- 0:01[SPEAKER_00]: greatness is in you, the greatness is in you, and not a time to go to school.
- 0:07[SPEAKER_00]: It's time to go to work and bring that greatness out of him.
- 0:10[SPEAKER_00]: So it's anybody, anybody could be successful.
- 0:14[SPEAKER_00]: But as long as you're playing a blame game, you have given permission, the license, registration, the keys, you give it all over to somebody else.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_00]: And the day you take it is the day that you could start deciding which direction you want to go.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_00]: We all go to praying.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_00]: Some of us go to praying and it becomes our tombstone.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_00]: Some of us go to praying and it's a scum.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_00]: And we live a life when we reward.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm just gonna say again.
- 0:44[SPEAKER_00]: 2025, do me a favor, check you, you're in the ballot box and you look at all these options doctor, lawyer, who teach you well, whatever you see president, mayor, governor, do me a favor, before you check off any of that SNP 500 real estate, before you check any of that, check him.
- 1:05[SPEAKER_00]: And go look yourself in the mirror, go, yo, I'm my lottery ticket.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_00]: I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm my ticket out of the neighborhood, or, you know, I'm the broken curse.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_00]: Like, whatever you wanna call yourself, but the day I stop saying my mom, my dad, this person believes.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_00]: The count, the day I stop doing that and the day I said, you, you have to find a thing that wakes you up.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_00]: That's three o'clock or six o'clock or 10 o'clock.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you gotta find a thing that brings the life out of you, joy out of you to happiness out of you.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_00]: And you can't do that following somebody else with no style.
- 1:43[SPEAKER_00]: Figure out what you was put on this earth to do.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_00]: And I mean every single chance you have to do it.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_00]: Do it, and when you're not doing it, enjoy your life.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_00]: Execute on the things that you said you were going to execute on.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_00]: So the first thing you got to do is you got to get out of your feelings.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_00]: Like, at near a group of people that feel like it's okay not to execute, because I'm not feeling okay.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_00]: Because today is not a good day.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_00]: Because all the stars didn't line up.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_00]: And at the end of the day, none of that math, like to have a good day is great.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_00]: But just because you have a good day, you still got to execute.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_00]: And so I think, from most people that go wrong, because they think it's a feeling when execution is a fact.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_00]: I learned early, like you only doesn't matter if you grow up rich.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_00]: You still gotta play your hand.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_00]: It's not like life says, all right, you rich, so you're not gonna have any, your pants will never get cancer.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_00]: You know, nobody your family ever had multiple scrubs, like you'll never get COVID.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_00]: You rich, it doesn't work like that.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_00]: Like you still have to do life, regardless of how you come into life.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_00]: I think some people feel, well, if you come into life and everything is great, then that's the way you live life.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_00]: But no, it doesn't matter.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_00]: If you come in great, if you come in poorly, it does not matter.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_00]: You have to do life, and if you're smart, you do life on your terms, and you don't let life make you do it on its terms.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_00]: You need to be more disciplined about your mind.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_00]: See, you're already in pain, get a reward for it.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_00]: It's just like, look, do me a favor.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_00]: Everything you say you write, but why go through life with whatever people did to you when you were younger or a younger dog, and then you have to live with it for the next 45 years.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_00]: Why would you sit here?
- 3:41[SPEAKER_00]: Why would you let them all you?
- 3:47[SPEAKER_00]: Why would you allow that thing they did to hurt you?
- 3:50[SPEAKER_00]: Now I'm defying those little young white.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, no, I wasn't paying.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_00]: It's real, but get a reward for all my mentors, everybody, everybody told me, you need to get a degree.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_00]: You need to make some money, you need to do whatever.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_00]: But what they taught me was that my greatest assets were real estate.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_00]: My greatest asset was a degree or career.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_00]: Nobody ever told me I was my greatest asset.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_00]: Look, people act as if if you grow up in a house where your parents are rich, you're automatically, bro, we can look at people who grew up in wealth and are messed up.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_00]: They messed up.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_00]: They don't drugs too.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_00]: They make bad decisions too.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_00]: Unfortunately, they take their lives as well.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_00]: Bro, it does not.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_00]: So people think a money environment or you have both your parents in it and you get.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_00]: So you think your story is on, it doesn't matter when you come from.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_00]: If you don't activate you, the environment doesn't matter anyway.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_00]: When you realize you're your greatest asset.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_00]: And you tap into you.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_00]: Number one real estate.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_00]: Number one would invest in the S&P 500.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_00]: But at the end of the day, you have to be the first thing that you invest in.
