- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice. Welcome to the not even Nation Shooter. And it's Tuesday,
- 0:18Speaker 1: which normally means our friend Delana Dixon Miss D joins us.
- 0:22Speaker 1: So don't get concerned because it's not MISSD today. M
- 0:27Speaker 1: D and Mark change slots this week. So we've got
- 0:30Speaker 1: the lovely Mark Lupoh, hey, lu biluis here on Tuesday.
- 0:36Speaker 1: I didn't know you did Tuesday's Mark. Let me hear
- 0:39Speaker 1: your voice. See if it sounds the same Tuesday, Tuesday, Tuesday, Tuesday. Oh,
- 0:42Speaker 1: it's lovely. It's really strange as that. I think after
- 0:45Speaker 1: maybe two years of doing this now I've got in
- 0:48Speaker 1: my rhythm and I like it as it is, but
- 0:51Speaker 1: to mix it up now and again it's a bit exciting.
- 0:54Speaker 1: We'll welcome, Welcome, welcome. You're not gonna let us dan.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Ms d's in Florida on vacation and so nothing drama.
- 1:01Speaker 1: I know she's looking for boys, she's going out at
- 1:04Speaker 1: night and she's chasing those cute waiters around the restaurants,
- 1:09Speaker 1: and so Florida you're lucky to have her. We'll have
- 1:11Speaker 1: mister back on Thursday. Let's jump into the show. What
- 1:14Speaker 1: time is it? Market is? So the story, the true
- 1:18Speaker 1: story behind there's Prince William and Kate Middleton a fair rumors.
- 1:23Speaker 1: So the Internet has once again exploded inundated with rumors
- 1:28Speaker 1: that William may have cheated on Cape Middleton. The last
- 1:31Speaker 1: time we really dealt with this was in two thousand
- 1:34Speaker 1: and nineteen when a falling out occurred between Kate Middleton
- 1:38Speaker 1: and a family friend, Rose Hanbury, who is the marian
- 1:42Speaker 1: Us of Chumley. That means she's married to a market
- 1:46Speaker 1: That makes sense. Yeah, so weird word, isn't it. I
- 1:48Speaker 1: didn't know how quite hard to say that. I had
- 1:50Speaker 1: to look it up. But yes, she's married to this big,
- 1:53Speaker 1: big deal. She's part of that elite. They hang out together,
- 1:56Speaker 1: they go to their their fabulous country houses together. They
- 2:00Speaker 1: had a falling out and that's when rumors started that
- 2:04Speaker 1: maybe Rose was with William. So at the time in
- 2:10Speaker 1: Touch back in two thousand and nineteen implied that they
- 2:13Speaker 1: might have had an affair. Kate allegedly confronted William about this.
- 2:17Speaker 1: He laughed it off, saying there's no truth to it. However,
- 2:20Speaker 1: it became such a big story. Even the Daily Mail,
- 2:22Speaker 1: their royal reporter Richard Kay here's a good guy. He said,
- 2:25Speaker 1: it's all fake newers. But these rumors have popped back up.
- 2:31Speaker 1: An anonymous source online just claimed that they were back together.
- 2:36Speaker 1: It exploded. Sources tell me it is not true. And
- 2:40Speaker 1: to prove this, when President Trump visited Britain and they
- 2:44Speaker 1: had a dinner at the Palace, who was at the dinner? Rose? Now,
- 2:49Speaker 1: if Rose had had an affair with William, there is
- 2:52Speaker 1: no way Kate would have allowed her to be on
- 2:54Speaker 1: that guest list, not for such a big state event.
- 2:58Speaker 1: So I'm told this is not true. And US Weekly
- 3:02Speaker 1: actually goes on to say that the rumors were helpful.
