- 1:38Speaker 4: Real estate, Oh yes, you talk about real estate and
- 1:40Speaker 4: Dubai powerful stuff, Dubai Ui e regardless, it's just it's
- 1:46Speaker 4: not gonna stop.
- 1:48Speaker 5: It's just like you know what whatever is holding you
- 1:50Speaker 5: back to stop it because you need to be part
- 1:53Speaker 5: of it very quickly, because it's not slow and down.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Just just go, just going up. It's just going up.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Everything's going up.
- 2:00Speaker 5: What's the percentage of growth now thirty every year you're
- 2:04Speaker 5: on year thirty percent, forty percent, twenty five percent. There
- 2:08Speaker 5: you go yearly, twenty five percent yearly. It's it's insane.
- 2:13Speaker 5: Like I remember there was a villa one family member
- 2:17Speaker 5: was rented I think four years ago for one hundred
- 2:20Speaker 5: thousand now it's three hundred and fifty.
- 2:23Speaker 4: How is this system here? As far as there's no mortgages, right,
- 2:27Speaker 4: there's mortgages. Here's mortgages like America.
- 2:29Speaker 1: There's mortgages.
- 2:30Speaker 5: But there's also payment terms because if you're buying directually,
- 2:33Speaker 5: if you're buying off plan, that's good that because now
- 2:35Speaker 5: you have no interest, you can just pay directly with
- 2:38Speaker 5: the with the developer, so they just pay payment terms
- 2:42Speaker 5: until you receive that.
- 2:43Speaker 1: I think.
- 2:44Speaker 5: Otherwise you can pay cash directly with capital. There's multiple ways,
- 2:47Speaker 5: but that's the best thing about it.
- 2:49Speaker 4: So we're from New York, right, so I don't know
- 2:51Speaker 4: if you follow local geopolitical politics, but they got a
- 2:55Speaker 4: new mayor who's been elected. You know that, you know
- 2:57Speaker 4: about that. He's a socialist. The reason and why he
- 3:00Speaker 4: got elected is because the city has become so unaffordable
- 3:03Speaker 4: because the top one percent but is doing extremely well,
- 3:07Speaker 4: but ninety percent of the population barely surviving. So do
- 3:13Speaker 4: you do you worry that a city like Dubai can
- 3:16Speaker 4: reach that level of it's not sustainable after a certain
- 3:20Speaker 4: point when every all the billionaires from all over the
- 3:22Speaker 4: world come in, but people still need to work. Right,
- 3:24Speaker 4: So the workers are at the bottom level, and then
- 3:27Speaker 4: you have people that's worth one hundred billion dollars at
- 3:30Speaker 4: the top level. That gap is so wide that it
- 3:34Speaker 4: leads to, like you know, a not sustainable living situation.
- 3:41Speaker 5: Dubai is like an onion, and there's so many layers
- 3:44Speaker 5: and sometimes the layers and so yes, we have I
- 3:48Speaker 5: think this year we had almost ninety thousand millionaires moved
- 3:52Speaker 5: ready to Dubai, and I think twenty or seventeen billionaires
- 3:55Speaker 5: move to Bai.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Already, So that space is already packed. Good, amazing. Now
- 4:02Speaker 1: nobody in the middle and low.
- 4:04Speaker 5: Now I can go right now and have dinner for
- 4:07Speaker 5: four of us and we can spend less than fifty dollars,
- 4:11Speaker 5: or we can have dinner together and spend at least
- 4:13Speaker 5: five hund dollars. So both levels are there. There is
- 4:17Speaker 5: affordable housing here. Definitely need more of that, but it's there,
- 4:21Speaker 5: it exists. There is ecosystem that basically alway exists together
- 4:24Speaker 5: in that space.
- 4:25Speaker 1: So there's levels, and again it keeps it. He's the
- 4:28Speaker 1: thing about Dubai.
- 4:29Speaker 5: Dubai will show what you are or are burned out by,
- 4:33Speaker 5: doesn't burn out you. Your true cars came out. If
- 4:37Speaker 5: you're good, you're good. If you're bad, now know how
- 4:39Speaker 5: bad you are. So again, this city keeps you compareditive,
- 4:44Speaker 5: keeps you very strong, be strong.
- 4:46Speaker 6: Thirty four water parks for now, For now, I'm gonna
- 4:49Speaker 6: have I mean, already has the largest water park in
- 4:51Speaker 6: the world.
- 4:52Speaker 2: Will have it again, and we got to get bigger.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Ninety one businesses.
- 4:58Speaker 1: No, now I have nine businesses.
- 5:01Speaker 6: Nine not to want investments, investments, I'm sorry, ninety one investments,
- 5:04Speaker 6: nine businesses. In my head, I'm thinking, how are we
- 5:09Speaker 6: running operations on a day to day? How involved are
- 5:11Speaker 6: you in or do you have CFO cmos?
- 5:14Speaker 2: Is the structure the same.
- 5:16Speaker 5: Different stashes some I'm very involved in daily things because again,
- 5:21Speaker 5: most of my Zoom calls are under twenty minutes. Most
- 5:26Speaker 5: of them calls with my teams intentionally. Yes, why it
- 5:29Speaker 5: doesn't take that long to understand what you want? I
- 5:32Speaker 5: know what I want. Spend to many points pot today
- 5:34Speaker 5: four give me point points. What's happening, what's going on?
- 5:36Speaker 1: What stations? Do you have? These problems? And then I
- 5:38Speaker 1: pick from them quickly.
