- 6:47[SPEAKER_08]: The hotline with Jeff Graham is here on a Friday where wrapping up the weekend, winter returned.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_08]: You know I got up this morning looked out the window and dare I say I saw the white stuff.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_08]: Not a lot it's all melted by now now we might get some more tonight, couple three inches more down on the tug.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_08]: They got the plows ready down there.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_08]: They actually got up to four or five inches in some parts of the town of Pinkney, wherever that is.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_08]: And so anyway, we expect some tonight, but who is my advice?
- 7:16[SPEAKER_08]: I would not, if you wanted to just push a little away from your front steps, that's fine, but I wouldn't do anything with it because Sunday is supposed to be in the 40s.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_08]: It's all gonna be gone, whatever we get.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_08]: I'm not even sure I'd send the city plows out, save some money there.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_08]: Well, okay, here's a little less than a news judgment.
- 7:37[SPEAKER_08]: This is a town with a lot of military influence.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_08]: So although the synagogue incident in,
- 7:46[SPEAKER_08]: you're in Michigan with serious I would have led with the fact that six service members were declared dead this morning in the crash of a KC 135 tanker plane over western Iraq.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_08]: The Pentagon says they were not down it was not downed through friendly or hostile fire and accident.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_08]: It was one story out that it
- 8:10[SPEAKER_08]: had some collision with another plane.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_08]: But obviously, we're saddened by the loss of six, six airmen in the crash of the tanker plane over West Iraq.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_08]: And then I would be glad to talk about the other two terrorists incidents, one in Michigan, and one in Old Dominion University in near Norfolk or in Norfolk, Virginia.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_08]: In both cases, the old Oliak bar stuff.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_08]: One guy drove his truck into a big synagogue in West Bloomfield, Michigan, and I'll tell you that, and another guy went into a classroom at Old Dominion with ROTC students said, are you the ROTC teacher and any shot and killed him?
- 8:57[SPEAKER_08]: You know, Lieutenant Colonel, and a couple of other people got hurt, but who's the good thing about?
- 9:02[SPEAKER_08]: There's a good thing happened in both incidents.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_08]: In the Michigan one, no one in the synagogue was killed or hurt, but they had paid security guards there, armed security guards.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_08]: Because there's obvious spade of anti-Semitism in the country, and we got all this going on.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_08]: And it also done the with the FBI, the drills and the training for what to do in that situation.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_08]: in his vehicle.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_08]: Now, they say they had explosives, they got it didn't detonate like the IED and front of Gracie Manchin, but you see some fighting back against these people.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_08]: That brave cop in New York City who jumped over the barricade, the security guards at the synagogue in Michigan, and the ROTC students at Old Dominion University,
- 10:01[SPEAKER_08]: They took this guy down and killed him.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_08]: The FBI agent later said, well, the students tackled him and rendered him and then she said, I guess I'd have to say dead.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_08]: They did.
- 10:13[SPEAKER_08]: They used the knife.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_08]: So what?
- 10:16[SPEAKER_08]: So what?
- 10:17[SPEAKER_08]: He had just killed their teacher.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_08]: And that's significant because as good a job as first responders, AKA police do and get into these things now,
- 10:31[SPEAKER_08]: that matter.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_08]: And if you've got people on the scene who are capable of killing a salence, taking them down, that's a good thing.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_08]: Now, you'll hear somebody on MS now, I was saying, oh, those are overseas students murdered that man.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, no, get out of here.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_08]: We don't want to hear that crap.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_08]: Get out of here.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_08]: So anyway, that was something
- 11:01[SPEAKER_08]: what else has happened you know i did i second time i've done it and i really feel stupid i sent my water bill in to be paid and i forgot to fill out the line on the check where you're right in the amount not the another numerical about where you're right it out um... they sent it back to be the letter saying you old food no um... i am an old fool
- 11:26[SPEAKER_08]: So I wrote it in and sent it back in.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_08]: I did that a couple of weeks ago with something.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_08]: I sent the wrong track in or something.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_08]: Forgetfully, you know, maybe I should have another cognition test.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_08]: And maybe there should be a public debate on whether I should be hosting a talk show if I make those kind of simple clerical mistakes.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_08]: There'll be significant debate online over this, I'm sure.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_08]: Um, anyway, they'll get the water, the water bill is huge, huge, they'll leak it.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_08]: I'll tell you, one leaky toilet, it's amazing what it can cost.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_08]: But it helps pay for our new water plan, so.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_08]: Um, the president says, wait, do you see what happens that he's deranged scumbags today?
