- 1:23Speaker 2: because God, God, you clean and tight ass man. What's
- 1:28Speaker 2: going on?
- 1:29Speaker 3: I appreciate that, man, but not as yet. Probably over
- 1:31Speaker 3: the next couple of weeks I'll try and lose some kigs.
- 1:33Speaker 2: Man.
- 1:34Speaker 3: Get a bit of off the old board there, off
- 1:36Speaker 3: the old rig. I'm shredding for R and V. Yeah,
- 1:39Speaker 3: you know, I just stand out the front there at
- 1:41Speaker 3: the gate and just sell drugs to the kids. So
- 1:43Speaker 3: always nice to do that with your shirt off and
- 1:45Speaker 3: a bit of gray here there. They love that.
- 1:47Speaker 2: Yeah, great, pugs on your stud Hi, Jason, you au Stallion?
- 1:53Speaker 3: Thanks man.
- 1:54Speaker 2: How are you going man?
- 1:55Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm good man, I'm good a little bits.
- 1:59Speaker 3: You got your head on there, it's got go hogs
- 2:01Speaker 3: written on it, y. Yeah, save the.
- 2:03Speaker 4: Wardrobe chat for Chris when he gets back. Happy to
- 2:06Speaker 4: be here with you, fellas, that's for sure.
- 2:09Speaker 2: Yeah, good stuff from loving the cordery jacket you've gone
- 2:12Speaker 2: on there to mate, Thanks for really popping for old
- 2:15Speaker 2: hoody Jay. I'm good to thanks Fellers. Well, actually, I'll
- 2:18Speaker 2: be honest with you, I'm a bit tired today. I
- 2:19Speaker 2: feel like that sort of weary. I don't know why
- 2:22Speaker 2: I'm in the process of shredding the South. Oh yeah,
- 2:25Speaker 2: and unfortunately I lost eighteen cag in two days, and
- 2:29Speaker 2: so you know, I'm feeling a bit weary on it.
- 2:32Speaker 3: I'm not surprised I went a bit hard.
- 2:34Speaker 2: But listen, we've got a massive showy head including in fact,
- 2:38Speaker 2: a replay of an interview we did yesterday and my
- 2:41Speaker 2: public demand, we're going to play it again because a
- 2:43Speaker 2: lot of people didn't hear it.
- 2:44Speaker 3: Mate, Can I just say that this interview was with
- 2:46Speaker 3: a fella who had his scrotum amputated, a New Zealand
- 2:51Speaker 3: man a New Zealand backbone, and we get to talk
- 2:55Speaker 3: to him about the flesh eating disease that rotted away
- 2:59Speaker 3: his bull bag. Yeah, yeah, good, we'll have that on
- 3:02Speaker 3: for you around about dinner time. Yeah, exactly.
- 3:05Speaker 1: The Holaky Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kisy.
- 3:10Speaker 2: The Big Show, of course, brought to you by Toye. Yeah,
- 3:17Speaker 2: and celebration of course of them bringing back the world
- 3:19Speaker 2: famous Towy billboards, because let's be honest about it, fellas,
- 3:23Speaker 2: everyone needs to laugh now and then.
- 3:26Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying, I'd agree with that.
- 3:27Speaker 2: Yeah, all.
- 3:29Speaker 3: I was down at the bottle the other day and
- 3:31Speaker 3: you know those toy there, those beers that they have there,
- 3:34Speaker 3: and the bottles and that, yes, they sell them in
- 3:37Speaker 3: these boxes there. There's twelve of them that come as
- 3:40Speaker 3: twelve of them. Unbelievable. I thought, that's a bloody smart idea.
- 3:45Speaker 2: I have never heard of that.
- 3:46Speaker 3: Yeah, so you you and eleven of your best mates
- 3:51Speaker 3: can have a beer each, how responsibly of course? How
- 3:54Speaker 3: good is that?
- 3:55Speaker 2: That is?
- 3:55Speaker 3: That is really smart from toy you see.
- 3:58Speaker 2: That's the thing about Yeah, but that's the thing as
- 4:00Speaker 2: they think outside the box or in this in this case,
- 4:03Speaker 2: inside the.
- 4:06Speaker 5: Right.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Yeah, right, I get a grip. Hey, no, listen, fellows,
- 4:10Speaker 2: I want to talk to you about something. You know,
- 4:14Speaker 2: I found myself in an interesting place in my relationship. Yeah,
- 4:19Speaker 2: and that is no pegs, we're not experimenting in the bedroom, right.
- 4:23Speaker 3: So they are, but there's nobody's talking.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Right, That's not what I'm talking about. Right now, okay,
- 4:33Speaker 2: just when you're ready, one track mind much And anyway,
- 4:39Speaker 2: as you know, mag you're been together twenty seven years.
- 4:41Speaker 3: You and me, no, my wife and I oh yeah yeah,
- 4:44Speaker 3: because we're about twenty one twenty two.
- 4:47Speaker 2: You know, we've got we've got four girls together and
- 4:49Speaker 2: we did. And anyway, you know, and over that period
- 4:57Speaker 2: of time, as you can imagine, of course, a relationship evolved.
