- 0:17Speaker 2: The Root's on fire!
- 0:19Speaker 3: You're about to experience the most high-octane, pedal-to-the-metal, controversial show
- 0:24Speaker 3: of your life. Please buckle up and hold on tightly.
- 0:27Speaker 3: This station is not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne
- 0:30Speaker 3: Allen Root, raw and unfiltered, but America's favorite conservative rock star,
- 0:35Speaker 3: direct from the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:39Speaker 2: What time is it?
- 0:40Speaker 3: It's time for War! Here's your host, 100% raw truth,
- 0:52Speaker 3: 100% American made, the warrior, Wayne Allen Root.
- 1:00Speaker 2: All right, so we have Jerome Corsi standing by. I
- 1:03Speaker 2: think Peter Tickton either won't be on today's show or
- 1:06Speaker 2: he'll be a little bit later. Oh, he's audio right now.
- 1:09Speaker 2: Peter Tickton is audio because we can't do three at once.
- 1:12Speaker 2: And we're adding Dr. Rick Richards. Dr. Jerome Corsi is
- 1:16Speaker 2: a bestselling author. His new book will be released this Thursday, Democrats.
- 1:21Speaker 2: how the Democratic Party became the Democrat Socialists of America,
- 1:25Speaker 2: secretly Marxist, jihadist communists, and that's happening in France right
- 1:29Speaker 2: now as we speak. The communists and the jihad have
- 1:31Speaker 2: gotten together. Peter Tickton's attorney and founder of the Tickton
- 1:35Speaker 2: Law Group, lifelong friend since childhood of President Donald J. Trump,
- 1:38Speaker 2: and represented many of the J6 activists who were, you know,
- 1:43Speaker 2: they tried to put in jail, ruin their lives.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Dr.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Rick Richards is the owner of Ely, I don't know
- 1:48Speaker 2: if I'm pronouncing it right, Ely, I'm sorry, Ely, E-L-L-Y, L-E,
- 1:52Speaker 2: the ElectorList software. L-E, that's what he calls it, but
- 1:56Speaker 2: the website is TheElectorList.com. ElectorList.com. So let me start with
- 2:02Speaker 2: Jerome Corsi. You and Peter Tickton have been compiling proof,
- 2:06Speaker 2: hard evidence of election fraud to showcase to President Trump
- 2:11Speaker 2: to hopefully get him to do something before the election,
- 2:14Speaker 2: something like my national security emergency or some version of it.
- 2:18Speaker 2: because we're afraid the election is going to be stolen
- 2:20Speaker 2: by Democrats. And you're providing it exclusively on my show,
- 2:24Speaker 2: Warzone Live. It's not being seen or heard about anywhere
- 2:27Speaker 2: else in the freaking United States of America. Why are
- 2:31Speaker 2: you doing it on my show?
- 2:33Speaker 4: That's correct.
- 2:34Speaker 5: And there may be some shows that pick up afterwards,
- 2:37Speaker 5: but the new material will be introduced here always first.
- 2:42Speaker 4: And let me say, Peter Tickton and I have been.
- 2:44Speaker 5: Working for two years on Voter Integrity, reporting really to
- 2:48Speaker 5: the president, who commissioned Peter Titkin, who has known the
- 2:52Speaker 5: president since they were in military school together at age 15.
- 2:58Speaker 4: Dr. Richards is joining us.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Dr.
- 2:59Speaker 5: Richards has a remarkable database that we're utilizing. It has
- 3:04Speaker 5: the records of every registered voter.
- 3:07Speaker 6: In the United States.
- 3:08Speaker 5: It has the records of every mail-in ballot. It is
- 3:13Speaker 5: cross-referenced with some 25 additional indices, tax records, post.
- 3:20Speaker 4: Office change of address.
- 3:22Speaker 5: You can see in the Google Maps the actual address,
- 3:25Speaker 5: what the.
- 3:27Speaker 4: Address of the voter looks like.
- 3:30Speaker 1: And Dr.
- 3:30Speaker 5: Richards is utilizing this data so that we can state
- 3:34Speaker 5: by state determine which of the ballots and mail-in ballots
- 3:39Speaker 5: that are being sent out and cast are potentially illegal
- 3:45Speaker 5: So we can identify these for the candidates. And we're
- 3:48Speaker 5: really very thrilled to have Dr. Richard's database. He is
- 3:52Speaker 5: an MD. He's created 45 companies and is a leading
- 3:58Speaker 5: expert in EMS, emergency medical services software.
- 4:03Speaker 4: He spent $ 3 million of his own money to create
- 4:05Speaker 4: this software.
- 4:07Speaker 5: And I think it's a remarkable achievement.
- 4:09Speaker 4: So we're going to let Dr.
- 4:11Speaker 5: Richard's show you what the capable what the software is
- 4:15Speaker 5: capable of doing by focusing on the state of georgia
- 4:18Speaker 5: all right.
- 4:19Speaker 2: So let's let let's let's move to dr rick richards
- 4:22Speaker 2: without further ado let's let's get what he's got let's
- 4:24Speaker 2: find out what he's got let's see some proof let's
- 4:26Speaker 2: see uh you know what he's what he's established what
- 4:29Speaker 2: he's put in in uh in writing for us to
- 4:33Speaker 2: see uh dr rick richards uh you are obviously a
- 4:37Speaker 2: software genius A software guru, you spent $ 3 million of
- 4:41Speaker 2: your own money to create this election software. I assume
- 4:44Speaker 2: no one else in the country has anything like it.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Not to my knowledge. Not to my knowledge. We've been
- 4:51Speaker 1: working on this for six years. The first product was Ellie,
- 4:54Speaker 1: the electoral list, which has actually 47 states now. We're
- 4:59Speaker 1: adding the other three states shortly. We've been working at
- 5:03Speaker 1: it as individuals and civilians, citizens who are registered to vote,
- 5:08Speaker 1: can go to the electoral list.com and apply for privileges
- 5:13Speaker 1: to go in and look at the data themselves and
- 5:15Speaker 1: help the counties work at it if they'd like. The
- 5:18Speaker 1: newer product that we're announcing today is the Election Monitor.
- 5:22Speaker 1: It's watching every absentee ballot from the time it's requested,
- 5:29Speaker 1: every early and Election Day vote from the day it's cast,
- 5:33Speaker 1: through every step until it's counted, and beyond the election.
- 5:38Speaker 1: It's a nonpartisan tool. It's just data. It's just data
- 5:43Speaker 1: being compared against multiple other data sets.
- 5:47Speaker 2: So let me ask you real quick, Dr. Rick Richards.
- 5:51Speaker 2: What are we seeing on the screen? What were we
- 5:53Speaker 2: just looking at on the screen? What's everybody trying to
- 5:56Speaker 2: see up there that matters?
- 6:01Speaker 1: The information we're showing, I'll be explaining it in detail
- 6:04Speaker 1: as we go through it, but it takes in an
- 6:09Speaker 1: aliquot of information from the state's website, the absentee votes
- 6:13Speaker 1: from last night. It reads the new absentee file when
- 6:18Speaker 1: one's posted. It compares every absentee and early in-person ballot
- 6:23Speaker 1: with the state's voter rolls, the 47 other state voter rolls,
- 6:27Speaker 1: soon to be 49 plus D.C., their voter history, their
- 6:32Speaker 1: voting activities ongoing in those other states. We combine that
- 6:36Speaker 1: with public records like the county property tax records, like
- 6:40Speaker 1: obituary records, death records. People who have moved, the NCOA,
- 6:44Speaker 1: the PCOA, the Coding Accuracy and Support System, the post
- 6:49Speaker 1: office's own addresses, which tells us whether it's a correct address,
- 6:53Speaker 1: an incomplete address, undeliverable address. That all information is in here.
- 6:58Speaker 1: And when we download the database from the state at night,
- 7:04Speaker 1: it runs through the election monitor and it prints out
- 7:08Speaker 1: the first report. It's tracking these ballots online. The total
- 7:12Speaker 1: that has been in from Georgia so far in five
- 7:15Speaker 1: days is 943,000. There are 84 still in the queue
- 7:20Speaker 1: to go out. There are 103,000 that have been sent
- 7:24Speaker 1: but not returned yet. One is received waiting to be accepted. 837,000
- 7:29Speaker 1: have been accepted.
- 7:32Speaker 2: This is amazing. This is truly amazing stuff. Rick, do
- 7:38Speaker 2: you know more than the Secretary of State of each state?
- 7:42Speaker 1: Probably so.
- 7:44Speaker 2: This is fascinating. Do you know who's illegal and who's legal?
- 7:48Speaker 2: Can you tell who's a citizen and who's illegal?
- 7:51Speaker 1: No, sir. If I had the jury declination data, I
- 7:55Speaker 1: could determine that, but I don't have that. If someone
- 7:58Speaker 1: has it and wants to send it to me, I
- 8:00Speaker 1: can run it through and tell you.
- 8:02Speaker 2: But if you took this data and you gave it
- 8:05Speaker 2: to a secretary of state of each of our 50 states,
- 8:07Speaker 2: would they then be able to tell who is illegal versus...
- 8:11Speaker 2: a citizen that should be voting?
- 8:13Speaker 1: They would be able to determine an issue. It would
- 8:17Speaker 1: be up to the officials to determine whether it is
- 8:20Speaker 1: illegal or not. Ellie and the election monitor are not
- 8:25Speaker 1: fraud detection devices. Fraud is a legal term. It is
- 8:29Speaker 1: up to others to discern what the action actually is
- 8:34Speaker 1: and who the appropriate person is to take actions and
- 8:37Speaker 1: make those decisions. Ellie makes no decisions.
- 8:41Speaker 4: Got it.
- 8:41Speaker 2: All right. So let's get it. Let's get Ellie off
- 8:44Speaker 2: the screen for a minute. Let's put the let's put
- 8:46Speaker 2: our gentleman up on the screen, our guests, both Jerome Kersey.
- 8:49Speaker 2: And Rick Richards, Dr. Rick Richards up on the screen.
- 8:54Speaker 2: I'd like to exit out of your presentation to do that.
- 8:56Speaker 2: So exit out of your presentation.
- 8:58Speaker 1: I'd like to show you a couple of examples if
- 9:00Speaker 1: I could. All right.
- 9:01Speaker 2: Because look, let me ask you a question and see
- 9:03Speaker 2: if you could answer it by showing me the example.
- 9:05Speaker 2: So my question is, you have I understand that you
- 9:08Speaker 2: have an example of hard evidence of election fraud in Georgia.
- 9:13Speaker 2: You have proof of mail in ballots that were illegally returned.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Tell us what you've got and what you mean by that.
- 9:20Speaker 1: I don't have proof of fraud, and I will never
- 9:23Speaker 1: have proof of fraud. It will be up to the
- 9:25Speaker 1: attorneys to determine whether these activities are fraud.
- 9:30Speaker 2: So what have you got there?
- 9:32Speaker 1: I've got data. I've got, for example, I've got 82
- 9:36Speaker 1: that are priority one. They need to be looked at.
- 9:39Speaker 1: I'll show you some examples. I've got irregular data. Let's
- 9:43Speaker 1: just go into this. This morning's report showed us six
- 9:47Speaker 1: people who are dead that voted. Two of them we're
- 9:52Speaker 1: waiting to find out on more research. We have 111
- 9:56Speaker 1: people who sent in a ballot. registered it in a
- 10:01Speaker 1: virtual mailbox. That's not legal. We have 18 more on
- 10:05Speaker 1: the watch list. Thirteen have already been accepted as votes.
- 10:10Speaker 1: We have co-worked commercial spaces, 26. Two already accepted. We
- 10:15Speaker 1: have commercial mail receiving agencies They have received 44. You
- 10:21Speaker 1: can't register there. Those are issues that need to be
- 10:24Speaker 1: looked at and referred on. We have 1,300 that are
- 10:28Speaker 1: mailed from an invalid house number, 500 that are mailed
- 10:33Speaker 1: from an invalid house number, not in range. So it's
- 10:36Speaker 1: 300 Main Street when the street numbers only go from
- 10:39Speaker 1: 100 to 200. We have no street— the street's not even
- 10:44Speaker 1: found— 560 streets. 8,000 are in a mailing address that doesn't
- 10:49Speaker 1: have an apartment or suite. That's important because the ballots
- 10:53Speaker 1: go out to them. They have to get there, but
- 10:56Speaker 1: they don't have an address. Some will be delivered. What
- 10:58Speaker 1: happens to the rest? We have— we' re doing the study right
- 11:02Speaker 1: now on vulnerable voters. They are— there' s no inpatient beds, according
- 11:09Speaker 1: to CMS, yet. They've got voters. They've got more votes
- 11:12Speaker 1: than they've got beds. The facilities closed, but they're still voting.
- 11:17Speaker 1: I want to show registration addresses— The virtual mailboxes are,
- 11:22Speaker 1: there are 80,000 companies that rent post office boxes to
- 11:27Speaker 1: people to receive their mail. You can't use those as
- 11:30Speaker 1: a registration address. There are about 16,000 co-worker spaces. There
- 11:34Speaker 1: are 153,000 long-term fair care facilities, SNF facilities. Facilities, skilled
- 11:46Speaker 1: nursing care, drug rehab centers, outpatient centers where people are registering.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Some of them are appropriate. They have apartments or on-site living.
- 11:56Speaker 1: But these are problems. And if you look specifically, we
- 12:00Speaker 1: can drill down on the county. Fulton County's got 10,000
- 12:04Speaker 1: issues already in five days that need to be looked at. Wow.
- 12:08Speaker 2: And don't forget, the whole state was won in 2020 by,
- 12:11Speaker 2: I think, 10,000 votes or a little less than 10,000 votes.
- 12:14Speaker 2: The whole state. Forget about the county of Fulton. The
- 12:17Speaker 2: entire Georgia was won by Biden by 10,000 votes. And
- 12:21Speaker 2: here you're identifying. And again, I know you're saying you
- 12:23Speaker 2: can't prove fraud. It's not your job to prove fraud.
- 12:25Speaker 2: But you're identifying people that are problematic or votes that
- 12:29Speaker 2: are problematic that may not exist or people that may
- 12:31Speaker 2: not exist or someone that's fooling around illegally with the system.
- 12:35Speaker 2: And it's more than 10,000 in one county. And it's
- 12:37Speaker 2: only been five days of voting.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Many of those will be addressed issues that can be
- 12:42Speaker 1: fixed by the county officials, which is why we're making
- 12:45Speaker 1: this program available at no charge to county officials. And
- 12:50Speaker 1: they can click on the work list and it'll print
- 12:54Speaker 1: out the exact registrations with the full detail for them
- 12:57Speaker 1: to go do the work to make sure they are
- 13:00Speaker 1: legal or to pass them on if they're not acceptable.
- 13:04Speaker 1: And we provide the full report, all that information is
- 13:07Speaker 1: to them at no charge.
- 13:08Speaker 2: And where are you providing, in case some of those
- 13:11Speaker 2: election officials are watching right now, where are you providing
- 13:13Speaker 2: this information? What websites?
