primary, jungle primary, anybody runs,
- 40:22Speaker 2: parties don't get to have any say. As much as
- 40:25Speaker 2: people don't like political parties, myself included, they serve a function.
- 40:29Speaker 2: They serve a purpose. Part of it is eliminating ballot
- 40:32Speaker 2: confusion by filtering who is your representative, meaning of your party,
- 40:38Speaker 2: on the ballot. That's one item. And to get rid
- 40:41Speaker 2: of ranked choice voting, And for folks not in Alaska,
- 40:44Speaker 2: that's on the ballot in Alaska this year. Two years ago,
- 40:49Speaker 2: they came within a few hundred votes of getting rid
- 40:52Speaker 2: of this nasty system and getting back to the way elections, frankly,
- 40:56Speaker 2: that we're all used to elections running. And our side,
- 41:00Speaker 2: the Get Rid of Ranked Choice voting side, was outspent
- 41:04Speaker 2: 100 to 1. No joke. Of course, all that money
- 41:07Speaker 2: was from outside Alaska. This time, it's only about 15
- 41:10Speaker 2: to 1. So we think we've got a real shot.
- 41:13Speaker 2: And frankly, this news makes the nasty gamesmanship of ranked
- 41:19Speaker 2: choice voting much more exposed. And everybody all over the country,
- 41:23Speaker 2: hello Maine, we're talking to you too, should realize just
- 41:27Speaker 2: how bad this ranked choice voting and open ballot, by
- 41:30Speaker 2: open ballot, I mean open primary system is.
- 41:33Speaker 5: Right.
- 41:33Speaker 1: You know, it's funny, I saw this week, it was
- 41:36Speaker 1: a head spinning series of messages from the other Republican
- 41:39Speaker 1: Senator in Alaska, Lisa Murkowski, who at the beginning of
- 41:43Speaker 1: the week was saying, oh, stop picking on the other
- 41:45Speaker 1: Dan Sullivan. She was posting that we can trust Alaska
- 41:49Speaker 1: voters to sort this out. People are allowed to run
- 41:52Speaker 1: for office. And then last night, in the wake of
- 41:54Speaker 1: the New York Times report, now she's demanding answers from
- 41:57Speaker 1: Mary Paltola. It was just what a head-spinning sequence of
- 42:01Speaker 1: events from Lisa Murkowski this week.
- 42:04Speaker 2: Yeah, to get Lisa Murkowski to the point of questioning
- 42:06Speaker 2: a Democrat really takes an awful lot And so, you know,
- 42:12Speaker 2: if you want to measure by what you might call
- 42:15Speaker 2: a proxy vote, if she, Lisa Murkowski, has made that
- 42:19Speaker 2: shift this week, you know it's bad. You know it's
- 42:23Speaker 2: bad when the Washington Post or the New York Times
- 42:26Speaker 2: is criticizing you and you're someone on the left. You
- 42:28Speaker 2: know it's bad if you're on the left and Lisa
- 42:30Speaker 2: Murkowski is on your case.
- 42:32Speaker 1: Yeah, big time, big time. All right, so Alaska is
- 42:35Speaker 1: one expression of all of this voter fraud and manipulation
- 42:39Speaker 1: going on. But my sense of this, Ken, is that
- 42:42Speaker 1: Alaska is just the most public exposition of what the
- 42:46Speaker 1: Democrats are attempting to do across the country. I mean,
- 42:48Speaker 1: they point to, in the New York Times article, they
- 42:50Speaker 1: point to this ballot manipulation specialist, Jared Kurtz, who's inside
- 42:55Speaker 1: of the piece. And you don't become a specialist if
- 42:58Speaker 1: this is your first rodeo. Like this guy's doing this
- 43:01Speaker 1: all over the place. What are we to make of this?