- 3:04Speaker 1: They actually were helpful because although it's hurtful for Kate
- 3:07Speaker 1: to have this stuff out there, and she knows one
- 3:10Speaker 1: day her children will be able to read about them online,
- 3:12Speaker 1: it forced her and William to sit back and think
- 3:15Speaker 1: about their relationship and realize they've got to do this
- 3:17Speaker 1: more often. A couple of things here, mam. Do you
- 3:20Speaker 1: believe the rumors? And what do you think about a
- 3:22Speaker 1: fair rumors? Can they actually help a relationship? Yes, that's
- 3:26Speaker 1: a great that's a great question. I found myself in
- 3:28Speaker 1: a deep YouTube hole last night looking into the videos
- 3:31Speaker 1: of this person and so the woman he's being accused
- 3:33Speaker 1: of cheating with looks just like Kate Milton, which is like,
- 3:36Speaker 1: was someone I would want like the opposite, I would
- 3:38Speaker 1: want the fantasy of someone I don't have currently. I mean,
- 3:42Speaker 1: I think where there's smoke, there might be fire, but
- 3:44Speaker 1: I don't. It's like, as a royal, where do you
- 3:46Speaker 1: have the time to cheat? It's like they're every single
- 3:49Speaker 1: thing you're doing is being watched and picked up. Part
- 3:52Speaker 1: I don't. I think there was some flirting going on,
- 3:56Speaker 1: so I think William and Kate might have been in
- 3:58Speaker 1: a bit of a rut. Roses very very pretty. They
- 4:01Speaker 1: hang out all the time their friends. I think there
- 4:04Speaker 1: was a little bit of flirting here. This led to
- 4:06Speaker 1: the rumors. I just don't believe this. Williams not that guy.
- 4:09Speaker 1: We've seen him grow up. He's so sensible, almost to
- 4:15Speaker 1: a false duty is everything to him. Being the king
- 4:20Speaker 1: one day is who he's destined to be. He's not
- 4:23Speaker 1: messing that. So these rumors that are blowing up. He's
- 4:27Speaker 1: currently trending on Twitter for having an affair, and I
- 4:31Speaker 1: feel bad because these rumors are not true. He did
- 4:35Speaker 1: not have an affair Kate. If he did, Kate's not
- 4:40Speaker 1: putting up with that. I mean, Kate's tough. I like
- 4:42Speaker 1: she stuff, but I think it's true. Rob. I think
- 4:44Speaker 1: if there's flirting, I think sometimes it actually helps your
- 4:47Speaker 1: own relationship because it gives you all excitement, It gives you,
- 4:50Speaker 1: i don't know, inspiration to find that magic with your
- 4:53Speaker 1: partner again. So if he was flirting, fine, you know what.
- 4:56Speaker 1: We all have needs. But I don't think he's a cheater.
- 4:59Speaker 1: I don't think he's a cheater. Bruce. Recently, my husband,
- 5:01Speaker 1: Bruce had a musical off Broadway that's hopefully coming to
- 5:04Speaker 1: Broadway soon, and there was somebody in the cast that
- 5:07Speaker 1: flirted with Bruce all the time. And I liked it.
- 5:10Speaker 1: I liked it made me smile, I did. I liked it.
- 5:12Speaker 1: It made me feel like, oh, I've got myself a
- 5:14Speaker 1: hot husband, and I didn't know. I don't want it
- 5:16Speaker 1: to be anymore than just the flirt in if you're listening,
- 5:20Speaker 1: but I sort of liked it. How are you mark
- 5:22Speaker 1: if you're with a guy and somebody flirts with I'm
- 5:25Speaker 1: so jealous, Like I get really hot, like I get
- 5:28Speaker 1: hot inside, and then I'm pissed it. It's not good.
- 5:32Speaker 1: So if it's a way or a somebody that walks
- 5:34Speaker 1: past the table and hello, You're like, get away. It's
- 5:37Speaker 1: not the weader. It's like the people I know are
- 5:39Speaker 1: going to be the real problems. Like it might be
- 5:41Speaker 1: someone more important, someone closer, like a business situation, the
- 5:44Speaker 1: same thing I get. I get very upset. Oh, there's
- 5:46Speaker 1: nobody more important than you. Your silly. We love you,
- 5:50Speaker 1: but we want to know what you think about all this,
- 5:52Speaker 1: which brings us to our Pome question of the day.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Prince William and Kate Middleton affair rumors are bubbling up again.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Do you do you think this happened? Hey? Go votes
- 6:01Speaker 1: on a Twitter page at Naughty Knights rong on Facebook
- 6:04Speaker 1: page Naughty Glass here baby. Sure to check back tomorrow
- 6:07Speaker 1: to hear your results. Hey, Luby, what are you working on?
