San Diego County is moving forward with plans for tiny cabins for the homeless in Lemon Grove. A scary situation for a teenager in Mission Beach after she got stuck in the sand. New rules are being established for a community park in the Del Cerro neighborhood. Here's NBC 7's Marianne Kushi with the top stories of the day.
