- 0:01Speaker 1: Now or presents the mark Simon Shaw. Well, hey, it's
- 0:09Speaker 1: Wednesday already, it's gonna be a nice stated Well, it'll
- 0:11Speaker 1: be a storm one shower, thunderstom this one, and then
- 0:16Speaker 1: it's gonna be beautiful. Arrest of the Week Eightian Sonny.
- 0:18Speaker 1: For the rest of the week and the weekend. A
- 0:20Speaker 1: lot to get to. We'll get to Iran, We'll get
- 0:22Speaker 1: to crazy Mom Donnie. We'll get to a New Jersey
- 0:29Speaker 1: confessing that they have allowed illegal voting. We'll get to
- 0:33Speaker 1: that coming up. We'll get to a legionaire's disease. We'll
- 0:36Speaker 1: get to RFK Junior making a great move when it
- 0:42Speaker 1: comes to medicaid fraud. So the latest on Mom Donnie.
- 0:46Speaker 1: He is admitted now he has absolutely no power to
- 0:52Speaker 1: arrest net and Yahoo, although he must have always known that.
- 0:56Speaker 1: First of all, the mayor cannot arrest anybody. He can
- 1:01Speaker 1: ask the police department to do it, but that would
- 1:03Speaker 1: be up to the police commissioner. If you watch Blue
- 1:05Speaker 1: Bloods like I do, that's half the episodes where the
- 1:09Speaker 1: mayor wants somebody arrested and the police commissioner won't do it,
- 1:11Speaker 1: So you mayor himself has no power to arrest anybody.
- 1:15Speaker 1: This whole thing about Mom Donnie arresting Netanyah who. I
- 1:19Speaker 1: think people were calling it theatrics, but I think it
- 1:24Speaker 1: was more than that. It's and some call it a
- 1:26Speaker 1: dog whistle. It's more like a factory whistle. I mean,
- 1:28Speaker 1: this is as loud as you can get. It's him
- 1:32Speaker 1: stirring up his base of crazies, trying to build a
- 1:36Speaker 1: powerful base to he can't be president because he wasn't
- 1:39Speaker 1: born in the United States. But who knows what he's
- 1:42Speaker 1: up to. He's just building up his power base with
- 1:44Speaker 1: all of his craziness, and he just goes on and
- 1:48Speaker 1: on about net and Yahoo.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Benjamin Netaniah, who is a war criminal, the architect of
- 1:52Speaker 2: a horrific genocide against the Palestine people. He is responsible
- 1:56Speaker 2: for the killing of more than seventy three thousand people.
- 1:59Speaker 1: All right, now, we didn't put that music in there.
- 2:02Speaker 1: He put this up last night. He made a video
- 2:05Speaker 1: with this organ music from like a nineteen twenties silent movie.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Less time I heard an organ like that was soap
- 2:11Speaker 1: operas in the nineteen fifties, if you they had this organ,
- 2:14Speaker 1: and what the hell he was thinking? He really does
- 2:17Speaker 1: stuff in a cheap, shoddy way sometimes. Now listen to
- 2:21Speaker 1: this again.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Benjamin Netanya, who is a war criminal, the architect of
- 2:25Speaker 2: a horrific genocide.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Okay, Now, first of all, he's not a war criminal.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Nobody has declared him a war criminal. I know there's
- 2:31Speaker 1: that international criminal court that's not a legitimate court. The
- 2:35Speaker 1: United States does not recognize it. Most countries do not
- 2:39Speaker 1: recognize that international criminal court. It's run by a rapist
- 2:45Speaker 1: who is banned from even entering this country. So this
- 2:49Speaker 1: is not a court to be taken seriously. But calling
- 2:53Speaker 1: him those things is a lot of people talking about
- 2:55Speaker 1: a defamation suit that Netna who might have a hell
- 2:59Speaker 1: of a defamation suit against Mom Donnie Alan Dershwitz very
- 3:03Speaker 1: close to Natanya, who he and others could help file
- 3:06Speaker 1: that lawsuit. Now, the rest of this is the problem
- 3:12Speaker 1: with this anti Semitic Mom Donnie anti Israel crap is
- 3:17Speaker 1: they have absolutely no understanding of Israel's problems in the
- 3:22Speaker 1: Middle East, what they go through. I mean, it's one
- 3:24Speaker 1: thing to hate them, it's another thing to blame certain actions,
- 3:27Speaker 1: but they have no understanding of what Israel goes through
- 3:30Speaker 1: in that part of the world.
