  Speaker 1: starting to watch right now as US mortgage demand is

  Speaker 1: starting to surge about thirty percent over the last week.

  Speaker 1: The question I think, and I was talking to a

  Speaker 1: real estate guy this morning, is the five percent mortgage.

  Speaker 1: If he said that, if we get back to the
• 1:25
  Speaker 1: five percent mortgage, their expectation is an absolute housing boom

  Speaker 1: because that would unleash a lot of capital, people going
• 1:34
  Speaker 1: into the market selling their homes again, and then of
• 1:37
  Speaker 1: course possibly even getting more people into a mortgage, maybe
• 1:42
  Speaker 1: for the first time. Granted those people are much older.

  Speaker 1: But what was your opinion on the quarter the quarter
• 1:48
  Speaker 1: point move?

  Speaker 4: So you very expected nothing that we didn't expect. I

  Speaker 4: think the big thing that we want to look at

  Speaker 4: here is when they cut last year, that's when the

  Speaker 4: d x Y bottomed out that started to come up.

  Speaker 4: So same thing so far, the d x Y is

  Speaker 4: hit seeing a bounts. The other thing that happened too

  Speaker 4: is mortgage rates did come up after they had that

  Speaker 4: first rate cup last time. It could be different this time,

  Speaker 4: but I wouldn't be surprised. I mean that five percent

  Speaker 4: that you're looking for, that may I hope you see that,

  Speaker 4: you know, in six months or three months, but it

  Speaker 4: could be a lot longer potentially to see an actual

  Speaker 4: five percent thirty year mortgage.

  Speaker 1: Are you anticipating that we'll get the two more cuts

  Speaker 1: like what a lot of people are looking at right now.

  Speaker 4: In terms of the odds, Yes, And I think that

  Speaker 4: the significant thing we got to see is it's looking
• 2:37
  Speaker 4: exactly how it looked at the end of twenty twenty four,

  Speaker 4: and then what happened in January of this year. That's

  Speaker 4: when you saw the next pause. What was that? That

  Speaker 4: was a big cell signal and the market started to
• 2:47
  Speaker 4: come down. So history is not going to be exactly
• 2:50
  Speaker 4: how it was. But you know, if you do see
• 2:52
  Speaker 4: a pause in January, which it looks likely you probably will,
• 2:56
  Speaker 4: that could be a nice cell signal in for your cycle.

  Speaker 1: Especially so your consideration is that maybe end of year

  Speaker 1: is the last part of this run and possibly an
• 3:06
  Speaker 1: exit and waiting for a re entry in January and February.

  Speaker 4: Well, re entry would be a little bit if history

  Speaker 4: repeatza re entry would be a little bit later, I

  Speaker 4: would be looking at October. You know, basically what we've
• 3:19
  Speaker 4: seen for a potential bottom.

  Speaker 3: But you know, I e.

  Speaker 4: Eighteen months is where bitcoin is always topped after the

  Speaker 4: Bitcoin having that would bring us to a bitcoin talk

  Speaker 4: in October. I do think alts should last another month

  Speaker 4: similar to twenty seventeen into twenty eighteen. It's looked a
• 3:34
  Speaker 4: lot more like that cycle in a lot of ways.

  Speaker 4: So if I had a guess here, you know, educated guests,

  Speaker 4: November top for potentially ethan, a lot of al it's
• 3:42
  Speaker 4: November December top with it, October top for potentially bigcoin.

  Speaker 1: is over on CNBC. Markets are at an inflection point.

  Speaker 1: Let's take a look at some one.

  Speaker 3: You think we're overvalued, like David Tepper.

  Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, valuations are clearly stretched, they're high, they're frothy,

  Speaker 5: it's kind of whatever you want to call it. I mean,

  Speaker 5: you're entering the market right now, you're paying up the
• 4:19
  Speaker 5: s and pps trading a multiples we haven't seen in
• 4:21
  Speaker 5: a long time. I mean, the index has become so
• 4:24
  Speaker 5: top heavy, so to me, I think that's just kind
• 4:26
  Speaker 5: of a sign of we're at this inflection point where
• 4:29
  Speaker 5: leadership could start broadening and beyond just the megacaps into
• 4:33
  Speaker 5: small caps and maybe some other rate sensitive type areas.

  Speaker 5: You're seeing investors look for areas of the market that
• 4:39
  Speaker 5: haven't already been bit up to death to extremes like
• 4:43
  Speaker 5: large caps, and some of the megacaps have, and small
• 4:44
  Speaker 5: caps are still trading at a discount to large cap.

  Speaker 1: All right, So when you look at that right now
• 4:51
  Speaker 1: and you consider this data, which is the top one
• 4:54
  Speaker 1: percent of US earners now have more wealth than the
• 4:57
  Speaker 1: entire middle class. This is because this goes back to
• 5:01
  Speaker 1: my whole theory of how this cycle will play out,
• 5:04
  Speaker 1: and it's the halves versus the halves in terms of investing.
• 5:07
  Speaker 1: Do you think we're going to see retail come into
• 5:11
  Speaker 1: the market again, especially around the fact that we could
• 5:14
  Speaker 1: see some movement here on all coins.