- 12:09[SPEAKER_08]: It's not very good language, and of course, then hexits on us and there are more bombs
- 12:20[SPEAKER_08]: continue with the mission pursue the plan with the hyperbole exit at that presser this morning with general they should just have general can come out he's smart is reassuring you know what's going on that headset he started and on uh... type reading some media and CNN and headlines and all this stuff and real snarky so that's gonna listen mr. secretary that's gonna dominate the coverage tonight
- 12:49[SPEAKER_08]: your attacks on the media and not what our brave service members are doing abroad but i don't think height set is i don't know i didn't like him on when he was on fox and friends on the set are decent they really don't like him now yeah but i do like general can i think uh...
- 13:14[SPEAKER_08]: I think he does a good job, I think that Admiral Cooper does a good job and was running this thing and you know, that's fine.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_08]: Um, you know, getting text messages.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_08]: Of course, I see that's the difference with me.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_08]: I'm fair and balanced.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_08]: What do we got going here?
- 13:38[SPEAKER_08]: Somebody sent me some pictures.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_08]: somebody walking out of the Jefferson County Court House, I don't even know who it is.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_08]: Um... Well... Oh, that's right.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_08]: Today was a millies day in court.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_08]: So this is millie coming out of the courtroom.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_08]: Now, where was the news coverage on that?
- 14:07[SPEAKER_08]: Was that on the news?
- 14:08[SPEAKER_08]: I didn't see it.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_08]: I didn't see it.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_08]: I had forgotten, but there's pictures here of Millie coming out of the courtroom.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_08]: Of course, City Court meets over at the county building.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_08]: That's why I was a little confused for the moment, but was just as served.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_08]: A way to met it, there's Lexi burning was there coming out of the courtroom too.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_08]: She's a good reporter.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_08]: So they will have something.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_08]: They did have something on the news or will.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_08]: Well, what happened to her?
- 14:47[SPEAKER_08]: She was represented by Todd Doldo.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_08]: This is from the choking incident at Pete's.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_08]: She was offered a one-year conditional discharge.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_08]: The case has been adjourned until April 10th at 10 a.m. for further proceedings, and that's not a good deal.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I don't know, is that said?
- 15:12[SPEAKER_08]: It's a ticket.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_08]: Are you even entitled to a trial?
- 15:16[SPEAKER_08]: Are there any lawyers out there who want to call the hotline and straighten this out?
- 15:22[SPEAKER_08]: I don't even, what's she entitled to?
- 15:26[SPEAKER_08]: They're going to impose a sentence, they said, all of one year conditional discharge.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_08]: What's she doing wrong?
- 15:34[SPEAKER_08]: Was there any, well,
- 15:38[SPEAKER_08]: On the six five o'clock news So anything on news drunk he yet about it I don't know News travels at the speed of well some days.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_08]: It's fast some days.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_08]: It isn't Yeah, millian court today.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_08]: Mm-hmm now you remember the incident Don't yeah
- 16:05[SPEAKER_08]: She and her kids were dining at Pete's restaurant.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_08]: Full house is always because the food is so damn good there.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_08]: And, um, Millie notices a man in distress, older gentlemen.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, and she immediately arranges for nine or one to be called, but also goes over, gets the man to stand up, which is what you want to do.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_08]: and starts drawing the Heimlake maneuver, and but she was unable to dislodge the object that was in him, which turned out to be a massive piece of steak.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_08]: So anyway, emergency crews, first responders get there, firemen, gulfoile police, and a police officer comes in,
- 17:02[SPEAKER_08]: asses get you know basically says get out of the way I guess and there was a little bit of pointing or a couple words spoken and then the uh... the medic from uh... gulf oil i think it was use some force apps to get the thing out of the guys throat
- 17:19[SPEAKER_08]: and he was hospitalized i guess he's uh... home now there was never any real news coverage on the incident until two weeks later when she got the same officer came to her house at ten and i gave her ticket for uh... i don't know what it was disorderly conduct or something and uh... she had to appear in court today now wasn't like a misdemeanor anything where there's a trial so i don't know if it's just a ticket like a traffic ticket or something like that i don't know you know
- 17:49[SPEAKER_08]: Of course, you're always going to move for an adjournment to a later date, but a one-year conditional discharge of what?
- 17:58[SPEAKER_08]: She doesn't think she did anything wrong.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_08]: And there's a implicit admission of guilt in that type of thing.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_08]: So,
- 18:18[SPEAKER_08]: fellow who was posting stuff online was a name Matthew Merritt.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know who he is, but he took the pictures.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_08]: He sat him and I don't know.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_08]: Anybody know any more on this?
- 18:32[SPEAKER_08]: Huh.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_08]: I'm going to ask if he's Smith can call in.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_08]: um... we don't know somebody's asking was the victim on the ground or what i don't really know i wasn't there and i haven't seen the video uh... i'll just say can you call it yeah i'll put the phone number there for her convenience
- 19:17[SPEAKER_08]: 755 1240.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_08]: We'll see if she calls.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_11]: Meanwhile, we'll do a little commercial break and maybe try to get some more information back with more in a moment.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_11]: Get into it.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_11]: And you'll be amazed what you get out of it.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_22]: Here's Noah from Tugged Outdoor and Born Adam on Lod 11.