- 5:00Speaker 2: It heavier ups, you heavier downs, but you go. You
- 5:06Speaker 2: have your up and.
- 5:09Speaker 3: Don't you You have your up and downs and you.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Just work it, you work through it. And but anyway,
- 5:20Speaker 2: the reason why I say there's been a little bit
- 5:22Speaker 2: of a shift, if I can put it that way, Mogi.
- 5:26Speaker 2: And what I mean by a shift is that my
- 5:28Speaker 2: wife has started calling me out. And I'll explain to
- 5:32Speaker 2: you what I mean by that. So the other day
- 5:36Speaker 2: she said something to me, and she was chattering away,
- 5:41Speaker 2: and my response to what she was saying was absolutely
- 5:47Speaker 2: and she I'm not joking. She stopped in her tracks
- 5:51Speaker 2: and she turned around and looked at me and said, no, no, no, no, no,
- 5:57Speaker 2: don't palm me off with filler chair, which made me laugh.
- 6:02Speaker 2: And I was like, what do you mean, phill a
- 6:05Speaker 2: chat and she said, when you're not listening to me,
- 6:08Speaker 2: you always give me filler chat phil a chat, which
- 6:12Speaker 2: means basically nothing, which tells me that you're actually not
- 6:16Speaker 2: listening to what I'm saying. You're just saying go away, yeah,
- 6:19Speaker 2: because I'm not really interested. And I was deeply wounded
- 6:24Speaker 2: and offended by that. Or if I say, for example, sure, yes,
- 6:28Speaker 2: she goes no, no, no, not sure, just answer the
- 6:33Speaker 2: question I say. I did answer the question. I said sure,
- 6:37Speaker 2: And that's a real bugbear for her as well. I
- 6:40Speaker 2: just wondered, if you have that in your relationship.
- 6:42Speaker 3: I can tell you it happened today. Yes, exactly that happened.
- 6:45Speaker 3: And I was sitting at my I was sitting in
- 6:49Speaker 3: the office there. I was tap tap tapping away reading
- 6:51Speaker 3: a couple of emails, and she started with some kind
- 6:54Speaker 3: of a yarn yes, and it was I was listening
- 6:57Speaker 3: to it while I was alsaying my attention on this email.
- 7:00Speaker 3: And as I read the email and she continued talking,
- 7:04Speaker 3: it became clear what was more important to me, and
- 7:07Speaker 3: it was the email, and her voice just got I
- 7:10Speaker 3: just tuned it out. And I don't even have to
- 7:12Speaker 3: concentrate on that. I just automatically just tuned it out sure,
- 7:17Speaker 3: until it wasn't even there, sort of there but not
- 7:20Speaker 3: really yes. And then I knew that there was a
- 7:23Speaker 3: time because you hear it goes you know what you know,
- 7:27Speaker 3: they go yeah, and when they go up, yes, that's
- 7:31Speaker 3: a question, pugs. You keep your ear out for and
- 7:34Speaker 3: I said, yeah, for sure, and she said yeah for sure,
- 7:40Speaker 3: and I said, I'll be honest with you. I wasn't
- 7:43Speaker 3: listening to any of that. Yes, I just said to
- 7:46Speaker 3: own up, yes, because I don't hear a word of it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 7:49Speaker 2: Well it makes me wonder. You know how many people
- 7:52Speaker 2: out there have fill of chat in their relationship, whether
- 7:55Speaker 2: someone's giving you phill of chat or you're doing the
- 7:57Speaker 2: fill of chat. You know what, I listened to it all. No,
- 8:00Speaker 2: when you've had four girls as well, there's a lot
- 8:02Speaker 2: of chatter in my house.
- 8:03Speaker 3: Yeah, and my wife. My wife does the same to me,
- 8:06Speaker 3: and so she should. Yes, I talk so much shit
- 8:10Speaker 3: she need to listen to all that.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Well, I've got to be fair on my wife. Whenever
- 8:13Speaker 2: I talk, she's got rapped attention, so you know, so
- 8:17Speaker 2: that's fair. But text us three four eight three. If
- 8:19Speaker 2: you have fuller chat in your relationship, make old Hoody
- 8:22Speaker 2: j feel better.
- 8:26Speaker 1: The whodiche Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy tune
- 8:29Speaker 1: in week days at four on Radio hod Ikey.
- 8:32Speaker 2: You're talking about how my wife has now taken to
- 8:34Speaker 2: calling me out whenever I'm not paying attention to her,
- 8:37Speaker 2: and she's accused me of doing phill of chat. I'm
- 8:40Speaker 2: not really listening to what she's saying, and I'll reply
- 8:43Speaker 2: with things like sure, that sounds good, Darling, Yes, et cetera,
- 8:47Speaker 2: et cetera. And we ask the people out there on
- 8:50Speaker 2: three four eight three if they had this similar thing
- 8:52Speaker 2: in their relationship. What was a text machine saying? Paksan
- 8:55Speaker 2: got a.
- 8:55Speaker 4: Text her from Matt Absolutely, there's another one here that
- 9:00Speaker 4: just says sure, and then someone else has taxed them
- 9:05Speaker 4: and said I'm down if you're down.