- 5:40Speaker 5: I wake up early in the morning, I go to
- 5:43Speaker 5: my gym, do my workhouse done, and then I go
- 5:44Speaker 5: to my beach and just go see everything and then
- 5:46Speaker 5: begin make sure everything's done the way we do. Then
- 5:49Speaker 5: let's go first office, second office or zoom calls. I
- 5:53Speaker 5: try to keep things all in the same geographic space
- 5:55Speaker 5: so I don't have to drive it too much. That's
- 5:58Speaker 5: what today was a bit technic. But like usually, I
- 6:00Speaker 5: do all the things in the same space. So my businesses, offices,
- 6:03Speaker 5: and my penthouse all in the same space. So I
- 6:07Speaker 5: have to move too much because again time is a
- 6:10Speaker 5: very big factor here. So my day is always structured,
- 6:13Speaker 5: like in the tea, so there's no bullshit in a
- 6:16Speaker 5: few ten minutes fifteen minutes late in one meeting, I
- 6:19Speaker 5: can't see meeting because I can't because you over somebody else.
- 6:24Speaker 5: They had like a seven hour shooting, so it was
- 6:27Speaker 5: just hectic. It twice it was before hours became seven hours.
- 6:29Speaker 5: It's okay, everything else had had to be canceled. It's
- 6:33Speaker 5: very structured. It makes sense, ya, But I don't have
- 6:36Speaker 5: days off. I don't understand it is off. Like I
- 6:40Speaker 5: still now, I do eighty two hundred hours a week.
- 6:45Speaker 4: And still to talk about your branding, because you're obviously
- 6:49Speaker 4: branding yourself because you aquament on your sleeve. Yeah, you
- 6:52Speaker 4: have a necklace like a rapper. You have a necklace
- 6:55Speaker 4: on like it's all mine.
- 6:57Speaker 1: It's about.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Slight difference slight.
- 7:01Speaker 4: So so talking you're obviously intentional about how you want
- 7:04Speaker 4: the world to see you, the image that you're putting
- 7:06Speaker 4: out there. They you're doing the show with Netflix, so
- 7:09Speaker 4: you're not like a behind the scenes guy. It doesn't
- 7:11Speaker 4: seem like that, right, Talk about talk about that, Talk
- 7:14Speaker 4: about your intentionality with your branding.
- 7:16Speaker 5: You need to be very purposeful and very intentional with
- 7:19Speaker 5: every single thing you do, everything you say or do anything,
- 7:23Speaker 5: because there's three differents when people can when you meet people,
- 7:26Speaker 5: they will see you, they will smell you, or they
- 7:27Speaker 5: will hear you.
- 7:28Speaker 1: You need to look good.
- 7:29Speaker 5: You just smell good, and you know, way you talk
- 7:31Speaker 5: about it's a very important things. I understand the power
- 7:35Speaker 5: of personal bands very very well because again there's it
- 7:39Speaker 5: gets it creates report. People know I've seen you video somewhere,
- 7:43Speaker 5: I relate to what you said about this topic of
- 7:45Speaker 5: that topic. So it takes away that whole fluff of
- 7:48Speaker 5: when you meet somebody, people know I've seen you. I
- 7:51Speaker 5: like you, especially if you if you're authentic and if
- 7:54Speaker 5: you read and you say that our things, people relate
- 7:57Speaker 5: to it. You know when you're really and when other
- 7:59Speaker 5: people will understand you. And there too very fast, so
- 8:02Speaker 5: that's very important. It brings a lot of brands together
- 8:06Speaker 5: collaborations very quickly.
- 8:08Speaker 1: And again that you know, why not look good?
- 8:14Speaker 5: Why not look's like you know, God blesses me with
- 8:16Speaker 5: like you know, I worked so hard, I got the money.
- 8:18Speaker 5: You enjoy it, then I keep it in a grave
- 8:21Speaker 5: with me.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Enjoy it. Now.
- 8:23Speaker 6: One of the things I've been educated on since being
- 8:25Speaker 6: here is this license plate situation.
- 8:30Speaker 1: It's humbling, isn't it.
- 8:32Speaker 6: Can you explain to the to the version ere the
- 8:35Speaker 6: person that hasn't heard about this?
- 8:37Speaker 2: I saw there's there's digits.
- 8:39Speaker 6: Now we come from a place where your license place
- 8:41Speaker 6: is your license plate and you might transfer that from car.
- 8:44Speaker 1: There's a cap there.
- 8:45Speaker 2: There's a totally different meaning here.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Yeah, because you know.
- 8:47Speaker 5: When you say out of money, there's a purpose behind it,
- 8:50Speaker 5: because okay, having a G class, okay, having cool, having
- 8:55Speaker 5: okay cool, but then okay, how do you show.
- 8:58Speaker 1: More than I'm with you? Now?
- 8:59Speaker 5: Comes with this new it's only this part of the world.
- 9:02Speaker 5: Things like you know plate numbers, so if it's one
- 9:04Speaker 5: digital digits, it's more expensive. So sometimes a one digit
- 9:09Speaker 5: plate number, let's say a A five for example, that
- 9:14Speaker 5: one went out for fifteen million dollars. Fifteen million for
- 9:18Speaker 5: one digit, you know, so that's the whole thing. You know,
- 9:21Speaker 5: it becomes an asset. It's a new categorative assets.
- 9:27Speaker 2: To show who you are exactly. So when I moved
- 9:30Speaker 2: to Dubai, I need to have at least let's.
- 9:32Speaker 5: Move first, and we're talking about it. Let's baby steps first,
- 9:37Speaker 5: and we're talking about a lot.
- 9:38Speaker 2: Of right, no five digits.
- 9:41Speaker 4: Well, thank you for your time, Thank you for having
- 9:44Speaker 4: me boys, thank you for your time.
- 9:45Speaker 2: I appreciate it. My success continue me too.
- 9:49Speaker 3: This episode is brought to you by P and C Bank.
