• 3:56
Speaker 2: are also for sale for Lollapalooza and also for officially
• 4:02
Speaker 2: for riot Fest also. So we got a big show.
• 4:05
Speaker 2: We got a lot to get to. So let's kick
• 4:08
Speaker 2: it off with NFL talk. Oh my god, the NFL
• 4:11
Speaker 2: schedule has been released. All the teams know, and I'm
• 4:15
Speaker 2: gonna tell you who's playing Thursday night football games, Sunday
• 4:18
Speaker 2: night football games, Monday Night football, and then we will
• 4:21
Speaker 2: go over the Chicago Bears schedule. That's right, So let's
• 4:26
Speaker 2: kick it all off right now. Let's talk about Thursday
• 4:29
Speaker 2: Night Football, which is kicking off the entire NFL schedule
• 4:33
Speaker 2: for this year. So let's see who's playing on Thursday nights,
• 4:37
Speaker 2: all right, So let's get into this right now. So
• 4:40
Speaker 2: the Thursday night football schedule looks like this. Of course,
• 4:44
Speaker 2: Week one we are going to have the first game
• 4:49
Speaker 2: of the season will be the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles
• 4:55
Speaker 2: at home facing off Division rivals the Dallas Cowboy. That's
• 5:00
Speaker 2: gonna kick off Thursday Night football. But I don't believe
• 5:03
Speaker 2: that's gonna be on Prime. That's gonna be I believe,
• 5:08
Speaker 2: like ESPN or one of those. So the official Thursday
• 5:12
Speaker 2: night Football on Prime won't actually start, I believe, till
• 5:15
Speaker 2: September eleventh. They get that game all the way through
• 5:19
Speaker 2: to week seventeen. So let's see who's gonna play. Week two,
• 5:24
Speaker 2: we're gonna have the Washington Commanders and Jane Daniels traveling
• 5:27
Speaker 2: to Green Bay to play the Green Bay Packers. It's
• 5:30
Speaker 2: gonna be a decent game. Week three, September eighteenth, we're
• 5:34
Speaker 2: gonna have the Miami Dolphins going to Buffalo to play
• 5:38
Speaker 2: the Bills. Week four, September twenty fifth, we're gonna have
• 5:44
Speaker 2: the Seattle Seahawks taking on the Arizona Cardinals. Week five,
• 5:48
Speaker 2: October second, my Birthday weekend, it's gonna be the San
• 5:51
Speaker 2: Francisco forty nine Ers facing off against the La Rams
• 5:55
Speaker 2: in La at SOFI Field. Week six, we're gonna have
• 6:00
Speaker 2: the defending champ Philadelphia Eagles traveling to New York to
• 6:04
Speaker 2: play the Giants. I don't know why the Giants would
• 6:07
Speaker 2: have any primetime games. I don't feel like they have
• 6:11
Speaker 2: zagreat of a storyline to have it, and last year
• 6:14
Speaker 2: they were abysmal. I don't understand why they have a
• 6:19
Speaker 2: game on prime time, but then again, it is Amazon Prime.
• 6:22
Speaker 2: Not as big as Sunday Night Football, not as big
• 6:25
Speaker 2: as Monday Night football. So we'll see October sixteenth. On
• 6:29
Speaker 2: week seven, we've got the Pittsburgh Steelers traveling to Sincy
• 6:33
Speaker 2: to play the Bengals. Week eight, we've got the Minnesota
• 6:37
Speaker 2: Vikings taking on the LA Chargers. Let's see Week nine,
• 6:42
Speaker 2: October thirtieth, Halloween weekend, we have the Baltimore Ravens traveling
• 6:49
Speaker 2: to Miami to play the Dolphins. That's two Thursday night
• 6:52
Speaker 2: football games for the Dolphins this year. We've got week
• 6:57
Speaker 2: ten November six are gonna have the Raiders traveling to
• 7:00
Speaker 2: Denver to play Bonix and the Broncos. Week eleven, we've
• 7:04
Speaker 2: got the Jets with Justin Fields taking on the New
• 7:10
Speaker 2: England Patriots in New England at Foxborough, so we'll see
• 7:14
Speaker 2: what happens there. We've got Week twelve, November twentieth, we've
• 7:19
Speaker 2: got the Buffalo Bills take it out of the Houston
• 7:21
Speaker 2: Texans in Houston. Week fourteen, Dallas Cowboys and Dak Prescott
• 7:26
Speaker 2: travel to Detroit on December fourth to play the Lions.
• 7:30
Speaker 2: Week fifteen. December eleventh, we've got the Atlanta Falcons going
• 7:35
Speaker 2: to Tampa Bay to play the Buccaneers. Week sixteen, we
• 7:39
Speaker 2: have another La Rams game, this time they're traveling to
• 7:42
Speaker 2: Seattle to play the Seahawks. And the final game on
• 7:46
Speaker 2: December twenty fifth will be the last Thursday night football
• 7:50
Speaker 2: game of the year. It's going to be the Denver
• 7:53
Speaker 2: Broncos facing off against the Kansas City Chiefs. So that's
• 7:58
Speaker 2: going to be an amazing because it gonna be an
• 8:02
Speaker 2: amazing schedule. I mean, it doesn't look horrible. There's some
• 8:05
Speaker 2: decent games. Usually Thursday Night Football has them again the
• 8:08
Speaker 2: greatest games on Amazon Prime. But they got some pretty
• 8:11
Speaker 2: decent ones. You got Dallas and Detroit. I think Week
• 8:16
Speaker 2: two is a good one. You got Jayden Daniels and
• 8:19
Speaker 2: and Washington Commanders facing off against Green Bay in Lambeau,
• 8:24
Speaker 2: So that should be pretty decent. There's a few decent
• 8:26
Speaker 2: games on the schedule. We'll see what happens with it,
• 8:31
Speaker 2: but you know, anytime you got Prime, it should be
• 8:34
Speaker 2: a pretty decent game. Pittsburgh, I have a feeling of
• 8:38
Speaker 2: signing Aaron Rodgers. There's a few games on the schedule
• 8:42
Speaker 2: where I think that it's aiming towards the NFL looking
• 8:47
Speaker 2: for Aaron Rodgers to play with Pittsburgh. There's a few
• 8:50
Speaker 2: games where Pittsburgh is gonna play the Steelers, are gonna
• 8:54
Speaker 2: play the Bears and the Packers this year. Two big
• 8:57
Speaker 2: spots where Pittsburgh and Aaron Rodgers and they're both games
• 9:05
Speaker 2: are on the road. One is at Lambeau and one's
• 9:08
Speaker 2: at Soldier Field. So we know Rogers' history and I
• 9:12
Speaker 2: believe that Rogers and Pittsburgh if he goes there, will
• 9:16
Speaker 2: be also playing the Jets. So that's a pretty big
• 9:18
Speaker 2: one too, So we'll see what happens there. Let's see,
• 9:22
Speaker 2: let's move over to Sunday Night Football now and see
• 9:25
Speaker 2: what they have in store for us on Sunday nights.
• 9:27
Speaker 2: Week one, Sunday Night Football is going to have Oh
• 9:33
Speaker 2: most likely NBC will have the first game of the
• 9:36
Speaker 2: regular season, so it's not Sunday Night Football, but it
• 9:41
Speaker 2: will be Sunday Night Football. Feel for that first game
• 9:44
Speaker 2: of the season, I believe they're gonna have it, So
• 9:46
Speaker 2: we'll see what happens there. Okay, so Week one of
• 9:50
Speaker 2: the season on Sunday Night Football, we've got the Baltimore
• 9:53
Speaker 2: Ravens traveling to Buffalo to play the Bills. Week two,
• 9:58
Speaker 2: we're gonna have the Atlantana Falcons going to Minnesota to
• 10:02
Speaker 2: play the Vikings. Week three, Kansas City goes to New
• 10:07
Speaker 2: York to play the Giants. I don't understand why the
• 10:10
Speaker 2: Giants are on Thursday Night Football and Sunday Night Football.
• 10:14
  Speaker 2: I don't get it. I don't see them being good
• 10:17
Speaker 2: enough to be on primetime like that. But we'll see
• 10:19
Speaker 2: what happens. Week four, we got Green Bay traveling to
• 10:22
Speaker 2: Dallas to play the Cowboys. Pretty decent game there. Week five,
• 10:26
Speaker 2: the Patriots go to Buffalo to play the Buffalo Bills.
• 10:29
Speaker 2: Week six in a rematch. Wait, no, this wasn't a
• 10:35
Speaker 2: rematch in the Super Bowl. I don't know what I
• 10:37
Speaker 2: was thinking there. Detroit Lions. Oh wait, no, Detroit lost
• 10:43
Speaker 2: in was it the NFC Championship or the divisional Round?
• 10:47
Speaker 2: I think it was a divisional round. We have the
• 10:50
Speaker 2: Detroit Lions traveling to Kansas City to play the Chiefs.
• 10:55
Speaker 2: Week seven, Atlanta Falcons take it out in San Francisco.
