- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Let's go.
- 0:03Speaker 3: Good morning friends, Thank you so much for starting your
- 0:05Speaker 3: Wednesday with us. Ricky Sanchez has those three things presented,
- 0:08Speaker 3: but Mark Spain real Estate, what's happening?
- 0:09Speaker 4: Ricky Haley Beaver has a new Gap collab coming. Her
- 0:13Speaker 4: limited edition denim capsule with Gap is filled with a
- 0:16Speaker 4: lot of nineties nostalgia. So there are two gene options
- 0:19Speaker 4: that are going to be available, the extra baggy gene
- 0:22Speaker 4: in three washes and the nineties low rise loose gene,
- 0:26Speaker 4: which is going to also be available in three washes.
- 0:29Speaker 4: I'm really excited about this personally because they look so comfortable,
- 0:34Speaker 4: like they are nice and baggy and roomy, and your
- 0:36Speaker 4: girl loves to see it because I like nice and
- 0:38Speaker 4: baggy and roomy.
- 0:39Speaker 1: They go on sale tomorrow.
- 0:41Speaker 4: They are excited to sell out so fast, so you're
- 0:44Speaker 4: gonna have to be prepared ready to go bright and
- 0:46Speaker 4: early when they go on sale, because honestly, I think
- 0:49Speaker 4: once they sell them out, I don't know when they're
- 0:50Speaker 4: going to restock them. To be entirely honest with you,
- 0:53Speaker 4: ell Bean's first Tennessee location opens this Friday. Store is
- 0:57Speaker 4: going to be located at Cool Springs galleria. They have
- 1:00Speaker 4: a two day grand opening celebration planned, okay, so you
- 1:03Speaker 4: can expect giveaways, activities. Their famous bootmobile is going to
- 1:07Speaker 4: be there.
- 1:07Speaker 1: It's just a big l bean duck boot on wheels.
- 1:10Speaker 1: If you've never seen it, it's insane. It's kind of
- 1:14Speaker 1: like the Wienermobile.
- 1:15Speaker 4: But their version is the Bootmobile, so that will also
- 1:18Speaker 4: be there. Obviously, ready to take pictures and stuff like that,
- 1:21Speaker 4: but giveaways, that's what you really care about, and they're
- 1:24Speaker 4: going to have that both days for the grand opening celebration.
- 1:28Speaker 4: And a scary number of women are turning to a
- 1:30Speaker 4: very risky new trend called diy LiPo. They're using inexpensive
- 1:34Speaker 4: fat dissolving injections at home instead of going to a
- 1:38Speaker 4: plastic surgeon. It's a terrible idea. You can buy these
- 1:42Speaker 4: products online for under one hundred dollars. They're marketed as
- 1:45Speaker 4: a cheaper alternative to what the professional treatments are. They're
- 1:50Speaker 4: all over social media, so this is just a really
- 1:52Speaker 4: scary thing, especially for young women. Do not listen to
- 1:55Speaker 4: them on social media. Go to a professional because a
- 1:58Speaker 4: lot of women are specifically using them for weight loss
- 2:00Speaker 4: after GLP ones. If there's any stubborn. You know, weight
- 2:04Speaker 4: loss that they can't get rid of, and GLP once
- 2:06Speaker 4: didn't do anything for them. Then they're turning to this
- 2:08Speaker 4: and it's expensive, so they're looking for cheaper alternatives. Medical
- 2:12Speaker 4: experts warned that unregulated injections can cause serious complication, including infection, scarring, ciss,
- 2:19Speaker 4: skin deformities, and permanent damage. So please, this is not
- 2:24Speaker 4: a good idea. Not do, not a good idea. Go
- 2:26Speaker 4: to a plastic surgeon. It is not worth it. I
- 2:29Speaker 4: promise you.
- 2:30Speaker 1: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things.
- 2:31Speaker 5: You need to know.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Thank you, Ricky.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Great PSA right there at the end, we are just
- 2:35Speaker 3: getting things started over here. We do have more passes
- 2:38Speaker 3: into Disney's Descendants and Zombies World's Collide tour coming to
- 2:41Speaker 3: Bridgetone in November. We've got those on the way less
- 2:43Speaker 3: than ten minutes for the first caller of the day,
- 2:45Speaker 3: they are.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Yours, Ricky, is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 2:49Speaker 3: One was seven five the River Ricky, Zach and Mano
- 2:52Speaker 3: in the morning with Elena and white House on the line.
- 2:54Speaker 2: How are you, Elena?
- 2:56Speaker 6: Hi, I'm good.
- 2:57Speaker 3: So you we understand have never called us before. You're
- 3:00Speaker 3: calling for these descendants and zombies tickets, and you've never
- 3:03Speaker 3: called before.