- 3:32Speaker 2: Benjamin Etna, who is a war criminal, the architect of
- 3:34Speaker 2: a horrific genocide against the Palestine people. He is responsible
- 3:38Speaker 2: for the killing of more than seventy three thousand people.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Again, it's just no understanding what Israel goes through. It
- 3:44Speaker 1: Israel was invaded on October seventh. Invaded. You imagine if
- 3:49Speaker 1: somebody invaded the United States. Imagine if Mexico invaded the
- 3:52Speaker 1: United States and slaughtered thousands of Americans. Well, that's basically
- 3:56Speaker 1: what happened. And they didn't just slaughter people. It was
- 4:00Speaker 1: the most ugly, violent, torture, rape, killing babies kind of invasion.
- 4:05Speaker 1: So that's one part of mom Donnie's problem. The other
- 4:08Speaker 1: problem is he is twelve years old, never had a
- 4:11Speaker 1: job before, like a little kid, totally unrealistic. Can't arrest anybody,
- 4:18Speaker 1: but he will not drop. He can't. He realizes he
- 4:21Speaker 1: has no legal grounds to arrest him.
- 4:23Speaker 2: And I want to be equally clear, Benjamin Netanya, who
- 4:26Speaker 2: is not welcome in New York City, nor is any
- 4:28Speaker 2: other war criminal at large.
- 4:30Speaker 1: Now that's just again that's his dog whistle, or in
- 4:33Speaker 1: this case, factory whistle, trying to rile up his base. Now,
- 4:37Speaker 1: when Netna, who comes in September There are a lot
- 4:39Speaker 1: of people planning an enormous welcome ceremony for him. They
- 4:44Speaker 1: want to make him feel as welcome as possible. A
- 4:46Speaker 1: lot of big names, famous people will help welcome net
- 4:50Speaker 1: Yahood in New York. Just to counter Mom Donnie, Just
- 4:53Speaker 1: to make it clear that New York does welcome him.
- 4:57Speaker 2: My administration has reviewed every avenue available under applicable law
- 5:01Speaker 2: to determine whether New York City could execute the International
- 5:04Speaker 2: Criminal Court's arrest warrant if Benjamin Netanya who came here.
- 5:08Speaker 2: It is clear that we do not have the independent
- 5:10Speaker 2: legal authority to enforce this warrant. The federal government, however, does,
- 5:14Speaker 2: and I call on them to join the ICEC and
- 5:17Speaker 2: execute this.
- 5:17Speaker 1: Swarmt all right. First half, he doesn't have any authority
- 5:20Speaker 1: to do this yet, that's true. Second half, he doesn't
- 5:23Speaker 1: know what the hell he's talking about. The federal government
- 5:25Speaker 1: has the power to do it. The federal government has
- 5:27Speaker 1: no power to do this. That International Criminal Court is
- 5:31Speaker 1: not recognized by the US. In fact, we have laws
- 5:34Speaker 1: against doing anything to cooperate with them. So he doesn't
- 5:39Speaker 1: know what he's talking about. Also, the federal government has
- 5:44Speaker 1: laws in place that anybody a foreign leader coming to
- 5:47Speaker 1: participate in the UN General or Assembly is protected by
- 5:51Speaker 1: the federal government. They have protections on them. Now, Mam
- 5:54Speaker 1: Donnie has already committed a crime. He has actually committed
- 5:57Speaker 1: a crime. I read you the laws yesterday. I won't
- 5:59Speaker 1: reach you the whole thing again. But if you read
- 6:01Speaker 1: the federal law, you cannot even threaten to arrest if
- 6:06Speaker 1: they're coming for the UN General Assembly, a foreign leader.
