- 0:05Speaker 1: And the recent tramblings with Robin digging through the details.
- 0:13Speaker 1: That's his job. Some Dallas days and no reports, heat breaks,
- 0:19Speaker 1: hit down in friendly shorts, Random research tramblins with Robin.
- 0:31Speaker 2: What's up, everybody, Welcome into some more random research ramblings
- 0:35Speaker 2: with Rob. I like that these little things have been
- 0:39Speaker 2: catching on and I love doing them. It's a somewhat
- 0:46Speaker 2: of a small outlet to where I can just ramble
- 0:48Speaker 2: on about stuff that we don't really ever get to
- 0:52Speaker 2: in the context of a full episode. So if you
- 0:56Speaker 2: enjoy this kind of thing, make sure to hit the
- 0:59Speaker 2: like button. If you're not subscribe, subscribe, click the bell
- 1:02Speaker 2: to get notified. Hype the video. If you have hype points,
- 1:06Speaker 2: hype the video. Appreciate it. So today I wanted to
- 1:11Speaker 2: talk to you guys a little bit about loan nutters
- 1:16Speaker 2: and conspiracy theorists. Okay, Now, these are and have been
- 1:24Speaker 2: viewed as derogatory labels by some folks out there. Some
- 1:30Speaker 2: folks wear the label proudly, but it's a label nonetheless. Now,
- 1:40Speaker 2: loan nutters, okay, for the sake of argument as it
- 1:48Speaker 2: applies to this case, believe that Oswald Lee Harvey Oswald
- 1:53Speaker 2: acted alone, and if the findings of the Warrant Commission
- 1:56Speaker 2: were correct in finding that Lee Harvey Oswald actually did
- 2:01Speaker 2: the deed and acted alone. Okay, that's the overarching premise
- 2:06Speaker 2: of being a lone nutter. Now on the things get
- 2:11Speaker 2: a little a little bit more tricky here on the
- 2:13Speaker 2: conspiracy theorist side of things when it comes to the
- 2:16Speaker 2: JFK assassination, because there are so many theories. Okay, Now,
- 2:23Speaker 2: that on itself is enough to turn some people away
- 2:32Speaker 2: from the conspiracy side of things, because quite frankly, JFK
- 2:38Speaker 2: had a lot of enemies and a lot of entities
- 2:45Speaker 2: or institutions would probably have had an easier get along
- 2:51Speaker 2: had he not been the president. Now, to believe that
- 2:59Speaker 2: an instant tuition is behind the Kennedy assassination, I think
- 3:07Speaker 2: it's a little foolish. And what I mean by that
- 3:13Speaker 2: when people say, oh, the CIA was behind the Kennedy assassination,
- 3:19Speaker 2: really the entire CIA, top down. It was all a
- 3:25Speaker 2: big plan just to get Kennedy out of the way
- 3:27Speaker 2: so he wouldn't smash him into a thousand pieces and
- 3:29Speaker 2: scatter him to the wind. Or you have the Alan
- 3:36Speaker 2: Dulles theory, you know, because you need an evil boogeyman, right,
- 3:41Speaker 2: and he certainly fits the bill, don't get me wrong.
- 3:50Speaker 2: You know, because Kennedy fired him as director of the CIA,
- 3:56Speaker 2: so he was a little bitter. But when you look
- 4:01Speaker 2: a little deeper into that case, you know he had
- 4:05Speaker 2: been fired. He didn't really have any power pull into
- 4:10Speaker 2: CIA anymore, and he would be dead five years later.
- 4:18Speaker 2: You know. I believe he was fired or forced to
- 4:21Speaker 2: resign at the age of seventy Let's see here, I'm
- 4:29Speaker 2: talking out of my ass and I hate doing that
- 4:32Speaker 2: because there is a lot to remember with this case,
- 4:38Speaker 2: and I don't have all the facts right here. I mean,
- 4:42Speaker 2: they're here in some form or fashion, but I'd like
- 4:46Speaker 2: it to be truthful when I speak here and not
- 4:49Speaker 2: make it seem like I'm an idiot. So, yes, he
- 4:53Speaker 2: died in nineteen sixty nine at the age of seventy five.
- 4:59Speaker 2: So let's see, and when did he serve in the CIA.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Let's see here until November twenty ninth, nineteen sixty one,
- 5:19Speaker 2: all right, So if we subtract sixty nine or sixty
- 5:22Speaker 2: one from sixty nine, that's eight years. And if he
- 5:25Speaker 2: died at the age of seventy five, he would have
- 5:27Speaker 2: been sixty seven when he retired or was forced to
- 5:33Speaker 2: retire from the CIA or fired or whatever you want
- 5:37Speaker 2: to call it. That is the appropriate age for a
- 5:44Speaker 2: man to retire. You know, at some point it probably
- 5:50Speaker 2: gets a little old. Waking up in the morning, shaving dapperly,
- 5:56Speaker 2: combing your hair, picking out a suit, getting all gussied
- 6:01Speaker 2: up in suit and tie and sport coat, and making
- 6:04Speaker 2: sure you have your pipe and you know, all of
- 6:06Speaker 2: that stuff, and slogging your way into the office, and
- 6:14Speaker 2: dealing with the immense amount of pressure that comes with
- 6:18Speaker 2: being the director of the CIA. I mean, you have
- 6:22Speaker 2: people coming actually from every angle about all kinds of
- 6:25Speaker 2: shit all day long, from from the minute you get
- 6:29Speaker 2: I mean, it probably even bothered you at home. So
- 6:34Speaker 2: I think by the time that he was fired or
- 6:37Speaker 2: resigned or whatever you want to call it, you know,
- 6:41Speaker 2: he was probably ready to go. He had lived a
- 6:45Speaker 2: long life serving this country. And you know, now, was
- 6:54Speaker 2: he not a good guy? Probably not? Probably not. But
- 7:00Speaker 2: does that make him the evil genius behind the Kennedy assassination.