- 13:16Speaker 1: Well, they can come to our website, TheElectorList.com, and we'll
- 13:21Speaker 1: put them on the list. We'll load their email in
- 13:24Speaker 1: the system. And when we run the report, every time
- 13:27Speaker 1: it's downloaded— some states do daily, some do weekly— when it's downloaded,
- 13:31Speaker 1: as soon as it finishes the report, it will send
- 13:34Speaker 1: them the report in the email, and they'll have everything
- 13:38Speaker 1: they need to— look at the watch list, look at
- 13:43Speaker 1: the leads, which is what we provide them, and then
- 13:46Speaker 1: take the time between when they get the lead and
- 13:48Speaker 1: when they have to certify to clarify whether they are appropriate,
- 13:52Speaker 1: make corrections if they need to, get it to the
- 13:54Speaker 1: right address. And then after the audit, we'll download the
- 13:58Speaker 1: state's voter history and we can run the information to
- 14:02Speaker 1: get ready for the After after the election audit so
- 14:07Speaker 1: they can do after action reviews, process improvement, training and
- 14:11Speaker 1: even a head start on routine voter list maintenance.
- 14:14Speaker 2: All right. So now now get the list off the screen,
- 14:17Speaker 2: cut it off and put yourself back on again. so
- 14:19Speaker 2: that I can see both you and Jerome, and then
- 14:21Speaker 2: we'll get Peter on as soon as we're done with
- 14:23Speaker 2: you two in a minute. But let me see you two,
- 14:25Speaker 2: because I want to ask you a couple questions.
- 14:27Speaker 4: So, okay.
- 14:28Speaker 2: So, and we'll get to Jerome. I'll get to you
- 14:30Speaker 2: in one second. I've got one question, one last question
- 14:33Speaker 2: for Dr. Rick Richards. So, obviously, the whole key here is,
- 14:37Speaker 2: and the problem is, the good news is, you're a genius,
- 14:40Speaker 2: and the good news is that this is available for
- 14:43Speaker 2: any election official that wants it. The bad news is
- 14:46Speaker 2: the Trump administration can't touch it, because a judge said
- 14:49Speaker 2: You can't apply this to state lists from the federal government.
- 14:52Speaker 2: Can't apply it. But any secretary of state and any
- 14:55Speaker 2: county election official. is legally able to grab this voluntarily.
- 15:01Speaker 2: If they want to use it, they can. But the
- 15:04Speaker 2: problem is we can't force them. So no blue state
- 15:07Speaker 2: is going to care and no blue state's going to
- 15:09Speaker 2: do a damn thing and no blue county's going to
- 15:11Speaker 2: do a damn thing. But maybe battleground states and battleground
- 15:14Speaker 2: counties and red states and red counties will partake of
- 15:19Speaker 2: what you've got available. Does that all make sense? Am
- 15:21Speaker 2: I saying it right?
- 15:23Speaker 1: Well, actually, you're not, Wayne. We have tons of Democratic
- 15:26Speaker 1: counties that are already using Ellie. They want to do
- 15:30Speaker 1: a good job. There are plenty of county administrators that
- 15:34Speaker 1: are doing a good job, but they don't have the data.
- 15:38Speaker 1: The difference is the data. So there's some that won't
- 15:42Speaker 1: want to play. That's fine. But many, many more are
- 15:46Speaker 1: playing and have been using our tools for the past
- 15:49Speaker 1: four years.
- 15:51Speaker 6: All right.
- 15:52Speaker 4: If I can chime in here.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Go ahead, Jerome.
- 15:56Speaker 1: Yes.
- 15:56Speaker 5: Also available to candidates. And what Rick has, and those
- 16:01Speaker 5: that don't want to play, county officials that don't want
- 16:05Speaker 5: to know this data, the candidate can get a list
- 16:08Speaker 5: of potentially illegal ballots. In other words, Rick has also
- 16:14Speaker 5: a list of ballots that have an undeliverable address. which is, again,
- 16:21Speaker 5: against the rules, and there are thousands of undeliverable addresses
- 16:29Speaker 5: that are yet being accepted.
- 16:31Speaker 4: By the states and allowed to vote. Those need to
- 16:35Speaker 4: be investigated.
- 16:37Speaker 2: So a candidate could get your list and could go
- 16:39Speaker 2: to the Secretary of State and say, I demand— You
- 16:42Speaker 2: investigate these problematic, I can't prove they're fraud, but there's
- 16:46Speaker 2: a problem here, and we want you to investigate, and
- 16:48Speaker 2: I'm challenging the validity of these votes, yes?
- 16:51Speaker 6: Yes.
- 16:53Speaker 2: And that's legal. That's legal. What's not legal is you
- 16:57Speaker 2: can't give it to President Trump and the DOJ and
- 17:00Speaker 2: the federal government or whoever, maybe Homeland Security. They aren't
- 17:04Speaker 2: allowed to do this job, right? That's not legal according
- 17:07Speaker 2: to some podunk judge, a tyrant in a black robe somewhere.
- 17:12Speaker 5: Wayne, it's already been given to the Department of Homeland
- 17:14Speaker 5: Security and DOJ, and they are using the tool themselves
- 17:20Speaker 5: to do their criminal investigations. Okay, so we made this
- 17:24Speaker 5: available to the federal government. And I think there are
- 17:28Speaker 5: thousands and thousands of these ballots which are potentially illegal.
- 17:34Speaker 5: And that's the issue, is that the candidates that want this,
- 17:38Speaker 5: we will assist.
- 17:39Speaker 6: To get it.
- 17:40Speaker 4: And as Dr. Richards says, it's available Democratic or Republican.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Dr.
- 17:45Speaker 4: Richards has a foundation.
- 17:47Speaker 5: That is doing this, and he's doing it in an
- 17:49Speaker 5: impartial way, which I think improves and enhances the credibility
- 17:53Speaker 5: of what he's doing.
- 17:55Speaker 2: Right.
- 17:56Speaker 4: And that's critical.
- 17:57Speaker 5: This is an authoritative database, and it will identify authoritative
- 18:02Speaker 5: cases that are potentially illegal that will never get investigated
- 18:07Speaker 5: unless the candidates press the issue and demand that these
- 18:10Speaker 5: cases be investigated.
- 18:12Speaker 2: Jerome, let me butt in. Don't forget that my national
- 18:15Speaker 2: security emergency, NeedUSA, was never meant to be partisan or political.
- 18:19Speaker 2: I say again and again that voter ID, voter photo ID,
- 18:23Speaker 2: and proof of citizenship, and strict limits to mail-in ballots
- 18:27Speaker 2: and paper ballots, none of that is to help Republicans
- 18:30Speaker 2: get elected. It's to help create a fair and and
- 18:34Speaker 2: even playing field. But Democrats don't want a fair and
- 18:37Speaker 2: even playing field because they know what I know, that
- 18:40Speaker 2: they're not going to win elections if you eliminate all
- 18:42Speaker 2: the voter fraud. So they don't want it, even though
- 18:45Speaker 2: it's not against them per se. It's just for a
- 18:49Speaker 2: legal playing field for everybody. It's fair to everybody, but
- 18:53Speaker 2: they don't want it. So I'm sure they don't want
- 18:55Speaker 2: what Dr. Rick is offering either.
- 18:57Speaker 5: So we'll assist any candidate that wants to get access
- 19:00Speaker 5: to this data. and make sure their campaign has the data.
- 19:04Speaker 5: And that's something we are going to be working on
- 19:07Speaker 5: between now and when the election occurs.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Okay, good.
- 19:10Speaker 2: I love it. I love it, and I hope it
- 19:11Speaker 2: helps all over the United States. I hope it's not
- 19:14Speaker 2: too late. There's only a couple of weeks to go
- 19:16Speaker 2: right now. What is there, two and a half weeks
- 19:18Speaker 2: to go? We're getting down to the nitty-gritty, and you'd
- 19:21Speaker 2: have to try and challenge these before the election. I
- 19:24Speaker 2: don't know about that. Would this be effective after an
- 19:27Speaker 2: election to say, I believe I won, even though it
- 19:29Speaker 2: shows I lost, and I challenged these votes? Could you
- 19:31Speaker 2: do that?
- 19:32Speaker 5: Yes, you can use this continuously. It's available, and the
- 19:37Speaker 5: data is the data, and it will be available During
- 19:40Speaker 5: the election, on real time, as these mail-in ballots are
- 19:43Speaker 5: coming in, It'll be available before certification and it'll be
- 19:47Speaker 5: after certification. The data is available to be scrutinized and
- 19:50Speaker 5: challenged and available to any candidate that wants it.
- 19:54Speaker 4: We will assist in getting the data.
- 19:56Speaker 1: All right.
- 19:56Speaker 2: I love it. I love it. I appreciate it. Get
- 19:58Speaker 2: me some bullet points, either Dr. Rick Richards or Jerome
- 20:03Speaker 2: Corsi or Peter Tickton. Get me bullet points because I'd
- 20:06Speaker 2: like to send it to President Trump and make sure
- 20:08Speaker 2: he knows It exists out there, and I'd like to
- 20:11Speaker 2: send it to some Republican candidates I know here in
- 20:13Speaker 2: the state of Nevada to make sure they know it exists.
- 20:16Speaker 2: Send me the bullet points so I know exactly what
- 20:18Speaker 2: to say so I'm saying the right thing and passing
- 20:20Speaker 2: on the right information. Appreciate both of you being on.
- 20:23Speaker 2: Let's get Peter Tickton on. Dr. Rick Richards, thank you
- 20:26Speaker 2: for all you've done. Let's get Peter Tickton on and
- 20:29Speaker 2: see what he has to say. Okay, we're working on it.
- 20:31Speaker 2: He's setting it up as we speak. Can Jerome still
- 20:34Speaker 2: talk while we're waiting for Peter to come on? Daniel,
- 20:38Speaker 2: can Jerome still speak or we lose him when we
- 20:41Speaker 2: get Peter? Okay, all right, so give me a second.
- 20:46Speaker 2: So let me state again, we got Jerome Corsi, we
- 20:49Speaker 2: got Peter Tickton, we got Dr. Rick Richards, three guys
- 20:52Speaker 2: that are trying to make sure that our elections are
- 20:55Speaker 2: not rigged and stolen. I don't think any of us
- 20:58Speaker 2: are purposely, okay, none of us are purposely working to
- 21:02Speaker 2: destroy Democrats per se. We're looking for a fair election.
- 21:06Speaker 2: If you beat me fair and square, I have no problem.
- 21:09Speaker 2: But I don't believe that communism and Sharia law are
- 21:12Speaker 2: what people want to elect in this country. And I
- 21:14Speaker 2: don't believe they're being elected fair and square. I believe
- 21:17Speaker 2: they're criminals. I believe they are cheating and rigging and stealing.
- 21:21Speaker 2: And I believe if you create a fair playing field
- 21:24Speaker 2: for everybody, Republicans will win most of the time throughout
- 21:28Speaker 2: most of this country. So I'm trying to create that
- 21:30Speaker 2: fair and legal and equal playing field, and Democrats don't
- 21:34Speaker 2: want it. Peter, do you think any Democrat in a
- 21:37Speaker 2: big city is going to ever want what Dr. Rick
- 21:40Speaker 2: Richards is offering?
- 21:43Speaker 7: Well, you know, we've got a senator in Pennsylvania. There's
- 21:47Speaker 7: the odd one here and there.
- 21:48Speaker 6: That I think are actually honest and decent. Fetterman.
- 21:52Speaker 2: You mean Fetterman, yeah.
- 21:54Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah.
- 21:55Speaker 7: But meanwhile, you know, but I wanted to explain this
- 21:58Speaker 7: a little bit differently, okay, because I have a little
- 22:00Speaker 7: bit of a different way of explaining what Dr. Richards
- 22:03Speaker 7: has done here. first of all, you've got to give
- 22:07Speaker 7: this man credit on a lot of levels. He's a
- 22:10Speaker 7: genius to begin with. Yes, agreed. His other consciousness and
- 22:13Speaker 7: life prove it, but this helps on top of that.
- 22:17Speaker 6: He's a dedicated patriot.
- 22:19Speaker 7: He wants America to succeed like you and I and Dr.
- 22:26Speaker 6: Corsi want. He wants.
- 22:31Speaker 7: Basically, he's just a good, patriotic American, and that's why
- 22:35Speaker 7: he's not charging anybody anything for this because he knows
- 22:38Speaker 7: he's helping to save America.
- 22:40Speaker 2: So anybody can access these lists without paying a dime.
- 22:43Speaker 2: There's no money involved. He's offering it free. Amazing.
- 22:48Speaker 6: But let me explain it a little bit differently.
- 22:52Speaker 7: So let's just say you've got the voter rolls so
- 22:54Speaker 7: you know who all the voters are. And you also
- 22:57Speaker 7: have access to the data that's.
- 23:00Speaker 6: In the Bureau of Statistics, so you know who died, right? Well,
- 23:05Speaker 6: what Dr. Richards' program does is it puts these two together.
- 23:09Speaker 1: Right.
- 23:10Speaker 7: So then he knows all the voters that are listed
- 23:12Speaker 7: in the voter rolls that are dead.
- 23:14Speaker 1: Right.
- 23:15Speaker 4: And he saw some of them are voting.
- 23:16Speaker 2: He actually saw in Georgia some of them are voting. Right, right.
- 23:19Speaker 7: And then he can compare it with another database, which
- 23:22Speaker 7: shows who voted. And then he can see how many
- 23:25Speaker 7: dead people are voting.
- 23:27Speaker 8: Right.
- 23:28Speaker 6: Amazing. It's amazing. It's like David Copperfield.
- 23:31Speaker 2: Ten people voting. It's like David Copperfield. It's just amazing.
- 23:35Speaker 2: My parents died in 1992. Suddenly they're Democrat voters. Amazing.
- 23:41Speaker 7: Yeah, they changed parties. So, you know, and then if
- 23:45Speaker 7: you take it and you compare it, and this is
- 23:47Speaker 7: really what's so good about what he did, he compares
- 23:50Speaker 7: it all to the records of the property appraisers.
- 23:54Speaker 6: In each county.
- 23:56Speaker 7: So that he can, when he says it's inappropriate or
- 24:00Speaker 7: there's something wrong with it, first of all, let me
- 24:02Speaker 7: also explain that.
- 24:03Speaker 6: Fraud is telling a lie, knowing.
- 24:06Speaker 7: That it's false, with the intention the person you're saying
- 24:09Speaker 7: it to will rely on it. That person does rely
- 24:14Speaker 7: on it to his detriment. Those are the elements of fraud.
- 24:18Speaker 7: That's a legal way of looking at what fraud is.
- 24:21Speaker 7: When most people talk about election fraud, they're talking generally
- 24:24Speaker 7: that they're cheating, you know, in one way or another.
- 24:27Speaker 6: It's not really fraud. So, you know, Dr.
- 24:30Speaker 7: Richards, he's just a very careful person. He doesn't want
- 24:34Speaker 7: to ever be on the record of saying something that's false.
- 24:37Speaker 7: So that's why he's saying, I don't want to say
- 24:39Speaker 7: it's fraud, because he's right.
- 24:41Speaker 6: It's not fraud.
- 24:42Speaker 7: It's cheating in the election. But it's not what lawyers
- 24:45Speaker 7: know as fraud. So that's why he's leaving that to
- 24:49Speaker 7: the lawyers, okay?
- 24:50Speaker 6: But meanwhile, it is, okay?
- 24:52Speaker 2: And by the way, Jerome and Peter, do me a favor.