- 3:05Speaker 6: I have never called before. I just happened to leave
- 3:07Speaker 6: to go get coffee and I was like, what macha
- 3:10Speaker 6: it is?
- 3:11Speaker 1: And you got through. That's crazy.
- 3:13Speaker 4: Today it's your lufty day, Elena, because the phone lines
- 3:15Speaker 4: are going nuts right now and you somehow managed to
- 3:18Speaker 4: get through on your first try.
- 3:21Speaker 6: Wow, this is so exciting, I will say, Atlanta.
- 3:24Speaker 7: Because you've never called before. You have to tell us
- 3:26Speaker 7: everything about you. What do you do for a living, Like,
- 3:27Speaker 7: do you have children? Are you married?
- 3:29Speaker 2: Give me all the details.
- 3:31Speaker 6: Oh wow, okay, no, not married. Yes, I do have
- 3:34Speaker 6: children and I work.
- 3:35Speaker 1: From home for an orthopedic company.
- 3:38Speaker 2: Oh okay.
- 3:39Speaker 1: What are your kids' names and how old are they?
- 3:42Speaker 6: I got Killani, Davante, and Anaya.
- 3:46Speaker 2: Those are all really pretty names.
- 3:49Speaker 6: My youngest is eight, sixteen and then twenty one.
- 3:53Speaker 1: I love Elena.
- 3:53Speaker 4: I also love whenever a mom has to think about
- 3:55Speaker 4: it for a second, because my mom still gets my age.
- 3:57Speaker 1: Rum to this day. She always makes me a.
- 4:01Speaker 4: Year younger, so I'll take it. Yeah, she's still every time.
- 4:06Speaker 6: Thank you for letting.
- 4:08Speaker 2: Us grill you like this. We've really asked you everything
- 4:10Speaker 2: about yourself. Yeah, I gave it all, Helena.
- 4:14Speaker 7: Last question and what age did you kick out your
- 4:16Speaker 7: oldest child?
- 4:17Speaker 6: Oh?
- 4:18Speaker 2: My god, see where you like you have to go birth?
- 4:20Speaker 1: What age did you birth your oldest child?
- 4:23Speaker 2: Is kick him out of the house? Like what age
- 4:25Speaker 2: was the kid?
- 4:26Speaker 1: Oh you okay, Oh.
- 4:28Speaker 6: No, he's not kicked out. He's still here.
- 4:31Speaker 8: You got like he's got a future.
- 4:33Speaker 1: To worry about.
- 4:34Speaker 6: So oh that's expensive in this world.
- 4:37Speaker 1: It is expensive.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Fair true.
- 4:38Speaker 7: I always say in my head, like, oh eighteen years,
- 4:40Speaker 7: kick him out, goodbye?
- 4:41Speaker 2: Yeah, but different story of these days.
- 4:43Speaker 4: Zach is also always so older about children that I
- 4:46Speaker 4: really thought he was talking about birth and.
- 4:47Speaker 1: That's why he said kick him out, because.
- 4:49Speaker 3: He's normally like, you know, it's probably time we tell
- 4:55Speaker 3: you that you are the first caller of the day.
- 4:56Speaker 3: So you did successfully score these tickets to this show,
- 4:58Speaker 3: Disney's Descendance zomb These Worlds collide to.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Her at Bridgetone in November.
- 5:02Speaker 4: Congratulations, wow, yay, thank you you're so welcome.
- 5:07Speaker 1: We're going to put you on a hole for just
- 5:08Speaker 1: a second. We appreciate you first time caller, and.
- 5:11Speaker 4: We just absolutely grilled her. So we appreciate you. Yeah,
- 5:14Speaker 4: let us have some fun with this.
- 5:17Speaker 6: Yeah, for sure.
- 5:19Speaker 3: All right, hang on a second, probably first and last
- 5:21Speaker 3: time caller, I guess, but definitely not not chac more tickets.
- 5:27Speaker 2: We still have a couple of days of giving these out.
- 5:29Speaker 3: People are rabbit for them. The phones are still going crazy.
- 5:31Speaker 3: So if you want them tomorrow, be.
- 5:32Speaker 5: Here Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 5:34Speaker 4: Sometimes you make a mistake and you'll leave something in
- 5:36Speaker 4: your car that you really shouldn't.
- 5:38Speaker 1: It's one of seven five the River.
- 5:40Speaker 4: Apparently Zach has left something in his car overnight that
- 5:43Speaker 4: now is stuck inside his nostrils.
- 5:45Speaker 2: I learned this the hard Get Rid.
- 5:47Speaker 7: Of the Saints. It's so bad. So I had an
- 5:50Speaker 7: Italian chopped sandwich. Now all I smell is onions. So
- 5:54Speaker 7: I got in my car this morning because I left
- 5:56Speaker 7: it in my trunk, and it's literally just it just
- 5:58Speaker 7: smells like onions.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Well, yeah, that's where you put things. I don't.
