- 0:33fantasy and reality
- 0:35SPEAKER_01: colliding.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: My virtual obsession out now.
- 0:39SPEAKER_03: Hey everyone,
- 0:40it's Catherine Crestani with another episode of Willow Healing
- 0:43Matters and today
- 0:43SPEAKER_03: I'm joined by my lovely Anne Jonas aka the Love Messenger.
- 0:48She is passionate about guiding and supporting those that
- 0:51desire to become more of
- 0:52SPEAKER_03: who they truly are.
- 0:53She honors and recognizes that there is a transformational
- 0:56journey of remembering
- 0:57SPEAKER_03: that we are a spiritual being having an experience.
- 1:00The journey of life involves lots of mud and she's familiar
- 1:04with walking along the lotus path.
- 1:06and she approaches her work from a holistic intuitive spiritual
- 1:09perspective decades
- 1:10of experience as a body worker and birth doula as well as a
- 1:13lifetime of being in
- 1:14service and always curious today her most powerful gift is
- 1:18living as a being of
- 1:19love and light offering transformational and perspective
- 1:22guidance as an intuitive
- 1:23SPEAKER_03: healer body worker channel shamanic
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 1:33I appreciate having the opportunity to be a part of your world
- 1:38and share in your field.
- 1:41SPEAKER_03: So I feel straight away that keeps you showing me the mud and the lotus.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: That's exactly it.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: Well, you know, I didn't invent this concept.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: I really learned it from Thich Nhat Hanh,
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: who essentially there's a quote,
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: you can find no mud,
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: no lotus.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: That's the essence of it.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: So what does that mean?
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: That means that the lotus plant itself, we're talking about the
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: plant right now grows in the mud.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: So most time we see them in ponds, right?
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: Well, the foundation of a pond is like silt.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: It's like this really wet, earthy substance.
- 2:16And essentially the plant itself grows,
- 2:19is germinated,
- 2:20it grows and it dies in that space.
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: How is that relevant?
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: Why am I the lotus path?
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: Why is this even an experience?
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: Because what I know,
- 2:31what I've learned and who I be is someone who recognizes that
- 2:35our lives are built
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: on mud,
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: muck and poo.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: Okay, that's the deal.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: These are the challenges and the gifts because this is the piece.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: This is where I desire to have us take a switch and put a spin on it.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: That the traumas and the tragedies and the challenges of our life are
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: And they are the pathway for us to grow and evolve and blossom.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: Every one of us walks a lotus path.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: It is not unique to me.
- 3:03SPEAKER_00: It is part of the spiritual being having a human experience.
- 3:08Condition and when we allow ourselves to honor that shift
- 3:13happens and that life is
- 3:15a journey we then get to really celebrate the mud and honor it
- 3:19and have gratitude
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: and compassion for the journey and so these like what
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: That's the mud.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: I mean,
- 3:24somebody dies and has a health journey or money dynamics or
- 3:30your house burns down
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: or you lose your job.
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: Life.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: Life is mud.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: How do we choose to see where the mud is serving?
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: That's the essence of this.
- 3:44Yeah,
- 3:46that's important because we often say the shift hits the fan,
- 3:50right?
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: You know?
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: And then it flies.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: A hundred percent.
- 3:54SPEAKER_03: A hundred percent.
- 3:55And I get that element too of finding the blessing in the
- 3:59unforgivable or finding
- 4:01SPEAKER_03: the,
- 4:01SPEAKER_03: you know,
- 4:02SPEAKER_03: because when you're in the thick of it,
- 4:03SPEAKER_03: it's real to see your way out.
- 4:05SPEAKER_03: And yet you do, right?
- 4:07SPEAKER_03: You do get to the other side of it.
- 4:08SPEAKER_03: You do get through
- 4:10SPEAKER_03: the mud and bloom like that lotus does.
- 4:13SPEAKER_03: But going through it, it's hard because it does feel like darkness.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: Well, you talked about trusting the darkness.
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: We live on a planet that's half day and half night.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: I mean, unless you're in Alaska or, you know, Antarctica.
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: But essentially, the idea is that we have night and day.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: We can't see the stars without darkness.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: They're there all the time.