- 43:04Speaker 2: Yeah, so let me put a little meat on what
- 43:08Speaker 2: the other side is saying. Being a lawyer, I kind
- 43:10Speaker 2: of red team this, right? So you'll remember in Florida
- 43:14Speaker 2: in 2000, Ralph Nader took enough votes from Al Gore
- 43:21Speaker 2: to allow George Bush to beat him in Florida. Now,
- 43:24Speaker 2: it was a mess of an election in Florida because
- 43:28Speaker 2: at that time, Florida had one messy, nasty, awful, terrible
- 43:33Speaker 2: election system. And to their credit, they have proven to
- 43:36Speaker 2: America you can fix those problems because they spent years
- 43:39Speaker 2: and years through numerous governors, most recently Ron DeSantis. But
- 43:43Speaker 2: it started with Jeb Bush. They started right away and
- 43:47Speaker 2: improved their election system. It's now the best run large
- 43:50Speaker 2: state election system in the country. On the night of
- 43:53Speaker 2: November 3rd, an hour after their polls close, they will
- 43:57Speaker 2: throw 6 million votes up on the board one hour
- 44:01Speaker 2: after the polls close. No other large state comes close.
- 44:05Speaker 2: And that speed utterly guts suspicion and conspiracy theories and
- 44:11Speaker 2: everything else. The other side doesn't complain at The losing
- 44:14Speaker 2: side doesn't complain. You haven't heard complaints out of Florida
- 44:19Speaker 2: on the election, maybe the politics, but not on the
- 44:22Speaker 2: election for years and over a decade. And we need
- 44:26Speaker 2: to see other states getting to that level of efficiency
- 44:30Speaker 2: and smoothness. And by the way, that also means not
- 44:33Speaker 2: counting votes after election day and other steps like that
- 44:39Speaker 2: to close these elections out quickly on election night. It
- 44:43Speaker 2: would give Americans a lot more confidence in the outcomes
- 44:47Speaker 2: of these elections. So I use that Florida example. There
- 44:50Speaker 2: is some truth to the Democrats whining right now. Oh, gee,
- 44:53Speaker 2: other people have put up other candidates. Yeah, nobody has
- 44:56Speaker 2: gone through this sort of a formal money spending, and
- 45:00Speaker 2: in Mary Peltola's case, process before you file as a
- 45:05Speaker 2: candidate to bring these kinds of candidates in. onto the
- 45:10Speaker 2: ballot with the exact same name. Ralph Nader was a
- 45:13Speaker 2: green candidate or whatever he was. They went and found
- 45:17Speaker 2: on the voter rolls another Dan Sullivan. They were intentionally
- 45:21Speaker 2: trying to confuse people and use the ranked choice voting
- 45:24Speaker 2: system to exhaust their ballot before that ballot could land.
- 45:29Speaker 2: in the real Dan Sullivan's voting column.
- 45:33Speaker 1: Well, when the fake Dan Sullivan originally applied, I don't
- 45:35Speaker 1: know who filled out his paperwork, but they used a
- 45:38Speaker 1: fake middle initial in the initial application for his appearance
- 45:41Speaker 1: on the ballot. They said he was going to be
- 45:42Speaker 1: Dan S. Sullivan, which is not true. His middle initial
- 45:44Speaker 1: is J. S is the middle initial of the incumbent.
- 45:47Speaker 1: I look at this and I'm like, the mountain of
- 45:50Speaker 1: evidence in front of us that this was a scheme
- 45:53Speaker 1: not merely to draw votes away from the real Dan Sullivan,
- 45:57Speaker 1: but to straight up mislead the voters of Alaska into
- 46:01Speaker 1: thinking they were supporting the real Dan Sullivan, this is
- 46:04Speaker 1: as dastardly as it gets.
- 46:07Speaker 2: Yeah, and I think that it'll be interesting if and
- 46:10Speaker 2: when we ever learn all of the details You know,
- 46:15Speaker 2: that one little letter, Vince, is a big, big deal legally.