- 6:09Speaker 1: They're under federal protection rules and under those rules you
- 6:13Speaker 1: are not allowed to even threaten or try to intimidate them,
- 6:17Speaker 1: which Mam Donnie did. So he's already committed a crime.
- 6:21Speaker 1: If he actually did arrest him or put him in handcuffs,
- 6:24Speaker 1: he'd committed even more serious crime and faces ten years
- 6:28Speaker 1: in prison. So the President won't do this, but if
- 6:31Speaker 1: he wanted to, he could arrest Mom Donnie right now
- 6:34Speaker 1: for violating the law about even threatening a foreign a
- 6:38Speaker 1: leader coming to this country. So Mam Donnie actually is
- 6:42Speaker 1: now a criminal, which he'll love. You know, he loves criminals.
- 6:44Speaker 1: It's a big thing with him. He loves the criminals.
- 6:46Speaker 1: So make him feel better. Hey, when you talk about
- 6:50Speaker 1: voter fraud and election tampering and legals voting, and you know,
- 6:57Speaker 1: Democrats will yell and scream that never happened. It did happen. Now,
- 7:01Speaker 1: you could argue, as many Democrats do, of course it happens,
- 7:05Speaker 1: but it's like half a one percent, not enough to
- 7:07Speaker 1: make any difference. But at least they're acknowledging that it happens. Now.
- 7:11Speaker 1: The governor of New Jersey, Mikey Cheryl, admitted that there
- 7:16Speaker 1: are thousands and thousands and thousands of people on the
- 7:20Speaker 1: voter rolls. It shouldn't be. She says six thousand. Now
- 7:23Speaker 1: she's admitting to six thousand. Imagine how much it really is.
- 7:28Speaker 1: She said approximately four hundred non citizens voted cast ballots
- 7:33Speaker 1: illegally in New Jersey. So if she's admitting to four hundred,
- 7:37Speaker 1: imagine what the real number is. They're blaming it on
- 7:40Speaker 1: motor vehicle registration. Apparently, when you register for motor vehicles,
- 7:45Speaker 1: the software was set up to automatically register you to vote,
- 7:50Speaker 1: which if you're registering motor vehicles for a car, it
- 7:56Speaker 1: should be an option if you want to register to vote.
- 7:58Speaker 1: The software was automatic registering everybody, and as we know,
- 8:02Speaker 1: Democrats love handing out driver's licenses to illegals and all
- 8:06Speaker 1: sorts of so they automatically got to register. She's blaming
- 8:10Speaker 1: the software.
- 8:10Speaker 3: It's unacceptable that the vendor released software was such a
- 8:14Speaker 3: glaring error. It's unacceptable that the NBC took a year
- 8:18Speaker 3: to get this issue fixed, and it's unacceptable that no
- 8:22Speaker 3: one in the previous administration brought this to light, demanded accountability,
- 8:27Speaker 3: or took action when it happened years ago.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Yeah, so this is what she's admitting to, so imagine
- 8:33Speaker 1: what it really is. Actually, she's also admitting sixty six
- 8:36Speaker 1: hundred illegals non Americans voted or were registered to vote
- 8:42Speaker 1: in New Jersey. Sixty six hundred. That's what she's admitting to.
- 8:46Speaker 1: And New Jersey's is one of twenty three states that
- 8:50Speaker 1: allows automatic voter registration through the Motor Vehicle Bureau, which
- 8:54Speaker 1: makes no sense at all. What the hell would you
- 8:57Speaker 1: Why would the Motor Vehicle Bureau be allowed to register
- 9:00Speaker 1: people to vote. It's absolutely ridiculous, But twenty three states
- 9:03Speaker 1: do it. Obviously, it's democratic states. I want to just
- 9:05Speaker 1: get anybody and everybody on the voter rolls. But Mikey Cheryl,
- 9:10Speaker 1: it must be a really big problem if they're willing
- 9:12Speaker 1: to confess to this little tip of the iceberg.