• 10:58
Speaker 2: Forty nine ers in the Bay. This is the game
• 11:02
Speaker 2: I was talking about. I was wrong. Green Bay is
• 11:05
Speaker 2: traveling to Pittsburgh week seven to play against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
• 11:13
Speaker 2: So it's still Rogers versus Jordan Love, which I think
• 11:19
Speaker 2: would be an amazing, amazing storyline. In week eight, halfway
• 11:25
Speaker 2: through the season, that would be cool. Let's see, we
• 11:28
Speaker 2: got the Seahawks traveling in week nine to play Washington.
• 11:32
Speaker 2: We got the Steelers in another game against the Chargers
• 11:35
Speaker 2: in Week ten. That'll be in San Diego? Is that
• 11:40
Speaker 2: where they played San Diego. Let's see, we've got Detroit
• 11:46
Speaker 2: traveling to Philly to play the Eagles. We've got Week
• 11:54
Speaker 2: twelve to be Tampa Bay taking on the La rams
• 11:58
Speaker 2: La has a lot of games this year on primetime.
• 12:02
Speaker 2: Let's see, we've got the Denver Broncos playing the Washington
• 12:07
Speaker 2: Commanders in week thirteen. Week fourteen, we're gonna have the
• 12:11
Speaker 2: Houston Texas traveling to Kansas City to play the Chiefs.
• 12:15
Speaker 2: Week fifteen, JJ McCarthy and the Vikings will travel to
• 12:21
Speaker 2: Dallas to play the Cowboys. Bengals in week fifteen will
• 12:26
Speaker 2: play against the Dolphins. Week sixteen, we have the Chicago
• 12:30
Speaker 2: Bears traveling to San Francisco to play the forty nine
• 12:34
Speaker 2: Ers on Sunday Night, football, and then Week eighteen is
• 12:40
Speaker 2: to be determined. So basically, week eighteen, they're probably gonna say, Okay,
• 12:45
Speaker 2: we're gonna see which game we should flex. Obviously, you
• 12:49
Speaker 2: know they're gonna take the best game that has playoff implications.
• 12:54
Speaker 2: So let's say Bears are looking at clinch their division
• 12:57
Speaker 2: with Detroit. They might play that game, so not a
• 13:03
Speaker 2: bad one, not bad, not bad, not bad. Let's see,
• 13:08
Speaker 2: I don't even know if the Bears are playing Detroit. Yeah,
• 13:11
  Speaker 2: I mean I do know the schedule, but I don't
• 13:13
Speaker 2: know every game yet. I didn't really look through the
• 13:14
Speaker 2: whole schedule yet. All right, so let's go over to
• 13:18
Speaker 2: Monday Night football now and see what Monday Night games
• 13:21
Speaker 2: are gonna have for the year. Alright, so we've got
• 13:26
Speaker 2: those done, all right. Here we go. Week one. We
• 13:30
Speaker 2: have the Chicago Bears at home against the Minnesota Vikings.
• 13:36
Speaker 2: JJ McCarthy versus Caleb Williams. That is going to be
• 13:40
Speaker 2: an amazing kickoff to the NFL season on Monday Night football. Awesome.
• 13:46
Speaker 2: Can't wait for that one. I'm excited. Kind of wish
• 13:49
Speaker 2: it was Sunday Night football, but I was really hoping
• 13:52
Speaker 2: the Bears are gonna play Philly, but we got them
• 13:56
Speaker 2: on Black Friday. So I'll go over the Bears schedule
• 13:58
Speaker 2: in a little bit. September fifteenth, Week two, we got
• 14:02
Speaker 2: Tampa Bay traveling to Houston. Week three, oh, we got
• 14:07
Speaker 2: a doubleheader that day. Also, we've got the Chargers taking
• 14:11
Speaker 2: on the Raiders in Vegas. So two games on September fifteenth.
• 14:16
Speaker 2: Let's see September twenty second, we got one game Detroit
• 14:21
Speaker 2: traveling to play against Baltimore. Week four is a doubleheader.
• 14:26
Speaker 2: It's gonna be the Jets traveling to Miami to play
• 14:31
Speaker 2: the Dolphins. The Jets also have a lot, so they're
• 14:35
Speaker 2: riding a lot on justin fields. We'll see what happens there.
• 14:38
Speaker 2: Same game of that doubleheader will be the Cincinnati Bengals
• 14:42
Speaker 2: taking on the Denver Broncos. Week six, on October sixth,
• 14:46
Speaker 2: the day after my birthday. Kansas City is traveling to
• 14:49
Speaker 2: Jacksonville to play the Jaguars. Week thirteen or not. Week thirteen,
• 14:54
Speaker 2: October thirteenth. On week six, we have a double header
• 14:58
Speaker 2: that Week two, it's going to be the Buffalo Bills
• 15:02
Speaker 2: and Atlanta and then the Chicago Bears. Wow, Caleb Williams
• 15:12
Speaker 2: traveling to Washington to play Jayden Daniels on the Commanders.
• 15:16
Speaker 2: So two Monday night football games in the first six
• 15:19
Speaker 2: weeks will be again will be three quarterbacks from last
• 15:23
Speaker 2: year's draft playing each other. Caleb in Week one play
• 15:27
Speaker 2: against JJ McCarthy and then week six Caleb again playing
• 15:31
Speaker 2: against Jayden Daniels. It's shaping up to be a good year.
• 15:35
Speaker 2: Week seven, they have another doubleheader. We got Tampa Bay
• 15:38
Speaker 2: traveling to Detroit to play the Lions. We also have
• 15:41
Speaker 2: the Texans going and playing against Seattle in Seattle October
• 15:45
Speaker 2: twenty seventh. Week eight, there's only one game. Washington goes
• 15:50
Speaker 2: to play Kansas City against the Chiefs. That's gonna be
• 15:53
Speaker 2: a good one. Week nine, November three, we got the
• 15:57
Speaker 2: Cardinals traveling to Dallas to play the Cowboys. Week ten,
• 16:04
Speaker 2: November tenth, this is gonna be a good one. We
• 16:07
Speaker 2: got Philly going to Green Bay to play the Packers.
• 16:11
Speaker 2: That's gonna be a good one. November seventeenth, we got
• 16:14
Speaker 2: the Dallas Cowboys playing against the Las Vegas Raiders. Week twelve,
• 16:22
Speaker 2: it's gonna be the Carolina Panthers against San Francisco forty
• 16:26
Speaker 2: nine Ers. December one, you got the New York Giants
• 16:31
Speaker 2: traveling to play the New England Patriots. December eighth, we
• 16:35
Speaker 2: got the defending world champions again, the Philadelphia Eagles playing
• 16:39
Speaker 2: again against the Chargers. Another Charger game. Chargers got a
• 16:43
Speaker 2: lot of games, so to the Rams, and I believe
• 16:46
Speaker 2: Philadelphia too. December fifteenth, we've got the Miami Dolphins traveling
• 16:52
Speaker 2: to Pittsburgh to play possibly Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers.
• 16:57
Speaker 2: December twenty second, we got San Francisco and the Colts.
• 17:02
Speaker 2: December twenty ninth, we're gonna have a Week seventeen, we're
• 17:08
Speaker 2: gonna have La traveling to play against the Falcons. And
• 17:13
Speaker 2: then week eighteen, it looks like we're gonna have a
• 17:17
Speaker 2: double header, but it's to be determined, so we'll see
• 17:21
Speaker 2: what happens with that. So let's move on and see
• 17:28
Speaker 2: the Chicago Bears full schedule. So let's see what the
• 17:31
Speaker 2: Bears have in store for them for the whole year.
• 17:34
Speaker 2: And I'm gonna give my way too early predictions on
• 17:37
Speaker 2: games I think that we can win. So let's go
• 17:40
Speaker 2: back to that and see what the Bears have for
• 17:43
Speaker 2: their schedule. It looks like a pretty decent schedule altogether
• 17:46
Speaker 2: for everything. So the NFL preseason is gonna kick off
• 17:51
Speaker 2: to be determined for the first game, but we are
• 17:53
Speaker 2: playing the Miami Dolphins, it says, I'm Fox thirty two
• 17:58
Speaker 2: doesn't give a time or a date yet, but the
• 18:02
Speaker 2: second game of the season is August seventeenth, so it'll
• 18:04
Speaker 2: probably be right before then. August seventeenth, so it's a Sunday.
• 18:09
Speaker 2: Bears played the Buffalo Bills at seven pm on Fox
• 18:13
Speaker 2: and ESPN, and then, of course the third and final
• 18:17
Speaker 2: game of the preseason will be at the Kansas City
• 18:20
Speaker 2: Chiefs on Friday, August twenty second, So we will have
• 18:25
Speaker 2: three games, two of them home, one on the road
• 18:29
Speaker 2: in Kansas City. So actually it's funny because we have
• 18:32
Speaker 2: three games that are close, two in Chicago and one
• 18:36
Speaker 2: at Kansas City, which is in Missouri, which is really close.
• 18:39
  Speaker 2: I don't think you're gonna see a lot of starters,
• 18:41
Speaker 2: especially for Kansas City playing in that game. Bears, we
• 18:46
Speaker 2: don't know what Ben Johnson what he's gonna do yet.