- 46:21Speaker 2: It is a big, big deal. And I'll be real
- 46:24Speaker 2: interested in who participated in writing the wrong letter on purpose,
- 46:32Speaker 2: their communications before, and who signed the piece of paper.
- 46:36Speaker 2: Because that is a perjury opportunity. Under federal law. By
- 46:43Speaker 2: the way, I'm seeing some of the law commentators say, oh,
- 46:45Speaker 2: the federal government has no jurisdiction here. This is a
- 46:47Speaker 2: federal election. They absolutely have jurisdiction. Yes.
- 46:52Speaker 1: So when you saw Todd Blanch on the Sunday show
- 46:54Speaker 1: this weekend, on all the Sunday shows this weekend, and
- 46:56Speaker 1: the media members were scolding him, how dare you get
- 46:59Speaker 1: involved here? The federal government has no role. Alaska's Supreme
- 47:01Speaker 1: Court's already dealt with this. Were you laughing at that nonsense?
- 47:06Speaker 2: No, I turned, my stomach acid was too quick to
- 47:09Speaker 2: get to laughing. But yeah, that finger wagging is all
- 47:14Speaker 2: very interesting. And the left is having trouble because they've
- 47:20Speaker 2: been caught before election day here. Normally they're caught after
- 47:23Speaker 2: election day. Like 2020, they were largely caught after election day, right?
- 47:27Speaker 2: Here they were caught before election day. And that's going
- 47:31Speaker 2: to give Mary Peltola a problem. It's going to get
- 47:34Speaker 2: the real Dan Sullivan some votes. The fact that this
- 47:37Speaker 2: is a real live news and legal story is going
- 47:40Speaker 2: to draw attention to the race in Alaska that wasn't
- 47:43Speaker 2: otherwise there. And some people who would have voted for
- 47:46Speaker 2: the fake Dan Sullivan are going to vote for the
- 47:48Speaker 2: real Dan Sullivan. And hopefully some people who might have
- 47:52Speaker 2: voted for Mary Peltola will punish her for this by
- 47:56Speaker 2: not voting for her.
- 47:57Speaker 1: Yes, because she's not running on a positive vision for Alaska.
- 48:00Speaker 1: She's trying to run with a scam right now. It's unreal,
- 48:06Speaker 1: but it's sadly predictable. Thank you very much, Ken Cuccinelli,
- 48:10Speaker 1: as always, sir. Appreciate you coming on and telling us
- 48:12Speaker 1: your wisdom. Thank you very much.
- 48:13Speaker 2: My pleasure. Good to see you, Vince.
- 48:14Speaker 1: Nice to see you. There's Ken Cuccinelli. A lot of
- 48:17Speaker 1: good information there. Look, I'm just, you know, the president
- 48:22Speaker 1: of the United States is responding the way I'm responding
- 48:24Speaker 1: to this. There needs to be criminal accountability here. Here's
- 48:27Speaker 1: the president last night talking about this. Cut five.
- 48:33Speaker 4: The Press Oh, it's terrible what's happened in Alaska. So,
- 48:39Speaker 4: they said they didn't do this, and it turned out
- 48:42Speaker 4: they did. The New York Times just released, actually, an
- 48:45Speaker 4: incredible story on it. They created a fake candidate. They
- 48:50Speaker 4: took a candidate named Dan Sullivan to run against another candidate,
- 48:56Speaker 4: who's a great senator named Dan Sullivan, in order to
- 48:59Speaker 4: cheat in the election. They said they didn't do it,
- 49:02Speaker 4: and we caught them cold. And Mary Peltola should resign
- 49:06Speaker 4: from the race. I think she should be prosecuted criminally
- 49:10Speaker 4: for what she did. And I think that the people
- 49:13Speaker 4: that participated with her they swore and they, in all statements,
- 49:19Speaker 4: that they knew nothing about it. This guy, Dan Sullivan,
- 49:22Speaker 4: just ran against Dan Sullivan. It turned out it was
- 49:25Speaker 4: a scheme by the Democrats. That's what they do best.