- 7:07Speaker 2: I don't think so. I don't think so. But I
- 7:12Speaker 2: digress back to the ramblings at hand. Here, if you
- 7:17Speaker 2: will I gotta keep myself on the road between the lines.
- 7:22Speaker 2: At times. Sometimes I would like to wander away a
- 7:24Speaker 2: little bit. But what was I talking about, Oh, conspiracy theories. Yeah,
- 7:33Speaker 2: so load Nutter. It's pretty it's a pretty simple explanation.
- 7:37Speaker 2: When you're talking about conspiracy theorists, it's a little bit
- 7:40Speaker 2: more complicated because there are so many theories, There are
- 7:44Speaker 2: so many institutions, there are so many groups individuals who
- 7:51Speaker 2: frankly would have assassinated Kennedy if they could get away
- 7:56Speaker 2: with it, or they had no problem with what happened,
- 7:59Speaker 2: or maybe even participated. And I don't think I don't
- 8:11Speaker 2: think most loan nutters start out that way. I think
- 8:17Speaker 2: most of them start out as conspiracy theorists and get
- 8:23Speaker 2: frustrated because look, I've been looking into this case for
- 8:32Speaker 2: over thirty five years now, and I can tell you
- 8:36Speaker 2: it's frustrating at times when you think you've got something
- 8:41Speaker 2: figured out, or maybe you think you're on the right
- 8:43Speaker 2: track of figuring something out, and then something comes up
- 8:47Speaker 2: and you're like, shit, you know that really contradicts my theory.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Back to the drawing board kind of thing, and when
- 8:58Speaker 2: you seemingly can't figure something out, it's a little frustrating,
- 9:03Speaker 2: and sometimes that path will lead you back to the
- 9:06Speaker 2: feet of Lee Harvey Oswald up in the sixth floor
- 9:11Speaker 2: window of the place that he worked, frying the rifle
- 9:14Speaker 2: that he ordered and Vohil, I you are now a
- 9:21Speaker 2: loan nutter. And I think that's where the passion comes
- 9:28Speaker 2: from from a lot of the loan nutters in the
- 9:31Speaker 2: JFK assassination, because I used to ask myself this question,
- 9:34Speaker 2: like why if you think, if you believe the official story,
- 9:39Speaker 2: why do you care so much about what we think?
- 9:42Speaker 2: You know what I mean? Like, but I can view
- 9:47Speaker 2: it like this because you know, my beginnings in the
- 9:51Speaker 2: media aspect of this whole Kennedy assassination thing was trying
- 9:59Speaker 2: to unfuck everything that was getting fucked up because there
- 10:07Speaker 2: are people on the conspiracy theory side of things, and
- 10:13Speaker 2: they're always there, always has been, there, always has been
- 10:17Speaker 2: people with the goofiest, craziest fucking theories you ever heard
- 10:21Speaker 2: in your life, and these are supposedly respected researchers, Like
- 10:29Speaker 2: what in the hell you know? I think? I think
- 10:34Speaker 2: some of the most early weird stuff has comes from
- 10:37Speaker 2: David Lifting, where people were disguised as trees, and Daly
- 10:41Speaker 2: Plaza shooting. I'm not even making this up. You can
- 10:45Speaker 2: go back and look at all this stuff up. I'm
- 10:49Speaker 2: pretty sure Fletcher Prouty had some really really out there
- 10:52Speaker 2: theories about what happened in Daley Plaza back in the seventies,
- 10:58Speaker 2: like just the weirdest stuff. You know. It was Grassy
- 11:04Speaker 2: Nole shooter. It's a shot from the sewer. It's it's
- 11:08Speaker 2: the uh South Nole shooter. It's the dal Tech shooter.
- 11:12Speaker 2: It's the County Records Building shooter. It's another person in
- 11:17Speaker 2: the school book depository, but from the far west windows,
- 11:22Speaker 2: maybe the fifth floor. Oh no, it was a follow
- 11:25Speaker 2: guy in the follow up car. He accidentally his rifle
- 11:28Speaker 2: accidentally went off. Oh no, it was it was Jackie.
- 11:32Speaker 2: You know, she had a gun hidden in her stupid
- 11:34Speaker 2: sock puppet lamb chop and blew JFK's head off. Oh no,
- 11:40Speaker 2: it was the driver, William Greer. He turned around and shot.
- 11:43Speaker 2: You can see it right in the you can see
- 11:46Speaker 2: it right in the the Pruider film. And then, of
- 11:51Speaker 2: course you have the people that have come forth. But
- 11:55Speaker 2: I got the fraudsters, if you will, over the years,
- 12:01Speaker 2: some posthumously, I think labeled as such. Some I don't
- 12:10Speaker 2: even know what they are, clout chasers, fame seekers. I
- 12:18Speaker 2: don't think they do it for the money, because there
- 12:19Speaker 2: is no money in this okay, unless you know you
- 12:23Speaker 2: are legit and you do write a best selling book
- 12:27Speaker 2: and you do have a movie made about your life,
- 12:29Speaker 2: and YadA, YadA, YadA. But people like James Files and
- 12:35Speaker 2: Judy Baker will never have movies made about them or
- 12:41Speaker 2: their stories believed in the mainstream. There's just too much
- 12:47Speaker 2: of a lack of credibility and evidence to support anything
- 12:53Speaker 2: that they say to be ever taken seriously. Now, sure
- 12:57Speaker 2: you can fool some of the people some of the time,
- 13:00Speaker 2: and there are some dupes out there who will believe
- 13:03Speaker 2: anything anybody says without seemingly a shred of evidence to
- 13:07Speaker 2: back it up. That's one thing I don't understand. You know,
- 13:12Speaker 2: these these drive by and that's what I call them,
- 13:16Speaker 2: drive by Kennedy assassination buffs, who themselves don't take the
- 13:22Speaker 2: time to look below the surface at anything. They hear
- 13:26Speaker 2: a good story and boy, they're all in. And look,
- 13:30Speaker 2: I'm a fan of a good story too, But I
- 13:34Speaker 2: know the difference between a good story and the actual truth. Okay. Now,
- 13:41Speaker 2: if Judith Baker had written her book as a fiction novel,
- 13:46Speaker 2: like a love story, romance if you will, but purely
- 13:52Speaker 2: from a fictional standpoint, it'd be an interesting read, right,
- 13:58Speaker 2: just another take on historical fiction. But no, everything she
- 14:06Speaker 2: claims in there, she claims is the truth that it
- 14:11Speaker 2: really happened. So you have all these odd balls personalities.