• 18:48
Speaker 2: I think he's gonna play them hard through the first
• 18:50
Speaker 2: two games, and I think we might see a little
• 18:53
Speaker 2: of the starters in the third game, but we'll see.
• 18:56
Speaker 2: I don't know. I'm hoping that Ben Johnson plays the starters.
• 18:59
Speaker 2: They all have to work and they have to get
• 19:01
Speaker 2: their work in, all right, So here we go. Here
• 19:05
Speaker 2: is the NFL season. So Week one will kick off Monday,
• 19:11
Speaker 2: September eighth and home against the Vikings Monday Night Football.
• 19:15
Speaker 2: That game will be on EABC and ESPN, and also
• 19:20
Speaker 2: all these games will also be on ESPN one thousand
• 19:24
Speaker 2: if you're in the Chicagoland area or actually anywhere, because
• 19:28
Speaker 2: you can hear it anywhere. ESPN has I believe they're
• 19:32
Speaker 2: on iHeart Radio, and if they're not, they have their
• 19:33
Speaker 2: own little thing. So if you're in another state and
• 19:37
Speaker 2: you want to listen to the Bears game, just go
• 19:39
Speaker 2: to ESPN one thousand's website and you can listen from there.
• 19:43
Speaker 2: Or are they iHeart Radio. They might be. I gotta
• 19:47
Speaker 2: look into that. I don't even know. Week two add
• 19:51
Speaker 2: the Detroit Lions ad noon on a Sunday. That is
• 19:54
Speaker 2: going to be an amazing game. Ben Johnson returns home
• 19:57
Speaker 2: in Week two to play against his former team. That
• 20:02
Speaker 2: is gonna be an amazing one. That's also gonna be
• 20:04
Speaker 2: on Fox. Week three is an afternoon game three twenty five.
• 20:11
Speaker 2: We play against the Dallas Cowboys. That's gonna be a
• 20:13
Speaker 2: good one. That's gonna be on Fox. Sunday, September twenty eighth,
• 20:20
Speaker 2: we are at Las Vegas Raiders at three twenty five
• 20:23
Speaker 2: on CBS. Then Week five we get a bye week,
• 20:28
Speaker 2: so an early bye week this year, but I think
• 20:30
Speaker 2: sometimes coaches might rather have that because you give them
• 20:34
Speaker 2: four games, you see how they do. They get the
• 20:36
Speaker 2: bye week, you go through, see what they've done right
• 20:39
Speaker 2: and wrong during that first four games, and then you
• 20:41
Speaker 2: move on and you play straight through the rest of
• 20:44
Speaker 2: the season. So I kind of like it, especially with
• 20:47
Speaker 2: Ben Johnson in his first year. You know, maybe year two, three, four, whatever,
• 20:52
Speaker 2: maybe we get a later bye week. That's fine, but
• 20:55
Speaker 2: right now, let them see what they did right and
• 20:58
Speaker 2: wrong through the first four games and work on that
• 21:01
Speaker 2: during the bye week, and then boom, come out on
• 21:03
Speaker 2: fire second half of the season. And then let's see
• 21:07
Speaker 2: Monday night, October thirteenth, in Week six, we play the
• 21:11
Speaker 2: Washington Commanders at Washington. That's on ABC or ESPN. Let's
• 21:19
Speaker 2: see Week seven, it's a Sunday game against the New
• 21:24
Speaker 2: Orleans Saints on Fox, and that's a noon start. The
• 21:28
Speaker 2: next weekend. On Week eight. We've got the at Baltimore Ravens.
• 21:33
Speaker 2: That's a noon game Sunday November second at the Cincinnati Bengals.
• 21:38
Speaker 2: That's a noon game. Week ten against New York Giants
• 21:42
Speaker 2: at home, that's on Fox at noon. Sunday November sixteenth,
• 21:48
Speaker 2: We're at the Minnesota Vikings at noon on Fox. Week
• 21:52
Speaker 2: after that at home week twelve against a possible Aaron
• 22:00
Speaker 2: and the Pittsburgh Steelers. You can't write this any better
• 22:05
Speaker 2: that he would play green Bay and Chicago and Detroit
• 22:12
Speaker 2: and Minnesota, because if you're playing two division teams, you're
• 22:15
Speaker 2: playing the whole division. Aaron Rodgers has a chance to
• 22:19
Speaker 2: play his old division if he comes back and plays
• 22:23
Speaker 2: plus his old team, which was the Jets. Five huge
• 22:28
Speaker 2: games for him. We'll see what happens. We'll see if
• 22:32
Speaker 2: he comes back. That's gonna be a noon game on CBS.
• 22:37
Speaker 2: Then they travel two games in a row, one to Philly.
• 22:41
Speaker 2: That Philly game is Friday, November twenty eighth, on Black Friday.
• 22:46
Speaker 2: Then Sunday, December seventh at the Green Bay Packers at
• 22:51
Speaker 2: noon on Fox. Week. After that, we're home on a
• 22:55
Speaker 2: nude game on Sunday, December fourteenth against the Cleveland Browns
• 23:00
Speaker 2: also a Fox game Sunday, December twentieth. It's a home
• 23:06
Speaker 2: game on the lake Front. It's to be determined on Fox.
• 23:13
Speaker 2: It's against the Green Bay Packers. So we play the
• 23:16
Speaker 2: Packers twice in three weeks at the end of the season,
• 23:19
Speaker 2: both in December as a to be determined game. I
• 23:24
Speaker 2: don't know if that's a possible flex or it does
• 23:28
  Speaker 2: say Fox, So I don't know if that's a possible
• 23:31
Speaker 2: flex to maybe a three o'clock start, depending how both
• 23:34
Speaker 2: teams are doing, or if they could possibly flex that
• 23:38
Speaker 2: to Sunday night football. That's a possibility. And then Week seventeen,
• 23:44
Speaker 2: it's gonna be Sunday, December twenty eighth at the San
• 23:47
Speaker 2: Francisco forty nine Ers on NBC. That is a NBC game.
• 23:53
Speaker 2: And then Saturday then okay, so Week eighteen we're playing, well,
• 23:57
Speaker 2: we are playing the Detroit Lion sy I didn't even
• 24:00
Speaker 2: remember if that was the game. I just said it
• 24:03
Speaker 2: could be a flex game with Detroit. I wasn't even sure,
• 24:07
Speaker 2: but I was I was right. It's to be determined.
• 24:10
Speaker 2: It's against the Detroit Lions Week eighteen in Chicago on
• 24:15
Speaker 2: the lake Front. It's either gonna be Saturday or Sunday,
• 24:19
Speaker 2: January third or fourth, and it's to be determined, So
• 24:23
Speaker 2: it could flex to a Sunday night game. It could
• 24:27
Speaker 2: flex anywhere. That would be a historic game if the
• 24:32
Speaker 2: Bears and Lions were fighting for that final spot in
• 24:37
Speaker 2: the division for the division win. This is a story
• 24:43
Speaker 2: that couldn't even right itself. Like honestly, Detroit and Chicago
• 24:48
Speaker 2: final game of the season, Sunday night football on the
• 24:52
Speaker 2: lake front, freezing weather. But guess what, both cold weather
• 24:57
Speaker 2: type teams in cold cities. Now. Of course, Detroit plays
• 25:01
Speaker 2: in a dome, so they're not but they are cold
• 25:04
Speaker 2: weather city, so the players are used to being in
• 25:07
Speaker 2: cold weathers they do. I believe they should practice in
• 25:10
Speaker 2: cold weather just so that they're good for it, but
• 25:12
Speaker 2: I don't know how they practice. But there you go.
• 25:14
Speaker 2: So it could be a Saturday or Sunday game. It
• 25:16
Speaker 2: could be day or night, depending on where both teams are.
• 25:21
Speaker 2: But I really feel looking at this whole list of games,
• 25:26
Speaker 2: it's hard to give your predictions at this early because
• 25:28
Speaker 2: we haven't even gotten a training camp yet. There could
• 25:31
Speaker 2: be a few more free agent signings. We could make
• 25:33
Speaker 2: a trade, you know, there could be a lot that
• 25:36
Speaker 2: happens before preseason starts, so I think I'm gonna wait
• 25:39
Speaker 2: until to make my predictions till later, but I do
• 25:42
Speaker 2: see at least ten possible wins as of right now.
• 25:45
Speaker 2: If the season started today, with what we have on
• 25:48
Speaker 2: this roster and Ben Jonson here, I believe that the
• 25:52
Speaker 2: Chicago Bears could win at least ten of these games.
• 25:56
Speaker 2: I really believe we're gonna start out the season four
• 25:58
Speaker 2: to oh. I think we're gonna to take out Minnesota.
• 26:01
Speaker 2: I think JJ McCarthy's gonna struggle. Remember the guy was
• 26:04
Speaker 2: hurt last year. He did not play his rookie year.