- 6:11Speaker 1: Let's have a really cute story for you, Rob and
- 6:13Speaker 1: it involves Leady Gaga and Beyonce. So Leady Gaga showed
- 6:19Speaker 1: off Beyonce's latest album, Renaissance. She showed it love in
- 6:22Speaker 1: a real post into Instagram and now fans are begging
- 6:24Speaker 1: for another clap between the two icons. Let me explain
- 6:28Speaker 1: what's going on and so in the short clip, Gaga
- 6:30Speaker 1: is seen holding a bunch of lipsticks on one hand,
- 6:32Speaker 1: her makeup line and showing off for a look as
- 6:34Speaker 1: Break My Soul by Beyonce plays in the background. So
- 6:38Speaker 1: she captured the post Natural Lipstick Day, brought to you
- 6:40Speaker 1: by the Queen of All Lippies. Fans freaked out and
- 6:45Speaker 1: flooded the comments section asking for a follow up to
- 6:48Speaker 1: two thousand nine Telephone. I love that? What do you
- 6:50Speaker 1: think I love I think Lady Gaga has been the
- 6:53Speaker 1: genius here. She's also being kind, but she's doubling her
- 6:56Speaker 1: audience for her lipsticks. If you tie your lipsticks to Beyonce,
- 7:00Speaker 1: who has nothing to do with these lipsticks, suddenly your
- 7:03Speaker 1: audience is doubled, maybe tripled. So I think this is
- 7:05Speaker 1: really really clever. I like showing love for other people's
- 7:09Speaker 1: projects to encourage people to buy their stuff, but I
- 7:13Speaker 1: try to give my love to people who might need it.
- 7:16Speaker 1: I don't know if Beyonce needs any extra hell now,
- 7:20Speaker 1: like I might find like a small independent artist, or
- 7:23Speaker 1: someone that's struggling, or someone I really like that hasn't
- 7:26Speaker 1: quite yet hit the big time. I can't think of
- 7:28Speaker 1: a pop star as big as Beyonce. Maybe Taylor Swift,
- 7:31Speaker 1: so I get what Lady Gaga is doing here, and
- 7:33Speaker 1: I'm afraid it's not just giving Beyonce love. It's also
- 7:38Speaker 1: using her a little bit to get her audience to
- 7:41Speaker 1: be aware that you have a lipstick? Is that bad?
- 7:44Speaker 1: I mean, it's clever, but it's not quite as sweet
- 7:46Speaker 1: as it first thing. I think you're right, and if
- 7:49Speaker 1: the monsters are listening, please don't come from me, but
- 7:51Speaker 1: I don't don't miss today come from thought the same way.
- 7:57Speaker 1: It's like, you know, her makeup line has been struggling
- 7:59Speaker 1: for a year, and it's like, I think she's a
- 8:01Speaker 1: very successful, talented singer, and we just don't need her
- 8:04Speaker 1: makeup line. We don't need it with an ask for it.
- 8:06Speaker 1: And I think, you know, she's pulling every straw she
- 8:08Speaker 1: can to keep it alive. It's clever. It's clever move
- 8:12Speaker 1: Like when Madonna had her makeup line, she suddenly became
- 8:15Speaker 1: best friends of Kim Kardashian, arguably the biggest social media
- 8:18Speaker 1: celebrity in the world. And so I totally get it here.
- 8:22Speaker 1: And I was like, you know what, when my book
- 8:23Speaker 1: came out, I was always tagging, like, you know, huge
- 8:26Speaker 1: authors like Stephen King and bro listen like China tab
- 8:31Speaker 1: I wasn't tagging people that sold less books than me,
- 8:33Speaker 1: and so if I was a good person, that's why
- 8:36Speaker 1: I would be doing. But I was trying to sell books,
- 8:38Speaker 1: and I think here Lady Gaga is trying to sell lipsticks.