- 14:20Speaker 2: Beverly Oliver is another one, the supposed Babushka Lady, which
- 14:23Speaker 2: is a joke some posthumous people like Roscoe White, you know,
- 14:32Speaker 2: and look seemingly when you speak about all these people,
- 14:37Speaker 2: there is a hint of something there. There is a
- 14:41Speaker 2: kernel of truth about something, maybe their proximity to the situation,
- 14:47Speaker 2: maybe their occupation at the time, maybe their actual physical
- 14:55Speaker 2: location at the time. But the rest of the story,
- 15:06Speaker 2: as my old buddy Paul Harvey used to say, is
- 15:11Speaker 2: total and complete horseship and what propels these people to
- 15:21Speaker 2: stick with these stories for decades. Beverly Oliver has been
- 15:27Speaker 2: claiming to be the Bubusku Lady for decades now. Judy
- 15:33Speaker 2: Baker has claimed to have been in a relationship with
- 15:35Speaker 2: Lee Harvey Oswald in New Orleans up until the time
- 15:40Speaker 2: of the assassination, claimed to have known David Ferry and
- 15:44Speaker 2: out all Noxy and all this other stuff. So from
- 15:56Speaker 2: a mental and look, I've met Judith Baker face to face.
- 16:01Speaker 2: She honestly, I think, believes her own lives. Like there's
- 16:05Speaker 2: some sort of derangement there, like some kind of a syndrome.
- 16:11Speaker 2: I don't even know what it's, what it's called, but
- 16:15Speaker 2: they're deranged, like they believe their own bullshit, like they've
- 16:23Speaker 2: went over it in their head so long, they've told
- 16:26Speaker 2: these stories so long that they start to believe them.
- 16:31Speaker 2: It's insane to me. And you know, when I went
- 16:35Speaker 2: there in twenty nineteen to Dallas, and I see these
- 16:41Speaker 2: two fucking frauds up on the grassy knoll, up there
- 16:46Speaker 2: at the podium giving little speeches to honor, you know,
- 16:52Speaker 2: the memory of JFK's, it's freaking surreal. It's freaking surreal,
- 17:01Speaker 2: like these two in particular because they are two of
- 17:10Speaker 2: the most notorious fraudsters. And you know, you can lump
- 17:15Speaker 2: James Files in there as well. But you know, and
- 17:18Speaker 2: all these people have been at it for decades at
- 17:20Speaker 2: the point, thirty forty years fifty for BEV. I just
- 17:27Speaker 2: don't get it. Yet these people show up, they're given up,
- 17:33Speaker 2: they're given a platform, and they're given a chance to
- 17:40Speaker 2: speak to the people, they're invited to conferences to speak
- 17:47Speaker 2: on and it's just total horseshit. You know. I just
- 17:52Speaker 2: sit there listen to Judy Baker's talk probably through three
- 17:55Speaker 2: times at that conference we were at in twenty fourteen,
- 17:59Speaker 2: for over an hour of time, and I'm sitting there like,
- 18:03Speaker 2: you know, I know this is all horseshit. It's all horseshit.
- 18:12Speaker 2: But to meet her and talk to her face, she
- 18:15Speaker 2: honestly believes her own bullshit. I'm telling you. Either that
- 18:20Speaker 2: or she's brilliant at hiding the fact that she is
- 18:24Speaker 2: just such a good fraudster that she can put the
- 18:29Speaker 2: mask on when she needs to and take it off
- 18:32Speaker 2: when she's not around anybody else. I don't know. It's
- 18:37Speaker 2: one of the other I've been accused of being sympathetic
- 18:43Speaker 2: to the Loane Nutters throughout my broadcast career, if you will,
- 18:50Speaker 2: because I'd like to have him on the show, because
- 18:55Speaker 2: I'm interested to understand the way that they think. It
- 19:02Speaker 2: challenges my own perspective to have people like that on
- 19:07Speaker 2: the show. It keeps me on my toes if you will,
- 19:15Speaker 2: and look, they're not all wrong, and conspiracy theorists aren't
- 19:20Speaker 2: all wrong. Okay, there is a somewhat of a middle
- 19:25Speaker 2: ground that is becoming somewhat more popular. And look, low
- 19:32Speaker 2: nutters don't like them, and conspiracy theorists don't like them.
- 19:36Speaker 2: But there is a middle ground okay where in some
- 19:44Speaker 2: world Lee Harvey Oswald did kill JFK, but as part
- 19:55Speaker 2: of a larger conspiracy. Okay, there are certain things about
- 20:07Speaker 2: this case where I can understand, you know, if you
- 20:12Speaker 2: look at them, and you can say, okay, well look,
- 20:16Speaker 2: in order for me to believe this, I have to
- 20:18Speaker 2: explain that. Sometimes I can't explain that. You know, like
- 20:25Speaker 2: you watch these analyzes of and they're trust me, they're
- 20:30Speaker 2: not professional, but they come some folks that have looked
- 20:35Speaker 2: into things can make them sound professional and look professional,
- 20:40Speaker 2: but they're not professional. Document examiners and handwriting analysis and this,
- 20:48Speaker 2: that and the other. Have they gone to the archives?
- 20:51Speaker 2: Have they got the original documents? Have they got the
- 20:53Speaker 2: original of this? Have they looked at the original that? Doubtful?
- 20:59Speaker 2: You know, at this pointed so easy to be an
- 21:00Speaker 2: internet sleuth because everything is right there at our fingertips.
- 21:07Speaker 2: But to go back a little bit loan nutters and
- 21:15Speaker 2: conspiracy theorists, I think it's it starts outside For me,
- 21:28Speaker 2: it starts outside of the realm of the JFK assassination.