- 49:27Speaker 4: They cheat. They have bad policy, but they cheat. And
- 49:31Speaker 4: it was just revealed 20 minutes ago that this was happening.
- 49:36Speaker 4: So they went to court. They knew nothing about it.
- 49:40Speaker 4: They had nothing to do with it. So that's a fraud.
- 49:42Speaker 4: It's a fraud to the public. And they had a
- 49:45Speaker 4: Dan Sullivan running against Senator Dan Sullivan. And they didn't
- 49:50Speaker 4: put Senator in front. He had two Dan Sullivans. The
- 49:52Speaker 4: people aren't going to be able to tell. And it's
- 49:55Speaker 4: a fraud. And they said they didn't do it. And
- 49:57Speaker 4: they did do it. And they got caught. And in fact,
- 49:59Speaker 4: it was a plot by the Democrat Party. And frankly,
- 50:02Speaker 4: they should be.
- 50:05Speaker 4: I think they should be prosecuted. To me, that's voter
- 50:07Speaker 4: fraud at the highest level.
- 50:09Speaker 1: This gets to exactly what you heard Ken say a
- 50:12Speaker 1: moment ago. Ken was talking about this, the perjury issues.
- 50:15Speaker 1: What did they represent to the court? What did they
- 50:17Speaker 1: represent in sworn statements? What did they say that flies
- 50:20Speaker 1: directly in the face of reality? And that's where a
- 50:24Speaker 1: criminal case can be built. They are lying. They are lying.
- 50:28Speaker 1: It is so abundantly clear. In what venues did they
- 50:32Speaker 1: do that? In fact, that's kind of Ilhan Omar's problem,
- 50:35Speaker 1: isn't it? What's her name, actually? Ilhan Nur Said Almeida.
- 50:39Speaker 1: That's kind of her problem. How often was she lying
- 50:42Speaker 1: on documents about the date of her birth or her name?
- 50:45Speaker 1: On official documents, in sworn statements, in environments that create
- 50:48Speaker 1: more legal peril for her. This is an essential ingredient here.
- 50:53Speaker 1: You heard it from Ken. You heard it from the
- 50:54Speaker 1: President of the United States. Now I'd like to hear
- 50:56Speaker 1: it inside of an indictment against these people for trying
- 50:59Speaker 1: to rig our elections. We have election rigging. You know,
- 51:03Speaker 1: just in brief, there's another story out of California. I'll
- 51:06Speaker 1: give you some good news, bad news. Good news, yesterday
- 51:08Speaker 1: out of California, the U.S. attorney there, Bill Assele, has
- 51:12Speaker 1: announced in Los Angeles that a federal grand jury has
- 51:15Speaker 1: just returned indictments against more non-citizens voting, this time in California.
- 51:19Speaker 1: We've seen it in other states. Here it is in California.
- 51:23Speaker 1: He said yesterday, that a federal grand jury has begun
- 51:25Speaker 1: returning these indictments against non-citizens who are registered to vote
- 51:29Speaker 1: in California. Oh, I thought that wasn't happening, the left
- 51:31Speaker 1: told us. They're lying about that too. Three Los Angeles
- 51:35Speaker 1: County area non-citizens were indicted, federal election fraud charges. Salema
- 51:41Speaker 1: de Leon, a Mexican national, illegally registered, 2013, voted in 2020,
- 51:47Speaker 1: falsely denied ever claiming U.S. citizenship. Butlang Tang, a Cambodian national,
- 51:54Speaker 1: illegally registered 2021, voted in 22 and 24, falsely denied
- 51:59Speaker 1: prior citizenship claims. Rusba Seyamaknejad, a Canadian national. Yeah, it
- 52:06Speaker 1: sounds Canadian. Illegally registered 2018, falsely denied claiming U.S. citizenship claims. indictment, indictment, indictment,
- 52:15Speaker 1: they're coming. But the Trump administration holds that there are 20,000
- 52:18Speaker 1: non-citizens right now, at least in California, who are on
- 52:23Speaker 1: the voting rolls, who are casting ballots, and these ballots
- 52:26Speaker 1: should not just be automatically processed, they should be separated
- 52:31Speaker 1: and audited to make sure that these are legitimate American citizens.