• 26:08
Speaker 2: Caleb has to make a statement, and especially after what
• 26:12
Speaker 2: was released today, and we're gonna talk about that in
• 26:14
Speaker 2: a minute. He's gonna have a few fans that are
• 26:17
Speaker 2: gonna be mad at him, but I'm not, and I'm
• 26:20
Speaker 2: gonna explain to you what happened and what's going on.
• 26:24
Speaker 2: Breaking news is just broke on ESPN about a book
• 26:28
Speaker 2: that's coming out, and we'll go over that in a minute.
• 26:30
Speaker 2: But here Minnesota, I think we could beat JJ McCarthy
• 26:35
Speaker 2: in college never threw over twenty nine hundred yards. That's
• 26:38
Speaker 2: the most he threw was twenty nine to ninety one. Okay,
• 26:42
Speaker 2: so he was close to three thousand, but he never
• 26:44
Speaker 2: hit three thousand in three years. Caleb Williams had two
• 26:47
Speaker 2: years in a row where he threw over thirty five
• 26:50
Speaker 2: hundred yards in college. I'm telling you now, the Bears
• 26:56
Speaker 2: are going to win some of these games. But I
• 26:58
Speaker 2: don't want to go over him now because I want
• 27:00
Speaker 2: to wait and see what we look like at training camp.
• 27:03
Speaker 2: We'll see what happens. So let's go into the story
• 27:07
Speaker 2: that just broke on ESPN today. There is a brand
• 27:11
Speaker 2: new book that is being released. We already knew. Okay,
• 27:18
Speaker 2: they're reporting this like it's brand new, Okay, but we
• 27:21
Speaker 2: already knew that Caleb Williams dad did not want him
• 27:24
Speaker 2: to play in Chicago. We knew this from the start.
• 27:27
Speaker 2: He was talking about this. Caleb was talking about not
• 27:30
Speaker 2: necessarily knowing if he wanted to come to Chicago. We
• 27:33
Speaker 2: didn't know what the quotes were. There was talk about
• 27:38
Speaker 2: how they wanted ownership of the team they went to,
• 27:40
Speaker 2: which everybody knows could never happen because players can't have
• 27:44
Speaker 2: ownership and a team that they play for. I don't
• 27:46
Speaker 2: even know that I don't even think they could have
• 27:48
Speaker 2: ownership at any team while they're playing. I think that's
• 27:51
Speaker 2: after they play. Like Tom Brady, he owns a piece
• 27:54
Speaker 2: of the Vegas Raiders because he don't play anymore. Have
• 27:57
Speaker 2: he comes back that, I'd believe to get rid of
• 28:00
Speaker 2: that steak. Same thing with Michael Jordan. He owned the
• 28:04
Speaker 2: Washington Wizards. He decided to come back and play for
• 28:07
Speaker 2: them for a season because he wanted to make them
• 28:14
Speaker 2: better or wait, was it them? Are the Bobcats? I
• 28:18
Speaker 2: think it was. It was the Washington Wizards, right, Yeah,
• 28:21
Speaker 2: it was the Wizards and he had to give up
• 28:25
Speaker 2: his ownership to come back and play that. When he left,
• 28:28
Speaker 2: he got his ownership back. So you know, like this
• 28:31
Speaker 2: has always been a thing in sports. Players cannot own
• 28:34
Speaker 2: pieces of teams like that. So we didn't know a
• 28:41
Speaker 2: few things that the father was trying to do. And
• 28:43
Speaker 2: I'm gonna read you some of the article, you know,
• 28:47
Speaker 2: I let you decide for yourself, and then I'm gonna
• 28:48
Speaker 2: give you my take on how I feel about Caleb
• 28:52
Speaker 2: Williams with this. Okay, and I'm a huge Caleb fan
• 28:55
Speaker 2: and I still am. So this new book that's coming
• 29:00
Speaker 2: out says quarterback Caleb Williams was concerned about being picked
• 29:03
Speaker 2: by the Bears in twenty twenty four that he and
• 29:06
Speaker 2: his family weighed serve circumventing the entire NFL draft, consulting
• 29:13
Speaker 2: with lawyers to figure out a way around the league's
• 29:15
Speaker 2: collective bargaining agreement while considering signing with the United Football League.
• 29:21
Speaker 2: And that's details in a new book that's coming out.
• 29:23
Speaker 2: Chicago is the Place Quarterbacks Go to Die, Carl Williams,
• 29:26
Speaker 2: Caleb's father told Seth Wickersham, author of American Kings, a
• 29:31
Speaker 2: biography of the quarterback. So he told him that in
• 29:36
Speaker 2: the months before the draft. So all this was before
• 29:39
Speaker 2: the draft. None of this was at the draft or after.
• 29:42
Speaker 2: This was all before. Okay, this book, I'm definitely gonna
• 29:46
Speaker 2: I'm either gonna buy it or I'm gonna get it
• 29:48
Speaker 2: from my library, but I'm most likely gonna buy it
• 29:50
Speaker 2: just because I'm a big Caleb Williams fan. I always
• 29:54
Speaker 2: will be. You know, nothing in this article made me
• 29:59
Speaker 2: upset at all. In fact, I'll tell you why in
• 30:02
Speaker 2: a minute. Caleb Williams wondered aloud to confidence, do I
• 30:05
Speaker 2: want to go there? I don't think I can do
• 30:08
Speaker 2: it with and it says former Bears offensive coordinator Shane Waldron,
• 30:12
Speaker 2: and he said, I don't think I can do it
• 30:14
Speaker 2: a Waldron. So he already knew that playing for Waldron
• 30:19
Speaker 2: might not be good. So, as you can see the
• 30:24
Speaker 2: Bears firing Waldron and Eber flues during the season, Caleb
• 30:29
Speaker 2: already foreshadowed this before even going to Chicago as a rookie.
• 30:35
Speaker 2: This book's going to be on September. It's going to
• 30:38
Speaker 2: feature This isn't just about Caleb either. It's not a
• 30:41
Speaker 2: Caleb Williams book, it says to be published mid September.
• 30:45
Speaker 2: Offers a detailed account of what it means to be
• 30:48
Speaker 2: a quarterback at various levels, from high school to college
• 30:51
Speaker 2: to the NFL, and what it's like for legends and retirement,
• 30:54
Speaker 2: and features unprecedented access with dozens of quarterbacks and generational
• 30:59
Speaker 2: grades such as John Elway, Johnny Unitas, Warren Moon, members
• 31:03
Speaker 2: of the Manning family, and Steve Young, among others. It
• 31:06
Speaker 2: also includes current signal callers such as Kirk Cousins and
• 31:09
Speaker 2: Drake May. Additionally, there is a few new details inside
• 31:13
Speaker 2: the ruthless recruitment of Texas quarterback Arch Manning and the
• 31:17
Speaker 2: youth quarterback circuit. It also chronicles LSU quarterback Colin Hurley's
• 31:23
Speaker 2: near death car wreck in January and subsequent full recovery.
• 31:27
Speaker 2: Wickersham is an ESPN reporter. His first book, on the
• 31:31
Speaker 2: New England Patriots, was a New York Times bestseller. This
• 31:34
Speaker 2: is called American Kings, a Biography of the quarterback. So
• 31:38
Speaker 2: it's not just Caleb. So people thinking that, oh, how
• 31:41
Speaker 2: does he have a book about him. It's not about him.
• 31:43
Speaker 2: It's about quarterbacks. He is in it because it's about
• 31:47
Speaker 2: quarterbacks that are in college, which at the time he
• 31:50
Speaker 2: was in college, and NFL and high school. They're talking
• 31:54
Speaker 2: to the evolution of quarterbacks. Let's see, Carl Williams went
• 32:00
Speaker 2: in great links to try to circumvent the NFL draft.
• 32:05
Speaker 2: Wickersham wrights wanting to give his son an opportunity to
• 32:08
Speaker 2: choose this for future unplayer. Now, anybody knows that that's
• 32:13
Speaker 2: not really a thing. So his dad kind of delusional
• 32:16
Speaker 2: at the time about this. You know, he gives me
• 32:21
Speaker 2: a feeling kind of of like the Ball family's father.
• 32:28
Speaker 2: You know, he kind of gives me that those kind
• 32:31
Speaker 2: of vibes, and that's cool. He wasn't a distraction in
• 32:35
Speaker 2: the rookie year of Caleb Williams in Chicago. This is
• 32:38
Speaker 2: all beforehand. The Bears are not drafted a star quarterback
• 32:42
Speaker 2: since the eighties, and their recent draft selections Mitchell Trubisky
• 32:46
Speaker 2: and Justin Fields didn't pan out. Carl Williams was worried
• 32:49
Speaker 2: that with the franchise's history, stadium uncertainty, and offensive performances
• 32:55
Speaker 2: under then head coach Matt Eberflus, Caleb Williams wouldn't have
• 32:59
Speaker 2: the organizational support to succeed. I don't want my son
• 33:02
Speaker 2: playing for the Bearers, Williams told several agents in twenty
• 33:05
Speaker 2: twenty four. Now most of the stuff we already do.