- 21:34Speaker 2: And I'm not sure exactly where it started or when
- 21:39Speaker 2: it started for me personally, but it was around before
- 21:46Speaker 2: I got into the JFK assassination, to understand that the
- 21:55Speaker 2: government does not always have our best interest at heart
- 22:00Speaker 2: when doing things, making policies, making decisions. I think politicians
- 22:06Speaker 2: are some of the worst human beings on the face
- 22:09Speaker 2: of this planet. Do you enemy times they have sold
- 22:14Speaker 2: their souls for money and then sold you out the
- 22:21Speaker 2: public for money. And it's on both sides of the aisle.
- 22:26Speaker 2: Don't think it's one side over the other. Okay, They're
- 22:30Speaker 2: all wings of the same bird, as they like to say.
- 22:36Speaker 2: That's why I don't tend to get very political on
- 22:40Speaker 2: the show because to me, I really don't identify as
- 22:46Speaker 2: one side or the other, because to me, I view
- 22:51Speaker 2: them as two legs, two wings of the same bird.
- 22:57Speaker 2: To me, they're all dirty. You don't get high up
- 23:01Speaker 2: in politics without compromising yourself or selling out or doing
- 23:09Speaker 2: something along the way. You know, I had high hopes,
- 23:15Speaker 2: high hopes for the first term of President Trump, only
- 23:27Speaker 2: because he wasn't part of the political establishment. He had
- 23:34Speaker 2: his own money. He had fucking money. He didn't have
- 23:38Speaker 2: to go raise money to run for office. He had
- 23:42Speaker 2: his own money. Now, sure, there were some people who
- 23:46Speaker 2: believed in him, that would that would donate money to him,
- 23:50Speaker 2: but he wasn't beholden at least I thought at the time,
- 23:57Speaker 2: to anyone for money. I think, well, this guy is
- 24:00Speaker 2: richer than you know, richer than God. He's got fuck
- 24:04Speaker 2: you money. He doesn't need to be bought or sold.
- 24:07Speaker 2: He did not come up through the political system from
- 24:10Speaker 2: local politics to state politics to be a congressman or senator.
- 24:18Speaker 2: That those guys are the worst and gals are the worst, uh,
- 24:23Speaker 2: you know, to being you know, lieutenant governor governor, and
- 24:26Speaker 2: then you know, following the typical the typical route to
- 24:32Speaker 2: becoming a president, you know, or you're famous like Ronald
- 24:38Speaker 2: Reagan or you know, Dwight D. Eisenhower, a great general,
- 24:45Speaker 2: a military guy. You know, these these folks kind of
- 24:50Speaker 2: rose up on different laurels, if you will. And I
- 24:54Speaker 2: thought Trump was going to be different. But you know,
- 25:03Speaker 2: I thought that he may have tried the first term,
- 25:11Speaker 2: but the media was how I mean, they were just
- 25:15Speaker 2: all over this guy twenty four hours a day, seven
- 25:18Speaker 2: days a week, trying to chip away anything that he
- 25:21Speaker 2: was trying to do. He was he was bad mouthed
- 25:27Speaker 2: on all conservative news sites and liberal news sites as well.
- 25:35Speaker 2: You know, he just couldn't get a fair shake. And
- 25:38Speaker 2: I don't know what happened in between terms, but this
- 25:42Speaker 2: second one, to me, he's off the reservation. Like the
- 25:48Speaker 2: only good thing he did was finally release the rest
- 25:53Speaker 2: of the files allegedly. And I still don't think we
- 25:59Speaker 2: have him all. But that's neither here nor there for
- 26:02Speaker 2: this conversation. You know, I don't know what happened. Maybe
- 26:10Speaker 2: it's a I don't know, a bitter man who just
- 26:17Speaker 2: doesn't care anymore. At this point, He's going to do
- 26:19Speaker 2: whatever he wants to do and everybody else be damned.
- 26:21Speaker 2: I don't know. But again, I don't identify as a
- 26:25Speaker 2: red or blue, a elephant or a donkey, a Republican
- 26:30Speaker 2: or a Democrat. I like to base individuals on their
- 26:36Speaker 2: own merit. I look for people who speak to me,
- 26:45Speaker 2: but again, don't just speak because talk is cheap. Actions
- 26:50Speaker 2: speak louder than words, and you can understand how to
- 26:57Speaker 2: discern rhetoric from actual feelings or positions. And again, I
- 27:07Speaker 2: think our whole political system is corrupt as hell, and
- 27:11Speaker 2: that everybody reaches that high of an office at some
- 27:13Speaker 2: point has been compromised for some reason, is beholden to
- 27:16Speaker 2: some industry or you know, giant company, commodities, whatever the
- 27:22Speaker 2: case may be. That's just my personal opinion. I understood
- 27:29Speaker 2: long ago that again, the things that our government does,
- 27:37Speaker 2: it's not always in our best interest. It's not always
- 27:40Speaker 2: in the best interests of the world. And if you
- 27:45Speaker 2: go back and you look at history, history is the
- 27:47Speaker 2: greatest teacher of all. History has also been compromised. I believe.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Those.
- 28:00Speaker 2: I mean, you have to remember just a short, very short, folks,
- 28:07Speaker 2: very short, one hundred and fifty or so years ago.
