- 0:04Welcome to After Dark on the America Network.
- 0:09I am glad you could be with us tonight.
- 0:12There is so much to talk about.
- 0:15Last night Heather and I spoke about the continued conflict in the Middle East with Iran and them not wanting to open up the Strait of Hamuse and how Hormoods and how Trump said that he is going to take control of it.
- 0:34Allowing only certain ships to go in and out.
- 0:38We know that Iran doesn't like this, and this could possibly, I mean, hopefully be the final straw in destroying this evil regime, just completely obliterate their economy, as opposed to, of course, when Trump said he's going to obliterate the entire civilization, which led many on the left to freak out, and some on the right started clutching their pearls, thinking that Trump is a bad guy.
- 1:00Oh my God, how could he do that?
- 1:02We also spoke about Eric Swalwell, who has now officially stepped out of the race for governor, as well as uh looking to resign from Congress.
- 1:15As I mentioned to Heather last night, I I don't know if this is a good thing that he's stepping, he's stepping out of the race, because with him being in the race, it was a crowded field of Democrats.
- 1:32And the way California has set up their elections, it would have pretty much the Democrats in the field, the crowded field would have just somehow negated all the others, pushing the Republicans uh in the final race, because I'm looking at it right now.
- 1:53The candidates who were running was a Eric Mahan, Eric Swalwell, Katie Porter, who's just as crazy as a day is long, and Antonio Viglaroso, Betty Yee, Xavier Basera, Tom Steyer, the billionaire, Tony Thurman, and then the two Republicans, Steve Hilton and Chad Bianco.
- 2:15The front runner was Eric Swalwell, I think, followed by Katie Porter and then Tom Steyer.
- 2:22I got a sneaky suspicion that this was all by design, because from what we're hearing right now, everyone and his family knew about Eric Swalwell.
- 2:36They all knew that he was a dirty guy, a bad guy.
- 2:39And as Heather and I said last night, this guy was out throwing stones at President Trump and Brett Kavanaugh, knowing fully well that he was living in a glass house, knowing fully well that this could have backfired on him.
- 2:58But he also knew that the media was going to give him cover.
- 3:04And they gave him cover.
- 3:06It was a known fact in California that this guy was a skirt chaser, that this was a very bad guy, questionable guy.
- 3:16But they were quiet on it because Democrats protect their own until that person is no longer useful, and then they throw him to the wolves, as they have done Eric Swalwell, throwing him to the wolves.
- 3:29Look at all the people that are coming out.
- 3:32Nancy Pelosi came out.
- 3:35What was the other guy?
- 3:36Hakeem Jeffries came out.
- 3:37Even that crazy guy, Alex Benman.
- 3:40I don't know why they're giving him a stage to talk on.
- 3:42Alex Vimban, yeah, the guy during the Trump and first impeachment, who was mad that Trump didn't take his advice on Ukraine, so he just concocted this entire story.
- 3:51And you see, he still he still has a platform.
- 3:55With all the lies that he told, this guy still has a platform.
- 4:00Because Democrats see him as being useful for now.
- 4:03Now they know the guy's shady, Alex Venement.
- 4:06They know that he's shady.
- 4:08But for now, he has a platform because he lied during the impeachment hearing to bolster their case that Trump made an inappropriate call to Ukraine.
- 4:19So right now, although the impeachment is over, he's still he's still a useful idiot for Democrats.
- 4:26So they're gonna continue to use him until they can't use him anymore.
- 4:31And right now it remains to be seen when his time when the time will run out on him.
- 4:35So as of now, he's there.
- 4:36But going back to Swalwell, we knew that this guy, well, I knew this guy was very shady, but they tried to cover it up.
- 4:48The Democrats knew it, and they tried to cover it up.
- 4:51So who else are they protecting on the hill?
- 4:57We know that Nancy Mace and Paulina Luna have all said that we want to we want you guys to release the file, that little slush fund that you guys have been using to pay off sexual harassment victims of the Democrat politicians on the hill.
- 5:18And it has gotten no kind of traction.
- 5:22I would think that MAGA Republicans would want that release, but of course there might be some Democrats, some Republicans whose names are tied up in it also.
- 5:30But why won't they release that?
- 5:33These are the same people who were freaking out over Jeffrey Epstein, and now they're quiet about this story.
- 5:41The slush fund.
- 5:43Release it.
- 5:44Let us know what's in it.
- 5:46Let everybody know what's there.
- 5:48Who's been paid off and why?
- 5:51I'm sure had they released it, we would have very easily found out about Eric Swalwell and his bad deeds.
- 5:58That would have come out probably immediately.
- 6:01And I'm sure that there are others.
- 6:02I'm sure that there are other congressmen whose names are on that list who have paid off interns of individuals that work with them.
- 6:15But they don't want to release that slush bond, the list of the slush fund.
- 6:19So what do they do?
- 6:20They obfuscate to pretend as if though it did it doesn't exist.
- 6:23But see, had they released it, we would have already known about Eric Swalwell and what he had done.
- 6:29So you have Anna Paulina Luna, and you have Nancy Mace who's saying, release the list.
- 6:34Let's see whose name is on it.
- 6:35Let's see who they paid off, who they paid off in the past.
- 6:38But no one wants to release it.
- 6:40But when it came to the Epstein files, oh, release everything.
- 6:43We want to know who's there, why they did it, and these are pedals.
- 6:46Okay, fine.
- 6:47That's been released.
- 6:48We've moved on.
- 6:49Now let's release that list.
- 6:50Let's look at the slush bond.
- 6:52And they're paying these individuals with your taxpayer dollars to keep them quiet.
- 6:58We need to know whose names are on the list, be it male or female.
- 7:03We know that one name was Eric Swalwell.
- 7:06His name was probably on the list.
- 7:07They probably played off a stapper because of inappropriate behavior on his part.
- 7:13Now, I want to see all the names.
- 7:16Let the chips fall where they may.
- 7:18And if there are Republicans on the name, so be it.
- 7:21Let's just start new.
- 7:23Let's have a clean slate.
- 7:24It's time to clean up DC.