- 9:15Speaker 3: We don't deflect, deny, or exploit problems for our own game.
- 9:20Speaker 3: We find them and we fix them.
- 9:22Speaker 1: There you go, a Democrat exploiting a problem for political gain.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Can't imagine it. Hey, President Trump talking about Iran. There's
- 9:33Speaker 1: a place called pick Axe Mountain, that's where a lot
- 9:35Speaker 1: of nuclear activity takes place. And the President announcing that
- 9:41Speaker 1: we will hit pick Axe Mountain very hard. That's where
- 9:45Speaker 1: the nuclear activity is taking place right now, where they're
- 9:47Speaker 1: trying to redo their nuclear program and start, you know,
- 9:52Speaker 1: enriching uranium. So we're going to hit pick Axe Mountain
- 9:56Speaker 1: very hard. The President willing to just say it openly.
- 9:59Speaker 4: We'll be hitting that area very probably pretty soon, and
- 10:02Speaker 4: there's not a thing they can do about it. You know,
- 10:05Speaker 4: normally I wouldn't say that. If I thought they could
- 10:07Speaker 4: do something about it, I would never say that. But
- 10:10Speaker 4: we'll be hitting that area pretty soon.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Yeah. So these reporters, you know, they love to just
- 10:15Speaker 1: yell at it. They have it. They make up their
- 10:16Speaker 1: own scenarios. There's no plan here. We don't have a plan.
- 10:19Speaker 1: He went to war without a plan. This is the
- 10:21Speaker 1: most planned war in the history of the world. Pentagon's
- 10:24Speaker 1: been working on the Iran war plan for forty years now,
- 10:28Speaker 1: but they just make up stuff. You know, here's this
- 10:31Speaker 1: Mary Bruce, this is a reporter. This is one of
- 10:33Speaker 1: these fake news reporters announcing that we'll listen.
- 10:37Speaker 3: I suppose that there are no signs that Iran is
- 10:39Speaker 3: ready to stop fighting.
- 10:40Speaker 2: So what is the plan?
- 10:42Speaker 4: Is the plan to just keep bombing until they give up?
- 10:44Speaker 4: During would you know something that I don't know?
- 10:48Speaker 1: Well?
- 10:48Speaker 3: To attack our allies, if you'll.
- 10:50Speaker 4: Know what the dialogue is behind the scenes that they
- 10:52Speaker 4: want to meet desperately to try and end it because
- 10:55Speaker 4: they're getting decimated. You don't get that when you listen
- 10:58Speaker 4: to your fake station, but you don't know, you don't
- 11:03Speaker 4: know anything.
- 11:03Speaker 1: It's a good point. They love to whenever the president
- 11:05Speaker 1: says something he said without evidence. How the hell do
- 11:09Speaker 1: they know? They're the ones without evidence? ABC News, CBS News,
- 11:15Speaker 1: They're the ones without evidence. Do they have their own CIA,
- 11:18Speaker 1: their own intelligence services? Are they getting presidential daily briefings?
- 11:22Speaker 1: How the hell do they know what's going on? He
- 11:26Speaker 1: speaking of Mom Donnie. He's getting a lot of blame
- 11:28Speaker 1: now for killing more people. Remember he killed people in
- 11:32Speaker 1: the snowstorms and the cold, by ordering the police to
- 11:36Speaker 1: leave the homeless out in the street, many of them
- 11:38Speaker 1: dead as a result. And Legionnaire's disease. You know, when
- 11:42Speaker 1: it first appeared in those water cooler towers, you're supposed
- 11:46Speaker 1: to start disinfecting all of them. He ordered some to
- 11:50Speaker 1: be inspected. Now, Julie Mennon, who's a smarter version near him,
- 11:54Speaker 1: she's a left wing Democrat, but common sense sort of democrat,
- 11:59Speaker 1: even righted yesterday that inspecting he should have ordered them
- 12:03Speaker 1: all disinfected, and he didn't. As result, the death toll
- 12:07Speaker 1: has risen now to five. But Menon keeps going after
- 12:11Speaker 1: him for that.