- 22:58[SPEAKER_08]: But I did get a text from a fellow mean girl who says there is no deal.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_08]: So, good.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_08]: So it goes on.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_08]: The meter keeps running.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_08]: Hmm.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_08]: We need the public needs to see the tapes.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_08]: I call on the defense to release the tape they have, and I call on the city to release the body camp quite hiding behind the open meetings, or open whatever foya to request thing.
- 23:39[SPEAKER_08]: danger, the public incurs, by having that in the public venue.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_08]: The public needs to know, and really it comes down to a good Samaritan, think, should you help out?
- 23:49[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, in a situation like that, if you have the skill set to do it.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_08]: Even if you don't, you know, there's first responders, like police, firemen, and ambulances, and then there's first responders, and that's maybe somebody who does something right away.
- 24:05[SPEAKER_08]: in that three-minute window or something.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_08]: So we'll see what happens.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know, but there are pictures that I didn't, did news chunky get the pictures.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know, we'll have to send it.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_08]: We'll send one to him.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_08]: This is the public needs to know more about this.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_08]: Somebody sent knee pictures of her coming out of court.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_08]: So I will forward that.
- 24:35[SPEAKER_08]: to news junky.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_08]: I assume channel 7 has lots of pictures since they had Lexi over there.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_08]: He's burning, excuse me.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_08]: 755, 1240, the phone number, if you'd like to give us a call, we'll put you on the air, talk about whatever you want within the balance of good taste.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_08]: Well, 75, 5, 12, more EVs are leaving the market.
- 25:13[SPEAKER_08]: Honda is pulling the plug on three proposed models.
- 25:16[SPEAKER_08]: They had that were going to come out, nice looking cars.
- 25:19[SPEAKER_08]: Of course Ford, unceremoniously dumped the F-150.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_08]: A lot of companies are, people are not buying them.
- 25:28[SPEAKER_08]: And Andy is they are.
- 25:32[SPEAKER_08]: It was, and have you noticed the school superintendents lately around the state, if you're five, if you read the news, I mean, if you don't read the news, if you're blissfully uninformed, that's okay.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_08]: But I've noticed school officials are, and they really, you know, it takes a while to speak their mind, but they're saying these buses just aren't working out to expensive, don't work right, don't fit our needs.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_08]: And they're actually criticized it, because they have to be worried about what the state education department thinks, you know, in the governor.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_08]: They got a lot of skin in that game, the bureaucrats and the political class and Albany, and they were wrong on it.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_08]: The whole thing, they misjudged the whole thing.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_08]: Instead of letting the marketplace determine whether these things were good, they tried to force the marketplace and force school districts and other people.
- 26:22[SPEAKER_08]: And Trump's come along and reversed a lot of that, but it's just another part of the
- 26:32[SPEAKER_08]: Now she says she's going to lower the cost of car insurance.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_08]: Somebody told me this morning, and this is a guy, but my age group, he's not a gravel rower.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_08]: There's a couple of cars in his family, and he got a quote from, I don't know, what was, but it was $745 a month, and this is not a guy with accidents or tickets and anything like that.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_08]: And apparently the car insurance rates are going through the roof.
- 27:01[SPEAKER_08]: My incomes do this spring, so I guess I'll find out, but that along with the utility bills, and yet most of you are going to go out and vote for the governor again.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_08]: So I don't know, but part of it's the lame opposition, lame opposition.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_08]: 755, 1240, the phone number now, what do you think of Anthony Constantino giving $10,000
- 27:31[SPEAKER_08]: Constantine knows a fan of boxing and martial arts and all that so it's but that was nice of him Nice of him.
- 27:39[SPEAKER_08]: I Think that's 10,000 that's just about the total amount of money his opponent has raised in the campaign So I don't know I talked to some people who say all he can't win and all of that stuff in the 21st district Which is only three miles from my house, but I don't know I think he can
- 27:59[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, you got your two nights and those people who are obliged to say they support Bob Smallen, Robert Assemblyman, Robert Smallen, but I don't know, what about the people out there?