- 28:17Speaker 2: We're talking before cars, before phones, before electricity. This was
- 28:25Speaker 2: a very loose network. Okay. As a country, you know,
- 28:35Speaker 2: you hear all of these things. I mean, the United
- 28:39Speaker 2: States is a pretty big place, and even back then,
- 28:44Speaker 2: it was getting bigger and bigger and bigger, and the
- 28:49Speaker 2: government did not really have a proper proper foothold on
- 28:56Speaker 2: controlling the United States as a country. You think about
- 29:02Speaker 2: the wild wild West, the wild wild West. They called
- 29:07Speaker 2: it that for a reason. Okay, not not very many
- 29:11Speaker 2: government agencies out there, not many sheriffs or police or
- 29:15Speaker 2: you know. All of these things would come with the
- 29:20Speaker 2: industrial Revolution, where you have the advent of machines, electricity, vehicles, engines,
- 29:33Speaker 2: where you would create jobs for people to do to
- 29:37Speaker 2: get paid for. And eventually they figured out to take
- 29:44Speaker 2: it make life easier for everybody if they lived in
- 29:47Speaker 2: small communities, and these small communities would grow into towns
- 29:52Speaker 2: and cities and so forth and so on, and the
- 29:55Speaker 2: bigger the town gets, the more needs you have for
- 29:59Speaker 2: public resource such as the police or a fire department,
- 30:05Speaker 2: or somebody to fix the roads, things like this. You know,
- 30:10Speaker 2: it takes time. You can say, Okay, we bought this
- 30:13Speaker 2: land over here, we're gonna call it California. We're gonna
- 30:17Speaker 2: call it California, and we'll say, hmm, okay, the capital
- 30:21Speaker 2: is gonna be here, and we're gonna call that Sacramento Sacramento.
- 30:32Speaker 2: But the California is a big state, Okay. People that
- 30:35Speaker 2: live in Sacramento, people that the central government of Sacramento
- 30:39Speaker 2: of California can't govern the entire state. There's deserts, there's mountains,
- 30:45Speaker 2: there's beaches, there's valleys, and lots of things in between.
- 30:52Speaker 2: You know, it took a while for us to get
- 30:54Speaker 2: civilized enough here in the United States. And along with
- 30:57Speaker 2: that comes education, and one of the things we are
- 31:02Speaker 2: taught is history. Because somebody that has grown up in
- 31:11Speaker 2: eighteen fifties in North Carolina really wouldn't know anything at
- 31:17Speaker 2: all about what's going on in California or Colorado or
- 31:22Speaker 2: even care who cares at that point, you know, this
- 31:28Speaker 2: is before newspapers and mail, and by the time you
- 31:31Speaker 2: did hear something, it might have been a couple months ago.
- 31:35Speaker 2: At that point, it's real history. It's not news. Okay,
- 31:40Speaker 2: at that point it's history. It's not news. Like you know,
- 31:43Speaker 2: I listened to some of these podcasts where they they
- 31:47Speaker 2: you know, like when you're talking about the Roman Empire,
- 31:51Speaker 2: and how would these countries that got conquered by the
- 31:54Speaker 2: Roman Empire even know any different? You know, if they're
- 32:00Speaker 2: not part of these larger cities. You know, if you
- 32:05Speaker 2: live out in the country and you never see anybody else,
- 32:09Speaker 2: you're just sustaining yourself a new family off your own
- 32:12Speaker 2: land and you don't really have the means to travel anywhere,
- 32:17Speaker 2: you know, except on foot or by horse or whatever.
- 32:21Speaker 2: You know, a lot of people never left home, and
- 32:26Speaker 2: how would they know whether or not they had been conquered,
- 32:31Speaker 2: whether or not they have a new emperor, you know,
- 32:35Speaker 2: all of a sudden one day, you know, they're selling
- 32:38Speaker 2: their grain in town, and they get paid with a
- 32:41Speaker 2: different coin that has a different name of a different
- 32:44Speaker 2: emperor in it, a different face. Oh okay, well, I
- 32:49Speaker 2: guess we're Roman, part of the Roman Empire now by
- 32:52Speaker 2: you know, Augustus Caesar or whatever the case may be.
- 32:58Speaker 2: You know, and you can equate the same thing to
- 33:00Speaker 2: the mid eighteen hundreds. But again I'm wandering again, way
- 33:04Speaker 2: off the reservation now. But it kind of matters when
- 33:08Speaker 2: you're talking about loan nutters and conspiracy theorists. I think
- 33:13Speaker 2: conspiracy theorists have a much less trustful view of our
- 33:20Speaker 2: own government, i e. When something horrible happens, we are
- 33:33Speaker 2: not immediately susceptible to what the mainstream media is telling us,
- 33:42Speaker 2: because there have been so many instances in history where
- 33:46Speaker 2: we have been lied to or misled, whether on purpose
- 33:50Speaker 2: or accidentally. You know, there's certain things the government does that.
- 33:57Speaker 2: They would rather have covered up than to come out
- 34:00Speaker 2: and say, yeah, we did this, you know we did
- 34:05Speaker 2: you know, we we fucked up. We we you know,
- 34:12Speaker 2: the CIA, the FBI, cointelpro undercover stuff. There's things that
- 34:19Speaker 2: they don't want out there. You know. If you're infiltrating
- 34:26Speaker 2: a communist organization to obtain information and possibly destroyed from
- 34:33Speaker 2: the inside out i e. Fair Play for Cuba Committee,
- 34:43Speaker 2: and then all of a sudden one of their people
- 34:46Speaker 2: shoots and kills the president allegedly, it's not a good look,
- 34:52Speaker 2: you know, because people are going to ask questions. Well,
- 34:55Speaker 2: obviously you knew they were subversive organization, you had infiltrated
- 34:59Speaker 2: their organis nation as co intel pro, you have undercover
- 35:02Speaker 2: FBI agents pretending to be communists and prodding the Communists
- 35:08Speaker 2: to do bad things. Where's that? Where's that line get drawn?
- 35:16Speaker 2: I don't know, I don't know. I mean, I just
- 35:21Speaker 2: have a natural distrust of the government, you know. And
- 35:29Speaker 2: as recently as this whole COVID thing, you know, they
- 35:35Speaker 2: put these talking heads on television telling everybody all, don't worry,
- 35:41Speaker 2: the vaccine's safe. It's all good. But you know, as
- 35:44Speaker 2: long as you wear your mask. You'll be fine, You'll
- 35:47Speaker 2: be fine, you know. And then in the rush of confusion,
- 35:54Speaker 2: you know, a lot of people just believe whatever the government,
- 35:57Speaker 2: whatever the TV, whatever the news says. But now that
- 36:01Speaker 2: we have the benefit of hindsight and looking back and seeing,
- 36:04Speaker 2: hmm hm, why am I wearing this stupid ass cloth
- 36:13Speaker 2: paper mask when it's been proven that these masks don't
- 36:19Speaker 2: prevent anything except making me breathe back in my own
- 36:26Speaker 2: stank ass exhales, which can't be good for you. It
- 36:34Speaker 2: can't be good for you. Now, I get the fact
- 36:39Speaker 2: that you know, but there's germs everywhere. There's germs everywhere.