- 52:34Speaker 1: And so I gave you good news, here's bad news.
- 52:37Speaker 1: Last night, federal judge, Clinton appointee, comes back with a
- 52:40Speaker 1: decision and says, nope, we're not going to separate the
- 52:44Speaker 1: ballots out. We're not going to prevent these ballots from
- 52:47Speaker 1: being counted. NBC, with the gloating coverage last night, a
- 52:50Speaker 1: federal judge in California Wednesday refused the Trump administration's request
- 52:55Speaker 1: to segregate 20,000 mail-in ballots from individuals it alleges are non-citizens.
- 53:01Speaker 1: The judge, David Carter, writing, this request violates longstanding constitutional principles. Bullshit.
- 53:10Speaker 1: Mandating that states have control over their elections. The elections
- 53:19Speaker 1: clause of the Constitution says that states run their elections,
- 53:22Speaker 1: but that Congress can also pass laws related to the
- 53:24Speaker 1: administration of elections. Congress has passed laws, which the DOJ
- 53:27Speaker 1: is relying on as it makes these filings in court.
- 53:30Speaker 1: In other words, this Clinton-appointed radical judge is not adhering
- 53:34Speaker 1: to the Constitution. He's tearing it up. in the service
- 53:37Speaker 1: of advancing the left's fraud operation. He writes, quote, if
- 53:40Speaker 1: plaintiff's last minute requests for relief were granted, either party
- 53:44Speaker 1: could create chaos for their own political purposes to disrupt
- 53:48Speaker 1: the election process. The Justice Department is not asking you
- 53:54Speaker 1: to segregate out Democrat votes. They're not asking you to
- 53:58Speaker 1: prevent Democrat votes. They're asking you to prevent non-citizen votes,
- 54:03Speaker 1: which are illegal. And this judge, who's been dragging ass
- 54:08Speaker 1: in this process up until the very last minute, we
- 54:10Speaker 1: are five days away from the midterms, just rendered a
- 54:13Speaker 1: judgment that, no, we're not going to do anything to
- 54:15Speaker 1: protect the voters of California. Screw you. Screw you and
- 54:18Speaker 1: everybody else who's screwing up our election system. That's the
- 54:23Speaker 1: bad news. No doubt the Trump administration will continue to
- 54:26Speaker 1: fight it out in whatever capacity they can. And that
- 54:30Speaker 1: brings me to one more story that I have to
- 54:32Speaker 1: share with you before we depart today. And that is
- 54:35Speaker 1: the left has finally found election fraud, quote unquote, that
- 54:39Speaker 1: they want to prosecute. That's in the state of Minnesota.
- 54:43Speaker 1: That's in the city of Minneapolis. And that's where yesterday
- 54:47Speaker 1: the Democrats who run that city decided to bring felony
- 54:50Speaker 1: charges against James O'Keefe and Cam Higbee. For what? For
- 54:57Speaker 1: demonstrating that Minneapolis, the state of Minnesota, is wide open
- 55:02Speaker 1: to fraudulent activity. Because you see in Minnesota, they have
- 55:05Speaker 1: a vouching system. We've talked about the vouching system before,
- 55:10Speaker 1: where one person can walk in with eight unregistered people
- 55:15Speaker 1: and vouch for them. Oh yeah, they're good. Scouts honor,
- 55:19Speaker 1: they're good. And then they can vote. They're not registered,
- 55:23Speaker 1: no identification, nothing. You just vouch for them. Presto chango,
- 55:29Speaker 1: they're participating in your election now. So James O'Keefe and
- 55:33Speaker 1: Cam Higby exposed all of this earlier this year. They
- 55:37Speaker 1: did videos showing this. They're being prosecuted for what they exposed.
