- 2:05Speaker 1: we really appreciate. Guys. I am working here well, Hello Mary,
- 2:12Speaker 1: Welcome in now. Guys. We're headed back to Alaska. You're
- 2:17Speaker 1: new here. I'm not a big fan of Alaska. After
- 2:20Speaker 1: covering the Robert Hansen story, which my wonderful co host
- 2:25Speaker 1: and friend Lama took us down a major deep dive
- 2:28Speaker 1: with Okay. But Alaska has more coastline than all other
- 2:35Speaker 1: US states combined, which I did not know that, with
- 2:40Speaker 1: over thirty three thousand miles of tidal shoreland winding through glaciers,
- 2:46Speaker 1: islands and the wilderness. And I did know this, ben case,
- 2:51Speaker 1: sh'all don't know. Asca is known as the last Frontier,
- 2:55Speaker 1: and guys, Alaska is larger than Texas. I thought Texas
- 2:59Speaker 1: was the biggest. So we've learned something else new. But guys,
- 3:04Speaker 1: are you ready for this? The state is also home
- 3:07Speaker 1: to seventeen of North America's twentiest highest peaks, which includes
- 3:13Speaker 1: the towering Danali, which is just extremely fascinating to me.
- 3:19Speaker 1: I would love to see all those peaks, but I
- 3:21Speaker 1: don't think I want to go to Alaska, Okay. Now,
- 3:25Speaker 1: Alaska's vast and regular landscape creates unique challenges for search
- 3:30Speaker 1: and rescue efforts, especially in the remote villages in wilderness areas,
- 3:36Speaker 1: where travel guys is often dependent on small aircraft, boats,
- 3:41Speaker 1: snow machines, and sometimes ice roads. You heard me right,
- 3:47Speaker 1: ice roads? No, not for me, not for me. Now,
- 3:52Speaker 1: that makes missing person cases really difficult on top of
- 3:57Speaker 1: it being such a vast line large place. Okay. Also
- 4:02Speaker 1: the weather conditions make it difficult. And then, as we
- 4:06Speaker 1: learned in the Robert Hansing case, sometimes also law enforcements
- 4:11Speaker 1: the problem. Just going to be honest, Okay. Now, today
- 4:18Speaker 1: we're going to talk about Harry Karasani. He traveled to
- 4:22Speaker 1: Alaska alone at the end of twenty twenty five, and guys,
- 4:27Speaker 1: friends and families and those closest to him say it
- 4:31Speaker 1: was unusual and out of character. Okay. Now, he is
- 4:35Speaker 1: a twenty four year old Texas resident, and he was
- 4:39Speaker 1: reported missing finally on January third, twenty twenty six, after
- 4:44Speaker 1: family and friends realize they hadn't heard from him in days. Okay.
- 4:49Speaker 1: And according to the Alaska State Troopers, Harry was last
- 4:53Speaker 1: seen leaving the Aurora Denali Lodge in Healey, Alaska, on
- 4:58Speaker 1: December thirty, first five, and they believe he may have
- 5:03Speaker 1: been traveling to the Fairbanks area. Excuse me, guys, now,
- 5:11Speaker 1: the troopers noted that Harry was visiting Alaska. Like I
- 5:15Speaker 1: said from Texas, he was traveling alone and he didn't
- 5:18Speaker 1: have a vehicle with him. Okay. Family and friends last
- 5:22Speaker 1: spoke with him on December twenty ninth, twenty twenty five. Now.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Sarah Taha, who lives with Harry in Houston, Texas, said
- 5:33Speaker 1: he never expected Harry to take a trip like this
- 5:35Speaker 1: on his own. You know, Harry grew up in India
- 5:40Speaker 1: and was living in Houston while pursuing his PhD through
- 5:44Speaker 1: Train University. Okay, guys, I do wonder why they found
- 5:50Speaker 1: it unusual for him to travel alone. I couldn't find
- 5:56Speaker 1: that information. I find that interesting. Now. Harry is described
- 6:02Speaker 1: as approximately five foot seven inches tall, one hundred and
- 6:05Speaker 1: thirty pounds. He has black hair, black eyes, and wears glasses.
- 6:10Speaker 1: And investigators and the family continue to seek information about
- 6:16Speaker 1: his whereabouts and are asking anyone with information may have
- 6:22Speaker 1: seen him or come into contact with him, to please
- 6:26Speaker 1: call them. Okay, So if you have any information, okay,
- 6:32Speaker 1: any information, please call the Alaska State Troopers at nine
- 6:37Speaker 1: oh seven four five one five to one zero zero. Also,
- 6:42Speaker 1: Alaska ask you to reference an incident number. I'm going
- 6:45Speaker 1: to say, if you just give him the name, it'll
- 6:46Speaker 1: be okay, but just in case, it is a K
- 6:51Speaker 1: two six zero zero zero six' five Four and, guys
- 6:56Speaker 1: please remember even the smallest, Details, okay goold Help, okay welcome,
- 7:04Speaker 1: In lady And. Gray it's okay that you're a little.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Late it. Happens. Okay, NOW i would like to say