- 6:02Speaker 1: Is that where you put your food that you're gonna eat.
- 6:04Speaker 7: Then I was gonna take home with me, and then
- 6:07Speaker 7: I forgot to get it out when I got home.
- 6:08Speaker 4: That's where you messed up. You're supposed to put it
- 6:10Speaker 4: in the front seat, so you don't forget it.
- 6:12Speaker 2: You would forget otherwise.
- 6:13Speaker 7: Yeah, well yeah, I definitely forgot it. And then I
- 6:15Speaker 7: woke up this morning and I was driving to work
- 6:17Speaker 7: and I was like, I as soon as I opened
- 6:19Speaker 7: the door, I was like, oh my god, this is ramsing.
- 6:23Speaker 2: It smells.
- 6:24Speaker 7: So I literally drove to work with my windows down
- 6:27Speaker 7: and open the sun roof.
- 6:28Speaker 2: They're still open right now. They're trying like air it out.
- 6:30Speaker 2: So what's the overall scent is it? Is it onion?
- 6:33Speaker 5: Heavy?
- 6:33Speaker 8: Onion?
- 6:33Speaker 5: Is it? Okay?
- 6:34Speaker 2: It's not like meat. Nope, all onion.
- 6:36Speaker 7: That's all I can smell, which smells like really when
- 6:40Speaker 7: it sits for too long, it's.
- 6:41Speaker 2: Like really bad.
- 6:42Speaker 7: Bo sure onions do. So now it's just sitting there,
- 6:45Speaker 7: I'm like, should I go light all my car?
- 6:47Speaker 9: Like?
- 6:47Speaker 2: How do you get the smell out? I can literally
- 6:49Speaker 2: just talking about this. I can smell it. I shouldn't
- 6:52Speaker 2: smell it.
- 6:53Speaker 4: Me time for it to actually get out of you,
- 6:55Speaker 4: because now it's like in your car.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Oh, it's in there one.
- 6:59Speaker 1: With your car.
- 7:00Speaker 4: Your car is essentially a massive onion at this point,
- 7:03Speaker 4: so it's just gonna take time. You could try spray
- 7:05Speaker 4: lysol just to like get dry.
- 7:08Speaker 1: But like, yeah, you're kinda you're screwed.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:12Speaker 7: No, I'm also really sad because the sandwich was so
- 7:15Speaker 7: good that I only ate half of it that I
- 7:17Speaker 7: was like, God, I really wanted the other half, but
- 7:18Speaker 7: I forgot it.
- 7:19Speaker 1: You other half is probably so fine.
- 7:20Speaker 7: No, it's already in the trash. It's rancid, bro, And I.
- 7:24Speaker 3: Just want to say, nobody is like as meticulous about
- 7:27Speaker 3: how clean their car is as you are.
- 7:30Speaker 2: You know, you go to the car washing everything. Oh really,
- 7:33Speaker 2: I've never seen the trunk, trunk all of everything.
- 7:37Speaker 4: Dax's trunk is that classic closet that you shove everything
- 7:40Speaker 4: into your house, like everything.
- 7:42Speaker 2: That's just like a blow up mattress in my trunk.
- 7:45Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, that's his trunk.
- 7:47Speaker 4: He shoves everything in the trunk and he has a
- 7:49Speaker 4: piece that covers it so like you don't even know
- 7:51Speaker 4: that anything is there, so it looks so clean, but
- 7:54Speaker 4: it's all just.
- 7:54Speaker 1: In the trunk.
- 7:55Speaker 3: Zach, if you had to say that you learned a
- 7:57Speaker 3: lesson from this experience, are you going to stop keeping
- 7:59Speaker 3: your food in your trunk?
- 8:01Speaker 7: And well, I will definitely not do that ever again,
- 8:04Speaker 7: because it is so bad that I'm like, I feel
- 8:06Speaker 7: like it's going to be minimum a week until the
- 8:09Speaker 7: aroma goes away.
- 8:10Speaker 2: Gross.
- 8:11Speaker 1: I think if you do baking soda.
- 8:13Speaker 3: Okay, if anybody in your fridge little hacks here for
- 8:17Speaker 3: Zach to help them get rid of the smell, we
- 8:19Speaker 3: will certainly take those.
- 8:20Speaker 4: You go downstairs and you just get a box of
- 8:21Speaker 4: baking soda and put it in your car.
- 8:22Speaker 1: That should help, because that's what you literally supposed to do.
- 8:24Speaker 2: What if just idea, just random idea.
- 8:27Speaker 7: What if I just put like another food item in there,
- 8:29Speaker 7: like donuts, so it smells really good, and just let
- 8:32Speaker 7: the donuts sit in my mout.