- 7:27And if we have people that are there harassing staffers, inappropriate behavior, we need to know about it, expose it all.
- 7:36Let's just expose it.
- 7:38We've got to stop playing these games.
- 7:41This happened as Heather and I mentioned back in 2006 with John Edwards.
- 7:47Everyone knew that John Ert was was cheating on his wife.
- 7:49All the media knew about it, but they wanted to cover for him because they were thinking, well, maybe he might be a vice president.
- 7:56He might be the president one day, so we're gonna keep it quiet.
- 7:59They knew what he was doing.
- 8:01They knew it.
- 8:03Just like Eric Swalwell, everyone knew.
- 8:06Yeah.
- 8:06I mean, this guy is standing up, pointing his finger.
- 8:09You did this, and Brad Kavanaugh and Trump, and I mean, just trying to be this guy, this virtuous guy, knowing all alone that he had been doing something that was even worse.
- 8:21Yeah, it's hard to believe the voters in California were about to elect him as the primary representative for the Democrat Party.
- 8:29I mean, he was a heavy favorite before all this came out.
- 8:33And like we always say, Rob, a lot of these people who point their finger at Trump and accuse him the loudest are usually uh the most crooked uh behind the scenes, and that's exactly what's happened with this foul-mouthed uh Eric Swalwell, who has had it coming to him.
- 8:50And uh, I couldn't be happier that all these allegations are finally coming to light.
- 8:54At this point, I don't even think they're allegations.
- 8:57I mean, we've seen videos of him with porn stars.
- 9:00So uh this guy's got a lot of digging.
- 9:03I hope his wife uh divorces him and takes him for all he's got.
- 9:07Well, see, initially when the when the videos surfaced, so I mentioned to Heather last night.
- 9:12I thought that I'm like, uh, maybe this is a fake.
- 9:15I don't know, maybe it's AI, because AI is really, I mean, you can really create some videos to make it think that it's real.
- 9:22So I'm thinking, I'm gonna wait and see.
- 9:25But then it was like one after the next, after the next.
- 9:28And again, Andrews, I was saying, it angers me knowing that many people in the media establishment know about this.
- 9:37They knew that this guy was dirty.
- 9:39They knew that when he was out front, wagging his fingers at Brad Kavanaugh and President Trump, that he himself was doing the exact same thing.
- 9:49And what gave me clue to this, Andrew, is when Caspertell came out and said that he wanted to release the files, the investigation from the Fang Fang circuit.
- 10:00And he went berserk.
- 10:02You can't do it.
- 10:03This is against Congress, and I'm gonna follow a lawsuit.
- 10:06You can't.
- 10:07No, this is wrong.
- 10:08And you have the media jump on board and say, well, why would he do this?
- 10:11They're trying to distract from Jeffrey Epstein.
- 10:14All along knowing that there was probably damaging information in those files.
- 10:20Because remember, folks, he had to go in and they question him.
- 10:25So he's been sitting on this thinking it'll never get out there.
- 10:30And I'm gonna keep attacking Trump.
- 10:33This guy, just in case you all forgot, he also ran for president.
- 10:39Yes, he ran for president.
- 10:40Now he didn't go far.
- 10:42But see, that's something else that the media is hoping that you don't remember the same way they're hoping that you don't remember that Kamala Harris ran, and before they had the first vote, she dropped out.
- 10:56So how was it she going to win this time?
- 11:01It was impossible.
- 11:02No one was going to vote for her.
- 11:04But they want you to think, oh, they didn't vote for it because of racism.
- 11:07Oh, they didn't vote for it because she was a woman.
- 11:09No, they didn't vote for it because she wasn't good.
- 11:12But many people, I kid you not.
- 11:15Many adults are completely unaware that this woman was running in 2020.
- 11:25Forgot all about it.
- 11:26Because the media did a good job at covering it up, making it seem as if though it never happened.
- 11:33But it did happen.
- 11:34The same thing with Eric Swalwell.
- 11:36He did run.
- 11:38He got no traction.
- 11:41He was gonna probably run again.
- 11:42He's gonna run for governor and then try and run for the presidency again.
- 11:47But he got stopped.
- 11:49What happened?
- 11:52The information was there, Andrew.
- 11:54I mean, Heather and I, we debated this last night.
- 11:56I said the information was there.
- 11:57I'll tell you what happened.
- 11:59Is that the Democrats looked at this and they said, We no longer we no longer need him.
- 12:04Let's get rid of him.
- 12:05Be it Katie Porter, Tom Steyer, one of them decided.
- 12:12Let's pull the scab off with the band-aid, take the band-aid off.
- 12:16They all got together and say, Let's sacrifice him.
- 12:20Don't doubt me when I say this, because Democrats are dirty.
- 12:23That's how they play.
- 12:25They probably jumped on a call and they all decided or sent out a memo or some keyword and said, let it rip.
- 12:32They told the media, go for it.
- 12:33We don't care.
- 12:34We don't need him anymore.
- 12:35And he's a nasty guy, very nasty attitude.
- 12:38Very cocky.
- 12:40Very cocky.
- 12:42He was one of the guys who created this whole thing with Chicken Taco.
- 12:46Knowing when he was doing it, Andrew, that he had skeletons in his closet.
- 12:53And we see this all the time with Democrats.
- 12:57We see it consistently with Democrats.
- 13:00They have skeletons in their closet, but they are the first to throw a stone.
- 13:04Katie Porter, as nasty as she is.
- 13:08She actually thinks she should be running California.
- 13:11And why shouldn't she think it?
- 13:13I mean, look at Gavin Newsom.
- 13:14Look at the horrible job that he's done.
- 13:16And right, look at Gavin Newsom.
- 13:19He has destroyed the Sunshine State.
- 13:22He now wants to run for president.
- 13:24Well, what?
- 13:24Just because people think that he looks good just because he has his hair slick back.
- 13:29We want to put him in charge of the nation.
- 13:34Well, I mean, when you think about it, look at the other candidates that the Democrats have had, Joe Biden.
- 13:39I mean, he's a whole lot better than Joe Biden, so why shouldn't he want to seek the highest office in the land?