- 55:41Speaker 1: Here's James O'Keefe's video from inside of these Minneapolis polling places. Watch,
- 55:44Speaker 1: cut one.
- 55:45Speaker 5: I'm James O'Keefe, and this is vouching for seven other
- 55:47Speaker 5: Muslims at a Minneapolis polling booth.
- 55:52Speaker 2: We're going in.
- 55:53Speaker 5: To this location, and I'm going to say that I'm
- 55:55Speaker 5: vouching for them.
- 55:56Speaker 2: The name is William Lawrence.
- 55:57Speaker 5: The question about the vouching program, yeah?
- 56:01Speaker 4: Vouching?
- 56:02Speaker 5: I can vouch for them, but they are not registered?
- 56:05Speaker 5: That's okay, that's fine. Can I bring five more from.
- 56:10Speaker 4: Up to eight.
- 56:10Speaker 1: Up to eight people? Okay, that's a good thing. We
- 56:13Speaker 1: go back and we get Krishna and Ernesto and.
- 56:19Speaker 5: In Minnesota, you can show up on election day and
- 56:22Speaker 5: vouch for up to eight unregistered voters. Members of the
- 56:25Speaker 5: Justice League dress up in traditional Muslim attire, including a
- 56:29Speaker 5: transgender wearing a burqa. And put this vouching law to
- 56:34Speaker 5: an extreme test on primary day, August 11th.
- 56:37Speaker 2: Gonna be a baller, shot caller, 20-inch blades on the Impala.
- 56:43Speaker 2: The vouching? I vouch for them. Is that okay? Yes.
- 56:49Speaker 5: How does that work?
- 56:50Speaker 6: Well, if you're all in the same precinct, and you
- 56:54Speaker 6: are already registered, which it looks like you are, then
- 56:56Speaker 6: you can vouch for them as ID for them.
- 56:59Speaker 4: Oh, good.
- 57:00Speaker 5: She says to me, I say, they do not need ID.
- 57:02Speaker 5: She says, you are the ID.
- 57:04Speaker 1: He is the ID.
- 57:05Speaker 2: I am the ID.
- 57:06Speaker 1: And no ID needed. That's James O'Keefe. Cam Higby also
- 57:09Speaker 1: released a video. Here's video that Cam revealed of just
- 57:12Speaker 1: how wide open the fraud operations can be in Minneapolis.
- 57:15Speaker 1: Check this out. Cut to.
- 57:21Speaker 2: Hello?
- 57:23Speaker 1: Hello? Here he is dressed in a burka.
- 57:25Speaker 6: Have you voted here before?
- 57:26Speaker 1: No.
- 57:27Speaker 2: No. Okay, well, go down to where.
- 57:30Speaker 6: It says voting, take a right, and they'll help you
- 57:33Speaker 6: out in there.
- 57:35Speaker 4: Hello?
- 57:35Speaker 1: Hello.
- 57:36Speaker 2: Register over there.
- 57:37Speaker 1: Hello, what is your last name?
- 57:39Speaker 4: Uh... Is that... And what is your first name?
- 57:47Speaker 1: Genevieve.
- 57:48Speaker 4: Genevieve? And.
- 57:50Speaker 1: Vouch.
- 57:52Speaker 3: I'm sorry?
- 57:52Speaker 4: Vouch. She's vouching?
- 57:56Speaker 6: I vouch.
- 57:57Speaker 4: Oh, for her? And is she a gentleman?
- 58:01Speaker 5: No.
- 58:01Speaker 1: So are you wanting to vote first?
- 58:03Speaker 5: You're going to have to make a phone call.
- 58:07Speaker 4: Yes.
- 58:07Speaker 6: Can she vote if I vouch? No, good luck.