- 8:33Speaker 1: It's like a doughnut onion onion donut.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Okay, I'm just saying I'm trying three things.
- 8:39Speaker 5: You need to know.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Welcome to the seven o'clock hour. Thank you so much
- 8:42Speaker 2: for starting your.
- 8:43Speaker 5: Wednesday with us.
- 8:44Speaker 3: Ricky Sanchez has those three things presented by Mark Spain
- 8:46Speaker 3: Real Estate.
- 8:47Speaker 1: We got to talk about cyclospora.
- 8:49Speaker 4: It's that extreme, intense, intentional distress bug that is going
- 8:54Speaker 4: around from our food experts are warning that.
- 8:57Speaker 1: This could last through the summer.
- 8:59Speaker 4: The outbreak has reached thirty one states and federal health
- 9:02Speaker 4: officials somehow still have no idea what started it.
- 9:06Speaker 1: So I have a.
- 9:06Speaker 4: List of things to avoid and what's.
- 9:09Speaker 1: Safe during this time.
- 9:10Speaker 4: So you have to avoid things like bagged salad mixes,
- 9:14Speaker 4: pre cut leafy greens, fresh herbs like basil and cilantro.
- 9:18Speaker 1: You don't want to use that.
- 9:20Speaker 4: Raspberries and blackberries, most fruits you.
- 9:22Speaker 1: Want to avoid. Snow peas and green onions are also
- 9:26Speaker 1: big ones that you want to avoid.
- 9:28Speaker 4: It seems like cooked foods are okay though, so if
- 9:31Speaker 4: you cook them you should be all right.
- 9:33Speaker 1: Thick peeled fruits like bananas, oranges.
- 9:36Speaker 4: Avocados, those things are okay as long as you peel
- 9:39Speaker 4: the actual outside off of it. Canned foods are okay
- 9:42Speaker 4: because of thermal processing.
- 9:44Speaker 1: But you just really you.
- 9:45Speaker 4: Gotta be careful and you need to pay attention to
- 9:47Speaker 4: what you're eating because it's just it's coming for everybody
- 9:50Speaker 4: at this point.
- 9:51Speaker 1: They just have no clue where it started.
- 9:53Speaker 4: They have no clue how to stop it, So just
- 9:55Speaker 4: please be careful, especially if this is something that is
- 9:58Speaker 4: going to last through the summer, like experts are saying,
- 10:00Speaker 4: because you just don't want to get sick.
- 10:02Speaker 1: You want to try to avoid it.
- 10:04Speaker 4: The National Humane Association is looking for a pet to
- 10:07Speaker 4: be on the label of their fifth adoption al campaign.
- 10:10Speaker 1: This is really cute.
- 10:11Speaker 4: So the National Humane Association, they're celebrating eighty years of
- 10:14Speaker 4: caring for animals here in Nashville, which is absolutely amazing.
- 10:17Speaker 4: They're doing their fifth adoption al campaign in a collaboration
- 10:20Speaker 4: with Tailgate Brewery. So your pet could be on the label.
- 10:24Speaker 4: You could submit your pets photo to be the wrapper
- 10:26Speaker 4: of Tailgate's adoption al by July twenty third.
- 10:29Speaker 1: You get all the.
- 10:30Speaker 4: Information and submission form up on Nashville Humane Association's website.
- 10:35Speaker 4: Voting starts on July twenty fourth, It ends August.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Fourteenth, and then a winner is going to be announced
- 10:40Speaker 1: on August eighteenth.
- 10:41Speaker 4: We love Tailgate, We love National Humane Association. We love
- 10:45Speaker 4: that they are doing something together that is so great
- 10:47Speaker 4: and so amazing for such an amazing group that is
- 10:50Speaker 4: helping so many animals here in Nashville. So go be
- 10:53Speaker 4: a part of it. Submit your pet. Every dollar from
- 10:57Speaker 4: this is going to Nashville Humane.
- 10:59Speaker 1: So this is a huge deal. Go help them out
- 11:02Speaker 1: and Olive Garden their never.
- 11:04Speaker 4: Ending pasta pass is back after six years twenty nineteen
- 11:08Speaker 4: was the last time that you can get the never
- 11:09Speaker 4: Ending Pasta Pass, which gave you the chance to enjoy
- 11:13Speaker 4: unlimited pasta, soup or salad and breadsticks for thirteen weeks
- 11:17Speaker 4: for just one hundred dollars. The passes go on sale tomorrow,
- 11:21Speaker 4: July sixteenth, at two pm Eastern.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Be ready.
- 11:24Speaker 4: They sell out within minutes, so you need to be
- 11:27Speaker 4: prepared if you want to try and snag one. Good
- 11:30Speaker 4: luck to you. It's really hard. I'm Rickie Sanchez and
- 11:33Speaker 4: those are the three things.
- 11:34Speaker 5: You need to know.