• 33:08
Speaker 2: Looking for a way around the league's collective bargaining agreement,
• 33:12
Speaker 2: Carl Williams spoke with Archie Manning, who helped Eli Manning
• 33:17
Speaker 2: assert a measure of control over his eventual team, and
• 33:21
Speaker 2: twenty four he also met with labor lawyers and agents,
• 33:24
Speaker 2: and even considered whether his son could sign with the
• 33:27
Speaker 2: United Football League and become an unrestricted NFL free agent
• 33:30
Speaker 2: in twenty twenty five to be able to pick a team.
• 33:33
Speaker 2: In addition to the draft process, Carl Williams vented about
• 33:37
Speaker 2: the rookie wage scale, which could lock his son into
• 33:40
Speaker 2: the team that drafted him for up to eight years.
• 33:42
Speaker 2: He calculated hundreds of millions of lost market value income.
• 33:46
Speaker 2: The rookie camp is just unconstitutional, Carl Williams told Wickerscham,
• 33:51
Speaker 2: later adding that the CBA is the worst piece of
• 33:54
Speaker 2: s ever I've ever read. It's the worst in sports history.
• 33:59
Speaker 2: After an up and down final season at USC, Caleb
• 34:02
Speaker 2: was unsure of what he wanted to do as he
• 34:04
Speaker 2: prepared for the draft. At the NFL Combine that year,
• 34:07
Speaker 2: he met with Minnesota Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell. The
• 34:10
Speaker 2: two headed off, and Caleb Williams began to dream of
• 34:13
Speaker 2: what it could be like to play for Minnesota. I
• 34:16
Speaker 2: need to go to the Vikings, he told his father.
• 34:18
Speaker 2: Let's do it. As father replied, but both Caleb and
• 34:20
Speaker 2: Carl knew that a trade to a division rival was
• 34:23
Speaker 2: extremely unlikely. Bears GM Ryan Pole stood firm, telling Williams,
• 34:28
Speaker 2: We're drafting you no matter what. So it was never
• 34:31
Speaker 2: gonna be Jade Daniels in Chicago. It was always going
• 34:34
Speaker 2: to be Caleb Williams. He was the guy that I
• 34:37
Speaker 2: believe would have went number one. No matter where people stood.
• 34:40
Speaker 2: So even if the Bears would have traded Washington or whoever,
• 34:44
Speaker 2: Caleb Williams was going to play for the number one pick.
• 34:48
Speaker 2: That's just how it was gonna be. That out left
• 34:52
Speaker 2: one option to publicly attack the Bears in the city
• 34:55
Speaker 2: of Chicago, hoping that it would make the situation untenable,
• 35:00
Speaker 2: similar to what Jack and John Elway had done with
• 35:02
Speaker 2: the Baltimore Colts in nineteen eighty three. He worried about
• 35:06
Speaker 2: me taking bullets. Carl Williams told whether Sham of his son,
• 35:09
Speaker 2: I don't care. I don't agree with this shit, you know.
• 35:12
Speaker 2: I'm more interested in making sure that he could do
• 35:14
Speaker 2: what he wants to do. But Caleb was concerned that
• 35:17
Speaker 2: if they did try and the Bears refuse to trade him,
• 35:20
Speaker 2: it would make a tough situation worse. In the end,
• 35:23
Speaker 2: Caleb Williams told Wickersham, I wasn't ready to nuke the city.
• 35:26
Speaker 2: After a pre draft visit to the Bears facility, Williams
• 35:29
Speaker 2: believed he could be part of a process to turn
• 35:32
Speaker 2: the franchise around. I could do it for this team,
• 35:35
Speaker 2: Caleb told his dad, I'm going to the Bears. The
• 35:38
Speaker 2: Bears declined to comment. The book also shed light on
• 35:41
Speaker 2: williams tumultuous rookie season, in which both ebra Flus and
• 35:45
Speaker 2: Waldron were fired and the Bears lost ten straight. At times,
• 35:48
Speaker 2: Williams said he could watch film alone with no instruction
• 35:52
Speaker 2: or guidance from the coaches. No one tells me what
• 35:54
Speaker 2: to watch, told his dad. Caleb Williams told his dad,
• 35:57
Speaker 2: I just turned it on. Caleb Williams mostly played well
• 36:01
Speaker 2: for his rookie year, despite coaching instability. For the year,
• 36:04
Speaker 2: he completed sixty two percent of his passes with twenty
• 36:07
Speaker 2: touchdowns and six interceptions. He was sacked a league leading
• 36:11
Speaker 2: sixty eight times. The Bears hired well respected Detroit Lions
• 36:15
Speaker 2: offensive coordinator Ben Johnson in January. Speaking to reporters in April,
• 36:20
Speaker 2: Caleb Williams was excited being able to be in this position,
• 36:23
Speaker 2: being able to have the first year the way I did,
• 36:26
Speaker 2: ups and downs, and then be able to come here
• 36:28
Speaker 2: be as confidence as I was last year or possibly
• 36:31
Speaker 2: even more, and to be able to get here with
• 36:34
Speaker 2: the group that we have. I really couldn't wait to
• 36:36
Speaker 2: get the work with these guys. Him pushing me is key.
• 36:39
Speaker 2: I know that, and he knows that I can't wait
• 36:42
Speaker 2: to be able to help to learn more about ball
• 36:45
Speaker 2: because he's super, super sharp. And so that's it. That's
• 36:49
Speaker 2: the article. Nothing in there shows me that he didn't
• 36:56
Speaker 2: want to play here once they drafted him. This was
• 36:59
Speaker 2: all pre draft. This was all pre visit to Chicago.
• 37:05
Speaker 2: This was all combine. Okay, at the combine you get
• 37:09
Speaker 2: to meet with different teams. We all know this. Caleb Williams,
• 37:13
Speaker 2: to me, loves the Bears. He loves being a Bear.
• 37:17
Speaker 2: He wants to play in Chicago. I hope this is
• 37:20
Speaker 2: not gonna be a media thing where the media is like, oh,
• 37:23
Speaker 2: well you said this, you said that. He said that
• 37:26
Speaker 2: while he was finishing up his career at USC. This
• 37:30
Speaker 2: was pre everything. Okay, I'll be honest. I don't blame
• 37:34
Speaker 2: him for not wanting to play for Chicago. The Bears
• 37:38
Speaker 2: suck at rookie quarterbacks because we always have an up coaching. Now,
• 37:45
Speaker 2: what I feel Caleb got out of that first season
• 37:48
Speaker 2: was that was his up and down year. Now with
• 37:52
Speaker 2: Ben Johnson, Ben Johnson's gonna look at everything he did right,
• 37:55
Speaker 2: everything he did wrong. The fact that he told this
• 38:01
Speaker 2: that Waldron and Eberflus would have him watch film alone
• 38:06
Speaker 2: and not give him guidance. How are you going to
• 38:08
Speaker 2: build up a rookie quarterback? Do you know who had that?
• 38:13
Speaker 2: Jaden Daniels had that in Washington. You know how I
• 38:17
Speaker 2: know that? Not because I was there, but because that's
• 38:21
Speaker 2: how you train a rookie quarterback. CJ. Stroud had that
• 38:25
Speaker 2: in Houston. Jade Daniels had that in Washington, and they
• 38:31
Speaker 2: both had successful rookie years. Justin Fields didn't have that
• 38:36
Speaker 2: in Chicago. Mitch Trubisky probably didn't have that in Chicago,
• 38:41
Speaker 2: and Caleb Williams didn't have that in Chicago. Now, let's
• 38:44
Speaker 2: just take Trubisky out of the frame. I don't think
• 38:46
Speaker 2: he would have ever been great. I believe Justin Fields could
• 38:50
Speaker 2: have had a shot had he had that kind of
• 38:52
Speaker 2: training and he had that kind of coaching. That's a
• 38:55
Speaker 2: coach to coach the players. And people say, well, they're
• 38:58
Speaker 2: NFL players, It doesn't matter. The league is different every
• 39:03
Speaker 2: single time you step up. It's different. High school is
• 39:07
Speaker 2: different than college, college is different than the NFL. NFL
• 39:13
Speaker 2: is the main place. This is where you train your quarterback.
• 39:16
Speaker 2: Do you have to train your quarterback forever? No, the
• 39:19
Speaker 2: first two seasons you do even Jane Daniels needs stuff.
• 39:26
Speaker 2: So yes, I believe that Caleb Williams and his dad
• 39:30
Speaker 2: want him to play here now. I just don't think
• 39:32
Speaker 2: that they did during that time of the season or
• 39:35
Speaker 2: during that time and it doesn't shock me. All right,
• 39:39
Speaker 2: let's move on. We'll talk more football next week. I mean, honestly,
• 39:44
Speaker 2: we're gonna be now, not that the schedules released. We're
• 39:47
Speaker 2: gonna be in that time of year where there's not
• 39:50
Speaker 2: a lot gonna go on. Now, you're gonna have some
• 39:52
Speaker 2: free agents sign. Where's Keenan Allen gonna go? He's still
• 39:57
Speaker 2: right now, he is still out there. No one has
• 40:00
Speaker 2: taken him yet. I'm wondering if he's gonna end up
• 40:04
Speaker 2: having any team take him. Do the Bears need him?