- 28:13[SPEAKER_08]: There's a cloth coat Republicans who just vote and don't necessarily want to go with what the party choice is, I don't know, we'll see what happens.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_08]: 755, 1240, the phone number, if you'd like to give us a call, if you have any thoughts on any of the aforementioned subjects, a butterfield school property, and Jake Johnson's proposal for some single family homes and duplexes, scale back proposal.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_08]: But all of a sudden, in today's paper,
- 28:47[SPEAKER_08]: The county comes out, speaking out in favor of it saying, well, we can provide some money and help fix the environmental issues.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_08]: So now they're putting it behind the shield, oh, it's environmental issues.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_08]: It's an ecosystem, wow, we can't say it.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_08]: No, we're to that.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_08]: And so there's a lot of push behind this project from somewhere.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_08]: More than just Mr. Johnson, but I don't see, you know.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_08]: If the neighborhood where they have to try to do, if a zone for what he wants to do, when he's going to do it, and it brings in money to help work on it, see if he can leverage that to fix up the roads in that neighborhood.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_08]: They need it.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, it's fine if you want, you know, you want nice roads, you know, I guess they're good enough to let your kid play in the middle of the street on, but whatever.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_08]: Hello, one of these people who call us a talk show and then doesn't want to talk.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_08]: So, a lot of topics out there from everything from the war to Millian Court to politics and everything else.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_08]: Somebody texted and Jake has stated that he might be interested in single-family.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_08]: That's what he said.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_08]: came out a couple of days ago.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_08]: Um... Somebody texted what happens if the public vote's down a school budget for electric buses?
- 30:27[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know, I don't think that's a separate resolution, but budget item, but... You should vote no on it.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_08]: It's just not a bad idea, not a good idea.
- 30:38[SPEAKER_08]: Only school, there are ton of buses out there.
- 30:42[SPEAKER_08]: And you know, this has been tried and they don't like it.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_08]: It's expensive and everything else.
- 30:49[SPEAKER_08]: And yet the liberals and all but they support it, but they don't pay for it.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_08]: Because they all got government jobs.
- 30:58[SPEAKER_08]: They don't care.
- 31:00[SPEAKER_08]: It's easy to mandate things when you got a government job or past judgment on other people or find people or, you know, do the other silly things the government does.
- 31:14[SPEAKER_08]: But after doing her on the air.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_30]: Yeah, you have some kind of weird feedback saying going on in the background.
- 31:20[SPEAKER_30]: Every time you say something, it comes out and real fuzzy afterwards like the delay call thing.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_30]: It just feels like to know it's really annoying.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I'll text, let me listen here, hold on.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_08]: You hold on.
- 31:37[SPEAKER_30]: You happen on the commercial.
- 31:38[SPEAKER_30]: It's only when you're on, which makes me wonder if you're a feedbacking or stream.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_08]: I'm not doing uh... i don't have any pots on that shouldn't be on and uh... well i don't know i know we had some issues earlier in the day but uh... i thought they were fixed so i've got a lot because it's really strange in the understand what i'm saying i can understand initially but then over what you want to say afterwards is repeating and really fuzzy background repeating what you said before
- 32:13[SPEAKER_30]: It's some kind of feedback.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_30]: I don't know some of these trying to block you with your phone.
- 32:16[UNKNOWN]: I've been to yours some hours or something.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_08]: If you're listening on the stream, it's not happening, but I'm listening on the radio.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_30]: And it didn't happen on the commercial.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_08]: Really?
- 32:29[SPEAKER_30]: Right.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_08]: Um, something wrong.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_08]: No, I'm sorry, I'm fine.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_08]: I know.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_08]: That's one of the people from the Butterfield School area.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_08]: I thought she was going to talk to me about that.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I'm sorry if there's an issue.
- 32:52[SPEAKER_08]: You know, it's, uh, we're doing our best.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_08]: somebody said I'm listening to my you on my phone in the capier coming through clear yeah so undoubtedly the streaming is coming through clear uh... might be something on the to do with the uh... air signals so i have texted can and of he'll be on it he's on it like a stink on a skunk yeah here's another person my radio does it to i switched to stream
- 33:26[SPEAKER_08]: listening.
- 33:27[SPEAKER_08]: So anyway, what we've been talking about for those who are able to hear is we've got about million court.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_08]: Millie Vanelli, no deal.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_08]: That's the word out from her spokesperson, no deal.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_08]: And I got to put up with it.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_08]: She was offered a one year conditional discharge.
- 33:47[SPEAKER_08]: That's nothing.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, that's like saying,
- 33:53[SPEAKER_08]: you guilty, but we're not going to do anything as long as you don't do anything for a year.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_08]: Well, she might do something within a year first of all, but secondly, now she shouldn't have to admit to anything.
- 34:07[SPEAKER_08]: The Court of Public Opinion must weigh in on this and the entire video must be shown on Channel 7 at 5 o'clock.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_08]: That's what we want to happen.
- 34:17[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_08]: OK, Ken is working on it.
- 34:27[SPEAKER_08]: It's one of the computers in here that, oh, boy.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_08]: Well, Ken, I would say get rid of that computer and the function it provides.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_08]: I know how to control a show.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_08]: Been doing it for 40, 30 years.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, yeah.
- 34:45[SPEAKER_08]: 755, 512, 40 is the phone number.

