- 0:05Speaker 1: Welcome to Just the Cats with Michael Bennett.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Hello, Big Blue Nation, Welcome to Just the Cats. My
- 0:16Speaker 2: name is Michael Bennett. I am live. Let me tell
- 0:19Speaker 2: you right now, I'm hyped up for some reason. I
- 0:21Speaker 2: don't know what is going on with me today, Tuesday,
- 0:24Speaker 2: April the fourteenth.
- 0:26Speaker 1: I hope everybody's having a great day.
- 0:27Speaker 2: It's going to be an absolutely beautiful day in louisvill
- 0:31Speaker 2: Kentucky today, no doubt, and I know you're looking forward
- 0:35Speaker 2: to it.
- 0:35Speaker 1: You were making fun of me because of.
- 0:38Speaker 3: It.
- 0:39Speaker 2: It's not going to rain, hopefully for a long time,
- 0:42Speaker 2: but it sounds like some rain's coming in.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Don't don't, don't accuse me of.
- 0:46Speaker 2: Doing anything, Okay, don't get me Okay, good, But the
- 0:50Speaker 2: whole nostera dramas thing, I'm still stuck on that from
- 0:53Speaker 2: that Texter telling me Noster damas Bennett.
- 0:56Speaker 1: But anyway, I don't know what's going on with me today.
- 1:00Speaker 2: I'm a little hyped up and I woke up in
- 1:04Speaker 2: a great mood and yet I'm so hyper. And you
- 1:06Speaker 2: know the thing about it is all I have before
- 1:11Speaker 2: we come on the show. I have a power bar.
- 1:13Speaker 2: I don't remember what the name of it. Is, and
- 1:16Speaker 2: then I have a gigantic cup of water. That's all
- 1:19Speaker 2: I have. I don't have any You know, Matthew would
- 1:21Speaker 2: come in here with these energy drinks because he needed
- 1:24Speaker 2: to get all hyped up. I just wake up, and
- 1:26Speaker 2: I've been up since. Say, okay, you've got celsius. I
- 1:31Speaker 2: only know what celsius is other than it's a different
- 1:35Speaker 2: Why is it it called fahrenheit great?
- 1:38Speaker 4: Is a Canadian? Is it a Canadian company? I guess
- 1:42Speaker 4: it could be any company European. Are we the only
- 1:45Speaker 4: one that used Fahir Nheit?
- 1:47Speaker 2: I think we are the only people in the world
- 1:50Speaker 2: that uses Fahir night. Everybody else in the world uses
- 1:53Speaker 2: the metric system and celsius, which.
- 1:57Speaker 4: Is really annoying if you're watching something that is using
- 2:00Speaker 4: the other system that we don't use. Right, I don't
- 2:03Speaker 4: know the conversion rates.
- 2:06Speaker 1: I don't either.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Oh, you know, back in February when I was in Norway,
- 2:11Speaker 2: I always wanted to know what the temperature was. Well,
- 2:13Speaker 2: anytime I asked, it would be well, it's forty two celsius.
- 2:17Speaker 2: It's like, okay, I have no idea what that means.
- 2:22Speaker 2: So it's like, dude, can you tell me In degrees,
- 2:25Speaker 2: He goes, I am telling you in degrees, I mean
- 2:28Speaker 2: in fahrenheit. My gosh, speak English. But anyway, I don't
- 2:33Speaker 2: think the guy thought I was too funny. I was
- 2:35Speaker 2: just trying to, you know, have a little fun with him.
- 2:37Speaker 4: But well, if you told him to speak English in
- 2:39Speaker 4: his country, he probably didn't like exactly.
- 2:43Speaker 2: He was probably cussing me in Norwegian whatever language they
- 2:46Speaker 2: speak over there, but Dutch, who knows. But I just like,
- 2:50Speaker 2: come on, man, because you know, if you fly an
- 2:55Speaker 2: airplane around the world, the FAA and well in the
- 3:00Speaker 2: towers around the world, they speak English, you don't speak
- 3:04Speaker 2: a different language.
- 3:05Speaker 4: I mean that makes sense. It's English is the most
- 3:07Speaker 4: common language.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Is it really the most common language?
- 3:10Speaker 2: Okay, all right, then if it's the most common language,
- 3:14Speaker 2: why is the metric system the most common system in
- 3:17Speaker 2: the world and yet we in the United States use
- 3:21Speaker 2: something completely different.
- 3:22Speaker 1: I don't I've never understood.
- 3:23Speaker 4: I've never understood it either.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Well, it's kind of like with with racing, especially horse racing.
- 3:29Speaker 2: You know they in the United States we run the
- 3:33Speaker 2: horses and in one way clockwise.
- 3:36Speaker 1: In England, this was a slap.
- 3:38Speaker 2: This was a definite slap in the face and intended
- 3:40Speaker 2: to be a slap in the face to the British
- 3:43Speaker 2: when we broke off from a British running country, that
- 3:48Speaker 2: we run them in a different way because they go
- 3:49Speaker 2: counterclockwise when they race. So I know that it does
- 3:53Speaker 2: that too. Australia does it always always? That's because the
- 3:58Speaker 2: tollet's flush in a different way. That's how that came about,
- 4:01Speaker 2: wasn't it. I'm not sure you know better than me.
- 4:04Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 4:05Speaker 1: I've never been down to Australia. All I know.
- 4:07Speaker 2: All I know about Australia's that have kangaroo's koalas and
- 4:10Speaker 2: they have toilets that flush the opposite way they do
- 4:13Speaker 2: in the United States.
- 4:14Speaker 4: Don't forget the wallabies. Wallabies, oh yeah, that too. I
- 4:18Speaker 4: know nothing else about Australia. I've never wanted to go.
- 4:21Speaker 4: It's too far to fly they but I want to
- 4:24Speaker 4: go to Australia just to see the animals like those.
- 4:27Speaker 4: Have you seen those big Huntsman spiders?
- 4:29Speaker 1: They have no what's a Huntsman spider?
- 4:32Speaker 4: Oh, you gotta look it up. They are a spider massive, like, yeah,
- 4:37Speaker 4: twenty times the size of a tarantula.
- 4:39Speaker 2: No, thank you, no, no, I don't. I don't want
- 4:44Speaker 2: to be anywhere near anything like that. I don't like spiders.
- 4:47Speaker 2: I don't like snakes.
- 4:49Speaker 4: Had a buddy who lived in Australia for a couple
- 4:51Speaker 4: of years, and some of the pictures he showed me
- 4:54Speaker 4: of the Huntsman spiders when he got back were just crazy.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Really as big as your hand.
- 4:59Speaker 4: Up my no times ten. Really like they're literally as
- 5:05Speaker 4: big around as.
- 5:06Speaker 1: A Hulu crazy. How are they poisonous?
- 5:11Speaker 4: No, they don't. I mean they're they're not dangerous to
- 5:14Speaker 4: people or anything.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Oh so they're not like tarantulas that are poisonous. Okay, interesting,
- 5:20Speaker 2: it's listen, I learned something every day on the show.
- 5:22Speaker 2: If it's not from you, it's from our texts and
- 5:25Speaker 2: to learn I've never heard of this spider before in
- 5:28Speaker 2: my life.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm gonna have to look it up. It's okay. Yeah, yeah.
- 5:32Speaker 2: I mean we're called just the Cats. Maybe we should
- 5:34Speaker 2: be called Justice Spiders. We're not about University of Richmond. No,
- 5:41Speaker 2: I don't want to talk about Richmond sports.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Listen.
- 5:44Speaker 2: I got stories about Richmond sports. When I was a kid,
- 5:46Speaker 2: I used to go watch and play football, basketball. It
- 5:49Speaker 2: was crazy. We had season tickets through my dad's company,
- 5:53Speaker 2: and we literally would drive our car into the stadium
- 5:58Speaker 2: and park next.
- 5:59Speaker 1: To the foot ball field. Why, I am not exaggerating.
- 6:03Speaker 4: How do you like that? Because there was nobody there.
- 6:05Speaker 4: They just said do it exactly. Nobody showed up for
- 6:10Speaker 4: these games. And it was I don't remember what stadium
- 6:12Speaker 4: it was in Richmond, Virginia, but we would literally we
- 6:15Speaker 4: had access to drive our car into the stadium this
- 6:18Speaker 4: is back in the seventies and park it next to
- 6:20Speaker 4: the football field. And then as soon as the game
- 6:23Speaker 4: was over, we'd walk down on the football field, get
- 6:25Speaker 4: in our car and lead That's awesome. It was wild.
- 6:30Speaker 1: It does.
- 6:30Speaker 2: I mean, wouldn't you love to go to every football
- 6:33Speaker 2: game just like that?
- 6:35Speaker 4: Any game? Don't I don't even care this for let
- 6:38Speaker 4: me just pull up to the court.
- 6:39Speaker 2: Well, you couldn't really do it with well, you could
- 6:41Speaker 2: park inside of a baseball stadium. You could do it
- 6:44Speaker 2: with anything, yes, But I mean we were literally right
- 6:48Speaker 2: next to the field parking our car.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Awesome. It was awesome.
- 6:52Speaker 2: I mean, I just I've never seen anything like that,
- 6:55Speaker 2: and I've never seen it again.
- 6:56Speaker 4: But I wonder if.
- 6:59Speaker 2: I doubt it because they moved away from their old
- 7:02Speaker 2: state whatever old stadium this was. It's kind of like
- 7:05Speaker 2: Legion feel in Birmingham. It was this old, crappy stadium
- 7:08Speaker 2: that had been around probably for a thousand years. And
- 7:11Speaker 2: I think the University of Richmond, the Spiders built, ended
- 7:13Speaker 2: up building their own stadium on campus. It's a beautiful campus.
- 7:17Speaker 2: We lived about ten minutes from the University of Richmond,
- 7:20Speaker 2: right off of River Road in Richmond, Virginia.
- 7:22Speaker 1: I loved it.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Richmond, Virginia and Louisville, Kentucky are very similar. If you
- 7:27Speaker 2: go to Richmond, you'll think you're in Louisville and vice versa. Yeah,
- 7:30Speaker 2: they're very similar. And I always loved Richmond, but yeah,
- 7:35Speaker 2: it was.
- 7:35Speaker 1: It was. It was kind of a cool place to
- 7:37Speaker 1: live when I was growing up.
- 7:38Speaker 5: That's awesome.
- 7:39Speaker 1: So yeah, lolle I love Virginia. You know it's for lovers,
- 7:43Speaker 1: don't you.
- 7:44Speaker 4: I know that? Yeahn't like it.
- 7:46Speaker 2: Do we know anything about states anymore? Because Kentucky is
- 7:50Speaker 2: the bluegrass state. Yep, Tennessee is the bone although there's here,
- 7:56Speaker 2: why not. I mean the grass is the same color
- 7:58Speaker 2: as it is in every other stit.
- 7:59Speaker 1: It's blue, don't you know?
- 8:00Speaker 2: Don't you you're gonna start an argument with me it's
- 8:03Speaker 2: the bluegrass state, just like saying.
- 8:05Speaker 1: That Louisville but it's green grass.
- 8:07Speaker 2: I had an argument last week with Matthew while you
- 8:11Speaker 2: were gone that Louisville is not a part of the South,
- 8:15Speaker 2: and Louisville is definitely in the South. So don't start
- 8:18Speaker 2: this blasphemy that Kentucky does not have bluegrass.
- 8:22Speaker 1: It does.
- 8:22Speaker 4: I'm with Michael here, or I mean, I'm with Matthew here.
- 8:26Speaker 4: It is not part of the South, and definitively all
- 8:29Speaker 4: the grass in the state is green, so the whole
- 8:32Speaker 4: bluegrass thing just doesn't make sense.
- 8:33Speaker 2: It's it's a bluish green. Okay, what yeah, it's stop it.
- 8:38Speaker 2: It's a bluegrass stack.
- 8:39Speaker 4: I'm colorblind, so I can't really tell you you're wrong,
- 8:42Speaker 4: but which, well.
- 8:43Speaker 2: Then don't even say it. You don't even know what
- 8:46Speaker 2: color it is. I can tell you outside it's purple.
- 8:49Speaker 2: It's the purple state. Anyway, Mike, all of a sudden,
- 8:53Speaker 2: you're trying to convince me that no, it's green, and
- 8:56Speaker 2: you don't even know what color it is in the
- 8:57Speaker 2: first place, because you're colorblind. I could see simple, it's
- 9:00Speaker 2: like green, what color can you not see? So there's
- 9:05Speaker 2: not there's not really a color I can't see. There's
- 9:08Speaker 2: just colors that I mix up, like purple, pinks, browns
- 9:11Speaker 2: and greens, reds and pinks, like there's there's a lot
- 9:15Speaker 2: of times where I'm confused with those colors.
- 9:17Speaker 1: Oh, then that you're not colorblind.
- 9:19Speaker 4: You I'm not totally color blind, but I am definitely
- 9:22Speaker 4: a certain type of color blindness for sure.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, good.
- 9:28Speaker 2: I mean, so, if you played with a yellow ball,
- 9:30Speaker 2: would you know it was yellow or would you think
- 9:32Speaker 2: it's white?
- 9:33Speaker 4: I would I'd probably I would like to think I
- 9:36Speaker 4: would know it was yellow. But it depends on the
- 9:38Speaker 4: shade of it. There there might be a possibility where
- 9:40Speaker 4: I thought it was orange. Really, you might think a
- 9:44Speaker 4: yellow ball is orange depending on the shade of it.
- 9:47Speaker 4: Now it's like a bright yellow, I'm obviously gonna be
- 9:50Speaker 4: able to tell that it's yellow. But if it's like
- 9:52Speaker 4: in the middle, there's part of my brain that will
- 9:55Speaker 4: convince me it's orange. I don't know.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Wow, okay, I I've never met anybody like that.
- 10:01Speaker 4: You know, that's a free guy carries the color blind gene.
- 10:05Speaker 4: Did you know that every male carries it? It's not
- 10:10Speaker 4: always activated. But every guy has the color blind gene.
- 10:15Speaker 1: How do you know that?
- 10:16Speaker 2: I've just ran across that staff, But I know every
- 10:19Speaker 2: color in the book. So why am I carrying the
- 10:21Speaker 2: color blind gene?
- 10:22Speaker 4: It just it's not activated, but it's in you.
- 10:25Speaker 2: There's a lot of things not activated in me out
- 10:28Speaker 2: right now. Yes, And I think if you ask my wife,
- 10:31Speaker 2: she would definitely agree with that one.
- 10:33Speaker 1: But anyway, I.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Don't know why I'm in the mood I'm in, but
- 10:38Speaker 2: I'm in a mood. So let's let's get I mean,
- 10:41Speaker 2: you're gonna square.
- 10:42Speaker 6: Look.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Look, I have squirreled so many times this morning, and Chris,
- 10:46Speaker 2: when I get hyper, I do. I think it's because
- 10:50Speaker 2: we're getting closer to Kentucky Derby time, which I really
- 10:53Speaker 2: look forward to.