- 5:12[SPEAKER_00]: And if you invest in you, I just believe there's nothing that can stop me.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_00]: It's so much easier to say, my life is messed up because you did this while you did that.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_00]: Once you take the keys job, you gotta go.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_00]: While it's more responsibility, it's more freedom.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_00]: It's more independence.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_00]: And so I took the keys in my life.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_00]: That's it, my thanks.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_00]: Dad, thanks for not being there for me.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_00]: You gave me a gun.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_00]: You gave me a pass.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_00]: You gave me a resilience.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_00]: You taught me how to make it when the very thing that's supposed to be there for you isn't there for you.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_00]: And I tell people,
- 5:47[SPEAKER_00]: Some kid asked me all the day, he was like, man, when you say your son is lucky because you're in his life and his mom is in his life, I say yes to him, no.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_00]: I say yes, he's blessed to have his mom and dad.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_00]: Where he ain't got to go.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_00]: He ain't got to say in drive, I got, and that drive came without that some stuff that I like.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_00]: That stuff came from lack.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_00]: When I looked back, all the anger and the frustration in my heart
- 6:17[SPEAKER_00]: It was all blame, everything was about this person and that person, this person.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_00]: I never even realized I was where I was because of who I was and I was actually getting the physical manifestations of my thoughts, of my feelings, my emotion, like I was creating this.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_00]: And didn't even realize I thought my mind created.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_00]: I thought my final creators, like, no, I hate you.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_00]: You created this.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody asked me the other day, like, what's one of the hardest things you ever done?
- 6:55[SPEAKER_00]: Now, the hardest thing I've ever done was looking in the mirror to tell myself I was sorry.
- 7:00[SPEAKER_00]: And that was a hardest thing for what?
- 7:02[SPEAKER_00]: I was sorry for what I got myself into.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_00]: The choices that I made.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_00]: What do you want?
- 7:09[SPEAKER_00]: What do you want?
- 7:10[SPEAKER_00]: What they want you to do?
- 7:11[SPEAKER_00]: If you could dream, if like, what would your best life look like for you?
- 7:16[SPEAKER_00]: If you didn't have to impress your mom or your dad, if you didn't have to go to college because your parents went to college, what would you really do?
- 7:24[SPEAKER_00]: And if they can tell me, which most people can, some people are so dark that they don't even know what light would look like.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_00]: And if I can figure out where you wanna go,
- 7:37[SPEAKER_00]: At that point, then I can snatch your current reality and help you to build a new reality to help you to get where you go.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_00]: When you make emotional decisions, you get emotional consequences.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_00]: But it takes meditation, it takes controlling of the mind to say, how should I behave?
- 7:59[SPEAKER_00]: How should I think in this situation?
- 8:04[SPEAKER_00]: And what's going to give me the best outcome?
- 8:06[SPEAKER_00]: Well, when it comes to business, when it comes to being a leader in a decision maker, we not doing emotions.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_00]: We're doing empirical evidence.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_00]: Well, we're doing facts.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_00]: What does the facts say?
- 8:18[SPEAKER_00]: What does the research say?
- 8:19[SPEAKER_00]: What does the evidence say?
- 8:21[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, and based on the research and evidence, this is the game plan.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't matter how you feel.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_00]: Guys, you got to understand the opportunities that you have.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I'm in the third world countries.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_00]: Where it does not matter how early you wake up.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_00]: It does not matter how long you stay up.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't matter what your skillsets are.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't matter.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_00]: You don't have opportunity.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_00]: You have people all over the world who are dying to get here, literally dying to get here.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_00]: You have an opportunity of a lifetime and we're much as given much as required.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_00]: So if you have an opportunity to be wealthy, to build phenomenal relationships, to start a business, like you just, you've got banks that you can get loans from, you can go online and sell stuff from online, like you didn't have to have a store anymore.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_00]: You have a storefront, like you can literally become rich from your watch.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like, yo, instead of you looking at everything that's not, look at what it is.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_00]: So absolutely, as it's some stuff to complain about, 1000% and so a whole bunch of stuff I can complain about.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_00]: So a lot of stuff that I can be angry about, but, man, my grandmother died in 93 and a month later, my other grandmother died in 90.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't realize how quick life was.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, yo, my grandmother was 93.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_00]: I spent 51 years with both of them.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_00]: They're gone.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_00]: It's over.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_00]: I will never be able to talk to my grandmother again.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm next.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_00]: So because life is short, I don't have time to focus on what's not.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_00]: I've got to focus on what he is then get up and go get it.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_00]: Some of you in this room have opportunities that I don't have.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_00]: Some of you in this room have connections or network, I don't have, and I'm killing the game, and you're not!