- 36:46Speaker 2: Go if you don't believe me, go watch a video
- 36:49Speaker 2: on YouTube if somebody's sneezing while wearing a mask. Okay,
- 36:54Speaker 2: and you tell me what good that that fucking mask
- 36:57Speaker 2: does for anybody? Okay. They have these super slow mo,
- 37:03Speaker 2: high contrast videos of someone sneezing wearing a mask, and
- 37:09Speaker 2: that shit is shooting out everywhere. Okay. So if it's
- 37:12Speaker 2: shooting out everywhere, things are coming in from everywhere, okay.
- 37:18Speaker 2: So why do I have to be restricted from doing
- 37:24Speaker 2: things or going places just because I don't want to
- 37:27Speaker 2: wear a stupid mask that is not gonna do a
- 37:29Speaker 2: goddamn thing for me. I don't know, and I still
- 37:36Speaker 2: see it to this day, people wearing masks. Here we
- 37:40Speaker 2: are in twenty twenty six, okay, five years or so
- 37:46Speaker 2: after the end of COVID, allegedly, and people are still
- 37:51Speaker 2: out here wearing masks, and not just wearing masks, and
- 37:56Speaker 2: wearing masks while driving by themselves in their fucking are
- 38:04Speaker 2: or pedaling down the sidewalk on a bike wearing a mask.
- 38:10Speaker 2: What are we doing? What is that? That is your load? Nutters?
- 38:19Speaker 2: Those are the folks who believe everything that the government says.
- 38:23Speaker 2: And like I said before, they're not all like that.
- 38:27Speaker 2: Some of them started off as conspiracy theorists and did
- 38:32Speaker 2: their research, but probably quickly came to the realization that,
- 38:38Speaker 2: you know what, no matter what I'm looking at here,
- 38:41Speaker 2: it still seems like he's guilty. I don't know, six'
- 38:46Speaker 2: seven and you KNOW i And i'm guilty of it.
- 38:52Speaker 2: TOO i saw how muddy the waters were back in
- 38:55Speaker 2: the twenty tens when it came to all of the idiotic,
- 38:59Speaker 2: course you had theories that were out there at the.
- 39:01Speaker 2: Time i'm Talking oswald in the Doorway Chauncey, Hult James,
- 39:10Speaker 2: Files Judy. BAKER i, mean every time you turned, around
- 39:14Speaker 2: there's there's some people that identify as conspiracy theorists that
- 39:20Speaker 2: make real conspiracy theorists look like fucking. Idiots and then you, think,
- 39:29Speaker 2: well you, know is this some kind of GOVERNMENT? SiO,
- 39:32Speaker 2: like are these people plants to make us look? Crazy
- 39:34Speaker 2: to make us all look? Crazy and that theory is
- 39:38Speaker 2: out there as. WELL i don't. KNOW i, HONESTLY i don't.
- 39:45Speaker 2: KNOW i don't, Know and there are some, things even
- 39:53Speaker 2: to this day THAT i can't explain. Away you, Know
- 40:02Speaker 2: i've said on here before that a lot of loan
- 40:06Speaker 2: nutters focus on and center their thesis around The tippitt, shooting, because,
- 40:15Speaker 2: well if we might not be able to prove That
- 40:18Speaker 2: oswald was up in that sixth floor windows shooting that
- 40:21Speaker 2: rifle that he, ordered but but if he's over here SHOOTING. Jb,
- 40:30Speaker 2: tippett well then he must be doing that for a.
- 40:33Speaker 2: Reason he must be guilty of The kennedy. Assassination, Right
- 40:38Speaker 2: so if we can prove that he Shot, tippett well
- 40:40Speaker 2: that proves that he Shot. Kennedy that's the, thinking and
- 40:48Speaker 2: it is a lot easier to prove That oswald Shot
- 40:55Speaker 2: tippet than it is to say that he Shot. Kennedy
- 41:00Speaker 2: but there is questions with both, things and THE. Jd tippet,
- 41:05Speaker 2: killing while on its, own makes zero sense. Whatsoever none
- 41:16Speaker 2: the only way that The tippet shooting makes any kind
- 41:19Speaker 2: of sense, whatsoever because if you, say, Well oswald shot, him,
- 41:29Speaker 2: okay because he was afraid of getting, arrested or Maybe
- 41:35Speaker 2: tippet said something to, HIM i don't. Know but if
- 41:43Speaker 2: you go there with, that then why because he's got
- 41:50Speaker 2: a pocket full of bullets and he reloaded his, Gun
- 41:54Speaker 2: so why didn't he try to shoot his way out
- 41:58Speaker 2: of the Theater if he'd already killed a president and
- 42:02Speaker 2: he'd already killed one cop at this, point what the? Fuck?
- 42:06Speaker 2: Man what do you got to? Lose you, know it's
- 42:09Speaker 2: blaze of glory time for, me because you, know if
- 42:13Speaker 2: you get, arrested you are never getting. Out and who
- 42:17Speaker 2: wants to live their entire life behind? Bars not very many.
- 42:24Speaker 2: People so if you can say that he did, that
- 42:31Speaker 2: then why didn't he blaze of gloriate at The Texas?