- 24:55Speaker 2: Write this down, my parents' name. David Root and Stella
- 24:58Speaker 2: Root in Westchester County, New York. They could be listed
- 25:01Speaker 2: under Mount Vernon, New York, or they could be listed
- 25:03Speaker 2: under Scarsdale, New York. They both died in 1992. I'm
- 25:06Speaker 2: very interested if you could give that information to Dr.
- 25:10Speaker 2: Rick Richards. Can you imagine if we find out that
- 25:12Speaker 2: they're voting? I mean, I made it a joke. But
- 25:14Speaker 2: for all you know, they're voting. They've been dead for,
- 25:16Speaker 2: what is it, 30-something years.
- 25:18Speaker 6: They could be voting.
- 25:20Speaker 2: So David Root and Stella Root in Westchester County, New York,
- 25:23Speaker 2: either Mount Vernon or Scarsdale, they'll be listed under. And
- 25:26Speaker 2: I'd love to hear if there's a record in New
- 25:28Speaker 2: York of them voting. It would be fascinating. I mean,
- 25:31Speaker 2: we would have such a story if we could show
- 25:33Speaker 2: that my parents are voting today. even though they've been
- 25:35Speaker 2: dead for 30 years.
- 25:37Speaker 6: Okay, but let me tell you more.
- 25:40Speaker 7: What I'm saying about the real estate, okay, when I
- 25:43Speaker 7: talk about real estate, nobody knows what I'm talking about.
- 25:46Speaker 7: But with this particular program that took six years to develop,
- 25:51Speaker 7: you look at a voter and the voter roll has
- 25:55Speaker 7: the address for that voter. That's why, and then they
- 25:58Speaker 7: can look and see it's an apartment building and it
- 26:00Speaker 7: needs to have an apartment, but there's no apartment.
- 26:03Speaker 6: So there's no way to deliver it.
- 26:05Speaker 3: Right.
- 26:05Speaker 6: OK, this is the kind of thing or.
- 26:08Speaker 7: It might be a Wal-Mart store. And how can anybody
- 26:10Speaker 7: be living there? Or how about this one, Peter?
- 26:13Speaker 2: Peter, how about this one? What if there's a real
- 26:15Speaker 2: address and it's correct? Say it's my single family home
- 26:19Speaker 2: or my apartment, but there's 3000 people registered at that apartment.
- 26:24Speaker 2: Something's wrong.
- 26:25Speaker 6: That's also what he's found.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Right.
- 26:28Speaker 7: Right? Of course. 20,000, you know, in one post office box.
- 26:31Speaker 7: How do you fit 20,000 people in a post office box?
- 26:35Speaker 7: But anyway, but that's what he's finding. And we're laughing
- 26:38Speaker 7: and we're having a good time. This is real election fraud. Right.
- 26:43Speaker 6: Not legally, technically fraud, but it's what.
- 26:46Speaker 2: We call election fraud.
- 26:46Speaker 3: No, it's not fraud.
- 26:47Speaker 2: Peter, it's not fraud. It's cheating. It's cheating. It may
- 26:50Speaker 2: not be fraud, but it's cheating.
- 26:53Speaker 7: But the point is, and this is the most important
- 26:57Speaker 7: part of it all, is we're able to, on day one,
- 27:00Speaker 7: on election day, 15 days from now, we're going to, Dr.
- 27:05Speaker 6: Richards is going to.
- 27:06Speaker 7: Be able to basically give us the lists of the
- 27:10Speaker 7: very suspicious, because they're living on a vacant lot or
- 27:13Speaker 7: they're living in a Walmart. He's going to be able
- 27:17Speaker 7: to give us all of these suspects.
- 27:20Speaker 6: Or the dead, and there's many other factors, too.
- 27:24Speaker 7: I think it's like 51 databases he's confined. It's just
- 27:27Speaker 7: an amazing thing. And he's going to be able to
- 27:30Speaker 7: tell us who the suspicious voters are on day one.
- 27:36Speaker 7: So we're going to get this stuff unraveled and undone.
- 27:39Speaker 7: But if our voters are too stupid to go to
- 27:42Speaker 7: the polls and vote— Get out and vote. Okay, look,
- 27:46Speaker 7: you know, I know some people aren't thrilled with some
- 27:49Speaker 7: of the things about Donald Trump.
- 27:50Speaker 6: I'm glad he's in Iran, but a lot of people aren't.
- 27:53Speaker 1: Right.
- 27:53Speaker 7: But if you're not happy that he's in, if there's
- 27:56Speaker 7: something you have that's bothering you about Donald Trump.
- 27:59Speaker 2: Gas prices. I guarantee that's the biggest thing. Gas prices,
- 28:02Speaker 2: the single biggest complaint I hear, gas prices.
- 28:04Speaker 6: I got it.
- 28:05Speaker 7: So if 10% of you are against, of your soul,
- 28:09Speaker 7: is against Donald Trump, or 15% of Peter Dixon is
- 28:12Speaker 7: against Donald Trump, Who is it for?
- 28:15Speaker 1: Right.
- 28:15Speaker 6: If it's against Donald Trump, it's for China. It's for
- 28:18Speaker 6: the Islamists.
- 28:20Speaker 2: What the heck are you thinking? You've got to.
- 28:22Speaker 7: Get out there and vote because that's what the bottom
- 28:24Speaker 7: line is going to be.
- 28:26Speaker 2: And you know what I always say, again, laughingly but truthfully,
- 28:29Speaker 2: what's the Democrat solution? They wanted to eliminate all fracking,
- 28:34Speaker 2: all drilling, all nuclear weapons. Every single form of energy development,
- 28:39Speaker 2: they want to destroy it all. They're going to give
- 28:41Speaker 2: you lower gas prices? They don't want gas to be
- 28:44Speaker 2: $ 5 a gallon. They don't want it to be $ 3.
- 28:47Speaker 2: They want it to be $ 10. So how can you
- 28:50Speaker 2: vote for them thinking that they have the solution? They
- 28:53Speaker 2: have no solution. They can only make it worse.
- 28:56Speaker 7: Wayne, there's no logic that you should be applying here
- 28:58Speaker 7: because what we really know is that whatever they're saying,
- 29:02Speaker 7: it doesn't matter. They're no longer the Democrat Party. any
- 29:07Speaker 7: more than the Republicans or the Republican Party. The Republican
- 29:11Speaker 7: Party now is MAGA. And MAGA is looking for solutions.
- 29:15Speaker 7: MAGA is looking for common sense. MAGA is looking to
- 29:18Speaker 7: save America. The other side is China. It's Venezuela. It's Serbia.
- 29:26Speaker 2: It's the Mexican drug cartel.
- 29:29Speaker 6: And it's the Islamists. But most of all, it's China.
- 29:34Speaker 7: It's a combination of Islam together with communism that wants
- 29:38Speaker 7: to take over our country.
- 29:40Speaker 1: If you don't get.
- 29:41Speaker 7: Out and vote you're yielding to that so you don't
- 29:44Speaker 7: even need to go so far as to say what
- 29:46Speaker 7: are they offering what they're offering is hell.
- 29:49Speaker 2: Right exactly Misery and poverty, just like Cuba, just like
- 29:54Speaker 2: Soviet Union, just like China, just like Zimbabwe.
- 29:59Speaker 7: If you don't think it's going to be that way,
- 30:02Speaker 7: ask somebody that came out of Cuba. Ask somebody that
- 30:04Speaker 7: came out of these communist countries in Europe after the
- 30:09Speaker 7: Soviet Union collapsed. Find out what this is about because
- 30:14Speaker 7: you're going to find out it's not just unhappiness and
- 30:18Speaker 7: you can't.
- 30:19Speaker 6: Go to the movies anymore.
- 30:21Speaker 7: It's total misery at what happens in every one of
- 30:26Speaker 7: these countries. And, you know, I've warned people in 2020,
- 30:29Speaker 7: but it didn't matter because that was a theft of
- 30:32Speaker 7: our country.
- 30:34Speaker 2: You know what's funny, Peter? I want to bring up
- 30:35Speaker 2: another point here, Peter and Jerome, of course. The argument
- 30:39Speaker 2: of liberals— we know it's a lie. We know that's not
- 30:41Speaker 2: the real argument. But the argument is that because of
- 30:44Speaker 2: President Trump, things cost too much. Well, we have rioting
- 30:48Speaker 2: around the world now, in particular in France. And in Milan, Italy,
- 30:52Speaker 2: and in Belgium, in every single European country, there are
- 30:56Speaker 2: riots now. And they're burning France down because the prices
- 31:01Speaker 2: are too high. So what do high prices have to
- 31:04Speaker 2: do with Donald Trump? He's not in France. He's not
- 31:06Speaker 2: in Belgium. He's not in Milan, Italy. The high prices,
- 31:10Speaker 2: the inflation is all over the world. And it's got
- 31:13Speaker 2: nothing to do with Donald J.
- 31:14Speaker 4: Trump.
- 31:16Speaker 6: Well, you know something?
- 31:16Speaker 7: I want to just point out that there's a fantastic
- 31:19Speaker 7: new book that's out right now that Jerome Corsi put
- 31:22Speaker 7: out there called The Democrats. And I'll bet that he
- 31:26Speaker 7: can answer that question better than I can because this
- 31:31Speaker 7: is his topic too.
- 31:33Speaker 4: All right.
- 31:33Speaker 2: So, Jerome, you have the last word. It's got to
- 31:35Speaker 2: be short because I've got another guest that's waiting to
- 31:37Speaker 2: get in right now at this moment with a great story. So, Jerome,
- 31:41Speaker 2: the last word is yours. Peter Tickton, love you, buddy. Jerome.
- 31:46Speaker 5: Well, the whole point of Democrats is that you're going
- 31:49Speaker 5: to be lied to because the promises, the picture of
- 31:53Speaker 5: this utopia, the free this, the free that, the candidates
- 31:59Speaker 5: running are lying, and they know they're lying. They're now
- 32:01Speaker 5: trying to moderate and say, oh, no, we don't support Hamas.
- 32:05Speaker 5: And the Democratic Party, which has been, you know, supported
- 32:08Speaker 5: by the Jewish population of America since 1948 when Harry
- 32:11Speaker 5: Truman really violated.
- 32:14Speaker 4: Allowed the State of Israel.
- 32:16Speaker 5: To be created, or the LGBT were supporting Hamas and
- 32:21Speaker 5: other radical Islamic terrorists who would behead them, it makes
- 32:25Speaker 5: no sense at all.
- 32:26Speaker 4: So you have to keep an eye.
- 32:27Speaker 5: The whole point of Democrats is to get behind the lies,
- 32:31Speaker 5: the rhetoric, the feel-good, the sound-good, and look at the truth.
- 32:36Speaker 4: And that book tells you.
- 32:37Speaker 5: The truth about every issue that the Democrats are now
- 32:40Speaker 5: campaigning on.
- 32:42Speaker 7: All right.
- 32:42Speaker 2: It's, you know, by the way, I'm Jewish. Jews voting
- 32:44Speaker 2: for Democrats is like Kentucky Fried Chicken. You know, it's
- 32:48Speaker 2: like being a chicken and rooting for Colonel Sanders. He's
- 32:52Speaker 2: going to kill you. How could you be that stupid?
- 32:55Speaker 2: It makes no sense. All right. Peter Tickton, we got
- 32:58Speaker 2: to run. Jerome Kersey, we got to run. I'll see
- 33:00Speaker 2: you every day for the next 10 days or so.
- 33:03Speaker 2: Thank you for all you guys do. You guys are
- 33:04Speaker 2: the best. And Jerome Kersey's book, Democrats, is out on Thursday.
- 33:09Speaker 2: Get a copy. Thank you, gentlemen.
- 33:12Speaker 6: Thank you so much.
- 33:13Speaker 4: Thank you.

- 38:54Speaker 2: Democrat Party Became the Democrat Socialists of America, i.e., Secretly
- 38:58Speaker 2: Marxist Jihadist Communists. I would say severely Marxist Jihadist Communists.
- 39:04Speaker 2: And we've also got with us Peter Tickton, attorney and
- 39:07Speaker 2: founder of the Tickton Law Group, both of them good
- 39:10Speaker 2: friends of Wayne Allyn Ruth. Thank you guys for being
- 39:11Speaker 2: on the show. Peter Tickton, great friend of President Trump,
- 39:15Speaker 2: his classmate in military school all those years ago, so
- 39:17Speaker 2: they've been friends for a lifetime.
- 39:19Speaker 6: Dr.
- 39:20Speaker 2: Rick Richards is with us again, second day in a row,
- 39:23Speaker 2: owner of Ellie, the ElectorList software, which you can find
- 39:26Speaker 2: at theelectorlist.com, an amazing system. he told us about yesterday.
- 39:31Speaker 2: So I don't know. Who should we start with, guys?
- 39:33Speaker 2: Tell me who I'm starting with.
- 39:36Speaker 4: I'll start.
- 39:37Speaker 1: Go ahead.
- 39:38Speaker 4: Shoot.
- 39:38Speaker 2: Jerome Corsi is going to start. Go ahead, Jerome. We
- 39:40Speaker 2: got you all on the screen this time. All of
- 39:42Speaker 2: you are up. Peter, you're up. We didn't hide you.
- 39:44Speaker 2: You're up.
- 39:45Speaker 5: I know.
- 39:45Speaker 1: I know.
- 39:46Speaker 6: It's amazing.
- 39:48Speaker 1: Thank Daniel.
- 39:49Speaker 2: Daniel's my producer, and he lives thousands of miles away,
- 39:52Speaker 2: and he does all this on the fly. He's really good.
- 39:54Speaker 1: All right.
- 39:54Speaker 2: So, Jerome, tell us, how do you want to start
- 39:56Speaker 2: this thing off? We're talking about election fraud. And by
- 39:59Speaker 2: the way, let me make a comment. You can riff
- 40:00Speaker 2: off the comment. President Trump had a press conference today
- 40:04Speaker 2: with J.D. Vance, and he announced a $ 25 million fraud
- 40:08Speaker 2: whistleblower program. If you see fraud, they're going to give
- 40:11Speaker 2: you— you could make $ 100, 000 or $ 1 million or whatever the
- 40:15Speaker 2: number is by being a whistleblower and reporting the fraud.
- 40:18Speaker 2: And I applaud that, and I think it's great, but
- 40:21Speaker 2: it really is missing something here. I have argued since 2020, loudly,
- 40:26Speaker 2: that we need a $ 100 million or more whistleblower program
- 40:30Speaker 2: for voter fraud. Trump should offer huge amounts of money
- 40:35Speaker 2: as a reward if you come forward and show how
- 40:38Speaker 2: votes are illegal and votes are rigged and elections are
- 40:42Speaker 2: being stolen. And if you're a person that can show
- 40:44Speaker 2: the Democrats are stealing an entire state, maybe you get
- 40:47Speaker 2: a million dollars. I think that they did the right
- 40:50Speaker 2: thing today, but they did it for the wrong program.
- 40:54Speaker 2: It should be for voter fraud, not for money fraud,
- 40:57Speaker 2: or do it for both. But don't forget, people are greedy.
- 41:01Speaker 2: And if you offer them money, they'll come forward and
- 41:04Speaker 2: tell you how elections are being stolen. Jerome, thoughts?
- 41:09Speaker 4: Well, I agree with you. I think you're exactly right.
- 41:12Speaker 4: And today, what we're.