- 10:55Speaker 1: And I am looking forward to that.
- 10:56Speaker 2: So uh, but anyway, let's talk about UK and I
- 11:02Speaker 2: think the story of the day yesterday was UK men's
- 11:06Speaker 2: basketball makes it official, hiring assistant coach, well head coach
- 11:11Speaker 2: Williams as an assistant coach. Of course, Williams thirteen years
- 11:16Speaker 2: in the NBA, very successful, thirteen year NBA veteran who
- 11:21Speaker 2: was a head coach at Jackson state the last four seasons.
- 11:25Speaker 2: I look at this and clearly some people said, well,
- 11:29Speaker 2: we're doing it because we want a son. Well, some
- 11:31Speaker 2: other people said, well, maybe we're bringing his son on
- 11:34Speaker 2: the team because we want his dad. If somehow, some way,
- 11:40Speaker 2: you see Tyron Stokes, you see Zoom Diallo, you see
- 11:44Speaker 2: some of these players that UK has been talking to,
- 11:46Speaker 2: and all of a sudden they're starting to commit to UK.
- 11:50Speaker 2: You look at this and think, Okay, maybe maybe.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Mo Williams was a good hire.
- 11:56Speaker 2: I mean, all of a sudden, there's been a jump
- 11:59Speaker 2: in who's been interested in UK. And part of part
- 12:03Speaker 2: of me thinks, you do you give credit to Mo
- 12:06Speaker 2: Williams already? And I'd have to say part of me says, yes,
- 12:11Speaker 2: I can't give it all. You got to give a
- 12:12Speaker 2: lot of credit to Mark Pope. Mark Pope's your head coach. Sure,
- 12:17Speaker 2: And but I look at this and I think I
- 12:19Speaker 2: see nothing but positives with Mo Williams joining the staff
- 12:23Speaker 2: at UK.
- 12:23Speaker 1: What do you think?
- 12:24Speaker 4: I mean, It's exactly what we talked about when when
- 12:26Speaker 4: all this first broke right. Is he's going to bring
- 12:31Speaker 4: certain advantages to the University of Kentucky as being in
- 12:35Speaker 4: a guy that had a great NBA career, won an
- 12:38Speaker 4: NBA championship. He knows what it takes to get to
- 12:41Speaker 4: the next level. So if you've got any players at
- 12:44Speaker 4: all interested in going that avenue, which ninety five percent
- 12:48Speaker 4: of them probably are thinking they're going to play in
- 12:50Speaker 4: the NBA one day, then who better to lead you there?
- 12:54Speaker 4: I mean, you got a head coach that played very
- 12:56Speaker 4: little in the NBA, But when you got a guy
- 12:58Speaker 4: on staff that for many, many years was a pivotal
- 13:02Speaker 4: piece of that league, Oh yeah, that's a that is
- 13:06Speaker 4: a useful guy to have and that's exactly what we
- 13:08Speaker 4: talked about when he got hired. And now you're seeing
- 13:11Speaker 4: the fruits of that labor.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Ya hope.
- 13:13Speaker 2: So yeah, because a lot of good things happened yesterday
- 13:17Speaker 2: with these players showing up at UK and I hope
- 13:21Speaker 2: it works out now.
- 13:22Speaker 4: Doesn't worry. None of them committed though, neither of those guys.
- 13:27Speaker 4: I mean, you got fresh in coming up.
- 13:30Speaker 1: If you want me to be honest, absolutely it does.
- 13:32Speaker 2: You would think they would want to close the deal immediately.
- 13:36Speaker 2: It's like, why do you want to leave? Let's go
- 13:38Speaker 2: ahead and announce it right now and be done. It
- 13:40Speaker 2: does bother me a little bit, and probably the one
- 13:45Speaker 2: that ends up bothering me the most is not necessarily
- 13:49Speaker 2: Zoom Diallo, but it's Rob Right because I feel like
- 13:53Speaker 2: Rob Right, there is a still a strong chance he
- 13:56Speaker 2: goes back to BUYU and uh oh, I really do
- 14:02Speaker 2: think that. Yeah, believe me, and I bet Colin Chandler
- 14:05Speaker 2: is a part of that mix as far as talking
- 14:08Speaker 2: to him to come back to so, I don't know
- 14:10Speaker 2: what I mean, what.
- 14:11Speaker 4: An interesting spot that Colin Chandler is in, Like if
- 14:15Speaker 4: Roberr I were to come to him for advice, like, hey,
- 14:18Speaker 4: take your bias out of it, even though you've got
- 14:21Speaker 4: a bias to both of these places, what should I do?
- 14:24Speaker 4: What would be the smartest for my game? Do you
- 14:26Speaker 4: think Colin's given him a truthful answer? Do you think
- 14:28Speaker 4: Colin's like, oh, you should be a BYU. We're gonna
- 14:31Speaker 4: win a ton of games.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Yeah, I guarantee you.
- 14:34Speaker 2: While he's because he's part of BYU now, so of
- 14:37Speaker 2: course he is selling BYU. Even though he has definitely
- 14:42Speaker 2: a love for the University Kentucky and Mark Pope, but man,
- 14:45Speaker 2: he's now a part of the BYU nation. I would so, yeah,
- 14:49Speaker 2: he is selling BYU and wants him to come back.
- 14:52Speaker 4: I would be curious to hear those conversations between those
- 14:55Speaker 4: two guys.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Would you really yeah, I listen. I don't think Colin
- 15:00Speaker 2: Chandler would tell a lie. I don't think that's the
- 15:03Speaker 2: case at all. He would certainly say, listen, it's a
- 15:06Speaker 2: great place to play. I loved my time, but I
- 15:08Speaker 2: wanted to go back home. My wife wanted to go
- 15:10Speaker 2: back home, and I want to play at BYU. That's
- 15:13Speaker 2: where I felt at most, the home and so and
- 15:18Speaker 2: with that, why don't you come with me. Let's put
- 15:20Speaker 2: together a great team. So that's what concerns me, and
- 15:24Speaker 2: I hope that's not the case. But I guarantee you
- 15:27Speaker 2: that that's what Colin Chandler's doing. He's not telling by
- 15:30Speaker 2: saying that, he's not saying a lie. He's just saying, listen,
- 15:33Speaker 2: I enjoyed my time there, but I would rather be here,
- 15:36Speaker 2: and I think you would too.
- 15:38Speaker 1: So you never know.
- 15:40Speaker 4: Right's in a much different situation though he very much so,
- 15:43Speaker 4: he's in a completely different situation. And I would bet
- 15:47Speaker 4: that Mark Pope is probably offering him more money than
- 15:51Speaker 4: be Well, I don't know. Maybe BYU is offering him
- 15:54Speaker 4: more money. But somehow, some way, Mark Pope's got to
- 15:58Speaker 4: get some more players here and to get these names
- 16:02Speaker 4: to come to Lexington and then have them leave and
- 16:04Speaker 4: not commit.
- 16:05Speaker 2: Yes, it makes me nervous. It makes me really nervous.
- 16:08Speaker 2: That why why haven't we heard anything? I mean, and
- 16:12Speaker 2: I know I'm not alone on that.
- 16:13Speaker 4: Louisvill's gotten two or three guys already. Indiana got two
- 16:17Speaker 4: or three guys yesterday. So to my knowledge, Kentucky's our
- 16:21Speaker 4: only local team that hasn't gotten anybody out of the
- 16:24Speaker 4: portal yet, right, and exactly a week into this thing.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Yeah, So.
- 16:30Speaker 2: The fact that you're, uh, you know, we talked about
- 16:33Speaker 2: this yesterday, your your your you know, other school an
- 16:37Speaker 2: hour away just down the road has gotten two of
- 16:40Speaker 2: the biggest players in the portal, it kind of makes
- 16:43Speaker 2: you nervous. But anyway, by the way, I won't say anything.
- 16:48Speaker 2: I was gonna say something, but I won't say it now.
- 16:51Speaker 2: I won't say it. No, So I'm not I'm sounding
- 16:53Speaker 2: like Mark Pope now, Uh.
- 16:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 16:55Speaker 2: A little situation happened by something I said yesterday on
- 16:58Speaker 2: the radio. Yesterday A particular school didn't like what I
- 17:02Speaker 2: said on the radio.
- 17:03Speaker 5: True.
- 17:04Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, so I wanted to know where I
- 17:08Speaker 2: learned this information. So yeah, yeah, the school based right
- 17:12Speaker 2: here in our city right now. Yeah, they didn't like
- 17:14Speaker 2: what I said, so anyway, we'll just keep it at that.
- 17:17Speaker 2: But let's show, well exactly, I mean what, I'm a
- 17:24Speaker 2: threat now to the university here in the city.
- 17:27Speaker 4: I mean, nobody exactly.
- 17:31Speaker 2: Nobody listened to the show, Nobody Texas show. Nobody, nobody
- 17:35Speaker 2: listened to the podcast. I mean, what are you worried about?
- 17:38Speaker 2: My goodness, Michael Bennett is a threat? Man.
- 17:44Speaker 1: I love it. It made me laugh. I will say that.
- 17:47Speaker 2: It made me laugh that people are concerned about what
- 17:51Speaker 2: I have said. But all right, let's go ahead and
- 17:53Speaker 2: take our first break. But we got a lot to
- 17:56Speaker 2: talk about today. I'm sorry, justin I did say that,
- 17:58Speaker 2: but we do have a lot to talk about today.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Uh yeah, we got some Jalen Low news. We now
- 18:05Speaker 2: know where he's going.
- 18:06Speaker 7: Uh.
- 18:07Speaker 2: I did enjoy seeing the picture of this young man
- 18:12Speaker 2: that played college football, played arena football, and now he
- 18:16Speaker 2: is doing something trying to get a tryout, and I
- 18:20Speaker 2: love what he's trying to do. And then do we
- 18:22Speaker 2: really care about Mike Vrabel I mean, do we really
- 18:26Speaker 2: care about this story?
- 18:26Speaker 1: I want to talk about that.
- 18:28Speaker 2: And then, uh, it's interesting to see what's going on
- 18:33Speaker 2: in China with this whole robot thing.
- 18:36Speaker 1: We're going to talk about that too.
- 18:37Speaker 2: So and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame thing
- 18:39Speaker 2: came out, so that came out yesterday.
- 18:42Speaker 1: We got a lot to talk about. So stay right there.
- 18:44Speaker 1: Lots more to come up.
- 18:45Speaker 2: Plus we'll get your text Fable two three four fourteen fifty.
- 18:48Speaker 2: You want to call Fable two four to one four
- 18:50Speaker 2: fourteen fifty. You want a text in on the Whiskey
- 18:52Speaker 2: ped text line, Stay right there, Jess again, it's coming,
- 19:03Speaker 2: com me down.
- 19:05Speaker 7: Seven days kind.
- 19:26Speaker 4: A dozen times ago.
- 19:28Speaker 2: I reached out one night fib out two three four
- 19:31Speaker 2: fourteen fifty. If you want to call in, If you
- 19:34Speaker 2: want to text in on the Whisky feeth line, you
- 19:36Speaker 2: can do that five O two.
- 19:37Speaker 1: Four one four fourteen fifty. You can tweet me just
- 19:39Speaker 1: the cat radio.
- 19:40Speaker 2: Did you realize that on this date in nineteen twelve,
- 19:46Speaker 2: are you ready?
- 19:49Speaker 1: I know you're already live. I know I wasn't alive
- 19:52Speaker 1: during this time.
- 19:53Speaker 4: And no, I didn't realize that something happened on this
- 19:56Speaker 4: date in nineteen twenty.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Yes, yes, the Titanic Saint today?
- 20:00Speaker 4: How about that?
- 20:01Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 20:01Speaker 4: See, I do you change your mind? Soon as I
- 20:03Speaker 4: said that, I wasn't hating on it. I was just
- 20:06Speaker 4: I thought it was funny the way you phrased that question.
- 20:08Speaker 1: I know, like you would remember something.
- 20:10Speaker 2: But uh no, in nineteen twelve, today, two am the
- 20:14Speaker 2: Titanic Saint. So Leonardo DiCaprio is no longer alive at
- 20:17Speaker 2: this point.
- 20:18Speaker 1: I'm sure. I'm sure that's a movie you never saw.
- 20:21Speaker 4: That is the movie I saw. I've mentioned that multiple times.
- 20:25Speaker 1: Okay, good one.
- 20:26Speaker 4: What first movie you ever saw?
- 20:27Speaker 1: Multiple in one times?
- 20:29Speaker 2: Now?
- 20:29Speaker 4: Okay, first movie I ever saw? Frontal nudity? Oh?
- 20:33Speaker 1: Really?
- 20:33Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 20:35Speaker 1: Nice?
- 20:35Speaker 6: No?
- 20:36Speaker 1: Not nice? Oh it was bad.
- 20:38Speaker 4: Okay, that's like not a great first experience into frontal nudity.
- 20:44Speaker 4: They're like, I've learned and uh, however, many years since
- 20:47Speaker 4: that there's way better out there.
- 20:50Speaker 2: Okay, but you know enough of that, okay, because we
- 20:54Speaker 2: there might be kids listening to that, and it's like,
- 20:56Speaker 2: I'm going to get the blame for it, not you.
- 20:58Speaker 1: I'm going to get the blame.
- 20:59Speaker 4: I don't know what the those words mean.
- 21:01Speaker 2: Okay, Well, stop using those words. Then okay, so let's
- 21:04Speaker 2: not talk about that. But it was it was a
- 21:06Speaker 2: it was a relatively good movie.
- 21:09Speaker 4: I mean it was horrible.
- 21:10Speaker 1: You thought it was horrible. It's too long.
- 21:12Speaker 2: My biggest complain is way too long, which makes me think, Okay,
- 21:16Speaker 2: what is a really good long movie? Is there a
- 21:20Speaker 2: really good one that you have seen? Okay, what is it?
- 21:23Speaker 4: Goodfellas?
- 21:24Speaker 1: Oh that's a great one.
- 21:26Speaker 4: That's like three hours and I could watch it?
- 21:29Speaker 1: Is it that long?
- 21:30Speaker 6: Oh?
- 21:30Speaker 4: Yeah, it's almost three hours.
- 21:32Speaker 2: I didn't realize Goodfellas was that long a movie, and
- 21:35Speaker 2: I could not agree with you more. I mean that, Uh, okay,
- 21:41Speaker 2: so it's two and a half. Yeah, anything over an
- 21:44Speaker 2: hour forty five is a long movie to me?
- 21:47Speaker 1: Is that fair? Hour and a half? No doubt is
- 21:49Speaker 1: a long movie.
- 21:50Speaker 2: And that's a fantastic one. I mean, Robert read Robert
- 21:55Speaker 2: red for Robert de Niro, Joe Peshy, who's the Who's
- 22:00Speaker 2: Ray Ray Lioda who was.
- 22:04Speaker 1: Phenomenal at it? Yeah?
