Open WebUI combines chat, model management, files, web search, tool calling, image support, knowledge features, and API access in one local AI interface. For this hands-on review, we focused on the Windows desktop version and used the same hardware and model files from our earlier Jan v0.8.6 testing so we could compare the two applications