- 12:12Speaker 5: I was told by the Department of Health the first
- 12:15Speaker 5: Monday after the crisis was announced that they knew where
- 12:18Speaker 5: the epicenter was, but that was never announced to the public.
- 12:22Speaker 5: And I said, well, why wouldn't you announce up with
- 12:24Speaker 5: every hour the towers were not disinfected. With every day
- 12:28Speaker 5: that they were not prophylactically disinfected, more New Yorkers became
- 12:32Speaker 5: sick and four tragically died. That is simply unacceptable.
- 12:37Speaker 1: Yeah. Now, in his defense, Mam, Donnie's twelve years old.
- 12:40Speaker 1: He never had a job before. How's he supposed to
- 12:42Speaker 1: know how to manage anything? And what was that? Why
- 12:45Speaker 1: is that all about? Not? He will not say where
- 12:49Speaker 1: the epicenter is. That had to be kept secret. Where
- 12:52Speaker 1: the epicent It was eighty seventh and Lexington, but for
- 12:55Speaker 1: some reason, Mam Donnie wanted it kept totally secret. President
- 12:59Speaker 1: goes to Georgia today those killed in a ram that
- 13:03Speaker 1: dignified transfer takes place Dover Air Force Base. President will
- 13:07Speaker 1: be there.
- 13:07Speaker 4: I'll be going to Dover for something that I feel
- 13:12Speaker 4: is it's a great honor for me to do it.
- 13:15Speaker 4: These are people that want it and they feel like
- 13:17Speaker 4: I do that. Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon, very simple.
- 13:21Speaker 1: Yeah. Now, there were days where the fake news screaming
- 13:25Speaker 1: why is the president not acknowledging these soldiers that were killed?
- 13:29Speaker 1: Why isn't he meeting with the families, yelling why isn't
- 13:32Speaker 1: he me Now he's going there to meet with the
- 13:34Speaker 1: families tomorrow You're going to see why is he exploiting
- 13:37Speaker 1: these families? Why is he using these families for a photo?
- 13:42Speaker 1: So it's a very very funny thing I've been watching
- 13:45Speaker 1: for the last ten years. Every day they come up
- 13:48Speaker 1: with something to get him on, so really get them
- 13:50Speaker 1: this time. And they do this every day ten years.
- 13:55Speaker 1: What is that like? Almost four thousand days. Tried it
- 14:00Speaker 1: four thousand times. Every day they got a different thing
- 14:02Speaker 1: that's going to get him, and it never works. It's again,
- 14:06Speaker 1: it's uh, it's the wiley coyote and the roadrunner. He
- 14:11Speaker 1: keeps thinking he's going to get this road runner and
- 14:13Speaker 1: he never does. And you always remember when you watch
- 14:16Speaker 1: that wiley coyote, you know's wrong with him. None of
- 14:18Speaker 1: this works. It's never going to work. Stop. Same thing
- 14:21Speaker 1: with the fake news. You're not going to get him.
- 14:23Speaker 1: There's nothing you can get him on. Every day it's something,
- 14:26Speaker 1: well maybe if we do this, well, put this up.
- 14:28Speaker 1: This is going to ruin his reputation. You've done it
- 14:31Speaker 1: fifty thousand times. He's fine, In fact, he loves it. Hey,
- 14:35Speaker 1: we'll take some calls. Next eight hundred three to two
- 14:38Speaker 1: one zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three
- 14:42Speaker 1: two one zero seven ten