- 9:08Speaker 2: That's a classic. Actually, another one is whatever you want
- 9:12Speaker 2: to do, Darling, that's good. Hey, now listen, there was
- 9:16Speaker 2: a big gig last night, wasn't there Travis Scott?
- 9:22Speaker 3: Was it an Eden Park?
- 9:25Speaker 2: And we've got big Dilly from Studio B in here
- 9:28Speaker 2: with us, who went along to the concept because it
- 9:30Speaker 2: was free Dilly, How was it, mate? Tell us all
- 9:35Speaker 2: about it.
- 9:35Speaker 6: Yeah, as far as the free good goes, it was
- 9:38Speaker 6: pretty good. I got offered up last minute, taken me
- 9:40Speaker 6: in a mesh from the breakfast show.
- 9:43Speaker 3: We were there together.
- 9:45Speaker 6: I'm not a Trevor Scott fan, but he actually puts
- 9:47Speaker 6: on quite a good show.
- 9:48Speaker 3: Can you put on the racism. Sorry there for us.
- 9:52Speaker 3: Why don't you like Trevors Scott? Sorry, Delly, just okay
- 9:57Speaker 3: until we get your absent, sure, sure, cover the base now,
- 10:00Speaker 3: that's all right. I'm just like reading the rap music fan.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Oh right, yeah, yeah, we were right, yeah yeah, yeahs
- 10:08Speaker 2: enough from you. Actually, yeah, I don't ruin your career
- 10:11Speaker 2: before you even start it, you know what I'm saying.
- 10:14Speaker 3: Tell us, tell us about the sort of things you
- 10:16Speaker 3: witnessed there. It's been in the news all day to
- 10:18Speaker 3: day obviously, and the pretty rabid fan base he has got.
- 10:21Speaker 6: Yeah, there's a few punch ons in the crowd early on, Yeah,
- 10:24Speaker 6: because I don't know why, but he doesn't really have
- 10:26Speaker 6: an opener, and the gates open at five point thirty.
- 10:29Speaker 3: He got on about I want to say.
- 10:31Speaker 2: Like nine o'clock, you'd joke here.
- 10:32Speaker 6: So that's a long time for a lot of people
- 10:34Speaker 6: just to be in a crowd doing not a whole lot.
- 10:37Speaker 6: So there was quite a few, yeah, punch ons.
- 10:40Speaker 3: And well I'd sort of been following it because he'd
- 10:42Speaker 3: been over in Sydney and they just have massive fights
- 10:45Speaker 3: and Trevor Scott's attitude is sort of don't worry about
- 10:48Speaker 3: the security. You know, this gig's for you. You can
- 10:50Speaker 3: do whatever you want. And as soon as I hear that,
- 10:52Speaker 3: I'm down there, I'm down there. And yeah, got down
- 10:56Speaker 3: there last night. He'd shifted the dates of the gig
- 10:59Speaker 3: because he wanted to go home for a party, a
- 11:02Speaker 3: Halloween party, and I just sort what a backbone. And
- 11:06Speaker 3: as a result, the ticket price has plummeted. I managed
- 11:09Speaker 3: to get my hands on one for nothing as well, Dilly,
- 11:12Speaker 3: just like you did. And I just went down there,
- 11:14Speaker 3: just cold cock and young folk, you know what I mean. Yeah,
- 11:17Speaker 3: So what I do is i'd have big sort of
- 11:20Speaker 3: they clear an area sort of a mosh down in
- 11:23Speaker 3: the mosh pit, so impossible for security to get into.
- 11:27Speaker 3: And then that's clear, like they used to call it
- 11:29Speaker 3: the washing machine, which is a big empty circle, and
- 11:31Speaker 3: then people just go run there and sort of slam
- 11:33Speaker 3: dance into each other. But instead here it's sort of
- 11:36Speaker 3: like a boxing ring and you can just go in there,
- 11:38Speaker 3: somebody else's step it and then you punch each other's
- 11:40Speaker 3: faces and I love that. So that sort of opened up,
- 11:43Speaker 3: and you know, one guy stood in, you know, he
- 11:46Speaker 3: went he went in sort of the middle, big bars
- 11:48Speaker 3: that he was, and you know, there's nobody wanted to
- 11:51Speaker 3: go in, and I sort of thought to myself, shit,
- 11:53Speaker 3: I'm keen. So I just smashed the seventeen year old
- 11:56Speaker 3: in the head that was standing beside me and never
- 11:58Speaker 3: saw it coming. Sory come so and then and then
- 12:02Speaker 3: the circle just closes up again and everybody goes about
- 12:05Speaker 3: their business. Well as a very strange setup, but I'm
- 12:09Speaker 3: a huge fan. Didn't hear a song? Oh but my my,
- 12:13Speaker 3: you know, normally go to a gig like that and
- 12:14Speaker 3: your feet kill you afterwards. Ther pugs. Yeah, my fast
- 12:18Speaker 3: absolutely absolutely destroying me today. Seventeen Hey he was seventeen.
- 12:25Speaker 3: There's a stone. Oh, here's a big fellow.
- 12:29Speaker 1: The Hierarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio Hidarchy.