- 41:13Speaker 5: Going to focus on are voters who submit mail-in ballots
- 41:20Speaker 5: with a virtual address. A virtual address is, for instance,
- 41:24Speaker 5: you go to UPS, get a box, but they give
- 41:27Speaker 5: you an address that's in cyberspace.
- 41:31Speaker 4: And, of course, it is not.
- 41:33Speaker 5: Legal to register to vote with a virtual address. Yet
- 41:38Speaker 5: we're going to see that these are probable cause— worthy
- 41:43Speaker 5: of inspection of potential voter cheating, crimes being committed, and
- 41:49Speaker 5: yet they're in huge numbers.
- 41:51Speaker 4: And with Dr. Richards, with his.
- 41:53Speaker 5: Database, comprehensive database of voter registrations and mail-in ballots, we
- 41:59Speaker 5: found some shocking evidence, which I think is going to
- 42:03Speaker 5: really get the attention of the viewers because of the
- 42:06Speaker 5: numbers and the frequency of the number of people registering
- 42:12Speaker 5: in And getting mail-in ballots.
- 42:15Speaker 4: With virtual, you know, they live in virtual space. They
- 42:18Speaker 4: don't have a real address associated with their registration. So, Dr. Richards,
- 42:24Speaker 4: please provide the evidence of this.
- 42:26Speaker 2: And let me, before, doctor, before you even talk, I
- 42:28Speaker 2: just want to say something. And I want to get
- 42:31Speaker 2: Peter's reaction. I want Peter's reaction to what I'm about
- 42:33Speaker 2: to say. I argued for the last eight months that
- 42:36Speaker 2: we were going up the wrong tree with this Save
- 42:39Speaker 2: America Act, which is wonderful, but which was never going
- 42:42Speaker 2: to stop mail-in ballots. It was only going to be
- 42:45Speaker 2: proof of citizenship and voter ID, both wonderful, important things.
- 42:49Speaker 2: But I believe the whole key to elections being stolen—
- 42:53Speaker 2: is mail-in ballots. That's why Democrats want mail-in ballots. It's
- 42:57Speaker 2: so easy to commit fraud with mail-in ballots, and I
- 43:00Speaker 2: believe that's the whole kit and caboodle. Are elections being
- 43:03Speaker 2: stolen with hacks on the machines?
- 43:05Speaker 1: Maybe.
- 43:06Speaker 2: With proof of citizenship not being done? Maybe. With no
- 43:09Speaker 2: voter ID?
- 43:10Speaker 4: Maybe.
- 43:11Speaker 2: But number one to me is mail-in ballots are a
- 43:14Speaker 2: recipe for voter fraud. It's a disaster. No other country
- 43:18Speaker 2: in the world allows you to mail in your ballots.
- 43:20Speaker 2: Everyone in the country to mail in their ballots. Nobody
- 43:23Speaker 2: does that. But the United States, it's wrong. And I
- 43:26Speaker 2: hope President Trump is aware of that, Peter.
- 43:31Speaker 6: Believe me, he's aware.
- 43:32Speaker 7: It's kind of funny because, you know, Jerry— advise the
- 43:38Speaker 7: president at the same time that I was advising the
- 43:41Speaker 7: president of the program that Rick Richards has developed. Neither
- 43:47Speaker 7: one of us knew the other was doing it at
- 43:49Speaker 7: the time that we did it, but each one of
- 43:51Speaker 7: us basically let the.
- 43:52Speaker 6: President know about it.
- 43:54Speaker 7: And he seemed pretty happy about it to each of us.
- 43:58Speaker 7: I don't think he realized at the time that there
- 44:00Speaker 7: weren't two different programs.
- 44:02Speaker 6: So you got to make that clear to him. But anyway, I.
- 44:06Speaker 7: Think it's really— good news and good things that are
- 44:10Speaker 7: being done here. I'm very concerned about this election and
- 44:14Speaker 7: the cheating may come about.
- 44:17Speaker 2: Me too.
- 44:18Speaker 7: And, you know, $ 25 million isn't going to touch what
- 44:21Speaker 7: the real problem may.
- 44:22Speaker 6: Be, which is what's orchestrated by the machines.
- 44:27Speaker 7: And, you know, for many months I've been talking, maybe
- 44:30Speaker 7: a year or so, I've been talking about the nightmare scenario,
- 44:34Speaker 7: which is that... that we not only lose the House
- 44:38Speaker 7: and the Senate, but we lose the Senate by enough
- 44:41Speaker 7: senators that they're going to be able— you know, there
- 44:44Speaker 7: are going to be some that we're going to discover
- 44:46Speaker 7: that are compromised, that just throw bags, right? They got
- 44:49Speaker 7: caught doing something they shouldn't have done, probably videotaped doing it.
- 44:54Speaker 8: Right.
- 44:54Speaker 2: I've said this all along.
- 44:55Speaker 1: Yep.
- 44:56Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah.
- 44:57Speaker 1: Blackmail.
- 44:58Speaker 7: Yeah, so I don't know how many senators they really
- 45:00Speaker 7: need for the one time they've got to use their
- 45:04Speaker 7: pressure tactics on those that are— Yeah.
- 45:08Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 45:08Speaker 2: They're shit. Because I think that's what happens. I think
- 45:11Speaker 2: all the senators are videotaped doing something terrible that they
- 45:14Speaker 2: don't want their wife or kids to know about or
- 45:16Speaker 2: the public to know about or their voters to know
- 45:18Speaker 2: about their constituents. And then they say to them, look,
- 45:20Speaker 2: we're not going to tell you you're Republican. It would
- 45:22Speaker 2: look ridiculous if you voted with the Democrats all the time.
- 45:25Speaker 2: But once or twice a year, we need your vote.
- 45:28Speaker 2: And when we come to you, you better give us
- 45:30Speaker 2: your vote or we're going to let the whole world
- 45:33Speaker 2: know what a piece of garbage you are and ruin
- 45:35Speaker 2: your career and ruin your marriage and your kids will
- 45:37Speaker 2: never speak to you again. And so they just get
- 45:40Speaker 2: that shit once or twice a year on something big
- 45:43Speaker 2: that matters. And I believe the same thing's happening in
- 45:46Speaker 2: the Supreme Court. It's very obvious to me. that these
- 45:48Speaker 2: guys are compromised. Something's wrong only on certain votes. They
- 45:52Speaker 2: still vote with us 70% of the time, but on
- 45:55Speaker 2: key votes, they side with Democrats on things that are
- 45:58Speaker 2: so ridiculous, you can't even believe they'd vote for that
- 46:01Speaker 2: if you're a conservative. So I think they're blackmailed, they're compromised.
- 46:06Speaker 2: But let's ask- Just things that count.
- 46:08Speaker 7: Just things that count to enable them to take over
- 46:11Speaker 7: our country.
- 46:12Speaker 2: Right, like counting ballots for a week after the election.
- 46:16Speaker 2: Why would you ever agree? It's crazy. All right, so let.
- 46:20Speaker 4: Me get to Rick Richards.
- 46:21Speaker 7: You know, that was really eloquent, because that's exactly the
- 46:27Speaker 7: point that I didn't quite spell out the way you did.
- 46:32Speaker 7: But that's what I'm concerned. So let's just say they've
- 46:35Speaker 7: got 10. I mean, we know that there's four that
- 46:38Speaker 7: are turncoat anyway. So let's just say they got another
- 46:41Speaker 7: six at a compromise. You know, they went to Beijing
- 46:44Speaker 7: for one thing or another, and they end up in
- 46:46Speaker 7: a room with some gorgeous woman that looks like she's 25,
- 46:51Speaker 7: but turns out she's 15 when she takes her makeup off. And,
- 46:55Speaker 7: you know, these rooms all probably have cameras in them.
- 47:00Speaker 6: And audio in them.
- 47:02Speaker 1: Right.
- 47:02Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah.
- 47:03Speaker 7: So they fall into the trap, and, you know, they're
- 47:06Speaker 7: basically entrapped this way.
- 47:08Speaker 2: Peter, it's... Peter, it doesn't have to be in Beijing.
- 47:11Speaker 2: I think it happens in Washington, D.C. every day. Has
- 47:13Speaker 2: nothing to do with Beijing. I mean, it's even worse
- 47:15Speaker 2: in Beijing when you're off American soil. We know they
- 47:17Speaker 2: got you there. In Moscow, we know they can get
- 47:20Speaker 2: you there. But they do it in Washington, D.C., as
- 47:22Speaker 2: sure as I'm sitting here. I'm telling you. They got
- 47:25Speaker 2: a camera set up in a bedroom in Virginia, and
- 47:28Speaker 2: they got some hot babe in Virginia, or maybe 10
- 47:31Speaker 2: hot babes for one senator, and he walks into an orgy,
- 47:34Speaker 2: and they got him on camera. Now, once a year,
- 47:36Speaker 2: he's going to vote with them. And that one is
- 47:38Speaker 2: the most impactful, important vote of the year that destroys
- 47:41Speaker 2: our whole MAGA agenda. That's what I think is going on.
- 47:44Speaker 2: But listen, let's get to Doc.
- 47:46Speaker 6: Dr.
- 47:46Speaker 2: Rick Richards created a new tool called the Elector List.
- 47:49Speaker 2: He talked about it yesterday. Today, you're going to be
- 47:51Speaker 2: sharing data that proves illegal ballot harvesting is occurring even
- 47:57Speaker 2: in South Dakota, a place you'd never expect it. So
- 48:01Speaker 2: go ahead, Doctor. The platform is yours.
- 48:03Speaker 1: Thank you, sir. Appreciate you having me on again today.
- 48:07Speaker 1: Let me start out by answering the question. Your parents
- 48:10Speaker 1: are not on the New York Good. I checked yesterday.
- 48:15Speaker 1: They're no longer there.
- 48:16Speaker 2: Thank you. Thank you.
- 48:18Speaker 1: Today, we're going to talk about people who live in mailboxes.
- 48:22Speaker 1: And one of the reasons we're going to talk about
- 48:23Speaker 1: people who live in mailboxes is because they're not eligible
- 48:27Speaker 1: to register to vote at a mailbox. So the people
- 48:31Speaker 1: we're talking about today. filled out an application, and they
- 48:35Speaker 1: are not eligible to vote. Their application was not to
- 48:38Speaker 1: be approved. It was anyway. So they are among those
- 48:42Speaker 1: who were not eligible in the first instance. And according
- 48:45Speaker 1: to the DOJ, they can be removed from the voter
- 48:49Speaker 1: roll immediately. void ab initio. So those are the people
- 48:54Speaker 1: we're going to talk about today. I'm going to share
- 48:57Speaker 1: my screen today and start out with a quick summary
- 49:00Speaker 1: update from yesterday. Yesterday, we had 940,000 early votes and
- 49:03Speaker 1: absentee ballots in, and we had 25,000 leads. Today, we
- 49:05Speaker 1: have 1.1 million, and we're up to 31,000 leads. Yesterday,
- 49:07Speaker 1: we had, just for reference, we had just for reference,
- 49:18Speaker 1: we had 11,000 people from Fulton County. And in one day,
- 49:24Speaker 1: these are votes that need to be looked at. In
- 49:29Speaker 1: Fulton County, we now have 12,455. One county, 12,000 leads.
- 49:31Speaker 1: That could be.
- 49:32Speaker 2: That could be. Fraudulent. Could be. We're not saying they are.
- 49:39Speaker 2: We're saying they're problematic and it doesn't look good and
- 49:42Speaker 2: someone should be investigating them, correct?
- 49:44Speaker 1: Everyone should be reviewed by a human before it's accepted
- 49:47Speaker 1: and counted as a vote. That is correct.
- 49:50Speaker 6: Got it.
- 49:51Speaker 2: So tell us about South Dakota. Tell us what's going
- 49:53Speaker 2: on in South Dakota.
- 49:55Speaker 1: This is Ellie's opening screen, and I have South Dakota up.
- 49:58Speaker 1: We have all these states that we can drill down on.
- 50:02Speaker 1: And if any of your listeners want to get credentials
- 50:04Speaker 1: to do what I'm doing, they can just send me
- 50:06Speaker 1: an email, and we'll vet them and then give them credentials,
- 50:09Speaker 1: and they go in and look at their state. They
- 50:11Speaker 1: can see exactly what I'm getting ready to show you.
- 50:14Speaker 1: So we're going to talk about America's virtual mailbox voters.
- 50:18Speaker 1: They sell their residency. You can sign up. A street
- 50:24Speaker 1: address you never even have to visit. There are 1.7
- 50:27Speaker 1: million people who rent a commercial mailbox address, sign up online,
- 50:32Speaker 1: mail scan, forward it to anywhere you are. 82,000 of
- 50:38Speaker 1: these places around the United States, not a single one
- 50:42Speaker 1: of them is a home. You can't live in a mailbox.
- 50:46Speaker 1: It's like a post office at 23,000, 9,000 independent, different
- 50:48Speaker 1: types of them. Every address here receives mail for people
- 50:58Speaker 1: who don't live there, and it is not likely a
- 51:01Speaker 1: valid registration. There are some exceptions, few. Let's take a
- 51:06Speaker 1: look at six addresses in the United States that have 34,000 voters. Wow.
- 51:12Speaker 1: America's mailbox in Box Elder, South Dakota, has 14,816, except
- 51:14Speaker 1: I looked up this morning, and it's now over 14,900.
- 51:15Speaker 4: Wow.
- 51:24Speaker 1: In Dakota Post, 5,000. Escapes Mail Service in Florida, 4,300.
- 51:32Speaker 1: Same company in Livingston, Texas, 4,300. Spearfish South Dakota, 3,300 people.
- 51:39Speaker 1: Your best— and these are not where people live. They're just mailboxes.
- 51:45Speaker 1: In South Dakota itself, 26,000 voters at eight addresses. 21,000
- 51:56Speaker 1: people who are getting it at the post office. So
- 51:59Speaker 1: we've got a total of 47,000 voters in South Dakota
- 52:06Speaker 1: who are registered at a mailbox. 7% of the voters
- 52:10Speaker 1: in South Dakota.
- 52:12Speaker 2: Many of them- And that's, doctor, that's illegal? Is that
- 52:15Speaker 2: technically illegal?
- 52:17Speaker 1: It is illegal to be registered at a post office box.
- 52:21Speaker 1: There are some that are route number four, box 86.
- 52:25Speaker 1: I'm not talking about those. I'm talking about the little box.
- 52:28Speaker 1: You can't be registered at a student post office. You
- 52:32Speaker 1: can't be registered at a U.S. post office. You can't
- 52:34Speaker 1: be registered at a UPS store. These are like the
- 52:37Speaker 1: UPS stores. I'm not even counting the students. This is
- 52:40Speaker 1: without counting all the students.
- 52:43Speaker 2: Right.
- 52:44Speaker 1: So what do you have to do to get a residency?
- 52:46Speaker 1: I actually called them and talked to them, had a chat.