- 39:17[SPEAKER_08]: This is America's favorite noon time talk show.
- 39:20[SPEAKER_08]: And we're on the air, and hopefully you're listening, right?
- 39:23[SPEAKER_08]: And sorry if there was any issues there, or there are issues.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, does it sound better now on the radio side?
- 39:33[SPEAKER_08]: and uh... we try to get millie to call in uh... there's a chili cook-off saturday at the dollar state office building same day is the Irish festival so there is an event in water town that's good that's a nice event yeah uh... so uh... yeah there you go well anyway uh... seven five five twelve forty is the phone number now somebody says it sounds good now
- 40:02[SPEAKER_08]: So we're back in a saddle again.
- 40:04[SPEAKER_08]: It's gone, I don't hear it anymore.
- 40:06[SPEAKER_08]: It was just a monitor or something I had to disconnect.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_08]: I'm brilliant.
- 40:11[SPEAKER_08]: Obviously, can't tell me what to do though.
- 40:13[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_08]: It's amazing how one thing can mess up a whole, beautiful show with beautiful talk.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_08]: And a great message.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_08]: We've talked about so many things.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_08]: We talked about the weather.
- 40:25[SPEAKER_08]: You're up and down, weather this weekend.
- 40:27[SPEAKER_08]: Don't shovel tomorrow morning.
- 40:29[SPEAKER_08]: It's all going to melt Sunday.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_08]: Don't shovel.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, but after you do it, you're on the air.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_08]: And the, well, I shouldn't say that.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_08]: I'm creating lawlessness there and saying that.
- 40:49[SPEAKER_08]: Someone will say, yeah.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_08]: OK, well, I don't know.
- 41:01[SPEAKER_08]: He sent me an explanation of it, but I don't.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_08]: People say it's coming through clear as a bell can.
- 41:07[SPEAKER_08]: That's all that matters.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_08]: My voice be heard.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_08]: The things we talk about the weather, obviously, it's going to be warm, Sunday and Monday.
- 41:16[SPEAKER_08]: We will get some snow overnight tonight, but unless you're down on the tug, or something, you don't really have to worry.
- 41:22[SPEAKER_08]: We also talked about the tragedy and a rack, the crash of a KC 135 tanker plane claiming
- 41:31[SPEAKER_08]: We talked about the two terrorist incidents, one in a synagogue in Michigan, one at Old Dominion University in which the potential victims, potential victims fought back down at Dominion, they actually killed the perpetrator, those ROTC students, and at the synagogue security on duty shot the guy.
- 41:56[SPEAKER_08]: So they were able to solve the problem.
- 41:58[SPEAKER_08]: You know, I know the
- 41:59[SPEAKER_08]: cops and everybody get there quick, they do a good job.
- 42:02[SPEAKER_08]: But if you can kill the person right away, that's a good thing.
- 42:05[SPEAKER_08]: It's like Senator Fetterman said again the other day they were asking him about the new Supreme ruler in Iraq or Iran and his immediate response they should kill him to he said.
- 42:19[SPEAKER_08]: What an outspoken politician.
- 42:20[SPEAKER_08]: Not like the Mealy Mouts in this
- 42:29[SPEAKER_05]: a Jeff question for you how do you think that to chili cook-off can afford to go into the feed-off is building and the Irish folks will cannot.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_05]: Wow that's a good question man why did I think of that well the two side find the strains that the Irish folks have was so much bigger that was in comparison to the chili cook-off but they're able to go in there
- 42:57[SPEAKER_08]: and afford to be able to do what they need to do and so make a proper what's happening well it's not it's not three days like the other one was uh... and it really is fairly low impact you're just setting up tables in the lobby but uh... i agree with you it's uh... it's a good question what what are they paying and why why aren't they you know bailing out to great yeah that's it i would look i i mean because news media did you hear that
- 43:26[SPEAKER_08]: Are you listening?
- 43:26[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, they don't listen.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_08]: That's the problem.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_08]: Hey, hey, I won't give a hey, go, Millia, don't take no deal.
- 43:33[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, give us some videos.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_05]: We want to know what's happening down there.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_08]: No deal, Millie.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_05]: No deal.
- 43:40[SPEAKER_08]: No deal.
- 43:41[SPEAKER_08]: And that ain't no deal.
- 43:43[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, you're not going to put her in jail for, for giving somebody to the I'm like maneuver.
- 43:47[SPEAKER_08]: And besides that, just to say a one-year conditional discharge,
- 43:56[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, deal or no, deal.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_08]: No, deal.
- 44:01[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_08]: Who proposed that?
- 44:02[SPEAKER_08]: The DA?
- 44:06[SPEAKER_08]: Wow.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_08]: What's she thinking?
- 44:10[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, she must have been the one.