- 12:33Speaker 2: You're welcome back here as a backbone Tapia thursdays, going
- 12:36Speaker 2: along very nicely. Indeed, you're listening to the Big Show.
- 12:39Speaker 2: Brought you back two wee.
- 12:41Speaker 3: Yeah, get it again. Hey, Jason Man, would you mind
- 12:46Speaker 3: if I read this text out man? No, just off
- 12:50Speaker 3: the back of that chat with Brendan Murray, old mate
- 12:53Speaker 3: who had his downstairs scrotum amputated. There we've had TEXI
- 13:00Speaker 3: I heard this chat yesterday guys, And last night at
- 13:02Speaker 3: ten o'clock, my son comes down really upset. Whether saw
- 13:05Speaker 3: with saw Bullaus will call them here's an agony. I
- 13:09Speaker 3: Undernard and then thought Bagert will go after Anna. He
- 13:12Speaker 3: turned out it was a twisted testicle and he was
- 13:14Speaker 3: roughly two hours away from losing it. So thanks so
- 13:17Speaker 3: much for playing that and for you, because it helped
- 13:19Speaker 3: me make up my mind to do something instead of
- 13:22Speaker 3: leaving it. How bloody good is that?
- 13:24Speaker 2: Man? That is bloody great stuff, you know, And I've
- 13:30Speaker 2: got it, Matt, I'm terrible at that stuff. I've got
- 13:33Speaker 2: something wrong with me. I go, ah, she'll be ride mad,
- 13:36Speaker 2: She'll be okay. Yeah, you know, it doesn't generally work
- 13:40Speaker 2: out that way. So get it seen to all right, pugs. Ye,
- 13:43Speaker 2: things you've got going on on your body there, get
- 13:46Speaker 2: them seen to.
- 13:48Speaker 5: Know.
- 13:48Speaker 2: It's all fine.
- 13:49Speaker 3: Man.
- 13:49Speaker 2: Now listen, Hey, it's Halloween tonight, isn't it?
- 13:52Speaker 3: And today.
- 13:54Speaker 2: And I'm just looking outside and the weather has really
- 13:57Speaker 2: turned here in Auckland City turned a custard. It's black,
- 14:01Speaker 2: it's raining, it's windy. Just stay at home, people, don't
- 14:04Speaker 2: worry about it. Yeah, you know what I'm saying but
- 14:06Speaker 2: with that in mind. Actually, I had some inspiration last night,
- 14:10Speaker 2: so I got the old quill out Mogie and I
- 14:13Speaker 2: did a bit of writing. I don't usually write themes.
- 14:18Speaker 2: I usually write what paws out of me. Sure, but
- 14:22Speaker 2: this this was sort of theme related, and I'll share
- 14:25Speaker 2: that next. I guess if you guys are king, oh man,
- 14:28Speaker 2: I've got nothing. Yeah, you're so good.
- 14:31Speaker 1: The whole achy big shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue
- 14:36Speaker 1: and Kisy.
- 14:36Speaker 2: Halloween tonight all around the country, all the little kiddies
- 14:41Speaker 2: getting out about yes, Mogi, and we're going to be
- 14:44Speaker 2: talking about your little one a little bit later on
- 14:47Speaker 2: in Oh are we not?
- 14:48Speaker 3: We might?
- 14:49Speaker 2: We might? Because I just wanted to see you know
- 14:51Speaker 2: where you're at with that, because it was a bit of.
- 14:52Speaker 3: An issue yesterday.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Boy, she was in the hood of.
- 14:55Speaker 3: The move.
- 14:57Speaker 2: And I was sitting at home on the couch last
- 15:00Speaker 2: night just reflecting upon Halloween and all that sort of jazz.
- 15:06Speaker 3: Ah.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Now I had my Tracki's on nude on the top.
- 15:12Speaker 2: Little burnt meat patties were throwing.
- 15:15Speaker 3: Away there, slider meat patties.
- 15:18Speaker 2: That's what happens when you flick the little bastards. Yeah,
- 15:22Speaker 2: and anyway, I got pen and quill and sorry, a
- 15:29Speaker 2: quill and a pad, no parchment, actually at parchment, and
- 15:35Speaker 2: I sat at my desk and wrote this little daddy.
- 15:40Speaker 2: I wonder if you guys don't mind if I share
- 15:42Speaker 2: it with you.
- 15:42Speaker 3: Sure, yeah, I'd love to hear it.
- 15:46Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, a bit of music would be good.
- 15:50Speaker 5: Here we go, Darkness falls across the land, The midnight
- 16:04Speaker 5: hour is close at hand. Creatures crawl in search of blood,
- 16:08Speaker 5: terrorize youall's neighborhood. And whosoever shall be found without the
- 16:16Speaker 5: soul for getting down must stand and face the hounds
- 16:20Speaker 5: as hell and rodenside, a corpses shell, the fowl of
- 16:26Speaker 5: stenches in the air, the funk of forty thousand years,
- 16:30Speaker 5: and grisly gauls from every tomb are closing in to
- 16:34Speaker 5: seal your doom. And though you fight to stay alive,
- 16:39Speaker 5: your body starts to shiver, for no mere mortal can
- 16:42Speaker 5: resist the.