- 13:46And to continue just destroying it the way he destroyed California.
- 13:49Why wouldn't he?
- 13:50Why shouldn't he?
- 13:52Because the voters, many of them are low informational voters, and I hate saying that, but they're low informational voters.
- 13:59They don't know the issues.
- 14:02They're busy on TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms getting their news.
- 14:11They can't go in debt and talk about anything.
- 14:14Look at the race in uh with the guy in Hungary.
- 14:18Just lost the race.
- 14:19And the Democrats are cheering, hooray, hooray, hooray, we beat him, hooray, hooray, hooray.
- 14:24And I'm thinking, does Hungary know?
- 14:27Hungary.
- 14:28Do they know that what's about to hit them?
- 14:33It's gonna be like they're gonna hit a brick wall.
- 14:37Their borders are gonna collapse, just like all these other countries in Europe.
- 14:42They will be invaded by illegals, radical Muslims, people coming in, destroying their way of life.
- 14:52You look at Japan.
- 14:53Japan is like, no, we're not having this.
- 14:55Muslims go home.
- 14:57You want to be buried?
- 14:58No, you can die here, but you're not gonna be buried here.
- 15:00You're going, you're we're sending your body back home where you came from.
- 15:04I don't blame them.
- 15:05You got Poland doing the same thing because people are waking up to these liberal ideology woke policies of the left, Andrew.
- 15:15And Democrats would say that's racist, but I like how the Asian countries and uh some of the South American countries uh stay true to their culture and don't import out of the Middle East and all these other places uh to just completely change the culture, like uh we've seen the Democrats try to do here in America and all over Europe.
- 15:38And that's that's exactly what Mr.
- 15:40Swalwell would have done had he stayed in the race and had he won.
- 15:43I mean, he was the leading Democrat in the party.
- 15:46He would have just destroyed what what's left of California would have completely destroyed it because they're all about diversity and culturalism and having everybody here, it does not work, especially if you're gonna come to a country and you can't assimilate, and there's nothing wrong with assimilating.
- 16:06Why did you come here?
- 16:08Why do you have all these third world country folks coming here?
- 16:12They were fleeing their country for a reason.
- 16:15If you didn't like the government, if you didn't like what they were doing, if you felt with it that they were so oppressive, why come here and bring the exact same oppression?
- 16:25Why come here with Sharia law?
- 16:27Why come here and then think you could eat cats and dogs?
- 16:31It doesn't make any sense.
- 16:32We don't do that here.
- 16:34And I don't want to hear what that's our culture.
- 16:36Okay, then you take your culture back across the ocean.
- 16:39Get back on the boat and take it back.
- 16:42But see, that's what they wanted to do here, Andrew.
- 16:45And Swalwell, he doesn't care.
- 16:47He wouldn't have cared one bit.
- 16:48Oh, let them do it.
- 16:49I'm gonna continue doing what I'm doing.
- 16:50Look at Gavin Newsom during COVID.
- 16:52He had everyone locked in.
- 16:54He's going out to the finest restaurants, sending his kids to the finest school, but he's telling you you can't do it, you got to stay inside.
- 17:01And people don't see it.
- 17:05And this is the reason why I indict the media continuously, and I call them out.
- 17:11Because they see the contradiction.
- 17:13They know that people aren't aware of this.
- 17:15And if they were to act like real journalists and report the news and be truthful, people would see it.
- 17:25But they don't.
- 17:27I mean, this guy had he could have he really could have stayed in.
- 17:31Let's just be honest.
- 17:32He could have stayed in with all these allegations, and the media wouldn't have said anything about it.
- 17:39He could have stayed in, and he possibly could have won with all of this baggage.
- 17:46But someone in within decided, nope, pick up the band aid, let's sacrifice him.
- 17:51We don't care, let him go down.
- 17:54Which is what happened.
- 17:56Which is what's happening in our country.
- 17:59We're being overtaken by these foreign elements by individuals who don't like us, who shout death to America, who want to come out openly and pray in our streets, who want to just mess up our streets, bring in their backward mountainous culture, and then want us to accept it.

- 20:26We're so glad that you guys are joining us once again tonight here on the America Out Loud I Heard Radio channel.
- 20:32We're talking about in the first half of the show, Eric Swalwell resigning from Congress, stepping down from the governor's race, a big fall from Grace.
- 20:43You know, California is a state that used to be one of the most acclaimed states in the entire country.
- 20:49Absolutely beautiful scenery.
- 20:52Um LA, uh San Francisco, San Diego, uh San Jose, Santa Cruz.
- 21:00I mean, you could go down the list of once great cities in the state of California, and all of them that I mentioned uh are suffering right now due to liberal policies and liberal politics, uh, particularly at the state level.
- 21:17Uh and the local level in a lot of these cities, let's face it.
- 21:21I mean, these mayors in San Francisco and uh Los Angeles are radical, the DAs.
- 21:27Uh, this is the result homelessness, people doing drugs all over the place.
- 21:32Um you know, the sky high gas prices, sky high rents, unaffordable living.
- 21:40Uh that's the California that many are experiencing right now, unfortunately, but that's what they've got with Gavin Newsom, who completely ruined the state.
- 21:50Uh, he invested uh millions, if not billions into that rail project that went nowhere.
- 21:56They call it the rail nowhere.
- 21:58Um, if you've been in San Francisco, you can actually see where they started the thing, and uh they just stopped construction on it.
- 22:07Uh it was supposed to be the rail from San Francisco to LA.
- 22:11Uh, it ended up being a false promise from Gavin Newsom, and he wasted a lot of taxpayer money trying to put it together, and then they finally realized it wasn't feasible.
- 22:20Uh, you look at the his response to the wildfires, and it was a disaster.
- 22:27I mean, President Trump went there and visited and pointed it out, and the mayor, Mayor Bass, uh, her response was pitiful.
- 22:35Uh, and what we've heard is very few, maybe only a couple, I believe I heard, homes have been built.