  Speaker 4: What are your thoughts, Well, I think you'll see retail
• 5:19
  Speaker 4: at least come in as much as they came in
• 5:21
  Speaker 4: at the end of twenty twenty three. In quarter four
• 5:24
  Speaker 4: to twenty twenty three was really good, and then in
• 5:27
  Speaker 4: the quarter four of twenty twenty four, so I think

  Speaker 4: we'll at least see that, which would allude to a
• 5:31
  Speaker 4: mini all coin season, some type of mini all coin season.

  Speaker 4: So that's kind of the minimum I would think. And

  Speaker 4: now that The main thing that I would guess would

  Speaker 4: strengthen that argument where you won't see retail come in

  Speaker 4: for a crazy all coin season like back in twenty

  Speaker 4: twenty one, is because there're still technically in quantitative tightening

  Speaker 4: and I don't know exactly, could be the next meeting
• 5:50
  Speaker 4: that's over. Could maybe you don't see that officially over
• 5:53
  Speaker 4: until next year. So I think that's the one thing
• 5:55
  Speaker 4: that's really keeping it back for a lot of your
• 5:57
  Speaker 4: smaller cap all coins.

  Speaker 1: Right now, are you saying that there could be no

  Speaker 1: al coin Christmas?

  Speaker 4: No, but I'm saying worst case scenarios, it will be

  Speaker 4: like last Christmas, which was a good Christmas.

  Speaker 1: But it wasn't the blowoff top, you know, in terms

  Speaker 1: of some of these tokens going ten x in a

  Speaker 4: I mean, let's be real, if you look at history,

  Speaker 4: I mean most all coins don't make a new all

  Speaker 4: time high from the previous cycle.

  Speaker 1: Is one of the reasons of our strategy in our

  Speaker 1: portfolio that we're using. So but we got a lot

  Speaker 1: to talk about their small caps hitting all time high

  Speaker 1: Again, So we saw that big dip now a retracement

  Speaker 1: back in here on terms of small caps, which kind

  Speaker 1: of is in reality a comparison to risk assets when

  Speaker 1: you look at all coins, and that the likelihood of

  Speaker 1: that is going to be kind of in line with

  Speaker 1: what you're talking about.

  Speaker 2: Evan jump over to bitcoin.

  Speaker 1: Bitcoin price forecast now eyeing a one ten target. Another

  Speaker 1: four point nine trillion in options are expiring. But if

  Speaker 1: you look at bitcoin as a whole on your chart

  Speaker 1: right now, how would you play bitcoin into the end
• 7:16
  Speaker 1: of the year.

  Speaker 4: So right now, when you look at bitcoin, I don't

  Speaker 4: think there's gonna be like too much happening, and that's

  Speaker 4: kind of what you want to see. You want to

  Speaker 4: see Bitcoin kind of go sideways, as Ethan all coins

  Speaker 4: kind of take over, and as we'll talk about in
• 7:31
  Speaker 4: a little bit. Obviously some all coins are starting to
• 7:33
  Speaker 4: run right now. So yeah, the one ten, it's doable.

  Speaker 4: I would think it's maybe kind of a wake me

  Speaker 4: up when September ends kind of situation. I think it

  Speaker 4: will be just kind of a boring month about too

  Speaker 4: much happening. Got a nice trigger wave here, I mean,

  Speaker 4: your weekly looks pretty good for continuation, but that could

  Speaker 4: take a few weeks to play out. You may not

  Speaker 4: see that jump up until you know October, So we're October.

  Speaker 4: End of October, you know that area I would be

  Speaker 4: looking at somewhere between one thirty all the way up

  Speaker 4: to one fifty four for a market cycle peak if

  Speaker 4: it does get more extended. But ah man, it's a

  Speaker 4: little tough to say right now, but it's it's it's

  Speaker 4: kind of just a boring situation here. I mean, it's

  Speaker 4: just bouncing around. The daily would tell you you'd probably

  Speaker 4: come back, maybe hit that one twelve, you know, one

  Speaker 4: away target even and then potentially you know have a

  Speaker 4: run in October. That October that a lot of people

  Speaker 4: like to say. So a situation like this in October

  Speaker 4: somewhere between you know, one twenty nine. If things get

  Speaker 4: really crazy, maybe that one forty these areas, and that

  Speaker 4: would allude to the four year cycle in that eighteen

  Speaker 4: months after the bitcoin having peak that I was saying,

  Speaker 4: So that's my estimated, that's my educated guest here, somewhere

  Speaker 4: between one thirty, although we up to one fifty four
• 8:44
  Speaker 4: probably end of October, maybe extended into November.

  Speaker 1: Would that be your would that be your top for

  Speaker 1: the cycle is one fifty four on bitcoin?

  Speaker 4: Yeah, somewhere one thirty to one fifty four is my

  Speaker 1: Okay, let's jump over to ethereum. Supply shop is real.