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: The more that we allow ourselves to be a part of this experience,
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: that there is duality on this earth.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: There's not duality in consciousness.
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: Consciousness is oneness.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: But we split that
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: when we come and we be here in this third dimension.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: And yes, it is hard to see through the mud.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: And yet,
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: if you don't put a seed far enough into the dirt and in the soil,
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: it won't become a plant because it's going to get eaten by
- 5:01And another piece of this is,
- 5:03which is a big switch for a lot of people,
- 5:05a
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: A lot of human thinkers, and I'm going to say that, human thinkers.
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: What is he doing?
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: He's thinking, the man, right?
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: That he's like the thinker.
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: This is this idea, the human thinker says that we must judge experiences.
- 5:30What if we were given the opportunity to suspend judgment and
- 5:34acknowledge that
- 5:35there's nothing ever wrong and that everything is here for us
- 5:38to support us in
- 5:41SPEAKER_00: evolving and growing through our journey?
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: That's a big one.
- 5:43Yeah and I feel when you can leave that judgment behind or even
- 5:47the blame and just
- 5:48step out of it and just let it be you know it's like this we
- 5:52judge emotions like
- 5:54you know being depressed allow yourself to be depressed maybe
- 5:58you need to rest and
- 5:59that's why you're feeling depressed so you can go back to
- 6:03however you need to be
- 6:04or angry because you need to be angry because something's not
- 6:08right in your system
- 6:09SPEAKER_03: or challenging your beliefs.
- 6:11SPEAKER_03: But there's this,
- 6:12the judgment that comes in around that and then we get guilty
- 6:15for feeling that.
- 6:16SPEAKER_03: And then it's like this whole weird perpetual cycle that we think
- 6:21SPEAKER_03: or doing not the right thing or being a people pleaser.
- 6:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah, thank you.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: Gratitude is a key piece, truly.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: Gratitude, non-attachment, right?
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: You know, non-attaching to the story, right?
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: And you know, the truth is it's never done.
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: We're never done figuring this thing out.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: You know, we were talking about like, we get it.
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: Like we get it, right?
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: We get how this whole thing works and then we don't do what we get.
- 6:49Well,
- 6:49that's part of this is the recognition and the witnessing of
- 6:53like,
- 6:53oh,
- 6:54right.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: I know I have a tool for that.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: And you know what?
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna use it.
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna suffer.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: That's a choice.
- 7:00SPEAKER_00: We do that all the time.
- 7:02SPEAKER_00: We suffer through life.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: We say we know better.
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: And then you talk, you know, the idea,
- 7:07So there's a fine line between taking responsibility and
- 7:11blaming ourselves.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: It's like a coin.
- 7:19SPEAKER_00: It's like the two sides of a coin.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: It's essentially the same.
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: It's the perspective.
- 7:23SPEAKER_00: You know,
- 7:24I don't particularly care for the word Y-W-H-Y because the word
- 7:29itself feels
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: disempowering.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: But I love the letter Y because
- 7:33SPEAKER_00: Because the letter Y essentially is an I with a V on top.
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: And so to me, that is the representation of what accountability is.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: I am choosing how I see this life.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: Do I feel like a victim?
- 7:49SPEAKER_00: Do I feel like a victor?
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: Do I feel like a villain?
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: Am I willing to be vulnerable?
- 7:55There's a lot of V words that we get to play with in
- 7:59relationship to self.
- 8:01SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 8:01Definitely and I think being vulnerable is such a thing I've
- 8:04been on a few podcasts
- 8:05lately on the flip side where I've been the guest and talking
- 8:09about how about
- 8:11loneliness and this like epidemic of loneliness right I was
- 8:14like but loneliness
- 8:15isn't a bad thing loneliness is only a bad thing if you're
- 8:19escaping yourself and
- 8:20not allowing yourself to be vulnerable with yourself that is
- 8:23when loneliness
- 8:24becomes an issue because that is when we go into those
- 8:26addictive and avoided
- 8:27SPEAKER_03: behaviors and everything else
- 8:30Or we go into relationships that don't align because we'd
- 8:34rather be with somebody
- 8:35SPEAKER_03: else than be with our own company.
- 8:37SPEAKER_03: Personally, my cancer hermit is more than happy to stay in her shell.