- 52:49Speaker 1: All you got to do is rent a mailbox, spend
- 52:52Speaker 1: one night in South Dakota, which grants you a driver's
- 52:56Speaker 1: license for another $ 28. So the mailbox becomes your legal
- 53:00Speaker 1: address and your voting address. Of course, the law says
- 53:04Speaker 1: you have to be a resident keeps a dwelling where
- 53:07Speaker 1: the individual lives and usually sleeps for at least 30
- 53:11Speaker 1: consecutive days. So all of these violate the law in
- 53:15Speaker 1: South Dakota. What they told me was your PMB address,
- 53:20Speaker 1: private mailbox address, serves as both your residential and your
- 53:23Speaker 1: mailing address for voter registration. All mail-in packages in your box,
- 53:28Speaker 1: including absentee ballots, will be forwarded to one address that
- 53:32Speaker 1: you provide. That's straight in their chat. Got it this week.
- 53:37Speaker 1: So in one house, let's drill down even further. In
- 53:41Speaker 1: one house in South Dakota.
- 53:44Speaker 1: In a town where only 447 people live, there are 1,476
- 53:48Speaker 1: people registered to vote.
- 53:51Speaker 2: Unbelievable.
- 53:52Speaker 1: One house. Seventy-five percent of the town's vote came from
- 53:57Speaker 1: one house.
- 53:59Speaker 2: And I can imagine how bad it is where I live,
- 54:01Speaker 2: because here's the deal, Dr. Rick Richards. I live in
- 54:04Speaker 2: Las Vegas, Nevada, and we all know that Las Vegas
- 54:08Speaker 2: is dirty. We all know there are literally thousands and
- 54:11Speaker 2: thousands of illegals voting, probably tens of thousands. We all
- 54:15Speaker 2: know that the culinary union is made up of all
- 54:17Speaker 2: the legals, and they give them lists of who to
- 54:19Speaker 2: vote for in Spanish. We all know that it's a disaster.
- 54:22Speaker 2: We know that in certain Hispanic neighborhoods in Las Vegas,
- 54:26Speaker 2: people don't even speak English, and they're standing in line until,
- 54:29Speaker 2: you know, 9 o'clock at night when the polls should
- 54:31Speaker 2: be closed. They're keeping the polls open late because they're
- 54:33Speaker 2: all in line to vote for hours. And they're getting
- 54:36Speaker 2: in their last votes, and God knows if they voted
- 54:38Speaker 2: eight times, it's just ridiculous how much fraud there is
- 54:43Speaker 2: in this country. And one more thing I want to say, Doc.
- 54:46Speaker 2: In Nevada, the legislature is all Democrats. They voted in
- 54:50Speaker 2: that every single person gets a mail-in ballot, whether you
- 54:54Speaker 2: want one or not. So the entire state of 1.5
- 54:58Speaker 2: million voters gets a mail-in ballot, and no one knows
- 55:01Speaker 2: where it goes.
- 55:03Speaker 1: Well, we will. The election monitor will. We have Nevada
- 55:09Speaker 1: we're loading up this week. So you got 760 out
- 55:12Speaker 1: of 1,009 votes voted from one house. That seems a
- 55:18Speaker 1: little odd to me. So in a letter emailed to
- 55:24Speaker 1: the county administrators complaining about this, this is what came back.
- 55:29Speaker 1: Advice from the Secretary of State to the county administrators. Quote,
- 55:33Speaker 1: you should take their registration at face value. The information
- 55:37Speaker 1: given may appear to you as wrong or even impossible
- 55:40Speaker 1: to be true, but you should accept it. We all
- 55:43Speaker 1: know that a park bench can be the abode, so
- 55:46Speaker 1: our residence definition is fairly expansive.
- 55:51Speaker 3: Right.
- 55:51Speaker 2: Well, listen. So look, switch off the machine, Dr. Richards,
- 55:56Speaker 2: so I can see faces now. Because you've made your point.
- 56:00Speaker 2: I got it. We can't read all this stuff on
- 56:02Speaker 2: the screen. Let me get faces now. People like faces.
- 56:05Speaker 2: They want to see us. So let me ask you
- 56:08Speaker 2: the question. This is the million-dollar question. I don't care
- 56:10Speaker 2: if Dr. Richards answers it. I don't care if Jerome
- 56:13Speaker 2: answers it. I don't care if Peter answers it. This
- 56:16Speaker 2: system is brilliant, and you're a genius. It's a genius system.
- 56:20Speaker 2: It's amazing. It should be utilized. It should be mandatory.
- 56:23Speaker 2: No one's criticizing your system.
- 56:25Speaker 6: It's great.
- 56:26Speaker 2: I love it. I love it. But it's voluntary whether
- 56:30Speaker 2: states use it or not. So therefore, no one could
- 56:34Speaker 2: be forced to use it. So if they want to cheat,
- 56:37Speaker 2: they will cheat, even though we know we got them.
- 56:40Speaker 2: It doesn't matter. They're going to cheat in blue states
- 56:42Speaker 2: if they want to cheat.
- 56:44Speaker 6: That's true.
- 56:45Speaker 1: That's true. But. We have a brilliant team at Alley
- 56:49Speaker 1: that's put this together. And one of the core principles
- 56:53Speaker 1: was we would make it free and available to the public.
- 56:56Speaker 1: We have democratized the entire U.S. voter roll. If they
- 57:01Speaker 1: go to TheElectorList.com, scroll down and hit the Apply button,
- 57:06Speaker 1: they can apply for privileges to see the type data
- 57:10Speaker 1: that I'm showing you right now. Anybody. We will screen
- 57:13Speaker 1: them out and vet people for bad actors. It'd be
- 57:16Speaker 1: nice if they at least had a... cursory knowledge of
- 57:19Speaker 1: how to use Excel or databases, but they can then
- 57:23Speaker 1: look at the information and they can share it with
- 57:25Speaker 1: their own county registrar. They can share it with the public.
- 57:28Speaker 1: They can talk about what they're finding. People can go
- 57:31Speaker 1: in and look up their own registration. And when they
- 57:35Speaker 1: look up their own registration, It will show them who
- 57:38Speaker 1: all is registered at their address and who all is
- 57:41Speaker 1: voting from their address. And then they can take the
- 57:44Speaker 1: appropriate actions to report that to the secretary of state's
- 57:47Speaker 1: office of the county election office. So the entire voter
- 57:50Speaker 1: rolls save three states, which are coming in hopefully this
- 57:54Speaker 1: week to be added, Kentucky, New Hampshire and North Dakota.
- 57:58Speaker 1: So it's right there for them.
- 58:00Speaker 2: It's free.
- 58:01Speaker 1: It's easy. I've got it set up. If you want
- 58:03Speaker 1: me to show you how to do it, I'll show
- 58:05Speaker 1: you and show your listeners how to use it right now.
- 58:08Speaker 2: But listen, but you can't make the county clerk or
- 58:11Speaker 2: the secretary of state of the state accept that information.
- 58:15Speaker 2: If they don't want to dig into it and investigate it,
- 58:18Speaker 2: like the letter you read to us, if they claim
- 58:21Speaker 2: that that's not fraud and they're not even going to investigate,
- 58:24Speaker 2: then they won't. I'm just being devil's advocate here. That's
- 58:27Speaker 2: the problem here, right?
- 58:28Speaker 1: That's true, but there's been a law passed, and the
- 58:32Speaker 1: DOJ has sent out a letter to the county officials
- 58:35Speaker 1: telling them they can be held liable for not acting
- 58:39Speaker 1: upon this information. So there is a follow-up step.
- 58:43Speaker 5: And secondly, we're also going to make this available to candidates.
- 58:48Speaker 5: So the candidates can have the information, and they can
- 58:52Speaker 5: begin investigating.
- 58:53Speaker 8: Okay.
- 58:54Speaker 4: It's available to candidates on both sides of the aisle.
- 58:56Speaker 2: It's great, Jerome. It's great, Peter. It's great. It's great, Dr. Richards.
- 59:01Speaker 2: I'm just being the devil's advocate here that it's going
- 59:03Speaker 2: to be another situation like 2020 where nothing will happen
- 59:07Speaker 2: until after the election and after Democrats claim they win
- 59:12Speaker 2: and after it's certified, we'll say, look, it was all fraud.
- 59:16Speaker 2: They didn't win these eight states. They didn't win these
- 59:18Speaker 2: 16 congressional districts. It's complete. We have the proof here
- 59:22Speaker 2: and they're going to in the media go, oh, we're
- 59:23Speaker 2: all a bunch of liars and jerks and we're all
- 59:25Speaker 2: making stuff up. Same thing as always. That's the problem.
- 59:28Speaker 1: It won't work because we have the data. We can
- 59:33Speaker 1: run this information a week after, two weeks after, three
- 59:37Speaker 1: weeks after. We can forward the exact data to the
- 59:40Speaker 1: politicians and the lawyers to prove what the outcome should
- 59:44Speaker 1: have been.
- 59:44Speaker 5: And it's not well known because it didn't get much reported,
- 59:48Speaker 5: but there have been FBI.
- 59:50Speaker 4: Seizures of ballots. It was even reported, I believe, in
- 59:54Speaker 4: 60 Minutes.
- 59:55Speaker 1: This year.
- 59:56Speaker 2: This year.
- 59:57Speaker 4: This year, yes. This year. So this is probable cause evidence. Okay.
- 1:00:03Speaker 5: Probable cause evidence that law enforcement can be utilized to
- 1:00:07Speaker 5: get search warrants and the ballots can be seized.
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: And actions like that have begun.
- 1:00:14Speaker 5: So this is not, you know, again, I think President
- 1:00:17Speaker 5: Trump is at the point of making sure that this
- 1:00:21Speaker 5: type of data, he's aware of it, this type of
- 1:00:23Speaker 5: data is actionable data. And so therefore, especially as we
- 1:00:27Speaker 5: get it into the hands of candidates and candidates see that,
- 1:00:31Speaker 5: you know, a thousand people who were virtual address voted
- 1:00:36Speaker 5: a mail in ballots and they lost by 200 ballots.
- 1:00:41Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:00:42Speaker 5: And so therefore, this is not hypothetical any longer. This
- 1:00:46Speaker 5: is actionable as we make this available and get it known,
- 1:00:49Speaker 5: which is the tremendous value of your show right now
- 1:00:53Speaker 5: is that we're telling people. that this is not a
- 1:00:55Speaker 5: game any longer. This is a game where the Department
- 1:00:58Speaker 5: of Justice has been putting people on notice that there
- 1:01:00Speaker 5: are potential criminal and civil responsibilities for allowing this type
- 1:01:06Speaker 5: of irregularity to go uninspected and undetected and not removed
- 1:01:13Speaker 5: from the database. So what we're showing you is now
- 1:01:16Speaker 5: reaching a new level of importance. And it's going to
- 1:01:18Speaker 5: be available.
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: Dr.
- 1:01:19Speaker 5: Bridges is going to be making it available, as he said,
- 1:01:22Speaker 5: to the public. And also the candidates. And as such,
- 1:01:26Speaker 5: the irregularities, the massive irregularities that are in our databases
- 1:01:30Speaker 5: can no longer be ignored.
- 1:01:32Speaker 4: All right.
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: Well, this team is working to change everything. I'm losing
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: time here, guys. I got another guest waiting to get in.
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: But let me let Peter get the last word. Peter Tickton,
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: last word. Do you think that President Trump, he knows
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: about this? He knows you're on my show. He knows Dr.
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: Richard's system. Do you think this could lead to a
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: major difference in this election? And could it lead to
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: President Trump declaring some form of of a national security emergency,
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: maybe not my idea exactly, but some version of a
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: national security emergency that would allow him to use this
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: system to prove that votes are fraudulent and overturn an election. Yes.
- 1:02:11Speaker 6: In fact, that's exactly what I was going to bring
- 1:02:13Speaker 6: to your attention.
- 1:02:14Speaker 7: You and I are really in the same universe here.
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: We always are.
- 1:02:18Speaker 6: I know. It's strange.
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: I guess it's Mount Vernon.
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: It's Mount Vernon. Mount Vernon, New York.
- 1:02:26Speaker 7: Well, we went to the same school, the same— Elementary school. So, OK, so,
- 1:02:32Speaker 7: you know, yes, this is exactly my point. If everything
- 1:02:36Speaker 7: else fails and we end up with enough senators to
- 1:02:39Speaker 7: not only— so not only can there be an impeachment, but
- 1:02:42Speaker 7: there could be a removal, which is the nightmare scenario
- 1:02:46Speaker 7: that both Donald Trump and J.D. Vance would both be
- 1:02:49Speaker 7: removed by the Senate after they're impeached. That would make
- 1:02:52Speaker 7: Hakeem Jeffries the president of the United States, and.
- 1:02:55Speaker 6: It would be all over.
- 1:02:56Speaker 7: We'll never see democracy in this country again if that happens.
- 1:03:00Speaker 6: We'll never see freedom of speech again if that happens.
- 1:03:03Speaker 6: And the whole world's going to go down.
- 1:03:05Speaker 7: So, you know, what— so the one thing that— I' m telling you,
- 1:03:10Speaker 7: Donald Trump's the one guy in the world, in all
- 1:03:13Speaker 7: of history, who was the president of the United States
- 1:03:16Speaker 7: who relinquished power because of an election that he knew
- 1:03:20Speaker 7: was rigged. And he saw what they did to the
- 1:03:23Speaker 7: United States after that. To say nothing of what they
- 1:03:26Speaker 7: did to him and people that he loved. But what
- 1:03:28Speaker 7: they did to the United States after that, he's not
- 1:03:32Speaker 7: going to let it happen again. I know this man,
- 1:03:35Speaker 7: and he's not going to let it happen again. All right,
- 1:03:37Speaker 7: there you heard it.
- 1:03:38Speaker 6: This gives him the ammunition. This gives him what he needs.
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: This is the basis. All right.
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: Good.
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: I was trying to be devil's advocate, but that's good.
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: I'm glad to hear you say it so emphatically that
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: now you've heard it from the president's attorney and friend
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: and and a J6 attorney and childhood buddy. And Peter
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: Tickton knows the president. Well, I know pretty well, too,
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: but not as good as Peter knows him. And he
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: says he's not going to let this election be stolen.
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: And now we've got the tools. We've got the ammo
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: to prevent it is the plan here. We'll have these
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: guys back. every day for the next 10 days to
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: talk about new and interesting information and data that's coming
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: out of this amazing system by Dr. Rick Richards.
- 1:04:21Speaker 4: We got to run.
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: We got other guests, Rick Richards, Jerome Corsi, Peter Tickton.
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: Thank you again. God bless you. You are doing God's work.
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: Thank you, gentlemen.
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: All right, we come right back. We got one more
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: guest to go, and you're going to want to hear
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: this story. Just like yesterday, we had a great story
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: after Peter and Jerome and Dr. Richards. And we got
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: another one today that you're going to want to hear
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: that's going to just knock your socks off. We'll be
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: right back. Wayne Root, Warzone Live. All right, way down
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: the route, Dan Montano's with me. Dan is the CEO
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: of Z-Chad Genesis Medicine, a biotech company. They've been developing
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: medicines to treat Parkinson's, reverse type 2 diabetes, reverse heart disease,
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: and to potentially reverse chronic pain. Dan, update us on
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: the success that you're having.
- 1:05:15Speaker 6: Things are phenomenal.
- 1:05:16Speaker 8: We've dosed 270 Parkinson's patients, amazing improvements, and about 90
- 1:05:20Speaker 8: type 2 diabetes. Everything's going great with the patients.
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: And one of those success stories, I'm a witness, is
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: my dear friend, Hollis, who has managed one of my
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: businesses for 30 years. So I've known him for three decades.
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: He needed a walker or a wheelchair to get around.
