- 0:00Speaker 1: Celebrity news you like that guards.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Selena Gome is a grown woman thirty three years old.
- 0:06Speaker 2: She was on the Jennifer Hudson Show overnight and revealed
- 0:09Speaker 2: that she doesn't drive. It's her biggest fear. Apparently, so.
- 0:13Speaker 2: She was on the show with her Wizards of Waverley
- 0:15Speaker 2: Place co star David and this is what she said
- 0:17Speaker 2: about I.
- 0:18Speaker 3: Don't encourage myself to drive. Every time I went to
- 0:22Speaker 3: dinner with David, I was too scared that I'd make
- 0:25Speaker 3: him drive my car. Needless to say, I shouldn't have
- 0:28Speaker 3: a driver's license. I just, oh, my good live it
- 0:31Speaker 3: terrifies me. I don't know it's people have fears, but cars,
- 0:35Speaker 3: you know, please like, don't text and drive, but be safe.
- 0:38Speaker 4: That such a turn off. I have had two relationships
- 0:42Speaker 4: with women that don't drive. I mean at all. I
- 0:46Speaker 4: have to pick them up all the time.
- 0:47Speaker 1: I actually could not imagine not having my driver's license,
- 0:51Speaker 1: Like it is pure freedom and independence for me. But
- 0:55Speaker 1: I've got a sister in law who has never got
- 0:58Speaker 1: her driver's license and she doesn't drive any Obviously, I
- 1:02Speaker 1: think what you don't know doesn't hurt you, like if
- 1:04Speaker 1: she doesn't know any.
- 1:05Speaker 4: Different, right, how does get around.
- 1:07Speaker 1: She just catches public transport everywhere. Tell us how you
- 1:12Speaker 1: really feel about public transport.
- 1:13Speaker 4: I'm not a yeah.
- 1:14Speaker 2: But also when you've had your driver's license, I thought
- 1:17Speaker 2: of getting in on a train and sitting there and everything, like,
- 1:20Speaker 2: if you don't have to do it every day for work,
- 1:22Speaker 2: it actually is like I couldn't think of anything worse.
- 1:24Speaker 1: I think if you've had your license and then lose it,
- 1:28Speaker 1: that's when it's hard. Whereas if you've never got it
- 1:30Speaker 1: in the first place, that's just her norm.
- 1:33Speaker 2: There are lots of benefits, like you never have to
- 1:35Speaker 2: find parking, you don't pay for reg o green slips
- 1:39Speaker 2: like you name it, You don't get parking tickets.
- 1:42Speaker 4: Yeah, really, only do it if you're one of the
- 1:45Speaker 4: very few people that like live in the inner city.
- 1:48Speaker 4: The rest of us, the real people that live in
- 1:50Speaker 4: the burbs. You need a car.
- 1:52Speaker 2: When you're in your own car, you don't have to
- 1:53Speaker 2: sit next to someone that stinks, Like, there's just so
- 1:56Speaker 2: much more.
- 1:57Speaker 4: You know where we grew up and you still live there.
- 2:00Speaker 4: Can you imagine living in our area? We know you
- 2:02Speaker 4: couldn't get around well for me to get into.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Work if I didn't have a car, I would have
- 2:05Speaker 1: to go for a walk to a bus station, a
- 2:07Speaker 1: ten minute walk, get a bus, then a train.
- 2:10Speaker 4: Yeah, mat and all this at what three point.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Thirty in the morning, exactly you would do it? Hell no,
- 2:14Speaker 2: you probably could be. Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey's wedding
- 2:18Speaker 2: is just a couple of weeks away apparently in New
- 2:20Speaker 2: York next month, reportedly, And there's just this this thing
- 2:25Speaker 2: that's come out that apparently they've implemented it their wedding
- 2:27Speaker 2: a policy, if you will, and some people are calling
- 2:29Speaker 2: it super outdated, but I want to get your thoughts.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Apparently they're implementing the no ring, no bring policy, which
- 2:36Speaker 2: means unless you're married or at least engage, you don't
- 2:40Speaker 2: get a plus one. I mean, I'm all for setting
- 2:43Speaker 2: some boundaries at weddings, Like I was a no kid
- 2:46Speaker 2: at a wedding, Like no kids at weddings.