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm the same way.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: I'm a Capricorn and I'm also a generator 2-4.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: I don't have a human design speak, but I have some general ideas.
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: But when I read that, I said to myself, yeah.
- 8:58Also,
- 8:58there's this relationship with introvert,
- 9:00extrovert,
- 9:01and all that aspect of it.
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: I recognize that I do.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: I love people.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: I love building containers.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: I love being with community.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: I'm a friend collector.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: I have friends all over the planet.
- 9:15I have friends that I connect with in Zoom boxes and I have
- 9:18friends I connect with
- 9:19SPEAKER_00: here in the earth.
- 9:20And I know that if I don't spend enough time with me,
- 9:23I'm not serving for anybody.
- 9:25And I think this is a characteristic of the human condition of
- 9:29where we're taught
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: to look outside of ourself.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: We're not taught to go within.
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: We're not taught to recognize that this journey is because of us.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: We chose it and it's being literally propelled by us.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: It's being fueled by us,
- 9:45SPEAKER_00: by our choices,
- 9:46SPEAKER_00: by how we see ourselves,
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: how we see ourselves reflected in the collective consciousness.
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: The truth is, is
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: This journey is pretty much just about you.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: That's the deal.
- 9:59SPEAKER_00: And everything that you participate in is just about them.
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: But we contract.
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: We connect because we can't do it alone.
- 10:08SPEAKER_00: It's not meant to be done alone, but it's meant to be done by self.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: Does that make sense?
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: Is that kind of vibing with you out there, right?
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: You're not alone and everything is connected to what's in the field.
- 10:19SPEAKER_00: We weave together together.
- 10:21our experiences but when it comes down to it it's between you
- 10:25and you or you and
- 10:26God or you and source or whatever you and the divine whatever
- 10:29whatever word you
- 10:30want to substitute for that that's really what this
- 10:33consciousness is about that's
- 10:34SPEAKER_03: how I see it well it's that well that's why we think right to have these
- 10:39SPEAKER_03: experiences and to go through this and then it was interesting on my I
- 10:44SPEAKER_03: other podcast connections from beyond John and I my co were talking about
- 10:47alternative realities right because your soul's greedy it wants
- 10:51to experience
- 10:52everything so when you come to a pivotal moment and you know
- 10:56instead of saying yes
- 10:58your soul still experiences the yes and your soul still
- 11:00experiences the no then you
- 11:03SPEAKER_03: go through all these experiences and sometimes they overlap
- 11:06SPEAKER_03: And you circle back and you're like,
- 11:08SPEAKER_03: I feel like I've already done this,
- 11:10SPEAKER_03: even though I haven't already done this.
- 11:12SPEAKER_03: So this is very interesting.
- 11:15SPEAKER_03: And this whole concept as well of time,
- 11:17SPEAKER_03: because time isn't linear,
- 11:19SPEAKER_03: like we're thinking it's linear.
- 11:21SPEAKER_03: And even the past is not even the past anymore.
- 11:25you know like it's just a perspective it's just what happened
- 11:28in fact you can go
- 11:29reprint you can go there's there's a there's a technique called
- 11:32matrix reprinting
- 11:33you can go back and change what happened so your soul can get
- 11:37that conclusion or
- 11:38SPEAKER_03: get the alternative to what could have happened
- 11:43Which is serving,
- 11:44you know,
- 11:44like the thing is,
- 11:45this is the human condition.
- 11:46SPEAKER_00: Everything is serving.
- 11:48SPEAKER_00: Nothing is ever wrong.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: It's a matter of where is the ease in that?
- 11:53SPEAKER_00: Like the word disease, I don't use that word.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: I use dis-ease.
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: Where are we out of ease?
- 11:58SPEAKER_00: And it can show up in a myriad of ways.
- 12:00SPEAKER_00: And this idea too of past and future.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: So the word history to me, hi, story.
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: That's all it is.
- 12:09SPEAKER_00: It's a story.
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's a story.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: Whether you look at,
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: like,
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: whether you want to take,
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: like,
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: you know,
- 12:15American history or world history or whatever you want to talk
- 12:19about in that,
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: or you want to talk your own personal,
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: like,
- 12:22SPEAKER_00: human avatar history,
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: it's all a story.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: We are writing stories.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: with our experiences.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: And you're right,
- 12:30we can change that story at any point based on our willingness
- 12:37to see the whole
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: picture and see what it
- 12:41So,
- 12:41you know,
- 12:42we have these experiences in our life,
- 12:44and then we have the response.