  Speaker 1: Exchange reserves just hit the lowest level in years. Every

  Speaker 1: DIP has bought whales and institutions. Less ethereum on exchanges

  Speaker 1: is less to sell more scarcity equals upside.

  Speaker 2: I'm kind of in agreement.

  Speaker 1: With this, but if you look at each's movement, it's

  Speaker 1: been again sideways for a few weeks. So are we

  Speaker 1: is eath still got a life to run here? Or

  Speaker 1: do you feel like it may lag, and we could

  Speaker 1: see more explosion on projects like Solana and even Avalanche,

  Speaker 1: which we'll you know, we've talked about.

  Speaker 4: I think Eth will move, but I think Avalanche and

  Speaker 4: a lot of these other ones will probably outperform it

  Speaker 4: right there, we look at the each chart, you know,

  Speaker 4: just bouncing around, very boring. I think eventually here you're

  Speaker 4: fifty five hundred, that area right around the big spire

  Speaker 4: line right here. If September ends up being kind of

  Speaker 4: you could come break down a thirty eight hundred scare

  Speaker 4: a lot of people away. I do think if you

  Speaker 4: do break bearagely, it's not going to last too long.

  Speaker 4: You're going to have a nice recovery and then potentially

  Speaker 4: get up in October fifty six hundred, and then you know,

  Speaker 4: hundred area. But you know, obviously, compared to a lot

  Speaker 4: three hundred. If you see a seventy three hundred Ethereum

  Speaker 4: double for Avax, you'd probably see a four hundred dollars,

  Speaker 4: you know, Salona. So in all likelihood a lot of

  Speaker 4: those should outperform Ethereum in the coming.

  Speaker 1: the top twenty spot. Actually it's number thirteen, but there's

  Speaker 1: a lot of USD supply expansion that's coming within it,

  Speaker 1: and a couple of points within this rallied over thirty five,

  Speaker 1: even though it did retrace a little bit. We'll talk

  Speaker 1: some highest yields. That's a big deal on the ave vaults,

  Speaker 1: especially for the European holders out there. And open interest

  Speaker 1: position on Avalanche right now. So if you look at

  Speaker 1: Avalanche and you see where they are on coin market cap,

  Speaker 1: thirteen slot, jumping suie right there.

  Speaker 2: The question is is do you.

  Speaker 1: Rotate avalanche and SWEE or do you kind of look

  Speaker 1: at maybe a trifecta here with taking some profits on

  Speaker 1: either Slana or ethereum. If you didn't have liquid to play,

  Speaker 1: how would you manage that out?

  Speaker 2: Right now? If you look at the avalanche.

  Speaker 4: Chart, so an all likelihood, avalanche probably will continue to

  Speaker 4: outperforming theorem. And now we'll start with the avalanche chart

  Speaker 4: avalanche versus us dollar. It's probably going to break up

  Speaker 4: word and continue upward to at least forty eight dollars

  Speaker 4: within the month. I would say that's a pretty sick bet.

  Speaker 4: If you can hold forty eight dollars, I think there's

  Speaker 4: a really good shot at a run up into one

  Speaker 4: hundred by end a year, I would say, And that

  Speaker 4: hundred percent gain. It's about a three x from where

  Speaker 4: we are right now, which is going to be really huge. Now,

  Speaker 4: the chart I looked at when I was really bullish

  Speaker 4: on the afax EH evaluation. Look at the bottom you

  Speaker 4: saw in September of twenty twenty three and then you

  Speaker 4: saw a giant run up against the ethereum all the

  Speaker 4: way into December of twenty three. My guess is that

  Speaker 4: you will see something similar something similar here, hopefully at

  Speaker 4: least up to these areas. So if you start abe

  Speaker 4: The percentage would be one hundred and forty percent from

  Speaker 1: I'm looking at Avalanche holding the thirteen spot right now, fourteen, Bill,

  Speaker 1: the top ten? I mean that would be a big move.

  Speaker 4: and now kind of hitting a bottom in the next

  Speaker 4: you're looking at the trend, Sweeze got a good shot

  Speaker 4: of kittin perform Avax. Maybe you just roll over.

  Speaker 4: that's another interesting one. So that's kind of coming back

  Speaker 4: that area since the last year, so just bouncing around.

  Speaker 4: Oh man, you know, it's a tough question. That's a

  Speaker 4: The way I would look at it is, I think

  Speaker 4: there's a lot of potential for you know, all these

  Speaker 4: and if we look at Sweet itself, I think you

  Speaker 4: got a good shot of getting up to seven dollars,

  Speaker 4: maybe up to ten bucks. I kind of feel like

  Speaker 4: though Avax has a better shot out of all three, Solana, Sweet, Avax.

  Speaker 4: I think Avax has the absolute best shot at getting
• 15:34
  Speaker 4: a three x base in the chart. So if I
• 15:36
  Speaker 4: had to pick one, I would definitely pick Avax. But
• 15:39
  Speaker 4: versification usually wins in these games, you know.

  Speaker 1: Yeah, well that's right, Diversification wins. And I think when

  Speaker 1: you look at just the package of those three right now,