- 8:43Speaker 1: We're gonna get in trouble for that one. Hey, maybe
- 8:45Speaker 1: in a long Hillary Dubs husband Matthew Como is roasting
- 8:50Speaker 1: Candice camera Burg. Candice camera Ber not get away from trouble.
- 8:54Speaker 1: So Jojo Seawall recently said she was just an awful celebrity,
- 8:58Speaker 1: one of the worst celebrities she had ever met. It
- 9:00Speaker 1: and now Hillary Dove's husband Matthew is roasting her on
- 9:03Speaker 1: TikTok because he's calling her out for a selfie styled
- 9:09Speaker 1: video she posted of herself decked out in the fourth
- 9:13Speaker 1: of July, THEMD gear listening to Bruce Springsteen's Born in
- 9:16Speaker 1: the USA. He went on to say that that song
- 9:20Speaker 1: is actually about veterans coming home from Vietnam, and you
- 9:23Speaker 1: shouldn't use it like that, and it's not really respectful
- 9:27Speaker 1: what you're doing with that song. Oh. Bruce Springsteen himself
- 9:33Speaker 1: has said that this smash hit is really much darker
- 9:36Speaker 1: than the upbeat melody. It's such a happy, upbeat melody.
- 9:40Speaker 1: If you listen to the lyrics, it's a tough song.
- 9:43Speaker 1: It's a really tough song. So celebrating America too born
- 9:48Speaker 1: in the USA might sound like a good idea, but actually,
- 9:51Speaker 1: if you listen to it, I don't know. It's like
- 9:54Speaker 1: people when they get married Mark and their wedding song
- 9:58Speaker 1: is the greatest love of all, just saying I really
- 10:01Speaker 1: love myself exactly. It's not a good wedding sits not.
- 10:05Speaker 1: But it's like I kind of side with Candice here.
- 10:06Speaker 1: It's like I think it was an innocent thing, and
- 10:08Speaker 1: I'll think she was really listening to the lyrics in
- 10:10Speaker 1: the way that maybe he was. I don't know that
- 10:12Speaker 1: I would know this meeting to the song, I would
- 10:14Speaker 1: probably the same thing. You know, Candice is is an
- 10:16Speaker 1: easy target. She has controversial opinions and she stands by them,
- 10:20Speaker 1: and then so when she does something like this, it's
- 10:22Speaker 1: easily attack her. People piling on. Is this pilot, Yes, yes, yes, yes,
- 10:27Speaker 1: yes it is. I try not to kick people when
- 10:29Speaker 1: they're down. I don't. I like a worthy opponent and
- 10:33Speaker 1: when someone's down, lend them a hand, even if you
- 10:36Speaker 1: think this, and I'm sure he does, you didn't need
- 10:38Speaker 1: to say it. But also, who is this guy? Like
- 10:41Speaker 1: I've never heard from him before, Like who he was?
- 10:45Speaker 1: I had to like google his last name. I didn't
- 10:47Speaker 1: even know how to say his last name. In fact,
- 10:49Speaker 1: I was calling him Duff, Matthew Duff. I don't know
- 10:53Speaker 1: who you are. What do you think Hillary thinks so?
- 10:56Speaker 1: Because Hillo is not that controversial. I've never heard from him.
- 10:59Speaker 1: And you know, Hillo Duff as a big celebrity, and
- 11:01Speaker 1: you know you want to hear from her, and you
- 11:02Speaker 1: want to hear from her sister. But I don't know
- 11:04Speaker 1: that I want to hear from him. I don't want
- 11:06Speaker 1: to hear from me. If I was hilarly, I'd be like,
- 11:08Speaker 1: what are you doing? So mad? I'd be so mad
- 11:11Speaker 1: because now I'm going to be asked about it next
- 11:14Speaker 1: time I'm on a red carpet moving along. What is
- 11:17Speaker 1: Katie Perry up to? Oh my god, this is hilarious.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Katie Perry attempted to feed fans at a Las Vegas
- 11:23Speaker 1: nightclub Sloppy With. She hilariously flung slices of fresh pizza
- 11:29Speaker 1: directly from a box into a crowd of attendees who
- 11:33Speaker 1: tried their best to grab the piping hot tree like
- 11:36Speaker 1: rob there were no utensils. Furious, like if you're in
- 11:40Speaker 1: your nice outfit at the club, at the club and
- 11:42Speaker 1: the pizza pizza slaps even me in the face. So
- 11:45Speaker 1: they were she was flinging the pizzas and it was
- 11:47Speaker 1: causing this big frenzy in the crowd and they were
- 11:49Speaker 1: grabbing with their mouths and everyone's going crazy on social media.