- 22:42Uh out of the many hundreds that were burned down during these California wildfires due to all these restrictions and uh stuff like that that Gavin Newsom has in his state of California that he told everyone that he was gonna loosen up for these people to rebuild.
- 23:01But uh, from what we're hearing on the ground, that's not happening.
- 23:04They're having a lot of issues getting these permits uh to rebuild their properties after they were burned up on the from the woods that Gavin Newsom uh hadn't taken care of, and these wildfires spread so bad because Gavin Newsom's such an incompetent governor, uh, he doesn't clean up the forests there.
- 23:23We've had shows on that as well.
- 23:25So electing Eric Swalwell, another uh used car salesman would have been an absolute disaster for California.
- 23:34They've got this guy who's a billionaire leading the race now, which is kind of ironic because they had like billionaires are so bad.
- 23:43But um, he's a Democrat, of course.
- 23:47But uh, yeah, I say they dodged a bullet with Eric Swalwell.
- 23:52Hopefully they vote Republican this time around.
- 23:54Hopefully they learn their lesson.
- 23:56But uh that remains to be seen, Rob.
- 23:59I'll hold my breath on that one.
- 24:00Yeah, hold your breath.
- 24:01They still have an opportunity to uh it it's gonna be difficult.
- 24:05Let me just say that it's gonna be difficult for a Republican to win because California is another single party state just like New York.
- 24:12It is gonna be, although New York City itself is single party, New York City carries a line shirt of the vote in the state outside of New York's city itself, it's uh Republican.
- 24:23But the more we have more voters here in the city.
- 24:27California, unfortunately, it's like the entire state just about is Democrat.
- 24:32So there is still a possibility that they could win this in Katie Porter or Tom Steyer, who is a billionaire who's been spending a lot of money in this race.
- 24:42I think he spent like millions so far to win, could possibly uh be the next governor.
- 24:48I think that the next person to fall will probably be Katie Porter.
- 24:53Tom Steyr is probably playing dirty.
- 24:56He wants a government job and some capacity.
- 25:00Now remember, he also ran for the presidency and lost.
- 25:06If you go back and look, you'll see him doing these this weird dance on stage at one point when he and his wife, when they were uh they had I think they thought they squeaked out a victory at one of the primaries.
- 25:19But something else the media wants you to forget.
- 25:23They don't want you to remember that he is a whackadoodle, he's into these green trees and hugging trees and green energy.
- 25:31That guy.
- 25:33He's crazy.
- 25:35But he wants to win, so he's gonna spend an inordinate amount of money to win.
- 25:42Katie Porter is out sounding the alarms that he's gonna probably come after her.
- 25:47Possibly he will, because I think what he's trying to do, Andrew, as I mentioned, I don't understand how they rate how they do the elections in California, but somehow if the Democrats don't get enough votes, they will counsel each other out, and then it will propel the two Republicans, then the two Republicans will have to go against each other.
- 26:13So that's one of the reasons why I'm like, oh, I hate that Swalwell left because had he stayed in, the probability of them all counseling each other out, the the odds were were were in favor of that, as opposed to now there's a possibility that a Democrat could rise out of all of them.
- 26:34And also, if you recall, think about two weeks ago, there was a debate, and I think they canceled the debate because the lower tier Democrats didn't make enough support to be on the stage, and then when they got ready to have it, the sponsorers of the debate said, Oh, this is racism, we can't do this because the the opponents who aren't on the stage, they are minorities, and this is designed.
- 27:03You know, again, Democrats are always shooting themselves in the foot with this whole race and DEI mess.
- 27:08I I can't wait until this is over.
- 27:11I want it to be destroyed, and I wish we had more Republicans who viewed it this way and would go out and say, No, we're gonna stop this, we're gonna run cannabis no matter what.
- 27:21We're gonna put these candidates out there, we're gonna put money behind them so that we could start winning.
- 27:26That's what Democrats do.
- 27:28You look at all these states, uh, Michigan and Minnesota, look at the radical Muslims that are running.
- 27:34Look at the ones that are running.
- 27:35Do you think they have a lot of money?
- 27:37No.
- 27:37They're going up, they're signing the list, and then they're getting people to back them.
- 27:41Then of course, George Sowers might throw them some money.
- 27:44Folks, the country in itself is at risk of being taken over by a lot of radicals.
- 27:53We've got to wake up.
- 27:55No, I don't know how the Hilton guy, how he's doing, who's running, but I mean, it to me, it is extremely concerning that what what we're looking at here, and Steve Hilton that's his name and and Chad Bianco, I think he was the sheriff of the uh Los Angeles County, Los Angeles County, that people aren't fully understanding what we're up against.
- 28:24Because we keep putting in these radicals, allowing them to win races, and it's like we're not even putting up a fight.
- 28:33I know that Trump did endorse Steve Hilton, but where are the other Republicans?
- 28:38We should be hearing about this guy nonstop.
- 28:40It doesn't matter if he's in California.
- 28:43California falls, so does the rest of the world, the rest of the country, as they say.
- 28:47Right.
- 28:47Same thing here in Illinois.
- 28:49I mean, Darren Bailey is the candidate that's running against JV Pritzker.
- 28:53You never see him on national news or get any attention.
- 28:57I mean, he can't compete with Pritskirt financially.
- 29:00Uh, but unfortunately, he's not getting the media coverage, and I don't ever see the California governor candidate uh on TV either.
- 29:08I mean, and this is how these radicals are able to get these positions and win.
- 29:11You look at Mandami here, the mayor of New York City, celebrating the next uh 100 days, and he's come out and saying, Oh, you know what?
- 29:19I've I've done good so far, and the next thing I'm gonna do is we're gonna open up a free uh supermarket within the next year.
- 29:25It's gonna take you a year to open up a grocery store.
- 29:28Are you serious?
- 29:30A year to open up a grocery store.
- 29:32What do you what are you doing?
- 29:33You're just trying to find providers who are gonna let you have food for free to put in the grocery store to stock it up.
- 29:39And you don't see anyone saying this doesn't make any sense.
- 29:41No, you have some on the right.
- 29:44But I think to be honest with you, Andrew, I think our voices is a lot louder.