• 40:07
Speaker 2: I don't think we need another receiver right now, Sally,
• 40:10
  Speaker 2: I think we're good at the receiver room. I don't
• 40:12
Speaker 2: think we need Keenan Allen. He's I think the Chargers
• 40:16
Speaker 2: end up taking him, but who knows, but we'll see
• 40:18
Speaker 2: what happens. So all right, let's move on to the NBA.
• 40:23
Speaker 2: Let's talk about the NBA Draft lottery. That's right, NBA
• 40:27
Speaker 2: Draft lottery is officially over. We know where the teams
• 40:32
Speaker 2: are gonna draft, and we also know that I put
• 40:37
Speaker 2: that in my mobile bookmarks already. Let's see. Let's see.
• 40:44
  Speaker 2: I guess I didn't, all right, So let's go find
• 40:48
Speaker 2: it the NFL Draft lottery or NBA Draft lottery. I'm sorry,
• 40:53
Speaker 2: NBA Draft lottery was last week. Cooper Flagg is the
• 40:59
Speaker 2: guy that I think everyone was gonna aim for and
• 41:02
Speaker 2: who is going to get him? Let's talk about it.
• 41:05
Speaker 2: So here we go. Let's start from number fourteen to
• 41:08
Speaker 2: number one. Number fourteen, the San Antonio Spurs, number thirteen,
• 41:12
Speaker 2: the Atlanta Hawks number twelve, my Chicago Bulls number eleven,
• 41:17
Speaker 2: the Portland Trailblazers number ten, the Houston Rockets number nine,
• 41:22
Speaker 2: the Toronto Raptors number eight, the Brooklyn Nets number seven,
• 41:26
Speaker 2: of the New Orleans Pelicans number six, the Washington Wizards
• 41:31
Speaker 2: number five, the Utah Jazz number four, the Charlotte Hornets
• 41:35
Speaker 2: number three, the Philadelphia seventy six ers number two, San
• 41:39
Speaker 2: Antonio Spurs, and the number one draft pick this year,
• 41:42
Speaker 2: and where he may be going is the Dallas Mavericks.
• 41:46
Speaker 2: I don't know if I'd want to go to Dallas
• 41:48
Speaker 2: right now. I mean, look what they did to Luca Donic.
• 41:50
Speaker 2: Could you imagine though, if they had Luca and Cooper
• 41:54
Speaker 2: Bolt there, that would be a devastating team. But Anthony
• 41:58
Speaker 2: Davis might be able to step up with them. Maybe
• 42:00
Speaker 2: he gets hurt less next year. Hopefully we'll see what happens.
• 42:04
Speaker 2: But if you think about it, the Utah Jazz had
• 42:07
Speaker 2: a fourteen percent chance I think it was, of getting
• 42:11
Speaker 2: the number one pick because of their record. They end
• 42:14
Speaker 2: up with the number five pick. That's insane. That just
• 42:18
Speaker 2: shows you it does not matter. It does not matter
• 42:22
Speaker 2: where your percentage lies, because you still have a chance
• 42:27
Speaker 2: no matter what. The NBA is like, I think the
• 42:31
Speaker 2: only league that does a draft lottery everybody else. If
• 42:36
Speaker 2: your team is the worst in the league, they get
• 42:38
Speaker 2: the number one pick. I mean, Dallas was in the
• 42:43
Speaker 2: play in tournament. If I'm the Dallas Mavericks, I'm looking like, hey,
• 42:47
Speaker 2: I don't think teams players don't want to come here.
• 42:50
Speaker 2: We're not the worst team in the league. Okay, we're
• 42:53
Speaker 2: far from it. We made the play in tournament. We lost,
• 42:58
Speaker 2: but at least we were there so we can get
• 43:00
Speaker 2: these young guy in here and say, hey, maybe we're one.
• 43:04
Speaker 2: Maybe we're you away from being in the playoffs in
• 43:07
Speaker 2: a sixth seed or a five seed where we don't
• 43:09
Speaker 2: have to worry about the play in tournament at seven, eight, nine,
• 43:13
Speaker 2: and ten. Okay, So that's how I look at it.
• 43:17
Speaker 2: The Chicago Bulls, the one year that they got Dereck
• 43:19
Speaker 2: Rose only had like a one point eight percent chance
• 43:22
Speaker 2: of getting the number one pick, and they got the
• 43:24
Speaker 2: number one pick, and Chicago boy Derreck Rose came here
• 43:27
Speaker 2: and turn this team around. He was one injury away.
• 43:33
Speaker 2: One If he didn't get that one injury, we could
• 43:35
Speaker 2: have been champions, and I think we would have. So
• 43:38
Speaker 2: we'll see what happens. That's the NBA Draft lottery. We'll
• 43:41
Speaker 2: see where Cooper Flag ends up. Most likely it's gonna
• 43:43
Speaker 2: be Dallas. People are saying, is Cooper Flag just the
• 43:51
Speaker 2: ammo for the Mavericks to execute a trade for Giannis
• 43:56
Speaker 2: because imagine Milwaukee Geving? Be honest, who really? I don't
• 44:01
Speaker 2: think he wants to stay in Milwaukee, and I don't
• 44:03
Speaker 2: think we'll stay in Milwaukee once he's a free agent.
• 44:06
Speaker 2: I think if they don't trade him, he's not going
• 44:08
Speaker 2: to stay. I think he comes to Chicago. I think
• 44:11
Speaker 2: he wants to play for the Bulls and he already
• 44:13
Speaker 2: said it. So a couple more years he could be
• 44:15
Speaker 2: in a Chicago Bulls uniform. But could you imagine instead
• 44:20
Speaker 2: Dallas says, hey, we want Giannis. We'll give you that
• 44:26
Speaker 2: number one pick for Cooper Flagg, a young, great player
• 44:31
Speaker 2: from the NC double A that could put up numbers
• 44:34
Speaker 2: for you. Yannis don't want to play for you no more.
• 44:39
Speaker 2: He said, he's not gonna stay in He might not
• 44:42
Speaker 2: stay in free agency, so why not get rid of him?
• 44:45
Speaker 2: Now you get our number one pick and what in
• 44:48
Speaker 2: a couple other pieces? We ya yanis that could be amazing.
• 44:55
Speaker 2: So we'll see what happens. That's a possible thing, So
• 44:59
Speaker 2: we'll see what happens there. So NBA and NBC is
• 45:02
Speaker 2: coming back, and I think everybody is excited about it.
• 45:10
Speaker 2: Who's the main player that's coming back to be on
• 45:13
Speaker 2: the NBA on NBC. Michael Jordan, that's right, the man
• 45:17
Speaker 2: who became famous because of the NBA and NBC. Everybody
• 45:22
Speaker 2: loved him, Abad Rashad, all of them. It was amazing.
• 45:26
Speaker 2: I used to love the NBA and NBC. I'm glad
• 45:29
  Speaker 2: it's coming back, and so that's what's gonna happen he's
• 45:32
Speaker 2: gonna come back as a special contributor for the twenty
• 45:36
Speaker 2: five to twenty six season. They only signed him to
• 45:38
Speaker 2: one year because they want to see how it goes.
• 45:40
Speaker 2: You know, if it goes good, Michael Jordan might be
• 45:43
  Speaker 2: a piece that stays. I don't know. They didn't really
• 45:47
Speaker 2: say is he gonna do commentary, Is he gonna do
• 45:49
Speaker 2: like a halftime show of the games. Nobody's really said it,
• 45:53
Speaker 2: just as a special contributor right now, So we'll see
• 45:55
Speaker 2: what that means. NBC, NBN. NBC will be back on
• 46:00
Speaker 2: the lineup for the NBC shows next year starting in October.
• 46:06
Speaker 2: So I'm gonna go over shows that are leaving and
• 46:08
Speaker 2: coming to the different networks next year. What's what's been
• 46:13
Speaker 2: canceled and what's been renewed. We'll talk about that in
• 46:15
Speaker 2: a little while. But Michael Jordan back on the NBA
• 46:19
Speaker 2: and NBC. It's gonna be amazing. Can't wait to see it.
• 46:22
Speaker 2: I think we're gonna have another year Lebron because he
• 46:25
Speaker 2: can't let Jordan do anything without his name popping up somewhere.
• 46:31
Speaker 2: So obviously I think that's gonna be a thing. So
• 46:34
Speaker 2: we'll see what happens. So you're gonna see NBA games
• 46:37
Speaker 2: airing on NBC and Peacock in the fall, beginning in October.