- 11:53Speaker 1: I was checking out Twitter. One fan joked, oh to
- 11:56Speaker 1: be slapped in the face with Carrie Katie Perry's pizza.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Another person said, I would do anything for Katy Perry
- 12:03Speaker 1: to slap in the face with pizza. What do you do?
- 12:07Speaker 1: It's so awful, Katie. Find something else to throw at. Plus,
- 12:12Speaker 1: you can't keep it, like if a celebrity throw something,
- 12:15Speaker 1: you want to keep it forever, and like they like
- 12:18Speaker 1: that belonged to Madonna or Beyonce. I can't keep pizza
- 12:21Speaker 1: and pizza. Marke. If I was in a club in
- 12:24Speaker 1: Vegas and I was dancing with you and a piece
- 12:26Speaker 1: of pizza slapped me in the face, what about slipping
- 12:29Speaker 1: on it? What about if a joke catch it it's
- 12:31Speaker 1: on the floor, I would be No. It's like I
- 12:34Speaker 1: was in l A once and someone threw something across
- 12:36Speaker 1: the room at my face so that I hit in
- 12:37Speaker 1: the face with I don't know what it was, but
- 12:38Speaker 1: I'm like, what, you're at the club. You want to
- 12:40Speaker 1: have fun, and like Phil, you don't want to I
- 12:43Speaker 1: don't want to have a piece of pizza. Maybe who
- 12:45Speaker 1: takes a pizza to a club? Weird? What's the club?
- 12:47Speaker 1: Is this the after hours? It's the after but you're
- 12:50Speaker 1: all sloppy now. I'd like to get a Katie Sweet
- 12:53Speaker 1: in the hotel and order room service, order pizza, and
- 12:57Speaker 1: sober up and sit there and ask her a million
- 12:59Speaker 1: questions about Orlando Blue. I'd love to do that, but
- 13:03Speaker 1: I don't what a piece of pizza throwing in my
- 13:05Speaker 1: Thanks Katie. If you're listening, a lower L, lower low.
- 13:07Speaker 1: Cut it out, hey before we get a break. Keenan Thompson,
- 13:11Speaker 1: who is the longest serving Cats member on sn L,
- 13:14Speaker 1: is saying the show could end. So the show is
- 13:18Speaker 1: going to turn fifties soon, and he told Charlemagne de
- 13:22Speaker 1: Gun that that would be a good time for it
- 13:24Speaker 1: to end. He said all things have to end at
- 13:27Speaker 1: one point. Lawn Michaels two is leaving after the fiftieth season,
- 13:32Speaker 1: So Lawn Michaels, he's seventy seven years old, and he
- 13:35Speaker 1: told CBS Sunday Morning that he has pledged to stick
- 13:38Speaker 1: around for the two thousand and four two thousand and
- 13:40Speaker 1: five season, but not after that. Thompson said, if Lawn
- 13:44Speaker 1: Michaels leaves, he invented it. He was there from day one.
- 13:47Speaker 1: The show is going to be really vulnerable, and often
- 13:49Speaker 1: the networks tightened the belt. It's a very expensive show
- 13:53Speaker 1: and he's not sure the money will be there without
- 13:55Speaker 1: Lawn fighting for them. He said, Lauren has been marvelous
- 13:58Speaker 1: because he's kept all the network sho's suits away. You've
- 14:01Speaker 1: worked on TV shows, Mark, When you see the suits
- 14:03Speaker 1: from the network, you're like, oh, we know they're going
- 14:05Speaker 1: to cut the burger, yeah, and so like it's tricky.