- 16:44Speaker 3: Evil of the thriller. Wow, God inspired, there, It just
- 16:53Speaker 3: came out of me, man real.
- 16:55Speaker 2: And I write that little piano piece underneath it as
- 16:57Speaker 2: well on my little cassio. Pretty good.
- 17:03Speaker 3: I don't think it'll catch It's thrilling, right, okay. It
- 17:07Speaker 3: was almost as speakers play Slader to meet patties Man.
- 17:10Speaker 1: Yeah Man, The Wold Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike
- 17:16Speaker 1: and Kyzy tune in week days at four on Radio Hold.
- 17:20Speaker 2: There on the Radio Hodaki Big Show. You see. I
- 17:23Speaker 2: tried to sneak that in there all the music was
- 17:25Speaker 2: still playing.
- 17:25Speaker 3: For but I sort of got it out. You're a
- 17:27Speaker 3: lot better than used to meet. Jay struggles with the
- 17:29Speaker 3: pronunciation of elmentop. That's why he could never do his
- 17:32Speaker 3: ABC is because of the alamnop that sort of sits
- 17:35Speaker 3: in the middle of the alphabet there, and he'd always
- 17:36Speaker 3: get failed for that. Yes as well. Ultimately never graduated
- 17:40Speaker 3: from primary school, not officially anyway.
- 17:42Speaker 2: I never did.
- 17:43Speaker 3: No, Yeah, that was great. Well, it was okay, it
- 17:48Speaker 3: was possible, but you would have known.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I cover it really well, you know what
- 17:53Speaker 2: I'm saying.
- 17:54Speaker 3: Yeah, Hey, guys, it's Halloween today. Yeah, and yesterday I
- 17:58Speaker 3: was chatting about my daughter and her desire to go
- 18:01Speaker 3: trick or treading. She's five years old and her dentists
- 18:05Speaker 3: has told her she can't have any more dollies. Yes,
- 18:07Speaker 3: and she said haha, And she the dentist said, I'm
- 18:10Speaker 3: not joking. You can't have any more lollies. But's tricky,
- 18:13Speaker 3: isn't it. It is because she wants lollies. She loves lollllies, lollies,
- 18:18Speaker 3: and we don't give her any during the week. She
- 18:20Speaker 3: might get an ice cream on the weekend, but we
- 18:23Speaker 3: don't feed her what we know to be you know,
- 18:26Speaker 3: sugar and shit.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Shit.
- 18:28Speaker 3: Yeah, it's garbage, so you don't want to overdo it.
- 18:30Speaker 3: And then they just get addicted. Now she's very much
- 18:32Speaker 3: she's got my addictive personality and you can see it
- 18:36Speaker 3: applied to lollies and ice cream. She's all about it.
- 18:40Speaker 3: That's all she cares about NTV. So yeah, I just
- 18:45Speaker 3: we're just trying to manage it. But then I thought,
- 18:47Speaker 3: we'll go around to the neighbors places and you know,
- 18:50Speaker 3: we'll pick out a few neighbors places, will take some
- 18:53Speaker 3: some you know, some approved foods around, frozen fruits and stuff.
- 18:59Speaker 3: She likes those, yes, And then and she can have
- 19:01Speaker 3: that and that'll do it. But then, of course it
- 19:03Speaker 3: turns out that there's two streets around the corner from
- 19:05Speaker 3: us which are completely decked out in Halloween sort of
- 19:09Speaker 3: paraphernalia and stuff. Yes, and you don't want them to
- 19:12Speaker 3: miss out on the front. And then I remembered, of course,
- 19:14Speaker 3: because I'm an idiot, she's still got her first lot
- 19:16Speaker 3: of teeth, right, so we can just hammer these bast Yeah,
- 19:20Speaker 3: yeah the good as go get some brand new ones. Yeah,
- 19:24Speaker 3: come through later, and then after that it's kind of
- 19:26Speaker 3: her problem, you know. Oh yeah, you don't have to pay.
- 19:28Speaker 3: Well I feel a fool man because you get a
- 19:31Speaker 3: free run with those first ones. Yes, so yeah, we're
- 19:34Speaker 3: just yeah chucking her all the lollies she can fit
- 19:37Speaker 3: in her gob you can fill her boots as well.
- 19:39Speaker 2: Yeah, nice approach, totally man problem solved. Yes, have you
- 19:44Speaker 2: sort of the costumes?
- 19:47Speaker 3: Well, I'm here and she's doing her trick or treating.
- 19:50Speaker 2: That's a bugger that you can't be going.
- 19:52Speaker 3: It's her first, it's her first Halloween, so she'd love
- 19:55Speaker 3: me to go around with her and Ethan and Jeff
- 19:57Speaker 3: and and all that sort of thing. But I think
- 19:58Speaker 3: the streets will be full, although it's been absolutely hammering down.
- 20:01Speaker 3: Yes it has, but I'm not sure what she's going
- 20:03Speaker 3: to go. Where is I think it was either a
- 20:05Speaker 3: cat or a witch? Yeah, yeah, what was your what
- 20:09Speaker 3: did you guys?