- 22:06Speaker 2: Yeah, and the director was unbelievable. So anyway, that's a
- 22:10Speaker 2: great call right there. I'm trying to think. I know
- 22:12Speaker 2: a lot of people out there will say The Godfather,
- 22:16Speaker 2: you and I both. I mean, we talked about this
- 22:18Speaker 2: was Corey Price not too long ago. We've never seen
- 22:21Speaker 2: The Godfather. I've never seen it before, You've never seen before.
- 22:25Speaker 2: That's a long movie, I believe, isn't it is. I'm
- 22:27Speaker 2: trying to think, what's another really long movie out there
- 22:30Speaker 2: that we haven't seen that we think is really good?
- 22:32Speaker 1: But I can't think of one right now. But let's
- 22:34Speaker 1: get to the text line.
- 22:36Speaker 2: One person said, I don't know what that was from Bennett,
- 22:40Speaker 2: but it wasn't British.
- 22:41Speaker 1: Laugh out loud.
- 22:42Speaker 2: Yeah, I agree when I said just the cots, I
- 22:44Speaker 2: don't know where that came from. I mean, it's not
- 22:48Speaker 2: what is it? Just the CODs? That's a different word
- 22:52Speaker 2: it is. It's a cod I did. I mean, I
- 22:57Speaker 2: don't know why I said that. I mean that was
- 22:59Speaker 2: just and immediately I thought of a camping bed as
- 23:01Speaker 2: a cot. I don't know why I said just the cut.
- 23:05Speaker 2: So this is not a camping show, I promise you.
- 23:07Speaker 2: One person said, I'm starting to have concerns with Michael's
- 23:10Speaker 2: taste buds no one cheese, no cheese on Burger doesn't
- 23:15Speaker 2: like chocolate chip cookies.
- 23:16Speaker 1: Yes I do.
- 23:17Speaker 2: Favorite dessert is to flay all right, No it was No,
- 23:25Speaker 2: it's too FLEs my favorite dessert. It is my favorite dessert. No,
- 23:29Speaker 2: I do like chocolate chip cookies. And yes, I went
- 23:33Speaker 2: to McDonald yesterday and I had a hamburger. I didn't
- 23:35Speaker 2: have a cheeseburger. So I thought about how many people
- 23:38Speaker 2: are going to give me a hard time if I
- 23:40Speaker 2: mentioned this today I had a hamburger.
- 23:42Speaker 4: I don't think it has it'll have anything to do
- 23:44Speaker 4: with the hamburger. I think it's the fact that the
- 23:46Speaker 4: place you went to you decided consciously that you want
- 23:49Speaker 4: to have a hamburger. But yeah, you went to the
- 23:51Speaker 4: worst place possible to get a hamburger.
- 23:54Speaker 2: Every now and then, I like a McDonald cheeseburger, but
- 23:56Speaker 2: without the cheese or a pickle. I get it with
- 23:59Speaker 2: just the ketchup and mustard and that's it.
- 24:01Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 24:02Speaker 2: Well, I mean nothing else was closer. I thought, well,
- 24:05Speaker 2: there's McDonald's. I'm just gonna be lazy and go right there.
- 24:08Speaker 4: There is there something in the rules here for Big X.
- 24:11Speaker 4: If you work, if you do a show on Big X,
- 24:14Speaker 4: you have to have bad food takes because yours are awful.
- 24:20Speaker 4: TJ Walker. But bless his heart when he was still
- 24:23Speaker 4: doing radio. Hopefully he comes back, maybe not. He had
- 24:26Speaker 4: dude's got worse food takes than you, and that's something.
- 24:30Speaker 1: Well, I listen.
- 24:31Speaker 2: If he comes back, maybe he should do an eight
- 24:34Speaker 2: o'clock show eight till ten instead of a noon to two.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Oops?
- 24:39Speaker 2: Does that mean to say I would love it if
- 24:42Speaker 2: he joined me? I love TJ I mean, yeah, he
- 24:45Speaker 2: seems like a really good guy. So, uh, Michael, In
- 24:48Speaker 2: the US, our horses and cars run counterclockwise, did I?
- 24:52Speaker 4: Oh?
- 24:53Speaker 2: I did say that, didn't I sorry about that? It's
- 24:55Speaker 2: the other way around.
- 24:56Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 24:56Speaker 2: The British run it clockwise. Yeah, and we want run
- 25:02Speaker 2: counterclock rise. Yeah, I got I got it backwards. You're right,
- 25:05Speaker 2: Thank you very much. I appreciate that correction. Josh texted.
- 25:10Speaker 2: Every man also carries the selective hearing gene frequently. All right,
- 25:17Speaker 2: So my wife just left a few minutes ago before
- 25:21Speaker 2: I got here, and I'm sitting there listening to my
- 25:25Speaker 2: wife and son are getting ready to walk out, and
- 25:28Speaker 2: my son this was this earlier this morning. My son,
- 25:32Speaker 2: as my wife is talking to me, I'm not listening
- 25:35Speaker 2: to a word she's saying. My son calls out and says, dad,
- 25:39Speaker 2: you're not listening, are you? And I looked right at him,
- 25:42Speaker 2: says nope, I'm not. So they had to repeat exactly
- 25:48Speaker 2: what they said. Foy eight Handley said, the Mason Dixon
- 25:52Speaker 2: Line is generally regarded as the dividing line between north
- 25:57Speaker 2: and south. For many years, the Mason Dixon Games were
- 26:00Speaker 2: held in Louisville. Was one of the premiere indoor track
- 26:04Speaker 2: meets in the country, filled with world class competitors. I
- 26:07Speaker 2: didn't know that, did you. So that means a Mason
- 26:10Speaker 2: Dixon Line is here in Louisville, and which part of
- 26:14Speaker 2: it separate? I think the Ohio River separates the Mason
- 26:16Speaker 2: Dixon Line, doesn't it.
- 26:17Speaker 4: I have no idea.
- 26:19Speaker 1: So Louisville is in the South.
- 26:20Speaker 4: I just I don't consider Louisville part of the South.
- 26:24Speaker 2: Okay, you're wrong about it, Yeah, you're wrong. One person
- 26:28Speaker 2: said The Godfather. Yeah, that's a long movie. You're right,
- 26:32Speaker 2: So there's gotta be more. Really, I think I know
- 26:36Speaker 2: you never saw it, but I loved it. It's a
- 26:39Speaker 2: movie with Robert Redford and Dustin Hoffman called All the
- 26:42Speaker 2: President's Men. That is one of my all time favorite movies.
- 26:47Speaker 2: It's about Bob Woodward and I'm forgetting the other guy.
- 26:52Speaker 2: But they found out that Richard Nixon, the former president,
- 26:57Speaker 2: was a part of all the scandal, and god him
- 27:00Speaker 2: men peached and he resigned and all that kind of stuff.
- 27:02Speaker 2: But uh, anyway, so that's a great one.
- 27:05Speaker 4: What I just looked at up best movies over two hours,
- 27:09Speaker 4: and I'm so mad at myself.
- 27:10Speaker 1: What is it?
- 27:11Speaker 4: Shawshank Redemption?
- 27:13Speaker 7: Oh?
- 27:14Speaker 4: Is that over two hours? Is it really twenty two minutes? Yeah?
- 27:18Speaker 1: Is it that long?
- 27:19Speaker 4: Casino? Oh my gosh, how do I for kick Casino?
- 27:22Speaker 4: That's three Casino's a great one. Well that's another one.
- 27:26Speaker 4: Robert de Niro, Joe Pesci. Uh, Shaw Shank Redemption. I
- 27:30Speaker 4: didn't realize Tim Robbins.
- 27:32Speaker 2: And uh, who's the other guy that I dearly love
- 27:36Speaker 2: that's in the Shawan Morgan Freeman.
- 27:39Speaker 1: I love him. I would do anything to meet him
- 27:42Speaker 1: for sure.
- 27:42Speaker 6: Uh.
- 27:43Speaker 2: Yeah, that's another great movie. That's over two hours. So
- 27:46Speaker 2: those are two great There's more, though, I promise you
- 27:48Speaker 2: there's more than those four right there, or five that
- 27:51Speaker 2: we've mentioned.
- 27:52Speaker 1: Uh, let's see.
- 27:54Speaker 2: One person said the Titanic Saint today geez, and right
- 27:57Speaker 2: before Michael's wife could book a trip on it godly,
- 28:01Speaker 2: that's just me. Be careful what papers you signed without
- 28:04Speaker 2: reading them first.
- 28:05Speaker 1: Haha.
- 28:06Speaker 2: My gosh, man, that was just a mean one. And
- 28:09Speaker 2: Michael wasn't on it things a lot, so that made
- 28:12Speaker 2: me feel real good. Michael, stop this best merching, this
- 28:16Speaker 2: merching the good name of Bellerman. What it's the the
- 28:22Speaker 2: Katrina Pale school of learning. Not sure anything you say
- 28:26Speaker 2: can really be all that negative to them in comparison,
- 28:30Speaker 2: So yeah, that's I'm not bes merching the good name
- 28:34Speaker 2: of Bellerman. I would never do that. But anyway, one
- 28:39Speaker 2: person said, apologies for calling you knows to damas. Maybe
- 28:42Speaker 2: next time you don't wish ill on our beloved thunder.
- 28:47Speaker 2: I did not wish ill on Thunder of lovel I
- 28:51Speaker 2: just didn't want it to get canceled again this year.
- 28:53Speaker 4: Have you seen the forecast? Yes, it's not look good.
- 28:59Speaker 2: No of all the it's beautiful all last week, this week,
- 29:02Speaker 2: and it's supposed to be really nice next week and
- 29:04Speaker 2: it rains on thunder.
- 29:05Speaker 4: You never had any rain for like three weeks and
- 29:07Speaker 4: then thunder.
- 29:09Speaker 2: Yeah jokes aside. Appreciate you and who's your boy? For
- 29:12Speaker 2: making my mornings entertaining? Important question for you. Would I
- 29:16Speaker 2: be fine seeking cover in a storm shelter Saturday, or
- 29:19Speaker 2: do I need to find an emergency bunker.
- 29:22Speaker 1: I mean, that's a fair question.
- 29:24Speaker 2: I hopefully you don't need anything other than just a poncho,
- 29:29Speaker 2: so hopefully that's it. But yeah, and by the way,
- 29:33Speaker 2: mister Illinois, I appreciate your text. You make me laugh
- 29:35Speaker 2: pretty much every day as well. So uh buzz texted
- 29:40Speaker 2: Michael in the us R Horses and Cars Run.
- 29:43Speaker 1: I got that one from another air Gone with the Wind.
- 29:46Speaker 1: Oh my gosh.
- 29:47Speaker 2: I didn't even think about that one phenomenal movie. That's
- 29:52Speaker 2: definitely they all right, cause you could expand on the question.
- 29:57Speaker 2: You could make it how many movies out there that
- 30:00Speaker 2: were great had intermissions? Because Gone with the Wind had
- 30:04Speaker 2: an intermission. I'm trying to think, Uh, Titanic had an intermission.
- 30:10Speaker 2: Somebody just said Gone with the Wind, which I thought
- 30:12Speaker 2: was great. I didn't think about this. This is another
- 30:16Speaker 2: really good one that somebody sent in Oppenheimer, which I
- 30:19Speaker 2: haven't seen yet. It's supposed to be an unbelievable movie.
- 30:23Speaker 4: I won't see that movie. You won't. It's just entirely
- 30:27Speaker 4: too long.
- 30:29Speaker 1: Schindler's List.
- 30:30Speaker 4: Nope, I'm good on that.
- 30:33Speaker 1: Wow, that's I loved Schindler's list.
- 30:36Speaker 4: I just I don't watch a whole lot of movies period.
- 30:38Speaker 4: And then the long ones that I am gonna watch
- 30:40Speaker 4: are the ones I've already seen.
- 30:42Speaker 2: Dances with Wolves he sent in is that long? Evidently
- 30:47Speaker 2: it is? I think it is. That's with I can't
- 30:51Speaker 2: think of the star's name, but he's a pretty good actor.
- 30:54Speaker 2: He's the guy that was in Field of Dreams. That's
- 30:57Speaker 2: Dances with Wolves. No, no, butsed I know exactly. And
- 31:03Speaker 2: that's a great guess right there. But it's not him.
- 31:06Speaker 2: Somebody's going to text it into us so we don't
- 31:08Speaker 2: have to look it up. Avatar. I've never seen avatar either. Yeah,
- 31:12Speaker 2: all right, before we take a break, let's go to
- 31:14Speaker 2: the phone lines. Uh Fable two three four fourteen fifty
- 31:17Speaker 2: or you want to keep the text coming in Fable
- 31:19Speaker 2: two four one four fourteen fifty on the whiskey deep
- 31:22Speaker 2: text line, John, what's going on?
- 31:26Speaker 6: Oh man, it's a good morning. Hey, you know Michael
- 31:30Speaker 6: and Justin. Look, whenever you work at a car lot,
- 31:35Speaker 6: you never let someone leave the car lot without buying
- 31:37Speaker 6: the car, right absolutely, If your car is sells me right, yo.
- 31:44Speaker 6: But the difference here with Kentucky is we're not a
- 31:47Speaker 6: car lot, and I'm in a real estate business. And
- 31:51Speaker 6: whenever I have someone come look at a house and
- 31:53Speaker 6: they go, man, I love this house. I really want
- 31:56Speaker 6: this house. Sometimes we might say you want to make
- 31:59Speaker 6: an offer. A lot of times the families go, you know,
- 32:03Speaker 6: we just gotta go home and talk it over with
- 32:05Speaker 6: the kid, or we gotta talk I gotta tell my husband,
- 32:08Speaker 6: or I gotta talk to my wife, you know, or
- 32:09Speaker 6: something if they didn't come together. So there's a bunch
- 32:12Speaker 6: of things. When you're purchasing a home. It's different than
- 32:15Speaker 6: purchasing a Ford focus, you know. And so I think,
- 32:20Speaker 6: you know, Louisville, those are Ford focused car lots. So
- 32:23Speaker 6: these kids they go there, they get happy. They see
- 32:25Speaker 6: a shiny room, they see a shiny car. Oh, I
- 32:27Speaker 6: love it. I want to stay here at Kentucky. They
- 32:30Speaker 6: can tell this is a bigger step in their life.
- 32:34Speaker 6: This is a thirty year commitment because beyond this year,
- 32:37Speaker 6: BBN's gonna love them forever and they're gonna cherish them,
- 32:42Speaker 6: and they're gonna watch them go all the way through
- 32:45Speaker 6: the NBA rankings. They're gonna watch them play in those
- 32:48Speaker 6: NBA games, and when they come back to Rupp, they're
- 32:50Speaker 6: gonna get just you know, cheered and showered with gifts
- 32:54Speaker 6: and excitement. And they know if they play their cards right, Michael,
- 32:58Speaker 6: this is a commitment of a lifetime. So this is
- 33:00Speaker 6: not a bye here, pay here a lot like Louisville
- 33:03Speaker 6: and Justin unfortunately like Indiana, this is Kentucky.