- 14:08Speaker 1: So maybe he's right, although I don't think you should
- 14:12Speaker 1: have said it. Yeah, I'm just kind of surprised he's
- 14:14Speaker 1: he's speaking so kendidly. He usually doesn't do that, But
- 14:17Speaker 1: I will say I wasn't the audience of SNL last Christmas.
- 14:20Speaker 1: And Lauren, if you think he's just there as a
- 14:22Speaker 1: figure head. He's not. He's walking around the stage, he's
- 14:24Speaker 1: directing everything that's going on, like he's a big presence there.
- 14:27Speaker 1: So I would agree that if he retires there'll be
- 14:29Speaker 1: a big shift, although I don't see this franchise is
- 14:32Speaker 1: going anywhere. It's like an iconic piece of American iconic. Yeah,
- 14:35Speaker 1: it's so iconic. The mistake will be is they try
- 14:38Speaker 1: to reinvent it. No, don't throw the baby out with
- 14:40Speaker 1: the bath water. Just tweak it a little bit. I've
- 14:42Speaker 1: been there many times over the years as a publicist.
- 14:45Speaker 1: I was there with a lecture Keys, I was there
- 14:47Speaker 1: with Ashley Simpson and Lauren's involved before the show. During
- 14:55Speaker 1: the show, he comes back to the dressing rooms, he
- 14:57Speaker 1: talks for the artist. I don't think he even knocks
- 14:59Speaker 1: on the door like it's his castles. He just walks
- 15:01Speaker 1: into the dressing room. You don't be like get out,
- 15:04Speaker 1: like you know, literally, Keys does not get out. It's Lord.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Michael's just gonna be like high lord, and he gives
- 15:08Speaker 1: you notes and he's pretty strict. He runs it like
- 15:10Speaker 1: it's his show. It is his show. He's really really
- 15:13Speaker 1: hands on. So maybe when he retires they should continue,
- 15:16Speaker 1: but don't change it to say we're going to take
- 15:19Speaker 1: a quick break and we will be right back. They're
- 15:22Speaker 1: a good man show. I'm rupture surprisingly with our friend
- 15:26Speaker 1: Mark Lipper, who I think is terrific. On a Tuesday,
- 15:29Speaker 1: Oh what's your favorite day? You choosday or Thursday? Mark?
- 15:34Speaker 1: You know I love a Thursday. You love the kick
- 15:36Speaker 1: up to the weekend. You go boozing, boozing out on
- 15:40Speaker 1: a Thursday night and I can go out and now
- 15:41Speaker 1: we hung over the next day for the show a Friday.
- 15:45Speaker 1: Now when Thursday comes Thursday morning, this week we feel
- 15:50Speaker 1: a little lost. I mean I was thinking about this
- 15:52Speaker 1: last night. I felt so out of place that my
- 15:54Speaker 1: whole week has been shifted. But I'm happy to do
- 15:56Speaker 1: it and here whenever that you're here for miss d Hey,
- 15:59Speaker 1: let's get to the poles Lamb Show. We talked about
- 16:05Speaker 1: Chris Wrong speaking ads after Will Smith issues an apology video.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Chris said, everybody is trying to be an ethic victim?
- 16:15Speaker 1: Is he right? Is Chris right? Let's have a look.
- 16:18Speaker 1: Agree with Chris? They think that Will is trying to
- 16:21Speaker 1: be a victim? Here, I think I agree? What about you? Mark?
- 16:24Speaker 1: I have such strong opinions about this. I felt like
- 16:27Speaker 1: his his apology was to everyone besides Chris. You know,
- 16:31Speaker 1: it did not feel sincere he was apologizing. I think
- 16:33Speaker 1: it did feel sincere, and he apologized to Chris's mom
- 16:35Speaker 1: and to other people. But I would almost believe that
- 16:38Speaker 1: he doesn't feel sorry for hitting Chris. And I think
- 16:40Speaker 1: this is a public not for his fans. And there's
- 16:43Speaker 1: a really great article on Variety yesterday talking about how
- 16:46Speaker 1: this this apology actually hurt his imagery have and it
- 16:50Speaker 1: might yet it's a great story. It's a great story. Yeah,
- 16:54Speaker 1: this apology was apology to Will. I felt like we
- 16:58Speaker 1: should be sorry for Will. It was like Will was
- 17:01Speaker 1: the victor, and I was like, what is going on?
