A teacher in Bangladesh has described the moment he witnessed a jet crash into a school campus in the capital, Dhaka.Masud Tarik was by the gates of Milestone School when he heard an explosion behind him.At least 19 people died, including the pilot, when a Bangladeshi air force training jet crashed into the school on Monday.Some 164 people were injured, with 50 people - including children - taken to hospital with burns.The armed forces said the F-7 jet experienced a mechanical fault after taking off.