- 33:09Speaker 2: I love how you suddenly put that in there, John,
- 33:12Speaker 2: well done. I just want to compliment you on that
- 33:14Speaker 2: before you go on.
- 33:17Speaker 6: Yes. I mean I just had to say it that way.
- 33:19Speaker 6: I mean, I understand w everybody says, we're afraid why
- 33:21Speaker 6: didn't they commit? You know, I could be wrong. Some
- 33:23Speaker 6: of these guys may say, you know, I like I
- 33:25Speaker 6: like the taste of duck soup with organ or something
- 33:28Speaker 6: or whatever. But I don't see that.
- 33:30Speaker 7: Uh.
- 33:31Speaker 6: We look at we look at the Graham. The Graham
- 33:35Speaker 6: I call it the Instagram. And I'm not two hip,
- 33:37Speaker 6: I'm forty, so I'm trying to hang in there. But
- 33:39Speaker 6: the Graham showed some good smiles from Tyrone Stokes mother.
- 33:43Speaker 6: She had some good smiles on her face, which is
- 33:45Speaker 6: a positive sign. And if you look at Tyrone Stokes
- 33:49Speaker 6: story on his the Grand Instagram. He shows the skyline
- 33:53Speaker 6: picture of and he has rough arena in the wording
- 33:56Speaker 6: as far as the location of where he was at.
- 33:59Speaker 6: Look the guy I was taking a picture of his future.
- 34:02Speaker 6: He wasn't taking a picture of just him holding a basketball.
- 34:05Speaker 6: He was taking he was looking out into the horizon
- 34:09Speaker 6: and he was seeing everything that Kentucky can give. It's
- 34:12Speaker 6: like the Lion King when they were holding Simba up.
- 34:14Speaker 6: You know to everyone, this guy here, John recruiting this
- 34:21Speaker 6: guy go ahead, Matthew, Sorry you.
- 34:27Speaker 1: Called me Matthew.
- 34:28Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. Now now John, I just asked all
- 34:31Speaker 2: respect for you right now, Matthew.
- 34:37Speaker 1: Yeah we do. We couldn't agree with you more.
- 34:39Speaker 2: I miss Matthew as well, because uh uh he was
- 34:42Speaker 2: a lot of fun to have on here.
- 34:43Speaker 1: But I I couldn't agree with you more. John.
- 34:46Speaker 2: I think well said on everything you just put there,
- 34:49Speaker 2: because you're right. It is a massive decision for these
- 34:52Speaker 2: young men. They're there in a time of their life
- 34:55Speaker 2: that this is life changing for them. It's not just
- 34:59Speaker 2: about the money, but I mean a good portion of
- 35:02Speaker 2: it is about the money, but this is life changing
- 35:04Speaker 2: for them and their family. So it does make me
- 35:08Speaker 2: nervous that when you don't close the deal. But on
- 35:10Speaker 2: the other hand, you're right when you refer back to
- 35:13Speaker 2: the Instagram account that he has and that he posted yesterday,
- 35:17Speaker 2: it makes you feel like, Okay, this looks really good.
- 35:22Speaker 6: Yes, yep, and I can't wait. I mean, we could
- 35:26Speaker 6: be wrong, maybe we mess out. You know, if we
- 35:28Speaker 6: mess out, Mark Folks is going to mess out on
- 35:31Speaker 6: keeping his job, so he knows it's got to be done.
- 35:35Speaker 6: And I wish I was there on that staff because yes,
- 35:37Speaker 6: those guys would have left, but I probably would have
- 35:40Speaker 6: been you know, maybe trailing their bumper, and that might
- 35:43Speaker 6: have been a bad idea, but I would just tell them, guys,
- 35:46Speaker 6: listen to me. You're you're going to bring something back
- 35:49Speaker 6: to this fan base that we have been messing since
- 35:51Speaker 6: twenty twelve that we didn't get it. We got robbed
- 35:54Speaker 6: from us on a couple of no calls in a
- 35:56Speaker 6: tournament game in twenty fifteen that could have put us
- 35:58Speaker 6: highly highly, real high legacy. So you're bringing something back
- 36:03Speaker 6: to this state, to this university that is messing and
- 36:08Speaker 6: that needs to be back at its true rifle home
- 36:11Speaker 6: right here at the university of Kentucky. This is the
- 36:15Speaker 6: real mecha of basketball, and it's messing pieces such as
- 36:19Speaker 6: yourself to keep that tradition going. And so that's what
- 36:22Speaker 6: I would tell these guys. I know they're probably getting
- 36:25Speaker 6: word that mark from coach Pope Moe Williams. We can't
- 36:29Speaker 6: forget about Keegan. Keegan came in basketball operations. Looks like
- 36:33Speaker 6: some stuff have picked up with that part of I
- 36:35Speaker 6: believe he's doing some aspects of that. Can't forget about
- 36:38Speaker 6: mister Keegan. I can't get its Keigan Brown or can't
- 36:40Speaker 6: forget about him and Moe Williams. These two guys together
- 36:44Speaker 6: have changed the narrative so far. I mean, we're getting guys.
- 36:47Speaker 6: We're getting the buzz and the filling back Michael and
- 36:49Speaker 6: Justin And one last thing I'll get off the way overdue.
- 36:53Speaker 6: Sorry about that, but I don't know if it was mentioned,
- 36:55Speaker 6: but Forrest Gump two hour, twenty two minute movie. I
- 36:58Speaker 6: love that movie. I think that's one of the best
- 37:00Speaker 6: long movies.
- 37:01Speaker 1: Another one, Yes, perfect John great call.
- 37:05Speaker 2: I love it when you call it because we need
- 37:07Speaker 2: a weekly affirmation, a motivational speed from John every single week.
- 37:11Speaker 2: And I love it when you call it because you're
- 37:13Speaker 2: absolutely correct. We need you recruiting for us.
- 37:17Speaker 6: Oh no, prom Hey, I love doing it. I love
- 37:19Speaker 6: calling in. Thanks you guys for taking his call. Sorry
- 37:22Speaker 6: for saying Matthew Michael, but I do miss Matthew. Matthew,
- 37:25Speaker 6: if you're listening, we always love having you on there,
- 37:28Speaker 6: even though some of your sports takes for trash.
- 37:32Speaker 1: But that's why we loved him there, so I couldn't
- 37:35Speaker 1: agree more.
- 37:35Speaker 2: Thank you, John. We got to take a break. We
- 37:38Speaker 2: were long overdue right there. Sorry about that, but you
- 37:40Speaker 2: can't blame me for that one. Now, Forrest Cump, good call.
- 37:43Speaker 2: What was the other movie he said besides Forrest Gump?
- 37:46Speaker 4: Did he say another one?
- 37:48Speaker 1: I thought he did. I thought he said one more.
- 37:50Speaker 2: But anyway, that Forrest Gump was another great movie that
- 37:53Speaker 2: was way way long. I just love the fact that
- 37:57Speaker 2: Alabama fans aren't you know, they aren't too up on
- 37:59Speaker 2: the up take because they thought Forrest Gump was a
- 38:01Speaker 2: real player at foot in football for Alabama. But anyway,
- 38:05Speaker 2: we're gonna take a break. Fable two three four fourteen fifty.
- 38:08Speaker 2: We'll get back to your text as well, and let's
- 38:09Speaker 2: set deep text line Fable two four one four fourteen
- 38:12Speaker 2: fifty stay right there?
- 38:13Speaker 1: Can you tuck it back?
- 38:14Speaker 6: Bro?
- 38:16Speaker 1: I loved you much too long. My last two struggles.
- 38:21Speaker 3: I let you go, never knowing what within roll.
- 38:31Speaker 1: Kee Fable two three four, fourteen fifty.
- 38:57Speaker 2: Do you want to call in Fable two four one
- 38:59Speaker 2: four or fourteen fifty one, text in on the Whiskey
- 39:01Speaker 2: Thief text line, or you tweet me at just the
- 39:03Speaker 2: Cat Radio. So yesterday the class of twenty twenty six
- 39:09Speaker 2: rock and Roll inductees were announced, and this gentleman right
- 39:15Speaker 2: here is one of those.
- 39:16Speaker 1: Phil Collins, Oh.
- 39:18Speaker 4: I thought you met you. I was like, congratulations, my
- 39:20Speaker 4: oh yeah, oh yeah, yeah.
- 39:24Speaker 2: You haven't heard me sing yet, but I was somehow announced.
- 39:27Speaker 2: But no, no, Phil Collins is I.
- 39:30Speaker 4: Mean, come on, I don't know the way you said.
- 39:32Speaker 4: This guy right here.
- 39:33Speaker 2: I thought you were talking about you, because I'm not
- 39:35Speaker 2: pointing at myself this guy right here, I'm talking about
- 39:38Speaker 2: this guy right here singing the song I love that song.
- 39:41Speaker 2: By the way, did you realize playing the guitar is
- 39:45Speaker 2: Eric Clapton in that song?
- 39:47Speaker 4: Dude?
- 39:47Speaker 1: How did you know that?
- 39:48Speaker 2: Okay, you did not know that that and and Phil
- 39:51Speaker 2: Collins always said that was the very song that he
- 39:55Speaker 2: said was the closest song he ever wrote to a
- 39:59Speaker 2: blues song, and it kind of sounds bluesy out best.
- 40:04Speaker 2: Are you much of an Eric Clapton fan?
- 40:07Speaker 4: Not particularly?
- 40:08Speaker 2: No, Yeah, I'm kind of. He's very talented. He's very talented. Uh,
- 40:14Speaker 2: but I'm definitely a Phil Collins fan. Are you not
- 40:17Speaker 2: much of a Phil Collins fan?
- 40:20Speaker 1: And I know why? I bet exactly That's what I figured.
- 40:24Speaker 2: Uh but yeah, all right, let's go through the list
- 40:26Speaker 2: of the people that are being inducted in the twenty
- 40:30Speaker 2: twenty six Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Are you
- 40:32Speaker 2: ready Phil Collins? Like I just mentioned, I'm maiden.
- 40:38Speaker 4: Good with her heavy for me, but I'm fine with that.
- 40:41Speaker 1: Ye Billy Idol love it? Okay, you like that one?
- 40:45Speaker 6: Uh?
- 40:46Speaker 2: I always say, Harry, I always want to call her Sadie,
- 40:49Speaker 2: and I know that's not right. It's Sawday's shaw Day
- 40:53Speaker 2: or Saday or something.
- 40:54Speaker 1: Real pretty black lady that is a singer.
- 40:56Speaker 2: My wife loves her, so yeah, she's she was probably
- 41:00Speaker 2: I'm kind of surprised. This is one of the situations
- 41:04Speaker 2: where this is not rock and roll. I mean, go
- 41:07Speaker 2: have classifications for these groups. Tange Klan that's not rock
- 41:12Speaker 2: and roll exactly. Luther Van DROs not rock and roll. No,
- 41:17Speaker 2: it's not rock and roll.
- 41:19Speaker 4: It's like a soft rock.
- 41:20Speaker 1: Though he's very talented.
- 41:23Speaker 2: He should be honored in a hall of fame, not
- 41:26Speaker 2: the rock and roll hall of Fame.
- 41:28Speaker 1: Uh.
- 41:28Speaker 2: And you I guarantee you've never heard of this band,
- 41:31Speaker 2: Joy Division, New Order.
- 41:33Speaker 4: No, I've heard a New Order of them.
- 41:35Speaker 1: Yeah, you've heard a New Order.
- 41:36Speaker 6: Well.
- 41:36Speaker 2: See Joy Division is also known as New Order and
- 41:39Speaker 2: vice versa people.
- 41:42Speaker 1: But you've heard of New Order.
- 41:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 41:44Speaker 1: I'm really surprised by that.
- 41:45Speaker 4: Michael. I'm trying to tell you my music knowledge is.
- 41:50Speaker 1: Okay.
- 41:51Speaker 4: When I tell you I can sing ten thousand songs,
- 41:53Speaker 4: I don't say that lightly.
- 41:54Speaker 2: Okay, so you can sing a New Order song. Let
- 41:58Speaker 2: me look up, get up now, I'll see you're gonna
- 42:03Speaker 2: I'm not done yet though.
- 42:04Speaker 4: No, I don't last I couldn't sing a blue Uh
- 42:07Speaker 4: New Order, New Order.
- 42:08Speaker 1: I love New Order. Uh.
- 42:09Speaker 2: That was my alternative music back from the eighties when
- 42:12Speaker 2: I was in high school and college. Uh.
- 42:14Speaker 1: And the last band you're gonna hate it's Oasis.
- 42:18Speaker 4: I don't hate Oasis.
- 42:19Speaker 1: I thought you did not like at all.
- 42:22Speaker 4: I don't know why you always think I hate Oasis.
- 42:24Speaker 4: I have no issues with Oasis. The only problem I
- 42:26Speaker 4: have with them is the fact that I've had to
- 42:28Speaker 4: hear wonder Wall over and over and over and over
- 42:31Speaker 4: and over again throughout my entire life. It's like, play
- 42:33Speaker 4: some other Oases.
- 42:34Speaker 1: Well, then go play Champagne Supernova.
- 42:37Speaker 4: I mean, that's it. That's the only two they got, right.
- 42:39Speaker 1: No, it isn't. No, Supersonic.
- 42:43Speaker 2: Supersonic is an unbelievable popular song, great song.
- 42:47Speaker 4: They've only got like two or three that they were
- 42:50Speaker 4: so wrong on that. Well see that part.
- 42:52Speaker 1: You're right.
- 42:53Speaker 2: Yes, they typically only played two of them, Champagne Supernova
- 42:57Speaker 2: and the other one, And I'm like, why do they
- 43:00Speaker 2: get because there's so many great songs out there.
- 43:03Speaker 1: That's That's always big my criticism of radio.
- 43:06Speaker 2: It seems like they spend too much time sticking to
- 43:09Speaker 2: certain songs. Like if I told you to go play
- 43:12Speaker 2: Garth Brooks, guess what, They're gonna play one song every time.
- 43:15Speaker 2: No they're not, Yeah they are. They're gonna look at
- 43:18Speaker 2: it and say, well, let's play that.
- 43:19Speaker 1: Uh uh. I got Friends in Low Place.
- 43:23Speaker 4: It's like one of the best songs of all time,
- 43:25Speaker 4: but no, they play. No, they play the Colin Baton Ruge.
- 43:28Speaker 2: They play if I call in, If I call in
- 43:32Speaker 2: and say play Jimmy Buffett, They're gonna play Margueritaville probably
- 43:36Speaker 2: nine point nine times out of ten. It's like there
- 43:39Speaker 2: are other songs by him that are so much I disagree.
- 43:43Speaker 4: I think, especially with you, that there are. If you
- 43:46Speaker 4: just call in a request a Jimmy Buffett song, you
- 43:49Speaker 4: could expect anywhere from twelve to fifteen different ones to
- 43:52Speaker 4: be played.