- 44:11[SPEAKER_08]: First of all, none of this stuff would happen.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_08]: That ticket wouldn't have been issued without the police chief signing off on it.
- 44:20[SPEAKER_08]: And no deal would have been offered in a high viz case like this without the DA signing off on it.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_08]: So don't think all of this doesn't come from the top of the fruit chain.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_08]: So Millie said no deal, you're on her.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_08]: You don't have Christmas parties anymore, so I don't care.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_08]: There's nothing you can not invite me to.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_08]: All righty, 755, 1240 is the phone number.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_08]: If you'd like to give us a hoot holler today, we'll take time out for a message and be right back.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_11]: Around the corner, around the continent, around the clock.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_11]: This is the news in talk authority, AM-1240.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_13]: WATN, you've been hearing about Harrage's contracting, and now your roof is leaking so, get on the phone now, and call 315-782-9129.
- 45:04[SPEAKER_13]: And get your roof repaired or replaced all together.

- 47:08[SPEAKER_23]: Mark Patrick hypnosis is coming to water town Monday, March 23rd for one day only.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_23]: Here's how hypnosis works to help people lose weight or stop smoking.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_03]: We all have an image of our self and that image.
- 47:22[SPEAKER_03]: If we have an image of a non-smoker, we attract non-smoker behaviors and beliefs.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_03]: So we have an image of a smoker, we attract the habits of a smoker.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_03]: If we have an image of a person who is overweight, we live up to those expectations.
- 47:34[SPEAKER_03]: So one of the things we focus on with our programs is this.
- 47:37[SPEAKER_03]: As we work on at the subconscious level, the image or snapshot of yourself.
- 47:42[SPEAKER_03]: If you have a healthy image, you attract healthy habits.
- 47:45[SPEAKER_03]: we work on under hypnosis taking the pleasure association out for smokers that they have towards smoking putting back in what they already know consciously that it's a filthy disgusting habit that they never wish they start in the first place that's killing them dead and we get amount of these sessions really good about themselves and it's what they want to do these things instead of feel like they have to do that.
- 48:04[SPEAKER_23]: Don't miss Mark Patrick hypnosis, Monday, March 23rd at the Ramada by Windom.

- 48:26[SPEAKER_11]: The North Country spells news.
- 48:29[SPEAKER_13]: AM-12-40.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_08]: W-A-T-I-M-4.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_08]: Dependent we did get some tax messages and one person on the issue of the Irish festival versus the chili thing He says apples and oranges.
- 48:43[SPEAKER_08]: I was fast two or three days two floors cleaning costs Chili a few hours of the day although chili can cause perhaps some more rest room issues if you know what I mean But I agree with that But they said that the Kathy Hoco wanted 10 grand for the building
- 49:03[SPEAKER_08]: Well, it is three days you've got janitorial security, the space itself, you're getting a state-of-the-art brand-new auditorium, and all of that, whatever else they provide, I don't think it's at all unreasonable to spend $10,000 to rent a facility of that site.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_08]: You know, everybody wants everything for nothing in this town, but that's not the way the
- 49:31[SPEAKER_08]: I'm kind of, you know, listen, I'm a constant critic in New York state and in the months to come, I'll have a lot to say about them, but, you know, here's somebody who said, Milley said you can take my life, but you can never take my freedom.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know if she really said that.
- 49:49[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, we got a call.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_08]: Good afternoon.
- 49:53[SPEAKER_08]: Hello, you're on the air.
- 49:55[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 49:55[SPEAKER_06]: Jeff, are you okay?
- 49:56[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, go ahead.
- 49:58[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I'd like to make a comment on the Milley thing.
- 50:00[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, there's a lot of decals that public doesn't know, but from just what I know, Millie is a licensed medical professional.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_06]: She's a PA. Mm-hmm.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_06]: And she jumped up to help that guy immediately as a conferred concern citizen, and somewhat new medical training.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, per critical.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 50:20[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know what happened when the police arrived.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_06]: and supposedly key shoveding out away or something like that.
- 50:28[SPEAKER_06]: So I don't know what conversation happens between the police and her, when he arrived on a scene that he said, I'm an EMT, please let me take over.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_08]: It's a... Well, it's a female police officer, and...
- 50:41[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, excuse me.
- 50:42[SPEAKER_06]: But of course, why?
- 50:43[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know if that person identified themselves as a EMT or not.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, yeah.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_06]: Well, there's a lot of, there's a lot of unanswered questions.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_06]: I think the public has a right to know, because that can happen.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, one of us, if I'm in a restaurant, I see somebody choking.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_06]: I know how I move around.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I know one thing, Dan.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_06]: That's what she tried to do.
- 51:03[SPEAKER_06]: And I don't, I don't, there's a little gap, though, that I think we have a right to know.