- 17:04Speaker 1: We agree with the naughties down To get to votes
- 17:06Speaker 1: on Today's Paul, go to Twitter page and Naughty Nights
- 17:08Speaker 1: Job on Facebook pages Naughty Gossip. You can leave a
- 17:11Speaker 1: comming there and be sure. Lets to check back to
- 17:13Speaker 1: my road to hear your results. Hey, let's do an
- 17:16Speaker 1: Noises of the day. Ah, it's Beyonce boom, Thank goodness,
- 17:23Speaker 1: we're gonna win them back. Weren't gonna have his back? Okay?
- 17:26Speaker 1: So Beyonce confirmed that she will remove a lyric from
- 17:29Speaker 1: a track on her new album Renaissance after it was
- 17:31Speaker 1: called offensive by disability charities. So fans and activists criticized
- 17:36Speaker 1: the use of the word spas in the song Heated,
- 17:39Speaker 1: which has been used as a derogatory now and against
- 17:41Speaker 1: people with disabilities, especially those with serebral palsy now robbed.
- 17:46Speaker 1: In the African American vernacular English, the word means to
- 17:49Speaker 1: go crazy or to fight, so that's led to some
- 17:51Speaker 1: confusion about the negative use of the word. In a statement,
- 17:55Speaker 1: a rep for Beyonce he confirmed the lyrically changed, saying
- 17:57Speaker 1: the word was not used intentionally in a harmful way
- 18:00Speaker 1: and it will be replaced. I think Beyonce is doing
- 18:03Speaker 1: the right thing here. When you make a mistake a minute,
- 18:05Speaker 1: a minute, it's an offensive word to people. Don't use
- 18:09Speaker 1: it your oun nicest the day because you had the
- 18:11Speaker 1: hut spur to stand up and say no, it's not right.
- 18:14Speaker 1: I think Lizzo did this recently too. There was a song,
- 18:17Speaker 1: a word in a Lizzo song that people found offensive.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Don't do it now. I know some people are going
- 18:21Speaker 1: to be like, oh, it's so woke. The whole worlds
- 18:24Speaker 1: falling apart. It's a word. A word. Change the word
- 18:27Speaker 1: and it doesn't matter to you, but it doesn't matter
- 18:30Speaker 1: to other people. So change the world. I'm quite comfortable
- 18:32Speaker 1: changing words. Mark. If I say something that people find offensive,
- 18:35Speaker 1: I won't say it, but you've gotta tell me first,
- 18:37Speaker 1: like I don't do it like Beyonce to be me.
- 18:40Speaker 1: And I believe Beyonce was not being me, and I
- 18:42Speaker 1: think it was a mistake that was it was brought
- 18:44Speaker 1: to her attention. She fixed it. Beyonce, you are our queen.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Let's do and notice the day nordy, laudy, lady naughty.
- 18:52Speaker 1: So Jennifer lopez Is ex husband is saying that her
- 18:56Speaker 1: marriage to Ben Affleck won't last. So her first husband
- 19:00Speaker 1: and oh Joanie O j A and I. He's been
- 19:04Speaker 1: low key over the years, but now he's talking to
- 19:07Speaker 1: the Daily Mail saying that Benefit Part two won't last.
- 19:11Speaker 1: He said, I wish her and Ben the best, but
- 19:14Speaker 1: it's always but but I'm convinced it won't last. Jen
- 19:19Speaker 1: loves being in alarm and she's been engaged six times
- 19:22Speaker 1: and Ben, it's her fourth husband. Thank you for pointing
- 19:24Speaker 1: that out. I was husband number one And she told
- 19:27Speaker 1: me that she loved me. I was the love of
- 19:29Speaker 1: the life, and then it all changed when she became very,
- 19:32Speaker 1: very famous. He was a personal trainer. They met in
- 19:37Speaker 1: got Het later broke up in I mean, I guess
- 19:42Speaker 1: it's difficult to be j Lo's first husband when you
- 19:45Speaker 1: look at all the money and the fame and the
- 19:46Speaker 1: success and you're not doing that yourself. I do understand it.
