A Kansas priest has been arrested amid serious allegations of child abuse, sparking a major investigation. The 44-year-old clergyman, from the Diocese of Salina, is accused of three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child involving a six-year-old in Belleville between July and September 2025. The KBI took over the probe after the Republic County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance in September.