- 11:34Speaker 2: I mean, I guess if we're not allowed to eat
- 11:35Speaker 2: fruits and vegetables anymore, you might as well just go
- 11:38Speaker 2: go for the carbs. Why not? Thank you, Reggie.
- 11:41Speaker 3: We are learning together on this Wednesday morning with zax Fax.
- 11:44Speaker 2: He's got something for us. Next week. Class is in.
- 11:48Speaker 5: Session zax Facts, brought to you by Mark Spain Real
- 11:52Speaker 5: Estate on one.
- 11:53Speaker 1: O seven five the River.
- 11:54Speaker 7: If you were to guess, how long do you think
- 11:56Speaker 7: it would take to make a jelly bean?
- 11:58Speaker 2: Oh my god, I never thought about this. For a month.
- 12:01Speaker 4: I guess a long time if you're asking the questions,
- 12:03Speaker 4: so I'm going to say a year.
- 12:05Speaker 7: It literally takes fourteen days to make a single jelly bean,
- 12:08Speaker 7: so two weeks because the beans are placed on like
- 12:11Speaker 7: a rotating stainless steel drum, and then they spray a
- 12:14Speaker 7: fineness of liquid sugar onto the beans that have to
- 12:17Speaker 7: drive for four to six hours. So it's multiple layers
- 12:20Speaker 7: of the sugar spray that they have to put on
- 12:22Speaker 7: for fourteen days straight.
- 12:23Speaker 3: Oh, it is a long time. I know, Ricky and
- 12:25Speaker 3: I went really high with our guesses, but I did.
- 12:28Speaker 3: I am like, in my mind, it shouldn't take more
- 12:30Speaker 3: than an hour.
- 12:31Speaker 7: I mean, honestly, that's what I thought as well until
- 12:33Speaker 7: I read it. But yeah, fourteen days for one singular
- 12:36Speaker 7: jelly bean, and there's your fact of the day.
- 12:37Speaker 2: Wild exactly.
- 12:39Speaker 5: Ricky is Zach and manno in the morning.
- 12:41Speaker 3: In my defense, I never swallowed it. I never, one
- 12:45Speaker 3: time in my life swallowed it. That is a true story.
- 12:47Speaker 3: It's one O seven to five of the river.
- 12:50Speaker 2: I said. Yesterday, I told them we were talking about.
- 12:51Speaker 3: Plato and how good it smells, and I said that, yeah,
- 12:54Speaker 3: you know, like we all would take a bite out.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Of it when we were kids, and apparently I'm the
- 12:57Speaker 2: only one that did.
- 12:57Speaker 3: We need to say we all say us, I think
- 13:01Speaker 3: everybody did, I think no eyes are alone.
- 13:03Speaker 4: No, we're not going to talk about specifically Plato, but
- 13:07Speaker 4: the forbidden food item that you tried to eat as
- 13:09Speaker 4: a kid, something that wasn't actually food, but you were
- 13:12Speaker 4: a kid and you weren't thinking, and you went, this
- 13:14Speaker 4: smells like something I should put in my mouth and
- 13:16Speaker 4: chew on six on five seven, three, seven, nine, one
- 13:19Speaker 4: oh seven.
- 13:20Speaker 3: And here's a very fitting song. It's Toxic from Britney Spears.
- 13:24Speaker 3: I do not condone game you're but here's Brittany.
- 13:28Speaker 2: Let us know six one.
- 13:29Speaker 5: Five Ricky is Zach and manno in the morning on
- 13:35Speaker 5: the river.
- 13:35Speaker 4: My name Murphy's Borough. Welcome to one O seven five
- 13:38Speaker 4: of the river. We know that Kevin used to chew
- 13:41Speaker 4: on Plato. He swears he didn't eat it, just bite it.
- 13:44Speaker 2: And it wasn't like a regular thing. It was just
- 13:46Speaker 2: you know, every once in a while.
- 13:47Speaker 4: Every once in a while is enough, Hannah, what did
- 13:50Speaker 4: you used to eat your forbidden food as a kid?
- 13:53Speaker 8: Wow, it's kind of I have tried recently.
- 13:58Speaker 4: I'm actually a vet tech.
- 13:59Speaker 8: And one of the things that we do to initiate.
- 14:01Speaker 7: Ourselves and is to try the de wormer.
- 14:05Speaker 8: So I just try to wormer. Yeah, you know the
- 14:08Speaker 8: d wormer for puppies.
- 14:09Speaker 6: And kit Yeah.
- 14:10Speaker 2: Why would you put that in your body? It can
- 14:13Speaker 2: only do good?
- 14:13Speaker 4: Right, It can't hurt.
- 14:15Speaker 2: No, it could definitely hurt you. I feel like, is
- 14:17Speaker 2: it a pill? As it drops? What are we doing here?