• 46:42
Speaker 2: That's gonna be a little bit of fun. We'll see
• 46:45
Speaker 2: what happens. Now. Some of the shows that got cleared
• 46:48
Speaker 2: from the lineup for NBC next year is because of
• 46:51
Speaker 2: the NBA and NBC. So I think we're gonna have
• 46:53
Speaker 2: some weeknight games, not just weekend games. So we'll see
• 46:56
Speaker 2: what happens with that. Let's see. Let's move on and
• 47:04
Speaker 2: let's talk WW backlash. That's right, WW flash results. Let's
• 47:10
Speaker 2: see who won all the big matches. I knew there
• 47:14
Speaker 2: was not going to be a lot of change hands
• 47:18
Speaker 2: with titles. In fact, was there any Let's see. Let's
• 47:22
Speaker 2: go back and look all right? Hmm wait was the
• 47:35
Speaker 2: Sun raw? I don't want raw? No, we want backlash, alright,
• 47:45
Speaker 2: so let's do this. Okay, So sounds like that. I'm
• 47:52
Speaker 2: gonna try to find a better one. I don't want
• 47:54
Speaker 2: raw results, I want the backlash results. I don't know
• 47:57
Speaker 2: why Rob hopped up Seampunk was though. I think we're
• 48:02
Speaker 2: gonna get see him Punkin' Roman taking on obviously South Islands.
• 48:09
Speaker 2: I'm ron breaker. I think we're gonna get that, okay,
• 48:12
Speaker 2: So Jacob Fatu, Drew McIntyre, La Knight and Damian Priest.
• 48:19
Speaker 2: Great matchup fatal four way, tore down the house. I
• 48:22
Speaker 2: think a lot of people were excited. Jeff Cobb showed
• 48:26
Speaker 2: up during the match. For people who don't know, he
• 48:29
Speaker 2: was on the independent scene, he also was on like
• 48:33
Speaker 2: Midget Wrestling, I guess for a while he was on
• 48:36
Speaker 2: there too. He's not a midget though, but he was
• 48:38
Speaker 2: there too. But he did a lot of independent work.
• 48:40
Speaker 2: A lot of people knew who he was already. He
• 48:43
Speaker 2: came down with solo and of course helped Fa Tou retain.
• 48:47
Speaker 2: The title. Match got an A minus not bad. I
• 48:51
Speaker 2: thought it was a good match. I would give it.
• 48:53
Speaker 2: I give it an A for me. Let's see notable moments.
• 48:58
Speaker 2: Everyone took their time with entrances. The match did get
• 49:02
Speaker 2: started toil almost fifteen minutes into the show, and some
• 49:04
Speaker 2: of the time was waking up taken up by the
• 49:07
Speaker 2: national anthem. Night made a nice rampage at the beginning
• 49:11
Speaker 2: of the match. Let's see Priest hit a nice hurr
• 49:15
Speaker 2: kroana from the top rope on five to two, and
• 49:18
Speaker 2: a few moments with everyone hitting their finisher and sequence
• 49:21
Speaker 2: was great. So that was a good one second match.
• 49:25
Speaker 2: Lyra Valkira versus Becky Lynch. Awesome match teacher versus student.
• 49:31
Speaker 2: Lyra is two and zero against Becky Lynch. She defeated
• 49:35
Speaker 2: Becky Lynch and retained her Women's inter Continental title. Feud's
• 49:40
Speaker 2: probably not gonna be over between the two of them.
• 49:42
Speaker 2: I think eventually, maybe Becky gets the title I think
• 49:45
Speaker 2: she deserves. I'll run with the Women's inter Continental title.
• 49:48
Speaker 2: I'd rather see her do that than get into the
• 49:50
Speaker 2: woman's title mix right now. In fact, I'd like to
• 49:52
Speaker 2: see Charlotte Flair do like a woman's United States championship.
• 49:56
Speaker 2: Let her get something different for a while, let the
• 49:58
Speaker 2: other women fight it out. They gave it an as.
• 50:03
  Speaker 2: I'd give it a B plus. I thought it could
• 50:05
Speaker 2: be a little better, but it was a decent match,
• 50:07
Speaker 2: notable moments that they had. It was hard not to
• 50:10
Speaker 2: laugh at Alcira walking with her bird wings extended the
• 50:13
Speaker 2: whole time she made her entrance. Lyra's hanging submission needs
• 50:18
Speaker 2: a name. It's a good move and she should win
• 50:20
Speaker 2: matches with it sometimes to make it seem dangerous. Few
• 50:23
Speaker 2: things look as good as a perfectly executed. Northern Lights
• 50:27
Speaker 2: Suplex Lynch mocked Valkira's fiance, Irish rustler LJ. Cleary in
• 50:36
Speaker 2: the front row, and val Kira was holding her nose.
• 50:40
Speaker 2: After the match, Michael Cole said it might be broken.
• 50:43
Speaker 2: So decent match there. Dominic Mysterio versus Penta, nice match.
• 50:49
Speaker 2: Mysterio is looking great. He really is. You know, I
• 50:54
Speaker 2: think that he always got a bad rap, but honestly,
• 50:57
Speaker 2: I think he's a really good wrestler. I love Dominic Mysterio.
• 51:01
Speaker 2: Dirty Dom won the match, held on to his title.
• 51:05
Speaker 2: Of course, there was interference at the end. We all
• 51:07
Speaker 2: knew that was gonna happen, but it wasn't just Judgment Day.
• 51:14
Speaker 2: It was also El Grande Americano, not Chad Gable that
• 51:18
Speaker 2: showed up and also hit Penno with the head butt
• 51:21
Speaker 2: while the roff was dealing with the Judgment Day and
• 51:24
Speaker 2: then Dom gets to win. They gave it a B plus.
• 51:26
Speaker 2: I give that one an A minus. I thought Mysterio
• 51:28
Speaker 2: looked awesome. Pent To look awesome, and now we know
• 51:31
Speaker 2: we're gonna get Penta against El Grande Americano probably at
• 51:35
Speaker 2: Saturday Night's main event. Crowd has taken to penta quite
• 51:39
Speaker 2: a bit. Seems like he is love interacting with the
• 51:42
Speaker 2: fans on the way to the ring. He never rushes
• 51:44
Speaker 2: and takes his time to acknowledge kids in the crowd.
• 51:46
Speaker 2: Mysterio's gill was an gear was an homage to Psychosis.
• 51:51
Speaker 2: Dom hit a nice hair at hr Conrana early in
• 51:53
Speaker 2: the match, Pat McAfee and Gunther. I thought it was amazing.
• 51:59
Speaker 2: They gave it a C plus. That's bull crap Goonther,
• 52:07
Speaker 2: I mean he they They made Goonther look dominant without
• 52:11
Speaker 2: making McAfee look like a chump. McAfee came in there,
• 52:15
Speaker 2: he had his licks in. I mean, come on, he's
• 52:17
Speaker 2: not a professional wrestler like Goonther is goother was toying
• 52:22
Speaker 2: with them, so of course McAfee was gonna come back
• 52:26
Speaker 2: and do his thing, and he did. I give that match.
• 52:28
  Speaker 2: They gave it a C plus. I give it a
• 52:30
Speaker 2: B minus. I loved how Michael Cole got involved with
• 52:34
Speaker 2: his friend, you know, that was amazing. Notable moments. McAfee
• 52:39
Speaker 2: went for more of a street closed look than wrestling gear.
• 52:43
Speaker 2: Street fight type match should have been a street fight.
• 52:46
Speaker 2: I think McAfee tripped when he tried to jump over
• 52:49
Speaker 2: the top rope, but he recovered. Well, I mean, look,
• 52:53
Speaker 2: like I said, he is not a professional wrestler, but
• 52:55
Speaker 2: even professional wrestlers have those moments, so you can't really
• 53:00
Speaker 2: say much. Cole tried helping McAfee win, only only for
• 53:04
Speaker 2: guther to kick out. Was a funny moment. It's funny
• 53:08
Speaker 2: because Cole tried holding the legs down or the feed
• 53:11
Speaker 2: down and Gooler's still kicked out. And surprisingly the ring
• 53:15
Speaker 2: general showed McAfee a little respect before leaving the ring.
• 53:18
Speaker 2: That was nice made event. John Cena Randy Orton gave
• 53:22
Speaker 2: me the feels of two thousand and two all over
• 53:24
Speaker 2: again when they faced each other. Amazing match. The two
• 53:28
Speaker 2: of them went back and forth with moves. If this
• 53:31
Speaker 2: is the final time we ever see Randy Orton and Sena.
• 53:35
Speaker 2: I give that match an A plus. They said a
• 53:37
  Speaker 2: B plus. I gave it an A plus. I think
• 53:39
Speaker 2: the way it ended was great. You're not gonna have
• 53:42
Speaker 2: Sina win all the matches with a pinfall by doing
• 53:47
Speaker 2: his moves. This is heal Sena heal heal cheat to
• 53:53
Speaker 2: win interference, wrestling belts, steel chairs. This is how heels
• 53:59
Speaker 2: used to win in the eighties. And nineties. You chumps
• 54:02
Speaker 2: from nowadays need to get used to it. This is
• 54:04
Speaker 2: the way wrestling used to be. Amazing match. I gave
• 54:07
Speaker 2: it a plus. Sena and Orton tore the house down.
• 54:10
Speaker 2: The hometown boy did great notable moments and observations. For
• 54:16
Speaker 2: this match. Orton had more color on his trunks than usual.