- 43:53Speaker 2: I say, I I've never heard that before. And the
- 43:55Speaker 2: majority of the time when they played on the radio
- 43:57Speaker 2: is probably the five o'clock summer with Alan Jackson or
- 44:00Speaker 2: the Zach Brown one padise, okay, what that might be
- 44:04Speaker 2: the So if I call your radio station this afternoon
- 44:07Speaker 2: Country one and and I request, do they even take requests?
- 44:12Speaker 4: No?
- 44:13Speaker 1: But okay, I'm not going to do.
- 44:15Speaker 4: We could pretend we do. I mean, we've got we've
- 44:17Speaker 4: probably got fifteen sixteen Jimmy Buffett songs in rotation.
- 44:22Speaker 2: Do you really Yeah, just Jimmy Buffett, not with other singers.
- 44:26Speaker 2: I mean, okay, Alan Jackson, But I take it back.
- 44:31Speaker 2: Then I apologize. If that's the case, then I'm I'm
- 44:34Speaker 2: I might have to listen to this RADIOA.
- 44:36Speaker 4: I'll count them for you today when I go over
- 44:37Speaker 4: there and let you know how many weeks.
- 44:39Speaker 7: You do that.
- 44:40Speaker 2: You know, I'm to the point now I think we
- 44:42Speaker 2: should let listeners pick a song a day if they
- 44:47Speaker 2: want to.
- 44:47Speaker 4: Listeners could pick all the songs for all I care well,
- 44:50Speaker 4: and I.
- 44:52Speaker 1: Well, I mean, I will send you another one.
- 44:54Speaker 2: But the last time i'd see, ah you're sending me
- 44:56Speaker 2: to Now you're trying to take my job out.
- 44:57Speaker 1: It's like, no, I'm not.
- 44:58Speaker 2: I was just trying to help you out. Will sing
- 45:00Speaker 2: you billy idle one. But now I think if the
- 45:04Speaker 2: listeners want to pick a song, and it could be
- 45:07Speaker 2: any song that you want, and you could you could
- 45:10Speaker 2: play there even the people that I don't.
- 45:13Speaker 4: Like, Maybe we start that. Maybe we start that on Wednesdays.
- 45:16Speaker 4: We'll do maybe all right, once a week listener music. Yeah,
- 45:19Speaker 4: I just you know, I'm probably gonna regret it, but yeah,
- 45:23Speaker 4: you can send it in an Elvis one and you
- 45:24Speaker 4: can send it in a beach boys, even though I'll
- 45:26Speaker 4: bite my tongue listening to that music and probably interrupted
- 45:30Speaker 4: a lot quicker and not let it play for long,
- 45:32Speaker 4: but all right, we got to take a break our
- 45:36Speaker 4: twos cup right now. When we come back, I want
- 45:38Speaker 4: to talk about this Preakness news. There's no baseball today.
- 45:41Speaker 4: I want to talk about that and who UK's played
- 45:42Speaker 4: this weekend. Corey Price.
- 45:45Speaker 2: Oh we got Corey Price. Yeah, excuse me, Corey Price
- 45:48Speaker 2: is here? Yes, how could I forget that? It's Tuesday,
- 45:51Speaker 2: so we'll see Corey Price as well. So stay right there.
- 45:53Speaker 2: More Just the Cats coming right up.
- 46:19Speaker 1: Welcome to Just the Cats with Michael Bennett. All right,
- 46:26Speaker 1: I re number two on this Tuesday.
- 46:28Speaker 2: If you want to call in five O two three
- 46:30Speaker 2: four fourteen fifty, you want to text in on the
- 46:31Speaker 2: Whiskey Thief text line, you can do that at five
- 46:34Speaker 2: oh two four one four fourteen fifty. Uh, or you
- 46:37Speaker 2: can tweet me at Just the Cat Radio, which we'll
- 46:38Speaker 2: get to those texts in just a couple of minutes.
- 46:40Speaker 1: But it's Tuesday, and you know what that means, don't
- 46:42Speaker 1: you justin?
- 46:44Speaker 4: I sure do. Let me go ahead and get this
- 46:47Speaker 4: music fired up, Thomas me I'll be back.
- 46:58Speaker 2: I love that you were totally unprepared for that right there,
- 47:01Speaker 2: and the fact that you just let it be known
- 47:04Speaker 2: that let me delay here for a minute.
- 47:06Speaker 1: I mean, it was obviously you were not ready at all.
- 47:09Speaker 4: You never go immediately to it.
- 47:10Speaker 2: I thought, sorry, I'm so sorry. Well, I just I
- 47:14Speaker 2: wanted to make sure Corey has his time, because Corey
- 47:17Speaker 2: makes this effort to come in here, and it's like
- 47:19Speaker 2: Michael Bennett needs to make sure Corey Price has enough
- 47:22Speaker 2: time to do a segment.
- 47:23Speaker 1: So there you go, Corey. How you doing today?
- 47:26Speaker 5: I'm doing swell, Michael. Ready for a great week of
- 47:32Speaker 5: pop culture in sports history.
- 47:36Speaker 1: Good. I'm glad you are.
- 47:38Speaker 2: And of course, no baseball tonight, but we got a
- 47:40Speaker 2: big weekend coming up this weekend. We'll talk about more
- 47:42Speaker 2: of that later. But are you headed to the games
- 47:45Speaker 2: this weekend?
- 47:47Speaker 5: I'm going to the spring game for football on Saturday,
- 47:51Speaker 5: and I know baseball's playing right afterwards, so I might
- 47:56Speaker 5: do a double dip. We'll see.
- 47:59Speaker 1: See. That's what I love.
- 48:00Speaker 2: I mean, I love it when they plan it to
- 48:03Speaker 2: where you got the game in the morning, you can
- 48:05Speaker 2: go tailgate the football game, and then you can go
- 48:08Speaker 2: right after the game the football game go over to
- 48:11Speaker 2: the baseball game. That to me is a fulfilling University
- 48:14Speaker 2: Kentucky day.
- 48:17Speaker 5: The most Well, the best day is if we ever
- 48:21Speaker 5: play the Hoosiers and win, which.
- 48:24Speaker 1: Is most most is what I think.
- 48:26Speaker 5: The best day is when we play the Hoosiers and win,
- 48:29Speaker 5: which is most of the time.
- 48:31Speaker 4: Right, yes, yes, it's true. I can't can't deny that
- 48:35Speaker 4: typically does happen that way? Corey? Yeah, yeah, exact right,
- 48:39Speaker 4: you big win beating a lifeless Indiana program.
- 48:44Speaker 5: Take it any day of the week. This week is
- 48:49Speaker 5: April twelfth through the eighteenth. Starting off April twelfth, nineteen
- 48:54Speaker 5: ninety six, the psychological thriller film is released in theaters.
- 49:03Speaker 5: Have a Girl Seen Fear, Never Seen Fear? Do you
- 49:06Speaker 5: have a fear of seeing it?
- 49:07Speaker 4: Fear of seeing it? Yes?
- 49:09Speaker 1: Yes?
- 49:10Speaker 2: And that was That was like a week after Universe
- 49:13Speaker 2: of Kentucky won a national title too.
- 49:14Speaker 1: Wasn't it a great?
- 49:16Speaker 5: Yeah? Around the same time, Yeah, you're right. Directed by
- 49:18Speaker 5: James Foley, it stars Amy Brenneman, Alissa Milano, William Peterson,
- 49:26Speaker 5: Mark Wahlberg, and Reese Witherspoon. The film gross approximately twenty
- 49:31Speaker 5: point eight million dollars domestically, making it the eightieth highest
- 49:35Speaker 5: grossing film of nineteen ninety six and two thousand and six.
- 49:39Speaker 5: Bravo TV ranked the film number nineteen on this list
- 49:42Speaker 5: of thirty even Scarier movie moments.
- 49:46Speaker 1: Really, Okay, I might have to go watch that.
- 49:49Speaker 5: Then it's prettyod. Dope you scared to watch it? So
- 49:52Speaker 5: you've seen it though, is that right?
- 49:54Speaker 1: Corey? Okay? And your thoughts on the movie was it's good? Uh?
- 49:59Speaker 5: Mark?
- 50:00Speaker 1: Mark?
- 50:00Speaker 5: Mark Wahlburg plays this creepy guy who like stalks, this
- 50:04Speaker 5: this character Reese's character. It's it's it's pretty good.
- 50:09Speaker 2: I don't know if I can see Mark Wahlberg as
- 50:11Speaker 2: a creepy guy.
- 50:13Speaker 5: He does a He does a good job of being
- 50:15Speaker 5: being creepy.
- 50:15Speaker 2: Does he It's kind of like Robin Williams. You know,
- 50:18Speaker 2: you never thought Robin Williams could play a creepy guy.

- 50:31Speaker 1: Yes, one hour Photo, wasn't it.
- 50:33Speaker 5: He was really creeping that one, Yes.
- 50:34Speaker 2: He was exactly And I never thought Robin Williams could
- 50:38Speaker 2: ever play a role like that.
- 50:39Speaker 1: Yeah, it was fantastic, So I'm sorry. Go ahead.
- 50:42Speaker 5: April twelfth, twenty twenty two. UK Softball defeats Louisville nine

- 50:54Speaker 5: Well that's okay, go ahead and do it anyway. We
- 50:56Speaker 5: enjoyed that.
- 50:57Speaker 1: Yep.
- 50:58Speaker 5: This is UK's ninth win in the last eleven meetings

- 51:58Speaker 2: You know, I love small ball exactly, and people a
- 52:00Speaker 2: lot of a lot of people criticize the UK for
- 52:03Speaker 2: playing that kind of baseball, but you know, it's the
- 52:04Speaker 2: part of the game.
- 52:05Speaker 1: I think it's fun. It can be.
- 52:08Speaker 5: April thirteenth, two thousand and one, the romantic comedy film

- 53:28Speaker 5: ranked the film number nineteen US less of the top
- 53:30Speaker 5: twenty horror films of the decade.
- 53:32Speaker 4: The hell is bloody disgusting.
- 53:36Speaker 5: I couldn't tell you, Scoots.
- 53:37Speaker 4: I'm assuming you just throw it in your facts and
- 53:39Speaker 4: you don't know what it is.
- 53:41Speaker 5: I mean it was listed on wiki, and Wiki never
- 53:44Speaker 5: tells you. It's always right, right, I always tress Wiki.
- 53:49Speaker 5: April fifteenth, nineteen eighty three, the romantic drama film Flash

- 53:57Speaker 1: For you, Scoots correct. Terrible movie.
- 54:00Speaker 5: Oh okay, well all right? Directed by Adrian Line, starred
- 54:06Speaker 5: Jiffer Bil's and Michael Norri. Film gross approximately ninety two
- 54:11Speaker 5: point nine million dollars domestically, making it the third highest

- 54:21Speaker 5: number fifty five months. Le's the top one hundred songs
- 54:24Speaker 5: in the American cinema. Did you at least like the
- 54:27Speaker 5: songs in the film, Michael?
- 54:30Speaker 4: He stepped away for a minute, Corey, How do you
- 54:32Speaker 4: go about picking the movies during this week?
- 54:35Speaker 5: I mean it it goes either on one of two ways.
- 54:40Speaker 5: A film that I really liked or a film that
- 54:42Speaker 5: was just was just good mail. Lot of money, It
- 54:47Speaker 5: got a lot of awards, you.
- 54:49Speaker 4: Know, gotcha? I was just curious.
- 54:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 54:52Speaker 5: April sixteenth, twenty ten, the superhero comedy film kick Ass.
- 54:58Speaker 5: I can't say ass? All right, you can' is too
- 55:02Speaker 5: late anyway. I mean I'm sure scouse has a dump button, right, yeah, yeah,
- 55:09Speaker 5: okay whatever. Directed by Matthew Vaughan, its stars Nicholas Cage,
- 55:14Speaker 5: Clark Duke, Aaron Johnson, Christopher Mintz, Plas, Chloe Grace Moretz,
- 55:21Speaker 5: and Mark Strong. Film grosser proximy forty eight point one
- 55:25Speaker 5: million dollars domestically, making the sixty eighth highest Christian film
- 55:30Speaker 5: of twenty ten, and the film was nominated for three
- 55:34Speaker 5: MTV Movie Awards, winning two. Chloe Grace Moretz won both
- 55:38Speaker 5: for best Breakout Star and biggest badass star. That's gonna
- 55:42Speaker 5: be awesome.
- 55:44Speaker 2: I just wonder, since MTV's kind of gone to the wayside,
- 55:47Speaker 2: they're gonna do away with the MTV Awards altogether, aren't they?
- 55:51Speaker 5: That would be my best guess. Yes, yeah, this is
- 55:55Speaker 5: a big one, although I personally have not seen it,
- 55:58Speaker 5: but I know it's big to many other April seventeenth,
- 56:01Speaker 5: twenty eleven, the fantasy drama series Game of Thrones as
- 56:05Speaker 5: his first episode on TV. Have either of you have
- 56:07Speaker 5: seen Game of Thrones?
- 56:08Speaker 4: Not a Game of Thrones guy. My roommate would watch it.
- 56:10Speaker 4: So I've seen pieces of episodes, but not I have
- 56:13Speaker 4: no idea what's going on.
- 56:14Speaker 5: This might be the biggest TV series ever that I
- 56:17Speaker 5: have not seen one episode of.
- 56:19Speaker 2: Yeah, I've not seen it, and I think isn't the
- 56:22Speaker 2: Coldplay drummer in Game of Thrones as well?
- 56:26Speaker 1: The band Coldplay?
- 56:28Speaker 5: I'm not sure.
- 56:29Speaker 2: Maybe I think I think he was in like a
- 56:31Speaker 2: couple episodes or something like that. So, yeah, that's not
- 56:34Speaker 2: my genre. I don't care for that. I'm not much
- 56:37Speaker 2: of a science fiction guy either.
- 56:39Speaker 5: Created by David Binnioff and dB Weiss, stars Alfie Allen,
- 56:47Speaker 5: Emilia Clark, Nikolai Coster Waldo, Peter dinklic Ian, Glenn kit Harrington,
- 56:56Speaker 5: Lenna Hetty, Sophie Turner, and Macy Williams the show editor.
- 57:01Speaker 5: Total of seventy three episodes over eight seasons on HBO.
- 57:06Speaker 5: This is a crazy number. The series was not only
- 57:09Speaker 5: for a one hundred and sixty one Emmy Awards, and wow,
- 57:14Speaker 5: that's a lot of.
- 57:16Speaker 4: Because of Peter dinklic Baby, that's right.
- 57:20Speaker 1: Who's Peter dnklic He is a what's the uh small man? Yeah?
- 57:27Speaker 2: Oh that guy? Yeah, I know, so he's the uh
- 57:31Speaker 2: elf in. Uh yeah, well he's not well, yeah, but
- 57:37Speaker 2: he's a little guy.