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: I asked you to treat him. After one treatment, tell
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: my viewers what happened.
- 1:05:39Speaker 8: He showed up at the clinic, and a walker could
- 1:05:41Speaker 8: barely make it through the door. He got dosed, and
- 1:05:43Speaker 8: three weeks later, you can see the follow-up, him walking
- 1:05:46Speaker 8: around like he's a young kid again. Look at him.
- 1:05:48Speaker 8: That's Hollis making around, and he's telling us he's doing great.
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: Balance.
- 1:05:53Speaker 6: Energy, et cetera.
- 1:05:54Speaker 8: Things are going great.
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: Thank you, Wayne. He called me and he told me,
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: he feels like a young kid again. And that's with
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: one dose. How many doses would a person suffering from
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: Parkinson's or a stroke normally get?
- 1:06:04Speaker 8: 12 over three years, 12 doses.
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: Let's talk about your pre-IPO investment opportunity. First, tell my fans,
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: what is a pre-IPO?
- 1:06:15Speaker 8: That's when you get into a company before it goes public.
- 1:06:19Speaker 8: Usually a company raises a small amount of money, half
- 1:06:21Speaker 8: a million, a million dollars. When I was an investment
- 1:06:23Speaker 8: banker for 30 years, we kept them all to ourselves.
- 1:06:25Speaker 8: They're very rarely offered to anybody outside.
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: How come most of the people watching us now have
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: never seen a pre-IPO investment opportunity before?
- 1:06:34Speaker 8: Because investment bankers keep them for themselves or their close friends.
- 1:06:37Speaker 8: They don't let strangers in. We are because we want
- 1:06:39Speaker 8: the public involved.
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: This pre-IPO investment opportunity is with one of your sister
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: marketing companies, Telesmith Company.
- 1:06:48Speaker 8: Regenerative Medicine of Europe is about the same marketplace opportunity
- 1:06:51Speaker 8: as the United States, and we have a lot of
- 1:06:54Speaker 8: interest over there. So it'll be IPO in 9 to
- 1:06:56Speaker 8: 12 months, and I think it'll be very successful.
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: What are the details of this investment deal? We're doing
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: $ 5 a share.
- 1:07:04Speaker 8: 200,000 shares, raising a million dollars.
- 1:07:09Speaker 6: And that's it.
- 1:07:10Speaker 4: $ 10, 000.
- 1:07:10Speaker 6: Is the minimum. Very small.
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: $ 10, 000 minimum. And when is the IPO expected to happen?
- 1:07:17Speaker 6: Nine to 12 months.
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: This is your chance to get in before an IPO listing.
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: Go now to a new website they created just for
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: my fans, invest-war.com. That's invest-war.com. Dan Montano, Zitra Genesis Medicine.
- 1:07:33Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 1:07:44Speaker 2: Let me start with, before I get to my esteemed guests, who,
- 1:07:47Speaker 2: by the way, have got, they're revealing proof of probable
- 1:07:51Speaker 2: cause of election fraud today, exclusive to me and my fans.
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: The only people in the world are going to know
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: about it to start off today is my fans, people
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: who watch this show, courtesy of Jerome Kersey, Peter Tickton,
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: and Dr. But let me first thank the sponsor of
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: this show, Lost Soldier Oil & Gas, this segment sponsored
- 1:08:11Speaker 2: by Lost Soldier, headed by oil and gas legend Mark Bruner,
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: whose company has created more than $ 15 billion in shareholder value.
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: At its peak, his company, Penteco Energy, grew about 100
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: to 1 for investors. Old Petroleum soared 1,000 to 1.
- 1:08:24Speaker 2: Have you ever had anything soar 100 to 1?
- 1:08:25Speaker 8: I haven't.
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: But I've certainly never had anything soar 1,000 to 1.
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: You know, when you put 1,000 in, you get back
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: a million. I've never heard of such a thing. And
- 1:08:34Speaker 2: you go, well, how do you know this happened? Because
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: they're both public companies. He was the CEO of two
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: public companies on the Stock Exchange. Ultra Petroleum, that went
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: up 1,000 to 1. Guess what? That was one of
- 1:08:44Speaker 2: the biggest, if not the biggest hit in the 1990s
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: on Wall Street. One of the biggest hits in the
- 1:08:49Speaker 2: history of Wall Street while he was CEO. A $ 10, 000
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: investment turned into $ 13 million. if you held it for
- 1:08:56Speaker 2: 10 years, the stock had to be held for 10 years,
- 1:08:58Speaker 2: you know, but a the way, you would have made $ 500, 000,
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: $ 1 million, $ 2 million, $ 5 million, and then $ 13 million
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: if he kept holding it. But Lost Soldier could be
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: much bigger than Ultra Petroleum. How's that for saying something?
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: Ultra Petroleum turned.
- 1:09:11Speaker 4: $ 10, 000.
- 1:09:12Speaker 2: Into $ 13 million. He's saying this could be bigger than
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: Ultra Petroleum with what CEO Mark Bruner believes could be
- 1:09:17Speaker 2: the largest Gas discovery in the United States in 100 years.
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: It's a 40,000-acre territory in Wyoming that took 40 years
- 1:09:24Speaker 2: to piece together. The first 4,000 feet drilled so far
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: estimate to contain up to 6 trillion cubic feet of gas. Yes,
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: I said 6 trillion. Management forecasting projects just the first
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: 25 wells to produce 400 million cubic feet per day
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: of natural gas. So 400 million cubic feet a day.

- 1:10:12Speaker 2: we've got our guests. Same guests for the last three
- 1:10:14Speaker 2: days in a row. Jerome Corsi, Peter Tickton, and Dr.
- 1:10:18Speaker 2: Rick Richards.
- 1:10:19Speaker 6: Dr.
- 1:10:19Speaker 2: Corsi's best-selling author, his new book just released, Democrats, How
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: the Democrat Party Became the Democrat Socialists of America, Secretly
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: Marxist Jihadist Communists. Peter Tickton's with us, attorney and founder
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: of the Tickton Law Group and a great friend of
- 1:10:34Speaker 2: President Trump since childhood. Literally, they went to the same
- 1:10:37Speaker 2: military school together. Dr. Rick Richards is with us, owner
- 1:10:41Speaker 2: of Ellie, the ElectorList software. You can find it at TheElectorList.com.
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: And let me tell you something, none of my fans...
- 1:10:48Speaker 2: really know what to make of your Ellie, Dr. Richards.
- 1:10:50Speaker 2: They just all say you're a genius who's created something
- 1:10:53Speaker 2: that is pure genius. So they all like what you got,
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: whether it's going to work or not in front of
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: judges to upend stolen elections. I have no idea, but
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: it definitely is pure genius. It definitely seems like the
- 1:11:04Speaker 2: right thing that we could all use to overturn a
- 1:11:07Speaker 2: stolen elections. I have no idea if the federal court
- 1:11:10Speaker 2: would even allow it. Supreme court would even allow it,
- 1:11:12Speaker 2: but it certainly is the genius idea. invention of the year.
- 1:11:16Speaker 2: So thank you for everything you've done. So who wants
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: to start today? Let's figure out who wants to start.
- 1:11:22Speaker 5: Well, let me start to introduce Rick into kind of
- 1:11:26Speaker 5: a summary of what we've been doing. We've been going
- 1:11:30Speaker 5: at this now for several days, and step by step,
- 1:11:33Speaker 5: what we're doing with Dr. Richard's data is he's demonstrating
- 1:11:38Speaker 5: how potentially illegal mail-in ballots can be identified as they're
- 1:11:46Speaker 5: coming into the.
- 1:11:49Speaker 4: State boards of election to be voted.
- 1:11:51Speaker 5: As we're tracking this in real time, ballot by ballot,
- 1:11:56Speaker 5: ballot by ballot, we have extensive information on each mail-in
- 1:12:01Speaker 5: ballot and each of the voters of those mail-in ballots.
- 1:12:05Speaker 5: We're able to flag those that we think are patterns
- 1:12:09Speaker 5: that meet likely to be illegal patterns which really is
- 1:12:14Speaker 5: due process information. I mean, this is the kind of
- 1:12:16Speaker 5: information that would constitute probable cause of a crime being committed.
- 1:12:22Speaker 4: So what Dr.
- 1:12:22Speaker 5: Richards has managed to figure out is how we are
- 1:12:25Speaker 5: monitoring a criminal, possibly criminal voting process, likely criminal voting process,
- 1:12:32Speaker 5: in progress, vote by vote, to notify the candidates of
- 1:12:36Speaker 5: how the elections may be in the process of being stolen.
- 1:12:40Speaker 4: And so Dr.
- 1:12:41Speaker 5: Richards is going to summarize first what we have covered,
- 1:12:45Speaker 5: and then we're going to get into some new ground.
- 1:12:47Speaker 4: So I'll turn it over now to Dr.
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: Richards. And Dr.
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: Richards, let me answer this question for those who are
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: just tuning in, because we're also using this for double duty,
- 1:12:55Speaker 2: not just my podcast, but also for my America's Top
- 1:12:58Speaker 2: Ten Countdown, my biggest show this weekend. On Real America's
- 1:13:01Speaker 2: Voice TV, this segment will be on there. You've put
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: this list together. It's called TheElectorList.com. The Elector List software. TheElectorList.com
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: is the website. And you've basically managed to put this
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: database together of every voter in the United States of
- 1:13:17Speaker 2: America in all 50 states. Am I correct?
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: You're close. You're close. We have 47 states. We don't
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: have North Dakota yet because they don't have a voter list.
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: We don't have New Hampshire yet because they put out
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: their voter list as PDFs of poll books. And we
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: don't yet have Kentucky, but we have those three coming.
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: So you will have all 50 states. But the point is,
- 1:13:41Speaker 2: you've got a more intensive list than anyone else in
- 1:13:45Speaker 2: the United States of America, including secretary of states of
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: their own states.
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: Yes, we not only have that list, and it's all
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: public data. It's all publicly available data. We buy it.
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: We ask for it. We get it. We've also bought
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: 158 million county property tax records. basically every property in America.
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: We also bought obituaries since 1998. We continue to buy obituaries.
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: We buy the NCOA data and the PCOA data from
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: the same vendor that supplies it to Eric. We buy
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: the CAS data, Coding Accuracy and Support System, where the
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: post office codes various emails and corrects emails that have
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: errors in them. So we are able to normalize all
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: of the data from all of these sources and import
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: it into ELLI. We try to refresh it every two
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: months and compare every element against every other element. We
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: have over 80 billion data elements in ELLI.
- 1:14:52Speaker 2: So before I get to the big news today, which
- 1:14:55Speaker 2: is revealing of a probable cause of election fraud, I
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: just want to ask a quick question that comes to mind.
- 1:15:00Speaker 2: I remember when Doge first came out, they reported on
- 1:15:03Speaker 2: thousands and thousands of people. I think it might have
- 1:15:05Speaker 2: been millions that have been dead for 150, 180 years.
- 1:15:10Speaker 2: and yet they were in the Social Security system, which
- 1:15:11Speaker 2: means they were probably voting, too. Have you found a
- 1:15:15Speaker 2: lot of dead people that have been dead for many
- 1:15:17Speaker 2: years that are voting? Have you actually physically found that,
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: or can you find that?
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: Those are easy to find. The hard work is matching
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: the voter information with an obituary and making sure it's correct.
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: We recently turned down about 12,000 in Texas. And we
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: were running 87% on first look and 100% after they
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: had reviewed by humans. So you have to validate those.
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: You can't have that telly show up at a county
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: board meeting alive. You've got to make sure that you're
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: accurate there. All right. So it's not a problem in
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: finding these people is then you have to verify it
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: because Ellie doesn't prove anything. It provides enough information, documentary evidence.
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: that is correct and make any decisions or any actions.
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: Ellie doesn't make any decisions. Ellie doesn't recommend any actions.
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: It presents it to an election official to make actions.
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: And in most of the counties around the U.S. that
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: are already using Ellie, they take this information into the
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: county and turn it in and say, here, I'd like
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: to help. You might want to check these people out.
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: So we have hundreds of people all over the United States,
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: in fact, in 37 states that are already doing this
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: and have been doing it for several years using our data.
- 1:16:42Speaker 2: So you're revealing proof today right here on my podcast
- 1:16:46Speaker 2: of probable cause of election fraud exclusively to my fans.
- 1:16:51Speaker 2: Tell us what you're talking about.
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: Well, Ali works historically. We have all the information. We're
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: taking a backward look from a month ago or two
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: months ago to find out what happened. It occurred to
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: us that one of the next steps would be to
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: create a poll book. But a poll book only catches
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: one point in time. You determine that is the person,
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: and you determine that they're okay to vote to go
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: to the next station and be approved by the county. However,
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: the ballot process can be 90 days, 45 days, 15 days.
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: So we decided to use the absentee information nightly from
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: the states. Many states publish it nightly. Some of them
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: publish it twice a week. Some of them weekly. Some
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: of them give it to any candidate when they want
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: it or a politician when they want it. We take
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: that information. We download it. We put that information every
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: day into LA. And it's churned against the parameters that
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: we've built over the past six years that need to
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: be looked at. And we can determine as the ballots
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: coming in At this stage, how many were sent out?
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: How many will return? How many are waiting? How many
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: have a problem with the mailing address and wouldn't go out?
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: How many have a problem with the registration address and
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: shouldn't go out? So every time the election office touches
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: a ballot to process it between sending the mail out—
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: And certifying the election and even post-certification, we have an
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: opportunity to compare it against all these screening algorithms to
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: determine which ones are serious enough to intervene in right then,
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: priority one. So if you see a ballot voted and
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: the person is dead, you want to take care of
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: that before it's certified. If you see a ballot that
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: was voted, coming in, voted from an illegal registration address,
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: there's things you're supposed to do. If you see one
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: come in that came from a mailing address that's undeliverable,
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: that's a problem. If you see one about to go
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: out to a mailing address that's undeliverable, that's a problem.
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: Those things can be priority two and corrected before voting.
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: The ballot is declined and the person does not get
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: to vote. We'd like to correct them up front when
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: we can to prevent any type of disenfranchisement from a
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: legal person voting and canceling my vote or from a
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: legal person not getting to vote because of an administrative error.
- 1:19:22Speaker 2: So what is the proof you're revealing today of probable
- 1:19:26Speaker 2: cause of election fraud?
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: I'll show you. Let me share my screen and I'll
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: show you a summary of what we've got here. Okay.
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: Go for it.
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: The election monitor is watching every ballot and every early vote.
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: Every ballot from the time it's requested and every early vote,
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: every election day vote, through every step, until it's counted,
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: and beyond. Even after the election, we can do change analysis.
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: We can see what we can do a run a
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: week after election and tell you all the people who
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: have a problem with their ballot. We set rules for
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: every state. We watch it as it goes through the processes.
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: We get the report. This is a report from Georgia
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: from last Friday, 943 ballots counted. have been sent out.
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: There were 824 still in the queue. There's still 133 sent.
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: There's one been received that hadn't been accepted yet. 310 rejected, 1,800 canceled,
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: and 32 undeliverable. So every time the county does something,
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: they put in a reason, and we can click down
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: on any of these items and see the individual voter
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: registration that was undeliverable and why. And each one that
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: was accepted. And those that are accepted that have a problem,
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: we want to look further at. So we have priority one.