- 12:46SPEAKER_00: We can react, or we can respond, and then we look at that.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: That's the story.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: That's the outcome.
- 12:52SPEAKER_00: That's the result.
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: Not what happened, but how you engaged with it, how you relaxed.
- 12:56Related to what happened,
- 12:58whether it was a choice you made or a choice somebody else
- 13:00made.
- 13:01And when you really distill it down,
- 13:03this is the hard part,
- 13:05we create it all.
- 13:06SPEAKER_00: Yep, all of it.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: Choose our parents,
- 13:08SPEAKER_00: we choose our kiddos,
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: we choose our neighbors,
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: we choose our bullies and our oppressors.
- 13:15SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 13:15SPEAKER_00: Why would I do that?
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: Well, we don't ask why, right?
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: We say, oh, right, I...
- 13:20Desired to have this experience of being a victim so I could
- 13:24learn what that meant
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: for my whole being.
- 13:27SPEAKER_03: Thank you.
- 13:28SPEAKER_03: And then you just say, thank you, right?
- 13:31SPEAKER_03: It's interesting too,
- 13:32SPEAKER_03: because I say like this prayer and I just,
- 13:35SPEAKER_03: I'm like,
- 13:36SPEAKER_03: thank you for the good I cannot say.
- 13:38SPEAKER_03: Because sometimes we're in the mud, right?
- 13:42SPEAKER_03: Back to that analogy.
- 13:43SPEAKER_03: It's really hard to say how I am.
- 13:45SPEAKER_03: But I was at a group the other week doing like a presentation and
- 13:50the person before me was speaking and one of the in those
- 13:54moments I say I'm so
- 13:56grateful I'm not in their mind and I was like I like that and
- 14:00then my other
- 14:01favorite was I'm grateful that's not my journey because I found
- 14:04that was really
- 14:05helpful to step out of judgment especially from working in very
- 14:08low SEO areas where
- 14:12might choose to spend money on cigarettes instead of food for
- 14:15their children.
- 14:16And it can be really hard not to judge in them or not to have
- 14:20an experience of it.
- 14:21So it's funny that you say that because this is something that
- 14:24I also feel is
- 14:25SPEAKER_00: really important for
- 14:27SPEAKER_00: for everyone, no matter where you are in your life experience.
- 14:32What I love to say is we're not here to compare tragedies and
- 14:35traumas because the
- 14:37tragedies and the traumas are part of what we're cultivating
- 14:41for our learnings.
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: So, like, let's give an example.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: Not everybody on this planet has been given up for adoption, right?
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: But there are people that have been born and then their mother,
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: their father,
- 14:54SPEAKER_00: their birth parents did not want them for whatever reason.
- 14:57SPEAKER_00: and then other people raise them.
- 14:58SPEAKER_00: That's a very specific, what we would call trauma or tragedy.
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: There's a bazillion of them, right?
- 15:05SPEAKER_00: We're on a planet with a bazillion people.
- 15:07SPEAKER_00: So there's a bazillion possible scenarios for challenge.
- 15:12SPEAKER_00: And I love what you're saying is that's that gratitude that says,
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: like,
- 15:16I have a different experience and I can see that there's maybe
- 15:20pain in making those
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: choices,
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: right?
- 15:23SPEAKER_00: Again, we talked about choosing ourself, right?
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: So then we're like...
- 15:27SPEAKER_00: So why wouldn't she choose herself and buy cigarettes?
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: So this is where people get a little contracted around.
- 15:34SPEAKER_00: But you said, I'm the most important person.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: This is where we get to balance between that human experience and
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: and that soul experience.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: And I'm going to say that those children chose that mom.
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: They chose the mom who chose cigarettes over them.
- 15:50So this is that whole bigger picture that if we come from the
- 15:55place that I chose my
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: parents,
- 15:57SPEAKER_00: I chose the color of my skin,
- 15:58SPEAKER_00: I chose the
- 16:00The generation I decided to be here,
- 16:02I chose the amount of money I was being born into.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: If we are willing to say that, then there's no blame.