- 51:08[SPEAKER_08]: I know one thing, if I go to pizza, I'm going to cut the steak into smaller pieces.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_06]: Well, yeah, I think we don't intend to choke when they go at these.
- 51:18[SPEAKER_06]: And from just minor details, seems like Millie was okay.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know what happened with the police officer arrived, what she said, or what she tried to do, or whatever what happened between the two of them.
- 51:29[SPEAKER_06]: The interaction, or what was said.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_06]: But I really believe, I honestly believe that the public has arrived.
- 51:35[SPEAKER_08]: Well, yeah.
- 51:36[SPEAKER_06]: And that, we find out because this is the important thing.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_08]: That deal they offered her, that was no deal.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_08]: She doesn't have to have a deal.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_06]: No, that's not what I mean.
- 51:47[SPEAKER_06]: this is the system protecting itself and i don't know why just just quietly just me that's it that's one of the uh... one answer questions we just don't know why we need to know uh... as the public as a matter of uh... legal justice for else whatever else you want to call it all right now yeah well if i see somebody troke and i'm leaving them there okay thanks a lot uh... i know but after you do you're on the air
- 52:13[SPEAKER_04]: Hey, Jeff, you mentioned that it was Matthew Merritt that took those pictures of Millie coming out of the court.
- 52:20[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I don't know who he is, but he sent this thing to me.
- 52:22[SPEAKER_08]: I had his name on it.
- 52:23[SPEAKER_04]: So, well, Millie and the Mean Girls know exactly who Matthew Merritt.
- 52:27[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, I don't want to get into... No, no, no, hold on a second.
- 52:30[SPEAKER_04]: Hold on.
- 52:31[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 52:31[SPEAKER_04]: It's come full circle with the Mean Girls that have picked on him.
- 52:36[SPEAKER_04]: And now, you know?
- 52:38[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, well, that's fine.
- 52:39[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know how to court.
- 52:40[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, I don't know who he is.
- 52:42[SPEAKER_08]: I'm merely attributed the pictures to him.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_08]: I'm not interested in debating him.
- 52:47[SPEAKER_08]: The important thing was, Millie in court, she turned down, and she said, no deal.
- 52:52[SPEAKER_08]: Is that the right move?
- 52:55[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I would always challenge it and go all the way myself.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_04]: That's how I thought.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_04]: Danny of course nobody knows because the video hasn't been released yet, and that's what we're waiting on.
- 53:07[SPEAKER_08]: Well, you're never going to see that.
- 53:08[SPEAKER_04]: Videos released and everything else is just speculation.
- 53:13[SPEAKER_08]: Well, it will come out in a year, maybe.
- 53:16[SPEAKER_04]: You have seven news that is going after it.
- 53:19[SPEAKER_04]: Really?
- 53:19[SPEAKER_04]: They put in a request.
- 53:22[SPEAKER_04]: I've put in a request.
- 53:23[SPEAKER_04]: Matthew, Mayor, has put her in a request.
- 53:25[SPEAKER_04]: There's three people right there that I know of that put a request in.
- 53:29[SPEAKER_04]: There's probably more.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_08]: Well, they don't care.
- 53:32[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, they know they can say no, and there's nothing you can do about it.
- 53:37[SPEAKER_08]: You could seek in junk to relief, but who's got that kind of money?
- 53:43[SPEAKER_08]: really okay all right they sat seven news was there to the hate to get the story they're on top of this this was a one-day story like you told me back when it happened well i mean the original event didn't get covered at all i i was the only one talking about it but it kind of ballooned into something uh... i thought it was like uh... good job by everybody good you know and then i didn't realize there were there
- 54:13[SPEAKER_07]: you know she did a great job and now all of a sudden you got two police officers saying otherwise yeah well what's going on what's the truth and that's what the video is for okay step alright thank you what have you dude around the air uh yes this is my take on the police situation kind of a city thing in my opinion this will win we need to police and we need to fire fire on a department mm-hmm they take most of the budget
- 54:42[SPEAKER_08]: Right, I know.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_07]: But I want to please to, you know, concentrate on, like, the almost people that can make crimes and, you know, the usual suspects, you know, obviously, you have, you have seen that.
- 54:52[SPEAKER_07]: I'm going after the tax, the good, the good working tax care citizen, this, this is in trouble because we need people, like, melee, their businesses and end up to his taxes and pay their salaries.
- 55:05[SPEAKER_08]: Well, unless I, what about, you've seen the tape, right?
- 55:10[SPEAKER_08]: No.
- 55:12[SPEAKER_07]: I've seen nothing, man.
- 55:14[SPEAKER_08]: Well, it's okay, man.
- 55:15[SPEAKER_08]: I just want to apparently count some and shown as seen it, but he won't say anything.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_08]: And maybe some of the other council members have.
- 55:24[SPEAKER_07]: I'm afraid, here's somebody's feelings.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_07]: They shouldn't be, you know, if you're a police officer, you shouldn't be charging somebody for something.
