Police just dropped a major new charge in the Kearns shooting: 31-year-old Lauriano Robert Herrera now faces attempted aggravated murder. This ties back to March 19th, when three others — all gang-linked — were killed in June. Investigators uncovered coded messages linking incarcerated gang members to active ones, and one list pointed directly to Herrera.