- 29:50And we're more direct and more critical than a lot of the people on the right.
- 29:56Maybe it's because I can be biased at times.
- 30:01To my own party.
- 30:02But then I'm looking at, you know, does this make sense?
- 30:06What they have to offer is nothing but stupidity.
- 30:13It does not even dwell in the realm of common sense.
- 30:18They won't call this guy out.
- 30:20Mandami.
- 30:22They won't call him out.
- 30:23They'll sit there and look, oh, well, look at what he did.
- 30:25Oh, he, yeah, he's 33 years old and he's an empty suit.
- 30:30And then he pals around with this guy, Hassan Piker, who's nothing but a racist.
- 30:37I mean, let's just call it the way it is.
- 30:42Yeah, this Hassan is such a radical.
- 30:45I mean, you can't even go down the list of uh ridiculous uh things that he said.
- 30:51I'm just a complete provocateur, and then you've got ma'am dummy uh running around with them.
- 30:58That would be like uh President Trump being best friends with like my Leonopolis or something, but the liberal media is quiet about Ma'am Dummy and this Hassan Piker.
- 31:09They're quiet when they're when they're side when the Democrats meet up with these radicals, they say absolutely nothing.
- 31:15Just goes back to Eric Swalwell and Katie Porter, okay.
- 31:19They protect their own until they're no longer good for them, and then they dump them.
- 31:24Katie Porter should not be running for governor.
- 31:27I mean, I'm just I'm just being honest.
- 31:29She is a nasty woman, a nasty attitude, extremely nasty, extremely nasty to her staff.
- 31:36We've seen all this, we've seen the videos of her swearing and cursing.
- 31:41How can she be a contender?
- 31:45I mean, let's be honest.
- 31:46How can she be a contender?
- 31:48And I saw uh on CNN, Dana Bass, she was interviewing Steve Hilton, and I don't like her at all.
- 31:56Uh these media folks uh on the left, they're complete, they're hypocrites, they're propaganda's arms, they're not, it's not real journalism.
- 32:06I went to school for journalism, and there's a way they taught us to write.
- 32:10And one of the things they said, do not become the subject, you stay out of it.
- 32:14But around 2000, they started to lax that rule because they claim that people wanted to know their opinions.
- 32:22But anyway, I don't want to, you know, get off topic.
- 32:25But she was interviewing Steve Hilton, and she was asking him about Swalwell.
- 32:31And she said, well, you know, you guys are saying that he should step down, he should do this, but President Trump was accused also of sexual harassment or something.
- 32:45So why should he why should Eric Swalwell step down?
- 32:50And see, that's one of the reasons why the judges won't throw that case out, because they want to give the Democrats and the media ammunition to use against Trump.
- 32:59And it's really unfortunate how they have weaponized our justice system.
- 33:06Because that that it's not even a case that should have been heard.
- 33:12Had they had a judge who is a real judge and not an activist judge, he would have tossed that case out.
- 33:23I didn't go to law school.
- 33:25I went to journalism school.
- 33:27And as part of journalism, you have to take legal classes, law classes to understand the law to understand rights, understand what you can write about and what you can't understand what could jeopardize you as a journalist if you write something uh maliciously and what won't.
- 33:45So when I look at this, and I'm thinking, wow, the judge gave them just enough so that they can always flaunt that and they can say, oh, but we're innocent.
- 33:56I mean, I'm surprised that the judge allowed Trump to win the case with George Stephanopoulos.
- 34:00And you know, the other case that a judge in Florida just tossed, I think Trump had a filed a billion dollar lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal, and the judge kicked it out.
- 34:11It was only technicality.
- 34:12And he said, but I'm gonna leave the room open, the door open for you to amend your complaint and come back.
- 34:21Now, in my opinion, no amendment was needed.
- 34:26What he filed the claim on stood on its own.
- 34:30It was justifiable.
- 34:32But again, you have judges wanting to give the left crumbs to run with.
- 34:39This should not be.
- 34:41And if we had an honest media, they would call this out.
- 34:46If we had an honest media, they would be calling out Katie Porter and saying, Katie, wait a minute.
- 34:55You too should step down.
- 34:58You're not Miss Goody Goody.
- 35:00Tom Steyer, you should step down because you're trying to buy an election, but they won't do it because they want to give them cover.
- 35:11I would hope, like tomorrow night, when we air the next show, that we can say, oh, Katie Porter is out, or Tom Steyer is out.
- 35:20It's not gonna happen.
- 35:21Tom Steyer is gonna do his best to get rid of Katie, hoping that she will step out.
- 35:27But I doubt it, like I said, all the negative stuff about her, her being nasty to her staff.
- 35:34We're the staffers, why don't they come out?
- 35:35Now he's probably paying them right now to say, come out and talk, expose her, expose her.
- 35:40And I bet that's what happened with Eric Swalwell, Andrew.
- 35:44He probably went in and told these women.
- 35:47Look, it's time for you to speak up.
- 35:49You don't want him to get into this position and continue doing what he's doing.
- 35:53It was a known fact, folks, that this guy was a skirt tail chaser.
- 35:57It was a known fact.
- 36:00Everyone in DC knew it.
- 36:02You didn't know it because the media hid it from you.
- 36:06They didn't want you to know about it.
- 36:08They're pretending as if they didn't exist.
- 36:10Like I said, you look at Nancy Mace, you look at uh Anna Paulina Luna.
- 36:13They want to release that slush fund list to expose all these men and women on the hill who have paid off their victims that they have harassed.
- 36:22But see, the media doesn't have any inclination to jump on that story.
- 36:28They want to keep it quiet.
- 36:30So they won't report on it.
- 36:32Instead, they'll always say, oh no, this is just a distraction for Jeffrey Epstein.
- 36:35No, it isn't.
- 36:35It's the truth.
- 36:36And we need to know it.
- 36:38We need to know.
- 36:40We for the most part, we know who Katie Porter is, and we played some of the tapes of her being nasty, just go and look at our podcast.
- 36:48But right now, the media's pretending to though it didn't exist because they want to give her cover.
- 36:54They like to cover their own.