- 55:31[SPEAKER_07]: That's really nothing.
- 55:33[SPEAKER_08]: Do you think that's what this was?
- 55:35[SPEAKER_07]: Especially tax paying, you know, doesn't know that.
- 55:38[SPEAKER_07]: You know, the city's got to have these people.
- 55:40[SPEAKER_07]: Now you think she was trying to start moving out and we're in trouble.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_08]: You think she was charged because she heard the officers feelings.
- 55:49[SPEAKER_07]: It's a woman officer and if it was a guy, they wanted to share that I don't think.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_07]: It was out.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_07]: That's not something that you forget about it.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_07]: But I think that has the fact it's right here.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_08]: All right.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_08]: Sounds good.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_08]: Well, thank you.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_08]: Thank you, right now.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_08]: Another country heard from, I don't know.
- 56:10[SPEAKER_08]: We'll find out when Lexi is on the air at five o'clock today.
- 56:13[SPEAKER_08]: Now I'm going to have to watch.
- 56:18[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_08]: I know what the real story is, because I don't know, I wish you.
- 56:28[SPEAKER_08]: I hope it was, I hope they got tape of it.
- 56:33[SPEAKER_08]: It was the offer made in the courtroom or was it made prior to it?
- 56:38[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know how those things are done.
- 56:40[SPEAKER_08]: Um, but a one-year conditional discharge, that's a tournament basically in kind of a place of dismissal same thing.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think that's a deal, that's basically admitting the allegations are true.
- 57:01[SPEAKER_08]: And you know, she works in a medical business and she's a public, was a public figure as a school board member.
- 57:06[SPEAKER_08]: She wants to run for a school board.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_08]: If she takes that deal, she's basically saying, I'm guilty of what, I don't know what she did, really.
- 57:15[SPEAKER_08]: You know, but that's what she's saying, that's why she didn't take it.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_08]: I wouldn't take it either.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 57:23[SPEAKER_08]: So, you know, they always think the government will just, you know, you don't have to go to jail.
- 57:29[SPEAKER_08]: We'll just give you this deal and everything will go away.
- 57:32[SPEAKER_08]: No, that's...
- 57:36[SPEAKER_08]: Now, in first of all, you got a judge there.
- 57:40[SPEAKER_08]: She can look at the tape, and she can decide, you know, should this be dismissed or what should we do?
- 57:49[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think you get a trial out of a ticket.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_08]: So I think it's, I don't know, I wish we had a legal eagle in here, you know.
- 58:02[SPEAKER_08]: But there must be one lawyer, or something, who can help us out on this.
- 58:06[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know what happens with a violation like that.
- 58:10[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, if it's disputed, most people just, it either gets dismissed, or you leave guilty and pay the fine.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_08]: So, you know, I don't know what to say, but,
- 58:28[SPEAKER_08]: somebody texted in seven news isn't gonna push anything it's not slamming trump all that they might on this they might on this all that line came from brave heart you can take my life but you can never take my freedom all right that was the movie about the uh... Scottish that's what she should have said to the judge um...
- 58:58[SPEAKER_08]: Well, that's what we got.
- 59:01[SPEAKER_08]: Somebody says can Cliff call, call Cliff, he knows everything.
- 59:04[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know where he does.
- 59:06[SPEAKER_08]: We'll take a quick call here.
- 59:07[SPEAKER_08]: But after you're doing, gotta be quick.
- 59:10[SPEAKER_02]: If she's innocent, she shouldn't take the contemplation of dismissal because you're right, she's admitting to Gil.
- 59:18[SPEAKER_02]: And it's not going to go away, so I don't know how that's going to look for her medical her license and stuff.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_08]: Right.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I don't know.
- 59:26[SPEAKER_02]: I wouldn't.
- 59:26[SPEAKER_02]: I would not plead to that, even.
- 59:28[SPEAKER_08]: No deal.
- 59:30[SPEAKER_02]: I take it all the way if she didn't do it.
- 59:31[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_08]: Thank you.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_08]: And there's a guy who knows he's seen the inside of a courtroom.
- 59:35[SPEAKER_08]: 7-5, no, we're done.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_08]: Go ahead and curry, you'll be in at 5 o'clock.
- 59:40[SPEAKER_08]: You can resume the discussion with him at that time.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_08]: By then, you'll have watched the story, like the story on Channel 7, you'll know more about it.
- 59:49[SPEAKER_08]: OK?
- 59:50[SPEAKER_08]: All righty, this is AM-1240.
- 59:52[SPEAKER_08]: We are WATN, we're in Watertown, New York.
- 59:55[SPEAKER_08]: The time is one o'clock at CBS News.
- 59:57[SPEAKER_08]: It's next summer, great day.