- 16:09That's a concept that I believe is really spinning in our
- 16:13circles of consciousness
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: and accountability.
- 16:17SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and a little can't handle when you say you chose all of this.
- 16:21SPEAKER_03: You chose your parents, you chose your circumstances.
- 16:24SPEAKER_03: And even what's even more interesting is I have people go,
- 16:27SPEAKER_03: but why did I get all the inherited,
- 16:30SPEAKER_03: you know,
- 16:30SPEAKER_03: visas or the,
- 16:32SPEAKER_03: you know,
- 16:32SPEAKER_03: whatever cycle I need to break or whatever it might.
- 16:35SPEAKER_03: Well, that's what your soul needed to experience in that moment.
- 16:39SPEAKER_03: Brother's not going through something similar but different.
- 16:42SPEAKER_03: You know,
- 16:42SPEAKER_03: it just means that in your stronger,
- 16:45SPEAKER_03: maybe that's why you got more and that's why you chose more.
- 16:48and that a lot of people who are stuck in that victim cycle
- 16:52find that really hard
- 16:53SPEAKER_03: to accept and to step out of that because they just sit there and go,
- 16:58SPEAKER_03: I didn't choose that,
- 16:59SPEAKER_03: you know,
- 16:59SPEAKER_03: why would I choose this?
- 17:01SPEAKER_03: And the more you resist it,
- 17:02SPEAKER_03: persist well,
- 17:03so then it would just get louder and louder and louder until
- 17:07maybe I'm here for
- 17:08SPEAKER_03: something.
- 17:08And,
- 17:09you know,
- 17:09there's this other place where it's interesting about
- 17:12deserving.
- 17:13SPEAKER_00: I have an interesting relationship with that woman.
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: I love to say my mess is my message.
- 17:17And I've got so much mud and so much mess,
- 17:19you know,
- 17:20the layers that are brought to light.
- 17:30From my childhood journey and the parents that I chose and what
- 17:35they embarked on in
- 17:36SPEAKER_00: their life,
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: I know I wouldn't be who I am without them.
- 17:41SPEAKER_00: And so there's this place of, you know, I see this as earth school.
- 17:45SPEAKER_00: That's a lot of, you know...
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: Hard work, right?
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: And I'm saying that hard work because this is really what it's about.
- 18:15It's really about recognizing we came here to work on our
- 18:21soul's evolution.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: That is what it is.
- 18:24Not the job that we do,
- 18:26but the life we live and the way that we engage with our own
- 18:32experience.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: It's all a reflection.
- 18:35SPEAKER_03: A hundred percent.
- 18:36It is all a reflection and even then when we start to see the
- 18:39events around us and
- 18:41the synchronicities that start to come through and all the
- 18:44really cool things that
- 18:45happen with that right like I always say I can't make this
- 18:48stuff up we do though we
- 18:51SPEAKER_00: We do make it up.
- 18:53SPEAKER_00: This is, I know, I love that statement of you can't make this up.
- 18:57SPEAKER_00: Like it's like, it's happening.
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: Like I said this and then this happened.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: You can't make this up.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: When we recognize how truly powerful we are, we co-create our life.
- 19:09SPEAKER_00: It's the matter of what's the perspective we're looking at it from.
- 19:12SPEAKER_00: You know, the concept of a spiral.
- 19:14SPEAKER_00: Let's talk about a spiral.
- 19:15SPEAKER_00: I actually happen to have one right here.
- 19:17SPEAKER_03: So let's look at this for a second.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: We got a spiral.
- 19:20And if we look at this and we look and we were to like stretch
- 19:24it up and we were
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: standing underneath it,
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: we'd look up and we'd see that it was like a tent,
- 19:29SPEAKER_00: right?
- 19:30SPEAKER_00: Like with a teepee, right?
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: We'd look under and we'd see that it has an N.
- 19:35when we look at it from above we look down and we see that it's
- 19:40all layers when we
- 19:42look into it we see it's layered when we're in it and we look
- 19:47up to it we see that
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: it's limited isn't that wild and this is where it's just
- 19:52SPEAKER_03: I love Sheldon yeah
- 20:13SPEAKER_00: That's why I yourself, right?