- 20:10Speaker 2: I always used to go as mister Miyagi.
- 20:14Speaker 3: From The Kid.
- 20:15Speaker 2: Yeah, so what would that sort of involve, Like, well,
- 20:19Speaker 2: just the sort of clothes that he would wear, sort
- 20:22Speaker 2: of traditional.
- 20:23Speaker 3: Yeah, so that's a kind of you know, excuse the
- 20:26Speaker 3: expression here, but I think we're about to say this,
- 20:29Speaker 3: it's a kind of blackface because you're dressing up as
- 20:33Speaker 3: a member of a community that you were not born into.
- 20:38Speaker 3: And if there's ever been a better time to wring
- 20:41Speaker 3: the alarm, I don't know if we've had one.
- 20:49Speaker 2: Wait, I'm just talking about when I was a young
- 20:52Speaker 2: feller and I went on you know, of treating and
- 20:56Speaker 2: he was my hero. Mister Mayagi was my hero. Mister arguing, Yeah,
- 21:01Speaker 2: because Karate Kid. I don't know that there's been a
- 21:04Speaker 2: better movie made. Wax On, wax Off. Why who did
- 21:13Speaker 2: you go as Mogi? I mean you used to dress
- 21:15Speaker 2: up for that sort of stuff, Muhammad Ali.
- 21:19Speaker 1: The Hurdarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kissy.
- 21:24Speaker 2: Have you been doing any hunting lately, Magi?
- 21:26Speaker 3: A little bit of hunting men, a little bit of
- 21:28Speaker 3: white basing, Okay, yeah yeah, just out here in the
- 21:34Speaker 3: hold golf, just out here, Oh yeah, okay, just sort
- 21:38Speaker 3: of drag a at the front between Rangi to tour
- 21:43Speaker 3: and why Hikey Island there. Yeah, jeezy, they be running,
- 21:48Speaker 3: they'll be running those little barstard to tell.
- 21:50Speaker 2: You what, how'd you go?
- 21:53Speaker 3: Probably about probably about eighty seven ton?
- 21:57Speaker 2: Oh yeah, are you still running the long line?
- 22:01Speaker 3: We can get the long line as well, but I
- 22:03Speaker 3: finally get a better result from the drift net. Yeah.
- 22:07Speaker 3: Just it's it's best. I mean, you get a whole
- 22:08Speaker 3: lot of stuff though, I'm getting fashion that boat jet
- 22:13Speaker 3: ski as windsurfers. Yeah. Well it's a big net. There's
- 22:16Speaker 3: a bloody big net. Yeah, it's the biggest net in
- 22:18Speaker 3: the South Pacific. But yeah, I love me white baiting men.
- 22:23Speaker 3: You just get out there and you're at one with nature,
- 22:24Speaker 3: aren't you? So that's just me me Yet if I
- 22:27Speaker 3: don't eat them, oh you don't. Disgusting bastards? Are You've
- 22:32Speaker 3: seen them? All eyes and assholes?
- 22:34Speaker 2: Yeah? Yeah, well I was going to say, actually, moogie,
- 22:46Speaker 2: you know, I'm I'm actually a big fan of them,
- 22:48Speaker 2: you know what I mean? And take out there just
- 22:51Speaker 2: a bit of egg white, oh you know, and and
- 22:54Speaker 2: a white bread there and a bit of salt and
- 22:56Speaker 2: pepper and lemon zest.
- 22:58Speaker 3: We'll let me know next time men or your son.
- 23:00Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, what are you doing? You just yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 23:04Speaker 3: I just sort of went them up on the back
- 23:06Speaker 3: of the boat there and let the sun get them.
- 23:09Speaker 3: The seagulls come down. They'll have a little feed there
- 23:11Speaker 3: and there, and then I just dropping back in the water.
- 23:13Speaker 2: Sure.
- 23:13Speaker 3: Yeah, you see their pests, Jase, Well what the white Yeah.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Well, seriously, Mogi, I mean, pug son. They're choking up
- 23:24Speaker 2: our oceans.
- 23:27Speaker 3: Seen a whale choking on a white bait man. It's
- 23:29Speaker 3: not pretty, No, just not.
- 23:32Speaker 2: It takes a few you know, we talk about the
- 23:34Speaker 2: massacre of whales, yes, you know, well, I mean not
- 23:39Speaker 2: specifically on the show, but I mean in general. The message,
- 23:43Speaker 2: you know, the biggest color of whales white bait.
- 23:46Speaker 3: And the reason why you haven't heard about this pug son,
- 23:48Speaker 3: and it's typical is because it's been buried in the
- 23:51Speaker 3: annals of history and by a big white bait buried
- 23:54Speaker 3: in the annals. Yeah, yeah, I don't want you.
- 23:57Speaker 2: To know, because what they do is they hunting packs.
- 24:01Speaker 2: They do and they just go down the old blowhole
- 24:06Speaker 2: so that the whale just starts choking to death and.
- 24:09Speaker 3: They start sprinting. And that's why they beach themselves, because
- 24:12Speaker 3: they're trying to get away from the white bait true story.
- 24:15Speaker 3: They don't just blow them out of the blowhole as
- 24:18Speaker 3: simple as they.