- 57:38Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 57:38Speaker 5: Will Farrell calls him elf and he yeah, he gets
- 57:41Speaker 5: gets mad.
- 57:43Speaker 1: He's an angry elf yess.
- 57:47Speaker 5: Last one April eighteenth, two thousand and eight, the romantic
- 57:51Speaker 5: comedy film Forgetting Sarah Marshall is released in theaters. Have
- 57:55Speaker 5: you seen that? Scoots?
- 57:57Speaker 1: Never heard of it?
- 57:57Speaker 4: I think I heard of it, Forgetting Sarah marsh But Michael,
- 58:00Speaker 4: you've never heard of it. That's a while.
- 58:02Speaker 1: You never heard of it?
- 58:03Speaker 2: Yeah? Why I've never heard of it? Is it was
- 58:06Speaker 2: it popular?
- 58:07Speaker 5: It was popular? This is I mean like two thousand
- 58:09Speaker 5: and four to two thousand and ten, twelve was like
- 58:15Speaker 5: the peak air for making these kind of comedies.
- 58:18Speaker 2: Sadly it's kind of gone away since then. Sounds ridiculous.
- 58:23Speaker 2: I won't be watching it, by the way.
- 58:25Speaker 5: That it's great. Directed by Nicholas Stoler, stars Jason Bateman,
- 58:30Speaker 5: Kristen Bell, Russell Brown, Bill Hayter, Jonah Hill, Mielikunis, Jack McBrayer,
- 58:38Speaker 5: Paul Rudd, and Jason Siegel.
- 58:40Speaker 1: It's got a lot of people I like in it.
- 58:42Speaker 5: I think you'd like it.
- 58:43Speaker 4: You would like it.
- 58:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 58:45Speaker 5: The film grows approximately sixty three point two million dollars domestically,
- 58:49Speaker 5: may it the forty seventh highest Persson film of two
- 58:51Speaker 5: thousand and eight, and the film was nominated for five
- 58:54Speaker 5: teen Choice Awards, but unfortunately one none of those.
- 58:59Speaker 1: And the week fantastic.
- 59:03Speaker 2: Yeah, So you have any plans coming up the next
- 59:07Speaker 2: couple of weeks besides going to see the football game
- 59:10Speaker 2: this weekend?
- 59:10Speaker 5: In the baseball game, uh I, I feel like I
- 59:15Speaker 5: gotta keep I've been to at least one softball game
- 59:18Speaker 5: every year besides COVID since like twenty thirteen's I gotta
- 59:22Speaker 5: go to one, But it's tough. This was team is I.
- 59:27Speaker 1: Mean, there's no way, but not very good.
- 59:29Speaker 5: They're bad. I mean they're yeah, one and seventeen in
- 59:32Speaker 5: the SEC. They won the first game, they've lost seventeen
- 59:35Speaker 5: in a row and conference play. The only team they
- 59:38Speaker 5: beat is the second worst team in the in the conference.
- 59:43Speaker 5: So yeah, yeah, it's uh, you know, it's I hate
- 59:47Speaker 5: to see it because Loston has built a program. It's
- 59:50Speaker 5: you know, did nothing prior to your getting there, and
- 59:53Speaker 5: you know, we got to the college world, which there's
- 59:55Speaker 5: twenty fourteen, and yeah, did a lot of great things,
- 59:59Speaker 5: but last probably four or four five seasons just hasn't
- 1:00:02Speaker 5: been good.
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: So it's been difficult exactly.
- 1:00:05Speaker 4: So sorry, we haven't we haven't brought it up yet.
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: But what do you think about four of the former
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: Kentucky women's players getting drafted last night?
- 1:00:13Speaker 5: That was cool, It's big, that was big history for
- 1:00:15Speaker 5: the UK doubled the most ever. They had two drafted
- 1:00:19Speaker 5: in twenty seventeen. They've had six drafted in the last
- 1:00:24Speaker 5: five drafts, which is the same amount they had in
- 1:00:27Speaker 5: the first twenty five drafts of the WNBA. So, I
- 1:00:31Speaker 5: mean Brooks has got Roland, we had three awesome players
- 1:00:35Speaker 5: coming in, stracks coming back, So you know, I expect big,
- 1:00:39Speaker 5: big things this coming season two. Yeah, we never even
- 1:00:41Speaker 5: mentioned it last week, but Emily McDonald, what didn't she
- 1:00:44Speaker 5: win the overall three point contest of the McDonald's All
- 1:00:47Speaker 5: American Stuff. Yeah, and we had two players at the
- 1:00:50Speaker 5: I think the US World Hoops Summit. I think this
- 1:00:53Speaker 5: past week too. So, I mean, Brooks has got some
- 1:00:55Speaker 5: great players coming in. I would like to have a
- 1:00:58Speaker 5: couple more come through the the portal woman. It's nice
- 1:01:01Speaker 5: to have great reat freshmen, but at the end of
- 1:01:04Speaker 5: the day, they're so freshman, so I'd like some singers.
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: So if that was a historical night last night for UK,
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: with the most women that have ever been drafted, did
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: Kenny Brooks get in front of the media and say
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: that was the biggest night in UK history?
- 1:01:20Speaker 5: I don't think. I didn't watch the drafts. I don't
- 1:01:22Speaker 5: know if he talked four people being drafted. He probably
- 1:01:26Speaker 5: should have because I think I believe only U C
- 1:01:29Speaker 5: l A had had had more players picked last night,
- 1:01:33Speaker 5: so he probably should have been talking. But if he did,
- 1:01:36Speaker 5: I didn't see it.
- 1:01:37Speaker 4: I don't think Corey got the reference.
- 1:01:38Speaker 5: I mean, I don't think I do. Cal and twenty ten,
- 1:01:42Speaker 5: when with five guys picked in the first.
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: Round, really, come on, you gotta take them.
- 1:01:48Speaker 5: Well aware, I would say Brooks would never say that,
- 1:01:55Speaker 5: but that's.
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: Just my guess. No, exactly, he would not, He would
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: not say anything, but but he did talk about his
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: big commit that came yesterday. Former five star from back
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: in twenty twenty two, Yukon four who red shirted, has
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: a couple of years of eligibility coming down now the
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: number four overall prospect back in twenty twenty two, she's
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: coming to UK, which I think is a really good
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: get for them.
- 1:02:22Speaker 4: Wait, so you got a player from Yukon.
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: Ayanna Patterson. Yes, she didn't play much there. I think
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: she averaged like she had a little bit of an
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: injury problem. I thinks she averaged like two points a game,
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: but I mean still they were stacked though, right, Yeah, yes,
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: you are correct, and that's why she's got a red
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: She's a red shirt, so that's why she's got some
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: time because she had some injury. But you know, twenty
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: twenty two, she was a force to reckon with as
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: far as five star. Everybody's number four overall pick in
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: the country and everybody wonder her, and now she's committed
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: to the UK, so he's real excited about that one.
- 1:02:57Speaker 5: I I mean, Strak's been good the last two years,
- 1:02:59Speaker 5: but I think there were a lot of sinners this year.
- 1:03:02Speaker 5: They were probably a little bit in her that that
- 1:03:04Speaker 5: we're seniors. So I mean, she might be the best
- 1:03:07Speaker 5: center in the country next year. I think, really there's
- 1:03:11Speaker 5: a good chance.
- 1:03:12Speaker 4: I disagree Cory, because Audi Crooks is coming back.
- 1:03:15Speaker 5: Yeah, Iowa State.
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:03:17Speaker 5: Well, I mean she's She's in the combo for top
- 1:03:20Speaker 5: two centers for sure, no doubt.
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: I'm curious what y'all thought about Jalen uh Low committing
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: to Georgetown.
- 1:03:28Speaker 5: I'm indifferent. I mean, I obviously wish them the best.
- 1:03:31Speaker 5: I have no ill little towards him and sucks that
- 1:03:34Speaker 5: he he got hurt here. You know. Uh, there there
- 1:03:39Speaker 5: were some flashes where he showed some some some promise,
- 1:03:43Speaker 5: but you know, obviously been hurt. He couldn't get it
- 1:03:46Speaker 5: get going here, and I wish him the best.
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: Yeah, I wish you nothing but the best.
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: I just kind of was surprised by uh, Georgetown, I was.
- 1:03:55Speaker 4: I was very surprised as well when I saw that
- 1:03:57Speaker 4: but now, I mean, since I've thought about it, and
- 1:04:00Speaker 4: I think that's actually a pretty good landing spot for him.
- 1:04:03Speaker 4: He should be able to put up.
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: Some good numbers there, I hope.
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: So yeah, because he seems like a really nice young man,
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: and you know, he spoke nothing but highly of UK
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: and his time here, and you know he really wanted
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: to play here and succeed, but just didn't turn out
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: that way unfortunately. So Corey, always fun having you, my friend,
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: love having you on Tuesdays.
- 1:04:22Speaker 5: So it's a pleasure. Michael Bennett sucks that Matthew can
- 1:04:25Speaker 5: be here and as always suck excapes.
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: Well do yeah, well we will see you in.
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: Person, say okay, yes, oh my goodness, I know you
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: look forward to that. All right, Corey Price, everybody appreciate
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: him doing his weekly segment right there.
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: We're gonna take a break when we come back.
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: We got to talk a little bit about Jasper Johnson
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: and what's happening with him right now, and maybe somebody's
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: coming to visit him in Lexington. Plus, uh, is this
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: really a big deal with the whole Vrabel thing. I
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: want to talk about that when we get back to
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: as well, stay right there, this is just the cast.
- 1:05:01Speaker 4: Do you think that God us.
- 1:05:07Speaker 7: Help out the range?
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: You saying, I don't know if you saw this or not,
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: but I thought this was really a cool story where
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: a former Eastern Michigan football player who stood outside the
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: Detroit Lions practice facility holding this sign.
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: With his stats. His name's Freddie McGhee, who uh a written.
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: Poster stating that, uh, this is grit no Agent fourteen interceptions,
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: twenty five pass blocks, defensive player of the Year in
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: Arena Football League, need one shot.
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: I love it.
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: And the thing about it is he had his football
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: cleats going around. They were tied together and around his neck,
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: so they're holding right here on his chest. I loved it,
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: and I'm thinking, how could you pass by him and
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: think why shouldn't I give him a shot?
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:06:36Speaker 4: I mean, would you do that? If you're him, shoot
- 1:06:39Speaker 4: your shot, no doubt about it. But here's my thing.
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: They'll say it that way again. Please, if you.
- 1:06:44Speaker 4: Were going to do it with any NFL team, isn't
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: Dan Campbell the perfect guy that you would want to
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: get in front of out of the NFL coach, wouldn't
- 1:06:56Speaker 4: he be the most likely to be like, all right,
- 1:06:57Speaker 4: let's bring this joker and see what he's about. Yeah,
- 1:07:00Speaker 4: I mean, what was that movie Invincible? Did you see that?
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: With? What was it was about?
- 1:07:06Speaker 2: The Philadelphia This was the guy we were just talking
- 1:07:10Speaker 2: about a few minutes ago, Marky Mark, and he played
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: the role of Vince Papalia, who it was a true
- 1:07:21Speaker 2: story where they were taking local fans to come try out.
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: They never they it was just gimmicky trying to get
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: you know, people invested in the Philadelphia Eagles back in
- 1:07:32Speaker 2: the seventies, and Vince Papalia really made the the team.
- 1:07:38Speaker 2: So Mark Wahlberg played the role. It's a so you've
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: never seen Invincible, You've got to go watch that. It's
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: an incredible movie. It's it's I would have to say
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: it's probably one of my, if not my favorite football movie.
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: That one is. Mark Wahlberg was really good in it.
- 1:07:57Speaker 4: Isn't that kind of what Mark Pope did with the
- 1:07:58Speaker 4: walk Ons.
- 1:08:01Speaker 2: Yes, but they never played. Vince Papalia actually played in
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: games for the team for the Eagles, and so this
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: is kind of that situation. So, yeah, you're right, who
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: else better than the Detroit Lions head coach to get
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: there and let him come out and try.
- 1:08:20Speaker 4: I would do it.
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: I mean, if I'm looking at this young man, if
- 1:08:24Speaker 2: I'm a local business up there, I'm thinking, you know what,
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: I love his grit and I love his determination. I'd
- 1:08:30Speaker 2: hire him in a second. Yeah, when he's done with football.
- 1:08:33Speaker 4: If nothing else, Like even if he doesn't work out
- 1:08:36Speaker 4: as a player, which I don't know, I don't see
- 1:08:39Speaker 4: the harm in bringing him in and seeing what he
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: can do. But if it doesn't work out that route,
- 1:08:43Speaker 4: throw him. Find a role for him on the coaching staff.
- 1:08:45Speaker 4: If the dude wants to be in football bad enough
- 1:08:48Speaker 4: where he's standing in front of a stadium with a
- 1:08:50Speaker 4: sign and his stats and cleats over his neck, just
- 1:08:53Speaker 4: get him on staff. He obviously wants to be around.
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: The game, exactly. I'm right there with you.
- 1:08:59Speaker 2: So I think it's I think it's just a great
- 1:09:02Speaker 2: move and I would love it if they took the
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: chance and did it, And it's just a shame that
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: they can't. So anyway, well it's it would be a
- 1:09:12Speaker 2: shame if they didn't, So I hope they do. And
- 1:09:17Speaker 2: I'd like to see a interview with the young man
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: if they would do something like a name So.
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: Yeah, I thought I just said his name I don't
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: know if I heard it, Did I not say it? Yeah?
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: I did. Freddie McGee, Freddy McGee, Freddy McGee.
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: Which is an easy name to remember, So yeah, I
- 1:09:37Speaker 2: think that would be I think that would be just
- 1:09:39Speaker 2: awesome to see him do something like that. So no
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: baseball tonight. I think I mentioned that a few minutes
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: ago with Corey. UK faces this weekend Vanderbilt, who's not
- 1:09:52Speaker 2: had their typical season. They're seven and eight, just like Kentucky.
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: Is it within the SEC? Hopefully this will be a
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: weekend that UK can win a series. It's been a
- 1:10:03Speaker 2: while since UK has won a series home or away.
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: I mean, what scares me is that it's going to
- 1:10:10Speaker 2: bite them in the butt when it comes down to it.
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: And UK lost that series Missouri, that's the one I
- 1:10:16Speaker 2: fear the most. That's going to really put a real
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: damper on UK season. That's a series they should have
- 1:10:22Speaker 2: never have lost. But why not, I don't know, they
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: just that's guess. I guess that's the way the schedule
- 1:10:29Speaker 2: came out and they just didn't do a midweek game.
- 1:10:31Speaker 2: I think it's kind of probably good for him. They
- 1:10:33Speaker 2: need a little bit of a break, sure, So I mean,
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: with the dauntlet of a schedule they have within the SEC,
- 1:10:41Speaker 2: I mean, it's kind of good that they have a
- 1:10:43Speaker 2: little bit of a break.