- 2:48Speaker 1: I've been to one where there's kids and it is heinous. Also,
- 2:52Speaker 1: kids hate weddings, right, so don't bring them.
- 2:54Speaker 4: Good word.
- 2:56Speaker 1: I find that interesting because obviously there are people who
- 2:58Speaker 1: are sometimes in long term relationships. Sometimes people maybe they
- 3:02Speaker 1: can't afford to get engaged at the time. I did, though,
- 3:06Speaker 1: have about three or four people who asked if they
- 3:09Speaker 1: could bring a plus one to our wedding. They asked,
- 3:12Speaker 1: they are right now. My wedding was it was away wedding,
- 3:17Speaker 1: if you will, so people did have to travel, and
- 3:20Speaker 1: so my husband, well my fiance at the time, we
- 3:23Speaker 1: were kind of like, okay, yeah, that's fine. But I
- 3:26Speaker 1: remember walking around, you know when you go and say hello,
- 3:29Speaker 1: And there were people at my wedding who I had
- 3:30Speaker 1: never met before.
- 3:31Speaker 2: I didn't even know them.
- 3:32Speaker 1: And I find that odd.
- 3:34Speaker 4: The amount of girlfriends I've had with my failed relationships
- 3:38Speaker 4: that went to you know, all my friends got married
- 3:40Speaker 4: early thirties, like you. The amount of wedding photos they
- 3:43Speaker 4: must have of some LOWI that I was dating.
- 3:45Speaker 2: You know what you can do, You get your dad
- 3:47Speaker 2: to paint a tree over them.
- 3:48Speaker 4: Oh you know that one.
- 3:50Speaker 2: So Mikey, this is years ago.
- 3:52Speaker 4: Oh story.
- 3:53Speaker 2: There was a family photo you know when you pay
- 3:55Speaker 2: to get the professional photographer and everyone wears white. Yes,
- 3:58Speaker 2: I told me that he got a few family photo
- 4:00Speaker 2: like that, but an nex was in it. And obviously
- 4:02Speaker 2: they split up, like all Mikey and his girlfriends to
- 4:05Speaker 2: not the latest one, not the latest time, and of course,
- 4:07Speaker 2: of course never but his dad got a little bit
- 4:10Speaker 2: crafty with the photo and decided to paint a tree
- 4:13Speaker 2: over the Mikey is just like hugging a tree.
- 4:18Speaker 4: It was like blonde and thin, so it kind of works.
- 4:20Speaker 4: So yeah, they still have it in their holiday. Hope
- 4:24Speaker 4: your child's drawn the tree or did he put effort?
- 4:27Speaker 4: He was a painter.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Are you going to set any boundaries for your wedding?
- 4:34Speaker 2: No kids, for sure. Plus ones is really hard because
- 4:38Speaker 2: you've got to find a place to stop. Because unless
- 4:41Speaker 2: you've made of money, which Taylor and Travis would be,
- 4:43Speaker 2: they can afford for everyone to have a plus one,
- 4:45Speaker 2: but maybe they want it to be more intimate and
- 4:47Speaker 2: it would be a bit weird having people I didn't
- 4:49Speaker 2: know at my.
- 4:49Speaker 4: Wedding, or what are you going to do on the
- 4:50Speaker 4: plus ones?
- 4:51Speaker 2: Then I think I just have to call it at
- 4:54Speaker 2: a point, Like if it's family and really close friends, yeah,
- 4:57Speaker 2: If it's groups of people, like let's say I invited
- 4:59Speaker 2: work people. I know they know at least ten people there,
- 5:02Speaker 2: so they're fine. If it's my one cousin I'm flying
- 5:04Speaker 2: in from Hobart, which I don't even have, I'll let
- 5:07Speaker 2: them bring one, because they're going to have to travel
- 5:09Speaker 2: with some course,