• 54:20
Speaker 2: Sina should come out to the theme he used before
• 54:23
Speaker 2: his usual song. It would add to the heel side
• 54:25
Speaker 2: of his character because that was a tune he used
• 54:28
Speaker 2: when he was heel all those years. The spot with
• 54:30
Speaker 2: both men hitting their finisher at the same time was
• 54:33
Speaker 2: a bit of a callback to the tables match they
• 54:36
Speaker 2: had many years ago, and the crowd popped big when
• 54:38
Speaker 2: Orton started clearing off the tables. Great event. They gave
• 54:43
  Speaker 2: it a be. I would give it a bee. I'll
• 54:45
Speaker 2: agree with that. I think altogether with all the matches,
• 54:48
Speaker 2: I think it was a bee. Is a right thing.
• 54:50
Speaker 2: Satura Nites made events coming up at during the press conference,
• 54:55
Speaker 2: our truth came out and I guess he got a
• 54:58
Speaker 2: little insulting, but he wasn't trying to be. But he
• 55:02
Speaker 2: did end up getting a aid through the table at
• 55:07
Speaker 2: the press conference, So I think we are going to
• 55:10
Speaker 2: see John Cena taking on Our Truth. Our Truth gets
• 55:14
Speaker 2: to take on his childhood hero. It's so funny. I
• 55:18
Speaker 2: believe that's gonna happen a Satday Night's Main Event. And
• 55:21
Speaker 2: then of course we've got Logan Paul and Jay Usso
• 55:24
Speaker 2: for the title. So I think we got two matches
• 55:26
Speaker 2: right there, and then we'll have a few more, but
• 55:29
  Speaker 2: we'll see what happens Saturday's main event. I think it's
• 55:31
Speaker 2: gonna be a decent one. It's coming up in a
• 55:33
Speaker 2: couple of weeks, and then of course they're gonna be
• 55:35
Speaker 2: getting ready also for the Money in the Bank pay
• 55:38
Speaker 2: per view. I heard Goonther is going to have a
• 55:42
Speaker 2: rematch for the title two days after Money at the Bank,

Speaker 2: which would be June ninth. That is gonna be amazing
• 55:51
Speaker 2: because could you imagine Goonther wins over jay Uso and
• 55:57
Speaker 2: then a cash in from whoever the Money in the
• 55:59
Speaker 2: Bank guy is and they win it. That'd be kind
• 56:02
Speaker 2: of cool. We'll see what happens with that. We'll talk
• 56:04
Speaker 2: more Satura Night's Made Event next week, and of course
• 56:07
Speaker 2: Money in the Bank, because I think we're gonna start
• 56:09
Speaker 2: building up for those two events now after this Friday.
• 56:13
Speaker 2: Right now, we have the aftermath of backlash and then
• 56:15
Speaker 2: we start getting ready for all that stuff coming up.
• 56:18
Speaker 2: So we'll see what happens there. Let's move on and
• 56:22
Speaker 2: talk a little bit of NASCAR standings. Let's see where
• 56:25
Speaker 2: all of them are. Let's see, alright, So let's look
• 56:33
Speaker 2: at the top. We'll do the top twenty, all right.
• 56:36
Speaker 2: Number one right now is Kyle Larson for Chevy. He's
• 56:40
Speaker 2: got four hundred and sixty nine points, three wins, eight
• 56:44
Speaker 2: and eight top five finishes. Not bad. Byron is number
• 56:48
Speaker 2: two for Chevy. He's got four hundred and thirty four points,
• 56:52
Speaker 2: one win and five top five finishes. Christopher Bell, one
• 56:57
Speaker 2: of my favorite racers, won me a couple of events.
• 57:00
Speaker 2: He's had beagos for Toyota three hundred and eighty four points,
• 57:05
Speaker 2: three wins, six top five finishes. Chase Elliott coming in
• 57:10
Speaker 2: at number four for Chevy three hundred and seventy eight points,
• 57:14
Speaker 2: zero wins, three top five finishes. Ryan Blaney for Ford
• 57:20
Speaker 2: is number five, three hundred sixty two points, zero wins,
• 57:24
Speaker 2: five top five finishes. Tyler Reddick coming in at number
• 57:29
Speaker 2: six for Toyota three hundred and fifty seven points, no wins,
• 57:33
Speaker 2: but three top five finishes. Denley Denny Hamlin number seven
• 57:40
Speaker 2: for Toyota three hundred forty six points, two wins, five
• 57:44
Speaker 2: top five finishes. Bowman for Chevy has eight his number
• 57:50
Speaker 2: eighties at three hundred twenty five points, zero wins, two
• 57:53
Speaker 2: top five finishes. Joey Logano number nine for forty has
• 57:58
Speaker 2: three hundred and eighteen points, one win, one top five finish.
• 58:03
Speaker 2: Wallace Junior coming in at number ten for Toyota three
• 58:07
Speaker 2: hundred and ten points, zero wins and two top five finishes.
• 58:13
Speaker 2: Number eleven is Ryan Chastain three hundred points, no wins,
• 58:19
Speaker 2: two top five finishes. Brisco number twelve for Toyota two
• 58:24
Speaker 2: hundred and seventy eight points, zero wins, four top five finishes.
• 58:29
Speaker 2: Number thirteen to Cidric for Ford two hundred and seventy
• 58:33
Speaker 2: three points, one win and one top five finish. Steinhaus
• 58:38
Speaker 2: Junior Stenhouse Junior for Chevy number fourteen two hundred and
• 58:41
Speaker 2: fifty eight points, no wins, one top five finish. Pries
• 58:46
Speaker 2: Has number fifteen two hundred and fifty one points, no wins,
• 58:50
Speaker 2: one top five finish. Jay Berry for Ford two hundred
• 58:56
Speaker 2: and forty four points, one win too. Top five finishes.
• 59:01
Speaker 2: Kyle Busch is number seventeen. He's got two hundred and
• 59:04
Speaker 2: forty four points and no wins, one top five finish.
• 59:09
Speaker 2: Jay Nemachek at number eighteen for Toyota two hundred and
• 59:13
Speaker 2: thirty four points, no wins, one top five finish. Number
• 59:18
Speaker 2: nineteen is hos of Ar. He's got two hundred and
• 59:21
Speaker 2: thirty points. He's for Chevy, no wins and one top
• 59:25
Speaker 2: five finish. Number twenty is McDowell for Chevy two hundred
• 59:30
Speaker 2: and twenty eight points, zero wins, zero top five finishes.
• 59:35
Speaker 2: A couple other guys on here at number twenty one.
• 59:38
Speaker 2: Another one of my favorite racers is Dylan two hundred
• 59:41
Speaker 2: and twenty seven points, zero and zero. And then my
• 59:45
Speaker 2: other favorite is aj Allmendinger. I love that guy. He's
• 59:49
Speaker 2: got two hundred and eighteen points. He's number twenty five
• 59:52
Speaker 2: zero and zero though, so pretty crazy. Obviously, points are
• 59:57
Speaker 2: accumulated through what position you get, so every position gets
• 1:00:01
Speaker 2: you points. It's just a certain amount of points you
• 1:00:04
Speaker 2: get for finishing in certain places. So like there's guys
• 1:00:10
Speaker 2: right now that have one point two points twenty four points.
• 1:00:14
Speaker 2: There's guys with zero points right now in the top
• 1:00:17
Speaker 2: fifty four. There's fifty four racers altogether. Okay, there's guys
• 1:00:22
Speaker 2: that have zero points right now. Okay, there's guys who
• 1:00:26
Speaker 2: have very little points right now. So that's why Cole Custer,
• 1:00:30
Speaker 2: another one of my favorites, only one hundred and thirty
• 1:00:32
Speaker 2: nine points. He has no finishes. And then this guy,
• 1:00:36
Speaker 2: he's got thirty four points. This dude Johnson for Toyota.
• 1:00:40
Speaker 2: He had one top five finish and still lie has
• 1:00:42
Speaker 2: thirty four points. So a lot of it goes by.
• 1:00:45
Speaker 2: I don't see Frankie Munez on here. He raced in
• 1:00:48
Speaker 2: a race. He's got nothing, but he wasn't in enough.
• 1:00:51
Speaker 2: I guess he was only in like one race so far. Okay,
• 1:00:54
Speaker 2: so let's move on. We will talk more NASCAR, you know,
• 1:00:58
Speaker 2: every other week or something. Maybe I'll bring it up,
• 1:01:00
Speaker 2: or maybe next week I'll do it again. It's kind
• 1:01:03
Speaker 2: of fun. I'm getting into NASCAR more every year. I
• 1:01:05
Speaker 2: did a little last year and now more this year.
• 1:01:08
Speaker 2: But let's move on now to our entertainment section, and
• 1:01:14
Speaker 2: let's talk about the shows that are being renewed and canceled.
• 1:01:18
Speaker 2: Let's talk about those really quick. There's a longer show day,
• 1:01:20
Speaker 2: I got a lot to get to. Some weeks there's nothing.
• 1:01:23
Speaker 2: Some weeks, there's a lot. So let's see what we
• 1:01:26
Speaker 2: got here. Let's talk about all the shows, all right,
• 1:01:36
Speaker 2: So here we go. So let's see. Oh, was this