- 36:56If they see that she has an opportunity of winning, they will cover it up.
- 37:00Google it for yourself.
- 37:01She is a nasty woman, has a nasty attitude.
- 37:05She's not friendly, she's very demeaning to her staffers.
- 37:09She threw a pot of hot potatoes on her husband.
- 37:12He divorced her.
- 37:15And now she wants to be the governor.
- 37:17What is she gonna do?
- 37:19Well, she kneels at the altar of Elizabeth Warren.
- 37:23Because she went to Harvard, and Elizabeth Warren talked to her.
- 37:26So that's her mentor.
- 37:27We need an honest media to expose these people, Andrew.
- 37:33Because until then, they will keep getting away with murder.
- 37:37Yeah, you're right, Rob.
- 37:39You guys are tuned into After Dark with Rob and Andrew available on America Out Loud's iHeart Radio channel Monday through Wednesday at 9 p.m.

- 38:43And I'm also a father with a three-year-old daughter.
- 38:47And that's why we grow sprouts.
- 38:50Did you know that you could take seeds, add water, and get fresh organic vegetables in three to five days without soil, sunshine, or fertilizer for under a dollar a serving?
- 39:03That's the miracle of sprouting.
- 39:05And I want to share that with you.
- 39:07Go to the Spouting Company.com slash out loud and use the code out loud for a special offer.
- 39:17And we're back with the last half of the show.
- 39:20And Andrew is I look at this and just the cast of characters that are running for governor in California.
- 39:27And just look at the cast of characters as a whole in the Democrat Party who are running for office.
- 39:33All of them are flawed candidates.
- 39:36And it's not to say that Republicans don't have their flaws, but the flaws that the left have, they are so pronounced.
- 39:44And we can see them.
- 39:48But the media is constantly trying to reinvent them.
- 39:52As I mentioned during the first block, how they try to reinvent Kamala Harris.
- 39:57And even now they're trying to reinvent her.
- 40:00Just in case she decides to run.
- 40:02But have you noticed guys as of lately?
- 40:04You haven't heard anything from Gavin Newsom?
- 40:08Where is Gavin?
- 40:10I bet you never thought about that.
- 40:12He has been quiet.
- 40:15Every since Nick Shirley went to California and expose the fraud.
- 40:22And then Gavin had his attorney general to come out and say, oh, we knew about this fraud.
- 40:26We were already investigating it.
- 40:28He has been radio silent.
- 40:31Because Nick Shirley took down the governor of Minnesota, Tim Waltz.
- 40:39And to be honest with you, Gavin Newsom should be stepping down as well.
- 40:46When I say stepping down, he's the governor now, but he should be stepping out of the limelight completely.
- 40:52But before all of this, before Nick Shirley went to California, before the Eric Swalwell fiasco, Gavin Newsom was on TV just about every day, crossing his legs.
- 41:05I don't know how the heck he does that.
- 41:07It's not that men can't cross their legs.
- 41:18Oh my gosh, I can't do it.
- 41:19It's so difficult.
- 41:20It hurts, you know.
- 41:21I can't do that, you know.
- 41:23And Barack Obama, he had it down to a T.
- 41:26He would sit down, he would cross his legs and he would fold his arms and he would start pontificating, and people would just like, oh, oh, Barack Obama.
- 41:36But I'm like, nah.
- 41:38Uh-uh.
- 41:39Men should not be crossing their legs.
- 41:41Open up your freaking legs.
- 41:43What are you doing?
- 41:44But they would get there and just like cross.
- 41:45And I'm thinking, you know, because they were trying to show that, you know, they're refined.
- 41:49And along came Gavin Newsom, and he took it to a whole new level.
- 41:54I mean, the way that guy crosses his legs.
- 41:57And he's a tall guy.
- 41:58I think he's about 6'1 or 6'2.
- 42:00Have you noticed how he crosses his legs, Andrew?
- 42:02Yeah, he sits like a girl.
- 42:05I'd say he's probably even taller than that.
- 42:09He's probably like 6'4, if I had to guess.
- 42:12But I'm like, man.
- 42:14The guy, and no, was the uh he came out and did a uh a yoga pose.
- 42:23Well, was that AI?
- 42:24Was he actually in that pose?
- 42:26I think that was AI.
- 42:28I know a lot of people were talking about, okay, how to oh, he's 6'3.
- 42:31Wow.
- 42:32Oh, wow.
- 42:33He's 6'3.
- 42:35But still, the guy looks he's he's so slimy.
- 42:40Uh, I prefer Ron DeSantis over Gavin Newsom.
- 42:44Well, who would?
- 42:45Uh this this news Democrats, I guess.
- 42:48Yeah, yeah.
- 42:49Because you know, he has the image, they think he's Hollywood, and now you know, he and his and his wife, who probably they probably were the pants together in that house.
- 42:58Uh, but yeah.
- 43:00This is I I just can't Democrats, they are so hypocritical.
- 43:07And as I said, this guy is now in hiding.
- 43:11I guess he's one, he's waiting for all of this to like blow over, and then he'll come back out.
- 43:17He doesn't know how much damage this is going to do to the party.
- 43:22But and I doubt he's in brawled in anything like this.
- 43:26No, I did heard news that he was talking to some underage girl at one point before he met his wife.
- 43:30I didn't get all of the story.
- 43:32I didn't even even try to look it up because I'm thinking it's much to do about nothing, but maybe I should look it up.
- 43:37Maybe I should look at it.
- 43:39Because whatever they're drinking in California, man, they are really drinking it.
- 43:46And it's like rules for thee, not for me, for not for us.
- 43:51And the things that they're doing.
- 43:53I mean, like I said, our girl Katie Porter, and what was the other Bra's name in California, who was a, I think she was in California.
- 44:00She was a legislature, legislator, and uh she took a picture of her in the nude, and one of her staffers was combing her hair, I think.
- 44:12Was she in California also?
- 44:13Yeah, Katie Hill.
- 44:15Okay, okay, there you go, Katie Hill.
- 44:18What the hell are they doing in California?