- 24:19Speaker 2: Can yeeal into a little into like a white bait cork. Yes,
- 24:25Speaker 2: the spoons of the ocean they're called. That's a spoon.
- 24:29Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah.
- 24:30Speaker 2: Hey, now listen the Wild Food Festival that's going on.
- 24:42Speaker 3: Hey, can you do me a favorite pigs and just
- 24:44Speaker 3: blast through the rest.
- 24:45Speaker 7: Of the.
- 24:47Speaker 2: Totally.
- 24:47Speaker 4: The Big Show is going to be there at the
- 24:49Speaker 4: Wild Food's Festival and Hockey Ticket eight the March next year.
- 24:52Speaker 3: We want you and to Mate to come along. You
- 24:54Speaker 3: can win.
- 24:54Speaker 4: Flights are calm and tickets are super early bid. Tickets
- 24:57Speaker 4: are on sale now from wild Foods dotco dot in za.
- 24:59Speaker 4: Or if you want to that trip to come along
- 25:00Speaker 4: and join the Big Show, we'll do a show from
- 25:03Speaker 4: down there, go to Hodache dot co dot inz, The.
- 25:06Speaker 1: Hurdarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and.
- 25:10Speaker 2: Kissy Actually just looking at the weather out there, Mogi
- 25:13Speaker 2: and she's turned a custody, Yes, turned around again. Four
- 25:18Speaker 2: seasons in one day, isn't it. But I'm glad I
- 25:22Speaker 2: did my annual plastic burnoff at my house today where
- 25:28Speaker 2: basically all the plastics that I gather over the year,
- 25:30Speaker 2: I just take it down the back there and just
- 25:33Speaker 2: burn the bastards.
- 25:34Speaker 3: Yeah, Thursday after Labor Day.
- 25:36Speaker 2: Yes, exactly mate. And I'll tell you what, It's amazing
- 25:40Speaker 2: the amount of plastic you can actually gather over a year.
- 25:45Speaker 3: I'm doing it.
- 25:47Speaker 2: I am talking like it nearly covered my entire backyard,
- 25:51Speaker 2: you know what I mean. And then I had the
- 25:53Speaker 2: situation where I had all my neighbors bleating and moaning
- 25:57Speaker 2: about the sort of toxic smoke that's, you know, drifting
- 26:00Speaker 2: into their properties. And I think to myself, do people
- 26:04Speaker 2: not realize that we are in an environmental crisis at
- 26:08Speaker 2: any The amount of rubbish and trash that we are
- 26:12Speaker 2: creating we simply can't sustain. Yes, So here's Hordy J
- 26:16Speaker 2: doing his part for the environment, yes, getting not just
- 26:20Speaker 2: checking it in the bins, not just checking it, you know,
- 26:23Speaker 2: at the tap, actually taking responsibility for his plastics, incinerating
- 26:28Speaker 2: it in his own backyard so that there isn't all
- 26:32Speaker 2: this waste there. And you've got old fill next door,
- 26:35Speaker 2: bleating and moaning and saying that it's cats sort of
- 26:38Speaker 2: fallen over and it's just discussing and it's not safe
- 26:42Speaker 2: and all that sort of carry on perspective.
- 26:44Speaker 3: Make it's PC gone mad, I say that, yeah, totally, man.
- 26:48Speaker 3: I thought it was filled that passed away or was
- 26:49Speaker 3: that bell?
- 26:50Speaker 2: That was bell?
- 26:52Speaker 3: Yeah? Yeah?
- 26:53Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:53Speaker 3: It's crazy, isn't it. And I'm sort of similar to
- 26:55Speaker 3: our joint. It's more the side of the house. I guess.
- 26:58Speaker 3: We just got a fence at one end of the house. Yes,
- 27:01Speaker 3: a fence at the other end of the house, and
- 27:04Speaker 3: most of the via plastics has created it. You sort
- 27:06Speaker 3: of find it in the kitchen you're unpacking all your food,
- 27:10Speaker 3: sus and all that. So we just throw it out
- 27:12Speaker 3: the window and what the wind doesn't take away over
- 27:18Speaker 3: the course of a few months, we'll burn that off
- 27:19Speaker 3: as well. Yeah yeah, And as you say, man, it's
- 27:23Speaker 3: a short term last for a long term gain. You
- 27:26Speaker 3: get a little bit of black smoke. Just don't put
- 27:28Speaker 3: your washing out, man. I'll give the neighbors fear and
- 27:31Speaker 3: jewe warning totally man. And if the cats are going
- 27:33Speaker 3: to breathe it, don't make you go how many cats.
- 27:35Speaker 3: There's too many cats anyway.
- 27:36Speaker 2: Well, you know, the way I see it is taking
- 27:38Speaker 2: responsibility for your own felth and rubbish. Like what I
- 27:41Speaker 2: also do during the year is the old glad rap.
- 27:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 27:43Speaker 2: God, you'd be amazed the amount of glad rap you use.
- 27:47Speaker 2: And I just I don't chuck that out. Yeah, I
- 27:49Speaker 2: just get it into it like a big ball. Yes, yes,
- 27:53Speaker 2: And by the end of the year, and this is
- 27:55Speaker 2: no exaggeration, I've got like five beach balls of glad rap.