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: They need to immediately be looked at before anything else happens.
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: We have certification integrity problems. It might be rejected because
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: of an administrative issue that can be corrected. These definitely
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: need an administrative action, but they might be done after
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: the election's over, setting up for the post-election regular voter maintenance.
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: And then we have the actual ballot data around the process,
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: the dates, the names of things that are problematic. Post-election,
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: we talked about. So as of last Friday, there were 35,000
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: leads returned in Georgia or voted. Those are the ones
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: that need to be looked at somewhere along one of
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: those three cycles. There are 4,564 still being watched. They're
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: at the front of the process. As they move through
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: the process, some of them will be corrected and some
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: of them won't. But we'll track it all the way. P1,
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: deceased voter. That was your question, Wayne. As of last Friday,
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: there were six dead people who had voted and two
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: waiting to find out. Now, those have to be looked
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: at by a human to verify. We have some who
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: voted in both places. In fact, when the election is over,
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: Ellie can print out a list of every double vote
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: in America. in less than a day. Every one of them.
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: It'll give you the exact registrations that were voted twice,
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: their voter ID, where they voted, what precinct, when they voted,
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: their names, their voter IDs. It's all there. So all
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: you got to do is click. When we have data
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: in these priorities, you click the Excel and you get
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: an Excel spreadsheet of all of those who meet that criteria.
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: So let me jump in here.
- 1:22:55Speaker 2: Let me jump in here, doctor. Put us back on
- 1:22:56Speaker 2: the screen so I can jump in because I want
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: to play prosecutor a little bit here. Look, I'm on
- 1:23:02Speaker 2: your team. I'm on your side. But I'm still very
- 1:23:05Speaker 2: skeptical that any of this will change anything. How do
- 1:23:09Speaker 2: you think a judge is going to accept this when
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: they're all Democrat judges who hate our guts and they're
- 1:23:15Speaker 2: part of the steal? If Corsi wants to answer, if
- 1:23:18Speaker 2: Tickton wants to answer, I am, Wayne Root is completely
- 1:23:21Speaker 2: skeptical that this is going to do a damn thing
- 1:23:24Speaker 2: to change a damn thing before this election. Will it
- 1:23:28Speaker 2: work for 28?
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: Maybe.
- 1:23:29Speaker 2: Will it work for 30?
- 1:23:31Speaker 6: Maybe.
- 1:23:31Speaker 2: Will it have anything to do with this election? Tell
- 1:23:34Speaker 2: me how it has anything to do with this election.
- 1:23:37Speaker 2: Explain to me.
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: Let me answer the psychological side. I'll answer the psychological
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: side first, and then Peter can answer the legal side.
- 1:23:45Speaker 10: If everybody knows they're being watched and everybody knows their
- 1:23:50Speaker 10: data is being collected and everybody knows the proof is
- 1:23:54Speaker 10: in the process and the data, far fewer people will
- 1:23:58Speaker 10: be willing to put themselves at risk for the.
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: $ 10, 000 five-year fine for voting in two locations at once.
- 1:24:08Speaker 2: But this hasn't been announced by President Trump, so what
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: makes you think everybody knows? You're limited so far to,
- 1:24:15Speaker 2: you know, 100,000, 200,000, 300,000 people that watch Wayne Root's podcast,
- 1:24:19Speaker 2: listen to my radio show, and watch my RAF TV shows.
- 1:24:22Speaker 2: So let's say 300,000 people now know. That's not 330 million, guys.
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: We need 330 million people to know so that they're
- 1:24:30Speaker 2: scared they don't want to commit voter fraud.
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: Let's get it out. I don't have that reach.
- 1:24:37Speaker 2: So let me ask Jerome first, and then I'll go
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: to Peter. Jerome, does President Trump know about this? And
- 1:24:43Speaker 2: will he and can he announce any of this to
- 1:24:46Speaker 2: put the fear of God into people?
- 1:24:49Speaker 4: President Trump knows about this. He's been briefed. And I've
- 1:24:52Speaker 4: got confirmation of that.
- 1:24:54Speaker 5: What President Trump is going to do about it, he's
- 1:24:58Speaker 5: not going to disclose until something is done. Now, we
- 1:25:02Speaker 5: do know, we have seen, various prosecutions already coming forward.
- 1:25:07Speaker 5: We've seen, it was on 60 Minutes, that the FBI
- 1:25:10Speaker 5: went in and seized ballots that they felt were illegitimately
- 1:25:15Speaker 5: cast ballots.
- 1:25:17Speaker 4: So there are things happening.
- 1:25:20Speaker 5: The point is what Rick is saying, and we'll make
- 1:25:24Speaker 5: an effort to make this available to the politicians running
- 1:25:28Speaker 5: for office. And they know there's 20,000 ballots going to
- 1:25:32Speaker 5: be cast for mail-in ballots from undeliverable addresses. Well, those
- 1:25:39Speaker 5: are highly suspect of being illegal.
- 1:25:42Speaker 4: How did an undeliverable ballot get voted?
- 1:25:46Speaker 5: Likely be filled out by a nongovernmental organization or a
- 1:25:50Speaker 5: boiler room once they're captured after being returned to the
- 1:25:54Speaker 5: post office is undeliverable.
- 1:25:55Speaker 4: There's some real patterns here that show criminal activity.
- 1:25:59Speaker 5: And if the candidates know that they've lost an election
- 1:26:03Speaker 5: where the irregularities have not been examined, we set up
- 1:26:07Speaker 5: a lot of bases for investigation to be conducted and demanded.
- 1:26:13Speaker 5: And the American people, when they begin to realize this,
- 1:26:15Speaker 5: getting the information to candidates is one.
- 1:26:18Speaker 4: Of the most effective ways we have. And we're making
- 1:26:21Speaker 4: an effort right now to do that.
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: And by the end of this week, we will be
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: emailing these reports to every county election office in America,
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: all 3,143. And anybody who wants to get a copy
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: of these reports the day after we have the data
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: can go to the website, theelectoralist.com. fill out a form,
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: and we will put them on the list for distribution.
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: And when the public gets these, they can run them
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: down to the county election office and say, wondering if
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: you're going to do anything with this. They can file
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: challenges if they want to. They can publish it in
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: their social media. But the facts will be the facts,
- 1:26:59Speaker 1: and the data will be going out. And after the
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: election— The DOJ has already put people on notice that
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: if they know somebody is not eligible to vote and
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: they still allow them to vote, they can file a
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: case against them. So people need to stand up, pay attention,
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: do it right.
- 1:27:16Speaker 2: I get it. I get it. And I think it's
- 1:27:18Speaker 2: beautiful and I think it's wonderful. And I'm on your team.
- 1:27:21Speaker 2: It will do zero to stop a stolen election coming
- 1:27:23Speaker 2: up in two weeks.
- 1:27:23Speaker 4: Zero.
- 1:27:24Speaker 2: There will not be any stopping of the stolen election
- 1:27:27Speaker 2: in two weeks. Wayne Root will tell you right now
- 1:27:30Speaker 2: this will not do it. OK, I'm just saying, Wayne,
- 1:27:33Speaker 2: because every judge will laugh at it. And every secretary, Democrat,
- 1:27:36Speaker 2: secretary of state will never. Not one Democrat judge, not
- 1:27:40Speaker 2: one secretary of state will throw out one Democrat victory
- 1:27:42Speaker 2: in the United States of America over this list. Not one. Peter,
- 1:27:46Speaker 2: I think President Trump has blown it. He needed a
- 1:27:49Speaker 2: national security emergency involving this list to make the list real,
- 1:27:54Speaker 2: that no one can stop it.
- 1:27:56Speaker 7: I have a different way of looking at it than
- 1:27:59Speaker 7: Jerry and Rick, okay? And I think they share my
- 1:28:04Speaker 7: way of looking at it as well. It's kind of
- 1:28:06Speaker 7: like a combination of thoughts. But right now, they're just
- 1:28:08Speaker 7: giving you one lane of traffic on an eight-lane highway, okay?
- 1:28:16Speaker 7: So what I'm picturing is that you're exactly right. It's
- 1:28:24Speaker 7: too late for this to change the conduct of the election.
- 1:28:29Speaker 7: But I'm looking at it more from the point of
- 1:28:31Speaker 7: view of somebody that you know is a bank robber.
- 1:28:34Speaker 7: And you know you're the police and you know this
- 1:28:37Speaker 7: guy's robbed a whole bunch of banks and you need
- 1:28:41Speaker 7: him to rob one more because now you're watching and
- 1:28:45Speaker 7: you know how to catch him and so what we
- 1:28:49Speaker 7: have here are these criminals that have been taking over
- 1:28:52Speaker 7: our country committing crimes of the highest order some of
- 1:28:57Speaker 7: which you could even be hung for Not you, but.
- 1:29:00Speaker 2: I mean— Well, treason, yeah. Treason you could be hung for.
- 1:29:04Speaker 2: I get it. Yeah.
- 1:29:06Speaker 7: And the reason I'm optimistic is because now, finally, that
- 1:29:11Speaker 7: retired bank robber or that bank robber is going to
- 1:29:15Speaker 7: rob another bank right now, and I'm ready for him.
- 1:29:17Speaker 2: You're going to have proof of it. I get it.
- 1:29:19Speaker 4: No, listen, I agree.
- 1:29:20Speaker 5: Dr.
- 1:29:20Speaker 6: Rick, I— This gives us a chance to clean.
- 1:29:24Speaker 2: It gives you a chance to arrest people after the fact,
- 1:29:26Speaker 2: which may prevent future fraud, but no one's going to
- 1:29:29Speaker 2: throw out the 26 midterm results. It's just none of
- 1:29:33Speaker 2: the judges will allow it, just like they didn't allow
- 1:29:35Speaker 2: it in 2020. You're right.
- 1:29:37Speaker 6: There's only one thing that can be done. There's only
- 1:29:41Speaker 6: one thing, and that is.
- 1:29:45Speaker 7: That the president— given all of this information of how
- 1:29:50Speaker 7: the election was rigged, should it be rigged?
- 1:29:56Speaker 6: I mean, you know, we're assuming that, but, you know,
- 1:29:58Speaker 6: things have happened. I don't know the answers to all
- 1:30:01Speaker 6: the questions.
- 1:30:02Speaker 2: A lot of bad things have already happened this year.
- 1:30:04Speaker 2: There's reports all over the place of bad things happening,
- 1:30:07Speaker 2: you know, of illegal aliens voting all over the place
- 1:30:09Speaker 2: right now. And we only started early voting days ago.
- 1:30:12Speaker 6: I got that. But it's the machines. If it's not
- 1:30:16Speaker 6: the machines are the only thing that's going to be
- 1:30:17Speaker 6: able to steal this election.
- 1:30:18Speaker 7: Otherwise, you're going to see it's going to be too
- 1:30:21Speaker 7: big to rig. Okay, it's the machines. That's what we
- 1:30:25Speaker 7: need to be wary about. And we don't know what
- 1:30:28Speaker 7: the arrest of Maduro has done, and we don't know
- 1:30:30Speaker 7: all these answers. To me, my understanding, my belief is
- 1:30:34Speaker 7: that these machines are going to be operative. Why else
- 1:30:37Speaker 7: would Iran be saying we've got to wait until the midterms?
- 1:30:41Speaker 6: We've got to hold on, hold on for the midterms.
- 1:30:44Speaker 3: For what?
- 1:30:45Speaker 7: What good would it do them to hold on to
- 1:30:46Speaker 7: the midterms If all they're going to get is a
- 1:30:51Speaker 7: simple majority, even if they got a majority in the
- 1:30:54Speaker 7: House and even if they got a majority in the Senate,
- 1:30:56Speaker 7: that's not going to stop Donald Trump from taking care
- 1:30:58Speaker 7: of Iran. So the only thing that they could be
- 1:31:02Speaker 7: hoping for is that there's actually a change.
- 1:31:05Speaker 6: Of the regime of the United States.
- 1:31:08Speaker 7: And so the only way that's going to happen is
- 1:31:10Speaker 7: that they get enough senators to be able to remove
- 1:31:13Speaker 7: both Donald Trump and J.D.
- 1:31:15Speaker 6: Vance— so that Hakeem Jeffries gets to be our next president.
- 1:31:19Speaker 6: That's their plan.
- 1:31:21Speaker 2: Peter, I understand that's the worst case.
- 1:31:23Speaker 7: And so the president's going to have to declare what
- 1:31:27Speaker 7: I call martial law light.
- 1:31:30Speaker 6: That's what's going to be necessary.
- 1:31:32Speaker 2: Yeah, well, don't use that word. Call it a national
- 1:31:34Speaker 2: security emergency. Don't call martial law a lie. I hate
- 1:31:36Speaker 2: that word. Because even in South Korea, they arrested the guy,
- 1:31:39Speaker 2: the prime minister for declaring martial law, and they convicted him,
- 1:31:43Speaker 2: and he's been sentenced to life in prison. So let's
- 1:31:46Speaker 2: forget the word martial law. Let's call it national security emergency,
- 1:31:50Speaker 2: even if it's after the election. Use that term. But,
- 1:31:54Speaker 2: you know, the issue is, to me, you said this
- 1:31:57Speaker 2: is the worst case scenario, and it could be the
- 1:31:58Speaker 2: machine's And it could be they change votes, they hack votes,
- 1:32:02Speaker 2: and then they could have enough senators to impeach Trump
- 1:32:05Speaker 2: and remove him from office. And Hakeem Jeffries could be.
- 1:32:08Speaker 2: All that is true as a worst case. But I
- 1:32:10Speaker 2: see it differently. I see another case that the election
- 1:32:14Speaker 2: will be stolen by illegal aliens voting on mail-in ballots,
- 1:32:18Speaker 2: just like they've done in prior elections, but in particular elections. 2020,
- 1:32:21Speaker 2: there are now 25 million new illegal aliens in the
- 1:32:26Speaker 2: United States since 2020, 25 million new ones. And what's
- 1:32:31Speaker 2: stopping them from voting on mail in ballot?
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: Dr.
- 1:32:34Speaker 2: Rick Richards, you're catching all of them.
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: No, I'm not. And in fact, the attacks have already
- 1:32:42Speaker 1: started on Ellie. I've received phone calls. I've received emails
- 1:32:46Speaker 1: from people accusing me of working with the DHS and
- 1:32:52Speaker 1: the FBI, which I am not.
- 1:32:54Speaker 2: Which you're not.
- 1:32:55Speaker 1: Not available to them. But the articles are going to
- 1:32:58Speaker 1: come out about unverifiable sources. We actually use the methodology
- 1:33:04Speaker 1: suggested by the National Academy of Science. And the data
- 1:33:07Speaker 1: is suggested by the Election Assistance Commission. And we follow
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: the process that they used in their studies. So the
- 1:33:15Speaker 1: data is solid. The methodology is solid. We just got
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: to get the message out to the people. They've got
- 1:33:21Speaker 1: to start adopting the information into their social conversations so
- 1:33:26Speaker 1: the public pays attention and that the election officials know
- 1:33:31Speaker 1: they are free to do their job. Most of them
- 1:33:34Speaker 1: want to do the job.
- 1:33:37Speaker 2: And again, I keep saying you're a genius. The system
- 1:33:39Speaker 2: is brilliant. The system is genius. I love it. I
- 1:33:42Speaker 2: guess I'm still going to press you hard on this question, Dr. Richards.