- 19:50Speaker 1: But this is not a good thing to be saying now.
- 19:52Speaker 1: I mean, if you read the article and fall, there's
- 19:54Speaker 1: a lot of personality tells about the relationship and how
- 19:57Speaker 1: they met and what she said to him, you know,
- 19:58Speaker 1: And I think he's a gorned ex lover. You know,
- 20:01Speaker 1: she kind of I would be too, I think, I
- 20:02Speaker 1: hope I wouldn't be. But if I dated somebody that
- 20:05Speaker 1: turned out to be Jo and I was that still
- 20:09Speaker 1: part of that. It would be really drinking the best pink.
- 20:10Speaker 1: The best thing of the article though, the advice be
- 20:13Speaker 1: nice to her mother. Yes, what a loop, And he
- 20:17Speaker 1: said that that was his downfall. He said that he
- 20:20Speaker 1: got into a fight with Jaylo's mother. Now I've met
- 20:23Speaker 1: what a Loope, and I can confirm she runs the
- 20:26Speaker 1: roost like yes, she Jaylo Jennifer listens to mommy, she's
- 20:32Speaker 1: you know, like Jilo said, she had beat up as
- 20:34Speaker 1: a kid by guadal Loupe. She's strong, like she has
- 20:36Speaker 1: ruled an iron fist. I don't mess with the ruled down,
- 20:39Speaker 1: mess with the mother, which I think is a good
- 20:42Speaker 1: actually lesson for all of us. I wouldn't mess with
- 20:44Speaker 1: your mom dorries. Hey, let's end with a moment of
- 20:47Speaker 1: robb rama. So a week we've been doing quote celebrity
- 20:51Speaker 1: quotes from my book the fourth word answer and get
- 20:53Speaker 1: this mark you got me back onto the chart. So
- 20:55Speaker 1: after six months, eight months, maybe even a year now
- 20:58Speaker 1: of the book coming out, if off the charts perfectly normal.
- 21:01Speaker 1: This happens all the time. So we've been doing these
- 21:03Speaker 1: quotes and suddenly the noorities I do love you you
- 21:06Speaker 1: went to Amazon and we're back on the chart. So
- 21:08Speaker 1: thank you, thank you, thank you. I know my publisher
- 21:10Speaker 1: emailed me, was like, what's going on, and I was like,
- 21:12Speaker 1: I have no idea, and I think it's these quotes.
- 21:14Speaker 1: This quote is from Jane Fonder. I love it. She
- 21:16Speaker 1: said the following quote, It's never too late, never too
- 21:19Speaker 1: late to start over, and never too late to be happy.
- 21:24Speaker 1: It's never too late. Mark, isn't that a great quote.
- 21:26Speaker 1: It's a great quote. And I was thinking about this
- 21:28Speaker 1: yesterday when you guys were talking. You and garrettre talking
- 21:30Speaker 1: about if you're growing, if you're older, or you're wiser,
- 21:32Speaker 1: and it's true, like Jane is a perfect example of
- 21:34Speaker 1: someone who's continually reinventing herself and living her life to
- 21:37Speaker 1: the forest. Yes, that's my mission in life to be happy.
- 21:42Speaker 1: It really is my mission. And when I wake up
- 21:44Speaker 1: in the morning and I'm stressed, or even the days
- 21:47Speaker 1: where I'm not stressed, I think about the purpose of
- 21:49Speaker 1: my day, and my purpose of the day is to
- 21:52Speaker 1: go to bed happy. And I've got many hours between
- 21:55Speaker 1: the moment I wake up and the moment I go
- 21:57Speaker 1: to sleep to figure out how to do that. And
- 22:00Speaker 1: I will will succeed. I will go to bed tonight happy.
- 22:05Speaker 1: And you can do it too. It is never too
- 22:09Speaker 1: late to be happier than is it? For today? Thank
- 22:11Speaker 1: you so much for listening to the Naughty but Nice
- 22:14Speaker 1: with Rob and Mark show. Mark, you are a hero
- 22:17Speaker 1: jumping in today. I hate doing the shows solo. We're