- 14:20Speaker 4: It's liquid and it actually tastes like birthday cake.
- 14:24Speaker 1: No way, you're lying, Hannah.
- 14:26Speaker 4: It actually we've all tried it, like a steady birthday cake.
- 14:31Speaker 8: Yeah, and you can get it in peanut butter marsmell.
- 14:35Speaker 3: Right now, if you had any sort of worms in
- 14:37Speaker 3: your body, would this work on people as well?
- 14:39Speaker 2: Or no?
- 14:40Speaker 6: I like to think it would.
- 14:41Speaker 1: We don't know the answer.
- 14:44Speaker 4: I haven't had any, so I would say so so
- 14:48Speaker 4: upset your stomach?
- 14:49Speaker 8: No, not at all, not at all.
- 14:51Speaker 2: How the whole bottle it may not be good.
- 14:54Speaker 4: Yeah, parasite over here.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Good for you.
- 14:57Speaker 4: Listen, Hannah, I think you made Kevin feel a lot
- 15:00Speaker 4: better because you did this as a full grown adult.
- 15:03Speaker 7: Yeah. Yeah, I'm glad I could make someone better.
- 15:06Speaker 5: Definitely.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Thank you so much. Thank you for being honest with us.
- 15:09Speaker 1: We appreciate you the best. Thank you, of course.
- 15:14Speaker 3: So yeah, I don't know, having a little nibble of
- 15:17Speaker 3: plato that I didn't swallow.
- 15:18Speaker 2: It's not crazy compared to that, I will say, Kevin.
- 15:20Speaker 7: After looking it up, apparently plato is completely non toxic
- 15:24Speaker 7: and a lot of people eat it as kids, so
- 15:26Speaker 7: it's actually not bad for you.
- 15:27Speaker 2: Like it.
- 15:28Speaker 7: It consists of flower, a massive amount of salt and water.
- 15:31Speaker 3: It was very salty, I'll tell you that, I think
- 15:33Speaker 3: because I also tried silly Puddy and that was just blamed.
- 15:36Speaker 4: Yeah, you know, Kevin down he had your back there
- 15:40Speaker 4: and he made it worse.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Very salty, though.
- 15:43Speaker 4: Said other people eat plato, and you went, oh.
- 15:45Speaker 1: But silly puddy. That does not help your case whatsoever.
- 15:50Speaker 3: You had to have tried something ricky when you were
- 15:52Speaker 3: when you were a kid, you'd took a bite out
- 15:54Speaker 3: of something you shouldn't have.
- 15:55Speaker 4: I did, and I think mine is more normal until
- 15:58Speaker 4: I just found out that other people have eaten plate.
- 16:00Speaker 1: But I've eaten dog treats before. Oh that's because I
- 16:04Speaker 1: had dogs. We wonder what it tastes like.
- 16:07Speaker 4: Yeah, like the dogs go so crazy for it, it must
- 16:09Speaker 4: be so good.
- 16:10Speaker 1: It tastes horrible.
- 16:12Speaker 2: I didn't mind very chalky.
- 16:14Speaker 4: It's not made for adult consumption or human consumption.
- 16:18Speaker 1: I'm sorry you liked them, Kevin.
- 16:20Speaker 2: I did not mind them.
- 16:21Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 16:21Speaker 2: I would eat those as a kid too, And uh,
- 16:23Speaker 2: I don't know they're human grade and they were. I
- 16:25Speaker 2: do like Chalky so much more sense about you.
- 16:28Speaker 1: He likes Chalky Stuck so weird.
- 16:31Speaker 2: I like like Chalky protein bars and stuff and those
- 16:32Speaker 2: dog trees. I kind of could go for one right
- 16:35Speaker 2: now to be out.
- 16:35Speaker 4: Oh my god, Kevin, I'm starting to get really concerned.
- 16:39Speaker 5: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the River.

- 19:31Speaker 1: So you have impressed us.
- 19:34Speaker 2: Goodyear, good ear show.
- 19:35Speaker 8: Han.
- 19:36Speaker 2: How old are you?
- 19:37Speaker 3: I'm okay fifteen when mom or dad is there because
- 19:40Speaker 3: I think there are rules about how old you have
- 19:42Speaker 3: to be.
- 19:42Speaker 2: But mom and dad is there with you. Yeah, okay, cool. Well, congratulations, guys.
- 19:47Speaker 2: You're gonna have a great time at the show.

- 19:53Speaker 1: some information from you. Okay, thank you, thank you.
- 19:56Speaker 2: I'd like to slow down Violin beautiful. I feel like
- 20:01Speaker 2: it was kind of romantic.
- 20:02Speaker 1: The violin is a beautiful instrument. It really is.
- 20:05Speaker 2: So it was a harmonica. Ricky has that coming.