- 28:00Speaker 2: It's just like stuck together.
- 28:03Speaker 3: I was going to say exactly the same thing. Yeah,
- 28:05Speaker 3: hot tip, Hot tip. Men, you wrap it up and
- 28:08Speaker 3: plast it. You take it down to the beach for
- 28:10Speaker 3: the kids to play with. Those things they last for
- 28:13Speaker 3: millions of years.
- 28:14Speaker 2: Well, actually, what I genuinely do is when I go,
- 28:16Speaker 2: because you know, I love fishing. Yeah, I just check
- 28:18Speaker 2: them off the end of the jetty there. Yeah, and
- 28:21Speaker 2: just you know, they eventually.
- 28:23Speaker 3: Play with them. Yea, they do.
- 28:26Speaker 2: Little snouts there. So so not only you're doing something
- 28:33Speaker 2: for the environment, but you're also creating a bit of
- 28:35Speaker 2: fun play for dolphins, that's right, and seals each other. Yeah,
- 28:42Speaker 2: it's good stuff.
- 28:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Now, listen, pugsn has been absolutely begging us right for
- 28:52Speaker 2: the opportunity to do What's for teens.
- 28:54Speaker 7: Oh yeah, because another one of us here brain scheme
- 28:57Speaker 7: because of course keys as Hey Keezy is away at
- 29:01Speaker 7: the moment, and please can we do what's with t

- 29:10Speaker 3: that you're finally leting me do it.

- 29:45Speaker 2: the twoy billboards, take them two on three, four eight
- 29:48Speaker 2: three and more far them through the management see what
- 29:50Speaker 2: they say.
- 29:51Speaker 3: Absolutely Similarly, if you've there's been in the news a
- 29:53Speaker 3: little bit as well. There's been some shocking billboards that
- 29:56Speaker 3: they've been putting up, absolutely disgraceful. So if you're a
- 29:59Speaker 3: fe did by any of those they've actually set up
- 30:01Speaker 3: and I eight hundred number, I eight hundred and two year, right,

- 30:40Speaker 2: found our way in the last two minutes, but before
- 30:42Speaker 2: then it was a shambles. I don't even know what
- 30:44Speaker 2: we were talking about. Food.
- 30:46Speaker 3: I think from memory it was probably one of the
- 30:51Speaker 3: most boring conversations we've ever had ever not going to

- 34:44Speaker 3: was a siren, wasn't she ja a bombshell?
- 34:47Speaker 2: She was? She's deal, isn't she.

- 34:53Speaker 3: Yea's true.
- 34:55Speaker 4: She got home and got told her husband was making
- 34:57Speaker 4: burgers for dinner with onion let us beatroop chees and
- 35:00Speaker 4: then his reply was I hate burgers.
- 35:02Speaker 3: Yeah, you need to divorce that son of a bitch.

- 35:12Speaker 2: And Kisy Welcome backing Messive Backbones. Look at the time,

- 35:22Speaker 2: Mike Minogue? Yeah, I tell you what actually fellas There

- 36:13Speaker 3: catch up. So anyway, I did that, actually preferred it
- 36:15Speaker 3: the second time round. Some of the actors that were
- 36:18Speaker 3: annoying me previously were less annoying in the Yeah good show,
- 36:21Speaker 3: recommend it. It's on Neon.
- 36:24Speaker 2: Well, funnily enough, what I watched last night, speaking of
- 36:30Speaker 2: watching things again, a white load of season one, and
- 36:36Speaker 2: I was reminded again of how they've got everything right
- 36:39Speaker 2: in that show. Yes, the characters are brilliant, the scene,
- 36:43Speaker 2: you know, the scenery is fantastic, the story is great,
- 36:47Speaker 2: you know. And as I say, I've kind of retreated
- 36:49Speaker 2: back to rather than faffing around trying to find something
- 36:53Speaker 2: to watch, going back to some old favorites and watching
- 36:56Speaker 2: those because at least then you know that it's going
- 37:00Speaker 2: to be good. Well, like you say, often you go
- 37:02Speaker 2: back and revisit something and you see something and that
- 37:04Speaker 2: you didn't see the first time.
- 37:05Speaker 3: What do you What have you got subscriptions for Neon?

- 37:26Speaker 3: you bastards? And it's probably not going to be Jace?
- 37:29Speaker 3: Can you watch Mister in Between? Aren't we all going
- 37:32Speaker 3: to watch that? At the same time. I'm down for

- 37:42Speaker 3: six episodes, top three TV show for me, all timer, okay,
- 37:47Speaker 3: mister in between absolutely unbelievable, right underrated, unbelievable and a
- 37:54Speaker 3: great show.
- 37:55Speaker 2: And Disney.

- 38:22Speaker 3: And Zane the fella he's good value. Okay?
- 38:26Speaker 2: Can I ask this as gently as I can? Do
- 38:31Speaker 2: you really think you need more stimulation at the moment? Pugs?
- 38:41Speaker 3: I don't know what you mean, Jace, Well, I just