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: But the good news is that, you know, they got
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: the game this weekend. It's home.
- 1:10:48Speaker 2: I'm hoping a bunch of people say the heck with
- 1:10:51Speaker 2: Keenland this weekend. Let's go to the c the football
- 1:10:53Speaker 2: spring game. We'll talk more about that on Friday, as
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: well as the baseball game, because I think that's a
- 1:10:59Speaker 2: great mix. So you got that going on. Do we
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: care about this whole Mike Frable thing? I mean, you know,
- 1:11:05Speaker 2: the whole story where he's been photographed with a New England.
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: Patriot media member. Yeah, oh, so you know who she is?
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: How do you know who she is?
- 1:11:20Speaker 4: She's been all over everything for years now.
- 1:11:23Speaker 2: Oh I didn't know that. I just didn't pay attention. Okay, Well,
- 1:11:27Speaker 2: so is it really now? Granted they're both married, yeah,
- 1:11:33Speaker 2: which which is a bad look. I mean, it's a
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: bad look for anybody like that, especially when you're in
- 1:11:38Speaker 2: the Publicaduh, but is it? Why are they making such
- 1:11:42Speaker 2: a big deal out of this? Is it a big
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: deal to I mean personally how I live? I mean,
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: it would be a big deal, but I mean, that's
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: their life. I don't want to get involved in anything
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: like that. Why is the media going the fan base
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: going crazy over something like this.
- 1:11:57Speaker 4: I just think it's probably the way they went about thing. Like,
- 1:12:01Speaker 4: I'm not all that familiar with everything going on in
- 1:12:04Speaker 4: this case, because it just like I started seeing stuff
- 1:12:07Speaker 4: about it on Friday when I was at my golf trip,
- 1:12:10Speaker 4: so I didn't I haven't really had a chance to
- 1:12:12Speaker 4: read into it. But you're right. I mean, it's not
- 1:12:14Speaker 4: a bad look in the public eye, especially when everybody
- 1:12:17Speaker 4: knows that both of them are married. But Diana Russini
- 1:12:21Speaker 4: has had several quotes the last four or five years
- 1:12:25Speaker 4: just bashing the hell out of her husband, so I
- 1:12:28Speaker 4: don't think anybody was surprised from her side of things.
- 1:12:31Speaker 4: But it's just you're mixing business with pleasure. I think
- 1:12:36Speaker 4: that's what it comes down to. That's why everybody's up
- 1:12:39Speaker 4: in arms about it.
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: Patriots have already made a statement saying that it's business
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: as usual with them. They're not worried about this. He's
- 1:12:46Speaker 2: the head coach and we're moving on. I mean, well,
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: that's coming from an owner that had some unusual pass
- 1:12:53Speaker 2: by what happened down in Florida with him getting caught
- 1:12:56Speaker 2: going to a.
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: Questionable massage place.
- 1:13:02Speaker 4: I mean, it's not like it's not the best look,
- 1:13:05Speaker 4: but no, it's not and it's not the way that
- 1:13:08Speaker 4: people should go about things. But I don't think, in
- 1:13:10Speaker 4: my opinion, it's a fireable offense. So I'm not surprised
- 1:13:13Speaker 4: by that.
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: You know, well, you know there are contracts and that
- 1:13:18Speaker 2: that's happened to a couple of people that I know personally,
- 1:13:21Speaker 2: where if if you have extra mayriton activities, that is
- 1:13:27Speaker 2: a offensible U negative towards your contract and you it
- 1:13:32Speaker 2: is a fireable offense within the contract.
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: And of course you know that. I think Patino had
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: that at U of L.
- 1:13:39Speaker 2: But you know they've done The former affletic director there
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: didn't do anything about it. He just turned a blind
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: eye to it.
- 1:13:47Speaker 4: So I mean I would I would understand more so
- 1:13:50Speaker 4: if it was like somebody in the building that that's
- 1:13:53Speaker 4: one thing. But I don't. I mean, these two have
- 1:13:56Speaker 4: probably hadn't moltile.
- 1:13:57Speaker 2: They're associated with the team though, I mean, you're right,
- 1:14:00Speaker 2: it's not in the building, but it's associated with the team.
- 1:14:03Speaker 4: Look, we all have human desires are are hard to take, right,
- 1:14:08Speaker 4: we all have I can't wait for this explanation.
- 1:14:11Speaker 2: Right, Human desires are hard to take. Great, start off,
- 1:14:14Speaker 2: keep going.
- 1:14:15Speaker 4: We we all have our things that we want, but
- 1:14:18Speaker 4: and some some people go after them. Some people just
- 1:14:20Speaker 4: sit back and hopefully one day wait for those things
- 1:14:23Speaker 4: to come to them.
- 1:14:24Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, I we all have things people want.
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: I mean, this is fantastic. I mean I was human
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: to have desires. That's part of being a human.
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: You're right.
- 1:14:34Speaker 2: I just love your explanation with this. It was very perfect.
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: I mean I like that it could go anywhere from
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: there when I heard your mouth open right there, This
- 1:14:43Speaker 2: could go anywhere, and I'm looking forward to it.
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: Anyway.
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I want more key advice from Justin Kaylan. Okay,
- 1:14:51Speaker 2: that's that's what I want. That's the last thing this
- 1:14:53Speaker 2: world needs, daily affirmations Justin Kaylan anyway, that would that
- 1:14:59Speaker 2: would be a fantast six segment. By the way, let's
- 1:15:03Speaker 2: talk about Jasper Johnson for a minute, so, uh, you know,
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: they're they're a number. I think there's like four or
- 1:15:10Speaker 2: five SEC schools that are wanting to bring him on.
- 1:15:14Speaker 2: And by the way, there is a coach and an
- 1:15:18Speaker 2: assistant coach from an SEC school that's flying into Lexington
- 1:15:23Speaker 2: as we speak today to meet with him. And you
- 1:15:28Speaker 2: can imagine who that hog, I mean, a coach could
- 1:15:32Speaker 2: be that's flying into Lexington. Yeah, from around the Walmart area.
- 1:15:39Speaker 2: Wouldn't he the home office?
- 1:15:40Speaker 4: Wouldn't he be a perfect player for him?
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: Though? No? No, I mean why do you think he'd
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: be a perfect player for him?
- 1:15:47Speaker 4: Because he would throw He'd throw him out there like
- 1:15:50Speaker 4: that's that's the one thing we didn't get with Mark Pope.
- 1:15:52Speaker 4: You got a couple of minutes a game from Jasper Johnson,
- 1:15:56Speaker 4: maybe nine ten minutes if he was lucky. But I'll
- 1:16:00Speaker 4: just throw him out there. I mean, he won't be
- 1:16:02Speaker 4: shy about it, like, hey, figure this thing out. That's
- 1:16:05Speaker 4: the only way you can do it. It's get play toime.
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: Yeah, well, I see, I don't necessarily agree with that.
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: To me, that makes it even to if you're not
- 1:16:12Speaker 2: doing it in practice, what makes you think he's gonna
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: do it even better in the game, Because that's what
- 1:16:17Speaker 2: I always heard is that it wasn't going very well
- 1:16:20Speaker 2: for him in practice. The game was a little faster
- 1:16:22Speaker 2: than it should have been, and therefore it's not gonna
- 1:16:25Speaker 2: work out in game time either, it's gonna make it
- 1:16:27Speaker 2: far worse.
- 1:16:30Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, you may be right, I don't I
- 1:16:32Speaker 4: don't ultimately think that's the best landing spot for him.
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: I would think I think it's a terrible landing spot.
- 1:16:37Speaker 4: I would think if you, if you want to stay
- 1:16:39Speaker 4: within the SEC, I could see like a South Carolina
- 1:16:44Speaker 4: or a Missouri. I think that would be a really
- 1:16:46Speaker 4: good landing spot for him, somewhere where he's not going
- 1:16:49Speaker 4: to be expected to have all these big expectations. But
- 1:16:52Speaker 4: I mean he can, he can just go in play
- 1:16:55Speaker 4: freely and maybe put up some good numbers.
- 1:16:57Speaker 2: I don't think it's a Todd Golden situation, and I
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: don't think it's a at Florida. I don't think it's
- 1:17:02Speaker 2: a NATO situation in Alabama. Just but but I'm still
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: surprised by the Brandon Garrison thing with Alabama. But I yeah,
- 1:17:12Speaker 2: probably probably a South Carolina, a Georgia would be a
- 1:17:15Speaker 2: good fit. Possibly even the Vanderbilt would be a really
- 1:17:18Speaker 2: good fit for him. That's that's kind of where I
- 1:17:21Speaker 2: see him landing as the best spot at Vanderbilt. Now,
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: whether or not that happens or not, well, it remains
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: to be seen. So, but going to a place like Arkansas,
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: I just you know, Cal has his ways. I mean
- 1:17:33Speaker 2: part of me thinks, well, is this a way I'll
- 1:17:36Speaker 2: get back in Kentucky show what a great player he
- 1:17:38Speaker 2: was and how they screwed up. I mean part of
- 1:17:41Speaker 2: me feels that way. I know that's probably not the case.
- 1:17:45Speaker 2: Cal wouldn't waste a scholarship in money to bring a
- 1:17:48Speaker 2: player in here just to slap the face of a
- 1:17:50Speaker 2: big blue nation.
- 1:17:51Speaker 4: Would you trade straight up Jasper Johnson for DJ Wagner.
- 1:17:57Speaker 4: I mean, it's this points newt because they're both in
- 1:17:59Speaker 4: the transfer portal, so it doesn't matter. But if that's
- 1:18:02Speaker 4: what it can, yeah, you just trade those two players.
- 1:18:04Speaker 4: Would you have done it?
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: No? No, I would not.
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: I would have kept Jasper Johnson because I still feel
- 1:18:10Speaker 2: like Jasper can improve enough that he'll be a force,
- 1:18:14Speaker 2: uh within whichever school he's gonna be going to. I
- 1:18:17Speaker 2: think it just freshman year was a tough year for him,
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: but I still think he's talented enough that he will.
- 1:18:23Speaker 2: Whereas the Wagner has been at Kentucky, he's been at Arkansas,
- 1:18:29Speaker 2: he's been in Florida, and it just hasn't turned out
- 1:18:31Speaker 2: to be anything. I'm sorry, but I tried boogie went
- 1:18:35Speaker 2: to Florida, But I no, I don't think so. I
- 1:18:37Speaker 2: think Wagner has had his time. It hasn't turned out
- 1:18:40Speaker 2: to be anything what anybody expecting. That happens sometimes. Now,
- 1:18:44Speaker 2: it's not a knock on him. It's just that he
- 1:18:47Speaker 2: might not be the the great Division one player like
- 1:18:50Speaker 2: his grandfather was. And and so I just I just
- 1:18:53Speaker 2: don't think he's got it, Okay, I mean, I don't
- 1:18:57Speaker 2: want to knock on the young man. I just don't
- 1:18:59Speaker 2: think he's His talent is everybody projected him to me
- 1:19:02Speaker 2: and that happens.
- 1:19:02Speaker 4: I am curious where he ends up.
- 1:19:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I really don't know. I I honestly don't know
- 1:19:10Speaker 2: what is going to be a good fit for him.
- 1:19:13Speaker 2: I mean, it might be a mid level I don't know.
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: It might be a Division one out there that looks
- 1:19:18Speaker 2: at him and thinking it'll be a good fit for him,
- 1:19:20Speaker 2: but not in the SEC.
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: I don't think he stays SEC, do you know? Yeah?
- 1:19:25Speaker 2: I wouldn't think so either. So all right, we gotta
- 1:19:26Speaker 2: take our last break. If you want to give me
- 1:19:28Speaker 2: a call. Fable two three four fourteen fifty. If you
- 1:19:31Speaker 2: want to text me on the Whiskey Thief text line,
- 1:19:33Speaker 2: you can do that. We'll get back to your text
- 1:19:34Speaker 2: as soon as we get back five two four one
- 1:19:36Speaker 2: four fourteen fifty.
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: Stay right there. One more segment to go on.
- 1:19:39Speaker 4: Justic Jah complain.
- 1:19:51Speaker 7: No, stay.
- 1:19:59Speaker 4: Away, It's a great.
- 1:20:05Speaker 2: I never do you think this is Prince's greatest song?
- 1:20:27Speaker 2: Is that the song that everybody goes to when they
- 1:20:29Speaker 2: think of Prince? You don't think, so what do you
- 1:20:32Speaker 2: think his greatest song is?
- 1:20:34Speaker 4: Party Like it'steen ninety nine?
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: Okay, Little Red Corvette from the same album.
- 1:20:40Speaker 6: Uh?
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: Yeah, there there are so many print songs that's one.
- 1:20:47Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, yeah, there are a lot of them that
- 1:20:49Speaker 2: I loved. But I saw a cover band one time.
- 1:20:53Speaker 2: I think it was like seven or eight years ago
- 1:20:56Speaker 2: here in Louisville down the Mercury Ballroom. Guys I looked
- 1:21:00Speaker 2: like him and he had this big trench coat on.
- 1:21:03Speaker 2: Next thing, you know, all he had was this you know,
- 1:21:05Speaker 2: bikini bottom on, like Prince would wear. It's like, oh
- 1:21:08Speaker 2: my gosh, we don't have to go and be like
- 1:21:10Speaker 2: Prince that much. But anyway, are you I did never.
- 1:21:14Speaker 4: Wear Speaking of Prince, someone he looks like you're gonna
- 1:21:17Speaker 4: go see the Michael Jackson movie. No, no, no, I'm
- 1:21:21Speaker 4: gonna go see you.
- 1:21:22Speaker 2: I have no interest in that. Michael Listen. Back in
- 1:21:28Speaker 2: the eighties, I was, I was a fan. I just yeah,
- 1:21:32Speaker 2: I just I don't know.
- 1:21:33Speaker 4: I just like all those music movies, like The Bohemian Rhapsody.
- 1:21:38Speaker 4: The Whitney Houston one was awesome.
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: Yeah, it depends on who it is.
- 1:21:42Speaker 2: I didn't care about, I guess because Michael Jackson just
- 1:21:47Speaker 2: became so strange towards the ends of his life that
- 1:21:50Speaker 2: had just kind of faltered how I felt about him.
- 1:21:53Speaker 4: Sure.
- 1:21:53Speaker 5: Uh.
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: And and same with Whitney Houston. I loved Whitney Houston.
- 1:21:58Speaker 2: And you know, she gets around the the wrong crowd,
- 1:22:01Speaker 2: and I think Bobby Brown was a bad influence on her,
- 1:22:04Speaker 2: and I really felt bad for her hot take, but
- 1:22:07Speaker 2: because I thought she was absolutely beautiful back in the day.
- 1:22:11Speaker 4: If Whitney Houston was still with us, Yes, she would
- 1:22:14Speaker 4: be in the top three biggest singers of all time.
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: You think, so, really, who are the other two?