- 58:12Speaker 5: Does she live within this precinct?
- 58:15Speaker 2: Yes.
- 58:20Speaker 1: You see that? Cam barely uttered like eight syllables and
- 58:25Speaker 1: then like extra people can now vote, not even registered. Cam,
- 58:30Speaker 1: you can't even see Cam's face. He's dressed in a burqa.
- 58:32Speaker 1: He's the single ugliest chick in a burqa I've ever seen.
- 58:35Speaker 3: And Cam is just grunting noises and he's able to
- 58:42Speaker 3: get somebody in theoretically as a voter.
- 58:45Speaker 1: Now, theoretically is the key. These guys never took a ballot.
- 58:50Speaker 1: They never cast a ballot. They didn't even claim to
- 58:54Speaker 1: be anybody. They just stated the names of voters. That's all.
- 59:00Speaker 1: They never once said, I am this person. They would
- 59:03Speaker 1: say things like, the name is. So in other words,
- 59:07Speaker 1: like James O'Keefe and Cam Higby kind of thought through
- 59:09Speaker 1: how they can expose all of this and do it
- 59:12Speaker 1: all legally and honor the best intentions of the First
- 59:15Speaker 1: Amendment and expose the absolute vile loopholes that the Democrats
- 59:21Speaker 1: have created within our government in order to to deprive
- 59:26Speaker 1: you of power over it, you see? So that's a
- 59:29Speaker 1: public service, what those two did. They did it in
- 59:31Speaker 1: comical fashion in some cases, but still, it's great. Now
- 59:36Speaker 1: they're being charged. Yesterday, the state of Minneapolis announced that
- 59:42Speaker 1: they are charging, sorry, the state of Minnesota, but the
- 59:44Speaker 1: city of Minneapolis announced that they are charging these guys.
- 59:47Speaker 1: Here's the New York Times in a different piece. Right-wing provocateur,
- 59:50Speaker 1: he's a journalist, James O'Keefe charged in Minnesota voting stunt
- 59:56Speaker 1: The two men wearing mock Islamic attire, speaking with fake accents,
- 59:59Speaker 1: Minneapolis polling place, part of a stunt. And prosecutors say
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: they violated state law. The massacrators were conservative activist James O'Keefe,
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: known for secretly filming interactions to embarrass and discredit people.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: That's not actually what James does. James exposes lies. James
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: reveals things that people in power are seeking to keep secret.
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: as well as a fellow content creator, Cam Higby, they
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: were seeking to draw attention to a Minnesota law that
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: lets a registered voter vouch for the identity of up
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: to eight additional voters. Oh yes, they were. They were
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: drawing attention. Oh, that's an act of journalism. But citing
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: as evidence a video that Mr. O'Keefe posted showing his
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: interactions with poll workers, state prosecutors charged the pair with
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: unlawful voting. which can include an attempt to obtain a
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: ballot by impersonating a registered voter and identity theft, both felonies.
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: The maximum penalty for each of those crimes is five
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: years in prison. Okay, so here's, this is kind of
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: the meat of it, isn't it? Did they attempt to
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: obtain the ballot? The answer to that is no, they didn't.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: Did they impersonate the registered voter? The answer to that
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: is no. They just said a registered voter's name. They
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: never claimed to be the voter. And yet, Democrats have decided,
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: we finally found people we can prosecute related to election meddling,
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: election fraud. Not the tens of thousands of non-citizens who
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: are voting in any given state's elections. Not those people.
- 1:01:38Speaker 5: No.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: But James O'Keefe and Cam Higbee for exposing it. Here's
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: James explaining last night what exactly is going on and
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: why he's in this fight. Take a look here. Here's James,
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: cut four.
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: Minnesota has just charged both myself and fellow journalist Cam
- 1:01:53Speaker 5: Higby with two felony counts in retaliation for our bombshell
- 1:01:58Speaker 5: investigative report on voter vouching laws that we did August 11th.