- 44:23You know, and then they try to hide this stuff, and you'll never know about it.
- 44:30No one has said anything about Katie Porter and her nasty attitude.
- 44:36Sends the folks on the right.
- 44:39On the left, nothing.
- 44:42Until Tom Steyer will probably start coming out, planning the stories, and then they probably say, okay, we've got to report on it.
- 44:50Because he's not going to let this go.
- 44:51And I wouldn't all be surprised if he's talking to the Democrat brass and he's telling them, look, you know that she can't govern.
- 44:59It should be me.
- 45:00I need your support.
- 45:02And if I don't get it, I'm going to start releasing the files.
- 45:05I'm going to go dirty.
- 45:07Look, they did this to Bernie Sanders.
- 45:08Remember Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders?
- 45:10How he was he was going to wait.
- 45:13Steyer is radical as Swalwell.
- 45:17Well, he's he's not, he's nutty.
- 45:21He's not.
- 45:21Do you remember him running for president, don't you?
- 45:24Oh, it's that Tom Steyer.
- 45:26Okay.
- 45:26Yeah, that Tom Steyer.
- 45:28That guy.
- 45:29See, I'm telling you, they're trying to pretend as if though these guys are new, that they don't have a bag, they don't have any baggage.
- 45:35But that Tom Steyer, and he said a lot of crazy things when he was on the campaign trail.
- 45:39And he was using his money to win.
- 45:41Like I said, at one point, I think there was one election, one race primary, that he he won, and then he and his wife got on stage with the rapper.
- 45:51I can't remember who the rapper was that was supporting him.
- 45:54And they were doing this weird dance.
- 45:56Yeah, I gotta say, I do like him more than Swalwell, even though he's a Democrat.
- 46:01I mean, I he seems like he would be an upgrade from uh Newsom or Swalwell, if I remember correctly.
- 46:07But he is nutty on certain topics, and I thought he was the green energy.
- 46:11He's his own.
- 46:12Yeah, he was nut he was nuts about green energy, wasn't he?
- 46:15But then other topics, he seemed uh like one of the better ones, which isn't saying much uh for the presidential candidates.
- 46:23If they had to have a Democrat, you know, uh, minus the little low-hanging dims that are running, I would say him.
- 46:33Uh but and maybe he'll pull the state together.
- 46:39I do.
- 46:39I mean, to be honest with you, I have my reservations about Steve Hilton.
- 46:43I don't see I don't see him as a politician.
- 46:46I just see him as a TV host.
- 46:52And then the other guy who's running, the sheriff, who's running, and it just it just shows you.
- 47:00Now, of course, I would vote for the Republicans, but it it goes back to show you that Republicans, they don't Chad Bianco, he's also running.
- 47:14They don't have a well-organized outreach base to support a lot of these candidates.
- 47:20Remember, uh think it was back in 2020 or 2016 when we had just like we had all these hopeful Republican candidates on our show who were running for office.
- 47:31I mean, we had a lot of folks.
- 47:33I mean, it was like every day there was a new candidate running in these different states, and they would all say the same thing.
- 47:40We don't have the support of our party.
- 47:44If they would have put money behind us, we could win.
- 47:48And it's really sad because and granted, they're running in blue states, and you're probably thinking, well, you're not gonna win it, so we don't want to waste her money.
- 47:56But I mean, at some point you gotta say we need to build these candidates up.
- 48:00There is no reason why Katie Porter should be running in California, and there isn't a stronger candidate going against her.
- 48:09There's no reason, it's there's no explanation.
- 48:13Why are Republicans just giving up on California?
- 48:16Ronald Reagan won California.
- 48:18What happened?
- 48:21It's like we just like, oh, let's just throw the throw the uh the towel in, we're not gonna win it.
- 48:27You have to start somewhere.
- 48:29You look at what these Democrats are doing.
- 48:31They're going into our states, they're moving to Florida because Florida is being ran well by a governor who's Republican.
- 48:39They're going to Texas.
- 48:41And then when they go there, they'll sit there for a while, then they start coming up with their crazy ideas.
- 48:46Well, we did it this way when we were in our state.
- 48:48Okay, go back to your state.
- 48:49You destroyed your state.
- 48:50The number of Democrats that left New York after they destroyed it, putting in all these radical candidates, it's unbelievable.
- 48:58As soon as COVID hit, they started, oh, George, the George Florida riots, uh, de Blasio, they started, oh, we're going to Texas, we're going to Cal, we're going to Florida.
- 49:06We're going to Oklahoma, but Texas and Florida is number one on their list.
- 49:09And I'm thinking, why are you going to go there and mess those states up?
- 49:13Why?
- 49:14And then they'll go to these little enclaves and they'll tell their friends, oh, come here, come here, we're here.
- 49:18Oh, and we can change this, we can get this.
- 49:20No, you can't.
- 49:21You messed up the state that you came from, so why go there and mess it up?
- 49:26And those are the questions that they should that people should be asking them.
- 49:32But it's like, we're quiet.
- 49:33Republicans are quiet.
- 49:34It's like they don't want to say anything.
- 49:36They have their little areas that they think they can win in, and that's it.
- 49:39We we won here.
- 49:40It's a known fact, and we can do it again, so let's just get the same boat.
- 49:43It's like, come on.
- 49:46Get new candidates, get fresh candidates, and run them.
- 49:52As opposed to the same candidates that we run all the time because eventually, you know, they're gonna fade off.
- 49:57You look at Mitch McConnell and John Thune.
- 50:01Republicans should have already been looking for someone to a strong candidate to replace Mitch McConnell.
- 50:08It wasn't going to be there forever.
- 50:10But I guess they were going to pull a Diane Feinstein who died in office.
- 50:14How embarrassing is that?
- 50:18Died in office.
- 50:20Knowing that she was going downhill.
- 50:23But you know what?
- 50:24They knew that even if she died, we'll be able to fill this seat with a Democrat.
- 50:30You can't say the same for Mitch McConnell, because the governor of that state is a Democrat.
- 50:37We've got to win California.
- 50:39It's going to be tough.
- 50:42But if we could get it, win it, and then turn it around.