- 1:22:24Speaker 4: I mean, I would have to put a list together,
- 1:22:26Speaker 4: but I can. I think I can definitively say she'd
- 1:22:29Speaker 4: be in the top three because think of all would
- 1:22:30Speaker 4: she really think of all the songs she would have had?
- 1:22:33Speaker 2: You know, she's true huge, Yeah, but I look at
- 1:22:38Speaker 2: her and I think, first thing I think of is
- 1:22:40Speaker 2: her doing the national anthem in the super Bowl, which
- 1:22:42Speaker 2: I think is the most iconic national anthem ever. Nobody
- 1:22:47Speaker 2: is ever going to beat that one. And of course
- 1:22:49Speaker 2: I go to super Bowl halftime shows. I think Princes
- 1:22:52Speaker 2: in Miami playing Purple Rain while its Raining was the
- 1:22:57Speaker 2: most iconic super Bowl halftime show of her It'll never
- 1:23:01Speaker 2: be beat.
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: But I don't know. I don't know.
- 1:23:05Speaker 2: If I would put her on, she might be in
- 1:23:08Speaker 2: the top ten on my list, but I don't know.
- 1:23:10Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, I'm with you though. As far as
- 1:23:13Speaker 2: movies about music, I'm right there. I love movies about
- 1:23:17Speaker 2: that kind of stuff. I mean, there was a docu
- 1:23:19Speaker 2: series about in Excess that came out not too long ago.
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: I did enjoy The Beheming Rhapsody. I can't think of
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: some of the others that were that were good, but
- 1:23:30Speaker 2: I never got into Tommy or anything like that, the
- 1:23:32Speaker 2: WHO version of it. But uh uh, let's get to
- 1:23:36Speaker 2: a couple of texts before we go today. The one
- 1:23:38Speaker 2: actor we couldn't think of that was in Dances with
- 1:23:41Speaker 2: Wolves Kevin Costner.
- 1:23:43Speaker 4: God, dang it. Yeah yeah, oh yeah, I totally see
- 1:23:49Speaker 4: what you're saying. Yeah, definitely. I feel like I always
- 1:23:51Speaker 4: get them confused.
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: I'm right there with you.
- 1:23:55Speaker 2: Other movies that people mentioned that were over an hour
- 1:23:59Speaker 2: and a half hour forty five pulp fiction? Have you
- 1:24:04Speaker 2: ever seen pulp fiction?
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: Samuel L.
- 1:24:06Speaker 2: Jackson and John Travolta all phenomenal movie. Oh yeah, slightly,
- 1:24:13Speaker 2: But I.
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: Like Samuel L. Jackson.
- 1:24:15Speaker 2: I especially like them when they do the NCAA commercials
- 1:24:17Speaker 2: with the credit card with Charles Barkley and Spike Lee.
- 1:24:20Speaker 2: I think those are fantastic. Another one, this guy mentioned
- 1:24:23Speaker 2: No Country for Old Men. You've got to go watch that.
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: Javier sounds boring. Yeah, Javier, of.
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: Course you're calling me while I'm on the radio.
- 1:24:36Speaker 2: Bartom is uh is uh in that and he is
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: so creepy in that movie, and uh so, anyway, but yeah,
- 1:24:45Speaker 2: I'm on the radio.
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: Kind of call you back there. That's how you answer
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: that fault. But anyway.
- 1:24:52Speaker 2: Also, one person said I need to go home and
- 1:24:57Speaker 2: try to convince myself I actually like you for a
- 1:24:59Speaker 2: couple of days.
- 1:25:02Speaker 4: What was that from I don't know he's quoting somebody. Okay,
- 1:25:07Speaker 4: I thought he was saying that about you.
- 1:25:08Speaker 2: No, no, but one person said, I remember always singing
- 1:25:14Speaker 2: about their love of the wonder Bra.
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: I don't get it, oh Wonderwall. It sounds like he's
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: saying something else. Yeah.
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: One person said, Jasper is the exact player Cal will
- 1:25:29Speaker 2: put after he misses a shot.
- 1:25:34Speaker 4: Put on the bench.
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: I guess, yeah, you think so, Probably so, I think so. Yeah, definitely.
- 1:25:43Speaker 2: Josh texts it out in this transfer portal cycle is important.
- 1:25:47Speaker 2: It was important for Pope to get a guy like
- 1:25:50Speaker 2: Mo Williams to put in the cool factor recruiting these players.
- 1:25:53Speaker 2: Pope is a nerd that can't fake being hip, whereas
- 1:25:57Speaker 2: col could fake being down.
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: With the geez and homies.
- 1:26:01Speaker 2: Uh, look at his son Brad, he acts like he's
- 1:26:05Speaker 2: straight off the streets. Moe is genuine dude that can
- 1:26:09Speaker 2: connect with the kids on more personal level, with recent
- 1:26:13Speaker 2: connections to the NBA. I couldn't agree with that more.
- 1:26:16Speaker 2: You ever seen Malibu's Most wanted Malibu's most wanted to know?
- 1:26:22Speaker 4: It's a It was a I don't even know how
- 1:26:24Speaker 4: to describe it. In early two thousands, late nineties. I
- 1:26:27Speaker 4: don't know exactly when it came out, but yeah, if
- 1:26:29Speaker 4: you if you told me Brad Calipari was in that movie,
- 1:26:32Speaker 4: I don't believe you. Really, He reminds me, I don't
- 1:26:38Speaker 4: want to go back and make fun of him. But
- 1:26:41Speaker 4: that's not making fun of him, it's just yeah, it
- 1:26:43Speaker 4: just goes to that text. He says.
- 1:26:44Speaker 2: It's well, hold on, I'm not saying you are, it's
- 1:26:48Speaker 2: I'm getting ready to because the way he would dress
- 1:26:53Speaker 2: and worth the collar and slick back hair, and he'd
- 1:26:56Speaker 2: have the same color uh turtleneck with a jacket and
- 1:27:00Speaker 2: the necklace hanging out the outside of the sweater turtleneck.
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: It was just it was ridiculous.
- 1:27:07Speaker 2: One person said one time, one moment in time, Whitney
- 1:27:12Speaker 2: mount Rushmore.
- 1:27:13Speaker 4: Esque, Oh yeah, and she would. That's what I'm saying.
- 1:27:16Speaker 4: I think if if that didn't happen to her back
- 1:27:18Speaker 4: in the day, she would she'd be firmly rush.
- 1:27:22Speaker 2: For one persons Patriots are on the upswing after being
- 1:27:25Speaker 2: in the wilderness for a few years. Ownership isn't rocking
- 1:27:28Speaker 2: the boat at this time? Yeah, Uh, Luther Vandros, going
- 1:27:34Speaker 2: back to the rock and Roll Hall of fame, Luther
- 1:27:35Speaker 2: Vandros rock and roll. Not Sadie Saud did Cool Operator?
- 1:27:41Speaker 2: I think yes she did. So you remember that song,
- 1:27:44Speaker 2: don't you cool Operator?
- 1:27:47Speaker 4: I mean, I'm sure if somebody, I'm sure if somebody
- 1:27:50Speaker 4: is a better saying.
- 1:27:51Speaker 1: Fine, don't give me that.
- 1:27:55Speaker 6: Fame.
- 1:27:55Speaker 2: No, I'm definitely not. One person said f one Formula
- 1:27:59Speaker 2: one with had Pitt is two twenty. I didn't realize
- 1:28:02Speaker 2: that movie was that long. That's a phenomenal.
- 1:28:05Speaker 4: Have you seen Ford verse Ferrari?
- 1:28:08Speaker 1: And well hold on?
- 1:28:09Speaker 2: He and it didn't feel like it when watching good movie.
- 1:28:12Speaker 2: I think it's a great movie. And yes, I watched
- 1:28:14Speaker 2: Ford versus Ferrari. That one's pretty long, too, isn't it?
- 1:28:17Speaker 4: Is it really?
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: Yeah, Matt Dylan, that's a great movie. Is it really?
- 1:28:27Speaker 4: Matt Damon?
- 1:28:27Speaker 2: Not Matt Dylan, Matt Dillon. Oh, Matt Damon, you're right? Yeah,
- 1:28:34Speaker 2: one person that spot on with Brad. Yeah, I'm right
- 1:28:36Speaker 2: there with you. So it's hard living with the bu
- 1:28:40Speaker 2: but yeah, I'm right there.
- 1:28:42Speaker 1: Uh it was.
- 1:28:45Speaker 2: Will from South Central said the runtime for Boyhood was
- 1:28:50Speaker 2: two hours and forty five minutes. More amazingly, it was
- 1:28:55Speaker 2: filmed over twelve years. Excellent movie. Who wow, I forgot
- 1:29:00Speaker 2: about that movie, And yes, he's right. They filmed it
- 1:29:03Speaker 2: over twelve years. I think there was a documentary with
- 1:29:06Speaker 2: the director that talked about that, how long it took
- 1:29:09Speaker 2: and how they kept up with it. What a crazy movie.
- 1:29:12Speaker 2: That is a good call, right there, Will from South Central.
- 1:29:17Speaker 2: And then he also said it was smooth operator, not
- 1:29:20Speaker 2: cool operator, So sorry about that. How do you say
- 1:29:24Speaker 2: your name Saday? I think it's how you say it, Saday? Yeah, yeah,
- 1:29:29Speaker 2: So anyway, I just say Sadie because that's how it
- 1:29:33Speaker 2: looks sade, Sadie.
- 1:29:35Speaker 1: Who knows. But I did think it was funny it
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: Chiro Suzuki.
- 1:29:39Speaker 2: It was honored with a statue out in front of
- 1:29:42Speaker 2: the Mayriner Stadium, which is really nice.
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: But oh, come on, I don't think so.
- 1:29:48Speaker 2: So when they took the tarp off, his back broke,
- 1:29:52Speaker 2: It's like, how can it be so weak that you're
- 1:29:55Speaker 2: simply taking a tarp tarp off and the back breaks
- 1:29:58Speaker 2: in the in the monument, I mean, it's.
- 1:30:01Speaker 1: But but what made it so fun? As Itchy rose reaction,
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: he was dying laughing at it.
- 1:30:06Speaker 2: Thought it was hilarious, and I thought it was even
- 1:30:09Speaker 2: funnier when the social media staff for the Mariners immediately
- 1:30:14Speaker 2: put up we uh we we've already changed the replica
- 1:30:19Speaker 2: monument that we're handing out the fans and had a
- 1:30:22Speaker 2: broken bat on it, which I.
- 1:30:23Speaker 4: Thought was brilliant. Wait they didn't really, did they No, No,
- 1:30:27Speaker 4: of course not, but they put that on social media
- 1:30:29Speaker 4: and I thought that was hilarious. What's up with statues?
- 1:30:31Speaker 4: I mean, the last handful of years, there's been a
- 1:30:34Speaker 4: lot of statue talking whether it's this one, remember the
- 1:30:37Speaker 4: Dwayne Wade one, or it didn't look anything like him?
- 1:30:42Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, it looked nothing like him, which I thought
- 1:30:46Speaker 2: was awesome. Pretnus is looking for more uh to move,
- 1:30:52Speaker 2: or I should say the Pimlico Racetrack is looking to
- 1:30:55Speaker 2: move the Preakness one more.
- 1:30:58Speaker 1: Week out and one weak.
- 1:31:02Speaker 2: Yes, so since they're right now, this is the last
- 1:31:04Speaker 2: year that the Preakness is going to be aired on
- 1:31:07Speaker 2: NBC Sports, So now a lot more people since they're
- 1:31:12Speaker 2: looking at moving it. Of course, if they move it
- 1:31:14Speaker 2: a week out, a lot more derby horses are going
- 1:31:16Speaker 2: to be interested in running in this race because you know,
- 1:31:18Speaker 2: they lose majority of them because the fact that you
- 1:31:22Speaker 2: know two weeks is not enough for these horses to
- 1:31:24Speaker 2: recover from the other race. So now that they're doing this,
- 1:31:27Speaker 2: more horses will be interested in running the race. Now
- 1:31:30Speaker 2: they've got not only NBC that's trying to renegotiate their contract,
- 1:31:34Speaker 2: they've got Fox, Amazon, and Netflix are all wanting to
- 1:31:38Speaker 2: talk to Pimlico about airing the Preakness.
- 1:31:43Speaker 1: So this is a big move.
- 1:31:44Speaker 2: So if they move it back a week, Belmont Park
- 1:31:48Speaker 2: has already said we will move our race back a week,
- 1:31:52Speaker 2: So now you'll have three weeks.
- 1:31:53Speaker 1: What's wrong with that? I think it's great.
- 1:31:56Speaker 4: It just extends the Triple Crow. I don't know, like
- 1:31:59Speaker 4: that's what That's part of what makes the Triple Crown
- 1:32:01Speaker 4: awesome is you know it does within a four or
- 1:32:04Speaker 4: five week span that you're gonna have the conclusion of
- 1:32:07Speaker 4: those Triple Crown races. Now you're looking at what a
- 1:32:10Speaker 4: month and a half nearly two months. I just I
- 1:32:12Speaker 4: don't know. I don't I do like the aspect of
- 1:32:15Speaker 4: having more time in between there so you can potentially
- 1:32:18Speaker 4: get more Triple Crown attempts you're you're gonna get like
- 1:32:22Speaker 4: last year. If it was set up like that, I
- 1:32:24Speaker 4: think you would have saw Sovereignty running the previous right.
- 1:32:28Speaker 2: Oh definitely, Oh yeah, and it would have won. It
- 1:32:32Speaker 2: would have won the Triple Crown. You can't convince me
- 1:32:34Speaker 2: of anything else. It wouldn't have been journalism that would
- 1:32:36Speaker 2: have won that race, So it would have been Sovereignty.
- 1:32:38Speaker 2: Sovereignty was the best horse of the year, and clearly
- 1:32:41Speaker 2: it won the award for being the best horse of
- 1:32:45Speaker 2: the year.
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: But yeah, I mean I get it. Yes, Oh I know, Secretary,
- 1:32:52Speaker 1: it's the best horse of all time.
- 1:32:53Speaker 2: It would smoke Secretariat. No, Secretary, greatest horse of all time.
- 1:32:57Speaker 2: That will never change it. When the triple crown, Sovereignty
- 1:33:00Speaker 2: did not, so takes it out. Doesn't matter, Secretary, don't
- 1:33:05Speaker 2: get me upset. Louis was in the South, Kentucky has bluegrass,
- 1:33:09Speaker 2: and Secretary it was. Those are the three things I
- 1:33:12Speaker 2: live by my life. Crais horse in the world. You're
- 1:33:15Speaker 2: best just being a jerk. Now you're just being a jerk.
- 1:33:18Speaker 2: Now it's all you're trying to do to me. All right, everybody,
- 1:33:21Speaker 2: fun show. This would buy fast today. But anyway, all right,
- 1:33:24Speaker 2: we'll be here tomorrow again, so join us eight o'clock.
- 1:33:27Speaker 1: Just the cats. Have a great day. Everybody