- 1:33:46Speaker 2: What about millions of illegal aliens voting by mail-in ballot?
- 1:33:50Speaker 2: How can you stop that? And the answer you said
- 1:33:52Speaker 2: was you can't, right?
- 1:33:52Speaker 1: I can't unless states will give me the jury declination data.
- 1:33:59Speaker 1: which some will release, others will not. A specific law
- 1:34:03Speaker 1: was passed in Georgia, one line that says it's no
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: longer releasable, it's no longer public data.
- 1:34:10Speaker 4: I'd like to be a part of this. President Trump, 2020,
- 1:34:17Speaker 4: was removed from office even though he'd won the election.
- 1:34:22Speaker 2: We all know that, yes. We all agree.
- 1:34:24Speaker 4: Okay, so that happened once.
- 1:34:26Speaker 5: Donald Trump is not going to let that happen again
- 1:34:27Speaker 5: a second time. He's taking steps, and he's going to
- 1:34:32Speaker 5: take steps. He's simply not going to be railroaded out
- 1:34:36Speaker 5: of office by a cheating scheme. He's going to— what' s.
- 1:34:41Speaker 4: My proof of this? My proof of this is I've
- 1:34:43Speaker 4: watched Donald Trump for 40 years.
- 1:34:46Speaker 5: When he's made up his mind, when he's starting to move,
- 1:34:48Speaker 5: there's enough going on behind the scenes that there's enough
- 1:34:51Speaker 5: going to be happening that Donald Trump, if the worst-case
- 1:34:55Speaker 5: scenario happens— You know, 40, 20 million illegals vote. Donald
- 1:35:00Speaker 5: Trump's going to say, OK, 20 million illegals just gave
- 1:35:03Speaker 5: us their names.
- 1:35:04Speaker 4: We don't know who they are and where they are. OK,
- 1:35:07Speaker 4: and and Donald Trump's not going to say, come on in.
- 1:35:10Speaker 4: I guess all this is just fine.
- 1:35:13Speaker 5: If there's proof there's an illegal election, Donald Trump is
- 1:35:16Speaker 5: not going to let that remove him from office.
- 1:35:18Speaker 4: Well, he's not going to let people think.
- 1:35:22Speaker 2: You know how sharp, you know how smart the Democrats are?
- 1:35:25Speaker 2: They're not going to have 20 million illegals voting because
- 1:35:27Speaker 2: I agree with you. Trump would lose his mind and
- 1:35:29Speaker 2: he'd say the whole election is martial law and the
- 1:35:31Speaker 2: whole election is canceled. That's not what's going to happen.
- 1:35:34Speaker 2: They don't need 20 million illegals. They need a few
- 1:35:36Speaker 2: thousand in a few battleground states. And that's it. It's
- 1:35:39Speaker 2: all they need. They take Nevada. They take Arizona. They
- 1:35:42Speaker 2: take every battleground state with a few thousand votes.
- 1:35:46Speaker 5: When they do that, we'll be able to show the
- 1:35:49Speaker 5: likely illegal votes that were cast that made the difference.
- 1:35:53Speaker 4: And that'll be enough. We can do that for 2020.
- 1:35:54Speaker 4: We're going to be able to do it in 2026.
- 1:35:57Speaker 5: That'll be enough for President Trump to know, given all
- 1:36:00Speaker 5: he's known about election fraud, how it's been conducted.
- 1:36:04Speaker 4: It goes 2020.
- 1:36:05Speaker 5: You're going to see the patterns again. We're going to
- 1:36:08Speaker 5: have the data available. The data is going to be public.
- 1:36:11Speaker 5: He's just not going to Allow the election to be
- 1:36:13Speaker 5: stolen a second time with the majority removed.
- 1:36:17Speaker 1: Wayne, here's the ticket. Here's the ticket. Okay. If you
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: can talk President Trump into taking the private information out
- 1:36:26Speaker 1: of the SAVE database and release the database public information,
- 1:36:32Speaker 1: I can run it against my data in LA and
- 1:36:34Speaker 1: I can give him the matches in two days.
- 1:36:37Speaker 2: Right, but is that up to Trump, or is that
- 1:36:39Speaker 2: a Supreme Court issue where they're saying you can't do it?
- 1:36:42Speaker 2: He's not doing it.
- 1:36:43Speaker 1: He's giving it to me to do it. The Supreme
- 1:36:47Speaker 1: Court said that he couldn't do it, that the government
- 1:36:49Speaker 1: couldn't do the match.
- 1:36:51Speaker 2: It didn't say I couldn't do the match. Right, I
- 1:36:53Speaker 2: know that you can do it, but they can't do it.
- 1:36:56Speaker 1: Only if they're giving.
- 1:36:58Speaker 4: You the data.
- 1:36:59Speaker 5: Wayne, your whole idea about a National Security Emergency Act
- 1:37:03Speaker 5: does not have to be invoked before the election.
- 1:37:07Speaker 4: President Trump sees the steel is there.
- 1:37:08Speaker 5: And so therefore, what we're doing here, what we're establishing
- 1:37:15Speaker 5: is that we have the basis to know that the
- 1:37:18Speaker 5: election was likely stolen. And that's not going to be
- 1:37:22Speaker 5: a result that's going to go down this time. They
- 1:37:24Speaker 5: pulled it off before. They got away with it once.
- 1:37:27Speaker 5: Now they're being invited to rob the bank again. And
- 1:37:32Speaker 5: when they do, we're going to have the data that's
- 1:37:35Speaker 5: going to validate that it happened.
- 1:37:37Speaker 2: I sure hope so. I'm on your team. I hope so.
- 1:37:39Speaker 2: I hope so. You know why I'm skeptical? Just because
- 1:37:41Speaker 2: I've seen– I think Trump is the greatest president of
- 1:37:44Speaker 2: my lifetime and one of the greatest presidents of all time.
- 1:37:46Speaker 2: I love the guy. But he's gotten his ass kicked
- 1:37:49Speaker 2: by liberal judges all over America for two years now.
- 1:37:52Speaker 2: He can't do anything without some jerk. some nobody nothing
- 1:37:56Speaker 2: in a robe in the middle of but nothing Montana
- 1:38:01Speaker 2: telling him who wasn't even elected telling him you can't
- 1:38:04Speaker 2: do it he loses to every judge everything good he
- 1:38:07Speaker 2: ever wanted to do so what makes I'll ask Peter
- 1:38:10Speaker 2: the lawyer what makes anyone think that federal judges with
- 1:38:15Speaker 2: a robe unelected are not going to stop everything Trump
- 1:38:18Speaker 2: tries to do to overturn another stolen election.
- 1:38:24Speaker 6: It's worse than.
- 1:38:24Speaker 2: That I know.
- 1:38:27Speaker 6: Because the judges have nothing to do with it.
- 1:38:31Speaker 7: When Donald Trump had the election rigged against him, that
- 1:38:36Speaker 7: was different because he was running for the presidency. But
- 1:38:39Speaker 7: if you're running for the Senate or for the House,
- 1:38:43Speaker 7: and there's something wrong with the election and you want
- 1:38:46Speaker 7: to challenge it, It's not the courts.
- 1:38:50Speaker 6: You have to.
- 1:38:51Speaker 7: Go to— if you're running for a seat in the House,
- 1:38:54Speaker 7: you have to go to the House of Representatives. If
- 1:38:57Speaker 7: you're running for a seat in the Senate, you have
- 1:38:59Speaker 7: to go to the Senate. Those are the ones that
- 1:39:02Speaker 7: rule on this decision as to whether or not you
- 1:39:05Speaker 7: should be admitted and the other apparent winner should be
- 1:39:09Speaker 7: set aside. Those are the ones that have the exclusive
- 1:39:12Speaker 7: jurisdiction on this. According to the Constitution, the judges have
- 1:39:18Speaker 7: nothing to do with this. And the House and the
- 1:39:21Speaker 7: Senate will vote the way the majority is. And that's
- 1:39:27Speaker 7: just been historically what they did. They never looked at
- 1:39:30Speaker 7: the cases from the point of view of whether they
- 1:39:33Speaker 7: were valid or not.
- 1:39:34Speaker 2: Well, knowing that the House and the Senate— well, the House did.
- 1:39:37Speaker 2: The House passed the SAVE Act. But the Senate wouldn't
- 1:39:40Speaker 2: even pass the SAVE Act. We've got a 53-47 Republican majority,
- 1:39:44Speaker 2: and you couldn't even come close. To pass in the
- 1:39:46Speaker 2: SAVE Act. Do you honestly believe, Peter, that the Senate,
- 1:39:49Speaker 2: the cowards that they are and the bribed rhinos that
- 1:39:53Speaker 2: they are, you really believe they would vote to unseat
- 1:39:56Speaker 2: a senator who won an election based on information from Ellie?
- 1:40:00Speaker 2: I don't believe it for a second. I just don't
- 1:40:02Speaker 2: be skeptical here.
- 1:40:04Speaker 6: If they cheat, they have the majorities. Of course, we're
- 1:40:07Speaker 6: going to lose that. That's what I'm saying. It's worse
- 1:40:09Speaker 6: than the judges.
- 1:40:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:40:11Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:40:11Speaker 7: OK, so so you're incorrect about whether it goes to court,
- 1:40:14Speaker 7: but it's even worse.
- 1:40:16Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:40:16Speaker 2: John Thune is worse than the judges.
- 1:40:18Speaker 7: It's going to take what you prefer to call a
- 1:40:24Speaker 7: an emergency.
- 1:40:25Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:40:26Speaker 2: National security emergency of some kind.
- 1:40:28Speaker 6: National security emergency order.
- 1:40:30Speaker 1: And that would work.
- 1:40:32Speaker 7: To me, martial law, that's why I call it light,
- 1:40:35Speaker 7: because it's not like the kind of thing where the
- 1:40:37Speaker 7: population is controlled. It's the kind of thing where they
- 1:40:40Speaker 7: have the ability to march in and take the machines
- 1:40:44Speaker 7: and take the— take the machines and take the ballots
- 1:40:49Speaker 7: so that it can be recounted immediately after the election.
- 1:40:52Speaker 2: That's what's going to be required here. I love what
- 1:40:55Speaker 2: you're saying. I'm all for it. Just don't call it
- 1:40:57Speaker 2: martial law because we get in trouble with that word.
- 1:40:59Speaker 2: Just call it national security emergency called by the president
- 1:41:02Speaker 2: to verify votes.
- 1:41:03Speaker 6: You don't understand this one thing, Wayne.
- 1:41:06Speaker 7: If he calls it martial law or if he calls
- 1:41:09Speaker 7: it the Jolly Green Giant's Edict, whatever he calls it
- 1:41:12Speaker 7: doesn't matter. Nobody's going to be able to do anything
- 1:41:15Speaker 7: about it.
- 1:41:16Speaker 6: He has that power. That's within his control. And he's
- 1:41:21Speaker 6: going to exercise it. I'm sure he hasn't told me
- 1:41:24Speaker 6: he's going to exercise it.
- 1:41:25Speaker 4: Peter?
- 1:41:26Speaker 2: I don't know the law as it pertains to the
- 1:41:28Speaker 2: quote-unquote martial law. I do know the law as it
- 1:41:30Speaker 2: pertains to a national security emergency. It is a fact
- 1:41:34Speaker 2: that once a president declares a national security emergency, for
- 1:41:37Speaker 2: any reason, there's no way to stop him in court.
- 1:41:40Speaker 2: You can only stop him with a two-thirds vote of
- 1:41:43Speaker 2: both houses of Congress. And they don't have two-thirds, even
- 1:41:47Speaker 2: with rhinos. They can't even get close to two-thirds. So
- 1:41:50Speaker 2: he can do whatever he wants if he declares a
- 1:41:52Speaker 2: national security security emergency. I have no idea if martial
- 1:41:56Speaker 2: law falls under the same.
- 1:41:58Speaker 1: You're right.
- 1:41:58Speaker 6: You're right. You're absolutely right.
- 1:42:00Speaker 7: And we're going to be able to give him what
- 1:42:04Speaker 7: he needs to be able to do that beyond any question.
- 1:42:09Speaker 2: We're going to be able to give him facts.
- 1:42:11Speaker 7: And figures that are being, which he'll be able to
- 1:42:14Speaker 7: put it right on the TV screen or however he's
- 1:42:17Speaker 7: going to communicate it to the public. And it's going
- 1:42:21Speaker 7: to be valid information that gives him every right to
- 1:42:25Speaker 7: do this.
- 1:42:26Speaker 2: Now we're getting somewhere. Now we got the right answer.
- 1:42:28Speaker 2: That's what I was looking for. I was pressing you
- 1:42:31Speaker 2: guys to get that out of you. If this can
- 1:42:34Speaker 2: add up to giving Trump the actual goods of, to
- 1:42:37Speaker 2: declare a national security emergency.
- 1:42:39Speaker 6: Even if it's after the election.
- 1:42:40Speaker 2: That's the point.
- 1:42:41Speaker 6: That's been my point.
- 1:42:42Speaker 2: From the very beginning, that it's not going to stop them.
- 1:42:45Speaker 6: They're going to still commit the bank robbery.
- 1:42:47Speaker 2: Look, I'm smiling. I'm smiling. I'm not mad anymore. I'm smiling.
- 1:42:51Speaker 2: That's what I wanted to get out of you guys.
- 1:42:54Speaker 2: All right, we're done for the night. I'm going to
- 1:42:56Speaker 2: make sure I put this up on the internet. I'm
- 1:42:58Speaker 2: going to make sure I send it to President Trump's office.
- 1:43:01Speaker 2: I've got good friends there. We hand everything to President Trump.
- 1:43:04Speaker 2: And I'm going to write a column on this next week.
- 1:43:06Speaker 2: I'm leaving, unfortunately. Day after tomorrow, I'm leaving. I just
- 1:43:09Speaker 2: have my first grandchild. So my first baby granddaughter was
- 1:43:12Speaker 2: born a month ago, and I'm going to see her
- 1:43:14Speaker 2: on the East Coast. So I'm running off, but I
- 1:43:16Speaker 2: will be back Sunday night. I will write this column
- 1:43:19Speaker 2: on Monday. I will send it to the president. I
- 1:43:21Speaker 2: will text him. I will call him, Peter, you do
- 1:43:24Speaker 2: the same. Jerome, you do the same. And we'll try
- 1:43:26Speaker 2: and get all of this in front of him. And
- 1:43:28Speaker 2: hopefully he can use it. either before or after the
- 1:43:31Speaker 2: election to prove what there is to prove. Let's hope
- 1:43:34Speaker 2: it's not stolen. Let's hope it's not rigged, but I
- 1:43:37Speaker 2: believe it will be. And we'll see real soon. So
- 1:43:40Speaker 2: that's it. Thank you, guys. Thank you, Jerome. Thank you,
- 1:43:43Speaker 2: Jerome Corsi. Good luck with your book. His book is
- 1:43:45Speaker 2: called Democrats. Grab a copy of it. Thank you, Peter Tickton,
- 1:43:49Speaker 2: my boy from Mount Vernon. Thank you, Dr. Rick Richards,
- 1:43:52Speaker 2: the genius who came up with the system. You're all
- 1:43:54Speaker 2: good patriots. You're all great Americans. God bless you.
- 1:43:57Speaker 8: Thanks.