- 42:35Speaker 2: Theater why was he walking all the way down On
- 42:42Speaker 2: Tentton Patent if it was him and his ultimate destination
- 42:48Speaker 2: was The Texas theater because it's back the other, Way,
- 42:52Speaker 2: okay makes no, sense makes it no sense whatsoever if
- 43:04Speaker 2: you believe that The Texas theater was a place That
- 43:07Speaker 2: oswald was supposed to go to meet, someone and there
- 43:13Speaker 2: are certain times When Loan Nut road CROSSES Ct, road,
- 43:20Speaker 2: okay because the conspiracy theaters think, That, Well oswald was
- 43:28Speaker 2: at the theater because he was supposed to meet somebody
- 43:30Speaker 2: there that would smuggle him out of the country From Redbird,
- 43:33Speaker 2: airport or he was there to meet one of his, handlers, this,
- 43:38Speaker 2: that and the. Other but you know he didn't. Either
- 43:42Speaker 2: and if he did Shoot, tippet then why was he
- 43:45Speaker 2: going in the wrong direction and then run to the.
- 43:47Speaker 2: Theater you gotta explain. That but if he did not Shoot,
- 43:52Speaker 2: tippet if that was something else or somebody else, entirely
- 43:56Speaker 2: Then oswald would have went straight from his rooming house
- 44:01Speaker 2: to the theater and he would have never been a tenthed.
- 44:03Speaker 2: Patent so you could apply that that there was a
- 44:09Speaker 2: beforehand some kind of agreement to meet at The Texas. Theater,
- 44:16Speaker 2: NOW i don't think That oswald left work after The
- 44:21Speaker 2: president had shot went back to his rooming house and,
- 44:24Speaker 2: said you know What i'm gonna do, Today god damn,
- 44:27Speaker 2: It i'm gonna go see a movie by. Myself, hey
- 44:32Speaker 2: what the hell got off work? EARLY i ain't got
- 44:35Speaker 2: it else to. Do i'm gonna go see go see a.
- 44:37Speaker 2: MOVIE i just don't believe, That, OKAY i just don't think.
- 44:44Speaker 2: That so either you have to believe that he is
- 44:49Speaker 2: at the theater for a reason after the, assassination and
- 44:54Speaker 2: if that's the, case that to me shows some kind
- 44:58Speaker 2: of involvement or for knowledge and also a. Conspiracy if
- 45:10Speaker 2: he's got to meet somebody else at the theater to
- 45:13Speaker 2: do something for him because he allegedly had just done.
- 45:17Speaker 2: Something if you know What i'm, SAYING i don't. Know
- 45:22Speaker 2: it can get. Messy it gets very very. Messy you.
- 45:27Speaker 2: KNOW i see these lone nutters On facebook and you,
- 45:32Speaker 2: know making these. Challenges, well you, know if you can do,
- 45:34Speaker 2: THIS i won't post for a year On. Facebook i'll
- 45:38Speaker 2: shut my mouth and you can just give me one
- 45:41Speaker 2: example of, no, no, No and we've done it on
- 45:47Speaker 2: our side. TOO i had a guy on the show
- 45:49Speaker 2: Named Barry krush who wrote the Book, Impossible The case
- 45:53Speaker 2: Against Lee Harvey oswald in which HE uh issued a
- 46:00Speaker 2: challenge that called THE Jfk. Challenge he offered a twenty
- 46:05Speaker 2: five thousand dollars reward and later up to to one
- 46:08Speaker 2: hundred thousand to anybody who could prove before a unanimous
- 46:14Speaker 2: virtual virtual jury of twelve Arbrators that means just twelve
- 46:22Speaker 2: random people who don't have a dog in the, fight
- 46:26Speaker 2: to anyone who could prove before a unanimous virtual jury
- 46:29Speaker 2: of twelve arberators that he distorted or omitted any material
- 46:32Speaker 2: facts in his analysis of The kennedy, assassination in which
- 46:37Speaker 2: he concludes That oswald is. Innocent, okay to this, DATE
- 46:47Speaker 2: i don't believe anyone has taken him up on the,
- 46:50Speaker 2: challenge and this was from twenty, twelve which would be
- 46:54Speaker 2: almost fifteen years. Ago at this point his book was
- 46:59Speaker 2: a thousand. Pages he goes in deep about the change
- 47:03Speaker 2: of custody on the bullet, casings the legal, breakdown as
- 47:09Speaker 2: far as burdens approof beyond reasonable doubts evidentiary standards forensics
- 47:16Speaker 2: at the time that would fail in a contemporary legitimate
- 47:22Speaker 2: court of. Law he also outlines the single bullet fantasy
- 47:29Speaker 2: by citing twelve specific reasons why the warrant. Commissioned single
- 47:32Speaker 2: bullet theory is an engineering and physical. Impossibility in the
- 47:37Speaker 2: case of the moving, boxes he examines physical details from
- 47:41Speaker 2: the crime, scene specifically the shifting position of boxes on
- 47:44Speaker 2: the sixth, floor utilizing photos and. Diagrams AND i, agree
- 47:50Speaker 2: the evidence the physical, evidence you, KNOW i think we
- 47:57Speaker 2: make the mistake of viewing it through current. Lenses you,
- 48:03Speaker 2: know we've seen too MANY tv shows LIKE csi and
- 48:07Speaker 2: all of, that and all these true crime, shows and you,
- 48:11Speaker 2: know where we expect things to have been done a
- 48:19Speaker 2: certain way sixty some years, ago when they just. WEREN'T i,
- 48:24Speaker 2: mean they're handling the evidence without wearing gloves. Right their
- 48:30Speaker 2: way of fixing the fingerprint problem was to also include
- 48:41Speaker 2: fingerprint analysis of the supposed cops who handled the. Evidence for,
- 48:47Speaker 2: instance if if we're talking about boxes on the sixth,
- 48:54Speaker 2: floor ones that supposedly the assassin would have had to. Touch,
- 49:00Speaker 2: okay they would pick these boxes up and take them
- 49:04Speaker 2: downstairs and put it in. Evidence but who's to say
- 49:06Speaker 2: they didn't hand them off to anybody else anywhere along the,
- 49:09Speaker 2: way or who's to say that once it got to
- 49:11Speaker 2: the police, station two or three, guys some Curious, carloses you,
- 49:17Speaker 2: know weren't, like you, know looking at the thing. Too
- 49:22Speaker 2: and while they dusted for, fingerprints you, know they have
- 49:25Speaker 2: An oswald fingerprint, card and they have to account for
- 49:31Speaker 2: possible police fingerprints on there who supposedly handled, it and
- 49:38Speaker 2: then also workers who would have had access to these
- 49:43Speaker 2: floors and these specific boxes that also work there to
- 49:46Speaker 2: eliminate them as possibilities of the. Fingerprints and you, know
- 49:53Speaker 2: they're it's very primitive back, then you, know there's no.