- 20:07Speaker 4: By the way, Kevin, I don't know why you want
- 20:10Speaker 4: me to fistfite you daily, but you ask for it.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Okay.
- 20:15Speaker 3: Three things you need to know so much for starting
- 20:18Speaker 3: your morning with us, We really truly appreciate it.
- 20:20Speaker 2: Ricky Sanchez has those three.
- 20:22Speaker 3: Things presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 20:24Speaker 4: Swift D's are trying to play fully bully Travis.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Kelcey into sharing wedding pictures.
- 20:29Speaker 4: One Sophy account is taking matters into their own hands
- 20:32Speaker 4: after we've gotten very little details on Taylor Swift and
- 20:34Speaker 4: Travis Kelsey's wedding and no photos have been.
- 20:37Speaker 1: Shared, which is entirely their choice. I just want to
- 20:40Speaker 1: say that, but the Swifties.
- 20:42Speaker 4: Are dying to know any little thing that they possibly
- 20:44Speaker 4: can about the wedding. So this one account has started
- 20:48Speaker 4: to share clips from Travis's past reality TV dating show
- 20:51Speaker 4: Catching Kelsey.
- 20:52Speaker 2: I forgot about that.
- 20:53Speaker 4: Show and the caption says, quote bullying Travis to post
- 20:56Speaker 4: wedding picks with Catching Kelsey throwbacks day one and in
- 20:59Speaker 4: the clip, he's dressed in a bright pink tank top, short,
- 21:05Speaker 4: tight neon green gym shorts and an electric orange headband.
- 21:10Speaker 4: Because he was guiding women through a series of dance
- 21:12Speaker 4: moves like a dance class that was.
- 21:15Speaker 2: Part of the shelf.
- 21:17Speaker 4: I forgot the show existed to Kevin, So the fact
- 21:19Speaker 4: that they've dug into that again is kind of funny,
- 21:22Speaker 4: kind of silly. Obviously, Travis has a sense of humor,
- 21:24Speaker 4: so I'm sure that he would think it's pretty funny himself.
- 21:27Speaker 4: But they're just really dying waiting for anything that they
- 21:30Speaker 4: can get about this wedding. We're just gonna have to
- 21:32Speaker 4: keep waiting though. Centennial Park's first permanent on.
- 21:36Speaker 1: Site cafe is opening.
- 21:37Speaker 4: Soon the park's historic nineteen sixty three croquet clubhouse.
- 21:42Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Why the sea's there, really hard to say.
- 21:46Speaker 4: Their structure is going to be transformed into the croquet cafe.
- 21:49Speaker 1: Got that one. We're just gonna serve coffee.
- 21:53Speaker 4: Smoothies, picnic boxes, salads, wraps, a whole bunch of stuff.
- 21:57Speaker 4: Every purchase is gonna go to a good cause. It's
- 22:00Speaker 4: gonna help fund Centennial Parks beautification, the Parthenon preservation, and
- 22:05Speaker 4: future park improvements. So it all goes right back into
- 22:07Speaker 4: the park, which is really amazing. No date has actually
- 22:10Speaker 4: officially been announced yet, but the plans say.
- 22:12Speaker 1: That it's gonna open this summer.
- 22:14Speaker 4: We're halfway there, so it should be opening pretty soon.
- 22:17Speaker 4: We'll keep you posted on an actual official date. And
- 22:21Speaker 4: we've got a new viral term. I don't think I.
- 22:24Speaker 1: Like it though. It's called body coffee. That's the term.
- 22:29Speaker 4: So it's the evolution of the term body tea, which
- 22:32Speaker 4: is like when someone looks really good, they got a
- 22:34Speaker 4: great physique kind of going on. It's like body tea,
- 22:38Speaker 4: but body coffee is taking it a step further because
- 22:42Speaker 4: tea isn't strong enough to describe how good you are.
- 22:46Speaker 1: OK, so it's body coffee. It just it feels weird
- 22:50Speaker 1: to me.
- 22:50Speaker 2: Feels like they're trying to force it or something.
- 22:52Speaker 4: Yeah, just stick with body t everybody knows what that means.
- 22:55Speaker 4: I feel like body coffee is a little much, but
- 22:57Speaker 4: gen Z seems to like it.
- 22:58Speaker 1: And who am I to tell them what to do?
- 23:00Speaker 1: I'm Richie Sanchez And those are the three things you
- 23:02Speaker 1: need to know.
- 23:03Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Minnow in the Morning on.
- 23:07Speaker 4: Do you have nicknames for people in your neighborhood who
- 23:10Speaker 4: you don't know their actual names.
- 23:13Speaker 1: It's one of seven five the River.
- 23:14Speaker 4: I saw this question on threads and the responses were
- 23:17Speaker 4: absolutely amazing, and I needed to bring it here to
- 23:20Speaker 4: see if anybody else does this.