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: You know, and saying, oh, right.
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: I planned that.
- 20:19SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 20:19SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 20:20SPEAKER_00: So, you know, I'm all about curiosity.
- 20:23SPEAKER_00: So why it's like we're getting curious.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: But the thing is,
- 20:28is that there's a place where why feels like victim,
- 20:32why is it happening to me?
- 20:34SPEAKER_00: Why do I have to go through this?
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: Why does this hurt so much?
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: These are the stories.
- 20:39SPEAKER_00: When we just shift it and we say, how is this surrounding?
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: And where are my edges?
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: That's where are my boundaries?
- 20:58we were talking about this earlier like what's your job and
- 21:01what's somebody else's
- 21:02job and this is that idea we can't change anybody else's
- 21:06experience ever we are
- 21:08SPEAKER_00: free sovereign beings by birthright
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: And we are also the ones that give away our power.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: It's all on us.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: It really is.
- 21:18And I feel that that kind of power people are afraid of
- 21:21anchoring into because then
- 21:23SPEAKER_00: it comes back to,
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: well,
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: then I did that.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: Like I'm responsible for choosing and creating this situation.
- 21:29SPEAKER_00: Yes, you are, beloved.
- 21:31SPEAKER_00: And it's serving you.
- 21:32SPEAKER_00: That's the fun part.
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: That's where this is a game.
- 21:38laugh we gotta laugh at it because it's really it's a shift
- 21:41show I know I'm like
- 21:43cleaning up my language here but it's a shift show right that
- 21:46idea of it really is
- 21:47like it's constantly shifting you know I mean we know analog
- 21:52and digital right we
- 21:53know like these things like film like who knows who's ever seen
- 21:56a film strip or a
- 21:58video recording but you know it's individual images flickering
- 22:03so fast you can't
- 22:04SPEAKER_00: see the individual images that's what this life is
- 22:08yeah yeah and I love that you brought up we're more powerful
- 22:11than we know because
- 22:11that's come through so many especially when I was starting my
- 22:14spiritual journey
- 22:15it's like you are more powerful than you know you are more
- 22:17powerful than you know
- 22:19and not just like psychic gifts and things like that I'm
- 22:22putting that caveat for
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: An energetic center, our chakra ladder, all of that.
- 22:27SPEAKER_00: Our soul is here in this temple, this beautiful body, this form.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: We are literally channels and energy moves through us.
- 22:35SPEAKER_00: We have the torus, the toroidal fields.
- 22:38SPEAKER_00: that moves through and expands outward.
- 22:41I mean,
- 22:41this is a concept,
- 22:43again,
- 22:43that if you're here,
- 22:44you already have a sense of this,
- 22:46right?
- 22:47And if you're just landing,
- 22:47you're like,
- 22:48oh my God,
- 22:48you're speaking Greek to me.
- 22:50SPEAKER_00: Well, great.
- 22:51SPEAKER_00: But you know what?
- 22:51SPEAKER_00: You and your higher self called you here.
- 22:54That's that place where we get into that like oneness within
- 22:57our being and we build
- 22:59SPEAKER_00: We cultivate that relationship.
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: We learn from ourselves.
- 23:02SPEAKER_03: Things end for like days.
- 23:05SPEAKER_00: If you could heal or change something in the world, what would it be?
- 23:08SPEAKER_00: Well, essentially, in my introduction, you introduced me.
- 23:12SPEAKER_00: I'm Ann Jonas, a.k.a.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: The Love Messenger.
- 23:16One of my greatest dreams is that all beings will remember that
- 23:20we are love.
- 23:21SPEAKER_00: And for me,
- 23:22changing something would be to shift the perspective that we're
- 23:27here to suffer and
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: that we're not here to suffer,
- 23:30SPEAKER_00: we're here to experience.
- 23:32So that's really the container that I would love to have all
- 23:36consciousness be aware of.
- 23:38SPEAKER_00: And so if it's not all,
- 23:39SPEAKER_00: let's just say millions,
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: since there's like eight bazillion people on the planet,
- 23:42that millions will really like anchor into the truth that you
- 23:49are here for a reason
- 23:51SPEAKER_00: and to remember that you are exist.
