Target’s pulling 200K pairs of Cat & Jack kids’ sandals over a choking hazard — those dang raffia sandals with detachable pearls have already sparked 23 reports. No injuries yet, but kids love putting things in their mouths, so Target’s urging parents to stop using them and return them for a full refund.