- 50:45Even if Steve Hilton were to win, Andrew.
- 50:49I mean, the folks that he'll be working with are all Democrats.
- 50:55So it will be an uphill battle.
- 50:58I mean, you look at Karen Bass.
- 50:59How the hell did she win Los Angeles?
- 51:03She was going against a Republican who was, you know, he was with a Democrat at one point, and he could have won had Republicans got behind him.
- 51:14And not been afraid to say, okay, so what if she's a woman?
- 51:17She's a DEI higher.
- 51:21She's no good.
- 51:22Have they started rebuilding Pacific Palisades?
- 51:25Nope.
- 51:26I mean, can you believe it?
- 51:27Those people haven't started rebuilding.
- 51:30That Land is still there.
- 51:33And no one is linking it to Gavin Newsom.
- 51:36They're making it seem as if they'll, oh, he did all he could do.
- 51:39He was such a great person.
- 51:40No one has linked that to him, but that was one of his failures.
- 51:44He and Karen Bass.
- 51:46And then if a Democrat gets it, do you think they're going to rebuild it?
- 51:49Nope.
- 51:50And you would think that the voters would look at this, Andrew, and say, wow.
- 51:55We need to get someone here who's going to help us rebuild.
- 52:00Because if you think that Katie Porter is going to do it, you can forget it.
- 52:03And Tom Steyer, I don't know.
- 52:05He's Mr.
- 52:06Green Energy.
- 52:07He might just say, no, leave it that way.
- 52:09We need all the fresh grass and greenery we can get.
- 52:14So just let it stay that way.
- 52:19This is where we are with these candidates.
- 52:24And people can't see it.
- 52:27And God knows of Eric Swalwell, who only wanted the position, in my opinion.
- 52:32And I think my opinion is right.
- 52:34So that he could springboard into the presidency.
- 52:38He could care less about Californians.
- 52:40Look at Gavin.
- 52:42Gavin Newsom has been all over the nation as opposed to governing California.
- 52:46I guess California has been an autopilot.
- 52:49He messed it up.
- 52:49So what else is there to do?
- 52:51Just let it continue going downhill.
- 52:53So it's an autopilot.
- 52:55The rich, they're doing their own thing.
- 52:56The poor, they be damned.
- 52:58They're living on the streets.
- 52:59Who cares?
- 53:00Then they're legal aliens.
- 53:01We're going to let them take over.
- 53:02We're giving them all the money.
- 53:04We're going to let them vote.
- 53:06So he's all out there.
- 53:08And so SWAW probably looked at this and said, hey, why don't I do the same thing?
- 53:12Run for office.
- 53:13I won't have to do anything.
- 53:14Use this as a springboard.
- 53:16Get my name out there.
- 53:17Name recognition.
- 53:19Which is what Katie Porter is hoping.
- 53:21Name recognition.
- 53:23Although her name is already out there as being a nasty woman with a nasty attitude, nasty to her staff.
- 53:31But the media will reinvent me.
- 53:33They'll help me rebuild myself, which is what they were doing with Eric Swalwell.
- 53:38So she's thinking, oh, I'll do the same thing.
- 53:42Just I'll sit back, let the chips fall where they may.
- 53:46I'll win.
- 53:48Then I'll say I'm the first female governor of California.
- 53:53But doing what?
- 53:55Nothing.
- 53:57Because these people don't ever do anything.
- 54:00Everything that they see, they destroy.
- 54:02Everything that they touch, they destroy.
- 54:08But I guess they're okay with it.
- 54:12Because the media is not going to hold them accountable.
- 54:16It's not going to call them out.
- 54:18Is not going to say, wait a minute.
- 54:21What have you done since you were in Congress?
- 54:25Nothing.
- 54:26So what will you do as governor?
- 54:30Well, they were able to avoid having a debate.
- 54:37So she was able to keep that under wraps.
- 54:40The media isn't going to ask her questions of substance.
- 54:44Because whenever they talk to her, she'll probably bring up Trump in the Epstein files.
- 54:47Well, you know, Trump, because they want you to think that they're running against Trump.
- 54:51Because when you say Trump's name, it's like a lightning rod.
- 54:54People can't put aside the personality from the things that he's doing.
- 54:59So that's what they're hoping.
- 55:02And if she gets it, you know, next up, you're going to probably have some radical immigrant running for office.
- 55:09Because you can't do it, remember.
- 55:11For governor, you can you don't have to be born here as a citizen.
- 55:14Arnold Schwarzenegger wasn't born here as a citizen.
- 55:16Steve Hilton wasn't born here.
- 55:18So they're able to run for governor.
- 55:20Which is scary.
- 55:21And we're going to probably start seeing that happen across the board.
- 55:25But all these radicals that are coming here.
- 55:29Because no one is going to hold them accountable.
- 55:31And then they will be at the top.
- 55:35While we Americans are sitting here suffering.
- 55:39So, like I said, it's only who knows.
- 55:42Hopefully, Katie Porter, they'll call her out.
- 55:44It could be a double-edged sword.
- 55:46We could want her to stay there so that they can counsel each other out.
- 55:49And then you'll have two Republicans running against each other.
- 55:52And then we know.
- 55:53Because here's the thing.
- 55:54If the Democrats cancel each other out during when the election comes, then the two Republicans will be running against each other, and we know without a doubt that they will have a Republican as governor.
- 56:05But it remains to be seen as to how the media is going to play this up with Katie Porter and how Tom Steyer is going to play this up.
- 56:12Is he going to go after her as Katie is saying, oh, he's coming after me, guys?
- 56:16You got to help me.
- 56:17He's coming after me.
- 56:20So it might be a good thing to let her stay there so that they will duke it out amongst each other, Andrew, and counsel each other out, and then we'll can rest in peace knowing that we will have a Republican governor.
- 56:34I hope, Andrew.
- 56:35Yeah, well said, Rob.
- 56:37Thank you guys all for joining us once again on After Dark with Rob and Andrew, available on uh America Out Loud's iHeart Radio Channel, along with streaming on Spotify, Stitcher, Apple Podcast.