- 49:58Speaker 2: COMPUTERS i doubt THE. UH i doubt The Dallas Crime
- 50:05Speaker 2: lab was equipped, with you, know microscopes and all this.
- 50:11Speaker 2: Shit there was probably somebody with a magnifying, glass you,
- 50:16Speaker 2: know looking back and forth between a fingerprint and various fingerprint,
- 50:23Speaker 2: cards and it was probably a very tedious process that
- 50:27Speaker 2: leaves a lot of room for. Error you, know everything
- 50:34Speaker 2: is just not like it is ON tv. Nowadays AND
- 50:38Speaker 2: i don't think they're forensic, evidence you, know when it
- 50:40Speaker 2: comes to things like, oh well that's we found this
- 50:44Speaker 2: microfiber hair and we looked at it under a microscope
- 50:48Speaker 2: and it. Matches it's the same color as Oz walt's,
- 50:53Speaker 2: shirt and we found it in the butt of the.
- 50:54Speaker 2: RIFLE i don't know about all. That, OKAY i don't
- 50:59Speaker 2: know about all. That and we're talking about a. Hair
- 51:02Speaker 2: maybe they found a hair, Somewhere and you, know it's
- 51:05Speaker 2: JUST i just don't buy the, evidence AND i don't
- 51:13Speaker 2: fault The Dallas. Police this is just the way things
- 51:16Speaker 2: were done back, then you, know before as science, progresses things. Change,
- 51:23Speaker 2: okay you gotta, remember these cops back then were making
- 51:26Speaker 2: like barely minimum. Wage you, know being a cop was
- 51:31Speaker 2: not a fun job back. Then it wasn't a salt after.
- 51:34Speaker 2: Job it wasn't a glamorous. Position it wasn't a high paying.
- 51:43Speaker 2: Job you. KNOW i Think Roscoe white quit to go
- 51:47Speaker 2: work at a drug. Store so if it was such
- 51:49Speaker 2: a great job with great pay and, benefits you're gonna
- 51:53Speaker 2: you're gonna quit there to go bring a cash register
- 51:55Speaker 2: up for somebody buying buying rubbers and birth control pills
- 51:58Speaker 2: at the. PHARMACY i, mean my point, is IF i have,
- 52:08Speaker 2: one you, know these these folks were not experts in
- 52:17Speaker 2: their fields because their fields barely existed back. THEN i
- 52:25Speaker 2: think some Goonball Texas, yahoo who grew up out on
- 52:28Speaker 2: a farm somewhere in Mid, texas Midwestern. Texas you know
- 52:34Speaker 2: who comes up through the. System, okay, boy we're gonna make.
- 52:40Speaker 2: You we're gonna make you our evidence. Technician you're gonna
- 52:46Speaker 2: look for. Fingerprints all you gotta. Do get yourself a magnifying,
- 52:50Speaker 2: glass and you just look back and forth and all
- 52:54Speaker 2: these different fingerprint cards and try to match them with
- 52:56Speaker 2: the fingerprint that we lifted off in this. Box and
- 53:01Speaker 2: there might be twenty or thirty fingerprints on this, box
- 53:04Speaker 2: and you might have a stack of twenty or thirty.
- 53:06Speaker 2: CARDS i, mean think about that for a. Second just
- 53:13Speaker 2: think about that for a. Second how fucking tedious would that?
- 53:15Speaker 2: Be how boring would that? Be how straining on your
- 53:20Speaker 2: eyeballs would that? Be minute after, minute hour after, hour
- 53:26Speaker 2: day after day to sit here and do this for
- 53:28Speaker 2: each piece of. Evidence you, know we're talking several, boxes a,
- 53:33Speaker 2: bag a, rifle a, handgun lots of physical, evidence but
- 53:47Speaker 2: hard to figure, out hard to figure. Out and there
- 53:54Speaker 2: are idiots on both sides of the. Fence when we're
- 53:56Speaker 2: talking about lone nutters and conspiracy, theorists they they're idiots
- 54:00Speaker 2: on both sides of the. Fence AND i try to
- 54:03Speaker 2: have the ones on my show THAT i think are
- 54:05Speaker 2: trying to do good, work actual, research actual analysis that means,
- 54:10Speaker 2: something and not just yelling as loudly as they can
- 54:13Speaker 2: from the rooftops and banging their chest That oswald did
- 54:17Speaker 2: it Or oswald is. Innocent fuck out of here with
- 54:22Speaker 2: that easy to. Dismiss but the Ones i'd like to
- 54:28Speaker 2: have on, here they can have a good conversation with.
- 54:32Speaker 2: You they don't get all, pissy right when we're talking
- 54:37Speaker 2: about things who don't lose their, shit who try to
- 54:43Speaker 2: convey why they believe what they believe in a very illustrative.
- 54:49Speaker 2: Manner just like WHEN i Had Bill brown on, here
- 54:54Speaker 2: it was mostly about The tippet. Shooting, now obviously he
- 54:59Speaker 2: believes That oz the wall was in the sixth floor,
- 55:01Speaker 2: window but it's a lot harder for him to prove
- 55:03Speaker 2: that beyond a reasonable. Doubt you, know, well he wasn't anywhere,
- 55:09Speaker 2: else so he must have been up. THERE i, mean
- 55:15Speaker 2: that used to be the valid, argument, Right and then
- 55:20Speaker 2: you get things like Prayer man thrown into the. Mix,
- 55:22Speaker 2: well and then you start reading the testimony as some