- 1:02:01Speaker 5: We stand by our reporting. This is an attempt to
- 1:02:05Speaker 5: criminalize investigative journalism. The charges are an attempt to distract
- 1:02:09Speaker 5: from what we exposed as insecure elections in Minnesota. Now
- 1:02:13Speaker 5: this case has become a landmark First Amendment case where
- 1:02:16Speaker 5: everyone's right to speak truth to power has just been
- 1:02:20Speaker 5: put on the line. This from today's press conference featuring
- 1:02:24Speaker 5: the chief prosecutor for Hennepin County, Minnesota.
- 1:02:27Speaker 6: Today we are charging two individuals, James O'Keefe and Cameron Higbee,
- 1:02:32Speaker 6: with felony counts of unlawful voting and identity theft.
- 1:02:37Speaker 5: Mary Moriarty, the Hennepin County attorney, even says that we
- 1:02:41Speaker 5: could do jail time for our investigative reporting.
- 1:02:44Speaker 6: They could do some local jail time.
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: We've received a charging document that lists two felony counts.
- 1:02:49Speaker 5: Count one, identity theft, knowingly misrepresenting identity and applying for
- 1:02:54Speaker 5: a voting ballot. And count two, unlawful voting, knowingly misrepresenting
- 1:02:59Speaker 5: our identity and applying for a voting ballot. Two counts
- 1:03:02Speaker 5: with the exact same justification beneath each count. In the
- 1:03:06Speaker 5: report we did, we clearly stop and walk away before
- 1:03:09Speaker 5: any voting ballot is even touched.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: Thank you so much, ma'am.
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: Nice to meet you.
- 1:03:13Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 1:03:14Speaker 5: We go get to Muhammad, we come back. Hennepin County
- 1:03:16Speaker 5: Attorney Mary Moriarty even admits that Mai and Higby's intent
- 1:03:20Speaker 5: was to act as reporters.
- 1:03:22Speaker 6: A group of people were attempting to cast doubt on
- 1:03:25Speaker 6: the state's vouching system. I think it's pretty clear they
- 1:03:28Speaker 6: did not intend to vote.
- 1:03:31Speaker 5: Hennepin County Attorney Moriarty even says there is no such
- 1:03:35Speaker 5: thing as undercover journalism when looking into election loopholes.
- 1:03:40Speaker 6: If you identify as a journalist, there is no such
- 1:03:43Speaker 6: thing as undercover investigation in the polling place.
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: That's not true. That's not true at all. There's a
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: First Amendment that protects that, and James O'Keefe, Cam Higby
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: are using it, and all decent Americans who stand shoulder
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: to shoulder with those guys for literally just exposing the wide,
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: gaping holes in Minnesota's election system. The Democrats are perfectly
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: comfortable with because they like having fraud as a means
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: to accrue power. And now they're actually using that power
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: to torture American citizens who expose them for the frauds
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: that they are. This is a malicious prosecution being led
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: by Minneapolis. That lesbian lady is going after James O'Keefe
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: and Cam Higbee because she hates their politics and she
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: hates that they're exposing her and her party for who
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: they truly are. Don't let it happen. Don't let it happen. Man,
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: oh man, what a show. Holy cow, this was a
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: big election integrity show, wasn't it? As always, we of
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: course need the Save America Act, which is why in
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: five days time, we need to make sure that lots
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: of Republicans show up in the United States Senate who
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: can get it passed. Thank you for staying in the fight.
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: Please tell your friends that they need to get into
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: the fight as well. A good way to do that
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: in general is to start watching this program. Then they'll
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: be constantly locked in just like you are. And that
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: would be good. I've got a lot more to get

- 1:06:42Speaker 1: just in that photo? He's a backwards baseball cap guy.
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: He always does. Do we know what his hair looks like?
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: Have we ever... Has that ever been answered?
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: Wow.
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: Wow. Well, maybe that mystery will be answered on today's
