The winery is located in Novello, in the Langhe region of Piemonte, and specializes in the production of Barolo. Valter tells Monty about his family history, about the soil types in his vineyards and Elvio Cogno’s iconic Barolos coming from different bricchi or crus, and his idea and definition of a “post-modern” Barolo.