- 23:21Speaker 7: Oh, I definitely do. Like all of my neighbors, I
- 23:24Speaker 7: don't know their first name.
- 23:26Speaker 1: You know, but you went around and talked to a
- 23:28Speaker 1: bunch of them.
- 23:29Speaker 7: Yeah, and I called them a nickname based on what
- 23:31Speaker 7: I learned about them.
- 23:32Speaker 1: Okay, so Zach already knows their names. What would rather
- 23:34Speaker 1: have a nickname for them?
- 23:36Speaker 2: Ef Man?
- 23:37Speaker 5: Pepper Man?
- 23:38Speaker 2: Yeah, he eats a lot of pepper.
- 23:41Speaker 1: How do you know he eats a lot of pepper?
- 23:43Speaker 7: We invite them over, threw them more time, We invite
- 23:46Speaker 7: them over for dinner. He put so much pepper on
- 23:48Speaker 7: the food that I already made.
- 23:49Speaker 2: You bring from your house, and you still don't call
- 23:52Speaker 2: him his real name. You call him pepper man. Ye
- 23:54Speaker 2: oh my god?
- 23:55Speaker 4: Six one five seven, three seven, nine, one oh seven.
- 23:58Speaker 4: What are your nicknames for the people your neighborhood who
- 24:01Speaker 4: you don't know their actual names?
- 24:03Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and man in the morning.
- 24:05Speaker 3: Nicknames for neighbors? It's one oh seven five the River.
- 24:08Speaker 3: You see these people regularly, but you don't know their names.

- 24:13Speaker 3: on the line. Do you have some of these in
- 24:15Speaker 3: your neighborhood?
- 24:17Speaker 6: Yes, and we call them We do have some of
- 24:19Speaker 6: their names. We call them Hallelujahs because they all have
- 24:22Speaker 6: religious names.
- 24:25Speaker 5: Not that.
- 24:27Speaker 2: That's so good, is it?
- 24:28Speaker 1: One family? Yes, that is amazing.
- 24:36Speaker 2: Okay, Oh, it's okay. There a lot of Andrea's out there.
- 24:38Speaker 2: You're fine.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Fac We appreciate you so much for calling in. That
- 24:43Speaker 1: is a really good one.
- 24:44Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 24:49Speaker 7: I'm going to think about that all day.
- 24:53Speaker 1: Brock and Nashville. Tell us your neighbors nicknames that you
- 24:56Speaker 1: got for them.
- 24:57Speaker 8: Well, I can tell you this, whether it's a neighbor
- 24:59Speaker 8: I don or I also run a professional putting tour
- 25:02Speaker 8: and I don't know a lot of guy's names. With that,
- 25:04Speaker 8: the classic my man.
- 25:06Speaker 5: It never fails.
- 25:07Speaker 8: You say my man, my man, and it never gets
- 25:10Speaker 8: a bad reaction. People love it. They don't know if
- 25:13Speaker 8: you don't know their name or not. But that's that's
- 25:15Speaker 8: my classic one.
- 25:16Speaker 5: My man.
- 25:18Speaker 4: And your voice, Brock, it seems like you are the
- 25:21Speaker 4: kind of guy who would call everybody my man.
- 25:23Speaker 2: Definitely.
- 25:24Speaker 8: Yeah, I probably am. In fact, now that I think about,
- 25:27Speaker 8: maybe I just call everybody that.

- 25:30Speaker 2: What if it's a female, what do you call them
- 25:32Speaker 2: my man?
- 25:32Speaker 1: My woman is a little creepy. I guess if you
- 25:36Speaker 1: do that.

- 25:38Speaker 6: Hey honey, hey honey, But.
- 25:40Speaker 8: I guess these days maybe the women aren't.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Liking that too much.
- 25:43Speaker 8: But it depends on how it depends on delivery. I
- 25:46Speaker 8: think that's on.
- 25:47Speaker 1: The delivery for sure.
- 25:48Speaker 2: Yeah, thanks for calling brock.
- 25:50Speaker 8: Okay, thanks guys, ricky, honey or sweetheart.
- 25:56Speaker 4: I'm gonna tell you right now, it totally depends on delivery,
- 25:58Speaker 4: like I said, because if it's like an older man,
- 26:00Speaker 4: that's just being sweet.
- 26:02Speaker 1: That's one thing. If it's a guy who says it
- 26:04Speaker 1: in a certain.
- 26:05Speaker 4: Tone the way that my head will snap back and
- 26:08Speaker 4: I will give you the dirtiest.

- 26:22Speaker 1: that's not weird or creepy to me. I also, I've
- 26:25Speaker 1: started calling everybody girl hate girl, whether it's a girl
- 26:28Speaker 1: or guy like girl. Don't you even care?