- 10:19[SPEAKER_00]: Man, when I pulled up and I saw, you know, the sky, I was like, yo, do you know that with people 400 years ago, 300 years ago, who were in the process of building this, and it was a vision, and they never got to experience it.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_00]: You know, do you know what type of mindset you have to have to build something that you know that you're not going to get to enjoy But yet you put energy into it because you're thinking about the next generation You've got this vision that's going out last you like that's that's that's rare and so now it's been built Go fly first cloud.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_00]: It's been built
- 10:55[SPEAKER_00]: Go live on the people ask why you live on the East Coast and then you live on the West Coast because it's too close That's why and if I can get a house in the gold coast, I'm going there So it's like yo, we have opportunity whatever you do don't waste it Don't cry about it get up and go make it happen
- 11:17[SPEAKER_00]: I'll always say, you know, and everybody knows it, but when you're doing a swing shot, the further you pull it back, when you let it go, so for me, it's like, I was like, it's gonna take 12, not because you're behind.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_00]: It's gonna take 12, because that's how much time it's gonna take to develop you.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_00]: So once I release you into the world, now you're gonna be able to do phenomenal stuff.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_00]: So, so, so, so, so, I can put pretty much up to the dude that's just gonna get a job somewhere who's just gonna settle and all he's carein' about is his wife.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_00]: You know, but he's not necessarily creating content or writing books that are gonna change the work.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_00]: He's just tryin' to take it for his family.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_00]: So, for his words to him.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_00]: So, now I'm comparing my life to a person who is not even tryin' to accomplish what I'm tryin' to come.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_00]: That's dangerous.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_00]: You know what Bob was me is, individuals ability to check and hold people accountable.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I'm like, yo, it's crazy.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: If you weren't wired to check people or when somebody can't, you know, I didn't meet your expectations, I would be like, you know, don't hold yourself accountable.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_00]: But like, I'm a little bit of a little bit of a human when somebody doesn't pay him back on time or somebody picks him up later, somebody doesn't keep their promise.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you feel this, why didn't you, how dare you?
- 12:42[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, well, how do you pass you in the mirror?
- 12:47[SPEAKER_00]: Like, oh, I'm not mad that you had a chemical, but how can you hold another human that responds to a moment you don't hold yourself responsible?
- 12:57[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody, a dozen do what you think they should do and you go off, but then you give you a pass.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_00]: What are you gonna go in the mirror and check yourself?
- 13:08[SPEAKER_00]: Like, why are you giving yourself a pass?
- 13:11[SPEAKER_00]: Why are you giving yourself a out?
- 13:13[SPEAKER_00]: And so a lot of these young key kids are joining things they shouldn't join in.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_00]: Because they pick their happiness is going to come from being with somebody else.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_00]: And I just think of you, if you be, Eagles are trying to, they just are eat, they're not trying.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_00]: Lines.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_00]: What do you think about me?
- 13:34[SPEAKER_00]: What do you think about my war?
- 13:37[SPEAKER_00]: You think I'm too loud when I roar?
- 13:39[SPEAKER_00]: They don't know I can serve.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_00]: Figure out your no-star, and wake up every single day going after your no-star.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_00]: Because when you have a no-star, you know, and the people that you love, and you spend time with, have a no-star.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_00]: have a purpose.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_00]: And it looked bad, that purpose might be, we both have people whose purpose is I help us with our purpose.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_00]: They don't necessarily have a individual purpose.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_00]: Like, they feel like they were called to help us with our mission.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_00]: That's it.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_00]: So we didn't even know the start, so they could know what they didn't know the start.
- 14:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 14:18[SPEAKER_00]: I believe, if you think about it, it is only because somewhere inside of you,
- 14:26[SPEAKER_00]: You have what it takes, not capacity is there.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_00]: Well, in this, it's something totally different.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, that's different, but I want every human to know.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_00]: You wouldn't be watching the school, you wouldn't be watching or listening to the school of greatness if you didn't believe you were great.
